Seems like you know exactly what's going on and you did something. >> What happened >> was we were having a conversation about it and she we were getting along. Everything was fine. She got to the door. She then at that point decided she did not agree with me cuz her friends were there. She threw a drink in my face and punched me in the face. And then her two friends jumped on top of me. >> In the face and the body. >> In the face and the body and the arms. Mainly in the head. >> Um pulling my hair in three different directions. They slam my head into the wall. >> Oh my god. I see. I hate that too. She was big and bold because she had three other friends around cuz they said four drunk women I believe. So she was big and bold cuz it's like my friends are probably gonna back me up or or she's showing out in front of her friends. You wouldn't do that one v one with no friends around. I guarantee you it's Yeah, she felt empowered. >> Okay. Were they uh like closed fist? Like >> I've got a scratch on my face. I've got bruises on my arms. I know I have welts on my head. This woman. See, this is why I can't be a police officer, too. You can't be just calling me names. I'mma take it personally. I'mma take it personally. And I Uhuh. I can't do it. Mindy, thank you for the super chat. says, "I look forward to spending Saturday and Sunday mornings with you and the crew." Thank you so much. I look forward to this with y'all as well. I've even come to the conclusion that if as long as I have some energy, I'll just make the sessions shorter versus not having them if I can. As long as I'm physically here and I have some energy cuz I'm like I I don't want to miss these mornings. I enjoy them. >> Who you talking to? >> Her brother. What you need for >> her phone so I can see that brother. You're on the phone now. >> I know. I understand that. But when the phone is locked after that, >> what? >> The phone is locked. >> No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. >> So, you're not able to pay for the um the tab either. >> No, that's what I'm going to That's why I'm >> She's not able to pay. Cuz I need her first and last name. >> This your mama? >> How old is she? >> I think she 25. >> That's your mama. She >> No, she's my No, she my best from Jersey. >> Oh, okay. She from Jersey. I'm from >> What's her birthday? >> Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Hold on. Hold on. Is she just call her mama? But that's not her mama. Hold on. I missed something. Yeah, I thought going No, I thought it was going to be locked. >> Do she got um any identification in there? Cuz I need her first and last name and her baby. This your mama? >> How old is she? >> I think she 27. >> That's your mama. She >> No, she's my No, she's like my best from Jersey. >> Oh, okay. >> She from Jersey. I'm from Atlanta. >> What's her birthday? >> What her birth? You know something? >> No, I don't know her birth month like that. I've been knowing her for like for five months. >> Oh, five months. Where your phone at? You ain't got no phone, >> child. Okay. You know what sucks though is that it was believable that she could have been her daughter, which means she going to she her life is is reflecting kind of hard because I I kind of was like, "Oh, okay. I thought that was the daughter." That's not her mama, Royal. She called her mama as a nickname. Like, bro, she said, "Mama, that's a friend." That's [ __ ] >> So, ain't nobody got no money. Y'all come in here run up a tab. Ain't nobody got no money. >> No, I wasn't like that. >> So, what what do y'all think going to happen? Y'all can't go nowhere and eat for free? >> No. >> See, I know that. >> So, where your money? >> So, can you pay for your your portion that way? >> Yeah, you pay for the whole bill. >> Yeah. Am I huh? >> Y'all shared the bill. That what she y'all said that y'all shared the bill. Right. >> Can I speak to them? This is a dire situation with the police. >> Yes, please. >> I put on your >> Hey, this is Officer Odum with the Hateville Police Department. Who am I speaking to? >> That's her. >> Hey, so we have Miss Gina in the back of our patrol car because uh she has a bill of $189.64. All we came for is just for her to pay the bill. However, she became very belligerent. We just need somebody to take care of the bill. If nobody take care of the bill, she's gonna go to jail for multiple charges, including theft of services. So, we want to get this bill taken care of. Can you help? >> 5 seconds. 1 2 3 4 5. >> Okay. Okay. No, no, no. I know. I know. I know. Okay. Is there any way that uh when you do get it, could you Apple pay it possibly to this number and she can go in and tap Oh, he said give us 5 seconds. So, he probably calling somebody. >> Yeah. No, he >> is. He has she sent the money. >> He said let her go if the bill just paid. >> I have to talk to my supervisor, but we got to work on what ahead of time >> cuz she's talking to us. She gave her. >> How much the bill is? >> 18963. >> I'm disappointed in you. >> You disappointed in who? you acting like that. >> And why is that? >> Cuz you acting like a >> Uhuh. Cynthia, it don't look like it does not look like the friend paid for uh her or she's saying that they shared a bill. So that would mean she's saying she's responsible for part of that bill. That's what the cop was repeating. Anyway, I I can't understand the friend. The friend mumbling for me mostly. Um but they still have a total of $189 due. I don't if they did share the bill, I don't think the friend put anything towards it. Either they prematurely handed that friend her um takeout or she also had a separate bill that she did pay. But the 189mm >> food. >> Nah, baby. >> Yes, baby. I'm from Virginia. You got the food. >> You might be from Virginia. >> Yeah, I know you from Jersey. >> I'm from New Jersey. >> No, you told me your ID was out of Georgia. You lying. >> My license is out of Delaware. And honestly, >> girl, I'm about to >> You never You >> Yeah. Shut up. >> Where is your license from? >> Shut up. >> Why you even pay that bill? >> Pay what? >> I like I like this cop. >> [ __ ] B. >> That $189 you went in there and sucked up. >> $189. I never been sucked up for $189. >> That's what you ate up. >> Sir, this is officer Odor. This is no longer a negotiation. Okay. She had came in here >> whoever else like they talking about, yo, we need this and we need that and all this other [ __ ] If I can just pay the damn if I can keep saying you got to do this and you got to do this all this other [ __ ] How you going? >> Because at the end of the day, a crime has been committed. >> How you going to use the phone to pay? >> Sir, are you going to pay the bill or not? If you're not paying the bill, I'm about to go ahead and take her to Fulton County. One second. I'm I don't have time to keep going back. It's too much talking. She should have been at the station. She could have been already processed on her way to East Point if you would have just paid the bill. Now she's about to have warrants on her. She's about to go to Fullton County. No, she's not going to be let go. One second. Don't >> Okay, so either he didn't He was wasting time. He didn't have the money in the first place. I don't know what this was for, but I'm mad that this got delayed over some nonsense. You knew before they walked back in that restaurant, you didn't have it. What do you mean 5 seconds for? >> One second. She's not She's The reason she's not going to be let go is because she obstructed us. She was refusing to put her hands behind her back. She was causing all this commotion. She calling officer [ __ ] and stuff. That's not going to fly. Okay. So, I I can't take those charges away. >> Oh, what? What? >> They said what' you say? >> They said your bill they said your bill was $189. That's why you about to go to jail. >> Okay. If they want the [ __ ] 200 [ __ ] as >> they did a thousand times. You >> No, the [ __ ] they did not. >> We sat right there with you. >> No, they didn't. No, they didn't. Baby, >> you know you said I'm going to tell you, >> [ __ ] We got it. And I do. >> And I don't see it. >> And I do. If there one of y'all can take it. And I do got that two something. >> You can't get your man to pay for it. >> No. [ __ ] the man. Baby, >> I look on her PayPal. She got >> that was shade. Oh my god. He said you can't get your man to pay for it. He He knew dog on well if the man was there could pay for it, they already would have paid >> $166. I said, "Will y'all take this?" >> Yes. What they say? >> They say we'll take it. Is that my brother? >> He tried to kiss me. >> Hey, just let her I just told you not to talk to her. >> Just put her face on. >> Just put her face on it. >> He don't got to send no money. They going to accept your balance that you got right there once you look. >> Just put your face on it. >> Yeah. With PayPal, you got to have a face. All right. Step out. >> Can you fix my vomit? >> Yeah. Just Just step out for me. I'mma grab it for you. >> Just walk to that gray door. >> Walk over there. I'mma get your bonnet. Go ahead. >> Damn that bonnet. >> You got to get out my way so I can. >> No, it's not out your way. >> You all right? >> I might be. >> Okay, that's fine. One second. Back up. I got to let you in. Go ahead. Look. FA face this for me. Face this door. You got to get close to me. Uhoh. Got to get closer. Okay. >> Go ahead. Just have a seat. Okay. We're going to process you here. Here. You want to put your for Yeah. You put your >> wrong with your [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Luck showed up, but consequences showed up, too. Unfortunately, she got arrested for obstruction. >> Okay. But not theft of services. Okay. That's That's what she got arrested for. It is what it is. All right. Um, next one. Okay. V, you got your coffee? Okay. The Wingstop manager took extra hot way too far. And I'mma tell y'all now cuz I need y'all to have context. There was some hot grease thrown in this one. So, all right. Here you go. >> Oh, wow. Oh [ __ ] >> I need that. >> I need >> Officers arrive at a Wing Stop after they receive a call regarding a manager who threw hot oil on a customer. Hello. >> Hi, officer. >> So, what all happened? >> Um, well, we were here and the man Well, my sister ordered some boneless. >> Okay. >> Um, and I was assaulted by a manager. >> What happened? >> Well, we were having a little I won't even say a disagreement. I wouldn't really say that, but I will just say we were having we wasn't even having a conversation basically. I don't really know how to explain it, but I was we just ordering food and it like kind of got like a she had like a little attitude. I don't really know her name. Um, and as she was talking, she first she was putting her hands in our face, but she stayed behind the counter counter and then after she took the wrench bottle and started shooting it at us, me and my sister. >> And then she took, >> just so I know, would this be sister? >> Yeah. She took the hot grease and sunk it at us. >> A bucket of hot grease >> and just poured it. What do >> you mean pour it? like splash it like pour it like >> where did they do that at? >> Um inside of the restaurant >> where they're mopping it up at. >> What is the resolution that you're trying to seek today? >> Well, I wanted to press charges on her because she assaulted. >> Okay. Um before it continues cuz I got to step away. I got to go grab a snack myself. But uh in case I miss it uh before I come back, the the the police officers are going to talk to their moms with the faces blurred out and the mom didn't want the minor speaking to the police and it's a it was about pressing charges about a crime, which be protective of your kids, but I just also wondered, does the mom know her minor daughter is a troublemaker and she'll end up incriminating herself and no longer look like the victim? That's what I was wondering when the mom was like, "You cannot talk to my minor child." Or is it just she just don't, you know, trust it. She want to be present, which is fine, you know. Uh but I I just couldn't get a read on it. >> Ranch on me and hot grease. Um >> let me go talk with them real quick. Give me one second. All right. Where was the uh young lady that was involved? >> Oh, I told her to go home. She's probably in the back. >> I need her back here. >> She has a white car. I'm white car. I don't know if she's in the back. I don't. >> All right. >> Yeah. Did you guys Were you all here when all this happened? >> Yeah. >> What? >> Go grab her real quick. I'll talk to you if I What happened? I was just in the back just working. They said, "You know, I just >> Who was who was out here when the whole thing happened?" >> Uh, well, it was a couple people over here and they was trying to stop her from tossing oil. Oil spill over here. Um, there was altercation. Words were said, oil was spilled. He ended up and then next thing you know, uh, >> what do you mean by oil was spilt? >> No, no, it was thrown. >> Okay. By the girl that was here that's now gone. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And then her boyfriend got burned. >> And >> who whose boyfriend? >> Her boyfriend because it spilled out. She was trying to toss it. I guess that's >> Did you see any of this happen? >> I I saw I saw the oil thing. did she use to throw the oil? >> Um, >> not this specifically, but another empty. >> Where's the one that she actually used? >> She use this one loosen it. >> Yeah. >> Um, I'll review footage. Go. Want to go grab your camera? Start photographing cuz that's all crime scene. >> Yeah. I'm going to wait a second. All of a sudden, they supposed to be coming to take primary. So, what it >> Let's get the UCI photos going before people start. >> I want to know what I got first. >> Okay. I I can do that, but I don't want our crime scene to get walked in cuz this is an open business. >> So, our cameras back here are not working, but we have a manager. He's going to ask her to send the recording to him. >> Okay. So, here's the thing, guys. I know you're you're technically still open for business. I need you to not clean anything up. No sweeping cuz this is an active crime scene. I want you guys to keep doing your business, but if the crime scene starts getting destroyed with you cleaning up, pots getting moved, I have to shut the store down, right? >> Um, and then the video recordings, it's is it an external or is it a hard drive? >> Um, it should be a hard drive, but I just asked. >> So, because of the extent, depending on what we have, uh, because of the extent of the crown, we're going to need that recording ASAP. If not, I'm going to end up seizing your entire surveillance system. So, and we don't want that to happen. And so we need to find those reportings. >> A worker who was also involved explains what went down between the manager and the customer. >> They was talking or whatever cuz past the girl that's out there, she's working. I guess those two they got beef or whatever. I don't know. But they was talking and she decided to start throwing ranch at them. >> Who threw ranch? >> Our worker. >> Your worker threw ranch at us. >> Yeah. Threw ranch at those two. Okay. >> You can see it on there. I was in the middle of it. They got ranch on me. um straws. Then I guess he ended up grabbing one of the hands or owner. >> Hold on, hold on. Um your worker. So we're going to say worker customer. Worker threw >> ranch at the customer. What did the customer do after that? >> The one that's in the black and yellow, she ended up pushing the um straws on the floor. Whatever. >> Push the straws on the floor. Not at anybody. Just push the straws on the floor. >> I think she was aiming at her. I don't know. Ended up going on the floor. And then worker. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You can come in >> on Q. The manager shows back up. >> If you want to just go talk with my uh partner right here and just tell her what happened with oil or whatnot and everything. I just try to push him outside the building. They were not trying to come out the building. >> He ended up getting too. So, >> okay. uh employee or customer. >> I am going to do >> I'mma go ahead and explain that right now. The guy y'all saw walk by with no shirt, he got hot grease thrown on him, too. He's a boyfriend. I don't remember if there's drama between those two girls because of him. You know what I mean? But uh he had his shirt off. I I don't know why you walked through the kitchen with your shirt off. You shouldn't do that. But he had his shirt off cuz he had grease thrown on him. I don't know if he was changing a shirt or whatever, but I'm going to tell you this now. If we're in a food establishment, why can't I be interviewed? Cuz you going to see where they interview this girl at? The employee that threw the hot grease. Why couldn't she be interviewed at one of these tables? Watch where they interview her. >> More. When you say the girl, do you mean those girls right out there? >> Sure. >> The manager then breaks down a different version. >> Oh, she has to go to the bathroom. Lord Jesus. So, nobody has Oh my god. And she works in food. She handles food and she asked to go to the bathroom to get her interview. >> Another story. >> I'm gonna leave the door open just for safety, but go ahead. >> So, her starter is I was just honestly doing my job trying to get the stuff to the back to so we could start closing my washing edition. >> Okay. >> And then she's all up in my face talking about she's talking to some guys that were in the restaurant and then she's she's over here just like uh I'm not calling stage broke but she's broken. He's broke. And I'm just like, "Okay, whatever. This girl don't even know me. I don't know this girl. So, whatever. I just kept doing what I was doing. She just kept wanting more extra stuff. I'm still over like >> what? Like when you see more extra stuff. >> She over here started like twerking and then dropping it down to the floor and just being weird. I heard she's just like little punch. >> Okay. You threw the oil. >> And then did you do anything with a bottle of ranch? >> So when a customer came, I'm trying to do my job again. So, I'm getting her and her sister up away. So, I'm just like, "Okay, excuse me. You can move now cuz I don't care. Like, I'm trying to get this man his order." And she's like, "Don't put your hand in my sister face." And it's coming closer to me. And I'm just like, "Bro, move. I'm trying to do my job. Like, move." And they just keep coming. Oh, you're not going to come over the counter. Just keep going and going and going and I'm just maybe I'm trying to call the man. And finally, they decide to move cuz I don't know if stage moving or whatever, but they finally move or whatever. Still just talking. I give the man his order and then they just keep they keep coming closer and I don't even know what happened after that. Honestly, the ranch was there. I'm still trying to get stuck. So, go to the back and move. I'm not supposed to be here. That girl, she she called corporate on my boss cuz she said that he hit her. All he did was tap her on the shoulder cuz she was ignoring him because she was flirting with him for 30 minutes on the shift when she was supposed to be doing her job and customer left the store because she wasn't doing her job. >> So, she doesn't work here no more. And they said that he told them to leave and they still kept coming back. They came back like three, four times or whatever, just doing whatever the heck. And then that last time they came, they just decided to quote me and then >> Okay. So tonight ranch and then go from there. >> And then did they do anything? >> They tried to come to the van but I had locked the door. >> Did they knock over your straws? >> Yes. >> Okay. Thank you. >> She knocked over to get me. She grab she knocked over the She knocked over the the straws and that's I already had the R in my hand. I'm like okay. So, she knocked over with the straws before he sprint. Okay, noted. Are you okay now? Or did you want >> rescue or anything? >> No, I'm fine. She's not supposed to be here. He been told her to get out and she >> has he been or has she been trespassed? She has been >> basically. Yes. She's She was here last night, too. And every time she's here, she's arguing with someone last we had there was another night there was altercation with this guy who he said, "Excuse me." And then another manager had to get her out the store because she's just coming in here crazy. She's not even here for no food. We're here to close. We're trying to close. I'm trying to do my job and she's just over here bothering people, calling me broke like she knows who I am. I don't know this girl. She don't She wasn't even the one working here. It was her sister. >> Okay. >> So, I'm so confused on why she's even here. They're not supposed to be here. And I'm like, "Why are you here?" And she's like, "Oh, I make money in my seat. I don't have to be here like you are. Can I do my job?" >> You are girl. She came to the back door. You come outside. Come. She's going to jump you. She's going to do this. I'm going to do that. They were the ones who held me back to not go outside. So, if I were to go outside, I would have been the ones calling the police that she hit me. And then she called a whole bunch of people. I don't know if y'all saw, but there was just a whole bunch of people here trying to get me because she came in here bothering me, dropping it down to the floor, doing [ __ ] while I'm trying to do my job. >> Okay. >> Go home. Can you explain what you throw at her? Was it like the remnants of the oil left in one of the fry baskets? Was it a a steel cup? Was it like a steel container? Was it >> like I don't know how to describe it. It's like >> she know how to describe it. She just don't want to admit she threw that hot grease. Both are trouble in my opinion. Just uh you know that's how I'm thinking that they came in to start trouble with her. She answered the call, but ultimately that grease took it to a new level and here we are. You can go to the back and like you see like a little silver thingy >> real quick. Is it Is it a container? >> It's kind of a container, I guess. >> Almost like a cup. >> Okay. All right. Um, you want to fill that out? All right. I'll be right back with you guys. >> Hey, I got to take some pictures real quick. Okay. >> You do me a favor. We'll get right back to that. I just got to take my pictures. All right. >> All right. Did you sustain any injuries in any way whatsoever during during altercation? >> I don't feel anything right now. >> And continuing to talk, the manager's familiarity with the girl slightly changes. >> I don't care. I said what I said. I know what I did. I know what I didn't do. She just wants to get me in trouble cuz she doesn't like me cuz her sister got fired and we're talking about her sister. Her sister was nice, but her sister was weird. She would do the weird [ __ ] behind my back. >> How long you known her for? I may be >> I don't know. But even if when you known them for like months, years. >> I mean, they've been coming in the store for months. She used to be nice. She used to come in the store, smile at me. I used to smile at her. I thought she's a very pretty girl. She's really nice. She used to be nice. I don't know what the hell happened since she started working here. She would just come up in here yelling all the time. >> But you known them for how long roughly? I guess since >> and I remember I used to see your sister since like August. She just comes up in here always starting calling me ugly. Like I didn't even talk to her. I was I was lying. I was doing my job and she started calling me broke. She like oh ugly that thing your hair never done your nails never done. So now me I don't care cuz I'm working I can get my hair done. My appointment is next week actually. Thank you. I could get my hair done. I'm always the bigger person in this world. I'm the bigger person and stuff, but for her to knock over that come over on my side and knock that [ __ ] over, I'm show her something. Why not? Yeah, >> I shouldn't cuz I'm in a higher position. But someone just I'm I'm going to be 19. I'm still a girl. If she want to tell someone, we can touch. Why not? >> I understand. >> If she want to tell someone, we can tell. Listen, if we were at work, I bet you she would have touched me first. She would have I tell you, she would have touched me. She came to the back and knocked on the door before she called y'all. And then when I had came back, she she's still here talking about, "Oh, you're going to jail. You're getting caught up on you." And mind you, she called people with guns to come and hurt me today. >> Yes. If you didn't see all those compulsion, her brother and people, mind you, her there was this one time our other manager, another general manager because these boys that her sister was talking to literally used to always they they stay in the store late after hours talking to the sister. The sister is talking to them literally normally and fine. All of a sudden, she's getting assaulted by them and then whatchamacall she's getting assaulted by them and then she calls her brother and he's walking out with a big gun and then my general manager the she she doesn't work at this store no more. She works at the same St. Louis West one had to come and like say something about it cuz why are you walking around with a big gun and she almost called the police on them but he went away. >> So did you say that your her friends that she had called today like came here? >> Yes. >> With guns. Most likely her people that that's what they do. >> Are they still here? If you >> I doubt it. They probably left cuz they see y'all. They don't mess with the police. They got that stuff on them. >> But I I'm already knowing because if her brother and I promise you she probably caught her birthday, too. >> All right. Real quick. >> Carry that stuff on >> real quick. >> Are you willing to write a written statement? >> Yeah. I just can't really write anything. >> Do you want to write out here? >> Okay. So, um I don't know. I was kind of like a little distant. I don't know. She started yelling at my sister and stuff and I'm not saying anything. I'm just started going back and forth for my sister and then she had her hands on our faces. I don't I don't know why she was so upset. I don't know. >> And then that's when she >> unless unless the girl the worker came from behind the counter. How did she the worker put her hands in the customer's faces? Cuz y'all saw where they were separated. Now, I don't know if they did eventually get beyond the barrier, but even that makes me suspicious of y'all. I feel like y'all came in to start trouble. >> She go to ranch, which is on me. >> Yeah. >> She just started squirt kept throwing it and then she got a bucket of hot grease. >> Mhm. >> And it she threw it and it splashed all over me and my sister. >> That's messed up. That's can mess you up. >> No, I know. That's pretty bad. It was burning, but I don't know. And see how they're not saying what led up to it. You can say you were talking north. Why can't you even say that? That that's how I know people know that what they did also was wrong because why didn't you say like y'all started saying, "Oh, you know, we just said she was broke and she got mad about it. You didn't say she's not saying any of that right now." I'll say, "You need an ambulance." >> I don't I don't know what I need. >> And the severity of the fact that, you know, grease can permanently disfigure you. You guys want to prosecute, right? >> 100%. Okay. Just making sure >> the general manager shows up and learns what the other manager did to one of the customers. >> What's going on? >> Good. I'm uh Vincent, general manager. My manager told me something. >> Yeah, there's there's an incident that we're investigating. Um once I get more information, we're still doing the investigation of what exactly happened. Once I know more, I'll let you know and I'll let you know what we're deciding to do. >> So, it's just an argument between an employee and a customer. >> An employee. Yeah. Supposedly, an employee threw hot grease on one of your customers. >> Well, my mom told me not to write one because she didn't want me to write one. >> Okay. Does your >> I'm not pres Yeah, you're not writing anything. >> Okay. And so, somebody Can I talk to your mom? >> Yeah, you can talk to my mom. >> How you doing? This is Officer Thomas with PSLPD. >> Hey, how you doing, sir? >> I'm good. So, you're aware of the situation, right? Somebody threw hot grease on your kids. >> Mhm. >> And you you want them to prosecute, correct? So what's going to happen is because I'm as you know >> Yes. >> I'm not allowing her to do anything because I'm not present. >> Okay. Do you >> do you want the person the adult the the person above the age of 18 who threw boiling grease on your kids? Do you want them to go to jail? >> Well, firstly, my daughter who this smaller one, she's an adult. >> So, she can do whatever it is in the moment because she's an adult. She's actually 20 years of age. but is who I instructed. >> So when I'm home, we'll come down to the station. We'll write a statement. >> Okay. Um so do you want to prosecute on behalf of your daughter then? >> Yeah. Most definitely. >> Okay. So can she fill out a statement of what happened? >> No, she can't. Not without me. >> Cuz you can. >> Okay. But your other daughter can't cuz she's an adult. >> Exactly. Yes. >> Okay. All right. Yeah, that's fine. And you said you'll come down to the station with her? >> Yeah, I'll come down. We'll come down tomorrow. >> Okay, perfect. >> Okay, so what do y'all think about that phone interaction with the mom? I I'm on both sides. Mom, protect your kids. Protect your minors. But also, I feel like mom know her daughter be on something like on some mess. I feel like she knows she got to coach her daughter not to say nothing crazy about what she actually probably did. So, I'm on both of the both sides on this one. >> Thank you. >> Awesome. Thanks so much. >> Can you fill one up then? >> Yeah. I've never had any problems. Why are you telling me stuff that you guys never brought to my attention? >> You know, you never brought CeCe never told me she had problem with this girl. >> Cuz the thing is, >> okay, the thing is if you have problem, you need to bring it to me. Okay? I can't read you guys mind. If y'all have a problem with employee or something going on, I will talk to you. >> Okay. So why why am I just hearing about this? Why why am I just hearing about it? >> Okay, y'all y'all y'all don't know how to communicate. >> Just ask. >> I keep telling y'all if there's a problem. Y'all need to talk to me. Not when it get like this out of hand. >> And once they're done, we're just going to have we're going to kick them out. We're get everybody out of here. Things are going to go bad. >> He he cannot handle those young people. Um, it's just I'm I'm not even criticizing him. It seems like they can get out of control, but I'm just observing that he cannot handle those young people. They're not going to communicate better. Um, they'll probably not be working there before this gets any better, before they mature. But, uh, it's just a s show. And then with the high turnover rate, you know, can't be picky all the time. So, he just going to always have this trouble. And it sucks. >> What's that? >> I get that. That's going to be between you and the general manager. >> The officer then teaches the woman's boyfriend, the other employee, about the dangers of hot oil. >> Are your hands burning? >> Do you need an ambulance? They got burn gel. >> You You don't have to go with them, but they got burn gel and that's going to blister and it can get infected and you can get something. You don't have to go, but Right. And I'm dead ass. A little burn that gets infected can kill you, right? So, they at least can put burn gel, make sure it's cleaned off. You don't have to go with them, but they can at least clean it off so that way it doesn't get in. >> So, if I if I don't load them, I don't got to get pinned on hospital. >> No, it's completely free. >> All right, better do that. >> Yeah. How old are you? >> I'm 18. >> 18. >> Thank you, boy. >> Okay, two things. First thing, let me say what I I'm going to say then, Auntie Natt, I'm read your comment. So, it is sad that you second guess getting treatment for yourself because of the cost of a a hospital bill. And I'm saying that it's sad that they're so high that people have to really think about it and then possibly forgo treatment. Um, I'm also glad the officer did tell him about what could happen because most people don't think about that with grease. Um, until I took my little Serve Safe stuff, I didn't know uh that the grease is continuing to burn and it's going to do all that cuz I grew up with this is not good cuz I learned it's not good. But, you know, uh the older people put butter on the burn and that's not you shouldn't do that. But yeah, so I'm glad the cop insisted and helped him get that treatment. And then Auntie Natty said, "I think they antagonize each other because the guy is messing with both young ladies and I am with you." That's that's what I'm thinking, too. burns. >> Yeah, like that. That can get infected. That can mess you up, man. >> Okay, good there. What about your arms? I know they look shiny. I don't know if there's any actually hurt. >> Okay, my finger. >> Do me a favor. Put your hands out like this. Take both your thumbs. Touch your thumbs together. >> Is that your girlfriend in there? Okay. >> That was um incidental. >> Yeah, that's >> Yeah, incidental contact. >> My HR person on the she um um when he's when you're when y'all send me the email, she say she'll get it right to y'all. >> Okay. Yeah, we need that immediately. Thank you. >> Okay. >> Um in reference to the other gentleman that's got burns all over him. Um >> he was on duty at the time that happened. >> Yeah. >> Is workers comp going to help him with all that? >> Right. Right. Yes. >> Okay. Can you explain that to him cuz >> Yeah, I just told him I >> He's worried about going and getting treatment. >> I just told him, "Don't worry about that. You cover you work. It'll be taken care of." >> I wanted to He honestly honestly tell that that guy that before the cop said anything. Maybe he did. But did you really say that about workman's comp? >> Not going to get on if you bring it in there. >> What do you mean? >> He's like he doesn't want to feel less of a man, I guess. I don't know. It's weird. He he'll walk out. >> Is that him? >> Yeah. >> So, where you got there? >> Any anywhere else? That's that bad. >> Officers have one last trick for the young lady. >> She said she know she didn't. >> Oh, yes, she did. >> Oh, she just said it. Auntie Netty, she said the girl effed her boyfriend. the straws and I'm like, "Oh, okay. I'mma show you." >> Oh, snap. >> Dropping it down. Like, she not embarrassed. Like, she's so cute. Like, girl, she 18. I don't know. >> Like, just no selfrespect. She come bothering me while I'm trying to do my job, calling me broke. How am I broke if I'm working? She doesn't have a job. >> I'm working and I'm broke. >> Like, [ __ ] don't worry about me being broke. Worry about you. >> I make minimum wage. You probably make more than I do. >> I don't think so. But like >> I'm at $7.35. That's all the child support in Alabama. So >> I don't pay it yet, but eventually I will. Got a plan for the future. You have no weapons or anything on you? >> No. >> All right. Do you mind if we just patch you down before we leave? Just turn around. We're going to patch you down real quick. Sweet. Do me a favor. Put your right here. Put your hands behind your back. Uh, you are being placed under arrest. All right. >> 1278's going to have one adult now. 10:15. >> Just go with them and uh search her. >> Are you looking for your girlfriend? >> She has been taken into custody. >> Hey, boss. >> Oh, no. No. Hey, come talk to me real quick. Look, I'm I'm trying to help you out here. Let them do their job and then we'll we'll let you come up after. All right? They're still finishing up and tightening up our end. But based off the investigation, based off the video, the statements of the witnesses, the victims, and even her own admission, her own admission, she threw the hot grease on them. All right? And based off that, that is that is a that is a charge. She has to go for that. Just because we found probable cause to arrest her doesn't mean doesn't mean that she's going to be convicted in the court of law, innocent until proven guilty. All right. I got you. I got you. Delete that. Babe, no. Bro, babe, >> you know I'm You know I'm a [ __ ] >> go with a good heart, babe. >> Babe, what's your passion? So I can call your mom. >> Don't call her. >> I'm What do you mean don't call her, babe? >> Actually, she going to be like, bro. >> What do you mean don't call her, babe? >> I don't like his voice. I don't like his voice. You know how we all have certain tones that may please our ears? His is not one of them for me. >> You let her know where the charges, bro. >> I'm not going to do nothing crazy. I promise you. CeCe, bro, I'm so I'm so sorry, bro. If you didn't beat me, if you didn't meet me, you wouldn't have had to deal with this. I didn't want to turn you into no I don't want to turn you into no crazy no crazy girl, bro. Like, bro, stop. >> You didn't hear her say she was gonna Bro, I don't give a what she said, bro. That don't matter, bro. She see it don't matter, bro. Because See, why would she want it? >> So, what you Cece? What you want me to do? >> I'mma call you. Obviously, I'm about to call your mom. I'm about to call. >> Yes, babe. I had to. I had to. I had to. I love you, girl. >> I love you, babe. >> Hold on. Don't take the video. I love you, girl. >> I know y'all are laughing. It's funny, right? Because >> it's not funny. It's not funny. You know what charges you got, right? You know how serious this is. >> Do you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. So, you got aggravated child abuse and aggravated battery with the deadly weapon, right? That's felony of the first or felony of the second. If convicted, you're looking at 15 years, right? And and you're being recorded right now. So, you just got to watch your attitude on everything that's going on because this whole recording is going to be played in court in front of a jury. Like, you just did this and then you're laughing and joking and taking videos. >> No, we no. We obviously know this or the situation, but we only trying to look at the positive. We know it's >> stay positive. Don't be upset. >> I'm just saying. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. As always, let me know your honest thoughts down below in the comments, and I'll see you guys in the next video. >> I'm showing you something. Why not? >> Aggravated child abuse. There you go. Okay. I mean, those are life choices you make. Yeah, that's who they were fighting over. Um, okay. Uh, I'm writing you in the chat, lovable Scorpion. The next one is she claimed they spit in her food. They went zero to 100 fast. I have not Oh, I have kind of seen this one. Uh, let me know what y'all think about this one. >> 9th 2025 deputies responded to a Dunkin Donuts after a female called claiming an employee had spit in her food. Employees told her to leave the business, but she refused. Here are the events as they unfolded. Did you guys How long has she been here? >> She come in the morning. She go outside all the time. She come outside for food. here in the morning. >> Hi. Are you Christine? How are you? >> Good. Are you Christine? >> Did you call us? >> What's going on? >> Um I ordered some food earlier. Um basically I ordered the food and then um she was telling me that um she was telling me that um we were it was kind of busy. So um somebody gave me some money that was sitting right here. They was like, "Hey, do you want something to eat?" That's what they eat. So, I go to her. I'm like, "Hey, um, what's your cheapest option? What do you have have here?" Cuz I usually don't ever come here. Um, she's like, "A bagel?" I'm like, "I just want a bagel. I just want a sandwich. I really wanted a um like a sandwich, like a breakfast sandwich um and a donut." So, she assumed that I just wanted a bagel or cream cheese. And um I didn't correct her because we were so busy and everything happened so fast. So once that happens, um I get the bagel and I realize that it's just cream cheese. I always knew, but I was just trying to wait it out because um there were so many people here and she seemed busy. So um once that happened, um I I I like, "Hey, can I return this?" And she's like kind of talking to me, but not really like you know, like like Yeah. like, you know, not even >> Okay. So, what do you need from us? >> Um, I just want to make a report that this might have spit in it. Um, >> okay. Do you know if it has spit in it or >> No, I'm not positive. But >> why do you why do you think that it has spit in it? >> Um, because I left it up there and once they made it, once I made it, I kind of left it up there because I I didn't want it anymore. So, it's not that I was scared. >> So, it stayed in the bag up there and you just left it there. >> Yeah. It's not that I was afraid to get in the line. It's more so that um >> I can't understand you when you cover your mouth. >> Sorry. It's not that I was afraid to get in the line. It's more so that it was just made. So, I figured she would just talk to me real quick and be like, "Yes, no, just completely ignored me and completely blocked me off." So, I was stuck with the sandwich. And once I got the sandwich, I just um >> Okay. You have your ID on you? >> No, ma'am. I don't. >> Okay. And what's your current address? Um, >> report if I ever want to check this out for I mean I don't >> We're not going to check it out. I'll tell you that right now. It won't get checked out. >> I mean, how how does that work? >> It doesn't doesn't work. It's a sandwich. Yeah, we don't do anything with that. We won't do like any DNA or anything like that with that. That's the problem because it's on food. >> I've heard about this. Maybe a drink. >> No, they won't do anything with that. What you see on TV is not what happens in real life. Just so you know, with like the crime scene stuff and all that. Yeah, we don't do all that. We have to like you would have to die for us to come back and do that basically. Like we would do an autopsy, >> you know, on you and then find out where it might come from. But like yeah, this we would write a report. It's going to go nowhere. >> So >> I would suggest just not coming here anymore. >> You hang out here a lot. They said >> and they have no issue with that. But >> just try not to keep coming back here that if you feel like they're spitting in your food if you leave it out here. >> Okay. at least four. >> Okay. So, um just to make sure we're on the same page, uh let's see. Kim Jones says, "So, she's assuming they spat in her food." Yes, she is assuming they they did it. She did not uh see it. The I'mma let y'all see how them folds. I'm trying not to jump ahead too much. Um what was the other thing? Dang. I'm going to let it play cuz now I forgot. >> For what though? What's the report going to do? What is that going to accomplish? I just need it for the future. >> For what? Future? So you can go to another Dunkin Donuts and do this? >> No, I'm going to report them for spitting in my food. >> How can you prove it? >> No, but they have cameras. >> Again, I'm just trying to tell you like we can write a report. It's just going nowhere. That's >> I know, but they have cameras and it's it's I'm pretty sure it's illegal, so there has to be a way to prove it. >> Okay. Well, we'll watch the camera. Let's see. We can watch camera first. If there's nothing there, then you're good to go. Okay, fair enough. >> Okay, sounds good. >> Good. How are you? Who's the manager? I'm the person in charge. >> Okay. Do you have any video of where they make the food and all? >> Sure, I have. >> Can we review it real quick? >> Sure, I can I can check it. >> Yeah, we'll do that. >> Do you know her? >> No, but I have so many so many. >> All right. She feels that your uh your employees are spitting in her food. So, >> I want to spit the food at the >> Yeah, I know. So, I I want to see I would like to see the video. >> I have problems with this homeless and this is so I'm call >> almost every single >> You know what? I like to I like to be able to have the facts that way I can throw it back at her and say, "Hey, >> yeah, that's what I'll do." >> I need I need access to the office. >> Yeah. >> Just want to see the video. Show the video. >> Show the video, please. >> Yeah, we would love to see it. And we're good. >> Hold on. I I can't review this crap. >> Oh, yeah. Okay, perfect. I think in a not so direct or straight way, he the cop was saying he is not I won't say no law enforcement will, but they are not about to test for DNA because you suspect someone's spitting your food. It would have to be a more serious crime where they're going to spend resources and time to test for DNA. They can, they have the capability, but they are not going to do it for the level of this. And I'm not saying nobody would, but I think it's usually they're just gonna look like he's gonna look at the video. That's that seems normal what they normally do like to see if someone looks like they spitting your food and stuff. But yeah, I don't see a lot of places like Okay, yeah, let's spend the money to get a DNA test for this. They are capable, but will they? I don't see most of them doing that. get it on his phone. >> I believe I can. I believe I >> just hang on here. >> Let's see. Where's the right camera for that? >> She's been here all morning. >> All morning. >> Okay. >> Did she pay for that sandwich? >> Asking the customer for the sandwich. I don't feed the people. Get out of here. >> Right. >> Why? You always want to be >> That was the other element I was waiting on. So he said she was asking customers to buy her food. Um so I guess a customer possibly got her the bagel cuz you know she was like what's the cheapest option here? Which also leads me to believe she may not have a place to stay or she definitely doesn't have enough money but she may not have a place to stay either. Um I'm trying to wait. I'm trying not to give my opinions too early. So, but I just wanted to let make sure y'all heard that part that uh she was asking other people to buy her something from Dunkin Donuts. >> Did you guys want her trespass or anything? >> I you know, I like to do it. >> Okay. >> I'd like to do it. >> We'll let all your employees know she's trespass. So, when she does come here, we'll take her right back. >> I have I have an issue last week in John. John, I know him for many years. is a is a police officer to come over here and talking with us. >> I had to call every single day and I'm tired because sometimes you guys quit, sometimes is this important. This is no important call, right? >> And and it's it's too much. >> Where's the service station here? This is the front. This is the front line. >> Do you know what she got her sandwich? Do they know what she got her sandwich? Can they can they check to see when they got her sandwich? How long ago? >> I I can't figure it out. Yeah, but I like figure out the computer here because >> Yeah. No, no, that's fine. >> For me, it's fine. Oh yeah. >> Thank you. This something Good morning. Happy my No, come here. >> Actually, never mind. Hold on. This is not go either. It's fine. This is good. We're good with this. >> Now it's go sit in the corner there. A little far. >> Yeah. Uh can you can you speed it up? Just fast forward a little like it's a little faster. >> Is that going to be the uh the little this faster I can can move on a little faster. Come on. This freaking system sometimes is worse. >> She's there. >> Yeah, she's back there. Okay. by this is night 27, night 38. She's >> She's up at the front. Okay. >> At the front right there. >> Okay. So, can we go to the other camera where your staff is that shows the staff? >> Sure. >> At 9:30. Go back to like >> 9:30 a.m. right? >> Yeah. >> What camera can see there? Oh, this one over here. This one where she get the sunish. >> Yep. >> Right there where she get the sunish. >> Yeah. So, >> let's go play 938. >> Yep. >> 98. She's waiting for the sun there. Let me make adjustment in these cameras. I should look up there. >> She left without the bag. >> Yeah, that's not Yeah. >> Yeah, she'll come back up. She said because she left it up there, she feels like they spit in it. >> No. See, that guy's busy there making something else, >> right? No, that's fine. >> What was she eating? >> She eating something else. I don't know. >> Looks like a donut. No, it's fine. It's fine. Just keep cuz she's going to go up and grab it here in a second. >> Oh, I want the whole thing. That way she don't say anything. She don't say anything. She can't She can't make her complain. >> Yeah. >> I got I got >> Yeah. Yeah. That's all we need is just so she goes up and grabs her food. Why would she leave it up there though? What What was her excuse? >> Because I guess she realized that it wasn't >> I have I have a two different box here. Sometime this box is for the delivery people. whatever order online, >> you know. >> You think she got the wrong bag? >> No. She said she she knows that it was a bagel with cream cheese, but then she left it up there cuz she didn't want to make a big deal about it. So, when she came back, this guy's follow cheese and thought they spit in it. >> Okay. Well, we can still see the bag. The other guy's grabbing the other bag that they just set down. >> Their order. Yep. Got their order. Their bag is still sitting there. He's there for this customer. >> He's grabbing it and then he realizes it's not his. >> It's two bucks there. >> Yeah. He realized it wasn't his bag. >> Yeah, that wasn't his. >> Yeah, he was waiting for his order. >> His actual breakfast sandwich. >> Yeah. >> Could be somebody can get >> She probably had enough to afford a bagel with cream cheese and that's what they gave her. >> Oh. Or maybe somebody can get their own back because this is happen a lot. All these bags there with no sticker on it. This one be I can this is I can dress in right now. But >> no, but it's still the point is that her bag is sitting right there. Nobody took it back to spit on it. >> Yeah. Going to watch it the whole time so that way she can't try and argue. >> Nobody pushed this back in. >> Mm- been there the whole time. Yeah, >> I get his color here. Look at this. You see? >> Yeah. Tell her it's her meal. >> Let me think. It's a spill. One is when it's spilled. It spill so many. >> Why is it stop? >> There she goes. Oh, she's going to order a donut. >> [ __ ] already cuz she was eating it already. >> Whatever I hear is a customers buy the food for her. She's not pay for anything. >> That's crazy. I wish people do that for me. >> I wish I had enough money to support someone else's wants. I think if she would have got the bag on time instead of asking people for money, she would have had that fun, >> right? >> She's the one to call you guys. >> Mhm. >> Oh, yeah. >> While while it's playing, do you have your ID so I can do the >> Sure. Sure. >> Yeah. Yeah. You're good. Yeah. Yeah. Perfect. >> Okay. So, I'm gonna try my best to go through what I'm uh what I see or what I I don't know how to describe. Let me just start. Okay, so she's suspecting that her food was spitting at the point that she returned it back to them. Um I didn't see that they said they made her a new bagel. So, I think that they only had the camera on the counter where she tried to return the bagel with cream cheese. I don't know if they said they gave her a new bagel. The police officer was focused on the bag because that's I guess that's the bag she grabbed back from the counter to then sit down with. And if that is the bag and it never got opened, then no one did cuz she only suspected that they did when she tried to return the bagel. So, the timeline starts at the time that she tried to give the bagel back. But it seems like the bagel never left the bag on the counter and then that bag went back to her. Now, let me know if y'all saw that there was a second bag giving given to her. Like, they talked about a whole separate food order given to her, but it sounds like I I didn't catch where there was a second bagel. Although she might have asked for one, I didn't catch where they gave her a second one, but I don't think there were cameras focused on the prep. I can't I couldn't tell for sure. They the cop kept focusing on, "Let me watch this bag. Don't Don't skip through this part. I want to see it to the end." Um, yeah. I think she left it up there that long because they did not make a second order. So, she was probably waiting on the a new order like but they didn't make another one. Kim, I'm not sure. But they focused on the bag on the counter for that's what I saw. Listen, when I have my Dunin and and Gun Club and the gas station right there across to you know this is my area. >> This is my donin for 18 years old and sold 40 and military too much [ __ ] and this don >> Auntie Natty Yes. He asked to see where the food was prepared. Was there verbal confirmation that they were able to have a camera angle that you can see where food is prepared? And if even if they can't see where food is prepared, did they take food back or make her another order where it was prepared once she returned that bagel? Because if nothing was ever returned, she returned it, but if she took back the same one and the bag never got opened, there's definitely no spit. if they gave her a new bagel that was prepared off camera, there's a possibility there's some spit. Um, so just it that's what I'm wondering is did she get a new anything because they kept the camera on the bag and that bag didn't get touched by like it didn't get opened again by an employee. So I'm like is there a did y'all hear or see about a se she wanted a separate bagel? Did they acknowledge they made her a separate one and they handed her a new order? Much >> one night is break into the drive through window twice. The same guy. >> Oh, really? What's your phone? What's the phone number here? >> She's giving her time there. But she's never get it back. >> Are we able to skip a little? >> No, it's fine. >> Okay. >> Try to find out when she come back over here. >> Yeah. As long as that bag doesn't move, we're good. >> Let's go see. Let's say 9:47. Let's go see what happened to 9:58. >> Right there. That's good. Yeah. >> She didn't want to come in. >> Yeah. Yeah. That's fine. >> This is the perfect perfect time. >> Yeah. >> She put the sandwich on the side. >> She did something. She put I don't know if that's the bag. >> Back. I put sandwich in the hand. Now put it back in the bag. >> And now start, you know, hold fingers to the people. This bag is over there for A good what? 10 10 minutes. >> Yeah. Nobody spit in it. >> Nobody touched it. >> Yeah. >> I said one customer. >> Look, there she goes. She took it. >> I just needed to come walk back over to her chair. All right. She owns it. >> Okay, perfect. Thank you. We're going to go talk to her right now. Come. Can you just come with >> All right. >> Yeah. No, no, you're good. Appreciate it. Sorry for the time. >> We just need you to come and talk. >> We just need you to come out and tell her she's not allowed back here cuz you're you're the general man. >> I'm the owner. >> Okay. No, no. >> No, no, no. That's fine. I I just need my reporter. That's all. >> She's still hot. All right. So, >> what's your first name? >> Yes, sir. >> Spell it. >> C A R I S T I S E. >> Uhhuh. And last name. >> So, Christine, um, so we reviewed the video, right? Nothing happened here. So, >> okay. Nothing. We sat there the whole time. Nothing happened. We watched the video. That's why it took so long. It's horrible. We found it and then we had to watch it. Okay. Cuz I don't want you to feel like we didn't do our part. So, I literally had to watch what 10 almost 15 minutes. >> Longer than that. >> Yeah, it felt like. Yeah. It was a long time. Okay. So, based off this time, all right. because of how long you were here asking people for money and this that and the other, I guess. Okay. >> They're they're a business. They're a business. Okay. They don't want you coming back here. So, they want you trespass from here. >> So, we're going to trespass you from here for one year. You're not allowed to come back. You do. You're going to be subject to arrest and you'll go to gun club for trespass after one. Do you understand? >> I didn't ask anyone for money. >> That's crazy. But okay. Um John >> 226. Do you have a deal? A driver's license? >> I do. I don't have it on me. >> You ever have one before? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> How do you spell your last name again? >> Um, just let her know she don't want to walk on the property and then she >> Sure. >> Yeah. Put a trespassing on the property. >> I don't want to see around. >> Okay, perfect. >> I don't have any problem take care of people. I don't like people like >> Okay, perfect. Thank you. >> I appreciate that. >> All right, so gather all your things and you're good to go. >> Can I at least get a refund for them? >> You got to call corporate. They're not helping you anymore. They trespass now. >> I don't care. >> Well, I assume that I can trust you guys in judgment. So, police officer, >> correct? >> Of course. >> Okay. No, never promise anything your goddamn life. >> Thank you. What' you say? >> You heard me. >> What' you say? >> Huh? >> No. No. I didn't hear you. >> I said don't evering call me crazy in your goddamn life. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You're You're allowed to leave now. >> Have a good day, >> [ __ ] >> Yeah. You would know. >> Don't talk to us like that. Can we do you a favor? >> Have a good day. You got 3 seconds to get off before you go to jail. >> They finally gave me some money. piece of [ __ ] You've been following me around for how long now? >> Following you along. I trust me, I got better things to do to deal with your miscalculable hair. >> I wish she had have just left. I do. And yes, there is there is always a bias against anyone that's homeless, Jacqueline. So, I am there with you. Um, I this will be my third time watching it and I ended up only showing y'all because y uh people sent it to me so I was like, "Okay, I'm I'mma put it in here." But I I had some conflicting things and it's not all against her. Uh I did, but yes, I can acknowledge there's going to be bias against homeless people and I do suspect she's possibly homeless. I do think that she wanted the refund. like someone may have bought her the bagel and then she wanted the refund to get the money for something else because the bagel may not be what was needed. You know what I mean? So that's that's where I am with it. I in this case I don't think someone spit in her food only because I feel like the greater need was for the refund and the money. Um they said that she was asking people for money. She said she didn't ask but people were giving her money. I do think there was a need for the money. Uh the greater need. So, I'm not saying someone would not spit in food. People do that all the time. All the time. But I don't I just think she wanted the money on this one. >> Go ahead. You better leave. You better leave before you go to jail. You need to get off the property. >> You need to get off the property. You need to get off the property. You need to leave. Okay. Come on. I don't give a if I assume this, that, and third. It's up to me. >> You're going to jail. >> It's up to me. >> Trespass after warning. I told you to leave how many times now? At least five times. Yep. Take your bag off. >> Good job. You just got yourself a trip to jail. >> Are you serious? >> Yes, I did. Yes, I am. >> Because your feelings are hurt. >> No. Am I? No. It's because you don't listen. So, now you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. But you Was I attacking you? No. >> No, you don't have to attack me. You just don't listen. That gets you to go to jail. Have a good day. Come on. Let's go. >> No, you're going to jail. >> You're being a piece of [ __ ] >> Yep. I am a piece of [ __ ] You're right. Every day I wake up and I look in my mirror and I say, "I'm a piece of shit." That's exactly what I say. >> Is he not being the piece of [ __ ] Did you not see me walking off and I'm not even >> No, it took too long. >> I'm not even being rude. >> Took too long. >> And you're still being a piece of [ __ ] I'm not >> I am being a piece of [ __ ] You're right. And I'm taking you to jail. >> You're right. You're absolutely right. >> Any sense, [ __ ] I will sue the out you, [ __ ] >> Please. Please. >> I will sue the [ __ ] out you, [ __ ] >> Please. >> Okay. Woo. I also want to try to clarify that I don't think there was ever a second order of food given to her. So, this is what she says. She says, "I wanted the breakfast sandwich." Like y'all heard Kim and somebody else. I think it was Janetta. She wanted a breakfast sandwich, but they gave her a bagel with cream cheese. She gave the bagel with cream cheese back in the bag and then it was sitting on that counter that I don't think they ever gave her a breakfast sandwich. And they and the camera that the cop was focused on stayed on the bag, never being touched again by an employee. The only hand that touched the bag that she tried to return at first was another customer thinking it was their order. And then she, when they say she, I saw her red hair, so I know it was her when they said she's picking the food back up. And that was her hands that touched it again. So her the the um the the girl with the braids touched it to give it back. They I don't think they made her a second order. That's the part I I hope I wish I could be more clear on on send is I wasn't sure, but I don't think they did. I think she still had a bagel. So So she put the bag closed on the counter, wanted a different order, did not get what she desired, picks the untouched bag except for the customer that thought it was their food, then they sat it back down, picks the untouched bag up, takes it back. So no employee had contact after she tried to return it. And her accusation is they spit in it because she tried to return it. So there would be no spit present based on her accusation until she returned the order, but the order wasn't touched by an employee when she tried to return it based on what they're narrating when they watch the camera. That's why I don't think Spit is present here. And also her greater need of probably wanting the money more than the bagel. [ __ ] I will sue the out you. Do not ever play with me, [ __ ] You see my face clean like my record, ho. Do not ever play with me, [ __ ] >> Two, two, go ahead. >> Cuz you don't want to see me up. Why you mad? You acting like you mad, [ __ ] Don't ever play with me. Yo, aggressive that in my ear. Hold on a second. >> I got 15 right now. >> And then let's talk about it. >> Lean against the car. >> Lean up against the car. You >> widen your stance. >> Let's talk about it. This [ __ ] going to tell me, right? >> Oh, that's crazy. >> Shut the up, [ __ ] Going to tell me, right? Oh, no. He going to tell me, right? That's crazy. I'm sitting at the table. Mother say, "Hey, sweetie." Say, "Hey, sweetie. Get yourself something to eat. Thank you." He going to talk about, "That's crazy. Don't talk to me like that, [ __ ] You know me too well, mother. >> Yeah, you know me too well. >> And now you mother want to act up. I will shoot the out you [ __ ] And you see me leaving too. And you see me leaving too. You >> piece of [ __ ] >> Turn to the side. >> Get all that [ __ ] cleaned up, [ __ ] Like your gut, [ __ ] >> Have a good day, >> [ __ ] >> Hey, [ __ ] Let me tell you something, [ __ ] You [ __ ] your rock and I'm your [ __ ] up and real mother you mother me. You see that [ __ ] That me right now. I like your mother know my goddamn last name [ __ ] Do they have a problem with me and your goddamn mother? Cuz your big ass cuz your mother big ass don't know who the you be. Don't ever play me, [ __ ] Call me crazy [ __ ] Don't ever play with me, mother. Do not ever play with me on my record, [ __ ] Thank you. You nasty ass, ugly ass, fat head ass, potato ch eating ass, nasty ass, stupid ass [ __ ] My [ __ ] going to be cool. Heard me. Heard me? Your fat ass brother jump up when nobody even talking to your ugly stupid staking ass. When nobody talking to your stupid ass [ __ ] Don't ever call me crazy your mother life. You know what I think I do? I go I went through that [ __ ] Act like you hear me, [ __ ] >> Act like you hear me, [ __ ] >> Yeah, I got Yeah. You didn't want to listen. Hold on. >> Didn't want to listen. [ __ ] you see me mother leaving out that? You see me leaving out that mother and your stupid ass? I do something disgusting, [ __ ] Your stupid grimy cuz you a fat nasty piece of [ __ ] >> But uh don't worry >> cuz you a dirty ass nasty piece of [ __ ] Piece of [ __ ] Cuz I don't look at your dumb ass long enough, [ __ ] Shut your ass up, [ __ ] Your dumb ass [ __ ] ain't doing [ __ ] on the mother with your stupid ass. >> I know. >> I got my >> [ __ ] Shut the [ __ ] Stupid ass. I'm on your ass. Are you happy? Is you old or young, [ __ ] >> Which one is it? Tell me. God, I'm on your motherhead. Y with me, [ __ ] Do not motheruck with me on my record. Okay, [ __ ] You want to see a mother, [ __ ] You see a [ __ ] You >> all right, Daisy? How I see it? You got Okay, this is I was waiting to see if anyone caught it because I was like I didn't Um, so when she said Oh, well, Daisy's comment first of all says, "I didn't hear anyone call her crazy, but it's obvious that is a trigger word for her." I also agree that is a trigger word for her. She She may have some mental issues. What What happened is when she said, "I didn't ask anybody for money. They offered me money. The cop said, "That's crazy." Like the answer, her explanation was crazy. Um, but she probably probably because it's happened to her before took it as he's calling her crazy. But it was her her explanation, not her. Um, so I was waiting to see if anyone else caught that because I was like, I need to I don't want sometimes I'll, you know, you'll mishar things. I I do chores while I'm watching these the first time and stuff. So, I'm like, well, let me just wait and see. Um, I also believe that she's homeless. Uh, as anyone would, probably angry about the circumstances of being hung uh homeless. Um, she did not get the refund that she wanted. Then, it's the fact that, uh, the cop was antagonizing her in some areas. And um to his discretion, he could have let her continue to walk off. But I've seen many times where people when they don't get out them big parking lots and they want to talk noise the whole way. The a lot of times the cops are like, "All right, disorderly conduct or trespass after warning, whichever one they'll pick, they'll um they'll they'll take them cuz they'll be like the disorderly conduct." All it's mostly the cussing most times. Um they'll get you. And then um yeah and then not leaving they they yeah they can get you. So I'm not saying that he couldn't have let let her keep walking but I've seen many times where people like they got to keep getting their thoughts out and it's like ah just keep walking yelling yell later into a pillow or something or like a uh just when you get out of the property but and away from them because it's their discretion. There if they want to take it personally they can. And then you know disorderly conduct is probably what they'll use. So or trespass after the warning cuz you didn't go fast enough. >> Yeah, [ __ ] Cuz you go disgusting, huh? I took too long to leave the property. >> Okay. Deontay said, "I would say couch surfing because her braids are pretty new." It could be couch surfing. Um I was looking at a few things like Yeah, she I think she has just enough to make it and I Yeah, like that. She might be couch surfing possibly. Um the braids don't well they're not they're not fresh cuz her scalp is up here now. But I was looking at her hands. One hand has nails, one hand doesn't. Also um her she was self-conscious about her teeth. So that tells me you don't have a regular place to take care of your teeth and stuff like that. So yeah, it's a lot happening in here. I'm telling you, I was so conflicted on even showing this one. But I got it was sent to me multiple times and I'm not always going to play everything that makes me feel conflicted, but this was one I was like, I'mma try this one. >> Shut your stupid ass up, [ __ ] Shut your stupid ass up, [ __ ] Your problem be, [ __ ] Your problem be your stupid I want act deal. You better goddamn deal. And this was I give your nasty sorry ass [ __ ] You going be just that. I ain't glad [ __ ] I'm on your ass back. Your ass could have been one thing back. Shut up. >> I take [ __ ] for you. I'm on your way. [ __ ] I'm on your way. I'm [ __ ] Okay, let's do this. Hey, ice cream. Um, you want to go see you want to go see what what uh what Forever 21 has cuz I'm a broke ass [ __ ] Hey, let's go. Let's go get our noses pierced. You piece of [ __ ] >> We're going to take another break real fast. Okay. Uh, Deonte says, "I'm Deonte's mom and I used to do hair and they are not new, but not extremely old and her braids came down past her knees. Gotcha. Gotcha. Thank you for putting put that professional credibility in there, too. Thank you. I'm gonna tell you what for lunch, ho. I'm on your head, dog. I just hate your ass more than him. I hate your ass more than him. Real [ __ ] I hate your ass more than him. Like, I gave up, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. You got me closer. >> Okay. on my mother. I know. >> Yeah, I know. >> Where the your ass came from? >> Yeah, they might have. We'll see how it goes. You might >> I came from Do not mother with me again in your mother life, ho. Do you know who the um is big [ __ ] >> I have friends. What a sneaky ass [ __ ] Nobody likes you or your face. >> 84 on Tiffany. >> Nobody likes your face. Your face in particular. I hate that [ __ ] And then let's get to little leg. Let's talk about low leg right quick. >> Can we talk about leg? >> No. All right. It will. >> All right. I think she Y'all, it's going to be ironic if this happens. I'm going tell you now. You might want to just listen and not watch cuz I do want I I want to get to the end of this one. But she sound like she's working up saliva in her mouth. So if you don't want to see that and I'm going kind of be looking at my keyboard myself. I don't know if she will, but it's working up in her mouth. So just if you got a weak stomach, don't don't look. It's And it's only possible. I don't know. You got to get real. Hell no. That I don't know why got up to try to play with me today, [ __ ] Don't ever play with me, [ __ ] Cuz I gave you a piece of my goddamn mind. That's my piece my goddamn mind. That be wrong with your mother. I was so goddamn caught up with what you play, dog. You play. You see I play it cool. You tell me some crazy [ __ ] I ain't want to hear back cool dumb ass. Ah, that's crazy. What the crazy about it? Crazy. Don't play with me. Put on talking [ __ ] Crazy. Don't play with me. Don't play with me, [ __ ] >> Hey, where were you born? >> Here, Westbomb. >> And my mama coochie. >> All right. West bomb. Sounds good. >> Yeah, she said her mama's coochie, but I'm going to assume West Palm. >> Yeah, >> I like athletes. >> I'm going assume West P. >> I'm in my 20s for now. Don't quit playing with me, [ __ ] Hey, why your mother? >> And she's back. >> It's a touch your [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> Still got a baby daddy face that ho. Pusso. [ __ ] ass ho. Drooping ho. Wash your goddamn mouth, ho. W your goddamn mouth, ho. God, that was ugly as [ __ ] Oh [ __ ] you. >> I'm glad I can help. >> And I know your [ __ ] act can hear me talking [ __ ] to you, too. >> I'm not listening. I can care less. I'm at the beach. >> I say you too broke, [ __ ] ho. >> So, she repeats herself like I care. >> I say you way too broke. >> I'm broke. >> Too broke. Bro, >> she said you're broke. >> I'm broke, >> I guess. >> I don't Are they even driving or have they been sitting still? It's almost done with the video. I just want to see if they're going to show her charges and stuff like that. She does need a mental evaluation. >> Dr. All right, I'm cool. I'm cool. I'm cool. Are we good? Are we good? Or do I got to let them know you're going to be be? >> We're fine. >> Huh? >> Everything's okay. >> Are you done? You're tired now? >> We up, bro. >> Ah, you guess she lost her voice box now, huh? >> Yeah. Okay. Thank you. Alpha 22. What? You know I'm >> getting to carry your big ass up. I hate like your ass. >> All right, let's let's go take her to jail >> since she didn't want to leave. >> You got me up, [ __ ] And actually, I was actually out the premises, ho. >> No, you weren't. >> Yes, I was the property. >> No, it's all on body cam. >> You a goddamn lie. >> Yeah, I know. I would love to be love for you to >> I was actually off the premises. >> You weren't off the property. You had to leave the parking lot. You refused. You ran your mouth and running your mouth got you a trip to jail. >> Run your mouth in itself. >> Shut the up. >> Okay. You a goddamn little I was >> on my life. I was so far from you, bro. >> Your [ __ ] had ran up after me. >> Shut up. >> Yeah, you didn't want to listen and leave. >> A [ __ ] you a goddamn ain't nobody tell your [ __ ] you alive. I'm going to eat you. I'm going to eat you. She calmed down for the rest of the ride to the county jail where she was booked on a single misdemeanor charge of trespass after warning. After her arrest, she appeared before a judge and was released on her own recgnizance instead of having to post bond. But the case didn't resolve quickly. Over the following weeks, she returned to court multiple times, and her release was eventually revoked after another incident brought her back into custody. Due to concerns about her ability to participate in her own defense, the court ordered a mental health evaluation. A licensed psychologist later determined she was not competent to proceed. Her case was then transferred to a specialized mental health division where it remains active, and she is still in custody while the court continues to oversee her treatment and status. Oh, I appreciate them so much for getting to the whole uh followup with that one because I was wondering. So, yeah, I was Yeah, I'm glad they did do a mental health evaluation and didn't let her stand for herself in trial because Yeah, that was not going to be good. That's crazy. All right, that one was for y'all that sent it to me because that one was hard. I deleted it, went back to it, deleted it, went back to it. All right. Okay. So, we're moving on. I don't think there's any more that's like that, but I didn't honestly didn't know how y'all would react to that one. I just knew I felt conflicted about it myself. Um, but we're going to police surprise entitled Dine and Dashers and Chaos Erupts. >> 11th, 2025. Officers received a call of multiple people leaving a restaurant without paying. 42. Can you run a 27 and 828 for me, please? >> Hey, mama. Can you pull out the back window as well? I just got to be able to see who's in the car. You guys just left B's house? >> No. >> No. Okay. They're saying you did. So, before I have to get them all overhead confirmed, then I see we got the baby in the car and all that. Just tell me what happened in your words. >> They I took my baby out. >> Okay. >> I guess they thought I was sweet cuz they see jewelry and all this. They just tried to put a $300 something dollar bill on me. It was only me and my son at eight. >> Okay. >> So, I go there all the time. Like for me, I know how much it is when we pay. >> They tried to put a whole $300 bill on me and I was going to do that. I told them. >> Did you try to talk to them beforehand? >> Exchange numbers with the other two people that >> I did, but that's what it was. It was really the other people that just walked out. It was a man and a lady. They was with each other. >> And they probably y that we could have recorded that, too. I hope they got some type of footage of those people that came in. So I came to pick my people up. >> Exactly. She came and picked us up. That was that. Okay. >> They really thinking that we was with the other people and they don't have nothing to do with us. They just let the other people just walk freely out. I paid what I had to. I s I gave them $100. They didn't have nothing to do with us. >> You did pay them. >> Yeah. The other people they left. >> Okay. You got your ID? >> Who? Me? >> Yeah. >> Who was on that? You and the baby? >> Yeah. The baby? >> I see I see the baby in the back here. This car res too. >> All right. So, >> bring >> just hear me out. They just described you as being >> I did come in there, but that's I I'mma come in there and get I'mma come in there and help mad for show, but I ain't nobody cool. So, it's two different prices I have here cuz he separated amongst people. He's being fair. >> Okay. But he gave me two prices. He said it was two people. He identifies you both. So let me finish. I don't know what's going on with nobody else. I going to do one thing at a time. Right. >> 56.94 is what he stating that you own. Mr. Do >> the 56.94 >> and 19578 for you on my grandma. What we going to do? Y'all think y'all going to lock me up for 195? Cuz that's that that's what the do on my kids. I'm not getting >> that's that's the only other option. I'm not going to do that. >> If you want me to speak, let me speak. >> Here's the only options. Okay. >> They said you guys can pay it back what the bill is >> and or in the 56.90. Okay. Let me tell you something. >> Otherwise, they want to sign complaints and have you guys brought in for that. Yes, that's the options right now. >> Who was y'all? >> Both of you. >> I'm not going nowhere. All y'all white shirts do whatever. the white shirts who I just spoke with and told me >> tell him to come right here. >> It ain't going to make a difference. And listen and let me let me explain something to make me pay for too much people. Let me look at the bill. It's like all this came back. >> Okay, hold on. So, let's let's go with their story that I caught so far. I was in the chat a little bit. So, they said there were two other people that they were having the meal with. The bill came out for $300. And now that she's in the car saying, "I'll pay my 150, but I'm not paying theirs." How did you not pay at least your 150 before you left the establishment? Like, how do you You were going to go about your merry way then had they not stopped you and still at least owe your 150 then. That's that's the logic I'm coming to right now. >> Another why you come up with a separate bill when all of this is not ours. >> This is where we at. I don't know what was there to say. I'm trying to explain to you about what they say. Do listen to what I'm saying to you. It's her baby birthday. Why would we want to steal a fool? >> And I'm not trying to get in front of the kids. So, can you please bring it down? I ain't got it. >> Bring it. Bring it down. I ain't doing [ __ ] cuz I'm locked up. >> He came back with two bill. And so this why I'm telling you what's going on cuz they telling you [ __ ] I know what they gave y'all, but I'm giving >> So, where are we going from this camera? I don't want I'm just trying to explain. >> Just pay the money and y'all go about your day. >> We not pay >> because you missed the boat. So, be in the defense situation. And I'm not going that way. >> The one that's the real bill. You see what I'm saying? >> The extra [ __ ] that he put on there, he come back with this separate bill. So, what are we going to do? >> The 19 what? 175 >> 175 or whatever. That's our party. That extra [ __ ] All that almost 60 to $70 extra. That's not it. That's what she explained to him. But he came back with another bill, >> Miss Right. He came back with another bill. So, he's not comprehending what's going on. I'm not no thief. I'm not going to steal no food and all that. I don't want to do all that. She upset about it because she's upset about it because they lying. Like we >> listen to your situation a little bit different, >> huh? I'm not >> I'm trying not to take it to the point. >> Yeah. >> You get what I'm saying? I'm not trying to I'm not trying to you over, but I have been letting her drive too. But I drive. >> Yeah. >> You get what I'm saying? I'm not trying to you over cuz that 50,000 turn to 2,000 real quick. >> Listen to me. I'm not talking to your baby. >> And please tell your sister calm down cuz I'm not trying. You get what I'm saying? >> I'm not going to calm down. I'm not trying to make this situation >> stick no bill on me. >> I'm trying not. She can't drive either. >> Do you hear what I'm saying to you right now? Please just keep it keep it here cuz my sergeant on his way and I don't want him to take it to another level especially all we can do. Do you understand what I'm saying? You understand what I'm saying? >> Yes, we understand about the bill cash. >> Got the cash out for nothing. >> I get it. >> We'll pay but that other [ __ ] that's not that's not right. That's not fair. That's like y'all. >> Okay. So, both the driver and the passenger are in the we will pay state, meaning you left the restaurant and didn't pay. I And they are trying to confuse the situation to me to sweet tea. I I agree, Teresa. Um trying to confuse the cop, trying to confuse the situation, just throwing all kind of stuff out there because I'm like, "Okay, I'm not able to keep up as much again." And y'all told me when you start not being able to keep up too much, it's probably cuz somebody's lying in there. and y'all getting down now when y'all take it out. Why is y'all bringing another bill? >> That's not something like that. >> Okay. >> So, I'm telling you how it can go, right? >> I do wonder. Yeah. Are there two other people that they actually did eat with the Valentine and um did they all plan to leave without paying? But they they are the fall guys that got caught because either the uh however they found their car, they were found out like how did they were there four total people at one time and did they always plan to not pay but they left without well if there were two other real people they left without paying and then you have these two people in front of us that also left without paying. So nobody paid they just walked out. >> And I'm trying to be decent but >> coming to get the payment. He's on his way over here for a show up just to confirm. >> But if y'all can do the payment, that'll be great. And I'll get y'all on your way. >> I know. I mean, when I first walked up, it was a little denying time. Like, come on. Not [ __ ] me cuz I've been doing this for 10 years. I I ain't got time for that. I see these babies in the car. My mom, I ain't trying to take it to that point. >> Okay. But like I said, it's babies in this car that can be taken from you right now. You get what I'm saying, mama? >> Come on. >> Okay. Okay. Jamie said the cop is saying her sergeant is at the actual restaurant getting the information and it's being relayed to her while she's got them pulled over. Thank you. Okay. The driver said she didn't eat. She just went in there to get her. But she also said I'll pay my part. She So like you if you have a part, you parttook in something. Oh man. >> Work with me. >> Where? >> They on their way. >> Yeah. Tell them to come on. Cuz all they got is all I got is my $200. >> Like give somebody the baby. Don't have a baby out here in the rain. >> Y'all only got to see me for a second. >> I really don't hope she think that baby going to stop anything from happening cuz that ain't how that works. >> Just stand right there. >> 05. So what we doing about payments? >> Yes. >> And I got and I got that for them right here. >> So you got the 195? I got the 155. I don't have [ __ ] >> Can somebody come up with the extra money? >> No, that's not my bill. That's that lady and that man or anything like that that they went together. That's what the passenger saying. >> The passenger also lied and said she wasn't there at first and now she also lied and say she wasn't there at first [ __ ] >> She lost whatever argument she has on when I [ __ ] watch her movie. I'll pay for it. So she discrepancy or she's getting arrested and got >> Okay. >> So at this point they just want payment >> and at this point I got 150 for that. >> They need the full payment. And mom I'm going to be quite frank honest with you. They're looking at >> whatever >> bring you in. >> But I don't give a >> But I do cuz you got these kids in the car. Come on. Don't do all that talking about this car. I'm one person. these kids in this. >> I'm saying you have kids in the car. If your mom Let's show a better example. >> Stop talking to me. Where your wife at? Stop talking to me. >> Right here. He's saying lock you up. >> You ain't saying [ __ ] Where you at? Lock me up >> because you refusing to pay. >> Talk to him. I ain't refusing [ __ ] I said >> 150 is not 195. Do you have the rest of your money? Miss >> I ain't pay for no talk to her no more because it's other way. You have your >> for you. >> 56.94. >> Where? Oh, they breaking that bill down. The the cop just said for at the driver for you 56.94 or whatever, right? So they getting that bill broken down. Okay. >> Want me to get in a car with him? >> He's right here. All right. Let me let me go over here. >> No. Over here. M. Don't walk in the street. >> Okay. Watch out. Don't come by me. I don't even want you me. Watch out. >> That ain't how that work. >> Hey, yes it is. I don't want to talk to my sergeant, >> sir. My bill was 155. It was two other people that was with us. I'm thinking he probably put that drinks on my stuff. I don't mind paying what I had. I go to this place all the time. I've got my son. He had chicken. I had steak, shrimp, and wacola. And my other son had shrimp. You can tell them add all that [ __ ] together. I bet you ain't going to come out to no 190 nothing. >> Okay. >> I had one lemonade. >> The moment you walked out without paying your bill, you lost any >> Yeah, but what did you pay? You ate steak, shrimp, and lobster. Your son has shrimp and the other child has some. I forgot already. What? You You walked out without paying anything though at all. Like you cuz cuz the server is going to know like, "Oh yeah, I served this to them, this to them, whatever." And I I'm of two minds. I'm with the person that said I would just pay the bill and then I'm I'm about to go have some words with the people that left me with that bill. And obviously I just never have a meal with them again. or I'm at least trying to insist upon paying my portion and I may leave because the server knows like it's you know how they do little notes or stuff they mark however they do the positions of a table and they know who had what and it's like okay well she is trying to pay so y'all need to actually go after the last people that didn't and these are their dishes something something but you just left without paying anything >> argument you want to take it up in civil court with house by all means we document that you can do so as of Now they want to pursue complaints for theft of service. That means you get arrested for not paying the bill that you walked out on. >> I know that. >> Okay. So we document it. If you want to use up in civil court and pursue those $40 that you say you've been hit to do that. >> That's fine. But then we're going to rest. Okay. So y'all going y'all going to arrest me for $40? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So if I paid the $150, y'all still going to arrest me for the petty $40? >> That's the bill that's in. If you would have called us to help you with the discrepancy of a bill, that's one thing. But you [ __ ] walked out. I hardly do anything, right? I did. >> So, are we paying we pay the 195? We're there to help you if you call us. We're not there to help you walk out of the bill. >> Uhhuh. >> I didn't say I was >> I'm not I'm not I'm not about paying it. I don't pay the [ __ ] It's the principal. But you not just trying to stick no [ __ ] on me. It's today my baby birthday. >> Y'all just going to put some other bills on me. They let the other people walk out. Why you ain't call the police on the other people that walked out too? >> We document it. We document. >> Why you ain't call the police on the other people that walked out, too? the one that really had the bill. Both of the people with the two hats on. Why you ain't call the police on them? >> That [ __ ] weird as hell. No, we not. We stuck here. But come on. Where your thing at? >> Where your thing at? >> Are you paying the 195? >> Stop talking to me. Where your thing at? Let me go. >> Oh, okay. He said, "Stop talking to me." I do want to know what did the restaurant do about the other two people? Like, how were they the ones that were the easiest to find? How were these two versus the two that that um they didn't, I guess, go after? I don't know. Come on. I just said why you do not resist. Do not resist. >> Okay. I'm not resist. >> Move your hand. Thank you. >> I got it. Mama. >> I got it. All right. Please. I want my wife. >> Everything that we got on you is fine with you. Okay. >> Please. I already >> No, we're past that point cuz I gave you ample opportunities. >> I just said how you going to get mad cuz I asked stop talking to me. Baby, >> it's not about stop talking. We just gave you opportunity. You can let your arm go. >> I did. I'm not >> one female 95. >> Okay. You ain't got to like that. Already locked me up. >> Can you hold her phone for me? I got to pat her down. >> You talking about I ain't going nowhere but to to the station and back home. >> She's coming the money. >> The money. >> I don't have nothing. You don't have to touch me. I don't have nothing. >> I don't have nothing though. You ain't got to touch me. I don't have [ __ ] >> I don't have nothing. Baby, you you wanted to be aggressive for no reason. I just told y'all as I was going to pay them. You talking about you just want to be easy. >> Watch your step. >> All right. Watch out. Let me Let me here. Get this. Get this. Give Let my Let my baby get his blanket. Could I please look? >> Watch your step. We going to still try to figure it out. But you got to come. We going to figure it out. You just told you you ain't parachute. >> No, I didn't. I was talking to you cuz you said he want to keep telling me something. I'm talking to him. >> Figuring it out. >> Okay, sir. I'm not going to jail. Nothing. I'm asking her. Let me go try. >> Could you please take my watch off? If you want to take me to jail, I'll go to jail. >> I don't want to take you to jail. This card you missed. Could you take my watch? >> Hang it down. Sit right here cuz I got to put you in the um seat belt. >> I'm not trying to take you to jail, but I got to do my job. Especially if you're not working with nobody. Come on. I get that. I just want you to take my watch off. Wherever y'all going to take me, y'all can take just take my watch back. >> No, I don't even want it to go. Whatever go with you, sweetheart. It comes with you when you leave out of here. >> I don't That's what I'm saying. I don't even want it to go with me. Could y'all please, if anything, if y'all going to take me, please let her get my money. >> Told us many times and many versions, she ain't paying us that. So, she going to jail. >> Did I not try to work? >> They just FaceTime said they'll pay you or whatever it is. why we couldn't get to that point beforehand. >> How long have I been standing here in this rain trying to work with you? Because she was already still upset and living with them people. I get what you saying too if you're going to ask me to pay for it though. >> Again, I can't go out somebody else after she had just went through what she was going through with them, explaining to them what was going on. They let the people leave and split two bills when y'all put all our stuff on one bill already to handle with >> and we was trying to and they was not trying to hear none of that. It went. That's why I said y'all could run cameras back. I don't know if they did. And they saw y >> they got value. Nobody ran. >> Nobody paid. >> Nobody ran. >> Nobody paid. >> They got value. You'll hear what's going on. It look how it look, but they they don't have value. But it look crazy, but it wasn't like >> you got running for no food and all that. >> She paid hers already. >> She paid for her food. >> And I still feel like I not I'm paying for somebody else [ __ ] >> She going to go to 942 South K. Okay. Let me get you out here so no more other questions asked. >> Yeah. You got me. >> Go ahead. 9420 South Kids. You all right? >> Yeah. >> The woman arrested was charged with theft of services. >> All right. Theft of services. Yeah. I mean, that was really straightforward. Like that explanation was horrible. Bonnie said just crazy that she goes to a restaurant with kids and doesn't have money to pay or doesn't want to pay. Right. Okay. Next one we have, Chile's employee ruins his career over pumpkins. I don't know what this is about to be. I did not watch this one. Oh my god. Here we go. >> 29th, 2023. An officer was dispatched to a Chili's in Port Charlotte, Florida on a report of a theft. >> All right. So, where did you park when you >> On that side there? There's like one row of parking over there. >> At what point did you see that you lost your wallet? Last night when I got off, I went to the racetrack. It was probably like 11:30, 11:40 maybe. And I need my ID to buy cigarettes. So, I was looking for it and I couldn't find it. So, I drove all the way back here cuz, you know, maybe I dropped it or it fell out or whatever cuz it's like how everything sits right on top. I lost my cigarettes like that. So, >> I drove back, I looked, we looked in the office just to make sure nobody like found a wallet or anything and it was just nowhere. So then I checked my transactions and I realized that there were I think there was four of them. I just disputed them with the card people, but there's four that weren't me cuz I had been here the whole entire day >> from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30. >> Where were those made at? >> There was one at Windixie, which there's only one cuz that one's destroyed. And there's one at Dollar General, Publix, and Shell. >> Okay. So, what are you looking for us to do? Are you wanting to just report it as a lost property or >> Well, I mean, if we can find who did it, that would be nice, but I don't I know that's not always realistic. So, I'm not like I don't necessarily think it was an employee either, you know, cuz like maybe I dropped it in the parking lot, but that's the thing. I don't know >> exactly. Whatever Whatever you decide to do. I mean, >> I mean, if we like if we do like if we can find out who did it. I mean, I know the exact time they were there when they swiped it. So, >> So, you like get it stolen? >> Yeah. >> Okay, not a problem. What's uh what's the wallet look like? >> It's black and it has like colorful butterflies on it. >> So, pretty much what's going to happen is this case is going to stay open for right around 2 weeks. I'm gonna try to go to all these locations, figure out where the location is, and then try to get asset protection or whoever the manager is to look back on video cameras to see who used the the card. >> Okay. >> Would you like to pursue charges on who whomever took your wallet and used your card? >> If they were to be found, yes. >> Okay. >> A few days later, officers were able to identify the suspect through store security footage, showing the suspect using her card to purchase a pumpkin as seen out front. Turns out, >> oh, he's stupid. I was like, where did the pumpkins come in? Because the title said Chili's employee ruins his career over pumpkins. So they they got him cuz stealing that woman wallet. They got him cuz he got the pumpkins. >> The suspect worked at the same Chili's as the victim. Officers showed up to confront the suspect. >> Hello. Um Joe here. Is he live here anymore? >> Sorry. >> He lives here, but he just went out. >> He He just went out. Okay. All right. Trying to get in with uh Eddie as well. >> Yeah. >> Does he live here, too? >> He's sort of kind of >> Is he here today or No, >> they both went out. >> Is there any ways that you can find out where do you know where they were going or? >> No, I have no idea. >> Okay. But they both live here. >> Well, they're both here right now. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> What were they driving in? Which vehicle they live in? >> Ford Fiesta. >> Ford Fiesta. Was it the orange one? >> Green. >> Green. >> Yeah. >> Would you mind calling? >> Yeah. >> Would you mind? >> Yeah. >> Just put them on speaker out here. >> Yeah. >> If you don't mind. >> Eddie, where you guys at? The police are here. >> For what? >> Looking for you both. >> The police are at the house looking for us. >> Why? >> We just got to talk to him about something. >> Hey Eddie, we're we're here at the uh the Detective Jones. if if you guys can return to the house. I just need to speak to y'all. >> Um, sure. Can I as as I head back to the house, can can we speak as a driver >> about what I'm to speak to you about? >> Yeah. >> I'm not going to discuss it over the phone. With all due respect, just be in person. >> Is this somebody die? >> I'm sorry. >> Did somebody die? again. I'm not going to I'll I'll when you get here to the house that way I'll speak to you. >> So, we can't we can't discuss it over the phone because we don't we can't confirm exactly who we're talking to over the phone. >> We have to confirm your identity. That's that's the moral of it. We can't just speak to you over the phone and you saying you're Eddie. You know what I mean? With all due respect. So, >> something tells me he's not coming back to the house. >> Oh, that's why you hung up. >> Sorry. >> When were they leaving? I know they were going back up north this week. >> Yeah. I'm kicking them out. Both of them. >> Okay. It's probably a good thing. I'm sorry. >> They just stopped off. >> Yeah. Well, he's supposed to be working today. Was he going to go into work? I don't know. >> So, we're going to get a search warrant for your house. >> Okay. >> Um cuz we believe that they're stolen property in there. >> Oh. >> So, that's why we're here. Where's all the toys at? >> Toys. >> Dog toys. >> Oh, they're in the dog bed. >> Yeah. Okay. >> And they just came with those yesterday or the day before. >> Oh, dog toys. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Oh, wow. That pumpkin holding beer. >> You came home with a couple of things. >> You have beer in the fridge. >> Yeah, >> that's why we're here. >> Wow. >> Sorry, officer. There was uh some traffic along the way. >> All right, both of you do me a favor and put your hands on the car. >> Sure. >> Just going to patch you down for weapons. All right. >> I have no weapons. >> We're just going to patch you down to make sure. >> Absolutely. Understand? >> Wallet and a phone. Correct. >> Yeah, >> Eddie. I'm sure you know why we're here. I know. I'm curious. Please share. >> Oh, Eddie panicking. I'm curious. He tried to get it out. Eddie is panicking. Eddie is uh Oh my god. I was about to make up a word. He is superchalant instead of nonchalant. He know what he did. >> Well, well, we go over here and talk to Eddie because I don't think >> Sure. >> he's involved at all. >> Yeah. Great. Yeah, pretty sure. Just go ahead and send over there for me, buddy. >> Do you want me to come? >> You going to stay here. >> So, we're doing an investigation over at your work itself. >> About what? >> So, prior, have you ever spoken to law enforcement before? When we do an investigation, we just bring your rights. Okay. And itself. >> Okay. >> Okay. Raise your right hand for me. Stand up to give the truth. The truth, not the truth. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. All right. I'm going to read you off this card. Okay. You're the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You understand? >> I understand. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer before advice. Ask me any questions. How about you during question if you wish? You understand? >> I understand. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, won't be presented for you. >> I understand. >> Before any question if you wish. You understand? >> Yes. >> If you decide to answer any question while a lawyer present, you still have the right stop answer anytime. You also have the right stop answer any time to talk to a lawyer. Correct. Okay. So, I guess there was a an incident at your work where someone had left a credit card in a machine like one of the pay machines. Um, >> I mean, you do know that I go in today at 4:30. I know. >> And I already I spoke to my manager and everything is >> Well, no, I I understand that, but so we have to interview every single person that was working >> Yeah. >> around that day. >> Okay. So, >> I'm brand new to that. That's fine. Sorry. >> So, there was an incident where someone left a credit card in the in the machine >> um and then somehow that credit card was taken out of a machine. >> Okay. >> Um do you know anything about that case? >> I absolutely have no idea. >> What is it that you do for >> I'm I'm a Hawaiian cook. So, when I go in, I immediately am in uh zone 3, which is salads and like basically half sauté. And I literally am there the entire time. And then I get past um just like drinks through the window. So I literally don't move that space. >> Okay. All right. So the other issue is a day or so after that another credit card was taken. Actually a purse, >> okay, >> of a waitress. >> I know I absolutely knew nothing about this. I'm not I'm not around any places where personal items are kept. Like I said, I go right into the same spot every day, work the same stuff every single day, and I've heard no type of >> Who's the waitress? >> I've had no type of um what I should say, incidents with management. They've all been proud of my work. >> Jessica Spangler. >> Do you know Jessica? >> I've never met. >> He just started here, too, at this chill. So, I could be >> literally I'm I'm brand new. I've just started. I've worked in the business for many years. Not at that restaurant, but >> at other restaurants. >> What uh what day was that? >> 28th is the actual day. Sorry. >> 29th it went through. >> Okay. >> So, I I work I I worked several days last week. I would have to defer to my phone, which is where my schedule is, but I do believe >> last it was on Saturday. Saturday you worked and you were scheduled to work until 4 p.m. >> technically per the schedule, but you guys sometimes work later than your actual schedule. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. So, I did work both days, but I I I honestly don't know anything about this incident whatsoever. And again, I don't know the I don't even know the person. >> All right. Did you go to um Publix that day? >> No. >> You didn't? >> I don't believe so. >> When did you get the pumpkin? >> If I did, if I did, it was from my own person. All right. When did you get the pumpkin? >> Um, a couple of days ago. I mean, Saturday. >> No, >> I got it like in the middle of last week. >> Okay. So, >> why are you on video surveillance at Publix purchasing a pumpkin with a stolen credit card? >> Eddie, not a pumpkin from Publix. Oh, he got he got a he got a a stealing problem. He Uh-uh. Oh, you can't lie. You on video. Oh my gosh. >> I don't have I never had a small credit card on this, sir. >> Yeah, you did. We have it on video. >> So, this is what happened. You went to four different places. You went to a Publix. You went to Dollar General. You went to Walmart. >> Um, and you went to a gas station. Okay. >> No, >> you did. Okay. >> You're on video. >> You're on video. Listen. Listen. Okay. We've already seen the video. >> My I hold my right to remain silent. >> Okay. Fine. Turn around. Put your hands behind it back. >> Put your hands behind it back. Rest. You literally have video. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Cuffs. >> Yeah. >> No. No. >> Okay. >> Why wouldn't your work? >> You don't understand? >> Cuz we told him not to. Why would I tell your work to inform you of everything that's going on? >> Going there today. >> Yeah. Well, um I'm pretty sure you won't have a job after today. >> Edward was charged with fraud, impersonation, fraudulent use of credit card. He was taken to the Charlotte County jail where he bonded out. A year later in 2024, he was sentenced to 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service. Comment. >> Well, Eddie, you know the video didn't lie. It was you. He said I No, not Saturday. They was like, "Did you go to Publix on Sat?" No, no, it wasn't Saturday on video. Lord, he was on a roll, Jamie. Publix, Walmart, Dollar General, gas station. But to get pumpkins is wild. You know how casual you are about stealing if you over here buying decorations. Oh my god. Okay, this is the last one, I think. Let me see. Did y'all see this? No. Okay. This wasn't one y'all sent to me, but I saw it and it was related to food. So, here we are. Um, McDonald's serves undercooked filet of fish and and I say fish fillet, but filet of fish and all hell bracelets. I have not seen this one. I don't know what's about to happen. This is our last one, y'all. All right, here we go. March 3rd, 2022, the Nassau County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene at the local McDonald's for reports of a potential incident at the location. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. 42 HQ confirmed they're 51 attitude so I feel like you're off >> okay >> thank you for listening I apologize >> what's going on >> okay thank you um so McDonald's staff jumping like period as to >> Okay, we got our first claim. She said the McDonald's staff jumped her. Okay, let's see where this goes. >> My food. It's personal. They assaulted me on the island before when I was pregnant like almost two years ago and then after I had my son >> over a year ago, probably a year and a half ago, went in, came in here, [ __ ] same [ __ ] that did that, gave me an attitude, blah blah blah blah blah. gave me an attitude. So, I flicked her off. >> Hey, you got 617. >> She's still mad about the incident that occurred over a year ago. >> Okay. Talk with this. Never mind. You're good. Go ahead. >> Sorry. So, basically, that's what happened after my food. She said she didn't want to. >> Then, um I asked, she said she was just going to give me a refund. I said, "Why?" I said, "That's fine. Just give me a refund." I said, "Why don't you want to recook my food?" She said, "It's cuz you're this you're the [ __ ] that pulled that knife out on me. You attacked me outside. Sorry. Like she attacked. >> Oh my god. We are 1 minute and 42 seconds in. So we have the McDonald's staff jumped her. Somebody that's part of the McDonald's staff she has history with that she says assaulted her on an island. They tried to give her a refund back which is where this really should have ended is you take the refund and go. She don't want to accept a refund. And then the uh the lady that is part of the McDonald's staff accused her of trying to stab her. There's a lot happening here. Yeah. If she was jumped, she won the fight cuz she has no injuries. Right. >> Me. I'm trying to talk to her. I've been nothing but nice and respectful every time I come in here. I don't care about >> She pushed me and hit me in the face. >> Yelling. >> She pushed me and hit me in the face. There's nothing else to say. >> Talk. You're going to talk. >> There's literally nothing else to say. You can look at the camera. There's nothing else to say. What does it look like happened? Officer >> 1098 hurt. >> I'm so I'm trying to get this for you, ma'am. >> Hi, sir. One moment, please. >> I'm so I'm so sorry. >> Yeah, she just came in here and jumped on me and I just whooped your ass. >> So, it was >> Uhhuh. Okay. Okay, now we got the Okay, the claim that the woman that was outside tried to attack or did attack her, but she lost the fight. So now she feels jumped. Let's see what happened. >> It was me. >> Okay. So y'all two got into the argument. >> Yeah. A couple months ago, y'all guys were called out here. She pulled the knife out of me. >> Okay. >> So I told her, they told her that she can't come in no more. So she came in today. I was going to the bathroom. >> She wanted she order fish cooked for order. I had already said don't serve. I guess they ain't hit me cuz she know she ain't supposed to be on the property. So she said her fish weren't cooked, right? So I told her I give her a refund because I didn't want to serve her. So she got loud. I'm right here. She come walking up to me and swung at me and I swung back at her and I whooped her ass. I did. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to even lie. >> You got the cameras on it. >> All right. >> The cameras is back there, but you have to ask my supervisor. He on his way up here. >> Okay. >> Oh, please, please, please, please let us see the camera footage. I hope we get to see it >> as long as we can get the camera on it. >> She is very >> Yeah, she is. >> So, I'm >> She She is. >> I'm going to get you a written statement. Okay. And I'll have you fill that out. >> I'm telling you, I got it. >> You can look at the camera. There's nothing else to say. What does it look like happened, officer? >> I don't You have blood on your hand. That's all I >> And she punched me in the face. And then the other manager jumped on me. You can look at the camera. I don't know what else to tell you. I just got done telling this. want you to tell me what happened that caused all this. >> She's obviously so mad. >> Don't ever start trying to fight somebody that works at McDonald's, Waffle House. I'm sure there's some Popeyes, I think. Don't start trying to fight them people because they know they got to deal with people like you and it's not going to usually end well for the customer. >> They're yelling, calling me a hoe. Sorry, I'm worked up. I will lower my voice, >> please, because I don't need you screaming and causing a scene for all. >> I Well, I'm not the one causing a scene. They're screaming. You're still here. >> I'm not the one causing a scene or screaming. Got it. It's them. >> Okay. >> I came in here peacefully. >> Talk to me like an adult. I'm going to put you in handcuffs and put you in the back of my car until you calm down. Okay. >> I am calm. First of all, so you're going to put me in the cop car when I'm pregnant and got jumped. >> You're not talking like a calm person. >> I am talking like a calm person. >> You hear my tone of voice? >> I am talking like a calm person. I was screaming with this guy and he was fine. >> You keep screaming. Just >> I'm not screaming. >> Just talk normal. I am talking normal >> that you're elevated right now because >> I am talking normal >> because of what happened. >> I'm talking normal. >> See, now you are. Now you're getting more calm. >> So, walk me through what happened so I can >> I just told you she's pissed because I'm white. I don't know what else to tell you. >> Uh-uh. See which one gave the more more of the details? The woman on the inside gave more details to me about specifically like Andrea said what happened today. What happened today? You You gave some of it, but you really want to focus on some other stuff. I can't wait. Please let us see this camera footage. >> I don't know. >> Yeah. And she's previously trespassed, apparently. >> What else to tell you? >> So, you're mad because >> I'm not mad about anything. She's obviously I shouldn't have called you all. >> Obviously, I shouldn't have called you all. >> Okay. >> I'm telling you I got attacked. >> Okay. >> By the staff. >> So, you're still screaming at >> What would you I'm not screaming. I walked in. I ordered my food. I went sat down to eat. It wasn't cooked to order like I requested. >> Okay. >> Right. >> Okay. >> So, I went and I asked >> I hate this whole interaction. You are at McDonald's. First of all, it wasn't cooked to my what she say it wasn't cooked to my satisfaction or whatever. You're at McDonald's. Stop it. And then there's there's so many McDonald's. Why you keep picking this McDonald's? Apparently, possibly she was trespassed, but they said the way the staff worded it is she knows she's not supposed to come back here. So, I'm going to assume possible trespass. So, why did you just go to another McDonald's? You came to antagonize. The food didn't matter. It was a prop in whatever situation you were trying to create. >> Hey, can I get either a refund or can I please get um can I get either get recooked or a refund? She's like, I'm just going to give you a refund. I said, why can't you just recook it cuz I don't feel like it. >> Okay. >> Am I getting arrested for getting attacked here? >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> Okay. So I go, "So I She said, "You're the one that pulled the knife out on me. You're the one that pulled the knife on me." Ma'am, all I did over a year ago was flick you off cuz you had an attitude problem with me. I flicked her off and I've actually apologized to her since then. And I've been at the counter when I went to go get my food or went to get my food back cuz I was just going to take it and leave. Not going to lie, after she pushed me, I threw my food. >> Okay. >> And then she punched me in the face. >> All right. So here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to put you in handcuffs, put you in the back of my car for now. Okay? You just put your >> Am I being detained? >> Yes, you're just being detained for now. Why am I being detained? >> So, I'm going to go inside. >> I'm going to go inside and talk with them for the time being. Okay. >> Put your hand together like you're praying. >> No wor. >> So, you guys are because I got >> Let me know if these are too tight or >> Can you bring my bag in there? >> Yeah, I'll grab your bag. I'm not going to leave it. Okay. Are you guys going to arrest me for me being >> So once again, I just said I'm going to go inside and talk and get to the bottom of it. >> You can look. Are you guys going to watch the cameras? >> Are you guys going to watch the cameras? >> Cuz it seems like you guys want me in jail. >> I'm going to go inside >> and I will definitely fight it. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. My whole staff. >> How many people you got work for you? >> Well, not the whole staff. The boys did. The boys the one that team >> who came to see >> it was >> it was this one one just left. >> Okay. >> The one over there in the window and it's a little one. And then I got a manager in the back. She came out because she was doing a class online and she came out her too. And then I got a grill boy, another grill boy, and then one in the back cash. >> Okay. Did they see it? >> Yeah. >> Are you the one that was in the fight? >> Yeah. >> Can you go ahead and walk me through what happened real quick? I haven't heard your side. >> I came. Okay. A couple months ago. >> I just want to know what happened today. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to tell you how it escalated. >> A couple months ago, she put a knife out on me. I made a report. Oh, bam. >> She was told not to come here. Bam. I came out the office, go to the bathroom. She on front counter order. >> I come out the bathroom. I see something like she wanted a cook fish, cook the order with her. >> So, I said I had already told her months ago. She not on prop. We did a report on her now. So the ones that the new staff did on her >> when she attacked me last a couple months ago with a knife. Okay. >> She was not allowed to be on the property. >> So she's trespassed from which location? >> This location. The same location. >> So she's trespassing >> on this location. So I go out in the bathroom, go back in. She had a fresh order, whatever. She was sitting down right here. Okay. I went in the back. I went to the back. The little red girl that was standing right here, she gave her the food back saying it was wrong. So I said I could get I said I'm going to give you a refund. And she was like um you could just fix it for me. I said no because I have the right not to serve you due to the fact you're trespassing. I don't have to serve you. So >> I I want to know what state they in because when she said the little red girl, I'm wondering does she mean red ball or a girl with red hair? Um also, let's see. Hold on. Yeah. Blessing Holly Favor said, "Why keep ordering food from a place that has employees that don't like you?" I am not doing it cuz she came to antagonize and I think she wanted them to serve her. You know what I mean? Like just but you. So we were right. She was officially trespass. Why would you do that? >> She was like um blah blah blah blah blah. I'm standing right I'm right here. >> I'm right here. Where she at? Right here. She walking up to me and she hit me. And so that's when I hit her. >> Hit you. Now >> she swung at me and hit me. >> You can come back over here. >> She hit me and I hit >> like I How was the hit? Open hand, closed hand, >> or closed hand. >> She closed fist. Where at? >> She sprang me right here first. Then we start tussling. We ended up over there. She picked up a chair. The chair way over here where she broke. She scratched me. She kicked me in my stomach. She hit two of my employees. >> Hit two of your employees? >> Yes, she did. >> Where are they at? >> Over there in the window. She hit my damn baby. And she hit the manager was back there in the back. She made all that mess over there. >> She was trying to kick them and everything. >> Okay. Well, >> she said that we were >> Oh, she mama and auntie over here. She said she hit my babies. A Okay. Okay. This might be the red girl. She got red hair, y'all. >> So, are you the manager? >> Yes. I know. >> Can we get secured the footage by any chance? >> I don't know. She's the gym. thing I know is that they was yelling that she threw a drink and then she punched her in the face and she pulled out a knife. I don't know what she did with the knife. She start throwing things. It was like she's on kind of some kind of >> Yes, ma'am. >> What did you >> It's like she on some kind of drug. >> H671 51 McDonald's for a bravo fox neck pain. >> You're all right. >> So the lady attacked you. >> Yeah, the same lady that I told y'all about with that knife. You have no trespassing on the police saw her last time. She had a no trespass warrant and she still came in here. >> Is she she's off the property now? >> No, she's in the back of my car. >> Is a knife. >> Okay. Rose said she's talking about somebody else. Okay. All right. Um I'll let it play. I'll let it play. >> Yeah, she got that same knife again. She put me over there on that table. Where did she Where did she have >> She got the knife by her back. It's in her bag. >> All right. I'm going to go see if it's still in there. She brought that chair, too. >> Oh, she's saying she pulled the knife today as well, not just um a couple months ago. Where is this knife everyone keeps talking about? >> I don't I never pulled a knife on this. >> Yeah, but they keep everyone keeps mentioning this knife. Oh, it's in your little pocket book. >> Yeah, I carry a knife everywhere. It's a pocket knife. I use it like a pocket knife. I've never ever used it as a weapon. >> Okay. >> I haven't been able to yet. I'm still trying to talk to people. >> Okay. And where did you get the proper? >> Right here. I got the knife in her little pocketbook thing. I'm just going to see if they can describe it before I do it right. >> Hey. Uh, you said you saw the knife. >> She got a knife. >> But did you see it? >> Yes, I seen the knife. She pulled the knife by over there. >> It's a little pocket knife. It's like this. >> It's closed and you can open it and close it. She got She had the knife hold. >> What did it have a color or anything? >> It's like a yellow looking knife. He said it's yellow. >> That's That's a real specific pocket knife. So she knew it was a small knife. She's naming colors. That's real specific. >> Yellow. >> Okay. >> Did you damage the chair, too? >> Yeah, she wrote that chair. She throw that chair at me. She throw She throw the Drake on me. >> She says she thinks she has a no trespassing warrant in the book back there too on her if that matters. >> Okay. Would you be okay if I took pictures of your marks and bridges? >> Yeah. Okay. >> She got me. She pulled out like six on her platform. >> I'll grab your cameras. Uh could you do me a favor and fill out the written statements that way we can get that done? >> Thank you. >> Hi y'all. Please be careful. >> You have your driver's license on you by any chance? >> I imagine it is so hard to calm down with somebody pulled a knife on you. They hit you first. You you did have to, you know, you had to show them who what business was. And I'm glad she won the fight, but it's still a lot to come down from to have to sit and try to write. You know how hard your hands be shaking after that adrenaline and everything and then processing that this woman attacked you? So according to I already got I already got pictures. According to them >> of a chair or two. >> No, I'll grab this that way video. So video doesn't exist. According to the guy in the black shirt who got this guy, he says that there's no camera at the front desk anymore. It's only in the back kitchen. >> What? That doesn't make sense. Why isn't there a camera in the front? That's what So y'all y'all over here more worried about watching the employees than the customers? I I feel like you know watch both. But what do you mean that's when people you know people come in they got bad intentions. It's usually with the customers. It's rare it's going to be employee to employee. >> There's no video footage of it. So that's >> Don't worry about that. >> Yep. >> The that chick she says that she got kicked or something. So >> which one? >> The one that I got right. >> So she's going to be listed as a witness. also the second victim. And then I grabbed I guess the GMs or like property. I'm not really sure what his title is. >> Talking about this guy. >> So that's the blue shirt guy. >> Assault. >> Oh yeah, absolutely. So So you found the knife and she says, >> does it not? What's the So what's the knife look like? >> Is it a folding knife at least? >> Yes, but that doesn't She was adamant about it being bright yellow. How big is the >> uh open it would >> Okay. So, is it not yellow? Cuz they're stuck on the color. And he kind of hesitated when she said yellow the first time, too. I'm going back to try to hear them better about the knife. >> So, you found the knife and she says >> what's the So, what's the knife look like? >> Is it a folding knife at least? Yes, but that doesn't >> So, did he say the knife was actually bright red? >> Adant about it being bright yellow. >> How big is the knife? >> Uh, open. It would probably be maybe about that long. >> So, how big is the grip? >> Probably about probably about as much as much as you describe. >> Okay. Would her hand cover the entire grip if she were be holding it? Uh yeah, like a box kind of. >> It's up to you. I would say you got it on rag. >> I You better get her for aggravated because other witnesses also saw a knife. So, I'm sorry. The woman that was getting attacked got the color wrong, but she got the size right. She said there was a knife present. There's people that weren't involved in it that said a knife was present. You better You better put that aggravated charge on her. I don't know. >> She just said that she had a Is it a folding knife, too? >> Yeah. >> She described a folding knife. The only difference here is the color. >> Yeah, but like who's who's going to describe the knife not folding? >> It's up to you. >> Right, D. Valentine. She was not adamant that it was yellow. She was adamant there was a knife. You are so right. >> Just say I think you have I'm sorry, no, you're fine. You're fine. Everything was fine. >> I really thought everything was fine. I swear. >> Hey, you got anything on you that I didn't cuz I didn't search you. That's what I'm asking. >> No, sir. Am I being arrested? >> Yeah, you're going to be arrested today. Okay. >> Why? Why am I though if she attacked me? >> So, I've got witnesses in there that are all their accounts go against your story. >> Well, obviously, but did you watch the video? She punt I'm not trying. I'm just >> There is no video. >> How is there no video? She attacked me. >> They say there's no front lobby video. They have only video. >> Of course, sir. You're going to tell me that it doesn't look like I was attacked. >> I've got the witness statements in there. They're all >> Why would they say they didn't attack me? >> They're all stating that you attacked her first. >> They all worked. Sir, she lunged at me and punched me in the eye. >> Okay. >> I did not attack her. There is definitely video. >> I definitely understand that there was a scuffle between you two. >> I did not touch her. started is the reason that you're going to be placing. >> No, she started it, not me. She punched me in the face and pushed me, officer. >> So, everybody's saying that you punched her first. >> No, I did not. I'm pregnant. Why would I punch her? Why would I punch her? >> I don't have that answer. >> Officer, you're not going to look at the video. >> Why are you back at an establishment you were previously trespassed from because of an earlier altercation you had? She has all the bad intent because the woman's at work. She's going to show up at that same location no matter what. You had a choice between every McDonald's you pass on every corner. So, you have the bad intention. Then you won't accept a refund. You are trying to cause trouble and mo multiple people saw you with a knife. >> There's definitely video. >> I told you Samantha, there is no >> and there was a girl on camera filming the whole thing. Okay, >> so this isn't up for debate. Okay, >> I understand that. But why am I going to jail if she attacked me and I'm pregnant? >> She attacked me, >> right? It's like I said, >> you know, she attacked me. No, I did not. How are you going to go off a hearsay over five people? They obviously all >> I've got one word. >> Well, you're hearsay, too. You don't have video. You are also hearsay >> against >> Yeah, but they all work together, sir. And there's a video You keep talking about this video. What video are you talking about? >> Also, from when I see attorneys object to hearsay, it's usually you can't relay what someone else said to you. You can give your firsthand account, but for instance, if an employee says, uh, the woman, the McDonald's staff that got attacked told me she punched her first, I think that's hearsay. But if they're like, I saw her, I saw the customer punch the employee first, that's not hearsay. or I'm not going to say it's not hearsay cuz I don't know my terms yet. I'm still learning. But usually it's when you can't say what somebody else said uh to you and repeat their words, not your actual firsthand account of things. >> You go look at it. There's video in the lobby. There's no video. >> It's not funny. And I'm pregnant. There is video at McDonald's on in the lobby. >> Okay. Well, I'll double check that. But for now, we're going to walk over to that car. Okay. >> Okay. But you're going to tell me there's you don't see the physical evidence. Why would I punch somebody in McDonald's over food? Sir, >> Samantha, step out. >> Why would I do that? I don't know why you would do that. >> And why would I have to go into another car? >> Cuz he's going to take you, not me. >> Okay. Can you please just reconsider because I'm just hear me out. >> I've heard you out. >> I'm pregnant. >> That's fine. >> I walked in. I have receipts of how many times I've been coming in here and I've had no issue. >> I've had no issue coming in here. Right. Okay. >> Why? Okay. First of all, why would I call Just hear me out. Why would I call the cops? I already knew I was going to jail, but she should be going as well. Why would I call the >> How did you already know you were going to jail? If you're If you start out the um when you interact with the police, the first thing you say is, "I was jumped by the staff, but now you already knew you were going to jail." Mm- And she shouldn't be there at all. But here's another thing. Why didn't you go through drive-thru? Why are you in physically in the lobby? This is bad intention. You shouldn't be there at all. >> Cops on myself if I attacked her. Why would I do that? >> I don't know. >> Are you going to bring my bag and my bike? >> I'm going to grab it. I can't grab your bike. >> So, you're just going to leave my bike up here? >> No, we'll make sure that it's okay. But I'm not >> You think my So, how am I going to get my bike back? >> That's not for me to figure out. >> You're It's obviously not going to be here when I get back. >> Okay. >> And if I can't come back up here, >> that's not for me to figure out. >> Are you going to get my bag? >> Yes, I will. Absolutely. >> I'm going >> Oh, that's why no drive-thru. if she she was on a a bicycle or a motorcycle probably. She's giving me She's giving me bicycle vibes then if I had to choose. I don't know though. But okay. >> My question is why would logically why would I come up here >> and punch a worker in the face and then call you guys >> and then call you guys and then you show me no medical attention when I'm pregnant and I got attacked. >> You didn't ask. >> You didn't ask me if I needed medical attention. Can >> you unlock your car? There's definitely camera. >> There's definitely camera, Samantha. >> Okay, sir. Why would I call the cops if I attacked her? >> Have a seat, Samantha. >> Don't push me. >> Then have a seat. >> Don't assault me, officer. I'm pregnant. >> Have a seat, Samantha. >> Okay, but I'm asking you, logically, Pencil, logically, why would I call you guys if I attack them? >> Samantha, >> don't make us put you in there. >> I'm already in here, but logically, why would I? I am. >> But logically, why would I attack them in McDonald's? Why would I attack them in McDonald's? >> Put your damn foot in the car. >> Don't push me. I'm pregnant. Don't push me. I'm pregnant. And I know I'm stronger than I know I'm stronger than you. Got it. >> Oh, that other cop is pissed. Um, thank you, Bonnie. I got your cash out. Thank you so much. Logically. Logically. Officer, why would I punch a [ __ ] Can you do me a favor and sign? >> Yeah. She got her allegedly pregnant behind on a bicycle to go get her butt whooped. That's what this sounds like. >> I'm sorry, sir. What's your title? >> Uh, so supervisor and supervisor. Area supervisor, area supervisor. >> District managers. easier. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, she hit so she hit four of my our employees. >> Four. >> Is it now up to four? >> Yeah. The other ones? Yeah. >> She's you know some money. Her bride was here when we locked those. By the time you got here, she was gone. She was leaving in that black BMW. >> So, she's So, she was already gone. >> She was already gone. >> Yeah. She had four employees. >> Yeah. Myra. >> I don't know. I've never seen that woman until now. >> So, >> I'm not surprised she threw that word out. I had looked down to do something and I saw the chat going off about the N word. I'm not surprised. I'm not surprised at all. I was waiting for it. >> Okay. But I'm asking logically, pencil, >> logically, why would I call if I attack them? Don't make us put you in there. >> I'm already in here. But logically, >> put your legs in a damn car. >> Why would I put your legs in >> But logically, why would I attack them in McDonald's? Why would I attack them in McDonald's? >> Put your damn foot in the car. >> Logically, why would I attack them? Don't push me. I'm pregnant. Don't push me. I'm pregnant. Don't push me. I'm pregnant. And I know I'm stronger than you. And I know I'm stronger than you. down. Why did you say this yesterday? You didn't. You should have said. >> Could you do me a favor and sign right here? Thank you. So, I got pictures. I've got statements. Um, >> do y'all remember when I say at the beginning I felt like she went back there because she wanted to force them to serve her? That's about the time Well, not just that time. It was some other stuff, too. But I that's when I was like, "Oh, yeah. She throwing that word around." She She want She wanted them to serve her. >> Did you already get the license? >> But how much is that chair? that chair. I mean, nothing to McDonald's is cheap. As cheap as it may look. Um, >> ballpark. >> I'd pay 50 50 to 100. >> Yeah, probably. >> So, give me a number. One number. >> I say, what do you say? 100. But they charge us 150. >> 300 >> for that chair. >> Yeah, cuz it's a specialty. It's not like you just buy it at Amazon. >> You're talking about that chair is $300. >> 300 bucks. Trust me, McDonald's gets couch. >> That's that McDonald's brand. I guess >> it's McDonald's. It It's a specialty McDonald's. >> Like I said, it doesn't need to look expensive. McDonald Yeah. >> Yeah. >> McDonald's gets couched. Trust me. >> Yeah. But I'll call the owner and see if he knows. Maybe >> we're going with 300 for now. >> $300. >> Okay. Yeah. Just go with 300. >> She's going to get charged with that as well. Probably mystery. >> She threw that chair, too, aren't she? >> She threw it at you or she just threw it in general. She hit me with She hit me with that chip. >> And I put that in there. She hit me with that chip. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I didn't I'm sorry. I need to talk over again. I'm sure you've already said a million times, but I wasn't here for you to really explain. >> All suspects are in this. >> Dang. That's the only thing about this channel. They don't give the conclusion. Um, but hopefully cuz that arresting officer was really hesitant about that knife. So, I don't know. But hopefully with the chair being thrown, other witnesses seeing the knife, hopefully she gets at least aggravated assault or aggravated battery. Yeah. Oh my gosh. All right, y'all. That was the last one. So, I will see you soon. The work week starts back up. I'm not ready. But all right, y'all. Have a good weekend and I'll talk to you later. Bye.
