Saturday was negative and I'm like why am I negative if I had that check in there well when I called Monday they said that I had to put him on my bank account well there's no way he's going to be able to come out to go to my bank and I sign all his I pay our bills I sign his personal checks I'm the one who signs those I don't understand okay what's this this your from that's from my bank where I deposited that day okay they give it back to me she's already been advisor of Rights she has been okay and he gives you permission to cash these everything he has yep okay have you talked to him recently about that um well it's been that's old you see how the data on that check that's back when that cuz we I I'm not haven't got one for this for the last few months now because the nursing home about a trespasser hiding in a porta potty at a residence upon arriving at the location the officer attempted to contact the suspect but he did not comply with the authorities a little bit further so prescription okay uh with uh she falsified the doctor's signature or I have no idea so you're not sure that she did I don't know the only reason why I know anything I I can't arate in the um I can't I I got notified because the doctor she used to work for okay she she's a medical assistant she used to work I think the doctor was name was Paula okay and that's all I don't know her last name but um the office manager I know her personally we both know her and so she gave me a call because the doctor called her letting her know that she was here trying to get a prescription and I guess the pharmacy communicated to that doctor to confirm okay the validity of the of the prescription okay so you had a prescription to drop off I don't she had it she had it on behalf of you I don't know why she wrote my name on there okay I don't know why she's she apparently has been writing my name on there um and only reason why I know this is cuz the doctor office manager of the doctor office she called me and told me hey this is Virgin this about your wife I want to you know that they had a pharmacy getting prescriptions for um I guess a strong medication and it's under your name and she's been there multiple times and I was shocked I didn't know anything about it who was the person who called you called her name is CL she's the office manager to the owner is that where your wife used to work work and she called you because we know each other from church this correct and and she knows that because the doctor that apparently she got that prescription from works as a doctor under her under her I guess her supervision okay um because her husband is the owner her husband is also doctor and the partner is the lady Paula okay so they called you they called me to just let me know they were concerned exactly about the prescription be exactly and they asked me if I knew anything about it and I told them that I didn't um and so she said and that was pretty much it so I was like thank you for letting me know I don't know anything about this I'm going to go to the pharmacy um and I tried to call her to get the directions cuz I didn't even know where this I've never been here about this place okay all right it kind of clarifies up some stuff all right thank you um to get arrested today I don't know I'm trying to sort this all out it's just sub quently the officer confiscated all her belongings and took appropriate action against her do you want him to take your property pH wait I mean you can bring your phone that way if if you get released cuz you're going to go to jail okay to you she couldn't presented me with anything so you try to confirm the reservation with who with the lady's card and I did did you call the lady who belonged to I tried to look in the system to see was dispatched to a restaurant after reports of a disorderly customer upon arrival the officer began questioning the victim to understand what had happened earlier to come over his table and I did that first and then the second time I did not I said by other customers and he approached me and he like grab me here and then I his hand up and then he grabbed my hand and then I just St into my cup and then we doing our job and then he like went in the bar and just said that look at me look at me I'm calling you you need to look at me when I call you and I said oh sorry but we have to we have to work and then he just start making comments about my friends he called me worse just then so don't feel bad so that's what happened and then we just I just went back did it grab you anywhere other than your waist and your arm no just here and my arm was there someone cuz we had a report to dispatch that a female had a breast grab was there anyone that did or was it just maybe a Mis was no not not not in that way listen people make mistakes but I really I'm not the judge I don't decide the punishment and I don't know what's going to happen with this might be the new judge Grady by the way proceeds to start punching me okay and then we both it takes two deputies to put her on the ground and detain her so the main charges are those resisting if she wouldn't have done that has nothing to
