of a woman held captive discovered with a collar around her neck chained to the floor officers found her on the on this floor of the home after discovering the entire first floor had been barricaded officers in Louisville Kentucky made the terrifying discovery on August 16th on the city's South side at about seven o'clock that evening A call came in from concerned neighbors reporting a woman screaming body camera video shows officers arrive on the scene early on officials realized the entire first floor is barricaded off blocking all doors and windows but there is a second floor window open after the woman chained inside 37 year old Johnna Wilson kicked out a window and began screaming officers use a ladder found on the side of the home to reach Wilson we see a letter at the top of the ladder officers find Wilson crying with a chain collar and padlock around her neck immediately they ask about the suspect he did what is he Hispanic the suspect was later identified as 36 year old Moses May Wilson's estranged boyfriend and father to her child she later told police he asked her to come over to clean the house that's when he chained her up she was there for about five hours before being rescued video shows officers follow the chain from Wilson's neck to a bolt in the floor officials use a hatchet to break her free but there's no one else in here right now once she's safely removed from the home officials use hedge clippers to remove the chain from Wilson's neck May was taken into custody two days later he now faces multiple charges including kidnapping wants an endangerment and assault he's pleaded not guilty to all charges and is due back in court on Monday reporting for long crime Network I'm Sierra Gillespie that's crazy all the windows and doors were boarded that guy is sick yes that is crazy I am glad that someone recognized her calling for help and got the authorities there and I'm glad the authorities followed through yes I'm glad that guy's in ddg's child now the internet claim to have seen a baby bump when they noticed Haley in the background of ddg's recent blog what Haley seemingly shut the rumors down after posting footage from the video rehearsal for her new single now she's wearing a sports bra and sweats and there's no baby bump to be found what do you think about these rumors yeah hmm I don't know guys I don't know I don't for divorce Marcus Lofton 42 faces an open charge and Firearm violations in the death of Alicia Lofton 38 Marcus Lofton whose convictions for firearms and drug and drugs date to 2000 was held Tuesday on September 5th and affidavit obtained by Fox 17 outlines the allegations in his alleged statements to police in which he allegedly admits pow-powing her after an argument it had to be quick Mel was homeless in two hours oh you probably was probably a no-show he was probably a no-show um Grand Rapids Police responded to the 400 block of Adams Street Southeast on a report of the sound of pow pows a second call came in a minute later reporting an unresponsive female nearby next to 1411 Union Avenue Southeast in Grand Rapids which was nearby the victim was found on the ground just north of the house with numerous fatal wounds to the head and body the affidavit stated a neighbor told police he heard arguing before the gunshots I said it looked and saw a black male leave in a maroon SUV Marcus Lofton was quickly identified and arrested he drove a similar vehicle and had earlier DV incidents the affidavit said let me see thank you talking out loud yeah I'll be oh I'd be worried about y'all um at the police station he allegedly told investigators she has served him divorce papers a day earlier and was selling the house during an argument he grabbed her Glock his I say so much from a drawer and said he tried to hit her with it when it it went off is what he's saying the document said he told police when she went into a bedroom and locked the door he allegedly told investigators he forced it open and pow-pow her numerous times as she was climbing out a window Marcus stated he shot Alicia two numerous times before he fled in his maroon SUV it was unclear Tuesday whether he had an attorney the couple married in February um in may he was arrested for DV against her one of the conditions of his release on bond was that he had no contact with his wife she has three adult children a daughter in college a son about to start college and a daughter in high school according to a fundraising site um I don't High School is not adult in my opinion um let's see the children are trying to cope as best they can it's an unfortunate event um okay they are not talking about the part that I know about he did it because they have a Facebook group called something like whose man's is this or whatever and he was caught in some compromising positions with another man she found out she told I think she made a live or a post about it they suspect that he deleted her stuff but and she told him I'm moving on I'm gonna sell this house here's your divorce papers and of course like the weak person that he is he can't just leave well enough alone he had to go and take it out on her that she was done with him another local report stated she was divorcing him because yeah exactly Shane that's the part I saw they're not gonna say it here in fact let me go to on-site because on site put the the more of the the facts that make this more relevant um I mean no reason should this happen but I mean they took out a huge chunk of context in my opinion is what I'm gonna say on on this one uh or maybe they weren't privy to it I'm gonna say they took it out with another man right I remember seeing that right that's only 30 minutes from my daughter she made a post about it he was yep yep yep yep he I mean it was I'm sure she saw video and pictures depending on how that site did um what am I looking for oh I gotta go to my saved where is he at oh did I not save his I must not on our news locally yeah so I'm wondering because law in crime they really do cover and Charlie you probably know because you like true true crime they cover so many types I don't even know if they picked up on that detail because they don't they don't really have a filter on Long crimes I don't feel like they just took it out they might not have seen that part I think there is a video about it on YouTube I believe it I'm I'm scared to play a lot of YouTube videos because everything is like a copyright strike uh so I I it's the only reason I I won't play that one but um I'm just now hearing saying he didn't stay there so they still have not been able oh probably uh what's CS Child Services um so they will not have been able to serve him so I can definitely say they write they're right about that and he has never been there for her other than three weeks of her life one minute he was saying she looked just like him then he said his family didn't think didn't think she was his so I said let's do a DNA test I am willing to pay for it myself and all so my mom did the child services case when my child was seven and still waiting on that six six child support okay thank you Shady
