Okay, sound check. Mic looks good. Let's see here. All right, so first there will be commentary. That's why I'm here. I sometimes I don't know if I have too much because of the topic. Sometimes there's not a lot to say, but I do talk during this. So, if you don't like that, links are in the in the description box. Um, I don't know if I'm always going to keep this style, but lately, if it involves a fatal ending, um, pedophiles, stuff, content like that, I put a red border on the thumbnail, so you kind of can visually already tell this is about to be trigger. It It could be triggering. Um, and protect your mental health. There's no prize for enduring content that can be triggering. This particular content contains graphic descriptions of some of the way that the children were killed or passed away. So, just letting you know. And I'm going to keep sprinkling that throughout the chat every now and again, too. Um, now I'm going to ease ease us in. So, um, first we're not going to start with one where the child passes away. We're going to just start with the mom got arrested cuz the child ran away from home. Um, but every other video it's a fatal bad ending. So, okay. I'll be sprinkling it throughout though. Keep the warning coming. All right. So, let's start. 23rd, 2024, officers with the Orlando Police Department resounded to a call from maintenance staff at a apartment complex in reference to a wandering child. >> Hello. >> First the one apartment running for the street. Sorry. >> It start running for the one apartment running everything we go for here. You come back for look the money and not come back for the month. >> No, that's my maintenance manager was in the office for me. He called her called him because little kid ran out of the apartment >> and he wanted to go to the street and he would not listen to him. So they I asked for an apartment. So I went over there and mom is screaming on the phone and I told her, "Put your shoes on and come and pick up the kid cuz he's going to the street." So she started swearing at me when I'm trying to help her find a kid. He refuses to go with mom. I don't know what happened in the house, but he doesn't want to go with mom. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Um she's walking. She went back to the apartment. >> Went back to the apartment. >> Yeah, she went back to the apartment >> and she called her mom because I told her that I was going to call, you know. I'm like, I'm trying to help you here. I could have called the cops. without the kid. >> Without the kid. >> Okay. >> I don't know who she is. She's not supposed to be living on the apartment. I'm the assistant community manager. She's not in this >> apartment. 802. >> 802. What building? >> 5228 52. >> Will you stay here with me? >> I think he he was I believe he was talking to Daniel. Let's keep talking to this girl. This lady I talk to I can talk to her. Yeah. >> Hello. >> Um, do you live? >> Uh-huh. >> I don't know. She went back to the apartment. I I try to get her so she can come and help me get him because my maintenance personnel >> told me that he ran out and he was on Lake Margaret >> and she started swearing at me to other there >> and he is dead. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. They're going to be giving >> Yeah. I'm call now. >> Hello. This is Officer Charles. How are you? >> Okay. So, give me a little breakdown. What's going on? So, your father and is he currently staying with the mother? I'm guessing. Okay. She does she have full custody? What kind of custody does she have? Are you able to come pick him up since you guys have no custody agreement? You're 40 minutes away. >> Okay. If you start heading this way, due to the fact is even though he may mom does have custody, you guys have no custody agreement. So, I think it' be the best bet since she just kind of walked off from him that you kind of maintain and look after him until we kind of figure out what's going on in regards to this. All right. >> Hello. How are you? >> Hi. How are you? >> Hello. Officer Charles, police department. >> Yes. >> Are you the mother of the kid that's running around? >> Yes. >> So, what's going on with that? >> I told him I was going to take his iPad and he left the room. He was like, "You can take my iPad." and literally bolted. >> Okay. Um, and so you just let him So you just let him >> I didn't I can't chase. I'm a little older. >> Okay. >> Like I can't chase after my son. That's why I was screaming after him and people start. >> So you're having some other people watch your kid right now currently. That's what you're doing. >> Yes. >> Why is that? >> Because they were there. >> Okay. >> I asked them to come. I asked him to to come with me and he was like, I don't want to go. I don't want to go. Oh, and your son has autism, correct? >> He has a speech impediment. >> That's what your your uh the father of the kid said. He has autism and type 1 diabetes as well. So, the fact that you have him just sitting out there without proper guidance and with random strangers, >> right? Your job as a mother to take care of him. Okay. >> Their job is to maintain a facility to sell the apartment complex. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. So, you should be out there with him. >> Absolutely. >> Make sense? I understand you may have some complications going on, but he is still your child. He's eight years old. Running around shirtless of a car. Okay. Do you want to work your way this way? We had the father coming right now to come pick him up. Yes. Okay. But that's not okay. Do you have your name by chance? >> My name tell you have a driver license actually. >> I have a um an IV. >> So she planned on letting her kid stay there cuz like the woman said at the beginning of the body cam, she'd already told the woman, "Your kids here. The mom is cussing the woman out." And I got from this that um she is possibly overwhelmed cuz he does have additional needs. But you can't leave your child to the elements and to the mercy of people that don't mean well for for a kid or anybody. >> Isn't okay. That's fine. If >> you want to come in, you can sit right here. Okay. >> And you and your the father of the kid doesn't don't have any custody >> no agreements. >> I have no just me. >> Okay. And what's a good phone number for you as well? >> 980. I know it's crazy. >> Do you want him to go with the father? Would that be easier for you right now? >> Um I would rather for him to be with me. He ran out. >> See, I don't like that. Um, first of all, the dad needs to really get the courts involved and get uh an agreed upon custody and also maybe well probably CPS will be um alerted anyway, but the dad needs to take a well way more closer look at this. Um, I'm glad he's in this child's life. I need him to get that law involved and stay on top of her whether it's they get her extra counseling or there's some kind of assistance for this or something. But this is what leads to the more dangerous uh things we're going to see when it comes to neglect, the more fatal things we're going to see. So that's why you should take it serious now in my opinion. Um and also it's crazy that she didn't want to come get her child that's a few yards away, but now she's like, "No, although the dad's coming, I want the child to stay with mem >> out the house. like he was with me. But if he wants to be like I want the best for my son, you understand? And if he wants to be with his father, then that's okay with me. But I would rather me personally, I would rather for him to be >> Come over there while we're there to talk to him. >> Yeah, no problem. >> You have a car? >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> All right. No problem. We'll we'll meet you over there. Okay. >> All right. Is he still in the same spot? Yeah, he's at the entrance of the apartment complex. >> Hey, buddy. >> And I will say this. Um, I hate that she put this child in a dangerous spot. So, I'm not How can I put this? I My sympathy runs for single mothers. She pissed me off, but my sympathy does does run deep for single mothers. And I need It's possible that the dad could be taking way more weight off of her than he has, which also contributes to endangering your child's safety as well. She He ran out the house with no shoes, no shirt. T Roberts, she said he had like a tantrum. >> You okay? >> Is that dad on the phone still? >> Yeah. >> So, what's going on? What's going on? Why do you want to Why did you want to stay with mom? Because her mom actually hurt me and then he would walk my dad. >> Repeat that song. I can't hear you. >> No, I told my mom that hurt me and just and just go to sleep and not I would just anymore and then not see my dad anymore. >> Okay. So, you want your dad to come pick you up? >> You want your dad to come pick you up? Yeah. >> Okay. >> You said mommy's not treating you guys. >> One second. >> No, no. We We just brought here. Don't worry. You're going to go You're going to go with dad. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Dad's just Dad's like 25 minutes away. All right. >> That's mom right there. >> Dad's on his way. >> Mom left for me. >> He ran away from his eyes. >> So, what do you mean by mom? What do you mean by mom's mean to you? What do you mean by that? >> Huh? >> When you say mom's mean to you? What do you mean by that? >> Cuz After we going to take back our parents never have it again from the garbage. >> Okay. >> At least I found it in there. >> I know. >> Okay. >> I'm going talk to you again. >> Okay. Okay. So, I want to better understand what's going on. Okay. Because the fact that you left him right outside here, >> I left him >> or the fact that he ran away from you, right? And you're still not here to even try to obtain your child is what we're having a problem with. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, help us understand. >> Chips. >> Yeah. This is good. >> Okay. >> Okay. We help me understand. Okay. Maybe your point of view, maybe I'm seeing it cuz the way we the way we approach the scene did not look right. That makes sense to you. It makes sense because all we Let me tell you what we heard. We came on scene. We spoke with the property manager whoever it was made case and the property I guess >> Yeah. maintenance person and they advised that you were out here with the child. >> You began to yell at the property manager in regards to some incident with regards to the child. >> Mhm. >> And he proceeded to walk back to the apartment. >> I did. >> Why is that? >> I was angry. >> Okay. >> I'm going to be honest. >> Okay. >> So, when my child left the house, right, >> it was a like I don't want to call it a threat, >> but it was like you're going to if you don't obey, I'm going to take your iPad. Yeah. >> And he jolted out the room, right? >> Ran >> I'm ran out the room after him. >> Okay. >> I couldn't see him. I'm like, "Daniel, Daniel, Daniel." This is why everybody called the the leas and consultant. When she came here, she was very respectful, very nice. I was rude. >> You know, I was like, "Shut the f up. Don't talk to me. Don't, you know, >> you were just kind of rant about the situation." So, >> I was upset about this situation. It has nothing to do with her. Okay. >> She did exactly what she was supposed to do, her job. You know what I mean? >> It was just I'm angry because I don't understand like why did you run out the room? Why would you run out of the house? You can get hit by a car. >> Yeah. >> You know, and then you as a mother. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. You can get hit by a car. The property manager alerts you to where your child is. you curse her out and go back in the house until the police knock on your door. So, they still are at risk of getting hit by a car or kidnapped. >> And then when I saw people like adults around him and I still I was like, "Daniel, come back. Daniel, come with me. Daniel, come." And he was like, "I don't care." Like holding on to the iPad. >> I was like, "Okay, I'm going back to the house. I need to charge my phone. Like I need to because if I need to call his dad cuz this is who y'all talk to, right? >> Yeah. >> I need to call him. >> Yeah. >> My phone was 0%. I need my phone on at least 2%. You know what I mean? >> But at the >> But you're sitting in the apartment on 0% and you your child is outside. There's I'm nothing she says is enough for me on how she left her child outside. end of the day it is wrong one for me to leave after this >> did you tell them to stay with the kid at all or you just >> yes I told them I was like stay here stay here I'll be back I'm leaving f you because I was upset >> okay but see that's where probably miscommunication comes you can't tell someone stay and f you that I'm leaving right then she's like okay I guess I guess guess she's not coming back make sense >> I know so >> I know >> um so this ain't happen for She's stating now that she didn't leave the child. Just leave. She said >> she didn't call the police. >> Huh? >> She didn't call the police. She knew where he was and she walked back. >> Exactly. I was I understand what she was saying, but like she >> me the statue. >> Yeah. >> So, what are we going to do? >> I'm going to do 1050. Not 105. Um I'll do 105 off that. So, let's go get a let's get that lady on a statement. >> Yeah. I want to make sure cuz what she's trying to say is like I told I told get >> I told lady Do you know where she she's in this building? >> Yeah. >> After him. >> Okay. >> After him. >> And then you couldn't catch him. >> But then I ran back to the house. >> Okay. That's >> I ran back to the house. >> Okay. >> You know how long he was gone? He was only gone for like a minute. Not even. >> I ran cuz how can I bang on somebody's door? >> Yeah, >> cuz she didn't close. But I was >> Yeah. Okay. Are you willing to fill out a state or anything like that in regards to incident or No. >> Am I willing to do what? >> Do you want to fill out a statement in regards to incident at all? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. >> I'm in. So, let me play some. Okay. >> For what? >> Okay. >> I'm going drop your phone for you. Okay. >> I'm hurt. I'll come on this side. >> Can you just make sure my phone? >> I will. I'll pick it up. >> Okay. You stay right here for me. >> Mhm. >> Hold up for a while. Uh actually this >> anything on you? >> Nope. >> That could be considered contra anything like that? >> Nope. Got it all. >> So, you're being placed under arrest. Okay. The child is self. >> I can't do a thorough search due to the fact is I'm a male and you're a female. Okay. >> Introduce it in the video. >> I understand. >> So, I'll do a light pat down. Okay. >> Okay. All right. Just make sure I get my phone, my wallet. >> I'll do I'll get your copy with you. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> The mother was then transported to the Orange County Jail where she was booked and charged with neglect of a child. The charges were dropped in court. If you enjoy charges were dropped. The dad needs to I don't know how involved the dad is or not involved, but he is he was coming to get his son. Thank God because sometimes there's no, you know, there's no other parent to call. Y'all did make a good point. Without his special need, 8 years old is about the age that, you know, they can go play out in front and all that stuff. So, I I would put that back in perspective. I forget because some of these kids are younger than that that we're going to look at, but I'll take that. Had he not had additional needs eight years old? Yeah, I know. I was outside at 8 8 years old anyway. Okay, this one is Let me add my trigger warning because >> because here it starts. Okay, this one will have a fatal ending. Um, so it says 14year-old weighing just 33 lbs dies from neglect. So, there's your trigger warning. You don't have to stay. >> How old? >> Uh, how old? >> They said 14. Mom said 14. >> 14. >> 14 months. 14 months or 14? >> 14. >> She said 14 years old. >> She's 14 years old. >> She's right there. >> We got it. >> Yeah. She looks like she's like six, not 14. >> Need to verify name information. talking. >> They got the juvenile in the ambulance. They're still working it. Uh, still doing CPR. >> It all started when a mother told officers she found her 14-year-old son, Zachi, unresponsive and severely malnourished. Later confirmed to be weighing just 33 lbs. He was rushed to the hospital due to his critical condition as officers began questioning her mother about what led to his state. >> What happened before we got to this point? >> He was fine. He's autistic. He has a rare bone disease at the park. >> I'm not sure. I just got >> No, it's just me. >> It's just you. You just go. >> How How did you come to find him? >> When I They were taking dinner. >> Okay. >> And he was laying there. How long had it been since you saw him up and moving and talking? >> Two hours. >> About two hours. >> Yeah. He's autistic. He has um a rare bone disease. He's short and fatter and he has ADHD. >> Okay. No other health issues other than the bone disorder. >> Food allergies. >> Did he eat anything that he not he's not supposed to? Anything he's allergic to? >> As far as the allergicness, it just hurts his stomach a little bit. Nothing that he has like aniflactic shock or anything over. Okay. >> All right. What was he doing when you saw him two hours ago? >> He was up just chilling >> like watching TV or Yeah, >> just chilling. >> Okay. He wasn't acting funny or anything like that? >> No, he said >> there's no way that a 14-year-old is mistaken for a six-year-old because at the when this began, the cop kept asking, "You're saying 14 years old?" cuz he was like, "He looks like a six-year-old to me. There's no way a 14-year-old at 33 pounds is just around the house chilling." And I I was in the chat, but I think she already said it about when he said, "Well, what kind of rare bone disease does he have?" And she said, "They didn't give me a name for it." Lots of I mean, it was red flag from the time they saw this child. Um, but she just keeps adding on more red flags. is uh he he just started about a day ago saying his laser curtain. So I was going to make him appointment to go to the doctor, but other than that, >> no. >> What's the bone disorder? Is it osteogenesis imperfective? >> They never gave me a name. >> Okay. >> They just say it's a rare bone disease. >> Okay. >> Has this ever happened before? >> No. >> No. >> Is it small? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> All right. >> Wow. >> Autistic. >> Yeah. very very small because of the >> three or four >> the brain disorder. He looked like in the ambulance he looked like he was six. >> Okay. >> He's what 14? >> Okay. >> And he's short in stature. His disability is autism. >> Uhhuh. >> ADHD short in stature. >> Okay. >> And the bone disease is born. >> Does he when he the bone disorder does it like result in frequent breaks and stuff or it just his bones don't grow the way they're supposed? >> Yeah. They not grow the way they're supposed to. and he does self induced vomiting. >> Okay. >> So, it's like he's not holding his food down. >> Okay. >> So, it's like I give him a lot of protein stuff, vitamins, and stuff like that. >> Just to try and supplement it. >> Nothing's working. How long have y'all lived here? >> About 3 years now. >> Okay. >> Um, so his What's his learning ability like? >> He's um >> Is he high school? >> No. >> No, >> he's still in middle school. >> Middle school. What grade would be he would he >> seven? >> Seventh. Uhhuh. >> And no no no food allergies and >> peanuts, wheat, soy milk. >> And do we have any of that in the house? >> I mean, no. I mean, I eat it, but not >> I mean, is there a concern that maybe this is an allergic reaction? >> No. >> No. >> I know. I know. Officer Martin had already spoken to >> No allergic reaction. No. >> Okay. as far as I could think of unless he got into something and ate it himself. But >> he couldn't even walk. He was not going to get into anything he was allergic to. And honestly, at that weight, at that point, it's almost like your body is not craving food the same way cuz you've taken it past that point. At this point, it's just trying to to to live. if she tried to feed him a normal meal at that weight, he some in fact there was a study I think it was um not a study, it actually just happened, but the the victims of the Holocaust, they were starved, you know, and then when they were rescued, they were given regularsized meals and some of them died from eating a normal size because their body couldn't handle that. in. >> Is it just you two in the apartment? >> Yes. >> And just you two were in the apartment tonight? >> No, my niece is up there. >> Oh, >> yeah. >> He hadn't made any mention about >> feeling depressed or anything like that. We're just trying to explore every option. I mean, I'm not saying that he was suicidal or anything, but I just want to know if >> No, he's pretty mentioned anything about being depressed. >> Regular brother fights, you know, right? >> But nothing where he's like, I want to kill myself. I don't want to live anymore. Nothing like that, right? >> No, it's just the like I tell him with the vomiting >> makes him making yourself sick and something that he something that he's doing on his own. And it's like I have to watch him >> right >> in order to really try to keep, you know, and he doesn't like that. He playing, you know, >> but >> Okay. >> Um, >> I was going to circle around. >> So, for right now, until we find out his condition at the hospital. >> Um, we do have to secure your apartment just to make sure that nothing's tampered with, moved, anything like that. Okay. >> Um, and and basically that's with situations like that, we just have to do so just in case it turns out to be something that it's not. Okay? It's not that anybody's in trouble or anything like that, but you know, he may have done something to himself. He may have eaten something. He may have, you know, possibly left a note about something. We don't know. But we just have to secure the apartment to make sure nothing gets tampered with until >> until we have confirmation of his condition. Okay. >> So, what do I do? >> Um, >> hold on one second. I'll get an answer for you. So, she's wanting to go to the hospital, but >> I mean, obviously, we have to secure the apartment until we get condition update. >> Yeah. Um, all right. So, ma'am, if you want to go to the hospital, you can. They're they're at Halifax. >> All right. >> Do you have your keys on you or you >> I'm going to get a ride. >> They're They're going to room E52. >> E52. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> You'll just have to go in the main uh ER entrance and let them know why you're there. Okay. >> Make sure you have your ID with you. Okay. >> This kid looked like he was a six-year-old that hadn't eaten in a month laying in that stretcher. I mean, he was skin and bones. >> Were you guys inside? I don't think >> No, by the time we got here, he was already in evac and everybody was out here already. So, we haven't been upstairs yet. >> Who was the other like >> that was her other son, I guess. >> From what he said, >> he looked a little >> Yeah, he looked Yeah, he looked a little off, too. >> Unless he's in shock already. >> After the mother claimed her son had multiple medical conditions, authorities noted he hadn't seen a doctor in months and she couldn't provide details. leading investigators to dig deeper and speak with others close to the family to understand what had really been happening. >> Hey, buddy. >> Can I Can I come talk Can you come talk to me for a minute now? We're going to walk downstairs. I'll talk to you. I He'll be right back up. All right. >> Let's walk over. >> You doing all right now, >> huh? >> You doing all right? All right. >> Can you just tell me like in your own words what happened? >> We are eating. We I'm I'm always on the phone. I'm on the phone. We're eating. She fixed the food. >> Mhm. >> She goes take a time and I hear her saying to the cops she's not responding. >> Yeah. We just freak out and call the cops. >> When's the When's the last time you saw He's your brother, right? >> When's the last time you saw that? >> Okay. >> So, a couple hours before something like that. And what room does he sleep in? The one um >> if I was walking in the front door and the kitchen was right here. Living room's right here. >> The first one on the right. >> Yeah. With the with the red bed in it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's his room. >> What? That's both of our rooms. >> Oh, you share the room. >> Okay. >> And he ain't never had any problems. I mean >> what like problems does he have? Cuz >> he's he's autistic. So he does he doesn't have he doesn't like going out with friends. Like he actually stays to himself. So we just let him be to himself all the time. >> Yeah. >> What what about anything else? Like is he sick at all sometimes? >> I don't we don't not that I know of. Not that I know of. He didn't say anything. It's just like he's always he's just like himself. So >> when did when did y'all know about the bone disease? Like since he was born we known about it, do you think? >> I think so. I think so. Yeah. >> Like how long have you had to, you know, help your brother around? >> Um he it was like it started like a couple months ago. like his legs started getting weak. So, we started, you know, helping him out, pushing him around, but we still tried to motivate him to say cuz he still could have walked, but he just got >> he could not have walked. There's the comment Ace Moonshot was talking about the brother's about to say he's just lazy and stopped trying at all. He had no nutrition. He had no sustenance. He was basically locked in a room and they showed pictures of the room and they'll show it again, I think, at the end. It was unlivable. And then he's being denied basic care. And to for his brother to say he was lazy and unmotivated is crazy. >> Lazy and just stuck trying it on. >> When you say he got lazy, you think he was just he getting, you know, depressed that he couldn't walk or anything or >> Well, he think he was just like he was tired. >> He was just tired. >> Tired. Not that I he was like he never he wasn't depressed at that. >> He's never He's never said anything to you about being depressed about the way he is or anything like that. kind of close. So, he tells me everything. >> Where where does he sleep in the room? >> On the bed. >> You want to share the bed? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. >> What does he like to eat? >> Everything. He tries to eat stuff he can't eat, but along doesn't let him. So, he gets angry and like that. But >> what what were those things that like he likes to eat? But is it like junk food? >> It's like any food. Rice, chips. >> She won't let him eat those things. >> She lets him eat. That's the thing. >> What's the stuff she doesn't let him eat? Like he doesn't let him drink milk, like pods, like chocolate. >> That's the stuff he's allergic to. >> Yeah, like chocolate is the main thing. >> Yeah. Okay. >> All right. The mom said he's allergic to soy milk. The brother said he's allergic to chocolate. That's the main thing. Just lying. She And if he's still a minor, the mom influenced and manipulated him also. Um, it sucks because he's seeing his brother waste away and it could be on him just going off the narrative of what his mom says. So, it's that that does suck as well. But yeah, the mom just said soy milk and now he's saying chocolate. >> Okay, for right now, um, you're going to go back upstairs and just sit with the >> I know you're probably a little cold right now. >> Is that your cousin that's up there? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. The thing is we are we looking at this young man who's 14 years old and you you said you hadn't seen him in 10 years. Um he looks like he he looks like he might be 6 years old. Um he is very much malnourished. Uh he probably weighs 40 lb probably. He looks like he has not walked in a very long time. And um I I say that based off of what employed for for 16 years. And I can tell you I've uh I've never seen a child in the manner that this child this this child is at his age. I don't know everything about my sleeper. And as about my nephew, says fine. He's small. He has autism. Okay, Ace Moonshot, since you remember this video, please tell me her relation again to the mom and the kid because what does she mean I sleep with her? Like, what does she mean with that? Or did I did the caption mistake what she said? >> He has he she told me he was diagnosed with a red rare bones and um she feeds him. I don't want to say how soon she feeds him because my sister for that she likes to eat. So she they eat. So I totally >> um he grows up a lot so I don't know you know uh from what I understand from when he was in school they he would do things like sometimes eat off other people try I'm not sure. So she took him out of school since >> How long ago was that? >> I want to say since co started. So before co >> since yeah >> okay >> that she took him out and >> you know what last school she went to? >> No. >> Okay. Auntie Natty said she thinks that she actually said I haven't um I speak to her. Okay. Um Leon said these are all the things the mom says about his health. She tells everyone the same thing. I agree. Thank you. Mindy. Mindy also said okay. Speak. Thank you. So maybe she's a friend of the mom. >> Okay. But she said because they told me that he had your rare bones and his knees always be small. >> Okay. >> And then from left and >> do you know what doctor he was seeing by chance? >> I I don't and I want to say because she does not have health insurance. Never been a doctor. >> Okay. >> To be honest with you. when you seen him that long ago, >> were there any issues that you know could he walk at that point? >> Yeah, he was walking and okay, so now from what I understand she never told me so now. >> Well, I don't I don't know if I'm just asking. >> I guess that she told me that he >> did tell you. >> Yeah, you like where's the cop? Yeah, friends come in or something. Who know? Um, so I don't know. I know she has a partner. I don't know her living style. It's different from mine. Do you know of you know any any abuse or anything that that you saw that >> so >> I mean if there is if is there not you know >> not okay not that I've seen >> okay >> from her and I not that I've seen from time >> from which is her partner from my understanding let it time loves them and buy clothes and do whatever she's supposed to abuse. No, I don't I would say no cuz we're not cut from that. >> So, >> okay, just to answer out loud because the chat answered my question. She is the aunt to the kid. She's the sister to the mom. She has not seen them in 10 years or at least him. She hasn't seen him in 10 years. >> That's that's where we are. We're just trying to get this documentation if there is such >> um about what his his history is because you know we're going to end up doing an autopsy in the morning. >> And um you know that's going to that's going to say a lot that that's going to tell us a lot. And >> did he tell him? I can't tell you. Did he have any any bruises on him? >> No. No. No. We're not talking about any type of abuse or anything. >> Cuz like I said, I I don't think she's not like that. >> Yeah, she's not like that at all. And like I said, she likes to eat and she likes to cook. So, >> that hit me hard, too. She likes to eat and she likes to cook and she denied her child food and basic care, but she's eating and cooking. I don't know why his weight particularly because her other kids are not on >> Yeah. Yeah. No signs of physical abuse or anything like that. No. All right. >> Well, thank you for your time. >> Inside the home, detectives found alarming conditions. No furniture, a strong odor of urine, bugs, and piles of trash and soiled clothing pointing to severe neglect. Just a month later, 14-year-old Zaki was deceased, and a warrant was issued for the mother. >> What are you? 47? >> No, I am. Yeah, I was 64. [music] I need to uh contact. >> Okay. >> Do you have any property or anything with you? >> Yeah. >> Can you go grab that? >> Your hands off. All right, we're going to go over these cars over here. >> So, you guys already detained her? Yes, >> she's going to jail. >> She's going to jail. >> Yep. She's got a warrant. >> I will tell you in just a second. I'm going to read you your rights just because if you don't want to talk to me, you don't have to because anything you say can't be used against you. So just because you have the right to remain silent, anything you say may be used as evidence against you, you have the right to talk to an attorney and have him or her with you now or at any time during questioning. These rights of mine, are you willing to talk? >> Okay. >> I had a warrant. >> You have a warrant? Yes. For your arrest? We'll explain that in a minute. >> You don't have any idea? >> No. >> No. I'm going to go ahead and take your name tag off cuz it's a button. Do >> you have anything in your pockets? >> Oh, yeah. My cigarettes, my phone right here. You in? You have a warrant for your arrest charging you with with charging you with the death of your son. The medical examiner concluded her investigation and ruled his cause of death complications of neglect and abuse. She ruled it offic. >> Yes. Thank you. >> Later, officers arrested Talia and charged her with first-degree felony, aggravated man of a child, and aggravated child. Authorities say the teen's condition pointed to prolonged neglect, ultimately leading to his death. Investigators determined he had not been properly cared for, had not seen a doctor in months, and was living in unsafe conditions inside the home. Talia claimed medical issues but could not provide proof as evidence pointed toward ongoing neglect over time. She is currently being held without bond as the case moves through court with records also showing a prior history of theft related offenses. The child's has left lasting concerns about missed warning signs and long-term neglect. What's your I caught myself that time. There is an interrogation video that some of y'all will be able to hang in there and watch with me. It's so similar except for the extreme starvation part. And I think this woman's in trial right now. And I know I'll always be behind cuz I'm always catching up to something. But it was bad. Um I'll give you one thing just to tell you how bad it was on that other child that also was killed. She didn't she was she's gone. Um, but even her nipples were missing. That's how much they tortured that child. Um, I've debated back and forth on even putting y'all through what I watched, but Jesus. So, um, Ace Moonshot, uh, added context in the chat and said, "The child was starving, um, and taking food off of the other kids' trays. That's why she pulled them out of school." Um, an article I saw said he hadn't been to a doctor since 2020. Not only was he starved, he was dehydrated, he had fresh bruises on his face and scars across his body. And I'm sure there's even more than that. That's just the part that um I could see from cuz the articles were keeping it super short. So, all right. This one is taking it back to where the child does not pass away to give y'all a breather. And I'm going tell you now that I think the next one next one is super trigger warning after this. >> Someone did something to him, I guess, cuz he's weird that we saw him like running. >> Trying to go get mommy. >> Yeah, let's go get mommy. You just tell us if you see where your house is. Okay. >> Okay. >> Angel was in the street again, dude. >> Responsible. >> He was sleeping when I left. It was about like 11:30. I had a feeling to come check earlier and I didn't check on him. Why can't I leave him with my dad? I know he's on the list. On September 28th, 2024, officers responded after a 2-year-old child was found wandering barefoot in the middle of a street. Concerned citizens reported seeing the child running alone in the roadway, telling them his mother was that way despite no adults being visible in the area. >> Were you in a car? >> Hey, >> this is my buddy. He's my friend. >> How are you? Are you hurt or anything? I think someone someone did something to him. I guess cuz he's weird that we saw him like running, you know, sex, >> right? >> I feel surprised when I saw him. >> You guys have IDs on you? >> Yeah, I do have. >> I think it >> I don't know. It's just like late night. I don't understand like >> Yeah, it's crazy. You see where it was? Kid was walking from >> Yeah, walking from that way. >> Yeah, >> we saw him running real fast. This were like what is running? Yeah, I thought that was like a ghost or something. And then I saw the kid and I was like, "That's a kid." And then we kind of like he kind of like stopped the car and he just go down. He's he start asking questions to the kid and he was like, "My mom is that way." But I'm like, "What do you mean?" >> Thank you. >> I'm I'm just confused like cuz I don't see any person down there, you know. >> Kids remember. >> Yeah, I know. I think I think somebody did something to him and that's why maybe he escaped. I don't know. >> Let's go see if we can get there. You want to sit on my lap? >> You guys are good. Thanks for calling. >> Yeah, >> we're gonna try and figure out where >> Yeah. Hopefully >> it belongs. So, yeah. Okay. Drive around. See see if we can't track it down. Thank you. >> Yep. Thank you. >> Try and go get mommy. >> Yeah, let's go get mommy. You just tell us if you see where your house is. Okay. >> Okay. >> Are you hungry, buddy? >> Yes. >> You want some French fries? >> Yes. >> They might be a little hot. Go ahead. Do you live in here? >> Yes. >> Do you live in here? No. >> You tell us when you see your house. Okay. Is it your mommy's house? >> Yes. >> Okay. You tell us when you see your mommy's house. I don't recognize him from this place. Right. That door's open. >> Well, with the doors open. >> Sheriff's office. >> Hey, kids out. Cut the door, please. >> Your dogs out of us. >> Yeah. How old is your kid? >> My kid's in the bed. >> How old is your kid? >> Two. >> Is this him? >> No, it's my grandson. But my daughter is here with him. >> Well, he's not here. He was in the middle of 14. >> What? >> Yeah. So, that's why we're here. >> Where's your daughter at? >> I don't know. That's why I'm looking. Where the is her car, but she was on the couch. >> What time is it? >> It is 3:30 in the morning. >> All right. Will you go get your phone and get a hold of mom? >> Hey, where are you, man? >> I'm out here. >> Why would you do that? Why in the would you leave, man, and not say nothing to no one? Do you know where Angelo is? >> Yeah. Well, the cops are here. >> What? >> Yeah. Why in the would you do that, dude? Why would you noting come wake me up and ask? Why would you not tell me something? Angela was in the street again, dude. Realing responsible. Realing smart, man. All the cops are here. I am soing mad at you guys. >> And that again is alarming as well. She, you know, not the first time. These are the lucky parents and the lucky children. Um, you know, I blessed, you know, but yeah, because he just couldn't have been here anymore. Again, it's night time. You got traffickers. You got just cars in general that may not be able to stop in time if he was in the middle of the road. You got animals out there. It's all kinds of stuff that could have happened. >> And get your here now. >> We just got to figure out the timeline. So, what time did you go to bed? >> 10:00. Where was Angelo and Destin? >> They were sitting in the living room. >> Just sitting there. >> Just sitting there. Yeah. They I They asked what they're doing and >> you want to come get him quick? >> Yeah. She said, "If you don't mind, I'm going to uh pass out." >> So, you thought she was staying here? >> Yeah. >> What were you doing? >> Are you okay with grandpa? >> Yeah. Okay. Let's get you inside and I got to talk to your grandpa for a minute. Okay. She get laid down. >> He's going to go put you to bed. And does she stay with you normally? >> Occasionally. >> It's not uncommon. >> No, it's not uncommon. Like >> like once a week or twice a week? >> Does she usually leave you with him? >> She's never left. She's never did that. >> You don't babysit him? >> No. >> No. >> She doesn't leave him here. And there's no other adults inside the home. >> Nope. >> Just you. And then you have a a child? >> I have my child. >> Okay. How old are they? He he he is too. Yeah. I'm very aware of the law. I mean I get you know like I'm on the right she left a legal problem. I get it legal concern. I understand from legal point like I am as you can tell on the phone I'm living. I am so mad right now. This creates a huge situation. >> Is she on her way? Yeah. Call her again. >> Yep. Here I talk to her. >> Give me her phone. >> Yeah. Let's do that. What's her name? >> Destiny. >> Destiny. Mhm. >> Hey, is this Destiny? We are just making sure that you're on your way back here. That's That's all I was. >> Okay, perfect. Thank you very much. >> How are you, Destiny? >> Um, he's sleeping. >> What's that? You guys >> So, he must have got out while I was gone. >> You guys fell asleep on the couch? >> He fell asleep on the couch. Yeah, he was sleeping when I left. It was about like 11 11:30 and then I just got this phone out from my dad. I had a feeling come check earlier and I didn't check on I didn't I should have told my dad and I didn't tell anybody. >> Where'd he go? >> I just went with my boyfriend. We just fell right around. >> I knew it was going to be drugs or a man. I knew it. I knew it. I knew it. And it might have been both. They might have been getting high together. I knew it. Oh my gosh. These people just don't care about their children >> and just hang out. Neither of us I get an apartment till Tuesday with his parents. So that's kind of what we do. You just leave your kid >> with my family. Yes. >> But you didn't tell your >> No, I didn't tell them with your dad. >> You know that. Why can't I have anything with my dad? I know he's on list, but why? But since he's >> answered your own question, >> but since his family can't have anything with him, >> has he before? We haven't really talked to them. I don't know. My thought. Did >> this happen last week as well? >> At my step's house. Yeah. >> Same type of situation. >> Yeah. Except for shooting obviously. Usually I always say when I'm leaving, but like I just I didn't say anything. But I always This is like something I do usually with my parents and we have an agreement that it's okay when I leave. But this time I just didn't I didn't ask because my parents don't really like my boyfriend. So I didn't really want to ask to be able to go see him. >> Why would your dad say that? He's not. Your dad himself told us he can't be alone with his son >> and that you know that. >> If I know that then it's not something that I've thought about because I don't I guess we're with my dad a lot. So I guess I don't really think about >> on the registry. >> Okay. >> If that makes sense. >> Has he told you that though? Are you aware that he can't be alone? >> I believe he has told me that but I wasn't sure like I think I got it misconfused if it was allowed since that we're family if he was allowed to be with Angela or not. Like I know he can't be with other children alone, but I thought because he's my father and that's his grandson that >> even beside the point, somebody found him walking on 14th in the middle of 14th barefoot >> and the and the thing is >> it's 3:00 in the morning. >> The fan registry or not, the fact that you left without telling anybody that they're in charge of the retire middle of the night or not. What if there was a fire? He wouldn't know that. >> Hold on. Hold on. And and let me just say this is about the sixth Destiny we've seen go to jail. But um did who's on the registry the sex offender registry? And why are we mentioning this real casually? >> Your child was in here. Right. >> Sorry. >> Hold on. Because both are unacceptable. I don't think she said her dad. I don't think she Oh, the father is Oh. Oh, the the father of the child. Okay. cuz I thought she was either going to say the grandfather or the dude she went to see. Did she Did she go see the father of her child? E I don't I don't Okay, y'all. Either way, it's it's bad. But I thought she went to I thought she was leaving her son to go see someone she knew was on the sex offender list and she probably did know the father of Oh, her father is on the Oh, the grandfather is on the registry. Oh god. Jesus Christ. >> The communication about your child, right? >> Yeah. That's important. And I messed up and I still especially after knowing even just last week that he gets out, right? >> Um that is where >> yeah I don't know the exact involved at all. choosing not to be or legally not involved. >> He wants to be, but he's on his side. I don't know, but he's working on getting some have any medical issues, any confirmed Claire should be aware of that led him to have behaviors to leave the house? >> No, this just this what last week was the very first time that he started doing this. I don't know why. I um I know he has like attachment issues with me when I drop him off the beach or anything like freaks out melt down completely. Anytime that he's been anywhere down so that could be why he's like waiting until the night looking for me. >> What time did you say? >> I I want to say about 11 11:30ish. I think >> your kid could have been outside for that long wandering around looking for mom and some stranger found. But what? You're lucky they called us >> and he's not gone forever. >> Hit by a car, right? >> I know. And I want to know for myself. I know. I don't know why. I don't know why I was in my position. There's no excuse. Like I really don't understand why >> you hang there for a minute. She's getting charter child in Japan. >> Oh wow. >> At a minimum obviously. >> I guess my biggest question is can we >> we got to figure out this registry. >> I So I don't remember. There is something with family but I don't remember what it is. That would be like a Cory or somebody question or you're going to wait to >> I mean I'm willing to call. >> We can always file waiver for that. But but that's what I'm trying to decide. I don't >> because then what do we do with this kid? >> Right. What is what's the safest option though? that just happened twice in the last week. >> What kind of >> the uh CPS or another family member? >> Don't even consider putting him in that house. That's That's crazy. And she couldn't even bother to put shoes on. She was barefoot, I think, when she was about to get in that police car. Jacqueline. Yeah. And see, that's a dangerous way to think. Uh Jacqueline said this daughter thinks her father won't violate her child because of their family. And I don't know if they said child sex offender because you could be on the you can be on the registry for all different ages. It could have been an adult. I just don't think this is the best idea either way. Yeah, Liddon, they're talking too much. Call DCF to get the kid. I hope they don't leave the kid with him. Come on. Come on. Not I need the officers to think better than the mom >> emergency room. >> Mhm. And she's going to jail from DHS or grandma. I don't know what grandma Carlo says. I mean, we'd have to call DHS and DHS could choose to place her >> with um grandma then. >> Where is grandma at? >> Grandma like is that somebody you'd be comfortable caring for? >> Yeah. >> And he stays there frequently. Is that you as your primary resident >> if she's here? Yeah. >> We don't need DHS decide if she can go. I mean, she's willing to send it in there and that's a primary. We don't even referral no matter what. >> Hey, you probably know it best of anyone just cuz you don't want to get, you know, jammed up of her. So, explain to me what your everyone's is a little bit different what your registry status is as far as her not being or him not being able to be here with you. >> The according to law standards is that is long as there is adult supervision, right? So, she should not have left >> even though he so upset even though um direct like my kids. >> Yep. Just your kids only >> or by law stepid. So technically by law Yeah. >> the grandkid, right? It's so >> like it Yeah, we know. But it's law is law. It's still rule. I get it. >> Which is why I don't you work. >> All right. So we're going to work some stuff out. She's going to we're going to deal with her. She's going to face probably some charges here. Calling grandma to see if grandma will come pick her up. >> Okay. Okay, honey. They're not going to hurt you. This is going to be okay. This needs to be a learning lesson and you need to grow from Okay, I know y'all, honey. I love you. I quit loving you. You have to learn from yourself. Everything's going to be I'm on top of it. You're going to be okay. No one's going to let you watch. It's going to be okay. I love you. >> You want to try this? Familiar with that class. >> Love you, Angelo. Are you ready, buddy? >> Okay, we'll see you up there. Okay. Don't be scared, buddy. What's that? >> Okay. Grandma's going to come see you. Okay. We'll go with your grandma. Okay. >> Okay. We'll meet you up there. Okay. >> The woman was arrested and charged with two counts of child endangerment. I don't know why she was crying. She knew what she did. She wanted to be selfish and thought she wouldn't get caught. Although her child had gotten out before, apparently she thought this would be the magical time. He hadn't gotten out before. These people. Jamie said the granddad is actually talking like he has since. He knows he's on the registry and the rules and regs and sounds like he's actually abiding by the rules. his daughter man. SMH. Yeah, I agree, Jamie. All right, let me put the trigger warning in the chat again because this one is brutal. This one is brutal. So, all right. Um, it says, oh, wait. Sorry, I'm not on the right video. It says, "Mom realizes cops found her dead blind son in her freezer." It's June 2022 in Detroit, Michigan, [music] where a woman is brought in for questioning after police made a gruesome discovery at her home. According to investigators, [music] police were dispatched to the residence on June 24th around 12:45 a.m. for a wellness check on a 3-year-old blind child. That's when [music] they discovered the boy's decomposing body in a freezer with suspicions pointed at the [music] child's mother, seen here, 31-year-old Azerati France. And you can explain to me everything that that took place and and you know the whole story. Okay. So, let's start with what happened tonight, okay? Like how it all began. Um, I was laying down watching TV and I saw the flashlights like in the window. >> What time do you think that was? >> I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I've been at the town. >> Well, how long do you think it's been since like that point to right now? >> Oh, >> a little bit over an hour. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And I opened the door and I said yes. And they said they were here to do wellbeing check. >> You said So you open the door and you saw it was the police. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And he said there heard there will be a check and I said okay for Chase Allen my son >> for Chase Allen >> my son. >> Okay. >> And they asked me where was he and okay I did a lot I say he was with someone with he wasn't >> who did you say he was with >> a lady a friend? >> A friend. Do you remember the name you told them? >> Miss Robertson. >> Miss Robinson. Okay. Is there such a person or you just made that up? >> I just made that up. >> Okay. So they they didn't believe you or >> I guess not cuz they came back. >> Oh, so they left. >> So you told them So you told them he was with Mrs. Robinson. >> And how long before they came back? >> Um like 10 20 minutes. >> Okay. So when they came back, then what happened? >> They said they needed to check the house >> and make sure he wasn't there. >> Yeah. So that's when I opened the door and said, "Okay, I confess my >> You said I confess." >> Yes. I said he's in the basement in the refrigerator. You said he's in the basement in the refrigerator. >> Investigators said the body of Azerati's disabled son, identified as three-year-old Chase Allen, was found in a freezer in the home's basement. And his death was quickly ruled a homicide. >> And then they handcuffed me, put me in the back of the car, but I did not beat my son. I didn't. He was muted. He >> Okay, let's hold on. We'll get there. >> So, they handcuffed you and they took you under custody and put you in the back of the police car. >> Yes. And then they brought you down here. >> Yes. >> Okay. So So you said you didn't beat your son? >> No, I didn't. >> So can you tell me how he >> Okay. He passed. >> He wasn't eating. Okay. He He's blind and he's medical issue. So he >> he's blind and what else? >> Um he like wouldn't eat or anything like he needed special attention and Okay. So the I woke I tried to wake him up that morning and he didn't wake up. He wasn't breathing or anything. So I laid I laid him on the hallway floor and I said I thought to myself I said what am I going to do? I picked up my phone and I was spend a call but I I was scared. So I just took it. >> So he How long ago was that? >> The end of March. >> The end of March. >> The end of March. >> Yes. >> So you're saying you woke up one morning and he was already dead? Yes. >> He died in his sleep. >> Yes, he had to cuz he wasn't breathing. I was about to wake him up. I fig he sleep >> and alone with the kids >> in a in a bed by >> He didn't You don't just wake up and he's he's dead. You're not feeding your child. You're not doing something for your child for them to be able to live. Um, Noir Angel said, "Lord, I hate that everyone doesn't take good care of their special needs kids. It's so hard, but it's my job to be my special baby's mom." Yes. I I it for the parents that actually like you, Noir, that are actually caring for your children and then on top of that, they do have additional needs. I salute you because I see these types of parents and it's just I know they're on the more extreme end of the other side, but I just I don't know like is there I don't know. I don't know. I'm at a loss for words. I just don't know. >> By himself or >> Yes. The kids was in my room and he was no longer >> by himself. >> Yep. >> And he's how old? >> Three. And when you say he wasn't eating, were you trying to feed him? >> Yes, I was. I went and bought the um powder from GNC, the weight powder, >> protein, >> and I brought the insurance. I did everything else. >> By the time you're getting weight powder, that means you've noticed your child has gotten so underweight. Now you're trying to hurry up and make up for it because why couldn't he just have a regular diet? Even if it was a special diet, why wasn't he having something to keep his normal weight? That's trying to fix a issue that's already gone pretty bad. >> Cuz he wasn't eating and I did. I was >> They were trying to take him to the doctor. >> I was scared. I was scared that they was going to take my other kids. I so scary. >> So when he when >> had she taken her child and she got other kids, Lord. But had she taken her child as soon as she noticed it's been a few days and his appetite's not right. They're not going to take your kids because you go to the doctor to be like, I'm concerned cuz by now he should be hungry. He should want something. Tell me something. You're scared to take your child to the doctor once you know a doctor can clock you on how long or estimate how long you have been neglecting your child. >> How long had he not been eating? >> Um couple weeks >> and you never and you never took him to the doctor or anything to try to figure out what was going on >> cuz you were afraid they were going to take your other kids. >> Yes. >> But if it's a [ __ ] was nutritional, >> right? But if it's not if it's a medical condition, >> I shouldn't have to make the right thing. >> But okay, so at the end of March, you're saying you woke up one morning. >> Mhm. Cuz I made the kitten breakfast and I went in there to get him up and I gave him some water and he fell back down. So I'm like, he's not breathing. >> What do you mean he fell back? So he was up? >> No, he wasn't up. Like I set him up, but he wasn't responding. >> Was he cold? I mean, >> yeah, he was. >> You heard that right. Azerati, who is reportedly the mother of five other children, denies beating her son and points to mounting frustration over the boy not eating. But a medical examiner would later determine Chase's cause of death to be >> I didn't touch him for anything. I didn't. >> It would have been bad either way. It would have been bad either way. But cause of death being blunt force trauma after all and it is torture after all the torture she put her child through. What do you have to be frustrated about? Like under the jail they got to go. >> You were able to move him around. >> Yes. >> So he you woke him up. You sat him up. You tried to wake him up. He wasn't awake. >> No. >> I felt his heart. He wasn't breathing. >> So you tried to sit him up. He fell back down. >> Yes. >> You laid him in the hallway. >> Mhm. And then you decided you were kids. >> Yes. My feet I dial 911 on my phone, but I didn't it didn't know. >> So you put them in the basement. >> Yes. >> So explain to me at that point what like ex >> wanted to pay back and I put them in. >> Uhoh. It says I am buffering. So y'all I'll make this the last video cuz last time we went through buffering, y'all know it just got it went downhill from there. So, let me know if you can still hear me and hear her when I hit play again because now I know better. I'll just save the other videos for later. So, we'll finish up with her. >> Like a laundry bag. >> Yep. And then I'll put them I walk them downstairs and put them in the basement. But I was >> So, you put them in the bag first? >> Yes. >> Upstairs? >> Uh-huh. In the hallway. >> You put them in the bag. Then you carried the bag down into the basement. >> Yes. >> And you have a refrigerator in the basement. >> Uh-huh. A freezer. Is it like a like a >> It's It was there when I moved there.
