Okay, let me get my camera together. Where are we at here? There we go. All right. Yes, T. Roberts, I am here to let you help you pass some time. Um, my mom's passing is in December, close to Christmas. I promise. I understand. All right, so we're going to jump right into it. If you don't like talking, that's fine. We we chill in the chat. I respond to the chat, read their comments, have my own reactions. Of course, all of these were suggested by my trendy tribe people. So, the first one is Brinks truck driver caught stealing $14,000. This is my first Brinks employee robbery. So, let's go ahead and get started. >> On November 29th, 2025, deputies got a report from Brinks about a Brinks employee who was suspected of taking a missing bag loaded with money. Hey, how's it going, sir? Good. >> So, what's going on? >> All right. Um, I'm with We're both with Brinks. I'm with Brink Security. And last Friday, the 21st, we had a uh messenger who went on route. Messengers are the ones that drive the armored vehicles. That's >> right. >> Um, he checked out his route and one of the bags like midstream. He didn't even finish his route. He only did three and then he came back, made an excuse that um his kid was sick or something, so he had to come back. Well, we're missing a bat. So, uh Liz was here um kind of supporting the branch here and watched him go to a rest stop. Well, we don't service a rest stop. The trucks up >> the one up on the interstate. >> Yeah. Do you know if they have cameras up there? >> I don't. Uh they might. I'll have to check. Okay. But we have cameras in our truck so I can see him. >> He takes his backpack out and he takes uh brings coal bag. The coal bag is the black bag that where they put their uh money and stuff in and they go in and out of the a business. Well, he takes his bag and he goes probably to the restroom. So, I want to pull I want to pull the hard drive from the truck and see actually where he goes. But then we get him coming back to we have internal cameras also that we can see live and he brings his coal bag back and he takes his backpack out and then he starts stuffing stuff on top of the bag trying to conceal like he opens up his backpack. >> He stuff on top of the >> inside of his backpack. >> Okay. >> So he gets his you see him get his jacket and he opens up his backpack and he stuffs his jacket on the top of it. So that's where we believe >> they took the money out of the delivery bag. Yeah. >> Put it into his backpack most likely. >> Yeah, cuz he left. So he left with five ATM bags. I counted them before he left. He did no ATMs. >> He stopped at the rest stop. You see him get off with the bag. He comes back on, takes his backpack out, shoves his stuff on top. And >> so he stops at the rest stop. He takes a money bag and his backpack out of the truck, right? >> Yeah. >> And then comes back and takes his backpack out of the money bag, puts his jacket on top of it, zips it shut, comes back to the branch. Nobody searches him. He leaves with his backpack. I counted on camera only four ATMs came back. He didn't do any ATMs. There should have been five ATMs. >> So, he's dumb and a thief because the obvious things I would think you would not do is stop close to your job to put money in your backpack and then you have your backpack out where they see you pulling your backpack out. Then they count the bags. You coming back with only four bags. Come on, man. Come on, man. >> 13 rounds. 13 stops. >> 13 stops. >> So place the rest stop. Would that >> ever happen normally for a driver to go to a location that's not part of their route? Now >> you could have gone to the bathroom, but not with a with a cold bag. >> Yeah. >> Right. You never take the bag. I'm assuming that's part of like protocol. The bags don't >> because they have a route sequence that they have to adhere to. And when they deviate from that, they know the branch knows that they went off a route, >> right? So that wasn't even on the route. There's no stop at that truck stop or the rest stop. >> Is it even is it in between any two stops or >> it's on our drive back branch >> cuz he was in Panama City Beach. >> So I called him today and talked to him and said hey you know did you have any problem with your route? Uh he goes no. I said hey I I understand that you quit. He goes yeah I quit just not for me. So after he left that day uh when did he throw his uniform? So, I guess between when he brought his job back and didn't finish it on Friday and when they showed up to open the ranch on Saturday, he threw his uniforms over the fence and texted the manager that he quit and he has >> Oh. Oh, wow. Okay. Okay. Um, I want to know how long he's been working for Brinks because it's one of two things. Like Rose said, he got the job just to try to do this. Secondly, he's had the job for a while, fell on some crazy hard times, and thought this makes sense and I won't get caught. But then to throw to throw your uniform over the fence and say you quit, you got to know if there was nothing else for them to suspect. That right there would be crazy. Oh, we don't suspect anything. We're good. He everybody when they quit throws their clothes over the the fence. >> Been back since >> Yeah. I'm going to bring the Brinks folks in so they can show uh pull up their equipment and play the video of this dude potentially stealing $100,000. >> Would that be considered armed robbery? >> I was he armed? I mean, >> yeah, >> I don't know about armed robbery, but cuz he was It's not like he threatened anyone to do it. >> Not really a burglary either because he's driving his truck >> 2013 for kidnapping. I don't know if it was domestic. >> Yeah, it was kidnapping and child endangerment. >> Yeah, probably domestic then almost certainly was surprising he was able to get his >> his D and >> that's what we said. >> It wasn't surprising from your family, but DG. >> Yeah, >> this happened quite often. Not really. Not that much money. No, it sounds like he's kind of screwed on this one cuz that's the part that they don't understand is they always think they're slicker than the last one, but Burns is doing this for 17 cuz I'm I'm guessing from the sound of it like everything's logged. Like you know how many money bags went out, you know how many came back. The only person who had access to the money was him. So if it's not where it's supposed to be, he took it. And then Yeah. Then you have him on video doing something he's not supposed to do with the bag, taking it out at a rest stop, like doing weird stuff with his backpack, quitting, hanging up. Like the PC is going to be there to arrest him for sure. >> We can account for every bag, every bag that's put on the truck. I'm >> surprised they'd run one B to have >> Yeah, >> I thought there was always two on these things. >> I did always think there were two drivers as well. Every time I see a Brinkst truck, I I I thought there's always two drivers. So that's interesting. I think you should have two drivers for something like this. Um, also, yeah. Okay. How do you not know your truck's being live watch? I feel like they tell you everything to deter you from stealing. Like, hey, if you think about it, we've seen it all. If you do this, we track you here. We can record you here. We know where your truck is. We know how long it takes to drop money off. We literally see you messing with your backpack. Magic cuts. >> See, he's just stuffing a bunch of >> Would it be normal to ever put personal bags inside of >> No, they're supposed to have clear bags. >> Everything's supposed to be clear. >> They're not supposed to have a backpack at all. >> No. >> No. Well, >> oh, you can see it in his body language. >> We when I worked at a call center, we couldn't even bring a backpack into the call center. Call center had no cash anywhere there and we could not bring a backpack in there. So, you come on, man. A backpack in your Brinks bag. His adrenaline's up because he's just >> like think he get away with that. >> He's no >> He'd been with us two months. >> So he thinks he can just pull one quick one and then get out of there. >> Yeah. I mean, I don't know if he thought we had >> So this could be a >> Okay, so Rose, your guess was right. He got the job just to get the money cuz two months is nothing. You ain't even passed your 90-day probation. Omar said, "I never heard of Brinks driving their own truck." Who's supposed to drive it? What you mean? Like, oh, so Brinks, you thought you're saying Brinks probably, you thought they owned the trucks, but then they contracted out for drivers, maybe. Um, Rose said, "I thought it was three total. Two in the front, one in the back with the money if I'm not wrong." Shall like not this truck. Teresa said they definitely have two. The one driving usually stays in the truck. I'm like, that makes sense. Two or three makes sense to me. One makes no sense to me. >> Fun one because if he if we get him at his house. Oh, you do a search warrant. >> Search warrant on the house cuz we got to find the money or other >> him coming back in. >> So, did he take an extra? >> Yes. So, the night vault who put all the stuff in his bucket put a piece that was not supposed to be on his route in his route and instead of saying, "Hey, I'll put this bag in here there. I don't go here." >> Okay. So, was it an administrative error or >> It was an administrative error that he then turned into a theft >> and it happened. Not here. It is right here. So he in his mind he's probably thinking it's unaccounted for. >> That's exactly what he thinks that it's not in the scanner cuz it would normally be in the scanner, >> right? >> So that's why he thought he could pull the fast one. >> Yeah, that makes sense, >> man. Brinks is going to track all this. >> He's a dumbass. >> Hey, he's got a red Chevy Silverado. Yeah, if you would if you can get a a subtle eye without being super visible while I work this. >> We have um four other shortages involving him. What's that? >> Just I have four other shortages involving him that we just found out after this. I got to put those cases together. It's >> They're fel They're over $1,000. >> No, that's no comparison to 100,000. >> Yeah, I wanted to get the 104 back card for >> County Sheriff's Office. Go ahead. Step out for me. What? Explain that a minute. >> Stopping that guy or what? >> He casually had his arm out that truck like he couldn't possibly know why they would stop him. He might be a box of rocks just stealing and thinking he getting away with it because what? We have him stop. He's got uh about $920 and just 20s in his wallet. So, we're still out with the truck. I can't see anything in plain view for us to search it or anything like that, but uh we're just going to hang tight with the truck. So, he's got all 20s in his wallet. >> Okay. >> So, we're going to seize that money. >> 20 would be. >> So, count how many 20s are >> y'all saw how fresh those 20s were? They were they were crispy and they were kind of stuck together. That's fresh money. >> Has he said anything at all? Nothing. We haven't But we haven't Miranda asked anything. >> The only thing he did say when we got him out of the truck, uh, he said, "What is this about?" But >> we just said, "We'll get to you in a minute about it." >> Okay. >> How much money did he have? >> $980. >> But it was 3820s and $200 bills. >> 3820s is consistent. The money was set for an ATM and it was all in uh was all 20s. >> So 104K and 20s. >> Mhm. She said it was 10 bricks. And >> Omar said, "Damn, that could have been his last check he cashed." It still could be, but unfortunately for him, the totality of the evidence is not looking good for him. It's too coincidental for him. >> Two bands like and in the video, it's it's like big bags of of money. They're clear blue, and you can see the bags and all the money in them. Mr. Miller. I'm Deputy Glass with the sheriff's office. Since you're in handcuffs in the back of a car, I got to read you this before we can talk. Okay, >> I got you. >> You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that, sir? >> I do. Yeah. >> Um, what branch of the military were you in? >> Marine Corp. >> Marine Corps. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. What Where'd you serve at? >> Uh, all over the place. I was in Okinawa, California, North Carolina, Michigan. Um, anywhere. >> What'd you do? What was your MS? Uh, >> military police can handle it. >> Okay. Okay. Um, yeah, I've done most of that. >> Oh my god. Of all the things that he would have, first of all, to be a Marine, sir. And then you were a cop in the Marines basically and you doing How did y'all catch people? How did you Okay, I know it's not the same. They're not It's not the same same, but I'm just saying like it's some things I feel like um when you have a job, especially if you're making it a career, there are certain things you know about your career. So, you would be very careful about things because you know so much about them. And he, this is the part that gets me. It's not him stealing because stealing when you're on hard times, people do it. What gets me the most is him throwing that uniform over the Brinks fence. That's what that's that's where it's too high. And then you know how much tracking stuff that happens in the military. You don't think Brinks is tracking you? Like it's like the the security surveillance of it all just left his mind too. This is what's baffling me. It's not that he stole cuz people will do some crazy stuff for money. >> That stuff to be honest. I've been stateside all my career. Never got any of the deployments unfortunately. >> I missed it. Did you retire or did you just >> I got hurt. I needed a knee replacement. So >> ah. So you got disability from the VA and stuff like that. Okay. >> If the N see now I'm pissed. I'm pissed because if he has disability coming from the VA, y'all, it's a it's a nice check. I don't have one yet. I'm still working on my stuff, but I can tell you it's a nice check. And if he is getting VA disability, he's in the system. He's getting paid for his knee injury and everything. It's not It's definit You can't even fall on real hard times if you're getting a VA disability check. And I know there's different percentages, different allocations for different injuries, but I'm telling you, I think he's probably at max. If he's not, he's probably close to max. Now, you're risking your guaranteed income cuz you want to work for Brinks for two months. And blatantly still, you get what you get. >> Um, so the reason that we're talking to you right now, uh, >> I already know that Mike Wong called me, but I didn't get their money, so they lose [ __ ] all the time. Okay. Okay. Well, here's here's the thing you got to understand. Brings has been doing this for a really long time. >> They have a lot of systems in place, some of which were jked to make this happen. However, there is a detailed record of everything. >> I know. I I worked there. I understand it. And I didn't take their money. Like, their bags disappear constantly. >> It's crazy. >> Because I quit. They were bitter about it. So, >> Okay. So, do you know the bag that they're talking about? >> I have no idea cuz I didn't take a bag. So, I don't need the details. I didn't take [ __ ] Well, it's crazy. >> Okay. Well, so you did a number of things that are abnormal, right? >> Why? >> Because every again, everything they do, everything's on video. Everything's tracked. >> Right. >> So, do you remember stopping at a rest stop on the way back from your route? >> Yeah. I had to go to the bathroom. >> You had to go to the bathroom. Okay. Did um why' you why'd you end your route early that day? >> Cuz my door was working. Both doors were like stuck shut. So I didn't I couldn't get in and out. >> Okay. Um so you're in the route early cuz the doors you say you stop at the bathroom on the way. Do you normally take a money bag with you into the bathroom? >> I had my black uh brin bag with me. Yeah, because the doors were all screwy. I didn't want to get locked out with everything. So I brought all the keys and everything with me in there. >> Okay. Um, do you normally bring that backpack that you had in in the money bag with you? >> Yeah, I bring all my stuff with me. >> Well, I mean, do you normally bring that bag to work? >> Oh, yeah. I bring it around the memorize your stuff. >> Okay. Is it a >> tip bag? >> Yeah. Is it is that in policy? >> I don't know what the policy is. >> All right. Well, they said that my understanding is that the if you have a personal bag, it's supposed to be either clear or like a mesh bag so you can see in it. And why I guess no one no one applies to that then. >> Okay, that may be so I'm just asking, right? Um >> y'all know it's it's grinding my gears. You stole, you know, you stole, but you want to act like you put out. I'd rather he um use his right to remain silent and don't explain anything cuz then I'm just left to guess on what happened or tell the truth and be humble about it. But to be put out as if you're the one that's wronged is crazy. And then you he fully expects them to believe him apparently. Come on, dude. It's $104,000. Apparently they did let the other ones kind of go cuz they it was little discrepancies like they said. So they kind of seem like either was building a file or they were just like we'll leave that alone. But they can't let $104,000 go. This is on you. And do they normally search bags like that that aren't uh clear or mesh bags? >> Um kind of sometimes it's not they don't follow protocol there. They're very sloppy. There's money everywhere and everything. This doesn't surprise me. They just accuse another guy of stealing money and that they weren't going. >> Okay. Okay. Well, understand, like I said, the way everything's tracked, it's very clear that you take all five bags out, the ATM bags, the blue ones, right? You take five ATM bags, you load them on the truck. That's all on video. >> Yeah. And I brought them back and I brought all of them back when they would indoor didn't work. >> And on video, they have you checking back in four bags, not five. >> I didn't take a fit bag, >> right? So that means that that bag disappeared while it was with you. You're the only person. >> No way. I had everything scanned in. Whatever. Like I guess I'll just take a lawyer cuz I didn't see any bags. So >> Okay. He knows. He knows he's the jig's out. Lean forward a little more. Get me there. >> Crazy, man. I'm good. >> No, you're good, man. You're good. I understand. >> This is just a huge misunderstanding. I don't think it's crazy, but whatever. It all get worked out. >> Well, since it's a misunderstanding, it's a fair question. Uh would you be interested in giving us consent to search your truck and your house to verify that uh there's no money that that's not supposed to be? >> No. This is crazy. >> Don't worry. >> Don't worry. They don't care about your consent cuz any good judge I feel like would have enough for them to to sign a warrant to search your truck in your house. Don't even worry about it. They got it. >> Like I didn't steal [ __ ] unless they be taking it. >> Well, I you mean you say you didn't do it. I understand. So, I'm just offering an opportunity to help us dispel if there is a misunderstanding. Help us dispel it. >> Yeah. Gotcha. No, I'm sorry. >> Not a problem. Police spoke with his wife and she stated he does not normally carry large amounts of cash. Brian Miller was Dang, the wife the wife didn't help. I wonder if she know he'd be stealing cuz I don't want to know how he now he he just got it so he didn't have time to like incorporate it into the household. I wonder what she would have thought if he started bringing home more money like that. Wife said no he don't care that much cash on them. Oh, well sir, there you go. That's there's there's that one. It was not cashing a paycheck. Cynthia said it's a uh wait, she said, "You idiot. That's just so ju that's just to catch you thieves." And then T. Robert said he know he's caught. That's why he's sweating like a vampire with garlic. Auntie N. That's what I'm saying. Just shut up. There's nothing you can say. Why are you talking now? You calling everybody else an idiot that that you work with. No, they slick knew what you did and they going to call the police. Why confront you? I'm definitely not confronting a former veteran Marine that could have PTSD and he's already injured and he just possibly is getting back into the workforce. Then come to find out he has domestic violence on his record. I think they were talking about earlier. I'm not talking to you. I'm going let you walk on out the door. Got my surveillance and I'm calling THE POLICE. WHAT WHAT is it to talk to you about? For my safety. No, it's not happening. Omar, I'm done with you. Leon, I'm done with you, too. Oh my gosh. >> Charged with firstdegree felony grand theft over $100,000. He was released on a $50,000 bond. His court case is still active. Share your thoughts below. >> My thought is he's stupid. There you go. Oh, and that was Body Cam K9. All the links to the videos are already in the description. Okay, next video. woman snaps and tries to run over her ex and his brother. >> Here we go. >> You're not free to go, ma'am. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're not You're not free to go. If you leave, you're going to be arrested. Do you understand me? Stop the car. You caused a crash. Stop the car. >> On February 22nd, 2025, officers were dispatched to a residence after receiving reports of a disturbance involving a woman allegedly using her vehicle to threaten two victims. win out of this. You just hit my car. I'm so happy that God >> Yo yo yo. Hey, >> please turn it down so we can settle this up. Please >> turn it down, please. >> Blame the devil. This is your >> Okay, listen. This is what we're going to do. >> I'm just trying to leave with my car. You're on my car. >> Oh, you're trying to leave, but >> Okay. Yo, >> I came to get my car. >> Guys, do me a solid. I appreciate >> my car. >> Okay, listen. Let me do one thing at a time. Okay. We're going to get this settled. >> One thing at a time. All right. >> Gift or no gift. Legally speaking, this is my vehicle. >> Ma'am with you. >> Ma'am. Hello. >> I am trying to take you. Ma'am, >> ma'am. >> I need to talk to you. Will you please stop talking to him? >> Yeah. I came back to get my car. Get the off my car. >> Stop. >> Before I remove you from my car. >> Stop. >> Stop. Ma'am, >> take the keys out of the car so we can talk. >> You're not in the car. >> Okay. Well, then shut the car off cuz you're not free to leave. I don't give a >> Okay. >> Okay. I was trying to find a way to phrase this. So, I'm going to take T. Robert's phrase. She is throwed off. That is exactly it because I had a couple of thoughts that I descriptive words I had for her, but I think throw it off is going to be the best one. Under the influence also may be another possible thing. There's another one I'm thinking about, but I'm trying not to throw that on her, but and not stupid because I'm gonna say stupid a lot, but a different thing I was thinking of. She's I don't understand. She moving that arm a lot to be in a sling. She just arm just moving around. I'm like, I never could do that if my arm is in a sling. >> So guys, tell you what, why don't you go on the other side of that car? That way she's not distracted. Okay. >> Do you mind? You can record from over there. I don't care. Just over there now. And where's James with the keys to my other car, >> ma'am? >> James can't drive your car. >> Yes, he can. >> You just throw that link. You just throw in that link. You can clear 335 with all parties. >> Yeah, >> you going to talk to me and tell me what's going on? >> Yeah, I will. >> I came to pick up my car, which is this one. >> This one's your car. And then I brought my friend to pick up that car that is also my car. >> Okay. >> I know it seems unlikely to see a 21-year-old girl that owns more. I have three. >> I'm not doubting that. >> Okay. >> But what I'm saying is, >> do you have documentation whose car this is and what's going on? >> Yeah, it's in that car. And the keys are Well, I'm trying to call the person who has the keys right now because he's the one who came to pick up my other >> Yeah. What's going >> T Roberts? Here we go. Uh, well, Lagon says she's rude and nasty. She is. She She already started off that way as if she wasn't the one that came to commit an assault with her car. And um, what what was the other one said? Oh, T. Robert said, "Those perks are wearing these kids out, baby. The way they literally pop perks like Tic Tacs." That might be one of the things she might be on. I really do feel like there's a substance involved somewhere. But how? But she's so laidback. I don't understand people that are so laidback and they committed the crime and they're still there at the crime scene. Like, do you think you were going to go home after this? Like, it was going to be, "Oh, I came to get my car. He wouldn't give it to me." No, you can't do what you did. >> Going on, man. >> Uh, were you the one that called us? >> Pretty much. >> You called us or she? >> Oh, no. No. That's my little brother that called. >> Okay. So, what's going on? >> Pretty much she bought this car for me, but she put it on her name. So, yeah, legally is her car. That car? >> Yes. >> She had bought it for me cuz I wrecked my last one. >> Okay. She bought this car for me. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, basically, I ended up leaving last night with the car. End up leaving last night because, you know, there was some weird [ __ ] that was going on. So, once I left, >> parked in here. >> She came over here, threw a rock on top of the car. >> Mhm. What was she coming over here to cause issues? >> She came to pick up her car, but you still you It doesn't make sense. You came to pick up your car but yet destroy it at the same time. >> Okay. So the car was here. She her intention was to come pick it up cuz she was buying it from you today. >> No, I'm not buying it for >> Oh, she had already bought it. >> She had already bought it. She bought the car for me. The car was here. >> Yes, she bought the car for me. >> And she was coming to pick it up. Okay. >> Yeah, but she put it under her name. >> So why is she destroying it? >> I still think the cop thinks he's saying she bought the car from me. He's saying it's a gift from her. She bought the car for me. I feel like the cops still he's catching up to to the for and the from right now. >> Your own car. >> Exactly. >> Hold on, man. >> Thank you. Why is she destroying her own car? >> It does, man. She She can do that legally. >> Exactly. >> What car did she What What happened? Who Whose car does she hit? What car is my >> brother's car? >> Where's that car? >> Would you like to like explain the whole situation from my point of view? I walk outside. >> All I see is I see a I see a black man. I don't know him. I see my brother and she just speeds off, right? Then she circles around. My brother's standing right here. The black guy standing right there and I'm standing right there. And she's just like coming towards us, acting wild, acting like a fool, letting the whatever freaking de demons in her head are just something just letting go of. Right. Then for no reason at all, she just freaking pulls up and hits my car. I'm glad she didn't like like dent it, but like >> So that's your car? >> This is my Yes. It's Well, it's not in my name. For real, Terry. that whatever she's on, whatever downer, opioid, whatever she's on, it is kicking her behind. I want to know what she's like without any substances in her body. It's just my personal >> property my fine. >> Where is Look, the reason I'm saying >> because something I just told you what's in my pocket and you're about to check anyway. So >> yo, I have to check your policy. Do you have your ID >> in my pocket? >> You're going to you know what you're getting charged with? You hit and run and resist. >> Where's the ID? >> Ace Moonshot says surely but in slow motion. Right. >> Which one? >> This this one. Why are you guys like deliberately acting stupid? >> We asked you to step out of the vehicle. You refused multiple times. I actually never said no, I will not step out of the vehicle. >> You actually see if I was a police officer, I'm not asking I'm not answering dumb questions. If you sit here and you you you're the one you know you look dumb. You look dumb. You're acting dumb. You try to tell ask me why are you guys acting stupid and I'm going to I'm not answering that. That's stupid cuz then I look stupid trying to talk to you. You going to get silenced. Lovable said she had to pick up her phone to see who everybody who's who we're talking about. Yeah, you got to catch this. >> I told you you were not free to leave. >> You're not free to leave. You're trying to get Yes, you're proceeding to reverse and leave. >> I I leave. I did stop the vehicle. >> I told you before when I showed up on scene, you were not free to leave when I first scene. >> Also, who aren't you supposed to be reading me my rights right about now? >> I don't have to read your >> You're legally obligated to read me my random rights. Oh, that's the Okay, that's another one. Okay, whatever. >> Yes, officer. You are legally obligated to read her her Loranda rights as she refers to it. She probably ain't even cleared to drive. Probably not with the medication and that injury. Mm. >> Okay, that's another one. >> I don't have to read your rights. I'm going to ask questions in the car. >> You didn't have a seat. >> No, you just asked me a multitude of questions. >> Have a seat in the car. Have a seat in the car. >> You 65 6527. I'm right there. >> All right. So, y'all are standing out there by the car. >> Yeah. Right. I'm They're standing right there. I see them speed off. I see her speed off. I walk up to them and then I see her car wrap around and she's just heading straight towards me, my brother, and other. >> Where were you at? Show me exactly where you're standing. >> You see where that car is? Right there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I'm standing where all these like weird food patties are right here. I'm standing like right here. >> And And she swerved in here. >> Yeah. She swerves in here trying to hit us. >> Not trying to hit us, trying to threaten us or whatever. I don't know. Girl's crazy. >> And then Let's get her out of here. >> Hey, can you grab them keys off of her? >> Car's getting toast. >> I need those keys. This is This is >> Whoever's registered to is who owns it right now. >> This is a crime scene right now. >> Hold tight real quick. >> I'm going to put the seat belt on yet. >> You haven't seen? >> Yeah, my vehicle. >> I just want the key. Evidence is yours. the registration of which is in the 2024 Buick and Visa that is also my vehicle. >> We didn't have to go this far. All you had to do >> Yeah, we didn't. But that's the other thing, too. I would have gotten out of the vehicle if you guys want ripping me out of >> All right, go ahead and take her and I'll take everything else. >> They asked her to park that car how many times? They asked her to get out car how many times? And she would have gotten out. You wouldn't have gotten out. That's the whole point on how they had to pull you out. Also, if her names, if her name is on the second vehicle that she wants back, she had every legal right to just get her vehicle, but she wants to do it the violent way and crash into cars, try to hit people. It helps nothing. Now, you owe for a tow. You going to owe for whatever it takes to get out of jail. You might have fines. You have two wreck cars now thanks to yourself. Yeah, she's drunk or high. Wow. Yeah. T baby. Right. Then she started the vehicle after the cop told her to turn it off. Yep. >> I have your phone. I have your ID. >> And my keys. >> The keys go with them. >> Why? It's my car. >> Give me a second. >> What do you mean the keys go with them? >> Give me a second. >> What's the matter with you? >> A second. >> That rage is piercing through the percoet. High. Let me ask >> what it are. Are the keys the keys go with her or what's what's the deal with that? >> See, he said something about turning the vehicle, but I'm more than willing to take the car back to her mom. >> Is it her car? >> It is her car. >> It doesn't matter. >> All right, man. >> You can want, but bro, >> it come >> um Can I talk to you real quick? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Who is that? Your sister? >> No, I don't I don't know her. That's That's his situation. >> That's your ex >> ex-girlfriend? No, not bloodrelated. >> Do you want to press charges? >> Yes, I want to press charges >> for the assault. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> He came at you with the car, right? >> She came at me with the car and then she hits my car. >> Make sure you get a statement from him and say you want to press charges. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> He's Which Which? >> Uh the one with the stripe. >> What' you say about the keys? >> Um she's going to get that. And then that's your ex. How long have have y'all been dating? >> We've been dating about like 3 months. You >> ever had kids together? >> No kids. You told me to talk to one of y'all about writing a report and pressing charges. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Can I do that? >> Yeah, you can. Absolutely. >> All righty. >> So, you want to press charges, right? Yes. Okay. I don't blame you uh for a second there. I mean, >> you see, you literally think she's trying to hit you, >> that Yeah. >> Okay. >> I wouldn't be yelling something in Spanish. >> Yeah. I wouldn't be surprised if she was actually trying to kill us or something. >> Okay. But she How many times do you think she backed up and went forward? Do you think? >> Three times. >> And And was she like aiming for you guys every time? So you guys are kind of like running in. >> Yeah, literally. >> Okay. When she hit the car, where were you guys standing when she actually made contact with the car? >> When she made contact, I was standing behind. I'm not sure where he was standing, but my brother was standing like near my car. >> Okay. >> And then she pulls in and just hits it like just just bumps it. >> Okay. >> You can't see any woman who's shooting the dog. >> What happened here? She Okay, so earn her on, man. Like, >> mind you, I'm waking up to the door being banged on. >> So, she comes She comes to I guess grab the keys. But before she grabs the keys to the car, right? >> I was like, "Bro, why are you even doing this? You You said you bought this car for me. Why are you okay?" Whatever. She starts throwing rocks at it before she said she couldn't even bust the window because uh you know she's a girl so she's throwing the rock but like she she couldn't even bust the window. She threw one on top of here and uh from there man it was just yo okay if you wanted the car back >> and you're going to sit here destroy it kind of defeats the purpose of you know what I'm saying wanting the car back. >> Yeah. After that, she ends up giving the keys to my dad. I end up eating with her. We were supposed to go grab some food. On the way going up here since I wasn't telling her where I wanted to go eat, I said, "I don't care. I don't care." She's like, "Oh, no." Boom. Punches me. >> Oh, okay. So, Jacqueline, to answer your question, seems like they're still dating. She is not an ex. Um, we think it's over a girl, but she ain't she wasn't trying to break up with him, but she, you know, this is how she wanted to show she was angry. Apparently, Terry Tab said he's milking this. I know you're talking about the younger brother. I'm thinking, but yeah, I be I'd be like, heck y'all pressing charges. Um, Leon said that little boy ain't playing. Terry, she should have should have vetted him before dating. And why are you giving him a card? Like what are you doing >> today? >> Yeah, >> this morning. >> Yeah, look busted. She punches me. >> Hold on a second. >> Okay. >> She punches me and after that we go to uh we go we finally make it there. >> This morning this morning. Yes. We finally make it to Waffle House and she's just sitting here basically talking her [ __ ] She's like, "Oh, just get out the car. Come on, get out the car and we're going to go get some food." I'm like, "Nah, no. I'm not even know. If anything, I done ate a knuckle sandwich. I'm thinking I'm full." You feel me? She hit >> Kudos for him for not hitting her cuz I can only imagine. She like she got a mean fist. She does. Um, she was smart enough not to put the car in his name. That's one thing. But that's how she also should have just got her car back instead of assault with a deadly weapon. And I think he was saying leaving the scene of a crash and oh domestic violence cuz she punched him. And then to be so miserable that you do all that to end up at Waffle House. I have nothing. I'm not a classist against Waffle House. I am in protest against Waffle House because they took away my strawberry waffle. Just want to be clear about that. I used to love Waffle House and it took my damn Waffle and you're called Waffle House. It It just I cannot with them. Yeah. Now it's turned domestic. T Roberts. Terry said, "Why did I know a Waffle House would be involved?" >> Me again, punches me dead on the nose. My nose started to bleed a little bit. And then um >> so she came over banging the door first. >> No, no, no. She did this [ __ ] >> She did damage first. Banging the door and then she said, "Come have breakfast. Yeah. Like >> that's what that's weird. >> Tell me about it. Yeah. >> That what? >> Yeah. Yeah. Trust. I've done dealt with it for the last three four months, man. So, yeah. She basically >> need to reevaluate your relationship. >> I wish I could get my damn day. >> All right. We got everything we need. >> Get her the hell out of here, please. >> She was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Domestic aggravated assault, simple battery, resisting without violence, and criminal mischief. >> All deserved. Forgot the aggravated part. All deserved. Yes, we ride at Dawn to Waffle House. Uh T Roberts. Yes, because I am still mad to this day. Um Terry Tab said, "Not the strawberry waffle. They left behind the stupid I'm sorry if y'all like these. The stupid plain waffle. I think the peanut butter waffle. Maybe a chocolate chip waffle pasta. I don't want any of those. I want my strawberry waffle. Oh, it irks me so much. All right, the next one >> on March 31st. >> And that was uh NY detective who had that video. He said he didn't want nothing to eat. He was full cuz she gave him a knuckle sandwich. Yes, he did. Evony, he's quick on his feet. Look, that was a little witty right there. Okay, next one we have is starving kids abandoned at hotel for hours while mom gets drunk. This is uncovered. First, police were called to a hotel after three children were seen alone in the lobby for nearly 5 hours. Officers arrived and learned that they'd been locked out of their room by their alcoholic mom, who had also refused to feed them. >> What's the issue? What's Why did you get called? What's going on? >> I got called and said their mom, they're hungry. Mom's not feeding them dinner. >> Does that sound about right? >> Yeah. >> So, hold on. What What room is she staying in? >> Uh 1:42. >> 1:42. I was going to give my mom back her wallet cuz she's Ella said she's going to buy us food. >> Yeah. So, she tried to make a lie so we can get away from them. >> Okay. To get food. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What was your name, buddy? >> Garrett. >> Garrett. How do I spell your name? >> G A R R E T. >> She called me a little bit ago and said, "Mom keeps telling them to go to bed. They're hungry. They need dinner." >> And she was refusing to get them dinner. But okay, hold on one second. Don't go anywhere yet. >> She just kept telling him to go to bed. This is what she's told me. I told her I was going to be on my way. That's when I called Can. So that's all I know. >> Okay. Say that last part one more time. >> Uh that that's all I know about it. >> No, before that. >> You said they wouldn't feed him dinner. Then you said something else. >> She wouldn't feed him dinner and she just kept telling him to go to bed. >> Oh. To go. Okay. >> A couple of days ago I had to walk home from school. Gosh, because she was sleeping and that's the day she wouldn't really wake up. >> Where do you go to school at? >> Oh, um Ashley says, "Seems like the mom does this often." Yep. Yep. Especially there was a couple things. I'm like, she's she has an alcohol problem just from the fact that you tell your kids to sleep off hunger, but you can actually afford to feed them. No. and you go get drunk at the bar because alcohol is not cheap, especially if you're not even getting it from just the the store, you're getting it from the bar. It's already marked up, but you're not paying for your kids to eat. And if you're in a hotel and there's a bar, there's got to be some kind of food around there as well. So, it it could be convenient, but you're just choosing not to feed your kids. Then, like they said, poor baby had to walk home from school. And usually, if that's not what they're used to, it's probably a bus or something he takes or he gets picked up. And they usually live pretty far away from the school if they do ride the bus and stuff like that. So I don't I don't think it was a little short walk for him either to have to walk home from school cuz she's sleeping off her uh being drunk. >> I usually go on the >> So you guys normally live on Stormwall? What are you guys doing here in the hotel tonight? >> I was just on a call with my friend and they were playing games. >> No, no. Like why why are you guys staying here >> instead of on Stonewall? >> I don't know. cuz um G you know our grandpa uh I don't really know the full story but I read mom's messages with grandpa saying he locks he's locking the house >> like the entire house. >> Okay. So there was an issue on Stonewall and she had to come stay the night here. That's why you guys aren't staying at home. >> Has this been a thing with her? Like >> she was drunk and had a DUI and pregnant at >> uh Moina. >> When's the last time you guys ate? about 400 p.m. >> So she's she's she's sleeping right now. >> Yes. >> She's like passed out. >> Sometimes I um when we're in bed, I see her drinking wine. >> She's >> like, "Oh, we found some." >> She's an alcoholic. >> We found some bottles. >> It's sad when a kid has to say their parent is an alcoholic. My burning question is dad because it sounds like mom has primary custody if he's uh expecting her to uh well hold on. Okay. See the little boy said he had to walk home from school cuz she missed something but he usually rides the bus home. So I am I'm wondering about how did that happen? Um like as far as depending on her for a ride or something since he does take the bus. Um but I'm wondering okay burning question. Dad, are you going to seek primary custody? What do you think about all this? And I know we're not gonna find out everything on a body cam, but I want to know like what's happening now, Dad, because your your ex is an alcoholic. Your kids are aware she's an alcoholic. She's leaving them starving and she's done something so bad to have I guess her dad, which is their grandfather, kick her out and lock her out the house. So, dad, are we going for some primary custody here? What's going on? So, that's my question. Uh, Terry said, "I wonder if this is the first time the children have had to call law enforcement." That's a good question, too. Ace Moonshot said, "DUI and pregnant." Oh, wow. Yeah. Jacqueline said, "Most times the children protect the parents. These children are sick of her." Yes, I agree. I agree. >> And um my book bag. >> How long has she been sleeping tonight? >> Basically, she sleeps all night and sometimes sleeps all night. But today, how long has she been sleeping? >> We got home around. We got here around 3 something. >> How did you guys eat then if she was sleeping? >> To the gas station. >> Okay. So, you guys just had snacks. You didn't even have a real a real lunch or No, >> I should put the kids in the car and just don't go anywhere. Just hang tight. Okay. >> Yeah. Oh, hold on. Cuz I saw somebody else on the thumbnail of this video. We'll see if there's a man involved. Hopefully not. Um, but yes, T. Roberts, I think that if he if he went to court, he would get full custody. My question is, does he want full custody? >> Hello. >> She's like mumbling something. >> Hey, Jessica. Jessica, come here. Where your kids at? >> Jessica, can you come to the door, please? >> What' she say? >> Jessica, you your Where are your kids at? Jessica, do you know where your kids are? Your kids? Your children? >> You know me. >> Jessica, what are you doing? >> Where are your kids at? >> Jessica. Jessica, do you know where your kids are? Cuz they're not >> Why did they let her close that door? That was the slowest door closed. Why did they let her close that door? >> Not in there. >> Jessica, can you come back to the door, please? Jessica, I think the hotel wants you to leave. Yeah, Jessica, I think they want I think they want you to leave. Do you know where your kids are, Jessica? >> Where they at? >> Huh? >> You don't know where they're at, do you? >> I think she's saying no, thank you. >> Jessica. Jessica, can you come back to the door? We need to talk to you about your children. >> With no luck entering the rooms, officers get help from the receptionist. >> We got called here by a couple children because it seems like their mother's heavily intoxicated, refusing to feed them dinner. They haven't eaten all day. So, the kids called us here. We're here trying to check on the mom. She opened the door for a brief second and then basically slammed it on us when she seen it with us. Um, but she has no idea where her kids are. I mean, it's just I don't know necessarily what you guys want to do, but obviously we can't get in there. I don't know if you guys if you guys want her removed, then obviously we could go in the room, but unless that's the case, then we're kind of >> Are the kids in fear of their safety? >> They were. Dad's here now. >> Okay. >> Yeah, Dad. Dad's here for the kids now. So, >> okay. >> I was told to inform you of what's going on in the room >> and she won't let you in at all. >> No, I mean to be completely honest, if we get in the room and talk to her, she's probably going to be leaving with us. Like I said, if if it turns out that you guys are wanting her removed, then it's a different story. Then we can go in there. >> The kids were in imminent danger earlier, then yes, I do want her. Even though dad is here now, the kids were in danger. She left them running around all day. No, she's got to go. Like I can't have that >> especially with kids have been here since 4:00 4:00 and she's been intoxicated basically passed out in the bed the whole time. >> No, no, she's got >> So So she did >> I wonder what time of day it is right now. This body cam doesn't show the time stamp on these >> deadbolt the door I think. So okay I need the other two. She dead bolted the damn door. >> Yeah, I heard that top piece. So >> front desk. Front desk. Oh, that's such a cold switch right there. But I totally appreciate it. I know you got to have it. That's such a hotel voice. It just hit me cuz I just I don't know that voice like she she got the voice down. >> Front desk, please open the door. Front desk coming in. >> Oh. Oh, wow. Lock the door. Great. >> So, you want her out of here? >> Yes, please. I would like for her to be removed. >> Jessica. >> Jessica. Hi. >> They want you out of here. I need you to get up. >> What? Jessica, get your ish and get up. Oh, yes. That was a She has a good business voice. Ace Moon Smooth Shot >> because >> you know where your kids are at right now. >> Where they at? >> No, they're not. Look around. They're not in here. >> They're not even in this room. >> Stand up, Jessica. >> Get up. >> We got to get up. >> Put your clothes on. Get up. Get up. >> Hey, >> get up. >> Come on. No, Jessica. We ain't got time for this. Come on. >> Get up. >> You got to get up. Put your pants on. >> Jessica. >> Yes, ma'am. Yes, sir. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry, Jessica. Put your clothes on. We'll check our phone later. Come on. Give me the phone. >> Put your Put your pants on. >> We're not trying to do this. >> Put your pants on. >> Jessica, put your pants on. >> We're trying to do it nicely. >> I never want to be so damn bad that someone has to tell me to put my pants on in any situation. I don't I hope to never have someone need to tell me to put my pants on. >> Pants on, please. >> Come on, Jessica. Put your pants on. We got >> That is children's clothes, >> not your size. Those those are little kids clothes. >> Jessica, do you know why we're here tonight? >> Your children contacted us because of you in the state that you're in. >> Oh, sorry. >> Okay. But your where your Where are your adult pants at? Those are those are like >> This is all all children's clothes on her bed. >> Yeah. Where's >> Do you do we see Are these adult size? >> I also never want to be asked where are your adult pants? I don't want to ever have to run into that. Ashley said, "I remember calling my mom at work and being like, "What's wrong? You don't talk like that." Yes. Um, let's see. Ace Moonshot said, "Blott day drinker is bad, but when it's a mother, it's abysmal." >> Oh, here. Yeah. Here, let her put those on. >> Yeah, those might be dirty. Uh, well, they're better than nothing. >> She's wearing some. >> Yes, but it's cold out. Like, >> do you want to put these on instead? >> Here, put those on. Oh. >> Oh. Are those soiled? They're They're soiled. >> Well, >> do you have any other pants? Any other clothes in this hotel room? >> Bag. Maybe. >> What? >> Soiled. Like she peed on herself. Soiled. >> There's a bag right here. >> You tell us. >> Do you know why we're here? You know where your three kids are at? Where are they at? >> Home. >> They're home. No, they're here with you. >> They're not at home. >> They're not in here. And they're supposed to be with you, right? You don't see them in here, do you? >> We're going to see if we got a better pair of pants for you. >> That's wrong one. That's the left one. There you go. Can you stand up for us? Can you step on your own? [ __ ] Does she even have a coat? This is a kid coat. That's a kid coat. What about back there? Maybe. No. She's wearing >> Oh, yeah. Those are adult pants. Here, throw those on. >> As long as those aren't the wet ones. >> I don't know if those are so I don't want the soiled ones are on the bed. >> I just didn't know. >> Jessica, put those on. Okay, >> Jessica. Hey, put those black pants on. >> I just handed you We gave you a clean pair. >> Yeah, those are clean. Came out of the bag. >> We just took those out of the bag. No, no. You put them on top right here. What? >> These ones? >> Use those right here. >> See, those are dry. >> Put those back over there. There you go. It's cold outside. We just want you to have some warm clothes. >> I'm I'm holding you still so you don't fall over. I'm trying to help you put your pants on. I'm I'm just doing it so you don't fall over. That's all. >> What? >> Can you get them? >> If I get them on, >> I have a question. >> Yes. >> Then what? >> Then then you and I are going to go uh take a walk down the hallway. >> Just throw your pants on, Jessica. Come on. Stop. Stop. Keep your hand behind your back. >> When we get out here to the right is a wallet and a tablet. >> Um, if >> you wouldn't mind picking that up. You can probably put the tablet in here. >> Keep walking, please. >> Come on, B. Walk. I think she's >> Hey, what's Who's this? >> Should I take You want me to take the tablet with us? >> Yeah. >> Oh, hey. What's up? >> The kids can come in and get the tablet later. Yeah, just have a the kids just need to let you know that they need to get her. >> You think the jail's going to take her like this? No. >> I mean, worst thing you could do is say no. Just take her and if they don't, we'll go to Riverside. >> All right. This way. >> Not cut our feet off before we even jail. Drunk people go to jail all the time, you know. >> No, I agree. >> Somebody broke out of them not long ago. Can't remember whose cups. >> I don't know. >> But hey, look at these. Ain't nobody breaking out of these. >> I loosened this one up already. So, this one's good. I know. It's because your wrist is turned the wrong way. Turn. Turn your hand this way. There you go. >> That's better. I know. But you were neglecting your children. Have a seat. >> Oh my gosh. W cows. You are right. This is sad. I think because I've seen so many where the kids don't have another parent to lean on that. I'm a little more like But it is still cuz the kids have to live up under her. It is sad. I am um I don't know how to put it, but I'm I'm focusing on the other parts of Jessica, but I acknowledge this is sad. It it is there's no other way to say it. My um my silliness is coming out tonight is the best way I can put it. Um let's see. T Robin said, "What's crazy? They're going to play this video in court." I hope they do. Terry said, "I don't want to hear the name Jessica for a while now." And who said they said Jessica is in another country >> in here, please? Yep. You're good. Oh, hold on. >> You're >> No. >> No. You I'm going to have to get in there. >> No. >> Jessica, have a seat here, please. I >> I can't. >> Yes, you can. >> Stop. >> We're going to have to look it. >> Come on. >> Look, my wrist is >> Well, that's You're in handcuffs. They're going to be like that. >> The handcuffs are going to stay on. >> Oh, >> okay. Yep. Use that. I'm going to help you get in here. We're going >> to need you to step up, though. >> Take a step. >> We got you. We'll catch you if you fall. There you go. Lean in a little bit if you need to. Hey. >> Yeah. >> No. Still. >> Yeah. Still. You got to get in there still. Yes, ma'am. >> Oh. >> Have a seat in the in the squad car. >> You You can't use your arms. You're going to have to use your feet. >> Use your feet. Look right there. There's a step. >> Yep. There you go. I got you. Good job. Get your leg in there. Perfect. >> Thank you. >> I thought there was. >> All right. You going to be able to walk? Okay. What? No. >> You can't walk? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Okay. Go ahead and slide your feet out this way. So, we're going to get those taken off you. Yep. But we got to do it inside here. Okay. >> There is a little bit of a step here. You can use that to help you get down. >> Just slide forward a little bit. >> Yes, ma'am. We're going to take those handcuffs off you in just a minute. Okay. >> Okay. >> See that white square? >> We're going to go to that white square. >> All right. I just want to see her charges at this point if they going to say anything like child neglect and all that stuff. We still got some more videos to go and y'all know how I get towards the evening. I get real tired real fast. Okay, but um Wow said, wait, hold on. Love Scorpion says she's too drunk to break out of anybody's handcuffs. I agree. Ace Moonshot said, "I hope they play it in family court." I agree with that as well. I hope so. U and then Wow said, "Jessica doesn't even know what world she's in. Her children are hoping calling the police will get help for their mom. I agree. Most of the times the kids, they always lose. They always lose with these types of parents. I think this only one I have that even has anything to do with kids because I knew this one wasn't going to be one of those super serious compilations. But yeah, it's it sucks for the kids. It really does. I need that dad. Hopefully, he'll step up. You don't have to say it on body cam because I mean, you're not going to say everything you're thinking on body cam. You know, you develop a plan. Maybe he'll get his kids. I just hope he will. But because this is not she's not new to this, which means he knows she has an alcohol problem. He is well aware and the kids are comfortable telling it to the cops, which means they definitely were comfortable telling it to the uh to to their dad. So that the fact that they're still in her custody worries me about his motivation of getting the kids out of that and taking primary custody of the kids. Terry Taby said, "Come back through the portal, Jessica." Right. Nope. No certain time to drink, Jacqueline. Let's see. Ashley, I was saying the same thing. I'm not catching anything. Ace Moonshot said, "I bet she doesn't remember any of this when she so up." I don't think she will. I don't think she will at all. Um, let me see. Theres Sweet T said, "How embarrassing." And yep. Mhm. And Terry Tab said, "Trren, have you seen the videos where the toddlers are acting out and the parents start calling Jessica?" No, I have not seen that. Then, oh yeah, T Rob, that's probably why he left. I just need him to think about the kids. The kids still there. You left, but the kids are still there. Okay. I think her charges are coming up. >> The suspect was charged with child neglect and currently awaits trial. If you enjoyed this video, leave a like and be sure to subscribe for more body cam footage daily. eviction. >> Oh, thank you. Sorry, I was muted. My bad. My bad, y'all. I don't remember what I said about the end of the other video except the dad better get those kids. Summary, the dad better get those kids. For this next video, the channel is 50 police body cam and the title is eviction from townhouse erupts into mad house. And I don't think there's any kids involved in this one. I really hope there's not. Okay, here we go. >> You are now a place under arrest. Come to the door. Need to open the door. >> I can hear you inside. If you don't come to the door, we're going to breach the door. We're going to force it open. Open the door. >> I'm on I'm on the phone with the sheriff. >> That's us. >> What's the reason? >> Let's go ahead and talk about him. Tell you what, on the day of eviction, being on the phone with the sheriff's office is not going to help you. Showing them your supporting documentation that you supposedly have on the day of eviction is not going to help you. That decision was made in court by a judge. You got to be in court with that judge and the people trying to evict you and then plead your case. But it's too late once they show up to the door. Y'all will see. Don't press her. >> NO. GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF ME. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF ME. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> I'M NOT UNDERREST. GET OFF ME. GET OFF ME. STOP. the police. Put your HAND behind the back. >> GET off of me, >> ma'am. I DON'T WANT YOU HURTING MY ARM. >> Get off of me. 95. >> IT'S A lot of different personalities of cops in this room. You got your patient ones like, "Ma'am, we just need to you're evicted." Then you got the ones like, "I'm not talking no more. You're going in handcuffs." I'm like, "How'd this escalate so fast?" But it's different personalities of cops in here. No patience cops. Trying to be polite cops. No patience cops. Pulled out the handcuffs apparently. >> I GOT >> IT. LET ME GO. >> LISTEN TO ME. YOU KNOW WHAT? LISTEN TO ME. >> YOU KNOW WHAT? I'M GOING TO JUMP ON THESE. >> I ALREADY CALLED FBI. >> STOP MOVING. >> I ALREADY CALLED THE FBI. >> TRUST ME, THEY WILL BE OUT HERE. I USED TO WORK FOR THEM. >> OKAY. >> YEAH. DON'T PLAY NO GAMES FOR ME. WHAT HAVE I DONE? >> WHILE YOU ON YOUR SIDE OF ME, >> WE'RE TRYING TO cut to you. Stop. >> Because y'all keep doing this. >> SHERIFF'S OFFICE. IT'S A HARD >> BECAUSE IT'S NOT GREAT. THEY DOING THEY AIN'T NEVER BEEN ARRESTED. BUT I TELL YOU ONE THING THEN I GOT MY WHOLE COMPANY INVOLVED AND THEY WILL BE OUT HERE. >> NO. WHO SENT YOU OUT HERE ANYWAY? >> I'm not refusing. >> IT'S NOT. >> THESE PEOPLE HAVE >> WE HAVE PAID WHAT WE HAD TO PAY. >> YES, THEY ARE. >> I'VE BEEN THROUGH THIS WITH ROCKFORD OGAL COUNTY and they've been doing this. THEY'VE BEEN SCHEMING AND SCAMMING. YOU STEALING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. THIS NEIGHBOR RIGHT HERE HAS HAD OUR COURT >> PAPER DOCUMENTS IN THEIR HANDS. THEY BOARD IT OVER HERE. WHAT THEY DO WITH OUR DOCUMENTS? >> WE'RE NOT VIOLATING ORDERS. >> WE'RE NOT. IT'S JUST A PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER. >> WE DIDN'T PAY OUR ASSOCIATION DUE. >> EXACTLY. SO, WHAT THE PROBLEM? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? >> IT'S NOT RIGHT. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT TELLING ME. >> I don't like WHEN PEOPLE BE LIED. >> YEAH. >> GET THE OFF OF ME, PLEASE. >> I can't. >> NO. I AIN'T NEVER BEEN LOCKED UP AND NOTHING LIKE THAT. BUT I TELL YOU WHAT, I'M CALLING I'VE ALREADY CALLED FBI AND TRUST ME, THEY BE OUT HERE. I USED TO WORK FOR THEM. SO WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> WHAT JUDGE SENT YOU OUT here anyway? Because we didn't violate any >> I'm not saying she's never worked for the FBI. But I'm saying when people career drop like that, name drop all these things to show that they have some kind of clout, why don't they abide by the rules that they know who they work for have? Because I don't know. It's just like just like you don't see also what's going wrong on how you're handling this. Um, and if you already work for them and they coming down because of identity theft, where are they? Where's an affidavit or a memorandum for record to give to the court to say yes, this person has had their identity stolen. It is it is delaying the fees or whatever of them being notified of their court dates or whatever it is. Why don't you have a good process and procedure since you want a career drop that you work for the FBI? They they coming down right now because I just feel like you'd have more help if that was true and you' be handling some things differently if that's true. It could be totally true that the neighbors stole some mail. In this case, it just don't seem like it. Like, how do you happen to be on the phone with the sheriff's office when it's the day of eviction? And like Ashley said, they never planned on leaving. And they and they don't believe that they should be evicted. So, I didn't expect to see anything packed either. But you're on the phone at the moment the cops knock with the sheriff's office. Like, come on. Come on now. THEIR SHOES. >> All right. >> Sorry. >> WE HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. NO, THEY'VE BEEN CONSTANTLY HARASSING. EVERY LAST PERSON in this community been constantly harassing us >> and WE AIN'T DOING NOTHING. THEY KEEP PING DOCUMENTS ON OUR OCCUPANTS. WE ARE THE OWNERS. WHY IS THIS NEIGHBOR RIGHT HERE HAVE OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? >> Can I talk to you without you yelling at me for a minute? >> I'm not yelling. I'M JUST TALKING MY MAKE NO SENSE. I DON'T LIKE THIS KIND OF STUFF. >> LISTEN HERE. Let me try to talk to you. Okay, let me try to explain what's going on. Okay, understand this. All right, so this has obviously been going through court for quite some time. >> No, because let me finish. Let me explain where I'm coming from >> and now listen to where you're coming from. Okay, >> so we had a paper. >> Can you fix my glasses? >> It was signed by a judge >> that says that as of today, you guys are evicted. Okay, so it's our job. >> But why? >> FOR FAILURE TO PAY. NO, WE HAVE THE ASSOCIATE. We have all the receipts and we show them that. >> I get it. But listen, >> so far it's looking like I don't know if it's rent, too, but they're focusing on this homeowners association fees, which HOAs suck. I hate H I I thankfully do not currently live where we there is an HOA. But HOAs do suck. They are predatory. They can actually have their own laws that seem like they can't be overridden by actual law enforcement. It's a crazy thing. Watch John Oliver's thing about HOAs and you'll see how bad they are. They are horrible. But um so they're saying that the HOA is saying they're not paying their fees. They're saying they are. The first um the first time I thought there'd be a problem if I were them about tracking my HOA payments. You're getting paid in a the most trackable way. It is going to be a whole check to check, check to account transfer, electronic funds transfer. It's going to be something because if you are in the right, you can't depend on someone that wants you out to do right by you. You got to just have everything be tracked. However you need to do that. Um, let me see. Ashley said, "Unless you are a diplomat with immunity, where you work does not mean anything, right?" Oh. Oh, yeah. The That's what made me smile. She said, "Why are they wearing shades?" Lovable said, "Why is she have shades on in the house?" Terry T baby said it could be transitions. We'll see. We'll see. I wonder if she's going to because it should be lightening up by now. Terry >> me. Okay. When we tell you that we have to do something, you have to listen to us. And so >> we listened the first time. >> Okay. But when we have an order signed by a judge that says you as the sheriff's office have to go evict these people out of the house. >> EVICT FOR WHAT? WHAT REASON? WE'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH THIS. >> WHAT REASON? WE PAYING OUR MONEY. >> THESE FOLKS BEEN SCHEMING and scamming using our personal information. This chick right here, THIS NEIGHBOR RIGHT HERE CAME TO OUR DOOR WITH THE same documents in her hand. IN HER HEAD, BOTH one is Caucasian, the other one IS BLACK. WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH OUR >> WE DON'T HAVE ANY. AND THEY GOING TO BRING IT TO OUR DOOR. >> They going to bring it to our door. AND GUESS WHAT? >> WHAT THEY DOING WITH OUR INFORMATION? THAT'S A Oh my gosh. I ain't got TO TELL YOU. ALREADY BEEN EXPOSED BY IDENTITY THEFT. She has, I have, AND IT COMES FROM ALL THESE FOLKS LEAKING our personal. >> But you have to bring that to court. The cops are there to only evict you. They are already holding the court order and they are following the court order. They can't be your court in this house on eviction day. It it does nothing for you. Um, I want to know, did they show up to any court dates? And did they bring past police reports to to show that they, you know, believe their identity to be stolen? Cuz they they're claiming to know who stole it. Do you have a police report filed against the neighbor? Anything to help you, but it has to be done in court, though. Right. Did they send the whole police force? It is a lot of them, Ashley. Right, Terry? There's nothing the cops can do. Jacine said, "Are they renting from the owner or are they the true owners?" I think they're renting from the owner. I don't think they own the home. And I'm not saying that to put them in a box. I'm saying that because I feel like it either was revealed later. It was something on how they worded something. So, I'm I'm not 100% sure, but I I got the impression they were renting from the owner >> information and keep causing LEGAL ISSUES. WE DON'T HAVE LEGAL ISSUES. WE DON'T GO BACK IN COURT. THIS BEEN A PROBLEM. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. Here's I understand you can take all that stuff up in the court. Okay. As far as right now, you're both charged with criminal trespass and with obstructing A THIRD WITH >> OBSTRUCTING NOTHING. HOW IS WE OWN THIS PLACE? WE OWN IT. >> LISTEN, THE CREWS are going to come in. They're going to take your items out and put them on this. >> Okay. They said they own it. They said they're the owners. I'd be fighting harder for my stuff in court. In court. >> Is there someone we can call for your dog? If not, we have to call animal control. No, you're not going to call animal control with my dog that I can call. WE HAVE SHE'S PAYING HER MORTGAGE. >> THAT'S RIGHT. We own this property. You can take it up. >> NO. WHAT COURT? BECAUSE WE ALREADY EXPLAINED THAT TO THE JUDGE. >> The attorney has been They've been warrant >> for right now. >> Do you have a warrant? >> DO YOU HAVE DO YOU HAVE A WARRANT? >> NO. >> NO. THERE'S no warrant needed for eviction. And Jacqueline, that's why I hate HOAs cuz you are so right. They could be current on the mortgage but evicted through the HOA. HOAs, as I think Ace Moonshot said, are evil. It was Ace Moon Ace Moonshot or it was Omi. It was one of y'all, I think. But yeah, HOAs are evil because they really can take your home over some stupid stuff. >> Is there someone that I can CALL FOR? >> NO, I DO NOT. >> But I get that. BUT I NEVER BEEN LOCKED UP. NEVER BEEN LOCKED UP FOR SOME CRAZY STUFF. >> THIS IS part of the eviction. DO YOU NOT WANT >> WHAT ARE WE BEING EVICTED FOR? >> DO YOU HAVE SHOES? YES OR NO? >> HUH? >> YOU HAVE SHOES? Yes or no? >> Yes, I do. And I got to go get them. >> WHERE ARE THEY AT? >> NO. NO. I HAVE TO GET IT CUZ MY PERSONAL STUFF IS OUT. MY PERSONAL STUFF IS OUT. >> WHERE ARE YOUR SHOES AT? I'LL GO GET THEM. >> I WANT NO, I'LL GET THEM. I'LL GET THEM. >> I WILL GET THEM. >> I HAVE TO GET THEM. >> Where are they at? >> No, I get them myself. >> They can FOLLOW ME UP HERE. NO, YOU BET. THEY'VE BEEN MAD BECAUSE THEY'VE BEEN EXPOSED FOR THE CORRUPT ILLEGAL STUFF THEY'VE BEEN DOING. >> YOU'RE GOING TO PUT THE SHOES ON AND ILLEGAL. I can't put your shoes on. >> I can't. HOW GO WITHOUT SOCKS? >> NO. THEY'VE BEEN TRYING TO TAKE MY ALL OF MY STUFF. I HAVE TO GET MY PAPERS. DARN IT, MA'AM. >> LET ME GET MY LET ME GET MY PAPERS. NO, I GOT MY PAPERS APPROVED. I'M TELLING YOU ALL RIGHT, >> GUYS. UNFORTUNATELY, the time for the time for talking is over. You're under arrest. >> He's got a full bed so we can both go in THE SAME >> WHERE'S THAT OFFICER? NO. WHERE'S THAT OFFICER? >> I WANT TO TAKE THOSE SHOES ON. LET'S GO. YOUR FOOT is bleeding. Tiana, >> are you going to put >> They messed it up. And you know what? I WANT ALL YOUR NAMES. ALL YOUR NAMES. >> They'll be in. >> That's a bingo square. We need I'm supposed to be building a new bingo card, but uh it'll be on the police report is a bingo square we need to have. Yeah. Mhm. Cuz they always I want your names and badge numbers. It'll be on the police report, ma'am. They always say that. Okay. So, a couple things that leads me to believe they're not showing up to court is how are you asking what am I being evicted for? You should eviction processes are not quick most times. You should know. Then you're saying, you know, the issue is that your neighbors stealing your identity in your mail. So, you know, there's an issue about court, but you can always go to the courthouse and check up on stuff while you're dealing with I'm trying to entertain that their identity was possibly stolen. But there are other ways to make sure you don't miss out on important dates. And your court though going upstairs to get papers to show them does nothing. They're not, first of all, they're not going to let you because they don't care. But it does nothing. It's just like um people getting pulled over in traffic stops. You can't have court on the side of the road. You can't have court on eviction day. You're It's too late at that point. >> I WANT MY LET ME GET MY STUFF UPSTAIRS. >> THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS. >> WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS? MY PAPERS. >> I just WANT TO GET MY STUFF. I HAVE TO GET MY STUFF. >> TELL YOU WHAT'S GOING to happen. You keep yelling at me. THAT'S NOT YELLING. I'M JUST SAYING I'VE NEVER BEEN >> I'M NOT YELLING. Proceeds to continue yelling. >> Identity. SHE NEEDS HER DOCUMENTS. EXACTLY. THAT'S WHAT I NEED TO COVER. >> THAT'S NOT OF importance right now. >> IT IS OF IMPORTANCE CUZ I DON'T NEED MY PERSONAL PAPERS OUT >> AND MY INFORMATION. >> I JUST WANT TO GET MY INFORMATION. THAT'S ALL. >> THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS. >> I DON'T CARE HOW IT WORKS. >> OTHERWISE, I'm gonna walk you to the car with no be one or two hours. >> Walk up there. >> So, they're gonna open a law. She said, "I'mma put a lawsuit against you." So, you have time for the lawsuit, but not time to show up to your court dates. Because in my heart of hearts, I don't believe they were showing up to their court dates. I don't. I think they were either trying to be a ostrich with their head in the sand or just some kind of type of avoidance and blame. And now the cops are supposed to be your judges apparently. Like, no, it doesn't work that way. But now you got time for a lawsuit. I feel like if you take care of the thing that you're being evicted for, that would make your life a lot easier. They would have never met you. >> You know what? I need my socks over there. >> I'm trying I'm trying to BE VERY RESPECTFUL AND SO AM I. I NEED YOU TO PUT YOUR SHOES. >> WELL, LET ME FIND OUT. I GOT TO GET MY OTHER STUFF. >> IT DOESN'T GO LIKE THAT. >> YES, IT DOES. I DON'T WANT MY STUFF AROUND YOUR SHOES. MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. >> THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. LET ME GET MY PERSONAL STUFF. THAT'S ALL I'M ASKING. SIR, >> I'M NOT ARGUING WITH YOU, SIR. I JUST NEED THAT'S NO MORE THAN FAIR. I GOT TO PUT MY PERSONAL PAPERS UP. THAT'S WHY MY IDENTITY HAS BEEN STOLEN. JUST >> SIR, I DON'T LIKE THAT. NO, >> I'M NOT ARGUING with you. Proceeds to argue. >> SOMEBODY HAS TO COME IN HERE. >> PUT YOUR SHOES ON. >> YOU GOING TO PUT your shoes on or what? >> I I can't I'm not taking any handcuffs. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> I'M UNDER ARREST FOR WHAT? I HAVEN'T anything to nobody. >> PUT YOUR SOCKS ON. >> NO. Y'ALL VIOLATING Y'ALL. >> PUT YOUR SOCKS ON. LET'S GO. ARE VIOLATING. >> WHAT SHOES DO YOU WANT? >> What shoes? >> I'MMA shoot this whole state. What shoes do you want? >> YOU KNOW WHAT? LET ME CALL MY >> IT WOULD ACTUALLY EVEN BE MORE productive to try to sue the HOA than to sue the cops that is just enforcing the court order. Sue the HOA then if you got time. And yes, uh who said it? Let's see. Omar said, "Wouldn't the court have copies of the same papers?" Yep. If they actually filed anything, yep, you'd be just fine. Lovable said they getting on her nerves. Terry said, "Use your inside voice." T Roberts says, "Stevie Wonder glasses is on my nerves." Yeah. U think they're right. By ignoring the court, they thought things would go their way. I Okay. Okay. So, you think they were doing the avoidance game, too? Okay. I think they thought they had more time because they weren't showing up. So it would be, you know, delay, delay, delay. Why C said your person stuff can't go to jail with you and somebody put in there their stuff about to be sat outside now because really the arrest is for obstruction I believe than anything else. I don't know if they're going to say another charge, but I know he called out obstruction. This wasn't a day for you to be arrested, but unfortunately it was a day for you to be evicted, but not arrested. Terry said, "See Terry, you starting to be like me and lovable." Terry said they would be walking out barefoot. They are stalling. Yes. >> COMPANY. LET ME CALL I've already called. Let them know THAT YOU'RE ALL HERE. >> IT'S NOT RIGHT. >> Are you going to PUT YOUR SHOES ON? >> YOUR SOCKS ON. >> LET ME GET MY PERSONAL PAPERS. That's all I'm asking. >> I GOT I NEED A HAT ON MY HEAD. I NEED MY STOP. >> I GET ALL OF THAT FOR YOU. >> NO, I GET IT. >> NO. YOU DON'T TELL US WHAT TO DO. >> I'M NOT TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO. JUST WALK ME UP THERE. >> PUT YOUR SHOES ON. >> SIT DOWN. Don't grab me, sir. Sit down. Grab me. >> WALK ME UP THERE. WHO THE YOU think you >> WE'RE PUTTING SHOES ON. SIT DOWN. YOU GOING TO pay for it. >> If not, you can walk out. I've asked you a number of time. >> Y'all all going to PAY FOR IT. TRUST and believe. >> Wait until you see the rap. >> Which one do you want? >> Wait until you see the rap. YOU KEEP SAYING YOU WANT >> WHAT WOULD you like to do? Put shoes on or walk out? That's not an option. Option A is to put your shoes. >> YEAH, BUT YOU GOT MY PAPERS UP THERE THAT I NEED IN ORDER TO SHOW YOU ON PROOF. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. >> WE'RE past that. >> NO, WE GOT A HAT. >> TERRY SAID, "All right, you asking for too much. Now you need a hat, right?" And this is Okay, it's cold out there. Okay, I'll give them that. They do got on their little beanies and stuff. Um, what was somebody else said? Something else. Dang it. I don't remember. WE KEEP GOING. >> BECAUSE NO, Y'ALL BEEN VIOLATING OUR CIVIL RIGHTS CONSTANTLY. >> WE DON'T HAVE A WARRANT. WHERE'S YOUR WARRANT? WHERE'S YOUR Y ABOUT IT? >> I'M GOING DO THAT. I'm going ask this 30 times. Put your SHOES ON. WHERE'S YOUR WIFE? WHERE'S YOUR SHOES ON? >> NO. JUST TELL ME. JUST TELL ME. Y'all got her. Put your shoes on. >> Does he have my phone? >> Yes, we got >> I DON'T HAVE MY PHONE. >> Put your shoes on, please. >> I'm asking nicely. >> I'm putting them on, but still. I DON'T WANT Y'ALL IN MY HOUSE. >> I APPRECIATE IT. WHERE'S THE >> HOW AM I GOING BE EVICTED FOR WHAT? >> WHERE'S THE CODE AT? >> UP MY COAT IS UPSTAIRS. THAT'S WHERE MY COATS ARE UPSTAIRS. >> Just cooperate. >> Get my coat. >> I DON'T KNOW. GET MY LET ME GET MY COAT SO Y'ALL GO THROUGH MY STUFF. >> OH MY GOSH. TAKE ME UP THERE. >> STOP. Let's go. We're getting the coat. Stop. >> He don't know where my coat is. I tell you one thing. Okay. >> All right. >> Are you going to talk to me? >> Yelling. >> I'm not yelling. I'm just saying y'all are wrong for this. You all are wrong for this. Ain't nobody I'M PAYING MY MORTGAGE LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE PAYING their mortgage. >> Let's go. >> Let me go back to the screenshot. T Roberts said the black cop looks so disappointed. And he does as soon as your chat came in. This the this is the this is what I saw when I looked up. The Oh, Professor Deita Joe said they have gotten on my last nerves. Especially the one that keeps screaming. Which one? They all they both screaming for me. Terry T baby said it's not their fault. Let's see. Wow said they have a form of being cons. Yeah. Conspiracy theorists. They haven't realized their stuff will be outside by the time they get back. Yep. And the person that said the locks will be changed. You This was not an arrest. This did not have to be an arrest. No Angel said, "Oh, he is outdone." I'm telling you, he's sick of them. He is >> paying my mortgage. He's like everybody else paying their mortgage. Michelle, >> let's go. >> Watch your step. Let's go. We're getting it. >> I think the editor zoomed in on his face cuz I don't think anybody's face was that close any other time looking at these body cams. I think the editor said, "Zoom in on this this expression >> arresting me for and I ain't do anything wrong. It's this whole community of people now. They've been No, you've been You see his >> Let's go. We walk. HOW HARD IS IT? >> WHO THE YOU THINK YOU'RE YELLING AT? >> I'M YELLING AT YOU CUZ YOU'RE NOT LISTENING." >> NO, I am listening. You're not. Come on. Is there shoes that we can get you? And you would you like a coat? Where? >> I had me my coats and stuff upstairs. That's not my coat. >> What is your coat? >> That is not my coat that I wear. >> You need to understand you're not going upstairs. What does your coat look like? I'll go upstairs. >> I want my No, I WANT ALL MY STUFF UPSTAIRS. >> GOING TO HAPPEN. >> Y'ALL BEEN TRYING TO MAKE ME SURRENDER up to you. It's this whole community. >> 107's whole community here. Y'all constantly exposing my personal information. I ain't We ain't did nothing to nobody. Walk. >> Do you see this? I icy >> walk. I know. Walk. >> I'm holding on. You said don't fall. THESE FOLKS BEEN VIOLATING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. >> I don't have no criminal record. No. Y'all do this and purposely come back. >> Get the seat belt. Got a seat belt, too. >> I can't. I ain't never EXPERIENCED SO MUCH DARN CORRUPTION since I've been here in this state cuz of y'all ass people. No, you ain't going to BE IN MY PERSONAL BUSINESS TALKING ABOUT WE VIOLATE a court order. No, it's these ass neighbors. Ain't no way in the world this neighbor NEXT DOOR TO US SHOULD HAVE OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION in her hand. And we own the place. >> No, YOU VIOLATING MY RIGHTS. But I don't know if that's going to be a right back to go to. Um, the dog's probably going to end up in animal control and that lock's going to be changed. >> So, I got you. So, either neither one of us fall. >> So, what we'll do, we'll we'll head back. We're going to charge them both with uh um the trespass obstructing resisting through the use of force. >> Yeah. I'll do one more. >> Okay. So, before we go before we go in the car, I got to take your purse and your phone. You can't have that in the back. Okay. And then that'll go back. That'll go that'll go when you get to uh booking. You'll get it back. >> Booking for what? Booking for what? That's what I like to know. Let me put my own phone in my >> I got it. I got it. Let's not do this. This too much. >> Where's my daughter? >> She just I think she need to be searched. >> Yep. >> Search for what? >> I don't have nothing for me. >> That's what's got to happen. Everybody goes through this. I don't care. Not everybody. >> We're not the exception. >> Well, I am. >> We ain't no. >> Okay. Remember freaking you out. >> Okay. >> The biggest estate ever. >> Okay. >> She don't have nothing on her. We ain't no >> And that's dog hair. I don't sit in no dog hair. Can you please get that dog hair? >> I don't sit in there. >> Just take a seat in the car. >> Take a dog. >> Let's cooperate. Let's cooperate cuz that lawsuit coming, baby. >> Watch your head. All right. They treating people like we are criminal. We don't have no record. None whatsoever. We ain't no criminal. But you GUESS WHAT? LET ME tell the truth to be able I'M LOOSENING THIS CUZ MY HANDS is hurting. >> I know mine. >> No, it's I can get two I can get my three fingers almost through here. You're fine. >> No, I'm not fine. >> Oh, okay. I see y'all Jam Noir Angel V Gordon. Okay, this is this is all Okay, this is what happened that we can see so far. It looks like they're being evicted for their HOA dues. Not even not paying. She says she's the owner, she pays mortgage, but it looks like um they I feel like they missed court dates and just tried to avoid the whole situation or thought you couldn't be evicted because of HOA stuff and you unfortunately can. So now they're saying the neighbor has stolen their identity. And why Cow's saying you jog my memory when you said, "But isn't that how HOA works? They do know your personal info." They do know some. And then I wonder if their neighbor is on the HOA. Like is their neighbor a problem because they're on the HOA? Because again, I hate HOAs. I'm not I'm not backing them up at all. I hate them. But yeah, I wonder if their neighbors part of the HOA or not. But it just seems like they weren't staying up on their court dates and they were conveniently on the phone with the sheriff's office as the sheriff's deputies or whatever were at the door to let them know, hey, this is eviction day. So >> that's why it's hurting. >> Ma, just cooperate because you know what? They're going to all go down and they they mad because they don't want the truth to come out of all the corrupt stuff they didn't did. WHAT YOU MEAN? OH BOY. YEAH. You know, you know, you know. But >> he can't even say oh boy. He got to get all that energy cuz he said oh boy. And he he said it so softly. Okay. ass. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. Frauds. Frauds. >> Ow. You pitch me. >> So, the one black cop tries to treat you with respect as well as most of the white cops. Uh that one, he was on demon time when he was like cuffs out now, but it is what it is. But the black cop tries to treat you with respect and just has a minute that he they've been enduring this for a little while now. And he says, "Oh boy, he got to be he got to be all that. All that. All right. >> Fraud. FRAUD. Y'ALL DO STUFF ILLEGALLY. ILLEGALLY. ILLEGALLY. I'VE ALREADY EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE. ILLEGALLY. BY THE COURTS. ILLEGALLY. OKAY. >> Scheming and scamming. Scheming and scamming people for money. >> Mhm. >> THAT'S WHAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING. THAT'S WHAT THEY'VE BEEN DOING. >> The suspects, mother and daughter, were aged 65 and 37 at the time of this arrest. They received a matching set of charges, namely criminal trespass to a resident as a class B misdemeanor and two counts each of resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter, or correctional employee as class A misdemeanors. Incidentally, the condo association filed for eviction with Kendall County Courts in May of 2024, some 20 months before this eviction and arrest. >> What did I tell y'all? First of all, too old to be acting like this. Number one, 20 months between the time they filed and the eviction over eight almost going on two years between the time it was filed and they actually got evicted. You weren't trying to prove anything in 20 months and you nah I I don't believe it. All you have is talk talk. Ain't no way. No. Fabia said, "Where's the dad at?" Well, I don't know if there's little kids in the house, so it's just the grown adult daughter and the mom. I don't think there's any kids in the house. Right. Noir Angela, they had 20 months to fix what what they didn't. And And you said the same thing I said earlier before you came in. You said, "I could never live in a HOA, but also if you have evidence, just show it in court. No need to act like this." That's exactly what I said as well. Ciao. Oh, Jacqueline said, "My birthday's May 10th. girl. That's Mother's Day this year, too. May 10th falls on Mother's Day, doesn't it? Okay. Wow. Let me see if they got anything else to say. >> Suspect's next court date, as of this production, is a pre-trial hearing scheduled for April the 29th, 2026 now. >> Oh, they just had court. I couldn't see what state they were in. I was too late on looking at the police cards and everything. I know y'all said, "What state are they in?" If someone caught it, please put it in the chat. All right, I've muted myself. Uh, Love, I don't know if you're the one that sent this to me or not, but this one is real body cam and it says she thought she was going viral. She was right. So, I have not seen any part of this, so I want to know. Oh, the dogs. The dogs hopefully went to a better home cuz ain't no way. 20 months you could have just worked. No. Nah, I can't do it. I can't. Here we go. >> Want to cause problems inside the I wasn't causing a problem. I asked her, "Why is your workers not wearing their name tags?" >> Go ahead. Keep recording. Maybe you'll learn something. >> No, you will. Cuz it'll it'll be on TikTok. >> Step away FROM ME. I FEEL THREATENED from you. >> I'm trying to talk to you. >> I said step away from me. >> I'm just trying to show you like humanity to its realest. On January 13th, 2026, officers in Washington were dispatched to a Winkco Foods after two intoxicated women began causing a major disturbance and arguing with employees who refused to sell them alcohol. Because neither of them had their ID and were already clearly under the influence, staff denied the sale, triggering a heated confrontation at the checkout. Here's what the officers did next. >> Hey, >> hello. This is first time as well. >> Oh, no. Are you two together? Just a few seconds. >> Okay. What's So what's going on? >> So the officer left by this guy over here. >> Which guy? >> The guy that this guy right here with the beanie, glasses, and the flannel. Smiling guy. >> Okay. Well, how about we come over here? We'll talk over here. We'll step away. >> How about we just step outside? >> Yeah, that's >> Are you Are you guys okay? >> Yeah, we are. But maybe we don't want this guy. >> What is your name? My name is Officer Leighton. >> Okay. We could step outside. >> Mhm. >> Yeah, >> it is better >> if that >> cuz we don't want >> Not in the store, right? >> Why would we want to cause problems inside the >> Well, it seems like you guys have already caused problems. That's why we're here in the first. >> She just asked me to leave just like 20 seconds ago. >> Well, and if you weren't if you weren't causing a problem, no one would ask you to leave. >> I wasn't causing a problem. I asked her, "Why is your workers not wearing their name tags? And why are they trying to harass me when they're clearly the ones starting the harassment?" >> Okay, you got some ID on you? >> You both of you? >> Yep. I have identification on my phone and I lost my ID. >> For what? For what? For what reason? >> Well, cuz you guys caused an altercation that got us called here. So, >> I just need to know who I'm talking to. They don't want you guys here. cuz I don't want the governing here. >> Well, she works here, so >> all I asked is to step outside. >> I asked you for your ID, >> but I said I All I asked is to step outside. >> Well, clearly I can smell I can smell that you guys are intoxicated. >> Okay. You can also step outside. It's not that big of a deal. >> I'm asking for your ID. >> Yeah. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> You can video it. It doesn't hurt my feelings. >> I know. I didn't ask. >> Can I see your ID? Yeah. You're not free to leave either. So, >> I didn't ask that. >> I'm just letting you know. Let me see your ID, please. >> Yeah, go ahead. Here. >> What's your name? >> I plead the >> I put you in handcuffs and you can go to jail for disorderly conduct cuz you're drunk in public and you're causing a disturbance. >> No, I'm not. >> So, what is your last name? >> Are you a police officer or a peace officer? I'm a police officer that's investigating something right now. And if you don't want to provide me with your name, then you're going to be inhibiting my investigation. >> What happened to the peace officer? >> Nobody's been hostile with you. I'm asking for your name, which is a simple question. >> So, what's the difference between a police officer and a peace officer? >> Are you going to provide me with your name or are you just going to go in handcuffs? >> Are you going to answer that question or no? >> I will give you one more chance to >> Are you just going handcuff servant or not? Yes. And I'm giving you a legal request. >> Okay. So, can you >> What is your last name? >> Wait, can you identify? Are you a peace officer or a police officer? >> I am a police officer. It says it on my uniform. >> Okay. >> And you are in the city of Sun. >> Your piece that you're trying to bring. >> Okay. I >> Are you refusing to provide your name? >> No, I'm not. >> Yeah. Let's put these gloves on. Are the wrist bracelet is the wrist jewelry coming out yet? Let's get these gloves on. Cuz I was done after the first time she asked, "Are you a peace officer or police officer?" I was really done as soon as they encountered them in the store. But the last last straw was when she said that. I'm over it. Auntie Natty, let's go. >> So, this is your last chance and then you go in handcuffs. >> Why? I asked you a question. >> Okay. >> Why? >> If you're going to refuse >> You're not You're not going to >> If you're going to refuse to ID yourself, then you are going to go on handcuffs. Stop resisting. >> Why do you think I'm resisting? >> Because you're pulling back on my hands. >> But so you guys can't also just provide a simple for a police officer or police officer. >> I've already told you that most of them record all of it. >> It's all being recorded. >> Great. Cuz some police officers aren't being don't have their cameras on and all I'm asking for you is your name. >> I speak for you. What is your name? >> Can you take the handcuffs off? Then I can give you >> No, I I gave you several chances. So you you can dictate how this goes. >> You put the handcuffs on me because I didn't get my name. >> Yes. >> But if I want to get my name, you cannot take them off. >> Yes or no? >> Are you going to give me your name? Because I can just get a finger. >> I'll just get a fingerprint scanner out here and then we'll just go that route >> and then you can end up in jail for that. >> So they're not going to answer yes or no for that question. Is it fair? Is it peace? Definitely not. >> Why are we entertaining this? Just take her to the car. She had her chance. Get the rapid ID. Fingerprint that girl and let's move on. This is a waste of time. >> You were not allowing police or a peace. You were the one causing the disturbance and your >> You said it right the first time and I'm not intoxicated. Are you intoxicated? because you stated it wrong the first time, but it actually sounded hella accurate. >> Oh, is that right? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Ask yourself. >> So, I will let you know how this goes. If you don't want to identify yourself, then you can go to jail as a Jane Doe and then you sit there until you provide them with your name. >> Then you're taking me for illegal um >> I'm not right. Right now, right now, you're being detained for disorderly conduct. >> No. >> And obstructing. >> What am I obstructing? >> You're not providing your name. >> What are you providing? >> I have given you everything. You didn't. You can't even answer a yes or no question. >> And neither can you. Okay, we can go to my car. >> Why can't I just stay out here until someone else's going? >> We can have a seat and then you can think about what's going on. >> Yeah, wait till you put me into the jail cell and there's no reason and then everyone figures out. But there's no reason why you're putting me in there. >> No, right now you're intoxicated in public and you're causing a disturbance in this store. >> Who's saying that I'm intoxicated in public? >> I am. >> Hey. Hey, come over here, please. No, she's not going to >> record this. Record this. >> It's all being recorded. >> Are you going to help provide her name? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> No reason to. >> It's not doing anything. >> She was. This is why all of this is happening. >> Yes. Exactly. She was >> and you are part of it. >> So, you are with her. >> I was at the >> It doesn't It doesn't matter. You're accomplished to her, right? You're with her. You're at the party with her. Is that correct? Ashley says she act like she's rumple still, right? Why can't nobody know your name? You got to go spin that hay into gold first. Ashley Wh said we do not have time for police peace officer 101 and don't you if you're wearing handcuffs, you got Google available. You can just educate yourself on that and just keep it moving. But she just wants to be opposite. That's the point. No, >> you guys did not ride here together. >> We did. >> Exactly. So, both of you guys are together, right? >> But what she did alone, >> you weren't trying to prevent it. You were probably just standing there the entire time, right? Right. >> What she did was on her own. >> It doesn't matter. You're a part of all this. >> No. >> Yes. I'm not saying you're going to be arrested. >> What he's doing to her is >> perfectly within the within the confounds of the law. >> No. >> Go ahead. Keep recording. Maybe you'll learn something. No, you will cuz it'll it'll be on Tik Tok. >> Put me on Tik Tok. It ain't the first time. >> Where's a female officer? >> We don't have one. >> I need a female officer to body check me. I need a female officer. >> Have a seat. >> That's my right. >> Have a seat. >> My right is to have a female officer. >> Have a seat in the car. It's not your right. We don't have one present. >> Yes, it is. >> Have a seat in the car. No, it's it's great when they do have a female officer, but you you know, depending on what county, state, whatever you're in, you're not guaranteed to get a female officer for searches. Um, Lovable said she needs to be arrested, too. We have a lot left on this video, so it's possible she's about to get arrested as well. >> It is my right. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Why are you pushing me like that? >> Have a seat in the car. >> Why can't you just be nice? >> All you had to do is give me your name. Oh yeah. ANSWER A COUPLE QUESTIONS. I WOULD HAVE AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER those questions. >> I did. They do not want you here. I need your name so that I can document it. >> No. The woman that I was just You can go ask her. >> Have a seat. >> You can go ask her. >> Have a seat in the car. >> I literally said when you guys just walked up, >> ma'am, >> I only got asked >> 20 seconds before you came in. >> Have a seat in the car. >> I only got asked 20 seconds before you came in because the other woman isn't even following procedures of the store. Okay. Have a seat in the car. >> I'VE READ SOAPS. I'VE WORKED AT STORES. I KNOW. >> That's great. >> It's great, right? >> Have a seat in the car. >> You're doing your job. That's great. Right. >> Have a seat in the car. >> It's not fair. >> Yeah. They're saying that they think they have to injure me. >> It's literally recorded right here. I said, "Can you have a seat in the car?" >> Why do you think you have to injure me? >> Put your feet in. >> Can you go talk to the woman in the store that was >> Listen to me right now. You either put your feet in or otherwise I'm gonna drag you into the car. >> Why am I gonna get dragged >> because you're not even getting you're not complying and you're not getting into the car. I'm giving you >> What am I doing that's making me so bad? >> One more chance. >> Get into the car. >> What am I doing that's so bad? >> Just grab an arm and pull her in that way. >> They're trying to >> I knew you were the culprit, lovable. I knew it. You waited a while to tell me, but I knew you were the culprit. She said, "I sent this to you because I wanted you to be frustrated with me. This purple-haired chick got on my last nerve. I knew it was you. Ashley said, "I feel like whenever they have a female officer, they be mad and insulting to them, but when one isn't there, they demand one." I agree. They they the women who are arrested treat the women cops the absolute worst. And then when one's not present, yes, they want a female officer, but they are the worst to the female officers. It's crazy. >> Just say just grab my arm and put me in. >> Jesus is the acting like a damn child. >> And you guys aren't. >> No, >> everyone thinks they're so grown. >> See, and you can also grab >> Are are you that grown? Clearly enough to know what's right from wrong. >> Oh yeah. >> At least my job doesn't make me blind to see what I'm doing. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> You sit with her. Do you guys have management here? Anybody? >> Oh yeah. >> I'm going to guess you want them trespassed. So these two g these two girls, do you want them trespassed? Through a fit with your person here caused her to call 911 trying to get alcohol. They're both extremely soft right now. >> Yeah. >> You would like them trespassed? >> Yeah. You want them both trespassed? >> Okay. So you are actually going to be formally trespassed from this spot. So I'm going to fill out this paperwork. You have the ability. >> That's fine. That's fine. You have the ability not to sign it, but I'm gonna fill it out for you. Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead. And what is your badge number? >> 24. >> Thank you. And your last name? >> It's right here in my uniform. >> And your first name? >> Officer Right here. 24. >> No, your first name. >> I just told you it's right here in my uniform. 24. >> It'll be on my It'll be on the report. >> First name. >> My name is Officer. >> Your first name. >> If you're going to continue to inhibit with our investigation, then you're going to go into the back of the car, too. Not doing anything about different than what you're doing. >> Well, you're being provided. You're being provided with a criminal trespass. I'm >> not doing anything. >> Correct. According to what I do. >> Okay. Do you have a safe ride home? >> Do you? >> Yes, I have a safe ride home. Cuz you cannot be on the property. So, you need to organize some kind of ride for you to come get picked up. >> Step away from me. I FEEL THREATENED from you. Step away from me. >> No, I'm just telling you. Step away from me. >> No. >> Step away from me. >> I'm trying to talk to you. >> I said step away from me. >> Okay. So, do you have a ride? >> I said step away from me. >> You're the one that looks silly right now. You understand? >> Well, we're going to have to give you paperwork anyway. So, >> away from you. >> Okay. >> What's that? >> What about policies? >> Well, the store doesn't want you here. So you guys are both getting trespasses. Seems like a very silly thing to make a make a big deal out of. She wouldn't sell you alcohol because you're drunk and you have don't have an ID on you. >> But then I asked her, >> I'm going to go over there and see if they'll sign this real quick. >> Uh he will right there. Oh, >> be willing to sign this for me, sir. Thank you. >> He's the manager. >> There you are, Justina. That was your booking photo. >> Was charged wrongly. >> You were charged wrongly. >> Your friend gave up her ID right away and you could have given your ID. We would have given you your trespass and we would have made sure that you got home safely. >> Absolutely. 1,000%. Well, you dictated this entire thing in the way that it happened. >> Okay. >> All right. Do you want to hold it? You need to read it first. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm just going to show you. I'm going to point some things out because it's important for me to point that out. Make sure you read right here. Okay. >> Oh, trust me. I will. >> Yeah. Well, hold on. And right here. What did you want to take a picture? Okay. So, right here, that's where you're going to sign. You can use that. Um, just make sure all the information right here is correct. Okay. I get it. I get it. Oh >> Jesus. Okay, let's see here. Lovable said, "Listen to this dummy in the back seat. She is so stupid." Ace Moonshot said that that is how it started. I think the store asked for ID and they countered with asking for the employees ID. Yes, you are right. And I'm I'm like, so come to find out y'all have ID on you. You're trying to buy alcohol. Of course, you're going to be asked for ID until you honestly at this point they be like until you look like 60. And most people don't look their age at 60 that I see. So yeah, they're going to ask you for an ID and you're offended because they ask you for an ID cuz you want to buy alcohol and you already seem intoxicated. Like come on. Oh my gosh. I'm now we going to see how much longer we got to deal with this one. I'm I'm about to speed through. They're getting on my nerves. >> Okay. >> I don't need an attitude. >> It's not an attitude. You're prolonging a lot of [ __ ] >> Oh, is that >> to where it's just unnecessary? >> Okay. >> And what happens if I don't sign this? >> Nothing. You can refuse a sign. However, you're still trespass. So, if you come back here, >> well, then I won't sign it cuz I don't ever come here. This is my first time coming here. >> Okay. Well, then go ahead and check refuse to sign. And like I said, everything on here is on body cam, so you'll see it. >> Because I didn't do anything at all. >> Well, they have the right to trespass anybody they would like. So, >> welcome to America. >> You should sign up for ice. >> You'd be better off for that [ __ ] >> Um, >> anything you missing? >> I'm just making sure that you get your coffee, that's all. >> I don't need a coffee. Yeah, I want to be 60some and they still ask for my ID. That does feel good. Ask me for an ID. There was one I went to a restaurant somewhere and I ended up getting I don't get alcohol often. So I don't I don't even remember what I got. What did I ask for? I guess it was something I wanted to try. And so I'm like, "Okay, we're done here." And you know, just waiting for you know them to walk away and do our order. And they still looked at me. They said, "Uh, we need your ID." I said, "Oh, of course you can have my ID." I Yeah, I'm flattered, too. So, I can't wait. I'm 60 and you're still asking. Heck yeah. Treat me like that. Yes, Lovable. They are on my last nerve. Thank you so much, Lovable. Auntie Natty said, "I'm 70. I get tickled when they ask for ID." Ace Moonshot said, I saw it on there. is going. I'm 63 and I get carded every time. Noir Angel said the store asked my mama and she's in her 70s. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. It feels great. >> Why would I need a copy? I don't have to stop. >> Yeah. I just have to provide you with one, [ __ ] >> Do you have a safe ride on? >> Yes, I do. Sir, >> are you driving? >> Yeah. Hopefully, you're not driving cuz you're clearly intoxicated. >> Oh, yes. >> Yeah. I can smell it all off of both your guys' breath. Like heavy. >> Give me my copy. >> Relax. >> It seems like you're intoxicated because you're going to give my copy. Are you okay? >> Oh, yeah. >> Damn. That's too sad. >> Why is that? They have really good cameras here at WCO, though. Well, my camera's been going the whole time. >> No, there should be a camera in the car. >> Uh, I'm over it. I'm over it. Hold on. Let's see. We got some uh what they say. Fast forward for a few minutes. The officer is now coordinating with dispatch to get Justina Tren. No. Okay, we keep it going. >> Hey, um can you confirm this stuff here? So, you've been you're you were notified that you're being trespassed, right? >> I wish to remain silent. That's my right. Right. >> Yes, if you'd like. >> So, you're not going to confirm your name or anything right here. >> Silent. >> We'll have to decided >> in there. >> I can't How How do you need me to help you? >> I don't really want your help, but >> Okay, go ahead. >> Real quick question though. Do you have a cell phone that you can take with you? >> Do you have >> I don't have a cell phone with me. >> No. Okay. Cuz you get you get a Do you know some phone numbers and everything? No numbers been right >> to trespass. >> Too bad. So effing sad. You should have thought about that before you got yourself arrested for a stupid reason. All right. Both women were also issued trespass warnings by the WCO food store. However, they refused to sign. Of course they did. Okay. Let's see her charges. >> Making a false statement to police. Disorderly conduct. Both women were also issued trespass warnings by the Winko Food Store. However, they refused to sign. lovable. This was horrible. That That was torture. All right, next up. And all these will be linked. So if I skip, you like, I want to hear her talk the whole time. I got the link in the description box for you. You can go and and suffer alone. This is um Xfinity employee caught using customers credit card. Body cam k9. >> So I'm going to be on the Palm Beach size page over this. Yes. On March 25th, 2026, a woman reported an Exfinity employee that was helping her switch mobile carriers from Verizon had used the very credit card he helped her open. >> Activated this virtual card for me. And I said, "Oh." He says, "Do you have a digital wallet?" I said, "No, I don't have Apple Pay or any of that." So, he helped me download this digital wallet. >> Okay. >> Said, "Thank you so much. You young people are so great with technology, blah, blah, blah." And he did it one, two, three. Yesterday morning I was up in on PGA and I go to Carmines and I spent $128. So I said, "Oh, I can use my gift card, right?" So I pull it up and I do the thing and the kid says, "Oh, it only took $104." I'm like, "That's weird. All right, I paid him cash for the rest." I said, "All right, I'll I'll look at it." So I open the app when I get in the car. I look at the activity and then I see Publix in Royal Park. The same thing. I wasn't in Publix. I haven't been in public in a week. I Google Publix store number 104. I go in, I talk to the manager and I tell her the story. So she says, "Give me the amount. Give me the last four digits of the card." Said, "If you pay at a selfch checkout, we have a video of him or her." Gives me the receipt. >> They have a picture of me. >> Okay. >> It's the kid who helped me. Oh, okay. >> And I I racked my brain about this because um he was such a he was a really nice kid and part of me wanted to go in and say well I did go in to ask for them actually and he wasn't working yesterday. >> Okay. >> And I was going to say to him, "Where are my roses?" >> Yes, I see. He bought >> three dozen. >> Yeah. Three dozen of roses. Okay. >> His name is Tuzy. Is that's I asked him what his name was in the store. He said, "Tooie." And then when I was leaving, he said, "Ask for me anytime. My first name is Jay. I'm Jay Tuesday." >> That was the uh >> uh today's the 25th. 23rd. >> 23rd. Okay. So that's when you did see what happens. Okay. So on the 23rd, you went to Xfinity in Royal Palm Beach. >> Wait for me to activate this card. I didn't want to do it in case it was a mistake. >> And he said, "Oh, no, no, you can activate it." And I'm like, he's like, "Do you have a virtual wallet?" I said, "I don't know these virtual cards." And I said, "No, like PayPal or Apple Pay or I said, "No, I hate all that. I'm old school. I like a card." And he grabbed my phone and helped me. >> Okay. So, he was he's the one that put it into your phone and so he had access to all the numbers and everything. Did you ever hand him like a piece of paper that had all that information with the card number and all that stuff on it? Did he >> I showed him the email? >> The email. Okay. Did he take a picture of the email with his phone or >> No, but his phone was >> next to it. I gave him two options. I was going to say your face is on video with Publix. You stole from me. Bring me back, but I want to talk to your mother. Option two, you press charges. >> We go to I go to the police. You lose your job. You get arrested and it's a bad situation. >> Over here buying salad, nerds, clusters, and roses. >> Roses. I hope they were for your mother and not a girl. >> And dove sensitive skin bar. >> Okay. Okay. Sound like he was on Yeah. Sound like he was on a shopping trip for his girlfriend with stolen funds. A salad. Nurse clusters. Roses. Dove soft soap. Yeah. E. I don't know if he just running an errand. Sound like he messed up a little bit. Let me get her favorite candy. Let me get her roses. Oh man. Noir Angel says, "So this man bought some unsuspecting woman flowers with a stolen card." That's exactly what it sounds like. It would turn me all the way off, too. Like, no thank you. You're good. Keep it. Ace Moonshot was said, "What a charmer." >> 13001 hours. I am at the South 7 Publix and I'm here to obtain some surveillance video of a purchase made by an individual using fraudulent uh means. He is. This is the the footage I'm looking for. We have a black male with mid dreads wearing black over black making a purchase. Just clear as day. Same build, same hair, just just as clear. And then of course the tracker is the fact that you actually are using her stolen card, her stolen I guess like electronic card or however you want to say it. But you're dumb. You're a dumb >> of a dozen roses. looks like uh using his phone uh I guess paying for some items. It is alleged that the this individual is using a card that was issued to the the complainant/victim. >> He ends up going out getting a shopping cart then returning back to bag up his product. Um >> what he left it there. >> Um yeah, so it's not it is he comes back he grabs a shopping cart from the foyer area. It's just below the seat and then comes back and he goes back into the store. >> Went back into the aisle. I'm not sure what he did back on the aisle, but then he exited through the front door. >> And this is a receipt that transaction on that day. Have you never seen this individual here before? >> Can't say. No, can't say that. I have. >> All right. >> Now, let's talk about how dumb you are. This woman never had an electronic card. You volunteered to set one up for her. You immediately use it to steal stupid stuff or to buy stuff with stolen money. And she knows where you work. You are the easiest person to find unless you at least quit your job. They don't even have to work hard to find you. Yeah. Can I talk to one of your managers? >> Yeah. >> Can we talk? >> We'll talk outside. >> So, the reason why we're walking outside and just so you understand, my body cam is recording. I wonder if he now see I wonder how many times he's already done this too. But I wonder if his cheeks clenched up a little bit when he saw a police officer walk in. >> Okay. Is because of working a fraud case involving your employees. >> Uh one of which are working right now. >> Okay. >> But um that's my presumption. Okay. >> I want to show you video. >> See if you can identify because the the victim is stating that this works here. Well, the reports we're getting are your employees are taking these digital credit cards >> and they're cloning the cash cards to the personal card. They're cloning it and putting on their phone. >> Okay. >> This is not the first occurrence. This is the second occurrence I'm aware of. >> Okay. >> Um I'm in charge of both cases. >> Okay. And I think both of you working here right now. >> Yes. >> Tuza. >> Tuzi calls himself. >> J Denton. Dent Denton or something like that. I'm fairly new also. >> And that's the taller one in the middle with the long hair. >> Yes. >> Who's the Who's the other black guy on the far left with the shorter? >> Mark. >> Mark. >> Yes. >> You know his last name? >> No. I have it on my phone now. >> And I had a question pertaining to the cell phones. >> Yeah. You issue cell phones for the business to the employees? >> To the employees? No. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Are do they have any specific phone color cases that are on there? >> Phone color cases? No. >> Okay. I mean, each one have their own personal phone. >> So, I can confirm that. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He's using a red phone. >> Yeah. That's his red case. Yeah. No, we can't have water. >> Okay, >> they're both working today >> cuz they the other case they describe the male being taller, short hair, stockier, younger, and that's kind of similar fits his facial features. >> Who you labeled as Jay in the video? How confident are you that >> from did he use their code or >> I mean that's the guy who's he's that's him 100%. Oh yeah. Yeah. There's nobody else. I mean I don't see his face right now. >> Yeah. What a day to be an acting manager, >> right? >> Man, >> wow. >> So, um, don't discuss anything with your employees. Obviously, management, you more than welcome to do it every day. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> But notifying the employees, that's a no-go. It could get way worse for you guys. >> Okay. >> Not for me. Just saying. It's just >> absolutely 100%. >> What he did in this scenario was they're assisting the customers with the bonus thing or something for signing up for whatever. I have to go through a similar process. Can >> you just grab the management? J, come here. Put your hands on back. Don't move. Got it. >> I'd love to ask some questions, but I got to read you Miranda right before anything. Have you ever been arrested before? Okay. Is this your backpack? >> Yes, sir. This is awesome. All right. Is this okay before? Is this like could this be a mistake or is this? >> No. So, all right. Let's go from anything else in your >> You know what you did too. See, don't play dumb >> possession besides this. >> Yeah. >> My car park. Can I give one of them my keys? >> We'll do that part. Okay. for now. We're going to take the AC on for you. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, that's why he's on. >> And then what we What about Mark? >> Mark I got to go talk to really quick cuz he wants me to get him the >> So, which one's Mark? The tall one. >> Which the short one? Which one is this? You have recommend going to put it down so you can hit you his key. Okay. >> No, but he's just being arrested. >> Yeah. The reason I take your information, like I said, he wants you to take custody of his key. So, I just got to show that I didn't keep. And I think they said that there was another one that they knew possibly about that was tall with short hair. So I'm wondering which one that was. I did see a tall black dude with short hair in there. Tallest one in the story in my opinion. So I'm wondering are they going to come for him later? Cuz this one was about the woman who had her stuff stolen. >> And I gave it to you. All right. Now you're responsible. All right. All right. Everything's good. Gave him the key back. So Mark has it. >> Okay. >> That's it for now. >> Anything with Mark? >> No. No. Okay. >> No. Nothing. I don't even know if it's even. >> Got it. Okay. >> So, not even sure yet. >> So, I'm still working on that. Just, you know, again, facial features. Don't know. They just describe someone that looks very similar. >> Oh. >> Would not be fair to assume that it's him. >> Right. Right. Right. >> But I don't know yet. But as of right now, this one >> questions. >> Nope. I think I have your card. So there. >> So I'm Detective Smith. All right. >> With those rights in mind, you do you want to talk to me? I want to explain the case. >> Can I like hear without even saying anything or I don't know what it's >> That's fine. So it's involving the gift cards from customers. >> Okay. cloning them onto your phone. >> Codes in my phone. >> Yes. So, if you put your phone and you enter the gift card into your phone and the customer's phone, you have a copy of their phone. Is that you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We went to Publix, made that purchase >> with the digital gift card with the same phone in your possession. It's the same phone that was used for the customer's transaction. >> Okay. >> Okay. Why are you guys doing this? Cuz she's very upset. She's an old lady. >> It was >> I said, "You took advantage of the situation." Okay. What happened? This lady went out to dinner with her friends and she tried to pay. She couldn't pay because you went shopping. Who are the flowers for? >> My girlfriend. >> Okay. How long you guys been together? >> Six. Six months. >> So new. Okay. How long you been working? >> Not that long. >> Okay. The problem. >> No. Speak up. Shyani. Speak up. Cuz I bet when you was presenting the the roses and the dove soap and the nerds clusters and what else he get? It was something else. A salad. I bet you had more bass in your voice. Speak up now. Don't mumble now. problem is when when it's it's fraud, it's theft. Okay. It's taking someone's gift card that's been given to them and then you're copying it to your phone. >> Is that gift card still attached to your phone? Cuz I'm going to take your phone. >> No. >> When was it? >> Okay. >> I I literally >> regretted doing that some I don't know why it was stupid. >> How much money I mean there's personal questions. How much money you make per hour there? >> Well, it's not it's commission based. So, I mean, I can get like 2,000 3,000. So, we get paid like 1,000 every 2 weeks and then at the end of the month, we have a big check. >> Okay. >> It's pretty good money. >> Okay. >> It's not even It's So, I can lose my I lose my job over this. >> You could. It's up to how that works. It's out of my control. >> You worried about your job? You about to possibly you you should be going to jail right about now. And then you of course your court and then the sentencing for that. But, am I going to lose my job? Of course, you can't work so you can keep frauding people in the same location. And uh Vi said, "I'm going to start paying with cash and leave my card in my purse." That's the thing, V. She was either paying with cash or something. His finessing self said, "Oh, you know, you can set up an electronic card on your phone. I can show you how." And that's how it got here because he knows it. He's helped her set it up. So, he basically cloned it, used it for the gift cards or whatever. But she she was being safe. And then he convinced her to to do it this way. >> You got to keep in mind there's cameras everywhere. >> Yeah. >> Everywhere you go, >> there is cameras. You were there. You made the transaction. And then is that red the or bright orange red phone? Is that yours or the business? >> No, that's mine. >> That's yours? Okay. >> So, what does this lead me to? Like, >> have you ever and like you said, you've never been arrested before? It's so like this is so dumb because it's like it's not even worth it. Like >> it's not. No, it's really really not because you make really good money. >> Yeah. >> And especially for your age cuz see there's the phone in your hand and you pay right there to have to pay. >> Now's your opportunity. Have you ever had this happen before or is this your first time? >> Who else? >> That's why I was so >> Who else inside the building is doing? I don't think that was his first time. I don't think so. Might be his first time doing this form of scamming. This ain't his first time. And the fact that he's never been arrested, he just ain't been caught. Too comfortable. And he he was for her cuz I don't get it. But for her, he was charming and so nice to the point where she didn't really want to report him. Has she found him? I don't see it. I don't get it. >> It was on it. There was no one. It was honestly just like a I honestly just didn't think the lady was some cuz there's like half of the people customer I really just didn't think she was going to use it. That's all it was. And it was stupid. It wasn't even this was it wasn't worth it at all. >> Okay. >> It wasn't needed. It wasn't >> No. Who else inside the building is doing this? Cuz I know it's not you. I know it's not just you. >> So, >> and I know this answer. >> It's I can't I really I wouldn't tell you. So, it literally was a lady came in. She wanted to I helped her with her thing. >> That's all it was to it. As she helped me, >> she was very nice that you were helping her, too. >> I was helping her. >> I really didn't because mo half customers don't even use any. I really just didn't think she was going to use it. So, I it's really just like if she's not going to use it, why not? That's all it was to it. But I can't even say this other people. It was literally just of >> me trying to take advantage of opportunity. Okay. It wasn't like a cuz that's that's the first time that even ever happened to me. Like, she just came in and I helped her set it up. >> Okay. So, I spoke to her and I told her kind of what's going on and she was a really nice lady and she was very upset. >> I'm sorry. >> She was actually crying on the phone because she didn't want it to be you because how you treated her and you were so nice to her. You helped her do her phone. You helped her set up. She said you're very polite. She described you to a tea and then um so I was like, "Yeah, unfortunately, you know, you're you're an adult, so you go to the main jail. >> Get charged. I have to >> Yes. You're going to be charged for credit card fraud. Not the end of the world. I'm not downplaying it. But there's >> things that the state attorney can do with you that's between you and the state attorney. >> So I'm going to be on the Palm Beach page over this. >> Yes. >> You think so? >> If you had the option, what would you do? Would you try to pay her back? >> Yes. that anything that help these customer are like so old and just >> I didn't if I like it's not even that I'm not going to say like that that like I'm I'm justifying what I did but >> Mhm. >> if it was me not thinking she was really going to use I was going to use it. I really just I swear I just didn't think she was going to use the thing. So I >> stealing is stealing whether she ever used it or not. You stole right? He stole her information. Like, what are you talking about? Noir said, "I really hope he feels bad about how he took advantage, but I can tell he only cares about himself." Right. Um, that's all I'm getting. Noir Angel. And Terry T said, "Of course you will be charged." Right. >> She ended up Yeah. She ended up being in the area and that I think the day or the next day or something, she tried to use it and the car got declined. Only some of it went through. So, that's where she was shocked and should be a bomb. So realistically like just off of what you like future I I I'm still in school and just like jobs and everything like does that >> pop? >> It all it will pop is the worst things. >> It's a it's a Here's the thing. >> Are these not questions we should ask oursel if we actually think we have a future before we start scamming? Is this going to affect school and future jobs? Hell yes it will. Like what else did you think the answer would be? The state attorney can do a whole bunch of stuff with the ending prosecution side, but my suggestion to you is don't ever do this again. >> Um, that did never happen. >> Every credit card, gift card, everything's tracked. Every everything's tracked, okay? There's cameras everywhere. And as you see here, we are. If you know anyone inside of Xfunny that's doing this, this is their outcome. So, they're going to take me a mug shot picture. >> Oh my gosh, bro. What the hell? >> We couldn't find him on Palm Beach Mug Shots, but his mug shot is public. Mr. Dennison was charged with >> child, hold on, >> mug shot, but >> make better life choices. >> But his mug shot is public. Mr. Dennison was charged with fraud, illegal use of credit cards. He entered a pre-trial diversion program requiring him to pay restitution to the victim as well as take 4 hours of a theft debatement course. Share your thoughts below. And please, >> for the one he was caught for, he's lucky they didn't try to do more because that actually sounds level appropriate for the one time they've caught him for. And I don't usually see that. it be looking way more serious with the uh sentencing and stuff like that. So, I'm actually surprised that's all that happened. 4 hours of theft abatement. He did not pay attention to that class. I'mma tell you that now. In fact, I don't know why he was asking about school. I'mma leave it at that. Okay, let me see. Loable said, "I work with someone who did this to one of our clients. She was caught because the man said the only place he used a credit card was at this place of business. Terry Tab said, "I always assume I'm being watched." Me, too. I do. Um, Noir said he doesn't realize his job is gone because they can't trust him and getting another job is going to be hard, too. It will. It will. I Omar said, "I don't get restitution. Like, how can they pay it when they in jail?" I think they get some time after jail to pay it, which you know, like they even probably get some some months depending on the amount. A smooth shot said, "Is scamming stealing from the elderly an extra charge? If not, it ought to be if she was over the age of what would be what? 65 and older." I Yeah, he could have been charged with that, too. Like the initial charge plus um the elderly on top of it. Yep. Yep. Noir said that class was more of an inconvenience to him than anything. Exactly. Okay, y'all. I only got one more Emmy. So, you got to choose between here's why you shouldn't drive into a crime scene. Midwest safety. You know, we love them. Oh, child. And then we got Karen. I'm sorry. Let me let you know now. The officer is not abusing her cuz I almost didn't play this one. I had to preview it first to see what was going on with this one. But the other one is Karen Star's midair flight on American Airlines flight. This was weird, guys. So, yeah. Let me know which one do y'all want. You want the She drove into a crime scene or this crazy flight one? I'mma give it a second. In fact, I'll play our little interlude song while y'all decide. Hold on one second here cuz we haven't heard it yet today cuz I have a new intro song. If you came in later and you're not a member, please go back to the beginning cuz we have a new intro song. Okay, but here's our uh You going to jail. Going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. I'm talking about the homie over there with no shirt. I go first. I had to put the homie over there in the verse. He was all in the street. Man, I'm keeping it clean. I'm pretty sure the homie was on the stars. I'm just living my dream. You know I got hooked like freestyle man. I'm going too hard man. Shot a homie in the front of the car. Hey broomies going. >> All right. Looks like the flight one. Oh mezi. I'm tired. No. Who was that? said both. Who was that? I saw it. Who? Somebody. Uh, yeah, it was Omi. I'm tired. I can't do both. I'll save the other one for the morning. So, so if since we're going to play the flight cuz y'all definitely definitely voted for the flight more than the other one. We'll play the other one tomorrow. So, I have to make sure I do. Here's why you shouldn't drive into a crime scene tomorrow. All right. So, this one is Decap Cops and it says Karen starts midair flight or fight on American Airlines flight. It's confusing, y'all. But I'll just let you watch it cuz I don't know what to say about this. Here you go. >> Let him go. Let him go. LET HIM GO. >> DAMN. LET GO. >> THERE YOU GO. >> Shut the up. You're a cop. You serve me. You serve me. >> And we're not watching Bandana Girl. We're just watching the one that y'all saw when on the screenshot wasted. >> Stop squeezing my [ __ ] ass. >> The flight was peaceful UNTIL SHE SNAPPED. >> MAKE HER HAIR. >> Up in the air, every limit was pushed beyond its breaking point. What started with a few seemingly harmless words, this woman began to spiral out of control, and the entire cabin was about to witness something no one expected. Open. You're about to get ME. THEY'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> THEY'RE GOING TO GET SOMETHING. >> Got to let him go. You got to let him go. Ma'am, you got to let go. Let him go. >> Ma'am, let go. >> Let him go, MAN. >> MA'AM, LET GO. Got three officers and civilian. Let him go. LET HIM GO. >> LET GO. >> And he She was HOLDING HIS HAND THROUGHOUT the entire together. They're together. No, she's been holding his hand. She's been taken off. >> Just seconds later, everything erupted. Passengers panicked. Flight attendants rushed in. This situation was no longer simple. >> You have to let him go. >> You have to let him go, man. >> Yeah. Let me go get you. You have to let him go. back up. Let's go. Thank you for my floating what is it? Heart jewels. Yeah, floating hearts. Thank you, Ashley J. I am so confused as well. What I do know is that they said she was the aggressor and I'm pretty sure that when they showed that video for like two seconds at the beginning, she has on the leather leather jacket that it looks like she was the one swinging from the person that recorded it on their personal phone. But it is a lot of silence right now from her end. You can't hear. you can see the struggle and then the guy I don't know if he's praying or just repeating something over and over but it's a lot. So the one you hear and it sounds like it's French or something else. Um he's with her like I guess in a relationship they said the other passenger said they flew together. They traveled together. He has her hair. You got that? >> I got to put her taser. Not her hair. >> I'm going to tase him if he doesn't let go. I got her. >> Okay. >> Warnings were given, but she didn't stop. And that decision could cost her the moment the plane touches down. >> All right, that's it. All right, baby. Stand back. Stand by for taser. >> Okay, he got tased. I think he released his grip for a little bit. But this is where when y'all see the little hair, not little, but the very big hair pull in the screenshot where it looks like the cop was pulling her hair. I think he was trying to free, not think, he was trying to free her hair from the guy like, "Let her hair go, let her hair go." And I think cuz you know if you hold the hair closer to the scalp, it doesn't hurt as much when it's being pulled. So that's what I thought his method was because at first I thought they were just fighting her and yanking her hair, but that's not that's not what it was. >> Okay, I'm going to hit him again. Stand by. >> Stand by. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. No, no, no, no, no, no. Like, how about we take you out? >> The second tase didn't do nothing to him. The first one got him. Second one, nothing is happening to him. But you see how he has her hair right here and then the cop has her hair right here. So, the cop is not currently fighting her. He's trying to make sure I get that the dude doesn't yank all her hair out of her head. But that's a crazy screenshot to present making it look like the cop was just trying to yank her hair for no reason or whatever. But yeah, so he's got a good grip on her hair right now. >> LET GO. >> LET GO OF HER HAIR. come back and play your muscle. Watch your muscle. Okay, there we go. Appreciate >> I got all kinds of stuff. >> The plane door opened, but Freedom wasn't waiting for her. what stood ahead could completely change the course of this story. >> So, were you able to tell was she part of it or was he just hanging on to her? >> No, they there were they seemed like they know each other as far cuz they both came in together. They were traveling together and she was from what I saw and him trying to >> she was holding his hand while he was going nuts. She he was holding her hand and she was >> chill. No, he was saying it was like a mental episode like he was saying something religious like the whole time like chanting >> and he was flying >> and he wouldn't look up >> and he wouldn't look up. Yeah. He would have his eyes closed like fearful like he was afraid of something >> like because it was like just I'm afraid and that's why I'm kicking. I just like everybody get the [ __ ] away. >> And I miss the whole story, but you got kicked at some point. >> Yeah, it was right before we got the door open. I told everybody to stay seated. I don't know what he was going to do. Okay. >> So, was he looking at you when you kicked you or was just like a random kicking? >> No, he was he kicked >> but he was he was doing this. He was likeing one arm and holding his wife with the other. He was like coming towards her like this. >> Oh, Dean. Dean came in. Dean, that's what I was trying to figure out. I saw those scissors on the chair and I saw when they the cops grabbed the scissors, but I couldn't tell. So, they did have they cut her hair to free her from him grabbing her hair. I was cuz I was like I saw the scissors then they end up on the ground when they pull back out but I didn't see the hair. So I was like okay maybe they were going to cut her hair but they didn't. But you're saying they did cut her hair >> and then I got cornered into here and that's when he got into here. >> No, I think you said you need to stay seated. Suddenly I think you might have said something to stay seated. >> Yeah, I think you said something about and that's when he started coming like with one arm >> cuz he started he started punching us over here once he got here like >> I tried. I'm so sorry you have to stay seated in >> I think it's just a bit of a >> She was charged with disorderly conduct, assault and interference with flight operations. >> Okay. And y'all see she got all the charges, not him, cuz they said she was the aggressor and she was doing a lot on the flight. So, that was crazy. I told y'all it was crazy. Okay, so tomorrow morning, Saturday morning, Sunday morning, uh if you want to catch me live, we'll be doing more body cam. Um yeah, I didn't see any charges for him, Ace Moonshot. All right, y'all. So, I am going to go lay down and read and relax, and I'll see y'all in the morning. But thank you so much. Like, y'all really came out tonight and I really appreciate it. So, all right y'all have a good evening. If you can go back and play like the first three minutes because I debuted the intro song. Members already knew about it, but I've debuted it so everybody can hear it. And then of course you'll hear it Saturday and Sunday morning if you want to because it'll be played at the beginning. All right. See y'all soon. Child. Bye y'all. Oh shoot. Yeah, I'mma play it on the way out too. Ha. So you'll hear it either way. All right. Bye y'all. >> Yeah. >> Come on. Come on. >> Hit the couch. Got your name on the screen. You send me that link. I say, "Girl, let me see." >> Yeah. You laugh, I lean in close. >> We already know the vibe. One more click, one more take. Now we both line from the first frame to the last frame. We don't miss a thing. >> If it's funny, if it's wild, baby, let it rain. >> Slide over. >> I got you. >> Don't skip ahead. >> Not tonight. We lock into the moment >> and we ride that way. Trending at some point. We watch it together at some point. We stay on it forever. >> Yeah. Hit that. Bring that. You and me at some point. You pick the funny ones. I pick the drama too. Pause on the comments like, "Who said that to you?" You smile on the screen glow. Got me in the zone. Every little reaction make this house a home. Late night, same room, same move, same show. If the thumbnail says go, then we already know. >> Slide over here. >> I got you. >> Don't skip ahead. >> We lock it into the moment and we ride that way at some point. We watch it together. Trending as a point. We stay on it forever. >> Yeah. Hit that play. Bring that. You and me. >> Can't beat the beat. At some point it has. >> If the world goes fast, we slow it down. >> One more video. Turn it around. >> Talk back to the screen. Laugh till we cry. >> Me and the feet all night. All night. >> All night. >> All night. >> We watch it together. We stay on it forever. >> Yeah. Hit that. Bring that. You and me. Trening
