oh and he's naked again and uh
took his seatbelt off we're probably
gonna have to cut them up before we go
wait until we get your pants back on
all right you don't have to put your
pants on you put your seat belt on for
me please
no no not your pants put your seat belt
on please
seat belt hey guys
welcome back to the channel the video i
have for today
is going to show who social workers call
when they're unable to de-escalate
an individual who is in their care the
incident that you're going to see today
is going to be a guy
who was at a mental health facility
and decided to leave and when he left he
was wearing no clothes
so the people at the facility called the
police the police responded
got the mail and the body camera that
you're going to see
is going to be the officer who was in
the vehicle
with this guy and talking to him for the
entire time
while they got him into a different
treatment facility
because they didn't take him back to the
one where he walked out of
so the video that in this case
took a little bit more than an hour
actually it was a little bit less than
an hour and i was able to
edit it down to a little over 30 35
minutes
most of the stuff that i took out was
just while they were driving and
they didn't really talk to each other
and they when they did you couldn't
really understand anything anyway
so i hope you enjoy this video i hope
you learned something
and i'll talk to you soon columbus

we can do
yeah the man trump just had marshall's
over here bro
we're at the door with me bro we're at
what you mean where are you winning
i'm not waiting to come back here for
what i'm not saying you have to go in
here
i don't want to be over here you got me
echoing in the car right okay
so would you prefer i take you to
another hospital oh bro i want you to
take me nowhere bruh

so right now i'm just concerned for your
health and safety stop me it brought me
back here for no reason
i didn't have no pants when i came over
here i know
they said they pink slipped you so i'm
concerned for you let me out let me out
talk you just took it stop me brushing
walking freely bruh yeah
i want to talk to you i'm trying to talk
to you and figure out what's going on
like you said why did you run from here
because bro
your president was at the adorable

right now we're going to be late bro how
about we go over
to osu they're much nicer than you bro
osu
calm and talk to me let me out the car
bruh okay
right now i'm concerned
that's not going to happen bud i promise
okay i want to take you over to osu i'm
not going overshoot bruh
okay we're going to go over there and
have a doctor
if you don't like this place and don't
want to be here that's no problem i'm
not a big fan of here either so we'll
take you out of here
we can do that we're going to work with
you and figure out something we can do
that works for everybody okay you don't
want to be here i won't make you stay
here
all right but i won't go in here but let
me out bro no i'm not you don't have to
go in there will you
why why'd i have to sit in the car and
they had going there because they're in
there talking to them to let them know
we're not making you go back in there
nah go tell them i'll go back in there
but why don't we take you to osu
back in there no because see the problem
is you just ran out and these guys don't
do a very good job of helping people all
the time
osu they can help all right so go over
there you talk to a doctor there
then you don't have any issues with this
place or what's going on here
all right i don't want to go let me not
get an alcohol in there we're not going
to do that right now
i want to stay here but i don't want to
go to action but you were just
don't take me to the hospital bruh so
why would we take you back in here if
that's
very similar bruh that's not going to
happen because you're upset about it
i know i know you do but i'm not talking
about
you've been cool with us we've been cool
with you we're gonna continue to do that
okay we're gonna take you to see a
doctor that's all it is you gotta go
talk to somebody
all right you trying to bug me bruh i'm
not trying to do anything to you
i'm trying to get you out of the car
brett okay we're gonna go in
and talk to a doctor at osu make it a
lot easier there
all right i appreciate it you've been
good with us
we've been cool with you just we'll keep
doing that i'm being held against my
wife
i might keep blinking like that what
that mean well like
the underworld police officers no man
you wish bro
we're just here to help you count the
underworld police outside take me bruh
okay hold on
hey you tell them they don't need his
paperwork i've got enough to pink slip
him on
if they can just get his name and info
yeah i promise you will help me out yeah
oh
so how do i spell your name jameel
j-a-m-e-l
or i-l
how do i spell your name sir look jamil
we want to get you some help
is it jmel or iowa
[Music]
it's just going to be interesting when
we get there because he does not want to
go
no oh yeah
because he was running from donald trump
in the mountains
and dragging down to the underworld
you know
right now he's yelling but he's being
cool enough so i'm gonna try to just
get a mirror like this
he was initially fine and then it turned
into all this stuff about
having to run for his life
and he's naked again and uh took his
seatbelt off
we're probably gonna have to cut them up
before we go
wait until we get your pants back on
you don't have to put your pants on we
put your seat belt on for me please
no no not your pants put your seat belt
on please
the seat belt anyone i need to try to
text her to see if she can open the door
since she's in there with
them right now
look man like i was explaining to you we
got to take you over there
because they're making us all right and
i think you could benefit from some help
and just talking to a doctor what's that
no it's osu they don't like him there
all right and i'm not a big fan of his
either so i'm
i'm on your side with this but i need
you to wear a seat belt while we go over
there okay
would you mind doing that for me and
putting the seat belt back on please
i've been cool with you this whole time
haven't i i'm trying to help you out
here
i'm talking to you we're going to take
you to get some help but i need you to
wear the seat belt on the way over there
all right jameel
jameel can you hear me right give me
alone brother all right i'll leave you
alone would you mind putting the
seatbelt on then i'll leave you alone
because we can't go until we have a seat
belt on
jamila i'll leave you alone we'll get
out of here a lot quicker if you just
throw that seat belt back on for me
just to cross your laps fine
i really appreciate it man thank you
but you gotta buckle it in for me so i
hear it clearly
thank you i appreciate that
i appreciate it
i got your stuff we'll take that with us
but i need you to put the seat belt back
on i'm going to get my clothes you don't
think i see y'all
i see y'all bro all right i need you to
put the seat belt back on
i see y'all brad i know and i'm here
talking to you i just need you to wear
the seat belt we'll go over to osu
i'm not putting the seat belt on bro i'm
being held against my wheel going
somewhere
okay i'm not putting no seat belt on
won't you let me go
we can't do that at this point because i
have to take care of it
i know i know you feel that way but we
have to take you to see a doctor
all right so i need you to wear the seat
belt otherwise people are afraid
hey look i'm trying to help you out here
and just go with it
but i need to wear the seat belt
otherwise we have to put you in the back
of that big van where there's a seat
belt that locks and you can't take it
off
all right jameel we'll get you over
there we'll get you out osu's a lot
nicer than this place
get you in to talk to a doctor but i
need you wear a seat belt on the way
over there okay
come on let's go yeah put your seatbelt
on we'll go man
throw that seat belt on we can get going
and they just want to come back
i need you to buckle up and then we can
go and get you out of here as quick as
possible
all right is that clipped in now
are you are you within the sea are you
in the seatbelt no
man i need you to put the seat belt on
you i don't want to have to put you in
the back of that
big nasty van just put the seat belt on
we can go
just throw the seat belt on we can get
going and go that way
all right i don't want to put you in
that big van that thing's
cold and smelly just let's sit here
you'd be way more comfortable you just
gotta put the seatbelt on
you gotta put it on with you inside of
it it's got to decide yeah why would i
have to be inside if i can get
overturned and take it as soon as i get
out but i know what's up bro
you're not going to take me to the truck
bro we're not let me get out i promise
you that we're not taking you to trump
we're i'm knowing taking here brett so
let's get out of here
yeah so let's get out of here and get
out all right i need you to put the
scene let me go
hey let me go bro i know we'll get you
out at osu but i need you to wear the
seat belt to get us there
right now the only thing keeping us here
is you if you put that seat belt on we
can get going
i'd like to get you there i'd like to
get you away from here all right you
don't want to be here we don't want to
be here
let's throw the seat belt on we'll head
over there we'll get you out of osu and
go in and talk to somebody there okay
it's osu they don't like trump on
college campuses they don't let him
around
but i need you to wear the seat belt
jameel the only thing keeping us here is
you baby
all right we're not gonna let that
happen but i need you to wear a seat
belt so we can get going
to the hospital what's that
what's that your meals do not send me to
the hospital we're going to go over to
osu but i have to have you wear the
seatbelt to get over there
all right he said do not take me to the
hospital
okay i need you to put the seat belt on
so we can go
if you don't want to be here we don't go
back in there let me go back in there no
at this point they don't want you here
okay we're going out like that no i
understand but they want you to go to
osu so that's where we're going to take
i want to go to osu why not something
bad but you got the last one
i got held down and show some i want to
go
i understand i don't want to go bruh
right
we have not but in here they can't have
you in there anymore
all right once you elope they can't have
you in there no
so we're trying to help you out and do
what we can but we need to get going
i don't want to stop fast or get you
know rear-ended and have you hurt
come on i can't i'm not allowed to go
without you having the seatbelt on man
you got to tell me somewhere and when
you take me somewhere with all them
dudes
that's like when we put the seatbelt on
what's that no
i'm just trying to take it hospital you
have a private room there it's fine
i don't want to go to hospital okay but
let me go against my wheel bro i put
these pants back well let me leave
i know i left from the hospital and now
you hold me against my wheel
right at this point we have to have a
dog i did not wrong
why am i being held against my wheels
i'm not saying you've done anything
wrong because i don't think you have
can i get out you may not why not
because you've been
you need to see you need to see a health
care provider because they pay slipped
you i told you that
so we have to take care of it so as soon
as we get there
you could probably talk to somebody and
once they deem that you're fine to leave
then you can leave
but but listen i don't take medicine
i took no medicine tell them take
medicine i'm not yelling at you i'm
yelling at you
okay let me get out the door bruh i
can't why not
because i just told you you've been
thinking i'm a free man in front of the
county
so i'm homeless i'm not a doctor all day
let me have a call
jamil we're not doctors so we're not
allowed to make that call i'm not saying
no doctor
they try to give me some medicine in
there i didn't want the medicine let me
go
unfortunately we can't do this let me go
so the sooner we can go
go yeah the sooner we can get going the
sooner we can get you out
let me go i'm trying to make that happen
but we can't do it
okay i hear you let me go
this is the last chance to buckle up in
here otherwise we're gonna have to put
you in the other van
all right put that seat belt around
yourself and we can go
otherwise we gotta put you in the other
van and that's not as comfortable
[Music]
are we putting them on the gurney over
at least handcuffing
yeah see if they'll leave it on then
you putting it on
there all right
i appreciate it yeah it's on all right
how about we take you and go
to osu bud okay
all right thank you yeah he's got it on
so i think we just take him and then
deal with it over there
i need you to put the seat belt back on
all right as soon as we get one clear
are you going to keep taking it off will
you keep it on man what are you talking
about to osu
oh is she maine it's over by campus
yeah man that's where we'll go
special night removed what do we think
just get going no i'm just saying i mean
it's up to you you can either keep going
with it but
more likely he's probably gonna start
kicking and
whatever else um
yeah yeah he took it off now he's got it
back
on so what do you think
again
i'm not sure how he got it
all right
thank you and then
what's her name her name is chelsea
russell
somebody tell you oh you like turning
down here this is the way to get on 315
north
yeah we'll come down here and we'll get
on 3 15.
can you repeat
it's trying to get all ready 190. tell
them that we're over here by their
cruiser they stay inside until we get
other cars here
84 on a
84 level five one to osu main
88's follow me
i never remember how to get around the
back way you think we're good up front
but what are you doing right now
yeah we're going to what are y'all doing
all right
show me the way yeah show you the way to
where the entrance
what do you mean the interest is right
there in the front yeah we have to go in
the back one
what do you mean you got going the back
way because that's the one they want us
to use
no bro let me out bro
let me out we're going to in just a sec
here
we're going to the entrance to the
hospital what is the hospital
right there i know we've got to go
around the back one
let me out breath we're going to
never be out bro
[Music]
in
where are you going bruh we're going to
the hospital to osu right to the
hospital
that way where you going this whole
thing is the hospital
we've got to go in the ambulance
entrance
in the same way you took my glue and he
popped out
the hospital right there left why are
you going straight that's the dental
clinic
why are you trying to live we are
turning left you followed these guys
that one back there was we're going down
bro let me out bruh
we're going to let me out
do you want to put do you want to put
your shorts on before you go inside
do you want to put your shorts on inside
before we go inside
jameel do you want to put your shorts on
let me out bro were you taking me bro to
the ambulance entrance to the hospital
do you want to put your shorts back on
before we go in
he's freaking out again yeah yeah
there you go yeah
do you want to put your shorts on that
we can go inside let me out
i don't know hey are you gonna walk in
here and be cool or do we need to
handcuff you to get you in
there so you're gonna be cool i know but
are you gonna be cool to walk in i'm
cool let me out
he says he's good won't put his shorts
back on
i know we got to let get them to open
the door for us they got to unlock the
door and open it up
say it says ems entrance this is the
ambulance
this is into the hospital this is where
the ambulance is
that's not the interest bro yeah do you
see how it says ems
entrance on it so that's the entrance to
the hospital
let me out bro just let me out i will as
soon as they open this up why
do you want to put your shorts on before
we walk through my wheel they've already
been bugging me since i've been sitting
here talking about already hurdle
talking about we any but we can't pop
out bruh open the door we will in a
second but right now you're not
showing me that you're gonna be cool and
walk in there with us all right
i need you to just be calm open the door
i think you'll feel better if you put
your shorts on before we go in
but it's up to you okay i'm getting a
blood nipper
okay
because they're trying to get somebody's
attention so they'll come open the door
oh
they're coming out they're getting their
stuff we will in a second let me out
i'm not getting that chair
very unhappy about the chair
i'm tempted to say we should just castle
but i can't tell if we get him out and
he's gonna be cool and then we get a cup
and he's gonna
yeah we freak definitely grab those arms
yeah oh yeah i mean i've been able to
talk him down but then every so often he
spikes again
yeah so i'm trying to convince them i
know
i'm trying to convince them that we
don't need to put you in handcuffs
because you've been reasonable with me
right
yeah but we have to wait and do it their
way so we're just giving it a minute i'm
telling them we don't need to put you in
cuffs because you're going to be cool
all right all right now that's not what
you're waiting
somebody about to go pick me up well
there's more of the hospital staff
coming out
are we good are we good are they waiting
on working
are you waiting on glory are we good oh
we're waiting
for they're waiting on a few months
they're trying to figure out where and
there they're going to take you
so like what the truth i'm going to do
it bro let me out i'm being held against
my will in america brought by the white
man
okay i'm being held against my will by
the white man
in america okay and you see when you
start screaming in front of them that
makes them want to put you in handcuffs
all right bro let me out bro
all right what what kind of what kind of
what is that medicare what's that i'm
about to get in that
no that's an ambulance bringing somebody
else you're going to go into the
hospital here
all right i'm not letting them take you
anywhere else i'm not letting them put
them anymore i'm not getting that
wheelchair i know they're i don't think
they're trying to
win i told them i told them but remember
i'm not rushing into that i know i know
i know i appreciate it
you've been cool with me i
so he does not want to go in the
wheelchair but it's up to you
guys all right
jameel are you gonna be cool for us
you gonna be cool okay
all right all right i need you to be
cool
come on out i'm gonna hold your arms
i don't want to put you in the hand guys
oh what you put me in my heart though
i'm not going to rub
yeah i'm hold your arm like that you
don't got you bro i'm not going around
bruh
we can go in or we can keep arguing
jamil you know what you do me like this
bro
hey i've been cool with you this whole
time oh let that lady go in first
let me out bruh all right just let me go
i'm not gonna do that but y'all gotta
have all these dudes where i'm like i'm
gonna do something bro i know
i know you're not doing nothing you've
been cool with me i appreciate it can
you let me go why do you hold me like
you want me to put you in handcuffs
this is what we have to do so i don't
have to do that because you've been cool
with me
so i'm going to keep talking to you
we're going to help you
you
