vehicle into a driveway and blocked in after being break checked as the officer approached the woman clearly agitated offered conflicting explanations for her actions she claimed to live nearby and was visiting a friend but the officers focused on her failure to wear a seat belt and repeatedly asked for her license what are you doing well that's not the case because these people have no idea who officers in Ohio responded to a call at a local bar after reports of a disturbance involving a female customer named Tav upon arrival officers found a female suspect arguing with the bartender and
