All right, mic check. Mic check. 1212. Let me know if you can hear me. Okay. As Professor Purple Queen said, please like, comment, and share and all the things. Thank you very much. All right. Yes. Be creative with the spelling of the profanities. You can do it. Just be creative. Um, okay. So, we're doing D and Dash dead beats. Obviously, we're doing uh quick catchups real fast. So, I will be talking number one. If you're new to me, you got to know that I'm going to be talking. The links to the direct videos are in the description box. So, if you just want to go straight there, no harm, no foul. um wanted to tell you from the birthday uh cash apps and super chats yesterday, the math was wrong in the sense of what I said. So, just so y'all know, y'all have officially covered subscribing to the credential assembly service, which is the service you have to use to apply to law school. And then each law school report from the cast costs $45. So, I can now, especially uh once the August payout comes for in September, I can pay for the subscription and I can at least do one school report. So, I appreciate it. Wanted to show you this is where it's going to go and I will get you the receipt no later than September 21st um to show you I did. That's exactly what it went to. So, I want to say thank you. Y'all are actually y'all are now materially helping me get into law school. So, I definitely appreciate it. Okay, what else are we doing? Um, oh, we're going to watch this quick Dash uh short from this lawyer. The attorney I like, I couldn't find him talking about Dash stuff, so this is where we are. Yes, thank y'all. It's y'all. When I tell you it's y'all, y'all did that. Thank you so much. Um, so who pays for a Dining Dash? Hold on. If a customer dines and dashes in a restaurant, a lot of managers say that that is coming out of your paycheck, I am telling you as a labor lawyer, that is [ __ ] Customers skipping out on a bill are a risk of doing business. That risk falls on the owners, not the employees. So, if customers dine and dash and a manager tries to take it out of your tips or out of your paycheck, know that they are breaking the law. If a customer d >> All right, because I I swear all I've ever heard is that's exactly how they threaten people. Like if they walk out, that's on you. That's coming out of your check. Never seemed fair. Um but yeah, that that makes more sense that it should be cost of doing business. Um hey, come on, Laundry Mat. Let's do our let's do our errands. Ashley J, [laughter] thank you. All right, so first one up is the thumbnail. We're just going to go straight into hers. So, this is in Florida. Before we watch it, I need you to think like a juror. The defense doesn't have to prove innocent. They only need to raise a reasonable doubt as we watch the body cam. Do these defense challenges hold up? So, the first challenge will be to battery. Um, with one employee saying the defendant hit him and another saying she was grabbing his butt. Does the evidence establish that she intentionally touched or struck an employee against that person's will rather than accidental or incidental contact during the confrontation? If the employees describe different physical conduct, are their accounts sufficiently consistent and reliable to establish exactly what unwanted physical contact occurred and who experienced it? and for her resisting an officer without violence. When the officer attempted to arrest her, did the defendant actually resist, obstruct, or oppose the officer, or was she merely refusing to cooperate before the officer took her to the ground? Does the evidence establish that her physical resistance occurred while the officer was lawfully performing the arrest rather than as a reaction to being taken to the ground? All right, so let's start with her. Here we go. So, you can either go to jail or you can leave peacefully and pay your bill. >> As a four-year-old superintendent, >> acting like a child. >> I'm not acting like a child. >> A disagreement over a restaurant bill was only the beginning. Employees also reported that Angela was filming customers, refusing to pay, and refusing to leave. >> Express if she doesn't want to pay her bill. Yeah. You got it. >> Hello, ma'am. I'm Officer Watson. How you doing today? >> Um, okay. Waiting for my attorney to arrive. >> You're waiting for your attorney to arrive. Okay. So, I'm going to give you two options today. All right. So, you can either go to jail or you can leave peacefully and pay your bill. >> I'm going to leave peacefully. >> Okay. So, let's go ahead and pay your bill or you're going to jail tonight. >> Who has their bill? >> Let's cut your bill. No, >> I'm going to film you right now. >> You're on You're being recorded again. >> I I can go to the bathroom. I have a right to go to the bathroom. >> Okay. No, you're going to leave the establishment, but prior to doing that, you're going to pay your bill that you have not paid. >> I won't pay my bill. >> Okay. So, let's go ahead and pay your bill. >> I'm going to the bathroom cuz I have a bathroom. >> You're not going to the bathroom. You're going to vacate the premises. >> If I vacate the premises, am I going to jail? >> No, you're going to pay your bill and you're going to leave. When police arrived, every attempt to resolve the situation seemed to create a new argument. For several minutes, Officer Watson tried to move the situation toward a resolution. Instead, each attempt seemed to create a new obstacle. >> So, you're you're telling me I cannot go to the bathroom? >> Not on this property. >> So, I need to go to the bathroom outside my bill. >> You're going to pay your bill. You're going to have to go back real bad. >> You're going to pay your bill and you're going to leave. >> I'm going let you know now. I'm going to give you about a couple of seconds to make a decision or you're going to come with me and you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. >> I'm going to go to the bathroom and you can walk me there. >> Do you wish to press charges? >> Do you wish to press charges tonight? >> Is she willing to pay her bill? >> She's trying to stand at the restaurant and I'm trying to get her out of here. So, >> yes. >> Okay. All right. Then go and put your phone down. No dance right now. >> You cannot trespass me in the same night. >> Stop. >> No, this is not >> I'm >> Okay, that's fine. So, you're putting me in jail for the bathroom. >> No, you didn't want to pay your bill. You >> I want to pay my bill. I put your stuff down. >> Can I go pay my bill now? Put >> your stuff down. >> All right. Definitely dead beat. That's why she's on the list. Um this Why do you have to go now? Why do you have to go to the bathroom so badly? I feel I don't know if there was a way to dip out if she tried to go to the bathroom. You were never gonna pay. Every time we've watched Dining Dashers, I it's always I am paying or my date was going to pay or no, my phone just needs to be charged up because although my cards didn't work, I have Apple Pay or Google Pay. I just need my phone to charge phone. A lot of them, they let the phone charge. Guess what? It doesn't go through. One of them you're going to see actually has probably $2,000 in cash on him. And I'm just like, why did you do this? But I feel like the $2,000 is probably rent and something else cuz you know how people like to hold it in a stunt, but it's not really money that they have. They just have it on them to look like they have it. But either way, they always have the same script. I'm too easily embarrassed to do something like this. Yeah. Yeah. No, not happening. Noir Angel, he he cared less about the money than getting her out of there, right? Yeah. She was a nuisance. Harassing customers, harassing employees. Yeah, I agree. >> Put your stuff down. >> No, I'm not doing this right now. I'm not doing this right now. >> Ma'am, I do not want to take you to the ground. If you keep fighting me, I'm going to take you to the ground. >> I'm calling my attorney right now. Mom, >> stop. Do not, >> ma'am. You're not going to overpower me, and I'm going to throw you to the ground here in a second. Stop resisting. >> You're literally doing this in a public place. All right, put your hands on your back. >> Oh, this stand up. All this for >> I told you I would pay my bill. I told you I would pay my bill. >> Give me a nice phone. >> I'll I'll give it to you. >> That's the same thing as I'm not resisting while you're actively resisting. Saying you're going to do something, but you did not do it. You had no intention of doing it. You didn't make a move to do it. You're just somehow indignant that this is happening to you, although you are basically stealing. Take a seat. Take a seat. >> Put your feet in. >> Give me my stuff. >> I will give you your stuff. Just take a seat. >> No, I want my stuff first. >> I want my purse. >> Perfect. My car. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. You just put it there. >> This is ridiculous. Watch your feet so I can grab your purse. >> Where are my shoes at? >> I'm going to grab them. You put it on top of my car. >> Move your feet. >> Wrestled me as a 40-year-old super >> acting like a child. >> I'm not acting like a child. You're paid by them. You're paid by them. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> Oh, I do know what you're talking about. >> Okay. Okay, thank you. >> Where's my stuff? >> It's on the back of my car. Look behind you. >> I want my bag. >> It's right behind you. >> I want it right now. >> Okay. I have a right to an attorney. >> You do have a right to an attorney. >> I have a right to an attorney. >> You sure do. >> And I want to call him right now. >> You're calling at the jail. >> Wrestle me on the You wrestled me on the phone. >> I got to use the force I got to do now. >> That was so dumb. So dumb. She wouldn't pay your bill. And then she's like, I have to pee. I was like, you need to get off the property. I'm not getting off the property. I need to use nothing. Ma'am, exit the property. No. And then she punched him. >> Oh, yes. Wow. I just I saw your message and I actually saved this for y'all. Um because freaked out. I was freaking out. So she said, "Trending, um why did your live end like it did? Or was it just me?" Nope, it wasn't just you. I had received the email from YouTube and this is what it said. Hold on. And I think it was the cops footage, not necessarily watching Sergeant Curtis. Uh let me see. Hold on. I'mma read it to y'all cuz I I've never had that before, but I think it's because it was cops. It says, "Hide trending at some point. Due to a copyright match, your stream was interrupted. Streams are interrupted when copyrighted content is detected. After copyrighted material is no longer being streamed, streams are automatically reenabled." So, when we had that big pause and it was like policy violation, which I couldn't see that on my end, y'all saw the message and I saw you saying in the chat, I could not see that. So, I was like, I don't know what's happening. Um, but it emailed me a little bit after I think my live ended and that's why. So, I think it was the cop stuff. So, I put it on private. I'mma edit that out and then re and then just make it public again. But yeah, at least they didn't leave leave it unanswered. That really would have like I just wouldn't have known what to do with that. >> One of the managers. So, >> with the situation under control, officers turned their attention to the people who had witnessed the disturbance from the beginning. >> She's got a dress on. I mean on you. >> It's fine. Quincy. >> Oh, I need a statement from you if you do not mind. I'm going to do it on that. >> So, just put uh your information, name, date of birth, and all that good jazz or anything? >> Yeah, I'm good. Thank you. I'm sorry to be studially unsorted, but >> it is it is what it is. I don't mind. >> I know, but you know, >> sometimes it's being a little too ridiculous, but it is what it is. >> Say she applied for a job here this afternoon. >> Oh, really? >> I didn't catch that the first time. He said she had tried to apply for a job there. And y'all probably saw it, but she's trying to be an influencer because she was streaming and she thought she was doing something, which is weird to show your audience that you're a dead beat. So, she came in, she sat down, you know, maybe had something to drink, something to eat while here, she did this. And then once whenever she however she punched you and bit you, just write that in. Thank you. >> So, she also like make me looks like sh she was grabbing my ass in front of all the customers like my back multiple times. >> Did you want to press start? >> Oh, >> I saw it happen. I'm just >> I'm standing right there. >> Oh, you mean I'll be >> I don't mind. I'll charge her with that as well. >> That's up to you, but that's >> Should I do that? >> That's because she I'm okay. I didn't want her to be in trouble. >> I'll at least just say that it happened, but that you don't want anything. >> I don't want the her coming back again, you know. >> Okay. You guys want to trespass? I'm assuming >> we'll do which Yeah. Makes sense. >> No, I don't have hair. I I haven't gone into it. I haven't like >> Cuz I can start feeling that out for you in the meantime to help you out. >> Okay. Yeah, >> cuz I got to I got to bounce to uh >> I got to be there by 8. As witness interviews continued, officers began uncovering details that had not been apparent during the confrontation. >> She closed, fist, punched my right arm. >> So, her battery ended up being just for her, not just, but you know, she punched him and the other guy, like the cop said, I'll just put it in the report cuz he decided not to press charges. I'm like, press charges? That's why she was so comfortable doing it because she's depending on people like, "Oh, it's okay. No, I just want to tell you." No, don't just tell. Charge. Charge her with grabbing two. Same if a guy did it. Do not touch staff. Yuck. Ace moonshot. Exactly. Exactly. >> You know where her she's kind? >> Yeah. I mean, kind of. I mean, it's just in the the flailing of her resisting. So, she'll get a resisting charge. I have your information here. This would be the trespass, so she cannot come back here. >> Yes. >> The investigation answered many of the questions officers faced upon arrival. Unfortunately, it had not brought the confrontation to an end. Uh, >> you don't have to put that information there, but um I guess the part >> Yes, that's fine. I really feel bad for you. I really feel offering this. >> I told them I said if I if she was just leaving I don't care about the money. If she was just leave when we asked you to leave, >> it would have been no problem. >> No, you know whatever is it worth the more. >> Oh my god. >> Than this. You know what I mean? Then can I have a print inside? >> This lady will sit. >> Do you guys have video inside? >> I have. >> Okay, that's no worries. >> Oh, >> it sure is. >> That guy was not in the same seat. >> He's the owner of the business you've been trespassed from now. >> Well, he was not involved in the scene. >> Can you talk to the people who are sitting nearby the situation? cuz I already posted it live, Mr. Watson. >> Okay. >> So, I already posted this whole thing of me fist bumping Anthony, not not meanly being nice. >> And she didn't fist bump him. Not in what she's trying to say. She She hit him with her fist. There was no fist bump. I wish she did have cameras, too. But it's just you already know it's going to be a light light issue. You already know. But I just Yeah, gropers always act like it is all in good fun and it's very much not. Don't do that. >> You're arresting me based on >> You have a couple charges tonight. >> I have a couple charges. >> Yes. >> What are they? >> Uh, hold on. I will tell you. >> Based on Mr. Anthony Watson, whatever your name is, both of you talking to people who hate each other. Is that what it is? Oh, >> because literally I'm asking you to talk to the people who arrest and >> I'll get to it. I'll get to it. I'll get to it. >> Will you? >> Yep. I will actually ask somebody who saw what happened. >> It sure is. >> Awesome. Well, Officer Watson, I have this all like the whole month and everything. >> All right. >> So, while you're writing your report, it's going to be like viral. >> I hope so. You arrested a female person who doesn't want to go to the bathroom. >> You're officer Watson. >> And I hope your camera's on. >> It is. You've asked for >> Officer Watson. This is literally Saturday night. I wanted to go to the potty before I pay my bill and then Officer Watson shows up, throws me on the floor. >> That's not what happened. >> Yeah, you did. You definitely did. threw me off the floor. >> Oh, how you describe it is you wrestled me. >> All right, one second. >> Thank you. >> No worries. So, this is >> I definitely want him to tell her to shut up as well. Um I I have no new words, but she gets on my nerves. Trying to get him back in the car. Oops. >> What started as a disagreement over a restaurant bill had ultimately led to an arrest. a lengthy investigation and a transport that continued the confrontation almost to the very end. >> Okay. So, the charges you're going to be being charged with tonight is going to be battery, theft of services, and resisting without or Yeah, resisting without violence. >> I didn't say anything. I asked you if I go to the bathroom. >> You're forgetting after the fact with a fist bump and it already went viral. >> All right. So, in your property, you have here's your clothes and shoes. I'll give you your shoes before you get out the car. >> Where's my phone? >> I was about to tell you. And here's your paperwork, your phone, your purse, and inside your purse is your cell phone. >> Can I have my cell phone? >> No. >> No. You want to trap me like a like a little dog and a stage show? >> So, here's all your property. >> Thank you so much. Have a good night. >> Of course. Thank you. >> Take videos. Take videos. I was never resisting you, bro. I have to go to the bathroom, Mr. Watson. And you threw me on the floor. >> They always skipped so much, don't they? First of all, they already asked you to leave. Pay preferably, then leave. You didn't want to pay. You had to leave, but first you wanted to go use the bathroom there. No, you you cannot because there's no telling what you may do, what you may say. And then they already don't have cameras in there. He's a male officer. He does not have a female officer with him. So, there could be more things that happened with that one um that she accuses him of. As you see, she's already lying. She didn't get thrown to the ground because he said, "No, you can't go to the bathroom." She kept jerking away and he said, "Hey, you're not going to overpower me. Just stop." and she still did it again and again and they ended up on the ground which I still feel like she dropped herself to the ground a little bit. Um, yes. Ace said she said trapped like a dog in a stage show. How drunk do you need to be to think of saying that? And I it's also interesting. I would love somebody to like they um their expertise is in psychology because it's it's funny that she's not just trapped. She picked a dog in a stage show because dogs in stage shows they're show dogs. They're usually, you know, what is the conventionally best dogs are the best, the best breeds, and they, you know, they do all these things. And that's what she called herself to pick anything. That's what she called herself. And I'd like somebody to break that down on her choosing that of all things to say. >> And I filmed it. And my attorney already has the footage. You threw me on the floor. and my attorney has the footage. It's >> a white girl. >> I'm not even black and you throw me down. >> That's crazy. >> Is your camera? >> Yes. I'm glad it recorded that. >> I'm just saying I'm not even black. I am going to save this with her saying that just in case I need to play it for strangers that come around and want to say um they say ignorant things and I'm just I just have moments I'mma save that in case I need to play that again. So, I just have to remind myself, what was that? 14 about 14 minutes in or so to save that clip and I'll play it in a live if someone comes in here with nonsense and it because you see it is that people like her, they know the deal. They know normally you're probably not going to feel any consequences because the consequences aren't meant for you, for your phenotype, for your ethnicity. They know. That's why they're surprised when they get any type of little physical consequence. Then the owner was being nice saying, "I'll leave and I won't worry about the money." That must be why at the end she's not actually charged with theft of services cuz he names theft of services here. But by the time they list her charges, theft of services was not a charge. >> That's racist. >> You remember rights? >> Don't have to. I haven't asked you any questions. >> You don't have to. You can just throw me on the floor and wrestle me for going to the bathroom. >> I didn't ask you any questions. That's what Miranda >> ask any questions. What is your job? Just you got paid $50 gift certificate. Mr. Watson, >> nobody paid me besides the city of throw me on the floor. I'm a nice person who just went to the bathroom in the neighbor. But you want to throw me on the floor because your battery lights on and you have no freaking idea what day it is and you're doing your job. Officer Watson, I'm going to pee in your car. Okay. >> If you do that, you'll be charged. >> You didn't let me pee at the restaurant. >> I asked you to go back to the restaurant and you threw me on the floor. Do you remember? >> You got Kendra Scott. Oh, >> do you have my uh >> No, I gave you the one back, but it was all bloody and [ __ ] so you probably threw it away. >> I don't think I >> But I have an extra one at home. I'll >> Can you just double Okay. Can you turn so I can fix the cuffs for you so they don't tighten up on you? >> Can you turn even further? >> No, I'm loosening them. Can you turn that way? >> No, I want to go to the bathroom. >> Okay, you're not >> I don't trust you. I'm going to step outside. >> I don't trust you. You've already assaulted me. You >> Mr. Watson, you >> I want to know what she's saying when they redact what she says. >> Threw me on the floor after I asked to go to the bathroom. I don't trust you. >> I'm fixing to cut. >> No, I think you're going to tighten them as you already threatened to. Sorry, man. I'm Officer Newman. How you doing tonight? >> I'm not happy. >> All right, I understand that. But what I need to do is I need to double up those cuffs on you. Okay, you haven't met me yet. We have no previous interaction. >> There's no reason to double up. >> That way it doesn't cinch onto your wrist. Okay. >> He's already assaulted me, threw me on the floor, and I can't go to the bathroom. >> Listen to me. I'm not talking about that right now. I just need to do that really quickly. Thank you. I don't really believe you cuz he already said he was going to tighten them three minutes ago and his camera's off now. >> Isn't it interesting how your camera's off now, Mr. Watson? >> Your camera's off after you threaten. >> The camera's never off. I hope these videos never come down. And I hope whoever you admire hates this type of behavior and they see this video. >> Never offic. >> No, I don't see the red light. So, >> I've been beat up by an officer trying to go to the bathroom after trying to pay my bills. >> What's this? >> I can't. It's hurt. It's all hurting. This is all hurting. >> That's why I'm fixing it. >> After he beat me up, Mr. Watson beat me up. That guy saw it. Mark the worker saw it. >> You beat me up on the floor. >> Was Mark the one you grabbed his butt or was Mark the one you punched? As you're accusing people of something they didn't do, but you definitely did with outside witnesses. unwanted touch, beating up, assaulting people, and everything else. >> Sit back down. >> This is so tight. This is still tight. >> Listen up, ma'am. >> Angela was brought to the Orange County Jail following her arrest. She was charged with battery and resisting an officer without violence. According to the police report, she later informed officer Watson that she had defiled the patrol vehicle during transport, prompting him to document the vehicle condition and note that photographs would be added to the case file. Angela seemed like she was drunk. She was acting very, very unreasonable. And this particular video really proves the value of officers having a body camera because just watching her behavior, listening to what she was saying, she's the type of person that could really cause some problems after the fact with the officer by filing false complaints. Yeah, she's a threat to everybody. She's to me she's a type of predator. She is. She Boy, the entitlement in this one is strong. Okay, so let me put my poll back up for y'all, too. I don't know if it'll show white on white. Hold on. I'll put in the bottom. Okay, so what prosecutors generally must prove for battery, prosecutors have to prove the defendant actually and intentionally touched or struck another person against that person's will. The defendant intentionally caused bodily harm to another person. and I hope that person showed up to her trial. Um, punishable by up to one year in jail and up to $1,000. The second charge, resisting an officer without violence. Prosecutors must prove the defendant resisted, obstructed, or opposed an officer and the officer was engaged in the lawful execution of a legal duty and the defendant's resistance occurred without offering or doing violence to the officer. Possible sentencing is also up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. I need these people to actually press charges and keep the charges. Don't even call the Excuse me. Don't even call the police. Press charges if you're going to call the police. Please stop giving these people grace. They don't give you any grace. She put her hands all over those people. Yeah, pretty one is pretty well proven. Multiple witnesses and just nasty. All of that. All of that. Our next dead beat. Um the title says skipping out on Red Lobster Bill fails while Tik Tok live streaming again. So he's a repeat offender. This is in New Jersey. Before we watch again, the defense only has to uh introduce reasonable doubt. So possible defense challenges could be theft of services. Did the defendant purposely avoid paying his restaurant bill, or is there evidence that he actually intended to pay despite remaining at the restaurant for hours while live streaming? Does the evidence establish that he used deception or another deliberate means to avoid paying rather than simply refusing or failing to pay the bill? And he also received defiant trespassing because he was pre previously trespassed before the day we're about to see him. And it says because the defendant had previously been trespassed from the restaurant. Does the evidence establish that he knew he was no longer permitted on the property when he returned? All right. Yeah, one on one on her for sure. Okay. Okay. So, let me close out hers. But yeah, one on her. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty. I agree. All right. So, now we're going to look at this one. I'm going to skip some of his because it's kind of dead in some places for sure. Like even more dead than some of her places. So, we're just going to see kind of the explanation from the restaurant, the encounter with him, and then kind of skip to the charges because he's uneventful, which, you know, cool, cool, cool. But there's no reason just watching him sit there for some of it. So, all right, here we go. >> On February 3rd, 2026, police officers responded to Red Lobster following a report of an Uber Eatats delivery person attempting to leave without paying for food that he sat down and ordered hours earlier, all while streaming his antics on TikTok. Here's what occurred. done this. >> Hi. >> Hello. How are you? >> Good thing you can put the lights on cuz you're in the corner table right by the window. >> Okay, cool. >> How you doing? How you doing? All right. Good news here, sir. How you doing? >> Yeah, I'm home, too. Yep. Yep. >> Enjoying your meal. >> Uh, and I tried, but everything is left over. >> Okay. I just got to let you know you're being recorded on my body camera. My name's Officer Selena. Oh, so is he trying to say it wasn't to my liking, so I'm not paying? Everything's left over. That's what that sounds like. I didn't actually eat it. >> Are you uh planning on leaving anytime soon? Do you have a car here or anything? They're just worried that you're going to walk out without paying. You're going to pay for that, right? >> I want this so much. [music] >> Yeah. Well, you know, you can't leave without paying without committing a crime. >> Okay. So, y >> So, I'll figure out some kind of form of payment. saying >> he might be and she might be the the the lady the white lady we saw before this one and him they might be those Tik Tok beggars that they'll go to a place and just be live and just asking their audience to you know send money so then they can pay for the bill they're already currently racking up and he must have not got whatever money he thought he was going to get from begging. That's one of the reasons because he didn't have the funds. He did not have the funds. He's a frequent flyer doing this especially at the same place. Crazy. But um I think he's Yeah, they they had I think it's called Tik Tok beggars and something else. I feel like they call them. I'm gonna try to find if there's another phrase or not. >> You don't just walk out with that. >> Right. Right. Right. That's true. [music] >> Yo. Yeah. Anyway, uh the Red Lobster is the amazing food we have. Oh, you want to say hi, right? No problem. >> Yeah, we're family. [music] >> Okay. >> So, do you have any kind of uh ID on you? Any kind of New Jersey driver? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yes. Yes, [music] sir. Yes, sir. Family. Family >> because they told me they they tried to send me to the jail. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. So, I had to go to jail for them if I wanted to go. I mean, if I had to go, [music] you say you want to pay for me. I'm with the police officer right now. The movie star police officer can you have some head over there. [music] You see what I pay for this guy? No, I don't run. Why you never run off this guy? >> That's not [music] right. You cannot run from the officers. They got radio. They got you right. What sir? What's your uh phone number? >> Yeah, the scam's not working too well. Ace moonshot. And that was interesting that this one was not called um criminal trespass after warning. The charge was called defiantly trespassing or defiant trespass. I was like that's new to me. True. [music] >> All right. Yes, sir. Thank you, my >> All right. So, what are we going to do here? >> Do you have a credit card on you? Do you have cash on you or anything? >> Uh, we just honestly you can keep if you have that form of payment [music] and I could just let them know. Okay. Yeah, I think he's waiting for them to send him money cuz he keep looking at that phone. Um, so I don't know if a follower said they would pay. I think they he and people like him that do these live streams, they already put themselves in a bad situation of owing money and then they try to get sympathy donations to then pay for the the decision they've already made. And this is not practical. Let's say that um he is starving. Let's say that. go to a grocery store and then do some sympathy donations. This is just you taking advantage. This is not a necessity. This is a overpriced meal that you just like telling somebody else that you want to spend their money on your bad decisions. This is not even a grocery store. I just feel like he's used to doing this and if it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't that day. And that's why he's okay with this happening where he's encountered the cops before and he's banned. He even came back to the same place he was already banned from. The audacity. Yeah, it's ridiculous what people will do. Uh they'll do anything while streaming, Teresa. And they will. He is lightweight compared to what people will do while streaming. I saw one of them. He was a passport brogging for money. He was begging for money while he was still stuck, I think, in the DR because they got some, you know, they got their little favorite places they go and the DR is definitely top of the list for the passport bros. And he was stuck there. He didn't have no plane ticket back home and he over there crying and begging to get back home. And what's crazy, the whole reason the passport bro goes over there is basically SCX exploitation. So you he probably begged to get to get enough money to get a ticket there. got there, exploited somebody or some people, and then begged to get back home. But that he's one those are like one of the to me like one of the more worst ones. But there's so many types. >> This person is going to pay for it. No problem. Then you know I don't have to be here. >> Oh, yes or no. It's a yes or no question. >> Oh, can I just uh [music] get out real quick? It's okay. >> What's that? Get out real quick. Just stay here for like five minutes and get out. >> All right, hold on a second. >> Why stay five more minutes and get out? I I think he's still waiting on that money to come in. It ain't coming. It ain't coming. But I He got to be waiting for that money to come in. You've already been there for hours. >> Yes. Yes. Yeah, just a Bible. [music] >> What's in the corner over there? >> Where is he? >> He's in the corner over there. I'm just going to talk to the manager for a little bit if you want to stand by with me. >> What's What's exactly going on? Did he eat any of the food? Did he? [music] >> So, he ordered a bunch of stuff. >> Yeah. >> He's been sitting here for hours. >> So, he's been eating. He's been >> drinking. He has a >> one. Okay. >> 916. >> Has he ever gone there and done this before? >> Oh, that's Dang. So, he's probably already had a meal cuz she said he ordered a lot of stuff. $91 of Red Lobster. That's minimum two meals, possibly three meals. If he had alcohol, it's probably two meals plus the cost of his alcohol and stuff. So, he's talking about uh I didn't eat this. Yeah, cuz you ate a whole another meal before the body cam started. Oh, and Teresa said, "I'm 53 years old. I would never embarrass myself doing something like this. Ever. Ever. Ever. I feel like a 5-year-old knows better." >> Last time he was actually in our bathroom recording his private parts on Tik Tok. This is not his first time here. So, I was we're doing our closing duties and the phone kept ringing. Every time I grabbed it, it kept disconnecting. >> Finally went through. It's people calling to say that he's here and he's staying on St. He's going to walk out. So I called my GM cuz the calls kept coming in anonymous. My GM was no call the police. He's a frequent flyer. >> So what happened after that? He wasn't like trespassing or anything. >> We don't really like we don't have the authority to do. [music] So it would be our higherups who could do that. But I can't say you can't come here anymore. Like I don't have that. >> Okay. Is that possible? doesn't happen to you guys again. >> Um, let me ask my GM right now >> because uh, he's giving me a run. You know, I mean, he's providing his ID and stuff. We're trying to get a yes or no if he's going to pay for everything, right? >> He's obviously still on TikTok and everything, but confirmed with your management if he could be trespassing here so he doesn't keep coming here doing the police want to know if they can trespass. >> Did he pay? >> No, he's been sitting here for hours. His bill was at 163. I've been asking him yesterday for payment. He's kind of just on TikTok live giving me a >> You guys have a rule where you're starting to clear people out at a certain time. >> He's trying to leave. >> A shot says so even his viewers don't like him. Basically, basically, if you've been sitting there for hours and nobody's sending you something to cover that, they tired of you. They they don't like you. They tired. They probably hate watching at best. um just or if not hate watching watching just for the train wreck of it all because I'm sure he already has this type of reputation on Tik Tok. I need Reddit cuz Redd is the ones they'll find anybody um on the internet like you can go back and see their account. I need Reddit to have found him so I could see his Tik Tok account so I can see maybe some of his past live streams cuz I feel like this is this is his norm. I Yeah, I'm getting all guilties on this one. take him to jail and quickly. >> We actually don't we try to respect that. You know, sometimes we get last. >> So, we'll try to figure it out at work. He's ID. Okay. We can trespass him and if he leaves without paying, let him leave and we'll charge him. >> My GM said that he was trespassed the last time he was here. >> Do we have a we were a police officer? Did we count it or he >> did? >> Just thought of another category for y'all. if I ever had time to do Tik Tok story times or like when people um start calling out certain Tik Tockers and stuff. I now we I don't know if it's going to happen, but that's one of my um entertaining things that I watch, but there are Tik Tok moms, not all of them obviously, but the beggar community of Tik Tok moms, they will do the same thing. And let me before I say the next phrase, it is all ethnicities. This is not stuck to a stereotypical ethnicity. Um, but they get government assistance. They and they, you know, they get anything is too expensive these days, but there it's enough to feed the family and stuff like that. But, um, they do that. Plus, you know, they get when they built up a good following before their following gets tired of them, they do rack up a lot of money from their followers. And then though they start expecting it, then they have a deadbeat man living with them, fully ablebodied. And that's usually when they followers get tired of them cuz they'll be like, "Oh, we're waiting for the next Tik Tok payout, blah blah blah. Um, can y'all guys say something to we to make it till we get to that, you know, that next payout day whole time unashamed to put them as a able-bodied woman and then their partner, able-bodied man could be earning money honestly and not sitting here struggling, but they will instead turn on that live button and just get to begging. Oh, I don't know how we're going to be able to get this for the kids in time. But also, there's always signs that somehow you couldn't get the necessities, but you were able to get something that was so reckless to spend money on. And I don't mean a little light something like because even a person that's just like when they're going through things, sometimes you still want to be able to mildly treat yourself just to get that, you know, that dopamine hit just to get you through. It's not it's not nothing major, but they'll they'll be buying major stuff, but then they come back asking people to pay for basically their bad decisions. That's a big sector of the Tik Tok begging, too. >> Did we tell them about the >> This is a dead space I'm about to skip through. We Let's just get back to them talking to him. Oh, he is he what is he doing? Oh, he's still on TikTok probably. Hold on. >> Yes, sir. >> Uh, you're Jeremy, right? >> Uh, Jeffrey. >> Jeffrey. Jeffrey. >> Jeffrey. Confirm your first name. First last name. >> Uh, hold on. I don't yo yo yo my name is a secret they only got >> okay >> let me let me give you the party was trespass when he was arrested at Redbres here in 2022 >> 2022 that's what I've been saying to you guys but they told me to leave >> you have to leave the red lobster you're not >> oh they trolling him y'all called it his subscribers hate watch and watch a a train wreck. They trolled him. He said, "I told them I was banned in 2022, but they told me to come back here." The I wonder what did they give to incentivize him to go do this, but they are his followers troll him and he's gullible or he want to do it anyway, but he's doing it and it is it's nonsense, Teresa. It is. I re I had struggled to get through this one by myself watching this one. That's why it took so long to show uh this one because we've had other D and Dash videos you sent me and I just kept skipping over him. Skipping over him, but here we are. But yeah, I they sent him there. I just I don't know what did they give him to send him there? >> Yes. >> Allowed to come here at all. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. >> All rebels. >> So, can we get up and collect your stuff? Let's get out of here. Can I May I can I take this food? Okay. >> Are you going to pay for the food? >> Okay. >> Now you want to take leftovers after he pointed out he didn't eat the food as if that's why he didn't have to pay for this dish. Now he's This man want to get leftovers like he didn't steal. Wow. Wow. Wow. Yeah. That's it's crazy. Purple Queen. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Yeah. Yo, regular pesto. That's why they all got under camera. >> This is me. Well, this is me talking as him. I'm not saying this to y'all right now, but I feel like he's like, "Hey guys, get those likes up. Watch me get arrested. Send some uh what do they call them in uh in Tik Tok?" Because like here YouTube does the jewels and stuff and I know they probably call them something. The galaxies are I've heard one of the highest things you can send on Tik Tok. So I can just hear him like get those galaxies y'all. Send me some galaxies so I have bail money. >> Put your hands behind your back. Hold on. Let me >> There's no holding on. Put your hands behind your back. >> Do you want to pay for your bill? I mean, if you're going to you're going to be charged with that with debt services. So, you're going to charge trespassing and you have to charge with services. >> Do you like to pay for your bills? You want to be charged? >> We can assist you. If you have a credit card or any type of payment method, we can do that for you now. Tell me what you want to do. >> Like all this, the Holy Spirit want me to go to jail. So, maybe I go to jail. >> All right. 37. >> Yeah. That's what they want me to do. Jeffrey, want to spread your feet? >> Yes, sir. >> Spread your feet. Yes, sir. >> This was one long conversation of I ain't got it. That's what this was. Noir Angel said, "What a time we live in. This is like a Black Mirror episode." It is live for any reason. Did you watch the one where the um Rashidita uh what's her last name? The daughter of the famous music person. can't think of her last name, but you know, the one from the office that dated Jim in the in between Jim and Pam Dayton, but she uh she her character needed brain surgery and then Tracy Ellis Ross played a character that came in with like this this um free started out free service of they would give brain surgery to put this chip in your brain, but then just like some things we've had as we've gone along like how uh YouTube was free, but now they offer you well You're only going to get this now on YouTube unless you go premium, which I did go premium. So, I need these commercials to be gone when I'm watching videos with y'all. Um, but and then like you know how Netflix was, oh, if you don't go to this tier, you will see commercials now or if you don't do this. And that's how it was, but it was with her actual life since they couldn't go to another tier. She uh started randomly spouting ads at her kids. She was a teacher and she would spout ads at her kids and just randomly say stuff if a keyword came up just like how you talk about something and in your phone it shows up on Instagram and Facebook and stuff. She was a walking version of that. Yeah. Rashita Jones, Quincy Jones's daughter. Yes. Um and so basically it got to the point where he was going on trying to earn money on this one type of streaming service and they would pay him to do worse and worse and more despicable things. And he kept doing it because he was trying to get her to stay on a certain tier so she could live a regular life. Oh, and then they had a range. If you went outside c certain miles, she shut down. It was Black Mirror is crazy. And I do like watching it to keep myself grounded. Yep. You were thinking of that Noir. It was sad. It was so sad. And at the end when he f they finally agreed that she was basically wanted to be like euthanized. Um, right when he was telling her his last, you know, I love you. She goes into a ad. Oh. Oh, it was depressing. It It was depressing as heck. Black Mirror will have you. I don't know. But I watch it to just stay grounded. I do. [music] >> You don't have any weapons on you at all whatsoever? >> Nothing. You know, I don't carry anything. >> All right. >> Where is that one right there? Be careful that one. I didn't even call that straight to me. >> You ride a motorcycle or something or >> I ride skateboard. >> Skateboard. >> All right. >> I got no way. >> I don't I'm not trying to hurt any horoscopes. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. You can take those on. I'm sorry. >> I don't carry no. I have to search you anyway because >> take those out. >> I don't care. >> I don't want to hurt anybody. >> Okay, now I'm skipping to his charges. This is where he just talking. He ain't doing nothing. They ain't doing nothing. We're going to get to his charges and then get to the next video. Let me see here. Yeah, Black Mirror is technology Twilight Zone. It really is. He's going to lie on devils. Okay. You're going to walk forward. Walk. Yes. >> The 40-year-old suspect was charged with theft of services. He was was also charged with defiant trespassing following the incident after police discovered he was trespassed in 2022 for doing the same thing. I [clears throat] like it when he says trespass instead of trespass. It's just that's probably also how you say it, but it catches my ear because I don't hear anybody say it like that. Think of all the res resources. Um wait, what's a slub? What's that? Um what was I going to say? Was it about I can't remember. Oh, the fact that they said he was 40. I said 40 where that was the other thing. When they said this 40 year old, I'm like stop it. Stop playing with me right now. All right, let's look at what prosecutors would have to prove. First one, for theft of services, the def um they would have to prove the defendant purposely obtained restaurant services that he knew were available only for compensation. And he used deception, threat, a false token, or another means to avoid paying for those services. New Jersey specifically includes restaurant accommodations within the services covered by the statute. possible sentencing for a restaurant bill of less than $200. Um, the theft is a disorderly person's offense, punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. for defiant trespassing. Um, prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly entered or remained in a place where he knew he was not licensed or privileged to be and notice against trespassing had been given by actual communication, proper posting or fencing or another enclosure designed to exclude intruders. Intruders, sorry. Um, so that's like had it been not a restaurant, he they you would have known you still weren't supposed to be there. Common sense, there's a fence around it and stuff like that. So, I guess it's uh all the ways. Possible sentencing, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. Yeah, guilty. Got 100% guilty on this one. Yeah, that's a hard 40, Noir. Hard 40. I know, Teresa. [laughter] Yeah, that's true. Noir said, "I feel sorry for the cook and the weight staff. They had to serve him just to find out he couldn't pay." He well the section wasn't busy because I was just about to say not only could he not pay he was wasting a seat in that section but it wasn't busy then. So but that yeah just wasting time in labor. Oh okay. Next one up we have this is in Florida. Woman returns after D and Dash attempt doesn't end well. Before we watch, the defense would have would could challenge trespass in a structure after officers brought the defendant back and she paid her restaurant bill. Was she clearly told that she was no longer allowed to return to the restaurant before she came back? Was the trespass warning given by the restaurant owner, an employee authorized to issue it, or someone otherwise legally authorized to tell her she could not return? So, she got only the trespass charge. And you'll see, okay, here we go. On July 7th, 2026, officers were dispatched to a bar and restaurant after a woman attempted to leave without paying for her order. >> She was on the bar. She ordered a drink and she left the bar. She don't want to pay. >> I left my food there so I could go back and eat. I had to move. >> Okay. So, how much do you owe them? >> It's a cool shot. Probably nothing cuz the blond girl bought it for me. >> Nobody bought it for you. >> Either way, whatever. I'm >> You have money to pay for it? >> Yeah. My >> Okay, let's go. >> Let's go. Hey, he came in hot on that bike. I'mma go back just so y'all can see him. If you're able to look at your screen, [laughter] yeah, he came in hot. Here you go. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. >> You got money? You got >> Stop. What's going on? >> Oh, you told her. >> I I was telling her to come in here. She said she's got money to pay for it. >> I got money. >> Okay. >> If you got money to pay for it, then why are you leaving? >> I didn't. I just stopped over here and came back there. left my food there so I could come back to the bar. >> Okay. >> So, you left your food at the bar? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Nikki. >> Nikki. >> She says she does. >> I think she was at >> It was in the same blue tag. >> Okay. Okay. So, you owe them 753 >> for a tiny little shot. >> Yeah. >> That's a pool shot. >> No, she gave me a well shot and it was this big. >> No, I No, I'm not going to It's that bad. >> All right. You know what? >> All right. You know what? >> This is the best. >> Okay. Watch. Watch how Watch how she pays. >> $8 I've ever spent. Here you go. You >> battery instantly. I want to press another charge. She attempted theft of services and she hit me with that money. Battery. I wanted to I'm telling you, I go to the trial and everything. I wish you would throw money at me like that. This is not Magic City. And I feel like they throw it with more respect at Magic City. No. Don't be mad cuz your deadbe butt was trying to slip out there without paying for your drink. You knew it was $8 before you ordered it. Ma'am, you knew how much it Thank you. Noir said, "Ma'am, you knew how much what you ordered cost when you ordered it." Exactly, Noir. I would try to charge her unwanted touch. Nope. You're not hearing things. $8. Lovable. Nope. And she didn't have to order a drink. That is not a sur a need for survival. Yep. Old enough to know better. Teresa Leia's grandma says 753. Girl, buy go home. You trying to skip out on $8, right? She She Don't be mad. Don't be mad cuz you got caught. They ain't do nothing but serve you and then you didn't honor your end of the service. >> Hey, no. >> First off, that's not acceptable. We're going to make sure there's enough money. >> Second, you're going to be trespassed from the Opal Key Resort as well. >> That guy assaulted me. >> Okay. Okay. >> It's on camera. He slammed my hand into the camera. >> Yeah. Well, you just assaulted him. >> Yeah. You really want to go down that road? >> Do you have your ID with you? >> So, we need to get your ID, please. >> I don't have one. >> You don't have ID? >> What's your name? Nikki. >> Nikki. >> Is that short? >> Oh, wow. This just happened last month. It says July 7th, 2026. >> For Nicole. >> Yeah. >> Spell it for me. >> N O L. >> Middle name >> Joy. >> Yeah. >> Last name? >> My grandpa Gary Senior. >> Say that again. My grandpa Gary senior HJ Paul's cousin Paul's cousin >> drop it. >> Thank you. >> What's your birthday? >> Yeah, don't touch her. The broke may rub off on you, sir. Don't touch her. I was also going to say that reminded me of when TI threw that money at big boy and he was he said what he say little big bro th he had the he [laughter] hit me in my mouth with some money that I always think about that too on ATL. >> What state was your last ID out of? >> Florida. >> Out of Florida. >> Yeah. >> How long you been in US? >> A couple days. >> Couple days. >> You're making a name for yourself already. about that. >> Well, trespassing at the Opal. Now, this >> the guy in me. I wanted to make it. >> The other cop. They're like, "Don't worry about it. We'll we'll take care of it." >> There's no other cop. >> You're You're featured in a bolo. >> Oh, I'm on a bolo now. >> You are. >> Oh. Oh. All right. How's that work? >> Yeah. It's our first encounter. trespasser from >> you're not a guest at >> Opal yesterday. >> You're not a guest >> and then he and then he refused to leave and then they got to call the cops. >> All right. >> 754th and 29th. >> All right. >> So, you've been issued a trespass warning for this property 951 Caroline >> and 245 French. >> If you go to either of those properties, you will be arrested outside. Do you understand? >> Now, you hear what they told her. If you go back, you will be arrested. Yeah, I know. Are you aware of our city ordinance system? I have no idea. We have an open container ordinance and drink alcohol beverages beverages in public. We have no camping or cannot in this city. Uh the third one is you cannot walk sidewalk. And the last one is >> pan handling. >> Cannot do pan handling. >> Pan handling is against the law. And then you uh cannot uh be at parks or beaches after 11 p.m. >> Right after the posted hours. >> All right. Understand all that. >> Okay. All right. >> Ready to go. >> Dang. So she was panhandling and got mad enough to throw money at somebody else while you got, you know, you got people trying to drop money into your whatever container you're holding. What? We'll keep going. But I'm just looking at this date to see if the date changes or if she's about to do what she's about to do on the exact same day. Officers received a >> a couple of hours a few hours later, same day. >> Report that the woman had returned to the original location from which she had previously been trespassed. >> Hi. >> Stand up for me. >> Stand up for me. >> Come. Let's go. St. >> There you go. Bring your hand back behind you. >> Ow. Ow. Ow. Please go. Please. >> Nobody's doing anything. Nothing's hurting you. Relax. >> Do you remember me when I warned you about coming back here? You'd go to jail. Straight to jail. Do not pass go. Here we are. >> That is trespass after warning. >> It is. >> Oh, can you please loosen the >> It's very loose. In fact, I got to tighten it. Thank you for drawing my attention to that. No, it's it's hurting me. >> We're not hurting her. No, we're not. >> I can fit my entire finger in there. >> Yeah, that was actually entirely too loose. You want her bag? Come on. Walk out here. >> Walk out. >> Don't come back. >> Thank you. >> We have a trash can out here. Thank you. >> Mhm. >> Got money. >> Yeah. >> Part of the money that she was throwing at uh before guys. >> Where's she from? >> Ah, good. Apparently the trespassing rules are different there. [laughter] >> She got up earlier. >> Oh, it's all starting to come together now. The rules just don't apply to her. >> I've never been to jail. >> I'm sure you have. I saw you much earlier. Officer Ham, remember when you we were talking with Dante's. [laughter] >> So, do the cop cars in Boca Raton have air conditioner in the back? I've never been in a pop car in both. >> I've never been in a pop car in Volkswagen there. Did they not? >> Okay. Did they not turn you in there? Cuz we got we got AC now, which is kind of nice, right? >> Well, so what's my charge today for getting >> trespass after warning? >> And you have a you wrote up a ticket and you have the ID and the number. >> Yeah, number. Come here. She doesn't recall our conversation at Dante's. >> Remember Officer Ham when we were there for when you stole the drink and then you threw the money at the poor guy. Remember that? See Officer Hammer right there? He's actually the one that entered it in the computer and I'm the one that physically told you, "Don't go back to 245 Street Oak or you'll be going to jail." And here we are. You didn't heed my advice. Do you remember him? beautiful beard, bald hair, stunning eyes that look to the depths of the deep blue sea. [laughter] >> I love their sense of humor. Um, when I tell you two things, I love how they are basically ragging her cuz she deserves that. She was so disrespectful to someone that did not do anything to her. And then with them, how he's getting on his uh, you know, people that he works with, that always tells me they have really a lot of fun on their shift. I love seeing like them like in a in a environment where they're okay with it. Make fun of each other. It's always the best. She's drunk so she don't remember anything. She remembers. I don't give her anything lovable. She remembers. >> I guess it is a hairstyle. >> Yeah, it's a hairstyle. You >> remember that now? vaguely reflected your recollection a little bit. You gave me a little smirk like nothing was going to happen when I told you it would. Remember that. Okay, that's all. So, we're waiting for them to give me the Okay, we'll head on up. Uh, I'll close this so you can enjoy the AC. I took the seat belts off to relax since we're done moving. And we'll head on up there here shortly and uh you'll be good to go. So, fair enough. Obviously, don't go back to Dante's. Don't go back to Opal Key Resort. And I'm sure that if you stay in town, the list will continue to grow. It's a very small community. All right. Hang tight. >> The woman was charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance. All right. Cuz yeah, cuz see since she did pay her little $8, she didn't get charged for the theft of services. But she's lucky he gave her a chance to repay because there's another one that's going to come up. He the one that carried the cash on him. He was like, "I can pay now. I can pay now." The owner was like, "I'm good. No, just charge him. I don't even care anymore." Um her Let's see. Let's get to her charges. I can take that off now. Take that off, too. Okay. So prosecution must prove for trespass in a structure the defendant willfully entered or remained inside the restaurant and she was not authorized, licensed or invited to enter or remain there because permission had been withdrawn and a human be human being was present inside the restaurant at the time of the trespass. Punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. I wonder on the back end, what are they actually like? How many times are these dropped so it's not even stay on her record? And then the other times when she does get convicted, what is it being downgraded to? Cuz she's doing this too much. Anytime I see people doing it over and over and over, I'm like, "Oh, your stuff was either dropped or downgraded so much. You're not feeling any of the actual consequences." Ace Moonshot says she looks realistically non plus dumbfounded. She might not remember, but that might just be her resting dumb face. I like that. Resting dumb face is good. [laughter] I was thinking I'm like either those cuffs tranquilized her for a little bit or she's been through this so much. She knows there's nothing else to do from here until I go out and do it again. But resting dumbfaced. I like it. [laughter] Okay, on to the next one. So, oh, 100% guilty was voted for her as well. So, we're going to close Oops. Close that one. The next one we have, this is also in Florida. couple's dine and dash plan fails miserably at bar. Uh before we watch the again the defense only has to raise reasonable doubt as we watch the body cam. Do these defense challenges hold up. So first challenge for defrauding an inkeeper. Did the couple obtain food or drinks with the intent to avoid paying or did the decision not to pay arise only after a dispute or other issue at the bar? Does the evidence establish that each person intended to defraud the bar rather than assuming the other person was responsible for paying the bill? On that second bullet from me skimming watching the first time, the girlfriend might get off on that one if the if if she had a good defense attorney, she possibly could get off with that second one. Like cuz she was there too, but she played like she didn't know he wasn't going to actually pay or I thought you paid blah blah blah. Um, it just depends on the the judge, the prosecutor, and the defense attorney on that one for Oh, that I'm sorry. That's it. That is the only charge. Okay. So, let's go ahead and watch the couple. >> On June 19th, 2026, an officer was dispatched to a bar on Front Street for a possible theft of services. >> She's the one that took the orders and everything. They don't want to pay. There it is. >> What's going on? >> Marco, how much? >> It's $38. >> And you're going to try the wrong gun or too many times. How are we doing? >> Calm down. >> You have no wallet with you. >> Take a breath. >> Take a breath, my friend. >> We need to get this. >> You have a wallet? >> Yeah. >> Do you know how much as a bartender I would be pissed off if you're talking about how can we get this solved? First of all, as if I haven't been trying to get you to pay this bill before the police were called and then you want to act like this is the first time we're having this conversation when the police show up. I just be like, "Either me or my boss." Like, can you just say he hasn't paid, I don't want to talk to them anymore. Get them gone because I'm not doing a dumb back and forth with you as if you don't know exactly what you did. I wonder how would See, I've done customerf facing jobs and I have been tested on this when one person wanted to bring up something political that I didn't invite and I just stared at them. So, I guess that would be my personality. I just stare at you. There's no more talking cuz I already already told you don't do this and you did. So there's nothing to talk about. >> Right here. >> You don't have a separate wallet? >> No. >> You don't have any money on you? >> I got a separate wallet. >> Where is it? >> Right here. >> You don't have physical cards with you. >> No, I've been trying to put out for the fast. >> I'm not wearing She's not letting me off this. >> Okay. >> I want a big pop right now. How do we pay so we can get these old socks? >> You pay by giving her money. >> You can't use your You can't use your phone for an hour. >> Only good, >> right? Your phone. Maybe you tried to make password. So, we're going to have to figure out something else. >> Neither one of you carry a wallet with you. >> Not right now. >> Why? >> First time being here. What's that? >> First time being here. >> He doesn't carry a wallet because it's his first time being here. >> Yeah, but normally you don't have a wallet. >> I don't know what's going on right now. It's first time ever being here. I never been here ever. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> Yeah. >> This is the guy from the camper. And what they say the total bill is $30, I believe, is what she said. >> No ID. >> No ID. >> Okay. Fantastic. >> And you have no wallet on you, ma'am? >> No. There's no wallet. >> ID on her. >> ID. No wallet. >> No wallet. >> Yeah. That that's that's to call people. Who are you calling? >> That's not a phone number. What can we do to fees? >> You can hang out with her for one second. I'll be right back. >> Hello. >> They finally sat down and calm down a little bit and they were running around. She was calling me an ugly [ __ ] telling her to get the [ __ ] out. I'm like, "No, I told you you couldn't leave until you." Um, they came in uh they tried to order drinks, so I charged them for bodies. I didn't give them any. I just gave a [ __ ] red wool. And then they ordered a burger and then they didn't take time to pay and I couldn't understand. Kept asking me where he could find some idol right now. >> Okay. >> And then he was pushing the paper. >> He what? >> He like Yeah, he was pushing on his desk. >> I handed him the paper receipt and he was pushing. He's like, "Is this working?" I'm like, "No, it's not." >> Oh, >> I don't even know what pushing on the paper means. And I know she just explained it, but I'm pretty sure it's just some dumb activity he was trying to do, which is why it doesn't make sense to me. Um, also, so now that So, didn't I didn't catch that the first time. So, the girlfriend walking around calling calling people ugly bees and stuff, too. All right. Okay. >> What do you What do you want to be done here? >> I mean, do I am I supposed to just cut my losses and get them the [ __ ] out? >> It's up to you. It's your decision. It's you want to just trespass may never come back, we can do that. But if you want to press charges cuz they don't have deeds to pay, you can do that, >> right? >> It's if you want nothing to happen and I just tell them to get out of here and we can do that. >> I mean, I think they should learn a [ __ ] weapon. >> It's I agree. Press the charges. And on principle, just cuz you calling walking around calling me ugly bees, like I have no there's nothing else I want to do but press charges cuz you they're not even humble thieves. That's what always gets me. It's not that I could never see how someone may again you showing up to a bar, you always want alcohol. I'll never understand that. And you're stealing. know, but it I'm just saying if I saw someone and they were stealing essentials from a grocery store, y'all again, y'all probably wouldn't watch those with me because I would see it, watch it, uh, internalize it, and keep it pushing because there's nothing to talk about. They had a need. It was a desperate situation, and they happen to get caught. Um, I don't have anything to say about those. It's these these I make sure we watch together because I have a lot to say, but you're not even a humble thief. You're here for um alcohol. You don't make any sense. And you expect nothing to happen to you. And on top of that, you want to bring insults on top of everything else. I need everything to happen. Whatever I can do, I'm doing. >> Whatever you want to do up to your >> Is it a pain in your ass the paperwork? My first charges. >> I'm here till 5 a.m. >> Right. You're getting paid. I [ __ ] your way. [laughter] >> This is my job. It is. So, we can It's It's up to you, >> right? They started. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And do you want them trespassed as well so they can't come back here? >> Oh, yeah. Right. Trespassing so they can't come back here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I hate Yeah. I I hate to make a big deal out of it, but people like this can't [ __ ] get away with it. >> Can you print out a receipt of everything they order >> right now? Lucas. And they were both they both had stuff, right? >> Yes. >> It wasn't just one party. They were both ordering and they uh she ate the food and then he was drinking too. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, that's when the cop locks in that both of them have to actually be criminally charged instead of it just being the guy. I appreciate him asking the question. They got like five different angles. >> Um, >> both are going to be >> the irony of Bad Boys playing right now. First of all, we just watched the retro uh episode of Cops last night and we were talking about the song. Then we actually hear the song on a totally unrelated video randomly played today. Interesting. We're we're just we're we're in alignment right now. >> 10:15 we're going to get them downstairs. So, let's go outside. >> Grab all your stuff. >> Is that your stuff? >> No. >> Okay. finally made the cinnamon. >> They're both They're both tech 15. Let's go. They're both going to be turn 15. Let's go downstairs. >> Let's go downstairs. All right. >> If you can make it to the end, I did save a pretty good one for y'all towards the end. Um, it's I think it'll be the not the next video, but the one after that. I think y'all will be entertained by that one if you can make it through. >> All right. All right. Turn around. So that LA from Amber you don't have to be secure like this side. See this I see [ __ ] like that. That's like [ __ ] like this. >> All right. Calm down. Where are you? >> Time, baby. >> 85. I have 210. >> All right, let's put him in my car. >> Calm down, >> baby. >> Calm down. They're just fine. >> We're going to go to >> No problem. >> I got gloves in my car. Actually, >> stand here with this with my sergeant. Don't move. >> [music] >> Okay. So, neither one of you have means to pay for this food. >> Okay. >> So, >> okay. >> Oh, you know >> everything. Every penny. >> But you don't have anything to pay. >> I do. >> Where, >> sir? I do have money to pay and I >> Then why didn't you bring it with you? >> I do. >> Where is it? >> I didn't pay yet. I didn't pay my cop here. >> Yeah, they gave you like 900 chances to pay and you sat there with a blank stare. >> No, sir. No, sir. >> I was there. >> Sir, I >> all these late reactions are leading me to tweaking again. I feel like there's something that that they consume that they probably actually did pay for. So she coming out of a stuper because now that's even more. The body cam just put her in there talk because she said I I was going to pay. So now you definitely that's it. That's it. You're involved. You were also responsible for paying. Um Ace Moonshot said I think you need to ask for separate orders prior to ordering to claim you are separate. That's probably something that's probably true. Um, I want to see more of them where there's a couple to see who gets arrested if they both don't pay because that's interesting. Um, hey Ebony. I have no idea how if you have money to pay how it comes to this. It shouldn't. It should not ever come to this noir. First of all, you don't have to be there. You didn't have to go in the first place. Do y'all remember the ones we watched? It was at that sports bar and the dude told his cousin to come down. He ordered a lot. Let the cousin order a lot. cousin found out that uh he don't he didn't have no money to pay. The cousin didn't bring backup money in case he had to pay for his own bill. That was funny and embarrassing. >> How are you going to pay? >> I will pay right now for my turn. >> Explain to me how you're going to pay. >> I will pay. I I swear >> your No, your phone doesn't work. Remember >> that's where it gets it just needs to be charged. >> Okay. Well, you went in there. >> I promise I will pay. I >> You had 900 chances to pay. This is how it's going to work. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Then we'll go back to the restaurant. >> No way. Speaking of going back to the restaurant, you guys are not allowed back to that property. Okay. You're trespass. You go back there, you go to jail. >> All right. Thank you. Your belt. >> This one or this one? Sorry. Byebye. All right. Thanks. >> Watch your foot. Hold on one second. I got to fix my seat belts for you. Okay. Don't go anywhere. >> Go ahead. Take a seat. arrest. >> We're going to arrest it. It's her fine me. >> Baby, look at me. >> Look at me. Look at me. Look at me. Punch. You're right. You're fine. >> All right. So, I've been out with both of you before about arguing. We're not going to argue. We're not going to fight. We're not going to do anything but sit here. Okay. >> All right. That's fine. >> Yes. You're being arrested, >> baby. We're fine. Don't worry. It's fine. Everything's cool. >> Cool beans. Thank you, >> baby. Baby, look at me. Look at Look left. Hey, baby. Look at me. I'm arrested. All right. Don't. No. Stop. No. No. Don't look at nothing. We're lying. Everything is lasted. Discuss it. >> I'm being arrested. >> No. You're being a mason. Everything is fine. >> No, I'm not. >> Baby, >> she said I'm being arrested. He said, "No, you're being amazing." [laughter] My parents said, "Always, yes, if you don't have any money, stay home, cuz you never know what could happen." Exactly. I I'm pretty sure that anywhere I go, even if someone pre- tells me, "I got it. It's my treat. I will have enough money to cover it. I'll be mad if you lie to me, but I will have enough money to cover it." If that is not actually the case, I waited until she she had her say before saying one, but she added nothing. Both seem wasted. Mhm. What's cool about being arrested? [laughter] This is normal for them. That's why I'm like, why you crying? You know, you've been in the back of the police car with this man before. [laughter] >> Please, please, just calm down. We are You are amazing. >> Officer, >> baby, you're amazing. I am amazing. Don't worry about it. >> Stop talking. >> Don't Don't talk to me, >> sir. Am I being arrested? >> Baby, don't talk to him. >> Marco, can you please stop talking to me? >> Don't talk to him, please. >> You're fine. >> Sir, am I being arrested? >> Baby, please. >> Marco, stop it. >> Baby, stop. >> What did I say about arguing? We're not going to do that, right? >> Marco, can I please >> He sounds like a daycare teacher. What did we say about arguing? >> Ask the officer what's going on. >> Yes, you can ask me. And I just told you you're being arrested. >> Okay. Um, am I going to the jail right now? >> Yes, ma'am. Both of you are >> exactly what am I being arrested for? >> Babe, please. >> Marco, please stop talking to me. Officer, what am I being arrested for? >> I just told you. Theft. >> Theft. What if I paid my tab? >> Marco, stop talking to me. >> Officer, what if I paid my tab and I'm being >> past that point? >> Marco, please stop talking to me so I can know what's going on. I'm being arrested for theft. >> Yes. What if I didn't steal? >> I'm sorry. >> You did. >> We're going to the shift police. So, it doesn't really matter. >> I didn't steal. >> I know the shift police. >> I >> Babe, please. >> I thought that you paid the tab, Marco. >> Stop. >> What happened? >> Enough. >> The couple was charged with defrauding an inkeeper. The case is still pinned. >> I always forget. I try not to rub my little things off my eyes cuz I I touched my face way too much. Okay, so they were charged with defrauding an inkeeper. Oh, this was June of 2026. June Junth, actually. Okay, so let's see what prosecutors would have to prove, but she helped. She She knocked out my little bullet. I said she might could survive off of the um assuming the other person was responsible for paying the bill. She she almost made it. Noir said, "Girl, you are handcuffed in the back of a moving cop car." Yes, you are being arrested. Right. Right. Ace Moonshot says, "Shim that cage so it won't rattle." Cuz she's a bum too, sweet tea. That's You can date a broke bum and be okay with it when you're a bum too. They are bummy together. [laughter] Teresa said, "Marco, stop talking to her." Hey Kay Bell, always have your own. Do not give yourself a chance to be left stranded. I always think about that too for people that get flued out. you should still have enough to get yourself back in case things go sideways. I don't think you should do it at all because it sounds like a horrible, dangerous thing with strangers to do. But if you so do it and then I see these Tik Toks pop up of you saying they said they were going to pay for my ticket back and they didn't, first of all, it should be a roundtrip ticket. Number one, but two, have your own way to pay because I think they still could cancel the ticket even if they did start off as round trip. So yeah, just I don't think you should do it. Be safe out here. But hey, make sure you can get your own way home. I missed this one. Making breakfast. Oh, they were dead bees. That's the summary. Purple Queen Love said, "You know damn well he [clears throat] didn't pay that bill, right?" Yeah. She was like, "What happened? I don't even know what happened. I could have paid. I was going to pay with Apple Pay. I just need to charge my phone. But am I being arrested?" That's Yep. That's exactly it. Okay. So prosecutors generally must prove for hold on okay obtaining food or lodging with intent to defraud. So they have to prove that the defendant obtained food, drinks or other accommodations from a public food service establishment and the defendant obtained those services with the intent to defraud the establishment, meaning the intent to obtain them without paying. Okay, I had to look up how to pronounce this phrase because it's not something I've said often. I've seen it every now and again and it's pronounced a couple different ways. So, I'mma do the first one I saw. But Florida law also provides that leaving without paying or offering to pay can serve as primaaci evidence of fraudulent intent. Failure to pay after demand for payment when there is no dispute about the amount owed can also serve as primaaci evidence of of fraudulent intent. Possible sentencing. If the bill was less than $1,000, punishable by up to 60 days in jail, and a fine of up to $500. If the bill was $1,000 or more, the offense becomes a thirdderee felony. They were dumb and dumber. You were in my head, lovable. The intent is the hard one for me. They were really wasted. Not sure capable of intent. Yes. So, I think Hold on. Okay. So, with the intent to defraud the establishment, I could see how that one could be challenged. Um, obviously, I think that they definitely intended not to pay, but I I see how that could be challenged. You just you need the right attorney and they possibly can get you out of that. All right, so now we're on to D and Dash thought he could walk out without paying. This was in Illinois. The defense challenge to theft of service could be because the defendant had enough cash to pay and offered to return to the restaurant and pay after police stopped him. Does that create reasonable doubt that he intended to obtain the meal without paying? Or does the fact that he had already left the restaurant without paying established otherwise? Does his offer to pay only after police located him support an innocent explanation for leaving? or was it simply an attempt to fix the situation after after the alleged theft had already occurred? So, here we go. >> On June 12th, 2026, officers responded to a restaurant after reports that a man had walked out without paying for his meal. >> He didn't pay for his >> Oh, I got him at 147. You pay your bill at the bar, man. I promise. Look, what happened was I asked the black, "Go give me some strawberry." I didn't even eat my food. >> I can give you the money. I promise. I didn't walk out. >> Why didn't we pay? >> Huh? >> I hate the explanation starting out. I asked whoever was black in there to get me a strawberry. Strawberry what? Cuz he stopped that cuz we know it's already lying. Strawberry what? What' you ask get your strawberry of? And then you skip to uh I was going to pay. I didn't even get my food. Two partial stories that don't make sense, but you see the police. So, here we go. Right. It's June the month to Dining Dash. I'm wondering, sweetie, >> why didn't you pay? >> I She I said, "Can I get a refill?" She looked at me and said, and I said, "You feel me? I'm eat my food." She act like she didn't want me in there. >> I didn't even I ate two bites of it. You can go. We can go in there and look at it right now. I will pay for it. >> How do you not get your food, but you also ate two bites of food that apparently doesn't exist because you didn't get it? >> You got an idea what you want? I stay. I lost my ID. >> Why? So, here's the deal, man. You can't just leave without paying. >> Okay. >> When you go there, you get food. >> You can't just walk out without paying the bill. >> I understand. >> Now, if you have problem with the food, the service, something, >> you got to take it up with their man. You can't just walk out while the owner is walking after you tell you stop. >> That's what made me mad. You see the money he pulled out now because we had just watched scammers on another thing. I was like, is this counterfeit? But he pull look at the money he pulls out and he didn't just pay that bill. I still think it's probably rent money or somebody else's money and he you know [clears throat] like it's not actually his like expendable income type money. But yeah, but look at this. Why Why are you doing this? Why now you can pay? Because they caught up with you. >> It's up to them if they want to take your money now or not. >> You left us without paying. So they can press charges or they can choose to take your money. That's up to them. >> Hold up. You thought I was leaving just to leave? I was leaving cuz I I felt disrespected. I didn't >> Why don't you call officers? You right. My phone not on. I'm not trying to go to jail. So >> now obviously I think the cop just said something quickly because there's nothing you can do to call a cop if you think someone disrespected you in a restaurant. You already got what you got. you need to pay for it and take it up civily, but it would be a waste of time for this also because one, I believe he's lying. Two, I just don't think there's a way to really go anywhere with that except you just waste more money trying. So, I don't know why the cops said that. I don't know if he just responded super quickly cuz there wasn't a that part wouldn't have been criminal that they he felt disrespected. He obviously drank his drink because he wanted a refill. Exactly, Teresa. Whatever I guess strawberry drink he ordered that he didn't get to finish saying. Noir said, "I have been out twice with people who have ordered food, ate it, and then refused to pay. Never again. I can't stand people who complain about something they received, even if they didn't like it." Okay. Okay. Okay. Hopefully, you will still eat with me because I gently say something to see if I can get a replacement. And if I can't, I'mma pay for what the thing was because I don't eat the food and then say, "Oh, I didn't like it." But if it was something, let me give let me give you a specific example. No Angel. I'm trying to plead my case on this one, okay? [laughter] But there was a place that said they served fried deled eggs. That is a specific description. You said fried deled eggs. What they actually should have said is they served fried boiled eggs. Nothing was deeled in that egg. And that's why I So I took a bite, saw how it was made. It was not a deiled egg. And so I was like, can I please either get something else? And so that is the type of like if it wasn't what it was to me described as, I'd probably ask, could I could I try something else? But if I had ate a lot of it, I'm not going to say nothing. That's just that's that's on me. I ate too much of it. I would not do that. That's that at that point, you've eaten it. You've consumed it whether you liked it or not. So would you still would you still have a meal with me, Norm? >> We can pay for it. That would be the best possibility for me not. >> That's going to be up to their management at this time. But if you do go to jail, it's a court date. It's not like you're going to jail. Jail. So, what's your last name? That's right. You never give me a [ __ ] name. >> Where you get that from? I'm going to give you a [ __ ] name. >> You're taking a little while to give it. That's why I'm asking. >> No, no, no. That I didn't take a while. I told you everything. I ain't I ain't going to give you no [ __ ] name. >> You want to go back up there? >> Our partner is going to grab the manager and they're going to come over here and deal with it. All right. >> All right. He was he was I think he got stopped by the tracks on his way. >> I say cuz uh my sergeant uh stopped the guy. They had Christo show up on this call. So thanks. >> Yeah, he's down there. >> Oh, I see him. >> So I was going to say I think he got stopped by the tracks coming down. But >> he chas him down. >> He I cuz I saw him walk out and I was like where are you going? Yeah. >> So, I like stood here and I just and I knew he was on the phone with you guys. So, I was like, "Okay, I'm just going to stand here and watch whatever." >> And he just kept going and I was like, "Okay." >> All right. I'll uh I'll grab my car. I'll just pick him up right here at the front door. >> How are you? Didn't I see you on Wednesday? Didn't we talk Wednesday morning? >> Yeah. What's up, >> good Mike's going to pick up Mr. part. Where you stay at the street? >> What's your name? >> Run him real quick. I don't know he's being 100% honest. >> Hey, I got to do a show up to hop in the back. >> I got to go in the back. >> Yeah, I got to do a show up with you. >> Yeah, >> he's got like a couple grand on him, too. >> Oh, really? Also, he was flashing the money in the restaurant as well because the witness also knows he has a couple of grand on him. And I agree with you, Teresa. That's rent money. Yeah. His phone off, too. That's not his money money. That's just money he's holding to pay a bill he he needs to pay. Um, there was something else. Oh, the show up. Sometimes when we're watching these body cams, I'm like, y'all Oh, did I just take it off? Okay, it's still there. Oh, I knocked off my jewel the other one. See, this is why I got I hate when I touch my face too much. But um show up. That's the phrase I'm looking for sometimes. I'm like they put the witness in the cop car and they let them drive past the person to properly identify this is the same person. So if we ever have this again, I'm like what is it called? It's a show up. That's the phrase I was looking for. I'm glad she didn't chase him down and try to catch him. Right. He could have punched her or anything. Like he has nothing to lose. You just need to report it and just stay at your job. It is not worth it because these people be out here at minimum. They will hit you. Ace Moonshot said, "I've sent orders back, but I'm always exceedingly polite about it. Not a fan of eating spittle sauté." Right. Right. It's like it's no fault. No fault. I just Please. Yes, it's always polite. And that's another reason I don't always do it every time cuz I'm like, but yes, you are right. I don't play with people that are I don't play with people that do many things, but especially not if you are going to be making my food nowadays. Food is almost bad everywhere. Yeah. It's just It's just kind of like Yeah. Yeah, you just got to kind of sit there and accept it. Auntie Natty said, "I went to a steak place or steak restaurant, ordered my steak well done. They brought me medium rare since I ate my salad and drank my tea. I did pay, but I let them know about my steak and got a rain check." That's cool. I appreciate that. One, they can see you didn't eat the steak. And two, for them to be like, "We'll just come back another time." That's really nice. I like that. He better be glad someone didn't follow him out and rob him. True, cuz he was flashing it. Yeah, that's stupid for many reasons. Love, I didn't even think about that. >> Have you ever had to do a show up before? >> No. >> So, what you're going to do is I'm just going to pull up. You're going to And I'm going to pull up near him, near the suspect, and you're going to say yes or no if it's him, and I'm going to drive you back. >> Okay. >> Yeah, it's a good thing. >> This is actually a >> comfortable one. >> That's him. >> All right. Did you want to uh press charges on complaints? >> Would you like me to do that? Absolutely. >> Yeah. Say it's up to you. I can't say yes or no. So, okay. >> If I don't, they'll keep coming back. >> Yep. >> 1 21 positive ID. He wants to sign complaints. >> 1 13 positive ID. 1021. He wants to sign complaints. Sorry. What was that? I was talking to him. I just >> showed up Sunday morning. Then he tried crashing the party with Elvis. >> Okay. >> Guy's got a couple grain on him right now. >> Oh [ __ ] What did he What did he end up buying? >> A soda and a worked 11 $11 to go to jail. >> Yeah. Ridiculous. I know he didn't say that man's bill is $11. We have $8 on one and now we have $11. I was trying to see what he ate. He said a soda for the drink, but I want to know what did he What did he eat? And it was something small because it's $11 total. Drinks alone these days cost like$4 to $6. >> Party with Elvis. >> Okay. >> Guy's got a couple grand right now. >> Oh [ __ ] What did he uh What do you end up buying? >> A soda and a worth his 11 $11 to go to jail. >> Yeah. Ridiculous. >> Stand up. Come on. Even if you have money. All right. You said I want to get arrested. >> No. I said you're not going to jail. You said you didn't want to jail before. I told you it's going to be a court date. Basically, you're come back to the police station. You're get fingerprinted. You're going to get a court date and you'll be out in about an hour. >> Just the money on you. It's going to stay with you. Okay. What's your name again? My name. What's your address? Nothing else on you? Nothing. Right. All right. You come take a seat in my car. Okay, buddy. >> I'm walking. I don't >> probation was just running him today. >> Yeah. >> What? >> Cook County probation was just running him today. >> What are you on probation for? Get out of there. >> I just came from probation for what? What are you What are you on probation probation for? For what? [ __ ] >> [ __ ] What [ __ ] I What's the charge? Stolen vehicled in right. >> What's his name? >> Say it's Nicholas. I don't know. I double check it. Of course, it's revoked. So, he doesn't have a SOS image. >> Oh, this is >> all right. I'm back. >> Got the services, right? >> Yeah. Back off the plane real quick. too hard. Yeah, he we uh we talked for like 5 minutes on the day of the perary in the morning up here. >> I saw it sitting on the board. >> I got your phone up here. All right, buddy. Wall 21 95 one time with one mail and route back to the station with him as well. >> He violated probation for $11. Wow. $11. >> All has been updated. just, you know, when I get there, you know, just write the ticket to give me the court date. >> Yeah, that's all we're going to do, buddy. >> Your assigned call has been updated. >> I'm trying to make it back make it back to the west side, man. >> You going back to the west side tonight? >> You going back to the west side tonight? >> How long you lived in Melo? >> I've been living in like 3 months. >> Who you stay with? >> I'm staying by myself. >> All right. Why you come out here? Why don't you just stay in the city? Yeah, I feel you on that. >> Hot. >> Too hot. >> What you thinking about >> me? >> Yeah. >> Nothing, man. It's just simple. It's a misdemeanor. You'll get a court date. Ain't nothing to tweak about. You up and all about. What about probation? You know, like will they lock me up? >> I doubt it. >> I just got to show up for the court date. >> Show up for our court date and then if you got any current court dates. Are you still fighting the stolen car case? Um, no. Really? >> No. Did you take a plea on it? What happened? They just gave you probation. How old is you? >> 26. >> You look young, man. >> I know. >> You're only a year younger than me. >> How old are you? >> 27. >> 27. >> Yes, sir. 1999. You're born in 2000. I was 99. Who you going Who you going to see on the west side tonight? No, >> man. I'm going to go shoot some knives. Are you good at dice or what? >> Why don't you just go to the casino? >> You know what? At least you wouldn't go to jail. That's true. Why don't you just go to the casino? You're irresponsible anyway. Why not try your luck? Yeah, he actually did look young. So, how old he say he was? Was it 26 level? Um, Ace Mush said he admitted intent, the lack of respect, etc. Yeah, he just he made it hard for a defense attorney. Sergeant Curtis say, "You're your own worst witness. Sometimes you need to shut up." Shut up. But yeah, he already admitted he went he meant to leave. >> Okay. Yeah, there's one only like 20 minutes away uh south of here in home home uh Homewood. >> We ain't going to have any [ __ ] on. >> No, sir. I plan on getting you out here in 30 minutes unless you make a bigger deal than it is. I don't think you're going to Well, I'm at the station one 95. You work with me, I'll get you out. You ain't got no warrants, so you're solid. >> My mom >> She's good. She's healthy. She's alive. That's all that matters. All right. Live the fight another day. All right, bud. I'll get you on in a second. All right. Okay. I don't think this cop knew him before today. So, I don't know why he asked, "How is your mom?" Like, the one that got arrested asked the cop, "How's your mom doing?" I don't like that. Unless they had something where they've he's been arrested so many times that they have got apparently had conversations, so he actually knows something about the cop's mom because the cop brought it up. But otherwise, I don't like that question. Yeah, he was he was uh he was I I don't know. He was though. [laughter] >> Man was charged with theft of services and was released with a notice to appear for a future court date. The case remains pending. Let me know your thoughts in the >> It's pending because it's so fresh. Let me see what what was the upload date of this. Two weeks ago. Okay. July 29th. Sad to see the difference the officer being 27 and oh him being 26 and how things can differ. Yes, because they did say one was born in 1999 and one was born in 2000. That is true. Yep. Yep. Yep. That is crazy. The cops said they had a conversation a few days ago. Okay. Cuz the way he laughed, it was like an uncomfortable laugh like about his mom. But that's cool. If he already knew something about his mom, then that's that's fine. I think he's awkward and was trying to make conversation with him when he said that. I can accept that forever. TRL. All right. So, what prosecution would have to prove with theft of services the defendant knowingly obtained services belonging to another that were available only for payment and he obtained those services by threat or deception or knowing that his use of the services was without the provider's consent and possible sentencing less than one year in jail up to two years of probation or conditional discharge and a fine of up to $2,500. The court may also order restitution, which is $11. So, all right. This is our last one. This is our last one, and this a doozy in my opinion. So, we have to Oh, yeah. We got to talk about what does she do. So, she has a few charges. This is also in Florida. Um, pos. So, think like a juror. The defense doesn't have to prove innocence. They only need to raise a reasonable doubt. As we watch the body cam, do these defense challenges hold up? First charge, theft. Did the defendant intend to leave without paying for the food and drinks she and her friends ordered? Or did she genuinely believe her date had agreed to cover the entire bill? Given that much of the food and drinks had allegedly been ordered before her date even arrived, does the evidence support her claim that he was responsible for the $350 tab? Or does it showingly tried to avoid paying for what she ordered? Number two, battery. Did the defendant intentionally touch or strike someone against that person's will, or was any physical contact accidental or incidental during the confrontation? Charge number three, resisting arrest. Did the defendant actually resist, obstruct, or oppose the officer during the arrest, or was she merely arguing and refusing to cooperate? Charge number four, disorderly conduct. Did the defendant's belligerent behavior actually disturb the peace, involve fighting or brawling, or seriously disrupt others at the restaurant? Or was she simply loud and argumentative during a dispute over the bill? Which even as that question is asked in that way, that goes back to disturbing the peace and disrupting others at the restaurant. But all right, so let's go ahead and start watching this one. Oh, let me see if y'all Yeah. Okay. Guilty. Why does she have that? She goes through the gambit of emotions. Lovable. Here we go. On September 26th, 2025, officers responded to Cheesecake Factory after a woman refused to pay her bill. I forgot it was a Cheesecake Factory. Yeah, they let the guy leave early. Yeah, they let him go cuz it was like, >> "What's going on?" How are you? >> Good. What's up? Um, so the one one of the girls left, this is the rest of them. This is their bill right now. Um he has the money to cover it. He has a lot of money, but he's saying that he's saying that they can't. They're not paying. >> I hear these two on the end. >> All right. If they don't want to pay you some charges. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> Good. Good evening. >> And your friend. >> How you doing? >> How you doing? I'm >> paying for everything I have. >> Show your role in my face. Just pay your bill. >> Just pay your bill. Just pay your bill. >> Yo, listen. Don't touch me either. >> Are you upset? >> I don't know why you're getting all yelling. >> I didn't. >> Are you going to understand or not? >> Just pay the bill. >> So, I have the money. >> Okay, then pay the bill. >> I had friends from high school. Two friends from high school. >> Okay, here's your bill. >> And they were being rude. I just met this guy two days ago. I'm running with him. >> I know you don't care, but I'm just telling you. >> Pay your bill so you don't have to go to jail. >> Sir, can you listen? >> I'm listening. My phone is dead. >> Okay. >> I gave my phone to the bartender. I have money to pay. >> Okay. >> He my my date has cash to pay, but my friends disrespected him, so he doesn't want to pay. >> I have the money to pay. >> Okay. If you guys don't pay, you're going to end up going to jail. I don't want >> Sir, I have the money to pay, so I won't be going to jail. >> Okay. So, let's get it. >> So, that's the end of it. >> All right. So, let's get it paid. >> Correct. >> Okay. Go ahead, sir. That's my friend. >> Your boyfriend's right here. >> That's not my boyfriend. That's the person I'm dating. >> Okay. You're the person you're dating. Pay down. Pay the vote. >> So, Lovable says, "So, they got the money but won't don't want to pay." I don't think they have the money. If they do, um, she still ends up in the back of a police car. She, so she doesn't use the money she possibly has to pay her bill. So, I'm going to go with she doesn't just like the other people didn't. Except for the dude with a wad of cash that owed $11. Again, I still think that was his rent money, but you could have sacrificed $11 since you wanted to go order stuff and actually eat it. Yes, this was a whole grift, especially because this was her first date with this man. They just intended for him to pay and be gone. That's that's exact. But I don't support behavior like this, but I'm like, if this is going to be your thing, you need to plan for this to backfire and have your money. OMG, I remember this one. It just gets better and it does forever. TRL. Yep. Better and better, aka worse and worse. Let me see. The insult started when the guy said he wasn't paying all that. Yep. Hey, Justine. Yep. She's already getting on your nerve. I bet this is not the first time these women have pulled this scam. I don't think so either. Even down to how they're dressed alike. Just I don't know. It tells me like this is this is something we do. When you see the friend, I I'm just like y'all I don't I'm not going to say exactly alike, but they are dressed very similar. And I just feel like this is the thing that let's go out and eat. Guilt this person into paying for us or shame them into paying for us. And sometimes it must work. But it did not work this time. And I'm not mad at him. I don't think she has the money to pay either. Nope. Daisy. Mm- >> It's not that big of a deal. I have the money. >> How am I paying for their show? >> Sir, you do not have to pay for anymore. >> That is the end of discussion. >> And then you see how dumb she is. He didn't even say how am I paying for y'all's stuff. He said their stuff. Which I feel like had it just been her food on a ticket, even though she still did this as a grift and he could probably see the game, I think he was gonna pay for her meal. But she's too dumb to even hear that part cuz he said their stuff, not everyone's stuff, not y'all's stuff. So, she didn't even catch that. >> I have the money. >> Where are the other two girls that were here? Their tab was the biggest >> and then they're drunk and I'm the only one. So, >> you know what? You're the one holding the bag right now, bro. >> You see my bag, sir. >> Yeah, I know. You're the one holding back. >> Two officers are here. >> Get off my face. >> I feel mine. I congratulations. >> He said five minutes or going to jail and I can't get a charging. >> He said five minutes and we're going to jail. >> How long do you think they were here discussing this bill before the police arrived? You don't need a phone charger cuz you going to charge that phone and still be broke when it's charged. I This is That's That's that delay again. Oh, my battery's dead. No, your funds are dead. There's no funds. >> I'm sorry for screaming. I need to charge my phone so we can pay the bill. >> I am sorry. Can I get the charger so we can pay the bill before we go to jail? >> He wants to take us to jail. I want to pay. >> I haven't done anything. You didn't do anything. >> You're not getting your charger. Get your charger. Where are you? This is I >> It's okay. >> I'm not paying for everyone. >> You didn't buy anything though. You didn't pay for anything. You got a charger. You got a charger. Let's get it plugged in. >> He didn't pay for anything. >> Put your hands on me again and I'm going to take you to jail. Don't touch me. >> That's the battery charge cuz I couldn't remember if it was she touched an officer. So, she keeps I People got to learn personal space and I So, the first one's not the charge yet. I think she does it again cuz this is her warning, but the battery charge she does receive. I think she she touches the officer again >> again. >> I didn't mean to. >> Okay. Give them the charger. Ask them nicely to plug it in for you. Let's go. you the mistake you made was from the beginning. Going out with her sounds like me. I'm paying it. >> All right. Plug it in. Plug it in. >> Nobody has to go to jail. I came. >> She came here. >> Can you plug her in? >> Thank you. Come over. >> I get it. She sucker Jin. You'll learn your lesson. >> She sucker Jin. And then she invited her friends and stuck you with the bill. I get it. >> Knowing that they had already schemed everything. I came here for a >> You're pay You're paying the bill. That's all it is. >> Okay. There's no problem. I have to >> No, no, no, no. I get it. You just showed up to hang out with them and they'd already eaten. I get it. >> Yeah, but you see arrest me. It's my birthday. >> Doesn't matter what day it is. You have a bill and you don't pay it. They want to press card. >> Sir, I've been tapping money. I don't care who he is. I've been having the money. Okay. >> Hey, when this is all done tonight, your best bet is to run far, bro. >> Are you upset, sir? >> You're you're you're you're out of control. >> Just be quiet, please, before they try to arrest you for no reason. Be quiet, please. Please. >> All right. You had a >> You had a a shot. A costume. >> It was birthday shot. >> Sit back down. >> Three girls were here. >> Sit back down. >> He didn't have nothing. >> Sit back down. >> I'm just You're paying You're paying the whole bill. >> Everything. >> All right. Have a good night, bro. You can go. >> All right. Thanks, buddy. >> Yeah, man. See you later. >> She's going to pay the whole bill, boss. Man, her phone's up. >> You guys are being so aggressive. >> I have a job office manager at a funeral home. >> Why did they get to this point? My mying friends from high school. >> I know, but I'm saying how did it get to this point where police are called? >> My friends from high school. >> Can I explain more? They're being rude. I'm not the one that was being rude. I was the bartender, Caleb. I was being nice the whole time. >> I believe at the end, in case you're wondering her age, she's either 24 or 26, in case you're wondering. Right here. >> She's walking. >> Which one? She's right here. >> That one. Come here. >> Come on. >> Come on back in. >> See how similarly they're dressed at first? Cuz you know how I get distracted? I'm multitasking when I'm watching by myself. I thought she had been brought outside and this is the same girl we saw inside. But this is just the scammer uniform of the night. This is the this is one of the friends you >> come on back in. >> Come on back in. >> You're talking to me very disrespected. >> Okay, come on back in, please. >> And four >> because you have an outstanding bill. >> I don't have an outstanding bill. >> Okay, we're working that out right now. >> Okay, time stamp is 6 minutes 21 seconds. Daisy said he had a to- go bag in his hand. I saw a bag in his hand. I got to go back and see what kind of bag he was holding because my brain did not register a to-go bag. But I'm gonna be too curious and my brain won't let it go if I don't get to see it. Let me see what he's holding. I don't Yeah, I don't. Here you go. Here's the bag. >> It's in my bag, sir. >> Yeah, he don't have a It's not a to-go bag. He mistook the phrasing of she left you holding the bag and he's actually has a bag and it was a language thing and but that's the only bag I saw him with. Did he have another bag Daisy bes that you saw besides this part? Okay, I'm going to go back now too. >> Right now you're detained for having an outstanding bill that you didn't pay. You can either Okay. Well, then you're talking to >> Hey, uh, firstly, >> this one's going to go to jail right now. >> I'm talking to you and I know I need your sergeant. >> I am I am in charge. >> I am in charge. See the strikes? I'm in charge. >> I need you to come back in. You have an outstanding bill. >> And how do I have an outstanding bill? >> Come on back in my name. >> I'll tell you what. You got about two seconds to come inside or we're going to put you in handcuffs and just take you to jail. >> And I came back from my friend, which is the issue with >> Come on. Your friend's in here. Come on. Come on. All right. Are you going to >> I'm trying to avoid taking you to jail. I'm trying to be nice. But >> whose bill is it? >> It's her. >> All right. Come on in. >> THAT'S WHAT I'M THAT'S WHAT I'M TRYING TO GET HER TO DO. >> Come on in. >> I'M THE ONE WHO CALLED YOU. >> Let's go. >> I'm the one who called. Let's go. >> Then come inside. If she said she's going to pay the bill, then you can go. Let's go inside to do anything. I know my wife. >> If it's true that she called the police, we can add dumb to being a scammer because why would you engage the police? No. You know you're scamming. You know you are. The it add dumb to the list. >> You order food. >> Did you order food? >> Where are you trying to go? >> I'M NOT GOING NOWHERE strong cuz I'm not paying for anything cuz I did not buy anything. >> Hey, you're loud ruining these people's dinner. Although they're probably come on inside. Let's go. >> I'm being respectful. >> I'm answering you respectfully. I know my rights >> and I did not pay for it. >> You don't know your rights. >> Hey, boss man. >> Boss man, >> I came here. >> Sure. Did she order food? >> Yes. She ate food? Yes. >> How much is she personally responsible? >> I sat down at the bar with my friend. Did you watch me eat anything? >> You're the manager. You >> drinks. All of these drinks and this food. >> Exactly. And it it's me and two other people. So, how are you going to put everything on me? >> I'm not putting everything on you. Come on. We're going to split it up. Come on. >> I'm not the one who's paying for anything because I didn't buy anything. >> I'm losing my I'm losing my patience. >> And I am too. >> And you're saying I don't know my rights. So, therefore, >> you don't. Come on. Show 3689. Come on inside. There we go. >> I'm sorry. >> I try and be patient tonight. I'm trying to have a >> What's that? going on for a long time, aren't you? >> Yeah, they're not. I The chances of them making it off property without going to jail are slim at this point, but we're going to give it our best shot. >> My card is declining because my >> Apple Pay. >> Yes. >> Okay, >> here. Apple Pay is activated. >> But this card is declining because of fraud. >> Close. >> They're not going to take zel. So, you need to figure out a different way to pay. Show me. It doesn't matter to me. >> So, you're going to tell them that you're going to tell them the truth, right? Cuz now you got these two [ __ ] who looking here looking like you crazy. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> My point. I don't know what that they're talking about either. I came here to get you correctly. >> Pay the bill. >> Exactly. And I came here to get you, right? >> So, what the is talking about? So, can you calm down before they arrest you? They're trying to arrest me already. >> Okay. Shut up. >> I tried. SO, BE QUIET. SIT DOWN. YEAH. LISTEN, don't make me stop the out of you and I really go to jail. >> You see how y'all two are you okay for her? >> You sit down. >> I didn't buy. >> All right. >> If she continues to yell and she's disorderly, we're just going to take her. >> All right. Disorderly conduct. >> Disorderly conduct. >> Okay. She can go. You can go. >> All right. Go. >> Don't put your hands on me. That's the second time. >> There's the battery. We definitely can say that's the battery charged. I know. >> I told you not to put your hands on me. >> You grabbed me from behind. >> I'm done with you. >> I was just going to want you to arrest her. >> You're Well, now you're going to jail, but put your hands on me. Okay. >> Jail. >> There you go. Handcuffs for you. >> You leave. >> You don't do anything. Do yourself a favor. Turn around. >> Trespass her. And if she doesn't leave right away, take her to jail. Two. One. >> I didn't even You didn't even let me walk out. >> You see how they didn't even let me move? >> I tried. >> I didn't say nothing to you. I as soon as I stepped, you grabbed me. >> You know who the smartest scammer was? Cuz when they encountered the friend outside, she said it wasn't just me. It was me and two two more of us. So, whoever that third friend was from high school that we never got to see on body cam, that's gonna be the smartest scammer. Don't scam at all. Do not scam. But the one that we never got to see. [laughter] Yep. When Dumb and Dumber goes wrong. Janetta said, "Is the phone charged yet?" Janetta, you already know. Yep. That's the third time she actually did it cuz I think somebody said he asked her two times already and still didn't hold her accountable for it or like do anything about it and then now this the third time he did it. Yep. There's no money all for a meal and still that got them nothing. Exactly. Pette both of them need to be arrested. They do. I can't remember. Do they keep the other the friend arrested or just the one we saw in the thumbnail? That's the part my memory is not letting me recall. You literally waited for me to step for you to learn. >> Okay, now you're going to jail, too. >> Perfect. >> Did she pay? >> Is that her phone? >> Do you want to pay your bill? Do you want to be charged? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Pay your bill. Turn your phone on and pay your bill. >> I know. >> She's saying her thing is declining. >> Oh, >> no. I haven't I haven't mobile pay work. >> They take Apple Pay is what they say. >> I have it. >> Let's step outside. >> Let's go outside. Let's go outside. >> That freaks me out. You see how she went from the cry face to smiling like what do you even call that kind of smile? It's evil, but it's like smiling like you don't even know what I could do type of smile. But look at look at how she changes. It's disturbing. They take Apple Pay is what they say. Let's step outside. >> Let's go outside. Let's go outside. Let's go outside. Outside. Hang on. >> Yeah. Yeah. We doing it outside. >> Have a seat. >> Stop right there. Have a seat. >> YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH. >> SHUT UP. IT'S HER FAULT. >> SHUT UP. >> IT'S YOUR FAULT. [screaming] >> IT IS YOUR FAULT. I'M ARRESTED. >> YOU TALK TOO MUCH. >> HEY, SHUT UP. >> It's her. >> Shut the hell up. Shut your mouth. Shut up. Don't say a damn thing. Just be quiet. >> God damn. >> Yeah. Just hold it right there. Is it the crime? >> Yeah. >> All right. Can't help you. >> Yeah, I know. We tried. >> I'm sorry, man. >> I'm good. >> All right. She goes to She's going to be charged with that, too. >> How you going to pay for it? >> My phone. Zel. >> They don't take Zel. >> You're not taking Zel. >> Excuse me. >> They don't take Zel. >> I can call. >> You know, you never plan on paying a bill. Exactly. Janetta, how was she gonna pay with Zale? You can't You don't pay a restaurant with Zale. You pay a friend, a individual that has a zel, but not Cheesecake Factory. >> I can call it. >> Yes, that smell was demonic. It was. It It had some things beneath it I did not like. >> You need to pay it right now. >> Apple Pay is the best they could do. >> Apple Pay. >> No, we tried Apple Pay tonight. >> Excuse me. What do you mean? I'm getting arrested. I have money in my >> Excuse me. Yes, I do. >> I just saw you. Excuse me. No. Excuse me. You can pay for it. My ex-boyfriend. >> We've exhausted our >> Excuse me. Pay. Excuse me. >> Excuse me. Let him pay. Excuse me. I DON'T WANT TO BE HAVE A JOB. [screaming] I HAVE A JOB. Please let him pay for it. My >> I'm not going to sit here and negotiate >> again. Begging to pay for it when you could have paid before the police got there. All this just wasting time. Le's grandma said, "People always talk about being outside. They need to stay inside with their brokity broke sales, right? Stay inside. Go grocery shopping. You got McDonald's at home. All the things. I will pay you on Tuesday for a hamburger today. I'm telling you, Christina, that's exactly the energy. Dumb scammers. If you have money in the bank, use debit. It's that simple. It is so simple. They aren't friends because she blamed it on the other girl." Mhm. And the other girl, we never saw her, so she left. Then we got the other girl saying, "Uh, it's the other girl's fault." No, these are these are a group of scammers. They are not friends. [clears throat] >> I I JUST SHOWED YOU HOW >> Stop yelling. I'm going to charge you with another charge for this. >> I have $700 on my account. TD Bank, I'm telling you guys, if it's not my >> TD TD Bank, I just tried it. It's not working. It's declining. >> Excuse me. I just >> Shut up. Let's go. >> Let's go. Get up. >> I will get up. I have no problem. >> Get up. Let's go. >> Can I get my shoes? >> Walk out that way. >> Can I please get my shoes? >> You took your shoes off. Let's get over there. Come on. >> Please. Can I get my shoes? >> You're going to get your shoes. Let's get >> I don't want plank to work. >> Can I please get my shoes? >> I got your shoes. >> Please. >> Can I please get my shoes? >> Stop making an embarrassment out of yourself. Let's get one. find out embarrass me when I have the money to pay for it. >> You guys doing this to black women. It's okay. >> Just know we do not claim anybody that does this and then and then says that someone's doing it because they're black. We don't We have enough real things that happen. We don't claim the false stories at all. And I hate I hate when they do this. I'mma get a record on my account when I got money to pay for it. I'm get fired from my job on Monday cuz I got money to pay for it. >> Excuse me. Can I get my shoes? >> We're going to get them. >> Where's my shoes? Where are my shoes? >> Okay. >> Where are my shoes? Where are my shoes? Where are my shoes? >> You ain't getting them. >> I'm not getting my shoes. You're not. >> Why? And I have money to pay for grab them. Grab them. And I have money to pay FOR. GO >> AHEAD. GRAB THEM. You slam my head on the ground. Try again. Slam my head on the ground. >> I don't think her head got slammed on the ground. She was doing the dead weight thing and I think they honestly couldn't hold her one of those times at the worst. But I don't think anybody slammed her head on the ground. I think gravity gravity is the culprit on that one. You know, co-conspirator, but not that they slammed her head on the ground, right? No accountability. You know you causing all this Robin, right? Relax. >> What's up? Hold up. >> Oh my goodness. >> Bro, get up. >> I'm drunk. I have the money to pay. [crying] >> These cops are being white and racist. >> Please, sis. Please help us get her away from all of us. Please. She's embarrassing. This does not It does not represent the whole right forever. TRL said, "Ma'am, I have never been through this because I pay for my food without the restaurant having to call the police on me." Right. And if it's true that her dumb friend called, I still don't understand that. What part of the scam is this? They did have to put in work jam. [laughter] And then Yeah. So, did she say she also worked at the mall? Because remember earlier she was like, "I am an office manager at a funeral home. Is it gravity or does the earth suck? [laughter] Now you can lie to your manager and tell him you cannot pay because your phone needs to be charged and see if that will save your job." Right? And I'm like, "What is she talking about? Unless you have a certain thing, your job I don't know if the funeral home is going to care that you got arrested for this. Unless you have called out of work so much that it's only taken one more straw for you to be fired. I don't know. She lying. No one slam right. She Nobody slammed her head. Teresa, those guys will want to be single after that. Yeah. Love. Will you see her? >> I have the money to pay. Don't say >> call my mom. Call my mom. I have the money to pay. >> I have the money to pay. >> Back the up. >> Off my medication. >> Off it. >> But I got the money to pay though. You ain't no [ __ ] for real. [ __ ] you mix a white. [ __ ] you mix a white. You got to be >> Is that still the dude still there? He need to go home. Get away. Like, why are you still here? Cuz I Do you think Cuz there's no one else I could see that would be a guy and she's saying that they're mix that we saw except possibly the guy that we saw that they were trying to scam. So, where'd that come from? She's Oh, she's so annoying. Call my mom, Gwen. always the go-to. Hey, naturally be yourself. What? The guy should have he was free to go a long time ago, Jam. Because he wasn't a part of this. They were basically trying to scam him. He was a first date. They racked up a $350 bill. He shows up for the date with her and she's like, "Oh, you you got to pay for me and my friends meals." Not he sat down, first of all, still I think there should always be an agreement even if that's the case. But not that he sat down and had dinner with the friends. They were invited and he said he would cover it. No, no, no. date with her. First date, first time basically, you know, I well I gonna say first time meeting her, but first date with her and she's like, "You were supposed to pay this." No, call my mom. I have the money to pay. This is so weird. She did something lovable. The way they elongate that last vow when whining puts my teeth on edge. I do that sometimes to get on Mr. Trending's nerves. I'm glad it's not something that's actually part of my speech, but I do do that. And it is nerve-wracking. I could tell he want Oh, he want sweetie said he wanted to see the outcome. Fair. Just stay back a little bit because I think he was too close at first. You should have called your mom and she could have come to save you. Yeah, my mom's coming. She'll pay for it. I'm not going to leave. But she just wanted to scam. What officer? You think she's talking to the Which officer you think she's talking to? Lovable? But it could be. He didn't eat sweet tea. He didn't eat anything. That's the thing. He came. I knew he got something to drink. Ace Moonshot said he remembers he drank water. Not even an actual drink you have to pay for. But he didn't eat anything. He showed up and immediately they're like, "You have to pay this bill." Oh, she met the man two days ago. >> Mr. White, ho, YOU GOT TO BE MR. WHITE HO. [ __ ] I SHOWED YOU MY BANK ACCOUNT, [ __ ] THE [ __ ] receipt say 300. [ __ ] I GOT 700 ON MY ACCOUNT, [ __ ] >> I GOT 700 ON MY ACCOUNT, [ __ ] >> HEY, >> I feel lightheaded. >> I need I need this to be a part of her. Um, what can we call it? Her profile picture for a while. Look at Look at how they had to get her in this car. Let me go back far enough. Make sure y'all can see this. >> 700 ON MY ACCOUNT, [ __ ] I GOT 700 ON MY ACCOUNT, [ __ ] >> I feel bad. >> These are the moments you need to have to watch again. How we always talk about we wish we could watch people having to watch their own body cam. I need her to see this. Think about your life. Oh, see, I thought that at first, but then she kept seeing like she was yelling over her because I did think that first time I watched it. I thought that. Okay, y'all saying the cop, too. So, okay. I guess the cop maybe the cops further back than what I'm thinking then any of them the cops use it for bail or any one of them the cops use it for bail. This isn't the flex she thinks it is at all forever trl. Yep. Hobble. Hobble. Uh what's the other one? Rap. Let's get the rap out. She's talking to the officer. Oh, okay. So, y'all are saying officer. I don't know why I thought it was the dude. Um, also $700 isn't a lot of money to be posted. It's not. It's not at all. She's lightheaded. [laughter] Thank you for the hiding forever. TRL look like a briefcase getting into the car. >> I feel lightheaded. >> I feel lightheaded. I don't know what's going on, >> bro. That's the same chick from last week. She >> She got She got hammered in. >> She's a scam. Well, we already knew she was a scammer, but the cops said she's the same one from last week. She just did this again. She's not good at it. Cuz that means you encountered the cops the last time, too. You're not good at this. Just Just be a officer office manager at your funeral home and stop it. You're not good at this. >> Inside, ate a bunch of food and drank a bunch of shots and wouldn't pay her bill. >> Then when we tried to get her bill paid, she's got no money. Then she called some She called some guy over. >> I don't know who that is. >> She called some guy over like her her guy she's been dating. >> He gets He gets a soda and she's like, "Pay the bill." He's like, "I'm not paying the bill for you and your friends." >> The suspect was charged with theft, battery on an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and more charges. She spent the and more charges. I want to know what every last charge was. Hey Omar, last week Pette, the $700 sounds like she just received her first of the month special check. Oh, not Oh, sweet. I'm so I did not mean to read that out loud. So, they are they aren't new to this. She is true to this. Truly bad at it, too. All right, let's look at what prosecutors will have to prove for the charges that we know she got because apparently there's others we don't know about. But uh for petty theft, prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly obtained, used, or attempted to obtain or use property belonging to another and she intended either temporarily or permanently to deprive the other person of a right to or benefit from the property or appropriated for herself or someone not entitled to it. And the value involved was $100 or more, but less than $750. Huh. the same amount she says she had in her bank account, making the offense petty theft of the first degree. Possible sentencing up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Battery. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant actually and intentionally touched or struck another person against that person's will or the defendant intentionally caused bodily harm to another person. Possible sentencing up to one year in jail and up to $1,000 fine. Charge number three, resisting an officer without violence. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant resisted, obstructed, or opposed an officer and the officer was engaged in the lawful execution of a legal duty and the defendant did so without offering or doing violence to the officer up to one year in jail and up to $1,000 fine. and disorderly conduct. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant engaged in conduct that affected the peace and quiet of people who witnessed it, involved brawling or fighting, or otherwise constituted a breach of the peace or disorderly conduct. Possible sentencing up to 60 days in jail, and a fine of up to $500. All right, let me see. I see a lot of ones coming through. Wait, see, that's what Noir, I I was like, hey, my memory was right. I don't think the friend ended up being arrested. I don't know if she ended up paying a portion or they were just like because at the beginning the one that got arrested was like I I will pay the whole bill. I have it. I got it. That's why they let the dude go. They was like, "Hey, she said she'll pay the whole bill. Don't even worry about it. Go ahead and go." So I I don't know. And the friend must have, I guess, finally stopped talking or something, but I I thought so. What makes the theft petty? The amount, the value. Ace Moonshot said, "Yes, premeditated. So intent. She touched him after being told not to do so and disorderly conduct was self-evident. It very much was. Yeah, she that friend slipped out of there some way. I see more guilties. Omar said four. [laughter] Okay. All right. That's the last video. No body cam. Next weekend I'll be traveling and I I'll try to remember to put a post up uh just to remind y'all. Uh, but yeah, thank you again for the last night birthday celebration and thank you today. Anytime y'all show up, I enjoy you. Um, I think that's it. Yeah. So, I will see. But, but I will try to do lives and put some pictures up while I'm traveling. We just can't do body cams. Both were handcuffed and Yeah, they Oh, do you think she was just quietly getting arrested? They didn't keep the friend in the frame then. Thank you, Pette. Oh, yeah. Don't forget body cam in Puerto Rico. Try to get in. try to get in on a body cam now that we'll see. We'll see.
