uncooperative with the police and do something that leaves to them perplexed the officers do not compromise with the suspects wait it's all the extra stuff I'm not doing okay I don't have to ask the reason why I'm asking you okay is cuz you're you're slumped at the wheel here you got heavily bloodshot glassy eyes and you're you were saring your speech okay you normally SL your that's what I'm bite you don't bite me lean back you're going to go in another car okay bring your feet up go with s all right Miss is this your purse yeah that's mine okay Mia was charged with aggravated battery resisting or obstructing a peace officer Dy and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle driving while intoxicated LED this woman to engage in additional illegal Behavior yeah we're just stand up okay okay I'll do I'll do whatever you no I'll do whatever we're done please we are done I'll do what I I do whatever you said please don't do this to me stand up on February 6 2022 in Broward Florida while patrolling the officers noticed a vehicle driving on the wrong side after stopping the car the officers observed the woman and initiated contact with her however the suspect was refusing to comply with the commit given by the officers hi how's it going I'm fine I just want to go home all right um so I was called to hear cuz obviously you're driving on the wrong side of the street well I made a mistake gotcha I don't like live in this area right now I live in Daytona and I'm on my way home to my girlfriend's house gotcha where I'm staying gotcha yeah but you know it's kind of self explanatory we driving on the right side driving on the left side driving on the wrong side of traffic I made a mistake gotcha um are you okay with do some exercises with me we just want to make sure you're good before we send you off can I just go home say it again I mean can I just go to her place well we'll get to that but what I'm saying is we want to do some exercises with you just to make sure you're good to drive before we send you off all right but are you asking me to to like I mean if this is a what can I tell you um if you're asking me to do something that will compromise me then maybe I shouldn't do that well it's not compromising I just want to see your ability to operate a vehicle before we send you off to where we want to go cuz obviously if you if you may possibly be impaired and we send you off then we're not doing how about if I sit here for a few minutes and well that it doesn't work like that you were obviously driving on the wrong side of the street so we're here for a reason okay can I sit here for a while no you're on the side of the street why would you why would you sit on the side of the road for a while I mean I just want to I I made a I might have made a mistake I don't know well it's not my do no you you did make a mistake okay I made a mistake right I'm not you with this area completely all right so here's what's going to happen if you don't the fter exercises for your your ability to show me that you're okay to drive if you don't do the filter exercises we're just going to have to base my opinion on what the deputies have seen and my observation of you so I'm affording you the option to do the exercises that way you can actually show me that you're good to drive but then you're saying that if I do that then I'm I'm conf compl I'm compromising myself to that how is you're compromising yourself you just I mean I made a mistake I heard you I made a mistake I got you I heard you the first three times I mean I don't want to impair myself I'm in my girlfriend's car you don't want to impair yourself no I I don't want to compromise myself uhhuh and I'd rather not like do that I'd rather not do that how much did you drink today I had like two two beers and that's all and that's what I I had two beers at what time um I got there between like 7 and I got there about 7 or 8:00 and then I had two beers uh and they were having a party gotcha and so I just like enjoyed myself okay nothing wrong with that way I I'm on my way home and so I'm in her car and I don't want to like compromise her car and my well how would you compromise her car that doesn't well if you're asking me to do something that might compromise myself then I'm really concerned about that well concerned the fact that you're not making any sense cuz you're not compromising the car neither are you compromising yourself the only reason well what you're asking me to do is like put myself in a in a position that is compromising myself and I I really don't want to do that because I don't well here I'm going to be blunt with you if you don't do the filter Varity exercises I may or may not arrest you either way so it'll be be who you if you actually do the exercises that way you can show me that you can actually drive it's plain and simple yeah but if what you're saying is that I'm I'm not going to go around and around with you okay it's either you're going to do the exercises or you're not going to do the exercises okay it yeah but you want to arrest me from here and I well that's what I'm telling you I'm affording you the option to show me that you actually can drive and so that's what happen Okay so if you said you only had two drinks and why is the issue of you doing fi toart exercises if you only had two drinks then you should be actually quite good to actually do the exercises right well I you know I'm first of all uh-huh I have an ankle that I had a surgery in and I how long ago was that I had that surgery in February 19th uhhuh then I had of what year 2021 and then I had um well this exercise says we can do sitting down if you want huh all right how about I'll do you one I I'll do you this I'm going to go to my car I'm going to get my rain jacket I'm going to give you to the time I go over there and back to make your decision okay all right in such situations suspects often make excuses to avoid compliance and they may even become combative and refuse to assist officers all right I'm back okay what's it going to be well I just like to I I'm I'm going to my girlfriend's house at 6 I heard all that already I heard you that's not what I asked you I said what's it going to be I I just don't want I I don't want to compromise Myself by Mak because I made a mistake okay um making you aware like I told you if you don't do the FI exercises I'm just going to base my artion of the deputies here and my own observations okay um what are my options because I just told you your options I just really don't understand why you're making this a big deal well it is a big deal you're driving on the wrong side of the street you could have hit someone I made a mistake I'm I'm like confused about where I was heading to my girlfriend's house your options are either do the exercises or not but if I if I do the exercises and I make a mistake then you're going to arrest me right there's several exercises it's not only just one that's the reason there's several so just in case off the off chance you actually mess up on one of them you still have three other to make it up so it's not only one I I I had an a surgery on my left ankle that's fine we could do sit now but I don't want to make a mistake by by doing this and make and and hurting myself because I I'm compromised by my ankle I'm just telling you we could we could do your exercises sitting down look it's not that I don't want to I don't want to cooperate it's just that I don't feel like I'm in a position that I can do this for you why not okay only because if I make a mistake you're going to like you just going around in circles I already told you one we can do it sitting down two there's four exercises so like I just told you just in the off chance you mess one up the rest based on vehicle motion my contact their contact with you my contact with you and how you do in your exercises okay I I don't want to compromise myself so what are my options for doing that I just told you we're just going around in circles now either you're going to do their exercises or not plain and simple look I'm in my girlfriend's car yeah I I heard you you're going you're in your girlfriend's car you're on your way to your girlfriend's house I do not want I do not want to compromise car or myself in a position that I in I I just made a I understand you saying the same thing over and over and over again I heard you what am I that is not what I'm I'm you keep asking what are your options I just told you your options you're asking me to to get out of the car or to sit in the car and do something you asked me to do I'm asking you if you could do the exercises if you decide to do the exercises I have no idea what the exercises are well you haven't even let me even explain to you what the exercises are okay what are my ex what the why you're going to I'm going to check your eyes you're going to stand still and I'm going to check your eyes two if you cannot do the standing ones we will the seating ones and all we're going to do is you're going to touch your nose you're going to do some counting and then that's it yes if I fail those tests then what are you going to do to me it's not if you fail or not there not pass or fail it depends on how you do first of all but it sounds like you want to find out if I'm going to pass or fail I want to find out if you're able to drive this car that's a purpose I just I just want to go to my girlfriend you're not going to your girlfriend's right now okay okay I need an answer yes or no if you're going to do the exercises we're going to take you somewhere where it's covered so we're not getting soaked okay okay and we're going to do the exercises there but this going around in circles is going to end like in 5 minutes if gave me an answer I don't want to compromise myself and I don't feel like I'm impaired in anyway I just want to go home well that's for me to tell not you you're not the expert I don't feel like I can make this decision because you're compromising me I'm compromising you yes because at this moment maybe you're compromising Yourself by drinking and driving no because I'm on my way home and I really didn't I'm not in a position to hurt anybody but myself you're driving on the wrong side of the street man I got confused because I don't know this area as well as I should I think driving on the right side of the street it's pretty standard throughout United States unless you live in Europe then you're driving on the wrong side of the street then I'm at say yeah maybe you up and you're driving on the correct side of the shoes the officers employed a special method to assist her condition but the suspect was avoiding performing the tasks let's see did she perform the tests so your excuse is invalid try again I'm not trying to argue with you I'm not arguing either I'm just studying facts what would you like me to do I would I'm not liking you to do anything I'm just asking you a simple question are you going to do the exercises or not if I do the exercises I'm compromising myself because you're already in all right C step out of the car we're done I'm not trying to compromise myself or anybody else your last option you can do the exercises or not honestly with the three of you here in front of me I don't have any option do I you do have an option what is my option for the gazillion time what is my option you can do the exercises show me that you're actually capable of driving if you're fine and you do the exercises well then you're going to your girlfriend's house if you don't do well in the exercises that's where I am right now I just I mean I'm already in a position of anxiety right now the the three of you are right here in front of me okay and I'm standing in the rain and I don't know what else you literally just step out we've been sitting I've been sitting inside of there next to you getting wet so it just sounds like a bunch of excuses to me I'm not making excuses I just want to go home what's I'm not trying to make I'm not trying to make any problem for any what's it going to be what what do you mean what's it going to be are you going to do their exercises or not I've giving you more than enough chances to do this look I'm confused it's yes or no cath I'm just confused about what you're asking me to do you're confused I haven't explained myself I explained to you that I explain to you what's going to happen if you don't do these exercises so I don't know how PL and simple can I put it to you like look I made a mistake I don't know what else we're not going to go and run in circles you're going to do the exercises or not if I don't do the exercises what do I what happen I'm probably going to arrest you all want to do is go to my girlfriend's house this is not my car you said that you said that already you said that that already I made a mistake okay so I don't I don't know what you want me to do I just want to go I just want to go home for the last time I'm I'm not in a position I mean I could do what you asked me to do but I I just don't know if I fail then what are you going to do well how about if you pass and if I pass then then I go home exactly point but you're point I know that's a point and if I make a mistake like made a mistake tonight right now if you say no it's 100% you're going to go to jail if you do the exercises to jail but I mean you understand what he's saying it's 100% if you say no you're you're you're going if you say yes you no hard you can I just go home please no you can't go home not right now God I made a mistake I'm inan I am not in my cons I'm I'm not in my normal position I know you're not I don't I no but what I'm saying is I'm not in my normal location I already told you driving on the right side of the street is pretty standard in the United States no one drives on the wrong side of the street on the left lane okay it's plain and simple it was an accident I I I don't know this area as wellow as I should I made a mistake are you going to do the exercises or not last chance can you please give me a break I don't I don't know my area I don't know this area that well I mean what are you going to do I'm about like 2 seconds from arresting you so I need an answer pleas please don't arrest me I did not do anything that I intentionally meant to do that's a problem when you drink and drive you don't intentionally mean do anything you just impair on it happens that's the that's the whole reason while conversing the suspect tries to mislead the officers by providing false statements in an attempt to escape the situation but you doing the exercise is you are giving me or showing me that you're actually capable of driving I'm going to I'm going to make the effort but I don't know because I have a I had an accident I already told you we can do a CD for the fifth time what please give me a break I will do the best I can with what you you're asking me to do or you going to do the exercises and if I don't do them you're going to take me to jail and if I do do them you're going to still judge me I'm if you pass them and you how the hell I'm going to judge you I don't really give you're judging me already I'm not judging you yes you are that's what you think okay if I do them and I pass them I go home if I don't do them you're going to take me to jail of course there's consequences if you you don't pass your exercises and if I don't pass them and I if I have an option to do them and I you don't pass them you still take me to jail well that's the point if you do the exercises if you don't pass the exercises then you're going to jail that's the point of the exercises to show me if you're capable of operating a motor vehicle look I made a mistake you know just we're not I'm I'm done [ __ ] with you turn around okay okay I'll do I'll do what you asked me to do I'll do I'll do I'll try to do the exercise I'm I'm not I'm not I'm I'm not a person who's here to hurt you anybody it was an accident I heard you are you going to do them or not I'll do them I'll do them all right he's going to check if there's okay what do you want me to do he's going to go check to see if there's a driveway on that Pharmacy so we can do with him over there that way we're not getting rained on and you're going to have a seat on a chair and we're going to do the exercises SE okay where do you want me to go over there I want you to stay where you're at right now okay hang who are you talking about somebody's over there you talking about say it again you said there's somebody over there there's a deputy that's going to go check there's a Awning or covering over there where you from since you say you're not from here I'm from Miami Florida but I just moved to I've lived in Miami Florida for 68 years how long you been down here uh I came down here on Thursday with my daughter I'm babysitting for her and tonight I went to a birthday party at sports crew and I was on my way home to a girlfriend I stay at Hollywood I'm boring her car for that because I did not drop down okay all right let's go so some was going to stay with your car and then you're come with [Applause] me that's not the window that's the lock in your car this not my car than the good Lord cars have been in automatic windows for a while now turn the car off and then give the deputy the keys have a seat you're not under arrest I'm just taking you over there so we don't get wet you're taking me where over there was covering so we don't get wet like I said you're not under arrest I'm just taking you over there okay watch your hands all right you can come out go that way where you going ask what I just told you is actually but you're going to be seated since you have an year old ankle surgery have a seat pleas I have an impairment with my that's what I'm saying have a seat her unsettling facts were discovered during the procedure which surprised the officers four or five um wings okay special grilled okay they were oh what time was the last drink um I'm thinking about like 12 12 you know what time is now no I wasn't paying attention to what time you want to estimate no cuz I don't know what time it is right now okay I don't have my watch on all right all right so what I'm going to do I'm going to show you a pen that has a red light on the top of it all I need you to do is follow it with your eyes without moving your head okay that's hand yes I'm going to show you in two seconds but I give I'm going to give you instructions before I show you okay okay the only thing I know I'm very nervous right now and I'm cold so join the club um do you need your glasses for breeding or yeah for distance and reading their prescription okay um for this I I'm going to need you to take them off and you can put them on top of your head or put them right behind you um just so I can see your eyes clearly okay let me ask you something yes ma'am am I compromising Myself by doing this I mean do I need an attorney for this I I really don't understand you don't need an attorney and you're not com I feel like I feel like like pressuring it I'm not pressuring it if you like I said if you if you don't want to do this you don't have to do this freeing cold say it again I'm freeing cold and you're asking me to do this and I'm I'm nervous I'm worried okay I just want to go home I understand that you said that made that loud and clear so before I start this for the 20th Time Dr Gman I mean I'm not of doctor okay Jay If This Were your sister brother mother would you ask them to do this for you yeah because I'm I'm nervous I'm I'm afraid I'm I'm like what are you afraid cuz all I'm afraid is that I want to go home I'm making a wrong decision you're afraid you want to go home or you're afraid all right you know what I'm done with this are you going to do them or not cuz I'm not going around circles and know what is don't wor I'm in route I'mma pick up the woman was charged with assault and disorderly conduct now proceed with our last suspect this woman also found herself in the same situation as the previous one really don't have anything better to do on New Year's Eve I didn't do anything ille you're lazy and you don't want to pull over somebody where you have to do paper who has a suspended driver's l on February 10th 2023 in wedding Wisconsin an officer observed a driver named Nicole who was operating a vehicle with a revoked driver's license they initiated a traffic stop to investigate upon approaching the vehicle the officers started communicating with Nicole finding something suspicious they continued their next procedure hello hello I'm my Sheriff's Office reason I'm stopped just cuz you're suspended Nicole thank you for that I just ran out of gas too you want do you want to what's that you ran out of gas I just ran out of gas literally okay all right do you have your ID card on you at all no you know who I am okay what about you do you Irvin you don't have anything I see do you see what I mean why are you going to ask okay do you have do you have insurance on the vehicle I don't okay where's the weed at there is no weed in my car how come it smells like weed in cuz it always smells like weed can you please read the reports it always smells like weed I smoke in my garage my car is in my garage I have a F this time in the car that I just picked up from school I'm not doing this with my kid in the car no I know no okay so do what you guys got to do but there's no weed in my car and nobody's smoking weed with my kid in the car okay so when was the last time you smoked weed in your car I smoked weed in my garage yesterday which my car is literally in my tiny garage so um if it smells like reer it's cuz I smell good Reaper and this is the story I tell every single one of you every time you guys do this so story never changes did you have your seat belt on nope I did not prob did you have yours on Irving no he did didn't didn't okay all right so there's nothing in the car NOP at all no okay that's your son in the back you said my son yes all right just same f for me suspects in such incidents may be unaware of the consequences but according to the law the police are required to follow legal procedures I'm also be going out on a search shortly me see if the city maybe has a female white 33 alert revoke driver's license howdy what's the good word whole lot she parked here or uh no she was coming by uh mcdill there at the intersection I turned around she pulled in here she said she just ran out of gas apparently okay that's what she said so you got an exra care gloves like a bir oh yeah I do yeah she said she smoked in it the other day Okay well she said but there's nothing in there you ran out of gas or you're like legitimately I'm just asking like cop should ask they sure and that's what I'm doing right now so have gas but I'm just saying I got my kid time I'm not going to I'm not going to do what everybody thinks I'm going to do I'm going be calm tonight okay well I guess what it looks like to us is that you see a cop you pull into a driveway so I mean that's what it looks like to us I get it if you ran out of gas you ran out of gas like a in a gas can okay good deal all right almost made it yes why do you guys bring so many Shariff every time you guys coming over well well from your last traffic stop that's why anything better to do on New Year's Eve I didn't do anything illegal CU you're lazy and you don't want to pull over somebody where you have to do paper who has a suspended driver's lense why was there so many on my last hopefully not right guys okay no that's that's really not true um people are disrespecting me I'm not I'm going to okay well I don't think we're disrespectful right now last okay fair enough that's your right to believe that um what's it smell like just weed pretty strong or moderate yeah I'd say it's good enough she said she smoked in it yesterday but it's uh yeah it's definitely there 4.5 some million views and I don't get no money is that what it's up to right now jeez can I get um the police department in trouble for like to harass me me and my child are getting I don't understand what you're asking like um I'm being I have threats in my inboxes and obviously that's not acceptable right so like why is it being to be po why is that's up to the the whatever the department it's not the department that posted little childish is that it that's what they do that's they subpoena videos and they they do that so we're not the ones that posted it it's not the it's not us if they request it we got to give it to them one of you guys' YouTube channel huh I'm sorry what it's one of us no that's not true either so we were trying to figure out who it was for a long time they to come we'll just pull them all out and then we just won't search here until Hansen gets here and hand search Irving all right why don't you hop up Nicole can you open the door for me all right so you step up for me dude don't do my kid I want my kid out of the car uh so weird that you guys are doing this and especially with my kid in the car you guys got it coming out why is it weird Nicole because it's uncalled for why your because we're out of gas why not be a cop like you guys say you help people and you're not out just to to arrest people for things but why not ask like if what's up with the car problems and then by the way you do have a suspended license why and actually it's actually why do you need why do you need this many offices so cuz we're going to search your car cuz it smells like marijuana it smells like marijuana every time and you guys don't search it half the time okay well I wasn't there for those other times so I don't know what to tell you if a car smells like marijuana we search it that's well there was how many of last time and he on the video it shows that he said it smelled like alcohol and marijuana well he did search it I think and barely and then I'm not certain what happened in the past is what happened in the past there's a female officer coming from the city so we're going to wait till she gets here to search you okay well she's well these deputies are staying with you we're going to search them back okay dude why don't you guys pull over math heads or crackheads like you actually find something no you don't arrested a couple this week so worried about being up my your mom literally gets harassed like person that is literally that's an easy said I'm revok so I'm going to do actually I don't have a Revol license CU I don't have an O on my record it can be revoked for DOT action or noncompliance as well a Department of Transportation yeah that's who that's who actually revokes it and stuff we don't we don't suspend or I can't go to die I have my child here I'm not going to yeah we don't usually take people to jail for operating or revoke so does B County usually do that then we usually just rate a ticket this is so upsetting my heart breaks every time like I this is why I do not I will never call you guys if I ever actually need your help um for them doing this and then Mommy can't keep up with the tickets I was on a payment plan I was paying $50 every month for tickets for I it was an unpaid steam ticket and your mom didn't have money and I forgot about it so then it grapped up and then um while I was driving I got more TI you can't just stop driving when you have a child or have to go to work or take care of your grandparents did you try aine for like an occupational or anything cuz you can get an occupational even if you have a suspended or like rev license yeah I thought I was for sure way over the limit of getting that from all the I'd get literally harassed every single day by students app Point por County or new the police determined Nicole's and her vehicle's information while inspecting they sensed something unusual and discovered unexpected facts I don't take you dve any I don't take you to drive originally I tried to do right and I was on a payment plan but they keep pulling you over so you can't then they give you another $250 if you look hard enough you might find some stems on the floor if you look real hard we're not going to charge you for stems being on the floor the only one that needs to searches H yeah the is it mostly blunts that you guys smoke or what do you what do you I smoke blunts blunts okay you guys ever do use like T or the type THC uh pens pens yeah I don't like them no okay all right you get you guys Vape at all no you get water in your lungs yeah whose Vape is this that is actually a nick nick that one nice try though so when was the last time you smoked I smoked yesterday garage that was your last time yes how come it smells that bad cuz my garage is small and my car is in my garage it's enclosed I don't open up my garage I don't want my neighbors all the D you're really going to make me explain all this in front of my you know sign dude you want we I well I think it's all out on the table now that's that's horrible dude you guys already did enough with that video my kid is getting harassed at school I'm getting harassed I will never get a job in this town because of that video G that was dirty and then literally let me go and never found drugs never found anything and you guys are doing it again well that's all open records we don't do anything about bar sharing videos we've been trying to figure out who requesting I'm going to literally have you guys running around in circles for people cuz I know so many people you guys are going to be chasing but Nicole if somebody if somebody does an open records request we have to release that okay I don't care really can we get on with this so I don't like my kid outside the car yeah they can go sit back in the car but I got is scared I just want to know that that was the last time you smoked we yesterday yes all right go ahead and take back in your car is there enough in there to get to gas station I don't know there hopefully it sounds like there's some in there okay all right well if we need to give you a ride over there we can do that yeah thank you on whenever you get enough in there try to start it up and you can shut it off right away but if not I can give you a ride yeah it'll be fine even if it's straight up the road and [ __ ] here they I think there should be okay especially just up the road well if you want to try to fire it up now otherwise I mean I'm sure you guys want to get on your way so I'll leave it up to you find you your right all right were you able to get your car started at all I didn't need to start come on there we go okay you're going to be able to get to the gas station you think okay so you're going to get get some citations okay Nicole one's for your revoke soer will revoke having no insurance then not wear you realize if you guys just gave me a break on like the ticketing and like not pulling me over like turning a blind ey literally sometimes I could catch up and I would have my license back here's here's the deal Nicole okay if you just stop driving all in general and you get rides places then You' probably give give me rides I'm sure you have family members that have ballad license corre oh God you don't know me all right so all the citations the four of them have n mandatory court dates March 27th that's the same court date for all four do you have any questions for me no okay well you're Revol so you can't drive so you're going to have to find a valid driver for me okay okay you have any questions for me okay Nicole was cited for operating while revoked operating a motor vehicle without insurance vehicle operating failure and not wearing a seat belt for more videos about criminals hit the Subscribe button
