definitely David lindle was charged with felony battery and transported to the pelis county jail later he was found guilty guilty of battery and sentenced to 66 days in county jail while David got involved in a physical dispute with his roommate our next suspect committed a stealing act from a renowned super shop you had these with you it's 90° out and these are cold yeah I had him went I just came from listen whatever the incident is centered around a male named Macky on the 4th of October 2023 in Key West Florida the police received news of someone stealing beer and didn't waste any time investigating the police tried to collect more authentic and vital information regarding the incident for this reason they started to inquire meticulously what's up is said you just came out of Circle happen tomorrow okay I can't tell you exactly what time it's either in the morning or early afternoon yes sir as soon as you see the judge at first appearance they'll make a determination if you don't have any record down here you haven't been arrested or you don't have any sort of lengthy criminal history you may just get it's a it's a lowgrade misdemeanor likely just walk out with with a court date of one to come back thank you okay it's good to know if not so when we get upstairs what's going to happen is I'm going to take you out of the car we're going to go upstair we're going to go to that door right there we're going to go upstairs when we get upstairs I'll have you either sit down or if there's a detention Deputy up there he'll start giving you directions just take your direction from him they're going to search you again because you're going into a Detention Facility yes sir after they search you again they're just going to ask you a whole bunch of basic questions not crazy nothing out of the order ordinary and then you're just going to sit down you're going to meet with a nurse briefly she's just going to go over some basic medical stuff with you and and that's going to be it after that you'll go into holding basically until you can a either bond out which you said you can't right now or be they'll they'll hold you until you see a judge okay okay Mackey was arrested
