was like he threw up that's what she told her so she started sucking stuff out of his mouth and nose and then is this what and then he stopped breathing apparently on July 16th 20023 in Albuquerque New Mexico a tragic incident unfolded involving the death of a child with severe disabilities the case pointed toward the mother named Marcella as the primary Suspect with her potential arrest looming upon arriving at the scene officers promptly assessed the situation and began Gathering critical information about what had occurred he's working on that now she's yeah and when you guys showed up he was laying on the ground yes following a detailed investigation officers identified the suspect and confirmed the cause of the child's death their findings painted a harrowing picture of the events and how how often are you in the home like home most of the hours of the day or you go work I work now so I'm not here most of the time but I know it's still the same [ __ ] um anything that you noticed in the last few days that was different from the usual when I got back I could tell that he was hell well but my cin was let me know that they Chang to another which why he droing okay could theas we know no one no didn't kill me I didn't kill me my grand my grand was in the show I was just buying a PS4 right she diagnos Walker or he a personal phys therapist she was train she would just leave him there on the couch not not caring for him you know he can't move he does he does need to be like physical like move his legs a little bit cuz he's stiff so that's what they would do right yeah or you even put him in a walker so you know how like throughout your life if he's like Hunchback end the hunch back right so he's on the he's like always like that or he's in a like a little like a bed thing that was like that so that's why he's kind of like this and he's like his leg are like that cuz that's all he was doing no one would like pick him up do anything it's like I should s was always she she always adding another layer to the case officers questioned the suspect's boyfriend his statements provided potentially valuable information that could help uncover the truth can't come to school until he put on more weight you know oh they stopped they had stopped accepting him because he losing weight and I don't think that was right maybe someone should have stepped in and evaluate him or something but you know okay she's she very shy she's you know me she's like um do you ever remember like see coming out to talk to you yeah did a couple times or like how many times maybe three or four times okay did they ever like did they ever tell you try to help you guys or like at all they never helped you I don't think they no do you remember so the last time that cfd was out do you remember what happened said he was she called she would even come called C the lady is C call and says the cas is closed now it's not open no more and everything fine it's like they said that everything was okay then did they how did I guess how did it start how did that St see it started because he going to school and they said he lost a little bit weight but she feeds him you know if he drinks milk and it's not food like weat every day you know to me he's growing getting bigger they need to get something else you know more food or something yeah something different and she says no I got to do the doctor I I told her to feed him something else but can't feed and anything else because he get sh what the doctor know but you know I'm I really can't say much cuz you know she's the mom and the boyfriend I'm not I'm not the dad but I right I care for him um you guys if you want to talk to you can I I think just sometimes just being there right is help um whenever you have a I know you said you're kind of worried that she's going to do some things for herself um just having a support system right having a good boyfriend a good mom dad all that kind of stuff that definitely helps having people around that mean it's not really about what you say just being there right being you don't even know how bad I feel I was she text me the baby pass me she text you whenever she called my on yeah it goes and win but and then I didn't see I didn't look at my phone for a long time and you know how bad I feel do you have that test by chance do at this point the investigation shifted Focus to another individual a thorough interrogation was conducted to gather further details aiming to close the gaps in the unfolding story that kind of stuff um but not going to lie I'm I'm have had a busy two years and I'm like I work in the laboratory So Co never and now we're coming out of go and finally I'm in a life again um but no um nothing and again sorry my no no I just i' the know they have to they have to take a look at it doesn't make it easy I know as I always wonder you know we're very like um I don't know what do you call it we like process things later kind of family dope more we we will the key Moment In the case came after a long delay when officers finally managed to interrogate the suspect this marked a critical step in bringing the investigation closer to its case took an unexpected twist when she was found dead in custody before standing trial next we have 24-year-old Alicia Moore what started as a simple theft took a terrifying turn with life-altering consequences is missing we can't find Marcia she threw everything down she started back out of the building over between the two jeweles can you go over there and see if any of them picked up her phone on May 26th 2023 in okoi Florida a routine shoplifting incident at a Dillard store escalated into chaos when Alicia stepped outside to find her car completely engulfed in flames upon arriving at the scene the officer immediately began interviewing witnesses to collect vital details and assess the scope of the incident eyewitness accounts painted a clearer picture of the chaotic series of events I pulled up it was fully engulf I parked over here and walked up and there was another lady another customer that had the two children okay and I was telling her that they looked like they had been in the car because they had little soot on their noses and stuff okay and the The woman Inside when she whose car it is when she came and saw she kept saying her mom was in the car okay but I tensions escalated during the investigation making the situation more heated and challenging for the officer to manage the chaotic environment demanded careful handling to maintain control can you turn her around so she's facing me they just want security as to put a darious I think they were up there they was yeah hey man what's your alici alici I know everything's kind of kind of going on crazy right now black6 black over black short right now it looks like this your daughter look like she may have gotten burned stop stop stop don't touch it don't touch it ma' look at me I know I know helping to piece together the sequence of events that led to the fiery outcome witness testimonies were instrumental in clarifying the situation were say kids were coming out of they didn't see the M oh someone's got car problems as I walked by there was another gentleman we both were like on fire I believe he opened it and I saw the kids come out and I saw inside the car was already involved what the gentleman that open the car what did he look like uh White meil um he was someone who was coming he wasn't my boyfriend he went to his car to get extinguisher and I grabed the kids and ran and inside the car we need to go inside can you just put the uh call screen please I couldn't even tell look this was just her okay it's coming back 10 it is I'm pretty sure so we're probably backed in right in front down panicked he stopped here and he said he came no not from upstairs I would say a little bit like from the mall probably I didn't see exactly where I just saw him when he got in my vision then he says oh and he comes here that's when I lose him but Peter our other manager that's when he sees him Sprint out towards mens last time ibody saw so you describe what he was what he look like not what he was wearing I would say he was he was black light skin or mix something of the sort he was bald and he had some facial hair that's the quickest I got him he sprank it past me but I like 30 plus megab okay I just downloaded it on my laptop off the jump drive Alicia Moore was charged with first-degree arson and child neglect as it was revealed that her children were inside the burning car during the incident on December 9th 2023 a distressing call reporting that a baby had been shot in the face brought officers to Liberty Township Ohio yeah that's a right the ambulance right here please just run to the ambulance please upon arrival Butler County sheriff's deputies found the infant in critical condition setting the stage for a heartbreaking and Urgent case oh my comes up behind me and pulls the wallet out my pocket all right and I turn around and he's gone like he takes off what do you look like black dude with a hoodie on and okay you know what color the hoodie was light gray light gray her social security guard her ID everything like that hers voice okay right in there something like that yeah you can um yeah reach out to Social Security office and talk to them and then you know obviously like you said you lock your cards and stuff just kind of monitor your bank accounts and whatnot yeah you just reached in your didn't say anything just like walked past you grabbed it and took off took off okay so your social security card was in there what else was in the wallet um it was my driver's license all of my debit and credit cards my health insurance cards my car insurance you said no cash though like $5 and where where were we all when it happened walking in the SES so was it your wallet yeah it was my wallet was with his back pocket running that way uh blue jeans hoodie what color was light blue jeans light gray hoodie zip up front and then he had it pulled over I couldn't tell what shoes he had on but he's probably about 6'4 black black m what kind of wallet was it um it was like a red rectangular wallet it was like a nud as red went bright red yeah like a Maron this number is going to be the report number um so for like your bank if you if there were to be some charges or something and you need to dispute them you can give them this number um same thing for like with the social security card um they should be able to either put alert on it or lock it down or something um I know um I know one of the guys his mom had some issues with his her identity being stolen they were to lock down her social security number um but Direction travel we were at SES and when he took off I was about to go after him but I didn't want to leave her and he comes down and he took her right going this way and that's the last time I saw older guy younger guy probably in his 20s if I had to guess and he was probably this tall 6' 4ish light gray front zip up buing light blue jeans no tattoos or anything I couldn't tell it was all long sleeves man like I could barely see his face soon as I turned around I saw the side of his face and he was gone do this happen a lot down here recently nope I've never had something like this but I've been here for 6 years the wallet was in back pocket her wallet was in my back pocket yeah grabbed it and took off running never said anything to you no literally walking into the store right when the suspect they visited his mother's home to discuss the incident and she expressed disappointment in his involvement in criminal activity revealing his previous arrests with the wallet really Cortez want to know about a wallet about what what did I tell you I said when you when whatever you do downtown it leaves back here and the police will be at my door didn't I tell you that so now you another
