park when the police arrived at the scene the situation was under control they then requested a statement form from the security officer the police detained a woman involved in the physical party involved in the altercation explaining the incident and referencing the camera footage who's looking to talk to me Mom yes yes ma'am arrested so your sister is going to jail tonight for aggravated batteries what other boy my I want to press charges too okay so I'm going to explain to you just like I explained to your husband okay so we all we have your guys' side of the story we have their side of the story and then we have what the video actually shows okay so can we see the video too cuz y'all watching it and tell us going on cuz the officer just told me I was there too so we want to see the I don't know what officer told you you were there came with you that was okay so the video I am not allowed to show you because it is now evidence okay okay so that's all you see in the video so so what we see in the video I'm going to explain to you guys so what we see in the video is we see a verbal altercation between her and your sister okay and then the uh white female that had the red shirt on and then I guess her two brothers are there there's a verbal altercation there three of them okay yeah yeah the white female and then her two brothers are there with her and then your sister so during the verbal altercation at a point in that verbal altercation she becomes physical going to shove somebody I don't know who it is that she initially shoves but she starts the initial physical altercation so you didn't see the boy shove first shove him back the boy never touches anybody through all angles of the video there's three different angles he doesn't touch anybody so all he does is he steps into the middle so exactly that's there's a shoving match between her and the female the the boy the sister the 19-year-old there is a shoving match between her and the 19-year-old girl the boy does not's I like unfortunately we have the incident report it's being it's being initiated as far as pressing charges on them because of her being the primary aggressor there's nothing for you all be able to press charges on because she she is the primary aggressor in this incident on the video yes the video is what we you're going off every time evidence once everything so once everything gets filed and everything that will go into evidence you all can do the request to be able to see the video at which time you guys can then see the video I am not allowed to show you the video right now and then you can go for that absolutely and then to do the the big issue is the big issue is your sister that had nothing to do with this like I understand that yes we have a a shoving match between her and the 19-year-old yes the issue is your sister stepping in punching and hitting the female splitting her eye open so she has to go get stitches she's on her way to the hospital to have that taken care of so in the State of Florida I don't know what it is up in New York but in the State of Florida that is considered permanent disfigurement injury and everything else which is an aggravated battery which is a felony charge that's what she is going to jail tonight for is aggravated battery um did they gave him the paperwork of where she is going because that should that sheet of paper has the address of where she's going and everything else when when is she seeing a judge or something we don't live out here seeing a judge she's not going to see a judge tonight she'll be able to post bond so I can't tell you what the bond is going to be because you guys are from New York the bond is doubled so I don't know what the bond will be because you guys are from out of state you will be able to post the bond at which time you guys can get her out of jail and you guys can go about your business so the family press charges or Y just doing the the no the 19-year-old is pressing charges for her injury to her eyes the 19-year-old is the one pressing charges the mom is not doing any anything she has nothing to do with it it's the 19-year-old female that had the red shirt on that is pressing charges against the sister for punching her and splitting her eye open how did the refund to come here put a refund the refund as far as as universal is concerned I have nothing to do with that is something yes sir this gentleman right here can assist you all with the refund and as far as that goes he's wearing it the only thing she kept at her request was her cell phone a phone charger so that we could charge her phone for so she could call one of you guys somebody and then her ID the woman was charged with aggravated battery a peaceful standoff involving a woman unexpectedly escalated into a violent physical assault by another woman did she actually physically go around your neck yeah with her hands she was like this was it one hand or two hands just one one hand while the other hand she kept swinging me in my head and just trying to hit my head against the steering wheel on March 22nd 2023 police responded to a call from a woman who reported being attacked by her husband's ex-wife a second woman who appeared to have the intention of killing the victim assaulted the woman in a terrible manner what's going on should I hang out with him yeah you can hang out with him okay so I brought my boyfriend here he's been gone from here for like 3 weeks he's trying to get away from his wife he's in the house I don't know if they're fighting the kids are in there he just wants to get his kids she's not stable we've been trying to do this for over a year now he just wants to see his kids she came to my car she got in her car sped off came to my car and okay and she just attacked me she opened my door I was so in panic I couldn't drive off so he showed up to the house he went up to get the kids I just drove by and I dropped him off he walked over to the house that way if she was outside she wouldn't see me and like go insane okay so then I drove off and I parked around the corner from the house okay so she got in her car I heard her like you know hit the gas really hard she sped up found my car I was in such a panic I couldn't move I put my car neutral so she opened my door she started just bashing me in my face she tried grabbing my my V I guess she thinks I'm pregnant so she wants to kill the baby if I am pregnant I don't know she started just bashing me in my head I was screaming help help please somebody help I was trying to kick her off of me I don't know exactly what I did to her but she she came to mind cart and you said that they're that he's still in the house with her I think they're I don't know they're in the house he just wants to see his kids and she's making it so hard for him we've been going through she's even trespassed from Ry apartment complex cuz he just wants his kids okay so the boyfriend that she's with is still in the house with the other female and the kids but she managed to get away okay but everything that's on your face he did no she did she came to my car and attacked me and she basically was just like if you I I don't know does she have a white car no she has a like a gray Traverse she pulled back in but she's actually a guy I guess there's a guy over there he came and got in her car and got her pulled her off of me cuz I was screaming for help like it's 4: in the morning or whatever so I'm screaming for help what apartment number I think it's 3446 I'm not exactly sure he tried to send it to me one night in like code talking seven kids in there yeah one child is hers six are his what's her name her name is Kar all right do you have your ID yeah can I have it please last last name is we'll stick around just long enough to make sure youall have no patients down at the house yeah we're going to we're I want to get some of her information then we're going to run down there unless they can go ahead and go down there now I don't know if anyone can figure out I don't know what I hit in my car but the light is not turning off she um is she white black She's mixed so she's like really lightskinned cuz she's mixed she's a about my height said her name's Kara yeah and she's just not stable like because of how she is I don't know she manipulates everything I don't know if she's going to try and get him to say that everything is okay we've been going through this for over a year the officer questioned the woman about the incident she reported that the suspect began hitting her including in sensitive areas without any prior warning okay um I don't want to be repeated I just want to make sure I got it correct you showed up to her house so your boyfriend can see the kids or to pick them up he wants to get the small ones the older ones they go to school he doesn't even know if she's been taking them to school he's he literally had to escape from her about 2 weeks ago because she's just crazy well I'm just more concerned about right here right now I'm not concerned about the past yeah but you showed up today with him yes so thank you so much to pick up two how many was the two younger kids the three younger ones the ones that aren't in school so that would be the one-year-old I believe the four-year-old and so whenever you showed up then what happened so we came through here he told me to just okay so what happened when you got to the house I didn't actually go to the house I parked around the corner okay so he got out he said I'm just going to go in here try and grab my things and try and grab my kids hopefully she's asleep or at least see he just wanted to see their face so he went over there and I drove around here maybe like 10 minutes then I just parked somewhere so I believe she spotted my car so she got in her car car all you hear is the gas go like that so she followed you she yes I was in such a panic mode I couldn't even cuz I had turned my car off I couldn't even get my car and start so she came to my car she opened my door I was trying to lock it I was scared she she so she once you where did you stop at I stopped so their street is the next street over so I was parked on the outside of Street like so you stopped in park then she came up to your window yes she came up to my car she started beating on the window hang on hang on so she came up to the car beat on your driver window yeah okay she opened my door and I was locked in my seat belt cuz I was trying to drive off and she just started attacking me she started punching me in my head okay so she started beating on the window and then she opened the door yes she opened your door and then she started hitting you yeah she started like she like this I was walked in my seat belt and she started punching me in my head trying to grab my eyes she tried grabbing my vagina I guess she thinks I'm pregant so she's trying to kill I don't know I don't know if I'm am she did she punch you she punched me in my head punch smacked and scratched scratched me she kept doing over and over she tried to choke me and she just kept bashing my head and I was just bashing your head how like against everything just trying to like UNC yeah how when she was doing that how did she grab you she just like like did she actually physically go around okay okay so after all that took place then what happened then a guy I don't know if he was their neighbor it was a black guy he came and he was like get off of her get off of her and I thought it was him my boyfriend but it was another guy I don't know where he came so an male separated y all yes and he was able I don't know if she walked off cuz I was just trying to drive off but I I know he got in the car to move the car I think she walked was okay so after he separated y'all she walked off yeah and he got in the car and drove the car back to the house drove her car yeah he was like he just kept saying the police is on the way the police is on the way see is clear all right um if you can just do me a favor just hang tight here okay and I'm going to go down there and I'll I'll be back with you okay when the police went to search for the suspect a man in the house denied her presence however the officers discovered the lie and when she emerged they detained her hello how are you blue come up and start fighting him so at first I wouldn't let him see the kids that was the whole scenario I would let see the kids cuz he knocked on the door when I had people in there and he was like he was knocking on the door and I was like who was that knocking on the door like cuz I don't have people over my house like whatsoever so he on the door and I I looked through the darn you know the darn peephole and I looked through and I was like oh you know she drives a red car with rims like I know what the car looks like so the whole the whole thing went down and like me and her I went out there and I told him I was like oh you can't see the kids I was like you know what are you what are you in my house for it's 5:00 in it's 5:00 in the morning you seeing kids you understand what I'm saying like I was so was the purpose of him showing up then exactly so earlier today his brother and you can confirm this his brother my car battery which is right there was dead and his brother went and basically told him really worried he's going to do something to so you started arguing with her you can look at house like I have she started arguing with her at the corner it was like a little bit a little bit down a little bit but you were outside yeah I was outside I was outside for sure so the moment you walked out and you saw her that's when you all started it was like immediate like like I said they have a ring camera right there it was like a whole immediate thing and she got to around the corner and then all of a sudden she like as soon as we started fighting she started yelling like screaming I'm like well well you start with me like I've never been in any trouble like you can check my license to clean like my kids all that everything's clean with me like I have no issues so that's why I'm like I've never been in altercation like Bes so after you all started arguing and yelling then what happened it really was just she just started yelling I just left her alone because I was scared honestly some physical contact occur yeah no we had physical contact like she was hitting me I was hitting her it was physical contact okay so after y'all arguing after y'all were done arguing how when did that come into play really I just walked back in the house did she go inside no she was did you stay out here no I walked back in the house like she was right there down the road like past that little silver truck she walked back in like we were right down there arguing and then she was like she started screaming and I walk back in the house and I was like the police are going to come I was like I've never been in any trouble so I'm like like my kids are in the house dude like it was just like a marital really so after y all got done arguing you went right back inside I went right back inside so there was no fight no I told you like we had like a little altercation down there that's why I'm trying to get the sequence of events and how they unfold we were down there we had they showed up here he knocked on your door you came outside you saw her you started arguing when did the fight occur and me and her started fighting and then she started screaming at me and then I was like I was like was like okay well I was like okay well you know going to call the police so I was like I walk back in the house and I was like well the police are going to come and she pulled off but then she circles around right there and then I okay so after you all got done fighting and she went right over there on that side to see would like basically see what was going on I just came any point did you ever get in your vehicle and follow her no not one time and there's a right there there's a ring camera they can they can confirm that I never got in my vehicle first of all my battery is dead I just went about a $24 battery today you can see right there on the camera I never followed her I never did anything to her she circled around and she went to check to see if I hands you able to manipulate your hands in a way to where I can see the tops of your hands the police questioned the man about the incident and he responded by saying that he had not seen anything but came over here those people at now are they still here at the house no they don't that's my you know vehicle right there they left like I guess once the [ __ ] happened they didn't want nothing to do um no we moved here like about month and a half ago okay so um so didn't the accident involve didn't involve your cars or anything so what happened was this car was a little too close to our car and we usually hold in together y'all both live here we both live here yeah we're both we're both my friend's car okay and I was using it to go and uh I spoke with him um I was using it to back out so I can go into an interview and I accidentally hit the car cuz it's directly behind us parked in the road so you were involved in whatever initial accident this other lady's talking about he doesn't he doesn't care for it we've texted I've called my insurance make sure that he's reassured and he is insured for his car and we've discussed it is she's not insured I am insured though is this person involved in this so her yeah she's involved because that happened today wait today what happened today this this lady was driving the red car yeah this lady was driving the red Mazda which happened so I came out here to see what was going on and she saw me started yelling at her boyfriend or whatever and then pulled out of the driveway took off down the road and parked down the road and then she heard me on the phone with the police and took the car and left the neighborhood I don't know where the car is now and so then she um but while she was leaving the driveway she caused the second dent on the right on the vehicle right whose vehicle that vehicle the the is it the guy that came out the door momentarily that belongs to him so it belongs to him this vehicle belongs to him and she just did this Dent here this morning and that's what y'all were calling about cuz yeah I was calling because she's like going crazy in her driveway and she right what was she saying when she was going crazy in the driveway oh um she was talking about how the the other Dent happened like a month ago and that he's freaking out about it and complaining about it when that's a lie because we've already resolved the issue and it's going through Insurance textes right okay all right so she was saying stuff like that yes all right well she came up to me and she was yelling at them and I was telling her listen I'm here I'm in charge you're going to go across the street and I'll come talk to you in a moment and I just I didn't touch her I just went you're going to go across the street and then that's when she knocked my arm out of the way and hit me with her her hand so I'm going to charge with battery Alo it's in this neighborhood and did she walk back yeah she walked back so I'm and it was property Sarah's boyfriend was also questioned and he mentioned that Sarah has a mental illness was she like threatening to hit your car because y'all accidentally hit hers her boyfriends she wasn't clear with her intentions she just kind of kept saying bet bet and then I saw her tap the trash can back up and then hit the other car and then so her car was pulled in here yeah it was pulled in here and then she backed out and turned the other way do yall have video cameras a ring ring doorbell they have a ring doorbell yeah but I don't know how much cooperation I'm going to get up yeah did he even answer the door when they knocked I don't even know if they no so she was pulled up here straight towards your car yeah she was she was pulled up here and didn't hit your car but was in your driveway whose house all y'all live here your own rent are rent rent okay um well they're not supposed to be parking in front of our driveway too CU we well my thing is that she was in your driveway so what I'm going to do before we leave today is I'm going to have you go over um and well it can be any of y'all okay and being that I already got your information I'll probably have you do it um and trespass warn her not to come onto your property she can be anywhere on that sidewalk and that gutter but if she's in your driveway again then she can be arrested for trespassing okay um it's called information and inquired about the pills in her bag including a special pill kept separately Sarah made excuses while she was handcuffed um five 5 and 1 half how much you weigh so like maybe under 30 vehicle in Florida the police questioned a woman but she denied being the suspect once the victim identified her the police then approached the suspect hey the lady that pulled this off trying to get money she's starting asking money from the customers my manager told her you cannot do that um and then she just walked away and I was following her and she would just be cursing me out like you crazy go to hell anyways those were insults uh and I was just going to propose to her look bring the money back tomorrow give me something like I said I don't care about the $34 I've got employees that are stealing the right now I'm going to be watching camera I mean I got so much it's the princip at this point I'm just tired of people stepping on my toes and just backstabbing me employees as well as customers of course and now I'm putting in a state-of-the-art 16 camera system then I'm going to put other one in there just on top of that because I'm just over so yeah this is the lovely ladies
