Okay, there we go. This is different. I'm back on StreamYard testing it out because I'm trying to do this multistream again. Hopefully I can see the chat if I get people from kick. Okay, so and I hope the volume is okay, guys. This is Here we go. We're going to try it out. So, this is all a test. Um, so we're going to start with psycho mom disguised as student attacks teacher in front of 25 kids. Okay. >> On February 16th, 2024, police were called after a woman entered a middle school classroom and attacked her daughter's teacher in front of students. >> Here she comes. >> Look, just for now, we're just going to detain you, okay? >> Can I put sneakers on? They're like right on the other side. >> Hang. We're going to wait for a minute. Okay. We're going to explain everything to you here in a second, okay? And we'll we'll get your side of the story and figure out what you know what caused all this to happen today. You know what I mean? >> We're just going to go out to my car. >> You don't have uh >> Do you have anything on you? >> I just had ch my pocket. >> I'm just going to just pass it down real quick. >> The kids okay? >> Play good. This was for my kids, so I'm all good. >> Oh, okay. Yep. >> You know. >> Okay. >> All right, dear. I just got to read this to you. Okay. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent and can exercise that right at any time. Anything you do say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to consult with a lawyer now and at any time during questioning. If you want a lawyer but can't afford one, one will be provided to you free of charge. Do you understand what I have just said to you? >> Yes. >> With these rights in mind, are you willing to talk with me? So obviously we're here for a reason, right? >> A teacher told my daughter, "Tell your mom, come to the school after they've been bullying my child for months." >> Who's this? >> Teachers. I've been calling the school. I called them five times just yesterday alone. That's That's pretty much it. >> It's been going something that's been going on for months. >> I've tried to handle it like through the school and the school district. They cornered my daughter yesterday in the hallway. >> How did you find that out? >> My daughter told me >> that was that was yesterday. >> Yep. >> Okay. And then today you went to go you went to the school. >> Mhm. >> Who did you go to the school with? >> I went with my mom. >> So then you get to the school and what happens? >> I go upstairs and go into the classroom. >> How did you get into the school? >> I walked through the door. >> Have you been to the school prior? >> All right. So if you came in after I read the title, she disguised herself as a student to come I think fight other students. So, she's answering very coily right now. Like she's she knows what they're asking. They're trying to get to the point of So, you went in the school and disguise yourself as a student cuz supposedly someone was messing with her daughter >> prior to today. Like I'm saying in other just just to go to the school to either pick up your daughter or to to go to the school did and did you have to do anything to get into the school prior to today? >> Walk into that school for the most part. Yeah. You've never signed in or have done nothing along the lines of speaking with someone prior to going into the school? >> Okay. How long has your kid been going to that school? >> She's in eighth grade now and I also in sixth grade. >> Okay. So, just to reiterate, those times that you've been there before, you've never been like escorted through the building or >> I usually don't actually go all the way in the building. >> Where do you usually? >> I'm usually just like picking her up. So, it's just that little front desk when you first walk through. I just stand right there and then they bring her down. >> Okay. And you've never been like had to sign in or anything like that? >> Not that I know of. They never like said sign in right here. They usually tell me just to like sign her out. >> The front door it was open. It was locked. It was >> Okay. Was there anybody else going through the doors at that time? >> Other kids. >> Other kids. What were they releasing? Was it just the beginning of school? >> Beginning. Yep. >> Okay. And then you go through, no one says anything to you. >> I look like a kid. >> Your mom was right with you the whole time. She was like a little bit behind, but yeah. >> And she Okay. So, she never got stopped or never was. >> No. >> Okay. So, once you get into the school, you get past the desk. Where do you go from there? >> I go up the stairs. >> Front stairs. >> Okay. And it was just you and your grand or you and your mom at the time. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where was your daughter? >> Like behind with her friends. >> Okay. And then you got upstairs and went where? >> Into the classroom. >> Okay. How did you know where the classroom was? >> My daughter told me which classroom it was. >> Okay. >> She do to my daughter yesterday. What did she say? What were the threats that she was making and the invitation that she gave me? >> What was the invitation? >> Tell your mom to come to the school. She's not going to do anything. She comes up here, she's going to see what's going to happen. >> Okay. And then what happened? >> I hit her. >> Okay. >> I'll just be honest. I'm not going to lie about anything. >> For no apparent reason or just due to the fact that she >> due to the fact instead of calling me if there was like an issue. >> Okay. Why do they use Obviously, I'm guessing does the teachers make the phone calls or is it somebody else who make phone calls? >> Teachers that would, but they never called me for anything. >> Okay. Your daughter's just been coming home saying that the teachers been bullying her and >> Yep. >> Just one question. When you enter, you >> I had to I had to wait because in case my memory failed me, I couldn't remember if some students were bullying her or if the daughter said something about uh teachers messing with her. So, she came up there, the mom came up there dressed like a student to fight the teacher. Um, I did watch another reaction channel before I was aware of this video and I tend to agree with the other person that um looked at this and I think her daughter's playing her and is a little bit of a problem child. But let me know what y'all think when you as you hear more of this. >> You have like a hat on or your hood up or anything. >> I had like a bonnet on, but I had the same coat. No, >> like a hood up. No, >> no hood. >> All right. So then you get upstairs, you you just you said what you had to say and then you just just began striking her. >> Okay. And then what? The principal broke you guys up. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And then from there you you just left >> you get escorted out. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have anything else you want to tell us? Is there anything else that you're leaving out or? >> No. >> The whole truth of everything that happened. >> Roughly. How many times did you hit her? You think? >> I would say I probably was able to hit her one time. It was this was an open hand, closed fist. >> It was a open hand. I smacked her in the face. >> Okay. Every time >> I probably hit her maybe once or twice before they broke it up. >> Okay. >> It was very quick. >> Okay. >> And why you you just fed up with it kind of like your emotions were going cuz you've never been in trouble? >> Never. >> So, so I'm just trying to make Let me make me understand. You're just being like super protective cuz your cuz your kid said this happened >> and then it's not like one of those, oh well my kid told me so I'm just going to go along with my kids. My kids not the only kid that they're doing this to >> or their parents have came forward and said that these same two teachers are doing the same thing to their kids. >> Cornering them in the room, yelling and screaming in their face, just saying things they shouldn't say to kids. And it's like if you have a problem with a student, why not just call their parent >> to get it situated instead of trying to be an adult bully to kids? >> I'm just trying to >> You believe that was the professional way to do it? >> Me. >> You think this was the best way to do it? I guess >> it was not >> cuz I look where we're at. >> I wonder if she went to the school since she said it's been going on for months. Did she go to that school and talk to the teachers over the span of months? And now I will I will say with her saying other parents are saying it possibly. Um but did she I just want to know did she try to go talk to the teachers because that's a long time for it to happen >> if she knew about it. >> No I I don't think that it was the best >> especially I mean you got it was a school setting. Kids are in school. >> Yeah. That's why I'm just like I'm not denying or anything or going to make it difficult. >> With all that being said and where we're at now, I'm just going to the charges that we have pending are assault second and burglary third. And the burglary portion is because you you entered into the building without having any right to be in there. >> Okay? >> And you committed a crime therein. You understand where we're coming from, >> right? >> So, what's going to happen is we're going to bring you downtown. >> If we hurry, you should be able to see a judge. >> Might be able to make court. Don't don't take our word on that, right? But if anything, you'll see a judge tomorrow morning. >> Okay. >> Who Who's this? Should we go explain to him what's going on? >> Yeah, that's my boyfriend. >> All right. Just a typ. >> Yep. >> As officers continued speaking with those on scene, the story didn't quite add up at first, but within moments, key details began to surface about who was actually involved. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> We just talked to her. The problem is is she entered a school without signing in and went and assaulted a teacher and broke her nose >> in school in front of kids. >> There's not much I can do, man. You see what I'm saying? >> Yeah. >> Imagine Imagine Imagine if this happened, someone else did this and your kid was in that classroom. >> But the real report and they trying to figure out because the kids report a lot of stuff at that school. You >> I'm sure y'all been offices for a long time. Y know how LinkedIn is. >> Yep. I went to Lincoln, man. >> My my her daughter, that's my stepdaughter, her daughter >> that goes to that school. They was bullying. She been there for three years. >> That's what she said. >> They started bullying her and she wasn't doing nothing. She was letting them pull her hair, punch her in the face, beat her up, attack her. >> So, this is my thing. There's there's a better way of handling that. >> She tried officer. >> We're going to make sure that all that's in the report. She try to like they got a new principal there >> that actually understands and they don't let her talk to her. Every time she calls talk to her they give her to the vice principal that's not really the lady that's supposed to handle everything but they never call till when before the problem starts. So then >> I got >> you know she get calls like every other day every week is something at that school with kids >> starting with her daughter. Yes, our daughter, she has a mouth. Every kid do, but she's don't she don't get physical unless she has to. Somebody put their hands on her and stuff like that. But like >> every time she tried to do situations, they never tried to help her. So then she now she got to go up to the school and try to talk to somebody. She been up there before. >> She could have teachers, she done talked to kids parents that she fought like they done sat in a room together and like Yeah. tried to figure it out. They done came here, stabbed my stepdaughter from school. It started from school from them bullying her. Her daughter been stabbed. She got a stab on him. That's serious. They don't. >> Okay. So, are we talking about teachers and students? Cuz I can't imagine a teacher followed her home and stabbed her, which is serious. I'm not trying to um I'm trying to figure out I just want to know did did they did they go up there and talk to the teachers? They keep saying they talked to the parents and the kids. Did they ever talk to the teachers or the principal or whatever? And this is me because I've already watched it towards the end while I'm asking these questions. So my mind's already a little biased because I had already developed my own opinion when I watched it the first time. But right now with the other parents, it sounds like teachers was doing some crazy stuff. >> Do nothing about it. The kid wasn't arrested. The mother wasn't. They came up here ganged up like 50 of them on this street ganged up. They live around the corner. They came on our street ganged up and they still didn't do nothing. >> That's serious. That's serious. That that little nose beard, bro. I honestly >> that's that's more serious than >> I'm going to be honest. That math don't math, man. >> They didn't do nothing about it. That's science. That's not math. That's science. >> The teacher can't What do you want the teacher to do? Like Like you got to report it to the police. You got to report it to the the counselors. There's school resource teachers. >> They're not doing that. >> I But what I'm saying is >> she supposed to she calling the school and trying to talk to the head person like, "Okay, who can fix this?" It's not how how we can dissolve it today. No, how can we fix this in the future? Because you still got some time to do that school. So, how can we get to the bottom of this and everybody just okay? Y don't not cool. Stay away from each other. She stay away from people. >> But it's still school. You got to be around people that you don't like. >> Yeah. >> So, if something happened, it just, you know, it happens. You got to deal with the consequences. But if nothing's being done, stuff like this is going to happen. and told her everything that she need to know about this kid and what this kid is going through and what their parents is going through and why these teachers is not doing anything but keeping kids out of classrooms and and you know from what I understand all this stemmed this stemmed from >> just building >> well from like your your daughter was like >> or your stepdaughter was like skipping classes and then she was telling multiple different teachers that they were going to like this class but she wasn't and she would tell this teacher that she was going to this class and she ended up getting caught and and then she got mad. That's what I'm saying. >> Report card is passing all >> Hey, I don't I don't know you. I don't know her. I don't know the child. I'm just telling you what I'm getting told and from what I'm grabbing from everything. Unfortunately, >> I know how it is. >> Unfortunately, your wife girlfriend entered a school without signing in with the intent to to fight the teacher. >> That's the end of it. >> So, >> I'm not saying that there's not problems at school. >> Is it is it okay for them teachers? They got cameras in that school, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Is it okay for them teachers to gang up on her like that? >> How they had them pin up in the in the corner and they have my daughter pin up in the corner like ready to jump on her >> and then tell her, "Oh, you go get your mom. She's not going to come up there." You got you got that's what they did. >> But what what you trying to So, >> I understand what you're saying, but they have they only can do what the police can do. So, what right now? Listen, but you have to you have to get her a lawyer and tell the lawyer because >> at the end of the day though, we're just doing like call your mom. She's not going to come up here. You going up your sleeves on a student. >> Well, listen. So there so there's there's there's two sides to every story and then the truth in the middle, right? So we have to >> let them go cuz SHE PROBABLY COULD SEE A JUDGE TONIGHT. LIKE let's get a lawyer. Then you CAN PROVE ALL THAT. >> THAT THAT'S WHAT THAT'S WHAT WE NEED TO DO. Let the lawyer do that. >> But don't say don't say THAT'S NOT LIKE THAT THOUGH. BUT IT'S NOT >> PARENTS. I [ __ ] YOUR PARENTS. I HAD SIX. >> WE'RE PARENTS. >> AND LOOK AT THE [ __ ] WE'VE BEEN THROUGH. I DONE GOT MY ASS WHOOPED IN CLASS. I GOT MY >> OKAY, I'm in circles. I I don't have a strong stance anymore. Um, he didn't. This is what got me is when the officer said, "There's school resource officers you're supposed to contact. You get counselors involved." Um, and the guy did that bingo card thing. He said, "I understand, but and so that leads me to believe, did y'all not try to contact the counselors and school resource officers or call the police? Y'all just went straight to I'mma pretend to be a student and go beat up the teacher." And then he said, and it don't mean the teacher's telling the truth because usually when people have a position of authority, they're going to they do they do get the benefit of a doubt of the doubt a lot of times. So, I'm not saying for sure the teacher's telling the truth, but I don't want to skip over the fact that the teachers were saying she was skipping class. She was mad she got caught and some things happened that way. But I'm in circles. I'm no longer sure of my position anymore. >> BUT LET HER GO UNTIL SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THAT'S SOMETHING, MAN. >> Let her go to war. >> Sir, go ahead. It's fine. He He's upset. I'm not going to lie. We're giving him a lot of break right now cuz >> because he has a warrant and I'm about to grab that. >> So he has a warrant. >> No, cuz he's being an >> I bet I bet you told me Monday. >> OH, YOU MIGHT you might turn yourself in today. >> After talking to those on scene, officers began connecting the events leading up to the incident. And with each detail, the situation became harder to ignore. From the people that we've talked to there, like the between the principal and the victim, they were saying nobody was in the as far as faculty, I guess you could say from what they could see. So that's that's why if you're wondering why you haven't been involved or haven't been contacted, like that's that's why this girl said that she was going to, you know, she was being aggressive towards me and you. Um and then at that point uh you know you guys would lay some sort of disciplinary action to ensue or you know transpire from this and then pretty much the school downgrades it is that >> so the order protection portion of it now is you're going to have to go down to court and we as far as police wise we can't issue orders of protection. will give you a DR number. Obviously, you go down, you'll give him the DR number. Say, "Hey, look, >> I'm guessing that's the teacher, right, that got her nose broken by the parent. >> I don't feel comfortable. Here's the DR number." And then they'll they can get into our reports and see as to why, you know, obviously what happened. And then they they decide whether or not the order protection they will provide or give to you or not. You know what I mean? Or as far as a refrain from or a full stay away. So, what kind of order protection are you trying to look for? Like a sort of refrain from >> a full stay away would be what she wants. Keep her, you don't want her around you at work or anything. >> Nope. >> Yeah, that a full stay away. She can't come to your place at work, can't text you, call you, you know, obviously go to your house, all that type of stuff. So, you just have to go down to court for that. Um, and do it that way. So, before before the fight happened, you weren't. We were just sitting there just to kind of observationwise and to make sure that nothing was going to happen. >> How about this? I'm going to >> I'll call you tomorrow. >> We just have to like he said, we just have to make some notifications on everything. We're going to look at some charges. >> Honestly, we're probably going to have to go back to the school. >> Yes. Cuz now now that >> so obviously there was some some potential Ewok things going like endangering welfare of a child, right, that we've been missing. know that it's been there, but from the people we've talked to have not people say like, "Hey, I know that person was in here, that person, that person, this person." >> So, we'll do that. I'll meet with my lieutenant or we'll meet with the lieutenant in the morning. >> Yeah. You just get the the students names or whatever from what you know. Um, >> and then we'll probably just meet you at school Monday or >> Yeah. If our we don't work Monday, but we have they'll probably let us come in and do like a follow up with you guys on overtime or whatever >> Tuesday or something. >> Go from there. What time you usually get? I guess obviously we want to be able to come in, but we don't want to just, you know, take you away from doing your >> I'll try to get a game plan on our end and then I'll call you tomorrow and then we'll see if we can make it all line up. >> Yeah. Yeah, cuz like you said, we might just have you write the statement just cuz that way it's word for word everything that happened on you know what I mean and then we can go from there. >> The suspect was taken into custody and charged with burglary and assault. Be sure to subscribe and >> I'm I'm left confused. I don't know. Um the well the red flag for me was the step that like already having a warrant out. So now like examples at home what's going on? Where does her anger stem from? When I say her anger, I mean the daughter's anger stem from I don't know. So I'm going to take back my for sure part about the daughter probably playing them to I don't know anymore. Okay. Yes, we got a bonus video. Public friendmy. Okay. So the next one is man steals a $2700 puppy and runs to his car. It instantly backfires. Officers are called to a pet store after a man walks in, grabs a dog, then runs to his car. He doesn't get very far, and is chased by security. Once he gets to his car, they end up putting him in a headlock. Minutes later, officers pull up. >> What's up, man? What's going on, sir? Same thing we say again. Another guy stole a dog from the pet shop. He tried to run out here with him. They caught him. Had the car. >> He got hit in the red. Pull over here. Um he he pushed a couple security guards trying to get them off, trying to get away. They stopped him here at the car. So we came up, you know, trying to get everything under control. This is where we are right now. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. Here's his ID. >> So y the um the only guy that might think he does. >> Okay. >> The old man. >> Yeah. Same thing. Stole the dog. Come out here. They confronted him. tried to get everything under control and I guess he pushed somebody. >> He pushed her. She's coming over here to tell us if she wants target. >> Hi there. >> Um, so we interacted with a call from the >> Yeah. >> Take your hands out of your pockets. Put them up here. >> Okay. >> Just gonna patch it down real quick. All right. >> A dog being stolen by him. >> All right. And so we tracked him down where he was. So I'm assuming he came to his car and he he came to his car to leave the dog in there and he came back inside. We found him by Main Street. So I interacted, talked to him and then Chris interacted to saying, "Hey, the dog, where's my dog? Where's my dog?" Like you stole my dog. We have camera footage of that. He has that. And then we came outside, get the dog, and I think he gave it to him. And then that's when u we're like, "No, we're going to wait till the supervisor gets here." our supervisor, Jose. So, we waited and then he came and he tried he he came he pushed me and he tried putting hands on me and then that's when he interacted as well and he pulled him away from me because he was trying to put hands on me. >> Went in there got a pupp and then they they followed me. They're like, "Where's the dog?" I said, "It's my car." I gave him dog back. I said, "I'm good to go." >> So, you stole the dog. >> I stole a dog and they said they wasn't going to press any charges. I said, "Okay." So, I'm good to go. I'm go go go to my car to reach for to open the door. I open the door. She comes and pushes me out of the way. >> I told y'all these thieves, they be like, "I don't suffer real consequences, so I'll try again." Like that dude we watched earlier today. But what's the alternative? Stop stealing. That's the alternative. >> The guy starts choking me out. >> Who did? >> That gentleman over there. He started choking me out. You don't know who the [ __ ] you messing with. You don't know who the [ __ ] you mess with. And you start choking me out. >> And we're like, you're not going to leave now because now we're waiting on him. So I that's when I called him ASAP to come and >> interact before it got a lot worse. So that's when he got him and tried to put him in a chick in a in a >> Yeah. Cuz he wanted to throw hands at him too. >> He pushed me first and I was like, "All right, now I'm going to interact, you know, because like hands on me, self-defense." >> So I was trying to calm him down. I just put him like that. Yo, chill out. Just chill out. Like it's just you going to talk to me. You just had to make things everything worse. So >> all right. Do you want to press charges on them for for the >> what he has on me? Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I'll press charges. >> Okay. >> I want to press charges for the >> Yeah. >> I need your ID and Chris, you got yours? >> I said I ain't going nowhere. Calm down. Calm down. >> Okay. >> You guys already got the puppy, you know, and you guys was said you was not going to press any charges. >> And they're like, "Oh, no. You pushed her. You pushed her. We have to call the cops." Like, she pushed me and then I pushed her. >> Okay. His facial hair is sending me. I don't like it. >> All right. Do you want to press charges on him for for the for pushing >> on me? I'll press >> Okay. >> I want to press charges >> for the theft. >> Yeah. >> All right. ID. And Chris, you got yours? >> That's what happened. So, can I give those keys to my wife? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I'm going to throw my >> Where you guys from? >> I'm I'm sorry. Are you stealing puppies and you married? Why are you married? I I always wonder that when couples like like how are you married and you out here doing like just lowlevel crimes and stuff? What what's going on in y'all's life? >> From here branch. >> Oh, that's what I'm asking. Like are you from Jefferson or are you >> Oh, Flower Branch. >> I got you. I got you. >> I got you. >> All right. >> Yeah, I did not touch her. >> Why are you stealing the dog? >> Mine just passed away. I understand that, but that ain't a reason to to steal from somebody else. >> You are absolutely right. Absolutely right. I could go in there and pay for the dog if they want me to. >> You know, this is the third time I've had to come up here twice this weekend for >> for people stealing dogs. I'm not I don't understand. Do you not have the money to pay for it? >> Yeah, I got the money. >> So, why didn't you just pay for it? >> Save a little money. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Christmas time. All right. >> Well, they're wanting to press charges, brother. >> For for what? >> Well, I mean, he makes me want to call him a ninja. I I I have to really watch myself cuz I get comfortable with y'all and I got to remember. He said, "Why? For what do they want to press charges for?" H steal the puppy still out there and you push that girl. Like, what do you You see what I'm saying? They be so casual about stealing and like I shouldn't be suffering any consequences. They got the dog back. What do I need to What's going on? Like why do I need to go to jail? >> Tried to steal a dog and then you put hands on the security officer. >> I did not put hands on they put hands on me, sir. >> There's three people over there saying that you're the one that instigated it. >> I did not instigate anything, sir. >> Well, I mean, >> they already had the dog. I returned the dog to them and I said, "Am I good to go?" I tried to reach for my car and she pushed me out of the way and the other guys choked me. was choking me out. >> I don't know what to tell you about it. >> What's your name and date of birth? >> Elvin Rosa Mattel. >> Yeah. >> 2790. >> He was born in 1990. It's this the hair. The hair is probably aging him too though. What kind of money are you saving now? Right now you got possible court fees. You got bell. You have or bond or whatever it is. What kind of money are you saving now? This is stupid. >> Yeah, but that don't look like you. >> Did you dye your hair? >> Yes. >> I got you. >> Round him already. >> Not yet. I'm going to go sit and run all of them cuz I got four to run. >> All right. All right. >> Um, >> okay. Turn around for me. >> All this over a dog. >> Yeah. And he has the money to pay for the dog. It's the same thing as yesterday. >> Same thing. >> Don't turn around. >> Y'all got a second pair of cuffs. >> Yep. I'm going put two on you just so it ain't >> So is the owner of the shop want the press charges as well? >> Yeah. Yeah, he's right here. >> All right. So, right now you'll be going for uh simple battery and uh theft. I'll take Let's go back there. without him. >> Uh, if you would like when you get out. >> Can I give my stuff to my girl? >> Uh, what you got? Uh, just your phone and your cigarettes. Yes, I got you. You don't want to take your phone so you can uh make a phone call? >> Oh, I can use a phone over there. >> Well, you know, it's got your information and stuff. >> This ain't your first time. You know, you can uh get numbers off of that phone. You cannot tell me this is his first time. Mm- Right. He had a hard life, Auntie Netty. >> So, I'll give my wallet. Right. Uh, no. Just your ID. And we've got your ID. >> My ID. >> Okay. Uh, where's your phone at? >> Right here. >> I'll take my phone though. >> Yeah. Yeah, I take >> Tell me what happened. So, >> did they say what breed the puppy was? Cuz I sure want to know cuz I know those dog Oh, there's a couple breeds. They will keep trying to steal them. But that is crazy. Back toback days of different people trying to steal a dog is crazy. >> The dog. Um, I had it on video. I showed in the video. They knew exactly where he was at. We went showed him the video the back the call and then he took us out here van dog out. So the dog out and I was walking away got all the way over there and I hear her start screaming. So I turn around and look. He's on about damn on top of her. She's on the ground. He's trying to get her off and I see hit him >> swinging. He was swinging on, but I seen him hit him the first time, you know. >> Okay. So, you want to press charges on that? >> Yeah. >> We've got two simple or two simple batteries by taking. >> All right. Um, >> come on, man. You realize how stupid this is, right? >> Yeah, I know. But he didn't have to put hands on me and didn't try to say I >> listen. So, I'm going to tell you this one. >> There's a witness that saw you put hands on that woman and that guy came. He is lying so easily and and has the nerve to be put out like he's inconvenience >> right now. You're putting the blame on them, but they would have never came out here had you not taken a dog. >> I know. >> So, >> I agree with you. >> You get what I'm saying? >> Yes, sir. >> Hold on. Let me uh I'm just going to take your hat off. Make sure you got nothing in there. No, I'm not saying that, man. But that's that's what we do. You know what I'm saying? >> Yes, sir. >> Nope. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> Let her know he wants her to take his belongings, but he's going to >> But he's taking his phone so he can get any numbers or whatever out of the They they want to act like police and then when [ __ ] pops off like that, they want to >> call the police. >> Well, I mean I and I get that, but I'm I'm talking about the dude. I'm like, >> well, that's the thing is >> I come up people. >> He said I said, "Why Why'd you steal a dog?" You said, "My mom just passed away." I said, >> "Oh, so I go up to the >> I said that I said that doesn't justify you stealing a dog." and uh >> the money to pay for it. >> He said, "Well, I told him I this was after he got caught." He was like, "I told him I'd pay for it." I said, "So, you went up there, stole a dog, but you have the money to pay for it?" >> 715. >> This man was extremely bold to think he'd get away with a dog in broad daylight. But the next woman does manage to scoop up a $2400. >> All right. I'm not here for the woman. I was here for the first part. I got another video for y'all. Just now Blue said, "Where was the wife girlfriend while he was stealing his dog?" Apparently waiting in the car for the dog he was about to steal. That's what I'm getting cuz what? All right. Um Oh, this. Okay. Okay. Woman tries bullying cops after her car gets stuck on a railroad badly. I said I'm saying it's so late. Obviously, I'm talking. I put reaction in the title. If you don't like that, the links will be in the description box when this live ends. Forgot to say all that. Um, yeah, this one was crazy though. Here y'all go. >> On June 26th, 2024, a late night drive nearly ended in a fatal disaster when a vehicle took a wrong turn and became high centered directly on the railroad tracks. With a massive freight train bearing down on her position, the driver was lucky to be alive, but she was far from grateful. Instead of cooperating with the officers who arrived to help, she launched into a belligerent alcohol-fueled Karen. >> Well, you stopped, right? >> No, the car just start moving out of this way. >> Okay. Well, we got a thought truck coming. That's the only way right now. We got a train stop for you right there. >> It's a train stop for you because you're on the track. >> It's going to stop. It's in my car. >> The train stopped already. So, we need to get a tow truck coming. It's on the way. What happened anyway? >> I don't know. It just stopped. >> Well, where were you going? >> I was going home. >> Where's home at? >> Five miles away. >> 5 minutes away, actually. >> Okay. Yeah, I think your um Why don't you go ahead and turn it off? Your back wheel. Anybody on your vehicle? >> No. >> Nobody else? >> No. >> Just go ahead and and and shut it off cuz your back will Yeah, your back wheel is spinning. >> Just turn your car off. >> Okay. >> You're not going to go anywhere right now. You're stuck. >> Why don't you get off the train? >> Just get off the Let's get off the train track. >> The train is stopped down right at the train. >> Is he coming? Cuz there's a this >> honking. It stopped at bridge. >> The train price. >> Anything else in the car? No, I'm checking right now. She told me no, but I'm checking. Nope, it's all clear. >> I'm just going to just going to turn it off. >> Where's the key? >> You can't turn it off. >> I'm trying to turn it off, but it's not shutting down. Yeah, I think it is. Okay. >> All right. Yep. They're always 5 minutes away. Just not blue. And yes, Noir Angel, you did say where'd it go? Did you take it away? I feel like Oh, there you go. Didn't I say this earlier? What is the address to where your destination is? Right. They don't they're not asking how what time it takes to get there, but they always happen to be five minutes away, two blocks away. It's just up there. It's just up the road. Yes. She almost she almost got hit by a train because the train is on the tracks. I think when we first started playing it, you could still see the train in the distance a little bit. They had stopped the trains, you know, but she really could have gotten killed. She is She's at minimum drunk. >> Man, that's a close call. Yeah. What were you coming from? >> Yeah. >> Um the waterfront >> the waterfront restaurant. >> Yeah. >> And you were going home? >> Yes. Literally like 5 minutes away. >> Stay away from the vehicle. >> Stay away. Stay over here. >> Stay away. >> Yeah. You don't You don't There's nothing you can do anyway. >> Okay. What about my car? >> We're going to get a towed. You're going to get a towed? >> Yeah. Got the key on the phone. >> Wait, wait, wait. I don't want to get a towed. I wanted to get it close to my house. >> Well, when the tow truck arrived here, >> they're going to pull it off the track. You can pay them here. You can't drive anyway because you look drunk to me. >> No. Well, no. What's wrong with the car? >> You tell the car. >> You tell me what's wrong with it right now. >> There's nothing wrong with the car. >> Okay. What's wrong with it right now where it is? >> There's nothing wrong with the car, >> right? Because it's stuck. >> That's what I'm trying to figure out. Why is the car stuck? The car is brand new. >> So, you can't figure out why the car stuck. >> No, but the car is brand new. I don't understand why the car is stuck, honestly. >> First of all, there's no road that crosses over a railroad track at that angle. It's It's perpendicular. Like, you're you're probably stuck cuz you're in between the train tracks. And so you got the back wheel spinning and of course you're drunk obviously. And if he did he already say I smell alcohol cuz if he if he did take the square. >> You're on the train track. There's no traction on the way. >> I know. I'm I know I'm on the train track. The train track. I I'm aware of that. >> I think the train is coming. Is that it? >> No. It's stop. >> Are you guys stopping the train or not? >> Because don't even talk to me. >> Just come come over here. Let's get off the truck. >> Sorry. Yeah, we were her name. >> So, you're the one I called. >> So, did you see her in the driver's seat driving? >> No. So, when we drove past, we saw the car with hazards on. Okay. >> And so, we went into that auto body shop or whatever, turned around, >> saw that there was a person >> with the car, but she was in and out of the car and it was caricles. She was in and out explaining like in and out like >> so she >> like reaching in and out. >> No, so she was outside of the car at first and like pushing it. >> Okay. >> And then at one point she got back in the car, closed the door. She was on the phone the entire time too. >> Okay. >> So when you saw her, she was outside the standing outside >> pushing >> pushing the car. >> Yeah. >> And then she went back in. >> Yeah. >> And then came back out and tried to push again. >> She went in the driver seat. the Yeah. >> And the driver side. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Yeah. But yeah, she was on the tracks already and then we just pretty much stayed here to make sure we had a train come, but we called right when we saw it. >> All right. Y'all saw the train. Look, here's the train if you didn't see it. Hold on. You can hear the horn for sure. I've grown up around so many train tracks. Not grown up. No, not true. Childhood, no train tracks. >> In my early adulthood life until now, I always am near some trains. >> And then we just pretty much stayed here to make sure that a train boat come, but we called right when we saw it. >> All right. Are you guys stopping the train? >> Yeah, we're going to um My train's on the truck right now. On the on the whole track right now. What's happening? >> Okay. Yeah, you're alive because they stopped the train earlier while your brain is still trying to catch up to the fact that your car is on the tracks. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They they had stopped the train for you. You're not dead because they stopped the train. >> Coming from, >> ma'am, what's happening with my car? >> No, I know. I'm That's what we're trying to figure out where you're coming from. >> I'm trying to ask you what's >> I don't know where you're I don't know where you're coming from. Can you tell me where you're coming from? So, >> I'm a restaurant. >> What restaurant? >> Okay. A restaurant. What's happening to my car? >> Ma'am, >> what's off? Off officer Lopez. >> Yep. >> What's happening to my car right now? >> Right now, it seems like your vehicle is stuck in the tracks, right? >> And that's not my fault. >> Okay. >> Out of nowhere, the car just stopped. The car just stopped. >> Yeah. >> It stopped because of physics. That's why it stopped. See? Okay. She's too incoherent for me. When when the other cop already identified, you smell like alcohol. You smell like you've been drinking. I'm straight to do you want to take some field sobriety test? We have nothing else to talk about logically. Nothing else to talk about because you're not even in your right mind. And I expect you to refuse to take field sobriety test. No problem. You want to take the breathalyzer? I I expect you to not actually answer the question. Let's bring out the wrist jewelry. You sober up. You get your ticket. You go to court. There's none. We can save a lot of time. There's no entertainingness for me. Let me see what y'all say. Um let's see. I I subscribe to virtual rail fan and cars and railroad crossings are a thing. Wait, what do you mean? Ace moonshot like they be uh Yeah, she stopped because of physics. Are you saying like oh rail fans and cars? Tell me what you mean. Hold on. Tell me what you mean. Wow says she said you want others to be responsible for your car. Yep. Mhm. She thought she was she thought that was the road. I do think she thought that was a road, too. She did seem like she was turning down it like it was a a a road. If she lives that close, she should know about the train track. She would if she was sober. She probably would. The car just stopped. >> Okay. Where Where do you live here? >> I live like 10 minutes away. >> What's 10 minutes away? >> It's 10 minutes away. That's what it means. 10 minutes away. >> Where? >> Yes, I live in Judson. 10 minutes away. >> And so, how'd you get here? >> By driving here. What are you asking me right now? >> Well, that's what I'm trying to figure out. How did that happen? >> You said you you were you driving home. >> My car? Yes, I was driving home. >> You know what street this is? >> My car just automatically stopped. That's it. >> So, were you coming from from this way? Were you coming Dixie? Were you coming on US1? >> I was going home on US one. That's what you need to know. >> My car was going home on US1. I was driving just fine. My car sometimes stops on it own cuz it's a >> What year is it? >> 23. 24. Yes, we're in 24 >> and it just stops on its own. >> Okay. >> And so far it has stopped. I'm sorry. I don't know why you're moving, but >> the attitude. I don't know why you're moving. You're swaying from your drunkenness. Um, ace moonshot said more cars get hit at crossings than one might think and often deliberate. It might be there. Okay, I don't remember the term, but it's like when people stand near a cliff, which I'm not going to be near a cliff hopefully, but you it said like they stand near a cliff, they stand on a bridge with running water. Niagara Falls is one of those places that people just jump into the abyss. And so I feel like that's probably how it is with some trains coming. Some people just like now's the time. Um, also people always think they can beat a train. Slow trains come by, it lows people in. Then you get that fast train that's not going the speed of those slow trains and people they just think they can time stuff and I'm just like, as soon as I see the light blink before the arms moving, we're stopping. You can be mad at me, but you gonna be behind me and alive. That's all I can do. Um, does alcohol make you forget your physical address or something? Probably. Noir, she definitely is impaired. Yeah, she thought the tracks was a road. stop at its own because it just does that. And right now, I want to know if my car is going to be hit by a train or not. >> Okay. Well, it hasn't gotten hit yet. So, that's >> Is it going to be hit by a train or not? >> No. >> That's all I'm asking. >> Okay. >> Okay. Is it going to be hit by a train or not? >> No. As you can see, the train's right there. >> Can't be a moving car or not because it's >> Yep. A tow truck. A tow truck is going to come. >> It just automatically stops on its own. >> Yeah. The tow truck. >> I don't have an attitude or anything. No, I'm gonna say I'm just, you know, the tow truck is going to come and they're going to pull it out. Okay. And if it's drivable, then you know you can drive off. Yeah. Right. It drives on it own. >> I understand that. Yes, you just told me that. Okay. >> Where? I know what I just told you. Where is the truck? >> The tow truck? >> Yes. >> On its way. >> How far do you have ETA or anything like that? >> No, but I'm pretty sure like 10 20 minutes. The car is one of the >> So the car did it on its own. The car can't it can't move on its own. Smart car, >> right? >> So it can't move on its own. When it see flashing lights like this, it can't move. It just gets stuck automatically because it's a smart car, >> right? >> Yeah. Just like >> smart car, dumb driver >> or anything like that. It stops on its own. You understand that, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, stop. >> Nah. Nah. See, this is You can't talk to me if I was a police officer and not you trying to talk to me like I'm simple. That's what I'm saying. Don't entertain them. It you I feel like a prosecutor would back you up if you stopped engaging with her except asking the standard questions and then taking her to jail because what you're not going to do is talk to me like this. As if as if you think I'm the idiot. No. No. No. Angel said, "Not you having an attitude about the help you need because of the problem you created." Right. Right. She has a car like kit from Night Ride. >> Uhhuh. >> But how'd you get here? >> I drove. >> Right. You said you were driving on US one, but to get home, right? >> No, not to drift. Not to get home. to get here. But to get back home, it stopped because of all its sirens and lights and everything. It's a smart car. Okay. So, it stops on its own. So, because we're on the on the tracks and everything and lights because it's a smart car automatically starts on it automatically stops. I'm sorry. It stops on its own. My name is Malaya Brown. >> Malay. >> Okay. Mia Brown. It stops on its own though now >> as a smart car. I hate this smart car. But >> how long have you had it? >> A year. But it a year and a couple months. But it stops on its own because it's a smart car, >> right? >> And because it's a smart car, it stops on its own because of all the lights and everything. Mhm. >> So yeah, if it wasn't a smart car, it wouldn't have stuff in its own because you guys you guys because you guys are here, it wants it like to automatically reset with you guys. You understand? >> Yeah. >> Is your car a smart car? >> It is, but it doesn't stop on tracks. >> My car does though. >> Oh, it's because of the lights, though. That's all. >> Oh, okay. Are you aware of a 2023 Kia? >> Yeah. >> Are you? >> I am. >> Cuz you don't look really look like you're aware >> of the 2023 Kia. >> Yeah. >> We're in the drunk twilight zone. She told that officer the officer doesn't look like she's aware. Meanwhile, she's saying, "Why is the tracks on the train and sentences like that?" But the officer is the one not aware. Why are we still here? Why say what officer wants to say is no. How did you get here? Don't repeat that again. I just need to know how did you get here? Right. >> There's a lot of smarts cars out there. >> I'm aware. >> But she don't really look like Are they going to smash my car? This is the See? >> No. I think it's going to go through. >> Are you sure? My key is literally like right there. >> Just stay over here. >> What's up? >> She's single, too. >> That train was almost her final destination. I'm I'm That's crazy. And she's not sober enough to realize she could have died. >> Like screaming at the train. >> So, it's a smart car. Okay. And And it stops on tracks. Okay. She's coming from waterfall. >> She driving. >> Was she driving? >> The only one in the car? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'm not speaking to you for me. >> No. >> So, what are you saying? >> I'm talking to him. >> Okay. >> So, you don't have anything to say? because the track itself, the car itself, it can't move or anything like what is it? >> It's bottomed out on the track. It can't move even if you drop. >> Okay. So, it has to drop. >> Yeah. >> That's what we're waiting on. >> Okay. >> That's what we have to say. He has to make it seem like I could understand. >> I was trying to explain it the best I could. >> No, you wasn't. You was just trying to say that you want to talk to somebody else. >> Anyway, ma'am, is that the situation with the car? It can't move on its own. >> It's not moving on its own. We're waiting for a tow truck. >> It can't move on its own, both of you guys. It can't move on its own because of the tracks and everything. So when the tow truck comes, okay, they're going to pull it out from the trucks and then it's going to be drivable. >> Okay. Okay. >> When the tow truck comes, when the tow truck comes, you either have to pay right now or the vehicle getting towed by the tow truck. So you can pay right now, have it removed, or you can pay the tow truck. Understand? If you don't pay right now, though, the vehicle's getting towed in there >> after it gets pulled off the tracks. Yeah. >> Right. I had to pick up No, that's fine. So, you were coming from the waterfront. >> Yeah. >> So, the waterfront is downtown. The tide house is right here. >> Do you understand? >> Where's the waterfront? >> It's downtown ST, which is about a mile and a half from here. About a mile from here. >> A mile. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, can I talk to sister? >> Hello. Uh, >> over here, please. Back over here. Hi. >> So, you from the waterfront. So, did you take Flaggler, Dixie, or US1? >> I'm not sure. What are you asking? >> You don't remember? >> Because I'm asking you. >> I'm asking you specifically, >> right? >> How my car is going to get from here >> to my house. >> So, that I don't know you. >> You, you, and you. It's all asking, >> can you different questions? >> Can you stay with this officer and help you? >> Where are you going, sir? >> I'm going to go to my car and I >> Okay, stay over here. >> But why? >> Stay here. No, you're not even asking. >> I need to get something for my car and I'm going to come right back and talk to you. Okay. >> It sounds like you're lying. It sounds like you're telling Fibs. No, I'm not. >> Oh, you're not telling the truth. >> I'm telling the truth. >> No, you're not. >> I'll be right back. >> What are you going to do our car? >> I'll be right back. >> Okay, whatever, ma'am. >> Yes, Miss Brown. >> How can I help you? Cuz it seems like they're moving my car just fine. >> You know how you can help us? Just by standing right here until the primary officer that's taking over the incident is going to come back and talk to you. Okay. Are you understanding that part? Ma'am, what don't you think I'm understanding? >> Okay, I just want to say yes or no. You cannot >> understand. >> Yes, sir. >> Just stand. Just stay in one spot because we're in the middle of the road. Okay. >> We're not in the middle of the road. >> I need a word for audacity, but for when someone's stupid like dumb dacity or something like I need I need something that ends in dacity because this is what she has right now. It's killing me, right? Please arrest her. We're not We're not We're on a We're in the base. Um What is that? >> Just stand here, Malaya. Just stand here. >> Dallas Street. >> Northwest Street. >> Dallas Street. >> Wait, how long were you street? Northwest Northeast Street. Is this northeast? No, that's Flaggler. >> No. >> Flaggler runs this way. Allison runs this way. >> Oh, I >> Yep. That's Alice. >> I know. I know how to read. >> Where does Where did the garden go? Where do you live? >> Five minutes down the road. >> You want to come over here again? >> Yo, sister. Y >> she has it. >> I I think um unless she was nonresponsive or um I feel like she's out of it enough to not ask her, but I think they have to at least ask her does she want to attempt field sobriety test. So hopefully we're getting there. This is ridiculous. Just not Blue said the unmitigated gall to feel someone else is responsible for her being on and getting off the tracks. Right. She sounded like she was local cuz I don't know the I I've heard of Flaggler but I don't know these places they're talking about. She sound like she local. >> Where >> can you come over here for me? >> She's talking to your sister. Come here, >> ma'am. Back over here, please. >> Yes. >> Cuz you're you have an attitude. I don't like that you have an attitude. >> I don't know if you're having a bad day. >> Don't worry about it. Talk to me. >> You I hope you have a blush rest of your day. Yes, Mr. What's your name? >> Angerville. >> Angerville. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. And Mr. I'm Mrs. Brown. >> Brown. >> Okay. Thank you. Thank to you, Mr. >> Angerville. >> That's right. >> So, I want to let you know >> Yes. >> I'm going to change hot from investigating the crash investigation. >> Can you control yourself? Can you talk to a little? >> Absolutely. Thank you. I apologize. Thank you. >> So, I am changing hot from investigating. >> This cannot be real. Can you control yourself? Says the drunk driver that got stuck on a train track that almost got hit by an actual TRAIN THAT WAS LIKE YARDS AWAY. There's no way. Teresa, I need help on understanding why she's not arrested. I don't know. >> In the crash to now investigating a DUI, okay? Cuz I believe that you are impaired. I can smell alcohol from you. >> Can you, Mr. Angville? Yeah. >> Can you >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Your balance is off. You're stumbling all over the place. I'm >> Okay. >> I'm stumbling. >> Yes. All right. So, before before we proceed, >> honestly. >> Okay. >> Mrs. Lopez and Mr. Locked and Mr. >> Argabel. >> I just want to be honest with all these guys. >> So, before we proceed, let me >> Mr. Angabel, >> okay, >> and Mrs. Lopez and Mr. Lot. I'm naturally clumsy. Clumsy cuz you look like you don't care. >> Is your tongue clumsy too? Is your tongue naturally clumsy as well? >> You look like you don't really care about your job. >> Not responsible. >> You look like you don't care about your job. >> Altogether, but me >> Mhm. >> I care about my job and I'm naturally clumsy. >> Okay. >> But what did you have to say, Mr. Angelville? >> So, what I have to say is I Please, >> can you hold the phone? So I >> Anger, can you unlock your >> I'm not even saying anything. They're all trying to harass me here. Mr. Mr. >> Whoever's trying to advise her not to talk. Way too late. Way too late. Day late. It We're done. and Miss Lopez. >> Can I talk to you for a second? >> Yeah, exactly. >> Okay. >> Can I talk to you for a second? >> No, you can't. >> So, I'm going to change hot from investigating the crash report. >> One moment, Mr. >> What are you saying? >> Can I walk your car? >> Yep. So, >> my lawyer wants you to talk to my lawyer. >> Okay. So >> go ahead. >> I changed hat from investigating the crash >> to now investigating a DUI. I need to make sure you understand this in your right. You have the right to remain silent. Yes. >> Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before he ask you any question and to have him with you during questioning. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions without a lawyer present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time. You're reading me right. >> You also have the right to stop answer until you talk to a lawyer. Do you understand these rights? >> No. >> Where are you? >> What don't you understand? >> Sounds good. >> What don't you understand, man? >> I'm not saying anything. >> Would you like for me to read it to you again? >> Sure. Miss Lopez, it seems like you're not in a good mood and I understand that. That's fine. Not everyone's in a good mood per really hour that they're working on your 9 to5. I don't know what your hours, but every 9 to5 that you're working on, understand that we're not in a good mood. Whatever mood you're in, try to calm it down. Pray to God. My >> I dropped my phone. >> I think I've given you plenty opportunity to do the first task. >> Cuz I my phone. I'm sorry. >> Will you do Will you do the task? >> Will you do the task? >> I'm being reasonable. I'm allowing you plenty opportunity to do the task. Who will you do the task? >> Hello. >> This This is This is This is taking too long. I She's nonresponsive, which they they say I'll take your non-response to me. No, you don't want to do the test. Then he might have to read his breathalyzer script here or read it at the station. But it's time to go to the station. We're done here. Oh my gosh. Nor said, "How is her lawyer on the way when she doesn't know her current location?" I She's killing me. And I'm with I'm with um Dean. Her lawyer is a public defender that I'm so sorry. Oh, Candace, she she acting, you know, I look, you know, you want to take the privileges and see where it goes, go right ahead. Too much time talking to her and he is losing control and stop. They have lost control for me. He sounds seasoned, but just being really patient with her though. Like he sound like he been on the force for a while. >> Hold on, babe. I'm fine though. That's the thing. I'm literally fine. I haven't said anything. I haven't said anything rude. I haven't disrespected. >> Will you do the things I've asked you to do? >> Hello. >> Can you just give your hand behind your back? We done playing game. Now it's my turn. >> PLAYING GAME. >> SORRY. YEP. HOLD. GET HER. >> Do we still have Banshee Screech on the um bingo card? Cuz if we do, that's a square for sure. Um, what else I Oh, if I do end up keeping Streamyard, because they did make me mad when they raised their prices, but here I am again. If I end up keeping Streamyard, I'm putting my gifts back on here so I can have my Real Housewives gifts and all my other ones I'm finding cuz I need something else to make more faces for me. Auntie Natty, hold on, let me get my mouse. Ah, Auntie Netty said I would have been fired on that day because baby, I know the people on the phone must be getting a show. They gota BE [ __ ] me. >> Just stay calm. >> Stay calm. Wait, wait. Sir, sir. Mr. Marina. Mr. Marina. >> I'm sir. >> I'm trying to talk to you. >> You guys, what's going on? >> Can you guys please talk to me? I have no idea how to talk to me. Okay, >> we've given you enough opportunities to talk and you refuse. >> I'm going try to talk for a little bit at a time, but Okay. >> All right. Stand up, please. >> 1 2 3 up. Do you have anything in your pocket? Anything illegal? Any drugs? Anything I should know about? >> No, but my car is right there. Let's get in my car, please. >> I'm not drunk. This is >> um Mr. What's your name? Mr. Argel, >> can I please talk to you? >> Go ahead. >> But I'm trying >> Mr. Talk to >> Um I've seen my phone. My sister, my lawyer. >> Okay. >> She's okay. >> I just want you to talk to her, please. >> I wasn't trying to ignore you. >> Right. Right now, we're going to go get to jail. I give you plenty of opportunities. Okay. >> I wasn't trying to talk. I wasn't trying to argue with you. >> Watch me. >> Watch your knee. >> I see where's her license, please. >> That was the slowest door closed of shut up I've seen so far. I know she's incoherent, but where was this friend through this prolonged process over there making phone calls? The only thing I don't know though was I hope the friend wasn't in the car with her cuz that's crazy. But if she pulled up to her, I kind of could more understand that. But yeah, I I hope that friend went in the car with her when they got stuck, cuz now nobody has common sense. If so, >> do you want that? >> Yeah. >> The driver's defiance only intensified once she arrived at the county jail. Throughout the booking process, she remained belligerent with deputies and flatly refused to provide a breath sample for the DUI investigation. A search of her vehicle later revealed a container of cannabis and a license that had been suspended for unpaid fines for turning a near fatal mistake on the tracks into a physical struggle with police. She was officially booked on the following charges: DUI, resisting arrest without violence and possession of cannabis. Oh, we are not surprised. Oh my gosh. The friend was a sister. She called them when we first started the video. Okay. Okay. The people said she was alone trying to push the car off the train. So, the sister did show up later. Okay. Cuz I'm like, "Please tell me there wasn't another person in that car." It's like It's like the girl with the sister that was in med school that was a passenger in the car while she was driving the wrong way down the road. Okay. This one says, I'm also so happy to be done with that video. This one says, when a drunk driver thinks she's smarter than the cop. So, let's see what happens on this one. >> But you have other indicators of impairment not to enter. Sit down. >> Sit down. >> On this ride along, an officer finds something exciting. >> Each day, >> another tries to line up bottles. >> Yes. >> And a woman bumps her head. >> Stop. On Tuesday, August 19th, an officer had pulled over a vehicle for speeding down Hood Road in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Later, the officer would say she knew the stop was going to be trouble. >> I knew that was going to happen. That's why I waited. >> Mhm. >> And I already knew. >> Mhm. >> And what speed did you think you were going? Because I got you at 58. >> 48. >> You know schools are being released right now, right? >> Yes. I'm sorry. >> All right. Give me just a moment. After a DUI officer had arrived, they went to talk with the driver some more. >> Hi ma'am. I'm officer Con. I'm with Palm Shard's Police Department. So, what's going on today? >> I'm just going back to my boyfriend's house. >> Okay. Where are you coming from? >> I'm coming from work. >> Work? Where are you? >> Is her boyfriend Is her boyfriend's house two blocks away or five minutes away? Cuz it's it's going to be one or the other. >> I work a lot. >> Okay. Well, where were you working today? Today I was working in Palm Beach. >> Palm Beach Chardens is a city. Where in Palm Beach were you working? >> Publix. >> Publix. Okay. What Publix do you work for? >> The officer would look into this claim later and find out that that wasn't true. >> Okay. What's your position there? >> Cashier. >> Cashier. How long you been working for him? >> A long time. >> Long time. What time is your work time? >> Like 9 to5. >> 9 to5. Do you know what time it is right now? >> Yes. >> What time is that? 303. >> Okay. So, how did you work 9 to5 if right now it's 3:03? >> Get off early. >> Okay. So, I'm going to have you step out of the car. Please turn your car off and come on and step out. >> No, thank you. >> Okay. So, I am ordering you out of the car now. If you refuse to get out, I'm going to have to remove you by with my own hands. And I don't think you want me to do that. Okay. >> I don't understand what's the problem. >> I'll tell I'll tell you. >> First they ask, then they tell, then they make. >> You step on out, please. >> No, thank you. He is giving you a walk. Step out of the vehicle. Let's go. >> If you do not exit your car, you will be charged for >> step out of the vehicle. >> Please step out of the vehicle. >> No, ma'am. It does not work like that. Step out of the vehicle. >> No, thank you. >> I would love to have all my things back. >> Okay. You are not leaving. You are detained at this time. It is a tra This is a traffic stop. Not only that, but I suspect you're impaired. >> I do not suspect. Nope. >> You close the door. >> Nope. Nope. Do not do this. >> Do not do this. >> Car's off. I'm reaching across to take your seat belt off. >> Time to get out of the car. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> At this point, you're going to be charged with resisting. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Do not make me pull you. Please get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Please get out of the vehicle. You are not. You haven't moved your feet. Please swing your feet out. >> Get out of the vehicle. Swing. No. >> Please bring your legs out. >> You haven't done anything yet. >> Do it now. Get out of the vehicle. >> I'm going to give you the count of five. Swing your legs out. >> No, it's not even five. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Swing my own leg. I have a very bad leg. Go ahead. >> I'm holding your arm. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> If you turn your car on and put it into gear. I already turned your car off. >> I already turned your car off. >> No. >> Out of the vehicle. Out of the vehicle. >> No, you didn't. Cuz I just reached in your car to do it. All right. We're done. >> Stop. >> At this time, you're under arrest for driving under the influence and resisting. >> Th This is how the last one should have gone. This is it right here. How long did that take? What's my time stamp? And it he spent a little time explaining the video. So, we're at the 3 minute and 24 second mark. This is what we needed. >> Oh my gosh. Thank you. Thank you for not taking so long. >> You're back. >> Oh my god. I >> did not turn right off. >> In fact, I did. I saw my camera that I raced into your car and hit your butt. >> Okay. Well, >> you're under arrest for dropping under the influence and resist. >> She's good. >> Okay. Actually, we're just going to call you under arrest for resisting right now. Put it down on your uh >> sit on your bumper. >> Bumper. >> Okay. So, just so you understand what I have because I'm what's I I've gone what's called what what is through drug recognition expert training. Okay. It's my job to recognize when people are impaired. Okay. I already have more than enough to suspect your impairment. You've got bloodshot, water, your eyes, your speech is slur and thick. Slur and thick. Okay. I got strong or I've got strong orders about alcohol. I didn't say anything about your face being red. In fact, I have rosacea, too. I didn't treat. >> Come on, rosacea. Um, first time I've heard an officer say your speech is thick. I've heard slow, of course, but I've never heard thick. >> You can see it. My face is very thin. I can. >> Okay. That's not something that I talked about, but you have other indicators of impairment. Not to mention, sit down. >> Sit down. >> Not to mention the fact that you were traveling 50 and 45. All right. >> They're a school area. >> So, I suspect you were impaired. Okay. At this point, you've already resisted me. I have every right to take you to jail for just the resistance. I ordered you out of the car. Pennsylvania vims. No, please listen. Pennsylvania vms, which is a United States Supreme Court. >> Pennsylvania vims is on the bingo card. Court case law says that when I order you out of the car, you have to get out. You told me no. I had to go in your car, open your door, reach across you, and turn your car off, which is on my body camera. All right? And unbuckle you to get out because you would not get out. >> Unbuckle me. >> In fact, I did. Please stop. That that already alone tells me you're impaired because you don't comprehend what's going on. All right? I am affording you the ability to dispel my suspicion that you are impaired by do by doing standardized field sobriety tasks. Will you participate? >> No. >> Okay. So I already I like you're already under arrest for resisting. All right. >> I have to I I am affording you the ability to dispel my my suspicion of your impairment. >> Refusing to participate in these standardized soriety tests takes that away. >> I'd like refusing to participate in SFS can be used against. >> Do you understand what I just informed you? >> I'd like my lawyer. >> Do you understand what I just informed you? Yes or no? >> It's a yes or no question. >> I'd like my lawyer. >> Okay. So uh >> I'd like my lawyer. >> Okay. So at this point I'm going to take I'm going to take that you understand what I explained to you because you are refusing to answer my question but you are responding. >> So you are under >> I'm going back just a little bit because there's text on the screen and it says in many jurisdictions the right to counsel does not apply to the decision to perform field sobriety tests. It's considered a preliminary non-custodial investigation not a critical stage of a criminal prosecution. >> For driving under the influence your car is being towed. I'm going to go through it and I'm sure I'm gonna find some sort of alcohol in there because there's a there's a nice metal container with a clear liquid in the very in the center console that I've already seen. >> No, there isn't. >> Okay. Well, obviously you must think I'm or stupid. Sorry. Excuse my French. >> We are going to go back to my car. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. >> Turn around. My car. >> Can I get my other shoe? >> Nope. You're not getting anything right now. >> No, we'll get the other shoe in just a moment. Just walk. >> My radio's dead. 17. Let me open just to the 1050. >> Yeah, >> we're going to have a female 1015 >> signal one and >> signal one and resist. >> I'm not resisting. >> You did when you refused to get out of the car. When we get down there, I'm going to ask if you'll provide a breath sample. Will you provide that breath sample? Yes or no? >> I need to see my lawyer. >> I need an answer. A yes or no. I need to >> see my lawyer. >> I need an answer. Yes or no? Please. >> Like my lawyer. >> Okay. So, >> you haven't read my tailor. >> I did give you your tailor. >> Refusing to participate. SFST can be used against >> if you did not comprehend them. That's up to you. So, I'm now requesting you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining it alcohol content. Refusal to submit to the test I've requested is admissible at evidence in any criminal proceedings. Do you understand what that means? >> Yes or no? >> Yes or no question. to understand what that means. The very fact that you use the term tailor warning when I didn't tell you that it was called tailor tells me that you've had a DUI before. In fact, I know you've had a DUI before. All right. And the fact that you're not answering this and you already have a prior suspension on your record tells me you know exactly what's happening here. >> In fact, you have in 2011 it shows it when I pull up your record. So, I said you must think I'm dumb. So, at this point, I'm going to take take the fact that you're refusing to talk to me, that you're refusing to do anything at this point that as a refusal. Your license will be suspended for 18 months, and the fine associated with that suspension is over $1,000 on top of anything you have to do with the Dwide. So, roadside refusal shot at 17 for 14. Roadside refusal. >> Strong orders. Uh, >> hold on. >> Nice. >> Hold on. >> Triple nice. Hold on. >> Quadruple. Nice. >> That's a lot of containers. Pacino rules. Thank you very much. I got your cash app and I appreciate it. Thank you. Unexpected for sure. Definitely appreciate it. I'll find something. Well, actually, I already have something useful. It's going to that elsat fee I had to pay. So, you have made a difference along with the other people that have sent something cuz Elsat that thing was $20 and something dollars and you don't even know if you going to pass. Crazy. >> Uh, inventory. >> Yeah, please. I'm going to put these up on my hood and just take a quick photo of them. Yeah. >> Beach day. >> Piss. Oh, she's It looks like she's wearing a bathing suit. The officer charged her with resisting without violence, DUI, and refusing to submit to a breath test. At the jail, the woman would refuse to sign the criminal citations, so she was also charged with willfully refusing to accept and sign a citation. The refusal to sign was eventually dropped, but she'd plead guilty to the rest of the charges. Court records show she was sentenced to 12 months probation and had her license revoked for 6 months. She was also ordered to attend AA and a victim impact panel. >> That's the minimum all drunk drivers should have to do. The victim impact panel AA actually get charged with a DUI and I think it was something else too. Okay, this one says, "Passenger throws phone at TSA agent during airport screening." >> On September 7th, 2025, officers responded to Orlando International Airport after receiving reports of a battery incident. >> Said, "Do you have anything in your pocket?" I said, "Yes, I do have pie." I had my my um ID and my uh my phone in my pocket. >> Be right out in front of TSA on the east side. the um the thing she told me >> west checkpoint >> I went through the little bubble thing she told me to put my hands up I went like this she checked me told me to go when I go through in the line >> she said you can't have the phone in your pocket and I hand the phone off to the guy or whoever we stand like you have the phone she ran over there and said I hit her with the phone I came back right there to go my phone's my girl my wife had yelled said she just showed them that you hit her with a phone I hit her with a phone >> how did I hit her with a phone to be on camera >> I said you want to become Okay. Is it on camera? It seems like it would be with the airport. And I know they're not going to probably review it right now, but there's either going to be other witnesses or something. Did Did you hit her with a camera? Ashley. Ashley. Oh, Ace Moonshot says six months license suspension seems like I just haven't That's true. That is true. I just haven't seen the other parts though like always put on people like especially not that victim impact one. Only time I've heard that is every time I I will watch Judge Bryant and another judge. They had to complete that every time I saw them. But Detroit is good about that too though. >> With a phone should be on camera. You should be able to sit on camera right now and see that. I hit this lady with a phone right now. You should be able to see it. Sir, man. You should be able to sit on camera right now. If I if I physically assaulted her, I know how this go. You see, I know I'm a person. I know how this go. I have a lawyer. If I hit you with a camera, we should be going right downstairs right now. Then look at that. See me hitting you, hitting you, hitting you, hitting you, hitting hands on you. I'm on your body camera. You see me hitting you with a camera. See me hitting you. >> Stop moving your hands on. You're an adult. >> Yeah. Yeah. But I'm saying you see me you used to hit take a punch. You have to raise your hand or swing or whatever. You have to hit hit somebody, you have to use force. You have to have to hit. You know what I'm saying? So >> do you have any idea what what she may have missed? So you >> saying you didn't hit her? >> Yeah. I She might misunderstood a passing from >> Okay. Did she understand a bad pass and just say you hit her? I don't know. Um what is it? Oh, Ace Mush said Texas started the victim impact stuff in court. Well, shout out to Texas. Shout out to my home state then because it's needed and we need to keep doing a lot more too because these people don't get it till they usually hurt themselves or somebody else. And that's I'm using the word hurt, but really this till they kill somebody honestly. Thank you Ayana. Thank you for the super chat and the good luck message. I'm feeling good. And if you if you've seen me, you know I don't always say that when it's something big coming up, but right now I'm feeling really good about it. I'm trying to hold on to that feeling. I think it's going to be okay. I think it's going to be okay. I think it's it's hopefully just going to come down to how good is my score. That's what I'm feeling like right now. And I'm going hold on to that confidence cuz I'm not always that confident. But that's how it's feeling right now. And I'm continuing to study. I did study when we got off live this morning. But thank you very very very much. Deita he says he rem reminds me of a cartoon character. He's giving a little bit of uh was it Uncle Jesse? I'm And when I say that I mean Proud Family. What was the one he start? He had always had the little scarf wrapped around his hair and he just singing to the mic all the time. His mouth is giving me that and he's giving me something else. But I think it's his teeth though. >> Hitting because I did not did not hit her. Hit hit her is like you know what hit it is sir. Like I punch it. >> Yeah. I pass something to her. I did not mean >> you didn't have to strike somebody for them to say that you hit them. If you just touch them >> without their without >> You be quiet now and I talk. >> Okay. >> You just touch them without their permission. >> Yes. That's a battery in the state of Florida and you go to jail for that if they want to press charges. >> I didn't know that. I just walked through with my daughter and she asked me to hand her something. She's like, "What do you have in your pocket?" I just hand it to her and she >> But then you start cursing at everybody. >> That makes the situation so much more worse. Even adult acting like a three-year-old make it way worse. >> You're right about that. But I see why I did that because I felt like I was bad frame at the time. I felt like somebody was >> I'm going back cuz the cops said something about acting like a three-year-old. Hold on. What do you say? situation so much. >> Yes. >> That's a battery in the state of Florida and you go to jail for that if they want to press charges. >> I didn't know that. I just walk through with my daughter and she asked me to hand her something. She like, "What? You have your pocket?" I just hand it to her and she >> But then you start cursing at everybody. >> That makes the situation so much more worse. The same adult acting like a three-year-old make it way worse. >> You're right about that. But I don't see why I did that because I felt like I was bad frame at the time. I felt like somebody was screaming me because I know what what that can >> then you stop and you let people talk to you >> and I didn't see no higher authority. That's why I didn't see you at first. >> The guy you cussed out was a supervisor. >> Oh, there's multiple witnesses. The one he the woman he interacted with the supervisor and then they saying he was cussing at people. So that even if they don't run them cameras back anytime soon, it's not looking good. >> He wasn't trying to he was just being mean to me. He didn't give me give me a chance like how you give me a chance to explain my my side of the story. >> Where's your ID? It's still up there with her because I put it in the machine. >> Still up there with her. >> That's why that's why I had in my pocket when she's like, "What's in your pocket?" When I had passed it to her, that was my ID in my phone and I put it in the machine. I left off. >> So, you're saying that you were just passing her? >> You can see on the camera on my on my life. I will go up here with you and sit with him. We like stay here for >> you guys hang out with him. >> Oh, I want to know what he gonna find in this little bit. It's not this video not that long. Um Ashley said he might as well be like the TSA is putting out false narratives. Pat Vap voice and Kimmy said, "I will never understand people acting up in airports. I'd rather catch my flight than catch a case every time, Kim. No thank you to be stuck." And when he said, "I felt like they were framing me." Well, we already know then you did not just naturally hand her your phone. It was something extra behind it. And now you got people saying you was cussing too. >> Please to put his stuff back in. And then she's like, "I'm not having that. He's not. He hit me twice with the phone. He gave her the phone. He he might have had a little aggression, but it was not like a >> Yeah. He just like, "Here you go. My bad." Like or whatever. And now he he he can't fly or do nothing because he because of that. Like they're talking about we got cameras. It's an assault. Like how the how and we got to catch a flight. Like this is a time management place. >> It says we born at 7. >> What time? See, what people have to understand is when you act out um with people outside of who you live with and who you're used to, they may be okay with your behavior, your strong arming, all that stuff. You go in public to wherever, but especially at airport, they're not putting up with that. Like that's the thing. It probably is acceptable at home, but his actions are not acceptable to someone else. That is to to me TSA is still kind of customer service. you got to deal with way too many people. Um, yeah, they don't they're not going to deal with that. If they did, that's probably they took a deep breath and let that one slide, but they don't have to. And when she said, "Well, he probably did it with a little aggression." I'm like, "Okay, what's your scale of aggression?" Cuz I always have deep I have a question like, "What happened?" Roll that beautiful bean footage. 50 >> that like talking about, oh, she he can't fly no more. He not going nowhere. It's like, bro, we just trying to go home. >> Where's home? >> In Miami, >> not even we're just trying to get there. We already missed the fight at 12:00. At 3:00, we got >> Yes. Like, this is annoying. >> And so, that's where his irritation is coming from. It wasn't towards her or nothing. She just took it like Yeah. And it's all working. >> Well, here's the thing, though. So, if y'all have had this these many flights, it's already happened. You've gone through TSA before. His phone should have been in the tray because I think we're missing that beginning part of why did she have to tell him to put his phone in the tray. That's standard TSA requirement. So, you are being delayed by yourself because you're not planning ahead to have the things out ready to go. Drop them in a tray, roll them, you keep on going. Unless they say, "Okay, we have to uh swab you." You know, they do a little cotton swab for like the explosives and they do little extra checks on your bags. You're the only one that actually delayed yourself. Now that I'm thinking about it, laptops, phone cases, if you ain't got pre-check or clear blue or it's probably global, one of those global ones, this is what you have to do >> with all these people. You deal with so many different personalities and people attitude. You cannot right. Are you hurt anywhere? >> You good? >> No, cuz he just grabbed out the phone and the wallet and did this on me like hitting me there. >> It wasn't like with his hand that HE HIT ME. >> OH, AND YOU YOU TAPPING her in her breast with a You sir, you know what you did. Don't act like you don't know what you did. If that is not that is unacceptable. That is unacceptable. So yeah, you maybe not didn't throw it, but you over here thrusting in her chest with your phone. Come on, man. Come on. I'm with you, Ace Moonshot. Drama at the airport is just so annoying. If you cost me one minute of extra travel time, I'm seething same. Oh yeah, shoes off. Come on. It's standard. But yes, I'm the same way. I don't like that. Like we could all been kept going and rolling smoothly, but you're not doing your part. >> Do you want to press charges? >> Yes. All right. What was his What was his issue? >> Nothing. He just pulled the thing from the back. >> He pulled it out. Yeah. He And then he just did like put it on the X-ray like hanging over there like for no reason. >> Okay. instead of giving it to the officer, you know, that asked for it, >> right? >> He just said this. >> Okay. So, he had he had no dispute with anybody else prior to that. He just >> No. Then after that, the wife was asking like he said, "Yeah." He just hit me with the phone. You're you're such a And then just start like yelling and >> Okay. So, just um >> put your name here. >> Put your name right here and then just write down what happened. Okay. Just a little short. He came through your came through your checkpoint told him you did you tell him to put the phone at the >> No, I didn't I not even ask him to hold it. No, he the officer was the one. Do you have anything apocalypse? He put the phone and the wallet and then he just like put it on the edge right underneath. >> So yeah. So just write that down >> and write down you know exactly what happened and then just put down that you want to press charges at the end. So you understand how I don't >> So from what I'm understanding, not only is his attitude nasty, she wasn't even the one that called out his cell phone and yet he found it in himself to put his hands, phone, whatever on her and she wasn't even the one that talked about the phone. So now the cuz I think she said he as the officer I think I don't know if the officer was a woman, but you you don't engage with him. You put your hands on the woman that's not even talking to you about your phone. He knows what he did. Talking about run the cameras. >> All works right with pressing charges. Okay. So, um you want to press charges for is a battery struck you with the phone. He'll be going to jail. Um and then there would be a court date um where he would have to go to court and you would possibly have to show up to provide your testimony. >> And then if I don't press charge you, what will be? >> If you don't press charges, he doesn't go to jail. got to go. >> He doesn't go to jail. Um, and then he go about a day. So, it just depends. Yeah, it depends if you want him to go to jail today or not. >> So, >> I mean, I don't know cuz he not even like like hit me like, you know, like hard like he grabbed me or something. >> Well, it's it's up to you what you want to do. We can't tell you. We can't, you know, persuade you one way or the other. It's up to you on what you how you want to go about it. So, if you don't want if you don't want to press, you don't even have to write a statement. You don't have to do any of that. You go on about a day. You go on about the rest of your day. But if you do, you write a statement, give you what to tell, and we'll go from there. So, those those are your two options. So, don't worry about don't worry about that. Don't worry about that part. Um, I'll be right there. I don't know if I'm missing something. >> Thank you. >> Okay. So, input that you would like to print charges. I would like to print charges. >> Do me a favor. You want to do the painting right now? Look at the video. >> Yeah. Wrist jewelry time. Yeah. Lying then. I feel like they're the reason they're they were late for at least two of the three flights they talked about. I I I feel it in my spirit cuz you didn't even put your phone in the tray. And you take your anger out on everybody else because you can't plan well or follow instructions. >> Put your hand together like you're playing. All right. Is that good? It's not too tight. >> Okay. >> I'm just going to dump them. I'm going block them so they don't get tighter. >> Do you need to give anything to your wife? >> No. >> Yeah. My Yeah, my my my daughter. I have to get somebody going get my daughter. >> Okay. >> That's not her mom. >> Okay. >> You have >> Who do you want to get your daughter? >> My grandmother. I thought they said we was going to look at a video first. >> The other officer that's going to actually be pressing charges, we'll talk to >> He needs He needs you to call his grandmother. >> Can Can I talk to him? >> You can talk from there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Can I have his jewelry and all that [ __ ] Y'all taking him to jail? I'm not going for that [ __ ] Like I have your >> Bae. Did I hear her? >> You did not, bro. That's what's pissing me off, bro. >> Don't Don't do that. Check the videos. If if he pushed the phone into her, it's still battery. It's unwanted touch. It was no reason to do it. A trade is not a woman's chest. It doesn't matter. You made your decision. Deal with the consequences right now. Don't cry. You're not >> I know. I know. >> Investigation. They're watching the videos. >> Entertaining that film. >> Yes. >> Watching that. >> That's why we had you go over there to stand over there. She she she sees stuff still. You like, "Can I take this jewelry off of him before we got to do anything, bro?" Like, >> don't let don't see me. >> You are. >> Wait, is there >> just give us give me a few minutes and I'll come over and talk to you. >> Yeah. Don't Don't let my head. >> After reviewing the footage, officers determined it supported the TSA agents account of the incident and proceeded with the arrest. They >> look at the video. >> So, they roll the beautiful bean footage while we're still watching. So he just lied through his cartoon teeth >> and from what they see it it shows that you did fight >> and then and they won. >> Bro, >> that's what says listen man. >> We can't do anything about it here. You have to >> I think he honestly believes he didn't do that much and that's why he's like this. I'm saying he's lying through his teeth, but I actually think he believes that wasn't strong enough of what he did to her and that's why he's like, "Roll the cameras because you can see I didn't do anything." There's levels of aggression. There's levels of unwanted touch and you still did it. I think he be doing too much at home and he doesn't know the normal level of dealing dealing with people outside of his home. So, he might actually believe he didn't do anything, but you did. >> You have to fight it in court. Okay, that's that's your you have to take legal steps towards this. But here >> unfortunately because they want to have to go and then you guys >> with that being said, do you want her to take your your jewelry and all your possessions? >> Yeah, but she got a bon. Yeah, this is like I had to leave that in front of my door, bro. I don't want to hurt like that, bro. >> Okay, we go this way. >> Yes. >> No. Can I take your jewelry, bro? >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, give us a sec. Give us a sec. >> So, is that somebody else's jewelry? Like, are we borrowing? Is it on loan? Cuz out of everything, she's very concerned about this jewelry. And I mean, to a point, I get it. But I just feel like even when she found out he was getting arrested, it was like one of the first things she was concerned with. Then it was the daughter that's not her daughter. Um, what what's going on with this jewelry? Kim, you said he's fine with acting up in front of his daughter, so his daughter should see those consequences. He did. He had no issues. You're right. He did not have any issues with it. Jaylen said, "Your visitation has ended." >> I'm saying with jail, we not we don't >> Orange County. >> Orange County. >> Yes. We'll give you that. >> Can I take your jewelry off? >> We'll bring him over here so that we're not the daughter. >> I cannot leave his daughter. >> We'll take his stuff. We'll give it to you. >> Everything's on camera. We're not taking >> him down before we take him. We'll put it in the paper bag all the stuff. Hey, she has to go to school trying to get, bro. >> They looking at the recording and they said that he hit her twice and she and he didn't. Like that's just what's like that's what's crazy >> cuz I watched when the other party wants to press charges and I can't lie. >> And she she trying to press charges cuz she want to be petty because she feel entitled. >> No, I don't think that's petty at all. I think um people need to keep them their hands to themselves. Um and again, you cannot treat someone however you treating people back home. That's not how you treat the general public. And you learn the consequences from that. I don't think she's being petty at all. I think he violated her space. He touched her in a very in any area is wrong. Had he pushed into her arm is wrong, but you touched her in her you pushed it into her chest. If you didn't actually throw it, that's not petty >> because her mother. >> Exactly. That's why she want to press charges cuz she seen what you got on and you think that you got some for money, bro. Like that's >> And it's like he has a 5-year-old daughter with him. Like >> I promise you. I promise you. First of all, if you put criminal charges against somebody, you don't get money from that. Civil cases is where you can sue for money. So she didn't want his money. And I I highly doubt she looked at him and said, "I'm about to get a come up off of this man." I I don't think she thought that. >> She's right here. I'm watching her and she's And I'm trying not to have her seat on this twice though. >> Exactly. >> No, I know you didn't. My phone. >> Yes. And then you went out and you was confused and you came out cuz you was confused about thing and then and they said no. Like, oh my god. Oh my. >> And I don't even want to get on this flight and why you're still here. >> Yeah. I want to bring him over there. >> But I don't but I have to take her to school. >> Are you taking on the job? >> I'm doing all this. >> Okay. >> If somebody else want to do >> It's okay. Just don't don't. It's okay. >> It's okay. >> I don't mind. I just don't have a car. You want it like you're playing? Put them together. >> There you go. >> That way it's not going to hurt. >> Not really. It's like a 20m minute ride, give or take. >> Let me know that you talk. >> All right. >> I have like 15 minutes. >> All right. Have a seat in there for me, sir. Put the seat belt on. You don't mind looking over that way for me? >> You're good, bro. >> I'll give you I'll give you some AC. I'll put a blast for you. >> So, I asked how long it was. So, we >> take 20 minutes. >> I know it's a little uncomfortable in there. You taller guy. >> He was charged with battery. Share your thoughts in the comments below and don't >> straightforward. Makes sense. Keep your hands to yourself. Um, that's a good point. Ace Moonshot. She might have just been performing for him. It's possible. The daughter is used to his behavior. She's not even crying. Oh, yeah. She's part of the club, Kim. Were they used to their parents acting up and then they either disassociate, try to cope, try to make excuses for their parents. Yeah, he is used to being he thinks it's very normal to him that he doesn't see it as aggression. I believe Jacqueline Ace Musha said, "I'm I really am curious about those supposed missed flights and cause thereof." Me too. Me too. What caused these missed flights or and almost missed flights. It's looking like a lot of responsibility on them. This is the last one. Clingy girlfriend snaps after boyfriend refuses to cuddle with her. What would make someone think it's a good idea to attack their boyfriend just because he didn't want to cuddle? >> Okay. Who is this to you? >> My ex-girlfriend now. >> Okay. Do you guys live together? >> Not really. No. >> What does that mean? >> Mean I stay with her, but I have my own place. >> All right. Well, we don't need to walk over there yet. >> All right. My aunt's over there. >> Okay. So, you guys live in 804 together? >> Yes. Her name's on the list, not mine. >> Gotcha. But that's your truck. >> Mhm. >> It's in your name. >> Mhm. >> Okay. What's uh what was the fight about? >> Me and my aunt were watching TV on the couch. She came in screaming her head off. >> We packed our [ __ ] tried to leave. She stood in front of the door, >> got in my freaking aunt's been tried to stay. Yeah. For a couple of days. >> Did you threaten her at all? No. >> All right. Anything physical between you two? >> Yeah. She put her hands on me trying to get I finally got out the door cuz I didn't figure y'all were coming. >> She grabbed my phone from me when I was on the phone with you guys and >> she could have my phone smashed. >> That That happened in the hallway or in the apartment? >> You want to go talk or be like that? >> All right. So, >> let's start here, boss. >> Hey. >> Yeah, that's a no no. You cannot take somebody's phone away when they're trying to call 911. So that's already enough right there. Then she looked like she did stretch his collar his shirt out. Yeah, Ace Moon shot. I I know I had watched this one on my own and now I feel like I probably watched it with y'all months ago, but we going to have to watch it again now cuz I'm like starting to feel real familiar. >> Topping up all my things. >> Move away from the truck, please. I have a phone right here with everything on recording. >> Do you have injuries? >> Yes. All over me. >> What? What is that from? >> She attacked. >> Do you have any weapons? >> She has a knife in her hand. A fetcher knife. Hey, >> let me let me talk to you. >> Why? >> 20 to mobile 20. You can come down here. She's got a knife and she's refusing to come out of the truck. >> All right. Copy. Hey, I can't I can't hear you through the window, dear. >> Okay, can we talk? >> Maybe. >> What's going on tonight? >> So, him and his aunt was whispering and I already told him I have trust issues with that because of things I've been told in the past. >> Okay. >> And keep in mind, I've been up for 24 hours. So, I was heading to bed at 11:40 and he decided to ignore me. And when I decided, you know, since it is my house, >> I said the whisperings cuz that I I said it very bluntly. I said the whisperings need to stop. And then I find >> she put the knife down. >> And then I find his aunt uh almost leaning into his lap. >> How am I supposed to react to that? >> Sounds like they were trying to leave, right? >> Yeah. After I told them to. >> Can you just Can you just leave the knife over there? >> Just leave the knife over there, please. We don't need to touch the knife right now. Okay. We're just talking. >> Attack me. We tried to shut the door and hold it shut just to get our stuff together just to get my toothbrush and toothpaste out. >> Are you guys blood related? >> Her and I know my nephew over there in her truck that she's in. Yes. He and I are Klein. >> Are what? >> Klein's K L E I N. We're related by blood. His brother, my brother is his dad. >> His girlfriend is in my truck. >> Yeah. has dude over there, right? >> That's my nephew. >> Yeah, >> I'm just up here from Ohio. She >> because I had a fire. >> Okay. Um >> and she was helping me get she housing and get information. Yes, >> she's been so nice. She's been absolutely 100%. >> I wonder what she thought. I mean, I do know what she thinks was going on. I wonder if she actually saw something is what I'm trying to say. They're actually blood related. is not a play aunt, play or play cousin, whatever. Um, she's paranoid. She sounds and she's violent cuz she pulling out butcher knives and stuff. Um, was there something happening or did she make it up in her head because like she said she has trust issues, but either way, just kicked them out. >> They decided to say I do drugs and officer never done a drug a day in my life. Okay. >> Don't feel good. >> Neither one of them is actually technically supposed to. >> Do you do you do you have treatment for anything? Do you talk to a counselor? Do you take medicine? >> Talk to a counselor and we're supposed to have a counseling session Monday. >> Okay. What do you get seen for? >> Anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. >> Okay. You said you were supposed to go next Monday. >> All right. When was the last time you talked to him? >> Today. >> You talked to him today? What? Over the phone? Okay. Do you take medications? >> No. Are you supposed to be taking medications? You're not prescribed anything. >> Okay. Ace Moonshot, you might have a point. She might be having an episode. I'm looking at how her hands and her head are moving in this truck right now. If I wasn't watching this with y'all and you hadn't said that, I wouldn't I wouldn't even be over there. But I I see where you could be coming from. >> Okay. And when she decided to say uh >> I got sit here and I I might be on drugs that piss me off. >> I can understand why that'd be upsetting. >> I have a sleep because if it's not one time it's coming out one end up the other. >> Okay. >> All I wanted him to do was lay down and [ __ ] and cuddle me like he should not be up and moving. >> All right. Did you try to keep him out of the or did you try to keep him from leaving the apartment? Yeah, because he's already changed his mind. He already made up his mind. He's leaving me and I can't deal with that. I can't stand it by myself. >> Hey, Zach, can you just stay there? >> I have it on record. >> You're a good boss. Just chill over there behind that hood. >> And I just wanted to lay down Amber. I understand. Okay, let's just take a couple deep breaths. >> No [ __ ] whispering. >> And she did say she hadn't slept for 24 hours. Lack of sleep uh shows up in some crazy ways. Um I read this thing. Um I think somebody had they probably somebody's probably stayed up longer at this point, but someone had tried to stay up for like 36 hours straight or four days straight and like I think they died. Like I I don't know if they committed if they I don't know if they selfdeleteed, but it gets real serious when you don't sleep like that. So between her having and she was probably manic with the bipolar side and having all that other stuff like she said she's paranoid. She's perceiving something very crazy to be happening and no sleep. Yeah. Yeah. >> Hey, do you mind taking her over there? I'm good right now. I think it's I'm trying to talk to her. Yeah. >> All right. Appreciate it. >> So, what do you what do you want to happen today, Amber? >> I'm tired and I wanted him to come out with me, but it's more important looking on my mind and thinking of things. >> Amber, we got to take a couple deep breaths. Okay, I understand you're upset about what happened, but it already did happen, right? >> There's three people in a onebedroom apartment. >> Hey, Amber. Can I get you to step out here and talk to me so I'm not talking to you through a window window? >> No, because he's going to leave. >> AND THIS DOESN'T SEEM TO GET IT. I've never done a drug in my in my life. >> Well, Amber, listen to me. What you're doing right now isn't helping the situation. Okay, you understand that, right? >> I can start that way. >> Listen, listen to me, Amber. what's already happened today. That's not something that we can fix right here, right now. Okay. If he's decide that he wants to leave. >> Yeah. 48. I can start that way. >> You don't know that. >> Okay. >> Amber, >> Amber, you don't know that. But what you're doing right now is >> already told me he's not coming back. >> People change their minds all the time. >> Not going to, >> Amber. Things change, but what you're doing right now isn't helping the situation. If you want you two to stay together, this is not the course of action to take for that to happen. Right. >> So, why are you over here though? >> Because she's supposed to be helping me. I had a house fire in Florida. My ID and everything is from Florida from a homeless shelter and she is knows how to do section 8 and all these housing authority. I already got Ohio Medicaid because I have seizures and I've had seizures and had problems and I've um never had to apply for any kind of help before in the past and she had experience with it. Everyone I've talked to couldn't help me and she could. She's been helping me and my mom's coming in tomorrow from Florida and we're >> So you've been staying with them >> for three days. >> Yeah. No, it's cool. I'm just figure trying to figure out um >> this is the first time. >> What led up what led up to this? Why did she snap today? I was making fudge in the kitchen. I have no idea. Zach, >> what about you, man? >> Absolutely. >> Is she diagnosed with anything? >> She does have diagnosis. Yes. >> Like what? Like bipolar? >> Bipolar, a little bit of skitso and um >> Okay, I got it. I'm not I'm not judging. >> I can't >> I'm not judging. Do you guys >> That's more between her and her therapist. >> Do you guys do any drugs? Does she do any drugs? >> No, she just smoke as much as >> that's it, man. Um, okay. >> Get out of the truck. If I hear him, he'll think about it. >> Hey, Amber, I need you to do one thing for me, okay? I've been pretty nice, right? I'm just talking to you, trying to figure out what's going on. Try to f find a solution here. But if you can do one favor for me right now, what I'd like you to do is take that knife and throw it onto the driver's floorboard. Thank you. >> We were sitting on the couch. >> Okay. And what happened? >> She just came in. I just responded to one of her text messages as he texted me because she went for a walk. >> Yeah. >> She came in, couldn't get a word in her. I just started freaking out telling us to get out and go. And I told her, "Okay, I'm packing my [ __ ] I'm going. Just let me pack my [ __ ] and go." And then >> when she realized I was going, she was blocking the door because she didn't want me to go. >> Okay. >> Does this door open, Amber? >> It opens. Hey, Amber. Amber, listen to me. Amber, can you look at me? There's no other weapons in here, right? >> Okay. Is this door open? >> Look, I kept my word, okay? I just wanted to talk to you. I want to be face to face, and I want to make sure that that that knife wasn't around. But I'm going to need you to step out here to continue this conversation, okay? and we'll figure it out. >> Do not put handcuffs on myself. >> What? What is your mom saying? >> Put me in handcuffs. >> Okay. Yeah. Ace Moonshot. I I think you getting this one. I think you are. Fear of abandonment. Off the charts. I'mma have to agree. And they said just my uneducated guess. She was people pleasing helping them then got triggered and paranoia took over. Yes. cuz I was like, okay, all the stuff she named, then the aunt's basically dependent and Amber obviously looks younger than the aunt and she's depending on her to find her housing or help her apply for housing, help her get I feel like I don't know if she said it, but like help her get like a EBT card. Everything that required government assistance seemed like it was falling on Amber's shoulders. So, I'm gonna have to agree with you on a lot of this. Now I see why you say you had empathy for everybody because I'm like I I didn't remember this and I think I'm think you know why I'm thinking of a different woman. There was another woman stretched out the dude's shirt. Um she I think he was telling her to leave but she didn't want to leave and she got mad basically attacked him. But then when the cop showed up she starts crying and all that stuff. I think I'm getting her mixed up with that other girl from a different apartment complex cuz I'm like this don't feel anything like the one I thought I was uh thinking about. >> Okay. Well, listen. I need to talk to you and not your mother. Okay. >> Mom, you better put on an up. >> All right. Can you step out for me here and then we'll talk some more? >> Sorry. >> No, you're fine. >> All right. No, no other weapons, right? >> No. Okay, I got to ask because they've got a couple injuries. Okay. How did How did the aunt get all scratched up? >> She came after she uh I blacked out after she said I'm a drug user and he didn't even stand up for me either because he knows better than that. I don't even like taking my antibiotics officer, but I have to at the moment because I have a yeast infeurinosis along with something else because I haven't had time to go to the hospital cuz I have bills. I'm trying to help her get her life back in order and everything else. So, I blacked out. >> Okay. Do you think you might have been scratching her when you blacked out? >> And then I stood in the way because that and that and then she attacked me a second. >> Do you have any injuries? >> My right here hurts. >> Okay. and she pulled my hair. >> So, to be fair, it went back and forth. I'm not dissolved either. >> Okay. And I'm not saying you are, I'm just trying to get the whole story. >> Instead of him standing up for me, oh, she don't do drugs. He said, "Oh, well, at this point, I don't know." >> Okay. >> How do you think that's going to make me feel when I've never touched a damn drug a day in my life, knowingly? >> How many times did you black out? Three times. >> Okay. So, I'm I'm testing out Streamyard's poll feature. I'm asking and you got to put a one for yes, two for no in the chat, but it says I typed, do you want to watch one more so we don't end on this note. And so, we'll test it out. One for yes if you want to watch one more, two for no, and let me know cuz I'm like, oo, this is this is heavy. >> So, you think all of their injuries came from when you were blacking out? Okay. Now look, I'm not saying you're going to jail, all right? I don't know exactly what we're going to do right now, but obviously they've got some injuries. You've got what's going on with you. >> And then he restrained me. And yes, that's why I punched him because you do not put your hands on me when I'm in a blackout. And I've told him this. Keep your hands away from me when you think I'm being aggressive and I'm really not. PTSD moments go through my head because that's all my mom used to tell me I was a kid. Oh, you're just going to end up on drugs like me. So, Yazette pushed the button. >> Okay, look, I understand, Amber. It It sounds like this was a terrible situation, but we got to go through some stuff right now, okay? >> I just don't really know how to operate with that [ __ ] because I always have thoughts of what my dad used to do to me. >> And his or his cousin told me that he's always had a crush on his Hey, >> Amber, I need you to look at me, okay? Cuz I've been honest with you this whole time, right? I am I'm going to tell you right now I am I am used to having more than just being my dog at my >> Amber. Listen to me. Okay. I need you to look at me. I am going to have to put you in handcuffs right now. Okay. But that doesn't mean you're going to jail. We're going to work through it. Okay. >> Could you please tell them I'm sorry moment? >> Listen. I'll let you tell them you're sorry. Okay. But right now, >> okay, Amber, take a deep breath. Go ahead and turn around for me. Okay. >> Yeah, we'll we'll get your property. >> All right. Step back here for me. >> I'd also appreciate the water bottle on the bus, please. >> Hey. Hey, Zach. You guys don't have any kids together, right? >> No. >> No. Okay. Um, did you say you're still interested in pursuing charges? Yes. >> Would you be willing to come down to the station and and sign? Here's where we're at, right? So, >> smoke a cigarette before she goes. >> We're more than happy to work with her. All right. But with you guys being boyfriend and girlfriend living together and the fact that if you have injuries >> cigarette for her to smoke, she's got >> Okay. So, yeah, she's getting arrested for domestic. Um, >> she's able to smoke that cigarette though. All right. If he say one more thing about this damn cigarette. So I see I'm seeing two leeches now. I'm seeing two leeches cuz his priorities are horrible. And he said he's not on the lease. She probably is also section 8 because of her mental things. Um so she he probably can't be on the lease, but he just seems like he's using her too. That's a That's a free roof over his head. And then the aunt, now I don't know if she came in to take advantage of her. I'm not saying that. But she unfortunately is leaning way too heavy on a young person about her problems and because there's other ways you can get help and assistance to help you do these applications, but it's all on Amber is what it's seeming like. Um the poll did work. So um yeah, definitely definitely we'll do one more video after this. Right. Why is he so worried about her smoking? Yeah, two leeches, Royal. That's what I'm seeing right now. Just I just don't know to the severity of the aunt, but with him cuz he actually stays with her permanently. Just now Blue says she is definitely having a breakdown. Diagnosed paranoid, schizophrenic, bipolar, and she hasn't slept in 24 hours. And she says she has PSD, anxiety, and depression, too. He said he has his own place. He when they asked him when we first got here, they said, "Do you live here?" I thought he said, "Yes, but I'm not on the lease or something like that." >> A problem with it, but I don't think should be able to right now. >> You don't have any other cuts on you besides that on your leg, right? They're all superficial. Okay. You're not bleeding anywhere. Okay. I don't know how else to get her help if I don't pursue it because this was out of the blue and if she's not going to get help for this was totally uncalled for unexpected like psych. >> I hear you. >> Psycho [ __ ] >> I hear you. >> Psycho [ __ ] >> She's been through a lot. >> I've been through a lot of trauma. So >> my house just burned all the way down >> to the ground. She was helping me >> right now. She's getting the knife right now. That's what she's doing. She says, "You know what?" And that's what she she just got it just now. And he's on the phone with her. >> She picked it up and put it right there. >> No, she goes, "You know what?" And she goes in the kitchen and after >> And then you And then you hold stop. >> Okay. >> Okay. I literally just watched it. Okay. >> Okay. We watched it. >> She's already put >> She says, "Hold up. Hold up." walks in the kitchen, grabs a knife. >> Yeah. >> All you say she is now stabbing me, but she is not. >> She's going to stab me. >> Okay. All right. >> The way she turns around and I couldn't record it. >> Walk over the door and puts it right down >> because I was recording her and she Zach was on the phone with 911. >> So, we don't have evidence that says that she threatened you with a knife. Okay. >> Okay. >> Obviously, there's evidence of you getting assaulted. So, this is what we're going to do. >> Watch. >> All right. We're going to Listen, we're going to we're going to send her to jail for assault and uh unlawful restraint. Okay? >> We don't have evidence of the other things happening. >> Her just picking up a knife is not enough to say that she >> says, "You know what? >> Okay. Well, she's going to jail. Assault is >> down to the station." >> Yeah. >> The woman was arrested and charged with assault and domestic violence. Drop your opinion in the comments. You're probably right, Kim. It probably would calm her down, but I just feel like I don't know. It was the way he was saying it, Kim. I don't know how to explain it, but he gave me a ick feeling when he was doing it. Um, I did see the aunt said she had a houseire. Okay, hold on y'all. I'm put my little overlay on so I can find us one more video. I'm getting used to Streamyard again. This is so so weird. Hold on. Okay. Okay, there we go. There we go. Okay, let me get my let me find us a video that seems like it's not about to be that bad again. Woo! I thought it was the other girl. My bad. My bad. I got to make sure I get these out of my playlist, too, when we're done with them. Okay, I'mma give you a choice, but out of the titles. So, I'm gonna try to find two good titles and y'all let me know. First one is, Sam's Club employee steals over $100,000 and blows it on gold chains. And I'mma tell you now, the title's misleading. She did not blow it on gold chains. I think they were being funny. Um, the other one, let's see. Let's see. Oh, okay. Because we have to have a discussion on some of these. So, I'm trying to pick the ones that is not going to go that deep cuz some of these are crazy. I'm sorry. I'm looking. I'm looking. Well, there's one where the woman threatened to shoot up the store and it says then this happens and the this is she peed on herself. So you got the the the girl that stole from Sam's Club up to $100,000 and you got the woman that's threatening to shoot up the store and then she ended up peeing on herself. Oh, we watched the one with the chains with $100,000. Okay, thank you, Kim. Okay, I guess we're going to go with the woman that that peed on herself then. All right, here we go. On September 4th, 2025, officers in Washington responded to a Fredmire grocery store after employees reported a woman was threatening to shoot up the store. Arriving officers found the woman in the clothing section where she was refusing to leave. Here's what the officers did next. >> Hello, I'm Officer Brown Lynwood Police Department. >> So, the store is asking that you exit the store. Um, you're going to be trespassed from the store. Okay. >> They have the right to trespass anybody they want, right? They have the right to refuse service and then I talk to a manager after that asking what else they can do to uh uh make it better and have me go ahead and continue the shop. Why would they have me then if that was the case? >> They're >> Well, I'm here. I'm They called me, right? >> I'm here. >> The store. The store. >> Okay. >> The people. Yes. So, ma'am, I would love to talk to you about this. We can We can go outside and talk about it. Okay. >> No, not to the manager. We can go outside and talk about it. Okay. >> I just So, can you let me finish, please? >> No. >> You don't want to hear the store. >> Do you want to hear what I have? >> And now you're trespassing. No. >> So, again, I will get you a trespass form. You're more than welcome to wait for that. Um, you are free to leave at any time. Um, you're being trespassed from this location. That includes the parking lot for one calendar year starting today. Okay. And it last for one year. The >> police department totally fine. Lynwood Police Department. And then for you guys encouraging, correct? You're encouraging. >> I am not >> cuz I haven't done anything. >> Okay, I understand that they have the right to trespass anybody right to be racist and discriminate and harass black people. That's not a right. I know white people think it is the right to police black people and to be discriminatory and to be racist, but that's not a right. >> That's not That's not in. You can follow the rules. >> Do you have ID or something? I could see. >> Nope. My girl, I didn't. >> Okay. Well, then I cannot give you the form. >> So, I have not committed a crime. >> No, you have not. >> No, no. And I'm not saying >> coming in and shopping. >> So, ma'am, again, >> and using the computer to see if it works is not illegal. >> I understand that. If you have any complaints, you're more than welcome to do so. That's your right. >> Um, however, you do need to exit the store, please. >> Then, why didn't he tell me that when I was over there? I don't know. >> Why would he tell me why don't you go and check in with me? >> Okay. >> And see if the problem has been resolved. >> I think the problem is that you threatened to shoot people. >> I didn't shoot people. Yeah, that was >> I'm a teacher's aid, so I'm coming to shoot people. >> I said you threatened, too. Okay. Well, other people say otherwise, so it's time for you to go. Okay. >> Time for you to go regardless. >> And when the manager came in and I spoke to him, that was corrected. So, go talk to the manager. >> If you do not exit the store, you will be arrested for criminal manager. We're not going to talk to the manager. >> And why would you tell me to come talk? >> I'm going to give you 15 minutes to collect your belongings, exit the store. Otherwise, you could be arrested for criminal trespass. Okay. that doesn't go along with each other. Continue shopping and leave. >> You got 15 minutes. >> That's actually a generous amount of time to tell her she has 15 minutes before they do something. And I think they actually wait the real 15 minutes cuz normally one cop would be like, "You have until this long." The other cop's like, "No, I'm not waiting that long. You need to leave right now." And I think this time they might actually give her the 15 minutes. Yeah, you can't threaten to shoot up the place, you know. Yeah, we're past speaking to the manager, Noir. I I think we're gone on that one. Um especially when she threatened. I'm And I'm saying I don't know what happened. So I'm not saying somebody did not do her wrong. But you got to handle that kind once they don't want you in their face anymore. You kind of got to handle that above them. But civily, if the cops show up, they're not going to help you feel like you're in the right when they say you got to leave the business. They're they basically have to enforce the business says they want you to go, you you have to go. So, it's you're never going to win. But on top of that, you use the words that you would shoot up the place. That's not going to help. Kim says she look like the lady that broke the teacher nose. She kind of does a little bit. Ace Moon said, "I never stay where I'm not wanted. It's not even comfortable to try. I can't pull out my wallet anymore when I know you don't want me there. There's nothing I need to spend money on in here that I can't get at anywhere else. I I'll go online just not blue. I don't never see them give somebody 15 minutes to finish up. They give you 30 seconds. A lot of times 10 seconds if they're feeling generous. I don't 15 minutes is actually a long time for me for watching body cam. Well, I verbally security to I've never saw to her at all. Go get the managers and the people I talked to. I said it was fine and go continue shopping. >> Yeah, we're the police. This is lost prevention. >> Yes. And they called you, right? Lost prevention. I don't steal, [ __ ] I don't steal at all. So, get your information. No, go get your information correct. So that's >> go get your information correct. You don't talk to me like that. You don't say this law had nothing to do with it. Homeboy was discriminatory and talking [ __ ] to you. I promise you if they give you 15 minutes to leave, they don't want to arrest you. They not even pressing her about not having an ID on her or identifying herself so they could do a formal trespass paperwork. They don't want to deal with you. They actually want you to just go ahead and walk out. Nobody has to be arrested. If >> you don't leave, you're going to be arrested. >> Okay. Okay. Now >> for what? You have your incorrect information. By the time you got here, it was already taken care of. >> It's not. >> Did you Did you Did you confirm that or you just went with what an assumption? You look like you made assumption. >> Huh? >> Identify yourself. >> You need something. >> I feel like a lot of people, if this is not mental health as well, I feel like a or um I feel like a lot of people deal with pride issues. They don't they don't know how to process that emotion well when their pride has been hurt. I really feel like that because this is only going to make her life harder. Nobody else's life is going to be harder than hers when she's pushing it in this way. >> Go do your job. >> Okay. >> Have I ever spoken to you? >> Have I ever spoken to you? Hi there. So, ma'am, here's your copy of the trespass. >> If you refuse to leave, you're going to be arrested for trespassing. >> I need to manage that. >> Oh, they wrote it up without her ID then and just was like, Jane do, but we know her face. Um, why house? I missed the beginning. What's going on? I don't know why she's originally being told she ought to leave the store or in the sense of like where she got to the point that she threatened to shoot up the store if um because they told her she has to leave. But it sound like something that she was she was price checking probably a lot of stuff. And look at her now. Her energy is very like busy, erratic. So it probably brought up up some concern. It's not that you can't scan items to price check. I feel like it was a very erratic way she was doing it and and not really to actually get something is what it's seeming like. But she ultimately has to leave. The cops were called cuz she threatened to shoot up the store cuz they were saying, "Hey, please." And she insists on using her full 15 minutes that the cops gave her to fuss at them, then go back and try to intimidate the people at the counter to tell her why they want her to leave. But they she was already told cuz you said you going to shoot up the place. Um, oh yeah, she's a teacher's aid. E, Ebony, she did say, "I'm a teacher's aid." Ace Moonshot said, "Pride and overcompensating." I can see it, but she is acting squirly. Squirrely is the right word. Just not Blue said, "What's in that cup?" I don't know. And Kim, I don't for her in this instance. I don't think she was going to buy something. She possibly could have, but she's giving me I was gonna buy a pack of gum to, you know, so y'all don't bother me, I guess. But I don't think she was really shopping like that. Noir says she's the reason why I don't walk around any store with multiple bags or even one big bag. I could see why she was on the loss prevention radar. That too, um, it's a risk. And yeah, I need you to see what I have in y'all's carts that y'all issue and all that stuff. I don't need no misunderstandings. spoke to you and the woman told me to give you to continue to shop. >> I'm giving you the option to leave without being arrested. >> You can contact the store if you want via phone later. >> No, I'm not. >> You threaten to shoot people here in the store. >> Shoot anybody. >> So, we need to leave. >> Information is incorrect. So, someone calls lies and say whatever and then that's it because that's what people do. >> We need to leave or you're going to be arrested. >> Confirm the information with the people that I spoke to. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm going to give you >> confirm. Confirm the information. One more chance. >> Confirm the information before doing >> or you're going to be arrested. You need to confirm your information and make sure it's correct. I'm not signing anything that's illegal. >> You don't need to sign. It's a valid trust. >> Anything that's illegal. You're going to do your job correctly when it comes to me. >> Anybody else might be ignorant to the laws and rules. I'm not. So for me, you're going to have to do correct, not half that [ __ ] So go to the person I spoke to. But employee was wrong and needed to be reprimanded, not me. So go get your [ __ ] right then come back. Or he wouldn't say go continue shopping. >> Does that make sense? >> Security wouldn't say go ahead. Right. Wouldn't security hold you there until y'all came? >> Does that make sense? >> Do you have any major medical conditions we should be aware of? Diabetic. >> Should you be wearing a helmet? >> I don't think so. Shouldn't be. >> Are you sure? >> I'm trying to give you a chance to >> What did she say? And Kim Kim says she got 10 minutes left. I love that you are watching this clock right now. Do you have any major medical conditions we should be aware of? Diabetic. Are >> should you be wearing a helmet? >> I don't think so. Should have. Am I sure? >> I'm trying to give you a chance to comply and just walk out without being arrested. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> So, right now you are trespassing. >> No. Homeboy told me to go and continue shot. >> No, we we're all done with that. You need to leave. Then have them confirm that with you. >> Can you walk out so that these nice employees can continue on with your day? >> No one else here is going to help you. It's time to leave. You're going to be arrested. You need to leave. >> Super simple. >> And we call you talking to >> I'd like to know that. Would you like to provide your name? >> No. No. >> No. We have the correct information. >> What? >> About you threatening to harm people and shoot people to harm anybody. >> Being belligerent with people. There's so many ways she could have already been arrested. That threat then refusing to identify herself. They're they're being nice by just we'll give you the the paperwork. We don't have to know your name. Then they don't have to give you this time. Like you already really are trespass at this point. She is needlessly sarcastic in her equally needless defiance. I agree. Yeah. She told him, "Where's your helmet, y'all?" That's why I had to go back. I said, "She did not say what I think she said." And then she's a teacher's aid, so that's kind of crazy. That is kind of crazy to say something like that cuz aren't you supposed to be more sensitive to stuff like that. I'm not belligerent. And that's a racist term. I look drunk to you. >> Oh, wait. Oh, the only other thing could be black, right? >> No one said anything about race here. >> Okay. Do you know the meaning of the word that came out of your mouth? Belligerent refers to somebody who's drunk or someone who is of what ethnicity, sir? All right, ma'am. >> This is your last and final warning. You are trespassed from the store. If you do not leave the store, you will be arrested for criminal trespass. >> Okay. Can you please >> This is your No, no, no. No, no, no. This is your last chance. >> Wrong. >> Okay. >> And your information you guys have >> Okay. Plenty open space to leave. Ma'am, >> why are you refusing to get the manager >> again? >> Last warning. Last chance. >> Ma'am, you are going to get arrested if you do not leave right now. All you have to do is walk out. >> That's all you have to do. >> All right, ma'am. You're now under arrest for criminal trespass. Go ahead. Drop your bags. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I wanted to look at the time stamp, too, Kim, because I wonder if they skipped ahead or not. So, that's the only thing I wanted to see if they skipped time ahead and gave her her full 15 minutes, but I didn't look when they said you have 15 minutes. I didn't look at the time at the top right. It's not >> You're under arrest for criminal trespass. >> Stop. >> No, I'm not. You guys are being a do >> ma'am. Want to get an additional pressure? Is this arrest? >> No, you're not. I have a back issue and you can't handle. >> Come on. Come on. We are being very I asked you to get the manager. I asked you to get the security. There's the security guards. I'm right there. And did you not tell me to continue the shop? So, what was the issue? Well, I didn't do anything. They came in. I said, "Can you go get the the security and the uh manager and make sure the information is correct?" >> No, that wasn't the manager part of the conversation either. And that's all I asked. So, what was the issue? She stopped. >> Stop. No, you stop. >> No, that's the security guard that I told you guys to go get in the first place. >> You're under arrest already. So, criminal trespass. >> Okay, that's fine, man. and then call my dad and my attorney. It'll be attorney in county right now. No, right now. Call Lori right now. Attorney >> the grace period has expired. When officers initiate the arrest for criminal trespass, she goes dead weight to make transport more difficult. >> Hey, I didn't do anything. >> You just punched me, my dude. >> Yes, you did. Yes, you did. Let go. No, no, no, ma'am. >> You guys need extra charger on my back. I had a light me. >> Okay, ma'am. You can just >> Okay, >> just walk. >> I'll sit down if you guys don't correct me. >> Just walk. >> No, you're hurting my back. >> Please just walk. >> You're hurting my back. >> While being carried out, she attempts to bite the primary officer's leg. That action upgrades the situation from a misdemeanor trespass to felony assault. >> STOP. >> STOP. >> GET OFF ME. >> You are making it worse. >> Stop it. >> Break my back. Hey, do anybody. Get it off me. >> She tried to fight me. >> No, I did not. >> You're under arrest for assault. >> No, you're not. >> No, I did not. >> Just walk. I told you I had something wrong with my back. You just squeeze my back. >> No, I JUST HAD INCONTINENCE ON MY BACK. You my surgery. [ __ ] >> No. As you have incontinence my just walk. >> NO. GO. >> You know YOU DON'T WALK. >> NO. YOU JUST MY BACK. IF YOU NOT UNDERSTAND, call my attorney. Call my dad. Call the district attorney. Now you tweak my >> Oh, shoot. I was on mute, I think. Sorry. I was saying that for this one, even when she play when she dropped her weight, so she uh so they'd have to carry her when she was on the ground, she didn't like their hands were kind of open and they weren't like cuz you could tell by the wrinkles in someone's clothes and how much their pressure they're pressing down, especially if someone has like a meaty arm or something, you know? They didn't grab her like that. I think if she hurt her back, she hurt herself on this one. That you guys caused that from that. >> Well, you caused it actually. >> No, I didn't. >> From resisting arrest. >> No, there was no point in that. >> Sit up for us. >> No. >> All right. Ready? >> Take this off. >> One, two, off. >> I can't get up like that. My back is >> I CAN'T [ __ ] on my And then it wors. No, you just did a extra [ __ ] to my arm. You >> ma'am, do not try to spit at me. >> Try. You want to see me hawk Lug? >> No, I do not. >> Just saying. Please don't. >> No, you just my back. >> YOU DON'T SEE ANYBODY STICK A BIG ASS SCAR ON MY BACK? >> SIT IN THE CAR, PLEASE. >> I actually did see a scar on her back. So, I'm wondering why did she do that to herself? Cuz I did. did. As soon as they were putting her in, I did see a scar and it was nice size, but she is reinjuring herself if she's hurt. >> I will make sure she They actually didn't have to have their hands on her. They told her, "Just please leave the store." That's all they ask. >> Sure. You lose your job. >> All the way in off. >> Okay. Please get in. >> TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL NOW. >> If you want aid, I will have >> Take me TO THE HOSPITAL NOW. YOU MY ARM. You my back. LET ME HAVE INCONTINENCE. NOW. >> OH, YOU >> STOP PULLING MY [ __ ] ARM. >> SURE. >> Can you just start a precautionary cabin female? I >> think we probably have resisting obstruction and trespass. >> Secure also update PC PC colonel trespass one. Um, resisting arrest. >> Sorry. and also add a tempo assault. I need >> aid is on the way, ma'am. >> Okay, aid's on the way. >> Absolutely. I'll roll down the windows for you. >> Yeah, this one. I just um >> Is that against the easy way? Yeah, I rolled a precautionary because she's complaining of back issues saying that we tweaked her arm. Um, she's not, but just precautionary. >> Um, I kind >> Yeah. Yeah. So, there's the resisting and then on the way out she tried to bite. She tried to bite my leg. So, attempt to assault three. Uh, she was just trying to boot my window, but that has been stopped. >> I don't know. It's not even I felt the tease, but I'm just taking a picture. >> No, it it didn't. I pulled away. I felt teeth and pulled away. >> Um I just want to be able to document that she did in fact try to bite me. >> Yeah, I'm just getting the wet spot cuz that she like I said I was telling him is I felt teeth. She legit tried to bite me and I pulled my leg away. So >> we got search instant arrest. We want to see if we can find anything in there that gives us identity. >> I'm not I don't want to transport until we search her. >> I I agree 100%. >> Okay. I was just throwing that out there because of all this. We haven't searched her. >> Uh have you ever done a car search where they're in the car? You go one side, go the other. >> No. Um I don't know if you noticed she was trying to boot my window. So even with the car search, we're probably in for a while. All right. Um, we're going to probably have to ask certain exceptional is not going to take her. >> Why not? >> She's not going to make the >> All right, let's try to ID. I'll start with this one. >> Can you send an Axon link? >> Yeah, we have them on. >> Oh, perfect. Thank you. >> Yeah, that that link's going to show off. And if you're going through bags, just heads out one needle. So far, maybe an ID. >> We're going to try to type in these names. See if I can't find anything. Don't roll it down all the way. Um, she's complaining of back injuries, then started saying something about incontinence and then, um, saying that we hurt her arm. So, I don't know. She was fine. She started resisting. We drugg her out. Just precautionary. >> How about it? >> Oh yeah, she might. This might be another mental health thing. Like Noir said, wipe down shower. Cuz right here, all it keeps saying is meow meow on here, y'all. There's actual like chores up here. It looks like cuz it says like Bluetooth speaker. I saw something that said wipe down something. Spray bottle. Something about a Oh, something. Shower. Clean the shower. I guess we just we just in for some we need some mental health interventions today. It looks like it looks Well, I don't know what her handwriting looks like, but it looks like a woman's handwriting. And then based on her personality, that bottom part of this page look like she did that. >> For real? >> She said she was a teacher's aid. >> I don't see any reason to go. >> Just checking boxes. Thanks guys. >> Hey ma'am. So you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be >> I will. Can I read you your rights, please? >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand each of these rights I've read to you? >> You can give me a verbal yes or no. >> Yeah, we have the right to arrest me. >> Was that a yes? >> Yes, you read the man, right? Oh, you understand them? >> Yeah. How does it apply to me? >> Okay. Well, they're your rights, right? >> Yes. Yeah. Tell me what you're >> So, so right now you're under arrest for criminal trespass first degree, resisting arrest and attempted and attempted assault three. >> How? >> Um, >> the security guard was right there hiding after they told me to go ahead. >> I'm not I'm not I'm not going to argue with you. >> That's entrapment. >> Okay. >> It's just assault three. >> It's not assault three. >> You tried TO BITE HIM. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> YOU TRIED TO BITE HIM. >> NO, I DID NOT. TEETH MARKED ON HIS LEG. >> NO, IT DOES NOT. Prove it. Prove it. You're ahead. So, your bags are going to go to Lynwood evidence for safekeeping. >> I don't know. I didn't know. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. Lynwood, city of Lynwood. They're going to go to Lynwood Police Station for safekeeping. You'll get a a copy of your property form. Okay. >> No. >> Do you want Do you want to identify yourself? >> No. Put all my stuff back in my bag. >> Back to that important question. Yes. What was the needle for that they found? That actually I it went on my mind once they opened that notebook. But great question cuz I would like to know as well. >> Put everything. No, that's not yours. >> No. No. You're not. >> No, sir. No, you're not [ __ ] PUT MY MY STUFF BACK. THE EVIDENCE THAT YOU PUT IN THE CAR, IT'S NOT YOUR BAG. PUT MY [ __ ] BACK. PUT MY [ __ ] BACK. >> Get me out of here. Get out. Get me out of here, dude. Get me out of here, dude. I swear to God. I'll have my dad come out here first. You're not going to steal my [ __ ] >> You put it in your car. So, get my [ __ ] out >> now. That's coming with you. >> Then put the [ __ ] that was in there in it. SO, MA'AM, IS IT on you that's going to focus, stick us, pet us, hurt us? >> Yeah. The [ __ ] on ME AND PANTS. I take me to the hospital. I put my [ __ ] back in my bag. >> I put all my evidence. He does not take my purple bag. >> You don't want anything to go with you to jail? >> Put in the bag. >> I put your phone in there. >> Do you want that to go with you to the jail? >> How? How? Tell me. Did I make a phone call with that? No. Is there a portable with it? No. Is there a charger with that? No. So, what's the point of having a phone if I can't charge this? I'M GOING TO THE HOSPITAL. TAKE me to the hospital. There needs to be a woman pregnant. >> We'll hold it right here. >> No, there needs to be a woman pregnant. >> Ma'am, do not fight. >> Call a supervisor and get a woman pregnant. I DO NOT CALL A WOMAN. I do not feel comfortable with you white ass mother touching me. Go get a woman. No. >> No. I said call a woman. >> No. Assault. I already have a bad >> Okay, come on. >> No. Is that why you GET THE RAP LIKE NO. STOP. >> YES, it is. You're triggering MY RAP. >> HEY, STOP THE CAR. >> STOP THE CAR. >> Off me off. Just face the car. >> Make sure you don't have anything on you that's going to protest. >> Off me. >> I don't have anything on THIS POCKET, YOU STUPID ASS. WE GOT A >> STOP PULLING MY YOU STOP PULLING MY ARM. >> JUST RELAX. >> STOP PULLING my arm. Just relax as you're jabbing my arm. [ __ ] >> Stop touching me. >> Sit back in the car. >> Take me to the hospital. >> Sit all the way in the car. >> Sit all the way in the car. >> I can't. My the way my arms are. I cannot. Not with my back. >> Put your arms down by your >> You're injuring my back even more. >> Put your arms down by your ass. >> I can't. I DON'T HAVE ASS. Stupid >> [ __ ] >> Ridiculous. >> You are ridiculous. And lying on me is even worse. >> All right. >> Officer Hustad calls the victims of the stolen cards. One victim confirms her. >> Y'all, I was in there. The victims of multiple stolen cards. She did not shoplift apparently. But she got people's cars on her, right? She said, "No, I don't have a Noir. That was I It was so much to keep up with." Oh my gosh, ma'am. Oh my gosh. Not You got people cars on you. >> First was stolen in Seattle. Confirming that Sarah is in possession of stolen property. >> You from Seattle? >> I'm from Marin County. >> Where's that? Where's that at? tax was a piece of [ __ ] >> Do you have a Washington ID? >> I'm a woman. >> No. What state? Okay. But what's your name? >> Okay. >> Good afternoon. >> Hey, how's it going? Lynwood, one adult female. >> Okay. The suspect was charged with assault thirdderee possessing stolen property, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing. When they when she said call my dad, I said, "Now what?" Now, okay. Oh man, that was okay. Okay. She stole people cars and she I can't believe now she was in there doing anything honest because even if she bought something she was gonna buy it with somebody stolen card. All right, now we can end this one and I'm going to see y'all again right back in the morning. Uh if you are not already doing stuff to celebrate Mother's Day, but happy premother's day to the mothers that will be doing stuff and you'll be busy tomorrow morning and I will see the rest of y'all in in a few hours.
