She's in front of the fireplace. um like tied with like zip ties. Um you see her writing with a a pencil and a piece of paper. We'll have somebody in route shortly. Girlfriend. And she's shooting. The officer responded quickly to stop the jealous woman before things got out of hand and talked her down. Unprofessional. Well, I I tend to get that way when you walk towards the gun. Yeah, I can carry on. Okay. This is not no gas. It's not. I'm a female. What they got to do? I suggest for you to please talk to me different radio on the We both work at KFC on two different KFC. I found out that the person that he was cheating on me was stealing from KFC. They arrested her two days ago from five um missing deposits. Mhm. I didn't know that he was still messaging her, was sleeping in the bed. I was literally laying down in the bed. And I told him, I've been asking him text messages over and over. Give me my stuff. I got I got proof of it. Give me my gun. Give me my gun. I just want my gun. I want nothing to do with you guys register under my name, right? I just want my gun. He said, just come over. He made me, when I came over, he made me pay $200 to his daughter, $200 to his other daughter, pay deposits, whatever the case may be. I paid for it. I said, "Am I going to get my gun now?" He said, "No." He ran to the store with it. He dropped this cuz you could check on the cameras. The guy in the store said they have surveillance cameras that we'll show you. He threw it in the garbage can. I grabbed it. At that moment, it was just this that he threw in the garbage can. When I came back, I seen the gun. I grabbed it. After that, he shot. Before that, he shot out the window. So, he was in he's inside. He's inside all this time. He already had left. Where is he now? And got beers. This is him. He already had left. got beers. He got that. I said, "I just need my gun. It's under my name. I don't care what you do, what y'all got going on. It's under my name. Just give me my gun. I'll keep it moving. What? Keep it respectfully." Not a problem. And then this happened. Yes, sir. But you can check the store. You can check the cameras. He said he got the cameras. He seen that he seen me asking him for my stuff, begging him. I got text messages begging him. All I wanted was my gun at Papa. And I just wanted to keep him moving. But he made me pay his daughters and everybody everybody money to get it. What do you mean? And I get it. Pay his daughters back. I mean cash out to get this back. I was paying both his daughters and his other son money. And once I paid him, he said he was going to give it to me. Once I paid him, he didn't. So, how much did you give them to? Um, I'll show you cash up right now. I gave them all total. All right. Now, are you hurt at all? No. Okay. Um, did he hit you at all? No. Okay. Did you hit him at all? No. All right. So, he went to the store. He took the gun. The gun was in his case when he took it. No, he threw this in there and I grabbed it from it and it wasn't there. So, I came over here and tried to grab it. He shot out the window. So, I broke you. Yeah, I I guess it was I mean I was the only one banging on the door. So, I pushed it open. I broke everything in for him to give it to me. He came out with the gun. Meanwhile, another officer spoke with the boyfriend. Both gave conflicting stories, prompting a search for more clues. She's saying that he shot She's saying that he shot out. He shot out the window. Well, when I got here, I saw him walk up. He had the gun in his hand. She walked up and put it when I was pulling that, he put the gun on the hood and then she started walking towards the gun and that's when I said, "You better not put your hands on that." I think it comes through the closet cuz it goes goes through the wall. So it goes through the wall through the closet. So she's lying. Yeah. It had to come from outside. So she's lying. But it sounds like he was extorting her. Yeah. So yeah, right here. So that goes into it never comes back out. I mean it comes out somewhere. It just You didn't talk to him, right? No, I didn't talk to him. I just listen to what she told you. Yeah. She's lying. She wouldn't have none of that. That's what it really was on me with the KFC. [ __ ] [ __ ] I didn't even know this was back here. I didn't either. I was like, uh, you know, in that room, it smells awful. I'm like, oh, we almost made it through our Friday. With no shenanigans. I used to tell my wife. I was like, I was like, oh my god. What? Shots fired. Oh no. Right. Where's the showcases? That's the question. Since it was a domestic incident involving a firearm discharge, the officer's priority was to identify the aggressor for legal action. And he started gathering details. You know where she was standing? She was chilling with That's my girl. So she don't live here. She live in Atlanta, but she was out here. She was about to go. She came to jail and leave. weekend. I don't know. I heard it. You just heard it. I I heard it and I came out and I took the gun. I'm like, I know you. She came and took it. That's when I called the police. Like she heard so I came and took the gun cuz she was busting. She bust the window out. Yeah. 40. Oh, 40. Yeah, she got the case with her. Everything. Cuz what's the trajectory inside? You got one of those little rods to stick through the bullet hole inside to see if it's like a right here. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Down over here somewhere. Well, they said they heard him in the background. Take Hey, Curry's got the gun right in his car. Check the mag. See how many rounds are in not guaranteed that it was full, but They give you Oh, just one. How could radio how did radio hear him in the background? I heard a one shot in the background. Sounds a little He's probably getting shot at. Sounds a little random. Something fit together. Yes. Yeah. The story ain't jabbing with me. It is a semi-auto Glock, right? Yeah. I mean, I know. I saw the Glock box. I didn't see the actual weapon. I assume it's a Glock. Show the Glock box. That's what I said. It's a Glock box. I assume it's a semi-auto Glock, but you could have had a revolver in a Glock. 40. 40. Okay. 40 Glock. Ask her how many times he shot since that's her story. That he shot. Yeah. How many times did he shoot? Her story. black bag here. What was the caller a male or female or was it a witness? Original caller was a male. The boyfriend second caller was a neighbor. I understand. At one point, the woman made a mistake by telling a different story to the police and got caught. Surprisingly, he shot twice. My bullet. He checked the gun. He shot twice. [Music] That was check the camera. He threw it in there, too. Clear. If I wanted to, I would have came in my car and would have took my other gun and did it. I did it. Okay. I'm trying to Is that a [ __ ] Why don't you tell me an entire different story than what you're telling me now? Because I broke the window, angry. Turn around. That's close. Good. up a little bit. Okay. All right. Right now, you going to be detained. Okay. So, you can figure out exactly what's going on. Okay. Did you get the other gun with the other No, your gun still I got the idea. Your gun's still inside the bag in the car. If you do go to jail, we'll remove the guns so the tow truck drivers or nobody won't steal it and we'll put it in safekeeping and you just come down and pick it up whenever. But we haven't made determination on who's going quite yet. But with guns and stuff on the scene and and you're lying to me. I didn't lie. I I did I did lie. I did I did. But I did break the window. So I I could take that. I did I could take that as a woman. But if I if I wanted to do something stupid, I had a whole gun in my car. I didn't. It was just one of my stuff. You could check the store. The guy in the store said he would show you. He tried to throw it in the garbage. He talk you. There's a whole camera again. Okay. We fight with it. Mom stay over here for a while. What are you talking about? To the store. He walks out to the store with the um case. He walks off with the case. I'm thinking at that time that the case, the gun is in the case. So when he throws it in the garbage can and I pick it up, it's not. It's just the shells and the bullets. So I grab the case. I go back here. I go back there. I go back here and I hit the window. I hit the window. Let me just get you when he comes out. He shoots at the window. He shoots at the window and breaks the window. Mhm. That's when I push back. He's on the phone with somebody. I said, "Just give me my gun. I just want to go home. I paid enough for the one that just a family He does. He doesn't. He's been twisted on the floor. He makes a big show. Whatever the case may be. And this is where we are right now. But I did tell the officer that I didn't break the window, but I did break the window. I I I didn't break the window. I hate it, but I didn't break the window. Okay. He broke it when he came out. Okay. After detaining the woman, the officer wanted to understand how the dispute started and escalated. So, he began questioning the boyfriend. So, she don't have anything to do with nothing. Period. So, what's your story? What happened? That's my girlfriend. Okay. She my girlfriend. She went to my phone. Wherever girls get jealous, I let her go cuz I'm like, I'm not having nothing. And she found something to be jealous about and she That's what happened. She shoot from outside or inside? Outside. Outside. Coming through. Yeah. Bust that window. How many shots? Just one. Just one. So, it came from outside in. Whose gun is that? Whose bullets are in the house? Okay. Where was the gun originally at? Inside. Yeah, we she had it. So, she was originally inside and got the gun. Then she came outside. She was in there, too. And she went through my phone and I left and she followed me. Then I when I came back in, she shot the window. She bust the window. shot. You go in real quick, take some pictures of the holes. You deal with that. So, just write down what you just told me, man. Yeah. Just you heard a shot. You came out where you saw her standing. He was separated from her. When I came home from work, I heard some arguing. Actually, I didn't hear the argument at first. It was just quiet. Yeah. Yeah. When I came in, then I heard voices, which again, you know, I mean, I know he I know he was dealing with somebody, but I never seen her before as well. So, I got you. Yeah. No rules as to what you want to tell us. As long as you Oh, yeah, for sure. Just whatever you're telling me right now. Just write that down so that we have it written and documented. I got him writing a statement for you. I left that packet from Curry on your desk. Oh, yeah. I saw it. Yeah. Appreciate it. There's something else going on or girlfriend. So you guys are dating? Yeah, that's my girlfriend. I like her death, but not no more. Well, I mean I I don't think the word death is an appropriate word to use in this situation right now. I mean, I mean, he ain't dead yet. So dead yet. I do. And she go through my phone and she found whatever she How long day, man? Like six months. Six months. He's always been like this or something else going on. But she ain't never shot through my house. Like I wouldn't have called her if she would have just my window. Yeah. So did you call did you call after she shot or uh I called after she shot cuz I came and took the gun. So there was and there was only one one shot. Shot once. Okay. I came and took the gun cuz she was trying to bust and come in. I don't know what she was doing. So I I'm coming to get the gun. I got you. Oh yeah, that's my girl. I don't know why females be jealous if you not doing nothing. If I give you my phone to look through it, apparently I can't be hiding nothing. How many phones you got? I only got this one. I let her go. I unlocked it and let her go through all of them. She might believe that you might have another. As the investigation continued, the woman kept confusing the officers while they were looking for honest answers. It was her downfall. And your story is he shot outside? No. From inside outside? No, he was I thought he was inside when I was banging on the door. When I was banging on the window, I thought he was inside, but then he didn't. He shot behind me into the window. When I turned around, he was on the phone with somebody already. I started chasing him. He broke the window. He came from the back. I thought he was in his house, but he wasn't. And that's after I chased him from the store. They could go to the store, ask for the recording. I told him ask for the So, he was on the phone with somebody, you said? Yeah. He was on the phone with someone and then he shot. Mhm. Yes. Cuz when I turned around, he was already on the phone unless he paid it off. But he was on his phone with it with the gun. He was on the phone with his gun. Every bullet that every bullet that's inserted in there, everything has his DNA. It wouldn't it wouldn't have mines cuz he had it. He had the gun. Those that are in my car will have minds. When we went to when I was chasing him to the store and he threw it in the garbage can and he threw it in the garbage can. I thought my gun was in there but it wasn't. I went back in the store and I asked him, "Do you guys have came?" He said, "Just ask the police check it." You can go right there. You can see that he throw me 1096 mil. He didn't. everything else. Everything in there but the gun. If if I wanted to possess it, it had a whole gun. What did she tell you the first time? Think she Well, she told Curry something out. Then when I got her, she told me that the same person. Well, she's saying now that he shot into the house. Yeah, he was outside the whole time.
