couple on the left are the plaintiffs the woman on the right is the doctor that delivered the baby and she among the clinic and the nurses and Southern Regional Medical Center the actual Hospital are being sued by the couple okay so that is who we have here all right so we'll get started I will sometimes look over for the comments but I'll just try to keep it flowing for y'all overall okay so um all right here we go so oops I'm trying to read the document from YouTube instead of my actual screen okay here we go so it says complaint for damages and demand for jury jury trial come now plaintiff's Jessica Ross trayvion Isaiah Taylor Senior and travion Isaiah Taylor Jr and file this their complaints for damages and demand for jury trial against Tracy L St Julian MD Premier Premier Women's OB GYN nurses John and Jane dose one through six and Prime Health Care Services doing business at Southern Regional Medical Center collectively the defendants as follows and then they go to prove why they're in that jurisdiction and it says basically Dr St Julian at all times relevant is a medical doctor licensed in the state of Georgia and a resident of the state of Georgia at all times relevant to the care and treatment of Jessica Ross and trayvion Isaiah Taylor Dr St Julian was an employee and or agent and or ostensible agent of Premier Women's OB GYN as such Premier Women's OB GYN is liable for the negligent Acts or omissions of Dr Saint Julian defendant nurses John and Jane dose one through six at all times relevant are registered nurses Nurse Practitioners physician assistants and or licensed practical nurses licensed in the state of Georgia and residents of the state of Georgia the actual identities and Residences of defendants John and Jane does one through six at this time are unknown to the plaintiffs but are readily known to defendants Prime Health Care Services doing business at Southern Regional Medical Center and Tracy St Julian doctor whatever at all times relevant to the care and treatment of Jessica Ross and travion Isaiah Taylor Jr nurses one through six were employees and or agents and are and or ostensible agents of Southern Regional Region Medical Center okay this is where it starts getting graphic with some timelines I look up some terms to try to make sure I could save for things that I was unfamiliar with I figured there might be others that might be unfamiliar with it especially if you have not been through childbirth so um again this this is a very very sensitive topic graphic events are about to be described yes hey pn2 Ross hi Miss Miss GM it's me it's that doctor that was accused of inappropriate behavior with his patients okay there's a different doctor I don't know about the one being inappropriate with their patients but this this couple also sued the doctor that posted pictures of their baby's autopsy um here's the link if you want to go check him out later I did go through that lawsuit against him so I'm not sure about um inappropriate behavior with patients with her when I looked up her composite Medical Board it said that they self-report so I can't really rely on that um so that's I'm I can only operate on information I saw so I'm not sure but the way that she handled this there's I'm sure there's other reports out on her yep okay all right again graphic description is about to commence okay on January 10 2023 20 year old Miss Jessica Ross presented to Premier Women's OB GYN due to missing her period she tested positive for being pregnant and had never been pregnant before Miss Ross was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I please forgive me for my mispronunciation of some medical terms and possibly some legal terms um but type 2 diabetes mellitus in July of 2022 making her a high risk pregnancy when she discovered her pregnancy Miss Ross was four feet nine inches tall and weighed 200 pounds Miss Ross consistently went to her primary obstacle obstacle appointments throughout her pregnancy Miss Ross's diabetes was not optimally managed with her blood glucose levels often running low and at times High Miss Ross was seen at Atlanta Perinatal Associates Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists for high risk obstetrics throughout her pregnancy a hemoglobin A1C test done done on April 5th 2023 was 6.3 percent and I did look up what does that mean and it says a normal A1C level is below 5.7 percent a level of 5.7 percent to 6.4 percent indicates pre-diabetes and the level of 6.5 or more indicates diabetes within the 5.7 percent to 6.4 percent pre-diabetes range the higher your A1C the greater your risk is for developing type 2 diabetes so she was right there at um at the cusp she was 6.3 percent um so the mother has to prove she was pregnant oh I see and see I don't even know what to say about that I I thought that was standard that they still do a pregnancy test in June because they did it in January know your be careful try yes try your best to know your doctors personally less than seven and if we have any nurses as y'all chiming in the chat I may not catch it but adding context I definitely appreciate you adding context in the chat if I don't catch it Hey Soul star all right so she presented to Atlanta Perinatal Associates on June 13 2023 for a follow-up visit Miss Jessica Ross and her boyfriend Mr travion Isaiah Taylor Senior named their son travion Isaiah Taylor Jr Miss Ross's amniotic membrane ruptured at approximately 10 a.m on July 9th 2023 she presented to the emergency department at Prime Healthcare Services um doing business at Southern Regional Medical Center at 10 10 a.m on July 9th 2023. Ivy pie pitocin was started on July 9th 2023 at approximately 12 28 pm and her labor progressed and I did look up I'm gonna say pitocin but toasting is a synthetic version of oxytocin and doctors use this IV medication for labor induction this drug helps imitate natural labor and birth by causing the uterus to contract um at approximately 8 40 p.m Miss Ross was fully dilated and was instructed to begin pushing the baby did not oh and I'm going to say this now when I was in chit chat's live when she first did the story there were a lot of nurses on her panel a few nurses came up on her panel and what I didn't see this lawsuit say but what those nurses were saying is that based on her height alone she should have never even been trying to deliver vaginally is what those nurses said they they were agreeing with each other her height was already unsafe to deliver vaginally so um yeah so just wanted to add that because I didn't see that listed in their lawsuit but I think that's also something to note that they should have already prevented it at that time okay she pushed without delivery for approximately three hours oh I'm sorry the so I'm so sorry at approximately 8 40 p.m Miss Ross was fully dilated and was instructed to begin pushing the baby did not properly descend due to shoulder dystocia and shoulder dystocia is when the baby's head has been born but one of the shoulders become stuck behind the mother's pubic bone delaying the birth of the baby's body if this happens extra help is usually needed to release the baby's shoulder doctors Tracy St Julian attempted to deliver the baby vaginally using different methods including applying traction to the baby's head there is no documentation of any nurse or Dr St Julian activating any emergency obstetrical protocol in a timely manner after the shoulder dystocia was recognized upon information and belief during a significant amount of the time that Dr Tracy was attempting to deliver Miss Ross's baby vaginally in the labor and delivery suite and after recognition of the shoulder dystocia Miss Ross was not in McRoberts positioning and it says the McRoberts maneuver is a procedure to correct shoulder dystocia during childbirth is performed by pressing a pregnant person's legs against their abdomen the McRoberts maneuver is safe and effective so they did not attempt something that seems very standard from what I could tell there's no documentation in the medical records of any nurse or other Allied Health professional involved in Ms Ross's care advocating for a stat cesarean section to be done prior to Dr St Julian deciding to do a stat Caesarean section at approximately 11 49 pm fetal monitor strips show repeated and consistent Category 3 strips beginning at 9 26 PM with persistent late decelerations until approximately 10 36 PM there is no documentation of any resuscitative measures taken in response to the persistent Category 3 fetal monitor strips and I looked this up so Category 3 fetal heart tracing is predictive of an abnormal fetal acid-base status meaning that the fetus is not getting enough oxygen Category 3 fetal heart tracings require immediate action and prompt delivery um via C-section so fetal monitoring strips show a 10 minutes period of profound I I used to know this word from Gray's Anatomy bradycardia beginning at approximately 10 36 PM thereafter there is no evidence of fetal heart tones on the fetal monitor strip eventually Dr St Jillian took Miss Ross to an operating room and attempted a C-section at approximately 11 49 pm on July 20 on July 9 2023 this is going to get more graphic so please if you are sensitive to graphic descriptions mute me or don't do this video um they're um the baby was delivered via c-section on July 13 2023 at approximately 12 8 12 11 A.M with initial delivery of only the legs in the body the baby was decapitated the baby's head was delivered vaginally upon delivery the entire weight of the baby was seven pounds six ounces the doctor is board certified according to the Georgia composite Medical Board Cynthia um the C-section and procto episiotomy repair were completed at 301 a.m on July 10 2023 the pitocin drip was discontinued at 301 a.m on July 10 2023 when Dr Saint Julian spoke with Miss Ross and her family at approximately 5 a.m on July 10 2023 about the death of bait of the baby Dr Saint Julian did not tell them that the baby had been decapitated over the next couple of days after the death of their son Health Care Providers affiliated I'm sorry okay Health Care Providers affiliated with Southern Regional Medical Center discouraged Miss Ross and Mr Taylor from getting an autopsy over the next couple of days after the death of their son Health Care Providers affiliated with Southern Regional Medical Center encouraged Miss Ross and Mr Taylor to have their son cremated instead of being sent to a funeral home for a burial of the body the family was told about the decapitation on July 13 2023 after Miss Ross had been discharged from the hospital yes I agree Simone I agree so here's the count gross negligence of Dr Trace excuse me Dr Tracy St Julian and Premier OBGYN Associates and these counselors separated by the doctor and her I guess her Clinic that she owns the nurses that they're calling Jane and John Doe's one through six and then actual Southern Regional Medical Center so there's they're holding them all accountable so it says the standard of care for Physicians generally for patients with like and similar conditions such as Miss Ross when she was a patient of Premier Women's OB GYN and Southern Regional Medical Center requires that such patients be appropriately monitored and given appropriate adequate And Timely treatment defendant Dr Saint Julian owed a duty to Miss Jessica Ross and travion Isaiah Taylor Jr to provide the degree of care and skill exercised by physicians generally under the same or similar circumstances as those presented by Miss Ross and travion Isaiah Taylor Jr on or about July 9 2023 for purposes of this complaint the term gross negligence means such care as careless and inattentive persons will usually exercise under the circumstances want of that diligence which even careless men are accustomed to exercise and carelessness manifestly materially greater than want of common prudence exactly Shan I don't know why I hide it right they were all trying to hide it allegedly um defendant Dr Saint Julian failed to practice according to Medical standards generally when she grossly negligently applied excessive traction on travion Isaiah Taylor Jr's head and neck and grossly negligently failed to do a C-section in a timely and proper manner resulting in the infant's decapitation in death rights fan um Dr St Julian grossly negligent use of excessive traction on on the infant's head and neck and grossly negligent delay and delivery via C-section approximately caused the infant's decapitation and death under the theories of agency and vicarious liability Premier Women's OB GYN is liable for the grossly negligent acts and omissions of its employees and or agent Dr Tracy who cared for Miss Jessica Ross and travion Jr on or about July 9th 2023 right Cynthia oh wow how did anyone involved live with themselves knowing they tried this right um pursuant to ocga 9-11-9.1 plaintenance attached as exhibit one and Incorporated herein by reference the Affidavit of Dr Brown a duly qualified board certified obstetrician and gynecologist who is competent to testify in this matter at the time of the original complaint specifying at least one act of negligence against the defendants thus fulfilling the requirements of both ocga 9-11-9.1 and 51-1-29.5 okay then there's gross negligence of the nurses one through six that's what it sounds like to me that she was very very rough um okay let me see so this is the part where they're specifically saying what the nurses should have done the standard of care for nurses generally for patients with like and similar conditions such as Miss Ross when she was a patient of the defendants um nurses ensure that pitocin is discontinued I'm sorry hold on 20 once a shoulder dystocia occurs number one nurses ensure that pitocin is can discontinued in a timely manner number two nurses ensure that an obstacle emergency protocol is activated in a timely manner for example notice to the Health Care System triggering emergent notification of another obstacle physician if available notification of anesthesia notification of the neonatal Intensive Care Unit or the NICU and notification of other ancillary Services ETC number three nurses advocate for moving a patient for a stat C-section in a timely manner okay Soul star I I try to put up as many as many warnings as I could because yes I definitely understand definitely definitely understand um defendant nurses owed an independent duty to Miss Jessica Ross and um trayvion Jr to provide the degree of care and skilled exercise by nurses generally under the same or similar circumstances the doctors are not always right right right right Kim okay and they kind of repeated this part so that's why I'm going down because it was a repetition um on top of that they're saying that the nurses caused and or substantially contributed to causing trayvion Junior's decapitation and death under the theories of agency and vicarious liability Prime Health Care Services is liable for the negligent acts and omissions of its employees and are a or agents then they have another affidavit from a nurse uh nurse Heidi M Shin she is a duly qualified licensed and registered nurse who specializes in labor and obstacle nursing and anti-partum peripartum and postpartum obstacle care and who is competent to testify in this matter at the time of the original complaint specifying at least one act of negligence so now they also are saying that there's a count they believe a fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress of Dr Julian St Julian the nurses and Southern Regional Medical Center yes Simone I totally agree totally agree I agree Sylvia um so Georgia statute provides for the independent Civil Right of action for fraud accompanied with damages more specifically the statute in case law establishes the following conditions that may be established to Prevail in such a claim that the defendant made the representations that at the time the defendant knew the representations were false that the defendant made the representations with the intention and purpose of deceiving the plaintiff that the plaintiff reasonably relied upon such representations that the plaintiff sustained the alleged loss and damage as the proximate result of the representations having been made in this case Dr St Julian knowingly and purposefully failed to tell Miss Ross Mr Taylor and their family about the decapitation during her first discussion with them about the circumstances of trayvion Junior's death at approximately 5 a.m on July 10 2023 during this conversation at approximately 5 a.m on July 10 2023 Dr St Julian knew that what she communicated with Miss Ross Mr Taylor and their family was false more specifically she knew that she did per she purposefully did not tell them that the baby had been decapitated yes they need jail time on top of what they're going to pay out unfortunately no amount of money or jail time will bring the precious baby back right right I'm only imagining this as you're reading I can't I'm I understand I understand if you're already feeling like that go ahead and log off I understand I will I do not take offense some of these are like that um the plaintiffs relied upon Dr St Julian's representation that their trauma there was trauma during the delivery without any notion of their baby being decapitated When Miss Ross and Mr Taylor eventually discovered the details about their son's delivery and death namely that he was decapitated this caused immediate profound emotional and mental anguish for Miss Ross and Mr Taylor emotional and mental anguish that they continue to experience and most probably will experience for the rest of their lives Healthcare Providers at prime or at Southern Regional Medical Center and Premier Women's OB GYN nefariously discouraged Miss Ross and Mr Taylor from getting an independent autopsy happy yes I was just about to warn you it's it's a lot doctor should lose everything normal no more freedom or medical license right Simone more specifically Miss Ross and Mr Taylor were purposefully dissuaded by employees and or agents of Southern metal Southern Regional Medical Center and Premier Women's OB GYN from getting an autopsy on travion Jr Mr Ross and Mr and Miss Miss Ross and Mr Taylor were fraudulently instructed that an autopsy on their son was not needed and was not warranted under the circumstances this was a lie and number 40 that's it that's just like the statement for number 40. it was a lie and then it goes on to number 41 deaths under circumstances such as the death of travion Jr are always referred to the Clayton County medical examiner's office for autopsy healthcare providers nefariously encouraged Miss Ross and Mr Taylor to have their son cremated before autopsy disencouragement by Health Care Providers was an attempt by them to through fraud and misrepresentation destroy evidence right Kim just continued to lie the aforementioned fraud subjects the defendants to punitive damages and I just want to say this they unfortunately a lot of this phrasing they had to use in their second lawsuit because the doctor that they had do the independent autopsy they come to find out he's posting pictures of their baby on his Instagram trying to say it was for medical research and apparently he had done that on his Instagram with other people's family members um it's ridiculous they would have to go through this almost twice they're going through it twice because the trials haven't happened yet everybody's just trying to cover up right as a as a direct in proximate cause of the Fitness gross negligence trayvion Junior's attempted vaginal delivery was excruciating and traumatic trayvion Jr suffered tremendous pain and suffering as Dr Saint Julian applied tremendously excessive tension traction on his head and neck such tension and traction that it resulted in massive blunt force trauma to his head and neck multiple skull and facial bone fractures Hemorrhage hemorrhaging on his brain hemorrhaging in his neck and around his spinal cord multiple fractures of the bones in his neck all ultimately resulted in his in his death I had to get an emergency C-section when I had my daughter my sister was in every room I was willed in never left my side I'm glad you had your sister Simone yes Kim I know I know for travion Jr's wrongful death plaintiffs are entitled to recover damages for the full value of his life economic and non-economic including but not limited to loss of earnings and loss of enjoyment of Life travion Junior's estate is entitled to recover damages for his conscious physical and mental pain and suffering as a result of the defendant's gross negligence Jessica Ross is entitled to recover damages for her profound conscious physical mental and emotional pain and suffering as a result of the defendant's gross negligence as a result of the abject fraud excuse me abject fraud and misrepresentation on the part of the defendants plaintiffs are entitled to recover punitive damages in an amount that is determined by the enlightened conscience of the jury plaintiffs who are also are entitled to recover for their son um trayvion Junior's funeral and burial costs and expensive and expenses wherefore the plaintiffs pray that a the defendants be served as provided by law B this action be Tried by a jury see that judgment be entered in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants jointly and severally in an amount in excess of ten thousand dollars for damages all costs be taxed against the defendants jointly and severally including attorneys fees and D the plaintiffs have all other reliefs as this court deems just improper and I I don't know why they're asking for such a low amount and I you know I'm not I don't know and maybe with everything described above and above and below the ten thousand because I definitely am like there's no way that this hospital and these people would get away with it no way so then there's an affidavit by the doctor that's been in um I'm going to say OB GYN uh for years they wanted his affidavit to basically testify or or write do you think that they um did not do what was would be normal procedure makes me question this institution's Integrity for other patients right P right I can't imagine how this young lady will be able to go through nine months of another pregnancy without a tremendous amount of anxiety I didn't even think about her trying again Shannon parents have severe pain and suffering for the rest of their lives out how much money can compensate them for this loss trust me it will be a life sorry not sorry I hear you Simone what's the 10K just for funeral expenses the way they worded it that's not how they worded it then they asked for other things but it's I just feel like when they actually asked for that amount I feel like it just should say something more than that on there I don't know um okay so the doctor that is uh the first affidavit is by the doctor okay thank you it's Chrissy time um he says I am a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist licensed to practice in the state of Georgia I'm a medical doctor duly licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia I graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta and received my doctor of medicine in 1989 from Meharry Medical College in Nashville Tennessee from 1996 until the present I have been the medical director of guide care Women's Health Center in Atlanta Georgia he says I have continuously practiced and taught in the field of clinical I cannot get this word Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1994 and for at least three of the five years prior to the date of the events that are the subject of this affidavit It Is by virtue of this education and professional experience that I am familiar with the standard of care applicable to physicians in circumstances similar to those existent when Jessica Ross was treated at Premier Women's OB GYN and at Southern Regional Medical Center I'm aware that this affidavit is being given for use in support of the allegations in a medical negligence case on behalf of just of Jessica Ross trayvion senior and travion JR this affidavit is based on my personal knowledge obtained through my education training and experience as an obstetrician and gynecologist and upon my review of the following documents and medical records pertaining to the care and treatment of Jessica Ross which are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and what he has reviewed is my oldest son's shoulder got stuck my doctor had to insert both of her hands to twist them out ooh Veronica that didn't look like a rural County to me P there are so few hospitals in certain areas and red States this will be so far and wide it does seem low could it be a state cap that's a good question that seems very low I know right that's what I'm I'm not I know I probably wasn't going to see that amount is it Jay jamming but I was definitely thinking to see something like at least six figures I was and maybe that's encompassed in the other way that they worded their other part that they say you know the plaintiffs pray for I'm not sure I don't this although I've heard about many lawsuits for money I don't and this isn't just for money but I'm just saying I haven't actually uh read them to see what's the amount that people are actually asking for in the beginning I've had family members not get good medical advice from doctors in Georgia oh that doctor should not be allowed to practice I know I know okay so what the doctor that is testifying for the plaintiffs or if he's called to testify for the plaintiffs what he reviewed was the medical records from Premier Women's OB GYN the medical records from Atlanta perinatology Associates the medical records from Southern Regional Medical Center there were videotapes of the attempted delivery and there's audio from a meeting with Dr uh St Julius and Miss Ross's family so that's what he reviewed and that's what the nurse will review as well so I won't repeat that again um just you know I don't I'll just because it's I don't I won't repeat it because that's the same exact thing that she's going to review as well to form her opinion from the above described documents medical records and information I assume the following facts to be true and he and basically saying he assumes everything to be true that we went over when we described the fetal strip and all that the time stamps and all that so that's why I'm I'm skipping it because we did go over those details and his opinions are as follows I am familiar with the standard care of Physicians generally in instances such as those existent when Jessica Ross was a patient under the care of Dr Saint Julian um in Premier Women's OB GYN and he's also familiar with the standard care for Southern Regional Medical Center okay and he says it is my opinion to a reasonable degree of medical probability that Dr St Julian owed a duty to Miss Jessica Ross into travion Jr to provide the degree of care and skill exercised by physicians generally under the same or similar circumstances as those presented by Miss Ross and travion Jr my daughter's shoulder was stuck as well they broke her clavicle but it didn't require all that they did to this poor baby help Lord I think I think when I was born I got stuck because my mom had pictures of me in like a shoulder cast so I'm pretty sure my shoulders must have got stuck too because I had it's like a little vest looking thing on me as a baby so I I think I think I got stuck too I think it is more to it because federal court doesn't deal with the mouse that low I thought for it to be federal civil League it has to be over 25 000. I don't is this Federal though Shan I don't know if this is federal is it I understand this nationally for us but my experience with Georgia doctors had not been good oh yeah this is before litigation and I also need to state that the version of the document I have may not be the final version because unlike the other documents I've seen like for instance when we're reviewing scope versus in Garden I don't see a civil case ID number up at the on the first page so I don't know if they revise before filing but the way um that I got this was not through their court so it could be now they still signed at the bottom but until unless I see an actual file date you never know someone changes it before they submit it so um I would like to say that as well slightly related makes me think of Serena Williams first birth she almost yes and she is a Millionaire right P right the doctor should have done a better method this was so traumatic I wonder why does she commit so hard to doing this like for so long like what was she doing um okay so the doctor says the doctor that is testifying for the plaintiffs says it is my opinion to a reasonable degree of medical probability that Dr Julian was grossly negligent and failed to practice according to Medical standards generally when she applied a vacuum and excessive traction on trayvion Junior's head and neck and did not perform the standard techniques Maneuvers and protocols correctly once a shoulder dystocia was diagnosed and she also failed to do a C-section in a timely and proper manner and this does it directly resulted in the baby's um death in his opinion let me see under the theories of agency and vicarious liability it is my opinion to a reasonable degree of medical probability that Premier Women's OB GYN is liable for the grossly negligent acts and omissions of its employee and or agent Dr Saint Julian who cared for Miss Jessica Ross and travion Jr and they said the athlete was given you know um for the purpose of specifying at least one act or omission of negligence and it does not include all of his opinions relative to the matter and he reserves the right to amend the affidavit should additional information come to his attention Dr Wright Simone something's wrong wrong like what the heck there was no residual damage to my son but the hospital sent a nurse out to my home to perform physical therapy for a few weeks okay Veronica that's nice to hear okay and then he has he posts all of his relevant Academia and everything um with his affidavit and then we're just getting to the nurse's affidavit and then that will be it for this lawsuit y'all have made it through the hardest part you've definitely gotten through the hardest part um so this nurse uh nurse Heidi Shin um she says she's a certified registered professional nurse licensed to practice nursing in the state of Ohio um and let me see she said from July 2000 to January 2003 she worked as a registered staff nurse in the medical surgical unit at the Ohio State University Hospital in addition since January 2003 she has been a registered staff nurse in the labor and delivery unit at the Ohio State University Hospital hold on y'all just double checking okay from 2003 through the present date she says I have been practicing professional nursing specializing in managing obstetrical patients in antipartum labor and delivery and postpartum units at the Ohio State University Hospital from 2003 through the present date and during at least three of The Last Five Years preceding The Acts or omissions that issue I have been in the active practice of professional nursing and labor and delivery and I have been involved in managing patients with shoulder dystocia similar to the circumstances that existed in the attempted vaginal delivery of Jessica Ross's baby I have knowledge of the standard of care of the nurses who are defendants here in under the circumstances at issue and her affidavit is also based on listening to the recording watching the video and then reading the records the medical records and she's saying she doesn't as with that then she does agree as how what happened is described she does agree with that um so she says the standard of care for nurses generally for patients with like and similar conditions such as Miss Ross um the standard care required by nurses is that when a shoulder dystocia occurs nurses independently ensure number one that the in-house obstacle Hospital hospitalist is called in a timely manner to assist with the attempted delivery that an obstetrical emergency protocol is activated in a timely manner I.E notice to the Health Care System triggering emergent notification of anesthesia notification of the neonatal Intensive Care Unit and notification of other ancillary Services Etc and three the nurses advocate for moving a patient for a stat C-section in a timely manner it is my opinion to reasonable to reasonable degree of probability from a nursing perspective that the nurse is carrying from is Jessica Ross when she developed a shoulder dystocia during an attempted vaginal delivery owed a duty independent of any other health care providers to Miss Jessica Ross to travion Jr to provide the degree of care and skill exercise by nurses generally under the same or similar circumstances as those presented by Miss Ross and travion Isaiah Taylor Jr one second y'all okay sorry about that okay let me see they don't take our pain other complaints serious it's like we don't matter and it's rampant there was a concerted effort to cover it up that's what it looks like to me they all colluded to cover with the babies right right she didn't okay I'm not sure I'm not sure I must have messed up some I must have missed something um p i s okay okay um P says that in a way we were safe from Oxycontin addiction some medical textbooks still push the Mist that we have a high pain threshold P that's a positive spin on it it's uh it's it's ridiculous thinks I need a laugh oh sorry y'all must be talking about something else sorry sorry sorry um imagine coming in pregnant happy to be having your baby you carry for nine months only to leave the hospital with a dead child I tell no amount of security couldn't stop me from destroying that hospital all right um let's see I'm trying to see because they they repeat themselves okay so what she's saying is did I read that I feel like I read that now what I will say is she feels like they grossly negligently failed to ensure advocacy on their part for moving Miss Ross into a stat C-section in a timely manner I feel like it's in two paragraphs so I'm sorry if I repeated that let's see and it is her opinion that they the nurses were also involved in the approximately caused and or significantly contributed to trayvion Junior's death let's see under theories of agency and vicarious liability is my opinion to a reasonable degree of probability from a nursing perspective that Southern Regional Medical Center is also liable basically and she repeats um the same thing let's see and then she also says that I'm trying to see if there's oh and then okay she's naming other employees and agents are also liable in her opinion and she reserves the right to change her opinion or statements if more evidence comes out and that is the end of the lawsuit she was refined to my comment about my son having to use a vacuum oh okay okay hey GG you labeled you here yes ma'am yes ma'am okay all right y'all that's the end of the lawsuit that was a hard way I hope not Shannon and that's also what is said on that um this lawsuit for the doctor that took the pictures I think they had quoted ten thousand dollars so I hope he is not reducing to that I hope that there's this amount in the clouds between the other ways that they said that they hope that they're compensated because I you cannot tell me just ten thousand dollars and yes I know money cannot replace that child but this is not a ten thousand dollar case so I don't know what the lawyer is doing and I don't know how those are written so I'm just like I just hope that when they actually get their judgment you know when it goes to trial hopefully that they really are compensated um in a way that's not going to be enough but not that number not that number um thank you 41 fit thank you thank you okay y'all made it through um I tried to put as many warnings as I could that's it's a lot it's a lot this is a lot when I read that story and I'm like there's no way this is this is real and then I saw their lawsuit and I'm like wow wow wow wow there were so many times but just the fact that those nurses on chit chat's panel said it should even have never been vaginally it should have been straight C-section just off because the young lady for a medical malpractice judgment arbitration um medical malpractice settlement amounts so that's what I wanted to see but they self-report and I didn't see any of it it's going to be clean if she's tricking people and hiding info right Miss cutie pie so again I did see reviews but I didn't go look at the reviews I wanted something um I for me personally I was looking for something else because you know it's a limited time to look into everything I still can't believe they didn't tell them did they think the funeral parlor wouldn't tell them well oh that's a good question maybe they have their own cremation service that would have just not mentioned to Shan because I feel like maybe this isn't their first time just sad and unfortunate I hope the mom and dad gets the therapy they need
