ENTITLEMENT can be worse than you think. It's shocking to see people act that way with a smile on their face. Whether it's someone making their whole neighborhood miserable or someone refusing to take responsibility for their actions, it's hard to believe. Get >> behind THE CAR. STAY RIGHT HERE, MAN. Get the OUT OF THERE. TODAY WE WILL witness some wild examples when entitled Kairens get a muchneeded reality check. Let's start with this woman who clearly couldn't handle the role of a mother. On July 28th, 2024, a neighbor in Bunnel, Florida, saw a 3-year-old playing alone in a pool and she called the police. >> I'm not going to say in front of her, but that pink pool right there, she was in that by herself. I've asked her mother, probably knocked on the door. Doors already open. I hollered for them. My husband hollered for them. and nobody has come out yet. >> Okay. >> So, you know, she was in that pool by herself and we didn't want to see the ground. I know of friends that their children have drawn from them just >> Yeah. >> So, that >> she didn't have like any like pool gear on her. >> No, she was totally by herself. Mom's asleep or something. >> Okay. >> I don't know what they're doing. >> Okay. All right. And this was how long ago? >> This has been 20 minutes. 20 minutes since they No one has checked. >> My neighbor's been out there, too. So, you know, >> I we didn't want to call, but I I told Dave, I said, "Look, she was in the pool with water in it. It takes a split second for a child to drown." >> So, because we did knock on her door and gave her an opportunity to come to the door and then we yelled at them inside the door and nobody still came. I said, "To me, that's a red flag." Surprisingly, both the mother and her boyfriend were inside the house the whole time. The officer had to yell and shout to get their attention. >> What's going on today? >> Oh, I literally I was just sleeping. >> Yeah. >> Did you guys Did you guys have like a long night? >> Yeah, >> it is. It is 6:00. Um, all right. So, uh, the neighbor over there, she found her in this pool. this little baby pool and uh she like opened your door and she said she was hollering for you guys and you guys want to know where does where's the child usually at >> where do you guys sleep in the middle room >> in your room's over to the left and she's in the she's in the middle room >> no not middle room in the front >> the front room >> yeah man sleep this is first time she actually done some bull crap like How old is she? >> She just turned three. >> She just turned three. >> Yes. >> Well, well, they said they've been, you know, she's been with them for 20 minutes. So, and they were just concerned for your guys safety because they opened the door and yelled at you guys for about 20 minutes and you guys weren't answering. So, she was concerned if you guys weren't even >> They opened the door. They said the door was open. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. What time What time did you guys go to bed? And when was the last time you saw her? >> Well, we had taken a nap with her. That's why I don't understand. Like, >> okay. She was sleeping with you guys. >> Usually, she would wake me up. This has never ever happened before. Usually, she wakes me up and lets me know, "Hey, mommy." >> Or, you know, she let me know if she's hungry or if she, you know, I'm a very alert mom. I had moms. >> This has never happened. >> No, this is >> She's never walked outside of the house before or anything like that. She the the only one time that she did was Fourth of July cuz we were over at their house for well I have another neighbor like a street over and we were at their party for 4th of July. >> Do you understand? Uh >> yeah I mean she's a 3-year-old child that's like about a foot of water. A child can drown in 3 or 4 in of water. >> You understand how dangerous that can be? With the child's safety as a top priority, the officer had a few questions, ones that the mother didn't appreciate. >> I have to come up with that conclusion. I'm just going to read your rights. Just formality. >> I don't even my I've never been away [laughter] from her like I can't like this never happens. I >> Okay. >> Okay. At what time was the last time you saw your child? >> Um, we went to sleep maybe. I mean, we we usually don't take late evening naps, but I I just hurt my neck the other day when I was putting up the cameras and fell off the ladder. So, my neck's been hurting and I just Okay. >> She was in the bed with us and we just we were watching a movie and we just fell asleep. Um probably we fell asleep at least like like maybe right at 6:00. >> Yeah, she was literally laying on his chest. She That's why I don't understand. She's never came out of the door like this. She's never like I freaking know this is just a mess. I literally just got this pool yesterday and I was going to take it down cuz when I went to put it up but the top of it doesn't blow up and I but I still literally play it like earlier today before it started raining just to you know get some energy out and stuff cuz we don't really come outside like that because the bugs are so bad. >> Right. All right. So the pool the pool was filled all day today, right? You didn't fill it today at all. It was filled yesterday. it. No, it it was filled yesterday and then I brought her but I didn't drain it out yesterday cuz I was going to bring her back out to play in it today. But when I realized the thing wasn't the top part wasn't blowing up, it doesn't hold sustainably like it would if it would blow up. So I I still let her play in it a little bit today and then we just brought her in the house. She played in it for maybe like 2 hours earlier, but I but I sat outside and watched her. I I would never let her do that unsupervised cuz I I've seen things that can happen like that and that's why I just don't understand because she's never came out of the house like this without like the one time that she ran over to the neighbor's house I had view of her and >> yeah you were mentioning that happened July 4th, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. [snorts] And and you woke up at what time? >> Uh it was like 6:30. >> Okay. when I or about 6:30 when I saw that you when I woke up and saw that you guys were or that whichever one of you were here was out here and he was walking out to the end of the driveway. Okay. >> But I never >> As the conversation went on, the cop found nothing but red flags. However, when he asked about the pool and safety, that's when the tough truth came out. >> Yeah, she's never done this besides on July 4th, but when it when it happened on July 4th, I have a carpet right at my front door and it's not easy. It's not easy to pull the door open. >> Okay. Um but but somebody had I wasn't I don't even know but somebody had tried to break into the house and there like the door jam is is broken and that's the only reason I'm thinking that she might have been able to open the door >> but I >> okay >> like this has never happened. >> Is is that door is that door locked ever? Yeah, I I keep it locked, but I just telling him I I'll just have to get the little handle thing that goes on the doorork knob and then I'm still going to get a chain to go on the top of it to lock it from the inside cuz this like I said, this is this does not happen. I don't know if it's just because we got the pool and she wanted to come outside and play in it, but that's not like Okay, >> this has never [laughter] happened. I don't let her get out of my view like that. >> Yeah. All right. And is the door like traditional like twist knob to open it or is it just like a simple pull or anything like that? >> No, you're going to twist it to open it, but I usually lock the screen door too cuz she doesn't know how to lock it. And >> I don't know how this happened. >> So she's she's the door handle's low. She within arms reach of the door handle. Have you ever seen her reaching for it beforehand? >> No, she doesn't she doesn't she doesn't do this. She doesn't open the doors in my house. And usually when we take a nap and she wakes up, she'll she'll wake me up. I I don't know. It just might I don't ever let this happen. This has never happened before. I cannot lose my job. Yeah, but this rarely happens. I just My neck's been hurting. I literally just put the c the camera up the other day and I fell off of the ladder and I I broke my neck back in 2022 in a car accident in Indiana and it just kind of like I it was hurting so so bad and she she said something about mommy I would have taken that night so she curled up in the bed and we fell asleep and I said it was normal like any other time and like none of this ever happened and I don't even know why she came out of the door like that. It's not her fault. I should if I get arrested and I don't have any money to keep her and I don't I'm sorry but I don't trust any man to keep my daughter like that. I don't care. >> Okay. Okay. >> I don't leave her with anybody unless she goes to daycare. She's always with me. I've never been away from >> Okay. The boyfriend, who wasn't the child's father but was in the house at the time, was asked some questions by the officer to see if he had anything new to add. You don't really consider yourself a caregiver caregiver at all. >> I'm not going to say I don't care. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, no, no. I'm not saying you don't care. I'm just saying in terms of like >> guardianship. >> Guardianship. >> Oh. Um I mean I guess not. >> Okay. >> All right. Yeah. Um do you have any questions for me? >> Yes. Well, actually I think I want What's going to happen? >> I don't know that we're trying to figure that we're trying to figure that out. Uh, obviously we don't we don't have the we don't have the power to do so. Obviously since since she's a minor, she's toddler, we're going to have to contact DCF. And DCF does their own thing as well. They do their own investigation. They talk to everyone involved. They may talk to you. They'll talk to her. >> Oh, that's >> Yeah. They're they're a lot more, you know, qualified in terms of deciding where a child should be placed or goes or stays. >> Mhm. Um, they I think I've concluded everything here. >> Can you turn around for me and put your hands behind your back? >> Can I call somebody to get my daughter, please? >> We'll work that out. >> Give us one second. Okay. Can you take make a phone call? Okay, just give us one sec. >> I'll hold your phone. >> I don't want your kids seeing you in handcuffs. Okay, I know you want to listen. Get you want to see your kid 100%. I would, too. But I don't want her to see you in handcuffs. So, what do you think is the best option for your daughter? Do you think your daughter should stay here? Do you think your daughter should stay here with him >> over there with the neighbors? They say they have 22 grandchildren. I'm >> I'd still prefer to at least try to call my sister and my brother and see if one of them could. >> The woman was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm. If you thought that was intense, just wait. Our next suspect was the most unhinged and violent person the neighborhood had ever seen. On September 18th, 2023, police got a frantic call about a woman's strange behavior. When the officer met her boyfriend, the situation looked serious. >> That's the guy over the neighbor. Okay. Um like I was telling her, she was she just got back from a rehab. Okay. In West Palm on Thursday. Okay. Um yesterday she went with somebody some some male >> in my room. I found a pill bottle and I looked him up and it's >> Where is she right now? >> She's right there over here. like she needs to get. >> Is she on something right now? >> Yes, that's what I'm trying to say. Whoever she went with yesterday, I'll bring you the bottle out here. Okay. Um cuz I got my dog. But >> what's her name? >> Her name is Rene. Renee. >> Renee. >> She just spent 8 days. Like I said, >> has she threatened you or anything like that? >> No, no, no. She's fine. I mean, she threw >> Did she reside here? >> Yes. For the [clears throat] last 2 years, she has. She's my girlfriend. But >> So, what? She's high right now? That's what this is? >> No. Like, I guess because >> All right, hang hang out here. I'm gonna talk to her. The boyfriend looked scared and tried to warn the cop about Renee, but the officer had no idea she would be in even more trouble. And what she did next shocked everyone. Let's wake up. >> Come here. >> [ __ ] you. >> Come here. >> Give me that gun. >> I know. I know you love me. >> I'm not that strong. >> I'm not a shark. [ __ ] you. I'm messed up. Please give me help. Oh my god. I need I need you. I need everything. I need a gun. I need love. I need everything. I'm sorry. I [ __ ] up. I need God. >> Justin, don't do that. I love you. Trust me. I need God. He died. I love you. I need God. I gave God. >> Relax. >> I gave everything. >> Renee. Renee, listen to me right now. >> I need you. Justin, >> put your right hand. >> I love I need you. I need love flip her arm about injuring. I've got her legs right now. If >> you want to give me a goddamn coffee space, >> I need a water. Get me coke >> and grab that right arm. >> I need I need a lover. I need I got It's okay. Get off me. I'm going to die. Get off me. >> You got the legs. >> Yeah, I got the legs. >> Get off me. >> You got the right arm. >> I got it. It won't bend back. Watch out. Watch out. >> I got the legs. >> Hey, give me your right arm. >> I got her left. I got her left in her legs. >> Give me a water. Give me a run and die. It's okay. Get off me. >> I made up. I love you. Don't do this to me. I love you, Dad. Get off me. I love you. I'm going to die. Get up. I need you. Love me. Get off me. I need a water. Get off. I need God. [snorts] Stop. Put it on me. Take it off. I love you. I need I need love. I need you guys. I need I need water. They need 25. Clear the tail. She's high right now. That's what he told me. >> I'm high right now. >> I didn't make her. >> I hate you. >> The boyfriend, Michael Fleming, knew Renee well and helped the officer by sharing some crucial information during the investigation. >> She went to this place called the Haven uh West Palm. She she got kicked out after like 8 days because she was starting to have anger issues. This and that. Well, anyways, she came back on Thursday. Friday she left. Whoever is on that bottle came, picked her up, drove her to get around this and that. And tonight, we're sitting there, we're laying down, me, my mom, and my nephew, we all watch a movie, we eat, we go in the room, she falls asleep for like 20 minutes, and then boom, she's up. And I >> And she only took this. She didn't take anything else. >> Yeah. Uh, well, there are two different things in there cuz I looked it up. >> I think another deputy has it right now. You got it. >> Yeah. Right there. When I looked them up, it said u larazzipam or clazipam or something. and then uh back in or some I don't know like a muscle relaxer. I don't know. All I know is I've called her mom like 15 times before I called you. I was like, "What do you want me to do?" Like I don't know because she like you her she's gone like >> Yeah. >> She she grabbed my TV like and my mom like I don't care. I'm not you know I don't >> She never she never hit you or nothing like that. >> No. No. She She grabbed me and like tried to kick but don't she didn't No. I'm not I would never She didn't. She just kind of like grabbed me as she was trying to come out the door. You know, she didn't hurt me. She didn't do nothing. I'm I'm fine. >> Meanwhile, Renee was secured in the back of the police cruiser and it made her more agitated. At one point, she couldn't hold back her frustration and made a very disturbing scene. >> Give me a Xanax right now. I see red lights. Help me up. Pick me up. Get me out this car. Goddamn. Pick me up. Lift me up. Give me MY FRIEND. CRYSTAL, HIDE. I NEED YOU. Get me out this car right goddamn now. I need a cigarette. I up. Give me a damn water, a drink, a wedding ring. Crystal hide Randazzo. You little Randazzo. I love you up. You are a Randazzo. You are my best friend. You goddamn little Randazzo. My sister. I love you. Open the you little. I love you little sucker. Get the hell away from me. I love you, but don't again. You me up, you little I love you, Randazzo. >> Take the gloves off. We are friends. You're my sister. I justed up. I'm sorry. I mean everything. You are my love. You're my God. You're everything. We made love. I know weed up. It's okay. We can move on. I overdosed. We made love. But it's okay. I moved on. I got up. I got some. I took the gloves off. I don't have drugs. I didn't suck a >> I didn't want my dad. I didn't love a dazzle. I don't need God. I need to be in this car. Get the me. I love you. Get back. >> Oh my god. Get [ __ ] Stop it, babe. I love you. These copters, you tell me. Take them all down. Let me up. Take your hands off me. Get these cuffs off me. God damn it. I'm going to die. Get to my knees. >> The case was far from over. The officer finally spoke with the neighbor who had made the call. What he shared painted a troubling picture, and it explained a lot. >> She was rolling around here. She tried to break my window. She tried to pull the door. Tried getting in the door. >> Smack the [ __ ] out of me a couple times. I thought she had a knife. So, I pulled my gun and I Oh, I almost put my Oh, she hit me. She hit me four three or four times. >> You want to press charges? >> If it goes down, >> druggie. She's a drug. She sells them. >> He sells them. I watched them. >> I watched him. >> How does he sell it? >> They pull in the driveway and he comes out of the house and then they pull away from the driveway. >> I I heard something this morning. I I was reading the newspaper and I could hear it sounded like arguing. She was arguing with herself. >> She was arguing with herself. She was screaming. She was trying to break into their house. She started banging on the doors in the windows in that house. That's how I heard. Then she started rolling on the ground. She grabbed the palm tree. Tried pulling the palm tree down. She knocked her mailbox down. >> She came over at me real quick. Started telling me and hit me here. Hit me here. Hit me here again. Went boom boom boom boom boom. Wham. Whacked me right in the freaking head, man. Right in the face. I had I had my clock in my pocket. >> Okay. >> Touch and go. >> That was so scary. >> It was very touch and go. I I almost had to take her down. I mean, physically take her down. >> Took two three of you guys. So, it would have taken me everything I had to get her. >> If uh if I need anything else, it's not a problem if I give you a call. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. All right. I appreciate it. >> Renee was charged with burglary with assault or battery, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, battery, resisting an officer without violence, and criminal mischief. While Renee was defiant, the next suspect was downright irresponsible as a father. [snorts] On July 7th, 2025, a worker arrived to clean the dryer vent. But what he saw raised immediate concerns, and he called the police right away. >> Banging on the door. I had an appointment. I just communicated with her at 12:23. She responded back, but >> she's unresponsive coming to the door. I texted her. I called her. I [snorts] bell. >> Okay. All right. Weird. >> Guys, it's the sheriff's office. Can you come to the door? Hello. We'll check around back. Got gloves. >> I'll put them on. >> Hey guys, this is the sheriff's office. Hey, can you come to the Can you open the store for >> Our dad was creeping? We're so sorry. >> What? >> We're so sorry. We're trying to leave us. >> Can you open the front door, please? >> Hell. I just got a call from the management company. >> Hey bud. >> Yeah. >> Can you open sir? [laughter] >> Sir, can you open the door? >> Come here. Come on, >> sir. Open the door. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> The father appeared to be high on something. He could barely walk and nearly fell on the 2-year-old baby. Authorities contacted the mother to address the situation. He's in no condition. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, he doesn't he's not living here right now. He is on my lease, but he's not living here right now. >> Where does he actually live? >> Um, it's Orman by the Sea. >> Oh, he lives in Orman by the Sea >> with his parents. Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have that address? >> I do. >> What is that address? >> No, it's okay. I got it. All right. Just give me a few minutes. I'll come back to talk to you. Okay. I just got to make a couple phone calls. All right. All right. Yes, ma'am. Um, unfortunately, I mean, they're three kids, you know, they're so young, you can't even wake up. God forbid some something happened to him. You know, >> I agree. Yes. >> Um, I would probably get somebody else to start watching your kids. >> Um, that way it doesn't come back fall on you. >> You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> Um, don't be worried if DCF reaches out to you. Just got to let them know. >> Yeah. um just explain to them that you know he was supposed to be watching the kids. Yeah. You know. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. If we need anything, we'll let you know. >> Do you know how long we'll keep him >> at the house? At the hospital or in the jail? >> Yeah. >> He'll see. >> Nobody's going to bond now. Nobody's going to help. >> He'll see the judge in the morning. They'll give him a bond and then on him if he bonds out or not. >> Okay. >> The officer made sure the child was healthy and in safe hands before detaining the man. on the sidewalk real quick. >> Yeah. Over here. You need to sit on the sidewalk. >> Hey, you're good, sir. Get back up. Stand up. >> Yes, sir. >> Ready? >> Well, they say they can't hold a mom in here. And then we walk in and stand right here. Right up against this car. >> Turn around. You've been drinking. >> No. >> No. >> Did you take something or what? >> No. >> What's that? >> That's five kids. >> I understand that. But it seems like you have you been sleeping or what? What's going on? >> Do you know where the kid's mother's at? >> Yes. >> Yes, sir. >> What was that? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Do you know where where out in the house? Is she in the house? >> We just want to Did you How much have you had to drink? Have you drank anything? >> No. Now, how come you're falling down? Did you take any medication or anything? What's going on? We need to make sure that so you don't if we need to get you an ambulance or what? >> What's your name? >> Ty Vander. >> I don't think we'll be cleaning gutters today, sir. We got >> I'm going. >> Yes, sir. >> What's your name? >> Ty Vander Coat. >> Ty Vander Coat. Vander code. >> Vander cone. >> What'd you take, dude? >> Huh? >> Nothing. >> No problem. I I just I just texted with her and then I >> She's not even here. So, >> yeah, that's what I Well, so Selby is the management company and she just called me. I said I called Melanie. I said, "Melanie, there's >> And she she called her, got her. She's at work. >> Did you drink? >> How come you're out of it then?" >> Yes. >> Yes. >> All right. How much? >> How much did you drink? A bottle, couple beers, [clears throat] case. >> No. >> No. >> I don't want you to fall. >> Sorry. >> How long ago did you drink? >> That a couple hours or what? >> Sir. >> Yes, sir. How long ago have you drank? >> Uh, hot. >> Hot. >> Yeah, probably not. >> You want to get on the grass? >> It's unbelievable how careless a father can be when he's supposed to be looking after his kids. Maybe this will finally be the lesson he needed to learn. >> Got anything in your pockets? >> What's this? >> I don't know. >> Your phone. Take his phone out. Who's this? >> Hey, >> we're going to pick it up. >> Have a seat. All right. >> I want you to keep going over. >> Have a seat. Hey, Todd. Do you want to be seen medically? >> No. >> Okay, I'm going to let me have it. Hey. Hey, bro. Wait a second. I'm going to have a nurse come out. Okay. You're going to have to tell them that. All right. >> All right. >> Just give me one second. I'm going to go. >> All right. Go butt first. Okay. >> But first, >> the man was charged with child neglect. It's mind-boggling how an adult can act so wild and irresponsible in front of children, and this woman was no exception. On March 29th, 2025, Sarasota police received a report about a woman getting into a fight with a group of kids. >> Hold on one second. Hold on one second. What's going on? >> She was the problem. >> Stop. Do not fight me. Put your hands behind. >> I'm not going to put my hands against I'm not going to fight. >> Do not fight me or I'm going to put you on the ground. Do you understand? Do you understand? >> No. You stop talking. Okay, shut up. I get it. But look at me. These kids are not baby pooping. Please. These kids are not the problem here. It's It's Wait, wait, wait. No. Stop. >> This is not This is not going to go well for you. You're going to GO >> STOP RIGHT HERE, PLEASE. Are you serious? >> Why? All right. Do you hear that? They're laughing. >> I don't care. You're out here beating up little kids. Give me a break. >> Beating up little kids. >> Give me a break. Give me a break. I'm not beating a blue kid. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> I'm not beating a blue kid. >> I'm not beating a blue kid. >> Look at this. >> See, and this is this is what I'm saying. >> Look at Look at her. >> This is the Oh my god. >> I'll talk to you in a minute. >> Okay. Thank you. Okay. So, tell them what happened. >> Okay. The girl right here with the purple on. You push that down. Another kid. She calling and then she push the little girl down. Hey, >> let me tell the girl. Give me a second. Here's what we have to do. So that way we get everything straight. We're going to I've got more officers coming. We're going to talk to everybody one at a time. Okay. You guys cool with that? >> Y put hands on. >> Okay. Yeah. Let's all talk over here, guys. Hold on one second. >> You break out my window, you're getting a felony charge. You understand that? >> You're real. >> Hear that? >> Do you understand? >> Yeah. You're what? 21? >> No. >> What? You're 22? No, I'm 35. >> So, you were just riding your bike and she just pushed you off willy-nilly. >> 36. If you could step it up. She's trying to break out my window. >> Give me just a second, guys. >> I didn't think you're GETTING me a minute. >> No, you need to stop. Act like AN LIKE A GROWN-UP. HOW OLD ARE YOU? >> I'M TRYING TO HOW OLD ARE YOU? >> How old are you? >> Your age. Okay, then you need to start acting like >> a minute to act like your age. >> Okay, then I'm telling you, sit in the back of this car, relax, and I will come TALK TO YOU. >> YOU'RE GIVING ALL these children a minute. >> Correct. Because they're the alleged victim. SO, YOU NEED TO RELAX. >> YOU NEED TO RELAX. >> You need to relax. >> You need to relax. I will come talk to you and get everything figured out. But right now, you need to relax and ACT LIKE AN ADULT. >> THAT'S NOT FAIR. >> DO YOU UNDERSTAND? >> NO, I DON'T. I have children. I am trying to talk to them to get everything. >> They don't. >> One of the kids had been attacked by the suspect and was left terrified. It was a very sensitive situation. >> Did she put her hands around your neck? That's what time said. Did she was choking you? >> Did she choke you out? >> I think she was trying to >> So she put her hands around your neck. Do you remember that? Or did she just like grab your chest or your arms? >> She put one of her hands around my neck >> on the front or the back? >> I think um on the side. Then she push push me off my body. And this what she was saying, but she she was saying cuz my grandson he ain't going to get his haircut. But she was calling and she was calling about that state. No. >> I understand that. >> We going to run this. We're going to run this court and we show up to court. >> Do you guys know this lady at all? >> No. >> Never seen her before. >> We just came from her birthday party that we just left from. Okay. >> We just got back from the birthday party. >> Okay. >> That lady right there. white said that you were in the eye of kids. >> You now you get their statement. >> Yeah, absolutely. So, this is going to take >> I want to get photos too. You got your camera on? >> Absolutely. Yeah. No, we can see it. Clear as day. I don't want to see that. >> Absolutely. So, what's going to happen is cuz we got a lot of witnesses that we got to interview. We'll get you guys some paperwork. We're going to be here for a little bit. Okay. But don't worry. Just Justice will be served cuz I got to get to work myself. >> Okay. All right. Um I'm assuming you want to press charges. >> Of course you want to press charges, Mo. >> Might as well. >> Okay. All right. That's all I need to know. Absolutely. Absolutely. >> After hearing the heartfelt story, the officer wanted to hear Alexandra's side, but what she said was unacceptable. >> They have tried every moment that I've had to say the word like they have said like they have tried my life. And yes, I have kids. I have kids that are their age. So, yes, you're right. I'm not I'm not scared to say the word because my kids grow up in these streets and like and like they shouldn't they should not have >> So what happened today? What h what happened? Why why are we here? >> They're they're terrorists. >> What do they do today? >> Well, today I mean listen I pay money taxes and all the things like trust me I've gone to jail. You can look me up. I know that it's not a You can look me up Alexand you can look me up in Collier County. Like you can see like I've been to jail in Collier County. Like it's not a I have but these kids >> What did they do to you today or what? >> Today they just they just they just literally tonight we were we were it was uh it was like a >> Do you know these kids? >> I don't know these kids. No, I don't know these kids. >> Okay. And you just wanted to tell them like >> I just wanted to like I wanted to like make a just wanted to like make a stance or like I just wanted to like make them know that like things things are not always what they seem. Like things are not always what they seem. And like if if your mom is telling you that like everything's right, like you know these kids literally came up to me like like I was their their best friend and I was like I'm not your best friend. Like, >> oh, so they came they approached you to talk with you? >> Well, I mean, I'm not saying that they approached me. >> Since the woman wasn't being fully honest and was more focused on proving her point, the officer made it a priority to get to the bottom of the situation. >> They're all like chilling outside and then we seen the kids running from the park. >> Okay. >> We could see her chasing them. Like we what I seen what caught my eye was she was trying to get like a branch from a tree that's out here. >> Okay. >> She couldn't get it. So, she continued chasing the kids. >> He ends up yelling at the kids to like go home. They're running. She's chasing them. And then they turn this corner, lost her for a bit. And then we see her walking back. >> They're being kids and following her, thinking it's fun. But the little girl was on her bike, not even bugging this girl, and she just comes up and pushes her off the bike. And then she's off the bike. She's grabs the bike. >> She pushes the girl and everything. >> So, does she just push the girl or did she poke her? Because we're hearing that that might have happened. >> So, from what I see, she pushed the girl. There was a bunch of kids and everything so I couldn't see everything because I was across the street. >> Okay. >> So, you might have to ask like someone. >> Yeah, absolutely. I'm interviewing everybody here. So, just call. >> Hey, how you doing? >> I'm good, sir. How are >> I was trying to avoid this complication. >> He was right. >> He was there from the beginning. >> So, what' you see? Okay. So, what exactly did you see? I watched her chase all them boys and call them. >> Okay. >> What else happened? >> But what physical? What did you see physical? >> I seen a stick or something get thrown. >> She threw a stick at them >> something. >> Okay. Did you see who specifically she threw it at or was it just kind of the group as a whole? >> Hey. Hey. Which one of y'all she threw that stick at? >> She was throwing at the group. >> Okay. >> She was throwing it at all of them. >> At all of them. Okay. Okay. Clearly >> she racist. >> Well, clearly. >> Yeah. She We was running away >> and she was chasing after >> picking up items. She kept picking up items. She even threw leaves. >> All right. Hey, hey, hey, hey. >> Sit on my porch. >> Okay. >> Seen her trying to throw sticks at kids. I We yelled and told her to stop. I seen him come up. He said, "Did you guys see that?" I said, "Yes." I was like, "Ma'am, quit throwing the kicks at stick." She's like, "Well, these kids are out of control. It doesn't matter. Stop throwing, you know, leave the kids alone. They'll leave you alone. Walk away." Right. >> And when I seen her push the little girl, when my daughter seen her push the little girl, I ran over there to make sure the girl was all right. >> You saw her push a girl off the bike. >> I seen my daughter seen it. I leaned over. I seen her on the ground, so I ran over there and then that's when she pushed her when I was going over there to stop her, but I didn't see I didn't see a lot of it. I was just ran over to stop her. I know she put her hands on me. I scratched on my back, but I don't. >> Okay, you don't want to press charges. It's wild how a talk about race got so toxic that the woman hit a kid and once she realized she was in trouble, her behavior worsened. >> Listen, so I want you to listen to me. You were kicking this window earlier. If that happens again, we're going to >> break any windows. I won't >> We're going to get you out. We're going to check your Hank house cuz now you're calm and we can do this the right way. >> All I wanted to do is tell these kids that like listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> To know that like >> Are you listening to me? >> I'm this way. >> Okay. I'm going to have you step out. She We're going to help you. We're going to check the handcuffs. We're going to adjust them properly. Okay? That doesn't mean they're going to come off right now [clears throat] or that they're going to come off, but I need you to cooperate. Okay? Step out. >> I don't I don't want to I don't want to make problems for anybody, but these kids, >> can you put your chest against my trucker? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. I'm going to check your handcuffs. Okay. >> These kids, they don't they just don't know the problems that are like wrong in their community. >> It's so bad. >> Okay. Okay. So, you were trying to talk with them. >> I was trying to. Yeah. >> And then what happened? >> And then, you know, you get like a community of them and and then they like are just like, "Oh, you're you're a you're a lover." Like, yeah. They just want to they want to come at me like like I'm the problem. And I'm just like, I'm not I promise you like I have kids that are your age and I've been to school and your age and my kids are like at your age and and I don't I don't I don't want things to be a problem for you. I don't want this. >> What's your address? Where do you live? All right. Here. Have a seat in here. Okay. >> But can you please take it? I just want you to take like give me a little bit of like >> I already loosened them. >> Listen, we loosened them and that's that's all we're going to do for now. >> I'm not going to like like hand Can you please just like >> No, have a seat in there. >> We're going to figure everything out. If you explain to us what happened after we talk with them, then we'll be able to help you out with that possibly. >> They're like, >> "Have a seat. Push up." >> No. Take a step up. Big step up. Big step. >> There you go. >> Have you ever been with a black person? >> Okay. >> Have you ever been with a black person? >> I don't know how this relates to today. >> Have you been with a black person? >> I again, I don't know how this relates. >> I just want to know. I want to know. You're white. And I know this is the last this is the last reason that's like going to put me out on the street like but like look at them. >> Like just I see a bunch of kids. >> No, no. Put a peek over on the No, no, no, >> no. I see a bunch of kids. >> Despite the officers simply doing their job and continuing the investigation, the woman had other plans, showing no concern for the consequences that might follow. >> Understand he's right, so I have to read them to you. Okay. No, it's so >> We're done here. Um, so here's here's what's happening. Okay, go ahead and slide in a little bit for me. >> You have no kids. You have no money. >> Slide in a little bit for me. Okay, I want to explain your charges to you. Okay, just slide in for me. >> What are my charges? >> I'd like to explain it to you, but I need you to slide in a little bit. Okay, >> that's fine. I just need you to slide in a little bit for me. Okay, can you do that? >> No. >> Okay, so if you don't do that, >> I would love for you to push me in. >> I want to talk to you. >> Okay, I'm done talking with you. >> So, you have not talked to me at all. >> I've talked to you enough. I'm done. >> You haven't talked to me at all. >> So, here's your charges. Okay. You're getting two counts of child abuse, disorderly, intox, and resisting without violence. Okay. Do you have any questions for me? >> Yes. >> Yeah. What you What are your questions? >> Why am I being charged with anything? >> Well, we tried to get your child >> because you pushed one child and you pushed another child against the fence. So, >> you have proof? >> Yes, I have witnesses. >> Where can I have Can I see proof? I have I have >> your PCA. Slide in for me. >> Are you going to push me? >> I I will if I need to. So, I'm going to need you to just slide in for me. >> But I have not touched a child. I've not once touched a child. >> Would you mind sliding in for me? >> I will if I have to, but I haven't. >> You do have to. You do have to. >> You do have to. >> But please help me. >> We are helping, >> you know. No, but he's pushing. He's putting hands on me. >> I haven't touched him. >> So, you're going to go in. Relax. Just slide in. >> No. This isn't >> There you go. Perfect. >> Down towards me. >> There you go. Easy, easy, easy. This is not This is This is not right. You know this isn't right. >> No way. >> Ma'am, we're trying not to use any additional force on you. Okay. >> You do understand that if you keep this behavior up, we will have to put your feet in a tie. >> I would rather do it if we could. >> You just want to do it now? Okay. Sounds good. I'll >> I'll give you my feet. That's fine. Okay. >> But I've been I've been >> right here. >> Sweet. >> All right. This is where you >> and to prevent any further damage to any property or any further charges. >> Hold yourselves accountable. >> Um >> while taking Alexandra to the station, she kept claiming she had done nothing wrong. >> These people have nothing to hold me. I have done nothing. >> Okay. >> Yeah, that's cool. 1940 if he has anything to do with this. No. 1940 rape. >> No, >> you can. >> No, you can. >> You cannot fight my >> Then you can you can trust another one. No. 1940. No. Get him out of here. I don't want >> Let's go. >> Do not 1940. You want to lose your job? >> Do you want another charge? >> Do I want another charge for trying to bite me? >> Go get another one. >> No. >> I'm right here. That's not how this works. >> Alexandra, calm down. >> No. you or you're going to >> we're going to carry with you. Don't >> carry it. Oh, please carry me like I can't walk. >> We're trying to give you the dignity to walk. You're not >> You're trying to Were you in the car with your with your partner while he was talking the whole way? >> I your 1940 >> 1940. Get the my face. >> Get the No, absolutely not. I will scream and yell 1940 the whole way. You will never You're not a cop. You're a >> Yeah. You're a >> This is what it's >> You did this the whole way here. >> I got her. I got her shoulders. >> Oh, really? >> Come on. >> Really? >> We're going to do this. All right. I'm going to go on the other side. >> All right. >> So, you go down that way then? >> Wow. IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT THAT WAY OR THIS WAY? >> YOU guys back that much. >> Do you want that? >> He's a not. >> You don't even know him. >> I actually do. >> No. Do you? >> Yeah. I've been working with him. >> Let's go. >> Did you? >> No. Let's go. >> Do you want to go that way or this way? >> Yeah. >> Which way do you want to go? >> Come on. >> It's cool. >> Push me out. >> What's your badge number? >> 1965. 1965. >> Okay. I'm not doing anything. >> Oh my god. Wow. >> Yep. >> Okay, cool. >> This is what you're doing. >> 1965. >> They're lit. I haven't done anything. >> I haven't done anything at all. I got a so terrible. >> Alexandra was charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of child abuse, and resisting arrest. When Alexandra took the kid's words way too seriously, our next suspect acted even more childish, doing things nobody expected. On June 7th, 2025 in New Jersey, an officer chased a black Honda after it ran a red light. The driver tried to lose the cops with reckless driving, but got stuck at a dead end. >> I swear to God. >> Step out of the car right now. Step out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Whose house this is? >> I don't care whose house this is. Get out of the car. Get out of Get out OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Please >> get out of the car. >> For both of our sakes >> right now. Get out of the car. >> For both of our sakes. >> Get both of our sakes. >> Get out of the car, man. >> BOTH OF OUR SAKES. >> GET out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car right now. Right now. Get out OF THE CAR. I THINK >> GET OUT OF THE car right now. >> Please >> get out of the car. >> Amanda, easy. >> I'm not letting >> I'm not letting go of you. Get out of the car. >> Amanda, >> your boss calls him. >> Get out of the car. My boss is right here. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Let's go. >> Stop. Are you kidding me? WHAT DO YOU GUYS >> NOW? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? >> STOP. STOP. >> ARE YOU KIDDING ME? >> Thank you, detective. >> Gardini, thank you. Thank you. >> Unclench your fist right now. >> I'm not clenching my >> You are You're holding your jacket, >> dude. Me and him are I'm sorry. It's not You >> Yeah, it's too late now. It's too late. >> Let go of the handcuff. >> I'm not. >> God, stop. [snorts] >> I'm not grabbing the handcuff. >> Button your shirt. >> No. Go yourself. It's too late, bro. I'm I'm so glad we have like 25 cameras on the property. >> YEAH. >> SO GLAD, BRO. >> Do Do you guys know who that is? >> The suspect was identified as Amanda Peters. During the arrest, the officer noticed an odd smell. >> Who knows? >> What is it? >> Giant rock on the floor. >> Oh, she picked up in the beach the other day. >> Uh, that's not a It's not a beach rock there. >> 140. >> Well, I got to grab her phone and her wallet. >> Phone and wallet. Yeah. >> Primary on this police service, please. and close it out with a report. >> 4326. >> Yeah. >> Just smoke regularly. Uh >> car stinks like it in the past. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Incredible. I I had to do at least 60 and she was blowing away from me. >> What's happening? Uh, you're being placed under arrest and we're going back to our headquarters. What? >> Um, for one, because you led me on a chase right there. Um, you refused to stop when I was trying to stop you. And then, uh, we're going to be going through some standard field sobriety tests. >> At the station, the officer planned to do a sobriety test to check her condition, but based on her behavior, it wasn't going to be as easy as they expected. >> There times a, right? Oh boy. [snorts] The heaviest I've ever been. And I still couldn't even like just make you like hold [snorts] my hand like I wanted you to. And so like I wasn't being a but I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life and I still couldn't even do that. But you you'll see what what's in the system on me. You'll see. >> So, Miss [snorts] Peters, >> you'll see. >> I don't know who you are and you're asking me to hold your hand. I I'm >> I do understand it cuz my whole family I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> You have to understand the situation for me. I don't know what's going on [snorts] and you, you know, fled from me. So, me trying to get >> No, I wasn't. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, I'll tell you this. So, we are still uh >> to a shame. >> We are still on body camera. The reason I was going to tell you why I was stopping you originally uh had you stopped was because you blew that red light on the highway. >> Yeah. >> Um so from that um I was going to upon speaking with you obviously I feel like I should run you through standard field sobriety tests at the time. So we're going to do that in a minute. So, how much have we had to drink this evening? >> I had one drink way earlier with him. >> Okay. >> But that's not the issue. >> Okay. Do you take any medications or anything like that? Any medications you shouldn't be drinking on? The woman had slurred speech and red eyes, which made the officer suspicious. So, the officer wanted to confirm it through proper evaluations. >> Do you have anything wrong with your eyes before we begin? >> No. >> You don't have like a glass eye [snorts] or anything, right? >> No. >> Okay. Feet together. >> I do have a a issue with my equilibrium though. >> Okay. Feet together, hands at your sides. >> Perfect. Okay. So, what I want you to do is I want you to keep your head perfectly straight. Do you see the tip of my pen right there? I want you to follow the tip of my pen using your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head. Okay. really hard right now. >> Just do your best just to follow the pen. Okay. Okay. Uh, [snorts] the next thing we're going to do is going to be a walk and turn. Okay. So, I want you I want you to take a couple steps back here, kind of right up to the bench, >> right where I'm standing. Right here. Make >> it equilibrium and comfortable. >> Okay. I'll take that into account. Okay. [snorts] >> All right. If you can just put, you know, back against the fence, facing facing that wall. Okay. What I'm going to do is I'm going to ask you get in the starting position and then I'm going to demonstrate the test. I'm going to have you perform it. Okay. [snorts] So, left foot on an imaginary straight line, right foot directly in front of it, heel to toe, just like this. Okay? >> Can you get in that position for me, please? [snorts] All right. Stay in that position. Do not move until I tell you to. Okay? When I say to begin, you're going to take nine heel totoe steps, counting out loud each step. Okay? You're going to count out each step with your arms at your sides. Okay? You're going to take nine steps. It's going to look like this. One, two, three. Again, I took three to demonstrate. You're doing nine. And you're going to take nine steps back right to that position. One, two, three. Okay. Right. Whenever you're [snorts] ready, you can begin. Um. 1 2 3 4 5 [snorts] 6 7 8 9 10 11 Keep going. 14 >> 15 >> Do you want me to explain the test again? >> Yeah. >> Okay, come on back over here. >> The tests required following simple instructions, but for Amanda, it wasn't so easy. >> Let's start with that left foot on that imaginary line. Right foot directly in front of it, just like this. Right in front of left, touching heel to toe, just like I'm doing. Okay. [snorts] Okay. From there, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps. Okay. Okay, counting out loud each step. It's going to look like this. One, two, three. Again, I did three. You're doing nine. >> Okay. >> Then you're going to turn around and you're going to go back to right where you're standing. Nine heel to toe steps. One 2 3. Counting out loud. Keeping your hands at your sides. Okay? Do you understand? Okay. You can begin whenever you're ready. [snorts] One 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 [snorts] 9 10 11 Sorry. 1 2 3 4 [snorts] 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 >> All right, you can turn around and face me. Next thing we're going to do is it's going to be a one leg stance. So just feet together, hands at your sides. Don't begin until I tell you to. Okay. So, when I tell you to begin either leg you're choosing, doesn't matter which one, you're going to lift it approximately 6 in off the ground, keeping both legs straight. You're going to look at your raised foot and you're going to count out loud. 1 1,00 2 1 3 100 4 100 5 1 or until I tell you to stop. Do you understand? >> I screw that up every time. >> Just do your best. Okay. Whenever you're ready, you can begin. [snorts] 1 100 1,00 2 100 3 100 4 100 5 100 >> D your sides >> 6 100 7 100 8 100 9 100,000 11,000 >> All right, [snorts] you >> After the sobriety tests, the woman realized her chances of getting out of jail were slipping away and that's when she began to show her true colors. >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? >> Um, can I pull a couple of cards out of my wallet for you? >> No. >> I know it's not going to help now, but just so >> I have these [snorts] right in mind. Do you wish to talk to me now? Either yes or no. It It doesn't offend me either way. Yes or no. >> It's not about offending you. It's about someone's future being even more um how much more can you never mind. Yeah. >> Okay. And I just need your signature right here, please, ma'am. [snorts] Do I really have to sign this? >> Mhm. [snorts] >> If you don't sign it, I'll just mark down that you didn't sign it. >> I don't know what that does and if that's worse or better. I don't know if I can help you. >> It makes no difference. Makes no difference. So, it's >> Can I literally get a few cards out of me while it's >> you? Nope. I just need you to sign that. Do we have another form we have to go over next? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> All right. The next form I have, >> you know, I'm older than you, right? Like I'm I'm not being a It was a question. >> I know, but it's kind of an outrageous question given. >> It's not an outrageous question. I literally just told you what was going on in the vehicle. That's not outrageous. It's not outrageous at all. What I just told you was happening. My girl. All right, Miss Peters. This one's a little long, so bear with me. Okay. Okay. So, you've been arrested for driving while intoxicated NJSA 394-50. >> That That's what happened. >> Uh, that's one of the reasons you were [snorts] arrested. Yes. >> Oh, yeah. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> So, you've been arrested for driving while intoxicated. NJSA 394-50. The law requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of testing to determine alcohol content. A record of the taking of breath samples, including test results, will be made. After you provide samples of your breath for testing, you have the right your own expense or to have a person or physician of your own select and take independent samples of your breath, blood or urine for independent testing. If you refuse to provide samples of your breath, you'll be >> You know what? You can just stop. I'm good. >> Amanda couldn't accept the reality. And the officer delivering nothing but bad news only added fuel to the fire. >> Because you're not listening to me. We're not communicating. So, just do whatever you want to do. Okay. >> No, I >> just do whatever you want to do because that's what you're going to do anyway. So just do it. Okay. >> Okay. No, no, no, no. We already had that talk. I tried to talk to you. I tried to tell you what was happening. Honestly, like I may need like an ambulance more than I need you right now. BUT THAT'S OKAY. NO, NO, NO. THAT'S OKAY. KEEP DOING WHAT you're going to do. Okay. Keep doing it. Keep doing it. No worries. No worries. Just contest everything that I refuse everything. Contest everything. Just do your thing. Okay. >> So, let me >> just do your thing. >> LET ME FINISH READING. >> NO WORRIES. WHY WOULD I LET YOU FINISH? Why do I let you finish? I don't have any of that. They're all gone. [laughter] [snorts] [crying] >> Despite her rude behavior, the officer stayed patient and focused on doing their job. But what she did next pushed her luck. >> I'm going to hand up you. Make it worse. >> I'm not going to make it worse. You just had said multiple times that you're going to charge at us. So, I'm going to handcuff you. >> I didn't say I'm going to charge at you. You look just like your son. I didn't say it was going to policy. >> Yes. Give me your hand. It's our policy. >> Stop. >> WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO LIKE WHY? >> JUST STOP before you. >> Jesus. >> Do you know what it's like to to for someone to like really train you? >> I don't know why. That's how much you know. Stupid. Why'd you get a like a DUI every other week? >> Amanda was cited for multiple traffic violations, including DUI, reckless driving, and refusing a chemical test and was also charged with resisting arrest and eluding police. Anyone would have lost patience dealing with a suspect like Amanda. But our next suspect is quite different. Around 6:00 a.m., police received a report about a woman at Walmart with an active shoplifting warrant from yesterday. >> Don't y'all know what time it is? >> Is breakfast time before y'all know some vehicle side >> Williams. I was like, "Don't talk to me. >> You're not going to do what you said you was going to do." which was when she see me, she was going to hit me in my So I said, "Don't talk to me." Run our stuff up, walked our separate ways. I came home about 5 10 minutes later, there's a knock at the door. It's her mom. I answered the door. Well, the door is already open. So my dad said, "Come in." Cuz he thought it was my cousin Sharelle, which is standing right there. >> And she was like, "I'm not going to come in, sir." And I was like, "Oh, that's um" I peaked out the window. I was like, "Oh, that's uh and her mom." My dad was like, "All right, wait inside." As I'm waiting inside, I hear him threatening my dad. So, I step out the door. I'm like, "What y'all not going to do is come to my house and make me feel like I'm not welcome at my own house." >> Okay. >> So, as that gets started, all them start renting at me, shouting at me, cussing at me. So, I'm trying I'm trying to explain to them why she's coming at my to my house, why she's doing what she's doing. They not trying to hear none of that. Mama stepped on my porch and said some words. Then the little sister stuck on my porch. And me, I'm like, "Get off my porch. Get off my porch." I got loud with them. They got loud with me. And the mom said, "You think you protected because you standing in front of your house?" So I stepped off my porch. Okay. >> And the little sisters came at me. So I pushed her. >> The girl is the girl in the black shirt. >> Uh the one that was in the house with me. >> Okay. >> And I pushed her back. >> She pushes you. You stepped off the porch. >> She pushed you and you pushed her back. >> Yeah. >> Talk about the woman we had in handcuffs initially. >> Yeah. And then that's when y'all pulled up and the mom came towards me. She was like, "I don't know what you got running on, but I'm grown." I was like, "I'm grown, too." And when she came up, she came back up at me and was like, "I spit on you." And y'all was just walking up to the porch. And I was like, "Spit on me then." And then that's when she um got close to the door. I stepped back. I was going to step back in the house, but she kicked me. So I kicked her back at that time. Y'all had her. >> All right. >> And that's when all this started. >> Okay. Do you want to press charges for the battery? >> Yes, I'm home. >> Okay. >> Do you have any injuries >> from her? >> Do you have any injuries from when we put you in handcuffs? >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> The mother of the younger woman arrived and no matter how they tried to excuse their reckless actions, it was hard to ignore. >> You better hope I don't get put out cuz I told you to shut up. You going to get me put out. >> I told you shut the up and stay in the house. You don't listen. You heard me tell you that numerous times. Hear me. So what's the charge? >> So it's it's just obstruction. So it's usually like $120 bond. I mean it's >> $120. >> It's a misdemeanor. It's nothing. It's just obstructing the investigation. That's it. So it's a misdemeanor. >> Well, you know going to come get you. But this is the thing to you have to listen to your dad. I'm not understanding what is the problem. Why do y'all keep getting into it? I I don't understand. No, >> but listen. I know you upset right now. Listen, but you have to listen. You have to listen, baby. >> All right, guys. We got to get going. >> Now you see all this. Thank you, bro. >> Appreciate it. >> Miss Riggins, I I've been talking to everybody about this case. I want to hear your side. Okay. But since you're in handcuffs in the back of the car, I got to read your rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in court of law. Having those rights in mind, are you willing to speak to me about this case? >> Yep. >> All right. So, I understand this started over at Express. Um, I I wasn't there. >> You weren't there when that happened? Okay. Do you know what happened at Express? >> I guess because she bumped into my sister, my pregnant sister, and then it went from >> there. All right. >> How'd you guys wind up over here? >> Because she came Well, I guess the store called my mom and told her that an altercation was going on. So my mom came over to talk to her dad. And then when the dad came out, she was standing by the door. She was just cussing and yelling, disrespecting my mama. >> So we wasn't going to say nothing. So yes, we said something back because she was disrespecting our parent. And then she came outside like off her porch, came in my like in my mama's face, went to talking crazy, pointing in her face. So I pointed back in her face. I told her, "Get out my mama's face." So she mushed me and I hit her back. >> Okay. All right. Then what happened at the front door when I was there? >> That's That's what I'm saying. >> I know. I saw you guys kicking each other. >> Oh, yeah. What was that about? >> Okay. >> Ultimately, the woman was charged with simple battery while the other woman was charged with obstructing a police officer. Thanks for watching.
