Okay, mic check, mic check. Oh my god. I'm still going through it, y'all. Mic check, mic check. There we go. >> [clears throat] >> I have a cough. I'm making it through, though. We're going to get there. Oh lord. Okay, so this is your Valentine's Day edition. Thank you, Leia's grandma. This is your Valentine's Day edition. Might not last as uh long as the other ones >> [laughter] >> cuz I'm just off already, but I'm glad my sound is working again. So, maybe we can wrap up um the Jarvis Buster and Isaiah Harris case a little later, hopefully before this weekend ends. And then um so, anyway, if you're new to my channel, I will be talking even with this rough voice. So, if you don't like commentary, the links will be in the description box after the live ends. So, the first one we're starting with um a lot of these y'all suggested. This is unhinged couple attack police in hotel room. So, we're starting with that one. Yeah. All right, here we go. You know what? We're not going to jail. Close that door. Listen, man. We can do this easy way or the hard way. It's going to be hard way. All right, then. Could you grab that one of the staff and a key, please? He's like halfway out the door when I rounded the corner there and said [ __ ] it. He just want to do it the easy way, so What's his name? We don't know his name. Police department. >> Police. Yeah, we're good. Come on out. All right. No one's [ __ ] with you. Where you at, man? Right here. My wife's in bed. I just want Look, staff doesn't want to arrest you. They just want you to go home. So, we're not doing [ __ ] They're going to arrest you. >> in bed. Okay. She can stay here, but you got to go. What's your name, buddy? My name's Casey. Casey All right. My name is Casey. I haven't done anything wrong. So, what happened downstairs? Somebody talked stupid [ __ ] and I stepped up. That's all. Three things? No. I I may have done something stupid. I may have. That's for real, but if somebody [ __ ] you, you do something stupid sometimes. That's all it is. I'm not trying to do anything wrong. We got this hotel room comped by her boss. Okay. And if I [ __ ] up, I'm going to cost her her [ __ ] job. I'm sorry. Oh man, well, premonition time. He about to cost this woman her job because it doesn't get better from here. Now, they told him, all you got to do is leave. She don't even have to leave. But is that going to happen? Nope, cuz we wouldn't be watching this if it was. I'm so [ __ ] sorry. Take me to jail. Do whatever you got to [ __ ] do. Please leave my life out of it, please. >> That's exactly what we're trying to do. You have to go. She can stay. No. >> else I can do, we have to go. Okay. Then then you all go, but this is not up for debate. >> god. I know it's not up for debate, but I'm not the one who's in the wrong here. Regardless regardless whatever happened downstairs, they determined that they wanted you gone. Okay. That's fine. >> So, and that's what we're here to do. >> wife, I'll get her up. Okay. Just before we do that, just want to make sure for our safety, are there any weapons inside the >> I have no weapons. I have no nothing. Okay. I am 100% That's fine. Like That's fine. I went downstairs to the bar and I had a drink and somebody said something stupid to me and I reacted and I'm sorry. Okay. Let's What's done is done, okay? It's not like my wife's fault. It's at her job's fault. I [ __ ] up. Her job doesn't even have to know what happened here, but they still want you gone. I'll we'll be gone. We'll leave. We'll get the out of here. Hey, Casey, where's your ID at? Give me some ice and cold water. Sorry. Nobody cares about waiting anymore, man. So, as long as nothing else happens here, there will be no further action taken against you. >> no no. I don't want a problem. I just Yeah, that's fine, Casey, but we've got [clears throat] to we've got to exit now. Yes. We'll get I'll get her out. We'll She's >> She's sleeping. I went downstairs just to have a drink and somebody called me for said something stupid to me. >> What they say to you? Doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Okay. Just trying to get some context of what happened. What happened was I went downstairs. I tried to have a drink. The bartender and I had a conversation. Her and I had a a good talk. Somebody from the other side of the bar said some things. I don't let things go easily. I'm sorry about that. I'm supposed to be better than this. And so, I did make a confrontation with somebody in the bar. I did do that. I'm sorry that I did it, but I did it. And once it was done, I tried to step away and walk away and that's when everything escalated. It was never anything that I wanted to happen. I wanted to get back home to my wife and just be here. I go to therapy, but it's hard to stay away when people confront you, you know, and they want to be I I feel like he started it. Whatever happened downstairs, I feel like he started it. He He If he's already in therapy for having issues, then you mix it with alcohol, I feel like he started it, but now he's just making excuses. And again, they said he can leave. The wife can stay. He got to leave, but mm okay. And [ __ ] do you and they want to confront you and be tough and I don't want to do that. I don't. I'm I'll get her. We'll go home. We'll never This will never happen again. I'll just get the [ __ ] out of here. Okay. We have to hang out until you guys do leave. Okay. I'll get my wife. Yep. Janine. Janine. We got to go. We have to leave. Janine. The police are here. We have to leave. We can't stay here. Janine. Uh-huh. No, the the police are here. We have to leave. >> What are you talking about? >> We can't stay here. You guys have a nice They're mad at me. I have to leave. We all have to leave. The hotel is kicking your husband out. Why? For an incident that happened down at the bar. What happened? >> We were not going to wake you up because you were welcome to stay. However, he wanted to wake you up and We have to leave. So, he's being trespassed from the property for an incident that happened down at the bar. Yeah. So, Yeah, we have to go. Oh my god. What? I have to leave? Yes. What did you do? I didn't do anything. I'm leaving. What do you mean you didn't do anything? We're leaving. Somebody was a dick to me and I slapped him in the face and I What? Oh, more came out on that one. First I thought it was just words. Now, he didn't touch somebody. Yeah, I think he thinks with his tattoos. The kind of mohawk going on. I think he thought he could just say whatever he want to and somebody either wouldn't talk back to him or he just totally started the thing and they still weren't even worried about him and he didn't like that they probably ignored him. But um yeah, he He is the problem for sure. And then they even the the police told him I told her you actually didn't have to wake up, but he decided to wake you up. He has to leave. Broke some glass and stuff, too? No, I didn't break any glasses. I slapped somebody in the face and the glasses fell. I'm sorry. Oh my god. I'm waking up. I I was supposed to go to sleep. >> I know. I know. I know. I know. >> Oh my god. There's not going to be anything further. There's no tickets, court, nothing like that, but you you guys just have to go. >> Oh my god. Are you serious? Yes. You guys have a vehicle here? Yes, we have a vehicle here. No. We got a Ubered here Okay. Let's gather our stuff and then let's make our way down to the main lobby, okay? Cuz it's a Friday evening and there's a lot going on in town. Yeah, and that's I'm getting serious. I didn't do anything. Guys, you guys can have this this discussion this marital dispute No. Okay, later on. I I am sitting here I'M GOING TO BED. >> [laughter] >> CAN YOU IMAGINE if it was I I know. I just just gather your stuff and let's go. >> that, but I mean just what I have to leave. Are you serious? I had to wake my wife up out of a dead sleep because I [clears throat] was downstairs having a drink and somebody got shitty with me. Okay. Let's please gather your belongings. >> It's not my [ __ ] problem. Are you serious? >> They got shitty with me. Ooh, that was the that was the motion of the most exasperated spouse that knows her husband and he's the problem. And now I don't know yet. She did get out of bed fully clothed. That was weird and she I thought she had like some PJs on. She got a full collar shirt under a sweater and slacks on. Like was she sleeping for sure? Cuz what How are you tucked in bed with your basically your 9-to-5 clothes on? I don't know. That was weird. Uh but yeah. But yeah, that's the that was the exasperation of a wife that has gone through this plenty of times with the problem. But like uh Noir Angel said, she's also kind of a problem. >> [laughter] >> with me. Shelly, let's go find our car. Let's wander around in the streets alone and have no idea where the [ __ ] we're going because the police told us to leave. The hotel is telling you to leave. I'm not mad at you guys. Honestly, I'm not. I just [ __ ] [ __ ] They're the [ __ ] [ __ ] who are [ __ ] [ __ ] Don't get called out. Where is your car? We don't [ __ ] know. We got Ubered here by her company. What did you do, Casey? I wasn't going to let somebody talk [ __ ] to me. That's what I was going to [ __ ] do. What the [ __ ] I'm waking up to police officers in my room. We're being asked to leave? >> Yes, we're being told to leave. I'm [ __ ] on parole. I got to work. I get it. I don't I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just >> You want to [ __ ] know what happened? Those [ __ ] [ __ ] downstairs is what happened. I'm sorry. I did it. It's my fault. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm telling I'm going to lose my [ __ ] job because of you. I didn't do anything wrong. You don't have to lose your job cuz of him. Just tell him to leave. Get out. They just said they don't even have a They didn't not even put it in like a record of it, which is crazy cuz he should be getting in trouble for hitting somebody else. But it's like they're just getting trespassed. But he he's going to get you fired cuz he won't leave and now y'all need to wrap this up. Um Noir Angel said it seems like she was drunk too, but she got in bed and went to sleep, but he wanted to keep drinking. That's probably what it was. So she just fell asleep just sloshed. Yeah, that that makes sense. I'm like, "How are you in a full day's work clothes still?" But that makes sense. She was She Yeah, she probably had a little something herself. Okay. I stood up for myself. I said, "What did you just say?" That's it. That is the stupidest [ __ ] I've ever heard. Now I got to drive 2 HOURS TO GO HOME? YES. [ __ ] you. >> And crash our car. >> OH MY GOD. I don't want to drive drunk. 40 hotels in town. So we'll go crash our car. And we'll end up dead. Or you could choose another hotel. They are so dramatic. Right. Choose another hotel. I thought he said they Ubered there. So Uber your behind to another hotel. Even if you drove there in your car, take a Uber to a different hotel, check in, come back later to get your car when you're sober. Just so dramatic. And just people that just look for problems in every solution. Yeah, you can make an adult Casey, you can make an adult decision. And she's got one of the other 40 to 50 hotels in town. But this one's paid for us by her. >> That's not Oh my god. Okay. Okay. Okay. We can't stay here. Is that what you're saying? >> Yes. I'm a [ __ ] Native American. My [ __ ] father is a full-blooded Native American. And they want to talk [ __ ] about me in the [ __ ] bar or some [ __ ] place. I will stand up. God damn it. Yeah, this is my land. >> want to go to sleep. It's always been our land. You guys And then when I try to talk to people about it, they [ __ ] get [ __ ] And they want to [ __ ] act like they're [ __ ] super inferior. And I'm up here. Can you please grab your Can you please grab your The more and more he talks Okay, so he perceives somebody else thought they were better than him. I also wondered too if he thinks he's the life of the party type person cuz again, he's got his whole little getup going. And then when people don't respond to what he thinks is charm, he gets offended like, you know, how could you not find me entertaining or or charming or whatever. Like I just feel like it's a lot of things going on and he's very very insecure obviously and drunk cuz he he uh First he said superior then he said they think they're inferior. Um BRB said the video is on the web. If she kept her job after the fact, she should buy a lottery ticket. True. True. Do you want to check it? Make sure I don't have any crystal meth or any crazy things inside of it. You're good. At this point here, we're not trying to mess you up any further. You got to go. Hey, you know what? At this point the bottom line is I'm a Native American. Any [ __ ] that this [ __ ] goes on on our land, I'm not trying to be a [ __ ] head as a [ __ ] I I don't understand this. I mean We are not We're trying to be a safe people and and and sleep in a hotel. No, your husband your husband [ __ ] What the [ __ ] ARE YOU DOING? CASEY, this is stupid. Well, you know what? Those people in the [ __ ] bar are [ __ ] So I stood up AGAINST THEM. >> WHY WERE YOU EVEN THERE? BECAUSE THEM, that's why. AND IF THEY WANT TO SEND them against me, [ __ ] them again. A thousand times over. Okay. Who the [ __ ] is that? kicking us out while we're drunk. So now we what Seriously, what are you doing right now? >> We're going to go drive drunk and we're going to go crash a car. Or you can be a responsible adult. Let's go. Let's drive our car drunk. That same Uber service you used to get over here can take you to another hotel. You can obtain another room and not >> I DIDN'T. IT WAS YOUR FAULT THAT DID THAT. IT WASN'T US. IT DOESN'T MATTER. DANG, are y'all just two brokies? Oh well, the company paid for the Uber or whatever to get you here. Do y'all not have enough disposable income to get a Uber on your own dime for the choices that y'all made? Oh my god. Why is he on the work trip? He is a liability. Like why is he here? And yeah, then he Why you casually bringing up, "Oh, do you want to check my pockets for meth?" He probably does have something on him. If it ain't meth, it's something else. Cuz what the heck? Why would you say that? The point is that No, WE'RE GOING TO GO DRIVE OUR CAR. I'M GOING TO DRIVE MY CAR 80 MILES AN HOUR. >> TELLING US WE HAVE TO DRIVE DRUNK. Casey No, I'm not telling you you have to drive drunk. YES, YOU ARE. YOU ARE. LISTEN. WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS IT? LIKE MY CHILDREN, I'm going to start a countdown, okay? Fine. I I don't And if you guys don't make that countdown and remove yourselves from this hotel room >> We'll leave. YOU'RE GETTING THE [ __ ] OUT OF HERE, JEAN. LET'S GO. >> ENOUGH, OKAY? OH, we just had Officer Uncle Dad enter the chat. Yay, we got another Uncle Dad. >> [laughter] >> He said, "I'm going to talk to you like you're my children." We love a good old Officer Uncle Dad that just gets into like father mode. >> [laughter] >> Officer [ __ ] Yeah, once we leave everybody, let's go. Let's go. >> Let's go. And once we leave Get your [ __ ] shoes >> then you can arrest us for BEING DRUNK. YES. YES, YOU CAN. THAT'S THAT'S ENTRAPMENT. NO, LET'S DO IT. YOU'RE YOU WORK FOR A LAW OFFICE. You know what's going on right now. OKAY, LET'S GO. >> LET'S GO. [ __ ] EVERYBODY. LET'S GO. [ __ ] EVERYONE. Let's go. >> Let's go. Casey, let's go. I'm waiting for her to put her shoes on. >> Casey, that's not going to be an option, okay? No, her shoes are on. >> She's an adult. She can put her own shoes on. Casey You you You're at the point now. Casey, let's go. I mean, what are we supposed to do? Casey, let's go. We're leaving my wife. You have about 4 seconds and you're going to go and handcuff Hey. [ __ ] I am down. I am down. I am down. I am not doing anything. I am not doing anything. Stay back. Stay back. Are you [ __ ] serious? I am not doing anything. This is what you're doing, Casey. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. NO. STAY BACK. NO, I WILL NOT. OH MY GOD. >> [laughter] >> They are so annoying and dramatic. Yes, Noir Angel, she just kept moving from bed to bed, wasn't going nowhere. This is so stupid. They are made for each other, Jacqueline. This is so dumb. It was pack your bags and get out the room. If they they I feel like they broke. Drunk and broke. >> [laughter] >> I will not. I will not. You guys are coming in our hotel room. I didn't do anything. No. No. No. Don't do this. Don't do this. >> Stand up with your hands behind your back. I won't. I won't. Then you're going to have to put me back too. Are you serious? Put your hands behind your back. NO. YOU FIGHT. I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DID THIS to me. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU, JEAN. WHAT THE [ __ ] ARE YOU DOING TO MY WIFE? YOU'RE GOING TO STAY ON THE GROUND. TELL HER TO STAY AND TELL HIM TO GET OFF MY WIFE. I AM NOT GOING TO YOUR WIFE JUST BATTERED A POLICE OFFICER. TELL HIM TO GET OFF MY WIFE. HE IS OFF. He is off. He's going to hurt her. Tell her to stay off of my wife. Casey, GET OFF MY WIFE. THAT'S MY WIFE. WE'RE NOT MESSING WITH YOUR WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME? I cannot believe this. I can't believe it either. All you had to do was leave. >> You guys get here, go straight through the office. Are you for real? I'VE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED LIKE THIS. ARE YOU FOR REAL? YES, I'm for real. You're going to stay on the ground. I'M NOT GOING TO STAY [ __ ] You're going TO STAY ON THE GROUND. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. Don't you [ __ ] hit me. I'M GOING TO SPRAY. THEN STOP. I'M NOT FIGHTING. >> STOP. Stay still. Help. You got me IN HANDCUFFS. YOU GOT ME IN HANDCUFFS. >> YOU IN A POSITION WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY BREATHE BETTER. YOU don't need He need to take this screenshot to therapy and be like, "You know what? Y'all might need to intensify my treatment because obviously something's not working. Take this whole video, but especially the screenshot to your therapist to be like you we might need to try something else. >> [laughter] >> I'm at the bottom of the barrel right now. You got ME >> LET US PUT YOU IN A POSITION WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY BREATHE BETTER. >> YOU DON'T NEED TO HOLD ME. You got me in handcuffs. YOU DON'T NEED TO SPRAY ME. CASEY, YOU DID THIS TO ME. NOW, I DON'T know if his past is true or not, but I'mma tell you what, if you don't want somebody touching on you, don't be touching on people. Whoever you touched on at the bar, you shouldn't have touched them. So, if you can understand you don't want somebody touching you, why did you Why are you messing with other people? Cuz that's why you're in this predicament. And then you can't listen to instructions. You didn't have to be in handcuffs. This is all on you. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? NO. I'M BEING ARRESTED. I DON'T WANT YOU. You [ __ ] ARE YOU SERIOUS WITH MY HUSBAND? We'll never come here ever again. Never again. Never ever ever. RELAX. NO. NO. >> [screaming] >> YES. I WANT MY WIFE. WELL, YOU GUYS are adults. You made adult decisions. Here's adult consequences, okay? I am [ __ ] pulling charges against you, you son of a [ __ ] I cannot believe this. I am I don't know what to call OH MY GOD. LOOK at you. STOP. STOP WHAT? I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING. Where are her shoes? They're right back there if you want to grab them real quick. Where? Uh somewhere back here. Right there. All right. Where are these your shoes, ma'am? Yes. Sit in the back or you're going to be in more. Sit. What are you doing here? Are you taking me to jail? Do you have your shoes on? Yes or no? Yes. >> Then put your foot out. Pick your leg up to What do you want me to do right now? Do you want your shoes ON? YES OR NO? PUT YOUR SHOE ON. YOU'RE ACTING LIKE A CHILD. YEAH, I was you know our angel said no one will be touching him if he just left. And now her pulling the Karen talking about she's never coming back. Girl, you can't come back. >> [laughter] >> Oh my god. You're not welcome back. And yeah, he They said, "Can you leave?" He got onto his knees on his own and put his hands up and then they cuffed him. They didn't say, "Get down on your knees so we can put you in handcuffs." They said, "Get out of the room." And he decided to be dramatic and this is how we got to this point. I'm sorry. You guys can't kick me. You did this to me. And I can't do nothing to you. You headbutted me. You kicked me. You've done that same thing to me. You've done the same thing to me. Husband and wife >> a child? Yes. I mean here, 5 seconds and I can see that. Feel headbutt you so watch out. I'm not going to headbutt anybody. You got me in the face, dude. Yeah, cuz you punched me. I did not punch you. >> Somebody punched me IN THE BACK. YOU GOT HER. THAT'S MY HUSBAND'S SHOE. We're getting it. Let's go. What did I do? I'm sleeping in the room. Resisting arrest and aggravated battery against peace officer. Let's go. Are you [ __ ] kidding me? Yes. I'm dead serious. Is my wife okay? Your wife's fine. Is my wife okay, please? >> is fine, Casey. You just got to understand that you guys can't kick and headbutt and punch peace officers. No, you can't grab me. Turn around. This is not a police state. >> I need you to sit in the car. I'm in handcuffs. Can you loosen the handcuffs? >> I'm not loosening the handcuffs. Casey, you're going to get in the car. Kick me and I'll loosen them. I'M NOT KICKING YOU. I'M NOT KICKING YOU. WHY ARE YOU PUSHING ME? I'M sleeping in my room and you guys just came in and told me I was arrested. That's not what happened, ain't it? What do you mean that's not what happened, ain't it? Let's go. I can't believe this. I'm being arrested? I can't believe this. How bad is your cut in your lip? Just bloody, not stitches, no nothing? It looks like he just bit her lip or something. Let me take a picture. here real fast. Here, look at me. Look at the sergeant. Look at No. No, you don't have to be that close. Hey. Help. Do you all Okay. What did I do? I was sleeping. Please, nobody. I'm sleeping in the hotel room. I got tased. You got tased? >> Yep. I've been to these types of calls so often, I am convinced that these crazy calls has my name saved as a favorite. And watching this hotel mess felt exactly like that. The kind of late night situations where you can hear the last bit of patience quietly leaving. The husband starts off intoxicated but calm, handing over his info the way people do when they know they've messed up but are trying to act unaffected. And he keeps circling back to his wife, worried and rambling, repeating himself. It appeared the officers already felt it. This is the kind of calm that always snaps when reality catches up. The crazy part is how the room seemed before anything even happened. Like the air had this weird tension where you can't even tell if someone's about to apologize or start a full-blown argument with the wallpaper. His wife, on the other hand, was on full do not disturb mode. The kind of deep sleep where you start checking to make sure the person is still breathing. The officers did stay back and try to let the husband handle it, but he's over there gently shaking her like he's trying to wake a teenager up for school. And when she finally lifts her head, that peaceful sleep goes away instantly because she wakes up already annoyed, already loud, and already ready to argue. In the end, the only real thought left hanging in that hotel room is this, did we just watch two people lose a battle to their own behavior or did that hotel have some kind of cursed energy that drags everyone down with it? Either way, you walk out wondering if you just handled a police call or survived an audition for the world's worst reality show. Casey was charged with criminal trespass, aggravated battery to a peace officer, and resisting obstructing. Janine was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer, and resisting obstructing. They Oh my god. That was hilarious. Do not disturb mode is right. Um no, it was nothing to do with that room dragging them down. They are a just a horrible couple and they both have issues and they both need to continue in therapy. Might need to seek a different therapist cuz I don't know if it's working, but no. And I I saw y'all in the chat pointed out that she works for a law office. That ain't no way. I mean, it is a way cuz you know, people can be dumb in any career field, but wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Okay. This one is how to ruin a family vacation. The husband is the only problem in this one, I believe, if I remember correctly. Um but shout out to the bystanders that alerted authorities like no, you're not going to be out here putting your hands on her on your wife like that. So, here we go. What's What's he wearing? What's he wearing? Y'all, I just want to say real fast, the beginning of this video annoyed me because it's a simple question. The cop is saying, "What is the guy wearing?" because there's so many people around and they just keep pointing in a general direction. Like nobody can say he has on this color shirt. It was just weird. I mean, it just got on my nerves. It was a clear question and nobody would answer him. It was a little frustrating. Where is he? Where is he? Where is he? Right here? Turn around. Turn around. Sir, you saw what happened? Did you see anything though? Not at all? No? Got you. Did you see what happened? Can you tell me what happened real quick? Yeah, yeah. So, here pretty much from the moment we got on the bus Which bus? The white one. This one right here? Was that the driver? Yeah. Did he see what happened? No. No? Okay. Uh he didn't know until we told him. But pretty much uh it started with the lady. She was trying to lay right there. This lady? Right there right here. Okay. Okay. She was trying to lay on the uh lap. The The far would be the driver's side? The left side, yeah. Okay. So, it was her, him, and then me. And then she was Her, him, when you say him, who him is who? This one? Okay. The one with the red red hat. The green shirt? Oh, got you. Okay. Yeah. And then so she was trying to lay down. He laid on her. and then she was like, "Stop it, stop it. Like, don't lay on me." And then that's when like pretty much from then on it just kept going. And then they were just arguing the whole time back and forth. >> Does him and her Do they know each other? I want to say that they're married. They're married? >> She said they have four kids. Okay. Uh And you were sitting just right of him, right? >> him, yeah. I was right on the right of Uh and then the whole time they were kind of just arguing back and forth, but he was kind of just like saying like, you know, uh like calling her names and calling her saying I'm going to ruin your life, ruin your home. I hate I hate you. And I was like, "All right, that's cool. Like, you know what I mean? Whatever." Like, Yeah. >> want to, you know, Right, that's married talk, whatever. Get it. So, what happened after that? >> Um so, then as we as we get around the corner from seat So, we drop off the lady at seat >> Okay. As we come back around the corner, they're still arguing and stuff. And then he goes uh she I don't I didn't hear what she said, but she said something to him, and he put his forearm into her chin Okay. >> and pinned her up against the glass. And then that's when me and the lady right here both were like, "Yo, yo, hey, bro, like stop. Like, bro, you don't do that [ __ ] right now. Like, bro, I told him like, >> Right. I got kids. Like, I don't want to see that [ __ ] So, then uh he was like, "I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything." We were like, "Bro, like we just watched you put your [ __ ] forearm into her chin and put her up against the glass." Right. And then we talked We talked to him. And then we all just kind of watched. And then nothing else happened from seat till here, but that's pretty much what happened. Did um after that I guess elbow went into the neck or the chin on the glass, was that his left elbow or his right elbow? Uh he leaned over, so it'd be his right. So, he he went in and did like that? Here, and he went like this. It wasn't like that. On the front of the side? Right. I would say like right around here. Right around here? >> Yeah, right around the front side. All right. Hey, it it it's because if you go if you go on a cruise with your in-laws, my my wife I tell you she's trying to get me kicked off like the ship. I swear to God. >> Which cruise line did you sail with? I'm on Royal Caribbean. Okay. Can I grab you? All right, you coming back from the cruise or you going to a cruise? We're going back. Like, hey, you went on Royal Caribbean? How'd you like it? Did you like it? The ship? Worst time of my life. Get out of here. Well, it wasn't the boat, though. Not the boat. Not the boat, just the family. Yeah. So, the cruise itself was good, though. Okay. I I was thinking about Royal Caribbean. I've never been. Uh uh that was our first cruise. We've been married 20 years. 20 years? Yeah. It's the first time I've been handcuffed in my life. So, all that tells me is in 20 years it's the first time you've been held accountable in your life because that ain't the first time he done put a um a arm against her neck. There's no way. You too comfortable doing that in public and thinking nobody's going to say nothing or get the authorities involved, and this time they did. So, 20-year prison sentence is what it sounds like to me. Excuse me. Let me ask you a few questions for a You and Ryan, you guys are legally married? How long you guys been married? 20 years. 20 years? Do you have kids? Four. Okay. Four kids. Okay. So, just to get this again cuz I kind of came in on the tail end. You guys leave or you left the hotel or something just kind of walk me through the events of to where we are now. Well, he drank all night until about 2:00 or 2:30, and then came in. And we had to be up really early because we had to be off of the boat. And so, I So, you guys come back from a cruise. Okay. I tried to um wake him up and all that, and he's just been super pissed and super irritated and super mad. Throughout Throughout the cruise or We actually had a dispute on the cruise, and we were separated at one point on the cruise. Was it physical on the cruise as well? Yes. Did you report that to them there? No? No. Okay. I mean, I I did go to security, and I did They did ask me all the questions, Mhm. but I didn't dare to tell them. So, you were reluctant to tell them what happened. Okay. Yeah. Okay. So, you guys get back here, get on dry land, and you do what? >> he says now that we're on dry land, there is nothing that anybody can do. And then my parents We all live My parents live in Utah. I live in Colorado. He's like, "As soon as your parents aren't in the picture anymore, there's nothing anybody can do. You have no I know what you've done. You have no I know what you've done. I'm going to shatter your life. I'm going to shatter your phone. I'm going to You're not welcome at my house." And then that's when he wanted my wallet. He wanted my He wanted my phone and my wallet, and so that He ripped the I had it on, and he ripped I ripped one of the straps off. Mhm. And then I didn't want to give it to him, so then I had it like this the rest of the time. But everybody saw him rip the strap These guys saw him rip this first one off. Okay, I'm getting that a few things. First of all, obviously, he is a trash bag. Let me just say that. Uh she sounds like she may be either financially dependent on him to the point where her life would drastically change if she tries to leave him because like he said it's my house, you know, words like that. Then he's ticking off all the boxes of the abusive one trying to take their way to communicate with anybody else, um her money that she might have access to. Yeah, I don't know if she's staying for the kids, which I'm telling you, just split up. You're not doing kids any favors when you stay together and it's like this. This It is always better for y'all to be separate than together if it's like this. Um but I don't know if it's financial dependency and for the kids, but I hope she after this got out of it, but 20 years is a long time. She sounds desensitized. She I know she was crying a little bit, but a lot of it she does seem like it's another day that this is happening, and yeah, I I hate this for her. I'm just glad somebody said something this time. Again, when he said it's the first time I've been in handcuffs, ah, that's crazy. So, then I was sitting here like this, and I was just quiet the whole time, and he just kept proceeding, "I'm going to shatter I've ruined everything. I'm going to shatter your life. I'm going to whatever." And then he was trying to rip this off my neck, and that's when the lady turned around and said, "I'm done. I've listened to you for the last hour, and I just saw you choke her, and I am done. It is my duty as a paramedic, as a citizen, whatever, to You're done." Mhm. And then he was like, "What? I'm good. Tell her I didn't choke you." You know what I mean? And then he was calm. Okay. So, is there Do you have any significant injury? Anything that you need to be seen medically for or anything? No. Anything like that? Just a broken heart. Okay. I can understand that. Um do you plan What do you plan to do when you get back to Colorado? Um my parents are having me hop on a different flight, and my parents are taking me home to Utah, but and then they're going to go with me to Colorado to pack up my stuff, to grab my kids, and grab what I need to do. Ooh, okay. Please not go back to him when you do that. Please. Please do not go back to this man. He would say he won't be going back with you cuz he'll be going with me. So, he'll be staying here. Okay. So, that will at least give you time to get back home and make the necessary arrangements that you need to take care of. For how long? Um I can't say exactly how long. Um soon probably a couple days, maybe. Okay. But he is going to be arrested here and charged with domestic battery. Okay. Oh my gosh. Hey, relax, man. Relax. You'll be all right. I know. It's stupid. I'll stand over here, man. What are they making faces at you or something or what? No, they're thanking a lady that told everybody I'm I was choking her. I've never choked her. No, don't don't say They're saying thank you. Like, what the hell? I like I've always said hoes be tripping. What's that? Hoes be tripping. Oh. Are you Oh my God. Oh, I had to remember I'm on YouTube, and also um Mr. Trini Tell says I'm not good at cursing anyway, but I be I want to curse right now. Like, ah. Oh my God, I can't believe he said He basically said like hoes be tripping or whatever he just said. Like, are you kidding me? Or bees be tripping. He said one or the other. No, sir. First of all, not appropriate. And then also, oh my God, this man is frustrating. I hate that he has gotten away with things for so long. He is delusional. Uh but he knows he did enough wrong to be like, "Oh, I wasn't choking her." when he finally got called out. It's too late. Please file charges, ma'am. Please. So, what do you mean delusional for you? I know you did, but My fat ass arms if she gets out of heavier. Why don't they ever cuff the chick? What's that? >> Why don't they ever cuff cuff women? We do. Believe Believe it or not. No, I won't lie to you, man. My last three domestic violence arrests >> know I got cuffed. Oh, yeah, because Karen said I choked her. Well, it was actually a male who said that, man, but Well, yeah, no, it was the driver cuz she's like, "You got to call security when we get there." What are they trying to I mean, I get it, man. I appreciate you stopping. Okay. All right, how are you? I'm Officer I just want to give me a quick synopsis of what you saw. Okay, so we boarded at the Cape Canaveral and he he was sitting here behind me and she was sitting right there behind me. And immediately it started. He started yelling at her, calling her names, and pulling at her stuff, and I mean, the whole way here he was threatening her, you know, "Yeah, I'm going to shatter you. I'm going to shatter your life." F this, F that. I mean, just just cussing at her and just verbally assaulting her the whole way. And then another lady had to get off at the van, so we all kind of got off the van and then got back on and she was sitting right here. So, we really could just hear them for the trip. And then when I got back on, I got on and I sat So, I had this seat both seats, so I kind of got on and I kind of sat sideways to face my husband and so I could see them. He continued to yell at her. He continued to get like this close to her face, up in her ear, and then all of a sudden he just kind of He was like this. She was sitting here. She wasn't mouthing off to him. She just kept saying, "Okay. Okay." And he just all of a sudden got up on his left knee and just went like this, put his wrist right here on her neck, and went like this, and was in her face, like right up in her ear, hollering at her, and he was choking her. And she was red in the face and she was like, you know, and and I just I'm like, "Okay, you're going to I don't even know what I said." I'm just like, "Okay, you're going to I said, "That's enough, you know, you're going to stop." And he immediately when he figured out I don't know, I think he was just in such a violent frame of mind that he just lost the fact that he was surrounded by people doing this. And so, anyway, it escalated, escalated. Finally when I holding that and when he was choking her, I said, "You're going to stop That's enough." And he he got up. He goes, "I'm not doing anything. I'm not doing anything. I didn't choke her." I said, "I saw you. I saw you choke her." And then he was like, "Okay." And I said, "Well, you did that to the wrong person because I'm going to report you." And he goes, "That's fine." And he kind of called me names, and then but he sat down. And then he And then he was like, he didn't comment any of what he said. So, when is it her where you guys had just left Canaveral or how far were you here from the airport or >> Probably 3 minutes from the airport. Like it's just We had dropped another lady off at JetBlue. Okay. And so, we had just come around the corner. He got back in and almost immediately when he got back in, he started on her. Okay. So, you guys were on airport property when that happened. Yes. Okay. And then and then he choked her, was choking her out, and Okay. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate you trying to help, all right? And she appreciates it also. Okay. We're all done? Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you all very much. Sir, stand up. Is your property over here? Okay. They They already searched you, but I got to put you in my car, so I'm going to make sure you don't have anything on you, all right? >> Yeah. You got anything on you except your pocket [ __ ] you got in your bag? No, I have no weapons. >> All right, just relax. What's this? How much money you got in your pocket? What are these blue pills for? Oh, those are my meds. What are they? Adderall? Okay, sorry. Um that's crazy how comfortable he is to calling other women out of their names, obviously, because he doesn't focus on the males that also reported him. He focused on the woman that called him out, called her a dumby, and then tries to refer to her as a Karen to the cops. No. Karen Uh She's not a Karen for holding you accountable. Karens are ones that put people in danger and make up stories and lies about people or feel that they are entitled to something because of their privilege and stuff like that. He misuses a lot of things, but I It doesn't matter. I just um I'm just glad this is on record for the wife and everything, but he he is in the land of the lulu that is very, very dangerous because he doesn't feel like anything's his fault. He didn't do anything wrong. He's rewriting history as it happens. He's He's dangerous. And he's And And just I don't know. I I know it's I It goes without saying, but I'm like, he's a He's mean. He's just a really mean person and just I feel like I don't know if he has a career that pays like maybe a lot of money and stuff cuz sometimes when men don't look the best, um they are very mad at women if they're, you know, if they think that they only have a woman because they have an income and stuff like that. They get very, very mean. I don't know. I'm going to say he is not the most attractive and I feel like he has an anger about some things cuz he hates women. He doesn't just hate his wife. It's something about him. I don't know. Your bags? Yeah. They can't go to the jail, so they're going to either have to go with your family or they're going to have to go to property and evidence downtown. We're going to jail? You're going to jail. You want your family to take them? I don't know. I really don't know. Okay. It's kind of tight in there, so what I need you to do is turn around and put your butt in first and then swing your legs in. He was charged with domestic battery. Share your thoughts in the comments below, and don't forget to like I hope she followed through with it and didn't let the charges drop. Um BRB said, "I think I'm leaning towards malignant narcissism." Okay. Yes, valid. Very valid. >> [laughter] >> I wild cuss. I I'll I'll just go call it on this one. You know, I'm sorry. That man is not attractive. Noir Angel said, "I hope the wife uses this footage in court for divorce and gets a protection order. He's dangerous. I can tell he does worse in the privacy of their home." For sure. Probably in front of the kids. He don't care. Okay. Uh So, hopefully she let the charge stick. She really went with her parents. She took the kids with her and got out of that got out of there. And hopefully when she Hopefully she filed for divorce and being together for 20 years, um hopefully he didn't just get to leave her destitute or anything as well because wow. Okay. So, this one is jealous ex snaps when she finds out he has a new girl. Why does jealousy turn into violence the moment an ex starts a new relationship? Yeah, what's going on? Come on. Look at this girl. Look what she did. He has my game right now. This game was given to me on Christmas. I haven't been talking to this girl I haven't BEEN TALKING TO THIS GIRL IN 5 MONTHS. THIS GAME WAS GIVEN to me ON CHRISTMAS. SHE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME IF SHE WANTED TO TALK. I CALLED HER HIT ME WITH the cords. Like I've done nothing to this girl. Broke my house up. Did she Did she break in? No, I live here. Breaking? Yeah. Yeah, she done that [ __ ] This is my house. My [ __ ] game. Just relax. Stop. No, cuz it's my No, it's his house. He He let me in. I was about to take my game and he put his hands on me. Like I I have the receipt. >> Are you hurt at all? I'm okay right now. But I have the receipt. I'm I just want to take my game and go. If you gifted him his PS5 or whatever you're trying to take back, it is now his property. If you're going to gift things to people, you got to be able to let it go if you get mad at them. You cannot take it back. It is no longer yours. It doesn't matter that uh you bought it. Doesn't matter you have a receipt. If it was a gift to him, it is now his. I would say I I was going to say take it the scrap of dignity you may still have, but I don't After we finish this video, I don't know if that's going to be left either, but you just got to go. When they say they don't want you, they don't want you. You got to go. I ain't him in months. I just want my game and go. I bought the PS5. I have the [ __ ] receipt. Do you need to say it see it? Yeah, sure. Because I'm not going to get it for me. If you're not going to get it You know what? It's always a PS5, too. Um I say probably What was the last Xbox version that came out? Was it Xbox One? You don't really hear that too much. It's always a PS5 and it's never a Nintendo Switch or anything either. It's always a doggone PS5. >> [laughter] >> Can we sit here for a second, okay? Like it's my game. >> Hold on. You're just my child's father. I mean, you're just my my daughter's mother. You come in here and ruin my whole stuff. Smashed the game. Yes, she did pay for the game like it was a gift. Yes, she did pay for the game. It was a gift like so how are you getting mad coming here and taking [ __ ] trying to break break my [ __ ] like All right. Man, put my hands on this girl like like that's not fair like It's It's mine. Ashley Marie >> you say that like 20 times. Just chill out. Let us do our thing, okay? I've been saying this [ __ ] for Okay, but it's not changing anything. So, what's your name? Ashley We talking. We've been beefing for a minute. We have a child together. >> fight with you guys? He put his hands on me. He always puts his hands on me. I didn't lost all my [ __ ] charms. What do you mean when you say he put his hands on you? Were you here before? No, it wasn't she. It was a different person. Look, I'm Okay, I feel like I'm about to be in lecture mode today. Um >> [sighs and gasps] >> Oh my god. Uh birth control. Excuse me. [cough and clears throat] Sorry, I have a cough. Birth control. Birth control, birth control, birth control. It doesn't matter y'all have a kid. He can You can still treat him any kind of way with a kid. He can still treat you any kind of way with a kid. Try not to bring kids into the equation. Birth control, birth control, birth control. You cannot hang on to somebody that doesn't want you. They don't want you. Let it go. Now you're about to be in handcuffs because you can't understand how they can do you dirty in your eyes or maybe he did do you dirty. Oh, I'm sorry. Let it go. Get out of this and go live your life. Just share custody and let the other stuff go. This is just it's just stupid to me. But also try not to have kids with someone till you really know them and that doesn't always work out. You can do that for a long time and people can still, you know, turn another way. But a lot of times I think people have kids together in a short amount of time and they really could have had more time to get to know Oh, I don't really like this person that much. I'm so tired of it. I'm so tired. I didn't lost all my charms on my [ __ ] bracelet. He always putting his hands on me. What happened today? I called him. I was being nice, you know. Mhm. I wanted to see him. He like, "Yeah, you can come over." All I did was ask him like, "Oh, you got somebody sleeping in there?" He started turning up on me. Yeah, I got another You live here? I No, I don't live here. He told me to come over. He said he getting off work. I came over, you know. Yeah, I got another this and that like we have a child together. I'm I'm just trying to conversate with him. I let my daughter come over here for a minute. So, I'm just trying to conversate with him. Trying to get to know him and get No, you using your child as a pawn and that pisses me off too because now the child they they might not understand everything that's going on, but they can pick up on feelings and that's not fair. And and Oh my god, see that all that makes me so mad. You used your child to go spy on him and invade his space because you had an ulterior motive. It wasn't so he could see his daughter. Like I hate that. standing and it turned left. Okay. It turned me left. You got You got a car out here or something like that? Yeah. Which one Which one's yours? >> The white one. The white one behind. Yeah. But all I wanted was my game. I left it over here. It's my game. You guys have a kid together? You still have a white box out here? You don't have any injuries whatsoever? I got a stuff on my hand, but that's it. Like I don't know. Let me see your hands. Like you cut them? Little cut or something like what I don't got nothing I don't think. Put your phone in the purse real quick. He didn't manhandle me and like this [ __ ] happened on purpose. WHY I GOT TO STOP. DO NOT touch yourself. I will drop you. Stop. It's going It's going I got to go to jail? What's going on? All right. What's going on? Look, ma'am, you guys have a kid together. It's domestic violence. He's got injuries. You don't, okay? Oh my god, I got injuries on my hand. It's okay. Like uh We'll deal with that. He cut me. Like what? >> EMS. That's crazy. I'm going to jail? We need EMS. I'm going to jail? Okay. Can we talk cuz I'm confused? We got to hear her talk to you and get her back in the car. We going to hear his side and that's her and her side of the story. No, no talking. I'm with you, Janetta. You could have talked over the phone. Now, get your little violent behind in the back of the police car. It's time to go cuz this was you traumatizing your kid which is already super selfish and then you you like you she went over there to get to see who was over at his apartment and then to snatch that game. It had nothing to do with the child. Had nothing to do with talking and now you need to face the consequences. Y'all really doing this to me? Yes, he's got injuries. What is his injuries? Cuz I didn't touch him. I don't know. So, you didn't even go in there. So, I'm confused. Oh, he grabs up like that and Yeah, he grabbed me up. That means you're going in cuffs. So, he grabbed me up. Okay. Are you serious? We'll We'll figure all that stuff out. I have nobody. I Can I call my mom? We'll deal with that in a second. Oh my god, are you serious right now? Yes. crazy This [ __ ] beat my ass every time. You're manhandling me. See, I don't like that too like you [clears throat] go on the offense. You invade their space and then you say that they beat you every time. How are you going to confront them and cause a situation where if they are the one that beats you that they would definitely beat you because now you're somewhere they didn't say you were welcome. I I don't like when people throw out accusations like that because again, I feel like it lessens when someone is an actual victim of something because to me in this one, she she seems like the abuser. He might be emotionally not the best. He might have led her on, but throwing hands and laying hands on people seems like she's the one that does that. And I'm not even saying for sure he did leave her on. He probably like clearly said we're not together. Some Just some of them you'll I don't know if they're in this lineup, but sometimes we've seen where they'll be like you know, yeah, I told her to come over, but I told her we was going to be casual or whatever or you know, they play games. And I'm not saying he did or anything, but either way it didn't give her an excuse to put hands on him no matter how it happened. And again, I just look at her very lowly because again, she involved their child as well. my ass every time. If he would have been a lot different. I'm literally just escorting you. I'm going to jail? We'll go clear all that stuff out. All right. Like I'm so Are you serious? You could just take it off me. It's what we're sitting in now. So, unless these things unhook, it's just we're just under the strap right here. >> Serious? Yes. Just relax. Oh my god. It's not domestic violence. Well, you guys have a kid together. What does that mean? Sit with me. You got anything else on you? No, what is that? I don't have nothing. Okay, go ahead. Sit in the car. Do I have to sit in the car? Can I just sit down or like are you going to shut the door? I'm going to shut the door. I need to breathe inside of here. Are you serious? Put Put your leg in there, ma'am. What? I've never been arrested in my life. Okay. We can't talk with you unless we read you your rights and then you agree to talk to us. So, if you don't want to give your side of the story, I mean, that's up to you, okay? Like it doesn't make sense. So, I told >> Can I read you your rights? You can, but I'm just so confused when I'm the one in the back of the car. >> I told you why you're back there. Let me read you your rights, okay? You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? Okay. So, you told me he put his hands on you. When I asked you about injuries, you said you don't have any. And then you told me about your hands, but I'm not seeing anything on your hands. I have a cut on my finger right here. Like I have cuts on my finger right here. >> That Ma'am, that looks like an old cut that's healed. It's not even No, it just happened today. I swear to god. >> it happen? I don't know. Okay. I was just in there and he was >> Let's start from the beginning. Why were you there? Because I called him. We've been You know, I argue and I asked him, "Can we talk? I want to talk to him." I love him. I miss him. So, I went in there. I'm trying to talk to him. I sit on his lap. And then we just start arguing. We always argue. >> you argue about? Why is he out here? He's all the way over there. What did What did you guys argue about? Because obviously we both love each other, but it's toxic, you know? And that's what Mhm. Mhm. Okay, so the pieces that come together. So, she went over there using the kid. She wanted to get the I love you I love you's back, the warm fuzzies and when he rejected her or there was another girl over there cuz they kept talking about another girl. I didn't see the girl, but I know there was a talk about another girl and she didn't get the answer she wanted. Okay then, well, I'm taking my game back. Snatching cords. I Apparently she was only able to snatch a cord cuz I didn't see a PS5 in her hands or nothing. Um and then it got to this point and then, you you again, her putting hands on him and everything. And then, because you didn't get your way, you are going to say that he put hands on you. And I don't I don't like that. Like, I don't like when a guy lies on a uh a woman, and I don't like when a woman lies on a guy. Like, no. Own up to your actions since you wanted to be Billy Bad A or Billy Jean Bad A, and then deal with the consequences. I don't I don't have a lot >> arguments happen? Yes, and I don't and I don't put my hands on him first. I swear to God, I did not put my hands on him. How did the argument lead to physical violence between you guys? He put his hands on me first. >> did he do exactly? He strong-armed me. He's moving me. He's doing this. He about to put it He choking me. Like, I just I don't know. Can you lift your head up? Did he choke you around your neck? Yes. Were you able to breathe? I don't know the camera number, but Did you lose consciousness? No, I didn't lose consciousness. >> Was he like pushing you out of the apartment? >> of problems that we always have No, I left out the apartment by myself. Okay. And then then you were at the window, right? >> And then I was at the window because I asked him, "Can I get my game back? Can And then how did all the blinds get damaged? Because I broke them. Okay. I broke them. I appreciate the honesty. Yeah, I appreciate that. >> Why does he have injuries on him? >> I don't know. >> He's got like an abrasion on his arm. He's got marks on his back. I never touched him on his back. I swear to God. I swear to God. >> The story we're getting is that you hit him with those cords. Is that possible? Oh, wow. She jangled him with the PS5 cords? Oh my God. Girl, that stuff hurt Oh my God. I'm fine. Okay. Yeah. I'm going to prove all my windows. Well, so that's what we're Do you have contact with the landlord at all? Yeah, but that make me look like I I got domestic violence. Like, I Like, I made that [ __ ] happen. All right. But you didn't, I mean, and our report's going to obviously say that you didn't. Um Is the Is the lock Oh, man. Is the lock broken on your window? Yes. Or is it It is? How did she Did she I She smashed in the window. Okay. Here's where we're at right now. Because you guys have a kid together, the old physical altercation that happened is domestic violence, okay? You clearly have injuries. She doesn't. Okay? So, I know you said you didn't want >> Cuz I didn't touch her. Right. And so, I know you said you didn't want her to go to jail, but based off of what we see, she committed domestic violence, okay? So, with that, Ohio's a preferred arrest state, which means she has She has to go, okay? Um And as far as that, like, obviously, when I when you opened the door, she's like half in, um trying to reach in. Did she make it through the window or just where she was at? >> made it when I cuz I got a stick in there. I got a stick with both of my windows cuz I live on the bottom floor. All right. I live on the bottom floor. I work all the time. Anybody can go in there. All right. So, I got a stick, dog. I don't know how her screens cuz I heard All right. She pulled the screens out. I only pick up the child and keep it moving. All right. Like, this [ __ ] is hurting. All right. Who has the kid right now? Her mother. Her mom does. Okay. All right. I've been trying to call her. I don't call her 100 times. >> mother. All right. All right. I'm going to call her. Okay. I tried to call her. I was just defending myself with the cords. All right. Not a problem. Okay. Like, I don't want nothing to happen. Like, I don't know. Okay. Give me just a moment, all right? I just want to leave the apartment. Hm. So, let me get this straight. She broke into his home through the window. She has torn the screens off of his windows. And she said she was in there defending herself. You First of all, oh my God. This girl is fatal attraction because she broke in to say, "I love you. I miss you." She broke through the window to say this. Then, he rightfully rejects her, and she tries to snatch the game back. Apparently, she doesn't get the game, and she's whipping him with cords from a game. And then tries to tell the cops that he beat her up. If he had have beat her up for breaking and entering, that would have been her fault, too. Mom, child Oh, yeah. Thank God the baby isn't there cuz I thought I thought she said I brought my daughter here to see him, but they said the baby's at the grandmother's house, so that's good. They're sending me to jail for a DV when he put his hands on me because he has I mean, freaking bruises because I was a I was defending myself AT HIS HOUSE. SO, they're sending me to jail. I think you I think you're not telling the whole entire story, but I'm I am telling the entire story. I put I defended myself, so I hit him with some cords. That's the start entire story. Okay. We said we wanted to talk, and then it went left. So, now I'm in handcuffs in the back of the car. Malik said he he's going to come get me, but I don't know. Hello. Good night. What? You don't even go over there. I AT THIS POINT, I DON'T KNOW. AND OH MY GOD. MA'AM, SHE'S GOING TO call you back after she gets to the county, okay? No. My mom is talking. Wagon just pulled up. So, you have anything food in this purse? No. I don't have no food. So, yeah. This her son. He's been trying to It's his baby mom, but he's been trying to leave her alone. Man, come on now. He didn't invite her over. He ain't trying to leave her alone. Look, we two men. >> up here. She said she wanted to talk. Like, and I told her it was a bad idea. >> Okay, stop. How old are you? All right. I'm 35, 36. All right. She a little older than me. I've been down this road. This Wrangler road is is us a mess. You know this chick is unstable. She You know she unstable. Look at her score. I can tell. Well, that's prime example number Come on, Officer Uncle Dad. Lecture him. Give him a talk. >> [laughter] >> Why do you say she unstable? Like, she said she wanted to see you. She said she wanted to talk, bro. I understand. Like, I'm like, all right. Listen. Listen. Just relax, man. If you know someone this unstable want to talk to you, you know what you tell them? Hey, man, oh, you can call me or anything you want to do over the phone. She was banging on here, banging on the window. >> I got the neighbors. What you think I'm I'm doing? you call the police. Hey, man, you can say that that woman's outside my door. Baby mom, whichever number she is. I didn't want her to go to like, I'm not Okay. Like, I I really didn't She called the police. I We know. She told us. I really didn't want her to go to jail. I just wanted her out of here. Like I told her, bro. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, I don't Like, I don't hate Like I told her, "I don't hate you. I just don't want no dealings with you." All right. And it's it I With the few seconds me dealing with her, I'm like, I don't want to deal with her. And that was just me walking her from this door to my car. That's Listen. I'm going to tell you right now. Just cut her off. If you could deal with her, deal with her through the courts. The courts got to have you can deal with them when it comes to the kids. Message her on that. She say something crazy on it. >> I'm already doing that, bro. We took the DNA. I'm waiting for the DNA to come back. Okay. If it's that bad, bro, I wouldn't even do it until the DNA hits. >> with the girl. All right. She come here wanting to talk, wanting to sit on my lap and talk. No, that's not how co-parents talk. All right. Sit over there. We can still talk. Like, all And that's why I said, man, deal with her over the phone. Okay. All right. Yeah, his whining is getting on my nerves, too, Sharon, because I'm like, all right, dude. Just Okay. Yes, call the police. Why you opening the door? You know how she is. Do not open the door. Oh my God. And that's crazy that she's the one to call the police on him thinking that he was about to get arrested, I guess. But yeah, like, come on, man. You 36. You got to know there's a way to deal with just seeing your kid without having to see her. Like, come on. Like, stop. She's still wrong. She should be the one in jail. Not taking any responsibility away from her, but why you open the door? Like, all right. And his The way his mom is looking, she's It's not the first time. She's used to this. She's lectured her son. Like, >> [sighs] >> don't feed into the toxic cycle. All right, dear. Come on out. No way. Come on out. Oh my God. I can't believe You're about to handcuff me again. Yes, ma'am. I have to. You're going to listen to what I say. I have nothing. Did you Did you damage his window? What window? No, I didn't >> Window that you tried to get into the apartment? No, I don't It was cracked. I swear to God, I didn't break no window. I was just pulling the blinds. I didn't touch no window. You could see that on the camera. I didn't do nothing to the window. So, you didn't take the rock and hit the window at all? I hit it, but it didn't break. I swear to God. All right. I swear to God. Well, I was right. She She's not leaving with any dignity on this one. You took a rock to the window. Oh my God. I'm going to put I'm going to see if they name her charges. This one I'm going to try to just let this one Sorry. Hold on. Let me see if this is the last one cuz I have other ones, but y'all, I'm barely making it. I I I'm surprised I lasted this long. Hold on. Let me make sure I give y'all the best one. Uh Okay. We going This will be our last one right here because >> [laughter] >> I don't think I'll make it much longer. Um this is the one that y'all sent me to. Enraged girlfriend spits on police, earns a earns felony charges. So, we'll end with this one. All right. Hold on. My little thing is on a delay and I hate it. All right. On August 13th, 2025, officers responded to a residence for a call of a domestic dispute. How about you step down here, away from the door? Yeah, tell me what's going on. Yeah, I know. You're going to talk to me. Okay. Come come this way. What's going on today? You know what? I'll wait till she get her story cuz I ain't got time to argue with her before. So, you don't want to tell me what's going on? Yeah, I'll tell you what's going on, but What's going on? Honestly, I don't want to pull no show, but she get in at 4:30 in the morning. I come in and the kids here. Okay. I'm getting off work at 3:30. >> Okay. She come in, I mean, I come in the house. She I called her at 1:30. She said she's going outside, left the kids here. Okay. 3:30 I get in, call her, what's going on? Oh, I'm so-and-so, so-and-so. I'm at my house taking a piss. Okay. I'm drunk as hell. All right, cool. I'm a 4:30 get here, she walk in with her with her cousin. Okay. We had we got into it. Yeah. Verbal argument? Yeah, verbal argument. Okay. Nobody got physical or anything? >> No, she just drunk. I got you. I don't drink, don't smoke. I got you, man. She talking about some children, but she got the kids here for a whole hours. I got off work at 3:30. I got you. Yeah, so So Because I'm I'm called here, I'm trying to figure out how what a solution is for everyone. What's the best way? Okay. Whose house is it? Your house. Okay. Who's those kids? Her kids. Her kids. Okay. Have you you allowed her to live here? No, she stays down here, but she don't live here. She don't >> How long she been staying here for? [ __ ] about a couple of weeks, 3 weeks ago. And I just got Is that >> your girlfriend or >> Yeah, that's her girlfriend. Who's the woman that was just out here? Her cousin. What happened was I got off work. I called her at 1:30. She said she was out with her cousin and another friend. Hold on. Yeah, I got you. The um .32s under the mattress in the bedroom to the left. I get in the house. She ain't in the house. She home? No. Okay. She just getting in at 4:30 in the morning. And that's what this come is all coming about. Yeah. Tell us you You know what I'm saying? You know, just saying that Were you asleep when she got home or what? Yeah, I was asleep cuz my alarm went off. >> She coming in all drunk or something or Okay. I'd really prefer her to leave. You think the cousin will take her somewhere? How about you ask the cousin? Okay. Can you ask the cousin? All right. I mean, we'll have to bring her out here to talk to They're talking to you. They want to talk to everyone alone. Okay. Your your sister called her cousin called us here. So, I don't know why you're mad at us. I know how police is and I've never had a I've never had a good interaction with them. So, that's just how I'm speaking in general. Are you Are you Are you taking her? Are you guys leaving? That's what I'm trying to see now because if she wanted to leave, we could have left. I got my own car. Okay. I have my >> sure they're going to talk to her alone. If she wanted to leave, we can leave. >> Then leave. Why didn't Why didn't you get Why didn't she call Why didn't she just leave? >> I did not know that You I'm saying why didn't she just have you take her somewhere instead of calling? >> But I didn't know. That's why I Okay. Let me make sure we talk to her Tell them just keep your hands in your pockets. Yeah, they're in the back in the driveway with her, so Yeah, whenever you're ready, we're all we're all done. They said whenever they're They said whenever you're ready, you can leave. We can't We can't. I'm sorry, sir. I'm sorry for all this. Um, this this is like a argument, but they've been in a relationship for a long time. >> you're going to deal with it right now. We're just here for the immediate problem. Like I said, once you guys are good to go, we're clear, too. >> Yeah, but it's just three kids in here and they scared. They've been crying. I don't want them traumatized. Like I don't want them to get traumatized. >> That's why I was trying to hurry it up cuz I was like we're We're No. No. She I remember I remember she gives me I like to be in the middle of my I don't know if she said friend, cousin, whatever, but I like to be in the middle of other people's drama because this is so common sense on what the cops are saying and it's like why are y'all prolonging this? This obviously she got her face blurred. This is not the girlfriend. This is the one supposed to be helping her leave or whatever, but I feel like she contributed, too. Or just like if not contributed, she's trying to now make it sound like she's a um a saint in this, I guess, and like she is trying to make the situation better and get her out. But I don't really feel like she was because it's so common sense on what the cops are saying like y'all can literally just leave right now. Get the kids out of it so they don't have to be traumatized. Like why, you know, all this extra? So, I don't really trust her intention. So, make She's not make maybe contributing, but she's also not helping. Oh my god. Okay. >> [snorts] >> And I'm looking to see cuz I if I missed it um on what state they're in, but sometimes I can catch it when I see their vehicle or their um their sleeve on their uniform. So, we'll see about what state they're in if they if they haven't mentioned it yet. I need to talk to her anymore. So, as soon as you guys are ready, we're all going to leave. How much stuff do you guys got to They got a lot of stuff. They've been dealing with each other for a long time, so For For right now, let's just be bare essentials. So No, they they trying to grab all their stuff cuz I don't think she putting no coming back. Okay. Well, for but for right now though Just so we can get the No, he said they can grab it. Look. You do not understand. There is no coming back. I've done this before. I've tried to do this before. I have a police report with this man before and I tried to come back here and get my things Christmas. It was maybe December 27th or December 28th. >> to this problem though? Because we're not going to sit here all night for for you >> you a reason to take his ass? You want me to give you a reason? >> No, I'm just I'm telling you what the solution is. Can you listen to me real quick? I'm trying to, but you guys don't understand. Okay. I understand that and I understand that. So, here's if you're if you're that scared, get the bare essentials, leave right now. Can you Can you just please listen to me and let me explain this so that I'm not No, I'm not being I'm not I'm trying to get you to listen to me so I can give you the solution. Okay? I need you to listen to me and not talk over me, please. Okay? You get the bare essentials right now and we leave and then in a couple hours when you cool down, you call us, we come do what's called a domestic standby and we'll standby for however long it takes you to get all your stuff. But right now, if you're that scared, you need to get everybody out of the house, okay? Yeah, we we want to move everything out with you. Okay. If your stuff's in here, you can we'll come back. No, no, no. You don't understand. I've done this before with you guys. Come on. Oh my god. Girl, just get out then. Leave. How Look at how comfortable she is. Ankles across. Okay? She is comfortable. You are not trying to leave. I'm telling you right now. When I mean to leave on something, first thing I'm not wearing a um tube top dress or shirt cuz I need to be able to move around freely and and and just make sure nothing's, you know, no wardrobe malfunctions. The outfit's giving me too casual. The ankles crossed giving me too casual. You not trying to leave. You trying to prove a point and just I don't know if you just want him to hear you talking about him. Just leave. >> [laughter] >> August, I just did this with you all in December at the end of December. He did the same exact thing. He would not give me all my things. I don't want me to do that. But he showed up to the What's the stuff that They don't care about the history. Just get out the house. My clothes, my food, everything that I have in this house, he would not allow me to get. My children's things, he will not allow me to get. What What did your kids say If you can ask him to give me 15 minutes, I will take me and my children's things out of the house. What's the stuff What's that? My my my food and stuff, my groceries. I just spent literally a thousand [ __ ] dollars in here 2 days ago. This This is what I want to talk about. She's not trying to leave. This girl talking about my groceries. I can't stand people that make up their own reality and make life so much harder than it has to be. People out here got real problems and these people create problems. 2 days ago. Yeah, clothes is fine. We're talking about if there's like furniture, stuff like that. >> No, he can keep the [ __ ] furniture. I don't give a [ __ ] about this furniture. Yeah, get your >> I have a whole 'nother apartment of my own. Yeah, gather up your clothes. Thank you. That's all I'm asking. But you made it you made it seem like it was all his stuff. >> to explain that to you, but you would not listen to me. I have small things. Just please let me move my things. Go ahead. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Hey. Hands up. Hands up. Hands up. I'm just showing Absolutely not. But I just told y'all he just threatened my life and he's trying to move all of them. He's been doing this for years and I keep running. Oh my god. Just in case y'all missed it, she I don't know if she drug him out with her foot or whatever, but she went for the pow pow. Um, I don't think she was trying to use it or anything, but like she should have just been packing up her stuff. This wasn't the time to have to do all that, but she's still trying to prove a point and everything. Now she done put them on edge cuz she got to sit here and say I I I fear for my life. How you Okay, you fear for your life. I'm not I'm not doing it. I'm just going to hit play. I'm tired of running. You want to see THE REST? >> NO, STOP. LET'S GET OUT OF THE ROOM. WHAT ARE you doing? He keeps hiding them in there, in the backyard, in the neighbor's yard, every where he's hiding them. He keeps coming at me every time I leave and run, he keeps coming. I'm tired. I'm scared. I'm tired. Okay. I understand. You You want to know what he took out? He took out the dirty ones. One You want to find some more? >> and let's go. You never ever do something like that again. Will you get your stuff and go? You're not listening to me, right? >> First of all, you just went and got a gun underneath the bed. I swear on my foot WITH MY HANDS UP. WHAT about that was seemed smart to do? With my foot With my foot with my hands up. What you can do is say, "Officer, there is a gun underneath the bed." Here's the thing, too. I've heard cops say, and I'm I'm pretty sure it's it's not just them saying I think it's a a known fact, but it is a very dangerous for police to respond to domestic disputes. That is one of the most fatal things that they can respond to because it gets so volatile and violent. Um they're already on edge, and then now your silly butt wants to go pull out a weapon for what? To do what? They They said pack your stuff and go. >> [laughter] >> Now >> I did. I'm sorry. Sir, did I not tell you and your other fellow officer in the backyard where it was? >> back there with you. How'd you How'd you get in the back door? I was in the basement. In my basement downstairs when you guys locked the door. Okay. I thought you went out the back. I got to search his name. Good search. I heard you guys locked the door though. How long am I going to run until y'all find out who he really is? Sir. Am I the bad guy now? You want to teach him I'm the bad guy now? You stay with your cousin. We ain't got to search the car somehow. You're going to have to No, because they He has my keys for longer than [ __ ] 24 hours, and he's going to do the same thing. Like I had to get my keys changed the last time. Well, obviously he's hurt. We both get busted. Right. So You want me to believe that? It was Y'all know him for what? 20 minutes? 30? before he was in the house. I saw that on top of the bed. Same way when I went inside with him and found it that way.
