like somebody was running like or something then she came up a little bit later after they got a great car off the street but I I want her to be sure about the vehicle you know when you're scared like that sometimes you get ID and they got got it kind of like locked in so it's kind of like H like over there mechanically and when all of that was going on I'm kind of surprised that those guys was out there do you say you're the manager the proper one of the managers here do you know if those cameras work over there all all of these surveillance here work do you have access to them you to call the own she has access to were you able to see the guy by the face or you just saw the car and heard the noise I know it's a black guy I saw right in the miror I heard then she came up according to initial reports the victim was targeted while she was walking I'm going to have her walk me just so when he was done if you could ask them while we're doing this when he when he left he went that way I think he went this way B but uh my roommate said he actually chased me right into this parking lot so okay cuz he I I ran from right here that house right there that in that parking space he tried and he pulled over to the side of the road or he was in the parking spot P he pulled in the parking spot but first he pulled on a sidewalk and he was in a driver's seat trying to block off my my sidewalk walking home okay it might be a for okay no problem we're going to you first saw him by the post office yes and that's when he started trying to talk to you and then he kept driving in his car next to you as you were walking yeah well he called me all he passed by me over the railroad tracks and and turned on this street and then he came out of that street right there and was following me all the way all the way to that house gotta and try to grab me okay so he kind of comes and goes yes okay and that's not the first time somebody somebody was looking through our windows that we caught on videotape but it's not the same guy but they were they were uh looking through every every window that we have and we callau him on surveillance and that was a problem too and when you were when he when he pushed you on the seat were you laying did he pin you down did he hold you down pin me down first crossed my arms and everything I was wearing sunglasses he ripped them off like he ripped them off of my face and I was holding them and he was telling me that he's just going to have he just going to have and let me go I said no and I said no no okay huh I'm looking I got you I got just no that's all good s him but we didn't know he he just tried to pull it in the car where was he when he tried to pull right there by that brown car where where the end of that brown thing there clothed woman was reportedly locked outside her apartment upon arrival the officers tried to engage with the individuals involved but instead of cooperating the pair decided to put on an impromptu version of how not to act when Cops show up somebody staring at me pretty sure yeah there's a guy standing right there in the window staring at me they were cracking the blinds so I kept shining my flashlight there mly police department guess we could see the guy standing in the window on female standing the kitchen 5T away see when I come to the door staying by the oven yeah really Police Department no the the guy was standing right here oh staring at me through the slits right there yeah and then she walked by and went into the kitchen and then he followed her in there and he's standing in front of the oven now or in front of the dishwasher or something like that and she's further back in be you being on the door like that you want to answer the door I answer no you be on the door that there's no there's no reason there's no reason for you to beat on the door like that for okay no reason at all no reason the baby in here there's no reason at all you should for you to can't save him may call someone to we'll on November 15th 2023 officers in Rio Rancho New Mexico responded to a domestic disturbance call involving off-duty officer 29-year-old Jeremy navarez who physically restrained his girlfriend during an altercation upon arrival officers spoke with the woman who detailed the events that had transpired hello Ed what's going on um just have just domistic me all mad over cuz I say it's not a nut I was like you know so we start going back forth right here right right I'm in the kitchen still she's right there I get my food when I noticed she's she's not but she tried attack me and I went like that I flinched you know and I I I'm not I didn't swing I flinched I put my albow up and she I don't know which arm she hit me with but uh she hit she I felt to hit me good you know with her swing and impact against my elbow I felt it um anyways that was that and she swung she swung at me twice but she only hit me once okay but she didn't hit me like anyway just on mybow anyways uh can I see it did you like bruise or anything like that no I'm say there's a bite mark on my back though like officer wanted to take a picture of me um okay so she that okay after she does that she leaves me alone it's recording it's recording like I say about 3 4 minutes in um that uh uh that's when she comes into the room she doesn't know it's recording though um she glad you I got all this [ __ ] on camera so when she when I did that when I told her that she tries to get my daugh this is my daughter's phone she tries to bring my daughter's phone she's over here slamming against the I'm recording her is that the recording on that camera I'm recording her I on this phone I was using cuzz I didn't want her to know that I was recording so I had my phone right here and I guess she thought was recording right she's oh acting like your mom talking you know cuz my anyways it's irrelevant um he continued to fill in his side of the story with each details so I'm kids we can do it I said I just want you out of my wa I don't care and at that point we start wrestling over the phone cuzz that's my daughter's phone right like not his so I grabbed the phone and I'm like that's fine do then he didn't like that no he starts wrestling me to the ground in front of the girls and literally me I had to bite his to get him off of Me Okay and like literally he snatched the phone out of my like and that's where it ended once I saw that that like he got me exactly where he to react like that I said dude just get the the officers caught in a heated domestic drama dug deeper realizing this was about more than food allergies it was a conflict that had been simmering for a long time go here like he didn't break contact with the phone he you guys were both fighting over the phone together and that's when you fell into the wall and then did he fall on top of you or did you fall on top of him I back way that's when we started to spin around because I when he pushed me into the wall I wasn't letting go of the phone yeah and then you guys spun there and then do you remember if he ended up on top of you first or did you end up on top of him when y all he end up on top of me okay so he ended up on top of you and then how was that where was your head in in the room do you remember his butt cheek was on my face right so was your head near the wall or near so he was standing over you after you had fallen on the ground and I wouldn't let it go and that's when he sat on me and he was forcing the phone out of my hands and I was like dude get where did he sit on you at right here like on your person on your body no like he literally like basically teab bagged my face he was just like this trying to pull the f no okay so he wasn't like sitting on your chest obstructing your breathing or anything like that no did he did he make contact with your face yes was on my face I was just I didn't know if he was like squatted down and you you reached up to bite him or if he actually like no like he was pushing his weight down not enough to like choke me or seriously like injure me but he there was no obstruction of your breathing like you didn't have to change how you were breathing this is how you normally talk after you're upset or cry or this is like your normal voice right yeah okay um and uh okay so at that point he kind of like sits on your head you fight him he gets up with the phone mhm at that point I'm like let go cuz I'm just like dude get the that's when you go back in and stay on the phone with your sister until we show up mhm because they're literally breaking the LA ball they're letting him kidnap my daughter he's not on the birth certificate understand that he's never signing after David dude he has no right to take my daughter okay calm down for a second let that is my daughter my baby take care of her let me explain to you what's going to happen right now okay right now you're going to be under arrest for B on right yes s so my daughter like I said I know she's comfortable I know she's comfortable with you and she's fine with her mom too but like I said when my question my concern would be all of your little girls amenities bed this is her normal way of life right here at this house I would hate to disrupt that and have her have to spend an extended amount of time at Gram and Gramps if there wasn't a sufficient uh way to care for her up there I'm not saying there isn't yeah and I'm not saying there is but you know like taking somebody out of their house can really cause some stuff we're barely been here a month I know but this is what she's comfortable with and used to right now right yeah some she more she's Al like I said she's always want she's there too my concern is if you take her up there yeah this is going to blow up again and your baby mama might end up going up there okay no matter what I tell her no matter what I say yeah if I tell her that I pulled strings to get her out of handcuffs today she's going to want that little girl and I don't want you guys to get involved like I'm not going to keep I know I know I'm just like but to to alleviate any more problems and issues concern is that she's going to end up back up there and there's going to be a whole another issue that arises yes that doesn't need to arise if your little girl stays here with Mom you know I understand what you're saying so um just to like alleviate just so you guys don't have to see each other until she goes through her court stuff it would probably be smart for everybody for your little girl to stay here if that makes any sort of sense to you no I I totally understand and then you already have that packet that helps you with the custody issues yes and the custody paperwork and that's going to be your uh that's going to be a good resource for you so that you don't have to or so there's no more issues you know they then warned the female suspect that this was a one-time leniency urging her to avoid further conflict as any repeat would likely end in jail time something this room when I uh anle please please please do not contact him please please please do not go up the hill okay I stuck my neck out for you because we were worried about the kids and there's going to be a lot of people that aren't going to be happy with my decisions if you go up that hill and get into a suspect wanted for sexual battery as soon as the officers approached his door the suspect identified as James barricaded himself inside and refused to come out leading to a tent standoff with law you get so close to doing everything right and you try so hard for someone and then they turn their back on you just it definitely sounds like you love her sounds like you working your butt off or I I put my company on hold I put my house on hold I didn't even buy my truck I was James actually let people manipulate her that much to do do I have everything here to kill myself oh yeah I got
