I started trying to search Omaha Bank had a different court case number than the court case number beside stormy's name so I don't know if they were in there for stormy I'm not I don't I don't know but I do definitely think she was scheduled to be in there because of Old Dominion Freight Line okay so we know that stormy settled the day before because the court clerk told like Titanic that oh let me get my banner up okay all right now what I'm about to share is public record I still redacted the address and a couple things because I didn't want to I look I'm not I know it's public record but lord I can't with these people shout out was a build party exactly 41 feet let me reinforce how much of a build party I think it was It was supposed to be for children going back to school but I haven't seen any reports of who she gave the money to and I think I think when people do that they should post publicly how much they donated if you're doing it in the name of a charity I think you that amount now okay y'all as of June 8th of this year stormy took out a second mortgage okay she took out a mortgage um I believe it's on her home address I redacted this so I can't go back and check but I'm pretty sure when I Googled it it was a picture of her house that we've all seen at this point okay she took out the second mortgage via Apex funding source that was the same people that the Judgment was rendered for right for the one million seven hundred thousand dollars okay um and I just want to point out that the interest rate was seven point five percent which on 1.7 million dollars is like a lot of that's a lot that's a high percentage rate okay and she had to start paying it back starting from July 8th 2022 and do y'all see this amount right here I meant to uh highlight it but right here one million 700 and 3 355 that's the exact amount that the Judgment was so now she has a second mortgage taken out two months ago for the exact amount y'all um let me see that might be the it of that slide but I'm pointing this out because the so-called millionaire did not even pay down the judgment period on how I'm observing this because it's down to the dollar the exact Dollar in the exact Cent that she had to take out a second mortgage on a house that she you know she had an I think a normal 30-year mortgage on already and I think well I ain't gonna lie I don't I don't I ain't gonna say I saw with the first mortgage cost I don't remember let me not go there I don't have that paperwork so let me not say nothing but so stormy is not rolling in money stormy is in my opinion hurting again this is just more more reason I think that it's not anything new that we already know that I know players like we crazy we already know that so this is why I think and I agree when black Titanic has said it I believe I've probably said it in other videos here for How Tia said it other content creators have probably said it that there is an alleged Ponzi scheme going on because she is if she not robbing Peter to pay Paul she's definitely borrowing from Peter to PayPal okay because let me see what was I gonna say oh this is my main thing on why I think she pushes so hard on new products new customers new products new customers because I think she has she does not have her head above water with owing other debts because now a whole the company that they that won the Judgment on you has has a second mortgage out on your house for you that that that to me says a lot um let me see and not even paying any of the Judgment down is what's crazy to me like it just was the straight amount and you know it costs more than just the Judgment because it's a 7.5 percent uh interest rate on there so you're going to pay a whole lot more and I didn't is this is a second mortgage I'm pretty sure it's going to be over a span of years so you know she's definitely gonna be paying more than what she actually owes um I think stormy is in financial trouble I think this just shows even more the connection plus the court cost fees plus yes I did see some open liens um the one I saw I think that was open still was either three thousand or seven thousand dollars on her property now every year she seems to have an open lien on her property it's pretty low and it usually says it's related to income tax and stuff so low to me I'm saying is like about a thousand dollars but then it'll say the lens release so she is getting them off over the year but she has two right now that I don't see are closed at this time I'm trying I'm trying and Daniel sorry to even say hello hey my they it they only make it easier if they just did it for you in my opinion now you still have to sit there in you know get familiar with what you're looking at but when I tell you it's user friendly and I I wish I could show y'all mine but I don't know how much personal information it'll show but Shopify is who I recommend is who I actually use my storage on pause it was very easy to buy my domain name um everything was just right there I didn't have to go outside of the site okay so Shopify for your actual eCommerce platform is who I recommend but I'm sure there's other ones out there but I will tell you this melody uses Shopify uh you know what you you just you didn't look you didn't said the Queen's name hold on let me finish right now I said yep I'm in good company because I've been using it for two three years um okay but here's Shopify against the people rewards too because I got a shop around rewards I'm like I didn't know I because it might be a third-party app through spins when person a person visits your site here pops up the spin wheel and you can set what you want in the wheel 10 free shipping all that stuff so yeah Shopify is so easy okay um but suck his specific question was about t-shirts this is who I would start with Sunkist and this does fully integrate with Shopify so here's the thing I'm gonna start off with one thing at a time I'm already doing my books and things of that nature but someone else has helped me with my website and all that now in terms of my website you know that would that be able to will I be able to marry those together if you can I started from scratch on Shopify but I think you can um but I would I would make sure first uh okay have you already built your website no I'm in the process of doing that now but but but that's okay even if I can't that won't that won't deter me from using this okay now now I'm doing t-shirts and other merch okay with this yes because when I I shop with a couple different like I buy my vitamins from a company I'm in Michigan my company is in Ohio where I buy my vitamins because they got everything and when I saw my store when you when you shop with your store and you go to check out your Shopify number pop up on websites so even like on Melodies website when I go to the cart it sends me that that third party because I got mine set up to where it'll send me numbers so you can't it'll the numbers will come back and you can't shop yes without those numbers yes so and you can you can marry okay it's so much it already has it for you okay this is my actual site that's on pause but it's still it's active in a sense everything works you just can't check out because it's on pause because I needed to get myself together okay but okay here you go here's your wheel right here I was telling you that's a third party app I literally hit Check Yes I would like to use this and they were like what do you want to set in there so you you know you said I got five percent 10 you were asking for printful for t-shirts let me tell you why I think it's somewhere you should start off with and you can always Branch out because Shopify integrates with a lot of third-party print-on-demand stores okay Sunkist okay grateful it's literally it's a one-to-one so you don't have to keep the stock if you don't want to okay and like they said and I've I have shipped to strangers I didn't have to touch anything but just make sure that what I said I was selling I was selling but I didn't have to touch anything after that they order it printful printful because it integrates with Shopify it it'll update Shopify to say this order's been fulfilled and all this stuff like you don't it's not a lot you have to track with it I'm just paranoid excuse me so I do track it anyway but it um what it does is okay so printful has t-shirts and other items but you said t-shirts first okay so they do embroidered T-shirts they call it I think it's DTG dot to Graphics or something it's it's a way that they print that makes the graphics not fade most times basically so I like their quality because I've had a few shirts for a while and and the graphics to me look just as vibrant to me so far um you know funny I was getting ready I was looking at an embroidery machine so I don't even have to do all that no ma'am you just you you make your design you pick the things that you want uh embroidered um they also pack for you they ship for you so you're not touching anything but the design is yours so that's you know that's where you come in on your design and they said like they said see the front of the hoodie the back of the hoodie the sleeve but not on the hoodie because most people don't wear the Hood part of the hoodie a lot of times because of that I wouldn't get that option first venture out after you do your first one that's common I'm just saying because it's a lot easier and then you can explore but there are companies that might let you go ahead and do it on like the you just want to see how it looks before you put it out there like for everybody and then if you do put it out for everybody the charge comes when it's purchased the item actually has to be purchased so if you're charging let's say they charge you fourteen dollars um they give you a scale and you can either go off of percentage or just a dollar profit so say you know choose a percent profit or dollar profit and so like let's say you're just trying to keep a 25 profit no matter what so you can choose the 25 box and then it'll uh it'll show you the total charge so if a customer is buying it it's already charged you or the customer sorry it's charging the customer let's say the 14 base cost 14 base cost and then your ten dollar profit is already in there so the customer sees the cost as 24 dollars and it's charging it all at once so you're not having to keep up separate Mass if that's what you're asking talking out loud it's it's all rolled in one hey I think she's asking if it's like a membership because you know like oh no there's no members monthly fees monthly fee or as long as you know they're being charged no there's no membership that's what I was about to ask because I link with the printer and the printer we didn't have to pay the printer what happened was they would purchase off of the link and the printer would cut us a check at the end of the like we were having it worked does it work kind of like that or how it like uh not the cutting the check part because Shopify is my e-commerce site so so Shopify is my Merchant charge and everything goes through Shopify so Shopify is automatically charging the um whatever the cost is and then it leaves behind my profit like I'm not getting cut a different check like it's now I don't I can't remember if it no I don't even think I have to wait for this certain limit if I'm not mistaken so if if this if printful is charging the fourteen dollars and I'm going through Shopify to sell my product and I charge a total of 24 for the hoodie then Shopify is charging the customer twenty four dollars printful is on a separate back end knows that it's going to take its 14 cut and then leave my ten dollars but because it's all integrated through Shopify my payout is coming through Shopify with my ten dollars or whatever's left over you know because you got Merchant fees there's other fees I'm trying to keep it simplified but you know what I mean like everything comes back through Shopify for me when it comes to pressure that's part of this too okay so you using Shopify and printful so printful has a fee does Shopify have like uh what type of stuff it only has that processing fee that anybody would have once they start charging credit cards or debit cards and whatever for you it has that fee um now Shopify itself also this is why my store is on pause Shopify is a service so yes they have a monthly fee to host your website and to run a website for you they do charge a monthly fee or yearly if you increase it for some sizes and it'll ask you how do you want to or not ask you but it'll have a box and it'll say dollar profit so if you just say ten dollar profit it'll just add 10 to all the all the sizes like from the base cost or if you say I like to work off percentages so if you like say 25 it'll calculate the 25 profit and put it on there um shipping you have to kind of play around with because you have to figure out is it more beneficial to absorb the shipping cost and the price of the product or to just charge separate for shipping because you're going to get charged for shipping anyway bless you gotta get charged for shipping either way but that's things to think of and play around with that's why it's really good to start small yeah because um you just you allow yourself to learn and grow without a lot of pressure but when I tell you the integration of this website and it might even integrate with Wix and other websites well I don't know but when I tell you it's as hands off as I can kind of get Shopify and then using those third-party apps that Shopify integrates with which I was going to see if Shopify advertise who they who do they integrate with um oh here it goes yep the App Store it's literally like this is so cool this is their App Store this is everybody that they integrate with pretty well depending on what you want and they they categorize it with marketing integration versus who you want your products to be sourced through um it's it's really nice and if I would dedicate a whole night to Shopify like I would get my screenshots together and let you see some things but I just want to tell you if you're not too far into creating your own separate website like in the sense of having because it you can own your donate domain name and everything it depends on it doesn't seem beneficial a lot of times for people that start out and are trying to manage their own website outside of a bigger company that has done it before that's the way that's why I can put it a lot of times and a lot of customized websites and I don't it just depends but if you're going for stress-free those sites that already do e-commerce so well it's easier it's so much easier okay because I've gone into going to those you know to those buildings taking up the classes and all those other stuff and it's just it's out they have you all over the place you know you it's almost like a smoking board you know and you have to kind of like marry it all together and it's a lot yes and I want to have to keep it updated yes like all this extra stuff like they put that on year yeah and all the other time I talked to her outside of twice a year because she has a husband and kids I have a husband and kids and grandkids and all this other stuff we both got going on so we don't talk that often but when we talk it's like we never stop talking and she lives literally 15 minutes from my house and I'm I ain't seen her since since my last kid graduated college which was about four years ago so it's like come on now we don't have to be in somebody's face to actually care that person because anytime she needs me or need anything I'm there and I try to understand people and how they need and what they need and I can give you from a distance my my knowledge like I'm putting out here all this stuff I put out on here yeah because I feel like we as people don't have people pouring into us and that's why why Choice was so she weighed so heavy on my heart especially when she disappeared full-time and I kept asking the lady who Paige was on where she at where she at is she okay you know tell her I'm thinking about her whatever whatever it is I I felt her genuineness when I met her and she kept me laughing too I enjoyed a good he key now come on so it's like you know and I try to understand people and where they're at I will meet people where they're at if you want to meet in the streets we can meet in the streets I go there I'm from there you know but I just learned along the way how to be and that's what I love about Melody she's so giving her her she's the type of person she paid I've done that before and I had to watch who I do that for though too because you can't do that for everybody and then sometimes everybody don't accept it or they feel offended by it so you got to know your audience and then you gotta also know the people you keep around you because everybody you keep around you like they were saying earlier some people want to reach up and bring you down but like my nanny used to say when they bring you down you make sure you land on their head that way so when they bringing you down they don't take you all the way down you still gotta put stuff up so I just I just I like I like to deal with I like to understand people and I think it's more so the law enforcement too because we kind of had to get into the mentor because I was an interrogator so we had to interrogate and get that information oh share yeah I did a lot of girl I in my my law enforcement days I was around from the prisons to the courtrooms to the interrogation rooms I did a lot and I just I I enjoyed it till I didn't and that's when I got out because I had my military time so I'm like I'm retired but yeah you know it was it was it was when I like doing it I did it and that's why I like to put things together and if I see some of our people that's having a pitfall and they need help if they want the help and they want to do better yeah I'm gonna help you but I'm gonna help you enough where it don't hurt me and then if I see that you don't really want the help I'm gonna just back off I know how to back off it's not a video I don't have a background but I just love to see us progressing like Melody her spirit and all that that's just so she can get her hours because she's doing this literally for us how many other channels do you see where people give you this kind of information no I haven't really seen one out there and then she's always you could tell by her spirit like I didn't DM her and talk like serious some like I don't normally use my skills to help people on the YouTube because I'm like I don't want to get in my information because I don't want it to come back on me but I know what type of I feel like I know what type of person she is just listening to how she does things but most of these other content find it because you have to know how to find a lot of this stuff because it's not readily available but you can't deal with everybody you gotta watch the people you deal with and that's why I was saying earlier is I like these content creators because even though some of them are a little out there this is safe for a mill because at one point when you're talking about canceling the show and they said a third this Fool's following her around I was nervous for her because like I said y'all know I've been in law enforcement and I've seen what happened with these dudes follow these girls around and at the end of the day and they're here lately everybody in the scene because there's been so many of them happening it's like okay I'm glad you got the show she got security and then she got everything else because that's more for her safety because that's why it wants to show in and she doesn't have as much Capital to have security and all this other stuff she's in danger because when how long does it take to get over this it's already been what for four years three four years like yeah three four women you still here I've studied narcissism I was raised by a very very like a communal borderline Melody narcissist they when mine stops she that's because she died it'll be a year October 6 and listen when I say this it may sound morbid but I don't care I said finally she died and that I thought I thought she was my I was her best friend literally I can literally wake up at night and not shake my inside's tremble a little bit not as much as they used to but I Still Tremble with my anxiety be so high but I don't tremble as much and I'm still in hiding because of the ones her flying monkeys that's left behind listen to me he's not going to stop until someone they get worse with age narcissism you ever research it do Dr Romney that's just one look her up she's the Pinnacle and Google her and ask do they get better no yeah he would never ever leave her alone that's why I say these show the trend y'all thank you I thank you all for her keeps keep pushing him out that's why whenever I'm in the that's anybody that I follow and I don't follow a whole lot of people not when it comes to topics like these but that's the reason I rock with me I'm like sharing with the whole time she ain't been talking about just nod my head to my I look like bobble head like that because I don't I have to real like somebody like you Tran you have to have a pure spirit because it I have had narcissistic content creators to follow me to this day and I just had to follow three other content creators unfollowing because when I say they're finding and it's somebody that that knows you Tran that was along with one of them that has bullied me but this can't be bullied I was bullied by by someone I call my egg donor so the thing is they are they are Relentless they never take accountability and they will keep at it and it's only because I used to get on their platform and I helped their numbers grow and one because I wouldn't be with him because because he was married listen to answer your question he will not never leave her alone until she go under and go hot underground and I'm glad let's see yeah but she she wouldn't and but the thing is he'll still have flying monkeys that will help him that would do his his dirty work as he's doing now so the thing is the answer is no never ever leave her alone because as long as she succeed that gives him more fuel to continue at it so now he won't trust me some experience in what I've researched and what I've studied them in the classes so no it won't and that's why we just hope that the law will be able to get involved before it goes too far because I think I've seen a lot of profiling of him and I really do believe it when it comes to him I really do yeah he's uh he's a he's a perfect profile uh yeah now see I never got into like narcissism and all that but from like my criminal justice side and the sociology of it all we never went into the psychological he fits the profile because it's certain things that we look at and when we used to do with the court and the supervision side of it is we used to take into account a lot of characteristics now I didn't have a psychology or look into it but everything people say and I really don't like to hear it a lot because it makes me nervous about a few people that I know personally and I don't like to give people that advice I just say certain things to let them know if they ever needed like I know this I know that you know I know people here yeah I know certain things about that like because I don't know if I told y'all before because when I was listening to Keisha's story I was kind of it was kind of triggering but it also brought me to a place where I had to do it with like a good friend sister and she didn't know I was doing anything in the background and I had called my friends down at the prosecutor's office and we were trying to get warrants going and different stuff but the police boxed it from the beginning so it was almost like we had to wait on him to do it again which he did so once he did it again my prosecutor friend just made sure that he um put a flag on his name so when it came anything came through his name hit his death so he was able to do the job correctly and that's what I really hate because like they're from Detroit in urban areas when they have so much stuff like domestic stuff like sometimes it's overlooked and it's just like I sometimes I'm like I understand what people say when you know like some kids just said I don't want to sound morbid or anything or like I don't have a good heart or anything but it's like dang you know suffering no more I'm just like you don't you're not suffering anymore so it's like you happy it's over you know yeah and it's just it's just sad because you're happy is over you're happy the kids not in that situation no more you're happy that when things happen to people you know like that sunken feeling in your heart like what and see this is that's the thing about me and I think a lot of people because I'm in law enforcement I always be so stoked they don't know that when stuff happened and I feel like I could have intervened and had somebody do XYZ and I just feel it in my soul like I should have stepped in but a lot of times I do step in but I don't just broadcast into the world like hey I did this for show us on that so so I just stepped in on my own weight yeah and I'm like you know you at from this point forward it's on you how far you go with it but I just it's it's really hard for me to watch that sometimes her go through that because she's trying to allow him access to her kids right right not having that father is also an issue so it's prosecution is a report to trigger the other steps you have just like anything like even for credit you gotta apply for it in order to get it they just passing it out so in order if the police don't see it go down they have to make a police report about it and I think a lot of people don't understand like in my legal opinion just reading about it for what trendy told me because you know the places they had I'm blocked over there but for what trendy told me I think it's a misappropriation of funds going on and some conversion as Miss Hannah said and it's almost the same thing but it's two different things and it's either or some of that may be going on like and also I don't know what the law is in Alabama but uh your landlord cannot rent you a space under the guys unless it's in the contract that you have to use me for anything you do in this building and they can't penalize you for not using them even if you don't even if you you even if in a contract you say I'm gonna use you for XYZ they can't penalize you and slow you down because you go with somebody else they have to just go through arbitration and mediate it so it's a lot of stuff that they're doing that would be considered criminal but you have somebody has to make a criminal complaint just like any other kind of complaint but I think when we talked about it before a lot of people are saying they should also be making complaints against their licensing real estate and I think that was uh succeeding wasn't it who was saying they should be getting complaints against their license and different stuff like that it sounds like what the 16 would say yeah so she was saying that they should get complaint they should complain against the first step will be those licenses complaint and the Real Estate Commission and all that for complaints but yeah it is in my opinion it's criminal because but you have to have a criminal complaint which is going to the police station and making a report first at them okay okay I think to me they've been committing crimes a long time from what I see on TV I know Kylie so I don't know why they ain't been in trouble but I don't know because if I was an Alabama mail is she would have noticed large sums of money missing so apparently what was said in the streets because I don't remember seeing it on the show but I do remember mentioning of it I think a reunion or something like Marcel was supposedly to go between for Martel and coleslaw as far as giving her money and getting that car because that was the whole thing like the car thing was supposedly you get the tax ID and all this stuff because we and if people generally only pay attention to it and in the government but it's no for all businesses like I can't take my business money that I earn in my business and say well I'ma just buy me a personal car I if I can do it but there's a way that it has to be done it has to be documented you know what I'm saying so it's not like everything every fun is meant for something and Melody being the type of business person she is and Miss Vanessa was working at school they would have noticed that because remember Miss Vanessa was talking about the stuff she saw at school the business stuff so if she working there male doing the other stuff that she doing for the business they would have saw this stuff so somehow my soul was misappropriating going to seek resources for veterans that a lot of the panel had came up and gave her because she was saying her funds were stretched because yeah I still pay salary she was trying to keep up on the rent of the property and all that stuff so yeah she the last we heard that I know of that's not behind the paywall is she was looking at her resources as a veteran to help her get legal counsel and to go after them yeah because I know someone was giving her some resources as to how to do that because I mean it was to the point where they were about to not eat almost you know it was affecting her exactly they were having to do doordash they were some staff quit some it was all kinds of stuff yes yes and they're just going on with their life yeah nothing's wrong yep and it's like how do you sleep that's what I be asking how y'all sleeping you know what you know Satan doesn't sleep so I guess that will be easy for them I cannot and and I think there are people that still supports them I think and how do you what what I don't know I'd be wondering and I'm just like I guess that's how some people make it because some people will always have will support certain people like I don't know coleslaw they probably giggled together about it well you know what here's the thing you have someone this is what I learned even when it came to my egg daughter because she she was trying to be with two guys that want to marry me and the fact they didn't want to be with her and let me know that's nothing that that's that's very that's light compared to what she had done so that's the reason why my circle is so small to I'm looking at myself that that's where I'm at these days you know my sister has lupus I I was I raised her she called me her mother I was in the bed with her making her fight she came from they had her they were getting ready to pull the plug to where she can laugh and talk better than us now okay she said I heard your voice and all that I raised my sip when you bring like this guy said he said y'all better be careful as to who y'all said y'all would on a lot of yourselves for because you'd be surprised who's be the one that's standing on on the opposite side of that Barrel because they'll be the ones that pulled up pulled through the trigger and I I was one of those type of like I'm still a girl's girl that's just in my DNA but I was I was my therapist had to tell me she said you're too loyal to a fault to a fault but it took me to have to lose everything to live in my car because I had to walk away from everything buy my egg on her house brand new car Bloomingdale's Nordstrom you name it you could she couldn't figure out what color I got in every color had things sent from different countries boss tall and bigger than me how's I mean you name it everything because I was trying to love her more than she loved herself yeah with narcissors you can't you can't you they have a hole can't fill them up my point is this I had to learn the hard way because being a girl's girl my best ex-best friend album that type of girl you oh you heard and he did what I'm putting you behind me oh your husband what did he do I'm fine that was one that was me um so here's the thing you have some checks you can be as loyal as you can possibly be they will leave their husbands with me and knew nothing was gonna happen because look at me the wrong way she ain't got the fight I'm gonna do it for her but I learned that they didn't do that for me you got chicks like male that don't even know I have women that don't even know me never met me or have met me once and would treat me like I stabbed them and I mean sorry that I pierced them in the front let alone in the back that will compete with me just because I I can hang a conversation I can walk up because I've been trained so well with narcissism or toxicity or just whatever you can I can walk into a room where they call me now a sigma empath so I can walk into a woman just hold a conversation with a chick and I could pick her out I may laugh and talk with you or ignore you it don't matter I see you right so male is that woman that walk into a room and have women that will hate her for nothing something she can't even control so this is what I say to the females I call them females these are not women I call these females you can hate me as much as you can you can dislike me I don't care I used to care I don't know more because my God created me and I'm the only prototype that he made this like me and too bad for you that he tore it up and burned it after he created me you take that up with him and the fact that they made mail he made male Mallory Melody Sheree he made only one and they are big mad because they only he only made one and tore up the Prototype and burn it so the thing is they will always try to be the Piranhas she's that beautiful little drop of blood in the water and they are circling and orbiting her trying her best to find out how can I get to to suck it up and a fact that every time they try to launch it um launcher her to try to get it she she um our Heavenly Creator suck her up at the water then she bounced and she she bounced in the water and it's just every time I try to go after he sucker up at the water and they're mad because they cannot pinpoint it perfectly because you can't be God and that is what they hate and you know what that is same thing when it comes to Melody that is what they hate because they are not her she melts them and that she swipe them and she you know what she does it effortlessly because she ignores them that girlfriend he was in love with for three years she said the exact time period and at that point nothing had been revealed so how did she know the show had not aired when he had went to the doctor's office so where did she come up with that three year and then if you remember when they gave the time frame that they had been friends it had been between three and five years so what this means and this tells you as a woman that these people have been smiling in front of my face all this time I helped they're broke behind start a business to help them and they were not really they didn't have my interest in mind and so I think I don't think it will be repair in that you know case but you know the others are all family as far as Kiki is concerned I think Kiki sees who they are because even on her recent interview she went back and she clarified a couple of things like how yeah they told her business you know causing it to be repeated yeah and so I don't think that that will fully be repaired you may forgive them as much as you need to forgive them in order for you to get on with your life but as far as dealing with them I think it will change the way that you deal with them and then with respect to you know Kimmy and Maurice they don't really seem to have you know Keisha and Kimmy have this thing but I think that thing is deeper I think it's because of the loyalties that Tisha had with her first sister-in-law which makes sense because that was her sister-in-law and you know so it and they were probably closer to the same age range so it makes sense that you know here Kimmy is she's a who you know and so I don't think that there's anything that will be I think that relationship will be what it is as far as the two of them are concerned you know and um you know everyone else but they're all family Mark Martel you know they need him for whatever reason right they depend on him because he gives them the keys to whatever it is that they need yeah yeah and so really care about a whole lot of that and you know and so was and that's how most you know a lot of men are a lot of them are you know pretty basic you know with respect to that but having a good that's why they always talk about the importance of having a good woman behind you because usually it is going to be that woman that's going to push him and motivate him to even do more and even if he's self-motivated I remember hearing this woman she was a minister at a large church and she said like her husband he was trying to figure out how to buy her this fur coat you know she said just took you nine months to get this one and it came 23 pounds so that's like 150 something for 140 something 140 something and I said well it's not going to take me nine months to get back the other way you all I started doing sit-ups I'm not I I exercise my entire pregnancy so let's just started I exercise my entire pregnancy and work you know when you're downtown you could walk a lot so I really didn't gain weight you know and I only ate like healthy stuff because I only had two weeks of eating junk food okay okay and then I got my life together okay okay but I'm trying to get mine back together I was doing so well and then I just fell off and the I I I'm not kidding you it's I think about a little less than 40 pounds came like it was nothing but and I had worked so hard and it came right on it's an easy it just creeps up you know know but I've been um yeah then well you know you could do you work remotely so you could do intermediate fasting and that'll work kind of actually you know it's the discipline of it I'm trying to get my mind back to it well I'm gonna tell y'all my husband in my life hello and not to mention that is we have this meat store that we go to and I was in there yesterday and he was reminding me he was like oh the guy I hadn't seen him in a while he's like I think the last time I seen you because he works on the weekends and on the weekends I let my husband go I go during the week he was like last time I seen you was during the shutdown and you bought a thousand dollars work for me okay so I have a question because I'm a negotiator like I negotiate everything so did you negotiate it down well he he has fresh meat packages so he's already down to the point but he already gives us you know it's my meat man like it's good quality he back in the day high quality I I you know you know me and you'll be like Kendra spirits but he's probably the only person I don't bargain with right okay yeah I'm like yeah I understand because there's some people I will not bargain why don't bargain with a whole lot of people but yeah but like because he gives me stuff right he gives me like if he he makes his own sausage and different stuff like that and like I told him when I was in there yesterday like guy we I'm putting me and my husband on a diet starting Wednesday and it is we we not doing this so we won't be in here for certain weeks so we come here quit selling and giving us stuff because that's how he gets you even though I don't bargain with him you don't have to he's like he's like a dealer he's like a dealer he gets you hooked on what yeah come back and buy it I don't understand smoked sausage I don't tell you how thank you he's gained a couple pounds too because he tells you how like he makes his own like heel and he he he's such a good person like I hate one of them people too like if you bought like we were having like when my son graduated high school years this is how long I've been going to him and he gave us a case of ribs and a whole side of a cow basically he probably really appreciates you all because you all do business with him and he appreciate it and I said everybody I know there I said he knows everybody here and he gave he pretty much gave us that side of the cow at a half rate yeah cut it up for you and like you I like I went in there I'm making some pepper steak and rice I go in there and be like okay give me five pounds of that sirloin and cut it up for my purple second rice right right there and I'm like okay because the other meat markets you go to they were just slapping it on there giving it to you go you go home and cut that up or we're gonna charge you to cut it up exactly he don't do that he's gonna take the filet and cut it up for you do you have him to do your ground chicken too nope I do ground turkey okay I'm gonna try you some ground chicken one day you probably like it because it has it I don't I what happened was uh most of my family is God has been diabetic so when my grandmother came off Court we had to this was like 30 some nine years ago right so ever since then I'm pretty much the only time I do beef is if I decide because like my kids had never ate steak until they went to my mother-in-law house they had never had pork chops my daughter never had pork chops so she was about 20 and it wasn't at home so that's the kind of stuff like how we was eating right because my grandmother was a diabetic so she bought turkey everything oh okay you know so it was kind of like we ate like she ate she stopped putting salt pork in her cabbage and made her own little Roux and stuff like that so it was that kind of stuff like it was soul food but a little bit off the soul so you can not catch diabetes right it was a healthy yeah healthier option because I used to like smoked turkey tails yeah my grandma likes salt pork and so did I because I showed ate it like it was bacon after she fried it up and put it in the Cabbage but she stopped doing that she started steaming it right so we started cooking it that way and I mean it's better it's it's much better so I'm gonna try I'm gonna try the ground chicken though but let me tell you oh it was a um like a big place like a Jimmy Dean so I met him at a party birthday party for my grandson and so he worked for the company and he actually said that they were trying because turkey is drier and so he was saying that they were actually experimenting so now that's why you go to the store and you see so many chicken sausage because they found yeah and it has more flavor actually they'll tell you that too um you know with that so that's why all these places are starting to use like on dually chicken they're making chicken all types and I used to have to go just to Trader Joe's to get it now I could get it everywhere but I've been getting ground chicken for probably about 15 years so we don't like right he makes like he makes his own turkey sausages and different stuff like that and I don't buy it frozen I buy it fresh so we're eating it right we're we're taking a break from meat starting next week yeah that is really impressive that your daughter didn't eat pork until she was sick oh because that's how we grew up because I didn't grow up eating pork chops either so I definitely get that in my and we didn't fry Foods either so I didn't grow up eating a lot like fried food but I was upset because my grandmother when she when she got her diagnosis she stopped and you know that was a dagger to the heart because we we love her Fried Chicken so fried then she started baking it and I was like oh this did she was she could bake them chicken wings off the floor that's what I do girl or make you some like boy make you some chicken and rice soup and stuff like that that's what and so my husband was like yeah that's what I grew up here I'm like because it's what you ate and it's what you started liking like I'm a soup girl like I could make any I could make I grew up in the house chicken soup order Autumn soup okay like I love beans like I love beans let me ask you this no you said that you your grandma made you you know shift like reverse your that your diet so your babies this is before you had babies then you just yeah to your face I went to the military I didn't have my kids so I came back so this is the military so she reversed our diet when I was like a teenager right oh okay okay oh you were two okay so then she just your babies just came up and picked up on she just took your babies on with the diet that she had you guys because even though like breakfast My grandmother used to feed my daughter like plain oatmeal like you know we had oatmeal back in the day you got to put sugar milk in here my daughter for breakfast would eat grapefruit and plain fruit now oatmeal and I'm like ew because my Grandma had her eating that because that was her my grandma watched her when we went uh we went to work so it was like she ate with my grandma who's a diet my daughter was the the first kid at like three years old that would eat a salad like you could take her anywhere and get her a chicken salad and she good or just get her a regular salad and she good put some Italian dressing on it you know most kids want ranches exactly get her some balsamics the vinegar and wine too that was what we ate because I didn't eat um like I honestly just I ate rats probably for the first time maybe in just the last 10 years that I tried it did you do did your daughter how was her how was her um how was her health like when she would go like for instance you know how you have to go through our school they would have to go and get uh um did she did she play sports or anything like that when it happened see now that's the difference my daughter was an athlete and we moved to the suburbs because I ate school lunch in the urban area and that's not where it is but when we moved to where we live at now and I made sure I bought a house in an area I I scouted the school district before I found a house out here Elementary didn't have they didn't have all that other stuff they had salads that's why I went um when um Michelle Obama came in and was like healthier in school already yeah yeah it was different of other schools because yeah their school always has I mean my sister went to school in that district and my sister had a salad bar and she was in Middle School they had a salad bar yeah no no whenever with her playing sports when they had to get the um physicals and all that how did her and you know I mean you don't have to give me a whole rundown but overall being that she was raised and such or not calling diabetic diet which is superb how did I I I would have been totally blown if I was you know the doctor how did she turn up she has never had any illness like her like I pretty much didn't get ailments until after the military yeah I haven't either right I literally like my kids literally were never those kids that had we always had ear infections and all this and all that like my I took them to the doctor every year we knew they had the same doctor literally my she just retired last year and my nephews go to her now so my children my children had the same doctor for over 25 30 years finally she saw them right up until she had to cut them off at like she extended it to like 24. so she had to cut my son off she had like she had to cut them off for 20 years so it was like they had the same doctor and she's I've been on her over 30 years so she's and that was her their doctor so she knew them right and when they came in her she would be like oh how's how's the sports coming how are you progressing and they've never had my kids or not have any health problems because she's I think it's because she's an athlete but I was an athlete but I think also that diet the diet my daughter started eating I ate broiled fish like I said I didn't grow up with a house in a house my mom was the queen of soups and we ate baked things that was how it was in our house my mother didn't buy junk food and that type of thing it was a very rare that we had you know junk food in the house but she didn't you know it wasn't like how some families had the box of Twinkies it was not a box of twinkie house and I ate broil fish for dinner often and my daughter when she was four I remember making myself some and of course you know you're not going to try to give your children the same thing and she said can I try son and in my mind I was saying tag I'll go enjoy this royal fish good can I have some more so exactly I had to make it as well for her kids get used to what we you know if we give kids you know like sugary cereals and stuff that's what they're gonna eat I mean I like sugary cereals don't get me wrong because I was the only child for 11 years in my household so I I like you know I like Cream of Wheat and oatmeal I didn't grow up eating a lot of oatmeal I ate the other hot cereals but I've never had a Cheerio in my life and do not plan on eating a Cheerio in my life they're good you know what someone tried to get me to eat a strawberry one second succeeding choice I can't hear you but your mic is rubbing I whole lot but I do like fish oh so seeing you gonna be out I made a beautiful banana pudding dinner yeah it was like three different layers of Nilla wafers I don't even my grandmother made pound lemon pound cakes uh any kind of pound cake from scratch that's what I'm the diabetic which was the funny thing okay did she yes she did and my mom like that sugar thing like so so you know I just didn't allow my like it was certain things that I didn't give my kids because I knew like certain stuff that I'm addicted to like at one point Mountain dude was like my boyfriend okay so I knew to not give my kids at a young age I didn't give them that because I'm like uh-uh that's bad and then that doctor I was telling y'all about she was like she was telling me don't do this don't do that wow it was also helpful yeah like because she was their doctor from birth so she would say don't do this don't do that from the beginning she knew because the food chemists put things in food to make us want it more yeah because I'm not I'm not the healthiest my my daughter is way healthier than I am honestly because she just was like I'm detoxing and I'm like okay girl we gonna have to detox because between me and this man that eat a cake a week and donuts he's not eating donuts and I know he's eating Donuts cause I heard him find them one day and I'm like okay you buying Donuts no I don't have no Donuts yes she I heard you yeah I heard you bad too no I ain't had no Donuts in a couple days exactly so that's why I just told him look we you you feeling I'm finna be your doctor we finna do this thing because I've done it before like I'm a veggie hauler too yeah but I noticed like it's a way to eat right and still eat good with all all that because literally like I told you a certain parts of my body get thick all my life regardless of whether I weighed 130 pounds or 230 pounds even when I was pregnant my it just it is what it is so I figured them Parts gonna be them perks but I need to get my overall health because I know what I'm eating and what I'm putting in my body especially these days things have changed dramatically yeah one second Minerva I made a whole video for you how you can
