She was a bomb. As the suspect performed the remaining exercises, she showed signs of nervousness that hindered her ability to complete them. Consequently, the officer placed her under arrest. She's going to stand like this. Wait, I'm so sorry, but I'm cold, too. I know. I know. She just needs in her back. She needs to have an arch. She needs to look up like this. The officer explained the ticketing process to her and instructed her companions on the necessary procedures at the police department. Um, does she like understand like what's happening? Yes, she does. Does she understand she was she was driving while intoxicated and hit a parked vehicle in the parking lot. So, she was arrested for it because we tested her and she didn't perform well on the test. Okay. Okay. She doesn't agree with the test. She said she was nervous and cold outside. She would like to redo the test. So, yeah, we're pass redo the test and there was one test where So what happens? She's being charged with So what it means is that she was arrested because she was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Um, so she's getting tickets for driving while intoxicated, reckless, and refusal because she didn't want to perform our breathalyzer test to indicate if she's um above the legal limit or if she's below the legal limit. So, she's can go to court and then she could settle it with the court from there. So, she has her purse and your wallet. They give you your driver's license back. These are just three summones just for because she was driving while intoxicated. So, one of them is just a ticket for driving while intoxicated. One is for her refusing to give us breath samples to determine how intoxicated she was. And then when you drive while intoxicated, you also get a ticket for driving recklessly. So I just gave her those three tickets. Each of them is court mandatory. Um which means that she will have to go to court on June 5th of 2024 at 400 p.m. All the court information is going to be on the back of this ticket. That's the phone number. Okay. Our courthouse is Ocean Port, which is at Fort Mammoth. Mhm. Um, so you can just give them a call if you can't make it by then. They'll change the court date for her. Um, but if you have any questions regarding the ticket, just contact them and they'll help you with that process. Okay. All right. Do you guys have any questions? No. No. Okay. All right. So, she comes tomorrow, one of my officers will come and give her a release form so that she can go to the towing yard to pick up the vehicle. Okay. Okay. And then I love you so much. Thank you so much. You're welcome. Have a nice one. So, what you're going to do is you're going to come from this front door and you're going to ring the bell right there. Okay. So, they came from everything from the So, yeah, you're going to come. This door is always open. All right. So, this see where you're at now. Okay. Yeah, you're going to come back here. I'm just saying, my girl, you guys like Come on. What's going on, bro? All right. Take him. Yep. Yep. They're coming in. Why are you inside this house? We freaking paid for it Monday. 4,800. All right, just have a seat right here. I have the whole lease inside. The lease is right there on the dang thing. The le is inside the house. Yes, we paid 4,800 Monday. A guy came today. He OP freaking cold. Hey, shopping. Just I know you. Okay, this we could talk, [Applause] but he's saying there's a lease inside the house. I got it. Was that lease? probably. Interesting. I signed it yesterday. Yeah, I have a lease. I paid money and like I I did everything I was supposed to do correctly. Okay, we're going. So, listen. We're going to figure it out. All right. We got the lease there. We're going to try to all the scrum we're going to clear. All right. So, just work with me, work with us, and you'll be fine. Sir, you can come on down. Could be one of those lease things. That's why I got scammed. Well, on the under it would be listed as I Okay. So, it looks like somebody set up a a fake uh lease and these people unfortunately fell victim to it. Yep. Mr. Sto seems like one of those fake lease fraud things. The police confirmed with the owner that the lease was fraudulent and began questioning the female suspect about the incident. Yeah. No, that was not at all. It even says innovation home on it. That lady got a code at 4:00 in the morning to get into this home. 4 in the morning. At 4 in the morning and they tried several times to open the door. We literally haven't even been here for like 5 hours. We literally just moved in. Left. We signed a lease and did everything. I didn't do I don't know. I ain't do nothing wrong. I know I didn't do nothing wrong. Who's uh has Ruiz's guy taking this or is he just No, he said no. He's not taking it. Okay. Who's primary? Okay. Fake lease. Mhm. Um they're leaving regardless of what happens and we're just going to find out who they are and what their involvement is. Signed yesterday. Yeah. And they just had people in here on the 9th. So this is super quick turnaround. All right, ma'am. my way to read you something. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. You understand? So, we get a call. Somebody was breaking inside his house. We don't know nothing about that. And to that point, that's what we know. So, that's why we there's a lot of us here cuz that's what we get. All right. I don't know what brings us. Hey, I don't I don't know you. You don't know me. So, I don't know nothing about it. All right. Who are these gentlemen that you here with? My boyfriend and the other is my boyfriend's brother. Boyfriend and boyfriend. Okay. How'd you get access? We had a code. We had someone code and we had given them 4,800. Somebody text you the pro text me cuz I don't have a service phone right now. Mhm. Uh, so I just sent him through the text number and he gave me the code for it and we came in and he said we were good to go and do those papers. Okay. I think you're the one that signed these. Yes. Okay. So, what would you say if we had evidence that shows that you accessed their system to gain a code at least four times? What would you say about that? Yes, we did do that because we kept on getting locked out from the code. So, we asked them, they said go through the invitation rooms to get the code. We can't get uh I think his name was like uh started with a D. It was like an Indian accent guy. We never met him. Okay. Do you have proof that you sent this guy money? It was through cash. It was through cash. And where did you give this person cash at? Uh we found him on Facebook, I'm pretty sure. and he gave us the email like the mail address and we sent it to him. So you mailed a stranger cash that you've never met and then you couldn't get access to a home that's done by company. How did the what happened to the original door handle and all that stuff? Where' that go? I don't know. I have left to go get my stuff and then the door handle was gone. So, who took it? I don't know. You should. Your name's on the paperwork, not anybody else's here. Yes, I do understand that. Mhm. But I had left to go get the rest of my stuff before like And then I came back and I noticed they thrown off was like different and I didn't think anything of it. You didn't bother to talk to anybody about that. I just came and did it cuz they didn't want people to access it after you moved in. Do you have how'd you get the cash? I had gotten it from my parents. So, your parents gave you cash? Yes. And where are your parents and no? How did you get the cash from your parents? I had they had direct deposit and then I cashed it out. Okay. So, they put money in your bank? Yes. And then you took money out of your account to send the money cash to this person? Yeah. Can you prove that? I can go I can try and find it to my bank statements. Okay. And where how would we do that? Uh, I have a bank at Navy Federal. I have the online banking. Okay. Do you have communication between you and the guy who you sent mine to? Yes, I have on the text me. Text me. It's either text me or text now. I don't remember. It's there's two different apps. I do know that. Did you not think that that was suspicious? I had downloaded that app. Anybody can set up a text me or a text now and be anybody. It is a service that you could be anonymous on and set up whatever. So, when did you start moving in? I started moving in about 2 days ago. How much? Three. Two. Two. Yeah. So, lease was signed yesterday. How'd you move in 2 days ago? Don't you think that's suspicious? It says right there 4:11. Today's the 12th. and you moved in the day before you started to sign your lease. The officers asked the girl to provide evidence of the money she sent for the house lease, but she had no proof. I can find it through my transaction on the outside. All right. Well, let's work on that real quick. I'm going to uncuff you. Don't go anywhere. Do anything stupid. Okay. Yeah. All right. Need you to find it. You use these are these. Yes. Um, you free right now? Yeah. If my pizza comes, she's going to pull up here. You order pizza? Yeah. Pizza Hut. Oh, you pull up. You How many you order? How many pies? I order a dinner box. A dinner box. Michael, how many hours? One, two, enough for us. That's enough for us. Hell no. When did you with uh withdraw the money? I'm looking. Honestly, I can't find it. Remember how many days ago? No, you don't. I'm going through every day trying to find it. I cannot find it. I'm already in March 7th. Okay. So, you don't know you're telling me your account doesn't show the the withdrawal of how much money? It was supposed to be 4,800. 4,800, but it doesn't show it at all. You can look, too. What about the communication between you and the guy who sold you the house? It's on the text. Text here. This is part of the conversation and then the other part is on my boyfriend's phone. This is communication between her and the guy who sent her lease, right? Who sent her? This is the person who sent her lease. What? Okay. So, his bank statement, she can't. Why? That's I was looking for I even got Mark 7 and I still couldn't find it. Okay, here's the deal. Okay, right now you have nothing to prove other than this, which doesn't prove anything for me that you didn't just concoct this scheme in that you are trying to fraudulently enter your like live here. You have nothing. Uh your homeboy over there is wanted for burglary, which probably falls in a line of something like this. So, you want to tell me what's really going on before this gets even more serious? Because it's already pretty serious. So, why don't you tell me the truth instead of trying to come up with all the stuff? Because that if that was done yesterday, it doesn't fall in line with what you're talking about. Oh, I moved in 3 days ago. So, what's really going on and what's your involvement? So, I had just gotten evicted from my apartment that I had. So, I had to quickly try and find a spot or I was going to be homeless. Um, my boyfriend and his brother was helping me out. They started texting like Facebook market trying to find homes on there. And then this one guy hit hit us up about this house, that house right there. Uh, his name was like it was some Indian name started with a D. I don't know how to pronounce it. Um, but he said that the house was still available and that he just needed the first month's rent and then the last month's rent to be able to get the house and we can go in. He gave us the code and it said you were good to go. But again, I have you accessing this house four times or access trying to get codes four times. One at 4 in the morning all the way up to I think 9 in the morning yesterday. So again, these are not adding up if he's providing you with a code. He provided me with one code and then we had to leave to go grab our stuff and then we text him and ask him for the code again and he said to go to the invitation hall. When did he provide you with this code? Uh it was Is it on any message? It's on my boyfriend's message. It's on your boyfriend's message? Yes, we text now cuz we all don't have service right now. Am I going to find this on his phone or is this going to be another rabbit hole that you're making me go down before we get to the truth? No, it should be on his phone. It should be the same number as what's on Okay. that phone. All right. Okay. Stand by. Officers started speaking with the girl's boyfriend regarding the incident and asked for proof of the money he sent. Like neighborhood, right? cuz everybody always wants to walk their dogs or sleep or do something random when we're out here. I have somebody step out one day in the driveway and like towards the street too like towards over here like you know they never sweep that like what are you doing and all of a sudden they want to be sweeping stuff like they got down the street like you you heard funny going to lose their mind when they see this. Yep. I think what are they like trying to do? Huh? What are they trying to figure out? That is that true? I don't know. Would you mind writing down your story on a piece of paper, a hand small statement stating the what all transpired, how you knew found out about the house, how you essentially paid for the house. What happened here? Huh? We're investigating. I don't know yet. No, not yet. Take the [Music] violence. Nothing violent. Okay. Put your name right here in this gray line. Then below that, write down what how how this transpired. If this is all true, go ahead and sign here in this gray box. [Music] Yo, you have Oh my god. Yo, they Jamie Oliver is gone. Done. phone around you 3 minutes from the time they call. So what's going on, man? What's What happened here? It's exactly what what's going on? I paid money Monday with my girlfriend. You know, 4,800. I moved in today. Guy came. He unlocked the door for us. You know, we signed a lease. I got the new record that you guys bought and boom. We were literally Who came and unlocked the door? Guy we've been talking to for deliveries for this click right here from Zillow on Marketplace. Okay. How did you pay this guy in person? How? Cash. That's very strange. You know why that you know why that's strange? He has a problem with lying and you got three different people. So your girlfriend said that she mailed the money to the guy and has never met him. Why is her story completely different from yours? It's literally because you're lying. Came in person. Nope. Did you? We met him today. Came along. We moved in today. We were here only for 5 hours before y'all came. So how did you find this house? I just told you. Facebook Marketplace. Zillow. Zillow. Zillow. Facebook Marketplace. Okay. You know those are two different companies, right? That's weird. Marketplace. It had it on marketplace. The link sent to the zill. What this guy look like? Huh? What the guy look like? Poppy look over there. You look younger though. Who? Not as guy in the green shirt. The guy in the green shirt. He look Spanish. Same color, same reflection, just like him, but a little skinnier, younger. Okay. So, you're going to stick by your story and a guy came and unboxed today. He came today and unlocked the door. Yes, he called. All right. Have you been in this house previous to when you came in today? So, why is your girl story completely different? What do you mean completely? I just told what she said. She said the guys handled this all through text now, which allegedly is on your phone to get the code to get in. Yes. Okay. Yes. Uh-huh. That's Yes. It's exactly what happened. The Google couldn't get into the crypto. She came today. Hey, Bread Monday. He came today and just magically let you in. He had to I don't I don't She said you guys moved in yesterday. I'm sorry. She said you moved in three days a Two days ago. Yes. Two days ago. The lease was signed yesterday. Moved into this place 2 3 days ago. Okay. Your stories are not adding up though. It's It's not matching at all. It's not driving. She didn't say anything about meeting anybody here. She said that she paid him through the mail. It was sent via mail. That's what it is. He came here today. She sent Brad. She came here today. See, we will go for No, you said you paid him in person. You literally told me that. You know everything's on camera, right? You literally said you paid him in person when he unlocked the door. I said I paid him one day. I never said in person. No, you didn't. I did not say right here. You changed it. No, I did not say that. I did not say that. Okay. You're funny for trying to How did you pay this guy in person? Listen, your story is full of the girl's boyfriend also had no proof of sending any money and his story didn't match hers. When officers questioned her again, she admitted they hadn't sent anything. I don't know. Where'd the cash come from? I don't know. Us? Who's us? Me and my girlfriend. Okay. Where did it come from? From you had it the whole time. Working wise. again. She told us that she got it from her parents. So be any more lies. She's a lies. She's a 20-year-old woman. Or do you want to like And she's scared. She has no reason to lie to us. She's scared of every one of y'all. Oh, that's it. Pointing guns at her. Okay. She's not She's not even cuffed anymore. She's totally fine when she told the story. But I'm pretty sure she 100% I know that's my girlfriend. I'm 100% She's scared. Okay. But scared to make up stories. The only thing she has to do is tell us the truth. And she's saying that she's telling us the truth, which is not obviously true. She is telling the truth. Then you're not telling the truth, too. Okay. Well, you both can't have two different stories, and I'd love to be the truth. It doesn't work. It's not how life works. So, nice try. Everything she says, hell, she telling you the truth. Okay. I don't feel like I'm not lying either, though. That doesn't make any sense. You understand that, right? I do understand, but I'm I'm telling you. I'm not lying. He's telling the truth, though. Okay. All right. So, and he says that you're not lying, but he's not lying. And obviously that doesn't work, right? Yeah, that doesn't make sense. So, how did you pay? So, he said we don't have to pay until the 16th because I don't get paid to the 16th. So, you haven't paid anything? No, not yet. And he said that we didn't have to pay until he's 16. Okay. Cuz he was trying to work with me. Okay. Why did you come up with this whole other story then? Cuz I didn't want to get in trouble. But that doesn't make any sense. If you weren't going to didn't want to get in trouble, why wouldn't you just tell me the truth? Why wouldn't you come up with a story? Like, tell me what really happened. Lying to me is going to get you in trouble. Do you understand that? Yes, sir. Okay. Okay. So, this guy allegedly texted you a code to get in initially and then said go through the homes and you did this through Zillow. Yes, it was through Zillow. He contacted me like I put the application in through Zillow, requested to apply. I was like, "When would you like to apply?" I put in my information and phone number and then he texted me through the phone number. It's suspicious to me because that doesn't work like that. You can't just put homes in Zillow and then put like fake numbers. Like it it gets put in by the company or the realer. So I know this because I'm also a realer. You can't just do this. It it's impossible. So I'm having a hard time believing that you received the number from somebody from Zillow cuz it would come back to the real assigned this house. He just said, "I like thank you for inquiring about this address. Uh, it is still available." Okay. And I I was like and I saw the address. I was like, "Oh, okay. That's the place I I applied to." So, I texted him back. All right. Can you prove any of this? Is there any proof that what you're telling me is true? It's all on the phone. That's the only thing that's they didn't do it off my phone originally cuz I was trying to show you. What did you show us? What was that? That was me trying to get a hold of him because he stopped replying to my boyfriend. That looks like Facebook. That was through text now. That was text now. Mhm. Okay. All right. You're being placed under arrest. Okay. Do you understand? I don't believe anything you're saying. You've already lied once. Now you're lying again. Okay. And you're not even out any money on it. So nobody just lets people stay without paying, especially renting. That's like guaranteed you pay first months, last month's round. So I don't believe a word you're saying. I think that you try to get in here fraudulently and I don't think it's your first rodeo and it is what it is. Actions have consequences. The woman was charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and fraud while her boyfriend's brother was arrested for probation violation and also her boyfriend was charged with burglary and fraud. Think picking flowers is harmless. This story takes a wild turn. Find out what happens next. Oh, that was bad. Your head? Yeah. On June 13th, 2024, police officers were dispatched to a residence after receiving a call about a woman picking flowers from the caller's driveway. When officers arrived, they arrested the girl for stealing flowers from her neighbor's yard and took her to the police cruiser. [Music] Lillian, do you have anything in your pockets? No. 25. I don't have pockets. Okay. So, when you Okay, I'm so confused right now. This is freaking We're just here to transport. Yeah, we're obviously going to walk here. What's that? Walnuts00 walnuts. [Music] Watch your head. Get in there, Lillian. Lillian, you want me to put a seat belt on you? I'm cool. Good. Thanks, bro. Let us know if it gets too hot or too cold back there. Thank you. You're welcome. Thanks, guys. You bet. We'll keep you guys busy today. Hey, we're on overtime. We don't we don't want to work too hard for our time and a half. What's up? I know. Can you imagine living across the street from anybody? No. This this place I know my closest neighbors. You turned the other way. This your closest neighbors. I mean, there were there were people just in the yard like zombies and we pulled up, you know, on chairs and working probably on stolen snowb blowers. Oh, yeah. under cars. Guy had a big cut on his forehead. One guy like I'm like, "Wow, this house is amazing." Cars and motorcycle. Nice. Yes. You can get me barely. Yes. Okay. Uh you know how long? Oh, you can bond out today if you uh have someone that can bond you out. It's only theft fifth, so it's the lowest one. So, couple hundred bucks you can get out easy. I don't know what I can't hear. Just turned 18. Born in 06. April of 06. She just turned 18, didn't she? It'll be about 10 15 minutes before we get there. The officers took her into custody and she explained everything that happened. Another suspect was also taken into custody in the same cruiser. 10 or 15 minutes. We uh made a stop pick up one more female. We're at Bonds right now. So just What do I do, bro? What do you mean? I'm not going to deal. What's going to happen? Um they're just going to ask you a bunch of medical questions. be booked in and out. They might sight you out. I don't know. Cuz it's a simple misdemeanor. It's like getting a speeding ticket for a seatelt. That's crazy to me. They were They were really bad for nothing. Like really who? The cops or the Yeah. neighbors. I mean, the neighbors in the scene. She was just like I mean no neighbor said nothing to me there because there's not one neighbor that said anything. Yeah. I I know nothing about it. I picked one flower from this lady's house and then another flower. I've only I only picked one, you know, from each house, you know. But I guess uh made people mad. So I won't be I guess so. That's crazy. Wait, that's crazy though. Like uh imagine like what people are going to think when they say like they see that like somebody going to jail over picking flowers. Now you're 18, right? Yeah. Just turned 18. Yeah. Okay. I just wanted to make sure you weren't 17 or we were taking you to the wrong place. Right. But we should be out here in just a few minutes. If I was 17, what would y'all do? They would uh probably either release you to your parents or take you to Meer Hall. I don't know where that is. It's It's jail for kids. That's funny. For that. Am I going to get a mug shot? Mhm. That's so cool. Her right shoulder, right arm? Yeah. Forearm really sore. Super. Okay. Watch your head when you're getting in there. Low ceiling. Okay. You want me to put a seat belt on you? You want me to put a seat belt on you? Yeah, please. Yeah. How far from there? Oh, probably about seven, eight minutes. Okay. But it's only Yeah. So, I'm assuming once they get to the jail, the jail can verify it. But she's got she's got warrants. She's got human charges for us. They'll figure it out up there. All right. Unbuckle you here real quick. You okay, Miss Brown? Yep. You all right? You okay? All right, we're here. Watch your head standing up. Okay, cuz tor need help getting up. [Music] We'll help you. Careful. There you go. All right, Lily. Oh, [Music] [Music] that hurt bad. Your head? Yeah. That metal is not very forgiving. Yeah. international domestic theft. Is there anybody in your household? The suspect was charged with theft, but the charge was later dropped. Get ready to unravel the story of this father who caused chaos outside a bar after his underage daughter was denied entry. So, as four of them came around, they walked me out the back door. I turned around and said, "Bro," I said, "Don't disrespectful. If you're going to disrespectful, come out to the street and turn around. Tell me how you're going to disrespectful 16-year-old girl. You're going to call her a stupid." I said, "That's kind of disrespectful." On July 27th, 2024, police responded to a report about a man who tried to take his underage daughter into a bar and then slammed a man into a window in Key West. As the police approached the man, he tried to hide his crime and refused to make any statement about the incident. Officers then gathered information from witnesses to uncover the details. So, can you tell me what just happened up the road at Rick's? So, at Rick's, the uh one uh bartender turned around and told my one daughter that she's stupid. So I turned around and said, "Let's have a little respect." So they turned around. They turned around said, "Sure, you have to leave." So I said, "Okay, no problem." So I backed out. Four benches came at me and I just kept bouncing that walking out. Walk it out. And then we started walking down the street. Okay. So what happened with the individual next to the uh the window? Individual next to the window. What do you mean? Okay. So you don't know anything about that side of it? No, sir. Okay. All right. So who all was with you in the group? It was just us right here. Everybody you see? Everybody here? Yes, sir. All right. Cool. So, what we're going to do is we're going to hang out tight right here. I have someone going to Rick's to talk to them cuz we have a broke we have a broken window near Rick's and your description was what was given to me. Okay. Um in regard to that window. No problem. So, we're just going to hang tight until I can figure out what's going on down there. You got sound good? You can just hang tight right there. We're going to uh try to get in contact with the officer over there and then I'll I'll come back and talk to you. Okay. The one who got I don't know. I saw this guy like I heard a girl scream. I saw a guy over her shoulder. I looked back. Then three of them shook me out and then he came. He's like, "Bro, you can't do this guy." This like 40, 50y old man grabbed him like this. He grabbed him like this. I go, "Sir," I go I try to get him off. I go, "You can't do that." And they throw me into this window right here. And then I just walked away. The guy the ridge bounces me out and then he let go of me and then I didn't see him. He's wearing a blue shirt. Yeah. Are we going to gather some information from gathering information? Yeah. I mean you guys are what's in your mouth. The guy with the big guy with a blue shirt guy with a green shirt. I went to go grab the guy and the guy in a green shirt just grabbed me and threw me into the glass and I just walked by. What color? Yeah, there was a second guy with him. I think I found the guy in the blue. I got a guy in the blue shirt. Oh, you got the blue shirt? Yep. All right. Well, that was the guy. The whole crowd. And that's the guy that grabbed him. Yep. That's the guy tried tried to find us earlier. Definitely the one that grabbed on. Are you going to be at where you going to be at? I may leave. I shouldn't be back here. Yeah. You saw that? I sent you a picture. Oh, there it is. Is the outlet number? Yeah. Okay. What about the running? We'll find out. Your name is definitely a guy. So, it might be a green shirt. Well, no, there's another. Okay. So, we'll verify with that. Okay. So, we'll gather more information from them, more of a description of who's involved. They believe one of the guys, but we need to verify what who the person that grabbed on him or two other people are talking to him separately and say, "Hey, when exactly happened, okay, and they get a description of the literally right here and I'm walking this way and I like hear a noise and I walk up and he's picking a girl up. I turn around I just like you see on the camera out of nowhere. I don't even know where these different guys get out. I think it was a different this young like 20-year-old came up was like you talking and then and then this poor man just walks in out of nowhere. What the like like I go sir you can't do that. Then another guy grabs me. I'm like way and then the bouncers came out and they came and they were like and they apparently had just kicked him out of this bar. Okay. Was it the guy? So I know you said one of them had a green shirt. The officer spoke with the victim who described the altercation in detail reporting how the man choked and assaulted him. You'll see that on the camera on the blue but there you see it. I had a I'm going to be honest. I had so much adrenaline like I was freaked out. I He was a big He was like 50 years old. Blue fishing shirt. A blue fishing shirt. Is he the one I grabbed on to you? No, he grabbed him by the neck and then the guy that grabbed me a fishing shirt. I put my I put my arm in the guy's shoulder and try to rip him off like I just go like this and then I just yanked from the back. And who grabbed you? You know it was like you kiss underage for sure. I wasn't in a bar. I was walking up the stair. the incident. Uh, yeah. I'm a considered citizen. Okay. But you need to back up and get away from back up. Keep going. Don't come in the investigation. You're going to jail. That means keep going. The way he thinks you're like hammer guy, [Applause] he wasn't old enough to be honest. I was freaked out. He was like they like walked up on us. We just turned around and they just you say something. I don't know. Like we were the whole group of like there's like probably 20 of us walking that way and then I I was the only person who saw so I was like get off of them and then I sl you'll see it on camera. We're going to get your phone numbers and all that stuff. Yeah. Did you want to pursue charges? Press charges? I think we got to do All right. So, if I press charges, what happens when you go to court? They go to jail. Yeah. Do you live here locally? I live in Tampa. Tampa. They'll figure it out whether or not they do it or something like that. I don't know. It depends. What does it do to the guy's life? It depends. It looks like the camera right here. How awful. Like, how mad will the guy's life do that? Like what do you be like in jail for? I don't want to be in jail for 10 years. Be in jail for 10 years. Not pretending to get the battery. Did you lose consciousness? Were you able to breathe when he choked you? I was I mean I wasn't able to breathe but I was I don't remember. I mean I can barely remember the window. I can't really remember what he looks like. I was really I was like Okay. Were you able to breathe though or no? Barely. when he told you. I just had my hands up. I was trying to breathe. As police spoke with the man, he expressed concern for his daughter, insisting he didn't touch anyone, but wanted to address the disrespectful behavior. My name is Officer Young, US Police. Yes, sir. What's your name, man? Jeremy. Jeremy. Yes, sir. You don't have to talk to me or not. I'm at the primary officer of this, right? I'm here for backup, pretty much. Are you a sergeant? No, I'm not a sergeant. No problem. I'm just a regular officer. Perfect. No problem. Can you tell me what happened? So, long story short, there one mountain where my uh one of my friends daughter tried to walk into the door. He turned around and said, "You're you're 16-year-old stupid." I turned around said that to Yes, sir. Yes, sir. She actually is at the car right now. She's upset about it. So, I walked up and I said, "Sir," I said, "Do you have kids?" I said, "Wouldn't it be respectful to turn around and tell somebody else that you're a stupid at 16 years old when they were following their mother and their father?" So I had four bouncers walk in front of me and turn around and walk me back out the door. I turned around said, "No problem." I said, "I'll walk out the door." But I said, "But I honestly want to tell you that it's disrespectful to tell someone at 16 years old, you're a stupid." Okay. Who's the 16-year-old? She's She's She's not the car. Yes, sir. Is she okay? Yeah. She's She's upset about it. So where where did this all take place? So it took place in between the pizza place and whatever the bar to the north side where that tree is and then the pizza spots right here. So all took place right right there. So I guess there's a karaoke bar in the back there. Is that correct? Karaoke bar and then there's like a band that plays all the way back there. I guess it was all the way in the back there. So that we would turn around and she was walking with me. So I turned around and said her mother and father was in here. I didn't understand if it was that if it was had served food cuz if it served food you could be on the rage inside the bar there. So I turned around and when he came up there he said, "You're a stupid." I said, "Bro," I said, "Do you have kids?" I said, "That'd be a little disrespectful to turn around and tell somebody out that you're a stupid 16 years old." Do you have kids? No. Okay. Where you come from? You don't turn around and tell somebody that they're a stupid. I turn around and say, "Pro." I said, "That's that's a little disrespectful." He said, "Well, turn around, take your sorry out." So I Who who was saying this? Was it the person that works there or the bartender? The uh the bouncer at the front door. The bouncer at the front door. the bouncer was saying this to you was saying that to me. So as four of them came around, they walked me out the back door. I turned around and said, "Bro," I said, "Don't disrespectful. If you're going to disrespectful, come out to the street and turn around. Tell me how you're going to disrespectful." 16-year-old girl, you're going to call her stupid. I said, "That's kind of disrespectful." Do you agree or disagree? No, I agree. Yeah. So, I turned around. I said, "Listen." I said, "You're going to back me out the door and turn around and tell me I'm disrespectful, but you turn around and call my friend's daughter a disrespectful bitch." I said, "How do you do that to somebody?" Yeah. I said, "With all due respect," I said, "You don't do that to somebody." All right. And this is from the security guard that said from the security guard at the front door. Yes, sir. So then I'm just trying to get the story of why we got called and this. You know what I mean? So then I turned around, I confronted him and I turned around. I said, "Listen, I said, if you're going to call someone disrespectful and call a 16-year-old and I I'll be honest with you, don't no disrespect to you. I'm going to step to you." I said, I stepped up to I said, "Sir," I said, "If you're going to call someone a 60-year-old disrespectful, come out to the street and call me a disrespectful." I said, "Because we're now we're off private property." I said, "But you don't do that to somebody." I said, "But all due respect," I said, "I have kids. My daughter's 18, 17, and my son's 11." I said, "You don't do that to somebody." With all due respect, I said, "I'm going to stay fire marshall." I said, "I understand the laws." I said, "But you don't do that to somebody." I said, "If you're going to call someone disrespectful, come in the street and call me disrespectful." And he just wanted to sit there and call you guys. I understand. and he was calling you guys. That's why I didn't run. Let me ask you this. Right. Yes, sir. I get the story right. We don't got to keep going through the story. I get it. I get why you would be upset. I don't want to say that to Right. Yes, sir. No, sir. So, never push Never put my hands up on them. No, sir. You never push them or anything like that? No, sir. Not security. No sir. No, sir. Cuz if it happened in that area, it's private property. No. No. I'm Look, listen. If it happened in that area, there's cameras everywhere in that place. Yes, sir. So, you're telling me you did not touch nobody? I never touched security nobody. But there was a guy that came up and turned around and turned around and said, "Oh, you're a little." And when he turned around and said that to him, I turned around. I said to him, I said, "Bro, you're out of your line." I said, "Back the up." He turned around and got in my face and says, "You." So, he got in my face. I turned around. I And I'm listen, no disrespect for I'm not going to turn around and assault you. I'm not going to hurt you or anything. I turned around. I went into him like this. I said back the and that's what I did to him. Okay. So I get it. Yes, sir. But you can't disrespect if you have kids. You understand? You know what I mean? I got an 18 and 17. I wanted to Yes, sir. know everything? Yep. And I'm assuming your whole crowd was here saw the whole thing. This is the older ones. The younger ones I already said back to the dead cuz they don't need No, no, no. Listen, this whole crowd saw the whole thing. Yes, sir. Yeah. Okay. Unfortunately, like I said, I'm not the investigative officer. No, I understand. I ain't standing. I understand looking at you guys. Yes, sir. I'd rather talk and just get the whole story. You seem like you're being actually honest. Listen, I'm trying to be respectful to you. Hey, I I really appreciate it. Um, do you mind if I talk to some of these people to get their side of the story? JJ, Kaden, Nick, Christy, Kylie, all there. Paige, they're all there. Yes, sir. Okay. Officers gathered statements from bystanders and witnesses to clarify the incident. Some individuals cooperated, providing descriptions of the attackers and sharing their perspectives on the events. I'm going to try to honestly get up. I'm sorry. Did you push anybody or hit anybody? No, someone grabbed me. Someone grabbed you. Someone grabbed me. I just push them away. Okay. It was one of us. It was one of us. Blue shirt. So, did you see this all go down? I seen half of it. Yes. All right. So just tell me like what you saw. I kind of got the story of it. I just want to make sure the actual investigator officers get everything cuz if he's saying that all the No, that's my as well. I'm the oldest. Yes. I'm 24. Did your dad hit anybody? No, he didn't hit anybody. Push anybody to get away from somebody? Did somebody I didn't see the I seen the second half of it. I was in a different bar. I was at Rick's next door cuz that's what we were trying to go to in the first place. Yeah. I came out after and then seen that someone was talking and then he pushed him back. Yes. He was in the face. No, they got in his face. No, no. I'm saying the guy was in Oh, the bouncers. Yes. Was it the bouncers that pushed him? That I don't know. I didn't see anyone pushed, but I seen him in his face. Yeah. What's your name? Uh I'm Jeremy Junior. Jeremy. So I I got the story, right? Um cool. Thank you. So just you don't got to go into the whole thing. Just just tell me exactly what you said. Okay. So from my perspective, I wasn't around all that happened. I was over there. I was sitting down relaxing, whatever, cooling, and the security or whatever they are came up to us and they started yelling cuz they were black, right? Like they weren't black. So there was a skinny white guy, fat white guy, kind of tall, right? Yeah. this and then another guy with a long beard and he started getting in my face screaming at me and my girlfriend's over there and he started yelling at my girlfriend. I'm like, "Whoa, whoa, buddy. Buddy, come on. There ain't there ain't nothing to yell about. I'm I'm just trying to discolate the the situation." So, I'm like, "Hey, buddy. Like, what the what's going on?" He starts yelling about what happened with them. And I'm like, dude, like what the is going like, you know, but he was trying to So the whole situation is big man over there was just trying to protect the the 16-year-old over there, the daughter. Okay, because the skinny white dude over there, the one that's stamping everybody's like, "Oh, stupid this and that." And she came up to me and she actually said something to me. I was like, "Hey, like whatever." You know, but I guess he Who's the Who's the other guy that you was saying that came to him towards the end? Did you see that? So, there was two younger looking fellas. Did someone get pushed into a window? Uh, I don't know. I didn't see that. I can't answer that question. My man. Um, so I get the host. Nick, nice to meet you. Man, nice to meet you. I just need to know exactly like what you saw cuz right now I'm at the point of making sure he's okay. I can't What do you mean he's okay? like he what he's telling me is okay. Yeah. Listen, the bar where you guys were at has cameras everywhere. My other officers are and they're watching that footage. I'm actually I'm waiting for them to come back with the footage because every single thing that I just heard him say is Sorry, I can't seems like a good guy to just You don't got to go to 15. No, I won't. What did you like see? So, I was waiting in line to get pizza and I had I think I have my receipt or my girlfriend does. I was number 96 to get pizza. I'm just I'm giving you details. That's all. Okay. I was number 96 to get pizza. Cheese with some mozzarella sticks, right? And all of a sudden, I heard get out of line, you stupid. That's all I heard. I didn't hear the 16-year-old thing. It don't matter. But all I heard was get out of line, you stupid. And then the girl who's she's not even here anymore, but she Yeah. She She was a friend of the family. She said she started crying, walked away, and somebody was like, "What's going on?" And the guy repeated this. I called her a stupid like as if like he was [ __ ] his chest and be this big guy. And I can't wait for you guys to pull the footage. This is exactly what happened. One of the other security guards came over and started apologizing. I'm sorry for him. I'm sorry for him. I'm sorry for him. And I believe his name's Kyle. He's he's a bigger white dude, big belly, bald head, little hair in the back. However, I don't know his name, but don't hold me to that. And that was it. So they they walked us down to the side of the street because somebody came out rightfully so. They saw us having a confrontation as if you were the bouncer and they walked us back to this side of the street and we're like, "Okay, listen. We're cool." So, I was in front of him. He was like, "We're cool. Nothing nothing to do with it." So, we walked down to this side of the street. Homeboy came out to the street and he was like, "Why you walking me down all the way out here?" Came out to the street. Short guy, short guy, Korean Chinese looking. He had a black earpiece in his ear and he had a beard like this. And he walked all the way out to the street with us. And we're like, "Why are you walking all the way out here? Like, we're just going to go down the road." And then one of his boys came out and attacked, not really attacked, but like came out and like put his hand like, "Oh, I'm not going to touch you." But he came put his hand on the guy in the green shirt. The guy in the green shirt was like, "I didn't have anything to do with this." And went like this. Homeboy fell into the window. And then I guess that's how you're talking about the cracked window or whatever. But um and then that was it. And then we walked down the street and then we're like, "Listen, we didn't do anything wrong. We just somebody called one of the family friends a stupid we were like hey that's disrespectful dude we up our pizza we sat out steps and we started eating pizza if we did anything wrong we would have hopped in Ubers and been out of this you know what I mean that's all I mean if you have anything else for me you ask me about at that moment the police emphasized the importance of fully understanding the situation before proceeding with any further action hi I'm sorry I wasn't ignoring you I had to do Nothing. Would you guys want to talk to me oneonone? Do you want us to talk to you oneon one? We can talk. I'm just I'm just I'm just trying to get Whatever you say to me, you can sing in front of my girls. All right, then. If you want to just tell me exactly I pretty much said the same thing to them. All they need to know is what you saw why we're here. I don't know. My family's cops, too. And I have no idea. All I know is that bouncer came up to me and said he was sorry. He doesn't know what's going on. I'm the mom and I said I don't know what's going on. Okay. All right. Um, so they have footage but they don't have access to it right now. Everybody's on clear. All right. Cool. So we actually Hey. Hey. So we actually have clear footage of everything. So they won't Well, I know they have that camera. Well, if you want more, let us know. We'll get that camera. No, the alarm didn't go off cuz it's glass. It's not the whole door frame. It's just the doors. Okay, I'm going to send you a picture looking right now. Hold on. Is it only broken on the inside or the outside? It's almost through both. All right. Um, here. I'm sending it to you now so you can look at it. Want to answer me? [Music] We have blue shirt for sure. Okay. Right. He's battery. He's got facial hair and stuff. The same kind of Yeah. kind of like stuff. And then there's the one in the green. So, we need to see if we can ID the one in green. Well, we could do a show. Yep. And we've got both of them sitting next to you. Yeah, that works. We just do. There's a whole group of them. So, you got all her information? Yes, I got number. So, we'll just ask. Okay. It doesn't have to be perfect. It's just an approximate cost. Yep. I ask her. Yep. For the damage. Yeah. How much right now? I'm just scared in the kitchen. And the only way our alarm goes off is if the door is open itself. Yeah, it's fine. What we'll do is I'm down here all night. Okay. So, I'll put in an extra watch and we'll keep an eye on it and we'll have them do an extra watch from 6:00 a.m. until you guys open. And then when you guys get open, um you can worry about the repairs at that point, okay? Cuz at least you'll be open. So, we'll put in an extra watch. Um she needs a little bit more info from you, okay? And then we'll be able to get moving along with everything. We just want We need to know the approximate cost. Does it have to be the exact amount of money that's going to cost to fix that? Just an approximate. So, I'm assistant manager here. I I came from Jersey down here once they already opened up. I have no idea how much. So, all we need is just gas. A dollar. Doesn't matter. You're not locked in a thousand. Perfect. That works. So, just write that down. Let them pay more if they want to do this. Go. When you get a when you get when they get the invoice for the damage to be fixed and all that that change. So, what that does is it's just something we have to add to the report. Okay. And we're not allowed to make a dollar amount ourselves because that determines our level of trouble. My my constant I just feel so good. It's part of it. We've been I have a JP today. We have like over 100 missing today and I've been doing the worst. Today was the worst part of our life for this to happen. I'll turn the AC on. Actually, no. We're about done. We'll give her our business card. Um Well, you're going to be here. Is she Are you going to be here for a little bit? Um, I was at Rockwell. I'm kind of drunk. I'm sorry. That's fine. No problem. Um, I got uh I'll be here for a little bit. I just sobered up so far. Oh, okay. So, what else do you need from We'll just give her a case number. Okay, that's fine. I've been with her for seven years. So, did you need anything else? I think we're good for now. Thank you. I'm sorry. I'm a little drunk. I know. You can go back. We're going to go up there and gather more information. Eventually, officers reviewed surveillance footage to determine what transpired. They then moved to arrest the man for his misconduct and placed him in a cruiser for further processing. Did you want to charge your car? Out of the bar and then empty trying to fight us. So the kid that was going against the class, he does 100% charges, but obviously we have the charge for the kid that I did after he does 100% charges. So is the one who got thrown against the glass is at least going to identify the one who did it? Yes. Okay, that makes it easy. All right, so if you want to do that, I'll wait till he pulls up video. If there's any type of substance, I'll see if we can either download it or I'll take a screen grab of it and uh send it to you guys. Do you want us to do the show up? Uh, I can if you want if you want to hang out here. Yeah, cuz I still got to do the victim right anyway. Okay, I'll take that. All right, we're going to go ahead and take both of them into custody. Okay. Um, because he identified green shirt as throwing him into the window and blue shirt. So, we should have the video pulled up. Um, if you guys want to grab that. Yeah, we're going to get and uh we'll be able to go and and deal with those. All right. asking, kept on asking them all to leave. I got the one dude to leave. He left right away. He was didn't seem to be involved uh any further. He left right away as I asked him to. Um big guy in blue was super aggressive. Um that's the guy who grabbed him. Yeah, you'll see him here in a second. Uh these guys part of it is this guy. This big dude dude getting in my face. He spit in my face like chest bump me. I'm like, "Dude, you just got to go. Not leave." Asked him 50 times to just leave. Get out of my face. You're in my face. Leave. This guy's being being aggressive. these three dudes. He's literally spitting in my face and not listening. They're staying somewhere close by because they walked and they took their pizza with it. I mean, they got their whole families here. It looks like friends, family. This lady was super nice. I liked her a lot. And that's all I got. Okay. Now, did you witness when um I saw him grab him by the head, but like I didn't I didn't see him smash anybody into in the glass. I guess that was somebody else. But I seen the guy in the blue shirt with the white hat grab the kid by the face for sure. Okay. For sure. Yeah, for sure. Okay. Did we get his information? Yeah. I mean, we definitely want to have this dude trespass for sure. Okay. The guy with the blue shirt. We're 100%. Yeah. He's the big boy. around James had the backup. I think so. And you gave all your property to your your wife? Yes, sir. You good with that? rearch again. Did you guys add them on the [Music] Yeah, I'll let the jail know once they get up there. are codefendants. So, we should be able to bring both of them up. Yeah. Good to go. The man was charged with disorderly conduct and assault. How much alco have you consumed? I've had two um tequila Red Bulls and I've had one shot of um not teramo. What is it? Um in 2024, police were called to assist with a possible DWI involving a woman in New Mexico who failed to maintain the speed limit. When officers engaged with the woman, she made excuses to conceal her condition, but her suspicious demeanor immediately raised red flags. Failure to maintain lanes, speeding, 90 mph, and uh switching lanes without using her turn signal. She's under the age of 21. She admitted to having two drinks, two mixed drinks, and then a shot. Okay. So, 90 mph and roadways. And roads and failed to use turn signal. Correct. Going northbound on I25. Is that her license? All right, Miss Flores. Yes. All right. We're going to walk to the front of the lake. How's your night going? It's all right. Yeah. Yeah. Stand right from where my light is. Right there. Okay. Turn your whole body and face me. Face you? Yeah. Face me. All right. Oh, are you good? Yeah, I'm okay. All right. How old are you? I'm 18. You're 18? Mhm. Any major head injuries? No. Any problems with your eyes? No. Do you wear glasses or contacts? Yes. You have contacts on right now? No, I have glasses, but they're in my car and I'm not in my car. Okay. What do you use your glasses for? Just to drive. To drive. Do you use them for walking, too? No. No. Are you able to walk without your glasses or do you prefer to have them on? No, that's fine. You're fine? I don't need them. Okay. And where were we coming from? I was coming from Canvas. Canvas. Is that where you drinking at? Yes. Okay. You're supposed to be drinking there? No. Why? Because I'm not of the age. Age. Okay. All right. Were they buying you drinks or? Yes. You purchased your own drinks. What were you doing? No, I was buying drinks. You were buying your drinks? No. People were buying us drinks. Me and my friend in the car. They're vanishing. All right. Where are we headed to? We're headed to Cororsa Montano at our friend's house. We usually stay there. Okay. We usually just stay there, but we ended up going out. You know, we shouldn't be drinking and driving and that's what happened. Okay. And then you just said you have one friend with you. Yes. Okay. All right. Well, my name is Officer Pledo. Okay. Again, I work for State Police. You have other people with you. Your driving is not too too great, right? All right. You're all over the road. You're speeding just like he said. I didn't observe it. I'm I'm going off based on what they told me, right? Okay. What's going on tonight? Um, we just left from the club before we had shown up. It was like very unplanned. We went or I went originally. I was with my two other friends. We went, we had a drink. Then my other friend showed up and then um we had another drink. She bought us a drink. Then I had two other friends showed up and they were like arguing with some guy. We ended up like deciding to leave because it was like drama. Okay. And we were like, "Okay, let's go." And we were in her car. She had came um pretty much just like on her own. I had came with my two other friends. Okay. They're already home. But um basically, they had already gone home. I called them and I was like, "This is what it is." Like um I had to drive Arwin. Obviously, she's Whose car is that? Arwin. Irwin's car. Yeah. She's in the passenger, but um so I said like this is what I have to do. Like I'm going to drive her home. Like we can stay here and we can Uber or you guys can like take us if you guys are okay. And they were like basically didn't answer us. Like they just ended up going home. That's pretty much what's happened. Nobody ever answered us. So we were like, "Okay, well we have to get home at some point. I have to go to church in the morning." Like how much alco have you consumed? I've had two um tequila Red Bulls and I've had one shot of um not teramo. What is it? Um what is it? Okay. Well, total three. Okay. Right. Yeah. Okay. And when did you stop drinking after that last shot? What was that last shot? 30 minutes ago. 45 minutes ago. Yeah. Probably like 45 minutes ago. 45 minutes ago because she said that she couldn't drive and I was like, "Well, I know that Arwin can't drive and she has her car." So I was like, "Okay, I'm going to stop drinking." So I stopped drinking. Then I was under the impression that they were going to Uber us. We were all going to Uber together. Okay. That didn't end up happening. They left us before we could even board the Uber or anything. We were like right on the street and we were like, "Okay, well you think it was pretty smart to drive?" No. You drink? No. It's not legal to drink and drive. I know. I understand that. But if you feel a certain way, right? Right. Not supposed to drive. I understand. Cool. Okay. I'm going to give you some verbal instructions. Okay. Okay. When I give you the command to start, you're going to walk nine steps forward. Okay? You're going to touch heel to toe on every step. Okay? You're going to look down at your feet as you're walking on every step. Your hands and arms are going to be down to your side at all times. Well, it's fake because it's not yours. That it might be a real ID, but it's not yours. Okay. On February 12th, 2024, officers responded to a call from a bar about a 19-year-old named Taylor attempting to purchase alcohol with a fake ID. So, so that's what we're trying to So, wait. You're traveling with him, but you don't We're coworker on a business trip. Okay. Okay. Okay. Uh, so you're putting on a business trip and you didn't know that he was on Okay. Is this the first time you've traveled with him? Ah, okay. Do you have a business card? Do you have a business card? Uh, I don't I don't So you said uh a bis a marketing firm? No, you work for a marketing firm as well. Okay. So this is they just put you on a trip together. Y'all traveling in. So you had no I don't know. Gotcha. Do you all uh like at your work do you like work remote? So you're not like uh we So we're in sales. We work at different Sam's clubs. Okay. So like basically out here to like just like network and market and stuff like and he was one of the people that come has he worked with the company very long or do you even know? Um I know he's been with my company for about 2 months now. Okay. So he's fairly new. Okay. Uh and was it at random that they send these people with you or have you ever traveled with them before? Well, I've traveled with my company. This is my first trip with him. Oh, okay. First trip with him. Okay. So, you didn't prior to this, you didn't really know the guy, right? Okay. Okay. Okay. So, so um did you didn't know he had a fake ID? I didn't know he wasn't 21. Gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. And did were you as were you surprised when he got up and pieced out? Yeah, cuz I was listening One of the managers was texting me. So I was listening to her voice note. I saw that in interaction and I saw him pick up his stuff and say, "Bro, let's just go." I was like, "Well, I'm listening to something." And then he walked off. Oh, he just pieced out. No, he was like, "Wow, interesting." And then I'm sitting here like, well, I guess he went to the bathroom or something and then fixed. The police located the suspect and asked him what had happened. He claimed that his friend had given him the ID to buy tea, but during the conversation, he accidentally revealed that it was a fake ID. Yeah, I was looking at this number right here. You're good. All right. So, I'm off Smith Airport Police. You know, you know I got called today. Yeah. What happened? Um, I went up there with my friend's ID and then he he said, uh, leave the cafe before we call the cops and then Yeah. So, you went up there with your friend's ID? Yeah. Which friend? My So, I have another friend leaving to I don't even know where he's going. I just met him today. Okay. Let me see the ID. Is that the Yeah. What What' you go up there? What you trying to do? What were you trying to do with his ID? What was that? What were you trying to do with your friend's ID? Um, I was just trying to get a drink. Okay. Like what kind of drink? Alcohol. Um, I just said tea. Where's your ID? My ID? Well, if you just said a tea. Yeah. Can I get some tea? So, you went up you went up to the bar to a bar and you asked for an a sweet tea, but you provided ID. Can I get a tea? Okay. So, let let's get this straight. So, like if I just went to Chick-fil-A and I got a tea and you got a tea, would you give an ID? I thought it was alcoholic, so I gave him that one. Yeah. Okay. So, you said you thought the tea was alcoholic. What's that? So, you thought you were getting alcoholic tea? So, you provided ID. I said, "Can I get a T?" Okay. He said, "Where's your ID?" So, I just gave him that one. All right. Well, that's what we're here to figure out. So, you guys can just keep that one, too. So, where's your friend at? Which one? My That dude. That dude? That's me. No, the uh ID. Oh, he he gave me his ID while he was here. He where's he at? He gave me that idea. I don't know. It was some dude I met this weekend. He just said you met him today. Yeah, today. No, this weekend. Uh Keegan. Keegan. Okay. And you met him today? What's that? You met him today? No, this weekend. This weekend. And he just gave you this ID. What did he give it to you for? Today. He Okay. You met him this weekend, but he was here today and he gave you this ID for just a half. Yeah. Just a half. Yeah. going to use it to buy tea from bars. No, not from bars. I just kind of did it today. Just kind of Okay. Just help me make sense of it. Yeah. Just trying to get one. But he gave me that ID. No, I don't know. I What I want you to make sense of. So, you go up to the Pizza Hut bar and you say, "Can I get a tea?" And you were trying to get one. But what were you trying to get? An alcoholic. You're trying Okay. So, you're trying to use this ID to get an alcoholic beverage. Okay. Right. Yeah. That's my bad. Okay. You aware you can't do that, right? Yes. And then, so I'm in college, too. So it's just like I was going to use So in college, do they teach you to make bad decisions or they teach where you learn in college? Obviously to learn. Okay. So I don't cuz what you're telling me just doesn't make sense. You go to the bar with this guy you met this weekend. He gave you his ID because just to have Yeah. And you go to the bar, give them an ID, say you want a tea. Okay. So I was just trying to see if I worked. So Okay. You were trying to see if you do you think this even looks like you? No. Not at all. Right. Yeah. So why would it even work? Why would you even try it? Why would you take a guy's ID that you met this weekend and think that that doesn't even look anything like you that you'd be able to go to a bar and use it to get something? I don't know. People use fake IDs all the time. So, I just assume that I would get one. So, you're aware that it's a fake that it's fake. I didn't know if it was fake. You just gave me it. Well, it's fake because it's not yours that it might be a real ID, but it's not yours. Okay. All right. Here. Give me one second. listen to us. Will you stand with him? No. Fake. Did you go uh Did you talk to the bar? Yeah. What? They said that he presented that to them trying to get a Long Island iced tea. So, did you ask for regular tea? Did you ask for a long island iced tea? I just said tea. Can I get a tea? Okay. Alcoholic. Obviously, I knew it was going to be alcoholic. Okay. But I'm assuming that he knew alcohol. Okay. Where's your stuff at? My stuff? Yeah. My food is inside. Okay. You can stay right there for right now. Hey, quick question just so we get the verbiage correctly. Did he ask for a T or a long island? He asked for a long island. That's what he asked for. Yes. Thank you, sir. Okay. Are you you're here alone other than the friend that you're with? Yeah. Okay. I mean, I don't really mean to cause any harm or anything. So So you're not causing any harm, but what you're doing, you're breaking the law. Okay. Laws are in place for a reason. And you can't just go somewhere and use somebody's ID for for to buy buy drinks or to do anything. If you have to use your ID, you have your ID. You're underage. You can't drink. You know, you can't drink, right? All right. So why even try? And then you you do it and you give them the ID. didn't take off like when they say something. He told me to. He said beat the cafe and then I'll and then he officers arrested the suspect and searched for further evidence related to the incident. All right. So, you want to go ahead and do me a favor. I got ahead back for me. Okay. Do I still get to catch my flight or you're going to jail? Okay. You're not catching your flight today. You're going to jail. Okay, come on. Let's go. So, I mean, I'm here on a business trip from my I don't I'm not even paying for my flight. Well, the the flight whenever you get released, you come back, tell them you have to rebook your flight. Tell them you missed it due to unforeseen circumstances or whatever you want to tell them. Am I getting out today then or? N once you get down to the to the jail, they'll be able to tell you all that. So, anytime you're arrested, there's an arraignment process afterwards. So, you have to take the totality of the circumstances and the charges you're being charged with to determine whether or not you're going to be released on bond, personal recognizance bond, or if you're going to have to be transported to the actual prison. Can I call somebody to Once you get to the bill, there'll be a phone in your in your cell. You can make a phone call. I just need to call him get on the plane. I'd rather have him here if that makes any like You're not making a phone call right now. What? Your friend that they were just talking to? Yeah. Okay. Okay. He's like the only person I know here. So, okay. So, you're going to go ahead and get in back of the car now. The South Dakota one is his real ID. Sort of. So, where is he from though? Tampa. Did they say that he was flying to Tampa?
