I will back up now. Now back up like that. I spit in my face. It's going to hit you. I'm not going to do that. This is Jennifer, an intoxicated and entitled employee who refused to leave when asked. But instead of walking away, she exploded, kicking officers and co-workers alike, making things far worse for herself. That's it. Don't move, Jennifer. Don't move. Don't move. It all unfolded on January 31st, 2025 when Officer Nicole Garcia of the St. Charles Police Department responded to a call about a disorderly worker causing chaos at the workplace. Is there anyone injured? No. No. Okay. Can we talk over there maybe? Yes. This is Jenny. I'll talk to Jenny real quick. Will you just see if anybody got physically? Hi. You have Jenny? Yes. Okay. What's going on today? Nothing. I I was telling my supervisor nothing's going on and she told me that I seemed out of it and I was like, "I'm tired. I work two jobs. Like, it's Friday. Like, I have to go to my other job, my yoga studio, and clean up and go to work." Sure. That was it. That's understandable. And that was it. And that was it. Um, did did you physically go after anybody? Did anybody physically go after you? They just I just kept asking them like what's wrong? Like I didn't do anything like what's wrong with it? And I I just kept pleading to them. I was like I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. And and that was it. But it wasn't anything like me being aggressive to them or at least I didn't think it was being aggressive. Did anybody put their hands on you? Uh no. Okay. And you didn't put your hands on anybody else? No. Okay. Um, how much sleep did you get last night? I got 8 hours. You got 8 hours. What time did you start this job today? Uh, it would have been at 7. So, 7 in the morning. So, when I woke up would have been 7. By the time I got here, it would have been 8:00. Okay. So, and then you work what? 8 to 8 to now. 8 to now. Okay. Mhm. All right. Um, has this ever happened before? They've never approached you? No. Okay. Oh, this is new. Okay. Have you had anything to drink? No. Okay. Do you are you somebody that does drink alcohol? Occasionally, but not today. Not today. Okay. Um especially not because I'm working. Okay. So, that's never something like you would go on your lunch break and maybe have a drinker or anything like that. Okay. No. What about um any type of like medicine you're on or anything like that? Nothing. Nothing. Okay. Nothing. So, you just feel tired? Um could be, but this is every Friday. Like this is something. Do you have days off? What are your days off? No. You mean on Monday through Friday and then I So when I go and clean at the yoga studio is Monday, th or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So it's not like it's just today. Okay. So you just feel overt tired. I mean, I feel normal. Okay. This is this is your normal. Yeah. Okay. You don't know why they think you did they say anything as to why they thought you looked maybe not abnormal? No. Like you didn't fall asleep at your desk or anything like that? No. Okay. Would you tell me if you had anything to drink and I didn't tell your boss? Just so I know medically what I'm dealing with? Yep. And you're saying no alcohol, no no type of drugs or anything like that? Yeah. Uh yes, you have or no you haven't. No. No, you haven't. Okay. No. Okay. Um, you do seem a little off to me talking to you, but I don't know you. You seem a little like slow to response and your eyes are very glazed over. Um, were you crying at all? Yeah, I was crying because of what they accused me of. Okay, sure. Yeah. Okay. And I'm sorry, I didn't ask. How old are you? I'm 32. Okay, so you're 32. The officer suggested that Jennifer might not be fit to drive and recommended calling a friend or an Uber for a ride home. But Jennifer, confident despite her intoxication, insisted that she was fine to drive. Okay. How did you get to work today? By myself, like coming to here regularly? Yeah. Okay. And you didn't drive or anything like that? I mean, I drove. Oh, you drove? You did drive. Of course. That's what I'm trying to tell you. Like, I drove here normally. Okay. Yeah. Um Okay. So, I've got to talk to my partner. This is kind of a I got to make sure nothing criminal happened. I don't think anything did. Okay. Um, then it's going to be more of an internal thing with your workplace. How long have you worked here? I worked here since October. October. Okay. So, they might have some internal whatever they're going to decide to do. That's out of our hands. Okay. Uh, the next thing I will have to do is make sure you're good to drive. Okay. Okay. Um, so you would be able to pass some field sobriety test or I could just get a PBT and you could blow into it and it should show all zeros, right? Or is it not going to? No, at that point it's that's whatever you guys think. I just want to make sure you're good to drive. I sure wouldn't want you to get behind the wheel and then have an accident. And you don't need that in your life, right? You don't need a DUI cuz you could leave here, head yourself into another town, and then something else bad happens. So, if I gave you a PD test, would you blow zero or no? You can just shake your head yes or no. I don't care. And I'm not going to tell your boss. It's not It's not my place to tell your boss. I mean, it's not my place to tell anything. My concern is you don't drive if you had too much to drink. I mean, I'm fine right now and there's nothing to Would it be okay? How about this? Would it be best if you called a friend or a family member or an Uber to to have you leave for tonight and come get your car later? Sure. Does that sound fair? Yeah. Okay. I like that. I appreciate that. Okay. Um, but let me go talk to my partner and we're going to try to get out here. Do you have your ID on you? Yeah. Let me get it. Oh, no, no, no, no. You don't have to get it. Just I don't want you to have any confrontation with them. I'll just write your name. Is it Jennifer? Yeah. What's your middle initial? Um, G. G. And your last name? Sanchez. S H E Z. Okay. What's your date of birth? and a phone number for you. What? Uh, you just have like your purse and stuff here on your foot. Is that your phone at your desk? Okay. Just have a seat. My partner's going to hang tight with you. Okay. Um, so at this time at this point, you know, they don't want to do anything other than Perfect. Okay. She's going to um get in. You want to do an Uber? I mean, I'm fine. I'm just telling you like be honest with you. You're not good to drive. I can tell by talking to you. Okay. No, I'm going to tell you right now I'm fine. You're not fine to drive. I'm going to tell you right now I'm fine. I know that's what you're telling me, but I can tell by just the communication I've had with you. You're not okay to drive. Okay. So, like the best plan is for you to get an Uber. Where's your phone at? Do you want to grab Why don't you grab your stuff and call yourself an Uber? Okay. [Music] Is this your water bottle? Uh, it's leaking. This big one. Okay, this one. You drink a whole one in a day. As you can see, Jennifer acted erratically toward her co-workers while the cops tried to subdue her. Her wild reactions only made the situation worse, turning what could have been a simple resolution into a full-blown mess. Oh, good job. We're not going to have any We're not going to walk out. Good job. Keep walking. Good job. Keep walking. Hey, keep walking. All right, that's it. Wait, wait. Hey, so nice. All right, don't move. I'm going to make you so they don't tighten up on you. Okay, shut up. Don't [Applause] move. You're so terrible. [Music] Dragon 1383. [Music] Where's your car? Back up there. Yeah. Is this door closed? Is there an exit that way or no? Oh, you Jenny, we're going to get you up. Okay. I'm not looking to fight with you. Okay. Oh, I know. All right. I'm going to help you up. Ready? One. Just No. Help me. Can you help me? Sure. That's fine. Not you. That's fine. You're going to sit up and walk up. Do you good? I'll be right. Yeah. Can you just open a door for us, please? Oh, can you just open up? Can you just open up? Can I Can I get all my stuff? I'll grab your stuff. No, no, no. I'll grab your stuff, officer. Please. I'll grab your stuff. Don't Don't you ugly. Let's go. You ugly. You are disgusting. As the cops tried to diffuse the situation, Jennifer remained defiant, calling the officers idiots and accusing them of hurting her, making it clear she wasn't going to take it calmly. Think he did? Yeah. And then she just got hit, too. Okay. Was trying to walk past us to open the door. Hey, Charl, just confirming you guys are 104. 1383. We're 104. [Music] Are you injured? Are you uh do you live in like do I live in Illinois? I go to school now. The family stayed defiant, arguing with the officers. The officers then explain to the daughter that her mother was restrained because of her repeated aggression toward them. Focus. Focus. I'm going to run. Okay. You and I. Yep. That's all it's about. Great. You just keep talking on me. Run with her. No, she's fine. She's the guy. She's with me. It's all This is a little bit little How did this all start, ma'am? Just pushing back and forth. No, my daughter and I wrap. No, it's more my daughter and I are just having it. You She go to school here. Yeah, it's her senior night. So, it's a joking league. Okay. So, like she bought shot. We didn't buy a shot. We're like like it was like Can I have you sit in the backseat of my car? That's fine. Can I ask one question? What's your question? What does my mom look like? So, I don't know what they got going on right now. I'm here to help you out. Go ask them. I want to know before I get in your car. Please go ask them. So, we'll ask we'll ask him in just a second. I will get in your car before you then we're going to be standing out here. Okay. Like a just a supposed to be a good night out, right? No. Yeah. No, no offense. Like we were just like not mad at each other. Just going, "Oh, you should have bought. I bought like no." So, I can explain to you a couple things quick. Okay. So, I'm officer Walsh. I understand. And I saw you and I just take a couple breaths for me. Okay. Joke. Why does my mom look bad? I'm I'm about to explain that. Get my hair out of my mouth, please. In a non inappropriate way. Thank you. No. So, I'm going to explain that to you. So, the reason why she's like that is cuz she was kicking a lot, right? She understand, right? So, that's what happens when people aren't cooperating with us. We put them in a device called RAP. Especially when she's kicking officers multiple officers multiple times. Okay. So, we put her in that device. Okay. Perfect. Can we go to my squad? Why am I in cuff? What did I do? You're distributed to Jana this time. Oh, she's under arrest. You're under arrest. All right, let's go take a seat in my car, right? I'm under arrest. Perfect. We've been here for 4 years. I've been part of I've been part of for like I've been part of I mean, dude, I can do a I'm not like hammered. Just because we can't because you can't have you walk. We're going to have to lift you up and carry over. My right arm. You cannot touch my bicep in the Yeah, in my literally in the middle of my bicep. So you cannot grab my We won't. Usually we grab the handles here. Yeah, you can. Just so you're aware. And then we try to grab Yeah, we'll try not to, but we don't want to have No, there is no try not to. My mouth started to bite and not just watch your head. Okay, just take a seat. Thank you. Wait, hold on. Cannot put me in like Don't I cannot. That's why I got an ambulance here. We're going to make sure you're okay. No, I can't do air. Like I need air. What is that? Like I need air. Like I cannot you cannot. We'll be able to turn the the air tanks on in there for you. They'll put you on. Uh one notch on this. It's literally ripping and they're not loosening up anymore. This No, it's ripping my wrist. Dude, I have bracelets and the bracelets are ripping my wrist. So it's on you. I mean, you want to rip my wrist? That's on you. No, we don't want to do that. Give me one one. I'm not I put a whole literally first complained about it. My daughter and I walked out. We pushed each other. Who just I mean really? This is the most ridiculous thing. No, we're having Really? You don't have an argument with your I I said I just got here so I don't know what's going on. Are you hurt anywhere? No, she's not hurt. We're just literally grabbed on pulled away and got Well, yes, cuz you're grabbing me. Can I take a look at you? You're not hurt at all right now. I'm not hurt. Are you kidding me? Okay, but this this is all my heads up. So, you need to you need to loosen my up. You don't understand. I was just calling to see if Look at me for two minutes. Can you just hold on one second? So, the only reason you're in that is because you decided that kick can assault our officers. So, now you're going to stay in that until you go to jail. That's fine. But can you please just loosen me up? Going to say just like it is. Okay. I don't need to be checked out. I'm fully capable. I've I've had three drinks all night. Like, it's not like I'm not drunk. I'm not. I'm not. Afterward, the cops spoke with the father to gather details and explain the legal process. They informed him that his wife and daughter were being taken to jail and advised him to stay calm to prevent further escalation. I'm just going to get some of your information. Where are you guys staying at? At the hotel here. Correct. Correct. All right. Uh you're Are you from Illinois? I am. Okay. Unfortunately. Oh, it doesn't have to be unfortunately. Don't fault me. Okay. I'm not I'm not afraid of I'm just joking with you. What's going on? Um can you just give me one second? Then I'll explain to you. I just need a I just want I need to attach it. It's very painful. You don't normally we would take it off but unfortunately in the situation No, I'm just saying take it off. If you could just loosen just this area and there's no straps on it. The only straps that we have are these and they're usually underneath. It is the most ridiculous. Like I mean you once it's on the only ones that are taking it off are the ones that usually it comes down to is the jail. You guys want us to do a blood pressure and check her? No. If she's refusing to know, we'll just put her on the cod. If we could wheel her over to there, that way we don't have to carry her. So, obviously, when I arrive on scene, like I wasn't the first here, didn't know everything that's going on. Understand? So, that's why we kind of try to detain, try to deescalate. It's why I ask you to like step away because I, you know, there's yelling from every angle. Okay. So, basically, right now, your sounded like your wife was kind of having some issues. So, that's why we are having rescue. Right arm. Don't grab my Don't grab my right arm. Bicep. That way it'll help with uh getting her on. I'm always on the error side of caution. We get them medically checked out. Okay. Okay. Uh I did not see any visible injuries on her. Is she in the back of your car? We're going to deal with her in a second here. And I saw the whole thing. So Okay. Like I said, I I don't I understand. I understand. Okay. Um you and I are fine. We're good. So, what's probably going to go on tonight is I'll probably after I just confirm with them, sounds like I'll probably just release you. You You're just going to go to the hotel and go to go to sleep tonight. That's always the first time for me. I guess, right? I don't even know. Remember, nobody have an argument with their daughter. Well, there's one you can have arguments. What you can't do is you can't cause a disturbance and you can't be pushing and shoving in the middle right outside of a bar. That's what you can't be doing. And then it sounds like possibly uh your wife's going to be going to jail. Um and then your daughter's also going to be going to jail. Okay. So that's just the information that I have right now what I've gathered and then I'm just going to make sure that they're fine letting you um go. Okay. Okay. So if you wouldn't mind, I'm just going to set you back there. Just give me a couple minutes because she was extremely physically resistant. She ripped herself away from the squad or uh because from I think state patrol is holding after her mom was trampled to the ground. I got I understand you weren't you were not here. I I'm just trying to explain everything. You and I are not arguing. We got this. Okay. I mean when you were there did you see her rip away or no? But I have you please. Can you just talk? I have a super closeup of you. Okay. No no no. You're not even kidding. No. I've got this. We're super close. Okay. Okay. just like really really like it's so funny. I'm like I'm super strong and like you're going to have to reach in here and grab when we were standing over there cuz I did. I don't know if you weren't facing or not. I was not facing. All right. Cuz I I was facing and I'm not lying to you. She like completely ripped away, knocked his body camera probably 7 8 ft away from him. So I'm not sure how she was going to react. She was pretty resist. So she was first and then as I'm dealing with her, both them walk up to the corner cuz I was like I told them to stay here. She was running away. All right. So, just give me just give me a couple more minutes and then um and you're right here, so it's not like I have to drop drive you very far. My far. Okay. All right. I'll be right back with you, sir. Okay. Just don't want to hit your knee. So, I'm good. Okay. You're doing I can't do it. I'm like, what are you doing? Try to swing your feet if anything. The mother kept complaining to the cops, claiming they had broken her toe. The officers then informed the daughter about her mother's condition and the possible complications that could follow. Here, break my toe. You're able to fold back a little up. I'm going to try to slide you back a little bit more. Wait, hold now. You're jabbing the my side. Whatever right there is jabbing you. Lean back a little bit. That's what it's designed for. Designed for you to lean back a little bit so it doesn't restrict your relaxing. It's not relaxing, but it's made so it doesn't restrict your breathing. So that's what it's made for you. That's why there's a little slot here. Whole window down. Please. That whole window's down. This whole window's down. Both windows are down. The girl I have, she isn't going crazy. She is or is not? She is uh but she wants to speak to Uncle I guess mediator everything going on. I don't want that at all or she's going to jail anyways. So if she's resisted we'll put her in the wrap through the county. Perfect. And then we'll go from there. So easy enough. All right. Thank you. Really slowly. All right. There you go. If you can't get it on, just she carries like Oh my god. Don't seat belt. No. This is so you don't fall out. I understand, but you don't know. No, no, no. Put it across my neck. No, I don't want the seat belt. No, no. Take it off, you silly. Okay. Okay. That's a lot of detour money spent on a silly situation. Okay. All right. Well, you have a better night, ma'am. Okay. You know what? Bless you. God bless you. Bless you. Here's your ID. Here's your Okay. All right. And then I'm just going to ask you to just walk to the hotel. Okay. Okay. But procedure for getting them at this point. So Brown County Jail, just contact their non-emergency number and then um you can ask them as far as we'll go this way and then they'll let you know or they'll contact you cuz they they have your number. I'll you gave me your number. I'll make sure they have that at the jail. So then they can contact you. Okay. Okay. All right. So otherwise the Brown County Jail is who you'd call. But they're going to get a phone call. They'll call because they'll probably be able to be released. Okay. Okay. So, um, probably need a sober party to go get them, though. Okay. Is she pretty cooperative with Yeah, with me she's cool. She doesn't want to see any No, not at all. Um, like uh it's usually probably an hourish. Okay. So, all right. Okay. Okay. Got it. Okay. All right. I appreciate it. All right. Thank you. And then I like I just would appreciate if you just go to the hotel cuz while we're dealing with this other stuff going on right now. What other stuff's going on right now? Just my stuff. No. Yeah. We have other investigation stuff going on right now. So, I appreciate it. Thank you. All right. Okay. Okay. Thank you. All right. Sergeant Magno, how are you? Okay. The reason why this is all is apparently my officer saw you and your mom pushing each other outside the bar. It didn't sound like it was anything major. But at the end of the day, when my officer tries to stop you guys to make sure everything's okay, it sounds like people are walking away, resisting, and I understand if mom um wants to act the way she does, that's where you have to be accountable for your actions, too. Resisting quite the I know it's not easy. The reason why we do that is because we want to make sure she doesn't hurt herself, number one, and number two, anybody else that comes in contact. And that other I mean the way that you were acting, you know, that's why you're in handcuffs. I guess I just they'll bond him out if there's no felonies. Her boyfriend. Yeah. There's no um battery to law enforcement. Yeah. No, no. Just mom. Okay. So, mom can't be bonded out, daughter can. Yep. Uh DC DVO and then resisting. So 150 for DC resisting I think is like 250 or something like that. of us. Yeah. So that's the reason why you're in I and then when we show up, there's lots of us. We're not trying to be or anything, but then when we're asking you to step back, then all of a sudden you grab onto that pole and you're yelling and fighting with the county officers. Well, we still have to control the situation. Okay. So, you're going to go with the state trooper here. You're going to go to jail for DC disorderly conduct and resisting obstructing. Okay. Any questions for me? I mean, what was I just I guess I just don't I I don't understand what I did. I just explained it to you. When we're trying to control a situation and it sounds like you're actively fighting and actively trying to prevent and then when we try to separate you guys and then all of a sudden you start fighting with the law enforcement, that is why certain things happen the way they did. So, we know that we're going to figure out. Sure. supervisor is right there. You're good to go. Cool. We'll have it uh we'll have everything sent down for you. So, they should be good. I don't think you'll have any issues with the transport. So, if you do pull over, let us know. I'll send out one of our guys to back you up. He's transporting. He'll go. So, get the somebody can get the booking form for her. We'll be good. Do you want to enforce the 72-hour no contact with your daughter? Love her right now. Tomorrow, today? No. She does not want the 72-hour no contact enforced. We got another one, too. Her daughter. So, which one? The other one. Yeah, I had one. We have two in wraps. Unless they Unless they took her out of the wrap, but she we wrapped her on scene. I don't know who has her stage. Maybe I know you're lean back on my Oh my god. Just me for a second. very honest. The mother was charged with felony battery, threat to an officer, along with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. The daughter also faced misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Meet this entitled passenger who shattered the airport piece by spitting on a gate agent, thinking she could still catch her flight. But the airport cops weren't about to let her walk away after causing such a mess. Hey, are you throwing yourself? Don't do that. Don't do that. On May 29th, 2024, an officer was called to assist at an airport gate after a passenger threatened and allegedly spat on a gate agent. The cops questioned the woman about the incident, but she seemed more worried about her flight. As security tried to escort her away, she screamed and physically struggled with the officers. So she threatened the agent talking about spitting and I was going to fall. But once again not enough the agent feels refund. We're going to go to the service desk and you're going to get refund. She remained uncooperative, but they maintained a calm demeanor throughout. I'm going to ask you right here. Can I take you one place? She's being cooperative. Okay. No, she we don't need Can you, if you don't mind, can you tell me what happened? What What's all this about? Pretty much nothing. The lady, the um representative that was, she was trying to check my bag. Okay. So, it wasn't just her. It was me and two other um you know customers that was on the plane. So I'm trying to explain to her that where I come from Texas is this a um um you know um connect the flight connecting flight. They didn't a they didn't say nothing about the bag. I'm not I don't know. You know what I'm saying? What was it about paying for the bag? Yeah. Paying for the bag. Okay. My mom my phone. We can't do any phone calls until Sergeant Cy is done with everything. Can y Can you guys go? Don't worry. We'll make all the phone calls for her. The woman was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. Battery and resisting arrest with violence. While this woman spat on a gate agent and found herself behind bars instead of on a plane, our next suspect chose the same path, but she took it one step further by spitting on the cops. Ultimately, she faced karma when she met the officers. Okay, there we go again. Well, you've done this to yourself. Yeah, time and time again. You can't act like this. This is just behavior that we're not going to tolerate. On April 25th, 2023, officers were dispatched to a local fire department in response to a woman causing a disturbance. Here's what happened next. When the police spoke with the woman, she was being disrespectful. She demanded an apology from those she blamed for her situation and refused any assistance from the officers. Four times by Okay. I haven't disrespected you. Well, there's no need to disrespect. I disrespect your uniform, not you. Okay. So, the the who did it was wearing the same uniform. So, my disrespect is towards the green. Okay. Not you or your name or anything you're doing right now. Okay. Okay. So, why don't we talk as human beings? I'm a human being and I will continue to swear and I'm going to smoke too. You're not going to smoke in the building. Well, then we're going to walk outside. Not right now. So, what can we do for you? I want to know the name of the juror who did it. Who did tell me more? Who broke my knee? Broke my tibia in the parking lot of public on the night of March 18th. March 18th. Yeah. After 10:30 p.m. when they were called by my father. All right. Well, I'm not repeating it. I hope you heard it. You want information or not? No. I want the mayor. Well, the mayor's not in this building. Well, then you're going to take me there? Uh, doubt it. I don't care. Oh, now I'm bouncing a group of jerks here. You can hold my dog. We're walking. He still has pee. Hurry up. Okay, I guess you don't have to go. It's not the sun. Now, is there any place to sit out here? I guess not. No, this isn't really a sitting area. No. So, you want the name of the person? Yeah. Okay. And I want them to apologize to me in person. Okay. While there are a bunch of punkes in the full uniform standing around and listening. Okay. So, March 18th. Yeah. Publix jog in Forest Hill. I can pull up the time of my uh No, I can't. I right now case number there. There's a case number on file. There are two case numbers at least uh that I submitted to Green Acres via the website when I reported it. The commanding officer was standing right there. I know which one he was by face because he was the one they were all they were all circling around and he was standing there just watching doing nothing. So I want that one to apologize to me too for allowing that to happen. Wire. Are you wearing any kind of brace around? No. Do you see a brace? Well, you said you broke your tip fib on March 18th. No, I didn't break. Okay. You had a fracture to your tip fib. Yeah. Well, I survived. Thing happened. So, I'm going to I'm going to ask you again. What can we do for you? I already told you. I'm not repeating myself. You want the name of the person? Persons persons actually all of them. I want a group apology in person. Okay. And I want a I can't force [ __ ] You're the ones with the the the force and the tasers and the lasers and the guns and the batons and the cruel and unusual handcuffs. Yeah, that's all related. It's been ongoing ever since. Okay. Why are we here? I'm not talking to you. You're going to talk to me? Well, you're going to let me plug my cigarette. So, what's going on today that's got the soap upset? Well, it's a business day. Okay. Obviously the government offices are open. I finally found myself without people trying to get out of me and me buying them things. You were here for what? Justice. Okay. The woman became defiant when the cops questioned her about the help she needed. Then she reacted in an unexpected way, leaving the officers completely stunned. So, what I'll do is I'll try and get you a case number and then I don't want a case number. Then what do you want? I already told him. I'm not talking to you. It seems like you're not [ __ ] anybody. You said you weren't driving a game. You were trying to me. Well, that was that was a minute ago inside before you put on your shades and made yourself a punk. I made myself a punk. Yeah. How was that? Who's putting Who's Who's putting on shades and who's smoking? I just need to know what we can do to help you. Okay. Nothing. Okay. So, then our business is done here. No, I'm not going to leave. I I have no gas. I have no money. Oh, really? I'm here all day. You're here all day? Yeah. Okay. Deal with it. I only go one place one time, one per day. Leaving, going anywhere is a huge strain on me. Walking down the flights of stairs from the third floor to take my dog and my cane and my cigarettes and the things I need to drink. Gotcha. Gotcha. I think he has to go. Am I going to do it? No. Okay. Is he gonna No, he doesn't have to. Okay. Probably a piss on your building. Okay, we like those here. Well, I hate I'm glad you're laughing. Glad someone preaches my sense of humor. It's sick. I aim the people who attack me. I don't do it myself. I put the criminals right there where I want them, the day and time I want it to happen. Okay. with the STDs. I want them to get and the the the the coins that get shut thrown in their face after the fact. Okay. Maybe 26 cents. Boom. Right in the face after I you in the ass and give you HIV. While you're bleeding and crying. What? That's crap. Well, did I actually talk about anything sick? Yeah. Hi, HIV and bleeding. Okay, that's the best way to give it to someone. All right, so after I give you this case number, you're free to go. Well, I I'm not going to have any means of writing it down. I'll give it to you. I'm not going to do anything with it except put it in my bag. We've explained about carrying on inside the building. Not yet. What? What did you say? I'm talking to the deputy. Well, what did you say? I didn't hear it. I asked him if he's talked to you yet about carrying on inside the building. We went over that. We're outside. Yep. Am I cursing? You were. Well, did I just say the f word or the b word? So, we're not going to carry on. If you We are not. I will. Uh, no. You won't. Do you want any help today? Yeah, I do. Okay. What kind of help do you want? Do you want to go I want to go to Qriket Wireless and get a new phone. Do I have money? No. Okay. This the the government of Green Acres is going to give me enough money today. I don't care if it comes out of your wallet. Okay. Yeah. Well, am I going to pick it up? Maybe. Probably. Am I going to put it in my bag? You better [ __ ] leave it when it's out and when I feel like bending. It's right here. Do you want to start a fire? Yeah, I do. Come on. Want to burn it all under the ground. All right. That's littering. Well, is anything on fire right now? It doesn't matter. It's littering. Here, take it. Eat it. It's out. Are we burning the building right now? Did he spit on you? No. Did she spit on you? I spit in my face. He's going to hit you. Due to the woman's daring move toward the cops, they took her into custody. She continued to make strange, incoherent statements. Her verbal tirade escalating. Not going to do that. We're not. I just said your phone is going with you. Okay. The other phone can go with you as well. All right. Hey, Louis. Yeah. Look at this tent right here. Is it not dark? So I asked him when I approached I could not see nothing in the vehicle. I asked him to roll down the window. Right. So when I ask him to roll down the window, he starts off mouthing off. I said, "Sir, let me just see your driver's license. I'm not pulling you over for the tent. I'm pulling you over for speeding past the damn precinct. You doing 50 55 plus." He's the one. So he was in front of the car that I pulled over. So he So he was flying past you, right? No. No. No. He He car that I So the car I pulled over, there was another car that went down. Yeah. Uh you can do basic rules. basic rules. You say basically too fast, man. Speed 255 mph 30. The man was charged with resisting arrest and cited for his tint being out of regulation. Next, this entitled woman completely loses control with a wild outburst during her arrest after missing the bus. What could have been a simple matter turned into a chaotic situation far more intense than necessary. Put your hand back. Look at you. On August 30th, 2022, officers were called to a bus station after a woman became agitated and caused a disturbance when she missed her bus and wanted to know when the next one would arrive. When the cops arrived, they found the woman throwing a tantrum after missing her bus. She was asked to leave, but stubbornly refused. What happened next was far more surprising than anyone expected. First thing he did was come over. Hey, listen. I can't leave till my bus comes. These people refuse to talk to me like a human being. So, I have to call the whole No, cuz I was at the window for an hour talking cannot stand in the middle of the road. Physically, I'm not going to leave. What do you need? I just need to know my This man is on the phone with Super Come talk. I've been at the window for an hour. This is what I have to do. I have to listen. You see where you see what I'm wearing? I see my clothes. I don't I I'm trying to help you. And for me to help you for me to help you, I'm not going to stand in front of no buses. For you to help me, I have to You're not That's not But you just said you were trying to help me, right? Exactly. So, I'm trying all of that. So, when I was at the window politely speaking Exactly. Because that's how you get a supervisor because when I was standing there, she refused to leave. Do you want Do you want movie. Please do. If you I'm going to let you right now. If you refuse to leave, you are subject to arrest. Please do. Thank you, sir. We can talk over there now that I've stood here for an hour and all of this. I just have to do that. But I did because I've been asking for an hour asking for a minute. So if you want to argue with me, I can back up in front of this bus again cuz I'm not here to jail. I will go to jail. That's what I need you to understand. Thank you. Physically remove me. Remove me cuz I'm not. Put your hands behind your back. No. Okay. Yep. You're going to have to walk cuz what are you doing? This is a lot easier, isn't it? Put your hands back. No. Cuz for what? You're not my way. Cuz you're making it more difficult. You're making it way more difficult than it actually did. Now you're going to jail. Now you're going to jail for something important. Something you could jail for. So many people they can't even all get on the bus. I don't care. Why are you still trying to go back and forth with me like a kid? You're an adult, right? You're doing your job like him. Record like him. Just record him. All right. Put your hands behind your back. You refuse. Put your hands behind your back, guys. Resisting. Put your hands behind your back now. Break it. No. Don't cut my Put your hands behind your back. Put your hand back. Put your hand back. Look at you. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Let go. Let go. Stop resisting. Let go. Calm down. Put that right back. All right. Put your hands on the radio. Hey, stop. As the woman grows increasingly combative, the officers persist in their efforts to arrest her, despite her attempts to swing at them, only intensifying the situation further. Yeah, my radio went to it better. Was there 44? No, I don't think I gave you one. She definitely whacked me multiple times. You had a car? Yes, I have a car. Can I get some money so I can search her? I'll throw her in the car. You need medical attention, ma'am? Oh, you don't need it. All right. 959 north instead of getting trespassed after warning. You're getting battery on Lo for something could avoid it. Well played. Well played. Well played. RTR. You disarge it or no? Um, yeah. Call your stupid. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Hey, stop. Calm down. You too. Calm down. Take that back over there. I'm just wiping my face. Do you have any address? Go ahead. Can I blackmail? I would have any immediate channel 30 south. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. This way. South 30. Can somebody get a statement from security? All right. Sure. You want to checkofy? Stop resisting. Get in the car. 1905. Someone got a seat belt from outside. Don't worry. I'm going to buy you a bag. Afterward, the woman discusses the incident with the officers, explaining her side of the story. She claims that the officer pushed her into a pole which led to her acting out. front seat. My face. No, I just need this face. I don't need I just I can't breathe with the door shut. Sergeant, we Orlando police. What happened today? You want the whole story or the part that got me arrested or whatever you want to tell me? I got here a minute after my bus left. I spent an hour going back and forth to the person asking when the next bus was coming. She kept promising me a later time. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She refused to get a supervisor. So, I stood here and caused a big scene so that I could get a supervisor. After five buses bagged up and multiple people called the supervisor, he finally came over and instead of being a supervisor and being professional, he was I was like you, I could just stand here all day. It became that. And your officers instead of speaking to me like a human being or just escalating the situation, they wanted to push me and force me to sit down. And that's where things got to be a problem. Okay, I get I have an attitude, whatever, but that does not give you the right to put your hands on someone. He is not my father. He cannot force me to sit down. And you guys may think you have the right to force someone to sit down, but you don't. Like, I don't care what where y'all wrote that. You don't. Like, you really don't have that. And that's where when he pushed me down, he caused me to hit my head on that pole. And that's when I started swinging. Like, I blacked out. I don't I don't do that. I didn't put my hands on him. I didn't put my hands on anybody. I may have been rude. I may have been very disrespectful. And that's that. But that does not give you the right to put your hands on anyone because if I came up to you guys and I felt like you were rude and I just started swinging on you, it would have been a problem. So vice versa. And that's where the whole thing went left when he forced me to sit down and push my head into that pole over there. Okay. So the officer says, "I told you sit down, right?" Okay. Were you blocking the road here? Yes. At the time he told me to sit down. No, sir. I was no longer blocking the road. We were face to face like this. He could have spoke to me. But he wanted to force me to sit down. So he kept trying to bag me up into that spot. And when I refused to sit down, he tried to yank me down and push me into the hole. That's not He could have spoken to me multiple times, even if I was loud, even if I was like, you know, like, and there was points where I was waiting for them to speak to me as a person. Like, that's what I'm saying. And then when you're saying stuff that has nothing to do with the situation at hand, I was like, I don't I don't want to talk to you anymore. And that made him upset. So, he felt like he needed to force me to sit down. And I'm pretty sure his body camera will show that. And that's that's where we're going with this. Just put the body camera. When they're conducting investigations, they can tell you to sit down. That's within their rights. Actually, as evidence, I'm listening to you, but that's not they will. You're take You can't take my rights away. Oh, he was. He was when he forced me to sit down and we conducted an investigation. I don't know what the crime was here, but he's an invest in investigation. He's within his rights to have you sit down. Okay. That's where Judge go back and forth. Yeah. He hit my head against the pole and that's when I started swinging on him. That's what I That must have been the thing when you forced me to try to sit down when you didn't mean to. I get it. You wanted to talk to me, but fine. We were we were out of the way and like I said, you will see that there was we stopped on several points before we got to the point where he felt like he needed to force me to sit down. So again, when we get to court, which I'm sure we're going to go to court and then just pull up the body cam cuz I'm not there's no debate here. Okay. Scary for me though. No, there was no need for you to even Yeah. Wash your feet. Watch your hands, please. I'm just meeting you now. Okay, I'm here to help you. Turn around real quick. [Music] So, just do me a favor. You got tiny wrist. Try to get out of those robot 5 minutes. All right. All right, man. The woman was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. Thanks for watching.
