All right, I'm starting with this video with um man's side chick won't leave his house ends terribly so I can give my people time to come in to see the one that's on the thumbnail. So, we're just going to watch it. I don't have this is the one I did not watch. Um so, we're going to watch it. Give people time to come in. I talk. This is a reaction. So, if you don't like interruptions, the links are already in the description box. All right. On March 9th, 2026, officers were dispatched in response to a woman refusing to leave the property. Upon arrival, officers located the woman outside in her vehicle. >> Hello. >> How are you, officer? >> Good. How are you? >> So, I went, he sent me to an address to go meet him. And here's the message and the evidence. And then I went there and came back. I knocked on his door at the backside. He pushed me and he stabbed me and he This is domestic violence. This is not right. What he did? I didn't do anything with him. >> But don't knock on the door. He's in the back side. >> What's that? >> He's in the backside. I don't want to wake his mother. >> Can you go on the back side? >> We'll handle the call how we handle it. >> So, okay. If he doesn't want to deal with me, he has to tell me like this. But his mom is healing me. He sent me this. Come to this address here. I went to there and came and I keep texting him all this message. Are you okay? So, what should I do? And he stabbed me and he pushed me on the ground. >> You hurt at all? >> Yes. In my legs and my food. But it's okay. But why he's doing this? If he doesn't want to leave me, I I will go leave. I live in apartment and I was trying to give him money, give him food, give him my car. I'm trying to be nice. He's aggressive. >> He's aggressive. >> Okay. Is there any weapons in our house? >> I don't have I don't know. I didn't go to his house. >> When did he slap you in place? >> Yes. Just now. He pushed me on the ground. He slapped me. Why are you here and why are you coming here? Everything is hurted. He didn't even give me a hand to stand up or give me or say sorry if my parents would know will be pressing charges on him. I don't want to press charges on him because he's sick and he has mental illness and we've been fighting all day long. >> What's his name, ma'am? >> What is it? Isaiah. >> Yes. >> I'm trying to be nice. I'm trying to be polite. I try to pray for him. I try to give him money. I try to give him whatever he drinks he wants, cigarettes, everything. He drive my car. So after all this, you pushed me. I told him I'm hungry. I didn't eat. >> So you went to the address in Cleveland. He wasn't there. >> No. And I didn't have gas and I put gas and came all the Why he's playing games. I don't like this. I have to go to my parents. And this is rude in our culture to do this to slap a lady or to push her like this. >> Same. It's not good. >> He's coming to the front door. >> All right. First time on this one. I I mean, obviously it's DV no matter what. Um, in the title they put side chick, so I'm waiting to see what that's about. But no, I mean, he gonna have to go to jail. He can't be hitting on people for no reason, you know. So, yeah. And it's not supposed to be uh right in our country either, ma'am. But, you know, sometimes it h it get people get away with it. >> Ma'am, how's it going? Hey, what was going on tonight? >> She been harassing me all day. I've been trying to get away from her. She She walking up on my property. >> I haven't ever been here before. Who Who is >> All right. If she's harassing you all day, I see the other girl in the doorway. So, this is why we're going with side chick in the title. Okay. Um, he could have called the police on her for trespassing. They don't share the property. Um, he could have kept the door locked. Just don't open the door. I'm wondering how this got to you putting your hands on her. That's what I don't understand. Is she to you? >> She It was just a girl I had met basically. >> So you guys like used to go out at some point or something. >> We just was messing around basically, you know. Okay. Basically, long story short, she just walked up on my property. I told her to leave. She didn't leave and I kept trying to get her to leave. Simply >> where where at on your property and she walked up. >> She walked she walked up on the property a couple times >> like to the door. My sister is a witness. My mom is a witness. >> Was just here to talk to her earlier. >> Yeah. Yeah. I I wasn't up here. So >> I thought she had left. She came back over here for no reason. I've been trying to get I've been telling her to leave. >> I haven't spoken to her. >> I haven't spoken to her. >> Did he mention he called the police? I was I was responding to the chat cuz I'm still waiting to see how it makes sense that you start hitting people. Um Leia's grandma back from Florida with the cutie crew, right? [laughter] Okay. Okay. I'm so glad to have you back. I hope you had a Well, I already know you had a great trip if you were with Chitchat. I ain't worried about you having a great trip. All right. I know it was fun. I'mma be on one of those cutie crew trips one of these times. I promise you. She seems to have them frequently, so I I'm I'm trying to get on one hopefully. But thank you so much for the super chat. I'm glad you're back. >> You like totally multiple times. >> I've been more than 10 times like 30. I told her I don't want to be with her. I got a girlfriend. I got you. I got I was I've been telling her I don't want to deal with her. She making it the same. >> Okay. You guys have like any kids together or anything like that? We don't have no ties together. I just came off. >> I just I think and I don't like it. I'm just saying what I think it is. I think he's showing out to uh in front of the girl that's in the house. So, he doing extra knowing he was entertaining that other woman. Um hopefully she never goes back here. Um but yeah, I think he was doing more to try to be like, I don't know why she's bothering me. I don't even be entertaining her like that. So, the title, what does it say? The title says man's side chick won't leave his house. So, I think it was the one that was in the car at the beginning of this video. Um, yeah, probably cuz well, both their faces are blurred out. The other girl's face is blurred out, too, but I think it was the one that was in the car at the beginning of the video. >> Um, from jail like three, four days ago. >> I got you. I got you. And then, uh, what? She said you pushed her maybe. >> No, I didn't push her whatsoever. I ain't been I've been I've been in the same room right down there this whole time. >> But she never came into the house just outside. >> She never came in the house whatsoever. But she been on my property multiple times since earlier. >> This is rude. I want him to come and say apologize and say sorry or I press charges on him. >> You going to want to go to the hospital and get checked out? >> No, I have to check out. I know my vitals will be high, but I will not move from here till he apologize and his mother to stop yelling at me. If he doesn't want me, I don't want to deal with this black dude. This is rude. If the guy is Christian and he's praying to Jesus, how he's doing this, is it allowed in your culture to treat the woman and slap her and push her like this? >> No. My dad would have beat my ass. >> What? >> My dad would have kicked my ass. >> Yeah, me too. My dad would And he has a sister and he was flipping over all night. I know. And he we both have mental illnesses. >> So he told you to pick you up in Cleveland. You went there. He wasn't there. So he came back. >> No, we had a fight and then his mom yelled at me. He wasn't driving my car because his mom await his grandmother or something. She yelled at me and I was flipping over because I have manic attack. I shut up my mouth. I told her sorry and he is the one that she told me to come here. >> Did you call the police earlier or is this the first time you guys >> Yeah, this is this is the first time that I seen the police come. I I was trying to give her a chance before I did call the police. Wait till tomorrow. See >> it's no way you trying to give her a chance before you call the police and you know I already hit her. Well, my opinion cuz I am blind watching this. So it's sometimes things don't turn out in the end like they start start out in the beginning. So from what I'm seeing so far, I don't think you gave her a chance to leave before you called the police because you just should have called the police before you had to put hands on her. Unless I unless all of a sudden you say she was coming at me with a knife. She was, you know, like something something for self-defense in here. I don't understand why you just didn't call the police if you wanted her off your property that bad. you know, if it died down, she in her feelings or whatever the case may be. She she homeless, you know, she trying to sleep here. She can't sleep here. I got a family. I got a nephew upstairs. I got a grandma, 95 year old grandma in the house. She can't do I've been telling her to leave for the longest. She She got mental illness. She got she got a problem. She got whatever the case may be. She been having depression or whatever all that just everything is built up inside of her and she she just been harassing me nonstop. I had to block her number and everything. >> Was it physical between you two whatsoever at all tonight? >> Whatsoever. >> What What type of contact did you guys have today? Was it just like >> All right. So, he's saying none whatsoever. That it didn't get physical. So, I would like to see how this goes. If he's saying there was nothing, nobody touched anybody >> talking through a door. >> No, we was I was in a car with her. That's about it. You know, >> how how long ago were you in the car with her? >> Like five, six hours ago. >> Five, six hours ago. >> I ain't going to say that. I'm over exaggerating. like four or five hours ago. >> So she came over like like late dinner time 600 7:00 and has did she come back like a bunch of different times? >> Multiple times. >> So she left and came back. >> Yeah. She came set on at the top of Fremont, you know, Fremont prison just sitting there like where her life how it is right now. >> Yeah. >> And I I got witnesses and my mom came to prove it. She even like get this girl. She had to cuss her out herself cuz she started to yell at my mom. >> Was trying to take a hotel but I couldn't. I had a fight with my mother and my father. So I couldn't have the money. I put the money for the guys, money for the for the alcohol, for this juice, for the whatever. And he doesn't appreciate anything I do. But it's not allowed like this to slap me or do this or to grab me. I am hurted in everywhere. I'm trying to be patient and give him chances, but this is rude. >> Well, the ambulance is here. You want them to check you out real quick? But he has to apologize or I will call my dad. I don't want to make it >> a big scene. We >> go right around the other side. Okay. >> Okay. >> I don't understand why they blurred her face this whole time. She gets out the car fully and now you can see her face just fine. What was the point of blurring it? >> We'll make sure no one steals anything out of your car. >> So she came over two days ago and then today any other days? >> No, I just met her what? My god. What? Thursday? I just met her Friday. Friday she came in rehab. >> Yeah, I was in rehab. That's where I was at. I was >> So, you met her in rehab? >> Yeah. No, I didn't meet her in rehab. I met the dude in rehab and he gave me her Facebook. >> I blocked her. I blocked her. >> I don't really know her. >> So, you met her in the past like couple weeks or so? >> No, not even in a couple weeks. >> Couple days. >> Oh, a couple days ago. >> A weekend. I just I just got out Thursday. like what the I got her information from a dude and I think you know that that I was going to give her I gave her gave her his information so she can get in contact with the dude. She blamed me for not for them not letting her see him letting her see him type [ __ ] It's just like what the man. >> So she Well, we still got to figure a couple things out. But um if she do you want her trespass? >> Yes. Yes. >> All right. Just uh do you mind giving me some >> I wasn't trying to do that. I wasn't even trying to go to this furthest thing. I was going to let it sleep at all. So, when we give someone a trespass, like we act as like on your behalf. So, is it all right if I grab some of your info from you just so we can make sure that uh what's your first name, sir? >> Where did this occur? >> What do you mean? >> When when he you when it got physical >> now in his >> Where were you? >> I came to my >> Did you go into the living room? Did it happen in the basement? In the street? That's what I mean. >> So, what happened? You You were >> I knocked on the I saw his window. I knocked the window. >> So, you were in his backyard? Yes. >> Looking through his window >> a day before like yesterday or the day before I slept with him was because I had a fight with my parents >> and >> Okay. So then you knocked on the window. So like tell me the story from you got here. >> Okay. I heard >> you guys good with her. You need anything else from >> All right. Auntie Natty said she has seen this one and Auntie Natty says she is bat ass crazy. And that's why I said let me go ahead and say my disclaimer because I don't know what's going to happen in this. So, I'm waiting to see. Aunt Auntie Natty said, "This woman is bad." That's crazy. So, >> do you want to go to the hospital? >> Not now. I will go with my parents. >> Sign his paper. >> Okay. >> Signature and then we'll >> Hey, >> there's no dirt on her or anything. >> Mhm. >> He's [snorts] saying that she's just been stalking him outside his house the last 4 hours. >> Do you hear he has a warrant with us? >> No. >> For disorderly. >> Nice. >> Yeah. He's claiming they haven't had contact for like four or five hours. Huh? >> He's claiming that they haven't seen each other for like four or five hours. Only known her for a couple days. >> You not want her around anymore? >> He wants her trespass. >> Cool. >> Yeah. >> So, you're talking to him through the window. Then what happened? >> I told he told me leave. I told him I need to speak with you. I was trying not to wake his mother or grandmother because he's pissed off because his mother >> Okay. >> and his mom before. >> Okay. I'm not We're not talking about that again. Back to what happened. Okay. So then you weren't trying to wake them. So then you're talking through the window. >> Yes. He was awake. He was using his phone and watching TV. I told him, "I come out." He told me, "What do you want? I don't mind." >> Well, she back out of the ambulance back into the car. And that cop's tone, I don't know if that's the same cop that was talking to her in the beginning, but that tone has changed. The tone has changed. >> Need to speak to you. And he told me, "I'm done. I don't want to speak with you." And he blocked all my number. And then he pushed me on the floor. >> So, wait, no. How did he get outside? >> He I told him, "Come and talk with me." >> Okay. So, then where did he go? >> He went outside and pushed me. How did he get outside? >> Okay, like this. >> No, stay in the car. I I don't want you to get up. >> I'm showing you. >> Which door did he come out of the house? >> Okay, there is a door on the left side. >> Okay, so he told you I don't want to talk to you. Anything like that. And then he came outside. >> Why are you here on my property? I told him I need to speak to you. Why did you put give me an address to go there and then I come all the way. I didn't eat. I didn't sleep. I didn't rest. He wanted to book a hotel so we can have fun and have I told him I don't have the money and my dad didn't give me money. >> Okay. If you don't have the money to for the hotel, which is fine, why are you wasting gas that you don't have? I think she said earlier she about out of gas. Why you wasting gas to go to somebody else house? You need to sit still. You ain't You don't have the funds to be running around. Um, also, I know what also made me lean towards she was the victim is because they already pre-bluring her face, but they're showing his face. And usually when they do that, the person whose face is not blurred is the one that got arrested. But I was like, that's what I said. I said, "Let me back up. Maybe she attacked him because it still can't happen." Cuz I was like, "I see where this can go." But that don't mean that's how it actually is going. >> And he's frustrated. >> Okay. >> Then he pushed me all the way on the floor. Like he pushed me >> on the floor where though? >> In his property. On this uh >> in the backyard. >> In this Yes. On the backyard. Yeah. >> For you. He has to come and say sorry because he did I he blocked me without doing anything and he treated me like [ __ ] and he put me in a ghetto and left me. I was scared. Ah, there it goes. My phone keep ringing. I know it's AI spam calls and I hate it. Um, what was I going to say? Lord. But there she goes. The real reason he blocked me which means he gave you clear intent. He didn't want to deal with you no more. And apparently he abandoned you. She said in the ghetto. I know she said something about he said meet me in Cleveland. Then he wasn't in Cleveland or whatever. But so you were mad. You came to his house. That's what it sounds like now. >> I I I don't like the east side. >> Here he is. Ma'am, >> she wants you to apologize. >> I'm sorry. >> Are you happy that I do you want me to press charges on you? >> You ain't You don't got >> Why did you do that on me? Why did you push me? >> I came over here to say I'm sorry. Why did you block me? >> I told you I'm hungry. I'm needing rest. >> This makes me repeat what I said then when she was beating on those windows. To which she self-confessed. Call the police. Get her taken off your property for trespassing because if he ended up confronting her and opening that door and his face isn't blurred. That's why I'm just saying like I don't know. But I just don't open the door. That's why I talk about like when we go over road rage and stuff. Don't roll your window down so they can actually attack you and don't get out of your car. These people are crazy out here. >> Even if he didn't want to call the police, don't open your door. I don't know. I don't want to make no suggestions on how else you can get rid of somebody beating on your window. So, I ain't going to say, but don't open your door cuz now she's trying to make it a DV thing if that's what it's sounding like the more she talks. I'm hungry. I'm messed up, too. I'm not >> I told the officer you were nice and I thought that you >> All right. Please apologize because we're not going to fix this over here. >> I don't want to see. >> You're being trespassed from us. >> Okay. I can trespassing. I can press charges, too. >> Yeah, we're not doing that. So, what we're going to do, you're going to leave. Don't I would not come back here. Make up with your parents. Figure out what you need to do. Get some food. Take care of your mental illness. >> This guy is not the guy. If he's blocked you, don't worry about him anymore. me again. I will press. >> Well, you're not coming back here for I'm saying if he talked about Listen. No. No. Listen. Listen to him. You're not listening. Don't come back here. >> I don't want >> Listen. Don't come back here. You don't have to talk to him. Don't write to him. Don't answer him. If he writes to you in a couple days when you guys are fine, just let it go because this is hurting. This is hurting you. >> Yes. And he wants >> So, you don't want to be hurt. You're going to drive away from >> anxiety. I cannot drive like this when I'm panicking. But we need you to leave here. >> I will. >> Ah, that makes me mad. That makes me mad because anxiety is not just a a word to just use to excuse your actions. If you have horrible anxiety and you broke, why are you driving around chasing somebody that has blocked you? You have no common sense is what you have. Lack of common sense and maybe a little bit of obsession. Maybe just because she don't have money, so she's desperate. I don't know. But she also got this pride thing where she wants apparently him to be humbled or she tried to press charges. Cops weren't going for it after all that. So, I appreciate that because that would be a waste of time. So, hopefully they they don't end up arresting him. Again, I keep saying hopefully if he didn't do anything because they didn't blur his face. That's what's uh that's what's worrying me about this. >> Leave here. >> Okay. And then you can there's a park right up the street. Just sit there. It's it's right off of Bell. >> No, because I forgave you. >> That but that you can forget that, too. >> All right. Have a good night. Be safe. >> Thank y'all for that. You know, I didn't want to get y'all involved. I mean, you know, she called y'all, but >> Oh, no. I mean, sometimes you need us to send the message. >> Absolutely. >> So, there's there's one more issue. We got a warrant for disorder. What? >> That's why his face isn't blurred. Okay, so they didn't get him for her trying to claim that he he hit her. He has a warrant. Lord, that's probably why he didn't want to call, too. Plus, you know, not there's not the best interactions either with the police a lot of times. So, yeah. But dang, he got a warrant. God, dog. >> This conduct. Yeah, we got to take you with us, but it's like 300 bucks to just >> Man, what the I got a dis. What the >> No, I can't go to jail, bro. >> Sir, don't do it. >> Nope. Nope. >> Get your hands up. You're going to get tased. >> COME DOWN OFF THE STEPS. COME DOWN HERE. WHAT'S GOING ON? >> HEY, back up. Come on. >> STOP RESISTING, >> Y'ALL. Oh my god. Oh my god. That man got chased out of his clothes. Oh my gosh. Why would he Noir? I know it sucks. That sucks so much that you got somebody basically stalking you and it ends that you got to go to jail. Not thankfully because of what they tried to lie on you for. But a warrant. Oh yeah. Disorderly conduct is crazy. It's going to be okay. You don't have to do all this if it was just a disorderly conduct. He must have maybe he missed a court date or something. It's It's not that bad. Why did you do this? Now you add a charge. Oh my god. And then he fighting him. So they gonna say resisting. They talking about pulling out the taser. I didn't expect any of this. No wonder the the the original uploader and I'll put their I put their channel already in the description box, but they said ends terribly. And now I understand. >> On your stomach. OUT OF YOUR STOMACH. >> OUT OF YOUR STOMACH. [screaming] >> ON YOUR STOMACH. OKAY, OKAY, OKAY, OKAY. HE STOP. HE GOING TO GET IT OFF OF ME, MAN. DAMN. >> Oh my gosh, man. >> What the he put my parents up and stuff, though. Oh, man. I just did all this. >> You did this. >> You >> We were talking to him. We got the girl to leave. We told her that she couldn't come back here. We told him that he had a warrant. We told him he needed $300 to get out. Then he decided to run away from us. You can't do that. So that's where he's at cuz he didn't want to go to jail. >> Dog me, man. You dogged yourself. >> Because you don't listen. You got to run from five cops in front of you. >> I don't have it in me to keep being serious once your draws come down. I don't have it in me to stay serious for most time. I'm sure there's an exception somewhere in there, but Oh, I couldn't hold it no more. Oh my god. He made it worse. He Well, sweet tea. I'm sitting here saying he should have called the police on her. Now I know why he didn't call the police. He didn't. She called the police on him and now they're like, "Yeah, so sorry, but we actually have to take you." That sucks. That does suck. Oh my gosh. So technically she kind of got revenge for her hurt. She did Noir whether she was crazy or not. She don't even know when she drove off it got wild. Omar said I would have been the lady I would have drove back by and been like who's the crazy one now and burned off. Y'all know Omar. No, >> we get it. >> Okay. Why just do all that? >> You did it again. But >> you did it. >> Okay. I didn't want to go to jail, man. Of course nobody want to go to jail, man. >> Does he have prior? He might have prior cuz this this is not a it's it was just disorderly conduct. That's not bad. unless other things are stacked against you. That's like come sign these papers, sit for a couple hours and go back home type of you know what I mean? So is it just this kind of does is there a history and they're like if you get in trouble on anything again the next time is going to be more severe. >> You need to relax right now. Everything is going to be fine. All you got to All you got is a fine to pay. That's it. >> Not anymore. Stay with us now. Man. >> Oh yeah. >> Please don't do what I did. I'm sorry. >> You did this. >> No. Don't do me like this, man. >> You did it. >> I just Man, come on. I didn't want to do >> this. So, all this over over a fourthderee misdemeanor ticket. >> Did they deploy the taser? Cuz they got him on in the ambulance. And I think if they some places it's mandatory they deploy that taser, you got to go to the hospital first. Dang. I do wonder what else is going on with his past cuz ain't no way this this it can't be just disorderly conduct ticket that got you acting like this. Aku you crack me up. They said not anymore. Folks, >> the man was charged with resisting arrest. He pleaded no contest, was found guilty, and sentenced to 3 days in jail and one year of inactive probation. >> Sir, what was all of that for? Oh my, I don't understand. What did he do all that for? I'm have to look up what an inactive probation is, too. Never heard that term. New to me now. Um, okay. So, now we're about to watch what's on the thumbnail. I saved it. See, living life and everybody that's coming in now. I said I ain't going to put it in there immediately because they might really want to see this one. So, now we're going to play the one that's on the thumbnail. She done sat up here, tried to fight her neighbor, and got her and she called the cops, but it's because she got beat up. But let's just see how her day goes. So, and whoever sent me this one that we just watched, wow, you got me. You got me on this one. >> On September 5th, 2024, deputies responded to a disturbance at an apartment complex after a confrontation between two women turned physical. Yes, >> I do. >> Can we get EMI still patient? How old are you? >> I'm 38. 39. >> 39year-old female. A lot of swelling to her face. >> Can I tell you my story, >> ma'am? Yeah. >> Real quick before you start, where's the other part of this party at? >> She right there sitting there bragging about what she did >> on the back of the car. >> Yeah, she bragging. I know. I'm I'm just sitting right here calm. Hold on. The officer walking. >> If you wouldn't mind calling back just call you back. They want to talk to talk to me. >> Okay. >> Well, that's fine, too. You can lay it down. >> Just try to avoid talking with her. >> Yeah. And you at the same time. >> Um, so what happened? >> Okay. I was inside my house just to finish cleaning. About to go run and do my errands. Didn't know >> her and my neighbor was talking. I have to open my front door. >> No camera nothing though. So I don't know they out there. I open my door to take the trash bag out. I'm going to take the trash on the way out to my car. >> Yes, ma'am. >> As I open the door, I seen her and another officer, I mean another my neighbor talking about whatever. I don't know. I couldn't tell you. >> So, I go back in, close the door, I see the trash on the outside, go back in, close the door, grab my shoes, my purse, and everything else and proceeded to walk downstairs to go take the trash out. Wasn't walking. This I don't know her name. lady >> just got to doing all this and I'm I didn't know she was talking to me or she was on the phone or talking to herself. I didn't know. >> I'm quiet the whole time. >> I just know when we got to the last step, like the last four steps, she Oh, yeah. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Again, I'm still thinking she's on the phone with somebody not talking to me or >> to herself, whatever. >> So, as she go in her house, I didn't think she was going to come back out. She come back out the door and was like, "So, I was like, "Do we got a problem?" cuz I'm confused at this point. Like this is the fourth run I didn't had with her. She done stopped me twice with having my kids. The third time she came talking about somebody trying to jump. I don't know if something mentally wrong with her or whatever. But I did let the front office know I made a report about it like, "Hey, this is the third time this lady has said something or did something to me or approached me." Well, this man, she was just so aggressive like she wanted to fight and I'm trying to Okay, we get down to the stairs. >> She blocking me from going around so I can go take the trash shot. And I'm like, "You need to move in the hallway." right in the mall. By then I was like, "Girl, move." >> Mhm. >> She's still in my way. She eventually stepped to the side a little bit and I kept walking. She still talking. I'm talking back at this point like like what? I stopped again. She like, "Cuz you think y'all like you just hang gone. Whatever you got going on, leave me alone." Walked to the trash can. She stayed right here. I'm walking to my car. She walking down the sidewalk. As I'm as I'm getting to my car, I'm at my door. I open my keys. >> Mr. >> Yes. I done put my purse down. Getting ready to pop my trunk to get my cooler out to take it back in so I can have room in my trunk. She's right here at my door, car door, and I'm right here. I mean, my back of my car and I'm right here. >> Mhm. >> She didn't come step and came like aggressive like she was want to attack me. >> Okay. How does that make you feel? >> Just like I don't need to defend myself cuz she approached her arm up like this. Right arm up. >> She approached me like this and I'm right here. So when she came to me, I instantly just swung cuz like this is a fighting man. >> So you swung on me in the midst of me like you need to move first. I told you, hey, you need to move, get out of my car. I kept telling her that over and over and over. >> Like I'm standing walked in front like move out my car. That's when she or what? Something like that. She said, >> "Okay, so hold on a second. Stop for a second." All right. So whenever she did that, >> did you feel Yes or no? >> Mhm. >> Did you feel like that she was going to hit you and cause physical harm to you? >> I did. Yes, sir. I did. >> Okay. And that kind of how all this stuff kind of happened. All the >> all this happened right here >> from fighting. >> Yeah. So then she we we get in a little room. So I immediately pin her down. We end up coming right here. >> I just stayed on top. Not hitting her or anything. Like look, I'm telling her just chill out. Like I don't know you. You don't know me. Just leave me alone. She screaming help and I'mma call press char. That's fine. Whatever you do, do what you got to do. But at the same time too, >> stop. I'm trying to go. Nobody came for help cuz we called somebody from the front office. I'm on her telling all the neighbors, "Hey, could you get somebody from the office so we can stop the situation?" >> Nobody came, took a while. I got up. >> All you did was hold her down. >> That's it. I didn't swing. I didn't hit her, didn't do nothing. >> Okay. >> You thought you still >> I did. And that's why I stayed on her like I didn't have all my weight on her. I was just on her like this. >> Okay. >> My body is still like half off her with her hand down like this with like her shoulder blades. She want to move. I used to be a co so I didn't want to keep fighting her. So >> then she goes after I get I'm getting I'm walking to my car. She following me. >> I have it on video. She's still following me trying to fight. >> By then um I forgot her name from the front office. She come walking up the sidewall. We're right here. I'm against my car. I didn't approach her. I didn't do nothing. >> The lady spit on me. >> Which lady did or she did? >> She spit on me. >> The front office lady was standing right here with me when she did it and then I just lost. I'm sorry. I did. It was standing there. >> Yeah. The fart. >> Did she go back up there? [snorts] >> That Well, a couple things going to be on the uh it's going to be against the the other neighbor, the one that seemed to be initiating the aggression. He already asked the key question. Did you feel like she was going to hit you? She said yes. And that's when she just pinned her down. She ain't do nothing yet. Now you done spit on her. That's battery. So that's like a hit. So now that she's hit her. Oh well. Uh, that's why now that's why I understand the eyes slowly. I have forgot how she got the swollen eye. Like when did the hidden start? Forgot she spit. I don't know why she girl you was already pinned down. Most definitely would pour all the trash on her spit on me. Yeah. Yep. Yep. She I want to know. And I know I was in the chat so maybe it was clearly stated, but this the other neighbor don't seem like she's going to make any sense with what she says. So maybe she just always gets into it with someone and she just picks someone. I'm like, why are you why were you bothering this lady? Like what's the history on why you're bothering this lady? Spit is a viable reason to punch a fool. Mhm. I agree. >> So yeah, this female with the blonde hair tie. >> Yeah. You know, I think her name she we both was standing right here and she spit on me. >> Okay. >> She kept coming to my car. I kept telling her, "Move out my car. Move my car." >> And then she proceeded to spit on me. >> Okay. >> I did what anybody else would have did. Fault. >> Mhm. >> That's disgusting. That's That's disgusting. So that's all what happened. If ne, you [snorts] see me coming down the stairs. I'm like, "Do we have a problem?" Like I'm quiet. I haven't said anything as I'm coming down the stairs, any of that. So, and I've been calm the whole time. Just like this. I have been rowdy, amped up, nothing. This is me the whole time. >> Call Frank 18. Case number you. She wanted us to call EMS to check her out. You want them look at you too when they get here? >> That's fine. I mean, >> that's up to you. You don't have to. >> I just got a couple scratches from her scratching me. No, that's pretty much it. >> You have any injuries you want to document when we take pictures of? >> You can document the scratches. So, >> yes, document what she did to you. Don't matter that she's the one that has the worst of the injuries. Document it cuz you were the the one that was attacked. You are the victim. >> Um, I'm just going to get a full full photo and a picture of your face, your hands, and then the injuries. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm I'm not worried about nothing cuz >> I just got to document it. Not in your face. And then if I can get a photo real quick. All right. Okay. So, by the time they got downstairs, all you saw was her. >> Okay. She said she was kicking face, all that. Did you see any of that? >> I did. You record it. mother. They were >> She recorded um a little part of it. >> This is This is after she got spit on. >> Yes. >> So, you saw her spit on her? >> Yes. >> Did it hit her? Ma'am, >> just stay out of the truck for us, please. >> Ma'am, you spoke with the other deputy already, >> sir? >> You spoke with the female deputy already? >> I did. Why am I being talked to like that and I was attacked? Because I yelled at two was yelling out, harassing me. >> I've been harassed for 3 months. >> You just don't want you leaving so that way we can figure this stuff out. >> Leaving for what? When I'm on probation and can go to jail for the prison? >> Are you serious? What the hell? >> I don't know what you're doing. Just walk up to your truck. Hear me out. You already gave her your information. >> So you you're on the line to have to go back or go to prison or jail and you starting stuff with people. She's not the sharpest tool in the shed. >> Your name to burn my stuff, >> right? I'm trying to smoke a black and to calm my nerves. Did you see my face? >> I understand. We got EMS coming. Um we just want you get in the truck and leaving on us. That's all. Well, can you walk me to my house so I can get a black? >> No, ma'am. We got to stay right here. I don't know where that she walked with her. I don't want y'all getting back into it. >> I live right here on the corner right here where this camera is. Got to put a camera on my door. Do you see the Turn around and look at the camera on my door? >> I see it. >> Did you know if that camera called me? >> You see how she not talking about what's happening today? The other lady, they walk up to the lady, she talks about exactly what happened in the moments that led up to why the police have to be here. this lady. We talking about three months, we talking about uh prison history, we talking about she had to put up a camera. And I know I know you you provide background information, but she's avoiding to me what has happened in this moment and then maybe you can provide background information after that, but why are we not talking about how did you get here? >> What happened today? >> No, cuz it happened right there. >> Yes, ma'am. So, I'm not allowed to press charges. >> That's what we're trying to figure out. >> Because I'm on probation and she attacked me. That's why I can't. >> Not at all. Girl, >> we have to figure out both sides of the story and figure out which one's the right one. >> Cuz obviously you're going to say one thing, she's going to say another, right? >> I'm >> I understand that. I see. >> Do I look like I put my hands on her at all? >> I understand. Did uh the other deputy take pictures of your injuries by chance? >> They did. >> Okay. I want to make sure we have it documented. >> How long you been living here? Two months. >> Two months. >> Girl, this girl been searching and we already >> All right. Math is not math for me. Did she not say she's been harassing me for three months? And he just asked how long have you lived here and she says two months. Let me know if I heard it wrong when she said she was harassing me for 3 months. >> The plan on moving. I just left from the apartment that we just put a deposit on. I can show you that, too. >> Literally just left from putting deposit. >> Apartment complex is fairly new, isn't it? >> Yes. And I'm thinking it wasn't going to be that many people that many problems. That why we picked this. >> I say it looks like it'd be pretty expensive. >> $2,000 to be looking like this. >> How many rooms? >> Two bedrooms >> for 2,000. >> And look at me for $2,000 getting attacked by somebody. Are you serious? Why you going to think I was looking for apartment? I just left from looking for an apartment and we got it. Just left from put left. I'm talking about just took the deposit and everything. >> Where you trying to get it moved to? >> Right up the street. They brand new apartments, too. >> All right. Another thing. So, three months she's been harassed. She was harassed by her neighbor. Two months she's been living there. And now she's also looking to already move to another place. Okay. Just even that that last part of already moving within two months. I don't know. I'mma let it ride cuz I don't know. I don't know. >> I can't imagine that much. >> Oh, what? They gave me free rent cuz they already knew the problem was going on. Oh, we gave you free rent this month. I wonder why. Sequence of events. She's a liar. She doesn't make sense. Okay, because she's saying they gave her free rent. Maybe it was a move in promotion or whatever. I don't know. But how do you say I wonder why and point to the eye? You just got that 10 minutes ago. So they walked out there and gave you free rent when your eyes started swelling. You don't make sense. She's a liar. >> That's why I got free rent this month. You think I'm looking at the paperwork for that, too? >> Yes, ma'am. Oh, we going to let this month be free since she keep complaining. No, you you can keep your free month cuz I already found somewhere else to live. Cuz if I got to go through this, I don't want a free month. >> That's understandable. >> A free month. But this is what's happening. Girl, I don't want no free month. The two >> leaning on the balcony yelling at >> those kids. >> What? >> Or whatever. I don't know if they're kids or college kids or what. I don't know. >> I don't understand. >> Be quiet. >> You saying about rain cuz like really and then I'm talking to somebody else and you jumped in it. You see how easy it is for somebody to jump in and right now everybody had to just stand outside besides him said something crazy to me. >> Yeah. I think they're just here for the show it looks like. >> No, cuz him and his wife they speak. She a teacher. I don't know what he does. and they speak. >> So I'm wrong. >> I said I don't know what they discussed. They're just talking amongst themselves. >> Am I in trouble? >> Let go your phone. Let go your phone. I don't want it to break. >> Why am I being arrested? >> Hold on. >> Can I call my husband real fast, Freddy? Please. You can't call him from the jail. >> Why am I being ready to get on my ass >> battery? >> I didn't hit her. >> Spitting is battery. >> I didn't spit >> spit on her face. >> I didn't spit on her face. >> We have witnesses. >> Cuz you're the one that start. Now we have other people saying there that Yeah. What you told her was a complete lie. So you want to lie? >> I didn't lie. >> Yeah. So >> there was never an altercation upstairs. I didn't have an altercation with anybody. Ma'am, please could you come here? >> Could you please come here? I I believe she's calling to the neighbor that just whooped her butt and that she spit on. And y'all, I know she is because I feel like I remember this. She's going to try to apologize to her now. But you was she was gunning for that woman to get arrested and I'm the victim. I've been harassed. Everybody's harassing me except for that one couple. And now it's ma'am. I feel like she about to say I'm sorry. I'm sorry. No, you wanted her to go to jail, but you was messing with her. [laughter] >> They're walking over here. >> Why am I being around? >> Watch your step. Watch your step. Ma'am, don't. >> Ma'am, could you please come here for a second? I'm begging you. >> We're going to keep walking. Ma'am >> here. Walk around the front here. >> Ma'am, please stop. >> I know. >> Ma'am, ma'am. >> Hey, stop yelling, >> Josh. >> Anything that's going to get you in trouble once you enter the jail on me? >> Yes. Face forward, >> ma'am. Spread your feet >> or you're going to go in the back of the car. >> Ma'am, could you please? >> Ma'am. Hey, look. I've been trying to be be respectful to you this whole time. Have I not? Stop yelling. >> Spread your feet wide. >> Spread your feet. Listen to this deputy. >> Come on. Spread them feet. Let's get you searched. Let's get you in this truck. Akaudo, I'm with you. I can accept your apology. Also, have fun in jail. I don't have to withdraw me being a victim because I might accept your apology. I could both. But I tell you now, I wouldn't be accepting it that day. But yeah, still going to jail. I would have been like, I can't hear you. I have too much spit in my ear. [laughter] Only thing I'm hearing is, "Baby, baby, please." Yes, that's what she sounds like. Lovable. [laughter] >> Spread your feet wide. Could you please >> make it for me? >> What's your question? >> Could you Could you ma'am? >> Ma'am, >> you're talking to us and you don't have to deal. >> I didn't put hands on her, but you still >> I didn't spit on her. We got witnesses. >> There is no witness for me. >> So, two things. Do you want us to or not? What apartment number? >> It's the not locked. >> 311's not locked. You want your keys? >> Could you put everything inside? >> No, you can. Could you put my phone and everything in there? >> Okay. >> I'm going to ask you, >> did you unlock it and just leave it in the house? >> I'm going to ask you this real quick. You know numbers by heart that you can call somebody from the jail? >> No. >> Cuz if not, >> could you put everything in the house? Do you want your phone so you can get numbers out of it when he gets to the jail? >> Yeah, I'll take >> She'll take the phone. All right, >> ma'am. Can I ask you something, please? >> Come on. >> Yes, that's hers right here. >> I'll pay you not TO PRESS CHARGES. I NEVER SPIT ON YOU, >> MAN. Go ahead. Get in the car. >> I will pay YOU $1,000. OH, I forgot she tried to bribe her, too. First of all, it's on video that you did spit on her. There is a witness that said you did spit on her and the witness looked real nervous. Then you talked about something happened upstairs. They like, "You never went upstairs. There was never anything that happened upstairs." Um, now it's I'll pay you $1,000. I can tell you right now that woman ain't got a she don't have $1,000 cuz I'm with Omar on. She's jumping paying this rent that she going to owe these people here and that's why she's only been there two months and is about to move into another apartment. I don't Uh-uh. I don't I don't trust I don't trust it at all. She's bri I know that's a charge. Witness tampering, witness intimidation. I All of it. All of it. Yeah. Now she's paying people. It went from she wanted that woman in jail. So she's ready to give that woman $1,000 when that when those handcuffs went on. They not taking those back off for you. They're not doing it. Bribery. It could be if they chose to cuz they're witnessing it happen. >> Ma'am, do you still need EMS by the way? >> Or do you just want to get checked out at the jail? >> Could you please please could you answer the question? Do you want >> Could you ask her one more time? Is she sure? >> I'll ask her. Do you still need EMS? >> Could you please ask her? >> You're going to answer my question. I'm not asking her. >> I don't. >> Okay. >> Please >> watch your knee. Watch your knee. >> Did you say >> I will pay you? >> I will pay you $1,000 in cash right now. I thought, but then I kept seeing her get worse and worse and she kept trying to get in her car. But as far as the first punch and all that, I went in to get my phone, but I know she kept trying to leave. She kept trying to walk away and that girl kept >> and that's how you could have stayed out of jail. She didn't even she didn't even want to have an interaction. And she did what she was supposed to do. Leaving the conflict. Leaving the conflict. Trying to leave. Trying to get away. And you steady advancing on her. It is what it is. Yep. Peace is priceless. Akaudo. >> She was charged with battery and assault. Disclaimer. The suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. >> That's where I'm at. She better save that $1,000 for her for her bond. Omar. All right, this one is our last one. It's Midwest Safety. We haven't had Midwest Safety in a while. This is crazy. Um, it's not even that long, but it's crazy for a little bit of a wild ride here. Um, let's just watch it to see, you know, I'll just let you watch it for yourself. So, let's go. A woman goes nuts after date goes wrong is the title. Not about time. Don't call me out like that. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> Hi. Where is the female? >> Dang, it already started. Oh, they cleaning up mess from her. So, it there was an arrow. I'm trying to see what the arrow said. It was pointing to stuff on the floor. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> Oh, it says plant thrown by hotel guest. >> Hi. Where is the female? >> She's on the second floor at the moment. Um, but the guy that she's with is bringing her stuff down right now. >> Okay. What does she look like? >> She's a black female with short blondish hair. The male is a taller blonde male with a fake Louis Vuitton sweater on. >> Female, but how short is she? >> Um, probably like an inch or two taller than me. >> Okay. So, is she younger, older? >> Um, she's probably in her early 20s. >> Went up to the second floor. >> How's it going, sir? I'm officer princuit. I understand something just happened here. >> So, she lived here. You probably want my ID. >> Yeah. Can we get get your ID real quick? >> I'm trying to find a valuable solution. And what I could do is take her to another hotel, get a room, that arrest. You know what I mean? Just try to make sure the situation was straight, but she got drunk. >> So, I guess what caused all of this? I understand you said you're trying to resolution to the situation to move hotels, but what was what was the issue? >> What What was the issue like between you? >> I don't want to put I I ain't got no issue. You know what I mean? >> Okay. Well, so then what was I put? I don't want to put nobody in jail or make no accusations or anything. You know what I mean? I also don't want to decline to give a statement about you, but I know anything that I say obviously will be used against a person. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. Used against you, too. Because I'm with Omar. I think she was there to provide a service and he's hesitant to talk because he was there to receive a service that may not be legal. It ain't legal in most places. So, he don't want to complain about her too much because they were there for a transactional reason is what it's going to sound like when y'all hear it. But I watched it before Omar seen it before. Um, what else was going Oh, and then she I she raged out when he treated her like I received the service. We have finished our transaction. You need to leave my room is how how I'm interpreting how both of them tell their stories and somewhere in the middle. And so now she raged out because oh you're not treating me like a date. Basically you're kicking me out after we did what we did. So we'll watch it. But that's what I got to Ome Gucci. So I'm going to hold my peeps. I'm just trying to make sure you know everything is cool. That's it. >> So we're just trying to figure out >> what happened. >> What happened here in the lobby? Yeah. >> I didn't call y'all so I can't tell y'all. You were involved though. >> I was not involved unless I did something. You get what I'm saying? >> But you are >> I don't want to make it difficult. >> No, understand. Who is the female to you then that caused all this? >> So the female isn't isn't in any relationship to you know what I mean? But I don't want to I don't want to speak too heavily on stuff cuz I don't want nobody arrested. I don't want no You know what I'm saying? >> Trust me. >> No, I do not have I'm 21. >> I'm not able to drive home. I walk and I'm drunk. And he got me here to [ __ ] I don't know what to do. I'm drunk. >> What's your name? >> I'm Sierra 21. I just started drinking. Yeah. >> YEAH. I'M NOT SOBER ENOUGH TO GO HOME, BRO. HE'S MAD. I DON'T WANT TO NO MORE. Y'all need to believe him over me, bro. You I'm not even from Milwaukee, bro. the last I know. >> Okay, there goes your comment right there. Omar, I going to say I missed the part about she might you know you know be with celebrities and stuff like that. So Omar has said before she said what she says bleeped out a lot but she was saying I've effed NFL players and somebody else like basically like he like Omar said celebrities pro athletes. Okay. So and then she I guess settled for him today tonight. Um, it doesn't feel good, I'm sure, to be put out of somebody's room and um after certain activities, but leave with some of your dignity and and just leave. This is worse. This is way worse than it could have been if you just, you know, felt slighted about it. Um, I do feel like it was transactional, though. I I I don't know. Maybe she thought because he wasn't the an athlete or pro pro alete or whatever that he was a real real date and maybe what she normally does came off to him. So he was like all right good time and then you know we're going to part ways or whatever. I would just leave. Loable said he offered to get her another room. I missed that too. So I this is not the answer is all I'm saying. You live your life how you want to live your life cuz I'm living my life. I ain't got nothing to do with nobody else life, but that's a lot. >> I watch the Packer games, BRO. DO Y'ALL THINK I WANT TO, BRO? LIKE, what the And then mad, bro. Cuz I bro, >> can we start? Can we start fresh? >> Can we start fresh? >> So, I don't know. So when I start getting a glimpse of the personality of the woman, she got drinking or whatever. I'm like, I cut her off. I actually hear the vibe, I'm like, "Nah, you know, you switching up a little bit." You know, you starting to get violent, you starting to curse a little much. It was too out ordinary. She got talking about different um like people and scenarios. And I was like, "Okay, >> y'all don't understand that got 12 million, bro. Look at this, bro. He only mad cuz that girl started saying stuff, bro. When I said like >> [snorts] >> We go downstairs. Everything >> Was it a threes? >> No, it wasn't a threesome. Maybe she's talking about the hotel um employee cuz she's saying he's only mad once the girl started saying something. Maybe she cuz I'm like was there another girl involved and she walked over her said something to her about would you a man who have a girlfriend? I kept it real with her. You feel me? Everything just casual, you know? We've been on that. Everything is cool. Consensual sex, everything. You feel me? I said, "Let me go get some tacos." We drive down college. We going to go to the taco place. >> She got the accent there. And I'm like, >> "Okay, >> let me ask you straight up." What happened with the the plant? >> Well, I just do. I ain't going to lie. I can pay that. But I ain't going to lie. Just because they were trying to put me out, BRO. I FEEL LIKE IF I PAY HALF, that's not fair to her to put me out, bro. That's not fair for her to tell me to get out. >> So, were you mad at him or were you mad at the hotel? >> Yes, we just came down. We wasn't even really arguing for real. He just She just told me to get out. I feel like my car parked outside, bro. I just drove an hour, bro. I paid half, too. Like, that's not fair. Like, I forgot. >> I came right back through here and I said, "Let's, you know, we going we're going to come back." Well, I parked the car. She get stuff. She get out of her car. I said, "Well, you come upstairs. You can go to sleep." I said, >> "Okay." So, at first she was okay to go to sleep. He did say she was acting weird and that's what his spidey senses went off. I'm saying spidey senses. He didn't say that. Thank you, academic tryh hard for the super chat. I'm here on a Monday. I've had so much energy today. I I was so productive over the weekend. Then I was productive at work today. I had a lot of energy left. So, I'm here on impulse unplanned. But, you know, I'm like, hey, we cuz I'm trying. I do also want to knock out some of these videos, but I never like to promise, oh, you'll see me because then I might not feel like it. So, it's like, okay, if you only expect me on the weekends, everything else is a surprise, you know? So that way if I go through my little cycle of energy of I have a lot of energy, I'll be here. I don't have any energy, you're not gonna see me then. I didn't break a promise. [laughter] He does seem sweet. I mean, >> you drunk. >> I know he could be putting on, but he does seem sweet though. Um, Capricorn, >> you know what I'm saying? I just want to be responsible for you. I want to make sure everything is, you know, straight or whatever. >> I am sorry for throwing that. Y'all couldn't arrest me. >> We appreciate that. We don't I mean we don't want to arrest you. We just want to figure out what happened. That's all we're all we're trying to do. >> Not like always, bro. Like was the last to go through my phone. Look at this. I'm just being stupid. Like I'm just being stupid. Clearly that's all I'm doing. I'm drunk. Come on. I shouldn't even drive home. >> You had your ID on you? Let me take a look back. >> Thank you. Bro, IT'S NOT EVEN FAIR, BRO. HE ASKED ME TO COME UP here like you see, bro. I ain't gonna lie. No, this not fair. >> This big ass, bro. He just me. >> Sit back down. >> Like, you see how those those moods raging, crying, raging. I do feel like she goes through, yeah, I can pull celebrities and athletes, and then she goes through this feelings of feeling worthless or like, why am I doing this to myself? Like she said, but I I hope when she's sober, she's like, okay, I I don't like doing this because of there are some that probably enjoy it. She must not She doesn't enjoy it. She seems miserable. She seems miserable. So, I hope she finds something else to do with her life. And you you're not young for long. And I when I say young, I mean in that for the dude she's trying to do or trying to hang with this isn't going to last long. There'll always be somebody else. There'll always be somebody else younger. There'll be somebody else that doesn't have or present the mood swings to them. Even if they have them in privacy, there's always going to be something else. So just go do something else. Just something else that doesn't make you feel like crap. >> Sit back down. We're not doing that. background. Stay seated. >> That's not even fair. >> I hate white like you. How far is the ticket going to be? Is he trying to put his hand on me? >> So, we're still trying to figure out what happened, RIGHT? >> THIS IS TRYING TO PUT HIS HANDS ON ME. HE'S TRYING TO PUT HIS HANDS ON ME. >> He just touched my coochie. I promise you. >> If you couldn't see your screen, we got another spitter. She spit. She's a spitter, too. He just my video of me pushing my feet. >> Stop moving. Stop moving. >> Just roll towards us. >> Keep rolling. Keep rolling. >> All right. You're purposely not rolling. >> You're not rolling me over. >> Right here. Take this. Jackson, go to our feet. >> One. We're going to roll towards Jake. One, two, three. >> All right. >> One, two, three. go that way. >> Living life. Do you think that she doesn't have a place to go? Like she might she might be homeless. Do you think cuz I know she's all she's bragging about who she got, but if she's a local and she might be handto mouth or how is that is that how I said handtomouth? Like Yeah. Like pillar to post. What? But you know what our aunties and grandmas used to say? But yeah, that's what I'm kind of figuring out. Like maybe because if she did want to get arrested, I'm like, do you not have anywhere to go? >> Put his hands ON ME AND EVERYTHING. I TOLD YOU GOD hate me. The black fever just believe anything. Girl, can I call my baby to at least get picked up? >> Sure. I don't like that because when she first started saying what happened, it was about her being disrespected and getting kicked out the room after he got what he wanted. Now she's using the R word and that I don't I don't like that. >> Thank you. >> Watch your foot, please. >> My phone, please. >> Yeah, I'll grab your phone. We're not stealing your phone. I promise. >> WE'RE NOT DOING ANYONE IN COLLEGE, BRO. Grab your spit guard and just have it ready in case. >> Was anything damage or is it just a mess? >> Um, well, this is broken. >> It is broken. Okay. >> And then she also broke a glass over there. So, >> where's the glass? >> Um, all over the >> What was it from? >> Just a cup. It was It had a flower in it. And then she brought me the flower out. She broke the cup. >> Was it like in the lobby? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. It was sitting on top of that. I was talking to her for a couple days, but I met her here. She drove from Well, I mean, I don't stay here. I met her here. You feel me? At first, I went in from the com. >> Yeah. The most we the most we went was from right here, upstairs, straight downtown, right back here to you guys. That's >> consensual sex >> video. What time give or take? We're just covering everything, man. >> We got to cover all bases. Yeah, >> I ain't no Google, you know. Everything is in there. Videos and everything. >> Dang. It said, if you can't see your screen, I know Akudo in the library studying the a label came up and said video of consent to show it was consensual. He man, I mean, it's smart. You should, everybody should. >> So, it's probably around. >> Hang on to that. Okay, we're not going to take it now, but in case she does come back and say >> I can email it to y'all. I know. I got everything in here. >> Jimmy, she's banging her. >> Oh, see, I missed I missed the first time I watched and the second time I watched. She talking about black people. I don't know if I I don't even know if I had sympathy on the second watch. I just can I'm seeing multiple things going on, but I ain't I ain't got the energy. I ain't got the energy. We We have put our capes down. I don't have the energy. >> Her head. She's banging her head. Arrest me. Arrest. >> That's another charge. >> Arrest me. Arrest me. Let this me. >> He could show my >> Get out. >> Oh, let me clarify. I didn't I wasn't thinking it was the actual act he was showing on video. I was thinking it was like a conversation they had pre-act. So, I hope he wasn't actually showing the act cuz that's that'sm I don't like that living life. Um. Mm-m. >> I'm not getting around. Keep her up. Put her out. Put her down. Let go. Put it on. And then we'll put this down. Right there. All right. We'll roll her towards towards us when we're ready. >> We'll roll her towards me and then up. >> Roll her up. >> One, two, three. >> Well, feet first. Y'all grab my phone and stuff. >> You don't get that man name. That's not fair. >> Oh, Akudo, I agree. I I agree with you on this. Consent in the beginning does not mean it can't be withdrawn later. That is very true. I appreciate fathers and mothers that educate [clears throat] their sons on consent and how it can it it that that's not like a um a free-for-all forever and ever because it initiated with consent. So, I appreciate those parents that talk to their kids about that and because uh women obviously also can grape someone. They should also be getting the talk as well because someone both both everybody can be violated. But yes, consent does not you got to keep communicating because Yeah. >> All right, get going. >> 69. [screaming] Y is okay. Okay. According to court records, this suspect, Sierra, was charged with resisting obstructing, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. She is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> Oh no, Vangar, we're squabbling. >> I don't know why Midwest Safety lately, they've been playing Bluey a lot at the end of their stuff. I don't know about I don't know this cartoon. I've seen references to the cartoon. I'm not going to play this. I'm not They might have the rights to play it. Let me get to our officer. Hold on. Cuz he does have something to say in here. There we go. Okay. [laughter] Ace Ace Mooshaw said, "But consent videos do help curb blackmail after the fact, not to diminish that consent can be withdrawn." Yeah, it's I hear you. I hear you. The open mouth screen photo of her like that's the one they chose, right? But yes, I do also think it can be a deterrence. I agree. The fact that it was in the act is I don't I don't know. I don't know this life. Look, I'm out. I'm out of this. I don't know these lives, but I I just know that I don't I just hope everybody How can I put this? Sorry, y'all. I hope she was not violated. I hope this is about the fact that she felt disrespected and she went wild and it's like, you know, like he said, she just started getting weird. You can go somewhere else. We're not going to continue and all that because um yeah, but yeah. Yeah. Please, please, please be safe out there and understand consent can be withdrawn as Akudo said and Ace said videos can help be a deterrent cuz all of it all of it applies. Listen. Oh, listening while I help my grand set up for a yard sale. Oh, thank you, Christina. She probably started wild like she's doing now and he offered to get her another room. That's what lovable say. He offered to get her another room. Well, see now, see, living life, I get what you're saying. I do because there's some shady people, but I I I am I understand why he did try to document consent because even the accusation of something will ruin someone's life. So, I do understand why he documented it. Even, you know, didn't plan on nothing bad happening, but you just never know. I I get it. I do understand the why. The way she was going on about money, I see it likely she was angling for more money. That's possible. And they they said she drove from Milwaukee. I don't know where they ended up, but she kind of she kind of got herself there. Um so she spent money to get there. I don't know why she she needs help. She needs help in the sense of like she don't really seem like this is the life she wants to have. So, I hope she does just change change what's going on cuz it seems like a very miserable miserable um experience. >> This clip from Bluey where she and her sister make up after arguing is the perfect example of what should have happened in this body cam footage. To me, it sounded like these two were arguing in the hotel when the female who was way too intoxicated took it too far and started trashing the place. But when the cops arrived, everything changed. Instead of owning up to what she had done, she doubled down, making things even worse by spitting on the cop. If she had taken a lesson from Blueie and simply accepted responsibility for her actions, none of this would have happened. Something else stood out to me was her repeatedly bringing up that she's only 21, as if she's not an adult. 21 is old enough to know better. And I find it pretty ironic how a children's show can teach an adult a lesson about accountability. We all grow older. That's automatic. But growing up, that's still a choice. >> Okay. So, [sighs] even if it wasn't paid, I understand recording a conversation about the consent and stuff like that. The act you're blurring the line and you're you're going into some criminal territory now because that that needs to be that she knows the camera's there and she's agreeing with the camera being there because the act is something totally different from y'all just talking about, you know, whatever. Because some parties are one party states. Is that what they're called? when you don't have to tell someone you're recording them. A conversation though, not in the act of, you know, intercourse. I'm not saying that, but I'm just saying like I do get why if this can ruin your total life and you are doing a random hookup, why you would record speaking about something and showing that as much as I can show this was consensual. I do get it because I've just seen where, you know, some people get accused and they didn't do it. It's over for them like forever. It's done. She said someone had to pick up her child, too. That Oh, lord. She got a child. That stress is probably getting to her. Yes. Compared to my age, she seems so young. I couldn't tell. She didn't seem like around 21. But yeah, I it seemed like she lives a stressful life. Agree. Just not common for unpaid interactions to be documented unless NDAs or celebrity is involved. Mhm. Yeah. North Carolina is a one party state. Ace Moonshot said with video one party states still must deal with intent. Yeah. I I hear y'all. I don't look I'm not here to argue. Well, y'all aren't arguing with me. I'm just saying you're already saying the good points. I don't really I don't have any more to add. Y'all are bringing up great points. Not y'all are arguing because we're not arguing. I actually agree with most of everything y'all are saying. Well, I don't Did it say what year this was? I just hope she >> show can teach an adult. >> I hope she changed her life around. No. Oh, there it goes. 2024. So, it's been a year and a half. Little going on two years. Hopefully, she's changed her life around for her child, for herself. Because I could tell you if nothing else, she seemed real real regretful in one of the moods she was in. Preaching to the choir. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I feel like we're on the we are all on the same page. All right, that is the last video. Um I will see you when I see you because I don't want to make a promise just in case the rest of the week I'm tired and I don't [laughter] come back. But yeah, um, thank y'all for coming in my spontaneous live stream and I will see you soon. All right, bye [music] >> play. [music] Grab the couch. Got your name on the screen. You send me that link.
