when a cunning theft turns into a felony the consequences can be life-altering in a string of incidents that have taken place in several locations people have clashed violently with police I'm I'm about record stop put your under ARR put your hands first your back you use meth no actually it was where I was at last night I found it leading to increasing levels of disorder and resistance is she with them y here detain now stolen what the vehicle right there stolen right just being detained right now let's discover the intensity of these incidents which occurred in an unfavorable way beginning with an incident where cops were called to catch an employee who committed serious misdeeds at her workplace on March 9th 2024 police were dispatched to a gas station in New Mexico in reference to an employee caught stealing upon approaching the location the cops started talking with the owner the owner was helpful and assisted the cops in providing evidence it's going I'm off with the of police department I need to file an employee t on that and that's only part but that's what the area manager wants you have video footage I do I have to print it on a couple different ones I have the last one which is um the Red Bulls and the marble ice I do have that one burn and I have the separate which is wa a minute it should be this part right and then this is the first transaction but she only ring up that's supposed to be six fireballs and two moreel menthols right and this is what she ring up that one is printed that one is recorded MH um to record the rest of it I had to go back in dude I've been here since watching so this is just one incident um we no we rang them up all together uh several different incidents that's what I'm saying we'd had to go in hey Mama um different times and stuff it's like throughout the 20th I believe I she started from that day to the 22nd of are just those transactions okay she work with us for two weeks mhm so area manager said just charge her with that we just want her to learn her lesson not because if we actually went through the whole two weeks we're probably looking at thousands um over $3,000 shorten cigarettes you say it was three separate incidents right it's three different days those are all different transactions that's just an idea in 3 days on what she let light but they're all different incidents they're different customers have people that need so you guys have three days right so that means it's three different incidents okay which will mean three different charges okay so uh I will need uh exactly what time and date exactly time and date the receipt of what she did not scan okay for each one and exactly what it was for each day okay Le we wrote it down that's what I that's why I told you later when you have um the other two days uh separated and then we can add that on there which will be another two separ Char that last one the woman was surprised to see the cops at her doorstep as a result she started acting Innocent but the cops deal with these kinds of criminals often so they remained Resolute to take action against her so another officer actually filed a warrant out for your arrest for why I believe it's embezzlement or fraud one of those what's that for why I we don't know we don't know anything about the case or anything like that we just know that you have a worn out anything inside the store first well when we came we pulled in I saw there was a cop already just there and at first I was like oh he probably pulled some over you know they just doing it came into checking out I noticed there was another cop that pulled in behind him and so then I was like oh maybe we should wait a second cuz it seems like whatever happened is getting worse right and did you was still here she like no just call the cops then the cops showed up and then I just went on about it um dealing with the customers and all of a sudden she comes in she starts having issues to like it in the parking lot or at the gust pumps and you asked him to come back in but he told what did he tell you to suck it and pay for it okay so you come back inside and you continue you you let you let your boss know or supervisor and then you continue with other customers and so you're dealing with the young lady we just spoke to and having issues with their car you would you see uh them string wrestling with the guy okay but I just I ignore it cuz I know cops they take care of it they don't have trouble with it right so I was like I it'll be fine next thing I know is I hear the gun shot on comes but but as soon as you but when you see him struggling with him you at one point you do see the officer on the ground and the subject on top they like as soon as they got to the tail light that's when I see them like shove the cop down and get on top of them and I see kind of a struggle so I assume he's kind of choking him and that's when the other choking off yes and that's when I see kind of the other cop trying to pull them off okay and I guess he could in and then that's when so you he you hear what did you hear a pop or what you hear uh I heard the gun boom I was like oh how did you know it was a gun shot uh just the sound of it was too loud for it to be any other like a paintball or a gumball shot gotcha so you hear a gunshot and then you hear your other employee say got shot in the head got shot in the head you move everybody to to the back to the back of anything else that maybe miss anything else that you can remember hear anything hear the nail you're screaming or anything like that might the cops were like I saw one when it first started I saw like a cop getting spooked I walked away so my that's when my first instinct was like oh something's bad like if the
