Okay, so bear with me if you're replay gang gang. Uh you'll have a time stamp to skip over the intro part of this and get straight into when I start playing it. If you don't like talking during uh body cam interrogation and all that, the link will be in the description box, but I got to give time for my live stream people to come on in a little bit here. Um so yeah, y'all saw the title. I tried to keep it PG for YouTube. They are so so strict. Um, but we're going to see the police realizing what happened based on the um onlookers that saw it, the witnesses, and we're also going to see the mainly the dad in the interrogation room, but a little bit of the mom as well. Um, all right. So, I'm going to go ahead and get started. >> The witness sees a baby outside of the SUV and then the SUV drive and hit the baby. >> I was walking that way >> with your baby. >> No, he was supposed to be in the car. You see the binky in the road? >> Yeah. The pacifier. >> And there's blood here in the in the roadway. Was it in a carrier? Nothing. Just >> putting the baby out like it was a bag of trash. >> In Jacksonville, Florida, horrified bystanders watch as an 8-month-old baby boy is run over by an SUV in the middle of a busy street. When the driver continues on as if nothing happened, the disturbing scene leaves witnesses reeling and investigators stunned when they learn how it happened and who [clears throat] is to blame. >> Bro, please don't tell me y'all what y'all going to tell me. Like, I I'm in trouble for that. >> The following is based on official police records, and most of the footage has never been seen before until now. On the morning of January 25th, 2025, officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office are dispatched to the scene of a traffic incident involving an infant. >> Oh my god. Right on his face. Jesus Christ. >> By the time they reach the scene, the fire department has already begun life-saving measures on 8-month-old Pablo Kai Golden, whose injuries are severe. An officer approaches witnesses in search of the driver. It was a black car right here, but he said he gave the tag number and >> the person who saw it. >> Yeah, he already left. He >> He gone. >> Yes, sir. >> You didn't see what happened? >> No, sir. >> The infant's mother, 20-year-old Shamir, is comforted by bystanders as an officer tries to understand how her eight-month-old son ended up in the roadway. >> Where did this happen? >> This happened right in the middle OF THE ROAD. I CAN'T CALL NOBODY. >> WERE YOU WALKING or were you in a car? >> I was walking that way >> with your baby. >> No, he was supposed to be in the car. After witnessing the incident, another driver followed the suspect's black GMC Terrain to a nearby gas station, alerting 911 dispatchers to his location. They quickly responded, taking the driver into custody. >> I don't even get to talk, man. >> Yo, you'll get to talk. >> You'll get to talk. >> The man is identified as 20-year-old Justin Golden, the infant's father. >> Just let her let her pat you down. You don't have nothing on you, right? Oh, I ain't even letting me talk before anything. Like, what? Bro, >> now you're going to get to talk. >> We don't want to ask you nothing yet. >> Can you watch this? >> Yeah. >> I'm not going I'm not going to go nowhere. >> No, I know you're not. >> All right, man. I didn't get a chance to double lock it. So, I'm going to double lock these handcuffs. That'll keep the handcuffs from tightening up on you. >> The 8-month-old boy is rushed in critical condition to Wolfson Children's Hospital. Meanwhile, additional officers arrived to offer support at the scene. >> Where you need me? Right. >> You got it locked out now. >> Okay. >> Crime scene's right here. >> See the blood in the binky? >> Right over here. >> Oh, binky. You're okay. >> Blush in the impact. >> So, what happened? >> Doesn't look good. >> What happened? >> Well, the witness over here in the leopard print shirt said that >> the the woman was in a black SUV. >> Mhm. She got out of the SUV and then and then the witness sees a baby out outside of the SUV and then the SUV drive and hit the baby and then I'm going 1097. >> I don't know. >> Did the baby get out and then got ran over on accident >> or did somebody put the baby out? >> We don't know those details yet. >> Detectives will soon uncover the full story, but the truth of what happened will leave them in utter disbelief. While waiting for them to arrive, Justin grows increasingly impatient. Can you guys send me to the station or send me home? >> Not yet. >> So I can't even go to the station yet? >> Not yet. >> Oh, >> we got somebody going to come here to talk to you. >> My arms are really >> I know it. We got some people coming here to talk to you. >> And I'm wondering at this point, does he know his baby is having to get life-saving measures? And you'll see as the situation unfolds why I have that question. Um, and I don't remember. They might have answered it, but y'all know I'll go and watch like a 100 more body cams. So, I forgot the the middle of this. But I'm wondering right now, does he he does he know his child? He ran over his child. That's what I'm sitting here wondering. Now, it's not going to make it any better once he does know. But right now, I couldn't remember if he knows or not. >> Do you know how long it's going to be? I've been since I came. I'm not trying to rush. I don't I'm not rushing you guys. >> No, I get that. >> I just I just want to know. I don't know exactly how long it's going to be, but some detectives are coming. So, some detectives. >> At the crime scene, a sergeant is briefed on the situation. >> What the crap? >> I mean, he >> binkies over here. Blood on the ground. >> Yeah. Blood pacifier. >> Yeah. You see the binky in the road? >> Yeah. The pacifier. >> And there's blood here in the in the roadway. >> So big. It was here in this stretch. >> There's some blood here. >> Yeah. >> And right there. >> We've got some blood. >> He He didn't look The baby didn't look The baby was unconscious when I saw him. >> Okay. >> I don't know what it's I don't know what it status is right now. >> Detectives arrive at the hospital and briefly interview the infant's mother, Shamir. She explains that she and Justin, along with their infant's son, had just left Walmart before arriving at the traffic light. Justin's mother had given them $50 for diapers. And after making the purchase, the two began to argue over how to spend the leftover money. With this knowledge, the detectives instruct. >> Okay, here's our first piece that I have to make sure everybody registers. So, they're cool. The girl's mother gives them $50 for diapers. They end up having a little change left. We'll even find out the amount of the change, I believe. And they start arguing over what to do with that change after spending money on diapers that they had to borrow or be given from her mother. >> Argue over how to spend the leftover money. With this knowledge, the detectives instruct officers to bring Justin in for an interview. And after reading his Miranda rides, he begins to explain his side of the altercation. >> From the point we got there is when she started like arguing because she wanted McDonald's. >> Okay. >> That was like right there. But I was letting her know I got to put gas in the car before I can do anything. >> Okay. So you were just trying to let her know, hey, before we go get food, you got to get gas. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> By Shamir's account, the total they spent was $41.95, leaving the leftover funds at approximately $8. But according to Shamir, Justin wanted to spend the money on marijuana. She later agreed to come in for an interview and shared more details about what happened next. >> I said, "You know what? I get out this car and start walking cuz I don't want to hear what you got to say." >> Okay. >> So then that's when he said, "You and your son can get out. I'm not taking my son anywhere cuz I don't want nothing crazy happen to him or you do anything crazy to him." You know, >> Justin further explains why he didn't want to drive off with his son. She slapped me, got out the car and put him in the fastest seat. >> Mhm. >> Then she walked across the street a little bit and in the midst of her walking, she turned around and was like, "Okay, watch. When the police comes and gets you, he'll know just why they came." >> Okay. >> And I and I yel her. I was like, "Bro, no, bro. Get your son, bro." >> Okay. >> I'm not doing that today. That's exactly what I said. >> All right. So, now we get a little more detail into how they are. First of all, this baby lost as soon as these were picked out as his parents. Um, $8 of change is what they were arguing over. He tries to say gas now. She says he wanted to get weed and she wanted to get McDonald's. So, they're arguing. $50 is probably on a little They was fine. Changed them $50. Now, we got a problem. Now, it's a pattern because he said, "We're not doing this today." Which to me means it's a pattern of she'll be like, "Okay, you keep the baby. I'm leaving." and he's like I guess putting his foot down today in the worst way possible, in the most tragic way possible. So she This is where I'll save it, but I have my thoughts on her too is what I'll say. But this is where he sees she's leaving the baby with him. And this is all either in the middle of a busy street or near enough. So we'll keep going. >> So she turns around, yells at you, whatever. You don't want Pablo in the car because you don't want to be responsible for him. Right. >> Right. >> Okay. >> She has a thing where she'll like threaten me with the laws and say stuff like, >> "I'm gonna tell him that you kidnapped them." >> Shamir admits to taking baby Pablo, who wasn't buckled in, out of his car seat and placing him in the passenger seat before walking away. The >> All right, hold on one second. Let me go again. Who's Shamir? Shamir is the mom. So Shamir is the mom. Justin's the dad. They just said Shamir admitted she took the baby out of the safety of the car seat and walks away. And she said she, now this is where I don't know if she's telling the truth. I believe she's telling the truth. Obviously, she took the baby out of the safety of the car seat. I don't know if she actually picked the baby back up and put him in the car or not. We'll see on what he says on that part. But this is where they both become dangerous parents to me. This is where I am placing if not as much blame on her as [clears throat] he is charged with. She's right up under him. Cuz what do you mean? You took the baby out of the safety of the car seat and then put him in a seat. Why? Why? If you wanted to leave him with the dad out of spite or not, why didn't the baby get to stay in the car seat? This baby is eight months old in case you're coming in and wondering how you know the age of the child. Eight months old. Why would you take it out? What is the point of it being in the car seat without I mean in the seat without being in the car seat? So I I don't know if she even put him in the in the seat of the car after she took him out the car seat. And we'll keep going. >> Witness who ultimately alerted police to Justin's location at the gas station returns to the scene and in chilling detail describes what she saw happen next. So, as I was coming out, he was right here at the red light. We opened the baby, put the baby down like the driver door. >> Driver door. >> Yes, sir. >> Right here at this red light facing this way. >> Yeah. So, I chased him. I'm the one called and say I'mma stop him. >> And um another lady hopped out and jumped and got the baby. So, when she got the baby, I kept going. That right right here, cut through and went to the gate gas station. >> So, you say he got out of the driver's seat. >> No, he didn't get out of the car. He just opened his door. He opened his door and he >> laid the baby down >> on the ground. >> Oh, sorry y'all. I meant to put it on mute so the sound will be better on quality on that part. So the mom says she put the baby in the seat of the passenger seat of the car. So this witness then sees him the dad not not get out the car but put the eight-month old old baby on the ground. So that's now how the baby is out of the safety of the vehicle period. Just want to make sure we're following here. in a carrier, sir. Just >> put that baby out like it was a bag of trash. >> And you didn't see where she was? >> No. I don't know what she like I said, she either had to be at that light, but she wasn't with him. >> She came out of nowhere. >> What made you follow him to the gate? >> Cuz that was just shocking. >> I was like, "Somebody need to get this tag." I don't know if y'all had cameras right here. I just wanted to be a good scenario and like this is wrong. I'm still shaking. My kids are in their car. That's not nothing >> I wanted to witness this morning. While multiple witnesses were shaken by the tragic scene, Shamir claimed she didn't see it happen at all. And >> I'm walking towards the sidewalk and I hear the lady that's in the car that was behind us at stop like, "Oh my god, you just threw the baby out the car." Soon as she say that, I hear my baby crying. Then I hear him stop crying. >> Okay. >> Like in the midst of me turning around all this stuff. That's what I'm hearing. I'm hearing him cry. Then I just hear him stop and I rush cuz his car is coming. So I rush to go get him. While the infant's mother rushed to her son's aid, investigators are left to wonder why his father, Justin, simply kept driving as though nothing happened. >> Did you feel like you hit anything when you were leaving the scene? >> God on the truth, no. >> If I did, I would have stopped. >> Did you feel a bump or did you hear any kind of screaming? Anything like that? >> No. >> So, what do you think happened to Mr. Pablo? >> Also want to point out, I don't like that the detectives referred to the baby as Mr. Pablo. I think they should say the baby or just Pablo. It's weird hearing them say Mr. Pablo for a eight-month-old. >> Were you told anything about what happened to him? >> No. >> Like, do you know why we're here? >> I I swear to God, I don't. >> Justin is about to face the devastating truth of what he's done, but his reaction to the news leaves investigators stunned. >> Unfortunately, you struck him with the car. Mr. Pablo was transported to the hospital. Um, unfortunately, he did not survive. Okay. Bro, please don't tell me y'all what y'all going to tell me. Like I [sighs] I'm in trouble for that. >> We don't know. That's why That's why I want to talk with you, >> bro. Please. >> Okay. >> All right, bro. No, bro. >> I know y'all could just go ahead and just tell me, bro. Well, I want to We have a lot of stuff that we need to talk about and uh >> Bro, >> I know. I'm glad we had to tell you this. >> Bro, I'm in trouble for this. >> Well, >> we're not we're not talking about who's in trouble. We're trying to notify you that your son is is >> and we're just trying to get all the details. That's where we're at right now. >> Operation number one is can we get details? Can we get a picture of what happened? >> I wanted to get your side of the story. Like, bro, I know you want to get my side, but it's like, >> can someone call my mom? Please, someone please call my mom, please. >> We're not going to stop and call her right now. >> That much. >> Bro, we're [snorts] sorry. >> I'm I'm trying to calm her down, bro. But it's it's one of them situations where God honest like >> Hey, bro. Y'all got to understand, bro. It's one of them situations, God honest truth, God can strike me right now. Like I promised to God on everything I love. I know you guys don't care about me saying none of that. I know. But it's one of them situations. I wasn't I wasn't trying to hurt anyone. I >> Okay. So many things, Ebony. That's where I was when I watched this. I said, "What? That's the first question you have? That's the first one you have." And you just found out your you even hit your baby. It was your baby. The baby didn't make it. And that's your first question. And then my thing is whatever happens to him is appropriate in the sense of if he gets convicted because you sat an eight-month-old baby right outside of your truck. Why did you put a baby on the ground period? Why did you not if you don't want to keep the baby? I know that they be good for dropping a baby off at the grandparents house inside. Just put the baby somewhere. That's still not great for a baby to be rejected, but at least he still be alive. But you put him on the side of your car where you easily would run him over. >> I was hoping for her to come over there and grab the baby. I did. I actually I I even I even moved turned the wheel. That's why I'm asking like are there any cameras at the >> That's something we're working on. Police records describe surveillance video of the incident, showing the driver open the door and an unclear movement downwards before the door closes again. As the vehicle moves away, the body of the infant and his small feet are seen laying on the double yellow line. >> I needed that reference, the double yellow line. So that I'm So how did you think your baby would survive from you driving, other people driving? How did that even get into your par parental instinct? I'm going to lay my baby on asphalt on the road and then they're saying the yellow double line. So, you know, that's that's in the road. That's in the road. Why are you doing this? How? How? Just because you don't want to be left with your own child. And again, I say I still also not as much, but I blame the mom because you are irresponsible. And how why did you take that baby out of the car seat? He did the worst. He did the worst. I'm not taking that away. But I I think there's negligence on that mom, too. But he definitely is responsible for the reason that that baby's not alive. What do you mean you put in the road and then you didn't you just what? You just thought everything would be okay. >> What the report doesn't describe is where the victim was struck, but the witness provides a hauntingly detailed account of her own. >> So, did you see the baby then? >> Yes. I thought it was a bag of tragedy, too. When he ran it over, you seen the baby like jump. >> Oh, >> the front tire. Dang. >> Front tire. >> Yes. >> Did the baby Was the baby standing or laying? >> No, it's newborn. The baby was laying down. He laid it like on his side. >> Which wheel hit the baby? >> The front wheel. I'm not pretty sure it's the bike one cuz by the time he turned, he missed the baby. I want to say. >> So, >> but that front wheel No, he just went for it. >> So, was it the back tire? >> I want to say that front tire hit the baby cuz by the time he turned, I want to say that back one probably missed it cuz it only looked like he probably got hit once. But you saw saw the baby do get hit. >> Yes, sir. He definitely ran over that baby. That baby hung. >> Dang. Dang. >> Get away, bro. All right. All right. Be in trouble for something that I know for a fact that I >> I'm sorry. That I know for a fact I did not intend to do. Please don't leave me, bro. >> Well, we're going to step out, make some couple phone calls, and um >> Well, I'm telling you, bro. >> I I understand. Like, bro, I'm telling you why. Like, >> it might be good for you to just have a moment. >> How broccess? >> How? >> I'm It's It's going process, but still, I'm still looking at the fact that I'm probably going to get in trouble for doing something to my own. >> We're not talking about yet. Nobody's talked about anything about you going anywhere. >> But once they step out, an officer steps in and Justin's expression twists in shock. You just sold me. >> These aren't strict because we swear about your safety. >> I'm good. I'm good. >> We have We have a duty to keep you safe. Okay. [laughter] >> No, bro. >> We're going to do this. Okay. >> This is just for safety. I promise. >> And this is where the core question comes from. I'm with y'all on that. He never cared about that baby. There's no way there's a you have a care and you care for that precious life and you put the baby on the side of the road. It's people that take care of their dogs better than they take care better than some people take care of kids. I swear I there is no part of your brain that is telling you it'll be a okay outcome to put the baby on the road. Eight-month old baby. I mean no age is good. I don't care if it was a toddler. I don't care if it was 12year-old. I don't care if it was a teenager. You don't put your child in the road. You get your child to safety. But also, it just sucks because they were even arguing on who should have the baby. And they was in there slapping and punching each other right before this and arguing over $8. >> Okay. >> Once Justin is left on his own, he continues to plead in desperation. >> God, you know the truth. You know the truth. God. How did you know? Somebody come talk to me, please. I can't do it alone. Can't do it alone. Somebody come talk to me. I know it was bad, but it wasn't on purpose. It wasn't my intent. I can't believe that wasn't his intent. He put the baby by the front of the car. So, on the double yellow line near the front of the car to where his front tire ran the baby over. And you know, you can feel you kind of can feel when you run over a flat plastic lid of a McDonald's cup. He So I I I know he knew he he didn't want to believe it, but I feel like he knew he hit his baby because that's that that's a significant thing. A shallow pothole. You feel you ran over your baby. Like I I don't believe you didn't feel a bump unless he was already that high and it didn't register. That's the only way because I can feel like everything on the road. Uh it was a piece of cardboard box that was flattened on the excuse me on the road today and I my tire hit it and I felt that and that was like nothing. Please hear me out. Please my son. Please hear me out. Like why y'all doing me like this? I would never do that to him. I just got his diapers and wipes. Why would I hurt him? Why would I hurt him if I just got his belongings? I had just got what he needed. WHY WOULD I HURT HIM? It doesn't It doesn't even make sense. Come talk to me, please. Come talk to me, please. I think everybody wants to know why would you do that? Why did you leave him in the road? If your intent, you didn't want him to get hurt cuz if it wasn't you, it was another car because the mom from even what the witness said. So, I don't even have to take the mom's word on this cuz to me there's some part she's lying about in my opinion. But the mom wasn't even within eyesight cuz the first witness said I didn't even see the woman anymore for a second. I only saw him and saw him put the baby in the road. So, you can't think she was right there to pick the baby up. You still shouldn't do it had she been in the immediate area. So, your baby was going to get hit by you or someone else. The baby was always in danger. >> God, please. You know, GOD, YOU KNOW I DIDN'T. GOD, YOU KNOW I WOULDN'T TRY TO HURT HIM. GOD. GOD. JESUS. YOU KNOW I WOULDN'T try to hurt him. Jesus. Jesus. You know I wouldn't try to hurt him. >> Shamir tells investigators they have another son together, an older boy. They work to understand if he's ever put either of them at risk in the past. >> Has he ever hurt the kids? Never touched them. Never said he wanted to touch them. >> No. never say you harm them. Well, I'm I'm He'll say things >> like what? >> Like um like little like little stuff like when people get on your nerves like, "Oh, I pop this baby or you know, not no serious, oh, I throw him off the bridge or I run him over or I I've never had an issue with hurting him. Why would I do it now? Why would I choose today to hurt my son? Why? Like you guys got to think about it. WHY WOULD I HURT MY SON? I'M perfectly fine. I'm sober. I would never hurt my kid. >> To the best of your knowledge, was Was Justin sober? I mean, has he smoked? >> Sober. Okay. >> We both sober as heck. >> You did you guys smoke weed today? >> We sober. >> Okay. Did you Does he drink at all? Did he drink today? Okay. >> We don't We don't even drink like that. >> HOW AM I GETTING FARTED? I DID NOT KNOW. I am in trouble. I did not know. I really did not know. Like, bro, I'm going to like if like y'all serious right now in like you like an innocent person really like bro me bro I'm not like you can't tell like really bro me like come on God you know. Shamir shares with investigators a disturbing claim, one that suggests she doesn't believe Justin's actions were unintentional. >> He been called on domestic violence on me, you know, marks and stuff on my face from him. That's how mad he gets. >> I never seen him. That's why that's why I got out the car because he does that type of stuff. He put his hands on me. That's why I had my mace with me cuz he does that. So instead of you putting your hands on me, I'mma get out to avoid the situation. But instead of you putting your hands on me, you killed our son. So, why did you take your son out of the safety of the car seat? That's where my question is going to go to the origin of how the baby was even out of the car seat and sitting loosely in a passenger seat. Why did Why did you do that? If if the thing is you were going to leave the baby with him, it takes some effort to get the baby out of the car seat. Why didn't you leave the baby in the car seat? So, why does your baby's safety have to suffer? Because I just can't believe she thought he You know what? They're both irresponsible and he did the worst part of it. But you you can't make me understand why she took her baby out of the car seat in the first place. Like, what more do you need for me to prove that I love my son? Like, this is my baby. Like, I named him myself. He was named after me. >> [snorts] >> Like, bro, I cut the cord, bro. Like, like, like, bro, you want to really try to make it that I did this intentionally, that I wanted to harm him? Like, come on, bro. When you think about it, put it together. Why? Why would I do it now, bro? Whether it was an intentional act of violence or a horrific accident, investigators conclude that Justin's actions of leaving the child on the roadway near a major intersection demonstrated reckless and a willful and wanted disregard for the safety of the child. >> How can you frame someone like this, bro? Like, bro, that's like, come on, bro. I just pulled off, bro. That's all, bro. Nothing more, nothing less, bro. I had no knowledge of hitting nothing or nobody. >> An autopsy later revealed that the cause of death for 8-month-old Pablo Kai Golden was the lacerations of the brain, blunt impact to his head, and fractures of his skull as a result of being run over. The facts are all the more tragic given that the chain of events began with a dispute over approximately $8. [snorts] >> My baby gone, huh? Okay. >> The manner of death was ruled a homicide. >> Here's the deal. You are being arrested. Okay. Okay. We're going to take >> Okay. So, this is where I'm the closest at with it. She's at minimum trying to distance herself from any fault in any events that led to her baby not being here or being endangered because I do feel like they could have still gotten her for neglect, endangerment, something like that. uh um what is it? Uh B in it's something with no bodily harm or something for her in actions that led up to it. But he is the ultimate one that took that baby's life. He sat that baby outside of that truck. But I'm telling you, my gut says that something about it, she should have been charged with something, too. Take >> you across the street right now. Okay. >> Help me. All right. Well, let's just get this over with. All right. We just got to walk you across the street. Yeah. I'm glad you >> What's that? >> So, I'm glad I got to go to jail. >> Yes, sir. Today, you do. So, you're being arrested for aggravated manslaughter of a child and then also vehicular homicide of a child. >> You have explain. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. In February of 2025, 20-year-old Justin Golden was charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child and vehicular homicide. After entering a plea of not guilty, he wrote a letter to the judge stating, "Nobody has even considered how I feel about my own son." The rest of the letter describes his mother's poor medical condition and his desires to be with her and his only remaining child. in September 2000. >> I'm not gonna hold you. And this is this is just strictly off of how he reacted when he found out his baby he ran over his baby. I don't know how much he was in that household to help his mom in her failing health. It says something about her kidneys failing and some vision issues. I don't know if he was really helping his mom before the charges, but it's real convenient to lean on the health of your mom and what she needs to care for her because you're facing charges and sentencing. 25, he changed his plea to guilty to aggravated manslaughter of a child in the death of his son, 8-month-old Pablo Kai Golden. The charge of vehicular homicide was dropped. Before sentencing, he wrote a second letter to the judge claiming the tragic incident that happened with my son was an accident. He also argued that sending him to prison would endanger his life due to the notoriety of his case. He continued his plea, stating, "My life hangs in the balance of your hands. I'm asking you to help me." >> That's a wild thing to plea because his baby's life hung in the balance of his own hands. If if he didn't place his baby on that road, his baby would be alive. That's crazy to put. That is crazy. Um, but y'all saw they dropped the aggravated manslaughter and kept the other one. Unless they're about to say that they didn't. I just remember that part. Sorry if I said that too soon. But yeah, your your baby's life hung in the balance in your hands. >> He remains in custody while awaiting sentencing, which is scheduled for December 1st, 2025. >> Oh snap. Hold on. Let me take my screen down. Let me go Google him. Justin Golden. Do y'all remember what state it was? I'mma look it up and see if they say if they if he had his sentencing or not. Justin Golden. Was it Detroit? It's coming up a few places. Justin Golden. Sorry for the typing. Okay. And if you just came in, we're looking for his sentencing because it was scheduled for December 1st. Oh, 5 days ago, First Coast News says sentencing delayed a second time for Jacksonville father. I'll bring it bring up my screen. Hold on. Okay, it says sentencing delayed a second time for Jacksonville father who ran over and uh killed his infant son. Police said Justin Golden got into an oh argument over baby wipes. Um but that's the second time it's been delayed. Let's see. I'm trying to see if they say what's the next date. They're still describing the incident. They didn't really Okay, I guess they don't have a date. They describe everything that happened, but they don't say what his new date is. So maybe this article at least didn't have a date five days ago. Oh, it says the sentencing was supposed to take place November 13th, but was delayed after the court determined additional evidence and witness testimony remained outstanding. I wonder on whose side, for the prosecution or the defense. But yeah, I feel like negligence at minimum for the mom. Um, but yeah, y'all sent that one to me, so we watched it together. I don't know. I don't know. But there you go. His name is Justin Golden if you want to keep up to see when his sentencing comes back up. All right, that's the only one I'm doing today. Do you think the mom should have been charged as well with anything? not maybe his level, but with anything. And um yeah, $8. I really feel like the $8 really did it cuz they they were just down bad and they got into the worst moves. They slapping and punching each other. They do the whole no, you take the baby, you take the baby, and then he made the ultimate horrible decision to put the baby in the road, which I He's suffering those consequences. All right, y'all. But I will see you next time. Until then, I hope y'all have a good evening. I'll talk to you later. Bye.
