He had tried to retrieve his belongings from his mom's house, but she had thrown him out, intensifying the situation. Mom lives here and they want him to leave and he's not willing to leave. Has she been barred? Not yet. They want to borrow. Uh yeah, cuz if they don't want to borrow her, we can't do anything. Yeah, they they do want to bar him. Okay. That's just uh So basically, he's refusing to leave basically. Yeah. Is he claiming to live here or anything? Yeah. Have you seen any proof as far as like what he's saying? Um, I haven't, but I think he showed something because of this address, but it doesn't matter. Yeah. No, it doesn't determine residency. So, um, but everybody inside, including the the kid, is saying that he doesn't reside here. So, um, all right. So, yeah, just go ahead and conduct the barring. I I'll talk to him. See if you can show me something like as far as stuff. Okay. Do you want me to go inside and get Yeah, go ahead. Or if you want to fill out the paper or I don't know how you conduct barring I fill out the paperwork but hey so uh these officers tell me you you say you live here. Yeah. What's your proof that you live here? I just show him the paper. No no. So like it's not paper. So it that doesn't matter. That doesn't determine that that doesn't determine for her too. That's what I'm telling. So So that doesn't So who has the right to say we who leave? So how much how much how much stuff do you have here? I have my clothes. She What do you mean? About three times. She done threw four, five bags of clothes away, shoes and all. So, what do you buy me nothing? Wait, wait. Wait, wait, wait. You're you're circling my question. How much clothes? A a trash bag. You have a trash bag here currently of clothes and that's it? Yeah. Shoes and my hygiene, my box and my sock, all my stuff. Can you Do you have it like in a specific room or Yes. Where? In the room in there. Okay. Can you show me? [Music] Why you running on me like that? No, I'm just following here. I don't know where we're going. Running on me, though. I'm not I don't I don't know where we're going. [Music] So, you say the kids' room? This looks like Yeah, but but that's her husband. Why she going to sleep in there? So, this is all you got? Yeah, bro. No, man. She She get missing. So this is not enough for you to say that you live. How the hell that ain't enough? That's all I got. That's like a suitcase. She keep throwing it away, though. Okay. So talking about, man, it's all I got. Okay. Well, this doesn't look like this would be a room for you. This doesn't look like it'd be It don't matter. This where I'm at, bro. But you can't say you live here. How I can't? Because you don't have enough stuff to prove it, man. I don't give a damn to do this. This all I got, bro. Okay. Well, I'm telling you that's not enough. So she's going to want to borrow you from the property? Yeah. She can't bar me for nothing. And that's fine. I'm just trying to lock me up, dog. What do you mean? It's all I got. She threw all my stuff away, bro. Okay. Come on, man. When did she throw it away? Multiple times. Okay. And then why weren't we? Why? Why would y'all call? I don't know. Well, I mean, if you're the victim of a crime of being or your property being thrown away and destroyed, why didn't you call us? Cuz I don't do that. The son, refusing to accept that his mom had thrown him out became increasingly aggressive, arguing fiercely with the police. So, names didn't matter. here. Then take your name off it. Well, why she can't get ball? I don't want her ball. Where? Where? She live here. I do, too. You You don't? Yes, I do. You have a trash bag for I stay in that room, though. Why you think it's bump bags? Because children stay in there. One girl. That's why she came and got her other girl so my mom would have no. So, it makes sense that she lives in there cuz 100% of the stuff in there or 90 95% of the stuff in there looks like it's female or child stuff. I mean, like, you buy me some, huh? You going to buy me some clothes? I'm I'm not your I'm not your father. I'm not I'm not anybody to you. I'm not going to buy you clothes. So, all right. Look, Miss So, do you have anywhere else you can go? Nah. And she know that she got apartment in her name. She need to go there. That's what her name is. Okay. So, if you don't if you live here, why does your address on your license come back to Nelly B Avenue? Cuz I've been had license. been had license since I was like 18. Okay. And I'm clear that it says that why they took my license for when I was in prison for nothing. Talking about I ain't show to court. Come on, bro. I can't. I'm in prison. So, just for information, they've been doing to me, bro. This doesn't prove that you live here. It don't, bro. It shows you my address right here. It shows that you're using my address. No, it shows you my address. That's my address. But you have no physical mail here. Okay. So, that doesn't matter. I'm not stupid. It don't matter. That doesn't determine residency. I understand what you're saying. You can get you can get mail two. Understand what you're saying. But it's the same thing for her as well. Well, she's got enough stuff here to make a little she lives here. That don't mean nothing. That's my stuff. That's all I got. And that's all I can't get that cuz of her. I be trying to go to Jaws and everything. She won't help. But she doesn't have that. I get bar from blessing for nothing. Okay. Is she in the back back bedroom? I ain't going nowhere. But I'm [ __ ] She's in the shower right there. She want somebody think she in the shower. Oh man, that you came in. Uhhuh. Maybe later. I'm just telling you what I what I observe cuz it don't matter. That's my It does because if somebody It doesn't my room right there. You're That's not your room. It is my room. How you going to tell me where I sleep at? Because with a bunch of kids. It don't matter. That's where I sleep at. Okay. When when the other sister said, "What do you do, homie? You go in there right so I can sleep in the bed." Yes, she do. She She go there for some reason. I don't know why she just get on the floor, but I understand why she doing it so I can have somewhere to to kick back at. You feel me? Come on. You ain't got to lie, homie. This is very simple. Get on the couch. Come on, man. This is very simple, man. We're just here for a barring. I ain't going to kick bar safe for me. So that doesn't So you you not believing that you live here? How I don't believe I live here, man. You pissing me off, bro. And that's fine. That's not No, I'm called here for a legal purpose. I'm here doing illegal duty. Hit on. What? I'm getting hit on. What does that mean? I'm getting hit. What does that mean? Like I just said, you don't understand. Officers turned to the son's mother, seeking her side of the story as tensions continued to rise. Dante is my old I'm right here. I'm sorry. You're fine. I get it. It's high. It's high emotion. High everything. He didn't call you too, bro. I want to hear too. Okay. Well, I I don't trust him. That's fine. What do you want? See this song? This who he to you? Yes. Your son. How long has he ever lived here? Dante years ago. He been nowhere. So when was the last time he lived here? Years ago. Does he have any stuff here? Now I ain't going to lie. He keep I keep his clothes. He ain't got nowhere for his clothes. Talking about the trash bag of clothes. Yes. Now I ain't going to lie. The clothes him cuz he don't got nowhere to put his clothes. Okay. So I keep it closed. Don't know where he got in the gate today cuz he called me. He said, "Can you let me in? I'm going in and out. Come to change my clothes. I'm coming in to get my clothes out." I'm talking to her. I'm not talking to you. Can you Can you step out like it like it like 8:00? I'm talking to her. I'm not talking to you. He called me at 7:50 something. I can't remember. It was 7. I said, "I'm not getting up till 8:15." Yeah. And I said, "I'll let you in." We like I said, I stayed up till almost me and her till like 4 something 3 4:00 cleaning that room up in there. But we got in from church and I picked her up. She got here about two something. Her mama her no actually instead of the focus something. So and he kind of kicked him my sto my stuff and we just they don't look like they um these officers tell me that you wanted him barred from the property. Yeah. Get him out. Take it no more. I'm tired trying to help him. Just out of curios if you want to bar if he if he refused to leave, do you want to pursue criminal charges? Get him out of here. No. No. So, I'm tired. I can't do it no more. So, I got to hear yes or no. I'm tired. Hi, sir. Why I can't get high? Um, so if you want to I pay bills. Okay. My name Her name ain't nothing. No, her name is on no bill though. It's me and my sister. Is any of that true? I'm just saying though. It's not crime. This is your room, right? All your stuff. Okay. Just make sure he's claiming 2017 and it's full of me. Yeah. He's claiming that that room with the kids stuff in it is his room. Yeah. And we already pull to the side and then I'll be in here doing his They already get your information. Uh, no baby. It's the same thing for her, too. No, I'm tired. How long do you want to borrow for? It's up to two years. Two years until he takes medical treatment. Whichever. Ain't nothing in her name. You want my ID? Yes, please. That's okay. I got somewhere to stay. So, how the So, how the barn process works is it's very simple. I know it's he's a little bit animated right now cuz obviously it's a kind of high intense situation, right? A lot a lot of emotions when a police officer enters enters a home. Um, but uh so the way the bar the way the way the barring process works is, man, I ain't going to get B and you're not going to touch me, bro. Police offered the suspect a chance to leave without charges, but he refused to listen, defying their instructions and escalating the tension. Man, he ain't going to take me and I ain't leaving. Listen. Listen. Pay attention. Huh? You a bar for 2 years till you got You put me in the streets. Well, you putting yourself cuz you looking See, he kicked myself. See, this the problem. So look, I'm going to take my TV down on the ground. I don't get mine now.
