Right, y'all know the drill. Give me just a few seconds to let YouTube connect to this Streamyard and we will get started. I'm waiting. YouTube sometime you be playing me. Oh, there it goes. Okay. So, all right. So today we are looking at Tony Romo's body cam arrest, Nikita Dragon's body cam arrest. And this is just for reaction. And I say this new news, but what is new news is Jonathan Taylor Thomas being arrested. I just have this really quick news clip for now, but if his body cam comes out, he'll get added to the queue. Um, I talk. This is a reaction. We're going over charges. So I do talk. If you want to see straight video, I think I already put the links in the description box. All right. So, if you hear for the other stuff, we're gonna start now. All right. So, this is uh Jonathan Taylor Thomas' the news on him being arrested. Home improvement star Jonathan Taylor Thomas is facing legal trouble after being arrested for obstruction and being drunk in public. According to LA County Sheriff's Department, it happened on Monday in Westlake Village where he was a passenger in a car that had been pulled over for a DUI investigation. TMZ reports Thomas exited the vehicle after they told him to stay inside and that he was drunk. The 45-year-old was detained and released a short time later. It is not clear if he will face any charges. >> I definitely want to see that body cam cuz when there doesn't sound like there's a reason he had to get out that car. He's a passenger. So yeah, he was looking for the smoke. Okay. Um, my attorney I like to follow, you go Lord, and uh, he's had the question about athlete Tony Romo asked to call his lawyer during a traffic stop. Is, and it says, "Is it legal?" And I think it means, "Is it legal that they did not let him call his lawyer?" But we'll watch him and then we'll go over um before we watch notes real fast and we'll watch Tony Romo. And let me tell you now, he got on my nerves so much. So my face is I can't even imagine. And I'll be talking. All right. So, but here's the attorney question. >> Lawyer's reaction. >> How many drinks have you had? >> All right. I'm going to run you to some fields. >> Field sobriety test. Are you willing to take any soriety test? >> I'm just going to call my local. >> Okay. Step out of the vehicle. >> Nope. Step out of the vehicle. >> You're not. >> I'm not allowed. >> Nope. Step out of the vehicle. The interesting thing in this case, ladies and gentlemen, is that Tony Romo told the deputy that he wants to call his attorney, and the deputy refused, which is what led to him doing the field sobriety test and ultimately failing. Anytime you are arrested, you have a constitutional right to speak with an attorney. But courts have ruled that a traffic stop is not an arrest. Rather, it is an investigation. Courts have ruled that you do not have a constitutional right to pause the traffic stop. Well, even though a field sobriety test is voluntary, Tony Romo did not have a constitutional right to call his lawyer before the test began. >> Lawyer's reaction. >> I think a lot of people are under the impression that they have the right to call their lawyer at that point. So, love a good educational moment. Um, Tango said, "I saw like a 100 thumbnails of the Tony Romo body cam, but I didn't click on any of them, so I haven't seen it yet." Tango, your nerves about to be frayed. He's nerve-wracking to me. All right, so we actually gonna see this from two different POVs of like uh different officers body cams. I want to watch both so that case in case you missed something, you can see it again from the other POV. So, we'll get started. We'll we'll see how this goes. >> Hi there, Deputy Cory County Sheriff's Office. >> Were you speaking back there? >> I was. >> I didn't even know you guys. Sorry. >> All right. Reason for my stop today. That was what you said. >> Reason for my stop today is the unsafe passing on the right. The lane deviation. >> Say it louder. I'm sorry. >> Unsafe passing on the right. Cutting across the gore. >> Obviously the gore. >> Yes. >> It's the marked area. >> Okay. That was the first thing. I did get y'all a visual cuz I was like gore like am I is it just phonetically I'm hearing something else? But no, there is a gore area. It's this yellow triangle right here when you're merging. and he crossed over it to pass someone. That's what uh the officer was talking about. So that way you could picture it as this is going on cuz I was like gore area. What is that? But good old Google. Okay. Um we'll get to his defense in a little bit. All right. >> Gotcha. >> Where are you coming from? >> Well, I live in Dallas, so I give Grandpa over here. I'm got the You got the what? >> The door. You said >> Yeah. >> That's what it is for you, Russell. >> Yep. >> Yes. I got what you're saying. You said >> and you were coming from grandma and grandpa. >> What did you say? It's really hard to hear you, dude. >> I I can't hear you either. >> Yeah, I know. We got to basically yell at each other, right? >> I feel like I'm yelling at you. >> Okay. All right. Where are you coming from? >> The golf course. And I'm going to meet Grab my grandpa. >> Okay. Okay. All right. >> I'll take a driver's license from you. >> You got it. What's your name? >> Deputy Core. >> Does someone meet Grandma and Grandpa? And I passed the Gore, which is the place you're talking about. I got it. You're saying I went over the white line. >> What's a good phone number for you? >> It's my dad's. >> All right. What's your dad's same last name? >> Mirror robot. Yeah. So, I got the same question. >> Okay. All right. Hang tight for me. All right. Yeah, I was thinking the same thing um about when he says golf course, he means the bar at the golf course or drinking while uh playing. The golf was the secondary action. I'm skipping ahead because it's silent on this part when she's in the car. >> All right. How many drinks have you had? >> You're coming from a golf course. I'm playing in Belgium in the Wisconsin state. >> Okay. >> So, it's like a USGA event. >> Okay. All right. I'm going to run you through some fields. >> Field soiety test. Are you willing to take any field test? >> I'm sorry. >> Yes. You're denying to step out of the vehicle field. >> I'm just going to call my law. >> Okay. Step out of the vehicle. Nope. Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not watching. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> You're going to take the >> own right. >> Hold on. Ashley, she said, "Y'all, I got pulled over on Thursday." He said I didn't stop at the white line, but gave me a notice to appear for car insurance. The way I was shaking like a [ __ ] crew. [laughter] Yeah. Yeah. I'mma be nervous. I don't care. I could be as clean as a whistle. I'm nervous. Like, what are we doing here? What's going on? [laughter] I feel you, Ashley. But good on you for getting a notice to appear. That means you didn't cause no problems. You was just like, well, as you said, you were scared, but [laughter] glad you got a notice to appear. Oh, you outside no library today, Akaudo. Okay. All right. And to all my other people in the library, formerly known as the bushes. Hey y'all. >> You're still allowed to call my right. >> You're not. >> I'm not allowed. >> No. Step out of the vehicle. >> 24. >> 20 24. >> I'll take an additional 107. He's >> not stepping out of the vehicle for >> I'll do it. I'm just saying that I'm not allowed to call >> any squad back. I'm not watching. >> I'm not investigating. >> I want you to step out of the vehicle. Yeah. >> All right. So, you're going to step in front of my vehicle. >> Step in front of my vehicle. >> Step in front of you back on this. Uh they'll be clearing at uh C20 shortly. >> 24 squad. Slow it down. >> He's out of the vehicle. I'll be uh conveying him to the valley for >> Turn around for me. >> Matt, you down for weapons. >> Okay. All right. You're detained. Pending an OWI investigation. Deputy Cor. Are you going to take me through? >> You're taking me through it. >> So, as of right now, we're on a leveled ground. We're on a bridge. I want to convey you somewhere that's going to be even surfing >> free of debris. >> Yes, I agree. We don't get hit. >> Turn around for me. >> Yep. >> I just want to make sure two more have a PVT. >> 24. That's a negative. even when you're off in the jail. I have one. >> I'll grab your phone for you. Okay. >> I'm already at the jail. >> So, >> what about the keys and everything? >> Okay, hang on. >> My bad. >> You can stay at the jail and you just go back. >> I will grab the keys. >> Your phone I will grab as well. Okay. >> You're detained for an OWI investigation. I've patted you down for any weapons. >> I would normally seat you on the passenger side due to it being so close to the concrete barrier. >> We're going to go into traffic very carefully in the distress >> because you're not able to fit, sir. There's no So, we're going to walk in the distress. >> We're going to go in the distress. >> Can we grab the phone first? >> I will, sir. I only have two hands. >> I'm northbound at Howard. Does more of a car to sit on that uh vehicle? Have a seat. >> Hey, poor coffee. Are you going to sit with the vehicle? >> You in all the way? >> What's that? >> You in all the way? >> Um, I'm in. Yes. Uncomfortably, but yes. Um, >> I know you're taller. Follow. >> Yeah, it's a little bit. >> Yeah. Copy. Yes, sir. >> All right. So, he's going to do his test at the actual station. I'm trying to get there and not jump ahead, but I just want to keep saying he got on my nerves a lot. He got on my nerves. Um, the more they try to run things, it's either equal to their guilt or attempt to get out the situation. I agree. Uh, for people like this, not everybody. [laughter] Uh, thank you, Akuo. I had to put it up in a different kind of style cuz them things was starting to weigh down on my hair or on my scalp. He got Hoochie Daddy shorts on. [laughter] Let's get you somewhere safe. Then we can do the field sobriety test. Okay. Oh, did he say okay, sweetie? Yeah, he was already condescending. It gets worse. Yeah, it has silent parts again. It's not my sound. >> Yeah. I don't think any of them are right. >> Yes. >> No worries. >> Okay. So, the first POV is going to be the officer that can see her. The last half will be her POV so you can hear her even clearly and see her doing the test right on with him. But just letting you know first is gonna be this officer that's watching. And you know what I was wondering and I don't know what's the right answer. I'm sure there's a right answer but I don't know what it is. But as she's trying to go through these tests as he's interrupting her which I'mma find a symbol for every time he interrupt her I'm putting it in the in the chat and it's going to be my little interruption symbol. Um but oh is it a cow? Do we have a cow? cuz isn't that the one? There's like a interrupting cow thing. Okay. Anyway, but he interrupts her all the time. What the one that that we see from his camera POV, he does speak up a couple times. And I'm like, should he have spoken up more? There's going to be like four pe four cops in the garage with her. Should he should somebody have spoken up more or is it more respectful that she's like, I got she might be like, I got it. I don't need y'all to keep speaking up for me. I'll handle him. I'll keep my cool. I don't know. He just got on my nerves so much. I don't know what the right answer is, but I wanted more for her. But I don't know if that's what she wanted. She might have been like, I I don't need all that, though. So, all right. So, I'm putting a cow. Every time he interrupts, I'm putting a cow in the chat. I'mma show the chat for now. All right. >> Sorry. Two back surgeries. I need a >> Has he been searched or like petted on? >> Okay. She's been perfect. I probably did the same. >> Stand in the middle for me. >> Yep. >> Turn around. >> You're going to have stand facing me. Feet together. >> Yep. Just slight half step for forward off the push bar. Perfect. Thank you. >> Feet together. >> Sorry. >> Feet together. Arms on each side. >> Okay. Uh, any head injuries? >> Excuse me. >> Any head injuries recently? Any concussions? >> Well, over the years, yes, but not recently. No. >> Okay. So, please stand with your feet together and your hands down at the sides. Congratulate Place down with your feet together and your hands down at your side. Do not do anything until I tell you. >> Do you understand? >> Do you want shoes on? >> What do you prefer? >> Whatever you want. >> Like I'm fine. >> Everyone can check your eyes. Please keep your head still during the test. >> Okay. >> Look at the stimulus and follow the movement of the stimulus with your eyes only. >> All right. Keep looking at the stimulus until the test is over. >> Stimulus, >> do you understand? Stimulus top of my head right over here. Okay. >> Yep. >> Do you understand? >> Fine. I got you. >> Okay. Can you maintain the position? >> Yeah. >> Let's go. >> I'm going to make a couple of passes. Okay. Top of my time. >> So, what am I doing? Just tell me. Am I looking at it or >> this year? Did she not already start explaining what he needs to do? And he was worried about his shoes when the first test is about his eyes. Did she not explain what he needs to do? And now we're back to So what am I what do I need to do? He is already confused. Thank you, Tango. He's Yes, he is very performative. I agree that what is the stretching going to do? It's going to be a whole lot of nothing burger by the time we're done. The stretching didn't matter. >> Going to look at the top of my >> eyes. Make a couple passes. Okay. >> Yeah. So, I'm following this as you move. >> That's your side. >> Yes, sir. Okay. Got it. Am I supposed to move my head or am I supposed to keep it in the square? >> Would you like the instructions one more time? >> I like every time he asked a question about it. Just about every time she's like, "Do you want me to read the instructions again?" Because we're not doing this step by step. Do you want me to read the full instructions again? Because you obviously weren't listening. Every time you like, "I got it." He also is one of those people that as you're receiving instructions, he's already saying, "Okay, okay. You're not listening. If you're okaying everything, you can't hear anything. You're not processing anything. >> Got to keep your head still." That's >> just the eyes. >> Head just moving all over the place. He's supposed to keep his head still. Head is moving with the eyes and the penins. That's not how this works. He said I had to move my head a little bit to get there. That's not how this works. Not at all how this works. The instructions shall not be followed. You know what's funny? Okay, Akudo said, "Wait, is he flirting with the woman officer?" Let me tell you what my brain says. My brain says he's trying to charm the male officers. She's just the object in the way. That's how I took it. Especially the more and more you watch it. She what she says doesn't really matter. He kind He'll straighten up a little bit when the guy talks. So, I just feel like she's just in the way for him and he's doing things to intentionally to me and annoy her, try to incite her anger or like her I won't say anger, but like get her to be impatient and maybe skip steps that she should have taken, things like that. He has the classic privileged Come on guys, is this really necessary face. That's that's the face he has to me. I also definitely agree with this. I feel like a lot of people we see on DUI body cams, they try to stall out, chew that gum, make the test last longer. Like that alcohol is about to wear out of the system in between that time. I feel like they do try this like it's not going to work. It's going to be there for a little while. He's literally trying to play the field. It's hilarious. Audo, he does look like a goofball. Yeah, this is just the first test. Tango. Yes. And it was going to be distracting. Secondary issue I have are his feet. They're just distracting. He It's nothing necessarily bad, but they are distracting when you see them. >> Keep your head straight for me. We're going to >> All right. He is so unserious about this test. And I I wonder what his actual consequences were at the end of the day because the way he's leaning his head like he tired of the test. You supposed to keep your head straight. Then he keep following it like give me you got to give me a a reasonable accommodation to turn my head with the stimulus defeating the whole point of this test cuz he I think this is this is a good question. Wow. Why is his exam so long? I think she's restarting to at least get a good gauge on if he does or doesn't have the little shaky eyes. So, I think she's restarting when he's turning his head so she can actually see his eyeballs to see if they're shaking or not. That's my guess, though. She She don't say. Still the top of my head. >> Yeah, I'm still staring at it. >> Don't move your head as high as high as you can. Okay. >> Okay. Turn this way. >> It's So, this is where this test, which is why I would just say, "Please test my blood and my urine if it was me and I just have to take the early hit and hopefully my attorney could get it off later." It is a subjective type of test. It is the accumulation of observances that an officer has. It's not an automatic fail on any part. It is that I have enough for probable cause under my discretion since I have been trained and certified to do this. So, it's not automatic fail. And a lot of them do give more than one chance, which is why these things take so long because I think they're trying to make sure stuff doesn't get thrown out if they're going to say, "I saw it." They don't want their, you know, it being challenged like, "Well, how could you see it? he only did this for 30 seconds or you know how do you know he wasn't just getting himself together or whatever. Like I think that's why they take so long. Well, actually not even I think I was told that cuz I was like can we just skip to the arrest when we see them slurring not want to do the test and all this other stuff. That's that was me. But I'm like yeah if you don't want if you actually wanted to hold up and try to be a little bit stronger there I feel like the cops are more insistent on doing the test as as thoroughly as possible. Um Tango said all this evidence too. So, even if they have probable cause without doing field sobriety, I think for the investigation, they still want to do the whole test. Mhm. Yep. Yep. I'm on the same page with you. Aka Udo, thank you for the super chat. Your fee for forgetting to like on my way in. Status corrected. Hey, thank you. And if you just got in here, please hit the like button. Shout out to Akudo. Thank you. The male cops look like they would have gave him a slap on the wrist for free tickets. When you hear one of these male cops say what he says, you're right on the money for at least the one that you're going to hear. You You really are. Gwen Tango said, "I think I heard somewhere that the eye test at the beginning is a pretty good test and the rest vary." I could Yes, because that's a medical well, it's a medical term that they use about it. And I'm not going to say it because I never can remember how to pronounce it correctly. I know it has Stig in there somewhere or something [laughter] like that. I'm not going to say it. But yes. Yes, that is a more objective thing which but I still think she she was taking so long because she was starting over. I don't think that she can't see his eyes shaking. I think she just wanted a clean round. But that's all my guess. Not saying that's that's why she's taking so long. And also I think No, not as stigmatism. I'm It might even have Stig in it. Now you look up the word Ashley. You look up the word. It's It's specifically to look There it is. Horizontal nestagmas. Is that how you say it? Horizontal nestagmas. Akudo. That's the closest I'm getting if that's not how you pronounce it. But that that one. [laughter] That's the one. Shaky. I I just call it shaky eyes. Um, Purple Haz said, "I thought her directions were chaotic and confusing the whole time." Purple Haze, watch how Okay. Okay. Okay. I can't I ain't saying I can change your mind, but can you tell me when we look at it together this time? Are her directions chaotic and confusing because he's interrupting every five words? Let me know. Or like, nope, I stand on my opinion. She was always always confusing and she's just not good at giving instructions, which we have seen those. I would like to know though once we watch it together. [laughter] So, I mean, can you put me in your floor? >> The next step is the walk. >> Okay. >> The next step is going to be the walk in front. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yep. Sounds good. >> Place your left foot on the line, real or imaginary. So, you're going to picture a straight line in front of you. >> Okay. >> You You can rotate over. >> Oh, sorry. >> Start over. Walk and turn instructions. >> You're going to picture a straight line in front of you. >> Okay. Place your left foot on the line. You're all imaginary. So, take your left. >> If you just came in, I'm putting a cow symbol in here every time he interrupts her. Well, every time I can catch. I'm not going to catch 100% cuz that's how frequently he does it. But I was already doing that before you said some purple haze. It's not to prove a point. Now, that was me just playing a game to stay engaged with the body. >> Put it on that line. Place your right foot on the line ahead of your left foot. >> Okay. Put the heel of your right foot against the toe and pull back up. >> Yep. Exactly how I'm doing. >> Place your arms down at the side. >> What am I doing after that? >> Maintain this position until I complete the instructions. >> Okay. What the instructions after that? >> Maintain that position for me. Would you like me to start over? >> Oh, I just want to see what am I doing? >> Okay, I'll start. I was successful. >> So, picture a straight line in front. >> Yep. >> Okay, I got that. >> Take your left toe. >> There. What do I do after that? >> Take your right foot. >> Put it in front. >> Yeah. >> Feel the toe touching. Place your arms down at the side. Maintain this position until I've completed the instructions. >> Are there any instructions after that or no? >> Do not start to walk as I told to do so. >> Okay. >> Do you want to stay on the instructions so far? So, I put my left foot down, right foot in front on the line, and then I'm going to wait for you. >> Correct. Got I think I'll use not the accident fall off. Ready? >> When I tell you to start, take nine little toe steps on the line. Turn and take nine little toe steps down the line. >> Okay. >> I'm going to demonstrate by doing three steps. >> Okay. >> Okay. When you turn, keep your front foot on the line and turn by taking a series of small steps with the other foot. Great. >> I will demonstrate it for you. Okay. >> Yeah. I like >> While you are walking, keep your arms at your sides. Watch your feet at all times and count your steps out loud. Once you start walking, >> do not stop until you have completed the test. >> Do you understand the instructions? >> No, I don't. There's too many. We got to go by. >> Okay. All right. So take your left foot. Okay. >> Put it on the line. The straight line. Real magic. >> You can show me how to do it real quick. >> Take your right foot. >> So left foot. Put the right foot in front. >> Left foot on the line. Right foot in front. Fielded toe touching. >> So right here. >> Yep. >> Fielded toe touching. >> Yep. Just like this. Left foot on the line. Right foot directly in front of it. Arms down at your side while she explains the rest of the instructions. >> Stay here. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> Okay. Got it. Now, what am I doing? >> Place your place your arms down at the side. Okay. Keep your arms down at the side. Maintain this position until I've completed the instructions. Do not start to walk until I until you're told to do so. >> Okay. >> Do you understand the instructions so far? >> I got it. >> When I tell you to start, take nine at the toeep. >> He does not got it. [laughter] He does not got it. No, he never has it. Oh my gosh. line. Turn and take nine millions. >> What does that mean? Right. >> I will demonstrate for you. Okay. >> When you turn, keep the front lead foot on the line. >> Sorry. One second. >> And turn by taking >> I'm counting this as an interruption, too. What the hell is going on here? He not stretched on the bumper when we first started, which unnecessary. Now we got this little move. I He got on my nerves so much, y'all. He irked me so much. >> A series of small steps with the other foot. >> Yep. >> I'm going to demonstrate with >> you will do nine. Okay. >> Okay. Sounds good. Just sitting in there. >> Sorry guys. Too fast. >> Two. >> Three. >> Sorry. My bad. You go. Okay. >> You're going to use a series of small steps. Okay. One, two, three. >> Yep. Three one way and then three the other way. >> Another demonstration. >> No. All right. So, three steps and then turn on. >> Would you like me to >> I appreciate every time she asks, "Would you like for me to read it again?" You don't have any disadvantage because she will always give you clear uniform instructions because she will read it from the script again if you need it. Right. He like he about to run track. That's if I knew track more I was going to say one. Is there 800? I was going to say like he about to run 800. But yes, this is stupid. This is Oh, he's such a waste of time. He is a male shovinist. He's not interrupting the male officer when I tell you that was my comparison a little bit too. Now, he's going to interrupt once they say you're arrested, but like this, I think if he was given instructions by the male officer, I can at least say it would be less interruptions cuz drunk is drunk. But I just feel like down to the smile is so condescending. And then of course, you got the other part of you know who I am. You're probably a football fan, so come on. Can we can we work this out? Can we do something? Which is kind of what he's gonna say later anyway. Place your left foot on the line for your lower imaginary. [screaming] Place your right foot on the line ahead of the left foot with the heel of your right foot against the toe of the left foot. Y >> I'm demonstrating for you. This is my left foot. Taking my right foot, putting it in front of my left toes touching. Okay. >> I'm saying you want me to turn around with the back toe. So, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps on that line. >> Nine that way or just three? >> You're going to take nine heel to toe steps >> back along that same line taking front foot, lead foot, forward. I can start over with the instructions if you would like. >> Just take steps right. Not a heel, not a toe touching. Let me take Lovable's thing down. She said I want him arrested right now. I feel they are wasting too much time on him. Let me take this down so you can see the N. We done repeated it. How many times she had to repeat heel toe heel toe? Nine cuz he's saying so not three because when she was trying to demonstrate or she will demonstrate she was going to take three steps to show him how to do it. So his brain stuck on this number three. So, we're getting down to the number nine. Not a heel, not a toe touching. All that stretching for what? [laughter] Here you go. I stay here or they she tells you the instructions at the beginning and asks, "Do you understand?" Because that instruction was already read as well when you take a series of steps to turn around and go nine more steps back. But because you too busy okaying and talking and and giving the face of do we really have to do this guys and all this other stuff. You don't and then of course actually being drunk is going to be a factor as well. You don't know what you're doing. >> Can I man on a leisurely stroll? Just give him a leash and a dog cuz that's what he's doing right now. He is walking an invisible dog. [laughter] He's not taking a field sobriety test. Um, I don't think there were any kids in the car. He He said something about kids at the airport. I don't think there was anybody in the car with him. When I first watched this, I thought she was new and in training. The way everyone was standing there watching. Yeah, it might be because of him cuz they knew who was coming back in the truck. They just wanted to see it and make an excuse to be out there. Um, yeah, he's hitting the Abbey road. Okay, he drunk already. Can we just arrest him? you. Okay. Why? Cows are done. Lovable was done. Somebody else was done. I can't remember. Meanwhile, the other officer is doing the mannequin challenge. Let me see whose heels and whose toes is he touching. Right. His feet look like he was kicking a bag of flour. That was my distracting visual, Gwen. I was like, not for nothing cuz it don't matter, but I was like, his feet are distracting me. Like he look like he rubbed the top of his feet on that concrete right now. Like it's so bad. I'm like I don't think this is just a lack of a tan. I think this is truly ashy or something right now. He ain't got no shoes on. No. Oh my. He don't have shoes on right now. [laughter] >> Yeah. You said three times >> or no? He's still stuck on number three cuz she said I'll show you three steps. So he's stuck on three. There's no three times. I think it's funny. He's just like taking a stroll and then he gave a thumbs up. Right. [laughter] >> No, the next time someone give me the one leg stand. >> Okay. >> Okay. Place your in normal life. >> Please stand with your feet together and your arms draw down at the side. starting it for you. >> Yep. Sure. >> Do not start the test until I tell you the result. Do you understand? >> Y. >> Would you like me to read the first part over? >> Thank you. >> Are you standing with two feet together? Arms side to side. Do not start the test until I tell you. Do you understand? So, he does have some white little Croc flip flops or whatever he got. He does have them. He started with those on, but he kicked them off. So, by the time you see the heel toe non-step test, there's no shoes in there. That's just his feet. [laughter] >> Raise either leg with a foot approximately 6 in off the ground, keeping your foot to the ground. She just barely said six inches off the ground. Keep your feet parallel to the ground. 6 in. And he's not listening to the point where you see where his leg is. I had to make sure I paused it. You see where his leg is and he's like like this. Do I know you know that's not 6 in, but he's not listening. Don't even know if he heard the the the phrase of six inches. Don't even know. But this is I was so upset and I just watched him this morning for the first time. So, I'm fresh off of already being upset. Then I got to I'm watching him again. >> Both legs and your arms down. >> So, foot parallel to the ground. Okay. >> All right. Keep both legs straight and your arms down at the side. Holding that position. Count out loud in the following manner. >> Okay. 100,002 1,003 and so on until the word >> was her first sentence. I don't recall now. Do not start until I tell you to start for this one too because I think you get to listen to the instructions and then you do it. But he's already jumping the gun. >> Hold the stop. Keep your arms at your side at all times. >> And keep watching the raised foot. >> I'm going to demonstrate for you. Okay. >> Okay. >> And then you just tell me which foot you want to raise. Okay. >> I think I'm going to raise my right. >> Okay. approximately 6 in 1,00 1,002 1003 1004 and so on until I tell you >> you go. >> Okay. Tell you to be >> where where are his arms supposed to be? Can Can y'all answer where are his arms supposed to be versus where they are now? >> I got you. Do you understand? >> Yes, I are. >> Trying to think about which one left. Maybe the right. >> I'm going to raise the right. I'm going to I'm going to use the left on the ground. Okay. I might incorporate this in the PT. Well, incorporated, right, Mr. Sarcasm, Mr. Condescending. This ain't what you put your arms down like Noir said by your side. Not you can't do this. This is you're you're failing. You're already failing, [laughter] right? As Omar said and some others said, just his hand should be his arm should be in uh handcuffs by now. Yes, Gwen. He honestly might just be so used to knee lifts from football. Fine. Fine. But he don't listen cuz that's not what she said. [laughter] He's flying. >> She's got that. That's pretty good. I know that was at least eight or 9 seconds. By the way, >> it doesn't matter if it was 8 or 9 seconds. You have to go till she says stop. There was no set number. And it's going to be double digits most likely before a cop stops and says, "Okay." And you he did he even count out loud? Did we hear him say 1001,002? Probably not. Probably not. Oh, Lovable says, "Start making him repeat what you said before he actually does the exercise." If that's legal, I would totally do that with somebody like him. We can't move forward till you repeat back to me what I told you. He is very obnoxious, Nor. Very. He's [laughter] Gwen. I fly above. He's flying above all the haters. Girl, I was counting the goat, but girl, I have lost track. He didn't count. I didn't think so. Omar, >> do this consistently every day. But >> the right than the left, I feel like Oh, sorry. I'm going to go to the right. >> Sorry. >> I can go to the right if you want. Sorry. >> What is that? It's funny. I know exactly who you're talking about, Janetta. At least I feel like I do. You're talking about the cop that stepped in to say, "You need to go. You need to put your heel and toe together." We're watching from that cop's camera. So, he's still there cuz that's how we see this angle right now. He's still there. Pango said, "We're not having a chat to do the test." Right. >> So, preliminary. >> It does not determine the results of >> We're not doing that. I've never heard from both lawyers, don't ever do that. So, >> so he heard from lawyers not to take the breath test, but he never heard from lawyers, don't do the field sobriety test either because it'll hurt you in the long run. All right. Can someone put a stop to this madness? We're on to the next thing. Well, we're not. It's not. The madness will continue, but at least we've moved on to something else. And I'mma tell you now again, we are gonna get to a point where you think it's about to end and it's not because we're gonna look at her POV looking at him straight on as well. >> Did I pass this test? >> Turn on. >> No, I didn't. >> Can I use my phone real quick? Because there's a plane taking off my parents there. >> Okay, we'll get to that in a moment. Okay, but you can turn around. >> Okay, we just Okay, shoes if that's okay. >> Put your shoes on, but then I need you to turn around. Put your hands behind the back for me. Okay. Thank you. >> Can I call >> Omar said maybe he got bad knees? He has bad listening skills. He has horrible comprehension skills because she asked him, "Do you have any injuries?" And she might have said recent, but still, "Do you have any injuries that we should know about basically?" And I think he said one leg was stronger than the other. And she said you get your choice on which one you do the the thing on. So he has to make it clear that due to injuries I may I have I can't do these types of tests then we gonna be back on that Tiger Woods test that we had never seen before cuz I was like I failed that test too. It was so she she was like what did she say? It was like this but then it got like it was this anime like all these hand gestures I would be confused about about hey CeCe we'll get to that after that. >> We'll get to that. I know, but I'm saying they're literally waiting there with my son to to leave. >> Do you need two cuffs, sir, or are you okay with one? >> Please, one. >> Okay. >> Like two with the back. >> Go a little bit. >> Sorry y'all. I I think I booted myself out of the studio. I'm not sure. So, I'm back. Let me share my stuff again. I don't know what I I know I did accidentally hit a key, I think, when I sat my coffee cup down, but I'm sorry. Okay, we go back just a little bit. We weren't I don't think we were there for too long. I mean, I was gone for too long, but here we go. >> I've heard heard from both lawyers. Don't ever do that. So, >> did I pass this test? >> No, I didn't. >> Can I use my phone real quick because there's a plane taking off. My parents are there. >> Okay. >> We'll get to that, Mr. R. Okay. But you can turn around. You just Okay. Shoes if that's okay. >> Put your shoes on, but then I need you to turn around. Put your hands behind your back for me. Okay. >> Thank you. Can I call? >> This interaction is where I feel like the cop basically was saying, "If I didn't have you on camera, if I ain't have other people around, I I let you go ahead and go." That's what it that's kind of what it sound like to me. But maybe he's he could just be saying it to keep uh everything cool, calm, and collected. Maybe he's one that's like, "I still wouldn't let you go." Who knows? But this is where he sounds like, "Hey, if I could, I would." >> Oh, real quick. >> We'll get to that after that. We'll get to that. >> I know, but I'm saying they're literally waiting there with my son >> to to leave. >> Do you need two cuffs, sir, or are you okay with one? >> Please, one. >> Okay. >> Like two with the back? >> Yeah. So, it gives you a little more armor. >> Well, the back. I'm saying that was uncomfortable and they're >> Would you like >> Would you want the second set? >> I don't know what that means. >> Just a little bit easier on your shoulder. >> We'll give you two. >> I don't know what that means. >> We're just going to put two sets of cuffs on you. >> Two cuffs. Okay. >> We're just going to go a little bit easier on your shoulder. wider. >> Yeah, a little wider. A little easier on your shoulder. Okay. >> Yes, that is better. >> Can I seriously >> Oh, Purple Haze. I just got what you were saying. You're right. This is in my tain reference. This is in Wisconsin. This is He's not in Texas. He's in Wisconsin. That's right. That's why you kept saying Packers. I My brain didn't even connect. So, you're right. They I don't know if they would have got helped him anyway. You're right. You're right. I finally brain connected on there. >> Call the parents real quick and just tell them >> we've got some other stuff we got to get through first and then we'll >> we understand you got a child. I understand who you are. >> He's he's on a plan. >> I got you. And I understand who you are. We're going to try to make >> Yeah. >> We're We're going to get >> we'll get you through this. Okay. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to search one more time. Okay. Yep. >> He could have CTE since that can't be found out until unfortunately uh through an autopsy, right? Is that right? You got to be I know you can't be here no more. You can't be here on Earth anymore before they can tell if you got uh CTE. Um he could have TBI, but you know what? He also has alcohol in his system. [laughter] So, I'm sorry. If he was totally sober and this is what we were looking at, I would have to come back and be like, "Dang, um my bad." because the symptoms were looking like that. But that's not what it was. This man has alcohol in his system. I'm so sorry if that's that's on him to make his symptoms worse if he does have that thing. But yeah, no, this on him. [laughter] That STD. >> Anything else on you? >> Yep. >> No, >> nothing else on you. Okay. Nothing that's going to poke me, harm me, stick me or anything like that? >> I think you're good. >> Okay. I just ask everybody that. >> Yeah, you have to. >> Appreciate it. >> Spit your feet a little bit for me. Thanks. >> Uh, you want that side? >> Yeah, please. >> Okay. All right. Okay. uh grab a seat first and then there's >> no chance to call them. Just tell them what's going on. >> We're we're going to try to work with you as as best that we can. >> I know you're saying that you can't just literally >> statutoily we have to do things. >> Yes. Okay. I can This is perfect time to go on over here. Yes. Purple H said he's at le he's had at least two back surgeries as well. Lawyer ammunition, but he is drunk. No doubt about it. possible defense challenge for uh let me see if this is the one operating while intoxicated. What do we have here? Romo had undergone two back surgeries and repeatedly had difficulty understanding the walk and turn instructions. Were his mistakes on the balance-based field sobriety test actually caused by alcohol impairment? Or could his physical limitations and confusion with the instructions explain enough of his performance that the government cannot clearly and convincingly prove alcohol made him incapable of safely driving? So there's the back surgeries for his def possible defense challenge. Uh okay, we'll go back now. That's Yeah, that's the only one. All right. I was joking. I know he drunk. That's why I don't know why they wasted so much time on him. Uh I lost it. I don't know where I don't know where he going. Actually, I I forgot. Let me go back to it, though. Let me turn these off. There we go. >> In a in a legal way first. Yeah. And >> how long did you get? >> I I hope the the faster we get through >> sitting there being like, "What happened?" >> I got you. >> What are they flying out of? >> Like 20 minutes, right? >> Where? Where? >> Rine. >> Rine. >> Yeah. >> The Rine County Airport. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Well, KA maybe Diaz. I don't I don't actually know the call sign, but >> Okay. Like I said, she has to get through some paperwork and read you a couple things and then that kind of determines what happens from there. Okay. >> But once we get through all of that in the first moment that we can get to a phone call, we'll get >> I know this part of it though. I'm going to go ahead and say I want a lawyer. So, we're going to do that, right? So, do I do it now or do I do it later? >> She has to read you some things. Like I said, >> she's already read a bunch. So, >> law she has >> but she didn't read the thing she has to read at this moment. she has read to you. I understand you can't you don't have the at least the sober comprehension to understand what she has read so far but she has more to read to you because then stuff can get dropped if she does not read to you the mandatory statements she has to read to you to jail that was a field sobriety place oh that was dedicated for just sobriety okay or field sobriety test okay thank you cows >> to read you some more stuff okay >> try to make this as as as efficient as we can for you okay I I'll let you stretch out a little bit more, but to to stretch, but then I I'm gonna have >> No, I got to have you sit in the back of the car. >> Come on. Seriously? >> I understand. >> I play golf today. >> I understand. >> All right. You got a seat? >> Yep. About to get in. >> [snorts] >> Now, I will say this. I want to say it plainly. I do believe his back hurts right here, which is why I would have declined the field sobriety test. I do. But also, the other things I said are still true. But I obviously I do feel like his back be hurting. Like, I don't think he his back is not hurting after all that. Just want to point that out in case it looks like I'm ignoring the fact that his back could be hurting. [clears throat] Yeah, copy. Dealing with our subject now. Okay. >> You need some help? >> No, I just can't. Wait, Mr. Ro. >> I'm going in there. Mr. Ro, I have to have you. >> I promise you. I'm going. >> Mr. Romo, >> I'm going in there. I promise you. But I'm telling you, Mr. Like I don't think you have >> Mr. Romo. I understand. But I got to have you. I promise you. >> Okay. I need you to sit down. >> I'm just trying to make sure that I hold the right >> once you actually get there. When you're 8 years old as you'll get it. This is more reason why when I I say if you have medical conditions, you need to do more to not be in these situations. Tony Romo, where's your Uber? Where's a driver? Why did you have to be the one behind the wheel? And I'm going to say it's because of uh pride and stupidity because you really he did not have to the access he has. He didn't have to be the one behind the wheel. a friend, a a a yes man, somebody would drive his car so he don't have to get in another car and leave his car. He didn't have to be behind the wheel. So everything right now that is making him uncomfortable and feel things he wouldn't had to feel in the comfort of his own home. That's a him decision. That's the part like and then oh another thing I wanted to say when he was like uh do we really have to do this or however he worded it. So many you know little phrases that they use. But my thing is, while you're asking that, to me, what I'm hearing is, do we really have to hold me accountable for possible attempted murder or at least attempted serious maming? Because all I think about is that cop that got his leg severed from a drunk driver or the ones we watch with the people just they they're not here anymore. They're just dead. They're not even there's no missing limb. They just aren't here anymore. So when I hear them say, "Oh, can you let me go this time?" Or, "Oh, is it that big of a deal?" Somebody missing a leg is a big deal. Somebody dying is a big deal. So yeah, sit here and take your consequences. Yeah, he was COMING FROM OH, YEAH. ALL before 803. You just came in clutch. You done played a whole golf tournament and you okay, but now it's time to sit down in this in this seat and you going through all this. Didn't even think about that. That is a great point. His back wasn't hurting before they stopped him. Auntie Natty, you brought it in, too. Give them an inch. They take a yard. [laughter] The yard part's funny because he plays football. Um, this all looks uncomfy. Why? Cow said, "Get your in the car." Omar said his restaurants are pretty good. [laughter] Let me see. Gen [clears throat] X here. My back is sore after 18, too, though. Oh, after 18 holes. I hear you. Um, I'm getting sympathetic pain right now. He's making my back hurt just looking at all this. But yeah, no, I'm not. And I'm still not gonna say he don't have back pain, especially after surgeries. I'm not gonna say that. But but but he chose to drink and drive. So either he's actually uncomfortable from real pain or he's overexaggerating. Either way, this is all his choice. But now I hear you on the back stuff, though. You need >> help getting your other foot in. >> Just one sec. One sec. One more sense. Sorry. >> I just wonder would he need all these stretches if he was still driving his truck home? Would he stop every two to three se 20 to 30 seconds and be like I had to pull over on the shoulder. Got to stretch one more second. One more second. That's I feel like he playing it up some. He's playing up a little bit cuz he was driving just fine. He was over there. He was driving so good. The reason he got pulled over, let me show you the image again if you just came in here. The reason he got pulled over, learned a new term, is because he tried he passed a car along the gore area, which is this yellow triangle. Let me see here. This yellow triangle, let take this off right here where the lanes merge in between where the lanes merge. He passed somebody right there. So, he was comfortable enough to be like, you know, doing all that. And again, was he pulling over every 20, 30 seconds to stretch his back out? So, there's some playing up in here, too. Oh, hold on. Get this back down. There we go. Okay. >> Thank you, Mr. Romo. Minute recording. It's back of the squad car now. >> All right. I'll let y'all decide. You got to give me quick yes or no so I don't uh prolong this too long. But do you want to just go over his charges now or do you want to see the POV where she's directly in front of him? Uh well, she's got to talk to him again. Then it's going to her POV where he's directly in front of her doing the test. So the the question is sorry yes or no. Do you want to skip? Sorry y'all. Do you want to keep watching? Yes. Or do you want to uh not watch? No. So that's what I'm asking. [laughter] This is the accused. Under Wisconsin law, I'm required to read this notice to you. You have either been arrested for an event that involves driving or operating a motor vehicle after using alcohol or drugs for or you are suspected of driving or being at any time with respect to a commercial motor vehicle after using alcohol or drugs. This law enforcement agency now wants to test one or more samples of your breath, blood or urine to determine the concentration of alcohol or drugs in your >> All right. [laughter] Hey. Hey. All right, let's go over his charges. We got charges is the vote. Okay. Yep. They're going to see Natty charges. Lovable. Is that for guilty? You put the one in there for guilty. Oh, I have the poll, too. Here, y'all can do the poll. I did actually have it prepared. Let me see where did I put it at. There it goes. You can take the poll for guilty, not guilty, not enough information. Okay. Um, so charges. First charge, operating while intoxicated. First offense, prosecutors generally must prove Romo drove or operated a motor vehicle and while doing so, he was under the influence of an intoxicant to a degree that rendered him incapable of safely driving. Possible sentencing penalties include a $150 to $300 forfeite, a mandatory driver improvement sir charge, and revocation of driving privileges for 6 to n months. There is no jail sentence for an ordinary first offense. Wisconsin OWI. I see Love Level said, "However I like." Thank you, Love. I appreciate that. Yes, the bar carts are busy for these high-end golf tournaments. Tony here, I'm sure never had to take out his wallet. Oh, yeah. Probably not. Sorry, not sorry. Okay, I see a lot of guilties. Next charge, cuz he's Let's see. Two of four. Where's the next charge? Unsafe passing on the right. Prosecutors generally must prove Romo overtook or passed another vehicle on the right and the maneuver did not satisfy Wisconsin's legal requirements for passing on the right, including that it made including that it be made under conditions permitting the movement to be performed safely. The deputy described the reason for the stop as unsafe passing on the right, lane deviation, and cutting across the gore/marked area, which the gore we have identified as this yellow triangle. Possible sentencing penalties include a forfeite of $30 to $300. And I'm wondering Wisconsin labels for forfeite because usually we just say fine usually. Um 3C previous statement. I just woke up. I got you. Okay. Fair. Ace. Fair. Next one is possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle because I don't know if I got there, but they found they call them shooters. They found shooters in his in his vehicle. The little shot bottles. So he he had alcohol in there. So, it says civil traffic violation. Prosecutors generally must prove Romo was the owner of the vehicle or the driver when the owner was not present and the vehicle was on a highway and an alcohol container in the vehicle had been opened, had it seal broken, or had some of its contents removed and the open container was kept or allowed to remain in the driver or passenger area of the vehicle rather than an area permitted by the statute. Yeah. $30. Yeah. Purple Haze. Possible sentencing for this one is up to $100. Last charge, refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. Prosecutors generally must prove the deputy had probable cause to believe Romo was operating while under the influence and Romo was lawfully arrested for OWI. And the deputy gave Romo the required informing the accused warnings, which is the statement she still had to read when he was like, "She already she already read it to me. She didn't read that yet, sir." And Romo refused the requested evidentiary chemical test. [clears throat] All right. Possible sentencing. Penalties for a first refusal include a one-year revocation of driving privileges and generally a one-year ignition interlock device requirement or participation in a qualifying 247 sobriety program. That's if he's actually sentenced is the problem though. Wasn't he getting on a flight? He said he was picking up kids. He said he was picking up kids from the airport. His kids. All right. This one here, let me take the comments off the screen. All right, y'all. This is the Nikita Dragon. I wasn't sure. I had to go Google it. We will continue to criticize actions and not identifi identification because I did verify apparently Nikita Dragon is a transgender woman and that's not coming up in my chat. There's a firm boundary. I'm not dealing with that because people will still be out here dragging me while y'all done forgot what you commented. Not doing it. So just the same way we do everybody else just about their actions. You know how we do. Just keep it there. Okay. And then Auntie Natty Ashley I think is in here. lovables in the library. Who else wasn't in here? Leia's grandma was in here. If you see something questionable, just please just go ahead and delete it. Just just that way I could just keep it safe. I don't want I want none of that smoke. All right. So, YouTube star commits disgusting act in custody. And this is Nikita Dragon. I watched some of it. It was a lot going on. So, here we go. >> One more. >> Don't do that. You're going to get you're going to go to jail if you do that. You get you want to say >> don't make me ask somebody to smite your >> but >> please don't do that >> Leon Celelesio sit down. Want to challenge my womanhood. They will scream my name. >> Police respond to reports of a disorderly guest at a luxury hotel in Miami, Florida, where a person is allegedly walking around the pool area naked and causing a disturbance. But what begins as a minor incident quickly escalates, resulting in felony charges, a viral arrest, and growing controversy over how the system treated one of social media's most recognizable faces. >> Oh no, I have to pee. Oh. >> The following report is based on official police records, and some of the footage has never been seen before until now. Around 6:00 p.m. on November 7th, 2022, a 911 call comes in from staff at the Good Time Hotel in Miami Beach. >> There's somebody here causing a disturbance on the restaurant level, undressing, no clothes, and everything and whatnot. >> The person is naked. >> You hear him right now? >> Male [clears throat] or female? >> I don't know which one it is, but it's one of them. >> Okay. >> And she's throwing water on my foot. Hey, I'm talking loud, dog. I'm not the one, dog. I'm not going to lie to you. I am not the one. My >> Minutes later, the first officer arrives on scene where the security guard who made the 911 call is already waiting outside to explain the situation. >> Yeah, she upstairs. She They telling me I'm going to call the general manager, but they telling me she's VIP, but I don't do VIP or not. You can't do that, dog. I caught the lady in the back of the house walking in the back. So, I'm like, "Hey, what's she doing here? She ain't got no clothes on towel. She's walking through Strawberry Moon. She tripping now." asking, "Hey, you this, hi." Stopping at the bar. Ma'am, you are not dressed to be here. I need you to go to your room. Oh, don't talk to me like that. This that she going this take some water from deli ask water on me. All type for that dog. I don't give a friend. I don't care how much money they got. Y'all not going to be disrespecting me at all over here. >> That's why I called y'all, bro. Cuz I'm about to fold this. Put it in pancake batter. >> So, show it all. Well, I'm here now and I'm going to try to help you out as best as I can. Okay. >> The guard leads the officer. >> As much as I know my people. I don't think I've heard. I'm about to fold them and put them in pancake batter. That That was new to me. Creative. Very creative. >> Inside and attempts to reconnect with another staff member as they seemingly lost sight of the individual. >> I'm right here. >> I don't see you unless you see that front desk. >> I Where she at? So we at least make a report. Somebody got to call. I don't care if VIP not VIP, but I'm call right now. But >> oh my god. Oh, hi sir, sir. Officer Leon. >> Look what I got into. They better pay me over time. >> But the guest is quickly located just as the officer's partner arrives on scene. Security then leads both officers to make contact. I just want this document. See what I'm saying? >> Security knocks several times without a response. But when the officer steps in and announces their presence, someone finally answers. >> Miami Beach Police. We need to talk to you. Open the door, please. >> Is everything okay? >> Uh, obviously not. We we'd have to have to talk to you >> about the disturbance from earlier. >> Oh my gosh. >> This is 26-year-old Nikita Inguin, more famously known as Nikita Dragon, a transgender beauty influencer and internet personality with a massive online following. But this time, Nikita is about to become the center of a very different kind of spotlight. >> What? We just came here to speak to you about the your incident from earlier. >> You don't speak to me. We want to let you know. >> Yes. >> As a collective, >> are you sorry? >> I'm not sorry for anything. You threw water on me, man. >> All right. >> Nikita retreats back into the hotel room, seemingly ending the conversation. But what was meant to be a simple verbal warning was about to escalate to something far more serious. >> Go back. >> What would you guys like us to do? >> The next complaint I get, her, >> do you guys want her out? The person I'm >> Did I not put you out? Do you want more? >> You get one more. >> Don't do that. You're going to get You're going to go to jail if you do that. >> You get you insane. This is >> Don't do that. >> Come on. >> Oh, no. >> Jesus Christ. >> Deputies are able to quickly place Nikita in handcuffs without resistance, but the calm doesn't last long. >> Please face forward. >> My water hit me too, by the way. Oh, you didn't like it? >> No, I didn't. >> You didn't like any left? Then stay out of the way. >> I was out of the way. >> Okay. Well, then don't let a mother ever step to me. >> Please don't do that. There's no need for that. >> Oh, >> there is no need to act the way you're acting right now. >> Let me tell you what, the whiplash between the mood swings on this one, it's just like when we watched was were we watching DUIs or just drunk people or traffic stops? I don't know what we were watching, but every last one of them had a mood swing. This is There's a lot of mood swings going on in this one. >> Okay. >> At the end of the day, >> can I go this? Can I go this? >> Say please. >> Say please. >> You're going to escalate this. >> No, I'm not. Let's go. >> For absolute no reason. >> Where's escalating? >> Listen to me. >> Yes. >> We're giving you a lawful order. You are under arrest. We're asking you to let go of that. >> I'm not going to. I'm not going to. Take it from me. >> Okay. Do you understand that you're under arrest? >> Yeah, that's fine. Take it from me. Take my bag from my hand. Take the bag from my hand. >> Don't do that. >> I'm not Okay, >> don't do that. >> There's no need for that. Don't do that. >> Oh, >> you do not have to do that. What are you doing? >> Can you please let go of the bag? Outside, they meet up with a female officer who prepares to conduct a standard search before transport. >> You have anything on you? >> Um, what? >> What kind of thing? >> You have any weapons or anything? >> One of mass destruction between my leg girl. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything else? >> No, just a dream and knowing exactly who I am now. But clearly not everybody knows. Nikita is placed in the back of a patrol vehicle and transported to the Miami Beach Police Department for initial processing. Upon arrival at the station, officers escort Nikita to a separate room to change into a different set of clothes inside a nearby bathroom. >> Yes, I agree. They are being very patient, Gwen. Super super patient. Bye, Noir. She's trying to go viral, I bet. Oh, yeah. She definitely I think every She might even know I could just go get this body cam footage for myself. But I agree. It's all about attention, attention, attention. Auntie Netty, however it comes, no matter the cost. >> FBI, >> here when you go. Are these your clothes? >> Okay. One second. >> Can I switch them to the front so you can put But it won't be nothing. >> Can't close the door. I'm just give you a second. >> Don't rush me. >> I'm just asking. I'm not rushing. >> Okay. Don't >> Don't >> I'm just asking. I'm not rushing. >> Okay. Put the pants on. >> Put the pants on. She is too erratic. It's And it's almost spit mask time for me cuz you start doing a little too much. It's like, hey, just precautionary. Can we put the spit mask on her, too? >> And they're on. >> Okay. So, sister, I put them on. I will, but let me move this cuz it's hurting my >> Okay. >> Okay. I try to get dressed up, but you know, I pull up like this cuz that means I can suck easier. And I bend over at him, too. And they can come bullets cuz men love girls like me more than girls like you. >> Okay. Okay. No, I'm just telling you what is a fact. >> After the exchange, Nikita finishes getting dressed and is cuffed to the bench just outside the room. But what officers don't yet realize is this won't be the last time pants become a problem. >> I have to ask for their report policywise. >> What do you want to be identified as? >> A man. >> Okay. [music] >> I'm mad that she's singing more than anything. like, "Can you just shut up? [laughter] I don't want to hear you singing this." [clears throat] >> As the deputy begins filling out Nikita's paperwork, tensions rise when questions come up about the location of certain personal items. >> You have anything else in here? >> No. Oh, I got panties. >> There's no panties in here. >> Huh? >> There's no panties in here. You have lip gloss. >> But I'mma let it go. I'mma let it go. I am going to let it go. Go. Get Get out of my Please. Go >> because of that, I'm not going anywhere. >> Out of my sight. >> You don't want to show here. >> I do. The interaction continues to escalate with Nikita growing increasingly agitated the longer the conversation goes on. >> Oh, you're being so mean to a trans girl. I can't believe you as a woman are not going to validate my >> the one that started it. >> You're challenging my womanhood. Let's go. You >> very very um would obstinate be the right word? Very contrarian because you are respectfully as and I'm only speaking about her. I don't like speaking on whole communities. Like I don't like people trying to lump black people into one group. So I'm only I'm speaking about her. But the officer was respectful to say what do you identify as? You say man and then you then say she's not being a girl's girl and a woman's woman and everything. It's very confusing for someone that is trying, you know, because a lot of people aren't. We look I'm not even gonna go there. That's why I That's why I said look, we just not gonna stay respectful. But yeah. Um, she she was the officer to me was very respectful of asking you, "What do you want me to put down?" And then you switched up in like two sentences. >> Challenge down. You want to challenge my womanhood? I don't even got to get up out of here. What's up? >> How am I challenging your womanhood? Please tell me. >> You want to [ __ ] up? Come here. Come here now. >> Relax. >> Come here. Oh, you're going to hide behind Oh, you want to hide? Oh, you want to hide behind there? Oh, you didn't hide. That's I got a army at my disposal. Darus, I am unburned. >> Not Game of Thrones. Now, I'm here for some Dakar. Oh, she is her her her stage name is Dragon. So, I can see why she already I like some Game of Thrones. This is what I figure I'mma do. Off topic, but I'mma get I'mma get HBO for a month so I can binge this last this most recent season of House of the Dragons. And I'm canceling HBO once I finish because I'm not paying it every month for one show I like that comes out every 3 4 years. It's not happening. >> Girl, this is not Game of Thrones. Come at me. I know who the I am. Nicholas Antonio win breaker of mother chains. Mother dragon of her name. I just got by God cuz he said I got the best in the world and my good too. And he wanted to make me come and I waited. I waited and THE BACK OF YOU IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE FRONT of you. BUT THANK GOD you're sparing me because God damn it. You look like even more of a dude than before because at the end of the day at the end of the mother day >> at the end of the day the day got to end and so hopefully this body cam ends. We are actually pretty early. So after this cuz I was going to be done after this. I thought it was going to take longer. There is a 40inute video of a attorney dad that I thought was gonna come in there and cuddle his daughter because the title said when the a lawyer dad arrives for the daughter's shoplift or whatever but he actually was he first thing he said when he got in that room he said your ass is grass. I was like oh. So I was watching that before I had to see y'all. So let me know. Do you want one more video after this? But it is like a 40 minute video. Um well oh and I'm just going to randomly start saying girl this ain't Game of Thrones because that was funny to me. [laughter] My says M for male male. And like I said, this is a man's world. This is a man's world. >> But as the verbal assault continues, the officer fires back at Nikita. >> Damn girl, you thick, girl. But not even in a good way. You're built like a brick. >> At least mine is real. >> Mine feels real and God. >> Yours is not real. >> Huh? >> Yours is not real. >> What kind of it? Can someone at least get me a thing of water? Make yourself useful fire girl. Give me a glass of water. >> Act right or you can get water. >> Huh? >> Act right and you can get water. >> Give me water or I will rain right the here. You want to step to me again? Let's go. Let's go. >> Is it worth it? >> Yes. >> You don't think you're going to lose a bunch of followers like that? >> Nope. >> Nope. >> They will scream my name. Nikita begins spitting on the handcuffs, attempting to slip free of them. >> Stop trying to take the handcuff off. You're going to get a handcuff on the other hand, too. >> Okay. >> What did you just To prevent any further issues, officers decide to cuff Nikita's other hand to the bench, securing both arms. But just when they think things have settled down, Nikita does something no one could have expected. The deputies continue securing Nikita's second hand to the bench, but Nikita begins pushing the female officer with a leg, prompting the officer to rush back over to assist. >> You're going to stay like that, bro. Okay. I'm going to fight you, but your friends. I can't believe I'm just having to stay here with my truck on my wedding day. >> Officers leave the room momentarily and seconds later, Nikita performs another foul act of defiance. >> Oh no, I have to pee. >> Here I go. Oh no. Oh, that was funny. A short time later, officers returned to escort Nikita out of the station and into a transport van bound for the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. Though the ride there was anything but quiet. Oh, Leia's grandma. I'm sorry. I usually give a warning about how nasty they are. I'm so sorry cuz I usually think about I ain't going to name another thing that's nasty, but my bad. I I definitely meant to warn. This is disgusting. When they arrive at the correctional center, they're forced to wait behind other incoming transports. But inside the van, Nikita grows impatient. >> Here we go. >> No, you we're in line waiting. >> For them to allow us in there's >> a jail. >> It's a jail. >> I don't wait in line. Call us. >> We do though. The officers are soon allowed entry and begin waiting in the drop off area for the intake process to begin. But as the minutes pass, Nikita's behavior once again begins to draw attention. >> Nikita, are you name bro? >> Did he pee on you? >> No, not on me. Hey, you have to call us for the van, too. God damn it, man. >> Soon after, correctional staff asked the arresting officers how Nikita prefers to be identified. His license is female, but he identifies as him and he has male switched to female. But as of right now, Dave wants to be addressed as >> the officers open the van doors, allowing Nikita to step out, then place Nikita on a nearby bench to wait for inmate clothing and an intake check by the jail nurse. But just as things begin to move forward, Nikita sets sights on someone new and the t >> Oh god, before that happens, Akuo, thank you so much for gifting five trendy memberships. According to new sources, Nikita was charged with felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor battery, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,000, though Nikita was ultimately released on recgnissance. During the bond hearing, Nikita claimed to have been placed in the male section of the facility and requested a transfer. The statement sparked controversy as Nikita is legally recognized as female. Despite reportedly telling both police and correctional staff Nikita identifies as male. However, Miami date corrections disputed this, stating that Dragon remained in an open booking area during intake and was later held alone in a separate cell due to high-profile status. Following the incident, Nikita was reported to have taken a hiatus from public appearances and social media to f focus on personal well-being. But >> I don't believe to focus on personal well-being. Kudos to them for doing a open area and then a isolated sale because definitely that was a trap. That was a trap. Um because yes and thank goodness they had it on body camera on what on what she said cuz she definitely said that. Definitely did. Um I'm using all the pronouns in this one just so you know. I recognize at one point they said I'm a male so I'm just doing all the pronouns because after this I'm out. I'm done. I'm not doing this. We going to the next video. I'm not doing this. Uh, let me see. As he should have because Oh, yeah. Yeah. Okay. All right. Yes. EWU is a fave. As you see, I'm already subscribed. I'm already there cuz EW is one of the goats in in in giving information. Akudo, I do love this channel. We got I have a lot now, but Midwest Safety, EWU, oh, there's so many others as we come across them. The the one that does the legal analysis, I can't remember his channel name right now, but I love those cuz I'm like I'll just try to add my little two cents when I can, but I I definitely like getting uh good information. Let's see. Uh yeah. Oh, that's I have that's how I found their channel. I have a lot of theirs saved up for interrogation. I audit. The audit is a good one. I want to um because whoever asked could we do interrogations and I said I'll try to do it like once a month. So, one of the body cam days will turn into an interrogation day. EW is one of those channels I have for interrogations. Oh, I have this for y'all. This was the the court I think it's the same crime. So, here y'all. Oh, then we got to go over the charges, too. Hold on. I'm I'm just skipping all my duties. All right. Possible defense challenge for battery on a Leo. The officer was reportedly hit with water when Dragon swung an open bottle during the confrontation with hotel security. Did Dragon intentionally direct the water at the officer or was the officer incidentally splashed during an act directed at the security employee? After we watched, and we just watched it. So, first charge, battery on a Leo. Prosecutors generally must prove dragon actually and intentionally touched or struck the officer against the officer's will or intentionally caused bodily harm to the officer and the person was a Leo and the officer was engaged in the lawful performance of official duties and Dragon knew the person was a Leo. Possible sentencing penalties include up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. Second charge, battery. Prosecutors generally must prove dragon actually and intentionally touched or struck another person against that person's will or dragon intentionally caused bodily harm to another person. Charge number three, disorderly conduct. Uh prosecutors generally must prove dragon engaged in conduct that affected the peace and quiet of people who witnessed it. That's for sure. Constituted brawling or fighting or otherwise amounted to a breach of the peace or disorderly conduct. Possible sentencing. Penalties include up to 60 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. And now we can watch the quick court clip and then we'll go to the dad, the attorney dad that came in on the girls that was shoplifting. One's his daughter. The other one is not his daughter. >> Can we just confirm how to be a little confusing? >> What is it? What' you say? >> The volume. >> Hello. Ma'am, you were arrested for battery on a corrections officer, disorderly conduct or no batter on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, then a battery in violation of a county city ordinance. I will appoint the public defender's office for you. >> It looks like, please do not make any statements or comments while we're here in court. >> You want me to call you in your case? Okay. >> What would you prefer me to address you as your title? >> Can't hear him. So, it looks like um she's here on >> She she and her >> Oh, okay. That's fine. Thank you. >> Looks like she's here on vacation. >> Oh, from New York, >> right? There was an incident at the hotel. >> So, let me read what happened. The Good Times Hotel. Okay. The battery is throwing water or spilling water at the officer and the security guard. We got no objection to reducing the behind. You're you're going to order that you stay away from the Good Times Hotel. Do you have to go there to get your personal belongings? >> I do. >> All right. So, you're not allowed to go go back there, but you can return there to get your personal belongings. Otherwise, you got to stay away from there. And if you go there to get your personal belongings, I don't know. State, you want to stay away? She doesn't live here. >> I mean, I think that she caused trouble at the hotel. I don't think they want her back there. And I don't think it's too restrictive. >> All right. So, just go there and get your personal belongings. You should go with the police officer. Okay. >> Thank you so much. I would like to thank the staff. They've been very lovely. >> All right. Let me um just write this out. >> I don't know. I hate this victim demeanor right now. It's killing me. Like, that's what's pissing me off. You literally literally showed your ass [laughter] and now it's thank you for, you know, being so nice, blah, blah, blah. No, I don't want to hear it. Act like you was acting in that body cam. Let's keep it keep it just like that cuz to me, I know she I know she's sober now, but either way, I just feel like it's some stuff that be in people. And again, that that um attention addiction is real. But dog, be the little nasty, crude person you were being on that body cam. I don't like this. It's It just feels like she's performing this and it's it's making me mad. >> What What do you want me to do? >> You just reduce the bond. >> Do you have money to post the bond? >> How much [snorts] is it? >> I don't know. >> I was thinking a,000 count one and then 500 2 and three. >> I might have to I might have to check. $1,000 count one 500 count two 500 count three >> judge would you consider an RO >> I can't do that for this charge I'm sorry >> and the defendant is not from here >> I can't I got to set a bond it's a $2,000 bond if there's any reason you can't afford to pay a bond use the free phone at the jail to call the public defender's office and they can readress this with your division judge all right >> your honor may I ask one question >> um may I do I have to stay here in the men's unit too. >> Yeah, I don't make the rules up there, but they should make a proper accommodation for you. You should be in a separate a separate area. You can you can contact the um bondsman to try and get you out. Miss Corey, do you want to note your file that makes to follow up to make sure she's able to get hold of a bondsman that bonds out? >> Um yes, judge. Miss Dragon, can I please have your phone number or contact number that once you're out, we can get in touch with you? >> Yes, ma'am. It's the same one I've had my entire life. So, when you get out, please keep in touch with the public defenders office and I'll make a note for the attorney to reach out to you soon. See if you can get in touch with the bondsman. Okay. >> J, can you repeat the bond? >> Sure. It's $1,000 count one for the battery on the law enforcement officer. Count two. >> See, that's what I'm saying. Blowing man, whatever. Whatever on this woo breathing in the camera. Shut up. Okay, here we go for the dad. The attorney dad. See here. Okay. So, that's how far I got. I didn't get to watch the whole thing, but he came in. He came in hot. Oh, the other dad showed up. See, I don't know. I didn't see green shorts dad yet. The one in the white shirt and black shorts is the attorney dad. Um, so I don't know how the other one showed up, but he look the stance they put him in look like he ain't playing either with his kids. Um, this this is AI because I don't think they made this face when y'all start seeing when the first dad came in. So, I don't know. I feel like they just made them make this pose. This is not it right here. Um, oh, thank you, Purple Haze. All right, so the moment Lawyer dad shows up for his arrested daughter, this is a bonus, so we're done after this one. 26. Deputies responded to a Target after loss prevention caught two women shoplifting. Store security stopped them for hiding merchandise and trying to leave with unpaid items in their carts. When the deputy arrived, both suspects were already in the back office. But as he began gathering their information, their stories and their ages didn't add up. Back again. >> How y'all doing? They're not they're not any sisters. They're actually going to be uh turn out to be friends. So, but I'm like, how was how far was this law going to go? Because they'd have to find an adult to say, "Hey, your juvenile is about to go to jail or the detention center." So, I don't even get why lying about that in the first place. Like, you thought they was going to let you walk out 17 years old. We don't have to contact an adult or whatever. So, this whole lie was stupid. Then they say they were still enrolled in high school, I believe. And he was like, you know, what's your GPA? That's when he goes to say his office and uncle dad talk and stuff but just lying. Now that I know she lying, she look like she lying. Talking about Yeah, they're both minors. Who is this? Who Who is she claiming to be? I missed it. But she lying. She could get in trouble for that. >> First, please go. >> Different last name. >> They're both your daughter. >> Well, I'm the guardian right now and I'm >> Oh, we claiming guardian. You see how he said so they both your daughters? She said I'm claiming guardian. And then if she had if she had came in here and lied. Well, she's still lying, but he said, "Are you the mama?" And they said they had different moms when they were like, "We're stepsisters." So that would HAVE BEEN BUT OH, you can get arrested for this. I think they tried to get a friend to get them. Ace that way. Oh, that's the gag. That was the workound of their stupid lie. This is the adult to come get them so they can claim they're 17 instead of an adult like 18 or over. Oh, allegedly, Omar, my shirt's coming in the next couple days, but Yep. Allegedly, that's what they doing or that's what she's doing. Omar, >> you're the guardian? >> Yes. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. So, um, do you have any other questions for us? >> No, I know where they're going. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Um, since mom's out of town, I hope that won't be a issue. So, what's your relation to them? Um, that's my niece and that's my that's her. >> Are they related? >> No. >> She Oh god. Was she not in on the related lie? Cuz why would you say you're their guardian? Does she Is she in on the stepsister lie? Which is crazy. Oh my god. Either way, it's done. >> H Why y'all lie to me? They going to find out anyway. >> So, who's who's your niece? >> This is my niece. >> The tall one? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> They going to find out. >> Who's your mom? When you go to the jab, you're not going to release you to >> to a friend of they will release to your parents or guardian, but you don't need to be honest so that you don't have to spend a lot of time there. I don't think you want to spend a whole lot of time there unless you like being in jail. I'm going to text you this number if you could uh call the me please. I don't have my right. >> All right. You got any other questions for us? >> No. >> Okay. And uh All right. Thank you. >> Okay. I'll be right. How >> about the name on top? Uh I mean I >> Yeah. Oh my god. >> Oh, they just realized something that could change their lives for a little bit at least. She said something. I wish I could hear what they said. >> Oh my god. >> It sound like tuition, right? Did y'all What word did y'all hear? I'mma do it one more time. Let me know if you hear what she kind of saying. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. Timber tomato 952. She didn't. >> You want me to try my actual That's what I'm saying. for you. [laughter] >> Hey, come in. >> Go ahead. >> 14. >> Hi, this is Stephie Gravine12. If you can't see the text on the screen, cuz it depending on what you're watching on, it's going to be pretty small anyway. But it says the deputy caused the school to verify their story. Cuz now we know so far that they aren't related cuz that's the part the cop say, "Why are y'all lying?" But they haven't verified that they don't go to that school yet that they named. So now the deputy is calling to verify um about the school part. >> Wondering if you could confirm students for me. Grave line. >> L I >> What's your last name? What's your student number? >> Yeah. >> Have a good night. How you doing, sir? Your ass is grass. >> Daddy came in. I'mma replay that. [laughter] Daddy came in there. He is not playing. Oh my gosh. Okay, that's I think the one in the burgundy sweater. I think that's her dad. The one the first one to show up. But um Well, I agree. That GPA might have been a lie, too. If we lying about everything else, 3.8 GPA, you can be smart and no common sense. But now I'm like everything is a lie until proven otherwise. Omar, I'm with you on that one. [laughter] Um, hiding faces is hilarious. Oh, and I agree that they cannot whisper. They cannot whisper. Your ass is grass. I could [laughter] >> I'm telling you now. >> I'm sorry. >> How you doing, sir? Your ass is grass. I'm telling you now. >> I'm sorry. >> Don't care. They standing here. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. >> Yeah. >> You the father. >> Yep. >> Yes. >> Trying to confirm. >> Okay. Somebody else is getting by. >> That sneaky that that father diamond that sneaky [ __ ] get outside with her and you. >> Okay. Unfortunately, um they're not getting released. They going to the detention center. Okay. >> Yes, sir. All right. Um, >> so they're they're friends. They're not uh >> Oh, you want to take it? >> Uh, did you just go to Suns like just now this year? >> Yeah. >> So, are they friends? They're just friends, right? >> Okay. >> All right. Um, >> she's in 12th grade. Now, I just want to put in here how she slipped her truth in after she lied, lied, lied because they said they were actively enrolled in that school. Obviously, they don't know the student number because they ain't got one no more. They don't go there no more. And she was like, "You said you just got there." The officer asked her that and she was like, "No, I just left." Because you weren't. Cuz they asked, "Were you actively enrolled in that school?" And they know that's what they said. Yes. Before they thought their lies couldn't be proven otherwise. Then she tried to slip in there real fast. Oh, no. I I just left. She told me my mom's name and number was >> I just want to confirm that. Um All right. >> All right. So, they're going to be um you just >> at the detective center on 45th. All right. >> Uh they got to go for processing and then what's up? Um, I would Is it tomorrow or I pick them up tonight? They'll let they're probably let her go tonight. I don't think she's ever been arrested before right now. >> Yeah, I would just uh >> So, right now they're still under the impression that they're under 18, I believe, as well. They know that they're not sisters now. They know they haven't went to that school or the deputy is almost done on the phone to find out they never went to or they aren't currently enrolled in that school. Then they're about to find out they're not under 18 because the detention center I believe was for the minors, but they're not minors. >> Do you need the contact number or No, they still work though. >> Okay. All right. So the government >> number two. Can I give my direct phone number? >> Not right now. Okay. So, uh I guess that's it. Do you have any questions for us? >> Can I get you a license? >> Yeah. >> This the [ __ ] >> Is that your real name? They're saying you don't go to that school. [snorts] >> Yeah. >> She don't go to Sun Coast no more. She graduated. >> All right. She Her dad just told me that she graduated. >> Stop. Stop. >> All right. >> Now, now's the time for you to tell me before I waste these people's time. >> Did you graduate, too? >> You graduated. >> What's your dad, bro? >> This one? >> Yeah. >> High school. >> Yeah. >> It don't matter. When they take that fingerprint, all that crazy [ __ ] they going to get you. I don't know what you >> She told me 2009. >> Oh, 11 07. >> Why' you lie about your day at birth, man? >> Dude, you know crimes, right? This is like your TV show. This this the stuff that you stealing. >> Yeah. So, bringing hoodie, she stole this. And then the other one, right, she stole this. >> But like I said, she was this what she she took similar items the other night. >> Come on, man. >> I I That's some [ __ ] [ __ ] >> What's your number? So I tried to warn you before I started asking questions the other night. >> Lovable said my mom would have come in a little hotter and they would have arrested her as well. She would have told them well you raised her thieving a [clears throat] tell you what my mama would have had me hemmed up on that wall. Lovable never ever can you call my mom to come get me cuz I was caught stealing. True story. I actually was caught stealing as a kid and that was the one my mom handed over to my dad and that was the worst. That was the worst. I was like, "Oh, the daddy's girl. That's the worst." That was the last whooping I got to. That was my last whooping. It was only probably my second in my life. It was the second and the last one. I was like, "Oh god, never stole again after that though." But I had a little I ain't going to hold y'all. Look, I had a little like system going cuz I wasn't stealing like items out of a store. I was stealing cash out of wallets. I was I stopped after I got that woman. I stopped. But boy, I was I was in wallets. >> You [laughter] gave me the wrong data, bro. >> All right. That's identifiable information. You mean something to charge, right? Okay. So, 08 not you going you going to big girl jail >> that place sucked even more >> and what's your date bro >> 08 >> 087 >> Why would you lie about that Australia activated the driveway and a white male >> both 18. >> That makes this a lot more simple. >> All right, let me get your swing statement. >> Oh, you put your hand down. Uh, can you walk me through what happened tonight, Bloom? >> Uh, so on the cameras, I saw two repeat subjects enter the store, grab electric carts. They were the bus for both made various items each. I continue to watch them throughout the store. >> Um, then one subject selected a purple bin. Again, just she put inside the cart. She walked around or rolled around in the cart. She stopped in the aisle, put the selected items in. with the amount of items that they stole and it was stupid stupid stuff that they stole. But with the amount of items they stole, obviously this not their first rodeo and we also know this is at least their second time because the loss prevention person said they saw one of the girls a few nights before that she was still in but she didn't get caught then like physically caught. Um so that lie has probably worked. that dumb lie about, oh, we're 17 and then, oh, this is our guardian and nobody asked further questions to the third girl. And so the and nobody's calling the school. Like, these officers are more thorough. They call the school. Are you enrolled? All this other stuff. So, they probably got away with the silly lies until someone asked a couple more questions. >> The bin, >> they continue both to roll around the store till they made their way to the front. Uh, one subject completed a purchase for just the bin and a gift bag. Another subject completed a transaction for other items, um, but not rendering payment for a pair of shoes. And then the other subject not payment for the things inside the bin. So once they finished the transactions, they exit the store. I announced myself as target security. Brought them back in the office to identify them. >> Okay, perfect. And they have passed all points of sale. >> Yes, sir. >> And you want to press charges you want to prosecute? >> Yes, sir. >> All right, perfect. Is there anything else you'd like to add? >> No, sir. >> All right. Perfect. >> No. >> Yeah, >> I don't think he has the brand new one. >> He doesn't have the brand new one. But it's pretty new though. Keep your back on this way. >> I appreciate you. >> Yeah, I call her. >> You're not. >> You know, now that I know that she's not a minor, her dad doesn't have to come. Honestly, >> they going to come anyways. >> I know. >> Now that I know that they're adults, they're they're not going to 45th anymore. They're going to a gun club. And now you won't be able to pick them up because uh they might have to go through first appearance anymore. >> Do you want to do you want to take the the stuff that you did buy it? >> Sure. Why not? >> Okay. Could have bought >> interpersonal stuff too. That's it. >> That's the who? >> The big one. >> Get yours, too. I get >> you as >> these are yours. >> No, that's >> And this was y? >> Yeah, that's what they actually pay for. >> Y'all could pay for all that [ __ ] >> Crazy. She told me she got a job. A public. It's crazy. >> So, I love it when parents allow their kids to get their footing in life before they kick them out at exactly 18. But if you going to commit crimes, you can't stay with the parents anymore. In my opinion, I'd be like, "You got to go. You out the house." cuz she's at minimum about to be 19 if she's not 19. If she was born in ' 07, I think. Yeah. Yeah. I think she's about to be 19 if she hasn't hit 19, depending on what month she was born in. But yeah, you have to go. You can't stay in the house anymore. You can't You can't enjoy these privileges. You can afford to get the things you stole but still chose to steal. You got to go. You You're not staying in the house anymore. Yeah, they not crying enough for me. Dad, your your your ass is grass got to carry a little more weight. Got cuz they ain't crying enough for me. Um, thank you, Professor Purple Queen, for the mic drop. I appreciate it. this form I'm giving you guys and this little paragraph right here. You're basically going to put I hereby admit to the theft of and then whatever you put you can put a mistake whatever happened you can. You don't have to put anything but you do need a signature at the bottom first. You know, you get signific Oh, they for sure got to go. I didn't even think about bringing um trouble to your actual doorstep as the parent. Ace said, "If you let a criminal offspring live with you, be prepared to have house searched and calls at all hours of the day." I forgot about that. This ain't even just about them facing their own consequences. Now you got to be brought into it. Your sanctuary is tainted. They got to go. They have to go. You got to get up out of here. [laughter] Then next thing I'm going give you guys just we went over just a trespass order. You just sign a trespass. >> That's it for my part. It's going to be Just I'm about to skip. I didn't realize we going to sit here cuz I didn't watch it past when the first dad showed up. So, I'll skip ahead. I didn't know we was going to sit here and listen to them whisper talk the whole time. But Candace Coaches said, "Yep, Ace, my mom learned that by letting my bro stay. Our house was searched. I was like 11 and they telling us to stay in the same room together and went everywhere in the house. Oh god, I'd be so mad. Oh, I'd be so mad." H side note for the cuz for us we also um be figuring out what we gonna eat after the body cams go off. Just letting y'all know I'm supposed to be meeting with my aunt. We supposed to get some beef bogi in case anybody likes a little Korean. You know, put that in your list of options for the weekend. [laughter] How you doing? >> Yo, we're in the back. Uh >> uh is somebody going to let her dad in? >> Yeah. >> Come let you at the door. >> He'll come let you in. >> Mhm. >> You thought I was bad. She don't look worried. >> [snorts] >> How you doing, sir? >> How you doing? Good to meet you. Good to meet you. So, just to let you know, uh, your daughter was arrested. They wanted um, she's going to get taken out of a meditation center on gun club. Um, I thought that she was a juvenile cuz she lied about her age, but apparently she's not going to the jail. She's going to the real jail. Um, so I was trying to get a hold of you cuz I thought you have to pick her up since she's a juvenile, but she's not. She lied about her age. She lied about the date of birth amongst other things. Can >> somebody tell me exactly what occurred? >> Oh, she uh she tried to walk out the store with merchandise that she did not pay for and that's when their lost mansion detained her and then that's when they called us. >> Was she stealing some shoes? >> Um yes. This is what >> $20 >> $20 like me that won't even work. >> I got paid for this 10 times over. >> Mhm. >> If I am to purchase these shoes times two, uh, would Target be interested in not calling charges? We can't the target policy because they're repeat offenders and we we have to prosecute. >> What was the what was the other >> two days ago? >> Two Yeah, two nights ago. >> What was that? What happened tonight? >> Uh same thing. So, basically they go to stuff check out and just pay for some stuff, pay for other stuff. >> How much is the uh outside of these shoes? What was the other merchandise worth? >> Uh give me a second. That was $62. $62. Yeah. And just out of my own curiosity, how do we know that she took something the other night >> video? So it was again like they the way they do it is at the register. >> So at the register is where we have like the best type of you know camera coverage. >> So clear as day. >> Um we saw at the register and then again when they exit the store also flash for unpaid for merchandise. >> Do we know that they knew it was unpaid for at the time? >> How do we know they knew >> the the video? They clearly didn't scan their property scan. And this is through self check off, not the register. So, this is them actively scanning their own their own items. Didn't scan those items. >> Like I said, like um like I explained to officers, like I'm not going to follow two random girls that come to Target. >> I understand. Yeah. I I understand. I'm just wondering if perhaps this could be a >> Dang, I'm so sorry. I got nerds in my mouth. Ken say he looking like Mr. Clean. Akudo. Yes. Akudo said, "Attorney dad is seeing the problem right now in real time. He trying to pay it away so she can just keep doing it." Why is she stealing? You need to know the root cause of this. Why is she stealing? You're just cleaning up so she'll do it again. He's a Yeah, he is an enabler. Lovable. A dad makes me think of an anime character. The pose with that red around the waist. That lean, that hip lean is very anime ace. Very much so. >> Mish misunderstanding is >> Yeah. Mhm. >> Uh, were you working >> as opposed I was >> okay. >> As as opposed to jail, can we issue a notice to appear? That's up to the officer's discretion. And um I I'm not going to do that, boss. I'm not going to do that. They going to take it right tonight. Can I Can I talk to you? >> Absolutely. Respectful, >> please. Oh, I don't know if we're going to switch to his body cam cuz I want to hear that conversation. And you better not give in. Uh, my dad, her grandfather, law enforcement. >> Mhm. >> My mom, her grandmother, law enforcement. >> Mhm. >> I'm a lawyer. >> Wait, this attorney dad, y'all, if the other dad's not also an attorney, cuz he knew all the locations. First dad knew all the location. If he's not an attorney, he got more sense than this attorney dad does. So, you just name law enforcement in your family and that you're an attorney and you're not understanding what your daughter did wrong. You're trying to clean it up. >> I don't want you to think that, oh, I don't understand the reality of the situation. These two girls on their way to college. >> Mhm. >> Could seem to have made >> mistake. >> A dumbass mistake. >> Mhm. uh if at all you can extend the courtesy of issuing a notice to a peer. I assure you I will make sure that they're taken care of especially mine. >> So so that type of thing like I said you know how that you're a lawyer that's a discretion thing >> you know when if I have suspects that are compliant and cooperative and honest that's something I'm inclined to do. >> Yeah. Had they been like Ashley who wasn't stealing, it was just a traffic stop, they could have got a notice to appear. But they want to lie about age, what school they're attending, how they're related, not related. Bring in a a third liar to say that she was the guardian, then she downgraded to basically babysitter cuz the mom was out of town. No, this this ain't even just shoplifting anymore. And then the other girl was caught was called twice. When I have suspects that I warn, you need to give me your proper name, your proper date of birth, so I can identify you. And they lie about their identifying information. They she earned another charge, by the way, cuz they both of them lie about their age. >> So, I wasn't able to pull I thought that they were minors. >> I couldn't even find them at first. >> They lied about the uh date of birth. They lied about um the what school they go to cuz they graduated already. They lied about the guardian. They had their friend show up to try to act like she was a guardian. And they told me that they were sisters. They lied about multiple things after. >> He not listening, officer. So I just hope you stick to your guns cuz he not listening. This is going in one ear and not the other so he can see what you going to say on your last sentence. Yes or no? Leaning towards no. I wonder what does he practice? You think he practices criminal law? Well, he'll fight for your guilty ass. So sorry I I had to say it. That that you do want him as a defense attorney cuz he don't care. He gonna fight for you right or wrong. So as an attorney probably great. As a dad you setting her up for failure. >> So I warned them some of the stuff you can eat an additional charge for. So respectfully I appreciate you, you know, as a father showing up and stuff which isn't even necessary cuz they're adults. But I'm not inclined to offer this type of privilege or courtesy to suspects that lied as many times as they did when they had the opportunity to tell the truth and I warned them about it respectfully. I can't do that. Okay. >> I guarantee she will be severely punished. >> She's not She's not boss. She >> I get it. I do. Trust me, I get it. Adult or not. Tonight, >> that's that's your daughter. >> There will be more punishment than that jail will ever give her. >> Well, she's going to jail first and then she'll probably gone down in the morning. She'll be released on recogniz S. I'm just ask for the courtesy. If you if you can't extend it, I I understand. Um I I get it. I get you doing the job and I get sometimes people make it harder than it needs to be. Perhaps maybe they were afraid. Um >> do you get it? Cuz you still you still trying to make a point. You still pleading your case. Do you get it? Cuz you still talking trying to get this officer to not stick to his guns. I'm with y'all. Thank you, officer. Don't change your mind. >> And perhaps that's why the additional information didn't come sooner. But I assure you, if they are noticed to appear, they both will be punished severely and you will never have to see or think about anything like this out of them again. No, I I I'm sure I'm sure they will have to feel your wrath once this is all said and done, but um that's that's respectfully that's the way I operate, sir. Um you know um I would have >> Your daughters falsely identified themselves to the law enforcement. Nothing else should have to be explained. Just a shoplifting repeat offender. Nothing else should have to be explained. And I know he's not the only parent that enables. Just focus on him because that's who we watching right now. But you know darn well why they why she need to go to jail. >> Been very inclined. >> Take dad number two to jail too. Gwen >> trying to do this if they were um owning up to it cooperative not lying about it. Not trying every way to get out of it that they could. But accountability um just wasn't there. >> It was not. have one fine time. It will be >> you know you you bring that in high water. It will be >> you know um but they as adults they could have made a lot better decisions after they got detained by the loss. >> They also just a day ago. You know what I mean? >> Clearly their mindset is still >> very much juvenile and mature. >> That's true. >> Um >> these girls are supposed to start college next week. >> Next week. >> Next week. Well, the good news is they already accepted. >> Hold on. Where they supposed to go? Cuz that might be what they were whispering about. I was like, "Y'all, I can't hear the words they saying. Where are they supposed to be going?" >> Mindset is still very much juvenile and mature. >> That's true. >> Um, these girls are supposed to start college next week. >> Next week. >> Next week. >> Well, the good news is they already accepted, but uh, you know, this is Palm Beach County. It's very lenient state attorney like I'm sure you know. >> Yeah, I I get that. It's it's this entire issue is disappointing to say the least. >> No, I I completely understand. Completely understand. I uh I wish that there were more we could do, but because Tar wants to press charges, we we got to do our job. >> You can do your job with nose to appear. >> I could We didn't know he was going to piss me off this much. Oh no. Oh, I should have stopped at dad one cuz I felt very satisfied. We get to dad two. I'm very irritated. Wow. You just said I'm not trying to be do that or talk you out of it and you are you are still doing it and now you trying to I'm going to say almost strongarm him, pressure him to change his mind like you didn't the charges the possible charges this cop named and you don't care continues. Audo. Oh my. This these are the kids. And not even just the kids. These be the, you know, very much seasoned adults. They'll be like, "My blank is a is a lawyer. My blank is a cop." Because this this is where they talk. >> Do that. But, you know, I I I don't try to tell other people how I do their job. >> I'm not telling you how to do it. I'm just saying, >> like you said, it's discretionary. Um, these two young girls, black girls. Um, >> I knew it was coming. I knew it was coming. I The system can be more harsh than uh, how can I put this? The statistics are the statistics. I need him to find a line between enabling and making sure his kids don't get the worst of the system. But they are they are adults now. I think she's she's comfortable doing this. She's comfortable lying. She comfortable stealing. In fact, these statistics should have been taught to his daughter by him. Like, hey, I do this all the time. I see it. When our people go in, those sentences start getting extra five years, 10 years than your counterparts. You don't want to put yourself in that position. That's the talk you should have been having with your kids, not with this officer right now that has to deal with the bad decisions of your daughter. That's where my brain was going. >> Clearly, a mistake was made and and I'm not saying there's no responsibility. That said, it will be dealt with severely. I'm sure. I'm sure. It I It brings me no pleasure to take them to jail. None whatsoever. Okay. But um that's that's what we're doing right now. And I don't want to hold you up, boss. And u you know, I'm just going to wrap up this paperwork and get them all their way. >> Um they'll, like I said, um I'll make sure that they have she probably knows nothing by heart. So, when she's get released from custody, did they drive here? >> I don't know. I I saw her earlier today and I haven't seen her since about 4:00. >> Okay. So, when she's released from custody, either way, um she'll be able to contact you to pick her up. >> Let me write. Can I write my number down so she can um her she doesn't have a phone has iPad and my iPad has been a form of discommunication for the past 3 days. >> Okay. So she may not know it by heart. Got you. Got you. All right. >> Do you know your father's phone number by heart? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. Perfect. All right, gentlemen. So, um, like I said, they'll be able to contact you in the morning when they probably release on their own recording. Um, so you know, you don't have to stick around. They not going to be here much longer, but they going to go to the main detention center. Okay. >> You got any questions for us? >> There's nothing else that needs to be said. Ask for a lawyer once you get down there. Shut up. >> Shut up. Uh the video is crunching right now. The only thing the the record. So I I'll be like next month. Okay. All right. All right, man. We going to get y'all up out of here. Go ahead. Snap off for me, please. Let me get your glasses, too. You're not going to need that. You should get your dad. >> When you get the release from custody, you know what? That's on them. That's not only going to stand up like that. Come on. All right. This way. The store is closed, so y'all don't get a proper walk of shame. Our chill car is going to be to your right outside. >> Actually, no. Can we get through there? >> Yeah, guys. Let's go. >> All right. Appreciate you. How's it going? >> Come on. >> This is actually the most craziest game. >> Like the most >> target, bro. All right. Good job. >> This is so like >> sad. Yes. Very sad. >> Like we're so much better than this [ __ ] >> Like I don't even know. Like >> like this is so bad for some dumb [ __ ] too. Like mind you all that stuff our parents will >> that's dumb stuff. Merch dumb [ __ ] [ __ ] oil. >> I got one. Hey, >> what else did I get? Hm. What else is it? Oh, a clock. I need I mean I get it. What? >> They won't steal the baby. >> Oh, facts. I just turn half. >> He is for sure. Like you just like pass like >> daddy laugh. They just doing it. It's a charge. Which is why I don't even know why I did that [ __ ] in the first place. Yeah, I do know why, but I will say it. Mhm. >> Mhm. >> What I do? >> Mhm. >> Merch. She said, "I know. I know." >> I did because of, you know, Mara. So, >> Sam, I did not know we'll get this. >> Well, like once he said like, "We we'll take the stuff that and we'll give you back your stuff." I thought that was it. >> And just get picked up by TT. >> Mhm. But, you know, when we walked in the room >> Mhm. He had a picture of like us last time. >> Oh, for real? >> The last time we ever like I don't know. It was like to Target and he had it on like the sheriff website. He had submitted it like a picture of us. >> When did you see that? >> I was right in front of his like the other computer >> when you um we walked in. So I was like I thought yeah was just to be like okay well I don't know. That's when he was like >> trespass. Okay. Godamn >> like hello. They don't give a They don't care about no [ __ ] symptoms. >> Ever. >> Mind you, we It's not like we just be coming here. We don't do that. We never done that before. >> At the end of the day, having a lawyer for a dad couldn't bail them out on the spot. Even when her dad pulled up and tried to convince the deputy to cut them a break, their web of lies sealed their fate. Both women were booked into county jail for shoplifting and giving false names. Loss Prevention recognized the first girl from another theft two nights earlier and accused her of concealing over $119 in merchandise, while her friend was accused of taking a $20 pair of slippers. The first girl was held on a $1,000 bond until a judge released her the next morning without having to pay bail. Prosecutors ultimately went easy on her, dropping the false ID charge and sticking to one count of petty theft. She pleaded not guilty and entered a pre-trial diversion program, which lets her complete a few basic requirements to clear her record without any probation or extra jail time. As for her friend, no court records could be confirmed under her name, meaning charges may have been dropped or handled quietly off the record. >> Now, I don't want anyone's life to be ruined over lying and shoplifting, but I just needed the the just something to cuz what are they going to do in college? They gonna be one of the ones that get caught in like a a ring of of doing things you ain't supposed to be doing cuz like what what consequence was truly felt there? Yeah, that's what I Omar.
