Good morning. We are starting off with, you know, the one you saw on the thumbnail. Mom left her three-year-old alone to get plastic surgery. If you don't like commentary during your body cam uh videos, the links are already in the description box. And for everyone else, let's get started. >> As a seemingly normal day took a shocking turn when a 3-year-old boy was found wandering alone outside his apartment complex in Dural, Florida on June the 27th of 2024. Police say the young boy was left to fend for himself while his mother, 25-year-old Jessica Reteria, left for a plastic surgery appointment miles away. Surveillance footage from the complex paints a troubling picture. Around 10:00 a.m., Renteria is seen leaving the apartment that she shared with her son while the boy later appears on camera, roaming the grounds unattended. By 400 p.m., 6 hours after his mother had left, concerned neighbors discovered the child asleep outside on a stranger's doorstep and contacted law enforcement. >> [music] >> Let me speak to you. Just take care of him. Okay. >> Okay. >> What's going on? >> Officer Gonzalz, you spoke to me on the phone. >> Yes, I did. My name is Claudia. So, well, we live in that apartment. There's one and my two neighbors, they live in the north. >> Let me get his phone >> before he locks it. >> He has a phone with him. But I don't think it has service. Yeah, it doesn't have service. That's voicemails. He doesn't have any calls. Do not disturb. You see, have you ever seen this person before? >> Let's call this guy. Big Yeah. There's the dad's phone number. >> Yeah. Big dog. 386. >> That's the dad. >> Yeah. He's the That's the wallpaper for this phone. to his number. >> No, this is the phone and that's the contact number. >> That's the number for the phone. >> Yeah, >> he he had a phone in his hand. >> Where is he? >> Right there with their friends. >> Oh, with the neighbors. But they don't know who he is. >> Where did they find him? >> Underneath the cell. Right here by himself. >> You want me to call them or no? >> You want to call him? You said you saw him right here. >> Yeah, my neighbor saw him right there in the dirt. He was sleeping. >> Sleeping? >> Yes. >> All right. What time was this? >> An hour ago. >> He has food and water, right? >> It's been an hour. >> It's been an hour. >> Either this guy's sleeping. I don't see any doors open >> that he maybe walked out. Hey, little buddy. >> What's your name? >> What's your name? >> Yes, cuz we saw the ring camera. >> What's your name? >> Do you know where you live? >> Sophia. >> All right. Coming with a a little quick tidbit. It says the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says that they assisted law enforcement with 29,568 missing child cases in 2024. I'm going to check and make sure my year is right on that one though. And then it says 91% of children in cases assisted by them in 2024 were recovered. >> You know where you live? >> [laughter] >> Take a seat here. Okay. said he picked up on the floor. >> You said that came from the floor. >> Yes. >> Was that on him or was it on the floor? >> It was on his side. >> Yeah. It's 1:22 p.m. He came by himself. >> Okay. And the witness said that they saw her leaving. The one that went to get plastic surgery. I think they said around 10:00 a.m. It is now 5:05 p.m. uh with the cops responding and everything right now. >> This is what >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> In the meantime, can you start knocking on doors? >> Yeah. >> Have a picture. Who >> you said? No one lives here. No one lives here. >> He has to be in the first floor. Yeah. >> Okay. H I know. >> See if the door's open because that's the only way he came out. >> Hello By >> any chance, are you missing a kid? >> No. >> No. >> Do you know if you know any family that are like African-American that live around here? >> African American? No. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right. What are the name of these? >> Yeah, we do. >> It's a black male with glasses. Yes. Do you know any uh African-American family that live around here? >> No. >> No. Which apartment do you live in? >> Seven. >> Seven. Okay. >> Yeah. Just know that. >> Okay. Okay. All right. >> I know. Sorry. >> And what kind of priorities do you have? If you're paying for plastic surgery, but you don't have child care for your child, that means that you really can't afford the plastic surgery cuz you would make better financial decisions when it comes to who's going to watch my child while I'm out incapacitated or whatever. But instead, you think it's okay to leave your three-year-old alone while you get plastic surgery. No one knows who this baby belongs to just in he's in he's just there by himself. Like how many what if something happened to you while you were getting the surgery? So many people do not make it out of certain plastic out of certain surgeries period and certain plastic surgeries like you just would have let your child is just at the whim of whatever happens. >> Hi, by any chance do you have a small child? >> No. >> Okay. Do you know this little kid? No. >> No. All right. Stay Unless he came on. >> Oh, he's knocking on every door. >> Yeah. >> No. >> Hi. >> Hi, bud. You want to take me home? Spanish or English? We don't know. Hi. >> Hi. Are you home? >> Yes. >> Hi. Do you have a a son? >> Do I have a what? >> A child. >> I I do. Yes. >> How old is he? He is 4 months. >> 5 months. Okay. By any chance, do you know this little boy? >> Oh, I do not. >> Okay. Thank you. >> See if you find a Tesla. >> A Tesla. What color? >> A Tesla. >> What color? >> Uh, we can't tell from the >> like a Jeep Tesla or a car Tesla. >> A car Tesla. We're going to find this mom. I Okay, at this point in the grand scheme, it doesn't matter how she left her child. But I hope that that was a Uber Tesla and not she has a Tesla because again, financial decisions of you just don't love your child. I mean you don't because there's just certain things you just wouldn't even do this like you I'm so when you become a parent there are sacrifices that you make for your child and that includes if you want some kind of beauty regimen or whatever the financial stuff has to go with the welfare of the child you have to I'm sorry you cannot do this it doesn't matter you can't do this you have a child you take care of the child and this is frivolous stuff this I just can't even imagine how many times has she left him How at what age did she start leaving them at home by himself? Cuz this is not the first time. You don't just jump to a surgery and you left them at home. She's been leaving this baby at home. >> You found them. Where you going? Okay. Okay. Okay. How's it going? Do you have a son by any chance? >> No. >> No. Do you do you recognize this little boy? >> Oh my gosh. >> No. Baby, come here. >> Missing. >> Is he missing? >> No, we found him. We're trying to find his parents. >> Does he look familiar? That's the building complex. >> That's our building. But >> Yeah. Yeah. But you don't recognize him? >> No. >> No. >> No. I know. There's >> the playground. >> There's a toddler up who lives upstairs. But he's Yeah, he's light. >> Okay. All right. >> No, I don't. >> Thank you guys. >> Okay. Hello. Hello. >> Hi. Do you recognize this little boy? >> We can't answer the door right now, but if you'd like No, I'm not. But you haven't seen. Okay. Gracia. >> Hey, excuse me. >> No. >> Gracia, >> sir. Sir, >> do you know him or do you recognize him? >> No. No. >> No. All right. Thank you. >> No, we found him. We're trying to find his parents. >> Thank you. >> Oh, yeah. I'm on my way over there. Bye. >> [clears throat] >> When they find her, I hope she didn't get a chance to fill her pain medication prescription. She needs to go just as they will take her straight to jail. And I hope they give her at best Tylenol. You need to feel every part of your decision. And I still don't think um I don't I don't know if people like this learn a lesson cuz I don't understand how you got to this logic in the first place of even making a decision to do this. So I don't know if people like this learn their lesson. They just learn to be better at being bad. That's what it feels like to me. I just I just feel like if you're already this selfish, you're not you're not gonna get better. >> They don't have a code to the door. Go in. >> I'm just trying to figure out >> I don't know who I want it. >> Does she know the pin to the door? Jose is in route. >> Okay. more categoriz anyone home and a hallway to the right and then a master bedroom straight across and then there's a wall here in the Hold on. >> Okay, y'all remind me. I'll try not to skip to the next video once this one ends. I'm going to go back and play the intro so you can hear the whole circumstance again for those that that were still trickling in cuz this one I just want you to know how they got how we're all getting here. It's important for this one, I think. First room to the right. >> Over here to the right. >> Stay right there. Right. >> The first room to the right. Just stay right there. Wait for surgery to clear that up. >> It's locked. I guess they don't have access to the master bedroom cuz it's an Airbnb. So, >> all right. I was waiting to get clarification. So, she checked herself for her postsurgery recovery. So, she didn't just leave the child for the surgery. She's now recovering in an Airbnb while her 3-year-old was back at that apartment. That's what I'm saying. Just I'm I'm with lovable scorpion. I hope it's botched. I do. >> Probably rented that one room. >> So she rented a room from this. >> Yeah. A bunch of child stuff. >> That's probably where they rent. >> Yeah. So the the last bedroom to the right. That's one that that's your room, right? That's one That's not one you rented out. >> There's no way to get out. Banana. Yum. Five. for the lights. You like the lights? >> You want to go sit over here? >> Yeah. >> You want to go sit over here? >> Come. The one good thing is now that they've canvased the neighborhood and the um neighbors and whoever are outside, they'll know to look for him again and they'll know they can contact the authorities, you know, report whatever they have to do, but they'll know who the little boy is now. >> Sit right here. Come sit. Come sit over here. I'm going to sit down, man. Come on. Do you like see drive four? You're good. Four. Four. You're hungry or no? >> Huh? >> God bless you, baby. You're going to be fine. Okay. >> Anybody? Like, >> you got space for this in the front or >> chair? Okay. >> I know. My dog's a little bit smaller than you. >> He's a little big. I'm put this here in the front. Okay. >> A little bit bigger than my daughter. Okay. >> I put some diapers inside there and clothes and wipes and you know if you need to be changed and a little PJ. >> Yep. I got all that. >> I love to see communities coming together to help. I hate that it has to be for reasons like this. >> So, we're going to go to the station so we can be more comfortable. It's hot outside. >> Yeah. >> See? Yeah. We got a TV so he can be a little more with the TV and stuff like that. There's a table. He can play with a table. I have another officer that has some toys that maybe I'll call her now so she can pass by and give me some more toys. >> I have tons of toys, but I don't want to overload overload you guys. >> I [laughter] know. I know. No, but that's that's that's good enough. I mean, good. >> Yeah. He's going to hold on to my phone. A >> little bit bigger than my daughter. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Thank you guys. Thank you. >> Body cam footage from responding officers shows them arriving to comfort the child in search for his guardian. When no one could come forward, officers began a search for the boy's mother, eventually tracking her down to a nearby medical facility where she had undergone a surgical procedure. The video reveals a visibly bandaged Renteria being taken into custody roughly 14 hours after having left her son behind. >> Okay, it recaped it so I don't have to go to the beginning cuz that's what I was wanting y'all to see where the time it said and uh where they found her. 14 hours. She was going to be gone longer. She was going to be gone longer. That's just because they forcibly found her that it was 14 hours. [sighs and gasps] So there she is. Was it worth it? Hopefully, I hope it wasn't. I hope it don't look nothing like she wanted it to look like. >> Being taken into custody roughly 14 hours after having left her son behind. In the aftermath, Renteria faced a felony charge of child neglect, which could have led to a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison if convicted. She posted a $1,000 bond and pleaded not guilty. And her trial was scheduled at a later date pending any agreements reached with prosecutors. Yeah, that's despicable. That's despicable. Most of this list is heavy on what y'all sent me. Um cuz normally they come in my algorithm, but I don't always go ahead and watch these. So, a lot of these I don't know how they turn out. So, we're about to look at this is example. Parents caught leaving toddler outside for 2 hours after a long night of partying. >> What's the address to your emergency? What's going on there? 59. Um I I'm walking my dog and there's a child. He looks maybe four. He's got a really dirty diaper on. He's just running around. No parents. >> And he's a little boy. Is he black, white, Spanish, Asian? >> He's white. He has blonde hair. His diaper is like down to his knees. Hold on. Come on, Boogie. Stay right here. Okay. I try to grab him cuz I don't want him to get hit by a car. >> Okay. Which direction did he go from your trailer? >> He went to the right. Hey. Hey, buddy. Hey, buddy. What you doing? Do you live here? Hey, come here. What's your name? Hey. Hey, kiddo. Come here. This is a prime example of why some people shouldn't be parents. Early in the morning in Ohio, a call was made to the >> I just want to say that if I felt I feel like I could title my compilations that cuz I really do be want to call it why some people shouldn't be parents. Like I really that's that's where I wanted to go. I went gentle on my title, but I really want to call, you know, parents that don't deserve having kids or or people that don't deserve being parents. I I really want to title my video. >> Local 911 dispatch about a 4-year-old child knocking over trash cans by himself with no adult in sight. The child appeared to be wearing an extremely dirty diaper that was almost dragging on the floor. A young woman walking her dog noticed the child. Wait until you see where the child's parents were and what they were doing while their toddler was roaming the streets. >> Do you know your name? He didn't know. >> He didn't know. Okay. Oh my god, that diaper is And I'm not even familiar with diapers like that. That diaper, that poor Oh my god, that baby's been out a long time. >> Have you seen him around the area now? >> When the officer arrived, the first thing he noticed was the child's diaper, which was filled with waste, a clear sign of neglect. Considering that anything could have happened to this toddler, it raises the question, where are the parents? What's the And you live a 15. >> What's the phone number and contact you at? Is there a Do you guys have a non-emergency number for the office here? >> Um, >> do you know? >> I don't know. Um, I haven't really called up there. They're not very helpful. The one time I did call. >> Okay. I can hold it up. >> I'LL SEE IF DISPATCH has something. >> Okay. And we ran from this way. He's just knocked the trash cans over. Ran that way. I don't know. I've never seen him before, >> but it looks like he's been through the neighborhood a good minute. >> Okay. Yeah, cuz all these trash cans are him. >> Yeah. Hi, Tim. with traffic. >> By 18, can you contact the office here and have them come down on trailer 159 and see if they can help me identify this boy? >> Affirmative to see if they happen can identify this boy or possibly what trailer he goes belongs to. >> There. >> And I every video I'm going to think this. I might say it out loud, but I'm just like, it's so lucky that the baby was found by someone that actually wanted to help the baby and not harm the baby, not sell the baby, not traffic the whatever it is, not kidnap the baby. The Now, the baby obviously doesn't seem like it's the best with his parents. A diaper like that, that's a long time of being unattended. But I would never want obviously anyone that means a child or a person harm to come into contact with that vulnerable person like a child like the elderly and stuff like that. Um but it's just so lucky that thank for the ones we're watching today today is thank god a good Samaritan type person found them. He's got mud all over him. Dried mud like he's been out for a little while. >> It's a dirty diaper. It's down to his legs and his he's exposed. I'm not sure. So, it's it's so I don't and I was like I don't I don't know if he's a missing kid. I better real quick cuz I don't see any parents. The only uh rainbow silver lining I can offer is that based on the titles, I did not put any in the playlist where the kids don't make it. It's only where you could just see the parents getting the consequences of their actions, but not where a kid doesn't make it. I told y'all I try to keep the mornings not like that for y'all. So, that's what I can say is based on the titles there's the children should be okay. >> Can you stay with us for >> So, yeah. Stay right here, >> please. We're real friendly. Do you like the flowers? They're pretty, huh? >> Yeah. I'm going to skip to them finding the parents because Oh, here we go. At this point, we need to see what's going on with these adults. by Tim. Can you call >> the front door on the 18th of last month for the same thing? >> Upon confirming with dispatch, the officer was informed that this was the second time the parents had been caught with their toddler wandering alone in the street. Let's see what their excuse is this time. Big work security at the arch 2000. >> Step out here. >> Is this your son? >> Yes, it is. >> Is there a reason why he's out here running around? >> Have a seat right here for me. >> Yeah. >> Is there Who all lives here? >> Uh me and my wife and my roommate. >> Okay. Is there a reason why your son is running around in a disgusting diaper? Who knows how long he's been running around right now? >> No, sir. No, sir. >> Okay. Are you high right now? >> No, sir. I'm not really tired. I just really just woke up. >> Okay. What's your last name? >> Uh, >> what's your date of birth? >> It's 424. >> 424. What? >> 1984. >> 84. So, is everybody inside still asleep? Uh, I think my wife is. Yes. >> Your wife is okay. >> Yes. >> Do you work anywhere? >> I'm sorry. >> Do you work anywhere? >> Yes, I do. >> Were you guys smoking weed last night? >> Uh, no. No, sir. >> Why is all this out here? >> I was. I was. >> Okay. Why are you struggling to answer questions of like your height and weight and your hair color or your eye color >> again? I just I literally just woke up. Like I'm like groggy. How long do you think your son's been out here? I guess he's been running around the neighborhood knocking over trash cans. Okay. Uh, what's your son's Well, have her come out here. Police department. Come out here. Come out here. You stay out here. She's right there. >> Are you dressed? >> No. >> Well, get dressed and come out here, please. >> Yes. >> Huh? No, he wasn't. >> He was outside a second ago. >> Hey, Brian, stay out here. >> Get dressed when you come out here. Okay. >> Have no idea. >> What time do you think it is? >> I have no idea. That's a red flag. What time do you think it is? And you don't know what time of day you have a child. You kind of got to just be aware of some times. That's number one. And I think he said he couldn't see that guy's eye color, so his pupils are probably dilated. So, hm, I'm wondering about that. I think he said, "I can't see your eye color. What's up with that?" >> Know where my phone is. >> Okay. So, do you have any idea why your son's running around out here knocking trash cans over? >> Not supposed to. We all went to bed last night. My roommate was up this morning before he went to work. I thought I didn't know. I thought Brian was up. I haven't been up since last night. >> And what's your date of birth? >> Stop that medication. >> That diaper wasn't even changed last night. Based on how that diaper is, that wasn't even a last night change before you went to bed. She did not watch over that baby last night. Either she or he, cuz it's both of them. If they if they're the parents, both of them. >> What medication >> I'm on? I've been on it for about a week. I'm just going to have to stop it. >> What's your date of birth? >> 9:30 1989. >> How tall are you? >> 411. >> Okay. How much do you weigh? >> Do you really need to know that? >> I there just blanks I got to fill in. >> Okay. I can look it up. At a time like this, you're like, I don't want to name my weight. Like, girl, you still don't even know the condition your baby's found in. And you're people's priorities. >> Uh, do you work anywhere? >> I work at Courtyard by Marriott. I work overnights. >> Did you let the dogs out? >> No. >> Oh my. I'm so sorry. I just need to check and make sure that I have two dogs in here. >> Yeah, I saw two dogs. >> Yeah, like a German Shepherd or something and then that tan dog. Yeah. >> Okay. So, were you smoking marijuana last night? >> Yeah. >> You leave that. It's out here where kids can get a hold of it. >> Not usually. >> Well, not usually. Is that how much you smoked last night cuz you didn't remember? What time did you guys smoke last night? About 9:30, 10. >> Hey, don't go in for right now. Okay. >> Did she say they went to sleep about 9:30 or 10? Because ain't no way. Not with that doctor looking like that. >> Is there any way I can look at the inside of your trailer? >> Yeah. Are your dogs friendly? >> They're friendly, but they sound rough. >> Can you go lock them into a back door? >> As you can see, I try to keep most of my stuff up here up here. Or I have another room out of um the way. >> Where's his medication? >> And >> where's bedroom at? >> Um he shares with his dad his crib rope. >> He shares a bed with his dad. So do y'all not stay in the same room? Cuz wouldn't he share a bed with y'all? Okay. And then also if you share the bedroom with the dad, how does the dad not know he wasn't there? >> So we're kind of >> okay >> improvising. I have two girls that only are only here every >> Okay. And the baby's right there. You're not looking at him to be like, you know what, as I talk to you, let me change his diaper because that diaper was crazy. >> And I don't have any of them. >> Okay. >> Just this the second time. I can't believe he did it a second time, but I I have somebody watching him cuz before he got out when I was taking a nap, you know, cuz I work overnight and so I switched everything around. Um, it's a freaking duck in the bathtub. It's a duck in the bathtub. Let me get this. Hold on. It is a duck in the bathtub living his best life. You look, I've seen people have some crazy pets. I'm not even against you having a duck, but you can't have these animals and you not taking care of your child. And then, you know, the house, you know, we're looking at the house. What the heck? >> To watch him during the week. >> Wait, you got ducks? >> We have one. Yeah, it's my roommates. I didn't know he left. >> What's the other thing in those? >> The water in the tub is disgusting as well. You can't even see through the water. >> Oh my god. >> Is that a dead duck in there? >> Y'all have to >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And then there's a dead duck. Is that child? I'm going back. I h I can't because that just speaks to the whole condition that this poor kid is living in. >> Oh my god. >> Is that a dead duck in there? Y'all, >> I have to. Huh? >> Yeah. Yeah. I'll um deal with that in just a minute. I'll have to >> Sorry, I'm trying to get my way. Is >> this your only bathroom? >> Um no, we have one back here. This is the one that we all use. >> There's marijuana everywhere. >> Yeah, I >> This is Seems like more than just you smoking marijuana. It's all It's within reach of everybody. >> I'm going to make some phone calls. I'll be right back. Okay. >> After noticing the home was in extreme filth and discovering a dead duck in one of the bathrooms, the officer began trying to establish a timeline for how long the child had been roaming the streets alone. It turned out the child had been outside for nearly 2 hours. It was now time to place the unfit parents in handcuffs. >> I already got three little girls and I drive like And >> this is why we're watching these videos. I'm hoping to see every parent end up in handcuffs. That's why we're here. Just because the school's over there at ghetto, I drive 35 minutes every morning and then I leave work early to come all the way back. >> So, you're not going to have any issues with keeping them for a long long I I don't know time frame or anything. I just >> I actually even said like I'm going to if y'all let me take him, I'm going to go buy him a bed and just go rearrange my whole house so he has his own bedroom. So, I just don't want to get into >> What kind of person is Todd then? >> Huh? >> What kind of person is Todd? >> I mean, um, so Todd's the boyfriend, Brian is the husband. that they all live here together and but Todd is like really kind of like uptight, you know what I mean? Like I don't really I don't know. I don't talk to him too much. He took over. >> No, cuz seriously, we've had too much time with this baby being found and still in that diaper. This is this is one of the first priorities for me too. Anz lovable Scorpion, uh Jacqueline, whoever asked about the diaper. We got to get this diaper changed. This is ridiculous. and friend, family friend, I'mma need y'all to anonymously report these conditions cuz yeah, you offered to take the baby. Very commendable. And she's about to take the baby now. So, I'm not going too hard on her or anything like that. But in the meantime, when before the cops got involved and you saw their conditions, I need you to report so this baby can get out of these conditions. They probably still would have contacted you or someone that she trusted to see if they could take the baby first. Cuz how long would the baby still be in those conditions had it had he not been found wandering around? I know. Look, I know these people be y'all's friends, but again, anonymous tip. Anonymous. They'd still come investigate >> more than the dad. >> Yeah, he takes care of >> Okay. So, are they married? >> Mhm. >> Yep. >> But then >> Todd's Todd's a boyfriend. >> Don't get me started on it. Yeah. >> That's why that's why she That's why dad >> child. I forgot to address that cuz all the other stuff going on. Yes. She said one's the boyfriend, one's the husband. Cuz remember she was like, "Oh, that's my roommate. Our roommate has that." You mean your boyfriend and your husband? Talking about he sleeps. No wonder she said the the baby sleeps in there with the dad because she's got the current boyfriend and then her husband she hasn't divorced is in there too. This is This is too much. >> Stays with son in one room. I guess that makes more sense now. I was trying to >> Yeah. Now I'm going to go >> and they got to worry about it. That old man that's at my house that don't shut up. We talk so much. >> All right. I'm going to bring them one over and I'm going to ask them and make sure I got to ask him. Hey, is it all right if Britney takes him? >> All right. >> You guys are both placed under arrest for child neglect. Is it all right if Britney takes the kid? >> Turn around. Put your hands by your back. It's got to be that's got to be dad, right? If he get in handcuffs and she going to get handcuffs, that's got to be dad. That's cuz you like who's the daddy? That's me. Love story. That's got to be him cuz arresting the boyfriend. Now you could cuz he's still an adult that can see horrible conditions for the baby. So technically you could be like you were aware of the endangerment of this child cuz you're you're regularly here. You live here and you see this. But I'm guessing this is the dad. >> Who is Britney to you guys? >> Who is Britney to you guys? >> Uh Britney is my my sister's daughter. >> All right. You're getting placed under arrest for child neglect. Okay. Britney's here. Is it all right if she takes the Connor? >> Yes. >> Okay. Put the trans on your back for me. >> Give my Let me hold that. You going to fill up the other one? >> You don't want it to go with you? >> Um, >> so that way you'll have it with you everywhere you go. >> Phone numbers you get phone numbers and stuff out of. >> Yeah, it's up to you. >> That way whenever you get out, at least they'll have with you to you. >> So, >> yeah. >> Anything else you need out of the house? >> No. >> Okay. >> Um, is it okay if they go in and get diapers, clothes? >> Yes, they can go in. We're We're not going in, but just >> he said that quick. They told him about that condition. He said we are not going in. No, >> I don't blame him. If I ain't got to go in there, ain't no way I would go in there. >> Is there a way to lock the front door? How can we lock it? >> They have keys. >> Have a seat. >> There's a They Britney needs a car seat, too. Where? Um >> it's in the car. Tell her the keys are hanging up. >> The keys are hanging up. So, is this your first time? This the first time? my first time going in there since I've got let them get on the lease as tenants because because I am supposed to like you know this is like a 10-year thing where um I just pay and in 10 years I own it and I can move it off >> and uh they got kicked out of the apartment where they were at off like 10th and so I let them stay here cuz it'd be enough bedrooms for Connor to have his own room and the whole it smells so bad in there and the whole thing I think it's a bear. Put that down. I'll get you one. And uh it's barely bad in there. Like the doors are off and there's cereal all over the place. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> And so what? Your aunt to him? >> No, he's my cousin. >> Your cousin? >> That the one you just arrested is my aunt. My mom's sister. >> Yes, I got her. >> All right. Do you need anything else from us? I'll find out. I'll find out where the keys are so you're not having to dig through the fight. >> Oh, she not just a family friend. She family family. She said y'all just arrested her aunt. Okay. Wow. So this is her cousin. She's holding. Okay. >> Yes. >> These unfit parents were given a safe ride to jail, exactly where they needed to be to learn a lesson about leaving a child outside for nearly 2 hours. This was their second offense. On top of that, both parents were sentenced to 7 years of probation ending on December 13th, 2030. We >> second offense. Come on, CPS. Come on. These are the ones you need to be looking into. Did they change that diaper? I swear I hope they did. I saw they put a shirt on him. I hope they had changed that diaper. All right, here's another one. Okay, so this one says, "Three kids ask for help from hot trunk while mom shops at Walmart. And I'm going tell you now, it's way too many adults filled with excuses and lies on this one." September 14th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a Walmart parking lot after witnesses reported unattended children locked inside a hot car. When police arrived, they made contact with the witnesses and the mother, 29-year-old Sierra Washington. [clears throat] >> What's up, brother? They uh So, the car was off. They managed to get the key from this side before the baby car. >> Is the car on or off? >> The car is off. >> It's a mother. She's 70 years old. She was I don't know. >> Another person took No, >> no, just grandma. >> Me. I'm her friend. She in the store. I went this way. >> She took the little girl so we can try to find out who the mama was. The little girl said she can watch them in there. >> Okay. But where's the seven-year-old daughter? >> Some lady took her in the store. >> She took >> and with the keys. >> The lady took in the store because we was trying to figure out who the parent was. So, because she was the the oldest out of them, they was already over here. >> So, them two plus the seven-year-old were in the car. I pulled. Yeah, cuz they was already over here on the phone, I guess, calling y'all and I and they couldn't open the doors and call up. So when I came, I pulled I the trunk. They was on top. This one was on top of that one, but I took them out with the sevenyear-old. The seven-year-old was watching them. >> This is the You're the friend or the grandmother? >> I'm the car, right? The car was running off and the car was off. No AC. >> No, the car isn't running. There's no AC. And even I was looking at even cracking a window, which parents should know. I don't have to know so much cuz I'm not putting a dog or a kid in a hot car. But um they should know. Cracking a window does not help much either. And I don't even know if the windows were cracked. I don't see any cracked windows at this time. The mom is still uh coming outside, I think. I don't think she she came outside yet. And the National Safety Council said that in 2024 39 children died in the United States after being left or becoming trapped in vehicles. It says more than 1100 children have died from heat stroke in vehicles since 1990. And it says the temperature inside the vehicle. I'm waiting to see if this is Florida. It's a hot place. I know that. that when you leave a car, whatever it is outside, it can go up to up 20° more within 10 minutes. And I think it said up to 50° more with more time. So, whatever it is outside doesn't matter. The degrees inside the car will always be hotter. Way hotter. >> Who's that? Is that the owner of the vehicle? >> The mother. Yeah. >> Are you the owner of this vehicle? >> I just My friend was bringing the groceries. Okay. How long How long were you Did you leave these? >> I just left. >> Okay. Because Because we have people that are coming to the car and they're saying that. >> Okay. This is the mom. I believe this is the mom. >> This car was off with no AC with two babies in the car. >> And then >> I don't know why she got out the car. >> I was watching them. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Who are you? I'm tell you right now, this lady, I'm already here with Lovable Scorpion. Spoiler alert, I think this is the liar. She pisses everybody off. Once you realize that she lying, tell you now. No, because what we're not going to do is let her sit here and and anybody else believe her lies while we're figuring this out. She I think this the one. >> Yes. I'm a friend of hers. When he first started calling 911, he saw me standing out there in the car cuz I just went to go use the bathroom. >> So, you were here at the car? >> Yes. I guess cuz I wasn't right there. He feel like they by they stuff. So I told y'all lady to watch them while I go get the mom. >> It's just a bunch of nothing. So it don't make no sense. They just do too much here. >> So were you the one that was watching the kids? >> Yes. >> She went inside. >> Yeah. I got the kids and everything. He said, "Oh no, they by their stuff." I didn't think you took the car. >> Why do you mind me asking? Why did you take the sevenyear-old inside and >> she was right here watching them? I asked her to watch them for >> You know what I need y'all to observe? Since this is one that I have seen before, look at the mom's demeanor right now. Right now, she's calm. You got this liar vouching for you. She's good. So, when you see her later, like, oh, blah, blah, blah. I ain't got no sympathy for you. Because right now, had the lie sold, you'd be just fine. You'd be just fine. Cuz see, I I be I be having something in the background for me, too, cuz I'm multitasking. So, I didn't see that she looked like everything was okay had this person's lies uh been believed. Why get her to tell her what he just said? No, I was watching them. I told her to watch them for me. Get her cuz I'm like he's doing too much. She making a big scene for no reason and there's nothing. >> You were watching them too. >> Was the car on or off? >> The car was off. I had the key. >> She had they must cut off when she came. >> Yeah. And they making a big He kept following pictures out of Tag and everything like why I I'm so upset when >> How long were you guys gone for the >> We was not gone. I was here. She >> She needs to go to jail, too. She needs to go to jail, too, because she could have um That's obstruction from what actually happened in the investigation. She needs to go to jail for a little bit, too. >> To get some shoes and get some clothes. >> This don't make no sense. This just don't make no damn sense at all. I'm telling >> might even be tampering. I don't know. It's something though. Give her something. >> I'm here while he on the phone with 911. Then he took pictures of the test. Oh, my girlfriend together in his car. Yes. >> Okay. And you were just outside of the car. >> Okay. >> This You got your ID on you? >> I left at home. >> You have your ID on you? >> Yes, I do. >> You got your ID, mama? >> Are you the registered owner of this car? >> They was not out here by >> um just get her 43. >> Yeah, I got her. You got hers? Oh, she's registered. >> And are you with them or are you just for helping out? >> I was helping out. I walked over here, but I seen them over here. >> Question. You mind stepping over here real quick so I can ask you a quick question? When you when you came over >> Mhm. >> who was watching the vehicle? >> Nobody. She >> This is one of our heroes of the video as well as the people that called the police uh that you'll see later. But thank you for this lady out here. Don't let that lady lie. >> They lying. She don't even know them people. >> She She doesn't know who they are. So she was little girl to go in the store cuz what happened was when I came out of Walmart I seen them already up there talking. I seen them kept saying a great car but they now mind you I'm at my car I'm parked over there. So you know I ain't being funny. I'm like damn >> I seen the Spanish people over there and I hear them saying kids and a gray car. So you know I ain't cap. I turned around like what they pointing at? They keep saying kids in the car by >> I never saw her like around the area people that Spanish them people say them kids. them kids. When I pulled them out the back, them kids are cold in sweat, bro. They diapers is so they smell like bleach. >> And she went to take her to go find the mama. So she Yeah. She asked me to watch him while I go. She go find the mama and I just gave him the [music] water. So >> did she leave him in the car until you watch him or did you are you the one that took them out and put them in the shopping cart? >> No, I took I put them in the shopping cart. I just took them out the car. >> Okay. You're the one that took them out. >> Okay. Talking >> and I told her I was going to leave. She said, "No, don't leave." But they really don't think they by theirel and then that's when I said, "Well, just watch the form while I go meet the mama." >> Yeah, I got you. >> All right, just stand by for a second. All right. >> Did you two come here together? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you left them in the car by themselves? >> No. So, why did she rip out the babies out of the car seat? >> Rip out what? >> Did you go inside? >> She only ripped out the seven >> the door was. So, what happened was I seen >> she's the one that took the >> I open I open I'm going just show you what it look like when I open the door. This was like this. Okay. the secret. >> The liars are shutting up for a little bit, ain't they? Whoever this is, they was lying too. They was just sideline lying a little bit quieter. But but when they looked over and they said, "Oh, were you watching them too?" This the one that nodded and said, "Yeah, you they was lying too >> like this. >> I seen one baby, which was him." >> Yeah. First >> I pulled him out and then that's when I realized it was another baby. >> So, but you seen them in the car by themselves. >> Yeah, they was. And then she I got her out and when when I pulled her out that's when I seen that one and I must have been when she came to get me to get my car. >> No. So no car alone. No, >> but they were alone for long enough for multiple people. >> So when she got her that lady got her so we was like let's just go try to find the mom cuz he was already on the phone with you. I said phone. >> So with all this being said, you left your kids alone. >> Leave them alone. I went in the store to give her the car. I went in there to give her my bank card. >> No, no, no. But you have to understand, you left them alone long enough for multiple people to call for their wellbeing. It is what it is, right? >> See, the demeanor starts to change cuz the liars ain't backing her up as much anymore. Thankfully, the truth tellers are being questioned and now it's, oh, sympathy, sympathy. No, no, no. You were ready to rest on that lie. I don't want it. I personally don't want to hear it. Especially when you were ready to let them she you ready to let that lady make it a race thing that the the Spanish people were targeting y'all cuz y'all was black and not because those kids were in pure danger of dying from heat some kind of heat caused death. No, you got to go. >> So lesson learned. We're not going to do that again because if she would have put the car in drive or put the car in reverse, that's a rem that's a freaking removal, right? Seus will be called. You cannot do that. I'm sorry. It is what it is. I understand you try to do whatever it is that you got to do, but mom to mom, it's 90° outside. You left them in the car long enough. Multiple people call 911. It all right. So, it's 90° which means that car at minimum was 110° inside. And since they were left out longer than probably the 10 minutes, cuz I think it was 20, 30, 40 minutes, it was at least 130. And like y'all said, hotter in the trunk than the car. did not happen. And not only that, you left them in there long enough that someone was able enough to remove them from the car. Have fire rescue come, then have the police come. That's too long. Do you understand where I'm coming from? Okay, it just it can't happen. It's South Florida. People kidnap kids all the time, and that's an easy look. >> This witness tells officers how he discovered the children locked inside the hot car. >> There's our other hero. So, because see the other lady that we saw first, she noticed him calling and saying the word kids, kids, kids, and she stepped in to help as well. So, here's our initial hero. >> Tell me what happened today. >> So, we were walking. I I usually never park here. I usually park there. So, we happened to come to Walmart to go shopping and we started walking. As we got to the door before the door, her son is the one that noticed that there was a sound coming of like a knock. a knock on the back of the trunk. Did you see them? >> I saw the car seat. >> He saw the car seats, but he said, "I think there's somebody in there." >> Yep. Let's talk about that, too. This isn't even a frazzled mom with with not a lot of time going in, leaving the kids in the car, thinking it'll be okay this time. This is also where the kids, whether they were at home or in that car, were not being cared for properly because Auntie Natty said if the diapers smell like bleach, they were wet for a while. Right? So, this is again, this is just overall care. The evidence is not looking good. >> You noticed a sound in the back of the truck. >> Yeah. As we started walking down there, then I then he said, "Let's go take a look." So, I thought about it. I said, "That's not that couldn't be true." But I went and took a look anyways. So, we had nothing to do. So, when we look, I don't see nobody there. But, he's the one that noticed that there was uh they were stuffed in the back of the the trunk. And I said, "Oh my god, there are people back there. There's kids. >> Okay. So, would you How did you know that there was kids in the trunk? >> Because we were looking inside the the car. >> Looking inside the car, >> correct? >> And you saw what? A hand, a foot. >> I seen I seen foot and I seen diapers and stuff a little bit like that moving. >> So, you seen a foot sticking out the Yes, ma'am. >> All right. So, hold on. >> That's when I called quickly. The car was >> like it was like a opening. >> Yeah. The the back of the opening for the back seat was open to the trunk. >> Okay. >> Like it was set up for them. So then what happened after we noticed the the >> I I immediately called the police and told them that um the car was off. There was no AC blowing in there and we even looked in the car. The car car was completely off. >> Okay. Um so what happened >> Mitch and Mitch? >> So what happened when you um when you noticed that there was >> after that? I give the description of where we're located very quickly and the car and the information for the for the seats. Not the seats, the license plate. >> There was another witness that came on scene. What What did you see her do? Wasn't >> a lady with a blue dress. >> Yeah, she came on. >> I don't know who I don't know where she was. >> What about this lady in the flower dress? >> She came afterwards. >> Okay. And what did >> she did? It was us first. >> It was us. >> And what did the lady in the flower dress do? Uh, she did go in there and she told them to open the door and she as she opened the door, the little girl unlocked it. >> How many for her? >> How many kids did you see? >> Three of them. The the tall the middlesized girl, the young girl, I call them kids and the two babies. >> Where were the two babies at when you saw >> in the back of the trunk with a girl? Uh-huh. >> All of them. They were stuffed inside their chai trying to hide. >> So you saw all three of them in the trunk. >> Correct. And then the lady in the flower dress, she was able to convince the seven-year-old to come out. >> Yes. And she opened the door. >> All right. >> And then she took >> And y'all know what? And since you've been on my channel, you probably do remember this lady. And I need to go back and check on her. I be I be trying to see what's going on with that lady. remember that lady in Detroit in the middle of the winter and she said that they were homeless and the dad didn't help out and all this other stuff but and it was out that they were uh staying at parking lot casino and I felt bad cuz they just you know they just couldn't find the resources and she was there with her mom the grandma and one of was it one of the kids or two of the kids passed away from the cold from the the issue with the cold and then it come the the community had come together helped them get a house come to find out I think they were in that casino plan and some of y'all were like m something about them being at casino parking lot don't sound right. I was thinking it's because they were less likely to be told they were trespassing, loitering, blah blah blah. But some of y'all were like, I think they were in that casino. Well, she's under criminal investigation. I don't know for sure what happened, but that woman's under a criminal investigation and I'll be trying to um keep a lookout for her to see how was that developing. So, if you hear anything, let me know because I am keeping up with that lady. I ain't forget about that lady with them kids uh passed away in the winter time. And the dad's still sorry, too. But they when they were talking about they didn't notice the car shut off cuz they said they kept it running and you was sleep you would notice cuz you wake up uncomfortable. Mm. And then it took so long to call the kids hadn't been going to school. It was a lot. Mm- >> and notice that they're the purple lady. >> No, the the one with the purple dress. >> The one she was the one who >> Yeah, the one with the blue dress. I'm sorry. The purple dress. >> That one is the one's friend. >> It was confusing. Yeah, it was. >> But she told her to check the room. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And then she opened it for her. Correct. >> That's right. >> The little girl with her, >> but then she came also and tried to help him out. >> All I know is we were there first. And that's >> Were the kids sweating at all? >> Very sweaty. His eyes were like this and I was like I was >> freaking out cuz I I didn't like it. >> Officers speak with another witness to gather more information. approximately. >> I also want to say um what's scarier is if it's that hot and you don't see the kids sweating, that's a sign is it it's a sign of heat stroke. I believe not sweating is even scarier cuz now you have no more moisture left to sweat. You're in even more danger. So, the fact that they were still sweating is a little bit of a better sign. Just remember that if someone's not sweating and it's that hot, get them help. Slow sips of water, all that stuff because that is not a good sign that they're not sweating and it's that hot outside. Sorry, that hot outside. >> What time did you notice all of this took place? Actually, >> I pulled in here. I seen them standing like in front of the store already. Okay. >> Like literally, >> not even lying. I I heard him talking, but I just kept hearing him say something about a gray car. But I'm walking in the store. kept saying great car and pointing. I noticed people were standing around. But I went in the store, shop, got my stuff. >> Yeah. >> I come out. Well, now when I come out, I notice I see air. Now I see the same faces. >> I'm sorry. >> I see the same faces that was over by the door over here. So cuz see I'm parked right there. So I turn around, I put my stuff in the car and I see him like saying there's kids in the car. He's screaming there's kids in the car. And I see him like by the window. >> Do you know approximately what time? >> Uh I'll tell you. >> Right now it's it's 4:34. >> I can tell you cuz my phone r as soon as it happened. >> And we got here around like >> 3:50ish. >> 3 3:32 cuz >> I'm going to say this and I feel like I might be a broken record depending on how many more videos we continue to watch like this. But here's the thing, and I need to say, I am not talking about victims of non-consentual intercourse when I say this. Contraception is always cheaper than not using contraception and having children you're not prepared to take care of. Contraception is easier and cheaper. There are a lot of options. It sucks that the women have to have most of the options. There's only like really one or two kind of for the guy. But either way, it is always cheaper. It is cheaper in the time you're spending. It is cheaper in the money you're spending. Contraception is always cheaper. And again, I say this is for people that were part of a consensual intercourse that produced children. >> She called my phone. I stayed on the I w I was on the phone. My friend were walking over there, too. So, she called me at let's say 3. This call came through at 3:35. But mind you, they was already out here if if it makes sense. >> Okay. did cuz I was in the store for at least probably >> 30 minutes. >> Yeah. >> I'm give or take 30, 40, five minutes. I shopped and got what I needed and came out. 30 minutes. >> Okay. And so when you approach the car, >> so when I come across there, I had to water in my hand. So when I was like, "What's going on?" And that's when he was like, "There's kids in the car." So I was like, you know, everybody standing around, I knew he was on the phone with 911. He was giving him the tag number. And then the lady with the purple dress, I noticed she like came in between me and was like, "Oh, they over here doing too much, lady. I don't um I said, "You know them?" I said, "These your kids." And then she was like, "Oh, no, they my kids, but I'm just trying to get the seven-year-old so I can tell her to show her who her mama is and we can get them out the store." >> So, she didn't even know who the mom was or anything like that. >> So, I told her, I said, "Listen," I said, I told her, that's when I told her, I was like, "You need to go get the mom." I was like, "But they already on the phone the police." I was like, "That's the right thing to do." And she was just like, "Oh, we got to look out for our people." And I was like, "I don't play like that for kids. That's I'm mandated to report this type of stuff." >> And when you looked inside the car, what did you So when I I just pulled the door cuz I already they was already saying it was kids in the car. I pulled the back door open and as soon as I opened up the door I seen that pink and gray car seat. It was like flipped >> almost like if the back seats were folding down. >> The the back seat was down. So but it's down but it's not it can't go all the way down because now they got obstructing it. The car seat is obstructing that and she's like you can tell she must have been on had to be that side of the car because the way her body was remember this how I'm pulling her out. So, if you see how the top part, I'm pulling her across. The first little baby was down on the floor when I first opened it. >> So, who was the first child you you >> The one that I had sitting in the with the poop on him. The one that I set inside the basket. >> I set him in there first. >> So, you grabbed him out first. I picked him up and did put him in the shopping cart. >> So, yeah. And I almost like kind of like cuz he's soaking wet like the >> Was he sweating? >> Sweating, cold, drenched. >> He seemed like almost out of breath. >> He was looked like he about to go to sleep. So, that's what the man was like, "Oh, I think they tired." And I was like, "He hot." Like you could tell. So immediately start giving him water and I put it on the back of his neck and then when I pulled the little girl out and I was like oh [ __ ] it's another baby in here >> covering sweat they're p weak you can see the diapers diapers filthy there >> did they have clothes on? >> No they don't have no clothes on and that's why we was like >> so another thing I want to like >> kind of confirm when you came up to the vehicle before anybody else had came did you notice the car was on or off? >> It was off. completely off. The engine wasn't running. >> I The little girl had the phone. So immediately when I saw a phone in her hand, I say, "Oh, can let's try to call your mom." I said, "Oh, you got the phone and the kids to the car." >> So, you would say that there was definitely more than like a 30-minut period that they were inside that car by themselves. >> Had listen, >> based on the time I pulled, mind you, I done pulled up. >> Yeah. >> I saw them standing in front of the store. I'm in Walmart 25, I'm going to say 30 minutes. We talking, picking up my items, waiting in line to pay for my stuff. >> Yeah. And I'm walk >> and that's what pissed me off and that's why I told the lady in the purple don't you don't spare people like that when it come >> right thank you thank you that she has so much sense you don't spare people like that what is your motivation for lying about the dangerous situation those kids were in how does that help the kids you want to help the neglect respectful adult. That lady was just lady, both of them ladies was prepared to lie because the other one said her name was uh I think Lkesha or something and you had the other liar that came out the store. They were prepared to lie so those kids could be right back in another dangerous situation with no documentation that this had happened before or anything like what how did how what is your motivation to lie the kids that almost passed away? And I know those liars don't even probably think about that. That's not even what they're thinking about. They don't even understand probably how dangerous it is. They just, oh, oh, someone that doesn't look like us is calling the police on one. No, that's not how it works. Protect the children then. If you're trying to protect somebody, protect the kids to that >> that ain't no sticking together with kids. That is a key. >> Who do you live with? >> I have my own place. You don't live with anybody? No. You have any family member in the area? Why am I going to go to jail? >> To be honest, yes. >> Like, what did I do wrong? >> After all this, we've seen a lot. This not the first time the cops even talked to her. They actually said the length of time and everything, and she still has the nerve to say, "What did I do wrong?" Okay, so I'm going to explain this to you, right? I have two witnesses. We're just going to I'm going to explain it to you. You have I have two witnesses, mom to mom, cuz I have a 5-year-old. I have two witnesses that call 911. Your kids were found in the trunk of a car with Oh, yes. >> They play in the trunk of the car. They wasn't found in no trunk of the car. >> No, no, no. That's how they got noticed. >> This doesn't even make sense. If they play in the trunk of the car, then they got found in the trunk of the car. Although, I'm with y'all on them. She probably told them to hide in the trunk so nobody sees them which is oh my gosh again trunk is hotter than the rest of the car like y'all said. She the in the people that be on here and they're indignant that they are in trouble and being lectured or being told that you are wrong is crazy to me >> cuz they heard a Yeah, cuz they be playing in the trunk. >> You can ask my daughter. >> No, no, no. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care about that. >> You can ask they always be playing in the trunk in 90° weather. The car was on. >> No, it wasn't. >> I swear to you, you can ask my child. She could tell you the car was on. Okay, but you can ask my daughter the car was on. >> She's seven. I'm talking to >> It doesn't matter what you talk to them. They're going to ask my daughter questions and she's going to tell them it's going to talk to two grown adults. >> What you're telling me is you have pressured your daughter to lie. That's what I feel like she's saying. Talk to my daughter because I've already conditioned her to lie to protect me. But y'all not taking my my story either. Y'all didn't take me homework. >> Yeah, but not for long. For 37 minutes. I saw you on camera. We were inside that store and we were gone for 37 minutes. >> So I'm trying to help you out. >> No, because I saw my >> You don't have any family members? I told her that I was nuts going to go in the store, >> but because I had need to grab a few extra things, I still didn't even >> I promise. Save the tears. Tiny violins activate. Save the tears. We don't Uh-uh. I don't want to hear it. She was prepared. She I I feel like she pressures her seven-year-old to lie. She knows what she did. She just said, "What did I do wrong?" after they already explained it. And she was letting them other people lie for her. I've never been to go to jail. >> We know. We know. But you need to call a family member cuz I don't They can't go with her because her criminal history is way too long. Okay. So, I'm trying to help you find a family member to go work for them. Do you understand? >> I cannot afford to go to jail. I I want you to >> Okay, look. It's either It's either you can find a family member. >> I mean, I'm not going to have much of a choice, but can I please speak to the surgeon, please? >> I have rights if I can speak. >> Oh my god. Oh, Jesus. Sometimes you want to come through the screen and slap somebody. This one of them times. This one of them times. I have rights. Your kids have a right to safety and to live and to be in the the the have the basic cleanliness of a normal diaper that maybe had you, you know, had them, of course, the baby's going to go in the diaper, but not to the point where it's changing to the smell of bleach because it's been so long. It your your kids have rights. You You shouldn't be allowed to speak to nobody but your public defender. Honestly, I swear. No. >> Please, bro. I've never been to jail in my life. Look, >> look. What's your name? >> What's your name? >> Tiara. >> Tiara. >> It was just a mistake that would never happen again. >> This is our This is our sergeant. >> No, I was just explaining to them that >> now it'll never happen again. But she didn't even know she did something wrong. Remember, she was fighting. Well, what what did I even do wrong? So, of course, it'll happen again. One, this happened before this time you got caught. It's going to happen again because you're you were indignant that they would even question you on why you left those kids out there. Just a mistake. It was never in the car without no car. My daughter can tell you that I had lovely keys on. I've never been to no jail before. >> This car running right now. >> Yeah. Like I'm just tired. Sometimes I just be want to just give up. Bro, >> I'm going tell you now. in the age of I would say at least since the year 2015 hit, there are so many creative resources and networks that you can find to help um moms, single moms struggling, things like that. I'm not saying financially now. I I know there's only so much you can do. I but I am saying when it comes to time and basic care of your kids, I have seen mothers with so much less so much less do so much more for their children. Don't you start with the I just want to give up. I don't want to hear because you were fine mistreating them. And again, I told y'all pay attention to her demeanor in the beginning cuz see now it's tears time because you about to get that wrist jewelry. But that wasn't her demeanor in the beginning when she thought that those two liars was going to back her up and keep the cops off of her. So I ain't got nothing for it. I don't have anything for her. >> I don't have no help. I don't have nobody helping me. I'm doing everything by myself. >> Look, and we understand that there There there there is ways to getting resources to be able to assist you. There's government assisted programs to help you with this stuff, but you also have to understand when when when it's a children's life, right? They cannot withstand being inside of a car in such high heat. You either tell us somebody right now who can come and pick up your kids, somebody that is reliable, somebody that doesn't have a a huge criminal history, somebody that is willing and able to take care of your kids. It's either they go with somebody that you know that they're in good hands or they're going to the state. It is a better option if you have somebody come and pick them up. Cuz if they go to the state, it is not a good look with Cus. >> No, it's not. But I just don't understand why y'all can't just send me home. CPI is going to come, >> child. [sighs and gasps] Oh my god. Oh, these parents here >> to my house regardless. I'm going to take a chance. You're you're 100% right. They're they're still coming, >> but action needs to be taken right now. So, it's either you tell it. It's either you again. It's two options. You either tell us somebody right now that can pick them up or they're going to this >> my phone is dead. I have family. >> You don't have a char. You don't have a charger in your car. >> My car charger. >> What phone do you have? >> iPhone. >> Do you know that person's number? >> By heart. >> By heart. >> I can charge your phone for you. >> Okay. We're going to charge your phone as >> Why is this going to take you to jail? These kids were in the car for more than 30 minutes in the burning hot heat, sweating. Sweating. >> Girl, the IQ level is dangerous. Her her reasoning, her her [clears throat] misunderstanding of the reasoning of how we got here is dangerous. Lack of accountability, dangerous. Willing to be deceptive about it, dangerous. You got to go. >> We live in Florida. >> It is 90° right now. car. Without the car being, I would never leave them in the car. >> It doesn't matter, though. Your seven-year-old is old enough to turn off the car. Mom, I literally just read a story in Texas where where two twin boys were left unattentful for 45 minutes in the Texas seat and they died. >> And they died. >> And here's the thing, too. Those kids technically might not be out of the uh the danger yet, the danger zone of the heat exposure. They could still be recovering. We're not done here yet. They were already exposed and they're not inside somewhere yet. Like the the danger is still present. >> They were never left in the car. They're lying. >> You are extremely lucky that they weren't more injured or >> trunk though. The trunk doesn't circulate here. >> Yeah, but she was down all day. >> But the thing is though, she's seven. She's not an adult. She don't know right from wrong. And she may do common sense wise, but at the end of the day, she's seven. And that's another thing I hate. And I as a as the oldest daughter, the seven-year-old is not the second feeling parent. She is not the second mom. She is not a babysitter. She is none of those things. She is she happens to be an older sibling. So y'all know I have a few things that are trigger me. And one of them is a when I see the mom that looks like they're bullying the daughters, especially once they become teenagers. And this is the other one. leaving the oldest sibling to be a fill-in adult when they should not be. They're not. At best, if the teenager grows up and it's like, "You know what? I want to earn a little allowance. Can I babysit during certain hours y'all go out?" But not just you're the fill in parent with these responsibilities. I hate seeing that. >> He's a baby. >> Yeah. Go around. It's >> okay. Turn around. >> Please do not do this. >> Can I please talk to him, please? Excuse me, sir. Twist your arm. >> I want you to call family. I don't know. >> Can I please take a photo of my kids, man? >> And not put you in handcuffs. Come on. You're not going >> to put this on. >> Mommy, you'll be out. I'm sorry. Better go in all the way. I don't want to hurt you. >> I don't want you to get hurt. I can't go. I'm not going to be able to call somebody. You said you was going to charge my phone. >> Your phone is charging. Once your phone is charged, I'll come to you and we'll get a phone number. Who are you going to call for your children? >> I got to call my phone. >> Cuz that's what I was trying to get you to do earlier, but you didn't want to. So, your phone is charging. I can't get a job when I do it. >> Based on witness statements and CCTV footage showing Sierra entering Walmart at 3:07 p.m. and leaving at 3:46 p.m., officers determined she had left her children unattended in the hot car. Sarah Washington was charged with three counts of child neglect. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was ordered to have no contact with her children except through dependency court. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sher. >> All right, three counts of child neglect. And I don't always hear that where she's they're ordered to not have contact with the children except through like the formal services. So that's something I I hate it cuz you know for kids they are not going to normally know how mistreated they are. So for them, their stability is just the little stability they have has now been disrupted. But at the same time, you want them to be able to live and see their life to adulthood. But I just hate I hate it for the kids that just, you know, they don't know what's going on. Right. Thank you for closing the door in her face. All right, this is the next one. I have not watched this one ahead of time. I had seen that last one, but I have not seen this one. Naked four-year-old found on roadside while mom plans a clubhouse bash. Wow. Okay. >> So, it went down the stairs. >> Yeah. >> And then where was his child over there? >> On the sidewalk. [music] >> How old is his sister that's up there? >> Six. >> Six. Oh, >> on June [music] 14th, 2024, a quick errand turned into a serious case when officers found a 4-year-old boy alone and unclothed near the side of the road. >> Saw this kid standing here on the street. >> Okay. No parents, no nothing. We've been here for what? We've been here for 5 minutes. They said we were here for 15 minutes. >> We asked him for his name. He said his mommy's up in the sky playing. >> I said, "Do you live here?" And he said, "Yes." >> He's naked from waist down. >> Oh, should I ask you first? Okay. So, what happened is when I drove, I got I noticed I standing there. So, I guess >> Thank you to the good Samaritan. >> Everybody must have saw the same thing. So, a stop. Hey buddy, can you smile for me? Make a big smile. Okay. >> Can you show us your where your daddy or mommy's at? >> Yeah. >> Can you show them where which which house is it? >> Hey, come with us. Okay. >> Come on. Let's go find your house. >> Huh? >> Let's find your house. >> Okay. Do you know where it is? >> Yeah. >> You don't know your house? I'll follow you. >> Mommy. >> What's your name? >> Mommy. >> What's mommy's name? >> Mommy. >> Where? That's mommy. Where? >> Mommy. Where? Where's mommy? Let's find mommy. >> You want me to carry him so he's not like walking barefoot? >> I'm trying to follow him cuz I guess seems that he knows where he's going. >> Oh, yeah. Right there. Yeah. >> Yeah. I I see a lot of toys here. >> There's toys in there. >> Yeah, toys. >> Hey, Hudson. Doors open up here. Door's open. All right. Goose, you got him. >> Yeah. Let's >> see what we got. >> Here. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah, I think he's saying here. Hold on. I think here. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office >> child. Now, normally I just be like, I love a fun person and I wouldn't have nothing to say about this chair except, "Oh, that chair looks fun." But it's just like knowing you neglecting your child cuz you trying to plan a party at your clubhouse and it's the first thing we see when the doors open. I don't know. It just seems to tell me something different in these circumstances. that child. He could have got hit by a car again. Could have gotten picked up. Could have been a victim of trafficking. I don't understand. He didn't even have clothes on. So, how did you wake up and start planning and your kid don't have no clothes on? Let alone getting out of the house. You don't notice there's no background noise. That's why that's why parents start, you know, like, "Oh, it's too quiet in here. What's going on? What you doing?" >> Is anybody home? >> Yeah. Door was open. HOMIES COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. >> SHERIFF'S OFFICE. >> That's where he lives at. >> Where? >> Right there. >> Palm Beach County Sheriff. >> Hey, man. Hey, wake up. >> Hey, Palm Beach County Sheriff. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> Sorry. Scared you. Hey, do you have a little brother? >> Here, do me a favor. We're going to step out. Get some pants on. Your little brother down. Okay. I just a hard sleeper. >> What's your name? Did they call you? Is it Michael? >> No cry. >> Mommy coming. >> Is this your little brother out here? >> Is that your little brother? >> Is that your brother? >> Is that your brother? >> Yes. No. >> Yes, it is. >> How tall is she? >> She's young. >> And you know what's scary and what sucks? The mom is going to most likely blame the older sibling. Why didn't you have eyes on your brother? Why weren't you watching him? I I hope not, but that's they usually turn to who can I blame. >> All of you. >> You guys live here in the complex. >> You guys live here in the complex here? Where were you at? >> But is it same community? >> The same community. >> That's brothers and sisters. >> That's your brother. >> Where you live? >> That's what we need to figure out. >> How old are you? >> Six. >> She's six. >> Where's your mom? >> Abigail. >> Abigail. What's your brother's name? >> JJ. >> I didn't hear. I'm sorry. >> JJ. >> JJ. >> Where's your parents? >> You have a phone. Phone. >> Phone number. >> If I give you the phone, can you call your parents? >> Are they supposed to be here? Yeah. Yeah. Who? Is that mommy? >> She says she's 6 years old >> in the red car. >> So, we got the original caller. Okay. >> So, >> hi, baby. >> She's going to get she's going to get him some underwear and pants so I can get my shirt back. >> Oh, true. >> Yeah. I have to go along with my day. Oh, thank you to the lady for taking her literal shirt off her back to cover that baby up. Oh my gosh. I was wondering I mean they said he was naked bottom down and I was wondering um cuz I'm like it looks like an adult shirt but I was wondering whose shirt is it? I see everybody with a shirt on but she was like she was working out so I didn't you know but thank you to her for literal shirt off her back. >> Sorry. >> No, no, no worries. He was just standing there naked. I was like >> who's got who's got the kit? teens up there with his um sister. The sister is six. >> But I guess she had no idea that he had stepped out. >> Parents are here. >> Four. >> Four years old. Went down the stairs. >> Yeah. >> And then where was he? He found over there. >> He was like on the sidewalk. >> How old is his sister that's up there? >> Six. >> Six. >> Oh yeah. >> So we just got to call mommy or daddy to figure out what's where they're at to see what's going on. Do you guys ever stay home alone? >> No. >> Never. So this is the first time this has ever happened. Okay. >> Are you the mom? >> Huh? >> Yes. Yes. I'm here. I'm with them. I'm I'm >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> All right. I got to I got to ask you some questions first. Okay. >> So, you already know what's going on, right? >> He just >> Yeah. We about to read her her rights. Let's go. Let's get these rights out the way because the hand the wrist jewelry got to be coming. >> They your child. We found them. >> Yeah. How's that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I have to Miranda you. Okay. >> You have to what? >> Miranda you read your rights. >> Car. >> I just got to read your rights. >> Don't be my >> Listen, we're here. We're just investigating. Okay. >> You tell them you're going to call him back later cuz we got to figure this out. Yes. >> What's your name? >> My name is Judy. >> Okay. I am required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent and to answer any questions. Any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. >> I can make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement. >> Okay. Do you understand those rights which I have read to you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. With those rights in mind. Are you choosing to speak to me? >> Okay. So, >> I'm just doing a event. They've been sleeping and I went to the clubhouse. I'm setting up something. So, they're sleep in the complex. >> Yeah. I'm in the front in the office. So, I'm setting up an event for somebody and they were sleeping so I just left them. >> So, you work here as well? >> I live here. >> I know you live here, but you also work. >> No, like I was just I'm doing some a party for someone tomorrow. So, this morning I just went there to unload the truck and now I'm coming back and they're sleeping. >> Okay. >> You got to you got [clears throat] to figure out a way to take your kids with you. It's inconvenient, but you got to find a way to take your kids with you. A six-year-old and however old that little baby is, that ain't it. They're not sleeping with all that moving around. You loading up trucks, they not sleep. They woke up. Even Even if even if she was quiet as a mouse, you know, internal clock will wake you up any time of the day. Especially if you a kid, that that doesn't matter. You have to take them with you. It is inconvenient, but you got to do what you got to do. So, I guess my son woke up and my daughter's probably still sleeping. Is my daughter up? >> Your How old is your daughter? >> She's five. Six. >> Okay. So, you went to the clubhouse. At what time did you go? Do you know what time you went? >> Like 10 minutes ago. M >> no no no longer no >> look ready to lie but they were dispelling the lie so now it's oh no longer you was let me breathe >> no no no sorry hold on hold on hold on it's been about an hour >> and when you left them they were sleeping in the room >> yeah they're sleeping >> when you left they were sleeping >> they were sleeping >> okay you know you're not supposed to leave a minor at that age >> I know I'm sorry that won't happen again I don't want this to escalate any further please escalate it to the fullest. It's It's done and it's happened before. If she's loading up trucks to plan a party, not her first one she's done. Probably not first one at the clubhouse and not the first time she's left those kids by themselves. >> How long were you gone from here originally? >> Like an hour. Like I was unloading a truck. So I feel like it's been an hour. >> What truck? >> This right here. I just unloaded the stuff. >> So where did you where did you start from though? That's what I'm asking. What do you mean in the community? Right here. >> I know. But you left here to go where you left >> to the clubhouse. To the clubhouse in the front. >> Okay. All right. Do we run her? Put her on the call. >> No. Not yet. Okay. Let's put her on the call. >> What call? What is What's the call? >> Well, we got a call because Did you explain your three-year-old was found on military trail? >> Yeah. I got to get >> Do you have your ID on you? >> JJ, look. >> Okay. What's Judy? What's your date of birth? >> What's your date of birth? my own. He knows how to unlock the door and stuff. >> Yes, he do. Now, even when I'm like I work from home, even >> Okay. You're saying that like, you know, he is able to unlock doors, which is more reason why you had the awareness that it's not good if I'm not here and my child wakes up and unlocks the door looking for me. He, you know, he was the whole only word he would say the whole time was mommy. You can't. Even for your six-year-old, had you not had this baby, you the six-year-old's too young for you to just be walking out of that house. That's not what you can do. You have to take them with you. You It It's so sorry. You got to wake up that much earlier to get them ready. You got to take them with you and things are going to take longer. And I just don't understand. Then she said she doesn't that's not her job. So, I don't know if this is her side job or she doing this for fun, but I'm just like you you y'all got they got to make better choices, y'all. >> When I'm on the computer, he unlocks it and I'm like just get inside. >> I don't know yet. >> The problem is the way we found them on the street. He could have could have got >> that's a problem. >> All right, guys. No problem. Where did Jacob stick from? >> Fire rescue. >> Bye JJ. >> Hi guys. >> His dad live here. >> I only have two history and then he's a missing person. >> UCF does. What are they going to do? >> Well, so this is the issue. What's your first name? >> Judy. >> Judy. This is the first the issue is your kids are very young. Is and so I think we're all parents here. leaving your kids home even to run a quick errand to go check the mail this and that. What we do, we decide if it's child neglect or is it something that we could all end up doing like ah I went to go two doors down to talk to my neighbor and then he was like hey come check out this thing and I walked into his house and then we started talking and I didn't realize I've been gone for 20 30 minutes and my kids. So the problem there's a couple problems. Your kids are very young. >> There's no age in the books meaning the Florida state statute book. There's no age. We have to evaluate kids on how mature they are. She is mature, but she's six. She just does know your information. She did know the phone number. The problem with this one is she was and nothing she did wrong. She was passed out sleeping. >> So, if she was watching TV, that would be a totally different scenario. She was out cold. Leaving your kids home alone, even if it's for a short period of time, it's a felony. Is not to say that you meant to do it, but this is what happened. So, you can bring them upstairs. We'll come and talk to you. We're still deciding things. All right. So, just give us a little bit. You can bring the kids upstairs if you want. >> I like how he explained that. I But it feels like this is something you explained to almost parents to be or like I don't know. It's like the level of having to explain this to an adult that should know better is just crazy. But I do I like how he explained it. I'm not saying that, but I just feel like there should be more going on in the brains of these parents to me. Let's call and pop. >> All right. We just want to talk to you out here because um we don't want them to see. So you are going to go to for today even speak to it. >> And then here's the thing too. Your baby could have gotten run over. He wasn't just out. He was out with no clothes. He could have been kidnapped, run over. I just I know it's not an actual humorous laugh. I'm sure it might be an involuntary thing with her laughing right now, but I'm just like you're not understanding the gravity of this situation at all to me. When she was like, I don't want this to escalate further. It it's done. You've been caught this time cuz you've done this before. >> Judge Kiss >> because of all the elements all the elements of the crime are there. You left the kid. >> It's for the state statue. >> Can the kids stay with your best friend? Is that okay? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, you have a cell phone. >> Is your cell phone with you? >> Yeah, she has it in her hand. >> Okay. >> He's going to have you walk down and I'll explain to your friend, your best friend, what's going on. And then you can call your husband with your phone down there. >> Yeah. We just >> I don't want to let your kids see you in the hiccups. Okay. >> So, yeah, just walk down with him. He'll explain everything to you. >> Can I finish? Just tell them like my sister tell her. >> I'm not going to go crazy. >> No. I'm going to tell her for you. >> The thing is you're just going to walk down already enough. >> Just give me one second. >> What do you need to do? >> I'm just going to tell my friend. >> I'm going to tell >> if you want call her out. >> Yeah. Cop. >> Yeah. If you want, just call her out. >> Best friend. Yeah. What are they speaking? I like it. >> I'm bless her. If she has any questions, let me know. But we're going to walk her down. We'll get her stuff out of the vehicle. >> Which car is yours? >> The red one. >> No, this one. >> So, should I cancel this? I had like >> When is the event? >> Tomorrow. >> Well, you don't know. We don't know yet cuz you could be out today. >> I can take my phone, right? >> Yes. >> Oh. So, oh, I got to get a bracelet and all that. >> Jesus Christ. >> Let's get >> I know. No, no, no. >> Hey, you got bad shoulders, right? >> Oh, yeah. I got a broken arm. >> We're going to handcuff you in the front since you have bad shoulder. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> This is crazy. All right, guys. So, can we please see a judge and like see how this works out? We're trying to do it as fast as possible. >> Oh my gosh, this is so embarrassing. So crazy. >> You're going to see him today through like a Zoom call most likely. >> The court the judge. >> Okay. >> And he's going to let you know probably or whatever it is. >> All right. Thank you. Wait, this is where they do mug shots and all that, too. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> No. >> He's not taking this seriously enough for me. It's [sighs and gasps] these kids be at risk with people like this. >> All right. Jesus Christ. >> She was charged with child neglect. >> She's lucky she wasn't charged with two counts because technically that six-year-old was too young as well to be left like that. Um and she's lucky that like cuz they usually have a thing with risk of bodily harm and some other stuff. They took it easy on her. And she she doesn't get it. She doesn't get it. All right, we're going to the next one. She's irritating me, right? Just irritating. Worried about the wrong things. Jacqueline says she's a party planner. You definitely need That's the freedom you're supposed to have to take your kids with you when you have jobs like that. That's the whole point. How do you have a broken arm and shaking it as proof is a great question. That's a great question. Naturally, be yourself. [laughter] All right, so we're going to Two Kids Left Home Alone for Hours Almost Ends in Tragedy. And will y'all let me know? Did we watch the one I didn't have it in the list today cuz I took it out thinking we might have already watched it, but did did we watch the one together where the mom went out at night um to meet really to meet with her like sneaky link and to get him food and she had left the kids and then of course she minimized the time and most of the interview was done outside the house. Um, and I think she worked from home and all this other stuff. And they were trying to ask her like, "Why didn't you just do this during the hours of this, this, and this?" And I went to take my friend some food. Let me know. Do y'all remember that one? Did we watch that together? >> Left the house with him at the same time. So, who stayed with her? He told her that he was going to get something from the friend's house and he would come right back, but she had to go to work. So, she left to work. >> I know what I deserve. >> I know exactly what I deserve. I'm just a single mom. >> April 30th, 2025. Watch how a quiet evening turns critical. Two kids slip into a lake. Someone nearby reacts in a way no one expected, and their mother is left filled with regret. >> Okay, the baby's up. >> The baby is uh crying. He's up. You went in the water for the baby? >> I saved the kids. Yeah. >> Okay. Um and I have you have you seen the parents or anything like that? >> No, bro. I just was eating a hot dog on my dad's house. >> Uhhuh. >> I saw from over there that the kids wasn't playing. So I just ran out, throw my kids, and went to the water. >> One of the king. >> There's no adults in there, man. >> Yeah, there's no adults here. So yeah, they're saying the mom is at uh work. So, what happened? You just came outside by yourself. >> Hey, where how do you call mom? >> How do you call your mom? >> You have a phone? >> You don't know your mom's number? >> You have your mom's number? >> No. >> Okay, relax. Relax. Relax. What about an auntie? Somebody. You know how to call somebody? >> No. >> You don't know how to call anybody? >> No. How old are you, sweetie? How old? >> Who's normally home with you guys? >> Yeah. >> Who's home with you guys? >> Right there. How old is she? >> Huh? >> How old are you? >> I think she's eight. >> Eight. >> And you're seven. >> What's your mom's name? >> I don't remember. >> You live right here on this? >> No, I live on the corner. >> Over on the corner. >> Probably 12th place. Southeast >> apartment. >> All right. And just run me through real quick what happened. >> Okay. I was I was on my mom's house and I saw the three kids playing on the water. >> All right. >> But I realized one of the kids was drawing. >> Oh no. Oh no. When he said water and I see a body of water behind him, I'm like, "Wait a minute. Wait." Cuz I was in the chat, so I might have missed something. Wait a minute. >> I told my man, "Oh, that that key is drying." So I I I I I mean I didn't think I just ran it, throw my things and one of the kids was on the corner, so I throw one of the kids out. >> The other one was drying, but the other one was more drying. >> Yeah. >> So I grabbed one that was drying. I throw that kid. >> Uhhuh. >> And I with the other one like it was, you know, completely drying. Okay. >> The bigger one. >> Yeah. So when but the thing is that in the edge it's like a little >> it drops off >> drop off heavily. >> Yeah. >> So they didn't give me like time like like to to put in swim position stuff like that. >> So the kid begin to draw on me. But I'm I'm an adult. So I realized that I grabbed the kid like that >> you know like a little bit and then we go out you know. >> Okay. Yeah. All right. >> So they weren't just home alone. The kid almost drowned. Basically, that was it. >> All right. Thank you for that. Okay. >> Appreciate it. >> You have the number for 305. >> You're heading to work. Okay. Who's supposed to be home with the kids? >> Okay. So, he left an 8-year-old, a 7-year-old, and a three-year-old home by themselves, and all three almost drowned in the lake. It had it not been for a person that witnessed it and saved them. So, I need you to return back to the house. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. You okay? >> Yeah. He uh the guy said he was the last one he saved. He was already at the drop off. >> Yeah, he came to work. >> They were all in the water. He said he grabbed her and him. >> Yes. Yeah, he grabbed the little one was >> he's eight and seven. >> Here, this is all their info. >> Your first name. >> What's your first name? >> T R A V O N. >> Okay. >> T R A. >> Oh, P R Yeah. >> Your signature here that we're leaving the cake. That's it. That's all it is. >> Yeah. Thank you, Fathers. All right. Have a good one. So the bees went in after her. >> Yeah, he tried to get her. I think these two were the deepest and then when he couldn't, he grabs her. He threw her back to shore the guy and goes after him because he was already on the drop. And then when he grabbed him, he started to pull him under. So then that's when he put him on the shoulder and started swinging back to try to get to the ledge >> so that way he could grab on and pull himself back up. >> Yeah. Great job. Thank God somebody was paying attention. >> Thank God. Thank God he knew what to do when he saw that. Cuz I'm going tell you now, I got 911. I maybe can get one kid close to it, but I don't know how to save three kids from drowning. And then what if he hadn't been there? He was the only one walking by. This could have been I see why the title said almost ends in tragedy. >> Exactly. >> Imagine talking about that playing and >> Yeah. >> He was out there um like barbecuing. >> Yeah. He was talking He was at his mom's house. >> Yeah. >> And he said he said um he was out there. He was watching them play and then he realized that it wasn't playing anymore. Like their body language said that they were drowning. >> Yeah. He should have been water anyway. >> Yeah. Exactly. So then he ran out >> and threw everything and just jumped into the water. He grabbed the first one that was right on the right there in the water, tossed her off to the side, >> then I'm guessing went after her and him. >> There are two kids. There are three kids. >> Uh one toddler that uh female toddler >> and uh like me the other guy, the skinny one. >> So that one really drowning that one. >> Okay. and the skinny girl that that that taller was running too. So I said first first the first ones wasn't running at all because I push her >> on my way inside. >> The little one >> the little I don't I don't quite remember but >> but >> one of them you push you push >> the I push her outside. So I I I went to to grab the the toddler. >> I saved her and the kid was already inside. So okay >> probably he he he saw >> So the toddler was the one deeper in the water. No, the the kid >> the taller girl. >> The boy. >> Yeah, he was the deepest. >> They were the deepest. >> And then the taller girl was the next or was it the smaller one? >> Was was the the smaller one? >> The smaller one was the next the second one drowned. >> Correctly. >> Okay. So, the bigger one was the one you pushed. >> More than likely. >> Probably. Yeah. More than likely. Yeah. >> All right. Makes sense. >> What made y'all go out there? >> They made up the game. Oh, I told them to not to make up the game so it wouldn't be drowned. And then they start >> What game did they make up? >> Like touch the water. Then then my brother pushed my little sister in the water. She like in the water. >> So you pushed it in the water. >> No. So, what was the game? You made up a game with your little sister. Go and test the water. And >> what happened? >> You said what? >> She drank some water and you were trying to save her. >> No, she had a friend where she started floating and I tried to save her. Okay. So, why would your sister say that you pushed her? Was that part of the game? >> So, how did you get in the water? >> Um, my sister tried to save them, but I couldn't cuz I got scared. >> I know what I deserve. >> I know exactly what I deserve. >> Can you stand up? >> I'm just a single mom. >> Okay. Can you stand up? >> Yes, please. I am. Forgive me for >> Okay, stand up. >> Please >> stand up. >> Forgive me. Please. >> Girl. Girl. Mm- It's not going to mm- You almost was You almost lost three kids at one time in one instance. And the poor little one of the little kids was talking about they was trying to save their siblings which you know if you're not the best swimmer and then depending on your weight, their age, and everything else like um you say it's it's dangerous to try to save someone drowning cuz they will almost make you drown. And some people have died trying to save other people that were drowning cuz the person drowning is panicking. They they take you down too. >> What time did you leave the house? around 7 o'clock. >> At 7 o'clock. >> Mhm. >> Oh, where's your son? >> He said he was on on his way home. Brian. >> Brian. >> Yes. >> When did he say he was on his way home? >> I was just >> Look at the hour of the day that she has arrived home. It is 8:15 p.m. Let's see. What's my time stamp so I can go right back? So, it's 8:52. Okay. They were there. Oh, I can't see. is blurred. Let me see. Oh, okay. It's that's It must be Florida. So, it was 7:55. So, she got there a few minutes later. The light just started going down. Okay. Ma'am, you are in some trouble. >> Just talking to him before I left the house and he told me he was on his way home. >> So, he wasn't home when you left? >> No, he told me that he he went to get something. He told me that he wasn't he was home before I leave the house. Then he would leave at the same time I leave. He told me that he's going to go to get something at his friend. I said, "Okay, well, are you going to come right back?" He said, "Yes." Then I just left and go to work. >> Okay. If you want, you could have a seat. I'm going to take the keys, though. I just have a seat in the car. She gave you the name of the person of >> who? The one who was supposed to be here. >> They she left the house with him at the same time. >> So who stayed behind? >> He told her that he was going to get something from the friend's house and he would come right back. But she had to go to work. So she left to work. >> Okay. So they both left the house knowingly at the same time. She knew he was leaving. She gave him permission to go to his friend's house and grab something and he was supposed to return. >> How old is he? >> 18. >> Yeah. >> Hi. How are you? >> I'm her sister. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> There's way too many parents that do that, too. If that's even true. It could have been planned that they always plan to leave the kids by themselves. Cuz way too many parents be comfortable doing that, but it's a lot of parents, they get on here and they're like, "Oh, such and such said they were leaving and coming right back or I left thinking such and such was there." Whole time they knew nobody was there with those kids. >> Ma'am, stand by mind. >> Yeah. Right now, the detectives are on scene. So, >> mind >> until they say something otherwise. >> All right. Once they once they talk to each kid, then we'll let you be with that kid. >> It's just until we talk to them or they talk to them, then we got to keep it like it is. >> Okay. >> How you doing, man? Brian. All right. I'm just going to ask you to stand by here. You can sit in your car. I just got to take your keys from you, though. All right. >> I'mma wait. But the way I took his demeanor was not in a positive way uh already off the bat. I hope that he did not tell her that and knowingly leave those kids alone talking about I'm coming right back. I hope he had no parts in this. If not, it's about to be wrist jewelry for two people. >> But you got a receipt in your car. All right. >> I got a No. No. You can just have a seat right there. Thank you, man. We're just keeping y'all separate so that way when the detectives talk to you, nobody talked to each other and came up with whatever they're going to say. All right. So, that's why we do this. >> All right. Which brother? Cuz this is the If you talking about the 18-year-old brother, that's the 18-year-old brother that just came. Unless you're talking about somebody else, there's another brother, but he is the 18-year-old. She's more concerned about the whereabouts of the two dogs than she is about the child. Oh, I wonder if Okay, Public Free might be in a different video. Right, missed. Right. >> I want to talk to the sir. She's definitely being detained. She's not allowed to talk to nobody. So, I don't know if you want to have a read. >> I'll bring it I'll put her in my car. >> Oh, what? Yeah. Yeah. I'm just going to make one attempt to talk to him and after that we should >> I'm sorry. >> I'm just messing with Amelia. She's okay. I don't see her coming out. >> Yeah, she's okay. She didn't come out because she's she's so young. So, for them to talk to her is >> But yeah, she's good. Fire rescue checked her the most cuz she's the smallest. But she's good. You know, in a way, I thank you guys. I thank God because you got to find them for me. Otherwise, it would have been worse. Whatever. >> Well, it wasn't it wasn't us. >> Who are your children? >> That's my sister. >> Okay. >> I'm whatever it is. >> You okay letting your kids? >> Um, has she ever been arrested? >> Okay. Yeah. >> I'm sorry. Did she say and I'm late? Late for what? Did I miss something? Cuz if she not talking about I'm late getting back to my children, which we're already too late in so many ways. I don't want to hear it. >> Something could have happened. So, whatever it is, I have to go. My face is fine. As a single mom, you have to work. I cannot work daytime without home. Night time, even though it's hard, you know, it gets really hard. Everything happens. >> I can tell you this. Can I sympathize with single moms, single parents, period, that have to figure out their work hours and um what to do with their kids? I do. It is when it be it becomes where you're doing these life-threatening situations. You have got to figure out better alternatives than this. This is not it. And honestly, again, see, I don't know. I'm not saying I have the answers, but I'm saying I have seen networks of single moms offering solutions to people. Just like in any group of thing that you have a lack, there's usually some kind of group you can turn to if like say you don't have enough in the government resources department or whatever it is, there's a group of people that's already been there, done that that can that can help you come up with solutions. You're not alone. We have the whole internet. And this is never going to be the answer. Not you living right by a lake. I mean, it's other things. They could burn. They could they could burn themselves. They could again open the door, just be wandering around. It's so many reasons this is not ever going to be the solution. It's just not. And honestly, unless you Okay, I guess I'm going to say it again. If you have one kid and it's hard, do the cheaper route of contraception to maybe not have the other kids. And I know sometimes you have a two parent household and all of a sudden somebody passed away, circumstances change. I'm just going to go back to there. You're not the first person to go through these things and you have got to use your resources on the internet. You've got to do other things because you are going to be spending your life behind bars if these kids pass away. >> Unfortunately, I'm going to be reset. I'm really sorry for that. >> You are a female. I can't search you. Do you have any weapons on you at all? I'm choosing car. >> Okay. Um, you want me to do it in the front? You want me to do it in the back? >> Um, it doesn't matter. >> Okay. So, we normally hand people in the back. >> Okay. >> I'll put it in the front. I'm just letting you know, please. You know, I I see that you're being distracted, so I'll respect that. But I'm just letting you know. >> Okay. >> You want your phone to stay with my sister? Everything to my sister. >> Okay. Oh, >> yes. >> He'll explain all that to you. Just give him a second. He'll explain to you. >> All right. No problem. >> Thank you. >> Oh, thank you so much. >> Um, okay. But my son, are they going to stay with everybody? all the children going to stay with my sisters. >> Oh, with your sister. >> My older son also. >> I I don't know. That's I don't know what's going on with your older son yet. I don't know if he's staying or I I don't think they're going to worst case scenario, they're not going to leave him with the kids again. >> Of course not. But they can the kids the kids can go with my sister, but he can stay home by himself. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He's an adult. Yeah. We have no say in that. So, >> no problem. >> All right. I'm good. Put your feet in. >> No problem. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Uh seat belt. It's over here. I'm sorry. Out of my reach. >> Everything happened for a reason. I'm just going to thank God for what it is. My kids. Okay. That's okay. >> She was later charged with child neglect, two counts, culpable negligence. For more cases like this, hit >> all right. Two counts of child neglect and culpable what does it say? Culpable what? I forgot that. >> Child neglect. Two counts. Culpable negligent. >> Culpable negligence. [sighs] [gasps] The risk doesn't lessen for these children. I don't know. I don't know. This is why it's hard to watch these. I'm in here. Oh my gosh. Yeah. I believe it's sweet tea. And I don't I feel like there I also feel like there should be more protection for parents too. Like I don't think it's one-sided at all. Like I do I feel like there should be more protection for parents if you can provide documentation and things like that. And then like you should have been I wish you would have been protected under like FMLA or something um for something like that because also I um things come up with kids. You know what I mean? All right, we're gonna go to the next one. Babysitter abandons kids to get drunk. Instantly regrets it. Hopefully this does not end crazy. Here we go. >> On uncovered. >> I don't know what the happened to you. [screaming] >> We're not trying to hurt you. Nothing like that. Watch as complete chaos erupts at this traffic stop after this nanny has way too much to drink at work. On October 22nd of 2024, officers in Crystal Lake, Illinois spotted a vehicle swerving across lanes, riding on two flat tires. Behind the wheel was a woman later identified as a nanny who had become heavily intoxicated while supervising children. She was attempting to drive home. What followed was a prolonged confrontation that led to more than 15 criminal charges. God dog. 15 charges. All right. >> Hey, can I talk to you real quick? Come here. What's up with your rims? Time for Hey, are you okay? >> Are you getting all right? >> What's going on? >> I'm not driving. >> You're not driving? What happened to your car? >> You got your car keys on you? What are you looking for? >> My car keys. You just leave me alone. No, you got two flat tires. >> My husband is going to come fix them. >> Here, where's Can Do you mind if I see your car key real quick? >> My car key? >> Yeah. I just don't want you to drive off. >> Please don't write me a citation, please. >> Why would I write you a citation? >> I don't know. >> Do you have like your driver's license on you? >> Is this your car? >> Yes. >> How did you get the flat tires? >> I I don't know. >> Were you with anyone else? >> No. >> Just by yourself? He's a manager. Oh. >> Oh, hell no. Yo, is this better? >> Do you have your license on you? >> Yo, can you take me home? I live around the corner. >> Here, can I see your license real quick? >> Can you take me home first? >> No, you're not going to go home right now. You're not going to go home. We got to figure out what happened to your car. >> Jail. >> No one said you're going to jail. Do you mind just stepping on the card? >> Holy [ __ ] >> I'm going tell you right now, since we're not doing this for a DUI watch, we're going to get to where they took her down to the ground, skip over some of this nonsense in the in the in the drunk or intoxicated speeches. I don't care. And then once we see her get taken to the ground, maybe see some circumstances, we're skipping to where we figure out how she got 15 charges because I'm what I'm not doing. I don't have the patience right now for the drunk drivers that fight fight fight fight cuz that's not what this is about. This is about the kids today. I'm not doing this with these people. [laughter] >> Get the off me. Get the off me. [screaming] >> Ma'am, you just kicked me twice. >> In the groin and in my leg and then you're shoving back against our partner. >> Hey, I need to know exactly what they saw on body camera. >> All right. >> Yeah. After this. Yeah. What do you want me to do? >> What's that? Thank you. Or you can go out right there. >> Yeah, you do. I live on 30. I'm pleased to talk with my husband. >> I'm not standing on telling you so we can have a communicative open lines in here so we can figure out what to do. my kid. He trained me. Curb stopped me. He curve stopped me. YOU CURB STOPPED ME. >> LILY, no one curbside. >> Yes, he did. >> You're the only one who was daddy's. He came over and started TALKING [ __ ] YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. If you just relax for a minute, we will. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> We will if you just relax for a minute. >> Okay. But I'm not going to have you busting your head wide open on this this cage right here. Okay. >> Crystal, please. >> Lean forward. >> This whole video is about her being drunk. I didn't watch this before, so I'm sorry. Um I'm with you. We need to know are the kids Where are the kids and are they okay? That's what I'm trying to get to. So we I'm sorry. I'm not The link will be in the description box. You can definitely watch her do all this, but I'm not dealing with with these drunk people right now. I'm not. They done had to hobble her and everything. I'm waiting for the charges. Okay, here we go. Jesus. The woman was arrested and charged with over 15 offenses, including five counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer, two counts of aggravated battery to emergency medical personnel, driving under the influence, resisting a peace officer, obstructing identification, reckless driving, driving on flat tires, improper lane usage, leaving the scene of property damage, and failure to notify police of an accident. Let us know your thought. So, >> this was just a DUI. She just happened to be a nanny cuz you ain't said nothing about her leaving the kid. Boy, the title The title that's not I'm sorry y'all. The title said babysitter abandons kids to get drunk. So, come on. I'm so sorry. But the title misled me on that one. It wasn't even about the kids. The kids probably with their parents or something. All right. I'm so glad I skipped that. I would have been mad if we watched that thing the whole way through. Let me get this out of here. It doesn't even count. Okay. Cops arrest mother of a five. I'm sorry. Cops arrest mother of five after six-year-old found home alone. Had >> an incident yesterday in school. More like saying that the stepfather is hating him. That's why I'm here. >> So it just says that he punches his teachers and displays extreme aggression when triggered. He struggles with anger and appears to have some strers related to child childhood trauma. He says that his mom and stepdad hit him a lot. Stepdad doesn't claim him. Um hits him with a belt every time he does something wrong. They did see a red mark, but that was it. Um, mother's currently pres pregnant pregnant with stepdad's baby. Mother has other kids in other countries, I guess, in Colombia. And um, he lives with his mom and stepdad and other siblings, step siblings. >> School officials reached out to police after growing concerns over a possible case of child abuse involving one of their students. A six-year-old boy had been acting out, aggressive toward teachers and classmates. What raised alarms was his heartbreaking explanation. He said he was being beaten at home by his mother and stepfather. And what began as behavioral red flags quickly unraveled into something much deeper. Here's what happened when officers got involved. Oo, this one got deep fast. It the title said home alone. It did not talk about abuse. So, I apologize. come back in about 15 minutes or so if that's not what you planned on being here for cuz I didn't realize that's what we were getting into. >> Hi honey. Where's mommy at? >> She went to work. >> She went to work. Where's stepdad? >> He also went to work. >> You're home by yourself? >> Nuh-uh. You're all by yourself at home. >> Why do you don't go to school today? Because today is a different day. >> Day of the dead. Is that what you said? >> H >> what? What is today? >> Today is a different day. >> Today is a different day and I don't have to go to school. >> Where are your little brothers and sister? >> I want to work with mommy. >> They want to work with mommy. >> You're home all by yourself? You >> mind if I come in and and check it out? Make sure everything's okay. Okay. >> You can come out here and talk with me. So, this seems like a classic case of the mom taking more care of her stepchildren than her biological child to keep I don't know to impress this the the new spouse. I don't even know what this is for. Then they say the mom got kids in another country in Colia or something. And unfortunately also uh you know what she's been accused of doing to this little boy. It's that's a lot. >> What grade are you in? >> Kindergarten. >> Hey. Um so I'm here on a DCF call. Child's actually home alone by himself. 6 years old. >> How do you know I'm sick >> at work? >> How do you guys know? >> Nope. Nothing. I just checked the house. >> Yeah, this is neglect. Yeah, he didn't even go to school. >> No, I have to tell you. Mommy can call it. >> No. >> When did mommy leave for work, honey? >> Right now. >> Right now? No. When when like how long ago? Do you know what time? It was It was >> Was it earlier this morning? >> It was 2 was >> It was 2:13. >> 2:13 in the morning. Oh, yeah. He doesn't know. Good question. >> How often are you home alone? Like a lot. A lot or a little bit? >> A lot. >> A lot. You're home alone a lot. Do you have a phone? >> No, I have still a tablet. >> Hi, Jessica. This is Officer Kenup, West Palm Beach Police. Um, I need you to come home like right now cuz your your child is left home alone unattended without an adult. >> As officers worked the scene, they were able to get in contact with the child's mother. She explains she was at work 30 minutes away and immediately left to return home. >> Is she not taken to school? >> He had an incident yesterday at school and it was more of like saying that the stepfather is hitting him. That's why I'm here. >> Okay. >> Right. So, it just says that he punches his teachers and displays extreme aggression when triggered. He struggles with anger and appears to have some striggers related to child childhood trauma. He says that his mom and stepdad hit him a lot. Stepdad doesn't claim him. Um, hits him with a belt every time he >> 6 years old. Understanding an adult does not want to claim him as his child. And then being hit by the steparent and the biological parent. Oh my gosh, that poor baby. he does something wrong. They did see a red mark, but that was it. Um, mother's currently pres pregnant pregnant with stepdad's baby. Mother has other kids in other countries, I guess, in Colombia. And, um, he lives with his mom and stepdad and other siblings, step siblings. So, that's why we came here for an initial cuz school said he's not here today. Yeah. >> And he opens up the door, nobody's home. >> So, we're here because there's a DCF case. Um, Something happened yesterday at school with your son. >> Okay. >> Are you aware of that? >> Well, I don't have a phone right now. So, the princip assistant principal said they emailed me. Um Okay. But then when I picked him up, she gave me a statement saying that they had to restraining Carlos because he was banging his head. And before that all started, um he took a toy to school and then the kids were touching his toy and he got upset and started hitting other kids with it. >> Okay. So that's why that's why there's a DCF case. They they have to notify DCF of stuff like this. So DCF shows up, >> they go to the school, figure out he's not at school. They come here and he's got suspended, >> right? >> Yeah. I received a report um for concerns saying that the stepfather is hitting >> Carlos with a belt about him having aggressive behaviors in school. >> These are just the concerns. you're she's already denying that it happened before she hears all the things that may have happened. Cuz here's my thing. I need you to finish saying what you're saying if this is my child. I need you to finish saying what you're saying. I want to inspect my kid. If I wasn't also abusing my child, I want to inspect my kid's body and see if there's any marks on him that I didn't, you know, I didn't do to my kid. That's not that man's kid. And you know how some people act when it is their kid. I mean, she's that is her kid and she still mistreats him. But why are you already interrupting them before you even hear their findings? You need to know what's going on. But because it's to me guilty guilty conscience, you trying to hurry up and cut them off because you know things have been going on that she's also participated in. >> Saying that these are substantiated. That's why I'm >> No, he said that because I mean we had to I had to discipline as a parent. So I did hit him with the belt, but I've never left marks at him. But >> the stepfather doesn't hit him. >> We just scold him when he's out of character. >> So yeah, we went to the school, me and the officer. >> Um he wasn't in school. So the next thing we do protocol is for us to come to the home residence and try to make contact with you and the kids cuz they gave us nothing for 24 hours to see them to make sure they're safe. However, when we came, kid was home alone. >> Um there are some concerns. There are a lot of concerns. >> He's safe. He's not in danger. However, when we weigh if the kids are safe or not, he doesn't have a way to contact anybody if the emergency would arise. >> Asking him what would you do >> in case something to happen, he said he would scream for you to come. >> That's >> and he knows. He tells me all the time he would call 911. >> You >> how? First of all, that means, okay, she just admitted regularly that, you know, she's leaving him by himself because he always tells me he'll call 911. He didn't have a phone. How was he going to call 911? >> What time did you leave today? >> 8:30. >> 8:30 in the morning. Okay. And I'm I'm been told that you have other kids that are at a daycare. Is that correct? And he is not allowed to be at school, so he's suspended, right? >> Okay. So why did you leave him home alone? >> Because that somebody was going to come and be with him or I was going to come leave early and be with him. >> Okay. At what time were you planning on getting here then? >> At 1:00. >> At 1. So what time did you plan on earlier coming home? Because you didn't show up until we called you. >> At 1:00. I was going to come at 1. I didn't You came at It's 1:42. >> Okay. My work is 30 minutes from here and there's traffic. >> Okay. Right. But do you think that 4 hours, >> your six-year-old child home alone for four hours? What What is he gonna do if there's an emergency? >> What do you mean? What is he going to do if there's an >> house? >> These parents. Wow. Wow. And they all look at the cops like they're crazy for asking these questions. Every last one of them look at them like they're crazy. >> If the if the house started on fire, someone someone's apartment down here started on fire and it started burning up there. Oh, >> what would happen? How is he going to call 911? >> He goes to the neighbors and asks them for for contact. >> Okay. So, you think that a six-year-old child is capable of being home alone by himself? >> I know he's not. >> Okay. So, then why did you let that happen? >> Because I had to go to work. >> So, work is more important than the safety of your child. >> You know, okay, I I get it. You just had a new baby. You have two You have three kids. He works. He's got to go to work and then you you're back at work and then he and then John Carlos gets suspended from school, >> right? >> I get it. Is there was there any other option? Do you have family here? >> No, everybody's working. I didn't have anybody to watch him. >> Okay. Do you have like a >> Then why did why are you pregnant again? And she said you just had new baby, so maybe the baby's been delivered. Why did you just Why Why you lack resources? You don't care. She she she said what she said. She thought it was all right to leave them at home. That's really the end all be all of it. That was going to be the answer. The kid will stay at home by themselves. I think that's okay. That was her answer. >> Babysitter you use on the side >> sometimes. Yes. >> Did you call her? >> She wasn't available. She said she couldn't take care of her. >> When did you call? >> I didn't call her, but I called her two weeks ago. She said she's not available. >> So, she wasn't available for two two weeks ago, but you didn't call her today. Okay. >> So, yeah, I get it. It's It's a struggle. What about the daycare that the other two kids went to? Do they What's the deal with that? >> I have to I have to sign him up for that. >> So, basically our issue here. >> You see what I mean? It wasn't that he got kicked out of the daycare. She said, "I have to sign him up for that." So, her stepchildren are in a daycare with adult supervision. her biological child is at home with every danger available to him with no adult in sight to contact or to watch over him. And then like y'all said if something happens to her, no one knows he's home alone. [laughter] I know eventually the stepdad would come home, but you didn't sign him up for daycare is what you're saying, but your step kids are enrolled. Okay. All right. here is that your six-year-old child has no has no way of calling 911. >> He's smart, but he doesn't know how to make himself food. >> Um, I saw that there were eggs in there, but that's really it. And he said he walked down to a neighbor to get a snack. >> Yeah, he usually comes to the neighbor next door or down here. >> Okay. So, I think he said the one down here. Um, that's not appropriate. Okay. >> I understand that. I don't tell him to go. >> She's pissing me off. You don't understand that. That's why you allow it. It's regular for him to wander outside by himself again at risk of adults or someone that doesn't mean him well to knock on neighbors doors which you do you know their background to get snacks from them. So you don't even there's so many wrongs. You don't even have food in the house in the apartment for him. Then he's just going to these adults that are strangers that happen to live in the vicinity of you to get snacks on a regular basis. What if he forgot his way? What if he forgot like he turned left and so he accidentally made an extra right or something and just couldn't find his door again? Like it's so many things. What if they were predators? Like it's so many things wrong with this >> anywhere. Right. So, um, you will be arrested today for neglect. Child neglect. >> Okay. >> Yes. Yes. >> Four plus hours is unacceptable to leave your six-year-old child home alone. It, you know, maybe 10, 15 minutes. I got to run here real quick. He's fine. Maybe. But, God forbid something happened to him. He turned on the stove. Anything >> near the kitchen. >> He was in the kitchen the whole time I was there. >> All right. But he doesn't turn anything. >> They instantly debunk everything she keeps saying. He never goes in the kitchen. The cops are like, "That's the only place he was while I was there. It was the kitchen." Handcuffs. >> Yep. Yep. For real. >> Do you have anything in your pockets here? >> Yeah, my wallet and my phone. >> Is your phone working right now? >> No. >> Okay. I mean, I have a baby like headway Peter. >> I don't know. >> Does the jail do you have a pump? >> Yes. In my car. >> You might have to ask your nurse. I don't know if the jail will let you in with it. >> I don't know. >> I can call both of you. >> All right. I'm going to put you in the backseat of my car. >> All right. >> I'm going to go give this to your husband. Okay. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have reliable support, steady income, or the means to afford rent and daycare, especially in today's economy. Sometimes people are forced to make tough sacrifices just to get by. While that doesn't excuse what led to her arrest, it does add a layer of complexity to the story. >> She didn't care. Look, I'm telling you, the way she answered those questions, that did not apply to her. I'm sorry, it doesn't. Okay, here we go. Mother leaves four-month-old baby in car alone for hours. >> April 15th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a nursing facility after receiving reports of a baby left unattended in a vehicle crying and in distress. >> Oh, right here. >> Oh, okay. >> Do we have any idea where this lady is? >> I took her out. She was crying. >> Okay. >> She wasn't even seat belted in. Not in a base of the car seat or anything. >> Okay. Do we know where the driver is? >> I have no [snorts] idea. Do they have to like sign in when people like visitor? >> I I'm one. >> Do you have anybody from >> They might have been in the >> might have a baby. >> Okay. >> That's me. >> That's you. >> Just ain't got body cameras on. How long you been in here? >> I just met my sister was just sitting out there. >> Nobody's sitting in the car with your baby. >> Let me just contact her. [laughter] Yeah. >> So, you're saying your sister is supposed to be out in the vehicle? Where did she go? >> That's what I'm trying to figure out. That's what I'm doing. Calling her ass now. And I'm not cussing at you. >> No, I understand. >> What's your sister's name? >> What time did you The baby's been out there at least now? Because she was in here. >> That's why. Yeah. I didn't know what time her orientation started, but she >> It was supposed to start at 8:30. >> Yeah. >> So, she possibly been in here since 8:30. She has. >> She got here a little late, but I mean, yeah, she's been here for a little bit. >> Okay. >> Is your sister in here? Maybe. >> No, she's on. >> Do you guys have cameras out there? >> No. >> The baby wasn't even in a base to that car, too. >> I see the base is on the ground. The car like secured behind it, but it wasn't through the base. >> There was nothing. There's nothing that can go through here cuz it's a base. Just thrown in. She was >> You said what? >> Your baby wasn't strapped in. [sighs and gasps] [laughter] >> I It It's easy. You know what? This adults disappoint me every day. This is just another one of them days. >> Not even on the base. She >> She's not answering. >> She's not answering. >> No. >> I mean, it's okay. I'm not a parent. The way she's holding the baby lacks care to me. Like, and then they said there's no base for the car seat, so if she got into a car accident, that's not safe for that baby, right? I That's not the way to hold a baby, right? Like, that's I mean, I know when you're used to having a baby, you kind of can do whatever, but it feels like there's a lack of care going on right now. >> My mom. My mom's at work. >> Okay. What was she doing here with you? >> Who? No, I was filling out my uh information. >> Okay. And she was just riding along with you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, can I >> Oh, yeah. This girl's a liar. Talking about She was just filling out information. They said she was in that car for 4 hours. >> Her car seat. >> No, we're just going to hang out in here for now. >> For what? >> You can sit. You can sit if you'd rather sit. >> No, I'm okay though. >> I just need to figure out what's going on. Why this baby was left in a vehicle unattended for who knows how long. >> No, cuz I literally y'all if they got I literally just walked out. >> She's been here since 5 after 9. No, I said I literally just see she's a um I know there's another there's a more official term for it, but I'm going to call her the partial liar, the the lies by omission liar because there probably is a camera that saw her going outside for a moment to check on the baby, but that's not when she initially got here to the building and and the total time, the accumulated time is 4 hours. So yeah, you can probably look at the camera where she was checking on that baby, but that's not when you left that baby initially. She's lying by omission in my opinion. Or it's probably another term for it, but she's definitely lying. >> Just walked I just left from G. You can ask um >> saying that you >> I know I'm saying. >> No, I'm saying that I literally just walked from from my car literally after we did a little um test. I literally just >> orientation. You showed up for orientation about 5 months. >> No, I'm saying I literally just went to my car when I just did the fit test at >> She's overalking them. They're trying to give us the time. I'm going back a couple seconds. She is trying to over talk when she first got to this building cuz she was That's exactly like I said, I think she's applying for a job. She had to take a test and she is trying to over talk them so much like they're not going to keep making sure that the police know exactly what time she got here. >> Orientation. You showed up for orientation about 5. >> No, I'm saying I literally just went to my car when I just did the fit test after we got done doing the fit test and she was in there. Hello. >> So, no, we just got here. We're in the beginning of it. One of the local EPA contact to a local case worker gave us a call. I'm at a nursing home. Mother of the child came here at about 8:30 this morning for her CNA orientation and left her probably about 8-month old baby in the car claiming her sister was in the car with it. The employees here said the sister was never in the car with it. >> Oh, we're claiming a sister was there. We're claiming a ghost. Okay. >> They went outside, happened to see the baby in the car. It was not secured in the car seats and the base was not secure either. So, they took the baby and brought it inside. So, the baby's been outside unattended for they said at least an hour if not up to 4 hours in the car. We don't feel comfortable just sending mom away with this baby right now. >> And you know that you can see y'all can see the camera cuz I told you I was going outside. No, that's fine. I'm not giving them a good time. >> Yeah, we're not doing this. We're not going back and forth. You can just go back in there and I will talk to you if I need what time you got. >> No, it's fine. I don't need this. >> Okay. >> And that's crazy that on top of what she has done about leaving her child in that car for 4 hours. This is the job she was she was trying to work at. This is her orientation. So, she's within that 90 days to just, you know what, you're not a good fit. We don't want you here. If they were already not going to fire her for, you know, this decision, cuz how are you going to care for elderly patients and you make horrible decisions? You know what I mean? Um, but to argue with the people that actually work there, you have no job here. I promise you that. You have no job here. >> Knock it off. Hey, this is We're not doing this. Okay. >> You need to tell her that. >> No, I'm telling you. >> Come up here, sir. Can you get her far seat so I can sit her in her car seat right here? >> Yeah, give me You're going to have to give me a few. >> You're fine. I was in here filling out uh my what's the name and what's the name supposed to be in the car with the baby. But she look in here filling out your what's name and what's name supposed to be in the car with the baby. You would know the name of your sister at le Well, we already know she's lying, but I'm just saying you're not even lying. Well, >> can you come up here? I just told you Liberty Village or Beacon. I if I had to guess, yeah, around 8 months or so, give or take, maybe slightly younger. The employees had took her out of the car and took her inside. Mom just happened to show up when we got here. So, I mean, she wasn't doesn't appear in any distress or anything. So, she was the base was on the seat, but it was not secured with the seat belt. The seat belt is buckled behind it, but not anywhere securing the base. And then the like the car seat was clipped into the base, but she was also not strapped in the car seat. So, neither the base was secured or she was not secured in the car seat. and then has been left out in the car unattended for at least an hour, possibly up to four hours. She's claiming her sister was supposed to be in the car with the baby, but the employee said there was no sister ever in the car. So, yeah, she grabbed the baby from the employee and is holding it. There's another officer in there and the employees there. She >> Okay, I'm going to read Noir Angel's comment because this is so true. This is the summary of parents that do this. She she said, "People neglecting their kids really upsets me because my only child is special needs and I didn't have the luxury of leaving my child alone ever. People take their health healthy, able-bodied kids for granted." And they do. They do take them for granted. >> We're not allowing her to leave with the baby right now. We don't feel comfortable until we figure out talk to you guys and figure out what the plan is. >> So, how long you So, how long have you been inside of this building unattended from your vehicle? center from our vehicle. 30 >> 30 minutes. >> I got here at 9:00, but we just took a break after we did the uh we just took a break after we did the um the spit testing and I literally just went to my car and what I'm not cussing. >> No, I get it. So, you've been in your car since 9:00 and then you came in here? >> No, I came in here at 9:00. >> Okay. >> And you know, we take take a little break. I stood on my orientation papers and I literally just went to my car. >> Okay. Just trying to get a hold of sister. Yeah, she's my answer. That's why I just told my mom about it. >> Where would she go? >> That's what I'm trying to figure out. She always want to get high. >> Is there weed in the car? Did she have weed? >> Oh, >> huh? >> No, I don't have >> cuz they mentioned the car smells like weed. >> Yeah, I don't smoke. >> And the car smells like weed. I mean, just not even trying. >> Yeah. Would your sister have stuff in there? Her smoking? >> Not to my knowledge. I told her I have to go put on my orange. >> Why are they saying the car smells like weed? >> You don't smell it yourself, sir. I don't smoke. Y'all can test me everything. I don't smoke. >> So, does live with you or >> No. >> No. Where she live at? >> Oh, I don't know where she stay, but I asked her she while I go f my application for my job and she told me. >> You said that's her sister, right? >> Yeah. We raised up together. So yeah, she's going to get arrested and we're not [ __ ] me and Taylor McI like we're furious and we're like we're not [ __ ] sending this baby home with this lady. Okay. All right. I'll start medical and we'll get our way to the hospital and when they finally call me I'll tell them to meet us there. But I'll give you I'll get her stuff and I'll send it. Can you respond medical here for a 4month old baby? Conscious breathing just needs to be checked up in the car since >> video like sister was never here. She now magically can't get a hold of sister. I'm very mad about it. If my siblings a fine fourmonth old baby in the car, it be pretty pissed off. >> So, they're finding out, as we have known, she's lying. There was never a sister. And like the cops said, she magically cannot get in touch with this spirit, this this this uh sister from the spirit realm that no one's ever seen. >> So, has she been in this building since 9:00? She went out there one time, Angie said, and she was only out there for maybe a couple minutes. So, I'm assuming she went out there check on her baby. >> Yeah. I was doing the orientation. She showed up about 5 or 10 after 9:00. She come in right after. And I'm not sure what time it was, but she asked to be excused cuz she said she had to go pump. >> They just need to check out the baby. We don't know how long it's been in the car. >> She needs to go to the hospital. She's been in the car for a few hours. >> She has not. She has not. This is another way I This is This is what I'm talking about. When I can understand when parents to me don't don't care, right? This is what I'm talking about. How do you not want your baby to be seen after it's been in the car for 3 hours? I said 4 hours, but um it's a four-month-old left in the car for about 3 hours by themselves. Why wouldn't you want the health of your baby checked out? Let's say everything is down bad, down, bad, down bad, and you're just trying to get this job. This is the only day you ever ever would have done something like that. Why can't EMS check out the baby to make sure this fourmonth-old is okay? This is where I'm like, you just don't care. You don't care. Check on her and my sister was in the car. Okay. >> What time did you go out there to check on her? Your sister was in the car. >> I literally when y'all just came, you remember I was with other officer just had a break and I had literally just went out there. >> As far as we know, it's been at least an hour. So, we just need to check the baby out. >> But nothing is wrong with her. I'm going to tell you now. We're taking protective custody of the baby for now till we can figure out what's going on. >> No, my mom is on her way. >> I don't care if your mom's on the way. You're an adult to me like that because you're not cooperating. I'm telling you how it's going to go now. Nope. I'm telling you how it's going to go now. >> They're going to evaluate the baby. The baby's being transported to the hospital for evaluation cuz you baby's been in the car for who knows how long. As far as we know, the baby's been in there since 9:00 a.m. this morning. >> It has not. I'm telling you. >> Okay. If my sibling was in the car and left the baby unattended, I'd be a whole lot more pissed off than you. >> I am. I've been calling her. WHAT ELSE ARE YOU TRYING to do? >> Child abandonment felony. >> But that doesn't according to this only danger life and health. Abandonment's not on here. >> Okay. >> So look up in danger life and health and find if she's in violation of a felony charge of that. >> All right. Yeah. I'll go hook her on the uh the felony. >> So she's still going to be a jail, >> right? And she's going to get both charges. >> You're going to charge her with both? >> Yep. still going to be run it by command if you want just to make sure that you're good on that. >> Oh, yeah. I probably should. Hey, this is what I got. This is a really tough case and phrase it as this is what I'm thinking. Don't ask what to do. >> All right. You're going to be under arrest. I thought you were under arrest for endangering the health and life of a child. Okay. >> I imagine you're going to be >> That's the charge I was hoping to hear for those other parents that we watched. Endangering the life and health of a child. I feel like a lot of those parents we already watched have also been charged with that. Tasha, do you have anything on you? It's going to stick, coat, cut, or poke me. >> Smash you in there. You good? >> Yeah. >> So, what we'll be doing is taking you to jail. They'll fingerprint photograph you, and then you'll be released on an NTA. >> What's going on with my baby? So, she's going to the ER right now and it sounds like she's being held in protective custody because we don't know how long she was in the car. Um, they're checking her over and make sure she's okay because the paramedics seem to think that she was a little warm with the temperature outside and >> but she was No, she she has a a and I'm not cussing at you. So, >> you're fine. >> But she has a cold already from us being outside this damn weather study constantly changing. You know what I'm saying? So that's not the >> again, she was at orientation to care for the elderly and she doesn't understand that. Okay, let's say you're going to claim that your baby already had a prior illness before you left her in the car by herself for 3 hours. That's even more reason. I mean, it's already there's no excuse that baby should be in there, but that's even more reason. Why isn't the baby with someone to care for them and monitor them as they're going through the acute illness you already identified they had? Now you're exacerbating it by leaving her in the heat for three hours by herself with your one breaky to to go pump or feed her. And of course, they don't know there's an infant out in the car until someone spots it. That's even more reason that you just put this baby at more risk and why she should definitely be getting checked out by EMS. >> Reason why she's And again, I'm not cussing at you. >> That's fine. They're just making >> Yeah, I get that. But you know what I'm saying? Don't don't make that be You know what I'm saying? like she just so hot. >> I'm not saying that that's necessarily all that they're looking. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, I'm just saying >> make sure that she's all good and good to go and there's nothing like no heat. >> But and I understand that but she was not in thating car for noing how they trying to say it fouring hours. And once again, I'm not cussing at you. >> It's okay. >> I get it. You're frustrated and I understand. >> When I leave here, would I be able to get her? >> Get the baby. Yeah. >> I think the baby will be taken into protective custody by DCFS. >> Why is my mom up there? I >> and depending on the judge I know um oh what's our judge's name I want to say her her last name is not Washington boy judge Steph judge Stephanie Boyd would when she does this if she doesn't sentence her to jail time she would say you cannot care for children or the elderly as an occupation and that's what needs to go with this one the conditions are you cannot care for other people as you are making these crazy decisions >> answer those kind of questions cuz I >> I've been here the entire time so I don't know what's going not at the hospital, right? >> So, if I could answer those questions, I would 100% do it for you, but I don't know the answer. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, who will I be able to talk? Who do I talk to? >> So, there should be an there should be an investigator that's going to be out there, a DCFS worker that will be up there as well here soon. So, they will probably come give you information as soon as they're there. And >> she will go to jail. She'll be a release with a notice to appear. So, she'll need a ride back to the jail. Back up to the hospital. No, she could probably walk. >> It's a little bit of a walk. >> I mean, she she probably need to lose a little weight. >> Dang. Is that mom? I ain't going to make a comment about the weight stuff. As someone that struggles with their weight, I ain't I ain't I ain't going to say nothing. But she need to walk so she can think about what she did. I'll say that. >> You should have made me mad. Got me off work. >> So, yeah. So, by the time she's done, they will probably have already talked to you and explained stuff to you or or figure out what's going on. >> When officers attempted to call the number the woman had been dialing, which she claimed belonged to her sister, the call went straight to voicemail. The recording appeared to be that of a child, approximately 10 years old, the woman was charged with endangering the life of a child. The case remains open with a court date scheduled for August. >> I got to rewind. What about the 10-year-old child? Hold on. What? [laughter] >> Got me off work. >> So, yeah. So, by the time she's done, they will probably have already talked to you and explained stuff to you or or figure out what's going on. >> When officers attempted to call the number the woman had been dialing, which she claimed belonged to her sister, the call went straight to voicemail. The recording appeared to be that of a child approximately 10 years old. The woman was charged with endangering the life of a child. The case remains open. >> Wow. just just decept don't let her care for anyone, nobody. No elderly, no nothing. Hey, they [clears throat] had to have fired her. She was at orientation, so that means she probably got her, you know, she was hired. Orientation is usually when they give you your HR paperwork, you know, they show you around, whatever. She They fired her. I can't believe they would let her stay. All right, this one says, "Mom left her kid to cook alive, then plays the victim." Ah, this is going to piss me off. 30, 2024, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to a call outside a Walmart after a toddler was found wandering alone in the parking lot. The mother claimed to have a compelling explanation, but it didn't hold up against Walmart's CCT footage. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hi. Is this your kid? >> Yeah. I wanted to use the bathroom. >> Okay. But he looks like he's not okay. Are you okay, buddy? He's been here a while. >> He has not been. You can check the time. I literally I literally ran in there and ran out. >> What's his name? >> Yeah. >> Mom. >> And I had to go to the bathroom really bad and he was sleeping so I just weren't in there. You You >> have rescue. >> Hi. Here. I'm going to hold you. Hi. Hi. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Your kid? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And I really had to use the bathroom. So, he was sleeping and I just ran in there. >> Huh? I ran in there to use the bathroom and came out. >> So, you don't see no witnesses standing out there that's going to completely uh take that timeline away and it's not going to be ran right in and ran right out. You don't see no witnesses, girl. They about to mess that all up. >> I just really had to go to the bathroom. >> And you can look it up on my hospital record that I I didn't hospital surgery. How old is the kid? >> He's four. Uh-huh. >> Okay. You have your ID? >> I don't have anything on you. >> I give you my social if you like my social. >> You don't have your ID on you at all? >> And she's still in there. Here's worried about him and bolted. There's my my daughter who's 13 is still in the bathroom. My other 13-year-old is in the bathroom. Can I go inside with him? >> One second. >> Your 13-year-old's in the bathroom. >> Yeah, she was with She ran with me to the bathroom. >> Okay. >> She's She's >> I think this the one where not only did the mom leave the little baby in the car by themselves, the mom got caught shoplifting. I think only thing I don't like about this is when the cop seems to lecture the the the daughter about do you think it's safe to leave your little brother in the car. I don't think I didn't like that. I'm like you talk to that mom and you talk to that mom only. The little girl is not the parent. If that's Yeah, but I feel like she got caught shoplifting. >> Can I please go get her? >> Hold on a sec. I'm going to have Hey, there's a 13-year-old in there, too. >> She came with me to the bathroom. So when you pulled up and we parked in the middle of the road, did you go up to him and >> we Yeah, we stopped there. They're like, "What's going on?" You just kept saying, "I want my mommy. Where's my mommy? I want my mommy." >> She just got >> like you guys like literally you guys pulled up and she walked right back. >> Do you have your ID? >> Yeah. >> So you said you called run away or you waited? We waited what maybe like two minutes. We were talking to him >> and then the guy over there saw that as well. We walked over at they got him a drink and >> so we were coming out of the store. >> Okay. Just beyond my vehicle. Okay. >> The child is right here. this parking spot. >> Right where that bump is. Right there. >> Okay. Right where this tree stump roots are. >> No, right where your wheel is. >> Okay. Right where the wheels >> and the child was gone. >> Standing there or sitting down? >> No. Standing >> up. Okay. >> So, from the time that you seen him to the time that you called 911 was how long time went by? >> It was within 10 minutes. >> Not even that. No, it was probably like 3 minutes because that this group this couple saw him as well and they called 911. >> Wait, what are you talking about? >> Like from the time that we saw him >> Oh, when we reported it to you guys, >> it was maybe like 3 minutes. >> 4 minutes. >> Okay. And then the time that we responded in the time that you called to the time that we responded, >> it was about 10 minutes. >> About 10 minutes. And in between that 10 minutes, at what point did the bomb come through? >> Right when you showed up. Right when you guys got >> a minute later she was here. >> Okay. All right. And is there anything else I'm missing or you want to add? >> No. >> Okay. You see anybody else in the vehicle? >> He just ran some um mannerisms in reaction. >> I didn't see you coming up. I was I was at my vehicle cuz I left her to load up my vehicle. >> What did mom say to you? >> Nothing. She just came here and there the >> the lady cop was right here. >> So she welcome. >> And can you raise your right hand? >> You swear if the truth hold that whatever you told me is true and correct to the best of your abilities. >> Yes. >> Can you raise your hand? >> Yes. Can you swear and affirm that everything you told me is the best of your knowledge and then best of your abilities? Okay, that's true. >> Thank you guys. And if I need anything else, just hang tight. I will request it. Okay. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Hey, so were you in the car with your brother? >> I was going over. >> Okay. This is the part I don't like personally because this is the little girl. This is not the mom. So, I don't just don't I don't think you should talk to her like this. >> Okay. Hey, where was your mom at? >> So, you guys both went into the bathroom? >> Yeah. I don't like going by myself and stuffing side places like that, so I asked her to come with me. >> Okay. How long ago did you guys go to the bathroom? >> Not too long ago. >> Okay. And you left your little brother by himself in the car? >> Um, I thought it would be fine since he's sleeping. >> You can't leave the car unattended with him in there. It's hot. Where do you guys live? >> Um, I am not really living with my mom, but I was just here hanging out with her for the weekend. >> Okay. You live with your dad? >> Yes. >> Where do where do you live? >> In Riviera. >> Riviera Beach with your dad? >> Yes. >> Okay. Where does your mom stay at? >> Um, at a hotel right now. >> Okay. And then your brother does stay your brother stays with you two at your dad's. >> No, he stays at the hotel. >> Okay. Watch out. Okay. So, you guys came here to go to the bathroom? >> Yes, that's it. >> Okay. Where were you guys before here? >> Excuse me. >> Where were you guys before here? >> At the hotel. >> Gotcha. So, do you know where the hotel is? >> Uh, no. >> Okay. So, you guys were driving around. You said you need to go to the bathroom and you came here to Walmart. >> Yes. >> Gotcha. And she went with you to the bathroom. >> Yes. Like going into probably >> Yeah. >> So, do you remember like what time you guys went into the store? Um, I know you >> Okay. All right. How long do you think you wear? >> Not too long. Like 5 minutes. 2 minutes. >> 5 minutes. Minutes. >> Okay. All right. Well, like I said, it's pretty hot. And you guys left him with a car off. And >> to me, it's your mom left him. Uh, and I don't the the little girl is not the choice maker in leaving the little boy in the car. Those are the parts I don't think the cop should be like saying that to her in that way is if now this little girl has to put it on her shoulders, her minor shoulders that something could have happened to her little brother. She's relying on the adult in the situation to make the most rational decision because she doesn't know she's a kid, too. everything like he woke up and he was looking for you guys. >> Hey, how you doing? >> All right, so we got two concerns. Young man we here was in the car by himself for a little bit. We don't know exactly how long and he was out uh walking out. People located check on those guys while being as well as mom. mom until she's uh >> I've been struggling with kids on and off and that's why I had to stop here was go to the bathroom and then in and out of JFK and I just the fact that mom doesn't have custody of her 13-year-old and then how she came out acting it felt like substance abuse but also then to find out later that they were shoplifting >> I'm like I can't like myself >> there's really not anything that we can do to check it for >> we can check your vital signs Okay. Yeah. >> You want to walk with us? >> Yeah, just in case. Cuz I've been having on offer with her, too. >> So, he was not in the parking lot or anything or >> No, he just got out of the car, I guess, and was standing in front of >> they were concerned because the people that didn't just like ran in and ran out. >> So, are you worried? Is anything out of norm to you that you see? >> It's okay. >> I'm going through a really bad divorce and I know I feel really bad cuz now I'm thinking about it. It sounds >> What's your name? >> I'm so sorry. >> Mom, what's your name? >> What's mommy's name? >> Nietta. What's your name, buddy? >> Mom, >> can I see your finger, please? We're going to stay calm. >> So, his vital signs are the norm. Is anything out of norm? >> He It was fine to me. I was literally in and out. I need to go to go to the bathroom. >> So, if you don't see anything out of normal, >> I just But I wanted to make sure I just wanted to make sure he was okay. >> We're going to check your temperature, buddy. Okay. Obviously, you know, bad decision can't leave him in the car by himself. >> I know. I didn't I literally farted in and out and he was sleeping and I didn't >> was a dumb choice. It was really tough and I'm really scared. >> Why didn't you just take it with you holder? >> Obviously, she and him don't really mesh up. They just don't get along. It's just different. >> It's all right, buddy. >> So, I just I just wasn't I didn't think I just didn't think. You can't leave in the car right now. >> It's just stupid. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. Like, it was really stupid. >> All right. I'm going to read you a few things. Okay. Are you listening to me? >> I'm just reading you a few things. This is a record. It's a sworn recorded um interview statement. Today's date is Saturday, March 30th, 2024. The time is now 1:46. I am at the parking lot of Walgreens. What's your name? >> Okay. Um I require you to warn you before you make any statements that you have the following constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent and answer any questions. Any statements you make must be freely or voluntarily given. You have the right and presence and representation of a lawyer of your choice before you make any statements during any questions. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you are entitled to the presence and representation of a courtappointed lawyer before you make any statements and during any questions. If at any time during the interview you do not wish to answer any questions, you are privileged to remain silent. I can make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement. This must be of your own free will. Any statements can be and will be used to you against your court of law. Do you understand these rights that I have read to you? >> Yes. >> With those rights in mind, are you choosing to speak to us with me? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, tell me again why you came here? >> So, I had to use the bathroom. >> Okay. When we were in the bathroom, >> okay, >> my daughter was like wanted to grab she went to grab a bathing suit while I was in the bathroom. >> I ran out to look for her. >> Okay. >> Um when I grabbed her, I said, "We have to you could probably hear it if you listen to the audio. We got to go. We got to go." We ran back out here and I saw you guys all around the car. >> Okay. >> And that's really it. >> So, you came here just to go to the bathroom? >> Literally, just to go to the bathroom. >> Okay. And then you went with your daughter? >> Yeah, my daughter came with with with Sorry. And how long do you think you spent in the store? >> Like 5 minutes. >> 5 minutes. >> Literally 5 minutes. >> Okay. And you left the car. >> It was running. >> The car was running? >> Yes. >> With the keys. And >> another person that is, I guess, doesn't realize there's always cameras everywhere. And then you have the witnesses that were waiting on a parent to come back to the little boy. They're measuring time. [laughter] >> No. No. I don't I don't remember. I don't remember. Okay. Well, the kid was in there, >> but the Yeah, the windows were >> The windows were up. >> No, the windows were down. >> The windows were down. Well, the windows were all up. >> The windows 100% >> Windows being cracked in a car is not enough to keep um a child safe from getting some kind of heat injury or worse. >> Down. >> Which one? The one with a blanket. >> That blanket was was not if you was not there when I went in there. The bl the window was open. But like it was not like that when when when I left him. It was open. >> Okay. But you still left the child unattended. >> I did in this weather. >> I right. >> I call this I can't think of a good enough answer. So, I'm going to cry panic through it and see if that gets me to the next stage. >> I didn't realize it was I didn't think it I'm stupid. I'm so bra. I really I really didn't think it. I'm just I'm really breathe. Fire rescue is right here and I don't want them to think it. Okay, just breathe. >> Can I have a Okay, just breathe. >> I really didn't I really didn't think and it's stupid. It's soing stupid and I'm aing idiot and I didn't think right now you're being placed under arrest and not child neglect but for shoplifting. >> I didn't shoplift anything. >> Yes, you did. You passed all points of sale or that basket. >> I didn't mean to. >> You left that dog. You left your daughter inside because you were going to come get your car. Come on. >> No, I wasn't. You >> put your hands up right away. >> Put your hands like if you were praying. Come on. >> It'll be easier. And remember she said we only went in to go to the restroom. We only went in to go to the restroom. You had a whole cart. So they caught you shoplifting. Plus you left your kid in the car to, you know, uh with the excessive heat and just being alone. Again, like I said, even if it wasn't cold, even if it wasn't hot, the kid being in the car by themselves is very dangerous. Car running, car not running is dangerous. >> I got I can't stop. Don't stop me. Please. I'm not. Please don't. >> Do not resist. Stop cuz it will hurt. Stop. >> Do not resist. >> Can't breathe. >> Okay, listen. >> We have my miscuit here. >> You're talking, right? You're breathing. You're talking. Just focus on that. >> You're breathing. You're talking. You're breathing. Okay. >> Put your hands. I give you a breathing. I mean, put your hands. I give you a pray. Come on. Put your hands. I give you a frame. That way I can fix. >> This is Do you want these to be comfortable? You want them to hurt? >> I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. I've never done this before. Look at me. Focus. Focus. Put your hands like this backwards. That's all. >> That's all. Like this. I'm >> bring handcuffs on you. Okay. >> And I guess she said she kept going in the car. >> See, I'm fine. >> Oh, it is. >> Am I is DCF going to take my kids then? >> No. >> You know what I'm saying? After that, I can get them back as soon as I get out. >> Look at me. >> Whoever has we discuss this, right? So, you have >> and you're giving them permission. Look at me. Look at me. Look at me. I want to get out. I can >> He's not law enforce. Look at me. I'm trying to explain it to you. Okay. >> Breathe. >> I did not mean to stop with anything either. >> I left you here. If you want them to be, but I didn't mean to. I just point to >> Okay. I didn't mean to. I didn't know. I didn't know. I didn't know. >> You point? >> I didn't know. I didn't know. >> Okay. Do you want rescue to check your vital signs? >> No. I didn't know. I didn't know. I didn't know. >> Do you mind just grabbing your your battery pack? >> I didn't know. >> I didn't know. I didn't know. I swear I didn't know. I didn't know. I didn't know. I didn't know. >> Sorry, I could hear over the >> Can you tell your >> I don't know. I don't want to go to jail. to jail. >> I never been to jail. >> Listen, if you would be if you would have been honest with me 100% from the beginning. >> I did. I was. I was. >> You were in there for 24 minutes. >> I didn't know it was that long. I swear to God, I didn't know. >> Just leave it at Tyler and tell them. >> I know. I agree with you. I mean, >> that's not the only reason. >> I didn't hear I earned this. I understand that. I'm scared. Oo, her cry voice is annoying, [laughter] especially when they're crying cuz they sad they got caught. >> I'm sorry. >> And they run them out so they >> look at me. No, we didn't do that. They got to get out of the rescue. They got to go to others. >> You're making it worse for your children right now. You got to get yourself together. >> Okay. Okay. Uh, have a seat. Step in. >> Um, can you put my jacket back on? >> Um, uh, we got the run. >> Yeah, I put it in the >> You don't have anything in your bra, right? >> Okay. All right. >> I'm going to get the >> This is the only thing. >> Yeah. >> All right. You got to >> The mother was charged with felony child neglect after leaving her toddler alone in the car while attempting to shoplift. If convicted, she faces up to 5 years in prison. Five. >> All right. It said five. Also, up to 5 years of probation and a $5,000 fine if she's convicted. I'm sure she'll probably at least try to take a plea deal. All right. Hold on. Where am I at? Oh, we're on to the last one. This one, this it says, "Entitled mother arrested after abandoning babies in freezing cold." Let me tell you right now, she blames everybody else on her decisions. She blames everybody else. This is another one where they drop them off at the door and they say the dad was supposed to watch them or I told them I was dropping them off. You got to get them in the house. These parents that are dropping the kids off and ringing the doorbell and leaving. And in this case, I don't even think that she rang a doorbell or anything. I don't understand how you don't understand. You're going to get in trouble for this. >> Please let me call it. Please >> put your foot inside. You're going to get sprayed. >> I'm begging you to say, YOU KNOW, YOU GOT >> an incredibly irresponsible mom abandons her one and two-year-olds outside of their auntie's home, then has the audacity to try and play victim when police surprise her at her front door. On September 5th, police in Bloomington, Illinois, received a 911 call from the suspect's sister-in-law around 6:30 in the morning. >> Bloomington 911. What is the address of your emergency? >> So, get up, get ready for work. Um, I leave out the front door and my nieces are at the front door. They are one and two years old, standing outside the door with no shoes, only a t-shirt on. And they've been out here for at least probably 30 minutes cuz when I heard the doorbell ring, I came downstairs to see who it was. Didn't see anybody, but I went to the back door, went back up, took a shower, came back down, it was just about to leave for work. And the kids are at the door. >> Officer, >> it seems like, like she said, that's her nieces. So, the aunt is a sister to the father of the kids, and they said the kids were one and two years old. Um, and you'll see how she talks about how like the mom will be like, "It's none of their business. It's just between me and their dad, but you left them at the house where the at least the sister also resides. So, what do you mean it's none of her business?" And it's a it's a big blame game for sure. Um, and also I just want to say this since this is the last video if you can handle it because it'll be trigger warning later on. I'll be reading um the lawsuit that was filed against Justin Combmes. It does include Diddy in there um and some John Doe's 1 through 10. So yeah. Uh but it's trigger warning of course because you already know what Diddy you know his history. So that's the same thing with his son. >> Speak with the caller and the children's father to confirm the kids are safe. Later that night, they head over to the suspect's home to confront her. >> Which one? >> That one. >> Yeah. >> No, that's >> Hey, D. How you doing? Hey, we got to talk to you about this morning. >> We got to talk about this morning cuz you dropped your kids off at your sister-in-law's. ain't [ __ ] to me. >> What ain't [ __ ] to you. >> That lady ain't nothing to me. >> Well, I know, but you dropped your kids off this morning and she didn't even know you were dropping them off. >> That was between her and her brother. He We had a whole conversation 45 minutes at last night about what was going on since he got off work at 6:00 and she was going to leave for the day. That was on him. >> Okay. Well, you still can't drop your kids off right at the door and just leave them there. >> First of all, they was not left unattended like I told the officer this morning. >> What officer this morning? the officer that came that evening when I went to get them back. >> I'm talking about this morning, though. >> I'm talking I'm talking about today, too. Like I told the officer. >> Okay. I didn't talk to you. >> It's not my first time dealing with an officer. >> Okay. Well, I didn't talk to you this morning, though. >> Man, it's 1:00 in the morning. My kids are asleep and I just woke me up. >> Well, that was my intention cuz I got to talk to you. >> Bang on the door like it's >> I wasn't banging on the door. >> Yes, you did. >> I was knocking on the door. >> You was banging on the door. >> I was not banging on the door. >> Oh, so I I really want to hear y'all banging on. This door echoes. I'm sure it does, but I wasn't banging on it. All right. Well, go ahead and step out and talk to us. >> I ain't have any bottoms on. >> Huh? >> I don't have any bottoms on. I'm at home. >> Okay. Well, put some on. >> I got to go upstairs. I I'm naked. >> All right. Go ahead. Put some on. >> Can you please step this door? >> I'm not letting you close the door. Go ahead. Put some on. And >> you own the doorbell. Don't want. >> Okay. Go ahead. Put some on. >> You own the doorbell. All right. Go ahead. Step out. Go ahead, step out. Go ahead. Step out. Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Child endangerment. >> I didn't do anything. >> Yes, you did. You dropped your kids off this morning. >> I didn't put my keys in there. My keys upstairs now. Hold on. Hold on. Can I please have my phone for my kids? >> We will let you call to get that accompany. >> We will let that happen. >> I didn't I didn't put my keys in this morning. >> 511 in custody. >> One in custody. >> That's you. These your shoes here, the white ones. You want them? >> Yeah, you do. Okay. >> You want them? >> Yeah. >> Are both your kids asleep right now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Well, my phone's on my bed. >> Well, that's why we don't want to come in and do all this in front of the kids. All right. Just cuz they're in trust. Got to read your rights. >> So, I must stand the night. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be against you in the court of law. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Okay. >> Um All right. You want to go in and get your phone? You need anything else? Yeah, I just need to go up there to get my care. >> Am I um staying in jail tonight? >> I believe they're released. It's class A misdemeanor. Unless Unless you've been charged before child. >> Have they Have you been charged and has it actually been stuck or did they drop the charges? >> I have Well, when my daughter was when she was first born, I got in with her brother's mom and they put a change on me and I had to go to work tomorrow. >> I understand that. But did they actually charge it? Like >> what you mean? >> Did they did the judge actually charge you with it? It's one thing for us to charge you with it, but did the judge actually charge you with it? >> Um, I got super vision. >> All right, let's go upstairs. I'll try not to wake the kids. >> Okay. >> My youngest wake up. >> Okay. >> You have a wallet anywhere up here? >> Oh, where is my wallet? >> It's in that purse or that bag? >> No, cuz I don't care. Oh, it's in my car. I think the door's off. >> You sure? >> Where's your key? >> [ __ ] Probably in the car. I don't drive my car. My slices suspended. All right. Get to work. >> [ __ ] >> I'm going to hold it cuz I don't want you to fall. I'm going bust your nose if you fall down. >> They're dancing back and forth to work. >> How'd you get there this morning? >> My coworker. >> You sure about that? I ain't going to charge you. I'm just asking. >> Man, I already my car had $900 one time. >> If you want to stay right here, I guess I'll call dad. All right. Where's your car? >> I don't want your dad to come and get them. Well, >> now here's See, this is one of the things that ticked me off. She doesn't want the dad to come and get them, but she was dropping them off at where I believe she thought the dad would be or the dad does reside, cuz that was at least where the dad's sister lives. That's where she dropped them off. And she didn't drop them off like, "Hey, I'm waiting at the door with the kids." She dropped those kids off and left. And the the auntie just happened to notice it was two babies outside. Her niece niece and nephew or nieces or whoever, but she just happened to notice and it was cold. As you see, they got a coat on now. It was cold. But now she don't want the dad to be able to get his kids. I don't understand >> because I'm getting charged with endangerment. This what I told the police when I got them today. My daughter lip was busting and there was three adults in the house and they couldn't tell me what was going on. >> Okay. Where's your car at Tracy? >> Right here. >> This one Volkswagen. >> Uhhuh. >> I don't want to sit your line. Is your line? >> I will acknowledge that she said that her daughter slip was busted and no one told her why. I just don't I need more if I was to dive deeper into that because she doesn't make great safety decisions for her one and twoyear-old. So, I don't know. I don't know. >> There you go. I can grab it for you. >> And she was fine with them being there at first. >> What do you need? >> I have my ID right there. >> Okay. >> And my wallet. My debit card should be somewhere on that thing, too. >> You sure you want this key? Somebody going to steal this thing? >> They want to steal. They can steal. >> Oh, well. >> Uh, >> you say wallet's in here? I can look. Or do you just need a debit card? >> Yeah, I need a debit card if I get bonded out tonight. >> There's no bond. >> No bond. >> No, no bond. They don't charge no bond. They just release you. >> All right. You got you got somebody you can call pick you up though? >> Uh, hell no. Just me and my kids. >> Okay. >> Uh, let me call my mom. She going to be nervous. >> Hold on. Uh, where where do where do you think that debit card's at? >> They saying we we ain't got no bomb. We ain't ain't got to worry about it. >> Okay. >> We ain't got to worry about it. You know what I'm saying? Just you got the key. Stand right there. >> Yeah, I got the key. What you need? >> I was just going to lock it. So, I'm being arrested and it's so hot. So he said allegedly child examining or whatever. He was like they just going to take me down and get booked or whatever. They're not going to hold me. They're going to >> They might hold you. >> They might hold me. They might not. They might. They don't know cuz my kids upstairs sleep. They came at 12:00 and it's a whole lot of he say she say that I left my kid. >> I thought you danger child when you weren't even in the car. >> Mom, we're Mom because he's doing this out of spite. I have clear documentations on what really happened. Everything is being spiteful. I'm calm. I'm at peace. I already knew that this was coming because when people are hurt, that's what they do. >> So, what the kids going to be at? >> That's when we're trying to figure out somewhere. >> We're going to take care of the kids. Don't worry about that. >> We just don't want them to go to the state, we don't want to go to go with their dad because all this situation is close to him. So, >> you can't get golden kids. >> No. See, she didn't say to her mom because whatever her daughter's name is had a busted lip. She said because this whole situation is because of their dad. That's the That's the reason I really feel like she don't want him to have them right now cuz she don't want him to see I got arrested for the bad decision I made because Yeah. I just I just I just wasn't buying it with that. I'm like, "Okay." Cuz you were definitely trying to drop them off at first. >> I'm on 12:00 at night. Yes, cuz I know I can't wait Tanya up. Uh, let me call the mall. >> Can I get the model? Okay. >> All right, Trey. I got to take your phone for him. I got to search you, too, cuz you're going to patrol car. So, do you understand why we're arresting you, though? Cuz you were on the por there on the porch of your sister-in-law's place this morning. She had no idea they're going to be >> honestly. >> And it was cold out. It was 53° this morning when I went out there to get them. >> Honestly, he knew. They They knew. >> Well, I know, but you still can't drop him off and not say nothing. them and I didn't drop him off and say nothing to him because >> he can never talk to you >> cuz he's in the middle of the communication. >> I understand that. But he wasn't there. You can't just drop him off. >> He was literally around the corner. >> But he wasn't there when you dropped him off. You rang the doorbell and you left. >> No, I didn't. I was out there. I was still out there. My kids my kids was older. Not old enough to be out there by one and two. >> Exactly. I'm not slow. >> Well, I'm saying they can't be out there at the doorstep by themselves. >> That was not out there. Like a pair was out. A parent was present because I mean who was out there? I didn't just dipped out cuz I had to be at work at 6:50. >> You never talked to her this morning. She never talked to you. >> This every time I talk to this lady. >> What's it? No, you can't have this right now. >> I'm not. >> She never talked to you this morning. >> I don't have to say anything cuz I'm going to get a lawyer. >> You don't have to say anything. That's correct. >> I don't I'm just making sure you understand why you're being arrested. That's all. >> I mean, it's [ __ ] I'm a black woman. >> No, it's not has nothing to do with that. Them poor kids were sitting out on the porch this morning. >> My kids was not sitting on the porch. >> Yes, they were. I went out there. >> All right. You went out there? Okay. Cuz you should have arrested me earlier this morning. >> I did not arrest you this morning. >> Arrested me. >> You were at work, right? >> You should arrest me. No, I went to prompt here and the paperwork is in the cop. >> And he know what I what was going on like >> Well, I I don't know where you're at this morning. Okay. >> Exactly. You You can't tell me where I was. >> I know you weren't with your kids cuz I was with your kids. >> Hold on. Somebody just text me. >> Okay. Well, we're not looking at it right this minute. Colette, can you come search her? I'll stand by the door real quick. >> What a search me for. >> We got to do two searches. >> Well, can't get a female in >> case we miss something. We don't have to do that. We don't have one a available right now. We're going to my patrol car over here. >> Okay. But are you calling your dad? >> Yes. >> My >> He's got equal rights to kids, >> bro. Okay. It's okay. All right. >> He's got rights to the kids. >> I just told you what he DID TO MY DAUGHTER MOUTH, BRO. HE WAS Y'ALL RACIST. It's okay. I'm trying to keep >> Definitely not racist. >> Yeah, bro. He just busted my daughter. >> Okay. >> Her mouth is leaking. The police looked at me and said, "Oh, he can't do Somebody punched her mouth." >> When did that happen? that as soon as I got it from the [ __ ] police, bro. >> When did you get him from THE POLICE? >> AT 5:00 TODAY. PUT ME IN THE GODDAMN CAR and let me call my mom because this [ __ ] this [ __ ] going to go all the way because is stupid. >> Oh my [clears throat] gosh. Let me put this back here up here. I beg to differ about the quickness of your mind. Right. She got all these excuses, everybody else's fault. And she still doesn't understand how she's getting arrested. And she wasn't there, but she was there according to her, but she had to go to prime, whatever that was. and they knew she was coming and the dad was right around the corner but not at the house to get the kids. And again, you didn't wait for anyone to open the door to get your kids, but it's everybody else's fault but yours. >> Can I call my mom? My cousin's trying to call me. >> You can once you get to the jail. >> Please let me call somebody. Please >> put your foot inside. You're going to get sprayed if you don't >> begging YOU TO [laughter] YOU KNOW YOU got >> what? >> I don't want him in my house. >> He's not going in your house. >> I don't want nobody in my house. >> He ain't going in your house. >> Lock my door. You didn't even ask me for my keys. >> We got to get your kids out of there, right? >> Like you didn't ask me anything. You won't even let me call my You let me call one phone call. You've been rude this whole entire time. >> I have not been rude. You've been rude. You've been calling me racist and everything else. >> I never called you racist. I said on body out there with my kids. He was being a racist and you took offense to it. Let me get the seat belt off you. Hold on. >> Okay. >> Are you able to reach your arm around use this or not? Do you want me to dial it for you or anything like that? >> Um, >> hello. Can you please come and get the girl? They're taking me to jail for child endangerment. Their dad said he's going to be on the ra, but he didn't show up. They just asking for some type of form of ID so somebody can get them. They don't know if I'm going >> Where you at? >> I'm at my apartment complex. >> You at the crib? Yeah, they just they just picked me up. >> All right, here I go. I'm on the way. >> Okay, bring your ID. >> All right, I'll go. >> Okay, >> so who's this person? >> That's my blood cousin on my mom's side. >> Okay. A male sounds like. And you're okay. How old is he? >> Um Dear is I think he just turned like 30. 30. >> 30? >> Yeah, I think so. >> Okay. >> But but Tori, he got a girlfriend that has smaller kids and they got kids around their age and he do have somewhere for them to leave stay. >> I'm sorry. You just got a call from your mom. You want to call her back real quick? >> Yes, please. >> Please don't say nothing stupid. You don't speak up. Please don't say nothing stupid. That's going to cause me more [ __ ] >> I I feel like the only reason she has to say that before her mom start talking is because her mom knows exactly what her motive was and what she had did when she left those kids with the knowledge that, you know, there was no adult that was seeing them and she just walked away. So now it's like, "Mom, don't say nothing. Don't say nothing cuz I'm already in enough trouble." >> Okay. I ain't trying to see where you at. >> In my apartment complex. >> You still in the apartment complex? >> Yeah, cuz I get they they let me call tomorrow. I'm still in my apartment complex. They're trying to see if I got charged with child endangerment. So, possibly I can get out tonight. But guys, they're trying to make sure I don't have any of the charges cuz they just going to fingerprint me since it's a class A misdemeanor and send me my way. That's what he said. If I didn't have another child, >> man, this is Officer Boss and Bloomington Police Department. I got a body cam on just so you're aware. Um, okay. [clears throat] >> So, what what happened was is this morning we got called out to her sister-in-laws, I believe it is. The kids are on the porch. That's the story we're getting. Okay. When I got there, the kids are left alone. Um, so she's going to be arrested for child endangerment, which is class A misdemeanor. Um, that being said, if she has no previous convictions of child endangerment, she'll be released tonight. Um, if she's been convicted for it before, then they're probably going to hold her to see a judge in the morning. The judge will be out on Saturday. >> Oh, you're right. Yep. It's Friday, so it'd have to be Monday. >> Well, he told her to bring the keys. >> Mom, don't say nothing. Don't worry about it. Don't say nothing. Just be done. He right. >> Come on. That See, I'm I'm worried about the grandmother having the kids by herself cuz Yeah, it's fine that he told her to bring them, but you cannot leave your kids unattended until you make contact with the adult whose custody you're leaving them in. That's the problem. So, it's not that he said bring the kids. >> So, >> let him have it, please. >> So, if he I mean, if he did say that, I know this sucks. Everything sucks, right? I understand she had to be to work. I'm not trying [snorts] to ruin her life, nothing like that. I understand it's already gone. >> I understand she had to be to work. I get it. But even if he told her that she had to drop them off and nobody was there to take possession of the kids, basically take custody of them, she can't just leave them there. Okay, >> I understand. >> Yeah, I I understand. He might have did he might have did he might have did her dirty. I understand that. But she can't just drop them off on the porch. Okay. Um the kids right now are with our other officers here at the apartment and we're just waiting for I believe it was Zamar, I think she said. I think he's coming to get the kids for it. Um do you have Zamar's contact information in case Are you local? >> No, I'm in Mississippi. Oh, >> okay. Well, that All right. Okay. >> So, >> I'm going to give the phone back to her. Here you go. I can hold it for you. >> Hello. So, you talked to Zamar? >> Yep. I really don't even want to talk about this right now cuz I'm trying to keep my nerves so calm. I just pray they don't keep me in there so I can get my proper medicine. That's truth going to come out. Paperwork is already in motion. The only reason why they doing this because they know they busting Abel and they trying to save face because all of a sudden y'all it's 12:00 midnight and I reported it to the officers cuz if the officer felt some type of way, he could have arrested me right then and there and left the kid at the sister house. I didn't had dealt with police three times today. They could have arrested me but yeah. Okay. >> I deal there with police three times a day and neither one of them arrested me today. But all of a sudden they wanted to do something at 12:00 midnight. It is what it is. My kids going to be good. I'm just done. It's fine. And [snorts] I'm I'm leaving. He on the eway right now to come get him. >> Okay. Cuz I tried to call him. >> Yeah. He coming right. >> So So Nene, >> huh? >> They going to take you to Bloomington. >> Yeah, they about to take me to Bloomington. >> And Dear going to Bloomington. >> Dear going to get the girls. I don't even know how I'm going to get home. All I know is I might walk cuz I don't know if I I'm getting out tonight because I didn't never got >> If you get released tonight, you don't have a ride. No way, shape, [snorts] or form. You call the police department. We'll make sure you get back home. We ain't going to put you out on the street. >> Oh, last time when I got out the jail, I I walked. >> Well, you call us. I ain't going to leave you [snorts] out on the streets. Especially if you got to get your little ones. >> You want me to meet her down there? >> He He trying to run my back around. I don't want nobody. >> It It just depends, ma'am. I don't know if they're going to hold her or not. It depends on if she's been charged or been convicted rather. Um, if she's been convicted of child child endangerment before, then they're going to hold her. I'm just waiting to hear back from my supervisors. >> Oh, okay. >> Hear me when I say this and my kids are gone and you don't have no more contact with me and my daughters cuz they are babies. You know, you don't want them for real. For real. And that's all it was. You don't want them. So, y'all try to do everything in y'all power to tear me down consistently. >> All they want is money. Exactly. All y'all went to get y'all all y'all went to school at the same time because they paying y'all $600. Tell somebody want something better after 1500 years later. You [snorts] had your kid first kid when you was like 27. All you did want to go to school now. It's okay. The messages I have the messages where he threatened DCFS. He threatened the cops. He threatened it all. This was pure threat. This is private cuz he know he had a conversation with Angie cuz why would I call you at 5? 3 minute call. >> All right, Tracy, we got to get going. Okay. >> Um is um >> one thing >> um they going to make me drop call and uh I'm going to tell I'm just going to call tomorrow and tell him to get um to get the girls. >> What they say? >> [ __ ] I'm going to go to jail. [ __ ] That ain't nothing say I'm talking about is you getting out tonight? >> Well, I don't know. They going to criminal background. She'll she'll be able to call you when she gets to the jail and they book her in and then uh she can let you know if she gets out tonight or not. They'll give her a couple calls. Um but until then I got to I got to let her go. Okay. >> Okay. But I'm trying to see where the kid I mean >> they go with Amar. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. You doing too much. >> No. I'm trying to see what they going to wait on. >> No, he can't. Good night. Let me call him real quick. >> All right. Let's get this figured out. Tracy, give me a sleep. >> Okay. >> Hey, Tracy. So, it sounds like you've been charged with it twice, but never convicted, which means that basically tonight it'll be a class A misdemeanor, which means you'll be released. >> But I'm trying to figure out when I got charged. See, this is I don't know. >> No, no, no, no. Charged and convicted is two different things. >> I ain't never like I'm for real. Like, I ain't never like I don't remember. >> It may be way back. But what I'm saying is >> see this is what I'm talking about. Excuses, excuses. still doesn't understand how she endangered her children and told her mama to shut up. Who's trying to defend her? Like, [laughter] oh my gosh, it's everybody else. >> You were charged, >> but the judge did not convict you of it, which means that it's just going to be a class A misdemeanor, which means they won't hold you. That being said, do you want Zamar to just hang out here tonight until you get released? >> Yeah. So, he don't have >> Will he do that for you? Yeah, cuz I don't want him to have to wake them up and them going to another environment. It's going to be hard for them, you know. >> That's what I'm saying. So, if we just leave him asleep, but he'd be cool as it might be a couple. >> It's crazy. She can understand that it might be a little hard for them to wake up in the middle of the night and go to a new house, but she don't understand how leaving them in the cold that morning by themselves is an issue. >> Hours maybe. I don't know how long they're going to take it to jail. >> All right, let me let Can I call MC? Get Woody, hang out here for a couple. >> Yeah, I'll get your phone for you. Hold on. 111. Oh, there it go. >> Oh, I don't know how that did that whole face probably, right? >> Yeah, just hit that right there. >> Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, go ahead. >> I guess that was for me. I don't like >> Can I get my but >> Yeah, I'll grab some. >> So, can you hang out with the No, can you hang out with them instead of taking them to your house cuz I can get released tonight instead of waking them up and it be a whole shebang. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's cool. What? What? Okay. Yeah, >> cuz they saying it's going to be like they just got to book me in They're They're not going to hold her, Zamar. They're just going to book her in, fingerprint her, take some pictures of you. All right. >> I can't breathe. >> Okay, I'll get your stuff for you. Okay. >> Um it's a whole machine that I have to take. Um I just started it today. >> Okay. Um yeah, they're going to release her, man. So, if you wouldn't mind, you don't have to. I mean, you can always take them, but it probably be easier just leave them asleep if you don't mind hanging out here for a couple hours, maybe. >> Yeah, that's no problem at all. I can do that. Well, I'm right here. I'm I'm pulling up behind you guys. >> Oh, all right, man. I appreciate you. Yes, sir. >> So, do you have meds you need to out of there? >> I So, today jumped off. I had to They have I'm having breathing issues. They gave me a steroid, but I couldn't pick it up cuz I don't have a license. >> I got you. >> And I've been using my babies over the abuterol to help me breathe a little bit. And this situation has I'm I'm having a panic attack. >> I got you. You want me to get EMS out? Look at you. You're still going to go to jail, but you want me I can get EMS out here. >> I just want my breathing streaming. That means I want to be able to go to jail and get >> All right, let's get it taken care of. You want me unzip this a little bit? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay, take a couple breaths for me. I got your window down. I'm going to roll this other one down. Okay. >> Okay. >> You sure you don't want EMS? >> Okay. [laughter] >> Just take some deep breaths for me, Tracy. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right, Tracy. Let's get this over with. Go right here to your left. There's a door right around this corner. stick around that bunch. >> So, roughly, how long will this court date be out? >> Uh, I'm sorry. Do what? >> Like, how long like when they said the court dates out to be seeing a judge since this a class and I know I have to go see the judge, right? >> You do have a court date. You do have to see a judge. You just don't have to sue one like tomorrow. >> You have a court date. >> All right. I'm going to go to her charges because this part she was like, "Are they going to make me take my thing off um when I take my mug shot?" I don't care. Let's just see if they list charges or not. So, we'll see. Hold on. I I I I lasted as long as I could with all that whining and not taking accountability. >> All right, we're going to go out here. You going to go through the metal detector and then I'm going to have you just take a seat. >> Yeah, they'll open. Just a sec. You're all right. You're right. >> All right. Just go on through. >> I got a couple questions about these citations. When you got a second? >> Okay. And then you get to take a seat. >> The suspect was charged with two counts of child endangerment. Please leave a like if you enjoyed this video and be sure to subscribe. >> All right, two counts of child endangerment. Hey, Gigi. I was trying to type hey, but the [clears throat] video ended so soon. Okay, [gasps] that is it. We made it through. For the ones that, you know, uh, look at the the parents that need to be arrested. This was that compilation for sure. I tried to word it so YouTube doesn't like put me in YouTube jail because of it cuz anything involving kids, you got to be real careful. So, we'll see how that works out. 12:15, no 12:35, I think it said 12:35 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. I will be reading the lawsuit filed against Justin Combmes, Diddy's son. Um, it's shorter than some of the lawsuits I've read before. the background is longer than the actual accusation, but it the accusation gets to the point. It is what it is. Um, so if you're around, I will be reading that. But trigger warning. Uh, like I said, I put on there like father like son. So, all right y'all. So, I'll see some of y'all at 12:35ish. I feel like that's the time I set, but I'll see y'all soon. All right. Bye.
