Once it starts, it stays [music] on your screen somehow. >> Trending at some point. [music] >> And do we care? >> At some point, >> heavy in the air. >> At some point, you >> trending at some point. >> Don't look to body cams. Hard truth. No filter on the ground. [music] Some nights end in sirens, some in a final sound. [singing] So if your mind [music] is tired, if your chest [singing] runs, know what you're stepping into [music] before it begins. Um, okay. So, you saw the thumbnail. It's very clear what we're about to do, what we're about to go over. Um, I'm easing you in there. We're going to start with Midwest Safety when a pervert gets caught in the act and then we get to the ones y'all saw on the thumbnail. So, all right, let's go ahead and start. Do you [clears throat] know him? >> No, I don't know him. He got like two grills in his mouth. He's been on all black. >> What's up, bro? >> What's up? >> I got confused. I don't know. >> Okay. When you're When you're done going pee, come talk to me. >> Yeah. Bring your ass out. >> No, you knew what the you was doing. That's nasty. He's looking at me through the stall while I'm trying to pee. >> He came out of there right now. And then he's licking his lips. Like I literally look through the door. He's >> licking his lips. >> Will you wait over here for a second so I can get your ID in a sec? Let's go over here. >> You got any weapons on you? >> Are you holding your pants up? >> Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> Hey. Hey. I'll grab I'll grab your phone in a second. No. Stop. Please. Stop. Hey. I understand. I'll be with you in a moment. Just please hang out for a second. Let's go. All right. We're going to class. Drop your stuff. >> Drop your stuff. >> Drop your stuff. >> We have surveillance footage of this exact incident that shows the truth behind what really happened. >> Okay. We'll come back for your stuff. All right. >> You got to go home. >> No, not yet. >> I'm going. >> Work to going over here to talk for a sec. You got ID on you or anything, boss? >> Are you living on the streets right now? >> Okay. Have I talked to you before? >> Huh? I swear I have. I recognize the tattoo. >> You think you're going to jail? >> What do we got? >> Okay, let me read you your rights real quick while you're in handcuffs. Okay. >> So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say confused against you in court laws. Do you understand the right side explained to you today? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, you told me you were confused >> about which bathroom was which? >> Yes. >> Well, then why when she came out, you were licking her lips and making statements about it? >> No, I not when she came out. When I went in the bathroom to see if it was girls or boys, I was like, I saw that I station. >> So, you looked you looked through the stall door to see the girl was in there. >> Yeah, I see the girls there. >> Okay. And that's all. >> That's it, sir. >> And then you went into the men's bathroom and that's when you were taking a leak. >> Yeah. I just walked in saw I didn't see nothing. >> You just walked into >> I wonder how long is his criminal history? What all has he been charged or convicted of before? And Kim, I already hate public restrooms. This adds to the reason I don't like public restrooms and lovable. I understand why you keep something on you. I sure do. >> No bathroom. >> That's it. There was no like >> intent. I mean, I'm pretty sure you can see there's a female sign on the outside the women's bathroom, right? >> Yeah, that was the intent. >> Hey, Marcelus. Yes. >> Do you remember me from like Sunday? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Remember what we talked about? >> No, I've been here forever. You don't remember me handing you a trespass form >> and trespassing you from this property. >> You what? >> Except for you. >> I told you you couldn't come back here ever again. Correct. And why are you in the building? >> I didn't forever. >> Huh? >> I think it's a year or two. >> You thought it was a year or two? >> Be a year and forever. >> You just said you I told you it was forever. >> Yeah. You if it's for a year and it was last Thursday, then >> he said forever. He said forever. He said forever. I don't know who error is. I'm trying to get >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'm with you, Noir. His whole demeanor goes crazy or something wrong. He's the type that if he hasn't already, he's that type that easily escalates and he's he's going to go further. Someone's to the point someone's not going to be on this earth because of him. Like, like I it never it rarely stops here. Um and I think that obviously he gets out easily. He doesn't take it seriously. He needs There needs to be more consequences for stuff like this. >> Oh, so coming. >> Is there a victim in there? >> She's in there. She had to go to the bathroom. Okay. Cuz she got freaked out. And you want me to go talk with her real quick? >> Yeah. She's a black female. She's got gray shirt. >> Okay. I told her to wait by the customer service. >> My girls were in there when he did that charge. >> Okay. You're being recorded. Can you guys hop out and talk to me? One second. Can we get him in a car? We got the victims here. >> Just give it a second. Okay. >> You have two pairs of pants on. >> Let's walk up against the carpet. >> Said last Tuesday. >> I think it was Sunday. >> And I know your Gatorade chips are in there. I'll go grab them. Okay. >> Tuesday. >> Where'd you get all this stuff? >> Store. The store. >> Steal it. >> No, I bought it. Which store? >> That's our victim. >> Which store? want to sell us. [laughter] >> What store did you buy it from? >> Uh, I got with DHS. >> DSHS. >> Ma'am, I'm going to come talk to you here in a second. Okay. We're just going to get him in the car and then I'll come chat with you. Okay. Just so you know, you're being audio recorded. >> What's with the red bandana? >> Huh? >> You what? >> Let's separate the victims once we're done and talk to them separately. Marcel, let's take a seat. [laughter] >> Look at his eyes. Oh my god, that's a dangerous person. Jesus, look at his eyes. >> I can chat with the black female if you want to talk with the other I don't know their ages, if they're 15 or what. Ma'am, would you come over here and chat with me? >> Okay. >> Hi. >> Whoa. >> I'm not [laughter] trying. >> No, she wasn't in there involved or witness. She just came and asked we're okay. But I said, "No, my girls are shooking up. She was in there with them. She's 17." >> Yeah. >> And 16 and a half. >> I just want this to be separated away from them and I don't want you guys to be hearing each other's conversations. Um, so like I said, you're being audio video recorded. Um, explain to me what happened with that. >> I don't just It was just quick. Like I just when I walked in, I went um straight to the restroom. I had no clue he was even following behind me and I got in the stall >> and I was about ready to pull down my pants. >> And I honestly I didn't even notice like he was peeking through like the little the little slit >> and then um I thought it was just someone just waiting on their turn. And then I seen eyes and I seen him licking his lips. So then I opened the bathroom the the door and I said, "What are you doing?" And he just kept licking his lips like he just wasn't saying anything. And then that's when I just walked out with him and then I just >> he followed you out. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And then I just told like the first person that I saw and I was like, >> "Um, he walked in the bathroom with me." And I think one lady was like, "Yeah, I saw him go in the girl's bathroom." I'm like, >> "Okay." And just to be clear, this is the person we have detained him. Yeah. He got the two things in his teeth. Yeah. >> Okay. >> And it freaked her out and that's why she started screaming and I'm like, "What the fuck?" >> They were in the bathroom. >> You weren't in there? >> No, I was in checkout, but these are my minor daughters. >> Yeah. Let me get my notes real quick. Okay. >> And so when he was looking through the the gap in the door in the bathroom stall, did you have the door locked? >> Yeah, the door was locked. >> Okay. And I know you you were talking about uh getting ready to pull your pants down. At any point, were you exposed and did he see you? >> Not all the way. Not all I don't not all the way. Like I was like halfway and then I realized I'm like wait those are eyes. >> So you were partially exposed both ways. >> Yeah. But not like all the way like the whole thing. >> Okay. Do you think his intent of watching you through the bathroom was for sexual gratification? >> Oh, of course. Of course. He was licking his lips. He was sucking the bottom of his lip. He was and he just kept he kept doing it. >> He did that after I detained him to her. >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> How long is this going to take? Cuz I want to go home. >> Well, we should be done here in a second. Okay, >> we're good. >> And that's what sucks. The victim is going to be inconvenienced. Um yeah, he Oh, yeah. Lovable. I missed that comment. But yeah, he has a death wish for sure. Um but I hope she does stay, fills out every report, does everything. If she has to show up to a court date, I hope she shows up to a court date. I hope the mom of the minor shows up to the court date because it's tedious for the victim, but nothing's going to happen if you don't follow through with it. And I'm still very skeptical on how much is going to happen to him. He's he too wild. >> Basically, he came in there, looked through the stalls, and then left. >> I heard her like, "What the hell are you doing looking at?" She ran. And she said that he was licking his lips and everything. And another lady, a worker in there goes, "Oh, he's in out of here all the time." >> We know who he is. We dealt with him. >> I know. She was really upset. >> One more second. I'll be right back. >> Did he touch you in any way? >> Well, no. >> Okay. Did he >> He would never do that. >> Did he say anything to you? >> Uh, he only said something when he when this officer >> was arresting him and then he was like, "Yeah, and that's why you're a hoe." Or something like that. And I don't know. Okay. >> All that he was saying, but was is he recording, too? >> He is. >> Yeah. Then you'll know what he said. >> Okay. And I know you're you're super upset and that's that's totally understandable. Sorry. Mosquito eater. Don't worry about that guy. They're the friendly ones. >> Um, are you interested in like some resources for counseling, that sort of thing? >> No. >> Okay. >> I I hear you again. I'm very sorry that happened. He is going to go to jail. Is there anything else you think I should know about what happened today? >> No, that was it. >> Okay. How long when he came into the bathroom and then you exited, did he get arrested by the dead? >> It was almost instantly. Okay. Like when I asked I the first cashier that I seen, I said, "Hey, he's looking at me through the stall and and then the guy he was look I guess he was looking around for security and then I was like, can you like get someone >> and then that's when he tried to run he ran into the men's bathroom and then that's when that officer just he he was quick as hell." >> Good. Okay. I don't have any other questions for you, so you're free to go. I'm really sorry that happened to you. Okay. He's going to go to jail. >> Okay. >> You have a better day. >> Thank you. >> Mhm. Do you want a case number or anything? A prosecutor's office is probably going to call you regarding a charging decision. You might receive something in the mail as well. So, let me go get that case number for you real quick. Okay. >> They said they were both in the stalls and he came in and looked through there, then heard her scream and said, "Get the out of here." He was doing his lick lip licking thing. You can have them do a handwritten statement, but I would interview them. >> Okay. >> Yourself. >> Okay. They told me everything. >> Okay. They already did. >> Yeah. Okay. She She was partially exposed when he was looking at that. So, >> yeah, definitely voyerism >> cuz he was already trespassed. >> Yeah. Okay. There's the case number. Okay. >> And that's my card if you have any questions. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> All right. Be safe. >> Ma'am, are are you with them? >> Those are my daughters. Yeah. They was in the back row, too. Yeah. >> Sure. And we're going to interview them. I I prefer witnesses not talk to each other. >> No, that's fine. But I just want to get her contact because she was really upset and >> I understand that you can you let the police handle it and we'll we'll deal with contacting her. I just I don't want witnesses talking together, right? For a potential criminal case. Okay, >> that's fine. >> So, thank you. >> I kind of have a uncomfortable odd question. When he came in and looked at the were you guys like exposed at all or both of you? >> Do you want me to have him do these? >> What's that? I already interviewed them, but >> I I wouldn't bother if you have it on tape. >> Okay. He's a detective sergeant. He does all these interviews. I'm just going to give you the case number with my name and badge number on it for now. Don't be surprised if you guys get mail or a call from a prosecutor about this because he's already been trespassed from here. So, since he committed a crime, it's felony. So, we're going to take him to jail. And then I'm assuming a detective or a prosecutor might reach out to you guys. Did you lick his lips at all? Is the other girl saying? >> Cool. That's all I have for now. >> Hello. >> Okay. Before the call starts, I'm glad they said it would be a felony because of other stuff. Um I I hope it doesn't get reduced in that charge. I hope he's found guilty. And I'm like, is he already on a sex offender list? Is he going to be on one now? Um I really just need him to be locked up, though. Like, I'm sorry. He is a danger and then to be in there and how can I say like okay so he did all that being just disgusting and then also he called that woman a a hoe which again as as that uh what is it misogyny womanhating stuff like he's he's going to escalate to violence if he has not yet it's it's coming. Detective Crawford, just so you know, I have my camera on being video recorded again. Hey, quick question for you. I know you it's I saw you filming outside here. It sounds like you film some some things inside as well. Are you able to send us that video if I send you a link? >> Yeah. >> Okay, perfect. >> Okay. And I do want to warn you, I did threaten that dude. I threatened to slap him, but I didn't. So, I'm I'm just letting you know. >> That is understandable. So I I do not care. >> I'm like that's I've never in my life had that happen to me. So I'm just I really came to Walmart to get some dinner and now I'm not even hungry. Like I like I just want to go lay down. >> I hear you again. I'm very sorry that happened to you and we'll do everything we can. Okay. >> Yes, sir. Okay. When I get home, I'll try to uh send that to you. >> Okay. I'll send it to you here, Shirley. Thank you. >> Okay. All right. Bye. >> Surveillance footage shows the victim entering Walmart. Shortly after, just a few seconds later, the suspect also walks in and looks around for the victim. He spots her and begins following her. Another surveillance camera captures the victim walking towards the bathrooms with the suspect following behind far enough to not be suspicious, but close enough to keep her in his sights. The victim then enters the women's bathroom, and after approximately 5 seconds, the suspect follows her into the bathroom. Shortly after, the suspect exits, followed by the victim, who can be seen pointing to the suspect as he quickly enters the men's bathroom, telling Walmart management about his peeping into the bathroom stalls. We commend all the victims who were brave enough to speak up and defend themselves. This suspect was charged with burglary for entering a premises he was previously trespassed from and three counts of voyerism. He is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. When behavior like this shows up in a Walmart bathroom, it isn't just an isolated act. It's a symptom of something much deeper that's unraveling in society. One perverted throw in a bathroom stall can turn into a lifetime label that follows you on every job application and every neighborhood you try to move into. The act of peeping may sound like some petty embarrassing behavior, but in the eyes of the law, it carries real weight. In most states, it does fall under voyerism. A charge that often rises to the level of gross misdemeanor or even a felony depending on your prior history. And yet, what's even more disturbing is a suspect's reaction, the smiling taunting and almost happy that he caused discomfort. Some people really have a sickness inside that's been there for a long time. Because there's multiple victims in this situation, including teens. For officers, these are the calls that test your resolve because you're not chasing a gunman or wrestling a violent suspect, but you are staring at a man who thinks it's funny to volley the woman's privacy and her trust in public safety. But this is another warning because with cases like this, we get an actual glimpse of how many sick people are out there moving quietly around us. So, please be safe and watch your surroundings. >> Oh, shoot. >> I didn't mean to do that. Um I he that he disturbed me when they show his face again. He disturbed me. I do. Please, please let those charges stick and let them stay at a felony level. Okay, we're going to the next one. This is one of the ones that was on the thumbnail and it says, "The moment she realized she killed her newborn." And this is police insider >> detective angels who will do anything to protect [music] their children. But in this case, she became her child's worst enemy. Officers were immediately dispatched [music] to the location after receiving a 911 call about a mother contemplating murder. Viewer discretion is advised as what you are about to see is not for the faint of heart. >> Hello, ma'am. You want to come over here? I can get you help. Just come with me. >> No weapons on you. >> No. >> No. That cigarette helping you out. See, keeping you calm? >> No, I don't even got lighter. >> You don't got a lighter? All right. I can try and get you one. You want to come with me? What's going on today? Why do you want to hurt yourself? What's bothering you? I don't know what's wrong with you. >> What do you mean what's wrong with you? I'm here to help you. >> 510 essential. >> This isn't me. >> What isn't you, ma'am? >> I'm not like this. I don't feel like this. >> Feel how with a 41 clear for medical. >> Don't feel like hell, ma'am. >> Just mad and angry. >> Okay. >> And then I got this gun. He stops crying. Now the one starts crying. So, the kids just keep crying. Are they okay? Where they at? >> You can go inside. >> How old are they? >> Sheriff's office. >> Man, you okay? >> You have someone that can take care of the kids? My husband's on the way. >> On the way from where? >> He's a loud mouth. >> Where is he on the way from? >> Where's your husband coming from? >> Uhad. How long is that going to take him? >> He was about an hour into his drive. >> Okay. What's his phone number? How are you, buddy? >> You got a balloon? What's up, little guy? >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> What is that? >> What's up, little guy? You okay? >> So, the ambulance is going to come and they're going to help you out. Okay. Can you walk that way with me? Yeah. Come on. Let's go. Does anybody have a lighter? You have a lighter on your back? >> You didn't do anything to hit the kids, did you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Hey, baby. How are you doing? >> Oh my goodness. Very little. >> So, this is their first of two visits. later on they're going to come back out about a week later. So, this is the first time that um for the cops, it seems like that they saw the warning signs of what could happen, but she kept saying she wanted to hurt herself this time. And then the but when they talk to the paramedics, the paramedics are going to say they've been out here a few times before. >> You want to come in here with your brother? Hey, baby. Oh my goodness, you are cute. >> What's your brother's name? >> What's his name? >> The children were trapped in a ticking time bomb. Their home a pressure cooker ready to explode at any moment. Despite the mother dropping subtle hints about her unraveling mental state, the warning signs were about to be tragically overlooked. >> Oh my god, this is embarrassing. >> Do you feel like hurting the kids? >> I mean, I get it. If you do, parenting is a lot. >> So frustrated. >> Uh-huh. >> Like >> when one stops crying, the other one starts crying. >> It's like you can't catch a break with the kids. >> Yeah. And then on top of that, I got anxiety. Like I can't breathe. >> Okay. Do [laughter] you feel like hurting yourself >> all the time? But >> do you feel like that right now? >> Say that. >> Do you feel like that right now? >> Hi guys. So this is Kiara. She's telling me right now she has anxiety. She called us because she doesn't want to hurt the kids. she hasn't hurt them. I asked her if she feels like uh hurting herself. She says all the time, I don't know if she feels like that right now. She didn't answer that question directly. She's just going through a lot of stress, telling me she can't catch a break. When one kid stops crying, the next kid starts crying. Yeah. >> So, she just wants some help. >> Go ahead and talk with these guys are going to be able to help you with everything. Okay. You just need to talk with them. >> I got dad's 49 ready. It's not at all. >> I just know I love those guys and I don't want to hurt him, but they're frustrating the out of me. Right. >> I know. >> Um, real quick. So, the the dad's out of town. >> He's on his way. I came. My phone's dead, but he's on his way right now. >> From where? >> He was going to Carl and he's about an hour and a half away, but he's on his way back. It's probably about Robo Bond, something like that. >> Okay. Do you have any other family um in the area? >> No. And my local work, of course. >> Okay. What's your mama's name? >> My mom and >> Okay. Where's daddy? >> Daddy. >> Daddy's at work. >> Okay. You can sit down on the bed. You got any other brothers? >> You You got any other ones? >> Hi, little guy. He's cute. He looks like you. >> Yeah. This is your little brother. >> A He's adorable. >> He's a little guy, huh? >> Her isolation was another factor fueling her intense urge to commit murder. Listen closely to what she says. >> Nobody else close by. Parents, siblings of yours, his >> My family's from Florida. >> What about his? >> Well, his brother's in uh Albuquerque, but he's not even close. He's with him. He's worked with him. >> What about his parents? >> They're dead. >> Okay. So, just a brother in Albuquerque that he's not close with and that's it. >> Okay. All right. >> You're all right. Hey, you're all right. We're here. Have your brother. You don't need to cry, little one. Yeah. He gets grumpy. Huh? >> He's hungry and hot. >> He gets hungry and grumpy. >> You go to school. >> You're going to go to school. >> Hey, little one. You're all right. We're here. We're here, baby. A >> crying. >> He's fine. He could cry. He's just a little one. dig. >> So, I just want to make sure. >> All [laughter] right. >> I just want to make sure everything with that little guy. >> So, you have history on her? >> I've met her once before just to deliver the kid out. You know, the four-year-old. I remember the four-year-old being here. >> Have you ever met the father? >> No. >> He wasn't here for that? >> Um, buyer stayed here with the kiddo while we took her to the hospital and then I guess the guy came over to take a look at I think he was a lot closer than than where he was before. >> Oh, he was like out of town. Out of town nearby. >> Yeah. Um, yeah. I'll take a look at the kid. >> Does she have any history of >> Oh, I I don't know. >> Like at the time, nothing mentioned. >> Nothing uh nothing I thought I mean I I didn't really delve too much into that, but >> yeah. Okay. >> Nothing. >> All right. We'll pro we'll handle it on that end. >> Did you eat breakfast already? >> Come have flapjack. >> You can have flapjacks. >> Have you guys been here before? Yeah. >> Oh, wow. >> Sound like a month ago. >> Yeah. So, I mean, I can I can go talk to her. It sounds like she doesn't really want to be checked out. She's not voicing any ideas of wanting to hurt herself. >> Officers thought it would be best for everyone if the mother was taken to the hospital for further evaluation, but it wasn't going to be of much help. >> I already know where you going with that one. [ __ ] >> what's up, little man? You >> what you doing? playing video games or what? >> It's your little brother or sister? >> Little brother. >> Brother, >> you want to go in the cop car? >> Okay. >> All right. Get your shoes. >> Okay. [crying] >> [screaming] >> I called you guys. >> I get them. That's why we're here trying to help you. >> Well, why did nobody help me get a lighter and now my neighbors are being nosy. What? >> They're in their yard. Just leave them. >> They're pointing their big old fat fingers over here. >> Let them. Why they just bug you? They want to do that. every day and then they feed my Chihuahua and give her >> Why is your Chihuahua over there? >> Bars and pukes and stuff. >> Why is your Chihuahua even over there? >> Cuz she goes under the fence. >> Oh, if it's going to leave your property, then that's the owner's fault. >> You're going to put you in cuffs and take to my car. >> And then we're taking to the hospital right now. >> They're going to listen to you and keep doing this. >> I know you don't want to go in cuffs. That sucks. airport. >> And I'm telling you right now to stay over here. They're checking on your kids, making sure they're okay. >> What's up? >> All right. So, she's going to real >> no matter what. >> Okay. >> So, she can choose to go with you guys or if she doesn't, >> uh, >> I briefed them on what was going to happen if >> So, what do you want to do? You want to go in the ambulance or with us? >> Whatever is more convenient for you guys. I don't give a >> Just please give me a lighter. >> We can we'll do whatever is most help for you. I can get I can see if I can grab you a lighter ass. >> Okay. You got your other shoe. >> Come on. Let's get that foot in. >> Okay. I try not to interrupt these as much because of like the gravity of these situations. Um, I'm torn between what do you do to do more as far as the outside officials coming in and seeing this? Um, they did take her to get evaluated because obviously that's beyond their profession to know and whoever evaluated her must have thought she's just really stressed, but it's going to be okay. Um, I don't know. I don't know cuz sometimes people say it's the law's too heavy-handed and then sometimes it's like I wish we had have known it would go gone this far. So, I'm I'm torn on this, but the part I'm not torn on and and and you'll see why I still included calling her a monster because in the beginning her her what she said, yes, that sounds like classic postpartum um and and things like that. And I'm not saying that wasn't a part of it, but the manner in which that newborn passed is why she still for me is going to get the title of monster. Like, I'm not taking that off of her even if she does have postpartum. I'm not I'm not um and if y'all are staying, you'll hear what happened. And um and the when the cops came back, their reaction really really shook me the first time I watched this, too. Like in the sense of especially one cop was very deeply affected by it. Let's get that footed. Thank you. >> Little Terry's diaper. >> Fix this for you, buddy. >> Going to sit back here with your brother. Okay. You're in charge of watching him right now. >> Make sure you don't cry. Got to be a big brother. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. >> All right, buddy. >> Uh-huh. Take >> She was discharged that day and everything seemed fine for some time until one day 911 received a call from the mother again. You can just tell the way they approach on this next call the difference like the urgency is different. So I wonder what they said on this call versus the other call. >> Go ahead, ma'am. He's dead. He's dead. >> Who is Who is he? >> My baby. He's four months. He's four weeks old. >> Sheriff's office. >> Sheriff's office. Clear. Clear. >> Oh. Oh god. Are you kidding me? [laughter] Oh, hey. Hey, I found him. He's here right now. >> He's here. Hey, buddy. Hey, man. >> He's okay. >> Yeah. [laughter] Hey, buddy. >> The infant was no longer alive, and there were signs of brutality. Her older son was the only other witness to what had happened that day, hiding safely in his bedroom. However, the mother told the officer she didn't [clears throat] know what had happened. >> Um, Omar, she she killed the newborn. And that officer, I think, is the one that was changing the baby's diaper the week prior. He's one he I think he's the one that you hear crying and cuz and he saw the newborn. Um, yeah. So, lovable. Yep. That's the officer officer dad crying like that. or he said or the dad, but yeah, that's the officer crying right now. Um cuz he was the one, you know, he was caring for the baby. So like in a week, you you're still going to remember that. And yeah, so that's what's happened right now. They they found the one little boy hiding. He was scared of his mom and then they found the baby that she killed that was four weeks old. All >> [laughter] >> right. [laughter] >> I know, bro. I know you have kids to do. >> All right. >> You need a break real good and step outside. >> Good. >> I got this. >> I'm good. >> Just watch this. >> Okay. Okay. Hey, buddy. [clears throat] Hey, buddy. Are you cold? >> No. What's wrong, buddy? Do you need anything to eat? >> Huh? No. Let's put on some clothes. All right. >> So, we go for another ride. >> Let's get on some pants. It's kind of cold in here, buddy. Here. Do these fit you there. Try those on. [laughter] >> Just take a deep breath, man. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Can Can you tell me how to breathe? >> Inhale. 4 seconds. Count four. Breathe. One 2 3 4. Breathe out. that. >> Where'd your shoes at? You don't know? Okay, let's go outside. Come on. Let's go outside. You're going to be fine. Here, hold my hand. Not only um Kim, not only did they she tell them she was tired, she said, "I don't want to hurt them, but one starts crying and they stop and the other starts crying." And she said something else about hurting them in that first time they talked to her. Um besides hurting herself, she said that. So it it it sucks. the officers passed her off to medical care and that's why I'm like I don't know if there was anything else they could have done cuz they did they did pass her off to be you know evaluated and they knew they couldn't just keep it with them and like okay well the paramedics came out we're going to go somebody used their better judgment out of them and said let's still get her to the hospital to be evaluated and so for me the hospital is dropping the ball the medical professional that evaluated her possibly I don't know if they also told them what she told them on the scene and did she change it when she got to the hospital? It's so many open possibilities. But unfortunately, now there's a child that's not just gone, but as the narrator said, he was brutalized. >> Is that your animal? >> You like that animal? >> Want to put your phone in your pocket? >> I'm in trouble. >> Uh, not I don't know right now. Just [laughter] going to place you in a handcuff real quick. >> It looked like he crashed his face. He's all bruised. >> I know. I had a call, but I did not do it. >> All right, ma'am. Well, we're just going to figure out what's going on. Okay. I'm not the ones inside the house right now, so I for sure. We're going to walk this way. [laughter] 525 central. >> I don't understand what I'm being called. We're just going to have you sit in here for now. Okay. You got anything on your rope? >> I got like ciders and a cigarette and my >> lighters. Okay. I'm gonna go ahead and take those out. Going to touch down. [laughter] >> That's a torch. >> That's torch. Okay. Get one out for you. >> I got more back there. >> So, >> just hold on a sec. So once once they figure out what's going on in there, then we'll talk about what what happened. >> I just woke up and it was like that. >> Is there anybody else in the home or is it just you and him? >> 4-year-old son. Is it there? >> Just you and your son. Okay. >> I can't I'll say it again. I'll say it a million times. I I had a long day yesterday. talk to my mom on the phone for 7 hours cuz he wouldn't stop crying. >> No amount of regret was going to bring her son back to life. Now >> he slept more than he should have last night and it was my fault cuz I thought he was sleeping really good so I didn't want to mess with him and I was sleeping hard. >> Huh? >> Uh she has Okay, split it up. >> Okay, let's go in here. Okay, [laughter] let's go right. Let's go right here. You don't have to cry, buddy. Let's go right here. >> This officer had changed the baby's diaper and looked after him just a few days ago. His death had truly shaken him to his core. [laughter] >> Why? Why? [laughter] Oh god. [laughter] [laughter] >> Hi. >> Fire truck. >> Everything's fine. >> Can I hold your hand? They're they're my friends. They're nice people. Okay. >> Can I hold your hand? >> You can trust me? >> Yeah, >> it's okay. >> We can look at the fire truck if you want. I just don't want you >> maybe has bruises all over his face. >> Son of a [ __ ] >> I just need some I just need you guys to take watch. She is she in the park? >> Oh, she's Yeah, she's she's on there walking in. Yeah. >> So, right now we're at baby has bruises on his face bleeding out of his eyes. >> I'm not even talk to you right now. >> And that's that's when the that's when I heard what they what he said was in case you missed it. He said the baby has bruises on his face and he was bleeding out of his eyes. That's what she did to him. And that's why I'm not I'm I'm not taking the label off of Monster. I understand if someone is more empathetic than me, but no, no, no, no. It's staying for me. Oh, definitely. >> Yeah, it just just because of the one month. Yeah, I can clearly tell, but >> yeah, that baby has been gone for a while. >> Wow. >> You okay, brother? >> Yeah, I'm good. Sorry. >> You getting? >> Yeah. Do you need a favor? >> If you need anything, let me know. Okay. take some pictures of inside out. >> All right. >> The police tried to explain the incident to the father who was equally shocked. >> Okay. Let me know what y'all think of the father and that's all I'm going to ask cuz I'm trying not to influence you. >> How's it going? >> It's not. Just talk to me, man. Talk to me, please. Let's let's step up. That's fine. >> Just talk to me, please, bro. So, so our guys were called up here. >> Yes. Okay. >> My son Louis is dead. >> Yes. I'm sorry. >> I know. I know. I know. >> So, we got a call up here. Um I guess your wife is your wife. She's my wife. Okay. I guess your wife called and said that something was wrong with the baby that they needed um law enforcement up here. Law enforcement came up. They found the child in the in the uh >> in the bassinet. >> In the bassinet. Okay. >> Um so what we need you to do and that's that's as much as we know at this point. >> Okay. >> I I know there's not I know you guys are doing your investigation. >> I know. I'm not I'm not trying to be nothing. I need to know what's going on. I need to know where my other son's at. >> So your other son uh was taken to the hospital. >> Is he okay? >> To be checked for injuries. He's okay. >> Yes. Yes. >> He's okay. He's okay. >> Where's he at? He's with CF right now. With SA, not with Marinda, with SA, a different investigator. She's not at the hospital no more. >> No, she's get she's he's getting discharged now with her. >> Okay. And they they'll probably bring him back to here. Are they going to put a hold on him? Cuz I'd really like to at least get my son back. >> I'm going to I'm going to let you know. I I did sign a hold for right now. It was because you >> That makes it harder on me. >> No, no, no. We're going to cooperate with you and CYP will too. They know you've been cooperative. >> Right now, I need my family is what I'm saying. So, like my son would help me out a lot because I'm really like I'm I'm I don't I'm really at shock at what everything that's going on >> and they're they're going to work with you and they're going to help you whatever you need to do. >> Okay. Um so >> can I see him or I'm not going to be able to see him for two days either. >> Let me get you. >> He's going through a lot too, man. >> Well, no. So St. Daniel, right? >> Yeah. Just it doesn't matter. >> So the on the 48 one of the boxes checked is when there's not a parent available because you were out of town and she was with us. That's why I signed it. It's not. That's all it is right now. We can always work those things out. I will get you in contact with SA from CYB immediately. I told her you were out of town. She knows you're on her way. So, I will call her and let her know you're in town now. >> He needs me as much as I need him. >> And we'll get you. >> So, that that's the thing is if if they release him from the hospital, we have to have somebody to release him to >> I'm not pissed off, bro. I mean, none of this you guys are doing your job. I'm not pissed, bro. I'm just like >> I'm I'm I'm frustrated. I'm I'm I have a lot of emotions going through me right now. So, it's it's So, here's here's I need to ask you a few things. Okay. One, is she having issues? >> She's having her issues, but nothing like with the kids like that, dude. What's going on? She has the uh David just diagnosed her with postpartum last week. And uh I don't know what happened with the baby. I think he got suffocated with the blanket, it sounds like, to me. You know what I'm saying? And I'm I'm like, you know, I don't know. I don't want to put the blame on myself. I shouldn't have went back to work right away. You know what I mean? And I know my brother told me it's not even like that. But you know, for me as a father and a head of household, bro, I have to take care of everything. >> And I feel provider. >> You got to do what you have to do. >> Oh. What we always ask for is two collaterals. We have two people that we can call. We want to talk about the allegations. >> Excuse me. >> Do you have two collaterals that we can call about the allegations? >> No. >> Whoa. Stay out in here, buds. Come over here. >> Come over here, bud. You can't be doing that. >> Get over here. >> You don't do that. There's all these cars. >> All right, I'm giving you my opinion now because I wanted to get to this point. How do you as a father and the son seems like he's special needs himself? How do you as a father knowing that the son was in the house terrified? I don't know how much he understands about I don't know if she was yelling as she was doing what she was doing or what, but he was terrified and hiding when those cops found him. How are you now acting like a four-year-old doesn't just start running and you're fussing at him in this way when they he literally just lost his baby brother. He was terrified himself. He really probably doesn't even know everything that's going on. And I don't like the way the dad was acting. I I or is acting. I don't I I don't know what it is with that, but I didn't like it. >> Not going to see you. I don't have a bruise cuz I just >> his question and no contact. >> Is that yours too? >> No, it's my personal >> contact. But you need something, you can call me back in two years. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> Of course, I'm coming out with you guys. I have the formula and some papers of yours. >> In the face. >> Sun in the face. It's bright, buds. I know. You got to go with your dad. Wyatt is going to get you lunch. >> Don't do that, buddy. >> Why? Stop that, baby. [laughter] >> You want me to roll your window down? >> The mother was charged with firstdegree murder. YouTube thinks you'll love the >> That's where it leaves it. [clears throat] Lord, she She got the charge some. I don't know. Like I'm with y'all on the dad thing too about how he even said he knew her diagnosis and now he feels like he shouldn't have left so early. I feel like not only did he know her diagnosis, he saw how she was acting in that house. Yeah, you did level. You say you blame him, too. All right. Um, next one. Somebody does die again. Fair warning. Someone's um I don't know how much we're about to hear. I didn't watch this one ahead of time. I feel like I've heard about this story a few times though. Um but it does end fatally. Um it says teen kills woman at McDonald's over a wrong order. And this is law and crime body cam. >> 3 p.m. at a McDonald's in Atlanta, Georgia, where police are called over a deadly shooting allegedly sparked by an incorrect food order. They had a shooting in the >> stom [screaming] girls trying to fight me. That bullsh [screaming] >> police find 30-year-old Tamika Woods, described as a mother of four, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was rushed to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead, according to police. Ma'am, >> can you uh get that baby out, please? >> I got you, but can't have a baby watching. Clear these people. >> I need everybody out. I need everybody out. Stand right here. >> Next, officers clear everyone out of the business turned crime scene before trying to get to the bottom of what exactly happened here. >> They putting us out. They put everybody out. Shot this girl some damn food. >> There's a lot of people in here. Someone else at least. >> No, I saw everything. I saw everything when she shot the girl and everything. I told >> this [ __ ] showing tight. >> Well, we don't know who witnesses. >> We asked if they witnessed first. >> He saw everything. >> You witness everything. >> This should go right now. No, she didn't. No, the lady the lady hit my sister [screaming] >> because I had to get the thumbnail. From what I understand, this is the shooter right here in the bonnet. Witnesses described the four women here as family members of the suspected shooter, later identified as 19-year-old Tana Evans, who was >> Okay, I picked her out wrong. Then I'm going have to change the picture cuz I saw the I only saw her being interviewed at first and I was trying to get my thumbnail. So, I'll I'll change it and get the right one. >> Quickly whisked away to the police station. mad. >> No, I want 100% believe you. >> I said I 100% believe you, but listen to what she just said. She said, "Wait a minute." >> We'll hear more from her later. Now, officers back at the scene continue looking for answers. >> Wake up. Come out. >> No, nobody came behind the counter. Nobody went look at the cameras. Nobody went behind the camera. Put on the bottom of your car. That whole matter that she was trying to come out her and the pink >> hey ducky ducky girl pink girl Where is the supervising the bonnet and the one in the blue? All three of them. >> All right. Well, I got to say whoever she is going to go. So So who who are you? >> Yeah, they're going back out that way. >> I have to survive numerous of times. It wasn't like that. Okay. So, it was a argument, but the lady jumped in it. >> The lady jumped in or whatever. It was a back and forth. Lady jumped in and she caught somebody talking about bring her gun here cuz she going to pop all four of them. So then that's like nobody not pop nobody not pop nothing. Then that's she was like all y'all hoes whatever like that put her hand in my sister face and my sister was like stop putting your hand in my face her like that and then that's when it was the altercation broke out and then it was a shot fire me but from the beginning y'all have to see like they were they were acting like we were by them with our food. We went to drive first drive first and our food was wrong. We came through here respectfully. Then they started lolly gagging. >> My sister, she told them like >> the blue. >> Hey, look. Look. We're not going to start this arguing bull or somebody's going to go in handcuffs. All right. >> It been a bad day. >> Okay. It's going to be a bad day. You keep on. Y like this man right now. >> Police work to calm down the chaotic scene before speaking to one woman who witnesses said was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with the victim seconds before the fatal shooting. >> Like you don't even know what's going on. If it was your you would have been mad at her that too. Like that told her like um she like she start popping. Oh, I could call somebody up here on y'all come in here with my shoot all yo. Y talking about we little kids. So what you talking about getting done for? But it's we got one on us too. You saying all that? You get in my face, you doing my f like this. You doing me like this in my face. Just keep pointing my face. Stop pointing back in your face like stop pointing my face. So she did my f like this. She mushed my f my face went and I started her. >> You are not. >> You got to be kidding me. You have got to be kidding me. If I'm at work, and I know McDonald's employees, nobody's supposed to have a weapon on them or a gun at least. I'm not saying no weapon, but not a gun. But if I'm at my job and y'all come in as a freaking group talking, well, not talking. You come in threatening me and all this other stuff. I'm probably gonna say I got something to hopefully deter you from still advancing towards me or whatever y'all gonna do in your little pack. But for y'all to actually come in to McDonald's with a weapon, which there should be no reason you need to come in there with a weapon and then I don't care how old she is. I promise you I don't care how old she old she is. And she's sitting here feeling like it was okay for that girl to start shooting. I'm not one of those that says there's no hope for the youth. I just don't like them because generations always the the younger generations always get a bad rep because of people like her. So, I'm not saying it. But I don't like her or her or her group of sisters or whoever it was. >> Not free to leave. >> Huh? >> You are not free to leave. >> Okay. >> We need to find a car for you actually. >> You have anything on your hand? >> No. Hold on. Let me get my mom my stuff. >> Is Is your car locked? Is that yours? >> It's unlocked. >> All right. >> Everybody was in the car. >> All right. She is detained. She is not free to go. >> Hey, chill out. Stop. Stop arguing. >> Hey, get back. Get back. Get back. >> Get back. Get back. >> Get back. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Is this the mom that set the example for them right here? Is that the mom? >> Cuz she's she definitely obviously don't look like she's their age and she seems to be encouraging the worst part of them >> video. Can y'all tell me what y'all arrest for? Y'all have >> I'm not going to tell you again to get back. >> I'm not going to tell you again to get back. You're going to go on cuffs as well. >> You're not going to You're going to go on cuffs as well. Get back. >> I have white. Officers detained two of the suspect's family members who are escorted to the police station for further questioning and the woman described as their mother is not too happy about it. >> I'm stand right here. I have life. You can call your wife. >> Until all the questions are answered. Okay, everybody. >> I'm trying I'm asking question what I need to answer. They taking my children away. >> You cannot take my children without asking that question. >> I got you. >> Now y'all better call the right shirt. >> Moments later, officers get a chance to hear from more witnesses. God, >> you know the phrase white shirt, but apparently you don't know how to teach your daughters to regulate their emotions and not do stupid crap like this. And now you're going to have a daughter that if convicted, I don't know how far this is about to tell us what happened. That's has no life ahead of her because you're not teaching your daughters and she also does not have emotional regulation, emotional intelligence. Okay, so you're with me, Lo. Well, you wanted the mother arrested when you first saw the video. It w It is Noir. It It is. It's I agree with you. Yeah, I'm with you, too, Ace Moonshot. They were actively looking for trouble. They wanted something. They definitely wanted to get into it with somebody. I agree. Oh, you studied this case, Nora? Well, tell us what you know in case the video don't tell us everything. It was somebody mad about some food. That's all I know. >> Girl, I'm fixing that food. I stop the line. I'm fixing that food. I'm fixing that food. Everybody keep running their mouth. That's I keep telling everybody my crew shut up. They keep talking. And that's the problem when you don't want to know how to shut your mouth to let it go. And now somebody in there or shot or whatever because they keep their mouth >> keeping their mouth. They don't know how to shut. I'm not working at this job. I'm going to a whole another job. Okay. >> I'm with you. Get away from there now. It should not be that much of a hazard that you're gonna get fought at work, stabbed at work, shot at work. And it is the odds are so high with these fast food places. Like, and um I'mma tell you now, I'm not the way I see these videos, I'm not arguing with nobody that come in McDonald's. If I work, if I like I used to work at Sonic, if I still work at a fast food place, I'm not arguing with one customer. I'm not arguing. manager, you either handle it, call the cops, I don't care. I'm not going back and forth because these people are unstable, >> right? Why' you bring that to McDonald's in the first place? Janetta, >> I told them when they said, "Y'all this girl just shot the gun." [laughter] I'm like, "What? It's fine. We don't really have to go back and forth. We All y as simple as that. Everybody just we ain't going to go back and forth. Nobody going to do all that charge anyway with the kids. >> And then kids breaking that church to the hospital with that chair. Like this going >> before she even pulled the gun. >> This is crazy. And um I know y'all sent it to me. It's probably gonna be an afternoon watch. Although no one dies in the other one. the fact that someone does get shot, I figured some people may not be okay with handling that. It could have been a possibility in the morning. So, uh, but the one the pizza the Domino's one or it was a pizza place where the dude came back and shot at the place cuz his girl got beat up. I have that one. We will eventually watch that one. And that's basically like that could have been another one of these because you they were just randomly shooting the place and and felt justified. >> Protect myself even I just want to go. I don't want to run my name. I'm ready to go. >> You already know some food. >> Hey, I got man. >> I didn't even see all that. I just came back just shut the up. It was yep they came in. [sighs] >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. I'm going back to hear this back and forth real fast. So Bonnet is the same girl then that had her hair down later in the other scene. Um who was who said that? Yeah. Noir Angel. Is she the same girl then? cuz I thought I got her mixed up because um they said here's the shooter and I thought they said she was already at the station. So I'm let me know is is Bonnet the shooter >> first came in. Don't don't sit down like that. >> No, I ain't going to lie. I ain't going to lie. You really did. You did. >> How you going to sit down and say nothing? They can't go to step back cuz she [ __ ] up. >> The girl with the wrong and I grabbed her and told her to let it go. >> You can't just walk up on the ground. >> The girl with the pink rope walked up on her. I told her to let it go. >> I didn't have nothing to do that. I had a I had a line in my in my in my in my counter. >> But after that everybody she said >> I told everybody. >> Okay. Hey, what we got, guys? >> So, they want they I guess they captain or whoever they want to see the camera. >> Yeah, we got to wait till the investigators get here before we can let anybody else inside. >> They coming. They don't know how to shut up. Mr. >> Okay. Do we have any deceased or what? What's the injuries? >> Is it one of our people or >> cussing? >> So, all our people are good. >> All right. Well, that's it. Yeah. >> Okay. >> So that was in the driveway at first. They come in. So after they come to get, they came through the drive. They said they missing stuff. So they said that we missing two cent. So while they missing it, I'm saying, "Okay, cool. I'mma handle them." >> Got you. >> The pink, the girl in the pink. Oh, she just started [ __ ] like trying to fight in her. So I'm telling you, need them. Don't worry about it. let them go. But I guess her sister or her cousin, whoever walked in the lobby >> and she was like, "These people are real disrespectful." Like that's what she said. These [ __ ] are real disrespect. No, the customers are real disrespectful. >> So she was like, "Y'all don't lose y'all job. It's not lose y' job." Oh, they getting hype. Oh, the girl who shot the girl, she grabbing her gun and Oh yeah, I'm I pop one of y'all. I pop one of y >> Oh. So I'm like, "Okay, cool." So when I guess somebody they say somebody got hit. I didn't see somebody got hit. All people battery. >> Yeah, she the >> I don't care if I got to go down to the police station myself. All them people, they need to get charging. You're out full of kids. >> I'm with her in the pink shirt. They do need to get charged. They do something. Whatever is appropriate, they need to be charged. >> This was so many full of kids and everything. Girl, >> that girl >> and the one in the green that's like a like like she said, she ain't about to work at McDonald's no more. I'm with her as well. She told them to not not give in and everything, which I'm with you, Loel. That don't mean that they that she should have shot because she did go ahead and go back and forth with her. But I do feel like she was trying her best to deescalate. And the other woman was 30 with the and the girls were teenagers. And I just feel like it was inevitable cuz those girls came looking for trouble. It it didn't really matter what was going to happen. Somebody was going to not make it that day in my opinion because of those girls. and what they wanted to do anyway. But I do like that she tried to be like don't try try try not to engage with them. >> She I've been here this long. I ain't never witnessed nobody dying from me. >> That's crazy. >> The shooters are guest came in I guess. Yeah, they were >> um a McDonald's worker lost their life. Jamie >> in the drive-thru. Their order wasn't done right. So, they came in aggressively trying to get the order right. Management said, "Hey, we'll take care of it." That wasn't sufficient for them. The waving of the gun started. I guess the guest was like, "Hey, you know, this person needs to leave because they're being too aggressive." Yeah. >> So, now it's between the party that's mad because their food's not being done right with the worker, with the with the guest that got shot. And um from there, I guess the girl was like, "Well, you you know, something like, you know, don't don't talk to me like this." The girl was like, "I ain't scared of you." And the girl went to mush the sister and the shooter mush mushed her. >> She she went to mush in the in the face. And when she did that, that's when the shooter came out with the gun >> and shot her in the chest. >> Okay. So, if you if you aren't able to look at your screen, Nora Angel said what actually happened was they they wanted McDonald's, but one of them had a card and the other had another way to pay. And the victim that worked at McDonald's had an attitude about them wanting to pay separately. And she also said this was around the holidays. As y'all can see, it's 2 days after Christmas, so I'm sure they were um it was really busy and everything as well. But them girls just they were looking for something, looking for trouble. >> She should have taken her McDonald's, pulled them to the back. The manager should have been on first talking talking to deescalated [ __ ] This just I mean she just let her staff argue and walk in there and start talking all this crap. I mean, we just watched her fold and then they said she got a pistol. And then when I saw that punch, I said, "Oh, this it's over." >> Next thing you know, >> how many how many punches until >> it's just one? The girl in the pink, the girl in the pink, they got her, too. >> I mean, damn. >> After that, the other girl had them pull her gun. The one in the black pulled her gun and shots. >> Another child going to go down for life. >> And the whole kid decided Samaritan. >> Yeah. Cuz the girl had her children with her. She had her kids. >> What did you do? >> I just grabbed the girl who was coming out cuz she they were trying to jump on me at the time. >> So the girl had her gun >> and the gun and Yeah. And so I grabbed a hand she couldn't shoot nobody else. >> Shoot your ass. >> Yeah, she was shot. >> So she was still trying to shoot. I mean, one person was one too many. But I was wondering that on how cuz when you're that hotheaded, shooting once is usually not the thing that somebody like her would do. So now he just answered my question. I was kind of wondering in my head, how did nobody else get shot? Because I I knew she would probably still shoot, but I just I didn't It was just a feeling though. Um, okay. Thank you, Noir. So I don't have to change my thumbnail. So Bonnet is the same girl, but they she had take her Bonnet off for the mug shot. Thank you. Um, and I think Lovable, you said it, too. Um, yeah, he's really brave because it only takes a second. >> Hey, good job, man. Now you know people of accident >> come through the drivethru coming in with a gun. >> You said they drive. >> Yeah, they were coming through the drivethru. They had already went through the drivethru. >> They came arguing about what they didn't get their bag. >> That's how it escalated. >> So that's what So they start arguing with the McDonald's folks and then her friend start trying to like take up for the McDonald's folks. >> I don't know how the friend even get into it. >> That's what I'm trying to figure. >> Yeah. I don't even know how she end up getting into it with them. That girl will. We all lost that and so she was like, "All four of y'all walked up." That's all I heard. She was like, "She cuz they was leaving." I pulled them cuz I know her and her baby. So I was pulling brother got shot. >> No, this their sister who just got arrested. She was in there too. She >> Okay. You talking about her? Okay. >> Yeah. So I know them. So I'm saying I was pulling them telling them just come on. Let it go. So they was actually leaving. If you look at the camera, you will see that. I'm pretty sure they seen that they was actually the the lady who got shot was started walking towards saying stuff. So they turn back around like who what what you you know what I'm saying? And she was like sh pop your ass and the lady swung at the sister. The sister swung back and the other sister >> who said she was >> next officials review security footage that helps give investigators a much clearer version of events. >> Watch. Where is she? Here she comes. >> Oh wow. She comes out the damn >> Oh wow. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, man. You can't argue. >> That's crazy. >> If you watch the motion and then she turns around, she starts punching while she's getting shot. But this girl, I can tell you she I could tell she had a gun well beforehand. It's cold, man. So, let me get back to the >> back at the police station, investigators begin questioning those detained witnesses from earlier. >> We were in the drivethrough line [clears throat] ordering food, trying to place two orders. >> Do the driveth through one for cash, one for car. They informed us that we only they're since they're short on staff that they're only I'm doing straight from like I don't want to miss nothing. >> I appreciate that. >> They informed us that they're short staff. we only do one. So, we put all our orders together. Then, we went to the window. Our order wasn't complete, but when we got to the window, we were trying to tell the lady we wanted to add more food to the order. And she explained to us that she's new. Um cuz it seemed like they had well, one lady who first took our um order seemed like she had a little attitude or whatever. So, when we went to the window was a different lady and she explained to us, "Oh, we're sorry. I'm sorry. I'm new. I'm new to working or whatever." And she was like, "Oh, yeah. We all understand." cuz at first we thought it was absolute pepper. >> So we got we paid for our food, went to the second window to receive our food and we looked in our bags. >> There is no way she's going to make this make sense. I don't I I'm watching because it's here, but I don't really want to hear her. >> Didn't have everything in it. So we went inside to tell them with our receipt and let them know that all our food was not in our bags. So like, you know, fast food people, they don't like they making new food or whatever. So I guess they seem like they were a little, you know, attachment or whatever to make food. And then my sisters was based one of my sisters. Hold on. Let me not miss this lead to Okay, so we still wait for our food. Then somebody in the back said, "Can y'all um why they still here?" And then one of my sisters in the comment said, "If we had all our food, we would be gone." So then um after one of the ladies in the back said that the lady who was in the front register um I guess she catch drift of all the the emotions or whatever and see my sister was like right here. This is you know where people stand and this is their you know whatever. My sister's right here getting the sauce from their inside. And the lady from Catherine was like, "Every time, every time." People like her that know they did wrong. And they they add the details that don't matter. No one cares who was getting a sauce. No one cares about all that. Why did you have a gun on you? Why did you go into McDonald's? And why was it that serious that you started shooting that woman? um that >> and and was gonna just shoot other people because if that guy hadn't intervened, she wasn't done >> doing this like this and she had an attitude and I'm not sure what my sister or her then the lady who um had got shot was saying she had spoke up and said something and was telling the girl like I already know like girl so basically like trying to stick up for the lady. I'm horrible with stuff that's on you. So, and then >> yeah, go think of your next lie. Take that sip. I guess the lady taking off for the register lady felt like that was her way to get [ __ ] or get big. So, she was just walking back like, "Yeah, cuz nobody want smoke. Like, nobody want to." They said he trying to antagonize saying she want to fight or whatever. And then my sister, one of my sisters was like, "What you doing all that for?" or something saying like you could clock out or whatever. And then one of my other sisters um was just saying the same thing and the lady in the back and the lady who was the guest who spoke up for the register the cash register saying was saying stuff like antagonizing too basically saying oh called somebody and told them to bring bring her fire in or whatever cuz these four hoes tripping or whatever something like that. And one of my sister said something like I got it on Shuku or whatever. Basically saying she going the lady was basically saying she was going to shoot first. Then as we got our food, one of the one of the man I guess she was a manager at when McDonald's she had came up to uh me and my other sister, the freaking sister and asked us like um did y'all get everything? Are y'all okay? What do y'all need or whatever? And me and my sister we're okay. was walking out. So then the other lady still kept talking talking crazy and we walking out. Me and my other sister trying to get me and my two other sisters to lead out. >> And then they you know the lady who told somebody to go get their five had walked up to one of my sisters and when I looked she saw her head I don't know what she did her hand went like this and my sister hand went like this. So I know I try to rob her sisters. I ain't going to lie if like >> you know. >> So and then you know I took her thought. So I'm thinking I'm looking for my sisters and then I'm thinking it was a lady that had got that did the shooting cuz she said she was going to shoot first and then I'm looking and I see her on the ground and we try to leave and I see a man with my sister moing her like trying to not let her go. And then that's when I called we had called our moment and we went to go get her and yeah came back my sister and caught her. >> Yeah. Fortunately, uh the female that was uh shot, she's deceased now. She didn't make it. That's the unfortunate part about this incident. >> So what does that mean for my sister? >> Means your sister need to be in jail. What the hell you think it means? If you they say if you even aim a weapon at somebody, you better be planning to kill them. Your sister actually discharged the weapon, so she should expect to be in prison for murder because that was the intent. If you're shooting at someone, you're trying to kill them. >> Um, we don't know yet. We're still investigating, but right now, >> yeah, y'all could look at the cameras. Do they got cameras that you could >> that you could hear video video footage? >> Yeah. Well, we we're getting that now. So we we got cameras on there trying to get access to that now. Okay. All right. Um me ask you cuz they're going to ask you all that. If it's for y'all there how did it get to how did they get to that? You know what I'm saying? >> When we got in there they already they claimed that we had fake tun but we didn't we didn't have fake tun. >> Yeah. They was like we had fake tuning. We had fake tun. Y'all never gave us the food and our change. You know what I'm saying? Okay. So, y'all give us our food or whatever. Mind you, we drive first. Y give us our food. We got half of the food. So, we started telling them like we missing this, we missing that. So, getting But y'all should have had it, right? So, we like going to come in inside. So, we coming inside. We standing at the counter. I'm standing like this way, but I'm I'm just standing at the counter, but I'm turning towards the counter. She like, "All right." She start people's coming in there. She like, "Hey, yoo." So, then my sister turn like who shot him? you know to no hard like I got one too lady was just steady woo woo so mind you by this time when they ar I'm still walking back and forth to my table to back over there to my table >> sorry I she's she's she doesn't make sense to me oh my god but um yes y'all are right that even the shock or whatever is like she said as soon as she said it was what's going to happen to my sister. It wasn't about what happened to this victim. It was like okay now how how does this impact my sister? Yeah, she definitely um she didn't care about the victim. >> My food and so the left start pulling her hand in my face doing all like this. So I point back like stop putting your hand in my face like doing her hand like that. She mushed me. She mushed me two times and we started fighting. Then me and her start getting some gun went off but I didn't know that it was my sister that shot. So gun went off everybody just start running. I turn back around cuz I didn't see my sister outside. So when I turn back around I see I see Le laying on the floor. I see Le laying on the floor. My sister is still in there and the man had up got up his file on my sister. >> Now armed with multiple witness statements and video evidence, detectives finally sit down with Tania and read her her Miranda rights. >> And I'm going to ask you again and I need [clears throat] for a verbal answer, please. Do you understand these rights? >> Yeah, but I love you, Lord. I do. I got a my sister. >> You said you do. >> I got to talk to my sister for my Lord. >> Okay. So, do you but I I still have to ask you the rest. >> Do you But let me ask you again. Do you understand these rights? >> Do you wish to talk Do you wish to talk to us at this time without a lawyer? >> Okay. So, no, I can I can call my mom like the lawyer. I don't really know how to get into contact with you. >> That's fine. Okay. Um [clears throat] so um we're with the homicide unit. Um unfortunately today that girl she deceased at the hospital. Okay. That's the unfortunate part. Um, I'm going to honor the fact that you want to steal with your lawyer, but unfortunately you're going to be charged for that. Okay. [snorts] All right. Um, give me a second. I'll be back in here. I'll let you speak with your mom over the phone. Okay. All right. Besides this case, do you want to talk to me about anything else? You have something else to ask me? >> Yeah. How long are you sitting here? It's going to be um a minute. Okay. >> The 19-year-old declines to speak about the case without a lawyer and is informed of her charges. But next, investigators allow her a phone call. >> Did they hear you? Did they charge you again? >> The investigator came murder aggravated >> possession of firearm commission felony. >> And possession of firearm felony. >> I don't got a felony. You're not failing. You're not failing. >> I remember this part now because >> they pissed me off on not understanding that it was the crime was the act of a felony. And they sitting there arguing about the mom sitting there talking about you aren't a felon. You aren't a felon. I remember this part. >> Murder is the felon. She's not a felon. >> No one said >> no. >> Oh, murder in the in the in the process of committing a felony. Yeah. Tania was charged with murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and theft by receiving stolen property after police said the gun used in the shooting was previously reported stolen. >> So, what what are they saying? >> You're being charged murder. >> Yeah, I'm a lie. I need >> Tell me what >> how long >> how long was what do you get do you get on there? Uh, how long did that um murder murder for murder? >> You mean prison? >> Yeah. >> 25 to 30 years. >> Online records show Tania negotiated a plea deal and pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm. The 19-year-old was sentenced to 25 years behind bars. Subscribe now for >> Good. Good. cuz I was like, "Wait, plea deal." What? Good. Cuz she was going to keep trying to kill people and one life is one life too many. Um just no remorse just for Oh, they their mom needs something. I don't know what, but it's like how did you do this to these girls? Because the mom sounds just as bad. This isn't one of those where you try to raise them well, they get in the wrong crowd. No, it's like she literally raised them to go this route and then defends the route. Um, it didn't it didn't bring your comment up. I hate when YouTube blocks y'all's comments, but Jamie said just stupid. The mama is just as dumb as her children. All of them dumb. No hope for that entire family. I agree. Rose said uh she's talking like it just what you say? She's talking like it's just that she went to McDonald's and got to fighting. Right. Right. Like she didn't bring out a gun and stuff. Right. Okay. I have one more. I don't even know what I can say to this. So, if I don't have anything to say, I'm just going to bring up your comments. I might read your comments out loud, but I'm tell you now, I don't know what to say to this. So, the last one I pinned the comment of trigger warning. Trigger warning. I put what this man did on the thumbnail. The w the victim does um is in this body cam as well as the one that that I'm gonna say it because you need to know. The one that raped her is also in the body cam. So that is your warning of exactly where this is about to go. So all right, here you go. And this is the last one of today. >> Secluded area inside of a mall and then forced to live through her worst nightmare by a man who was a [music] complete stranger. Officers soon took the matter into their own hands and apprehended the man days later at the same mall. Um, we are wear up to you if you want to keep rolling or if you want to turn them off as soon as you guys do you guys want to sit and we'll stand or >> you guys sit level with him. >> Now, this is kind of where it's going to get a little uncomfortable. Okay. >> Was there any during >> Yes. >> Yes. Okay. So she's eligible to go down to the hospital >> and they can do forensic nurse. Okay. So we can we can facilitate that. Do you know who did it to you? Do you know the person? >> Okay. >> You never seen the person before? >> Is he like he has like a little more? He works in the mall. >> He works in a kiosk in the mall. You know what the name of the kiosk is? >> No, but they sell shorts. >> Tall short. He was taller than me. >> Okay. Was he >> like shorter than him? >> Okay. Was he like fat, skinny? >> He was [clears throat] pretty thin. >> Okay. Uh was he younger or older? >> In his 20s. >> His 20s. Okay. >> I was walking out of the bathroom. >> Okay. >> And he saw me walking out the bathroom, too. And he asked me to help him pick out a cologne. So, I did. And that's what I thought we were going to do. And then at first he showed me these giants t-shirts and hoodies that he liked. and he kissed me and then he grabbed my arm and he brought me up the escalator and he told me to follow him but he was holding me my arm and then we were in in Macy's and he brought me by where the bathrooms are and there's this little closet in between and it's like a really small closet looks like and he brought me in there and he put his back against the door so I can't get out. Okay. Um, what time? About roughly >> like 6:40 probably. It was right before you picked me up. >> You had already asked me to pick you up and then it happened. >> Mhm. >> Were any of your friends there or anything like that? >> My friends were there, but like they weren't with me. >> Okay. >> They were in the mall, but >> Okay. >> The victim and her friends used to frequently go to the mall, and she had seen the suspect there several times from afar. The male had also approached her once and even asked for her Instagram handle, but she had gotten away from him after only providing her name. >> So, we have an ambulance on the way. It's going to be St. Joe's. >> You Yeah, one of you guys can go with her as well. >> Happened probably 6:30 earlier >> tonight. >> Yeah. At Willbrook. Umy old was at the mall. She's coming out of the bathroom. Another male comes out saying that she recognized him. He works at a at one of the kiosks. She recognized him from going to the mall. And guy comes out of the men's room. He she comes out of the woman's room and he took her by the hand. Hey, come help me pick out cologne. Go pick out cologne. And then he's like, "Oh, follow me." He kisses her, takes her upstairs, and then there's like a bathroom near Macy's, and there's like a janitor's closet right there. So he opens the door, closes it, brings her in, has his back against the wall so no one come in, and he >> Okay. >> Um, that's all we really got. >> What's the parents temperature? >> Uh, dad's cool. Mom's definitely a little upset. Well, like she's talking like it's not like they're >> they're shutting down. And are mom and dad going to come with us? >> Yes. >> In the rape? >> Sounds like dad come in the rake with them with you guys. >> Okay, that's fine. Yeah. Yeah. whatever they want to do. Um, we have no problem with it. And then, like I said, he's going to drive the car. I'm going to go in the bus with her. Okay. Just so everything's on camera. Chain of custody. >> Yeah. Whatever you guys want. >> Yeah. And then we're just going to meet our DB down there. I'm pretty sure St. Jose knows we're coming. >> Sounds good. >> Make you a copy of that. I appreciate it. >> Yeah, of course. My handwriting is not the best. >> It's okay. Officer Thompson is gonna follow the car behind. I'm gonna go in the ambulance with either one of you guys. Both of you guys, whatever, however situ. >> Okay. However you guys want to situate it, that's that's perfectly fine. And we're going to go down to St. Joseph Patterson. Okay. So, we're going to go from there. Um, whenever as long as you guys are good, as long as you guys are ready. >> One of the Bloomingdale residents came and reported a an active assault that occurred at Wber Mall from one of the kiosk workers. Um, so, uh, Sergeant Jadzig asked us to come up here and, uh, just as a chain of custody kind of situation, stay with the victim and her mother and we're going to be going down to St. Joe's Patterson for the SARS activation. Um, riding in the car. I'm driving the car and Tyreek is heading. >> After her medical examination, the old once again had to recount the trauma as she explained in graphic detail how the horrendous incident went down. He >> in the closet. Mhm. Because it's dark over. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Like from behind? >> Did at any moment did you say no or >> make any gesture? >> I told him when we got in there. We were walking in there. When we got there, I don't want to be in here. He said it's fine. It's fine. And when you say he then are you talking about Okay. And was that your or is it okay? Did how long did go for a minute? >> A minute. And did he give you >> Do you know if he was wearing? >> He wasn't. >> Okay. Did anything else happen prior to that? >> No. Okay. Okay. They're going to describe more on here. Um but I do want to say first of all, I have to take sexual assault and prevention um training every year and um there are different types of responses to that. So the point in when he grabbed her hand, she was already like it it's like uh fight or flight, freeze or fawn. Like there's more than just fight or flight. Um she to me she froze. She didn't actively resist, but I'm sure her mind was racing about what the heck, what the heck. And then uh honestly for her to even be able to say I don't want to be in this room is a lot for someone that goes into the freeze part of it. Um, victims react differently and I hate I hate that for her. Like I wish we all more had the more fight part in us, but it everybody's not built that way. Unfortunately, I already know I'm not built that way. So, I just hope I never have to go, you know, through that because I already know like I well, I thankfully haven't been tested in this phase of my life or anything, but I with counseling and stuff like that, I'm pretty sure of what my response to trauma would be. I'm I'm pretty pretty sure. So, I just hope I never even have to encounter the situation. But I do want to just say that out loud because I know not y'all haven't said it, but some people will be thinking or they'll comment later and say, "Well, why didn't she just say no? Why didn't she just say no? Why she let him grab her hand?" And it's it's not that simple. It's just not that simple. Um and yes, uh Ace Moonshot, I believe she is under 18 because um not even just cuz they're blurring her face cuz she's the victim, but because of it was some things that she was saying and they they didn't let it kind of go. It was something else, too. But I think she's under 18. Um, old enough to be in the mall walking around, but cuz, you know, that should be normal for teenagers to be able to do. But definitely, I do think she's a minor. Ace Mush survival trait to not resist. Yeah. Yep. Yeah. She's basically a baby. Deita Joe. Um, I wish they did have a woman that could question her or someone that and he might be properly trained cuz I do feel I don't I don't know what properly trained people sound like, but I feel like his questions have been better than other police officers and stuff when they question a victim of this. But I I'm pretty sure she would have been more comfortable had a woman been there to ask her these questions. Especially with him being in plain clothes, I feel like he is trained in this. Um, but yeah, I I think just I don't I don't Well, I don't know if a if a guy was the victim of sexual assault, would the average guy want another guy to ask him the questions or would he want a woman to ask him? I actually don't know that, but I know as a woman usually you'd rather a woman ask you those questions, but he he he seems like he is a professional about this. Yeah, she was there with friends. Yep. And at no moment did you say no or make any other gestures >> just me saying I don't want to go in the closet >> that you didn't want to go in the closet. >> Mhm. >> So like if she went she would be able to see like where he worked. Not going to like want to bring her back there but like she'd be able to like know kind of be like he works I've seen him standing here. I don't know if the kiosks change, but it doesn't seem like he works in a store where they have to like approach you like, "Oh, you want a sample? Oh, oh, are you looking at this? Do you like this?" It's like one of them where they have to make the sales. >> Put it this way. Once we once like once the detective is, you know, obviously conducting his investigation, he's going to go down there and speak with security. Okay? >> They have a huge console in their >> office that has all the cameras in the mall. Once they find her at a certain point in the cameras, >> they can track her movements. They'll be able to follow her in the hallways, what store she goes in this forward or backwards of whenever time they find her. Okay. >> To basically see exactly the travel that she took and you know if you know if she comes in with with this alleged male and you know then they can follow the two of them on the cameras and see exactly where everything took place. Did when he was doing those things, he pulled your Did you like maybe push his hands away and he continued or anything else? >> Of course. >> Look, I just walked out and I was just crying. >> Did you tell anyone? >> I told my friend. >> Your friend? What's her name? What's her last name? Can you spell that? Okay. And she's inh. >> How old is she? >> Um, do you have her phone number? >> Do you Where's your phone? >> Right here. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Yes. I think >> her mom's phone number. Um, her phone number for now. >> Okay. >> Can you have her mom's as well? >> Is Is this the first time this has ever happened with this guy? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> How do you How well do you know him? >> I don't I don't even know his name. >> I just I've seen him cuz he works for the mall. And me and my friends go like all the time and like we'll walk by and he'll just like say like a little hi or do you want to buy our shirts or how was your day? >> It should be noted that the girl was encouraged by her friend to report the incident and bring it to light. Assault victims often suppress their trauma fearing that they might get victim blamed and open conversation about the subject helps them break out of their fear and raise their voice. Um, so one of the detectives is coming down. Um, the doctor is going to come in, you know, the nurses are all on board. The doctor's going to come in and see her and, you know, do what they need to do medically and all that stuff. Um, and then they're going to go forward with, you know, the medical evaluation. Um, there is going to be another detective that comes down from the prosecutor's office. It's going to want to speak with her. Um, you explained it's going to be a long night for her. You know, she's going to have to recount this a couple of times. >> Yeah. Um, but the biggest thing is she just needs you guys here just supported and you know and uh do you have any do you have any questions for me? Okay. Like I said, I know it's a lot of information with some of you guys. We're just trying to be able to answer anything you guys any questions you have or concerns or anything like that. >> Yeah. So once he's done >> once he's done, you guys jump right in there. Um here this was going to there's a lot of people in there while he was talking. >> For my name is Danielle and I'm the detective assigned to the prosecutor's office and I'll be handling this case. Has he ever done that to you before or was this the first time? >> The first time. >> Okay. Um did he have anything on his >> No. >> Okay. I missed something. Is this his other victim? I guess I missed the narration about that. Um, but I know this wasn't I know she wasn't his first time and the way that they're going to approach it to to get him too. Obviously, it wasn't his first time. Um, but I guess this is one of his other victims from the mall, though. >> Okay. Um, what did it feel like when he put his you? >> I mean, I've already done >> Oh, okay. I see. No, my eyes were just off. She's still in the bed. And then maybe that's her friend sitting in the chair. I was thinking the lady was talking to the girl in the chair. So, okay, I see what I did. >> Not for like nothing new. >> Well, >> I was just uncomfortable. >> It felt uncomfortable. >> I just wanted to I just wanted to like throw up. I felt disgusted cuz I don't know who this old guy is on me. >> Not even like And I didn't really have a say in it. >> Yeah. Um, did he say anything to you while he was doing this? Did you say anything to him while he was saying doing this? >> I was trying not to cry. >> Yeah, of course. Did you stay at the mall after that or did you go home or something? >> It literally happened 20 minutes before I got picked up. >> Okay. And who picked you up from the mall? >> Lindsay. >> Lindsay. Okay. Um, did you tell Lindsay what happened? >> Um, not when I got in the car. I called my dad when I got home. >> Okay. What's your dad's name? >> And do you live with >> No. >> No. Okay. >> 4 days after the initial report, the old called the investigating detective and informed her of a bizarre development. >> See, can you um just tell me why um you called us here today? >> So, this morning I woke up and I saw that he followed me on Instagram. >> Who's he? >> I don't know his name. The guy that did that to me. >> Okay. And um so I declined or I removed him as a follower and I made sure that I kept his page so I could show it to you guys. >> Okay. Um have you ever seen his Instagram prior to today? >> No. >> Okay. And um do you know how he found your Instagram page? >> I know that he knows my name cuz he's asked me my name at the mall before. >> He's asked you your name at the mall before? >> I've never heard his name. >> Did you tell him your first name, last name, or something else? >> I told him my first name. Officers even arranged for a sting operation where an undercover cop went to the same kiosk looking for the suspect and was surprised when the male grabbed her arm, introduced himself, and even asked for her Instagram handle. >> So, he has a mob obviously. I'm glad they did the sting operation. And I don't think it was a risk anyway for the cops to have done what the mom suggested. I know she was just trying to find a way to make sure he got caught cuz she was like maybe um she can just point out the kiosk for them, but instead they probably chose an officer that was close to the victim's profile and he did what he does best. And so they they got him at least on approaching uh her like that. >> Dennis, stand up for me, bro. Sit up. >> I'll tell you a minute. Hang out for a second, please. Okay. Okay. >> Yes. You're under arrest. >> What? >> Nobody. What are you talking about? It's okay. >> We'll give you an opportunity to talk about that. >> Just not right now. Let me put your pistol over [clears throat] >> just hold on to this just for a second. >> I'm going to give you an opportunity to talk, but I'm not going to do it right now because I need to read you your rights in order to do that. So, um, once we get back to our office, we're going to the prosecutor's office. Um, I'll read you your rights and if you decide that you want to talk to me, we can talk about it then. Okay. >> Is everything all right? >> Yeah. It'll be explained to you. >> What is it about, though? >> We'll we'll explain that to you. All right. And then we'll give you an opportunity to talk about it. All right. You can say your side of the story. But as of right now, explain it. Let's go. >> I'm going to explain everything to you, but I can't talk to you until I read you your Miranda rights, and we're going to do that on camera at my office. Okay. >> Am I Am I being arrested or >> Yes, you're under arrest. >> Like, am I just getting questions? >> No, you're getting You're arrested. We have a warrant for your arrest. I'm getting locked up and all that. >> Yes. >> I'm going to jail. >> I don't know yet. >> You sure this is like this is like you guys got the right person? I don't understand what like >> Listen, what's going on? >> We will talk about this when we get to my office. >> Okay. >> I cannot talk to you about your case until I make sure you understand your Miranda rights. And we're not going to do that right now. We're going to do that on camera at my office and then we can talk about it all you want. >> What you doing? Listen, bro. She said we'll be back. Our office ready to be there in 2 minutes and she'll explain everything to you. >> Listen, she'll explain everything to you. All right. >> A couple minutes. >> The man lost >> and and his mindset. I I don't know about his mindset, too, cuz the fact that you follow your victim after you did what you did and you follow them on Instagram. I don't know if he's a delusional predator or an intimidating predator or a little bit of both because he's bold to do that. But they already were going to identify him because they know where he worked and everything. But I want I don't know why did he do that. Was it intimidation? Uh, was it that in his sick mind he thinks he didn't do anything wrong? >> So, had a lengthy criminal history prior to this incident, racking up dozens of charges, including theft, physical assault, DUI crash, and robbery. >> You guys do know that this girl is lying about about this whole thing, right? Um, so you have an attorney, so I can't talk to you about your case unless we unless you want to talk about it and we can arrange for that to happen. And if you want to provide a statement, we'll go through all of your rights with you and we'll coordinate that with um the prosecutor handling the case and your attorney. If you want to talk, we can do that. But I can't ask you any questions about it at this time. >> I mean, if you want to talk about it, you can, but I'm I'm not going to ask you any questions. >> Okay. [clears throat] All right. So, just open your mouth, please. I'm going to take two from each cheek. Okay. >> Just ask you one thing. [clears throat] >> Please, you can just like I know you stay in contact with the victim. If you could just try to get the truth out of like you try to talk to her and say that you know you have an innocent man like that's behind the words and accusations that you're making. I would highly appreciate that. Um, so this is your copy. It's just saying that I took these buckle swabs from you. >> The 23-year-old male was charged with firstdegree kidnapping, two counts of secondderee assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. If convicted, he could face anywhere from 25 years to life in prison. YouTube thinks he'll love >> Well, I hope he does get convicted. Um, like like you said, Ace Moonshot, this is not not his first rodeo. So, hopefully if somebody else saw this on YouTube, other victims would come out. Um, he already had, like they said, a history of other things. So, yeah, I hope um he was sentenced to something long for sure. Um, but that's our last video. All the videos I played, well, except for maybe the first video with the pervert in Walmart, uh, they were sent to me. And if you remember sending this to me, you know, you sent these to me a long time ago and I'm just now kind of getting to them because unfortunately it's always always bad news and they pile up and then you have, you know, like I said, I try to find an appropriate time to play them because I try to keep them away from our morning stuff. Um but yeah, so use it for awareness, educational purposes, and all that. But um thank y'all for like commenting and helping me, you know, get through that cuz it's some stuff like I don't know what to say, but I know that we do go over videos like this. So definitely appreciate it when y'all are in here. And um I will if I don't see you earlier than this, I'll see you Saturday morning, but I feel like we might get a couple evening ones in possibly. But yeah, y'all um it's hard to say now, but do something to get your mind off of this. I hope you enjoy the rest of your Sunday. And for those of y'all that got to work Monday, hopefully it's a good Monday. And I'll see y'all soon. All right, bye.
