So, as you saw, we are doing all toxic couples for all kinds of reasons. Um, one decided to play with literal fire. Some can't keep their hands to themselves. Um, one a mother-in-law had to call to intervene for her daughter. All kinds. Uh, people can't deal with breakups. So, we're starting with um abusive wife doesn't think she should be arrested after she assaults her husband. And then the second one will be the one you saw on the thumbnail. So, this will give people time to come in stage. >> And if you do not like people talking during body cams, the links to the videos will be in the description box. >> All right, man. Hi. Sorry. I know he talked to you. >> Yeah. >> Um, I'm going to talk to you as well. Okay. >> Okay. >> Just kind of want to give me a quick rundown of >> what exactly took place tonight and why we are here. >> Yeah. trying to I was trying to he was trying to see the kids after I was looking for his phone cuz he's been sending like text messages about my to his family. Um and then we just got into a scuffle at the door. Um he was trying to leave with them and I didn't want him to leave with them. >> So he was trying to take the kids after your feast to show you his phone. >> Yeah. Okay. >> And I woke up just I had a bunch of work. So I woke up. I was like, "I'm just going to work." And he's like, "You're waking everyone up." I'm like, "I'm not waking everyone up." And then he's like, "I'm taking the kids." So >> Okay. Did you put your hands on him at any point in time tonight? >> Yeah. >> And where where did you put your hands on him? >> I don't know. Like we were just scuffling at the door. >> Has this been an eyego issue between you guys? >> Yep. >> And I have I have braces all over me. So I can show you. Okay. >> When did you get those? >> A couple days ago. >> On your right arm. Yep. On my shoulder, >> bumps on my head. >> And how did >> that's from like physical altercation with him. >> Do you have any videos of >> No, I don't take videos. >> Okay. Um, >> so where we kind of stand right now is >> usually at some point in time somebody like during domestics, right? I mean like things could things get physical, things get violent, right? Right. >> Um >> from our perspective as of right now, it it >> again this is just from my perspective, this isn't sensitive to anything. It appears like you being the aggressor. >> Um just because of the videos, right? I know you have the bruises and all that, but >> kind of it kind of puts us >> Yeah. I mean, you don't have to know, but he's literally like I know you're you're probably Italian. He's the most dramatic Italian man I've ever met. >> Okay, go ahead. >> Um, so the most likely outcome is you're going to end up coming with us >> tonight. >> Yes. >> Why? >> Because you put your hands on him and you were choking him. What would >> And we have and he has multiple videos of it to to support all these claims that he's making. Now, you have the bruises, right? >> Yeah. >> But I mean, that's in situations like this when things like this happen. I know you guys don't want to get us involved, but like >> the best thing to do is to get us involved so that now we're not we could take stories from both sides, right? >> I know, but I like this isn't like this is insanity. I just want it to be on record so when we get divorced. Well, it it will be on record that this all will be on record cuz we're going to do a report of this. But if this is the only time you guys called, there's only going to be just the one incident. >> Okay. Is there any way that this I don't have to be? >> Not tonight. No. >> Okay. >> So, out of the dignity for you, I know your kids are around. >> Yeah. >> We're going to put your shoes on. We're not going to put your cuffs on until we get outside. I can't even believe that this is happening. This is insanity. I'm literally >> Don't let her You want your phone? >> Do you want your phone? >> Don't let her go upstairs. >> Get my shoes. >> We can go get >> I have your phone. >> What kind of shoes are there? >> I don't know. They're my It doesn't I don't know. They're my closet. What else do you >> Bro, I do. >> I just wrote down his ID number. Bro, what's your husband's name? >> Ryan. He's a You could just call him that. >> She has shoes, Chad. >> She's got shoes. >> All right, let's go step outside. I have your phone and all this. >> I want to make it a big deal, a big scene in front of your kids. Okay. >> Is my brother-in-law gone? >> Uh, I'm not too sure. It's not. >> All I can tell is she did try to It seems like she's she tried to play victim. She showed her bruises, but they saw video outside of her and she was like, "No, I don't take video." But they saw video and she's the one that's going to handcuffs. That's what I got from this so far. >> No, he's he owns like 20 guns. >> Not armed. Any guns here? >> I mean, you don't know that. He can own a 100 guns as long as you know he's not just pointed at you and threatening you. He can as long as he's a responsible owner. He can own as many as he wants to own. Mm- So, we're just going to walk to the car straight ahead. Okay. Like I said, we're not going to do anything until Let's go. We'll just walk to the car over here. I have a single case car, so it's going to be on the other side. So, let's walk around to the other side. Once we get there, right here, just put your hands on your back, please. >> Not too tight, right? No. And that's crazy. This is a very short video, but it seems like they had background information or somebody talked to him on a separate body cam that either they didn't put in here yet. We have a couple minutes left. Maybe we'll see him at the end, but her story wasn't matching up with what the cops were seeing apparently. But this is all we have. This is all the context I have right now. What the hell? It's just a seat belt. Like what is >> sit back? Insane. >> They ended up charging her with domestic battery. After seeing situations like these and the way they turn out, it's very unfortunate that this couple wasn't able to try and work things out for their children and stay together for the sake of keeping their family together so the kids won't grow up with their mom and dad separated because after this situation, you think this might lead to them having a very controversial divorce? Share your response in the comments below and like and subscribe. >> Okay, so we're not going to get any context. Well, the police I guess they saw video at the beginning and here we are. She's arrested. Then they just show her crying in the back for a couple more minutes. It's not much after that. So that's the warm up though. We're getting into the one you saw in the thumbnail. Um, so here we go. This one is It's wild. It says, "Abusive girlfriend attacks boyfriend in front of police. Ends badly." >> Hello, please. >> Hello, please. Officer. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Let me go, bro. Before you get cooked, too. Let me go. >> Let me go, bro. >> Let me go. >> Look. >> What's going on? >> WHAT'S GOING ON? >> LET ME GO. >> YOU'RE GOOD. You're good. Come on. Talk to me. >> Listen to me. >> What's going on? >> I recognize you. What's going on? >> I need you to hold on to you. I'm not trying to do nothing, but I promise you I'm just trying to hold on to you so I can stay steady. >> You can sit right here. >> I can help you sit down. All right. Take a seat. I'll figure out what's going on. >> Look, officer. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Who called you? >> So, it's in reference to you being in trust. You need medical. >> Who called you? >> Why is everybody ops around here? >> What What's going on today? >> Look, I'm drunk. >> Okay. I'm 22. >> You need medical attention? >> No, I don't. But the thing is, I do feel drunk and this is the first time me getting drunk at this apartment. Look, I'm legal enough to get drunk. >> Of course, >> I'm able to drink. >> Do you live here? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. >> But the thing is I'm good. I'm just drinking. >> You're just trying to sleep it off. >> Yeah. Tell me to drive. I mean, sorry. >> We just wanted to make sure you didn't want any medical attention. That's all. >> No, I understand that. If you're good and you can handle your liquor, then we'll be out of here. >> Thank you, officer. >> You guys good? No questions. >> You guys have a great night. >> You too. Take care. >> So, that should have been the end of it. 1 minute 50 seconds into the body cam should have been the end of it. But, of course, can she handle her liquor? No. As to me, I feel like we could see that the first encounter, but they'll come back. How >> officers were called back 10 minutes later. >> All right. So obviously you guys are just show up. >> I'm doing a good time. I graduated the soft boys. >> You're good. We talked before. You're good. Don't worry about it. >> Why are you here? >> Because they they wanted us back out here. That's all. >> It's no big deal. >> Go back inside. >> Yeah. I thought this was going to be a celebration. This >> girl, >> but all you guys are here >> and we're going to leave. We're leaving. >> It's not a celebration when all you guys are here. You don't understand. >> I wanted to have a good time. I wanted to still celebrate. I want >> somebody that's begging to go to jail. They keep saying, "We're leaving. We're out of here. You're still going." And you'll see the action that gets her arrested in a second. People beg to be arrested sometimes. I feel like I had accomplished something. I finished my freshman year. I'm going to be a nurse practitioner. I'm going to be a doctor. And I felt like it was something that's going to happen. But then you showed up. YOU SHOWED UP. MORE OFFICERS showed up. >> That's all. >> Why? >> We're going to head out. >> We're going to change. You still big accomplishment. You deserve to celebrate. I guess there's some other things, but I hope you have a better night. >> Okay. If you can't look at your screen, this is the action that gets her arrested. >> Why? >> Why would you call cops only? >> Because last time the last time you did this, you almost died. >> You're disgusting. >> You are disgusting. >> That's what you do. >> Whatever. I'm worried. Yes. >> N that you mom. Nah, that's just a >> Are you guys together? >> Yes, sir. >> And you >> like a partner? >> Yeah. >> Look, >> DON'T TOUCH ME LIKE THAT. WHY ARE YOU WHY ARE YOU DRAGGING me like that? >> No. >> Don't touch me like that. >> What are you doing? >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> Why are you copying me? Why are you coming? Why are you coming? >> Why would you jump? >> Stand up. >> I'm able to stand up. >> Let's go. >> No. Why you taking me? >> Come on. >> Where the did you Why are you taking me? Please. No. >> You gave me that option and you no option. I'm okay guys. No. Because he called the cops from my man. HE CALLED THE COPS on me, sir. You need to No, please. No. Please. NO. NO. LET ME WALK. >> NO. LOOK. LOOK. >> NO. Let me talk. >> Let me talk. Please. Please. Let me please let me talk. Let me talk. Please. Let me talk. Please. I just I just didn't believe my man would do that. God, >> PLEASE PLEASE LET ME TALK. >> OKAY, BE CHILL. We can work with you. >> Okay. Okay, I'll be chill. >> I do want you guys. >> She in fact will not be chill. >> Just take a seat. Please. All I did was drink AT MY HOUSE. >> AT MY [ __ ] HOUSE. AND YOU arrested me for it. You arrested me for drinking on my own property. >> HEY, CUT IT OUT. OUT. >> LET ME OUT. >> YOU'RE GOING TO END UP IN A RAT, CUT IT OUT, >> [ __ ] Let me out. Let me out. Or I'm going to keep banging on your window. >> Step out. >> I can't. My seat belt [ __ ] >> Put your leg in. >> I can't. My seat belt [ __ ] >> Stop kicking my unit. >> No, I'll keep doing it until you let me out. >> You're going to catch another choice. >> Oh, well, that's [ __ ] case, huh? >> Hold on. Step out. Don't Don't touch me like that. Don't touch me like that. Walk. >> I will walk as long as you walk next to me. Don't touch me. Please. >> I'm walking next to you. >> No. Look. I will speak >> until you have to drag my ass. Don't touch me like that. LOOK. LOOK. I DON'T LIKE WHEN MEN TOUCH ME. PLEASE DON'T TOUCH ME. Don't touch me. I will walk with you. I will walk you with you. I promise you on God. I don't know why everyone that's in custody thinks the cops aren't supposed to touch them. They are going to guide you, manhandle you, all the things when you're in custody. Like, they're going to touch you as long as it is within their duties and nothing outside the scope of their duties. You have to deal with that. But they always like, "Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I can walk." YOU CAN WALK, BUT THEY'RE still going to hold an arm or something. >> I will walk with you. >> Well, you're not walking. >> No, because he's holding me. I need a female officer. >> Can I help you up? >> I need a female officer. I need a female officer. Can I help you? If you want to get one, we'll get one. Can I help you? >> Please. Please. I KNOW THERE'S A FEMALE OFFICER HERE. PLEASE. >> She's on. >> Can you stand up so she can patch you down and stuff? She's going to be inside. >> She's literally right there. You can see her through the window when you come further in your tent. >> Can you help me? HELLO. >> Don't try to force ME TO GET UP. DON'T TRY TO FORCE ME TO GET UP. I'M A MEDICAL ASSISTANT. Do not TRY TO FORCE ME TO GET UP. I promise you. >> I'm going to take your cuffs off. >> I can't get up. My ribs. >> I'll help you. My ribs hurt. Ma'am, >> I'm trying to take your cuffs off. >> Ma'am, you just take the bench. >> Don't talk to me. Don't talk to me. You cannot talk to me. >> Okay. >> You can talk to my >> Go ahead. I'm up to >> the bench. >> I can't. >> There's a bench up there. >> No. >> I don't care what you're saying and what you're saying. >> Can you just stand up? >> No. >> You got to take a bench. >> I don't want my mother here. >> No, your mother's not going to come. Okay. >> Um, >> can you call my mother? >> No. >> She's my attorney. >> Okay. Well, not right now. You can call her when you get a chance. Take us to the bench, please. I need my stand up. >> You can stand up. Look, either you stand up by yourself. >> Fine. >> Fine. >> I'm going to put this on you. Okay. >> I need to pee. >> Okay. Well, take a seat. >> I need to pee. >> Well, the medical check. >> This guy coming out of me. I'm supposed to speak. It's not a joke. It's not an option. And you? It's not an option either. I don't know why the you were looking at me like that when I'm looking at you. Look, I'm going to pee on your [ __ ] >> Do what you got to do. >> I hope she doesn't pee on herself. Lord, I hope she doesn't. We've had well more than I've ever wanted of people peeing on themselves on body cams. >> No, I don't do that [ __ ] I need to pee in a toilet. >> Sit down. >> Where's your toilet? >> Well, give me a chance to pee. You got to sit down. You got to let the nurse check you out real quick. Okay, I'm >> good. All right. Take your vital. >> No, I do not consent to you taking any of my vitals. Period. >> Like I said, I took criminal justice my stupid hospital. >> The bathroom. >> Hospital. >> Bathroom. >> Bathroom. >> That way. >> Bathroom. >> Did I get to use the bathroom? Do I get to use the bathroom >> at THE SHOW? >> OH, YAY. That's exciting. >> I'm going to use the bathroom regardless whether you like it or not. >> Drunk people are the most annoying toddler like people. Like I really don't want to deal with a drunk person in person. Like unless you're the type that you just, you know, it's like I shake you and like, "Oh, you good?" Like, "Oh, yeah. I'm just I'm a little what they call it toasted. Just a little toasted. just sitting here chilling. I can take that. But I do not like these types. >> I don't force me. I'll go myself. >> Thank you. >> I need a pee. >> All right. Where did she go? >> Dang it. Can I get a wheelchair, bro? >> I don't need a [ __ ] wheelchair. I dare you to bring [ __ ] wheelchair. >> Stand up and walk. >> I don't want to go in here. >> I don't deserve to be in here. >> Don't put me in the rat. You don't >> [ __ ] touch me. >> Stand up on your own. No. Come on. >> No. >> You don't end up in a rat. >> Don't touch. >> DO NOT TOUCH ME. I DO NOT CARE. STOP THIS. NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. LET ME GO. Don't touch me. That hurt. Don't touch me. No, >> please. My mom. I'm telling my mom. No [ __ ] >> no [ __ ] >> I want my MOM [ __ ] TOUCH ME. I WANT my mother. My mother is a nurse. Bro, you better give me my [ __ ] mother. So, I have to agree. Um, so BRB is good for we talk about the stages of grief as it is related to being arrested and yes, I think we're at bargaining, depression. We've definitely done denial and anger. We've had a few of those as well. So, I'm going to have to agree on the bargaining part. >> I want my mom. I want my mom. I want my mom. Yeah. Hey, what? My mom. >> Bye, mom. >> I don't know if you guys knew this, but [ __ ] level eight gymnast. So, I can really easily flip these handcuffs across my neck. But you don't want that, right? >> You don't want that. Exactly. So, let me speak to my mother. If you don't want that, then I'll flip these handcuffs around my neck. It's your choice. Either I speak to my mother or I flip these handcuffs across my neck. Easy. Don't [ __ ] Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. I don't trust I don't [ __ ] trust. Okay, that's another thing I mentioned to my attorney. I told you not to touch me and you still did. All right. Look, as I said before I got started, I took criminal justice my freshman year of college. I'm in my sophomore year of college right now. So far, I'm I'm about 3 weeks in, and you guys still want to try me. I'm not stupid. I want to try my best in school. I want to give my my kids the future that they want, which is why I'm still in [ __ ] college. If I didn't want to do this [ __ ] I wouldn't do it. This [ __ ] is stupid as [ __ ] I'm doing this for my kids. Do you want to understand that? >> Yes, ma'am. >> The woman was medically cleared and returned to the jail where she continued to display the same behavior. >> Are you done? >> No. Take it off. I don't want to take off until I get >> Don't touch me like that. >> Do not touch ME LIKE THAT UNTIL I GET the truth. DON'T TOUCH ME LIKE THAT. DON'T TOUCH ME LIKE THAT. DO not touch me like that. >> The woman was charged with disorderly conduct, assault on a peace officer, and resisting arrest. All right, that makes sense. Um, she didn't even get charged with battery or domestic cuz that's what they arrested her for when she hit her boyfriend. So wild on that part. Next one. Police surprise toxic boyfriend in hotel after strangling girlfriend. So here we go. I'm also catch with fire. You okay? >> Do you need an ambulance? >> No. Okay. >> Um, who is he to you? >> Who is he to you? >> My boyfriend. >> Your boy, how long you guys been dating? >> Like a few months, >> huh? >> Like a few months. >> Few months. Okay. What happened? >> Apparently, I told him that his cousin was trying to talk to me and he got mad and was arguing right home. I just wanted to go home and grab my stuff. >> Okay. >> And he wouldn't let me grab my bag. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So you guys arguing. Cousin, he thought cousin was texting you to talk. That wasn't the case. >> And I kept telling him it wasn't. >> Okay. What? Did anything get physical? >> Where? >> In the room. >> Okay. Where? >> My neck. >> Okay. Did he at any point try to choke you? >> Like a little bit. >> Did you ever lose consciousness? No. >> Okay. Can I see your neck? Okay. Is that And that's from him, you said. >> Okay. All right. Do you need Do you need an ambulance? >> Did you ever hit him back? >> I was trying to push him off. >> Trying to push him off. This happened in the room in room 216. >> Okay. Has he ever been arrested against you before? >> What do you want done tonight? >> Okay. So, with the signs of injury, from what you're telling me, you will be we're going to have to do what we have to do. Okay. That doesn't mean that you necessarily want him arrested. I don't know if that's the case, but we're going to have to step in with that. Okay. Do you guys live together? >> No. >> Okay. Does he know where you live? >> Yes. >> Okay. And he lives in >> He lives somewhere. Like, I can't remember. The address is in my phone. >> That's fine. Okay. All right. You have a ride coming to get you? >> I have my car. >> Your car is here. Yes. Are >> have you have either of you been drinking tonight? >> Only a little bit. Once we got in. >> Once you got in. What time did this happen at? What would you say? >> I can't even remember. I didn't have my phone. >> Okay. Is there anything else in that room? >> Who's the room under? >> It's under my name. My ID is in there. My clothes are in there. >> And did this just happen? You guys came down here then? Or you came down here? >> And I came down here to leave. >> Okay. And he followed you. Okay. All right. you. How how many times did you say you grabbed your neck? >> I can't even know. >> Several once, twice. >> I hope you >> You don't remember? >> And you said squeezing you at one point or no? >> Both all the times he was grabbing your neck or just the one time. >> He was like pushing me and then I was trying to leave when I grabbed your >> Did he ever strike you with the open or closed fist? >> No. >> No. Okay. All right. My partner's going to stick with you. Okay. We're gonna have some paperwork to finish with you. Okay. And uh um when's the last time you said you had a sip of alcohol? >> You said what? >> But then when's the last time you had some alcohol? >> I don't know. Like 2 hours ago. >> Okay. So, we're going to we're going to just make sure you're okay to drive to to get out of here. But even if you want to stay here, he's he's going to >> Yeah. And he's going to be coming with us. >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. So, just to get it straight, you guys come here. He's arguing because he thought >> that his cousin was texting you to talk. He said, "Nope, that's not the case." Argument ensues. During the course of the argument, he grabs you by the neck. Um, and uh then you have those injuries. That was from him. >> Okay. All right. I will be with you. >> Am I missing anything? >> No. Your mouth. >> You're okay. I'll be right back. >> This girl emotionally drain too. I love her to death. Look at her, bro. >> What's your love? >> Huh? Hey, >> no. No problem. Ain't no problem. >> What's going on? >> The problem is he might literally love her to death if he's strangling her. That's not cute. No one thinks it's cute that you love her to death. >> I think I think that's your girl. >> Yeah, that's my baby, bro. I love her to death. That's my baby, man. >> What happened? So, so today it ain't no problem. >> Yeah, I got you. >> So, today uh we come, she want all her stuff. >> Okay. >> It's cool if we separate. It's It's fine. I I go away. I go with my mother, but at the same time, it's my baby. It's my girl. >> Okay. >> We came from a team concert. Uh >> I like I just told him, I touched my cousin. I mean, my cousin text me and said my my girl was trying to talk to her. >> Okay. >> Was trying to talk to him. I get frustrated. I'm like, "What the is going on? Why why somebody trying to talk to my girl? This is my baby, bro. This my little cousin. I don't want to argue. >> She texted your cousin like trying to talk. >> That's what that's what he told me. But I got frustrated now. Like, babe, why is you like is you texting my cousin? Like, why is you why you act like that? The whole time she not she the whole time she not taking my cousin. So, as that's going on. >> And why you so paranoid? And and and why LOOK THAT MEANS THAT if she hadn't been texting your cousin, that mean, oh, we don't need to be together. I'm breaking up with you. Oh, but you can't because from what y'all said that I missed, she's paying for the room. He needs somewhere to stay. But what's crazy is you had somewhere to stay and you putting hands on somebody for a madeup story in your head. That's crazy. I mean, you shouldn't put your hands on anyone, period. But and the thing didn't even happen. That's what gets me a lot. Don't put your hands on people, period. But the fact that you did it off an imaginary story is even more crazy. I'm standing trying to figure out like why she why she not coming in the room. So I'm like damn with my girl I'm getting frustrated. So now the car right there on the side that's like it's on the side and I'm like damn. So you going to sit in the car? You going to sit in the uh room bae just talk to me. That's all I want to do is talk to me. That's it. I don't want to argue. I don't even want to grab you but I want to grab you. Yeah. I was grabbing I was just grabbing like this like bae talk to me. I don't want to do that. But I I just know how my girl is. She's so emotional where baby is bro. She going to be emotional. All you do is give her papa. That's why I said, "Be if you want to do it like this. I give you your bag. I cuz I got a I go get some air. I go get some space." It's not There's no problem at all. It is a problem. You don't There's nowhere you can get space because now I'm wondering if you went to get space, would it be in her car? And then where would you get space? Because apparently you're not able to pay for anything yourself. So, it would be very temporary space. And it's probably after you already choked her that you said something like that. No, you got to go. And hopefully she don't take him back. Oh, I be feeling I be feeling it for people that be in these types of relationships. >> We got a room here and my brother got a room down there. It's no problem at all. I just want to get some help. I just hate to see how >> Sorry. Oh, there it goes. His buddy has a room. I knew it cuz I was like I I knew it. I said it's not going to be him paying for a room. His buddy got a room down there. He need to go stay with buddy forever and ever. dream. Every time I see her dream, that [ __ ] emotionally. That [ __ ] upset me emotionally. That's all it is. Like I I just came back, bro. I'm trying to relax. I'm trying to enjoy my weekend myself, bro. >> Did anything get physical between you two? >> Nah, that ain't going to lie. This ain't [ __ ] Don't even think this some crazy. >> Hold on. What's on the sweatshirt, >> bro? Like this my baby, bro. I know this is this my baby, bro. This this my everything, bro. This she just emotionally drained. >> No physical. All I can say is I grab her like, "Babe, just talk to me. just talk to me. I know she mostly don't want to see me. She want all her stuff and I I'll give all her stuff at >> uh 216 my room. >> All right. >> And what's your where's your uh ID or address? >> I don't have my I only got that. >> So, nothing got physical? >> Hell no. You want what you want? What you want to see? What you want >> here? Roll. >> Yeah. Ain't nothing physical? No. Nothing bad. Okay. >> How would that come from? >> I ain't going to lie. Like I said, this is earlier from what this what I was with my cousin. I was seeing my mom when this [ __ ] happened. Like it ain't no physical nothing on her like Yeah. It ain't this [ __ ] this hoodie that I bought from Champion. This ain't >> She got her stuff. >> Uh yeah, she's got her stuff. Well, some of it. So >> ID. >> Okay. So you're under arrest. Okay. Babe, >> that's not her >> and your dumb. Okay, it is not her fault that you are already on probation and you have violated your probation. Don't beg her. Um, he's not going to care. But again, the cops are going to arrest when it comes to DV. They're going to make an arrest is not even up to the victim because a lot of times the victim's going to change their mind anyway. But then the mortality rate went, you know, it's crazy when they used to like, okay, we we won't arrest anybody and unfortunately somebody doesn't make it through the night, stuff like that. So, you know, the laws have changed for a lot of states. But it's not up to her. And what do you mean this is going to this is uh going to mess up your probation? Why are you violent towards your partner? You already down bad and you have the audacity to put your hands on someone. You should not put your hands on someone even if you are the wealthiest person ever. I just don't understand when people are already desperate and they do stuff to make their situation even worse. >> Stop. It's not her. It's the state. It's us. Okay. Any guns, knives, bazookas? >> I don't know. I got a gun on me, bro. I got to ask. >> I got a gun on me, bro. Before I search everybody, I ask. You know, I got a gun on me. All that's tweaking, bro. Damn, folk. >> Yeah, I got a dollar bill. Yep. Damn. >> You an ambulance? >> Yeah, I want to have >> I need more people and I'm guy or girl. When you date someone that's like this, you please, please think more highly of yourself that you do not have to choose someone like this to be in your life. It is literally more peaceful to be by yourself than to have someone like this in your life and someone like the other people, the the women too that we watched before him. It is more peaceful to just chill, have some good friends, than to have people like this in your life. They add nothing and they subtract a lot from you. It is not worth it. If you want a self-esteem boost, post a Tik Tok. They'll double tap and heart you up and you can get that and then keep it moving. You don't need this in your life. >> Get one at the PD. >> What? >> We'll get one at the PD. >> At the PD? >> Yeah. >> At the PD. This is where we got to go first. >> I don't want to know PD, bro. >> What do you got in here? >> Let me see. Let me see. >> I got you. It don't take 80 hours. >> Have a seat. >> Damn. Hurry. Get me to the hospital. [ __ ] >> All right. That won't change you being under arrest. >> That's fine. Just letting you know this multiple times, officer. >> All right. >> Damn, folk. >> Good. Ready? Hey. Oh, we got to get your seatelt out. So unbuckle it. >> I got you. Damn, bro. >> Let's get you in the water. >> Come on. >> The suspect was arrested for resisting or obstructing a police officer and for obstructing an officer during the incident. Don't forget to subscribe to the >> All right, I got a look. I got I got a lot for y'all today. So, I hope you are settled in. Put me in the background. Do your chores. If you driving your trucks, just put me in the background. Okay, so here's the next one. His girlfriend is done with him and calls police. So, here we go. >> Um, it's me and my boyfriend. >> Okay. Do you mind if we go inside? >> Central time for drunk and high. They really need to go to sleep. Truth be told, everybody around here been drinking. They a repass today. >> Did he hit you? What? >> Yeah, a rep. >> He did. >> Repass? >> Yes, he hit me. >> Where? >> In my face right here on the corner. >> Okay. Was any my phone down? >> Okay, man. >> Hold on. I I went I went by so fast. What was he charged for? She said he was not even charged for DB for resisting. Hold on. Let me see this. I'm sorry. We got to go back. >> The suspect was arrested for resisting or obstructing a police officer and for obstructing an officer during the incident. Don't forget to >> Oh, that's what the heck. That is weird. Okay. All right. Okay. I don't understand sometimes what the charges come with. I don't get it. I for sure was like we that's why we talked about the strangling and Okay. All right. Here we go. Next one. >> Is that on on your lip? >> I ain't even seeing my face yet. >> Just open your mouth a little bit >> here. Where's he at? >> It's not my house. You can talk to me. >> The police want to know if it's okay to come in. >> Yeah. Come in. >> Appreciate it, sir. Where is he? >> Um, he back there. I guess he put on white. I'm not sure. >> Putting on what? >> I don't know. >> This room right here. >> This room right here. >> Yep. >> How you doing, man? >> I'm all right. How about just >> Hey, I'm pretty good. Do you mind stepping back in here and talking with me just for a sec? >> Okay. For me, when someone's putting on their whites, for me, that means they're putting on their chef coat and stuff. So, is that shoes that he was putting on when she said he was putting on his whites? Just asking because I always think about chefs when I hear putting on their whites. >> We can step out here. Yeah, that's fine. >> How you doing tonight? >> I'm all right. >> Okay, we can just step outside real quick and talk real quick right here. >> No, we're going to step outside. >> You got it. going to warrant his neck. >> Since we're doing an investigation now, we already have probable cause off of everything else, right? So, what's going to happen is we're going to step outside. Okay. >> Come again. We're going to step outside. >> We're going to step outside. >> Do you want to talk to us? >> You want to step outside and talk to us? >> It's yes or no. >> All right. >> That's fine. Tell us what happened tonight. >> My cousin and I, we've been out here chilling, having a good time, and a lot of good. >> A lot of good. No bad. >> Nine. >> No. Okay. So, what happened to her face? >> What on her face? >> Huh? >> What wrong with her face? >> Looks like someone hit her. >> Show me. >> Yeah. >> Show me. >> Huh? >> Show me. show you. >> I'm saying I'm asking you. I say I look at her face. It looks like something hit her. Do you know anything about that? And your first answer is show me. >> Doesn't make sense, man. Come on. So, what happened? >> I don't know. >> You don't know what happened to her phone? >> Huh? >> What wrong with your phone, baby? >> Babe, what wrong with your phone? >> What? [ __ ] Her phone been broke. up my own boat a long time ago. >> So, were y'all arguing tonight or what? >> I'm just trying to get your side of the story, man. There's two sides to every story. >> So, what happened? Were y'all arguing? >> There's a reason we get called here, right? What's What happened? >> Don't know answer. >> Well, we already have. And what's her song? >> Well, she's saying that you punched her and that you broke her phone >> and you got evidence that >> Oh, you did it. You did it. I was He He already sound like he did it before that. But when you start with and do you have evidence versus I was in my room the whole time. We have not even come across each other. That's the things you say when you have not most likely hit someone. But you are going to say and do you have evidence of it? Ah, worst answer ever. >> Must book a phone or >> I'm sorry. >> No, I'm sleeping. I'm tired. >> Sleeping. >> So, if there was a video someone took of you, hypothetically, if there was a video showing you hitting or breaking your phone, what would you say to that? >> I accept it. If you got it, show it. >> So, you accept it? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, you want to tell me what happened? Why'd you punch her? >> I punched her. >> Yeah. Why? >> I punched her. >> I'm asking you why. >> You asking me why? What? >> Why you punched her? >> I punched her. >> I can I can say it in another couple ways if you want me to. But yeah, I'm asking you why. >> She got her T money and she trying to run off. >> She got her what? >> Tax money and she trying to run off. Oh my god. Again, I repeat what I said after the last video. If you have low self-esteem, post a Tik Tok, post something to Instagram. Let some people heart you up. Strangers hype you up better sometimes than people that know you anyway. But do not settle for people that put their hands on you. And then he's beating her up because she got her tax money back. And he, as he put it, she tried to run off. Where's your income tax refund? That would require you to have a W2 to have paid into the taxes and then you possibly overpaid and then you get a refund. Where what income are you? CUZ NOW I'M LIKE, WHAT income do you bring? So you are leeching and you're not bringing anything to this and then you're also putting your hands on the person that does get a W2 that overpaid the government and is getting their refund. Let them go. Let them go. So why would she need us here for to be able to run off? That doesn't make any sense. >> Well, you're the one saying that and it doesn't really make any sense. Make that makes sense to me. >> Okay. Well, >> you know what I'm saying? >> I'm not talking. >> You don't want to talk anymore? You don't have anything else to say? >> I do. >> No. >> No. >> All right. >> Really started like the his cousin did die today. His first cousin. They went to a funeral. Fast forward, everybody got here. Everybody's drinking, of course, because it's after the funeral. >> Everything was fine until he goes in the house. >> It's time to go down. Go lay down. And then he starts arguing with I have that video, too. Argument for no reason. Out of nowhere. >> Do you have it on video when you guys were arguing? >> I wish I did. I don't. >> Did anybody see him hit you? >> Honestly, I don't know. His uncle's outside, but nine times out of 10, he's not going to say anything. And that's fine. Of course, I already know how he is when he's drunk. And I told him, "Just come lay down." So, he did go and lay down in the room for a hot second, but then he told me like, "You need to find you somewhere else to go." So, I call me an Uber. My lift pulls up. He comes down there, slams the door before I can get there. And that's my Uber. Didn't even get inside, but I told her, "Get out of here." >> Yep. >> Just time to go. You ask me to leave, I'mma leave. She pull up, slam the door, we come back upstairs and now I'm all kind of mad. You just trying to play me. I've been sleep back there the whole time. So I know he's But he don't remember nothing. He don't remember the argument he just had with him. So while we're standing right here, I told him like, I can show you the video, baby. Like you was just sitting here arguing with your folk. Throw my phone down on the ground. So Naz cracked the [ __ ] Then he started punching me in my face. I dropped my purse and I went like this. And after he finished punching me, he was like, "You ain't nothing but you can just leave." I said, "Okay, well, it's fine. I'm getting ready to go, but I'm going to call the police on you because you told me that the last time you was going to hit me the time before and then you hit me again." >> What? >> Are you holding me? >> Yeah, you're being detained. >> I'm I'm detained. Detained for what? >> For the investigation right now. >> So, for what she say? >> For everything that we've heard from this side and that side. >> I'll be right back. >> No, you're not going to go anywhere. >> I'm not going to go back. Oh, you're not going to go anywhere. >> Why not? >> You're going to sit right here and you're going to wait right here. >> Why? Cuz what she say? >> Because I told you to. That's why. >> Who is you? >> Who am I? >> You a judge. >> I annoying. Annoying. Annoying. Hate trying to reason with a drunk. And ma'am, I know you've probably already heard this, but they're always going to say, "I won't hit you again." And they're definitely going to hit you again. and they're going to do worse because they've already gotten away with it. It escalates. You You got to let the relationship go. He's It's obviously nothing to lose to um if you leave them, but it's a lot to Well, and this is me saying that if Lord, please help her that he's not one of the ones that will still unal alive you because you left them cuz you still can't. But to stay with them, you gain nothing. >> Cause right now. So, I mean, >> call for what? >> To arrest you right now. So, just sit there and stay there. >> Arrest me for what? >> Sit there and stay there. >> Arrest me for what? >> You can rest me for what? You can sit and wait. >> Rest me for what? >> You can sit and wait. >> Rest me for what? >> Yo, you just wait. Just wait. >> Just wait for what? >> You're already on You're being detained right now. Just say where you >> detain for what? Detained for what? Hey. Hey, I'm talking to you. I'm standing up a little bit. Don't tell me. Don't tell me you you you you patting me. >> No. Why you touching me? >> Why you touching? >> I just saw you. You're being >> No. Why? I'm detained. For what? Detained. For what? All right. So, go ahead and put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> You're being for what? >> Silver rider. For what? Okay. Stop. DON'T do What am I doing? What am I doing? >> What am I doing? >> Hold on. Made it easier. What am I doing? >> What did I do? >> You're being placed under arrest. >> Under arrest. Simple battery. What? >> Simple battery. >> Simple battery for what she say? >> Because there's a face mark on the face, too. >> Hey, I want your badge number. >> I want her bad. >> You not going to remember anybody's badge number? >> All right, let's go. Get up. Hello, woman. >> But I most definitely want our mother. We already It'll be in the report. >> Why are you arresting me? I >> already told you three times. >> No, you didn't. >> Yes, we did. >> Battery family. >> What? Family? >> Yep. >> What? What's the battery? >> Also, criminal trespass damaged the property as well >> because you broke her phone. >> I broke her phone. >> Yeah. >> Oh, yo, trigger. Anything on here that I need to know about? >> I ain't got nothing. >> You got anything illegal and you cross jail? That's the difference. >> Give me a card. They're what I want. Can I get a card? Can I get a card? Can I get a card? >> You got all the cards you want from jail. >> Can I get a card? >> Did you get it on that side? >> No. I want a card. >> I want a car. >> I want a car. >> I want a car. >> I want a car. >> Do you want to be helped in the car? >> I want a car. >> Sit in the car. >> Sit down. >> Can I get a car? >> Sit down. Sit down. Sit down or we're going to make you sit down. >> I'mma sit down. But can I get a card down there? >> You ain't got to do that. Huh? >> Can I get a card? >> Switch your feet in. >> Can I get a card? >> Yeah. Once you get to the gym, >> can I get a card? >> There we go. >> Can I get a card? >> All right. Still want to get some stuff from her. Uhoh. >> There we go. >> Probably. I want the car. >> Give me a card. Give me a card. I want a car. I want your name. I want your name. I want a car. >> I want a card. I WANT A MOTHER card cuz I ain't did a goddamn thing. Her car, HER PHONE BEEN BROKE. SHE SAID GOT HER T money and she don't want to be with me. Give me a mother card. I want a mother. If she just got her tax money and she doesn't want to be with you, then you need to leave. I obviously feel like more than that happened and she does have video of some of his actions. But yeah, she don't want to be with you anymore. Leave. You got to go. >> I want a card. I AIN'T DID THAT TO HER. Give me a card. I want your card. Yeah, you going. You're going. >> Can I get a card? I want your card, too. Can I get your card? Can I get your card? >> Can I get your card? Oh, I got bad lawyers. >> Okay. >> Yeah, play with it. Play with it. >> Play with it. Mother, >> I need you to listen to something like that. >> Nah, I ain't listen to a goddamn thing. Where is the family violence? >> You're in the back of the car right now. >> Where is the family violence? >> Stay in the car. >> Why are you touching me? >> Stay in the car because you're not time. Why is you touching me? >> So, this is what I learned. The Miranda rightites have to be read to the person once they are cuffed, detained, and you're going to you're going to ask them questions that may incriminate them. But if they cuff you and they don't want to talk to you anymore, don't ask you any other questions, they don't have to read your Miranda rights. That's that's what I'm learning. Cuz I thought you just read them before you start asking any questions. Period. But apparently that's not how it goes. >> No. Now you're under arrest. >> Yeah. For what? >> Family violence. Battery. >> Family violence. Not playing this game. >> Matter of what? >> No, man. Go, man. >> Yep. Yep. That's about to happen. >> Oh, y'all just want to be tough. Y'all want to be tough. Hey, you ain't got to do all that. >> You ain't got to do all that. >> Give me your cards. Hey, can I get your card? Hey, excuse me. Stop. >> Hey, no. Can I get your card? >> Get in the car. Get from the other side. Can I get a car? >> Get in the car. >> I'm in the car already. >> Under arrest, huh? >> For what? >> Make it more difficult on yourself. >> Can I get your car? >> I want your car. I hope you got your badge on. >> I hope you record this. >> You got it. >> For what? Why am I going to jail? >> All right. I'm not I've reached my limit on how many times he's going to repeat himself. So, we'll see if the charge is stuck now that we got the gist of what's happening here. So, let's see. And of course, the links will be in the description box so you can get any part I missed. You can replay it. >> All right. I can't I try what? >> Come on. The man was charged with criminal trespass under family violence and battery family violence first offense. >> Okay. Related charges. They make sense. And they didn't even charge him with resisting without violence or anything. It was purely for what he did in that house. All right. Finally, related charges. Okay. Next one. We have nightmare girlfriend won't go down without a fight. And if this is the one I'm thinking it is, she was wild. Okay, here you go. >> Salem on a domestic complaint. Might be a boyfriend, girlfriend. There's somebody over there standing right there. Yeah, these hide back here. Um, so my girlfriend, we drunk a little bit. >> Okay. >> And she had her best friend come over. >> Okay. >> And something with her best friend, her boyfriend was going on and my girlfriend didn't like it. So, she just started like tripping out about it >> about their situation and I took it on with everybody else. >> Yeah. Uh All right. So, >> you guys you guys live together? >> No, I be I'm over here a lot though. >> Okay. But you don't live here? >> No, I don't live here. >> Did they got kids together or anything like that? >> No. >> And then she just tried to like fight me like earlier she tried to fight me. I kind of like defended myself. >> Yeah. So, like she's like when I was on the phone with the um police department, she was like, "Oh, what do you what who do you think they believe the police?" Because I have a busted lip and a knot on my head. Well, I was like, "You you were like fighting me by trying to fight me and stuff like that." >> All right. Start from the beginning. Tell me what happened. >> We had a few drinks, okay, >> for me and her best friend. >> Okay. And then her best friend's boyfriend came. >> Yes. >> Cuz they had something going on. Her girlfriend didn't like it. And then um she just like kind of tripped out about it and took out her anger on everybody. >> Okay. >> Cuz she's drunk. >> Yeah. >> Um >> so what's what's the physical aspect between you and your girlfriend? >> Oh, she stopped put her hands on you. >> Put her hands on you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Like swinging on you, pulling on you. >> Her boyfriend, stuff like that. >> I got the videos. >> What's her name? >> You want to press? >> Is she the Is she got something to do with this? >> She's the friend. I actually spoke with her earlier. Are you wanting to press charges against her? >> No, just that I don't know. >> What? What are you wanting us to do then? >> So, I'm just trying to get my stuff out there for me. >> Okay. So, you want us to go up there, see if you can get your stuff and be done with it >> without her trying to put her hands on it. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You guys don't live together? >> No. >> You have a key to get in? >> I think that boyfriend's holding that door open. >> What? >> He's holding that door open. >> Where's your girlfriend? >> Do you think she'll pick up to open the door? Uh, she doesn't have a phone. >> Thank you. >> Get the police. >> Look at my face. Look at hers. Look at hers. >> She just wants to get her stuff and read me. Is that okay? >> Yep. >> Did you have a complaint? >> I need my phone. >> Where's your phone? >> I don't know. Bye. >> Well, I tell you what, you know your phone number. >> Sometimes. >> Well, if you tell me your phone number, I'll try calling it. >> I don't know. I found it, John. >> You found it? >> Yeah. >> All right, that's solved. Do you need that? >> I don't know. You were looking down. >> No, I don't have >> Okay. Who >> is that? >> Who's her >> when that happened? >> Just now. >> Just now. That didn't happen just now. >> Just now. Yeah. >> You ain't >> ma'am. Ma'am, please. We don't need that. Do you want to press charges? >> Yeah, I do. >> PRESS CHARGES ON. >> I WANT TO PRESS CHARGES ON YOU. >> OKAY. >> WEIRD ASS [ __ ] YOU WANT TO BE A COP? YOU AIN'T GOING TO do >> [ __ ] >> What's going on? >> You trying TO BE A COP? >> SHE DO NOT PUSH ME LIKE THAT. >> STOP. Do not push me like that though. >> I do. When I'm telling you to stop, you need to stop. >> BUT DO NOT PUSH ME LIKE THAT. >> OKAY. DON'T LISTEN. Don't walk up on me. >> Do not. >> I was just about to say, "Why are you getting so close to him? Why are you walking up into their space? You want smoke and then get mad when y'all get the smoke?" Like you did. All they wanted was to you stand here, let her get her stuff out, we all leave. But it's never that simple. Push it. Okay. So, I'm the POLICE OFFICER. YOU LOST YOUR MIND. YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND. >> OH, YEAH. You tripping. You're tripping. >> I got handcuffs. >> No. >> I got >> No. This This police OFFICER >> OKAY. >> NO. >> I got cuffs on. >> No, he's tripping. >> I got cuffs. I just got locked. >> No, he didn't push me. >> I just got LOCKED >> to jail. >> You need to stand up. >> I don't need TO GO TO JAIL. >> STAND UP. >> I DON'T NEED TO GO TO JAIL. >> STOP YELLING. >> Put it in the back of the wall. >> Who needs the medic? >> I know. >> Who called for the medic? >> Out because we need a medic. Cancel it. I know >> we do not need a magic. I could cancel. >> I do not want to. >> Please. >> Come on. >> YOU AND YOU ARE TESTING ME. I'M GOING TO JAIL FOR YOUR WEIRD ASS. >> OKAY. NO. NO. I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL. I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL AGAIN. >> OH, that says a lot. First of all, yes, you are going to jail. and she said, "I'm not going to jail again." You have a pattern. You might want to get some anger management and some other things, maybe whatever the root cause is of of what's going on handled, cuz you're definitely going to jail again. >> I was in jail for a week. >> YOU'RE A [ __ ] LOSE MY NUMBER ON THAT [ __ ] >> I SWEAR TO GOD. No, you're going to ask me. Now you're going to tell me >> why the am I going to jail for? Why? Why? Why am I going to jail for? >> I saw a police officer. >> What am I going to jail for? >> Okay, this is where I think substances are involved. She They literally just answered her question. You're going to jail because you assaulted a police officer. She as soon as they answer it, she repeats the question again. And as we have seen, people that repeat these questions, it's like they're not they they're under the influence of something most times and it's not registering or they forget it as soon as it's answered. Also, they may just not care about the answer. They just want to keep screaming the question. >> Why? WHY? WHY AM I GOING TO JAIL FOR WHY AM I going to jail for this >> mine? Don't matter. Hold on. Let me unlock it. WHY AM I going to jail FOR THOUGH? YOU GUYS DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME. Why am I going to jail for? >> I've been to jail for a week. I don't even give a [ __ ] bro. Why am I going to jail for though? >> One, two, three. >> Slide back. >> Slide back for me. >> Slide back. This thing I'm trying, [ __ ] LEAVE ME ALONE. THIS THING HURTS. >> This [ __ ] >> ALMOST WEAK. >> All right. >> You all right? >> Yeah. >> You good? Yes, of course I did. >> Don't you have >> I'll follow you down. >> 84. >> We're just going >> Please tell me why. >> I I do not know. I just got here. That's like why am I GOING TO JAIL FOR THE broken lip? Like did they give me some shoes? Cuz I knew they was like, "Oh, yeah. Give me some shoes. They didn't give me no shoes." >> I don't know. You didn't have shoes when I saw you. >> Want to GO THE [ __ ] HOME? WHITE ASS. I DON'T KNOW [ __ ] BRO. This want to BEAT ON ME AND I'M GOING TO JAIL FOR WHAT? CUZ SHE WANT TO beat on me. You're weird as [ __ ] You're a weird ass racist ass. You're racist. >> Not cooperative. No. >> Yeah. >> Shut the up. >> Yeah, they're with me. >> Shut the up. You >> all right? >> Uh really new racial slurs. >> New ones? >> I mean new. They're old, but they're in new order. >> Oh, okay. Nice. >> She said uh she did say uh bring it on. I like it rough. Just now she said let's go. She said white ass. >> Bring it on. I like it rough. So She's right here. Uh, she last thing she said to me was, "Bring it on. I like it rough." Oh, >> okay. What she arrested me for? >> It's all from you guys, right? >> Uh, she grabbed my arm. Um, let's see. >> She got >> I don't get somebody. Don't touch. >> Don't even think about a Come on. You're either going to come out and we're going to pull you out so you can walk or not. >> It's so cute how y'all THE ABUSER LIVE IN MY house to this night. >> We weren't there. >> No, IT DON'T MATTER WHO WE ass >> Jesus. She came out like a banshee. Like golly, she It's like she launched herself while laying down out of the police car. Like I said, wild one. The woman was taken into custody and charged with assault, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and failure to disclose personal information. If convicted, she can >> Okay, makes sense because it wasn't DV that she was arrested for. Hers was because she wouldn't let the girl leave in peace and she assaulted the police officers. This one, I think this one involves a knife, but I don't know what happened. But this says, "Woman fights boyfriend in grocery store. Ends horribly." So, I hope it's not too too bad because I didn't put a trigger warning because I tried to get the ones that no one passes away. I'll do those, you know, another time, another setting. >> Somebody was shot. >> Where's Okay. Where's Where's >> Where's the suspect? >> We need to block this parking lot off if we can cuz we got a bunch of customers coming in and out. 720 dispatch. I am with the with the victim in aisle 13 1 GSW to the upper leg. >> Oh, he said GSW. That's gunshot wound. So, this involved a gun, not a knife. Okay. >> I can't feel my leg. >> Okay, man. We're going to get something on you. Okay. >> Shoot. >> Who shot you? >> I don't know. >> You don't know the person? >> No. >> Can you tell me briefly what happened just in case you go unconscious? >> I was just walking and I heard the shot go off and it hit my leg. I was >> Where were you at when it happened? >> Right here. >> Right over here. >> Okay. >> Try not to move. Okay. >> You work here? >> Yes. >> Okay. Was it an obligation or >> No, I don't know. Somebody look stealing something. >> Okay, this is weird because again the title is woman fights boyfriend in grocery store ends horribly. So I don't know if he's a bystander that got hit while she was arguing with her boyfriend and and she was aiming which she shouldn't do period. So I don't know. So I don't know if he's playing crazy like that wasn't his girlfriend that did it or if he was unfortunately an innocent bystander that got hit because of somebody else's argument. Yeah, grab that baby. >> I don't think so, but if you want to clear it, you got another squad that's coming. I'm going to put a tourniquet on there, too. Okay. This is going to hurt. I know. I'm sorry, but >> nothing will happen, is it? >> If you can lay down. >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm just trying to see if the bullet went underneath like through. So, I just need to look by your blood. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. That's good. Thank you. We have one squad here from Fox Point. I just need another one so we can clear the store just to make sure there's no one else also fire department that the bullet was through and through. I'm going to have 788 meet you in the front with the other Fox Point uh officer so you guys can start clearing. The victim here does not know who shot him. He said there was an altercation. Somebody poss. Uh, we can try to speak to the manager to see who they are, but I want to clear this first. Do you take a look at who she was? Do you anything like cold color or you know anything? >> Nothing. White female, black female? >> You just heard a pop and got hit? >> Okay. >> While officers were treating the victim, 37year-old Tiffany Bennett attempted to flee the scene. They might be in the store with her still. 7:20 7:08 just stand by with >> Okay, so we're trying to figure out if he was with that lady they just showed on the screen and she and she is the one that shot him, but we don't know if he was part of the couple or if he just happened to be in a owl and she she accidentally shot him versus who she was trying to shoot. That's what we're trying to figure out. Is he part is he her partner or is he an innocent bystander while she was arguing with her partner? Just in case this demo is not creepy. Face away from us. FACE AWAY. WALK BACKWARD TOWARDS THE SOUND OF MY VOICE. Keep walking. Keep walking. Keep walking. Stop. >> Face away. Face away. Hands behind your back. She got blood on her hands. >> All right. Right now, you're being detained. You want to just make sure we got nothing on here. >> 16. I'm all with 88 in the parking lot. Do you need me to call somebody for you? >> Okay. >> All right. Hey, Dad. I'm at work. I just got shot. I'm at work. I just got shot. Waiting on the paramedics. I'm at work waiting on the paramedics. >> We have like four people. So, I'm leaning towards lovable scorpion and y'all that think he is with that lady that shot him because he is very calm about it. Um, like he knows she's usually this violent. He he since he knows who it is, he's trying to, you know, stay calm. He doesn't want to get her in trouble because if you're a random victim of something like this, I feel like there I'm not saying this is for sure how you be. Everybody reacts differently to trauma, but I feel like there'd be more shock. Like I can't who did this? You know, something like did y'all see her? Like did y'all do y'all know? But there's no questions on his part either. So I'm thinking he probably is her partner and she was trying to shoot him and she did shoot him and now he doesn't want to say is her >> that we're holding on to. So if you know who shot you, please let us know so that we can arrest the right person cuz right now we have like three females detained. So it's not somebody you know. I do know. >> You do know them. Okay. Can you tell us who it is so that we can arrest the right person and let the other people go? >> I don't want them to get in trouble. >> They're going to get in trouble regardless cuz we got cameras all over the place, but it just makes our job a lot easier because we have a bunch of people detained right now. A bunch of employees. >> Was an accident. >> Okay, that's fine. It was an accident. That's fine. So, can you just tell us who it is so we can get the right person? Oh, man. This is for you. It It's not for me. I mean, we're eventually going to find out with the cameras and other employees, but if something happens to you, I mean, not just >> we're giving you help. Help is on the way, but I'm just They're going to come over here. They're going to take you and they're going to take you to the hospital. If something does happen to you, we're not going to know anything because the last words are you don't want this person to get in trouble. >> Let my dad know. >> Tell your dad. Can I listen in? >> No. >> Well, I can't leave you, man. For he states he knows who shot him, but he he's not cooperating. Won't tell me. 7. This is crazy. I'll say the same thing I said when we had the women victims. It is never worth it to be with somebody that will harm you like this. It is not worth it. You are better off by yourself. Peace is worth more. Your health and your life are worth more. There is nothing worth it to be with someone that would try to harm you, let alone kill you. Get away from these people. 20 squats until we can find out who did this. Uh, we're not letting anybody leave the parking lot. Good shot wound to the upper thigh there. It's through and through. >> Sure. >> I put a chest heal there. Tried to put a little bit of gauze from underneath, but he couldn't move too much cuz he was in pain. >> It's okay, buddy. Can >> you guys put a tape? The red tape. >> Do you mind staying here for a second while they put that tape up? You got it. >> Thank you. Just going to put red tape around there, but we'll put the yellow tape around here until we get >> Other responding officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle fleeing the store and detained 37year-old Charmaine, who was suspected to be involved in the incident. >> Can what? Can who go to jail? >> Can she go to jail because he shot himself? Cuz he was trying to snatch a gun. >> Uh, it all depends. Whatever. I don't know. >> That's kind of That's kind of not enough information for me to give you a good answer to be honest. >> No, that's limited. He said she tried to grab she tried to grab his gun. >> No, he said that he tried to grab her gun from her or something and it went off. >> He tried to grab her gun? >> Yeah. And it went off. Can't she go to jail? >> It depends. Could maybe. Yeah. potentially ain't doing it. >> We got to get all the facts from everybody though. >> I'm not going to give you definite answers who saw it. So hopefully they're talking saw it. He said, "Well, that's what he told me." >> Yeah. >> I was like, "What happened? Who shot you?" >> Yeah. And there's cameras and stuff in there, too. That'll answer all of our questions. >> But why am I still being detained if y'all know it wasn't me? >> Because we don't have all the answers yet. We As to be honest, as as much as I know, it still could be you. They told you that it wasn't me. >> They're going to No, that's not what they said. They're going to review footage. >> They said in about 15 minutes, we're going to have an answer hopefully. >> So, being in a handcuffs? >> Yes. >> Can you guys do me a favor? I don't know if he's anyone has been interviewed. If you could just get a name, like address, stuff like that, and if they saw anything, if it's anything relevant, let us know. We'll talk to them more. But I just want to start interviewing people so that way we can start getting people cut out again. Thank you. >> He knows who shot him, but he won't say. >> Yeah. So the girl in the red said that they were arguing and she described her as wearing a pink top and a black. >> So it's probably who had who who she perhaps >> well this girl is wearing the is a pink top and >> we have do we have anybody in custody? >> Yes, she's in the back of my squad. >> Who is she? >> This girl. >> Okay. >> The girl that was holding pressure on his gunshot. And did she say anything like >> No, she said I She didn't say anything really. >> Hello ma'am. >> Hi. >> Hi. I I'm sorry this is taking so long. We're trying to do it the quick as possible. We're just trying to figure out what happened because no one wants to talk to us. >> But they got cameras up so you can watch the cameras. >> We're trying to get a manager here. So >> he outside. HE WAS JUST BY HIS NAME ADAM. I USED TO WORK OVER BUT first of all, these cuffs is way too tight. And I did not shoot him. And when y'all see that on camera, y'all going to be bogish for this. >> Well, since nobody wants to talk to us, that's why we're trying to hold everybody. You're not the only one that's >> Yeah. Why Why can't anybody just say the full story? It's giving me guilty when you won't just say what actually happened. Instead, you're saying go check the cameras. It's it's giving me in case the camera didn't capture quite what happened. I never told on myself. That's what I'm getting right now. Like just say what what happened. >> I understand. But y'all got these cuffs, too. I never in my entire life been in cuffs. >> Okay, I can loosen those nowhere. >> But you got to remember they're Can you step off so I can loosen them up? >> Can you Can I? >> Yeah, step off. I got blood on my eyes cuz I was holding his room. He asked me to hold his wound. I'm going to call the police. >> Okay. So then who shot him? >> You got to ask him that. >> Oh, he I >> See, that's what I'm We were We were getting somewhere. You're the one that held pressure on the wound. You called the police. But you have no idea who shot him, but y'all know each other. According to the lady that was in the other car saying he tried to get the gun from her or whatever. No. Mm-m. I don't like it. >> Asked him. He said he's not telling me. >> But I didn't shoot him now. All you got to do is watch the cameras if that's what y'all want to do. >> Okay, that's fine. So, it might take us a while. So, I'm just letting you know that you're going to be here until we figure out who it is. >> I'm okay with that if this is just to be loosened up. I just want to smoke my cigarette before y'all even came out. I ain't going nowhere. Where to? >> Well, the cigarettes has to wait, but I will loosen the cuffs up for you. >> My purse over there, my phone over there just sitting out. >> Mhm. Okay. Which one is tight? >> The whole I never been in cuffs, so that could hurt. >> Well, okay. Well, they're going to be a little tight because they're they're cuffs. No, these aren't the pink furry ones that >> I've never been in cuff, sir. Pink furry? No, that's not even funny. >> Well, I'm just letting you. >> He didn't have to say that. He didn't have these. These are not the pink furry ones. He didn't have to do that. >> You know, these are metal. It's not meant to be comfortable >> in the front. >> No, they can't be in the front cuz I don't know who shot him. So, until I figure that out, they're going to be back here. I got his information and he won't talk. And >> that's my boyfriend. So y'all know that, right? We live together and everything. >> So you you don't mind if your boyfriend dies? >> I do. BUT THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. LIKE IF I DID, IF HE NOT TELLING Y'ALL WHAT Y'ALL WANT ME TO DO, I CALLED Y'ALL. I CALLED Y'ALL. I HAD MY HANDS BUDDY CUZ I HELD IT. >> OKAY. SO IF SOMEBODY KILLS your boyfriend, it's going to be like no one's going to do it. No one's going to say anything because you want to protect whoever it is. If it was my girlfriend, I'd be the one first one saying this is the person who shot my girlfriend. So instead of playing this game of us having to watch cameras, we got poor people with three kids. WHAT [ __ ] GAMES AM I PLAYING WHEN I'M TELLING YOU THAT I DIDN'T SEE THAT? YOU HAVE TO ACT TOO. >> YOU kind of know who shot him. You know who shot him because you don't want to say anything. Go ahead and step in. >> WHAT DO YOU MEAN I DON'T WANT TO SAY ANYTHING? THIS AIN'T EVEN THAT TYPE OF SCENARIO WHERE I KEEP A SECRET. >> THEN SHUT up or talk. Did you shoot him? You're the girlfriend. Did you shoot him or did your friend shoot him? Lord, you you know, oh my gosh, these people are frustrating. >> Apparently, it is because you know what happened, but you don't want to say anything. You change your mind, you let us know. >> Yeah. So, also, when I got off the scene, I don't know where the employee went last parking lot, what happened, and they said that suspect was wearing a pink top and and possibly leggings. >> Okay. >> And then I have this employee over here saying that she's wearing a pink top and black pants. So >> he said the two that were arguing, the male and female, she tried to help him after. So I don't know, someone was putting pressure on her. >> The one that was putting pressure is a female, I think, that shot him. >> Okay. Is she in custody? >> Yeah. Well, she's in custody right now to take him back to the station. >> I'm assuming him and girlfriend were arguing that maybe because of this other girl. >> Yeah. >> And then the shot went off cuz she won't say who did it and he won't say who did it. So I'm assuming both. >> So he's about my size. over. >> It was probably like or like this if you were standing cuz he was sitting here. >> This is where the drop was. So he probably she probably went like this and it went downward cuz it came out on the bottom of his butt. So it was like a angle like that. Well, we'll just leave it to the detectives here. I was trying to say I tried talking to him here a couple times and he was like didn't want to tell me. Started calling people on the phone say hey I got shot and he was like told his dad I'll text you who did it. So, I got his phone. So, I'm like, I'm keeping you following yourself. >> And she was on the phone right after the shot. So, we grabbed that. Her car door is open. So, I'm assuming one of these two girls has the gun in the car, which I'm assuming is going to be the big one over here as a [ __ ] mess. >> It was discovered that Tiffany threw a soup can at her ex-boyfriend when he was working, then pulled a gun and shot him. Nah, I like to read more than what they say on the audio. So, let's see here. It says, "Next, I made contact with Blank and obtained a statement from her. Blank explained that Blank is an employee of Metro Market and was working in Al 13 when this incident occurred. Blank advised that Bennett was following Webb, who also is an employee of Metro Market around Alis 13. as they were having an argument and Webb appeared as if he was trying to get away from Bennett. Blank told me that Blank was not able to make out that Webb and Bennett were what Webb and Bennett were arguing about. But Blank did observe Bennett throw a soup can at Web. Blank said that Blank then turned Blank back to Web and Bennett. And as Blank did so, Blank heard one bang, which Blank believed to be a gunshot. Blank said that Blank turned around and observed Webb on the ground bleeding and Bennett standing next to him. Blank stated that Blank did not observe either Web or Bennett to have a gun. Blank said that Blank went to provide assistance to Web and as Blank did, Bennett stated he tried to grab the gun from me and he accidentally shot himself. I also obtained a statement from Blank regarding this incident. Blank explained that Blank is an employee of Metro Market and was working in the area of AL12 when this incident occurred. Blank stated that Blank observed Bennett following Web throughout the store and heard the two arguing. Blank described Bennett as a heavy set black female wearing a peach pink colored shirt and black pants. Blank said that Blank observed Bennett throw multiple soup can soup cans at Web and heard Bennett state, "I'm not playing with you, Dominique." Blank stated that when Webb walked past Blank, he made eye contact with Blank. And Blank stated that Webb looked as if he needed help. Blank said that Webb and Bennett proceeded to the next aisle, which is aisle 13, and that's when Blank advised that Blank heard a gunshot. Blank advised that Blank went to aisle 13 to see what happened and observed Webb on the floor bleeding out. Blank said that Blank grabbed a paper apron from the deli counter and went over to Web to provide him aid. Blank said that as Blank reached Web's and Bennett's location, Bennett stated, "He's fine. He shot himself." Blank said that when Blank tried to apply pressure to Web's gunshot wound, Bennett pushed Blank off of Web instead. And I don't know if it's going to show another page. >> Tiffany then attempted to flee the store and handed her gun off to Charmaine, who fled the scene and was ultimately pulled over and arrested. Officers then searched Charmaine's vehicle and located the firearm. Charmaine was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing an officer. She was found guilty on both charges and sentenced to 30 days in jail with Huber release and 40 hours community service. Tiffany was charged with felony secondderee recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with the use of a dangerous weapon. The felony charge was dismissed and she was sentenced to only 12 months probation. No jail time. >> Dang. This is why people be playing with guns too much. What do you mean? Wow. Wow. Wow. That is crazy. The charges that get dropped are crazy to me. All right, we're going on to the next one. I know I'm just hitting y'all with a lot of them, but we have a lot. This one is the worst way to cope with a breakup. Right. This is where I'm at. Jacqueline, I know. I wish that was the case. Yeah, they it takes a long time for them to get somebody to get a get the footage. Sometimes they be remote on who can even access the footage. It's crazy. Yeah, she she got real lucky. That's wild. He got lucky to still be living, too. All right. Worst way to cope with a breakup. >> No, that's threatening. cabin. >> Temporary queen 005924. What's the issue? >> I live here. >> She what? >> Who is she to you? She's your ex. What's the issue? What's that? >> Nothing. >> Why you Why are you here? You're intoxicated. >> Oh, y'all. This one's wild, too. This girl shows her entire behind. >> No. says your mother was driving and you were intoxicated. No. >> Isn't that what you just said? >> No. >> Okay. What did you say then? >> Okay. I'm going to stop you right there. Who's going to come here and pick you up right now? Where do you live? >> Hello. >> Where do you live? >> I live here. >> Okay. >> Does she live here? >> Does she live here? She doesn't. Where do you live at? Okay, listen. I'm going to be completely honest with you. It's 4:07 in the morning. I am way too tired to be dealing with this nonsense right now. So, let's not make this any harder than it has to be. Where do you live? >> All right, get out. Get out. >> Where do you live at? Where do you live? >> Why Why are you Why are you being like this? Why won't you answer me? Like do you want to get locked up or something? >> You were out of here. I guess >> I I was sleep. >> You were not asleep. You've been out here for with me for about 2 3 hours. You were not sleep. >> Do you want to get locked up or what do you >> I don't. >> Okay. >> If they don't want you anymore, just leave. At least you have your freedom. You have your money cuz you don't have to pay bail, bond, and all that stuff. You have a little bit of your dignity still intact and you're not sitting here being watched on a body cam on YouTube. Just leave. >> Okay. Well, then where do you live? >> In Warren. >> In Warren? Okay. Who's going to come pick you up? >> She live in Warren. >> Nobody. >> Well, how are you going to get home? You're not going to drive cuz you just told me you're intoxicated. >> She has sex. >> Yes. >> Coffee. >> How are you going to get home? >> I'm not. >> Okay. Well, you're not staying here and you're not driving. >> Okay. >> So, how you going to get one? >> I can make a call. >> Go ahead. Make a call. >> Queen 005924. >> I'm just waiting. >> I don't have nobody to call. >> Okay. So, then you arrest me. Like, I don't really want >> I have nothing for Okay. I really don't want to arrest you. Don't push me. Okay. I really don't want to arrest you. As I said, it's 10 after 4 in the morning. Okay. I'm off work in less than 2 hours. >> What does it cost? >> This is the most the most This is the most I've ever seen a police officer that's like, I don't want the paperwork. I don't want to put you in custody. I just want you to leave because I'm tired. I'm about to get off. Why? Again, someone begging to be arrested. >> So, I'm asking you to give me something here. I'm trying to I'm trying to give you an out. >> I got nothing for you. Okay. I'm trying to give you an out. I'm trying to help you out. >> Do you have any family in Youngtown? Any friends in Youngtown somewhere that I can take you for the night? >> You better think of something because you're not driving this car and you're not staying here. >> Tow it. >> I mean, I like I'm not even joking with you. I will literally tow your car and take you to the rescue mission. >> I'm You're not driving it and you're not staying here. >> Your phone's right there. She says she has nobody to call. >> Where's I don't >> Where's your mom at? >> She's at home with my daughter. But >> where's that at in Warren? >> No [ __ ] >> So, I'm just confused. Don't start the car. Don't start the car. >> Are you going to me? >> No, I'm not going to shoot you. >> If you back out of here, I'm going to arrest you. >> I'm not going to back out. >> Do not put that car in drive. Shut it off. Don't tempt me. What the hell is this? Like, what is she doing? This This is I don't understand. Right. Get a hotel, stay with a friend. You tell them you don't have one girlfriend, not one that you can just crash for the night till you sober up, catch a lift to their area. Like, come on. Begging. Begging for the wrist jewelry is what's happening. And honestly, that's crazy to ask. Is he is he going to shoot you? Because here's the thing. When they tell you, "Do not get in that car. Do not start that car." And you start that car and try to pull off, you are now behind a deadly weapon. You are using a weapon. Do not make this any worse. Don't do it. It's not just a car anymore. So, the fact that that's even on your mind, which I'm not saying I don't understand, but why are you causing this is what I don't understand. Okay. Shut the car off. Okay. Open the car. >> Should have called the police. >> Shut the car off. >> Don't be stupid. >> Try to reach around. Reach through the other side. No, the other >> Okay. It's in drive. It's locked. Open it. >> Shut. Put the car in park. >> I can't. >> Put it in park. >> I won't break your window. Put it in park. >> I'll give it all. >> What? >> I'll give it my all. >> Put the car in. >> See that? She's sounding uh selfdeionesque right now, if you know what I mean. What do you mean you'll give it your all? He's not Nobody is worth this. I don't know what kind of show you feel like you putting on for this dude on the steps, but this ain't it. You just look crazy. You look pitiful. This is not good. Even if he takes you back, what are you winning with that? You You This only ends bad. This This is bad. Bad. Bad. >> Listen. >> Don't put Don't you Back up. Back up. I don't want you to get hurt. She's got the car in drive. Put the car in park. >> This is what you wanted. >> Put the car in park. >> No. You came here to damage my property. You shot to be real. >> I'm going to break your window. >> Hey, he's going to break your window. >> What did I damage? >> Put the car in park. >> Put your car in park. I'm going break your window. >> Will you? >> No, I will not. Put the car in park. He's going to break your window. >> The t won't pop >> and then you're going to go to jail. Put the car in park. >> Put the car in park. >> I'mma give it my all. >> Put the car in park. >> Baby, you are not in a lowbudget production of relationships gone wrong or some weird romcom. This ain't cute. This is not a script. This is real life. And you look crazy and you're making your life harder. These are things that later, depending on how those charges go, you go for a job, they do a background check, you've changed. It's not this not even you anymore. But guess what? Your background's like, "She is a dangerous person. No thank you." Or she makes poor decisions. She doesn't she doesn't um use enough rationale and logic for us. long-term things for a shortterm issue, which is I don't understand. I don't care what age you are because just because I'm not a early 20s person now or a teenager now, I know how I was thinking then. And guess what? I was like, I need to always be able to have a career or whatever I want. I don't need something that I did now haunting me when I don't think like that anymore. So age is not an excuse for me. A lot of times when people make these decisions >> and then step out >> this is ridiculous. >> This is absolutely ridiculous. At 4:00 a.m. Put the car in park. Put it in park. Put the car in park and shut it off. Put it in park and shut it off. I'm a big advocate for tasers. I just want y'all to know. I be like, "Let's go." Just it cuz I need them to lose control of touching that steering wheel. Get them out of there cuz they're too dangerous. They don't know how to make good decisions. Taze, bring that taser out. >> Shut the car off. Shut it off. Almost there. You're almost there. >> Shut it off and take the key out. >> This is ridiculous. >> Step out. Uh, pull me out of the community. I got flagged down. Apparently, man and woman are arguing behind the >> Stop reaching around. You know, I'm not saying she has to, but I'm saying that would be a crucial thing. she left out if that is the case. But even if so, she should have just left. Even if that's all he wanted, if if they were both willing participants and he said, "All right, you got to go. You got to leave. And if you don't want to be treated like that again, don't come back into a relationship like this." But I could see possibly that maybe happened, but she needs to leave. >> Did you stop while you were fighting or did something? >> No, stop it. >> I don't respect no one thing. And that's when you guys came. >> I didn't I didn't understand what you just think of one thing. That's when you guys get the gay. >> Where are you going? >> I don't know. CAN I CALL my mom? >> Phone. >> Where's my phone? >> There's a phone on the floor. Is that your phone? >> No. >> You have my phone? I don't know where your phone is. You might have to just head home and call mom over there. >> Oh, my phone is here. I have my phone. >> Where'd you ask your phone? >> Okay. I need to call my mom. >> I understand that. But your phone is dead. So, let's take care of one thing at a time. Is that your car key? >> Yeah, I've got >> This is my phone. >> I've got your I've got your car key. You can't drive yet. We got to make sure you're safe to drive. >> We got TV coming. Do you have any other property here before we get you out of here? >> Yes. >> Like what? I don't know what it is here. >> Okay, >> don't go outside. Stay in here for me. >> Okay, you can call her from outside. >> Do you have anything else inside like a first? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Well, we're not going to stay in here and charge this as long, right? >> Ooh, we care though. >> Although it's clear an altercation occurred, officers choose to separate the couple for the night. But when they move to escort her off the property, one look at her ex sends her into a full meltdown. >> Your car, okay? >> No. >> Well, you can't stay here. >> All right. So, what does she have to do, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls? She just had to go to her car and leave. She was not under arrest. >> Here, I don't care. Call the police. >> We are the police. >> Can you just go before they take you to jail? >> NO. YOUR ASS NEED TO GO TO JAIL. >> HEY, we're not going to look at him. Stop it. >> Let me go. Don't touch me. >> Oh, stop walking that direction. over nothing. Just being stupid. >> All right, get up on your knees. >> Hey, I'll go grab the car. >> Can you take him inside? >> Can you take him inside? Can you go hang out inside for me, B? >> Bro, can y'all please Can y'all please just let her go, bro? >> Hey, we're just going to calm her down and we're going to take >> Please just calm her down. She She don't mean no harm. You can't do that. >> She don't mean no harm. And you was yelling at the police. Get here now. Come get her. As she And then they come up. She's throwing PS5s out the screen door and everything. Be quiet. Go sit down. And I guess they going to be here again for your next toxic person because you don't know how to act and choose them and whatever else. Are you kidding me? These people waste time. Why'd you call the police then? >> Okay. >> She don't mean no. and we're just trying to take care of her. But she's not going to get >> She's not in her right state. >> But she's not going to get calm while you're out here, right? >> Just hang out inside for me. >> LET ME GO. >> LET ME GO. >> LET ME GO. Let me go. LET ME GO. >> Let me go. I'm not cool with y'all. LET ME GO. LET ME GO. >> DO YOU honestly think that's effective? Girl, come on. LET ME GO. I didn't do anything. >> Yeah, you tried to charge him. You don't get to do that. Let me go. Oh my. Let me go. It's another to me performance for the person that kicked you out. Cuz you could have went to see your mama or you talking about I want to see my mom. I want my mom. You could HAVE SEEN YOUR MOM. They said, "Hey, you got your car keys? Go." But what did you do? You went back towards him. You want this performance in front of him. Well, here we are watching the performance together. Let me go. Let me go. >> No, you ruined that. You had the chance to leave and you decided to charge him. This is your fault. This is your own doing. >> No, it's his fault. >> Your fault. >> You goofy ass. Let me go. >> My mom. All right. Okay. All right. Seat in the car. >> All right. What do we want? >> You can disregard, buddy. Thank you. >> What do we want? Obstructing a bat. Leo. >> Yeah. >> Times two for charging into you and me. Yeah. >> Just you. I don't care. >> It doesn't make a difference. I don't care. >> What did she do? She went running and she just charged and shoved into you. >> I mean, technical steps in front of her, but yeah, that's what she did. >> All right, cool. Good enough. I like it. >> Mommy. >> Hey, Tiana. Can you take a breath for me so we can talk? Are you going to Are you going to calm down and be cooperative now or are we going to have to get people out here to >> Yeah, you're going to be cool. All right. So, just take a couple You can keep crying, but just take a couple breaths for me so we can so we can talk and get through this. Okay. >> I'm just going to tell my mom. >> All right. Well, once we once we get through the booking process, they'll let you charge your phone and make a phone call and everything like that and you can talk to mom. Okay. But we just got to get through that quick. Okay. So, if you can keep it calm for me, we'll be good. Okay. Cool. All right. All right. Hop out for me, T. Come back here over here. All right, I'mma see if they put her charges up here cuz if I hear one more, I'm going to go crazy. Okay, here we go. Criminally damaged property from this incident included a PlayStation 5, television, vacuum, and walls of the victim's apartment. Tayana L. Williams was charged with aggravated battery of an officer, resisting arrest, domestic abuse, and domestic dispute resulting in damage to property. Please leave a like. Woo! Like it said, she what it say she left with five felonies. Yeah, five felony charges. Her own doing. Okay, I hope y'all hanging in there with me cuz I'm not done. I am not done. Anyone have a pacifier? Right. Yeah, she'll be back, Barry. I'm telling you, that's crazy. Okay, this says, "My life is ruined. College girl arrested for breaking and entering." Now, I feel like for this one, both have some wrong, but she ultimately committed the crime that is going to get her arrested. That's on her. Um, leave them alone after this. I don't know to tell you. Here we go. person. >> So, should should I press charges? Like, this is >> It's up to you. So, here's the thing because here's what she's claiming. She's claiming that nothing happened, but you grabbed the glasses off her face and broke her glasses. Clearly, there's broken glasses. You're claiming that she broke your TV and broke her blinds. I can see broken blinds. >> Clearly, both of y'all are in the wrong. >> Uh, okay. >> How am I in the wrong if I'm at home chilling? She She invites herself in violently. She didn't But here's the thing, you guys. That's more like >> Hold on. Hold on. Can you let me talk? >> Yeah, but I was being wrong in your own house. If anything, even if I pushed out myself, you feel me? >> I understand that you're defending yourself. I'm not arguing that at all. >> Yeah. So, I'm just saying wrong in a public area and I broke her glasses, but she came in here, invaded me. I was all chilling. >> But here's the thing. Your videos don't start at the very beginning of the argument. So, no one >> They do. I got to put you all in. >> I They do. I promise you they do start at the beginning. >> Okay. Well, during those videos, I don't see your glasses broken, then all of a sudden they're broken in your hand. So, that's the thing is that nobody knows the truth between videos that are 10 seconds long >> for for her being But here's here's Okay, can I just finish up? >> Yeah, my bad. >> Your shit's broken. Her shit's broken. She's missing $100. You're saying you're keeping it because you have to fix your [ __ ] And she's saying she's claiming that she comes in here all the time in and out because you guys have been dating on and off, which is allowed cuz you go to her house on and off. >> No, I never been to her house. Never been >> again. That's what her saying. That's what she's saying. I have to just go focus on her. >> I'm just telling I'm just something wrong. I'm going just forget it. That's it. I never been in her house. >> I don't know. Either way, I'm just saying >> cuz anyways, so both of y'all are wrong in both ends. You can trespass her all day. She can never come back here for a year. And that's in effect today as of >> as soon as we leave and write that report. So within 2 hours. So by 7:00 p.m. tonight, she's not allowed back here. If she ever comes back here and she crosses this sidewalk into your yard, you call us, she goes to jail. No pass go, no questions asked, nothing like that. When it comes to the property damage, that is something y'all are going to have to figure out on your own in because she's claiming you have $100 because that's a whole another thing is that she's claiming a theft. Let me get you a camper. Okay. >> Because I can't shake him upside down and give him $100. I can't shake him upside down. >> I can't force him to. No. >> What about this though? >> I >> This is my property. Why is it broken? >> Today is in his womb. It's not in the videos he showed me. >> Cuz my glasses are in your room. What do you mean? >> So here here's the deal. Okay, we're not playing. We're not going to play this game of now we're pressing charges. Now we're not pressing charges. I want you to understand something. >> I understand. I will leave. But please, I can have the the other half of my bad. My bad is like $400. Okay. But the other half is in your room, obviously. >> Can we just check your room? >> Please. Or can you check it? >> Please. I need it. Please. >> She's saying she doesn't. It's not her car. >> Check your car. >> It's not in there. I walked in there with my glasses. I super glued them and they broke again because of him. >> This is turning into he said she said everybody wants to press charges on each other. >> Nope. >> So the only >> So >> it's not in here cuz I walked into his house >> which that shows in the video that she's got glasses on in the video but I don't know where in the video that when he pulled my shirt and that's when it snapped off again and broke in half. He found the other one on his ground. All I wanted him to get the other one. Please just get the other glasses. I can sweep the wood back. Please. Please, please, please. >> Hey, he's saying that he might have incriminating stuff in his room, so that's probably why he doesn't want us to go in there. >> Please. >> Nobody cares. I'm not saying for your situation. I'm sorry. Cuz >> I He's right. I actually called the police last night, but like I don't like I had the heart not to call the police on you, but you called the police on me. >> Well, so and then here's the thing. So you said nothing physical happened, but in the videos it shows you getting physical with him and him getting physical with you. So why'd you lie? >> Because in the video saying something cuz Okay, I was banging on the door. I said car I didn't >> use a screwdriver to get in the door. It shows it. >> Okay, now we get to the part that ultimately is why she's going to go to jail. She used the screwdriver to break into his door. You can't do that. Her accusation is that he stole money from her, but it's kind of hard to prove unless he just admits it or something was caught on camera. But for sure she used a screwdriver screwdriver to break in. So that's that's what ultimately gets her in trouble cuz the cops are kind of like not believing most of their stories on either side on a lot of this. Like it seemed like y'all both just doing the most. But that's what got her cuz I just want my money. He >> You can't do that. You can't strongarm That's strong armed burglary. You can't strongarm him into giving you your money. That is a civil matter. You have to take it to the courts. I know it's shitty. I know it sucks. It's slow. It's a process. However, that is the right thing to do because now you're in the situation where I have enough evidence to take you to jail for burglary. >> Okay, cool. Now, what if I want to show like my evidence from last night? >> That that doesn't matter. It's last night. >> This is another thing that couples do, they talk about what happened previously, but it seems to me every time, no matter what state, county I'm seeing, whatever their the cops are called about, they want to know what happened in that instance. And you can maybe file a separate report for some other stuff later. But who's about to get arrested right now depends on what happened today. Not what somebody did to you last night, a couple nights ago, a week ago. They don't. That's not what they're here about on that call. So don't think that bringing up the past is going to help you on a current call. It doesn't. >> It's less than 24 hours. >> Nope. That's last night. You can make a claim. We can always do a report, but that's it. >> Cuz that's what I would do. Like since we're showing videos, like I can do the same thing. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. The video is from 4:58 today. All I care about is today at 4:58. What happened? >> Okay. It was when we fought it was to I mean, when he put his hands on me last night, it was like 3:00. It's the same. >> It's no 4:58 today because he's the one that called. So now he's my victim. Do you see what I'm saying? This is my situation that I'm in. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this to you. You know, I don't want to do this to either of you. >> Like, why would you want to call the police if you knew you had stuff? Like even if like it's weird stuff in your house. Why are you calling them? >> That's stupid. Oh no, he's going to jump 51 to jail. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> I don't want to take you to jail. >> I'm be honest. I don't want to take you >> to go to jail. I can super glue my glasses back. I'm still want to go out like I want to go out tonight. I can't go out with my like my glasses like this. >> Have you double I'm get it. Have you double checked your car? >> I super glued it when I walked in the house. I can't see. I can't even. And what sucks for her and her decisions is that if her glasses were broken while she was in the process of breaking and entering into his room or house or whatever and he broke it pushing her out the house, I don't think a judge is going to end up giving her any money for her glasses being broken because she committed the crime and then the result is your glasses were broken. >> See, that's fine. Do you care if we just look real quick in your car? >> Look at my car. >> Okay. Last night we were at a party, right? >> Yeah. >> After the I He seen me in the party. Okay. I walked outside. He followed me outside. I was like, "Oh, sorry." He just >> He was like, "Where you going?" I'm like, "What do you mean? Doesn't matter." Like we This is We're beefing, right? >> Yeah. >> I'm like, "It doesn't matter where I'm going." He was like, "Oh, that's your phone." I'm like, "You not for what? Me? We don't like we're beefing. We're not cool. You don't need to touch my phone." >> Yeah. You don't need to see my [ __ ] >> So, okay. He snatches my phone. So I chased I'm like, "You're embarrassing me and you're embarrassing yourself cuz you're doing this in front of all these people." >> Yeah. >> So he ran down the road with my phone, right? >> Yeah. >> Uh front of a store. So I still >> Yeah. >> Okay. So he grabs >> grabs my glasses, breaking in half. I had a wig on. He snatches my wig off. >> Okay. The glasses happened separately from today when she broke. She was doing her breaking and entering. So, she's going to have to file a report and see if the prosecutors want to pursue that part of what he did to her last night cuz he cuz you also I hate that when a partner takes a person's phone from them. Yeah, most states that's starting to be a crime as well. So, you can't do that and that's wrong. Um, snatching her wig off that is that's like that's assault or or battery, unwanted touch. It's one of those like I don't agree with those things, but you weren't going to contact the police. But now that he's contacted the police cuz you broke and entered into his face. Now you're reporting this. Report it if you're going to report it. But the crime you committed today, he called the police about and now you're about to go to jail. It's on camera and then he grabs my phone and slam it on the ground. Shatter. I spent an hour looking for my phone and glasses. >> So did the did the glasses break when you guys were in your altercation today? >> The Yes, they broke cuz I super glued them back. Yes, they broke again. >> Today? >> Yes. When >> when we were inside and having an altercation. >> Okay. So, was it him doing something to break your glasses? >> Cuz I think when he yanked my shirt, it just fell off >> and you're Okay. >> I don't have ma'am. I don't even have a record. Like, I don't have nothing. I know you don't. I just have records. Like, why would you want me to go to jail? Me and him fight all the time. He's just calling the police. I'm like, why you even call the police? Like, we both fight and we both want to get back cool. Like, I don't even want He asked me. He I did send $400. see this and the rest of the $300, but I use it to buy my hair. And he's like, "Where your $300 went?" I'm like, "Yes, I put $20 in for gas, but I used the rest of party and I used it to buy my hair and make a grown woman. It's your money." >> He's like, "What are you doing with $300? You quit your job." Okay, >> that doesn't matter. I'm like, I would have had $100 more if he would have sent it to me. >> He was like, but you're right, you guys. I guess he was telling me like even though he's calling the police, he don't have to send it. Like, he does. Unfortunately, >> he told me that when he told me that, I'm like, "That's so lame. No, I know. I've seen the videos. >> So, based off of that though, >> and she's inconsistent. >> I mean, they're both a little inconsistent. He's got video evidence. And we just watched it. You can see the screwdriver trying to shimmy in the door panel. >> Oh, no. >> And he's interested in pressing charges for burglary. >> Of course not. >> It's probably the safest bet. That's my thought. I I get that. Does he want to pressurize us? >> Yeah, I'm not. >> Cool. I understand. Let's go. >> Yes. Hurry. Please. Sorry. Why am I going to jail? >> What did I do? Sorry, please. I've never been before. >> Sorry, please. >> Can you let him know I'm taking 15 bucks? Oh my god. Oh my gosh, Kyrie. This is crazy. What did I do? >> This is really You don't care about me like that? >> What? >> Oh my god. >> You got mine broke last night. >> What can I do to like get like get my side or like my everything is going to be documented. The issue is is your side versus what we just watched on video of you taking a screwdriver and trying to break into his door and then saying and then you're and I quote and give me my [ __ ] money. I'm here for my [ __ ] money. That's a burglary. You damaged his door. You went in there and trashed his room. You broke it. You broke his TV. >> You can't strongarm somebody into giving you their money. >> Can I get that? >> Did you Can you call my grab my back one more time? >> I'll try. I'll leave a message. >> Come on. Phone, wallet, keys. >> Where's your phone and stuff? Over here. >> Where's my ID and everything? on the front. >> Sorry. This is so lame of you. This is not right. >> Stop. Where's your keys? >> It's written through cup holder. I don't have no record. I don't want to go jail on the boy. That's so embarrassing. My trash is going to be burgy. >> It is embarrassing. But here's my thing. Didn't even realize not only did she break and enter. I didn't know she was over there trashing the place once she got in there. So, she's breaking things. So, you thought that wasn't a crime to go around breaking items in his home? you just thought he wasn't going to call the police on you like you didn't call it on him when he did what he did to you that just file your report cuz if you just not fing because you think the other person not going to file against you. No, but um also not a good relationship to be in. You might want to rethink your choices. You talking about college, you're embarrassed that you're getting arrested behind a boy, but it's not really behind a boy. It's behind your actions that you did to someone's property that just so happened to be your boyfriend. night, you know, but make better choices. >> Cory, what? Burgary. >> Yeah. When you uh enter someone's home. >> I have burgy charges. I don't >> There's a video of you with the screwdriver trying to pry open the door. >> I have videos of you beating my ass last night. >> Where are your keys at? >> You got to open the cup holder. I have burgy charges. What the [ __ ] Burky charges. Cart like >> It's not his fault. >> How long is that? >> What do you mean how long? That's a felony charge. >> Curry, I'm a felon. >> Charge. >> Can you call my grandma, please? >> You will call her again. >> What the [ __ ] is ruin my life? Oh my god. >> I mean, like, we fight. This is not the first time us fighting. >> This is not the first time we're breaking in my STANDING CARS AND BREAKING IN MY CAR. GET THAT UNFORTUNATELY. >> Then leave him. I believe her that he does dirty stuff that he has committed crimes against her. I believe her. Leave him. It's not going to get better. And now you have acted I'm going to say outside of your character possibly, but I think y'all go tip for tat. I don't know. Get out the relationship. Leave them alone. That's it. There's no reason to go back. This is the time that there was cameras and then this is the time where we shut up. He Why didn't you call us? >> I have videos too BECAUSE I WAS SCARED OF WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO to me or something like and know I don't know what he was going to do to me. He's going to >> see now I don't know about that. She's saying she was scared of what he was going to do to her if she called 911. But yet she felt comfortable breaking and entering with a screwdriver as you know the tool, no other weapons on her. And then she just starts trashing his place. That doesn't give fear for me because you have went into his dwelling where it'll only be you and him oneonone and you were like, I'm about to break stuff cuz you stole from me. That does not give me I'm scared to call 911. That gives me I want to get my lick back a different way. >> Always threatening me with his family members. Like I'm scared to call the police. >> Okay. Unfortunately, I'm going to write all this down. Unfortunately though, we will call her again. her shirt. She said I've never been to jail before. >> You got to Thank you. >> Where's the Where's my phone? That was in the car. Sir, >> it's in the bag. >> Can you call my grandma one more time? >> We will call her again. Yes. >> Where's my mom number, bro? >> You'll have your phone so the jail will let you get phone numbers out of it. Okay. >> Who's Whose car is it? >> That's her car. >> It's your car. >> Yes. I'm going to ask someone to come get it. >> That's fine. I'm going to >> It's not like we have snow in the car. You're I [ __ ] short >> here. Watch out real quick. >> My life is ruined. I'm in school and everything. He l can I TELL HIM? LIKE WHAT ABOUT HIM? BUT THERE'S DRUGS in the house. Like what? Burgary charges but there's drugs in the house. Like come on. Who does this? That's why he got shot cuz he was trying to attempt to sell and they wanted to steal it from him. Please write that down please. He has drugs. Going to be recorded. Yep. Sit back. He has shrooms. HE HAS PEREX. HE has >> Now you want to talk about what he has in his room. You're fine with it while y'all were dating and you're not going to jail. I don't get that either. Like what? All right, we going to keep going. >> We like what? Seriously, we want to tell on each other say we all that. I feel like if she had a her blood drawn, one of those would be in her system cuz she probably parttook. So I would I would be careful on telling that. But all right, that's the end. They didn't name her charges at the end, but they named them during the video and it's some felony charges. Strong arm robbery. Woo! Girl, all right, we have another one. And the girlfriend accuses the other girlfriend in so many words of something very disgusting from what my mind came up with when I heard her talk about it. I'll see what y'all think. I'm pro I'm going to try my best not to even point it out and just let it play and see if y'all catch what she's accusing that girl of. I'm just I'm going to throw up in my mouth and I'mma keep it moving because and please be careful what you type in the chat cuz I only YouTube coming after me is if I said it. I didn't say it. But all right. Entitled woman refuses to leave girlfriend's home after spending the night again. Didn't have to be arrested. You could have just went home. >> You know you can't lock her out this house. >> Yes, I can. >> She legally listened. >> No, she don't do not. >> Are you going to take me to jail or you going to let me be free? >> No, don't don't come back. >> On May 25th, 2025, police responded to a chaotic situation between two ex-girlfriends where the entitled girl refused to leave the girlfriend home after spending the night. Thank you. >> Y'all already know. >> Don't let her in. You have no choice. >> I ain't got nothing. Sorry. You god damn it. Search me. >> Just do me a favor. Keep your hands out your pockets. >> Yo, you can take that [ __ ] >> No, it's your phone. I don't need it. >> I'm real. >> Okay. Crazy. >> Okay. Well, come on down here. We're going to talk. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. in front so we can go inside the house and meet it. She she been ma'am. You're fine. Stop. >> Let's go inside. >> Oh, you think I'm going to deal with that all night? >> No. >> You know, I I thought y'all was supposed to had separated. Let me inside. Who's in there? >> My apartment. She's not allowed in. She ain't coming back in. >> Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Everything I got in there. I got you. Scoot. Scoot over there. Scoot over there. Scoot over there. Scoot over there. >> Sit down here. >> What? Take her down there. >> She has apartment everything in there. >> I got Let me take care of it. >> Yeah. I'll go home tonight. >> I got you. >> It's good on her. >> Let's go down a little. I'm I'mma hit you, >> ma'am. >> Come on. >> Thank you. >> I can't deal with that drinking. We at the neighbor's house. >> But when I was here last time, I told you that you would have had to take her to civil court in order to get her out of here. >> I I tried. >> And you didn't. So, you know, you can't lock her out this house. Yes, I can. >> She legally live here. >> No, she don't do not. No, she don't. So, >> I'm blocking it right now. Have your video right now. >> If she didn't legally If she didn't legally live here, then >> How come we didn't How come we didn't kick her out last time? >> Cuz I was going to trespass cuz she was drinking. I didn't want her to go to jail that day. >> No. When Listen to what I'm telling you. When several officers were here, we not she not live here. She don't live here. You trying to get me put out? She don't live here. >> Listen to what I'm saying to you. You even said that on body cam. Yeah, >> that that she lived here. >> No, I did not say I did not let No, I did not. >> Listen, we got our call notes from what? >> Okay, but she not getting back in here. >> Okay, so here's the thing. Here's the thing. >> Here's our fees >> here. Here's the thing, right? >> She's not getting back on. >> Okay, so again, I told you to take her to civil court, right? >> But you didn't do it. >> She gave me food and everything. She got mad at me because I kept her real with her. >> What do you mean, >> man? She been doing some real [ __ ] >> Okay. In what sense? >> See that camera on there? >> Well, yeah. It has to be on. I'm talking to you. >> All right. I'm going to turn this way. >> No, you have to. You can't go behind me. Stand right there. You're fine. >> She weird, dog. >> Like literally weird. >> Okay. So, what what got you guys fighting tonight? >> The weariness. >> Okay. Can you explain a little bit of that or >> something that that God wouldn't do humans? >> Okay. >> He said, "Wait, I got to think about that." Yeah, think about it. >> Okay. So, what's what's the what's the plan for tonight? >> She know what it is. >> What happened? >> Listen. Hey, are you this isn't this isn't your your apartment, right? >> No, but I've been here for the last 3 months before she called the last time. What the hell is she doing? My stuff. >> Okay. No, listen. Ma'am, you're not going to go anywhere. You're going to get this situation sorted out like beforehand, right? >> But you're not coming back in here. >> Okay. >> I'll put it right outside the door. >> Ma'am, just keep her stuff right here. I need to figure out exactly what is transpiring between the two of y'all. >> She's drinking. >> Okay. >> She's not going to stay here argue with me all night. I got to go to work tomorrow. >> I don't want to put my hands on her or nothing. >> I just want her out of here. So, I'll pay bills here. I let her stay here and she has her own place. So, where she would Why would you let her stay here? >> Because she wasn't drinking then. As soon as she get to drinking, I >> How long was she staying here? >> She only been here about a week. She got her own place. She come and she go. She come and she go. She don't live here. So the week's close, she going to go back home. She's been drinking. She not going to sit here and argue and call me [ __ ] all night. That's not about to happen. >> So why do you keep letting her come back? >> Well, she wasn't drinking, but this time it's no. >> I can hear the frustration in this cop's voice, the fact that she has to keep coming out to deal with this. And the simple answer was to formally evict your girlfriend if you don't want her staying here. Otherwise, you're about to go to jail if you try to put her out without her wanting to be put out because you can't do that. And they told you to file an eviction. Then to have to ask you why didn't you file the eviction? Oh, uh, you know, when she was drunk and I just didn't want to I didn't want to do all that to her. Like, girl, either you then you don't want her gone. Then stop stop involving the police in y'all's dysfunction. Then it's like you you unless you just want to go to jail for doing something stupid, go right ahead. But I I don't understand this. I don't get it. >> That that doesn't matter. >> You have your phone, so just stay down here. I don't want you getting into an argument with her. So do me a favor and just stay down here. Okay. >> But that's my right to have what I have in there. >> But ma'am, listen to me. I'm not arguing. >> But you're not listening. >> I'm listening. I got my right. >> Your right is to stay down there. But I tell you to stay. >> To fight. No, my rights is my right, sir. You cannot violate my rights. >> I'm not. I'm asking you to stay down there. >> YOU ARE VIOLATING MY RIGHTS. YOU are where I'm at. >> What are you doing? >> You are violating my violating your rights. >> Yes, you are. Of where I'm at. >> I'm asking you to stay down there so we don't have a further fight. >> Violate my rights. >> What are you doing? or where I'm at. You know that we not about to do that with him. >> But what are you doing though? If my partner t I don't care. YOU CANNOT VIOLIZE MY MY RIGHT as a citizen or where I'm at. No matter what she says. >> Okay. So, hold on. >> No. If you WANT TO TAKE ME TO JAIL, I WILL GO. >> Hold on. Listen. >> AND I WILL FIGHT IT. >> That's stupid. You don't even have to go to jail. Here we go. Volunteering to go to jail. You don't have to go to jail. The officer is trying to talk real calmly with her, but you want to go to jail. That don't even make sense. And then I'll fight it. But what about you don't have to fight it if you never go to jail? How about that option? >> Going to get hit for obstructing. >> Stop. Stop. >> I bet I don't BECAUSE I DID YOUR CAMERAS on and my hands. >> They don't have nothing to do with obstruction. >> So what obstruction does it then? >> Because I'm asking you to stay there. I'm giving you the lawful order that you are. My stuff is in there. That's not a lawful order to you. You are a cop. You cannot figure that out for me. >> Who are you? You're not my god. >> Okay. >> You're not me. >> Relax. >> Relax. >> So, I'M ASKING YOU WHERE ARE YOUR RIGHTS? >> LISTEN, >> I gave you. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> No. No. I'm asking you WHERE ARE YOUR RIGHTS ARE TELLING ME I CANNOT GO WHERE I'VE BEEN AT. STOP YELLING. >> This is how it went. After I told her we could give her a ride, I was not letting her drive. Stop. >> Stop asking you, sir. >> Stop yelling. >> Oh, God. What is your right? >> I gave you a lawful order. >> What lawful order? >> To stay down there so we could figure out a solution for the night. >> Ain't no solution with me or you. >> And I offered to give you a ride. >> I got I NEVER PUT MY HANDS ON HER. OKAY. OKAY. But that doesn't What is your solution? >> This is not your You stated this is not your apartment. Correct. >> I did. >> No, you didn't. Nobody said you did, Lisa. No, you didn't. I said go home. >> And I offered to give you a ride home. >> YOU NEVER SAID THAT. BUT YOU GOT THESE mother again. SO I'M ASKING YOU, are you going to take me to jail or you going to let me be free? >> I'm going to give you a ride home. If you stay here, I >> if you continue this behaving, yes, you're going to jail, >> man. I'm not worried about it. Take me to jail. Yes, sir. >> Another time, another request. Take me to jail. All right. put you in handcuffs, so you better stop. >> I'm going to put my hands here. >> So, stop yelling before I put YOU IN HANDCUFFS FOR OBSTRUCTION. We are investigating a fight. Chill out. I've been here with you and your girlfriend multiple time. That's not about that. That's about when the officer tell you to do something, you have to listen. >> Man, you thought I hit her? >> My keys. >> House keys. >> These are her house keys. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. And is this the key to her car right here? >> We're just going to put her property in her car. She can get it tomorrow. >> Okay. >> Or when she sovers up and get somebody to come give her a ride. >> Yep. Yep, that's fine with me. >> All right, so this is all her property right here. These these four bags and this hoodie and shoes. >> That's everything. >> Stan, do you want to take these shoes for her so she ain't walking around barefoot? >> Get in here. I think it's not. >> To me, when that cop turned her around and she was like, "You you need to stop." I feel like she was trying to talk to her almost woman towoman versus cop to, you know, person on the on the call. Like she she was like trying to tell like what are you doing? Like I feel like she was honestly trying to reach her like what is going on in your brain? Stop it. >> No. Well, that's what made her mad. So >> yeah, you got to >> Yeah, it's just >> Oh, let's see. There we go. Why you drunk? But when she ain't drinking, she is not like that. And that don't make no sense. Can I get my wallet? >> Yeah, you sure can. >> Where's your wallet? >> Where's your wallet? >> I threw it outside. >> I have your keys. >> Make sure it's locked. >> I'm going to You got her wallet upstairs. >> Yeah, I had outside the door. I'll make sure I get >> Yeah. Just go. If you could just go up and get that for me, I would appreciate it. I can take my shoes and walk the [ __ ] away from y'all cuz this is what is is >> so you're you're not going to get >> Okay. So, from my understanding cuz I was in y'all's chat, too. So, I kind of got distracted, but I I feel like they're giving her a ride. She doesn't have a vehicle, so they're packing her things into the cop car to just give her a ride to another place that she stays at. And she messes this up. >> Get into no car. No, you're not. >> No, I don't need to. >> And you're not going to go back upstairs. I don't need you to do nothing. >> You're not going to go back upstairs either because you because you don't but you don't live here though. >> I'm about to walk away. >> Okay. If you want to walk away, you you free to walk away. >> No, we are free to walk the [ __ ] away. >> You're free to walk away. >> Don't don't. >> Okay. If you come back here, >> if you come back here, >> still free to go right now. Still free. But people don't have enough sense in this world. >> Okay. If you come back here, you're going to go to jail. I don't. >> All right, I'm let you know that now. Don't Don't come back. If you not coming to get your car, don't come back. >> I don't care about none of that. >> Listen, she put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't gave you so many lawful orders. Now you didn't took it somewhere they need to go to. Don't you ever Don't you ever come at me the way you did. You understand what I'm saying to you? No. Now, now you're going to jail now because you don't know how to YOU YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO YOU DON'T KNOW HOW to listen to officer's orders. >> That's what you wanted. >> Okay. N we were most definitely giving you most definitely were giving you my life. >> We most definitely were giving you a ride and you and you was going to sit up here and you going to walk away. You going to charge at me? >> Never. Ma'am, what was that? >> What was that you just did? Wasn't that a charge? >> I said I will walk Well, if an officer give you a lawful order, you don't come back and charge at them. >> I would never. >> Well, that's just too bad. Now you took yourself a trip to jail. >> I would never charge at you, baby. >> Uh, no. I'm I'm not your baby. It's officer stand. I gave you several times. >> Officer stand. >> Yeah, you several. Everybody all want to play games or And then the second they go in handcuffs, they they want to >> Exactly. Exactly. They big and they bad, but then handcuffs come out, it's a whole different tune now. I wasn't charging at you, baby. You said, "Don't call me, baby." >> Too bad. Let's go. >> You're most definitely going to jail. >> You It's a little too late for you. >> It's a little too late for you. >> No, I don't care nothing about that. >> No, I gave you no chances because I do stuff for turn around on me. >> Okay. >> You understand what I'm saying to you? Do not turn around on me again. >> I understand, ma'am. I'm not trying to be different disrespect. for being disrespectful. I know you've been drinking. I gave you several chances. >> Get out of me. >> I'm not going to play with you >> cuz I do REAL STUFF. >> WATCH your head >> and I will talk to you about >> Put your leg in. It's too late. You trip to prison. >> Yeah. >> All right, man. We're going to transport you in the wagon. Come on. >> I CAN'T WALK THROUGH them doors over there >> because that's not how this works. You have to be brought in in a cruiser, some form of a car. Come on. This nice lady right here is going to check you and switch out your cuffs. >> She know I ain't got nothing. I'mma have your hands so I can get these. >> I ain't getting nothing. So I hope y'all got your uh >> The cameras are on. The cameras are on. The cameras are on. Y'all always say that and y'all be the main ones acting up. It's it it'd be better for you if the cameras weren't on for the people that get caught acting like this. >> [ __ ] on cuz guess what? Can you let go of your hand so I can get the second pair of handcuffs off of you? >> I need like a and I got my own apartment and everything. That's what y'all want to do. >> Y want to put me in jail for nothing. >> I don't know why y'all got these on me. Y'all y'all wanted to [ __ ] me up. Everything y >> I told you from the start all I wanted home. I asked you to take me home >> and we offered >> you put you you put my stuff in my car instead of putting it in your car, >> man. That was wrong. >> Did I run at her? >> And I was not down there. >> You were extremely violent with me though. >> Heck yeah. She was doing the most for a long time. And you know she didn't mean literal run. You know when she said you ran up on her, you know exactly what that mean. got in her personal space and she put her finger out and said, "Have a nice day." And you wanted to keep on scooting towards her and then she was able to touch and grab your arm cuz you were in her personal space >> at the end. They they >> She's impulsive. She has ADD, bro. >> They just checked on him. The other officers, >> I'm asking you, please. >> I can't leave your side. >> Do you have kids? >> I do. I can't leave your side right now. >> She's ETD officer. Please. >> I don't. >> No, you get WHERE I'M COMING FROM. AT least you're telling me she's taking them but my baby. >> Yeah. I >> I know it's tough, man. This >> No, my daughters have took an attachment to them cuz their mama doesn't treat them very well. I'm not trying to be rude to you at all. >> No, you're >> I swear to God if you can the out of me. Please, just make sure our daughters are okay. >> No, man. That's all. >> When they when they walk back over here, we'll go check on them. Okay. >> Can you say something? >> But they did just check on >> I know. She just realized that [ __ ] with me. I swear she just started getting on meds also not playing with you. >> I hera my woman just realized that she's add and not knowing it the whole time her kids and her mom knew but she didn't. That's why I said also what did she say? Cuz she looked at me and frowned and shook her head as if she knew that I was telling y'all that she had going on. And I'm not trying to say it. >> Oh no. She she was giving us looks. >> I'm not trying to say make her a bad person. >> No. I just please and a person in the same mind. >> It's not that I'm not. I'm just in the car. >> Yeah. No, it's all good. >> They're twins. I just want them. Okay. Please, boss. >> They're We're right here. They'll be okay. Promise. >> The way she was looking is like she's upset for what, though? >> She's upset with us. >> But she looked at me is why I called y'all. Did I do something >> outside of >> No. No. She's >> in this house right here. >> The whole time I was over there. >> You hear me? She's upset. That house right there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. There. This is how all this started. >> Yeah. >> That's where the other officers are. But >> that's why she was trying to She snapped on me and said my gun. I said bae. I didn't bae. I literally was with you, dude. His homie slid up and grabbed it. Whoever dude guy is that was at the house snatched her gun. And she's a foil card. She's literally ex-military. Don't When I say ex doesn't mean she left that right away. And I'm only telling you that because I just gave you help. >> We're getting Oh, it's fine, man. >> No, my wrists are >> Yeah. Try to So, try to keep keep them together. Don't pull Don't pull apart cuz then it'll You'll start twisting them >> like this. >> Yeah. Yeah. There you go. >> But this one is too tight. Can you lift it so I can at least just get my hands together? >> Well, I can't take cuffs off by myself. >> No, not take it off. Is there any way I can just kind of get my hands together with this being so tight over here or No, >> not without me releasing it. And I I can't release it without >> And I don't want to swing my feet around without Why you thinking I'm trying to jump out? >> [ __ ] It's just really tight. >> You hear me, OG? >> Yeah, I got you, man. >> Yeah. When they get back over here, we'll we'll adjust them. >> All right. >> Please. Iinging apologize, but on my good day and any other day, I'll give you a go. Look at me. I'm God. This This I He pretended like you know how to fight on any other day. I'll give you a go. Shut up. Shut your weak ass up. No, you wouldn't. These people piss me off. You sitting there pushing that woman around. Thank God they actually saw you do it. You wouldn't You wouldn't point a solid finger at those police officers, let alone try to fight them. Shut up. I just want to wrap my hands around his dreads and swing him somewhere. He These people piss me off when they talk like this. Shut up. You wouldn't do anything. You softer than wet tissue paper. Shut up. >> Be real with you. I love to give you a go. >> Every day, man. I get it. >> It's military or they're training. I I want you to know something that I know that you don't know because it's training. >> Yeah. >> She knows. My baby knows. She's like, "Babe, I wouldn't even call the police with you." I I I was came up under a lot of people that were in the war. Um I literally am >> like the Iraqi war. >> Oh, hear me out. Yeah. >> I don't trust people that talk like him. I don't trust it when they start bringing up that they are okay. It is not that you bring up you're a veteran. Most of y'all know about my background. It is not that. It is the implying that you could beat people up because you were a part of you were enlisted while there was a war going on because that could mean a lot of things. You could be enlisted while the war was going on and never saw action. You could be kind of close. Like for me, I was close enough to where if they drop something, I'm dead, too. Like that's that's where it was. But I didn't actually see like I didn't have to be a part of the combat part of it. But my nightmares come from the proximity of they just need to be, you know, some yards closer and things could be different type stuff. Like that's where mine comes from. But I'm Air Force. So that'll give you a And I was Air Force, not deployed like alongside Army. I was just Air Force. So y'all already know Air Force not going to be like up under it like that. So my thing is when you start doing this acting like you was in it to where you could have your vehicle may maybe could have been blown up by IED type stuff. I don't trust it. I'm not saying it couldn't happen and some people are willing to talk about it, some aren't. But usually the ones that's that just be bringing it up in stupid ass situations like a domestic violence thing. I don't believe you. I don't believe you. I want you to shut up because the people that actually had to go through it, they going through it and you just sitting here throwing out stuff. Like, shut up. If you were even enlisted or commissioned during the time, I'm questioning that. And if you were actually around the things, I'm questioning that, too. >> I graduated from um Mundo High School um got accepted Chicago up north and got accepted into Columbia College downtown Chicago for music business. >> Oh yeah. Um, I've had officers say, "Why the [ __ ] are you as intelligent as you are and you make the dumbest decision?" >> I got kicked out of the group home that I was in because I had too much control of their facility. >> Yeah, >> I had femos in there sucking my I had the other guys in there doing whatever I said. And these were women that were in the high rankings of >> Oh, I forgot about this part. So now now he he ran the military like he was in a prison like I had people higher ranking than me doing what I said. Okay. Then he going to do the whole thing with the women. Okay. I'm telling y'all. He gives me stolen valor. That's what he gives me. >> They ran the unit >> or they had the position. I'm not saying that like yeah bro. Yeah, I work where I work and these up here sucking these inmates off and treating them like they're No, not like >> it was more of a situation of where it was like, >> yeah, I didn't understand until I understood it's like we're young. We're youth. We have our issues and these people are here to help us. But at the same time, in the midst of helping us, some of them have their own issues. You know, >> I don't dog her. I really do love her. >> But I hate that I love her the way that I do. Sometimes I feel like I'm being a [ __ ] fool because of my heart. >> I get you. >> I ain't going to lie. I'll admit I used to when I got out of here >> I've been married and divorced. That's all I get. >> When I got here, I ain't going to lie. Put a put a dude in front of me and tell me you ain't going to whoop his ass. So I came from Chicago where women will whoop a dude. >> Oh yeah, I'm sure it's >> you know Ronda Rousey, right? >> Yeah. Imagine her on a regular day today had to deal with people on a regular day. Chicago Lily, my woman was telling me that she like, "Babe, why did a woman like that?" I said, "A lot of them had a lot of brothers." >> Some of them just came up and they were the product of their environment. >> Y >> a lot of them cute faces though, they don't necessarily do nothing but set you up. And I was telling her that it's literally to the point I said, "Be you still talking about bae, I don't got to call no police." I was like, "I don't want you to feel that way. I just want you to know that you are good though. If something comes your way, boss, I won't give a whatever you had to say. I will I would tear this [ __ ] up and you would have to show your ass. I'm being honest with you. As a man, even right now, I would love to tear this up and let you show your ass. >> Are you talking to me? >> Yeah. >> What's fighting? >> Is that what you're talking about? >> All of that [ __ ] Your techniques, the grabbing of the mace, the grabbing like you're laughing and smiling. I want to see this cop's face so bad cuz yes, he should be laughing at you. You You sound stupid. Oh my god. I don't even think this cop would have to break a sweat and you be on the ground like whatever. You can't do any of these things. You're just He's just throwing out buzz phrases that come up in Google like okay taser. Okay, grappling. Okay. Like you I don't think he could do anything but what he did was push on that woman. That's all he can do. >> That's not something I'll be talking to me about. >> No, not like that, boss. Listen, I'm telling you right now, like that's just where my mind is. If I'm going to [ __ ] it up, I'm going to go all the way. You can ask my woman. I swear to God, bro. She will tell you I will not call [ __ ] cuz I can't call no Cry because at the end of day she's done see me. I literally It's not to be bragging. Cop came up here one day when she lost her pistol and he attacked me and it wasn't about me. about her pistol. >> Why does the pistol keep getting moved around like this? >> Go. >> That's not a safe gun on her. >> She don't even know how to save money, girl. She's 50. I'm 37. >> Hear me out. I love her. But her mom lacking in the knowledge and education as well as just being a woman that was her mom looked at this big guy. His mouth is talking like he has a high earning job in the sense of like like he just said about the whole her mom lacking in high education blah blah blah. He I want to know does he contribute to the household at all because I don't see it. I don't see it. You just talking and he's one of those people that um he's a two type of abusive person. He's the one that actually pushes on women, might put, you know, might actually hit women. Then he also is the one that wears women down with just talk talk talk talk. You know, the ones that'll finally just make you just be like, "Okay, you win." Like, "Please leave me alone." That's him. I don't think he ever shuts up. But I don't think he has a productive career at all. I don't And don't even don't have to be high earning. Just something that is dependable, stable, it significantly contributes to the household. That's what that's all I'm saying. I don't think he has that. >> She wasn't able and didn't have access to an education and raised her the best way she could to where my woman is living. I said, "Be you're stuck. >> My baby is really stuck, boss." >> To the point our relationship for two and a half has been a fight and struggle. >> She feels like it's holding your way or you're just No. I said, "Be it's not about controlling at all. as your man. The things that I share with you or I reveal to you or things that are about me. Hey bae, I'm a short timber person. Hey bae. Um I'm very um intellectual excited about architectural things, you feel me? To where it's like my woman living with her. >> I don't know if you know about ADD at all, but yep, >> decision making. >> I'm aatic as well. >> Decision making is when it comes to an ADD person. Yep. um when it comes to being logical, realistic when it comes to ADD person. So me and her literally fight every day. My baby can be she will literally tell you, I acknowledge this, I acknowledge. I said, bae, you can't just go throughout this relationship acknowledging things. You have to do something about what it is that you see >> to the point, OG, would you believe if I told you I used to smoke cigarettes hella bad New I don't smoke them no rough. And that's what makes the relationship so hard. Be like, "Baby, I've stopped [ __ ] that wasing so hard for me and a struggle and I've been doing for all my life and you can't even do one thing for me. That's why y'all call me pushing. >> I can't lie to you. If I'm wrong, you lie." >> I thought you was pushing her because of a powpow. You talk long enough, you tell the truth. So you was pushing her because of whatever one thing you want her to do for you, which I don't think he stopped any of his bad behaviors on whatever he talking about. And I don't I just think it's a control thing. Whatever he wanted that woman to do, it feels like a control thing. >> Don't I don't give Please my baby been struggling in a relationship where I don't know how to remove myself because I feel like the dating pool now is so I rather deal with what the I'm familiar with. And I told my babies the only reason that we're doing this is cuz daddy has a place for y'all to come and see. Bro, >> you're doing the right thing, man. >> I'm not though, boss. Don't do that to me. >> What the am I supposed to do? >> I'm being destroyed by her, bro. >> Because I just want to keep it simple. I tell like, hey, I'm like, I promise. I got I'm like, baby, you're giving me a bunch ofing false promises even to the point your daughter told you to [ __ ] It's like, man, have you ever realized or considered that I'm giving you everything because that's who I am? >> I am I am a giver, bro. >> Yeah. >> That's why I came with you the way I did. >> One second. >> Okay. >> My bad. >> Hey, what what's up? I I um they can lock me up. Can you just make sure they're good? >> I will absolutely make >> I don't give a after this, honestly. Just make sure they get their mom. I'll I'll do whatever. >> Well, how am I going to get a hold of her? She's Sunday's or she's picking up on Monday. I don't even know when. >> Are the girls okay screaming? >> What >> are you guys taking me in tonight? >> Why are you answering for him? I think that's what the you want. Edward Lincoln Tom Henry initial emotional pain. Baby, you got all ramped up and I can't I tried to calm you down. >> Well, it sounds like he'll be able to come back home. She's calling him baby. She doesn't really seem like she wants him to go to jail so much as he he will cuz what the cops witnessed. So, this will be a a cycle for a while. I can't really you in once you go too far. >> Are you really going to sit there and say that baby? >> Okay. All right. You're right. It's on me. >> When I asked you to come in, >> it's on me. You're right. >> Let's just learn how to get comfortable. >> Alyssa, >> I got the girls. You know I got You know I got the girls. >> I'll do whatever time I need to do. I don't care. >> Ain't nobody doing time. >> If I have to cuz I pushed you. >> He were in your emotions. >> That's cool. It's still not acceptable. It's him being an officer of the law. has to buy out the wall. I don't give a [ __ ] about me. Alyssa have always had to at me. I don't give a what you saying. Can you please >> stop? Officer, you know I'm not getting on [ __ ] I listen. She's about to Can you just make sure they are okay? I don't give a about me. >> I hate this dumb performance for this officer. Um like he's talking to the lady, but he's performing for the officer. like he really feels like he has the mask of sincerity on and he is a loving father, a loving partner, husband if they're married and he he really is buying that the officer believes what he's selling. Like it this is it's scary because he believes this manipulation is working and it's scary that he's trying to manipulate a situation that's very obvious. It's just weird. He is unstable, but she for now is going to be with him. This was August 31st, 2025. So, she I don't It takes a while for someone to leave a bad relationship, but >> All right. She's going to check on officer. >> They ended up charging him with resisting arrest and domestic battery. Do you think he had a rough upbringing because he seems to have a very annoying short temper that probably puts him through a lot of >> No, I'm not giving it to his rough upbringing. I know some people that are emotionally most people can still develop emotional intelligence to not act like that in as an adult just because they had a rough childhood. So, no, it is not because of a rough childhood for me. Sorry. No, not giving that excuse up. Nope. Nope. Nope. All right. Next one. Police track down suspect at supermarket after mother-in-law calls the cops. So, what you're coming in on on this one is um the husband is separated from his wife in the supermarket. She's a couple hours over. We don't I I don't think we ever see the wife, but her mom is the one that calls because I think she saw that her daughter had a black eye. So, this guy is trying to intimidate her as the witness, as the abused wife, yelling over the owls like, "You don't have to talk to them." And you know, he's talking to the cops and all this other stuff. So, they show up cuz they tracked him down at this grocery store. Here we go. >> On February 8th, 2024, police in Illinois responded to a domestic disturbance call where the female's mom alleged that her daughter's boyfriend gave her daughter a black eye. The couple were located at the local supermarket by police. Here are the events that occurred. >> 16. >> Hey, what's up, my man? Are you Devonte? >> No. Where's that female that you were just with right now? Michael, she's in the bathroom. >> Is she? What's her name? >> Uh, where she at? Where you at? >> 16. >> How you doing? >> Do you want to go talk to my officer over here? >> Yeah, she is over here. >> You don't have to. You do know that. >> What's up, man? What's going on? Why don't you want to talk to us? >> Cuz we have no reason to talk to you guys. >> No reason. >> We're here shopping for medicine for her mom. >> For her mom? I thought it was for her. >> Millie, we're in aisle 16. >> Hold on, man. Come with us. >> No, you're staying right here. Get away from me. >> My wife. I'm coming with her. >> Nope. Stay away from her. >> That's my wife. >> I don't care. >> Hey, bae. Come here real quick. >> No, you need to stop. >> Hey, bae. His ass tweaking. What the [ __ ] >> You need to stop. >> Come here real quick, please. >> No, I want you to talk. >> Hey, you don't have to listen to him. You didn't do nothing wrong. You listen to me. I'm your husband. [ __ ] him. >> What the [ __ ] is going on? Why? >> I will explain it to you. Away from me. >> Babe, come here. Please. Babe, don't do that. >> Don't let them control you. Stay here with me. I need you. >> You're going to try to control her right now. >> Yeah, it's my wife. Of course. That's what you mean, babe. >> Hey, babe. >> Babe, >> stop walking over there. We need to talk to her alone. >> I will tell you exactly why I'm here. >> Mom called, said that he she has a bruise on her. That is why I'm here. >> Okay. >> So, now we are investigating a domestic. Okay. That is why I need her away from you. So that she could talk to the officer. >> All right. Well, come on. >> Why does she have a bruise on her face? >> She didn't have the door. She's working at the car where brother and [ __ ] Oh, >> where where's that at? I don't know where her brother lives. I don't know. Or wherever her dad lives. They all go over there and she works on the car and [ __ ] >> Okay. Why wouldn't you let her come here alone? Just to get something for it. >> Huh. I was driving first. I came back to get her. >> Okay. So, why do you want her like completely in your sight right now? >> Because you guys are here and I don't know what the [ __ ] going on and she's walking away. That's weird. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you? >> No. >> What's your name, my girl? >> Devonte. See? And then when I asked if you were Devonte, you told me no. How do you spell your name? >> D E V O N T E. >> What's your last name? >> It's T U R E R. >> What's your middle initial? >> What's your date of birth? >> You guys have any like an order of protection against each other or anything? How long have you guys been married? >> Married about a couple months now. >> Okay. What's your phone number? Where do you live? >> Chicago. >> Where's that at? Well, >> actually, I just moved with her, so >> Okay. Where does she live? >> Bloomington. >> What's the address? >> I have no idea. >> Okay. Where are you working at right now? >> Uh, truck driving >> for what company? >> Mumu. M O. >> Where's that at? >> Jovia. I'm H. That will go through >> 371 by name and date of birth. Lesus Turner Tom Union Robert Nora Edward Robert versus is Devonte David Edward Victor Ocean Nora Tom Edward Middle is E Edward. >> So how long ago did she get that when you picked her up today? You're saying that's how she got it? >> She's like 2 weeks old. >> Two weeks old. Okay. When's the last time you guys saw her mom? >> We just left her crib. >> Okay. But prior to that? >> What do you mean? >> So you just left the house. You just saw her. When was the last time you saw her prior to that? >> Yesterday. >> Yesterday. >> Yeah. We were in the house. >> Okay. So, if it's been a couple weeks old, how did mom just notice it on her face right now? >> Cuz she just now told her like a couple days ago. She didn't notice it just now. That [ __ ] was like 3 days ago. She just told her that. >> I'm not tracking. >> Like she just told her 3 days ago, but it's like a week and a half old. >> Okay. But you just said that you just saw her yesterday and mom's saying that she just saw it tonight. It was the first time the first >> she seen that [ __ ] a couple days ago. >> Okay. >> I was there when she told her about it. >> Well, yeah. I'm not doubting that. >> I miss it. Well, how did she get the black eye? >> She hit her face on a door when she was working with her brother. >> She hit her face on a door. That is the classic playbook. Plus the way he's acting and like he said, "Yes, I should control her. She's my wife." All those points. So, you definitely hit her. All of it. the way he's acting. She can't even go talk to the police by herself. He like I said, he's going to yell across the aisles. You don't have to talk to them. >> They're working on her car at her dad's house. >> Well, do me a favor. Any tie with Officer Fresh real quick. Okay. >> This happened. I was like I was confused as [ __ ] I thought we was coming here to get medicine. I don't >> Is there any reason you wouldn't let her go by herself? Yeah, cuz that's my wife and y'all got the cops here and I don't know what's going on. >> We got married. >> We are. >> You are? >> Yeah. >> When did you get married? >> Got married a couple months ago. >> Okay. >> That's not what I've been told. >> We went to the courthouse. >> Yeah. >> Does anybody else know that? >> Yeah. >> Who else? Who else knows that? >> Okay. But mom doesn't know that. >> Her mom. >> Gotcha. >> Okay. You sound like sounds like it doesn't add up. So who are you? What are you saying? Are you asking me? What do you say? >> Yeah, man. I'm just saying you're saying that you're married. But >> yeah, >> everyone else we talked to doesn't have that information. >> Oh, like the mom and stuff. >> They don't just went to the courthouse. She wants to Okay. All right. Um, you have some ops. >> I got some ops. >> Yeah, some past ops. What are those for? >> You know what an OP is? >> Like something like it. >> Okay. So, that doesn't speak well either to his history. He has past orders of protections against him. >> Years in the past and stuff. >> Cases and [ __ ] They probably I think that's like a standard that they do like when you catch they auto protection. >> I never had like I never had someone like >> So how many me? >> How is it like make multiple >> I have no idea cuz I think I had an aggravated battery and then a domestic and then how many ops is it? >> A couple. Yeah, that battery in the rescue. That grand barrier was a public situation. So, I have no idea how they do that. >> I know for a fact that I don't have any like actual OBS or something like this person, but how long you guys been together for? >> Um, do you have a paper bar? >> I have his info already if you want to go talk to her. All right. Babe. Babe. >> Okay, here. He's about to get more creepy with it. But, um, I think the past orders of protection were from other relationships. I don't even know if it was from this one. Uh, let me know if y'all heard specifically if it was past relationships or if it was this one cuz I was I was over here in the chat again. But yeah, I'm not surprised by that history. But here he goes calling across the aisle as if and and this is his supposed to be sweet voice. It is not sweet. It is creepy and scary. >> You okay? Does her brother live in town where this happened at? the what the uh with the door. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> Was he there? I mean, obviously it was there when it happened. So, if I call him and I ask him, he's going to tell me the same story. >> Guess you have his phone number? >> No, I don't I >> What's his name? >> Austin. >> Austin. This is about a week ago at the at his house. >> Her dad's house. >> What's your name? >> Monster. >> There's a bottle. >> Mhm. >> What's your badge number? 12756. >> And I don't know if I said it prior, but I've had a body cam on this whole incident. >> That's cool. >> Glad though. Y'all should >> You understand our suspicions though, right? We're investigating a domestic. You don't want her anywhere near us. >> You want to kind of control her right now and just figure out where she's going. >> Cuz this like y'all was trying to like create a domestic situation and it was like that's not even what's going on. That's not it. I I told you that we needed to talk separately and you were just refusing to let her just walk away from you. >> Yeah, because I'm trying to figure out what's actually going on. You talking about you need to tell me you need to talk separately. That's not telling me anything. >> Tells you a lot that I just need to talk to you separately. It's It is what it is. >> That's all that's telling me though. It's not telling me why >> exactly. Once you guys separate, then I can tell you exactly why I'm going to talk to you. >> Right. Well, that's my wife and if I want her to be near to me, that's where I want her. Babe. >> Babe. >> Dude, stop talking to her. We are talking to her. >> Talk to her. Babe, >> you're distracting her at this point. >> We're investigating domestic violence. So, no, you can't. We're separating you. That's how we do. >> Thank you. Thank you to all these officers, the ones that keep confronting him with the questions on why do you keep trying to get her? Why can't she be by herself? Why can't she talk to us? Thank you to this officer that walked up on him. Like, what the hell are you doing? Because sometimes the officers, they let the victim be right there questioning them while the person that they're a victim of is right there, too. So, I really appreciate the physical separation and checking him. Like, he's still going his voice going to do what it does, but at least they're not just like letting it fly. Like, she can at least see that they're not playing games with him. >> Our job. So, you don't have the right to talk to her right now. So, under grounds, we're investigating domestic violence where she's the victim and you're the suspect. That's fine. Does that make sense for you? >> Mean I can't talk to her. >> I had to move, so that's why. >> Okay. Well, we're still going to end up together after this, so Hey babe. >> Dude, you need to stop. Cuz at this point, you're going to be obstructing our investigation. >> I'm not obstructing the investigation. >> You are. We just told you you cannot talk to her. Why are you not understanding? >> Yes, we are. >> You're still talking to her, aren't you? >> Yes, we are. >> Okay. So, >> but you're obstructing it. You're obstructing it. >> If you I'm not preventing you from talking to her. >> Yes, you are. You are trying to get her attention. Actively preventing it. >> You can still talk to her, though. >> Okay. I'm not going to play this game with you, dude. >> It's not a game. It's actual facts. You can still talk to her.
