No, I mean we don't we don't let people go on drug charges. That's just a felony. No, I completely understand. But I mean Oh my god. Come over here. Come over here. No. Do me a favor. Clear all that off. Pop this so I can work inside the back of your car. Okay. If you move, get back out of here. Come over. Just run around the car with no time. Something wasn't right. I literally not I mean you can check. You can actually just lean up against the phone right here. You can actually just literally call and find out that I literally not even Listen, I'm not saying what you're telling me. I know it sounds crazy. Listen, I completely understand. So, um I'm going to finish going through your pockets, okay? And then I'm going to have a female come through and do a little bit more thorough search. All right? And I'm going to ask you right now cuz again, I have to test that. Make sure it is what I think it is. If it is, you're going to jail. Now, if there's anything in, on, or around you when we get up there, it's going to be an extra charge. Hold on. Hear me out. Just I I will hear you. I promise you that. But I have to get this part out. I say that because if you get up there and there's something in your drawers or something in your bra, it's going to be it's going to be another charge. Okay? And that's going to be an intradiction charge. It's not just going to be a possession charge. All right. Yeah. You can check my public and you can tell they're dirty. I just got out of bed this morning. Can I just trash this or you save me? I can't trash that. These aren't even my pants. I've heard that before. No, I swear to God. I live I live with a girl in I've heard that before. So these pants she gave these to me and I've been seeing it alone. So listen, I have literally heard it all. I'm not trying to I'm not trying to clown you or nothing. Okay. I'm just telling I had a big argument. I'm going to move the hair to this side. Okay. So here, come over here. Is it possible? Talk to me. Talk to me. I can't. Oh my god. I can't go to the jail. What? What? Is it possible for what? Just can I go to court, please? No. No. So, if it was misdemeanor marijuana or something like that, yes, you'd be getting a ticket. Maybe if that. So, what I'm saying is I find a crystal like substance in your pocket, it's probably about a gram or less than a gram, maybe, you know, and that's felony. Officers questioned the suspect about the vehicle and potential illegal substances, but she denied any wrongdoing. Okay, let me do my part. What is yours and what is not mine? Nothing. I literally just got home. That's kind of what I was thinking. No, listen. Okay, I'm going. I I got off of work. Um my the girl that works there with me, her and her father literally just dropped me off and you can call and confirm with the the guy that I gave. So, let me explain something to you. The the the time frame details and specifics are not going to matter. Okay, here's why. Because everything in that vehicle you're responsible for one way or another. That's why I'm asking about the items in here. The bags, the suitcases. It belongs to my daughter. What's your daughter's name? Cynthia. Okay. Here's the unfortunate part about that. You have All right. Just Just like when you hopped out of the vehicle on me like that. Just throw it back. No, I wasn't trying to hop out. Yeah. No, I wasn't trying to hop out on you like that. I just knew that being said, a lot of times what people want to do is disconnect themselves from the baby immediately. Okay. That could mean that you put something somewhere that you didn't want. That's why I'm explaining this to you in the way I am because I just I get it. Listen, nobody come. Trust me, I get it. I'm just that ransom. Well, this is I mean I know he's not here. So, I don't have to call DCF. He's at the daycare trying to make a phone call. But what I'm saying is I can't I don't have to call DCF or nothing like that. So, that's not necessarily going to interfere at this point. What they decided to do was up to them. All right. So, my female just showed up. We're going to finish searching the car. Is there anything else I'm going to find in that car? Listen, I have no idea. That car is going to hurt. And this is why I tell this is why things don't make cuz the second the first thing out of your mouth when I made contact with you was you tried to disconnect yourself from that car. No, I wasn't. I told you I got off work. Good thing I have a body camera. But what I'm saying is I know, but I told you I got off of work and I seen that the window was down and I literally So again, to my point to my point, everything you told me was disconnecting you from that car. Meaning it's not my car. The windows are down. Oh my god. How did this get here? How did that get here? The thing is this. You But again, you see, for me, my my brain starts to do this. Yeah, but I mean, I have I'm just Listen, I'm giving it to you straight. Yeah, I completely understand it. That way, you know what? I'm telling you, like I got off of work. I seen the tag. I seen the the little thing the the orange thing on it. I mean, I was there in there. You found a zero. You found a gun. Oh, how many? Okay. More. Yeah. How much more? Uh, these are all empty, but I mean I think there's in one of them there is. Okay. I think we're getting it actually in a couple of them. Possibly distribution areas. Well, it depends on cuz that's with an attempt to distribute. She's got five bags here. Was this in this bag? Yes, it was in that bag. What was in here? Nothing. No, I checked that one. What's up, man? Cynthia was charged with possession of a controlled substance for meth, possession of Xanax with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, providing a false name while lawfully detained, and a habitual traffic offense. Allison Keeler, intoxicated and unable to drive properly, crashed into another vehicle. Believing she could get away with it, her attempt to save herself ended badly. When officers arrived, they gathered the victim's details before approaching the suspect. Tension mounted as the truth about the incident started to unfold. Um, she almost hit the pump. We have on video. All right. Yeah, let me just deal with her for a little bit. We have another unit coming. Oh, here's my registration. Okay. All right. All right. You're going to sit right here. She cut people off and got behind us and she trying to I guess trying to you know cut. She didn't make it. She didn't even fit. So she was sideways. Okay. Um and she hit me. So we got out. She's like I don't see no damn center. She got out on video on that side. Yeah. You could see the red pig. She went on the wrong side of the road around us. Almost hit the palm train. Okay. And she's all over the road. She got out was like, "Oh, why are you following me? I just want to go." Are you the registered owner? I am. Do you have your license registration? Yes. Here's my um registration insurance. She is so trash. That is Yeah. I just didn't want her to hurt nobody. You know what I mean? She bumped me, but you know worse. What is going on today? I just got out of work and I've been working for like 72 hours. I'm tired. 72 hours. Where do you work? I work on in the state. Huh? Yeah. So, yachts and the states. Okay. Is there a reason why Okay. See, you've been work you've been up for 72 hours. Yes. How are you? How have you been functioning? That's why I bumped into her and I tried to talk to her and told her that I was sorry. Okay. But you kept driving off. Because I thought that she was going to like do this. Do what? It's just been a difficult time. And what do you mean? I mean, it's uh Do you need medical attention right now? No, I'm good. I just need sleep. Okay. All right. Um, we're going to have to conduct a uh crash investigation. The suspect started recounting the details of the crash, but something in her story raised more questions. What came next was unexpected. Okay. Okay. So, what happened? Where where were you at? So, I was going up to the stoplight as I spoke to your coworker or whatever. Like, she um I've been pretty much awake for 72 hours. Okay. Um working and I work on yachts. Okay. And in private estates and they keep me up very late. Yeah. And weird hours and everything. And so I was just driving [Music] and I bumped them. They got really annoyed and I saw no damage done to their vehicle. What happened to your steering wheel? Oh, that was my niece. Oh, okay. Yeah. So, that's not today. No. Okay. No, she took driver's training and she needs to retake it. Got it. What's a good phone number for you? All right. And your address on your on your license, that's where you're staying. Yes. Okay. Yep. All right. She Playhouse Point. Okay. Yep. All right. And so everything I mean everything else is good. Like it's just been a bad freaking week. I got it. It happens sometimes, but usually when you get into a crash, you try you tend not to leave the scene, so you try to stay there. I know, but they were yelling at me and I had been up for Even if they were yelling, just sit in your car, let them yell with the door shut. I know. And I and I just lost it because I'd been up for 3 days. Okay. All right. Just have a seat right there. Just give me I'll be 15 11 South Wagler Family Church till 2130. [Music] You still live in Fort Lauderdale? I have a place in Fort Lauderdale and a place here. Oh, okay. Yeah. [Music] Off. As the officers questioned both the victim and the suspect, the need for the truth became urgent. what they uncovered next would change everything. And she was like, "Oh, I don't see no damage." She got on her truck and she left. I was actually on the phone opposite side of the road. She didn't even bother going like that. We're going like instead of going on this side make a left onto southern. She went on the opposite side and we hit Yeah. I thought he he has a recording. You should have a record. Yeah. And then um she got in her vehicle and left. Yeah. follow back out again. Yeah, she got back out on the next street from here. Was Minister? I think it was. Was it Minister or Vincent? One of the streets. She got out. It's on the video. She got out. She's like, why are you guys following me? She almost fell. She's like, I just wanted to go home. And I said, well, I did too. I was on the phone with the dispatcher still. So, you got here. And she's like, roll up your window cuz you just never know. Roll up my window. She got back in her truck and this is where we are now. Drove down. She almost hit the Amazon truck that was parked right there. They had to back up. Yeah. Yeah. All right. I just want to make sure that you saw her get in the vehicle. Oh, yeah. It's on We got it on video at the Southern and Dixie and she got out right here. They got to tell him to record. Okay. All right. So, um the gentleman over there is completing the crash invest investigation. So, he's going to give you guys the driver's exchange information on that. Many other uh will be free to go. We'll be conducting a dove agent. What do you do there? Um I'm a chef and I'm estate manager. Okay. 26 1834. I have a full-time job there and that's I just wanted to come home to my husband and my cats and my dog. Okay. Delta 3 females complaining of leg pain. Check and see if he's done with his crash investigation. Copy. Land line with virus updating. They stopped like super short. Okay. And I scratched it. I'll pay for it. I don't care. I just don't 1835. It's just like ridiculous. Like I don't know why they're making such a big deal out of it because I told them already that I would pay for it. Whoa. You kind of made a bigger deal out of when you left. I know. Yeah. Yeah. But I gave them information. Yeah. But the thing is you I don't I don't really know how to deal with these things. Yeah. I'm just getting paperwork. Okay. All right. So, um the the crash investigation portion, okay, it's complete. All right. I'm now going to be Police pressed the suspect about her medical issues while reading her rights. The tension grew as they prepared for what would unfold next. I'm going to be conducting a DUI investigation. Required to read you this, okay? Because you have what's called accident privilege. I have to read this to you. All right? Don't be alarmed. Just have to read it to you. I'm required to warn you before you make any statements. You have the following constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent, not answer any questions. And um I had What's a couple like two two what? It's like two two glasses of wine. Two glasses of wine. Okay. All right. So you have two glasses of wine with friends after work. Yeah. All right. And then you And then but I'm only like two blocks away from home. Okay. Normally I'm not with I just want to go home. All right. Well, so um so you were driving where where were you at? So I was in um High Mount. Okay. Like off the inner coastal. Okay. And then I came back here. Okay. Well, and then you said they stopped short in front of you. Yes. And you hit him from behind? Yes. All right. And then what um where exactly was that at? Was that at Southern and Dixie? Yes. Okay. All right. Um, you're the only person in the vehicle? Yes. All right. So, you were driving, you're the only person in the vehicle. They stopped short in front of you and you rear ended them. All right. And then I can say I'm the only person in the vehicle, but Okay. That's probably not exactly true. Okay. Well, I don't know. I'm going to talk to them, but I haven't heard of anybody saying anybody else is in the vehicle. No, because they took off. Okay. All right. Um, where um you said you were going home from from work? Yes. Okay. All right. Do you take any prescription medications? No. You don't? All right. What they discovered next would take the situation to a whole new level. I'm good. I'm just like nervous. Okay. All right. I'm going have you come right over here. Oh, okay. Just lean up. Do me a favor and turn around, face me, and lean up against the car cuz I don't want you to fall. Okay. All right. So, do you wear glasses or contacts? No. No. Okay. All right. Do you have any medical conditions with your eyes? No. Okay. All right. So, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to check your eyes. Okay. Okay. All right. So, he's going to paint us a nice green lines that you can see really well. All right. And I'm going to give you instructions and then we'll start the next exercise. Okay. All right. All right. As the field sobriety test continued, the suspect, visibly intoxicated, struggled to respond. What the officers uncovered next would leave everyone stunned. I haven't slept in 72 hours. Why haven't you slept in 72 hours? Cuz I told you because I've been working. Okay. All right. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. I'm going to give you some directions. All right. Okay. Left foot on the line. Right heel touching your left toe on that line. Okay. Tell you what, I kind of don't want I'm afraid you're going to fall over and hurt yourself. You're very [Music] unsteady. So, I'm going to move on to another exercise, okay? Cuz I really don't want you to fall and hurt yourself. Okay? So, I'm going to have you come back in front of the car for me. And Mendes, if you'll just stand on one side of her, and I'm going to stand kind of next to you. Step out just a little bit from there for me. Okay. All right. Can you put your feet together and your arms down by your side? Oh, yeah. I'll I'll get it. Just stand right there for me. Just she starts to go grab her. All right. Feet together, though. Arms down by your side. Can you put them together? All the all the way together. Can you step out away from the car for me, though? There we go. Now you can put your feet together. Arms down by your side. Feet together. There you go. All right. When I tell you to, I want you to raise one of your feet. Either foot. It doesn't matter which one. I want you to raise it approximately 6 in off the ground parallel to the ground. I don't think I can do it. Yeah. Okay. All right. Okay. All right. So, can you just tell me what's going on? I'm conducting field sobriety evaluations. Okay. I know. I understand. So, and I just I actually at this point because of how unsteady you are in your feet, um I I'm uncomfortable doing any more of the cuz I'm afraid you're going to fall. Okay. All right. So, at this point, you're under arrest for DUI. Okay. So, turn around and put your hands behind your back for me. All right. One is going to be the Toyota. I'm going to take this off your wrist. Okay. You got her. Thank you. Switching back. I'm going to take these off your head. Can I just get my car back home? No. Your car is going to be impound and I'm going to jail. Yes, ma'am. Anything in your pockets? Just some change. [Music] Okay. Are we going to or actually you just you're going have to go through with me anyway? No. So, can can I can I Hang on. What What are you asking? Can I ask you for a day? A day of what? Just because I have to get paid because today has been a day. Okay. Well, you got to go to county jail. So, they placed the suspect in the police cruiser heading toward the jail for processing. And it'll go with you to county jail. Okay. No, but it won't. It will. It'll be in your property. Okay. Oh, yeah. You mind searching it for me? I'm going to grab I'm going to go grab your phone. Okay. Okay. All right. Um All right. Step over here for me. You got to stand against scar so she can search. The suspect's behavior grew more erratic by the second. Officers tried to make sense of the situation, but things were spiraling out of control. This is new for me, but my doctor told me when I feel like this, I just need to go home and sleep. I need to rest at this point. I feel over what's what's the word? Um over overexhilated. I feel over I feel over Would you care to drive home? I wouldn't mind driving home cuz I would be glad to just if if she's going to calm herself down a little bit. Want to compare whatever. I'm not doing nothing. I'm not doing nothing. I'm not doing nothing. Stop. Cuz I'm not doing nothing. And you know I'm not. And you know I'm not. And you know I'm not. The only reason why you going to stop me cuz I'm cooperating. I'm not doing I'm not doing I'm not doing right now. No. I'm not doing I'm not doing and you know that. They escorted the suspect to the cruiser to regain control, but she kept arguing making everything more tense. The situation was far from over. You should get out of the punch again. Yep. I'm not doing it. But I'm not doing What am I doing that's so wrong? What am I doing that's so wrong? What can you tell me that I'm doing so wrong? I'm sitting here telling you I'm not doing But I stopped and y'all didn't. But I stopped. But I stopped. But I stopped. But I stopped. But I stopped. But I stopped. That's the crazier part. Those are bloody. I'm terrified. Dude, those are bloody. I am terrified. I just want to go home. I just want to go home. I just want to go home. So, I'm going to ask you one more time. So, listen. I'm going to ask you one more time. Can I get you to calm down and act reasonable? If you keep acting like that, listen to me. Listen to me. If you cannot control your emotions right now, then I'm gonna have to do something else with you. Okay? So, I'm going to ask you as an adult, can you reach down and control your emotions right now? Absolutely. I was in a car as a passenger. Can you reach down and control your emotions? That's It's yes or no. Are you mature enough for that? I am. But I was a passenger. Let me see you control your emotions. Let me see you control your emotions. That's all I need to see right now. Can you have some adult emotional control? I then bring it down. Terrified. Bring it down. I'm terrified. You're going back up again. Okay. [Music] So then you're telling me that you cannot control yourself as an adult. Is that what you're telling me right now? No, that's not what I'm telling you. Okay. Then let me see you bring it down. Let me see you bring it down. But I got all these white officers around me and I am terrified. I am terrified. I'm standing right here. This is not a race issue. Okay. It's not. But I bring it down. Bring it down. Those are the people that ripped me out of my car when I wasn't doing nothing. Bring it down. I'm terrified. I don't know how to You don't know how we're back and you not know how to control your phone. I do, but I'm just terrified. Let me see you sit there for like 30 seconds and just breathe. Close the door. Close the door. Out of nowhere, the suspect pretended to be unwell, hoping to use a fake health issue to escape the police. What happened next shocked everyone down a little bit and I appreciate that. I'm just I'm just I need to see a little bit more of that. Okay, I just I close the door then, please. I got to see Make sure your hands are okay. Let me see your cuffs. I the the the Yeah, they they didn't secure the cuffs properly. I ain't going to hold you. They didn't. They didn't. They didn't. Whoever the me properly the first time. Yeah. Appreciate that. Yeah. Whoever step out for a second. Let me get this for you. Okay. Turn around for me. Okay. Because at the end of the day, I just want to go home. That's it. Okay. I get that. Okay. I don't live that far from here. I'm not trying to be no happy to nobody. I just want to go home. At the end of the day, I am anemic. I just broke up with my boyfriend that I've been together for six years. Oh, wow. What was he doing? I don't even know. Like, that's the issue because he he gaslights me. I do some and I know for a fact it's not me. And what's your name? My name is Ellen Morgan Mitchell. Ellen Morgan Mitchell. Miss Mitchell. I'm so sorry you're going through that right now. I try my best to pay all of my tickets. I don't want to go to jail. I get that. Do you have any tickets right now, Miss Mitch? At the end of the day, I'm just trying to get over. The suspect ignored every instruction from the officers, making the entire process nearly impossible to control. You don't care about me. Feel good. Feel good. We'll let you sit back. We'll let you sit back down like you said. Calm yourself down. This feel good. I don't like that. Slide in there and calm yourself down. No, I can't. Not with this. Not with my wrist. Doing good. No, because I had one rest frame. You were doing good. I had one wrist frame. We can't free. No wrist until you calm down. Until you calm down. No, you're not yelling and screaming. No, you're not. Until you lock. I told you I need to see you calm down before we can do anything else. Calm before you lock both of my rooms up. So, Morgan, you are not calm before you lock. No. Since the whole time I've been here, you've been yelling and screaming and crying and hooting and hollering and all I'm asking you to do is have some emotional control for one minute. Okay. Like you said, you needed one minute to sit there and breathe. Unlock one of them. I can't do that. No. No. That's not how it's not going to work. Please. I can't do it with just I can't do Then you're going to stay like that. Then you're going to stay just like that. You're going to stay just like that. Flash. You're going to stay very uncomfortable until you calm down. I can't I can't calm down with two of them. Then that's then I guess that's exactly what you're saying. I'm saying if you want me to compromise with you, I please I need at least one. Nope. That's not going to happen to me. I'm not going to hurt nobody. I'm not going to hurt nobody. You're not showing me that you listen to anything at all right now. You're not showing me any kind of cooperation. Before he got here, was I not least calm before he got here? You're not showing me any kind of cooperation. You're being resistive right now. Look at you. You're pushing me right now. You are not showing me anything to make me want to work with you. That was Come on. That you just calmed down a little bit. I appreciate that. Don't do me like that. Don't do me like that. Just have a seat for a second, brother. Don't do me like that. You're doing it to yourself. I'm telling you what need to happen. Because before you even got here, I was cool with just one in the back seat. Just sit down for a second. I was cool with just one in the back seat by myself. Just sit down for a second. You locked the other one and I put me in a spiral. I'm telling you, you locking the other one put me in a spiral. You need to sit down. There you go. I appreciate that. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Wait. Before you push me, what's your name? Officer Warman, I got a card for you. All right, babe. Warman, before you push me, Before you push me, can I speak to What's your name? Sergeant Hall. Sergeant Hall, listen. Before you lock me in both of my cubs, I have a bad experience, okay, of being held down. Listen, and I'm trying to understand that and I understand that. But listen, when I just had the one and I told you, yeah, the whoever locked me up between the two, yeah, when I was cool with just the one, I was cool. But when you put me in the two, that put me in a bad headsp space. I'm letting you know. The suspect was charged with DUI and resisting arrest. Much like the previous woman, this one refused to follow any instructions from law enforcement. In the end, she get what she deserved. On October 1st, 2023, while on patrol in Ohio, officers saw a red Ford run a red light. When officers stopped the vehicle, they ordered the suspect to comply, but she refused to listen. Tension built as the situation quickly escalated. [Applause] John, my partner's going to come up and talk to you. Ain't nobody coming to talk to me because nobody flew me over. I pulled into the driveway. It wasn't no lights behind me. Nobody's come to talk to me. Yeah. You are with me. Nobody put their lights on or none of that though. Like no. She no ran the red light. Stop banging on my window. Then put the window down. Yeah, I get that. But she ran the red light, cutting a car off completely. Like almost causing an accident. Can you put the window down, ma'am? Put the window down. Is she going to put the window down? The reason we ran the red light right there. Yeah, it's You ran the red light. We're not really sweating the red light in and of itself. That's why we That's why we pulled up on here to stop you. All right. Nobody pulled the lights off when Do you have your driver's license on you? I'm not. If it's just the red light, I'm telling you right now, we're not sweating this some red light thing. But if you like are going to identify yourself and you're making it difficult for this, this is a traffic stop and you make it more difficult, you make us think that maybe there's something else in the car, there's some other stuff going on. So the way it works, but my thing is is that nobody initially stopped me until I sat in this driveway for seconds before y'all pulled up. Well, there's not there's not like a certain set time limit where we have to like, you know, just it's not like home base where you pull in here and you're you know, you're home free. You ran the red light and that's why we're stopping you right now. So it is what it is. Excuse me. It is what it is. So, can you run a camera back and tell me that I run the red light? No. Here's the deal. Ma'am, do you have your driver's license on you? If you don't cooperate, we're going to pull you out of the car, place you under arrest for obstructing, and then you'll go to jail. All right, you can turn this red light. I cut the car off. I do. All right, get out of the car. We're done playing these games. All right, we're not playing these games. Get out. Hold on. Wait a minute. Hold on. No, I'm calling 911. No, no. Get the Give me your hand. I'm calling 911. This doesn't have to be This doesn't have to be all serious. Stop, man. It's all good. It's all good. It's all good. It's all good. I am not resisting. I'm not resist. All just hang out back there. It's all good. You You see what's going on, right? Yeah. But we don't need to be that aggressive. That's my employees. Officer, I see. We don't know her. I'm not resisting. I'll talk to you. I am not resisting. Officer, I have nothing on me. You are You are resistant. I am not resisting. They placed the suspect in the police cruiser and turned their attention to the witness, knowing there was more to uncover. What came next would reveal the truth. Get in the cruiser. What did I do? No. Hold up. Get in the cruiser. I want a supervisor. No, I want a supervisor. Now you're me handling me. I'm going to see y'all. You will get You'll get a supervisor. All right, man. You saw us. She ran a red light. I mean, it was red when you went through. It was like right at the change you went through. So it was it was well red. She went through. car came honked at her. I mean, it almost caused a t-bone. Okay, so I got to turn around. I'm going the opposite direction. I got to turn around, come back. He runs the plate. That's why we pulled up and it took a little, you know, 2 seconds by the time she pulled up for us turn the lights. Okay, we talked her. I mean, you saw for 2, three minutes asking ID ID. She's still not giving it to us. At that point, we've asked her five, six, seven times. It it turns into obstruction. Okay. So, at that point, I ask her to get out of the car. She's like, "Nope, I'm calling the police." So, I I try to handcuff her. She pulls her hand in. She pulls her hand in. I'm pulling her out. Okay. But, I mean, isn't it her right though to just like I mean, she's panicking. Like, there's a lot going on. Like, I mean, we we sat there for like five, six minutes trying to talk to her. All I need is ID. But like, and I get it, but you got to understand like it's dynamics at play. like she's alarmed. You know what I'm saying? At this point, I mean, I get, look, I get it, but we also when we do a conducted traffic stop, we we we have to get the stop done in a certain amount of time. You know, we stop her for a red light violation. We're we're sitting here playing. We can't just sit here and ask for ID, get told no. Ask for ID, get told no. Ask for ID, get told no. Ask for ID, get told no. Ask for ID. I mean, how long are we going to play that game? And I get that. We warned her. She doesn't, she's going to get arrested for obstruction. We told her that. She still said no. So, at that point, she got placed under arrest for obstruction. We opened the door. I grabbed her hand, put the handcuffs on. She I try to like just have her step out. She says no. Pulls her arm in. I feel her tense up. Pull it in. At that point, I'm not playing a game. It all transpired really aggressively. And if I'm going to be completely honest, uh I don't know that you're completely sober right now. You don't think I'm completely sober? Actually, okay. We're going to have We're done with this conversation, my man. No, you can go over there. You're not involved in this traffic stop. Your supervisor's name. Yeah, they're coming out. I got to use the bathroom. Are you aware that your apartment All right, here's the deal, man. Here. This is a traffic stop. All right. Like I I appreciate I'm just I'm like using the way that Yes. I mean, the signs and symptoms are apparent. I need you to stand up there. Okay. Say this is this is a traffic stop. Yes. But this is a traffic stopware. You can't be coming up to the cruiser. He's not using We have a supervisor coming here. All right. And I'm going to be talking to supervisor. Okay. I see this all the time. I do this every day in bars. He's clearly used me. The way that you snatched her out this car was completely inappropriate. And uh I've been completely civil about it. Yeah. But I know what use looks like and he's inappropriate at this moment. And he does not have a right to go through her car. Okay. Even if it is being told, you don't have a right to go through it. She didn't give you any reason to believe there was anything in this car inappropriate. You don't have a right to search it. So, if you could please tell him to stop searching through her car. Because you're interfering with the traffic stop, I can charge you with obstruction. I'm just giving you a warning to stay outside the traffic stop. You've been civil. I've been civil with you. I'm just telling you, if you keep approaching the cruiser, I can charge you with obstruction. I'm trying to talk to this. Sir, sir, I can talk to you later. Do you need I need to use the bathroom. I got to go. What do you need EMS for? I need EMS because they tackle me and put me in this car over nothing. I need EMS because I am distraught. I am. That's not a reason for Nope. My physical body is upset after they put me in the spot. No. Get back inside. Do you need them? Do you need a valid medical reason? I need to go to the hospital. For what? Because the way that they took me into this house into this car, I my shoulder is messed up. My back is messed up. I need an ambulance. Is right here. The suspect kept arguing, her behavior unchanged, insisting she needed EMS to take her to the hospital. But what happened next took everyone by surprise. I need to go to the hospital. We'll check your vital. You cannot deny me of going to the hospital. I need to go to the hospital. Stand up. Can you stand up? My right is You cannot deny me from going to the hospital. They were very aggressive with the way they ripped her out of that car. She was a little frantic. I will give them that. She was panicked. She's alarmed. Um but At no point did their use of force like warrant the situation. And he is repeatedly sniffing. He's rubbing his nose. He's like I I know what makes us look like and he's intoxicated. And the way they've handled her since this is transpired is completely unwarranted. How do you know her? She's my employee. Okay. Your employee? Uh so I invited her over. Yes. I invited her over to just come hang out tonight. um she's going to come hang out with me. The bar is around the corner. We like maybe we'll go play some pool, whatever the case may be. She is talking to him, but she's also on the phone. Um he's getting annoyed at this point. He's like, the police tried to deescalate, explaining the situation, but the suspect's rude behavior only intensified. What happened next was far from expected. He had almost like forced her to her face in the gravel, but like she readied herself, caught herself with her knees. Uh, and that's when I leaned in. I said, "Gentlemen, like do we need to be this aggressive? It's not that serious." And they let up when they saw that I was calm, but I was paying attention. And yes, I was recording. And um are you able to send that video to me? Yeah. All right, miss. I'm sorry to come back. I'll be investigating that. Okay. Can I ask what happened there? I know that I was driving. I pulled up in the driveway. When I pulled up in the driveway, they got behind me. When I pulled up in the driveway, doing all this and all that, talking about I ran a light, nobody stopped me from the light. If you pull this back, you will see that nobody stopped me originally at the light. It was when I pulled in this driveway. They surrounded me in this driveway. They get to come to me and I'm like, "What the like? Hold on." I'm just following him. I just came to use the bathroom and make sure he got here safe. Okay. I'm in the back of a car. Nobody ran at me. None of that. Why? I'm on the back of a vehicle. This should have been a traffic stop. Why? I'm on the back of a car. Like, come on. Stop playing.
