stop on a vehicle because its tinted windows were darker than the legal limit the cop approached the vehicle and asked for the usual documents the driver then explained where they were coming from but from a concerned Citizen's report about a toddler found crawling toward traffic involving a mother named Alexandra Hall when police arrived Alexandra was uncooperative and refused to provide information she exhibited erratic Behavior denying that her child had been in the street and refusing to answer questions everything fine yeah obviously to again someone called 911 they were concerned on my case what were you on probation for um I was on prohibition for intent to kill and hacking but they lowered it for for what was it sorry hacking and and intent to kill okay but because I bonded or not bonded out early I'm sorry because I pled out early and I followed all my stuff and with my Zer Second Chance like there was a Zer Second Chance put into place in my probation like if I I was I'm trying not to so when were you arrested for for the that last charge my mom died February of 2020 and so I was arrested in September out of uh Tuscola okay so this is the Douglas County thing yeah Douglas County thank you okay it was I've never been arrested so they arrested and then released yeah here in sh here in arbana yeah okay so probably what it was is uh they wanted them to issue NTA because of Co and all that yeah after I so what happened was I guess they knocked on my door my dad answered cuz I was at work and so for 3 days I called and tried to meet up with the cops which I finally did in front of my house I told him I'd be home after work and D cuz you can't cuz their District wasn't ran tool it was Urbana and they couldn't leave that which I understood and then finally met up with him 3 days later and then got my arrest and whatever else and my court date and then I um I pleed for the uh What uh the public defender until I could figure out an attorney which she didn't even she admitted she didn't even look in my case and she told me I should just take the plea which I'm like I know I was wrong but I'm not going to take the ple of doing prison time because somebody came and desecrated my mom's grave and I gave them proof on who did it so uh I hired uh Mr piranha out here and like seven Grand later I was put on probation and I pleed early and all and finished my anger management and paid all my fines and everything get phone I just didn't have to do the volun volunteer work because my grandmother has cancer and I was her I'm her caregiver but they gave her three months now so she only has a couple months left but when she needed treatment we were going every 3 weeks to St Louis to Barnes so they didn't the judge didn't give me any volunteer time since I was already working on top of taking care of her and I still can't tell you who my probation officer was here in town cuz they moved my file over after after we had come to an agreement or whatever the suspect was charged with intimidation and possession of a controlled substance she was later charged with aggravated assault these two women were caught red-handed after a Walmart visit escalated into a shoplifting spree that turned into a dramatic encounter with cops um but just so you know and you can tell her this part but you guys will be trespassed from Walmart so if you come back to this Walmart you will be arrested on September 27th 20123 law enforcement responded at Walmart to investigate about two women being detained during shoplifting when police arrived at the scene they were able to identify one of the women and learn some startling information just that way we can pull up a picture for her for a deal number just to confirm her identity and get a deal
