into my RV and move it cuz she kept damaging it she hopped in back of the truck so I was like let me go to Columbia County where she from and go to the police department and tell her to get out my truck and but she started breaking the glass on my way there I've been calling all yesterday about this girl like somebody please help me nobody no police no police won't help me and now she's escalated to another and my boyfriend wanted him to leave and he just was trying to talk about being in my bed or something I don't know and it flipped him out all right he wanted him to go and I wanted him to go too all right I'm sorry I even drink with the boy but you know what when you're 23 you're an adult you can't live up under oppression look I'm not trying to jam you up for that I don't care don't Jam me up for anything because what I did was with the concepting adult drinking alcohol okay I'm intoxicated and I apologize for that I apologize the police on me saying that I'm doing well she called because she could hear that there was fighting going on so whatever altercation happened that's what she called about and then when we got here he was clearly intoxicated yes he is so can I tell you what happened down there so yes sir yes sir so what happened down there I was talking to him I wanted him to sit down so that we could talk to him talk to you so we just get the side you know the story what's going on he kept trying to get up I asked him to stop he shoved me so then the then I know and I didn't do any of that I don't please don't hold me account you're not no have problems with alcohol he has problems with alcohol I've had problems with alcohol well then it sounds like the the only issue here is the alcohol you don't have alcohol then then everything is a gone I had left well cuz uh like me and her had been fighting for like a week and uh she takes him to the liquor store he buys some alcohol I don't drink so uh like I don't like being around drunk people and with me her fighting I'm in my computer room and he like comes in sits on the ground and like you mind if I hang out for a while and I was like well yeah kind of like me and her been fighting like you being here now see your girlfriend yeah okay I'm like uh you being here drunk like you're not helping the situation uh and then like he I was like I was like please just like go back out in the kitchen or something and then uh he starts stag standing up staggering like and then he starts talking about scream that when was yeah I'm I'm I'm just like what like he's he's like some she's lived here 5 years you've been here 5 months I'm like are you serious like like Cordell please leave please go downstairs and uh then he like starts calling me pushes me and then like I like get him the so she comes and she starts he starts charging at me and uh she's grabbing a bu a shirt pulling him and uh then like I have this little closet thing I pushed it in the way so he would stop coming at me and then he like he grabbed his golf club and was like reaching over trying to smack me with it and then like she took him to the ground so I hopped over both of them and I ran out the door you know I'm I'm not going to get attack with a golf club my own house like I mean that's definitely way to handle it and I'm not yeah I mean he's he's bigger than me like I'm I'm not a fighter like I'm not going to put myself in a situation where I'm going to go to jail because you want to be drunk so we and correct me if any of this is wrong we're told that your girlfriend doesn't typically drink either but this particular time because me and her have been fighting and he was more uh you know she thought it was a good idea the whole time she was want to know if you were okay right she kept asking uh she was pretty intoxicated right and so was he that's why I was just sit in my room like I'm like she's cuz because we've been fighting she she's been playing music that she thinks is going to like offend me like and basically just all out fight yeah yeah yeah's involved right and I don't like being around drunk people so I tried to just stay in my room just ignore them and then that's when we came in and sat down and I was like you sound like you did the best thing man yeah I mean out of everybody yeah I'm not trying to I'm not trying to mess up my job that I just I've been there like a Victoria's boyfriend explained the growing tensions between her and Cordell revealing how cordell's Behavior had been escalating despite the altercation it's like I'm in a situation where I don't know what to do I'm thinking about going to the Salvation Army you know like until you get on your feet I mean if you want to get out of the situation my environment keep me from doing what I'm doing you know and if you don't mind me asking you'll have to answer this sir did you have a problem with alcohol before I don't drink myself that's why I was asking no yeah I just don't drink I just find drunk people uh obnoxious and annoying and mix two of us and I don't think I could uh get drunk because I know that's how I'm going to act yeah so I'm just like I just don't drink there's nothing wrong with that right um I I I just got out of prison you know like a two years ago uh I guess like year and a half you know I'm trying to just keep it straight and narrow and M I can't let other people's actions you know are you on no nope nothing do you know any do you know much about uh Cordell at all uh no I know that uh he isn't all there sometimes it's like one minute he seems like he knows what he's doing knows what he's talking about and then like the next minute he's not all so I guess my next question would be he pushed you for sure right yeah did he actually hit you with the golf club no no nope you don't want press Char no no I mean it'd be a different story you know if like I got the out of me but I mean like I saw an opportunity to escape the situation you did the right thing I mean they were both right there on the ground like they they had fell or something when she was pulling him and uh like there's like a my computer's right here and then here they are and then here's the door so I just I just hopped over both of them and just do you have a do you have a key to get in yeah have you been back since yeah yep okay that was going to be our yeah she just told me that uh that jelling up telling her that uh she like all this and uh and then she said and sheriff's officer is looking for him I'm like but I started thinking I just figured yeah I just figured that's we going I'm up straight and 90 degrees on prep and sitting in the back seat with my arms at 90° excuse me late let me may I smoke a cigarette before we go but now they haven't had
