stop on a vehicle in Monroe County for failing to maintain its Lane when the cops interact with the woman they gather details about her as soon as they notice her unusual condition she tries to cover was a former Trooper so he doesn't really take time to people ask him like that all right so if you refuse to take the test time requested of you your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of one year for a first refusal or 18 months if your driving privilege has been previously suspended or if you've been previously fined under Section 32735 215 for refusing to submit to a lawful test of your breath Ur in or blood additionally if you refuse to take the test that requested of you and if your driver appr have been previously suspended or if you've been previously fined under Section 32735 215 for refusal to submit to a lawful test to your breath you're in or blood you'll be committing a misdemeanor in addition to any other penalties which can be imposed by law refusal to submit
