That make sense? I'm pregnant. Why am I okay? Just imagine the lies and drama when cops come face to face with ruthless female predators. Abusive, manipulative, and dangerous. In this video, you'll see what really happens when these women get caught and finally face justice. This is Kesha, a woman whose strange and unsettling intentions made her neighbor uneasy. She explained that she was simply going to urinate. It happened multiple times, and it became clear she had other plans. It all started on November 4th, 2022, when an officer received a call from a man reporting that his neighbor had entered his backyard, was behaving suspiciously, and causing a disturbance. The man had young kids, and her inappropriate actions raised concerns. And I told him exactly what happened. I got 10year-old girls out here. She told them that they was 60 year old women out here. I understand she's high on dope. She's crazy. I'm not going to have this next to me. Yeah, absolutely. You know, and you should over there. Um, they have a stock trailer right over there. She was underneath it laying down one day. Yeah. Charlotte came. I mean, she Well, I'm just resting. I thought this was a package. I mean, she was Oh, when uh what's her name? Sellers. Bambi. Bambi was here today. We were standing over here looking at my old 17-year-old dog and she there was no curtains and she's just right there in the window. I mean, I get it. That's your house getting you want to. Not not Let me ask you around. If I was standing over there by the country shaking my around Yeah. What would happen? Yeah. Well, we have to you have to open the door first. Sound to get me out. Well, we can't do that. I understand. And I'm just I'm over it. I'm done. Yes. This is I agree. Um I mean, I I told you today I was as polite as I could be. You know, I'll press charges. I'll do whatever it is to do. Apparently, she has some mental issues and and some drug problems. That being said, I'm not going to have it around my kids. Yep. You know, and I don't 100%. I hate to drag y'all into this. No, don't worry about that. Do we need to just call you if we see her on the The problem is we can't like when she goes in her house, she keeps locking the door and her family doesn't do any good for us either. And that pisses me off worse than anything because if you you know you tell me I shine my light in everybody's window, knocked on everybody's window. And you tell me Yeah. You tell me that. Oh, like the brother told me today, you know, I'm going to have to move if my mama keeps just putting up with this cuz her name's on the rent, blah blah blah blah blah. It throw that heer out the door and be done with it. Yeah. I mean, I'm done. I I'm I'm done with that right there. After understanding the situation, the cop went to check on Kesha to assess her condition and ensure her safety. Open the door and come outside. Come outside and talk to us. You need to pee in their yard. Why? I jumped over. So you jumped over their fence. But you don't live there, right? No. I can touch them. Uh-huh. I mean, you can touch somebody. Okay. Right. Okay. You mind stepping outside so I can hear you a little better? It's just kind of muffled. This camera doesn't come over. No, just step outside for me. front door. Just step out so that way I can hear you. That way we're not going back and forth. I'll see you out front. Okay. I don't know whether she locked it nor unlocked it. All right. Come out here and talk to me. Just got some questions for you. Okay. Yes, sir. All right. Turn around. Can I tell my mom I'm underwear? Absolutely. We need to move. We need to move this. Okay. Yes, sir. That way it doesn't hurt you as bad. Why? Why am I being arrested? Uh for showing your genital to two 10-year-olds today. I wouldn't do that for nothing in my life. What? Okay. I'm a grown woman. Yeah, we got photo and video. So, it's pretty sad when a 10-year-old has to tell me that. I swear I wouldn't do that on purpose. What? Mhm. You know me better than that. You've arrested me before in BRA. All right. You got anything on you? No, sir. No knives, no weapons or anything like that. Nothing in there, sir. You wearing a bra? No, sir. Yes, you are. Nothing in there? No, it's just cloth. It's not a bra. Okay. The man continued with his story about what Kesha had done while the police gathered evidence and inspected the backyard for clues. So, I grab my pistol and I run out the back door and I come around the shed and there's a ramp going into my shed and there's a leanto off of it. Mhm. And she comes running out and she's like, I had to go to the bathroom. I'm like, no, no, no, no. I said, get your on the ground right here. So, she came out of the shed or just out from underneath the lean two. Well, the lean two is closed up. There's only a door that goes into it. So I was like, "No, get your ass on the ground." So she kept telling me I was pregnant. I said, "Don't go. Lay your lay on your belly." Mhm. And so I mean, I'm pretty pissed off by this time. And so she gets on her knees and I'm like, "Get down on your belly." And I I'm reaching for my phone. I'm going to call 911. You know, all that. And she takes off running. And then you can see in the video I try to meet her at the gate and when she bust through the gate I just kind of let it go, you know, cuz I know where she's going. There's no point to escalate it, you know. No teeth too bad. Um I really don't think she would have messed with anything. But she was hiding behind this post right here. Well, and I came around the corner this way and she come, you know, shooting out this way and I'm like, you know, hey, what what's going on? But I mean, come on. I mean, that's where I'm at with it. She was just like as hell on whatever she is she's doing and she was hiding in a corner over here. But main thing is she come in that's out of the yard. Now he's going he's charging her with what what happened earlier today as well. Do you want to charge her with what happened? Oh yeah. I mean I Is that unlocked? Yeah, it's unlocked. There's nothing missing. She just come walking through here and shot up in the shed and what's Yeah. Now let's see what Kesha had to say about the allegations the officer had made and you wouldn't believe her response. It's 3 in the morning in somebody's shed. I wasn't in the shed, sir. He's got video that shows you going into the shed. I wasn't. And then earlier today, I was writing your warrant. Okay. Cuz you wouldn't come to the door the first time we were here, which is why we're here again. You told me to get a warrant. I was in my own yard. Why? You were by the road. I never You're exposing yourself to exposing yourself to 10year-olds. How does that not ring a bell to it doesn't matter if you knew they were there or not? They seen you and they ran to their dad and said, "There's a lady outside of our house." No, sir. I 10year-old I had two. I would not do that. I had a scarf on and it covered my breast area and my private and my stomach showed a little, but I would not dress like that. Inappropriate. I got you. You got enough hair? You have enough hair? What are you doing with your wrist? Nothing. I haven't done anything. I just put my hands up. Cuz if I if I loosened those up for you to have more room and gave you two cuffs and you try to shimmy me out of them, it's not going to be good. Make sense? No. Okay. So, we're going to be going to jail tonight. Okay. I have to write a whole new report because of you going into somebody's shed at 3:00 in the morning. I wouldn't do that. Okay. Well, that's what I have to do. So that's we're gonna make this long trip all the way down to the jail, okay? And then we're going to sit quiet. Please listen to me. I'm not stop. As a as a person, right? Uhuh. I would not trespass on a man's property like that. Uh last time I trespassed you from a property from doing the same thing. I was just saw it. You observe who you recognize as your neighbor Kha in your backyard in your fenced in backyard and then you observed her going into your shed at which time you went out there and attempted to confront her and she fled from you out your gate and that's right out that gate straight across the house running and screaming. May I y'all had to come out here? No problem. That's right. We were about to do it eventually. Everything was going smoothly until Kesha became upset and her emotions took over. Kesha was charged with resisting an officer, battery on a peace officer, trespassing, lewd, lascivious behavior, indecent exposure, and disorderly conduct. Our next suspect, Erica, was unusual. Right after getting out of jail, she engaged in inappropriate behavior, not fully realizing the drastic consequences that would follow. On March 22nd, 2023, police received a report about Erica engaging in sexual activity behind a private building. The cops arrived to issue a warning and ask Erica to leave the property, but they soon discovered the situation was far more serious than initially realized. Hello. How are you? I'm good. What do we got going on? Someone called and said that you're having My daddy came here. Do you have an ID on you? I don't. What's your name? People called and said you were having back here and the business doesn't want you here. So, who? That's what they said. But they don't want you here regardless. So, I'm going to trespass you and then we'll be on our way. Okay. What's your name? I think it's weird. Well, that's human nature. But I get that, but like I'm by myself. How do you spell your first name? T A. Can you look at me, please? Or it's not 2020 since 2002. I'm so sorry. Okay. Well, you're detained. Erica, you have warrants. Erica, stop. Erica, you're good. Erica, stop. Erica, stop. Come on. My hand. Stop. Erica, everything's being video recorded. At least let me smoke my fetti first. Erica, just let you know everything's being ID and video recorded. Okay, I got that. I was having the bush, right? You knew you'd get me, huh? You don't need to uh what? Fight. Where you been, girl? I haven't seen you in a while. Oh, that's how you got clean. You were walking downtown. Yeah, that was like 2 years ago. 5 days after Domus bailed me out. They wanted me to turn myself in because they want me to do a year in county, man. You got me pent. I just got out of I just got bailed out. You want me You want me to turn myself in now? I'm good. Nice. Looks like you're going to county jail. I know. Fine, huh? You've been looking for me hella high. No, we got we got called about this. Remember up at Copper Trail? Okay. You were posted up at Copper Trail, maybe. And I was walking I walked past you. You were You were not on our radar, Erica. Um Erica, do you need any medical attention? Yeah. Well, you didn't swallow any drugs. No, but I did do a You see the foil? It's right there. Oh, wait. It's in my pocket. It had a fetty foil. It had a fetty pill in it and foil. Do you need any aid for being in the bushes? I want to make sure you're not hurt from No, but I saw you coming from afar, so I took that pill. So, I You didn't see us? No, I did too. Obviously, that's why I hate my foil. The next stop acting like you know me. Oh, we did know you. Give me some medical attention because I will m intake here. We're going to give you some Narcan. Okay. Need some Narcan. Okay. We're going to put you on your side. Okay. You okay? Well, cuz you're overdosing. Okay. Give it to me at my nose. Are you overdosing? Yes. Okay. Well, let me let me let me put this in your nostril then. Okay. Hey, best way to withdraw. I'm not overdosing, but it's the quickest way to withdraw. In 3 hours, I'll be off Betty. So, can you put me in a car, please? Yep. I'd rather go through 3 hours of severe pain and 14 days in jail with John. Yeah. Because in 3 hours, I'll wake up like I haven't even done anything. I mean, you meant So, up to you, Erica. Can you put put me in the car? Okay. Thank you. The situation wasn't looking good. Erica had just gotten out of jail and now due to her own actions she found herself face to face with the officers again. Uh I'll start with this and stretching and like it'll be uncomfortable but I'll get off and then when I wake up I won't be withraw at all. It's good. It's because of the narc. That's what I was trying to get you guys to do last time I got arrested because 3 hours of withdraw I'd rather do than 14 days in withdrawing. Like it's that bad. Huh? 14 days. It takes me 14 days to go off again. Yeah. But Narcan, every time when I got out of jail, I was in jail for 56 days. When I got out, I ODed four times. There's probably a good chance you wouldn't go to jail if you just listen to us. Oh, no, no, no, no. I'm going to jail. Oh, is that why you lied? What do you mean? You already know. You always give that name. You always give that name. I was going to say I was going to say Destiny Effinger, but Did you know it was us? Oh, yeah. I knew it was you. So you just Oh, I knew I was Isn't Evinger the girl's name you gave me when that guy ran up behind you and like smashed me in the face? Yeah. Down by hash. Wow. You remember that? Yeah, that was We just know when you give the name out of Michigan, you're the only one who gives a name out of Michigan. Yeah, it's an actual name. It's my sister, but she was Well, she hasn't she wasn't born in 2002 this time. No, I uped up. Maybe the big sigh of relief, too. side when he asks you your birthday. Well, our surgeon's going to stop by and ask a couple questions to you. Okay. Like for what? I don't know. He's just gonna make sure you're okay. I was trying to withdraw. She's going to stop. Okay. Oh, dude. I don't know why the I was Yeah, I was having the tree. She just saw your shorts. Saw my shorts. Saw legs. That's what she thought. Man, that's some lame ass. I know. You know that person? Zero. I'm trying to do it. Hey, take your stuff. Electricity. No. No. I'm not taking my stuff. I'm taking that with me. Hop in, Erica. No, you would not have let me go. We don't know. I just want to make sure you're okay. Can I take some vitals? Can you make this a little easier on me so I can help give you the best care possible? Erica claimed that the officer used unnecessary force against her, which made her upset. This led to an investigation to look deeper into the matter. Hey Erica, it's it's Sergeant Levit with the Olympia Police Department. So I'm here to talk to you about the use of force that happened. Are you willing to talk to me about that? Yeah, sure. Okay. So, just understand that you are being audio and video recorded right now. Okay. Mhm. So, um I'm responding because it sounds like the officers had to take you down to the ground to get you into custody. Can you tell me kind of what happened? Did you recognize that the police were contacting you and that they were official officers? No, I did not. You didn't? You didn't? No. I I stood up and they took me to the ground. Did Did you hear them identify themselves at all? No, I didn't. Did you notice they were wearing uniforms? I had headphones and I had my hood on. I didn't see them at all. Did you notice they were driving police cars? No, I didn't see them come up. Nothing at all. Did they tell you that you were detained or anything like that? Not until they had their hands on you. Okay. And when they had their hands on you and you resisted. Was that for any particular reason other than I didn't know who they were. But you said you noticed who they were once they had their hands on you. No. After they had me subdued then I they my headphones got ripped from my ears and I heard them say we're police officers. Okay. Are you injured in any way? Yeah. My knee. Your knee's injured? Yeah. What happened to your knee? Dude, when they put me down to the ground, they they stepped on me. Okay. Are you willing to sit up so that I can look at your knees? Is you should document the injury if there's an I'm trying I just want to go to jail. Okay. So, are you willing to let the fire guys check you out real quick? No. You're not willing to let them check you out? Nope. And you're not willing to sit up so I can see the the injury to your knee? All that stuff will get captured on body camera when you come out and go to the jail. You know that, right? I know. I know. I don't care. Okay. Doesn't want your guys' help. I just want to keep an eye on her while she's in that position. You're going to run? Yeah. Why are you going to run? You're not going to try to slip your cups and run, are you? Yeah, definitely. You are. Just understand that if you do that, that force will be used on you and you will get more injured. Okay. Yep. Don't care. We don't want you to get more injured. Just Why are you guys slow on taking me to the jail? Uh because you refused to sit up. We were going to wrap you up in this cute little burrito here in just a minute. Soon as we get some more people over here. Oh my god, dude. Just take me to the jail. If you want to go to the jail, then you need to sit up so I can put your seatelt on you and then we'll take you there. That That's your options. You either sit up so I can put your seat belt on, dude. Or I'm going to put We're going to end up putting you in this little burrito, wrap you up real nice so that you can't slip your handcuffs, you can't run, and then we'll take you to jail that way. Those are kind of your options right now. Yeah, let's do the burrito wrap. That sounds comfortable. Okay, that's what we're going to do as soon as one more officer gets here. Okay. Yeah, it Hey, I'm Sergeant Love It. So, I understand you guys witnessed what happened with the officers. Two officers. Okay. We definitely saw the officers pull up. They called. Mhm. I answered because I'm the one who called it into dispatch. Yeah. Cuz it looked like two people. I'm sorry. Yeah. And so we were like, "Hey, that's not okay." And they called and they said, "Hey, where's this happening?" We said, "Oh, around the back of the store." And he goes, "Oh, okay. proceed. So, they ended the call and they approached the person and they got up and they attempted to run away and they used what I considered was a safe and necessary amount of effort to stop someone from fleeing. The officer had completed their inquiry and just as they were about to take Erica to jail, she caused another issue, adding even more trouble to the situation. All right. Okay. Hold on. I can get up. Perfect. Lay on your belly. On your belly for us, Erica. Lay on my stomach. On your flat on my zone. Yep. Right on your Ow. You guys are pieces of It's a little complicated. I'll cooperate. I don't give a Please do. Roll her back onto her stomach. Roll her stomach again. You serious? Yeah, man. Guys, whatever shoes these are. They're got on. Yeah, those are some shoes. I mean, I quite like them. Oh, guys, this is pretty dope, though. You get back. Okay. So, how did you guys think of this? One one crazy that made you guys think of this. Am I right or am I right? Crazy. It didn't make you guys think of this. Hey, Nick. I'll see you again. Also, with her saying that she didn't she didn't take any photos. I didn't recover any from Erica. Erica was charged with assault, resisting arrest, making false, misleading testimony, and an active warrant. Unlike the previous case, Jennifer Flores unleashed her dog on her ex-boyfriend after a dispute. She thought she had the authority, but it ended with her losing the dog and landing herself behind bars. On January 15th, 2024, an officer responded to a call about a man who had been attacked by his ex-girlfriend's dog and barely managed to escape. Covered in blood and injuries, there was more to the story that needed to be uncovered. I need help, man. What happened? I got attacked by a dog. You got attacked by a dog. Okay. My girlfriend's dog. This right here. Okay. What? What happened, dude? We We got into an argument. Okay. Well, I went over there trying to just talk about and she just freaked out. What kind of dog is it? A pit bull. Pit bull. Okay. This person put her hands on you allegedly according to you and sunk a dog on you. Okay. So, she at her hands or was she grabbing? I had a chain I got a chain in my pocket and it was around my neck and she literally was choking me out with my Is it like one of those wallet chains? It's a It's a gold chain. It's Oh, like like a necklace. And she had she had both her hands on it. Dude, it's in my pocket. She tried to steal it. She's like, "Ah, you got a red mark on your neck. That's why I'm asking." You guys known each other for 8 years? About 8 years. Okay. You guys live together at some point. We went through a domestic thing. I want to say about 2 years ago almost. Okay. What happened there? Someone get arrested or no? Uh, she came by, slashed my tires, put her hands on me again, and that was about Yeah, maybe like 3 years ago. Okay. Did she go to jail or No, she I told him to not take her to jail that night and then she was still acting crazy. So, she did end up going to jail like Okay. She bonded out and ended up going to jail like a couple years later, I think, actually. Okay. Okay. So, you guys kept in touch after that? Have you guys were ever with each other? Yeah. Since then. And you come over here. She'll come over there. Yeah. I got you. Mostly I come over here. She never come to my house. Okay. Gotcha. All right. So So tell me how it all started cuz I think I saw you earlier drive in on your white Corvette. Yep. Um what happened once you entered the door? Uh everything was fine. Went said, "Hey, the dog." I sat down. We were talking and she just started she was drunk. She just starts arguing. Oh, what about this? What about that girl? What about this? is late. When did she start putting her hands on you? She she took my clothes. Where were you guys at? Actually, I was in the bedroom. You both you guys were there? Both of us were in the bedroom. Okay. Dog was running around freely. Okay. She like uh she grabs my clothes, throws them in the bathroom, and I go in there, try to get my stuff, and she grabbed my neck. And the dog was right outside the bathroom door. Why did she grab your neck while you guys were in the bathroom? Yeah. I go try to grab my clothes out the bathroom cuz I'm like, "Look, I'm just going to leave. You're going to be arguing. I'm just going to leave." Mhm. She was not letting me leave in the bathroom. In the bathroom. We're both in the bathroom at this point. Fighting. I got you. I got you. She's grabbed me by my neck and not letting me go. And then the dog's right outside. As soon as I grab my clothes, she takes off her shirt and she's like, "Hit me." So I have bruises on me, too. I'm like, "I'm not hitting you." And it's in the bedroom. In the bathroom. Okay. We're fight We're fighting in the bathroom mostly. Okay. And when I get out the bathroom is when the dog started attacking me. I finally got my clothes. So we came and my son's seen the blood and he freaking flipped out. She wasn't answering the door for us either. And then she finally heard his voice, came out of her room, and then like I seen this there, as you see, there's blood everywhere in that freaking right here. There blood. Did you hear her knock? Yeah, I was locked in the bathroom. She won't let me out the freaking bathroom. Like I let you have the bathroom. I I went I Yo, she had me and my son in that thing. Here's the thing. I think I I think all I needed was Jennifer was charged with domestic violence, strangulation, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. On March 26th, 2024, an officer pulled over a car in Palm Beach County for an expired tag. As soon as he got close, the strong smell of marijuana filled the air. When the officer addressed it, both the driver and passenger responded suspiciously. There's no weed. Okay, but I'm just going to search it for for cuz I have suspicion. me while I'm going to the store, please. So, hold on. Let me ask a question. You say I stop you while you going to the store. You never stop us. We came to a stop, right? Did you hit your face? You did stop us. You didn't step out cuz I'm asking you to for what? Cuz I'm asking for after we already came out. Just being detained right now. You're not under arrest, right? Bro, I'm going to you stay in the car. I ain't tell you get lift out of the car yet. If you throw it if you throw it if you throw it if you throw it then that's an assault charge. Go ahead. Do it. Okay. I know. I don't I know. You don't you don't have to give. First of all, I got something I got something better to do. My job, [ __ ] Okay, put a dash cam, [ __ ] Could you pull us to the police? Stop. Your lights aren't even on like the [ __ ] We going to the store. If you didn't pull us over, first of all, you have possession of vehicle, sweetheart. Yeah, I need you to step out of the vehicle. You can leave your person there, too. I don't have to leave. You do have to leave. I don't. You have to. You have to. Yes, you do. I know. No, I don't. Let go. Let go. Let go. Your purse and you're going to catch charging go to jail. Let go. Let go of the purse. Let go. The last time I'm going to tell you're going to be put in handcuffs. Let go of the purse. Bro, I'm going to come here. What? So, if you want to use your phone for recording, that's fine. But don't make any phone calls. I will take the phone from you. Did you hear me? Did you hear what I said? Can you get a away from me? Did you hear what I said? Can you get away from me? Do you hear what I said? Get away from me. The driver was calm and cooperative, but the woman tried to act tough, believing she was above the law. Her defiant attitude, however, didn't sit well with the officer, and things quickly escalated from there. Stop resisting. So you going to get you going to get you going to get you going cuz she's she needs to relax. Relax. You get on the relax, bro. You want to go to jail for something? She resist. She resist. Calm down. Yes, she is. That's resisting, bro. Y'all see she upset the body. Y'all can literally whip. Y'all got everything. Calm down. Calm down. Sit down. I know you come. Nothing. She She's not calm. She [ __ ] easy. She don't have to know. We're trying to explain to her. She don't want to listen. You don't in a dry vehicle. They talk to me, please. You see, she unresponsive. But here's You see, she not going to give you feedback. It's not about She just going to get herself in a bigger a bigger hole. I don't his body cam on the ground. He got It's all right. It's okay. is on the ground. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Make sit down. Sit. Here's your body camera. After the officer detained the man and woman, they searched the vehicle. The man then made a complaint and talked more about it. So then why make it difficult? So why making it difficult? I you see he seen how she was acting. She was already irate when he pulled the car over. She was already upset. I get that. And I What can I do as the driver trying to talk to the officer and explain everything that's going on? The whole situation. What situation? She sat down. What? What's going on? Smells weed. And so he made a traffic stop. It smells weed. It wasn't a traffic stop. How was it a traffic stop if I came to the store? He literally followed me across the street. Let me ask you from over there. That hotel over there. Did you drive that car from here to here? Yes. All right then. So you drove where where he came from. Doesn't matter where he came from. The fact is you pulled me over for my tabs. Okay. I understand. You said you pulled You know, you know what? Listen. No. No. Pause. Pause. Pause. When you turn in there, listen. You saw me when I turned right there. Right. And then guess what? I ran your tag and guess what? It came back. I came here. Follow me. I could do that. That's allowed, bro. I'm just doing my job, bro. When she sat right there sitting on the curb, bro, we could have left her right there, bro. All she wanted to do was sit right there and do her thing. This is the thing. This is the thing. Understand the officer of the law. I know you're the officer of the law. She told her very told her very clearly that she know Oh, but that's something you got to get control. How can I get that in control? I'm right. I'm like this. I mean, talk about before this get in jail. But but you can't tell me how to tell another grown person how to act. It's It's not It's You're right. You're right. She's going to have her own actions, but that's her problem. That's her fault, not yours, not mine. The simple The simple request I had for her was, "You could use your phone to record. Feel free to record, but don't call anybody." And there's a And there's a reason for that, right? I don't I just met you 5 minutes ago. I don't know. She thinking, "My I'm going to jail. She need to call my dad." That's who Card is. She probably thinking, "Pops, something going on." That's probably why she was trying to call. All I seen from my aunt is her pull out the camera and you instantly grabbing her arm and he I need another pair of ran the camera once asked for another pair of cuffs. It's all on camera. It's all body cam. I know for sure. Which is fine. She wants to if she wants to record, I was cool with that. But at the end of the day, she's an adult. She's got to be responsible for action. she was worried about something. How about all right officer, I get out of the car. What is going on? Is he going to jail? 100%. I would have been like, as of right now, no, he's just being detained until we finish the search. That's it. Following or not following the police's instructions came with consequences. The man was released after receiving a ticket while the woman was taken to jail because of her actions. You have anything for police techn? Yeah. Hey, what's the plan? My leave with me, right? Yeah. All right. What's the take our ID and everything else? We can leave it. Well, I give I can't hear a chance to. Do you have any hands to put what we s? I don't know. Okay. What do you mean you don't know? I don't know. Do you have any needles? Do you have any weapons? Not that I know of. Not that you know. So, you don't know if you have any needles on you? So that means there's the possibility that there could be. I'm sorry. Always. Always. Okay. Spread your legs for me, please. Stop wiggling the cup. It's only going to make it worse. My arm is killing me, bro. My shoulders dislocated. I don't understand what you suffer from. You're not uncomfortable. Yeah, because Yeah. Yeah. Because what? I was normal. I'm trying to take no cuffs on and been normal. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. But for your safety, I need to be in cuffs and uncomfortable. So, don't talk to me. Okay. You're not the officer that detained me. I am. Thank you, Sanchez. So, why is he talking to me? Because I don't care about I care about Sanchez. Okay. I am. Do you uh you want to take her jewelry or you want to go down? You want to take your chains? You want you to take your jewelry? You want him to have it? Cuz they going to take it off regardless. Got it. All right. You take it. [Music] Okay. Turn and face me, please. Just check. But I don't want to break it. I'm not I'm trying to be gentle and I can't. It's all twisted. You know what? You can just just hit the car. I'm not She's giving me her because I asked her to turn so I could get the thing and not break it and she's being difficult so they can take it off her at the jail. So, she's being difficult. No, I'm not playing the game. I didn't do anything. I'm trying to be nice and she wants to be that way. That's her business. They I don't I don't do the piercings anyway. So, the nose piercing and all that. So, they can just take it off her at the jail. The woman was charged with resisting without violence. The man received a ticket for driving with an expired tag and not carrying a driving license on demand. Just like the woman, our next suspect was no different. Standing her ground to prove a point didn't solve anything and only ended up humiliating her. On January 14th, 2023, police from New Mexico responded to a call about a disturbance related to an eviction notice, which became chaotic when the former tenant repeatedly returned despite having no legal claim to the property. Here was the owner of the property statement. I went to court today with the leasing of the property. Okay. Her name is uh Claire Ordonius Stevenson. Something like that. Okay. So, what happened today in court? They were given a 3-day notice to move out. An eviction last month. What's that? Eviction. Eviction notice. Okay. Okay. So, what happened there is that today was a trial for that, but they had moved out. not today in court with judge um don donita they they told the judge that they had moved out and they evac ev evacuated the property on the 31st of December. Okay. In that conversation I said they left a lot of stuff when they said they are evacuated. So I said well I don't know what they're going to do with all this stuff. So I came here and I'm going to change I was going to change the locks on the property. If I got here, she's cooking dinner. Obviously, the house is not evacuated cuz she paid rent. Okay, ma'am. Nobody's paid rent to me. Okay. Okay. For 4 months. Okay. So, that's why they've been evicted. Okay. So, this person who was not on the lease forced her way in the house and we're just trying to block her from getting anything in the house because the judge said anything in this house I can dispose of at my leisure. Okay. Hang on. Hang on. The continuence is only to see if they are going to be due the rent back to me. That's the only part of the continuence. It's for the rid of restitution. Okay. Ma'am, are you involved in this? She's not She has She's a trafficker. I already know this person who this person is. She She's a friend of mine that's helping this. Okay. So, an advocate. Yes. Okay. Ma'am, please stop talking over these guys, okay? I can't listen to three people talking to me at once, ma'am. Okay. I've been trying to be polite with you, okay? But you keep raising your voice. You keep trying to talk over me. This is not your property, ma'am. No, I know. Okay. You are not you're not the one who's been involved in the legal matters of all this. Okay. You might be an advocate. Okay. But your your job is to advise her and be an advocate for her, not to come over here and stir up issues. Okay. So, I try to talk to him. Okay. But ma'am, that's not your job. Your job is to advise her the job what she needs to do. Okay. This is his property. Okay. So, let me finish talking with him and then I'm going to talk with her and then we're going to figure out what we're going to do. Okay. Okay. Sounds good. Thank you. So, at this point, they're an extra 15 days into the lease. According to the according to the judge, what the lease told the judge is the property is is supposed to be empty, and they didn't want any of the property that's left. And that's what was said in court today. That was set in court today. And I asked the judge specifically, can I go and move this stuff because I don't want to be in harm's way when I start moving all this stuff out. Mhm. And she said, "Yeah, move it out." Okay. So, who are you in all this, ma'am? I've been living here for 3 to four years. the my stepdaughter Claire. Okay. Taking care of the kids and, you know, contributing whatever I can. Claire's, you know, going through a lot of stuff. So, I've been living here legally uh on assistance and everything for 3 years. Claire probably thought I had all my stuff out, but I didn't know that if because I thought at three like from what in legal information I got, it's illegal to kick us all out like that. So, I was hoping we could just go through the I could have a little bit of time here to get the rest of my stuff out. I've got most of my stuff out. I've got a bed I have to figure out where that's going to go. And I have personal items in the bedroom, but hardly anything. All I wanted all I wanted to do is get my stuff out of here. But he said he he's not letting me take it because and the and the clock that I sold to this lady um that he's not going to let me take it out because the judge said that he could have everything. But the judge didn't know that I was living here because Claire neglected to tell her that part cuz Claire probably did think I was out of here by now. But I still had a few things left that she didn't know I had left in here. The woman, on the other hand, continued to disrupt the officer's inquiry. At one point, the officer instructed her to leave the property, but the plan did not go smoothly. Ma'am, I need you to leave. I'm talking with a commanding officer right now. You're You're not talking with any of my commanders. I need you to step off the property. Hello. Okay. Don't Don't you touch me. Ma'am, I'm going to end up Do not call 911. The officers and emergency personnel provided aid to the elderly person. However, the woman in the other vehicle was unconscious and something seemed unusual about her. For the officers and medical personnel, their first priority was to help Jessica breathe and stabilize her to prevent her condition from becoming critical. Is she she's okay? Keep her down. Keep her down. I don't know. All right. I'm fine. What hurts? Her head stabilized. Stomach. Just your stomach. I'm fine. Okay. Just stay down there. Okay. Do not move. The elderly person provided the officer with detailed information and was not seriously injured thanks to their seatelt. However, Jessica wasn't wearing hers, which resulted in a much more serious situation. She was then taken to the hospital for further treatment. This door is stuck. That's why I broke the window over here to get this open. [Applause] Hold this. If you guys I have I mean, can you reach my hand? My Jeep is in the way. Yeah, we'll worry about that. Don't worry. No. So, we have to be mindful of that. Yep, we do. Jessica made a recovery and later police reports revealed that she was driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit. When taking a narrow turn, she lost control of the vehicle. On three. One, two, three. Watch her arm. I know. I got it. I got it. I got it. All right. Here we go. Grab the hips. Hips and shoulders. I mean, yeah, she's got I mean, she's multi-system. I mean, it's it's impossible for me to say. Yeah. No, of course. Both of them are fine. She might have hit her head on the windshield. Yeah, there's no [Music] I'm going to move that second. [Music] Jessica was charged with OVI, reckless driving, speeding, and several other traffic violations. Our next incident was even more chaotic and belligerent. Kidnapping a child was her biggest mistake, and what she did afterward was even worse when she came face tof face with the cops. On November 26th, 2022, officers responded to a report of a woman breaking into her parents' house and causing a disturbance. When the woman came, she caused a scene and even became violent with her family. The officers then spoke with the family members to get more details about the incident and understand what had happened. Um, well, we had a good day. We took our grandson over and then got home and Bianca came over and wanted to come in. And I told her no cuz she was here last night and hit him. Okay. And I told her, "Not today." And she said, "Well, Saturday's my day to see him." I said, "Not today." Okay. And so she tore the screen door off the latch and then she u broke the glass and came in and grabbed him and took off. She didn't have custody of him, right? And uh so the dog was upset. He tore my pants. Okay. So where where did she go? She's next door. She's next door at the house. Okay. So I I went over and I got Eli. Okay. Yeah. So she doesn't have any custody at all? Not at all. So he just broke She just broke in and then took him. Uhhuh. Okay. So you both live here, right? Yeah. Okay. And she's just She's my daughter, my granddaughter. Beyonce's sister. Said something about the courts are involved in this in some way. Do you know anything about that? Um are they involved in the custody legal custody of Brighton? Okay. He's 10. Legal custody of Eli is ongoing cuz they had they couldn't find his father and they had to go through Okay. um certain steps by trying to find him first. Okay. So, he's Eli, but we do have custody of Eli through child services. Okay. And that's who she broke in and grabbed is Eli. I got another officer coming. We'll probably have to go over there and talk to her. I mean, based on this, I mean, if she doesn't have authority to be here, she doesn't have him. I mean, we have some pretty serious charges that we could take her on right now. Is that what you guys want to do? I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do because like he left her in last night because she had brought back Brighton's sweatshirt and then she ended up hitting them. Okay. And that's that's the second time she's hit him. Okay. All right. Yeah. She's right there. Yeah. And I had to physically remove her out of the house. Okay. Are you want anything done about this? Cuz I I know like previously we come out here usually usually nothing no charges want to be pressed. Um, so I mean is is that the case today or like the thing is here if we go over there and we and we take her and you guys are not willing to fill out statements or want to show up to court, I mean then she's just going to get out. Yeah. She's going to have more access to whatever you guys were talking about. It's a relative that we're still trying to hope for the best. So it's like that's the reason why like the up in the air charges cuz we're not even sure what the best bet is for someone in situations. The thing is is she's getting very physical. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Come over and gone upstairs. Um pushed me. Um hit her dad twice. Yeah. Um and she's just getting more and more and this today is uh I mean she's just getting more and more physical. I mean like that what happened today is unacceptable. You know what I'm saying? Like you don't you people don't have to live here in fear of her coming over here breaking your stuff and stealing a child. Like that's that's pretty outland. I mean, that's that's to appear arraignment charges. Okay. Let I'm gonna uh I'm going to get a hold of one of our like higherups to make sure we're getting the right charges done. Um we're going to have you file witness statements and stuff, too. Okay. Okay. What did her physical appearance look like? Did she or did you when you saw her in here? She's scary looking. Okay. Did she What I'm asking is did she look like she was possibly high on drugs, drunk, anything like that? She's not drunk. She's she's either high on something or she's coming off. Um, okay. Did she appear wild? She appeared wild. So, did what I guess what I'm getting at is did she appear to she could look like she could cause harm to others or herself when you saw her? Yes. Yeah. Does she have a look in her eye? Like you said, she had that deer in headlights look, you know, do you think in her state right now um is she a risk to herself or others possibly if she was around other people right now? Yes. Oh, yes. Yes. After understanding the woman's behavior, the cop carefully approached her intending to detain her. Here's the body cam footage of the moment. Bianca, police department. Come on down. The problematic situation was far from over as the officer still had questions that required her cooperation given her history. Do you think it would go smoothly? Can you listen to what I have to say? All right, calm down. You cannot afford to hire a lawyer. One will be appointed to you to represent you before any questioning. Hold on. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights, not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand the rights that I've explained to you? Yes. Please take that back. The woman was charged with burglary, interference with custody, resisting arrest, and criminal damaging or endangering. Meeting Jessica, a homeless woman well known to officers in the area, made the job easier. After what she did, it wasn't hard for the officer to track her down. But would her usual tactics work on the police this time? On May 31st, 2024, an officer responded to a call about a woman attacking someone in New Jersey. By the time the officer arrived, the suspect was already gone. The officer spoke with the victim, gathered details about what happened, and got a description of the suspect. I just was walking down the street and this that way down Sixth Street. you on sit. Mhm. And she just came up to me and just hit me like out of nowhere. I was walking and looked like my head. She hit me. How many times? Just on this side of my head, but pretty hard in my ear. How many times? Just once. Did uh she appear for lack of a better wordless or just she could have been but she didn't she didn't seem okay. What was she wearing again? She she said, "Don't ever do that to me again." And just hit me. Which obviously I didn't do anything. And she just continued walking. And then I followed behind her here just to see what direction she went. But [Music] if she's able to be identified, do you want to file a complaint? Which will mean um so we we do a report and you go to court. If we're able to identify her, I think she's going to be arrested for assault if we could positively identify her. Yeah, I'm not I don't need to go to court, but I don't want to somebody else and hitting them and hurting them more. That's why I called. Really? So, we are going to this is going to be a report, which I'll get you a case in a second. Um, and we are going to there's already another officer looking for her. I'm going to head back down and look for her. Um, and if she is spotted and we are able to for you to identify her, okay, she'll be charged with assault. Okay. Um, so, uh, it could be anywhere from like, "Hey, I pick you up, drive by." Yeah, that's her. No, that's not her. Okay. Um, hopefully seeing her while I'm still with you. Wasn't there like trying to think. All right. So, we will give you a call if we're able to see her for you to do a Would you be able to do a show up, which is pretty much we'll pick you up. You sit behind a tented window and you just tell us if Yeah. All right. Um I'll start I'll start looking for The cop began searching for the suspect and got lucky. Not far from the scene, she found Jessica. Here is the footage of their interaction. Come here. Come here. No, no, no. Today is the day. What's up? What are you bothering me for today? Nothing. How can I get a call about you tonight, bro? I don't know. I literally don't even have a phone. I just got off work. Okay, but you're going around smacking people. I've never smacked nobody in my life. Oh, it's 100% your description. That's cool, but they're probably trying to frame me for something I didn't do. Okay. You didn't even get a call. No, I I'm not having anything. I'm not having any mental episode right now. Nothing to drink. Nothing to drink. Drugs. No drink. No drugs. I got my medication yesterday from the look out there, but I 100% got a description of you. Well, you know that they always do that when they're bothering somebody else. It's whatever is convenient for them, you know. Just going to have you stand over here by the car. Okay. Yeah. I'll wait for you to call him. Anyway, why did you miss me? Faison, I I haven't done with you. I thought it was a good thing. Thought you were a good thing. I still wanted to see you, but I I I'm busy. I just got off work. I got to go home and relax. You look better. Thank you. What have you been doing besides right now? I've been going to all the meetings. I've been going to all my doctor's appointments. Good. I'm I'm happy to hear that. I just got off work. I don't know why somebody's calling in with my description. I'm working with Door Dash. Nice. Yeah. So, I literally just I just got off work. I didn't smack nobody. I'm not drunk. I'm not high. Just trying to get to home and get myself some lunch. Okay. Hello. Hi. Fifth in a wash that she smacked the female. Okay. In the face. Okay. Um, shoot. Yes. Okay. For assault. All right. Very well. What do you mean? She said it doesn't fit my description, but I got to go down the station anyway. After confirming the suspect matched the description, the police took her to the station where she was questioned and searched. I love these shoes. Oh, don't squeeze the toe. Okay, take that off. I've been walking all day. I don't know. I just got off work. Your favorite take your socks off, turn them inside out. I do the door dash and the dog walking. Yeah, I just got off work.
