Come on. >> Come on. Come on. >> Hit the [music] couch. I said, "Girl, let me see." >> Yeah. You left >> already. One more. [music] Now we both >> [singing] >> From the first frame to the last frame, we don't miss a thing. >> If it's funny, [music] if it's wild, >> baby, let it rain. >> Slide over. >> I got you. [music] >> Don't skip ahead. >> We ride that way. We [music] watch it together. We stay on it forever. [music] >> Hit that. You and me [music] at some point. You pick the funny ones. I pick the drama too. We pause on the comments like who said that to you? You smile on the screen. Got me in the zone. Every little reaction make this house a home. Same room, same show. If the thumbnail says go, [music and singing] then we already know. >> Slide over here. >> I [music] got you. >> Don't skip ahead. >> We lock into the moment >> and we ride that way. We [music] watch it together. We stay on [singing] it forever. [music] >> Hit that. Bring that. You and me can't be beatren. [music] >> If the world goes fast, [music] we slow it down. >> One more video. Turn it around. >> Talk back to the screen. Laugh till we cry. >> You all night. >> All night. >> All night. [music] >> All night. >> We watch it together. We stay on [music] it forever. >> Yeah. Hit that. Bring that. [music] You and me. [music] [music] [laughter] >> Omar said, "Come through trending on the ones and twos. Now we got to make a twostep dance." We Yeah, we need a little dance now. [laughter] Ah, thank you. Uh, the writer of the lyrics would be Mr. Trending and the the beat style and all that stuff. That was him on learning how to do some AI stuff. So, shout out to him. That's why I have the sound. If you're a member, you'll hear other versions of the songs that he did. So, I'll start I'll sprinkle those out so you don't get overwhelmed with them. But, I like them. If you are new here, I talk during the body cams. I pause mostly, but I still talk. So, if you're not here for more of like the chill and relax type thing and and I talk to the chat, it's okay. I'll put the links in the video in the description box for you. Um, yeah. No, that and that's what it was. It was It's a Chris Brown/Sier inspired vibe, if that makes sense. So, you called it. That's what it is. Okay. Good morning, y'all. We're going to get started. All these were sent to me. So, first we're going to start with what happens when drunk driving and your car catches on fire. And also, new bingo version 7 is out. Link is uh pinned in the chat and it's in the description box. And let me move that out the way for now. All right. So, let's start with our first one. See here. Okay. On January 19, 2025, the Orlando Police Department responded to a roadside incident involving a 2013 Hyundai that was on fire. When officers arrived at the scene, two bus drivers with fire extinguishers were putting out the fire while a female was spotted inside the vehicle showing signs of impairment. According to police reports, the female mentioned to one of the officers that she was driving home from a hookah lounge downtown. The female didn't notice anything strange with her car until other drivers started pointing at her car, trying to signal her that her car tire was on fire. These are the events that unfolded. >> I got the um rooftop fixed. I got the driver's side window fixed. Like there was a few buttons that were not working, so I got all of that fixed basically a week ago. >> Yeah. So, but have anything? >> Oh, everything was fine. They literally checked everything. They told me it was okay to drive the vehicle. I have the um the title. I have a copy of it. I have >> everything I did for the vehicle. They said it was fine to drive it. >> Okay. Okay. Very good. I just We're trying to so I can document what we >> have. Yeah. I'm like confused because >> it's brake fire. So, I mean, any number of things could have, but uh >> it was literally driving fine. >> Well, it'll probably drive fine now. It'll be brake work clearly, but Okay. You're not insured or anything. >> But I I have to tow the vehicle back, I imagine. >> Yeah. You're not driving. >> I'm sorry. I'm like, this is just a whole process. >> Actually, one of you guys have a pen. I can utilize my pen station. I need to get your name and date of birth for my fire report. Okay. No, I'm worried. I know you say don't worry about it, but I'm worried >> when it comes to car fires. That's as that's as cheap as they get right there. All right. So, >> say that, but I'm going to have to pay for it >> later on. Like, >> I know a bunch of people asked for it, but like what happened with your car? >> I literally was just driving. The last light was fine. As I got to this light, somebody stopped me and >> Oh, she's going to fill our literally square fast. I haven't watched her before, but literally more than five times. I'm pretty sure that's still on here. Let me see. I'm pretty sure it is cuz I remember using a little S. Yep. Literally more than five times. So, you're going to be safe to uh go ahead and mark that bingo square off. >> Was like, "Hey, your wheels on fire." So, I stopped and everything else after that. I literally just had it at the um mechanic shop because I just got the car like about a month ago >> and they were fixing everything. They said everything was fine with the vehicle. I was driving it perfectly fine. was like how do you know how long you were ded? You didn't notice >> it was literally no like everything was fine. I just started driving about a week and a half ago. >> They checked everything at the mechanic shop. They said everything was fine. >> How about today? How long were you driving today? >> I went to work. I took maybe a 4-hour break in between. >> Mhm. >> Like not a 4-hour break, but you know, like I wasn't driving it for about 4 hours. Then I drove it. Everything was fine. Where where did you come from? >> Right now I was coming from um Dr. Phillips Dr. Phillips area. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Got you. >> But I work around that area. So I went to work this morning. I drove it perfectly fine to work. It gave me no issues. Then I drove it after work. I went to the mall, Millennium Mall. It was perfectly fine. And now I was driving back home. >> I don't know. >> Does that happen before with the brakes? This is the first time. >> I don't know. >> Okay, I see what you're already saying, Lovable. But she said her timeline didn't even make sense to me. That's cuz she's skipping over how she got drunk and was driving because 6 hours ago does not matter what you were doing with your car or not. It's the tires on fire now. Then she says that 6 hours ago she was near Dr. Phillip's office. She works or area. She works near there. She's trying to name things that sound morally good. That's what it seems like to me. Like she's just picking out the details. Don't have nothing to do with what's happened right now. Skipping on the part where she probably drank during the day or during the night as well. That's what she's doing this whole avoidance thing or um deflection thing. >> I didn't imagine I have to get it towed back. That's going to be a whole another >> Yeah, that you'll be able to drive that car like that. >> Were you able to notice >> the transmission was new? >> But did you smell the fire or anything like that? I did smell it when I was like a light about ago and then >> hold on hold on. It says the second she smells something burning. That was the warning sign to pull over immediately. A burning tire can turn into a full vehicle fire fast, especially if the rubber brake components or wheel wells start heating up. Agreed. And >> um I saw somebody point it out and I was like, "Okay, let me stop." But I didn't realize it was that bad until they were like, "Hey, get out of the vehicle." you know, it's going to basically go on [ __ ] fire. >> I don't know. They told me everything was fine. And >> where where was the Do you remember where the fire was? >> Um >> cuz I just I just I got into the fire. >> No, I don't know. They I l They haven't given me a chance to actually check what's going on. They were just like, "Get out of the vehicle, come back." So, I'm trying to see, but it looks like it's with the right um tire, like the right front tire. >> It was most likely like the brake set down on fire. >> Could be. So annoying. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm not I'm not sure how that >> I'm literally so annoyed. Like I literally had it in the mechanic shop for about two weeks. >> Well, what's wrong with it? >> Um they were checking the window driver's seat because the window um button wasn't working. It wasn't letting my window go down on the driver's seat. >> I fixed the rooftop button as well. That wasn't working. Um the hood had some rusting to it. So they were fixing the they were fixing like cosmetic issues basically. >> They told me everything was fine. >> Yeah. >> This is the first time I am driving a long distance. >> You think you were breaking a lot? Um >> I mean I was stopping through a lot of lights so I could have been breaking a lot. >> Okay. >> You didn't know fire on your car? >> No. It was literally literally I'mma die. I'm going to die because of her saying literally this many times. I'm over it already. I got you lovable. Uh, Bam Bam said, "Did the first cop ask her was she injured?" So, I don't remember. So, if y'all remember, please answer, Bam Bam. 15 minutes before all of this, it was driving perfectly fine. >> Perfectly fine, 100%. And then as I was stopping at every light, I started smelling something. And then when I got to this light, um, a driver next to me kind of stopped and they got out and they were like, "Hey, your like your wheels on fire." >> Basically, >> so I was like, "Okay, let me stop." >> So, but I didn't. >> We We do have some extra questions to ask, right? But just like every time we do ask people anything, we unfortunately have to read our people. A lot of people kind of get Hold on. One second, bro. Just give us a minute. Every time we get confused with uh every time every time we get uh >> anything that we need to ask people and then people think that oh because I'm getting my rice read nothing's happening. We just have to ask you questions but without Miranda it's not like we can't. Okay. So she's going to read that real quick. Just make sure you tell her you understand every sentence. >> Just say yes or no. >> So where were you coming uh from? >> I was literally coming from um like a lounge with my friend. Like we were just having, you know, we were literally smoking hookah. I wasn't drinking or anything. On my way over here is when literally the Okay, see we didn't get the hookah in the first timeline. And now she got to point out I wasn't drinking or anything. Unfortunately for you, the title already gives it away. So apparently you were drinking. So yeah, but y'all see how she skips in somewhere in her timeline. I would say 5 minutes before I made the light, I started smelling something >> and then I kept driving and I started seeing something like the smoke kind of coming out. Then a vehicle next to me stopped me and they were like, "Hey, basically your wheel is on fire." >> It shouldn't have been on fire. I literally was at the mechanics 3 days ago maybe and they said they fixed everything. They said everything was fine with the vehicle to drive it. So I was driving it and >> yeah. How on what time did you say you left the hookah lounge? >> Let's get that time for the hookah lounge. Okay. BRB says if she was familiar with the car, why didn't she pull over when the tire started to act up? Driving with a flat is like driving in molasses. Yeah, you can't help but feel it. You can't help but to feel it. So, I'm going to go with her judgment was compromised because of the alcohol she did not drink. [laughter] >> The cop is trying to build a timeline. Asking what time she left the hookah lounge helps her figure out how long she was driving, where she was coming from, and whether her story makes sense with when the car caught fire. It can also determine if alcohol or impairment might be involved, especially if she was leaving the lounge late at night and it's already about 6:30 in the morning during this stop. >> Um, sorry, I'm just trying to >> like 4:30. >> Yeah, 4:30. 4:30 in the morning. >> Yeah. >> Did you went anywhere else or was you just >> I was literally going straight home. >> Straight home. >> Yeah, I was going straight I live about less than 20 minutes. Yeah, I'm 20 minutes away. So, I was about 20 minutes away when I made this flight. >> Okay. >> You live 20 minutes away from the hookah lounge? >> Yeah. >> How many drinks did you have? >> I had one. >> Just one drink? >> Yeah. >> She literally didn't drink alcohol. She only had the hookah. Now she's just had one drink. >> I literally had one at the beginning. Like I knew I was going to drive. >> What kind of drink was it? >> It was um a like mixed drink, like a cocktail. >> What kind of cocktail? >> I'm a cocktail person, so I was going to I was going to ask you. >> You're okay. It was um I believe um tequila mixed with I believe a dragon fruit kind of drink, but it was literally just one drink. Like I'm pretty responsible about when I come out. I have one drink in the beginning of the night. I drink water in between. You can even ask them. Like I was drinking multiple waters in between. >> What time? >> Whoa, whoa, whoa. Now you only had one. If there's only one of something, you can't be between it because there's not a second one. So, what do you mean you had multiple uh drinks of water in between? So, we went from one drink to possibly three so far. Yeah. Yeah. She Yeah, she's Sweet Tea says she's literally lying, right? Would you say you had bad dreams? >> Probably like 11:30. 12:30. Yeah. >> What time did you get to the hookah lounge? >> 11 a.m. >> 11:00 a.m. >> Now, at first she said she arrived at hookah lounge at 4:30 a.m. which I'm like, dang. A hookah lounge is open 4:30 a.m. Now, now it's 11 something. >> Uhhuh. >> At the hookah lounge, you got there at 11:00 a.m. >> Yeah, about >> So 11:00 a.m. to What time you say you left? >> Well, 11:00 p.m. I guess. And then I left about 4 4:00 a.m. 4:30. I am 100% sober. I'm very upset that this is happening right now. >> You know, we just have to ask questions. >> No, no, I understand. I'm just explaining like, >> did you sleep last night? Like yesterday? >> Yes. Good sleep. Do you eat anything yesterday? >> You also ate pretty good. >> Yes, I [music] ate. I slept. All of that. >> When was the last time you asked me to eat? >> About Let's break it down. Now, Bam Bam said she left the hookah lounge at 4:30 a.m. It's now 6:00 a.m., but she's 20 minutes away. Something isn't right. >> About 8:00 p.m. tonight. >> Yeah. >> What did you have? >> I'm also >> Okay. Um, I had some rice, beans, chicken. I'm Dominican. I had some rice, beans, and chicken. >> I make sure that I am properly fed before I go out. Trust me, I am 100% sober and I am very upset that this is >> 100 what? Sober. We're going to go back. Um, yeah, eating at 8:00 p.m. is a long time in between hookah and drinking. >> I make sure that I am properly fed before I go out. Trust me, I am 100% sober and I am very upset that this is happening right now. I had water after. How many drinks will it usually take you to start feeling like like let's say the dragon fruit of tequila? How many of those will you need to start feeling a little something? >> I mean, no offense, I am a pretty I'm a drinker. So, usually I drink about 3 4 and I'll start feeling something, but that's if I'm home. >> Like one wouldn't do anything to you. >> Hold on. Detective Ly put some He said telling a cop you are a drinker while being investigated for DUI is wild. I agree. Oh my god. three, four, and I'll start feeling something. But that's if I'm home. >> Like one wouldn't do anything to you. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, not at all. >> So, let's say for right like this second from one to 10. One being you just woke up, you're fresh as you get to 10, you're blacked out, drunk, falling. What do you think you'll be on that scale? One to >> Oh, no. I'm one I'm sober. 100%. >> 100% sober. >> Did you smoke any marijuana today by any chance? I'm good. Anything that you've already done, I can't really, you know, >> No, no, no. I literally I was just going out with my friends and the car was supposed to have been fine. My uncle would never let me drive a vehicle if it was not in good condition. >> Did you pay for your drinks or did somebody else pay? >> No, I paid for my drink. >> Um, do you have >> Well, at this point, I don't think they care about the tires catching on fire as much anymore cuz it sounds like it caught on fire cuz she kept running on that flat. Pro possibly maybe some sparks flew. Did the whole thing. Ma'am, they don't care about your uncle and him and him caring for your car. It's all about this alcohol now. what was in the hookah. The hookah can give you a little buzz. I I tried one in my 30s. Um I I finally had tried it, but I only tried it because it was in Kuwait. So for me, it left it left me buzzed because I I don't I never smoked anything period. So when I tried the hookah for me, I got lightheaded. So I don't know if that's for everybody. >> It was drinks or do you have like a >> I mean, >> did you pay for the hookah or just >> I can show you. My friend was supposed to um send me the money on the side. >> Give me a second. Let me check. >> What time [music] did you wake up to? >> I've been up since 6:30 in the morning. I was at work today. I went to work after work. >> So, you've been up for 24 hours. It's 6:30 in the morning now. Just so y'all know, if you can't see the body cam stuff, it's 6:30 in the morning now. So, right now, so far from her timeline, from this new information, she woke up at 6:30 yesterday morning. The last time she ate was 8:00 p.m. She arrived at the hookah place at about 11:00 p.m. Left the hookah place around 4:30 a.m. and said she hadn't eaten since 8:00 p.m. And then her home from the hookah lounge is 20 minutes away, but it's 6:30 a.m. from a 4:30 a.m. departure from the hookah lounge. I'm like, "Your 20 minutes is a long 20 minutes." So, yeah. Okay. Just now Blue said, "Yep. Same here. The hookah gets me tipsy." Okay. Yep. So, between alcohol and the hookah, I'm just saying. Uh Sharon says she's a drinker, but only had one drink. And yes, W cows, you definitely need to eat between 11:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. That is crazy. She is dressed like a bottle girl. Omar, I'll give you that. >> I went to the mall with my friend. After the mall, I went to go pick up my cousin from her sports. After sports, I went home. I changed. And then that's when we came out. >> Okay. So, she worked at 6:30. Let's say she works a 8 hour shift. So, she got out around with a 30-hour lunch. What would that be? About 7 uh no, not 7, about 4:00 or 4:30 p.m. Then she went to the mall, helped her cousin out. We get a little more in the day. Every time we get a little more questions, we get some more in the day. The launch was it that you went to? >> It's called Sahara. It's probably like >> 15 minutes from here. >> You've been up since 6:00 in the morning yesterday. >> Yes. You have >> No, no, no. Not no. Well, I guess today. Yeah, >> today. >> Yeah, today. >> Without looking at your vlog. What time do you think it is right now? Without looking. >> Oh, sorry. Um, it's about 6:00 in the morning. >> And then you say you left the hookah lounge at >> what time? about 4:30, 4ish. >> And you live? >> Like fiveish? >> I live about 40 minutes away. >> It's a drive. >> Okay. So, now we went from she lives 20 minutes away. So, she lives 40 minutes away from the hookah lounge. Okay. I see Loville how you got confused. And Omar said this is like a word problem. This does feel like a word problem when you have to decide what time will the trains arrive like pass each other. Definitely sounds like one of those. This train left at 4:30 a.m. and this train and goes at 60 m or travels at 100 miles per hour and this train left at this time and travels at 60 mph. At what point in time will they meet up? Yes, it it sounds like that. >> And again, the vehicle was in perfectly fine condition before >> I started driving it. >> Um, so again, just because you've been honest with talking to you this whole time, would you be able to do some field right exercises? Just kind of one of those like fancy looking ones. That way we can know. And listen, once you we get through those, we can be like, "Okay, you know, she's good to go. We can >> listen. I'm 100% sober. Whatever you need me to do, I will do. I just >> We'll get those out of the way. That way I know you're good to go." And then we can start making some phone calls or Uber. I don't know how we can get you home. We'll figure that out together. Okay. >> Can't drive that obviously. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to have to get a towed somewhere. >> First of all, it has no tire, right? You've been driving a rim, so that's what started the fire. Um, definitely cannot drive. >> Okay. >> You can put it on if you want the jacket. >> You're showing her take a picture of wet though. >> Huh? >> Can I take a picture? >> In a second. You will. >> Let's go. Let's go this way. >> Walk over to the gas station. Okay. You'll be able to take a picture when we come back. I literally have to get a toe. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. >> It has no tire. >> You don't want to run. >> I'm tired. >> I'm sorry. I've just been dealing with so much in life. >> I guess >> girl. Dealing with what in life? Okay. What I heard was she has an uncle that takes care of her car and makes sure it runs well. She's cool. You know, been to the mechanic. Cool. Good to go. you you have a n a job. I don't know if it's a nice job. You got a job. Then you got some leisure time in the day because you out here you shopping at the mall. Then you can be at the hookah lounge for let's say four to five hours. You chilling. You should be good to go. What is going on? And the tears don't start trying to form until it's like, oh, I might get in trouble for DUI. You're you're good, girl. It is that you just don't want to get in trouble for being drunk. Uh, BRB said, "Einstein once said time is relative, but even he would have a problem with that." Yes, that timeline was horrible. Lovable said, "See, I knew you all would give me a little understanding of what was going on with her." >> But you're alive. You're good. >> Okay, you'll get through this. That's all that matters. >> I got it. >> Oh, and then I have to pay for wherever they're going to store it. I imagine >> your your insurance takes care of all that. Are you positive? >> 100%. Nothing comes out of pocket. >> I'm sorry. I've just been paying for so much stuff lately. Like I paid for pay for the vehicle. Pay for insurance. >> Pay for it. I've been paying so much money. >> Yeah. I mean, insurance should take care of the toe. >> And with my luck, intro is going to be like, "Fuck you. You have to." I'm sorry. No. Offense to my language. But with my luck, I already feel it. >> Q to stay cool [laughter] basically. >> Yeah. >> Like >> you probably feel it cuz when that police report comes out, it's going to say that um she gave signs of impairment. So they're going to be like, "Oh, well this isn't like a random thing. This is something maybe you could have prevented where you sober and you wouldn't have drove so long and your tires on fire." Let's see. Omar says she's trying to cry out the drunkenness. Lovable said, "Wait until they explain what the tire look like." Oh, what did the cop say? Omar said, "I caught that shade from the cop to stay home and not go out. Is that what that means?" >> Do not move your head. Do you understand the instructions? >> Yes. >> Move my head. Just look at the light. >> Yep. You're going to move your eyes. Just not your head. Okay. Okay. Detective Litty said the officer moves a light or pin side to side and watches her eyes to see if they jerk or bounce involuntarily. Try >> not to move your head. Okay. Can we get another light? He's right here. This >> I'm sorry. It's like getting extra windy. >> On to the next one. >> Put this on. >> Thank you. I'm sorry. I'm just like I felt the wind coming through in between all of that. This is not my type of weather. >> Keep your hands on your side and you can begin. Just count. >> Oh, one. >> Make sure it's heel to toe. >> Heel to toe. >> Yep. So, heel to toe. >> We're not going to walk her through the steps. So, okay. >> If she So, whenever you're ready to start, >> we're not going to stop you until you're you tell us you're done. So, do you understand? >> I have to count to 10. >> So, do you need instruction one more time? That way you can fully understand. Like I told you, our job is to make sure that you understand. Okay. >> Count to nine. >> That's you can restart again. >> So basically just walk >> count to nine >> a straight line in nine. >> Yep. And then turn around. >> Okay. >> You fully understand me. You didn't me to show it to you again. >> Okay. Basically count to nine like steps forward and then pivot back >> and heel to toe steps. >> Okay. >> Okay. You can start. >> Okay. two four five six 7 8 and then nine 10 what I'll tell you to what I'll tell you to I want you to raise one leg the other leg you choose approximately 6 in off the ground >> until it stops. >> Okay. >> Do you understand the instructions? Just give me one second and start. 1,00 1,002 1003 100, 104 100, 105 100, 106, 107, 108, 109,0,1,2,00 um 13,45, 2016. So, do me a favor. Put your hands like this. Right. All right. Put your hands on your back. >> Do like this. >> Can you ask what's happening? So, you will be going to jail tonight. What? Okay. >> Whoa. Um, >> so based on the assessment that we just did, you are not safe to drive and you have more than a few drinks. >> I've never had a >> girl. Don't say never for nothing. And don't say literally. Um, I don't understand when people know they've drank. Yeah, you might you're lying to the police, but you know you have drank alcohol. Why do you still take the field sobriety test? Do you feel like you're about to fool them? I feel like they always do this because they think they're going to pass it. Like, oh, I'm good. [laughter] Wow said what kind of steps she just do. Omar said like literally 100% going to jail. BRB said she's a good example why these tests are flawed at best. I did not see her fault. BRB, stop it right now. [laughter] >> One drink. We can I literally had one drink. >> One second. Can you hold it so I can put the seat belt? >> Can I please just step in? >> Can I step in? >> Can I please like >> just step in first and then we can talk. Okay. Give me a second. >> Let them do what they got to do and they'll talk to you in a minute. Okay. >> I've never been through this process. >> That means she's never been caught cuz that is not her first time drinking and driving. Um, I will give her this. It is a woman being arrested by a woman that is not insulting the woman cop. So, that I'm glad to see right now, >> bro. She was she was driving on a wheel. >> She had to be driving. >> I would say or even further. >> Yeah. >> Insane. >> So, when I got here, the whole road was on fire. >> It's insane. to go meet us at the DUI Center >> cuz I suspected they said something else. >> Wait a minute. Traveling GMA, are you saying you honestly thought she did good or you playing like oh like sarcastically you thought she did good? I'll say this either way just in case we have watched so many DOI videos. She did not do her heel to toe on the non-step and then turn. Then she forgot cuz it tested your memory too when they give you instruction. She forgot she was only supposed to do nine steps. She went to 10 and asked, "Is this good?" Omar, I'm done with you. I know you joking. Um then, um her eyes did not stay still nor her head when they did the little pin test to when they um says, "Keep your eye on the pen. Don't move your head. The light or whatever." She did not get that. She stumbled a little bit on her um uh that thing where you have to do 10001, 10,00. You got to keep your hands to to your side. Losing balance is not good for you. Which for those of us that are sober and still don't have balance, I'm just like again, I'll always say just test my blood, test my breath, because if I do a field sobriety test, you going to get a false positive because I just don't have balance and then I'm too nervous to remember half the things anyway. Um, yeah. Okay. Lovel said he said the rotor was on fire, indicating there were no tires or rims on the car. That is crazy cuz the rotor is like the very center of I'm not gonna say of the tire cuz the rotor the the tire connects to the part that holds the rotor. But yeah, that's crazy. The fire reached all the way there. >> Yeah. >> So, she was charged with DUI and her bond was set to $1,000. But that's about it for today. So, if you enjoyed that video, leave your thoughts in the comment section. >> Support Detective Litty. All right. Next one up. Simple traffic stop turns into sudden nightmare. Here you go. >> In January 2023, an officer was conducting routine patrol when he began following an SUV in Walka, Wisconsin. The 30-year-old male driver named Rudolph had shown signs of potential impaired driving by swerving within his lane, drifting into the bike lane, and then abruptly swerving back to avoid a parked vehicle. When he began crossing the center line, the officer decided to initiate a traffic stop. >> How's it going? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. Officer Boris, walk shop police. Reason for your stop today is you were over the the line over here and then also you were in the bike lane coming down east. Any reason for that? >> No, we were just trying to get home honestly like the car in front of us. I felt like they were getting kind of close, but I understand why you you know why you were concerned and that's why I just like pulled over. >> Okay. What was your reason for coming in here? >> Uh it was it was honestly because like that car that was really close. I was like concerned and yeah, we have a newborn and I didn't want any complications. Like honestly, you can look in the back. You can check all that and like >> What do you mean by complications? >> No, but I meant by like I didn't want you to think that there was anything concerning. you know, we're trying to make it home and like her mom is literally waiting for us and like she can show you all the ID and all that. >> Do you guys have IDs on you? >> Yeah, we do. And it was just a it was a matter of like let's just get home safely. 5 minutes away. >> I hear you, boss. >> Where are you guys coming from? >> Uh right up the road. >> Do you have your license on you, boss? >> Yep. >> Yeah. >> While standing by the vehicle, the officer observed his speech was slurred and detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the vehicle. Any weapons in the vehicle? >> No, not at all. >> Any illegal drugs? >> No. Okay. >> How much alcohol have we had tonight? >> I think I had five. >> Two. >> Okay. How How about you, boss? >> Uh, probably less than I have to check my ID. It's just everything's good, man. We're literally like >> How many How much did you have to drink is what I'm asking. >> You left? Yeah. But like left at like >> at like 6:00 p.m., man. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You left at 6:00 p.m.? >> Yes. Like we left our apartment like we're literally just trying to make it down. >> Damn. We would have made another literally square just now. Um so Omar says, "So was the baby in the back seat." Miss them even mentioning the baby. And I really hope there's no baby in the back seat cuz I did watch this one beforehand. I don't think there was cuz the cops didn't didn't mention it. But after you see what happens, I hope there was no baby. >> It's me, >> right? I I'm just wondering cuz you guys are saying you come come from the restaurant. I could smell the intoxicants coming from the vehicle. So, I'm just trying to see if you're safe to drive. >> Totally. >> The reason why I stopped you is because you were going over the the line in the bike lane coming down East Avenue and then also the line over here. So, that's why I'm trying to figure out. So, how many drinks did you have, sir? >> Um, check I >> Do you have a license on you? >> Yes. >> All right. Why don't you guys hang tight here? Okay. I'm going to run him through fields. Okay. The reason why I stopped him is he was like going a little bit over the bike lane coming down east. >> And then also when we turned on to sunset here, he was over the center line. Going to run him real quick. Just do them here. >> Yeah. Cool. Nice and uh nice and flat. >> Upon running Rudolph's info, dispatch advised he had a revoked driving status. >> This means he's revoked, right? >> Through Illinois. Yeah. Status revoked. Hit up Leanne. She can confirm that. I don't Maybe she can do something more on her end, too, cuz it would it'd be nice to see if he's revoked for an OW. You know what I mean? Is he up visiting? >> He's not making much sense. >> Oh, really? >> He's like, I'm just trying to get home. We have a baby at home that was like he's he's always dodging around my questions. >> Yeah, he is dodgy. Very dodgy on answer. I'm just I'm just trying to get home. Just literally trying to get home. Those aren't the questions he's asking. Um, BRB said, "If the car in front is acting up, I usually ease up on the gas. Never tried swerving. Thank you for the pro tip, body cam person." Bamb said, "I think her mom is watching the baby." Um, Loable said he told me not to. Oh, talking about her school resource officer told her not to take the sobriety test, but I told him I don't drink, so and don't drive and drink, so she not run into that problem. Anyway, um, traveling GMA said, "I think they're on the way to get the baby from her mom. If my daughter showed up wreaking of alcohol, then my grandchild would be staying with me. Period. I agree. Traveling GM ain't no way. No way. So I can hear about you in the news or somebody come knock on my door to tell me I done lost my grandchild and my daughter cuz my daughter's stupid and and u or driving with or riding with someone that's stupid too cuz he shouldn't be driving with a license revoked and he's been drinking too possibly allegedly. Um, wow said the man should not have said the stuff he said at first about the baby trying to get home safely. Yeah. Yep. >> You have your ID. I have it on me. But anyways, we were just trying to get home. >> Oh, getting real invasive with his answers and trying to change your line of questioning. >> Yes. >> How'd you guys end up over here? >> He pulled in. I was going to stop him and he pulled in and he started going all the way around. I was like, "Why'd you come over here?" He's like, "Honestly, the car in front of me, I didn't want anything to do with him. I don't want you guys to think I I was like what the what are you talking about? 406. Go ahead. >> 406 through 104. Could you advise reason for reputation? I want to find out if he's got prior OWI through Illinois. I'll ask her later. >> Yeah, you might have to do fields and ask after. >> Well, she's still working on that anyway. So, I'm going to do it now. >> All right, Rudolph. So, here's what's going on. Um, I'd like to make sure that you're safe to operate a motor vehicle. So, I'd like to run some field sobriety tests on you. >> Is that okay? >> Uh, let me talk to my wife about it. >> Okay. >> I missed he said that the first time. Oh, man. Omar, first of all, it's not really a choice. Then Omar, he said he want to take some field sobriety test. He said, "Let me ask my wife first." This they they belong together. Well, I'm going to do it regardless. >> No, that's okay. I just want to know what she thinks about it. >> Is it That's fine. Right. Well, >> she can She's going to talk to her about it, right? That's okay. >> What do you want to talk to her about? >> Exactly what you said. >> Sure. Go ahead. You can ask. >> Thank you. >> Keep the window rolled down, though. >> Did y'all see what he did? The cops said, "Keep the window rolled down." Omar. Oh, no. Omar, he got your name. Omar looks at him and says, "Oh, okay." But then doesn't roll the window back down, turns to the wife. Y'all, you already know Omar on some stuff. You already know. Um, let me see. Oh, how do you get your license revoked? I I I feel like there's a few ways, and I don't know all of them, but I feel like if you get too many points on your license, um, reckless driving, blah blah blah, too many DUIs, not paying insurance, I think, will also get it revoked, at least in some states. Um, I don't know if it's also to do with keeping your registration and stuff up, but usually other violations get your license revoked. >> Damn, just open the door. >> It's locked. Try it. Hey, Rudolph. Hey, open the door. >> Yeah, I was just I told you exactly what I was going to do. >> Okay. >> Ashley J said also not paying child support. >> What is he saying? >> Let's Let's do that now. Okay. Um, >> can I finish talking to her? >> No, I'm telling you to get out of the vehicle right now. >> Okay, one second. >> As he displayed passive resistance, Rudolph quickly put the vehicle in drive and took off at a high rate of speed. >> 440 can start another one. 1040 for now. He's possibly 55. Locked himself in the door. >> Hey, don't. No, no, no, >> no, >> no. >> Put it in park. Put it in park now. >> He's taking off. Lovable said, "Also, not paying tickets and tolls. Get your license revoked." Um, yeah, Kim, he rolled the windows up anyway. Wow. How said, uh, and he locked the door. Yep. Let me see. Just not Blue said, "One big way is failing to maintain insurance, get your license revoked." Yep. Yeah. Omar about to get these handcuffs. Oh, okay. Yeah. Let me let y'all keep watching. I'm trying not to spoiler alert. 46, we're going westbound on sunset. Passing Tenny 4, we're going eastbound. We're passing Grabling right now. Spar 97. >> After exceeding 100 mph in a 35 mph zone, he lost control of his vehicle, crashing into a tree before fleeing on foot. >> Pulling an apartment complex 1050. Foot bell. Foot bell. FOOT PURSUIT. STOP. STOP. Do it now. >> Police department. STOP. >> Taser deployed. >> Oh my. >> Okay. Y'all though he didn't say taser. Taser. Taser. I'mma still let y'all have that square because I think that's I think I did put that on this one. Yep. Taser. Taser. Taser is a square on this version. So you can have that one. Going over a 100 miles per hour in a 35. crashes into a tree. His wife is still in that vehicle. So, she's suffering cuz he want to crash into a tree. You see how his drunk behind still was able to run. Watch how you see the position his wife is in. Ridiculous. Jacqueline said, "I guess his wife told him to take off." I I guess so since he Let me ask my wife. Let me ask my wife. Um BRB said officer was like I do not put it in drive but the glass muffled that in our movie star heard it as dry. [laughter] Yeah he going to jail lovable just now blue said oh talking about Wisconsin about revoking for uh child support I believe. Yes, Ashley. Exactly. He crashed at 100 miles per hour, then proceeds to run. >> Guys, go over to your side. Do it now. >> We are across from Navajo right now in the apartment complex. >> 1046 with a male driver. Do not move. >> Stop is also a square. Thank you, Bam Bam. Oh, not Bam. Hold on. Wow. Thank you. Stop is also a square. All right. Wait till y'all see the condition of his wife. She's alive. >> I'll stay with him. >> One female passenger. The next squad I can check on her. There's a car loan going on. You can start at 1052. Unknown injuries at this time. >> Are you injured? >> Sure. Do you want the honest answer? >> Yes. I want an honest answer. >> Do you really want to answer? >> Do you really want to know? I can give you this answer. >> He's cooperative now. >> No, I'm cooperating. But do you really >> Are you injured? I'm asking you a question. >> All right. >> You good for now? >> Yeah. >> Did she run? >> No, she fell out. >> No, no, no. I fell out. Yeah. >> I just lost my daughter. I don't even know mine. Hey, >> thanks for not hitting me. Thanks for letting me. >> Hello. I don't know. >> You're laughing. This Somebody was laughing. >> Nobody's laughing. >> I don't give a So, you think I deserve to die? >> You think I deserve to die? >> Are you injured? >> Let's break the scene down. Okay. You remember he ran into a tree? You see two legs? If you're able to see your screen, you got one leg kind of up on the car door and one leg knee bent on the ground. That's the wife that when he crashed, airbags went off. Apparently, this is how she's laying. And she's uh chastising the police. If they were laughing at her, they might have been laughing. I don't know if they were laughing at her, though. But I feel like y'all again deserve each other right now. And I feel like you're in this position cuz this is not the first dumb thing he has done. But there you are. So, if you want if you Where's the wife? I hear her voice. She's She's on the ground >> right now. I got an ambulance coming. >> Do you need an ambulance, >> sir? No, I don't. >> Okay. Are Are you injured? >> No. No. No, I'm not. >> Okay. >> Can you stand me up? >> Not right now. I'm going to have you chill here for a minute. Okay. >> Listen, I'm going to tell you what the situation is. You can take it however you want. >> Okay. >> I know that you felt that I was under the influence and you weren't going to let me go. >> Is Max? >> No, it's right over there. I'm going to roll you over to my side. Okay. >> Yep. Can I have water? >> Not Not right now. >> Can I ask you an honest question? >> Sure. >> Are you new? >> You've been doing this for over a year. You've been doing water. >> No. Have you been a cop for like doing this for over a year? >> I don't know if that's relevant. >> No, I'm just asking you. I really want to know. >> I'm not sure. >> You're not sure. It's okay if you have. >> You're going to be okay. Okay. You weren't driving. This has nothing to do with you, right? So, can I help you up, please? This looks very uncomfortable. You can't move. >> All right. What hurts? >> Are you asking him a question? >> Okay. Are you injured? >> I was asking you a question. >> Can you No, no. I I will answer it. >> I'm asking you a question that's more important than how long he's been a cop. I'm asking you if you're injured. >> I can't say anything for you. I can answer it once I get that answered question. >> Yeah. I'm not sure if it's going to be cooperative. >> No, I am. I am. I am. >> I'm trying to be straightforward with you. >> Okay. >> So, are you injured? Are you going to answer the question? >> One more. >> Do you need to be checked out by an ambulance? Rudolph, >> does that mean I need >> Ah, I caught it fast. Are you injured? Is a square on the bingo card. And who was that? Bam. Bam. Call it out. >> We check. >> I'm asking if you're injured. >> Yeah. And I'm asking you what does that mean? Cuz I feel in I'm in pain. >> Okay. where >> I'm in pain in my entire body. >> Your whole body hurts. Anything specific other than your whole body? >> I can't tell because I'm in shock. I know you're I know you're shaking. It's okay. I'm not shaking. I can tell you. >> It's chilly outside. >> No. >> She uh she's a passenger. I think she's just in shock. >> Can you pass uh chapstick, please? >> No. >> Do you remember what happened? >> Nancy, you split up and I I jumped out the car. >> Why were you guys running? >> He [music] drank just a little. >> Okay. >> And it wasn't as much as you thought. And we were sitting there forever and then he just said I have to go and he's not even a bad person and he's just >> Nobody's saying he's a bad person. >> Nobody >> did you just ask him? >> Yeah. >> What did he just ask you? >> No. No. I can ask that right. >> Walk. >> You can walk. >> Why are you asking question? >> No, we don't have any water. >> Sit down. >> I was like slow motion. Locked us out of the car. >> Locked us out of the car. Hand on the shifter. I just ran back to my car. I left him up there. I'm like it's about to take out. Is there any way I can have water? >> No, we do not have any water. >> Is there >> I see about get you some, but you got to be cooperative. >> No, you can see about getting some. >> What's in your mouth, >> dude? I just fell on the floor. Like, you can look >> your mouth and stick your tongue. You got like dirt and stuff. >> No. No. Yeah, dude. Just figured it out. I'm just asking. >> Okay. >> Take a seat and we'll figure it out. >> We don't have any right now. >> We'll work on getting it. Just please sit down. >> What's the time frame for that? >> No time frame. Are you going to be cooperative or not? >> No. Are you going to hurt me if I don't? >> No. He's as annoying as that girl we watched last night when she was like, "Are you a police officer or a peace officer? Do you know the difference?" Blah blah blah. That's how annoying he is right now. Yes. Wow. His only question is, "How long has the cop been a cop?" >> Just sit in the car. You're not getting water right now. Put your feet in. >> Let's chase your >> Well, that took a turn. >> My dumb ass was. >> So, I had a I had a good view. I saw him put his hand on the shift now. I don't know if you saw that. Well, I saw when you started going back, I was like, "Don't do it." any [ __ ] I was I ran back. >> No, that's good. That's good. >> I knew it was happening. >> You had to jump on. >> Um, obviously we're in the fields. Do you want to do them? >> I don't know if he'll be cooperative. What are you thinking? >> It changed a whole lot. Maybe he's in custody now. At least give him the opportunity. >> Firefighters like to talk to you. >> Can I have water? >> We do not have water, unfortunately. >> Okay. What do you have to aid me here? >> We have an ambulance. We have medical staff. We can say >> So, what what happened? >> Okay. I can tell you right now that I know how the justice system works. I know how things go and >> Okay. But what's going on with you? We're the We're just a paramedic. So, we're we're we're here to help you with any medical. >> If you're here to help me, I need water. >> And we don't carry water with us. That's >> Do you have any type of fluid? >> Not Not that we can. >> Do you have any like any pain or injuries? >> No, I'm trying to tell you that I do. >> Okay. Can you tell us that? I'm not going to give you water. So you can either tell us about your injuries. >> The injuries that I have? >> Yes. >> I can't really talk about them because you're saying that you can't aid them. >> So you're declining medical assistance. >> I'm not declining medical. >> Okay. Then tell us what's wrong. >> I'm asking for medical assistance. In the simplest version is I'm saying it's I need water. If you cannot provide me with that, I understand. And I wish it wasn't that way. But like do you understand what I'm saying? Like I feel like right now medically I need water. You tell me I can't I can't provide that to me. So, fortunately, like it looks like I'm going to have to suffer. I don't want that. >> Okay. Yeah, we that's not something that we we can take you to a hospital where they have water. Yeah. Then that that would be what what we could do, but that's not that's not something that we would be providing to you. >> And then what are the other options? Because like I don't want to die, >> right? We wouldn't let you die. Yeah. Well, I don't know cuz like right now I'm saying I need water >> and it feels like it's, you know, dire. But you're looking at me saying saying that you can't provide me with that. Like you can't provide me with the Bible, >> right? Cuz we don't carry that. That's not something that we we carry. >> That's okay. I understand. >> We have other means need means or means of giving you that if we feel that. >> I understand. So what like how does that work? >> That would be like giving you an IV with fluids and things like that, but that might not quench your thirst. That might just >> if I say that right now I need water and you just would like put me in some type of cell or some type of cage and you don't provide me with water. Like I can't I can't tell you that I'm going to be 100%. >> Look, you you'll get water soon. We don't >> I don't think you're you're getting we don't have any right now. You you'll get water in a little bit. Is that the only chief complaint you got though? >> Um >> are you doing okay right now? >> You know I'm not I'm not doing okay mentally. It's tough for me, >> but I'm I'm trying to be honest with you. >> Okay. No, you know what I'm saying? We appreciate that. I appreciate your honesty. >> Yeah. Like I know where I stand and I know what the situation is. >> Yep. >> And I know that I made a bad decision, but I'm trying to say that like realistically, I feel like I need some water. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. We're going to get going for an hour, though. Okay. >> Uh yeah. So, you're not too concerned with that? >> No. >> We'll we'll get you water where we're going. We don't have water out here. >> What's the time table with that? Like 15 minutes. >> All right. Are you saying no? Okay. >> Thanks for taking over. I would had you guys going on. >> Damn it. I'm going the wrong way. >> I would have jumped on the radio sooner. I freaking couldn't get my damn seat belt. I'm like driving trying to get the seat belt. >> No, he has dirt all over his mouth. >> He got dirt in his mouth. >> Well, he took me through the pine trees. I'm right behind him. I got whacked right in the face. >> Yeah. How fast? >> We're going 100 miles. Last time I looked up was 97. >> Yeah. >> Oh, no. He was trying to turn in here. So, he's slowing way down. Oh, I was going to say I was like up in that building right now. >> He was slowing way down just for your report purposes. I mean, he just fell asleep like snoring, heavy odor. I I could he smell up the entire squad. So, >> yeah, I got a feeling my ankles and he sore as hell the more I rolled it. >> I was like, "Where'd you guys go?" Cuz I I saw you guys go in there and then all of a sudden I hear it over here. I'm like running through the >> My first taser. Nothing. Like I I heard it hit his wallet according to sober, but that second one locked him. >> I was like, "Oh, great. All right, I'll meet you up there." >> When offered the option to under >> Okay, before we get to him being offered that option, just not blue, you are me. She said, "Shut the door." SMH, I would not be a good cop or a paramedic here. I was done a while ago. I promise you. When I ask you as a paramedic, do you need medical attention? And you say yes. And I say, "What do you need?" And you start talking about water. I say, "I don't have water. You keep bothering me." I'mma look at that cop and I'mma write in my notes, "Subject declined medical attention." Subject is nonresponsive to asking if he needs medical attention. I'm walking away. I I Yeah. And it look like they don't need signatures on this one. So, I'm walking away. I'm documenting. I'm walking away. I'm not doing this back and forth with you. not doing it. I have no patience. Ba, I need water. Um, wow said if you stop talking that will help with the need for water. The police and paramedics cannot give you water. They have told you several times. So you you Oh, and then she said, "So you saying he not drunk?" They said he just he knocked out in the car right now snoring. Uh, apparently sleeping off the the drunk that he is not. [laughter] >> I was like, "Oh, great. All right, I'll meet you up there." When offered the option to undergo SFSTs or a breath test, he refused. Additionally, it was found that Rudolph had one prior OWI conviction in 2018. >> You guys are going to put me in jail, right? >> Oh, yeah. >> And then what? Someone's going to have to bail me out. >> There's not going to be bail on this one. >> Why not? >> Cuz it's felony. >> Why is it a felony? >> Cuz you fled and eluded the police. As per the female passenger, just before Rudolph fled from the traffic stop, he uttered, "I'm sorry. I have to say bye to She also expressed feeling scared during the pursuit and was considering jumping out of the vehicle." >> Now, y'all told me, cuz I missed that part. Y'all said when he got handcuffed, he said, "I don't even know if the baby's mine." But he abandons the woman and tells her, "I'm sorry. I got to say bye to whatever the baby's name is." You have a coward dummy as your husband or someone you call husband because I be suspecting them. Sometimes they be saying that and they don't mean they actually married. Ma'am, you got to I don't know what you got to do. You do what you do. You grown. You want to live with this? Whatever. Um Ashley Jay, yes, you can check uh the square for I know, but cuz he's definitely one of those people and I feel like he basically said it. So yes, you can check I know but because I was going to put in there either I know but or I understand but because they keep talking when people actually trying to explain something to them. Yes, you can check that. As a result, Rudolph was slammed with felony counts of vehicle fleeing eluding an officer. Secondderee recklessly endangering safety owi causing injury. Prohibited alcohol content causing injury. Misdemeanor counts of operating while intoxicated. third offense, resisting obstructing an officer and operating with prohibited alcohol content. Third offense, he received over $1,300 in traffic citations and was subsequently given a $5,000 cash bond. As of February 2024, Rudolph was found guilty of only two felony charges. Two counts were dismissed on the prosecutor's motion, and [music] the remaining were dismissed, but read in. In the end, he was sentenced to 18 months of initial confinement followed by two years of extended supervision. >> Visit. >> Okay. He got confinement for that one. Um, what was I going to say? So, for him, license revoke was probably alcohol related. Oh, Omar said I'm with him. They should carry water. What did he say? Especially when they taste a person. That's the first thing they ask for. If they can, they should. I don't know. They they they stuff already be looking full of trunks and everything. Okay, we're going to the next one. Let me see here. Well, maybe paramedics. I don't mean par paramedics possibly. I don't know what the rule is with that. This one says, "Here's why you shouldn't drive into a crime scene. Another Midwest safety video." All right. >> No, I love my job. I love my job. Officers have their hands full with a bad traffic crash, but things only get worse and worse after someone new arrives to the scene. As >> you can see, the divot once you get up there says that she rolled it hard as and it is pretty. We need to find something like it's got to be like >> Hey, what you got going on? >> Hey. >> Hi. >> What you got going on? I'm just trying to get home. >> You're just trying to get home. Okay. Can you pull your car? >> Please don't. >> No. Okay. Can you just pull? >> No. Hey, we're good. Can you just pull your car over here for me? Okay. Just pull it right here in front of this in in front of this and stop right there. Okay. Can you Can you shut it off for me? What's your name, dear? >> No, I can't. >> Can you tell me your name, dear? >> Huh? >> Summer. >> Who? >> Summer. >> What's your name? Summer. >> No, I only came here for a friend. >> You came here for a friend? >> Yes. >> I just got my >> Can you hand me Can you hand me your key right here? >> No, I could not. >> Okay. Well Well, tell me what's going on. >> I cannot do this again. I just got done dealing with my OBVI. Like, I cannot do this again. >> Well, I don't I don't know what you what you're talking about. Why are you saying that you just got done dealing with an OVI? I'm not talking about an OVI or anything. No, but I I just can't deal with another one. >> You can't deal with another one? Okay. Or >> the only reason why I am in Baltimore right now is because I need money because my house just got broken into and got all my stolen from me. >> Okay. So, >> my driver's license, I just got it back on. I don't know. I just got my HBI last last November, right? >> I just paid for all of it. I was like, we're going to please. I'll open it for you here. Here. >> I just can't do this again. >> Can Can you hop out for me? >> See, but you can do it again because unless someone forced your jaw open and forcibly poured alcohol down your throat and then got in the car with you and said, "I'm gonna kill you if you don't drive." You had a lot of choices between drinking. drink is fine and then getting behind that wheel. So, apparently you can deal with this. >> Yes. >> No, seriously, please. I cannot do an LBI again. >> Okay, you're fine. Just hop off. >> I don't want to drive home. It wasn't even a comment. I just wanted to say because YouTube puts this little trending scale up here. not a play on my name. Just literally like this scale that kind of changes and goes up and down. I just want to say thank you to my my people, you top chatting people, you know, it'll change so it'll put a number with someone else. But since they recognize it, I like recognizing that stuff, too, because I am a words of affirmation person. I like compliments. It fuels me. You want to know if I'mma try this LSAT? Sure am. Because guess what? I had words of compliments that motivated me to try this LSAT. So, I honestly really, really like encouragement. So, for y'all that have the little like the little crowns with the number two, number three, BRB, Ashley, Omar, and it changes. I like all y'all, you know, I do. I'm just I just like pointing out stuff because if it's a feature, why not say it? And I was like, I got to start calling that out. So, thank y'all. I had watched it on my own before y'all suggested it and I was like, I'mma let it go. But we're watching it. It's a short one. She she gets nasty towards people for no reason. I don't like it. I don't like her wishing stuff on other people's family when to me she was in the wrong. [sighs] I was going to let this one go, but here we are. So, this one says, "Spirit Airlines Karen demands to board after missing her flight." I Bama. Now, I need them to carry a um what are those things called? Everybody has them now. Dang it. It's like a towel, but it's more like soft and it quickly absorbs moisture. And I can't remember his name, but it's a very common name. I'm going to try to think of it while we're playing this. >> On June 24th, 2025, deput >> microfiber towel. That's what it is. >> Were dispatched to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport after receiving reports of a woman causing a disturbance at a Spirit Airlines counter after missing her flight. by asking the pass. There's two dates on it. >> You can't ask. Ma'am, what' let's >> ma'am? What? I haven't done anything. I'm speaking to Spirit Airlines about my about my flight. >> Okay. >> About my flight. >> It's going to go two ways. >> No, it's not going to go any way cuz I haven't done anything violent. And I'm trying to get some information. No, I'm getting clarification. BS. Come over here when I'm getting clarification about my business matters. I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't insulted her. I haven't cussed her. I haven't touched her. >> Oh, I thought 12 Mina love was making a joke cuz she she said RIP Spirit. Good morning, y'all. So, um, it says, "Yes, Spirit Airlines officially shut down all operations on Saturday, today, May 2nd, 2026, after failing to secure a lastminute government bailout and facing intense financial pressure, including soaring fuel costs. All flights have been cancelled, and the company has begun an orderly windown of its business, effective immediately. what this means for customers. Flights canled. All flights are canceled and customers are advised not to go to the airport. Spirit has stated it will automatically process refunds for tickets purchased directly through them. Oh, so I don't know what that means if you got it through like a price line cuz that that's very that's very specific. There's a lot of third party places we purchase our tickets. Um that's why I always purchase insurance too cuz nothing's guaranteed. But anyway, it says official customer service is no longer available as of today, early Saturday. Spirit is not assisting with rebooking passengers on other airlines. That mean they was a a red S away from going out of business anyway. If you there's no transition. This shutdown follows multiple failed bankruptcy attempts in 2024 and 2025 plus a blocked merger culminating in a final liquidity crisis. Oh wow. And then they don't even mention the summary doesn't even mention the employees, but in my chat, who said it like 17 Oh, yeah. Ashley J said, "Didn't they just let go of 17,000 Spirit employees?" Those are the only ones I feel bad for the Spirit employees. Spirit, I'm so sorry, but Spirit has been trash. I'm not surprised that they're going out or have went out of business as of today. But I hate it for employees that are just trying to plan their lives, budget their lives, and companies don't tell you until we we probably found out before some of the employees are finding out today that there is no more Spirit. That's the part I hate about these companies. And I hate it for the employees. Don't give I don't give no fs about Spirit themselves. >> Man, let's go. I'm so glad we can talk about spirit because y'all can just watch her. I don't really have anything for her, but it was a lot going on. But Leia's grandma said if they file bankruptcy, people probably won't get refunds. That's why I know those third party places they booked their spirit tickets through, those people are probably ate out. They're they're first to not get a refund. And I'd be very surprised if everyone that currently had a Spirit Airlines uh ticket is getting a refund because you done you shut your customer service down. I don't trust it. Yep. Frontier is going to be the new Spirit. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. >> This is against my Just go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Am I being arrested? Am I being arrested? >> Am I being arrested for what? >> For what? For what? I don't want to go to jail. She walked in and then soon as she walked in, see this lady sprinting. Okay. >> And she came to the count. I'm like, "Ma'am, you're going to have to go to a far from G10 to be rebirth." Before I even get to finish my sentence, she started getting all >> calling me names, telling me you're going to get me on a flight. And then I called her and she didn't hear her screaming >> when she was coming down. She just kept getting hot like >> Can I get a picture of your little thing? >> So, basically, she came here already had attitude. She was late. >> She said she was at the wrong day. Eat eat. Yeah. Whatever day she was at. Okay. >> E13. >> No, that's in terminal 3. >> No, we don't have E3. >> Oh, no, not A13, but yeah, it's in terminal 3. >> I'm trying to explain to her, ma'am. Well, that's what the person said when I walked out of TSA. >> No one said that. >> No, no one said that. >> So, okay. So, and then when I came to talk to her, she wouldn't get all out loud. So, I knew I already knew what was going to happen. >> So, okay. >> That's it. >> All right. >> But I needed her name cuz I wanted her to document. And yet you want to be so acidic towards someone else that is showing us to do their job because you're harassing somebody else on their job. Like you could have just been trespassed at most and that's only because you were already being super rude and nasty to the employees. You didn't have to be trespassed. You just would have been um you probably could have just emailed or called and got a new ticket. Not now though, you know, with spirit being gone. RIP. But you know what I mean? Like you know there was a chance. There was none of this. You didn't have to be mean and nasty. And now she's going to get even nastier. And I I don't understand. I hate when people group everyone into one thing. So, like if you group every man into a thing, every man's not horrible, but people will group stuff. Or then you group every black person in a thing or every black man into a thing or every black woman. Like, nobody is one way. And I hate when people generalize the groups like that. Like, it's stupid. >> Shut the up. >> Okay, now I'm not now I'm not talking. >> Shut up. Shut up. I hate y'all. If it's NOT YOU GUYS BEATING ON US, IT'S YOU GUYS DOING SOME [ __ ] YOU GUYS ARE ALWAYS ALWAYS ATTACKING US. LIKE, I HATE BLACK MEN. I HATE Y'ALL. I HATE Y'ALL. I HATE Y'ALL. I HATE YOU GUYS SO MUCH. LIKE, IF IT was not one thing that a black man WOULD DO TO A BLACK WOMAN, IT'S ANOTHER THING. IF IT WAS A white girl, I SWEAR TO GOD, YOU WOULD HAVE GONE TO THIS LANE. BUT BECAUSE I'M BLACK, YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T THROW THE BLOCK AT ME. I HATE Y'ALL. Black men. >> Yeah. 19. I PRAY IF YOU HAVE DAUGHTERS, BLACK MEN COME UP TO LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO up now. >> You see, don't talk about now. She's wish wishing it on and he y'all say his BRB said he did have his kids flash on his phone for a second. So now you're wishing things on. And I know that's doesn't mean something's going to happen to them, but just to be nasty enough to want it to happen to little kids and stuff like that is beyond evil to me. >> My kids, I pray they go through this [ __ ] >> And I hope they get I hope they get all this [ __ ] over something minimal, IF NOT WORSE. I PRAY THAT [ __ ] RAINS ON YOUR FAMILY'S HEAD. 14 is 1741. >> They shall never rest because of this sheep here. I rain on your head, your kids head, your kids kids, your kids kids head. I REIGN ON THE GENERATIONS from you that they will never rest over this night. They will never rest. They will never rest. They will never see anything good in their life over this night. She was charged with trespassing on critical infrastructure. Share your thoughts in the >> He didn't add one charge. He only did criminal trespassing. I can tell you what we know he did not take it personally cuz she qualified for other charges like like uh y'all put in here. Disorderly conduct could have been one. Um terroristic threats could have been one. Well, maybe not cuz she didn't she didn't actually say she would commit the violence on them. So maybe not terroristic threats, but yeah. Power of the tongue, Jordan. Yep. Exactly. Lovel said, "You know what you're wishing for? It could fall back onto your family, right?" Yep. He showed mercy because her kicking in the car, that's another one. I think that's a felony if they say, you know, she damaged something. She was kicking in that car and stuff. Yeah. It was crazy. So, I played that one, but I was like, "Oh, no, Lord." All right, we're going to go to another driver that wants felonies versus just stopping. But yeah, Midwest safety again. So, here you go. >> Troopers are monitoring traffic when they clock a driver going 87 m hour in a 60 mph zone. But what starts as a routine stop erupts into a chaotic scene that later unfolds into a multi-hour ordeal across several jurisdictions. A victim being seriously injured and multiple felony charges. All beginning with what could have been nothing more than a speeding ticket. >> 12 13 123 123 Tacoma. We got a wrong way. 167 south. >> Southbound north of Stewart. Start a priority. It's over. >> No, stop moving. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back, >> dude. Relax. Relax. >> Omar being fast in this in his uh in this chat, too. But first of all, thank you Froggy Shadow for€2 super chat. I It's been a while since I've seen international funds coming through in here. So, um I think Crystal Gal I think when her show up is like that, too. But thank you for the super chat. and say, "Hey, if you want to react to my episode 20, I animate." Well, I'm going to go look at it. My audience knows I make no promises because then I I didn't break a promise cuz I didn't make one in the first place. But I thank you for the super chat. I will look at it. Um, and you can without a super chat. You can put your channel in the chat so I can just know where to go um to make sure I go to the right place. Um, let me see what Oh, Omar being fast. He says, "So, I've been watching Sergeant Curtis. He's a looker. I'm tell you what, I will I will say this. Sergeant Curtis, compared to his profile picture and what he looks like in the present, he aged like fine wine because I actually think he looks better as the older version of himself versus the younger picture he put in his little profile picture. >> Bro, still wrestling with >> Get us some more units. >> 12. Did y'all see the awkward bystanders? Like two of them. That was weird. Like, why are you here? What? What are you doing? >> Back up. >> Trevor, get to the right arm. >> I'm gonna keep his legs. Okay. >> Hold his arm, sir. >> Get his head down. >> 76 coming. He's in custody. Start a priority. Get his IR2. Going to have to close the whole road down. I'm going to go check on them. >> Do not get up. Cross your feet. You have an ID on you? >> No. >> Damn it. >> Stop trying to get up. >> You got any guns on you? >> No, man. >> What the hell is your problem, bro? >> Why is your pipe blacked out? Is that a stolen vehicle? >> No. That vehicle now. >> Are you good? I know check on them. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You try to get up. I'm going to put you on your face. You understand? >> Hey, who got hit? >> She's alive, but uh she's bleeding. >> What? Yes, seven. >> Thank you for the floating hearts, Jordan. I think what was it just since last week that I saw those could be given. I think they're the cutest thing. Thank you. >> Search coming. A victim got hit head on. We need a priority. Start a tech as well. >> Got a broken foot. >> Hey ma'am, I got the best firefighters coming to take care of you. Okay. What hurts right now? >> My stomach and my foot. Okay, I'm going to stay with you until they get home. >> Are you injured? >> Yes, my neck. >> Why did you flee man? >> Whose car is that? >> Candace, he did have a shy on, right? Like, what are you doing? Um, Lovel said, "Oh my goodness, these people are so nosy. Why are you walking up to the offices?" It I was like, I know we nosy cuz we watching the body cam, but we are not that level of nosy. Like, what are you doing? I've seen some where they'll come help them um tackle somebody. I've seen those plenty of times. They take that's at their own risk because if you get injured, that's not on the police. You out here trying to help tackle and stuff. Um hey, Linda Gamble, my mod my Yes. One of my all stars. How you doing, Linda? It's good to see you. Um thank you Jordan for the party hat. I did see that. Thank you very much. Yep. Pushy Jordan. That's what I think now. First of all, I didn't even know it was called a shy until like three months ago because I it it's not in my it's not in my my world. I didn't know. So then I found out they were called shyies. Then I found out there was an artist named Pushy more recently than that whole thing discovering everything. Um but Ashley said, "Isn't that like obstruction because you walking up and you don't have nothing to do with what is happening?" It can be because they have set themselves up, but um it's at the officer's discretion and usually they're like interfering uh physically or like they stood around them. It's too distracting. It's too much. They need to be moved. But if they were it looks like they were told to move, they actually moved cuz we don't see them anymore, I think, after that. But yes, you're you're leading yourself down the road of of obstruction at that point. >> Does she know you have it? >> Yes. >> Why are you wearing a black hood? Why do you have all these burglary tools? >> Is this from stolen clothing? Is this a retail thing? Like what is this? Who has this in their pocket? I'm at the burgers. >> They're almost here. I can hear the sirens. Do we have an ETA on aid? >> Okay, just breathe. >> I forgot about the poor victim. Oh man, he I hate that he hit anybody. Um, I think she had a dash cam. I think when the video first came on, Midwest pointed out the view from her dash cam. So, yeah. Which which will the police reporter help her? Her dash cam will help her. I hope she's covered in all her medical things because wow. Omar said if they are in the medical field, by law, don't they have to stop? There's already first responders on that scene. So, they were just being nosy and they were not they showed no sense of urgency to help. They just look nosy. But if there was no one on scene, maybe they do. Somebody in the medical field would have to confirm that because I am just guessing on that. But there was already first responders. They was just in the way. >> Breathe. Okay. Through in through your nose and out through your mouth. Okay. >> You're trying to get up. You're going down, right? You know that. Are you just leaning over then or what are you doing? Trying to breathe. Okay. Do you want to sit up against the guardrail? One, two, three. Up. >> All right. I got you. Just sit all the way on the ground. Then you can lean up against the guardrail. Stay out of the way. Put your feet out. Actually, here. I'll put you in the patrol. That way, I won't have to worry about your >> Yeah, I will. Okay, then put them out. >> Now, put your other one out. >> I just don't want you to ride. Okay. >> What's your last name? >> I'm going to try and get out of here. >> Are you the semi? >> Yes. >> Did you actually see what happened? >> Yeah. >> We're going to need this witness statement from you. I appreciate you, sir. Do you know where you are right now? >> I'm just one except for my exit. I swear to >> Okay, >> I know. Can I call a family member for you? >> 206. >> That's your husband? >> My baby. He's probably in the worst car right now, too. >> Can you take your seat belts off or can I do it for you? >> Hello, sir. >> Yeah, this is my car. >> This is your car right here. >> Okay. Do you mind if we take a moment to provide a witness thing real fast? >> Go for it. >> I'm going to put you in the back of my car and my search. Okay. >> 1 2 3. >> Have you taken drugs or smoke? anything. >> How much games here? >> At this point, officers believe the situation is under control. However, the suspect is quietly planning an escape. >> Of course he is. When you said we're going to take you to the truck, don't let him talk you out of taking you to taking him to the truck. And now this man ate two grams of fentinel. He don't care about his life. Get him in the truck and secured. >> That no one would see coming. >> I'll be right back. I'm going to go flag on the firefighters. Okay. Just wait here. Can you stay with her while I grab the firefighters? Tesla, her name's She's conscious, breathing, but she's got internal injuries and a broken leg. Let me know what hospital she's going to. 76 Tacoma registration for the causing >> crash. >> That's a match. Is it stolen? >> Okay. And Mindy, yes, you are on the right track. Mindy said, don't quote me, but I uh I don't think so. I think it's called the Good Samaritan Doctrine. There is, and I don't know if it's called the doctrine, but there is the Good Samaritan law or rule. But that's when if someone looks like they need aid and you're you show up to the scene first, if you start administering aid now, you are bound to stay until first responders come or something. You can't because then somebody else that sees it that would have offered help may not cuz okay they're in good hands and they keep you know walking by or driving off or whatever it is. So you would put someone in more danger if you had start administering help looking like you're about to help and then you don't help. So yes that good Samaritan thing don't start and leave. Make sure make sure either you call the cops or someone does and then they show up and then you're okay to leave. But yeah, there is a rule about that. Hey Kisa K, I got one of your uh squares in this bingo card. The one that you said. Hold on. I'll hit play. I'll find it. >> Not yet. >> Did you get his name? >> No. He won't give it to me. >> Yeah. Is your name Christian? Yes. >> No. >> What's your name? Just going to keep you in jail indefinitely until you give us your name, man. What's your name? >> Is that what the What's the R on the vehicle? >> I don't know. But a ton of mail with Christian on there. So, it's either his name or it's mail theft. >> He's got burglary tools there. So, that's a shame. >> Any of you guys have a fingerprint scanner? I have the program. >> Can somebody go grab it and we're coming back with it? >> I can go grab it. Yeah. >> Thank you, sir. What do you got? >> Me and Trevor were in the turnaround. He spots this car. It's got black duct tape on the license plate. >> All right, let's go have a seat right here. >> Sit in the car, man. >> No, you're not. I am. >> Drives the car jack three cars. So, [ __ ] this guy. And the victim has broken leg and what a bag. >> You all right? >> I limp. Made me nervous. What's that? >> Made me nervous, man. >> Oh, yeah. >> It was like 2 minutes. You're like, "Where's >> Eve?" >> Dude, I thought she was dying. >> I used to. Dude, I would have, too. She >> got hit so hard. I'll grab one in a minute when they're done with them. I wanted coffee, but that's not going to happen. >> Can you do me a favor? He knocked my glasses off and they're so dirty. I can't see, but I can't clean them cuz I have blood all over me. Thank you. >> Dang, that's a crazy statement to have to make about why you can't clean your glasses. Um, yeah. Be Yeah, think about being a good Samaritan. I know. I'm always I'll call the police. Good Samaritan. I always got you on that. I'm picking up the phone. I'm calling the police for you. Everything else I think about cuz I don't know, you know. I don't I just don't know. But I will get you help. I can do that. Um and if I was still CPR certified, I'd be there for that, too. I'm I'm not currently CPR certified. Um Kea K, your your square that you had said was Banshee Screech, and we did use it today. The reason that came >> after you after you measured him, he turned and you turned and went the wrong way. >> So Trevor lit him up and then foot chased him while he tried to carjack three people. >> He's over there being a good >> Thanks, Dad. You're my hero. >> He was a witness here. I got his information and my company's got a camera in there and so that camera shows everything that happened. >> It wouldn't be any good if the drivers could get rid of them. >> Right. Right. >> All right. I cracked the windows. I'm going to have Aid check on you. Okay. Here. Keep an eye on him. He told me he swallowed drugs. So, I'm >> glad that Gal's all right. She really took one heck of a head off. >> Oh, yeah. >> That car is amazing. >> That's the Tesla, right? >> Yeah. Yeah, it was a Tesla, >> dude. Those car I'm telling you, >> broke the foot and uh >> those cars are something else, man. Everybody gives them, but we developed some good. Hey, he told me he swallowed two grams of water. He's sweating profusely now. >> Just there's a little baggie of crystal. >> I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. If y'all like Elon Musk, just skip over this part. But when he say everybody gives him s, but he made some good ass. He bought the rights to good s. He has no good ideas in his own head. And he is still a a poss in my opinion because he's a horrible human being. He makes so many people's lives difficult. The first one to try to get people to stop remote working where it I'm not gonna start with him, but I'm just telling you now I can't let that pass. No, he bought the rights or he hired the right people. He really came in on something that was already developed cuz Tesla was a real person. Things I'm just saying he he knows where to put some of his money and that's that's period. That's it. >> Sense. >> Okay. So impairment most likely. >> Well, yeah. I'm just wanting a to check on him. So, I'll tell a >> This is her husband. When we know where she's going, can you call him and say where he where it's >> here? >> Oh, her husband's here. >> Yeah. >> Oh, I didn't even know that. >> Oh, never mind. >> Oh, Tesla saved her life. Look at the B-pillar. The Apillar is not even dented. >> Wow, that car is impressive. How you doing? >> Car called me. So, >> yeah. >> Can't run down. She's in it. All right, I'm going to Auburn. Thanks. >> Yep. Take care. >> The turnaround is actually within King County. Doesn't matter one way or the other. It's just >> I'm sure because we at least at one point initiated a traffic stop >> clearly. I mean, we didn't necessarily initiate a pursuit in a way. No, >> but it's still eluding >> once I finally got his legs. His arms are the hard thing to get. I usually put my knee up, push her head to the ground. >> I'm fat, so I sat on him. There's a bunch of like male in there. >> He's got boxes. >> Yeah, he said his girlfriend broke up with him. >> Guarantee he's got felony warrants. Who's in the silver cam? Did you get it on the dash cam when we tackled the dude? I don't have a dash cam. I did I did pull my phone out and I was like, dude, I got to get a quick video of this. >> My bad. Appreciate you. If I remember right, he was like trying to get over the guard rail. I think he couldn't. >> Yeah, because his pants are so >> He's probably just such an unathletic bum. >> That's chilly it is. He's sweating so much. >> But he's got like four. >> Yeah, he does. >> I'm on OT right now, so this is >> money, dude. >> Perfect. >> Dude, I ran up here. I'm be like, they need it all the [laughter] time. Have like a little bit of water or anything. I think it's going to be a little too dry. Uh yeah, I do. >> I'm going to get your fingers a little bit wet here. >> Look at this guy. >> You're going to have to get out of the ring. We'll help you out if you need it. >> Hey, let's go. >> He's getting >> Oh, just kidding. >> Man, that Tesla did something crazy. Saved her. >> Somebody's going to have to uncuff him once he gets up. >> All right, stand up. Let's go. Stand up. Some weight on your legs. >> I bet he was moving faster than us earlier. >> Just a little bit. >> Okay. His legs down. >> Yeah. Don't run from the police. >> Yeah. I'm going to undo your handcuffs one at a time. >> Your left hand is going to come unandcuffed and this deputy is going to hold it while I hold your right. If you move your hand wonky at all, you're getting another charge and he might do something with your wrist. I don't work for his department. >> What the? >> He unclenched his fist to be a little easier. Better to speed kick it, huh? >> Make a fist with his hand. >> What hurts, bud? Just >> waiting for it to load. Okay. Oh, there we go. >> There we go. We got him. Looks like that's his current photo >> for today. [laughter] >> He's got pretty extensive uh criminal history, too. So, it might be if he's DUI, it might be a felony. He had a bunch of warrants. >> I haven't been a run yet. >> That's why he took off. That's That's at least the first one that popped up. >> So far, get out of there. He jump. Okay, I'm going to see where he starts to run. When does that happen? >> The best part. Get on the ground. >> Yes. >> [ __ ] this dude. >> Good squad, dude. >> Oh, that's good times, bro. [ __ ] this guy. >> After the crash, the suspect was transported to MultiCare Auburn 24 Medical Center and was given the courtesy of being unhanded after appearing calm. But that calm vanished when he slipped from his room. The suspect's sudden aggression triggers the single officer's body camera while actively struggling with the now naked suspect. Why is he naked? And I didn't know aggression could trigger a body cam to come on. That's crazy. Which is good. That's good. That's for safety for both. Let's see. >> Send it out. >> Turn on the ground. Turn the ground. [groaning] You can't really fight a fentinel fueled person. I'm sure cuz I'm like any other day you should be able to get over on this naked man and get him to the ground. And where's your taser? Turn around. Lay flat and turn around. >> Stay on the ground. >> 11. >> I need back up. This guy running out of the hospital. Right outside of the hospital. >> Where is your taser? How is he so close to him? [laughter] Oh my god. Just tase him. It's probably not going to affect him, but you still should try. You still have to try. That does make sense. Who said who was it said? It's cuz he had a hospital gown on. That does make sense. I was like, why are you naked? Hospital gown makes Yes. Okay. Um, Kea K said those gowns don't stay put even when they are tied on. That's That's true. That is so true. Um, look look, everybody's saying hospital garment. I I that completely went out of my head. I'm picturing him fully clothed, then somehow he slips the room and then he just is naked all of a sudden. That makes more sense. Yeah, he tired. But where? Come on now. You see how close he is? Aim a taser. >> I need backup. The guy ran out of the hospital. We're walking on First Street in Davidson. He's fully naked. He pooped himself as well. >> This is embarrassing. >> Requesting [snorts] backup. >> We remain in division now. I don't even bro. >> Come on, brother. Be Come on. Be respectful, dog. Come on. Appreciate that. I can't breathe, bro. Breathe. Can't breathe. >> Come on, bro. >> Is he hospital security? Okay. Shoot. I ain't mad at it. Oh, that's what he did. Oh, that's disgusting. Um, and whoever asked earlier about can I use pressure points? I feel like it was Ashley Jay. Yeah, I'm pretty sure they can use pressure points. I've seen them use it a lot of times and somebody can. Kisa K said, "My adult son told me once that no one wants to fight with a naked man." He called it a cheat code. [laughter] >> Got my now walking back. Right. We're in gusty. >> There we go. >> Get up. >> Yeah. Like evident taser, man. This [ __ ] taser sucks. You're just adding chargers to yourself, man. Bad decisions. >> Okay. He said he tried to use his taser. Yeah. If you hopped up on some drugs, he probably not going to feel that taser then. >> I had no no radio communications at all in there. By the time that I went out, since I was kind of like wrestling with him, my radio fell off. And you threw punches and shot at me, bro. This [snorts] is you. >> Huh? >> What is this? >> Can I do my arm? Do you know my broken arm? >> I don't know what you're saying, dude. >> I knew my broken arm. >> If you have a broken arm? >> Yeah. >> I don't know if you have a broken arm, bro. >> It's broken for sure. You fell [snorts] [ __ ] what? Three times out of the stairs. What is What's your deal, man? You have a ton of worms [clears throat] on you. Now you add this up. Really? He said worms on him. Oh god. Let me see. I'm going to go back. I'm going to throw up. Um, well, too bad. So sad your arm's broken cuz y'all remember the victim's leg was broken that he crashed into and then she had other injuries as well and was shaken up and everything. >> What's your deal, man? You have a ton of warrants on you now. You add this up. Really? You're >> Oh, he said warrants. I'm so sorry. I Cuz he just already seemed disgusting. I thought they said worms. 36 years old. Grown ass man, dude. Just making really stupid decisions all the time or what? I guess so. >> How many times you got to up until you learn? This is the [ __ ] that I tell to my kids, dude. My kids, not your old arm. >> Which arm? >> What do you say is broken? >> It's broken. I tried to get up a couple times. I felt break. >> I had a feeling he was going to do it cuz he was looking at me all the time. I was like, this guy's waiting for something, >> man. That's your fault. >> That's your That's your fault, bro. Nobody told you to [ __ ] get up and run. You're [ __ ] 36 years old, dude. >> After the suspect is done getting lectured, officers transport him to the jail to avoid any further reckless behavior. >> Can you undo my seat belt if we're parked? It's crushing my arms. >> Watch your elbow. >> All right, we're going to switch out cuffs. So, do the best you can. Turn with your back towards us. >> I'm going to help you out. Okay. Just don't fall off. Yeah, there's or something on it. Oh my god. Kidding me. >> There's a bunch of them. Really visible, but when you wipe it, it's like >> Sounds like a bio clean job. >> Supposed to be off at 2:30, man. [music] All right. Falling off. All right. I'll try to help you with that. It's tight. >> You get that leg out. >> You mind if I grab one to you? Cool. Y >> Richard Vanderpool, 36 years old, faced a >> I'm sorry. And he had an open hospital gown. Oh god, this is disgusting. >> Rest for vehicular assault. Injury hit and run. resisting driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to identify and [music] was found to have multiple outstanding warrants for other crimes. Following the suspect's attempted escape from the hospital, he was subject [music] to an investigation of more charges for escape and he is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated [music] for her injuries before being released. You know where officers get blindsided the most? Because it's not in the crash, not in the chase, not even in the fight on the roadside. It happens in that deceptive moment when somebody suddenly seems subtle enough to believe they're no longer a threat. That's one of the hardest truths this job teaches because danger is obvious. You can see it, hear it, and prepare for it. But when the screaming stops and when the suspect is lying in a hospital bed speaking softly and acting cooperative, that's when false confidence starts to come in. I used to walk into hospital details and if a prisoner wasn't restrained, I cuffed them immediately. Some got angry, some argued, but that never changed my mind because I learned early that a calm face can hide a very active player. Because sometimes silence isn't surrender, it's calculation. Hospitals can fool you. It feels orderly, bright lights, nurses nearby, and machines beeping, right? But the second restraints come off for treatment, everything changes. So officers have to think ahead, watch the exits, read movement, and position themselves before the suspect makes the first move. When you're dealing with someone who already risked innocent lives to avoid capture, assuming they've suddenly accepted consequences, is not a risk that officer should take because a police work, the moment that looks the most harmless, can be the one that rewrites everything that happens next. >> Got to listen to Officer John. Um, and I believe Sergeant Curtis would agree with him. Sergeant Curtis said, "Don't get comfortable with these people." Oh no, Omar. I'm done. Oh god, y'all. [laughter] Kea K, I'm done with y'all. All right. One that does not hopefully involve any bodily things excreting from the body. Okay. Body cam leak. This is police surprise woman shoplifting after she steals $1,000 worth of clothing. And who sent me that last video? cuz y'all y'all really tested me. Who sent me that last video that we just watched? [snorts] All right, this was also sent to me. Here we go. >> We're not going to play that. Turn up your hand. >> No, chill. >> On July 12th, 2024 in Ohio, police were called in reference to a woman actively shoplifting in a sporting goods store. >> Still here? >> Yeah. >> Thank you, sir. >> Sorry about that. Um, >> okay. Lovable said it wasn't her. My other usual suspects, sweet tea, Darlene, Kesha Swan. Let me It was one of them. >> Pigtails, huge backpack. What she with? >> You know where she went? >> So when she came in, the backpack was actually open and completely empty. She's been in the fitting room with Nike and Adidas product came out. It's absolutely fine. >> Um if you go over >> Hi. You open up your backpack. >> Why? >> Cuz you have items in there that don't belong you. >> That's not true. >> Okay. Open up a backpack. No, I don't have to do anything for you. I don't even know why you're approaching me. Out of everybody in the store when I've been in the dressing room, I've looked at everything and I want to >> Oh, that's right. All right, we're not going to play that. Just turn up your hand. >> No point. >> Hey, chill. >> My hair, bro. Stop. I haven't done anything, bro. >> Stop. Put my shoes on. >> Let me put my shoes on. >> Stop, >> bro. Let me put my shoes on. >> Stop. >> Stop. Please let me put my shoes on. >> Stop. >> Bro, if you keep pushing me, there's no way. Stop. >> Stop now. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Can you please let me go? No. Stop. Stop. >> You don't even >> Put your hands behind your back. Stop. >> Stop. >> I'm not even allowed to pay for my stuff. >> Stop. Stop. >> Y'all tripping. >> I'm trying to pay for my [ __ ] >> No. >> Please give me a good check. >> No. >> Stop. >> Y'all tripping. Y'all not even going to let me pay for my [ __ ] >> No. You put it in your bag. It's in that bag, >> bro. Chill out, >> bro. For real. Chill. >> All right. I agree with you, Omar. She probably stole the shoes, too. Also, you can't say, "Are you going to let me pay for my stuff?" while you're actively concealing things in your bag. Like, that doesn't look like you're going to pay for it. Then you run. Not a good sign. Also, sweet tea, she took the responsibility for that last video we watched. Teresa. Oh my gosh, that was a doozy. >> Stop right now. You're gonna get You're gonna dump in the face. >> You're tripping. I can't tell you right now. >> Can I at least put my shoes on? >> When you're done, >> bro. >> I'm trying to be nice right now. >> Hey, you're not being nice. Y'all don't even know here. >> Get the [ __ ] out. >> Yeah, I'm with y'all. I think this is a uh Dick's sporting goods. Um, Candace said, "Come on." She was running to the register. Geez. Right. Okay. Candace. >> What the [ __ ] >> Why did it have to turn into that? >> Why did you turn it into that? >> You from me. Now you're going to jail. >> Yeah, cuz you're tripping. >> Cuz you're not going to go to jail. >> Why do I got to go to jail? >> Because you stole stuff. >> I didn't steal anything. >> A bad thing. >> I said I belong to me. Is that all belong to you? >> Yes. >> I've been to the register. >> Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me or stick me? >> No, sir. >> Those are what I wanted to pay for. >> Uh because it's easier to carry. I don't have >> I have to say it. Looking like a fool with your pants on the ground. Pants are not making it. >> Have a bag. >> What the [ __ ] Let's get it in the car. All right. >> Can I get my shoes? >> One shoe is right there. Can I get it? >> We'll get it for you. No. >> It's right there. Where's the other one? >> I don't know. >> Yeah, cuz you're tripping. You instantly came up to me and started harassing you. >> They saw you. >> The [ __ ] No, they didn't. >> These are great questions. We need cuz I'm not there, guys. I haven't gotten there, but we need people that have been in law enforcement and we need people that are in um the legal field so they can answer these questions that I'm about to guess at. Okay, this is all body cam education I'm about to spit out. So, normally if you haven't concealed and you left p you went past the last point of sale, you are stealing. I think though if you are even if you haven't passed the last point of sale and you conceal cuz there's an actual charge about concealment that you still can get in trouble for stealing. But if they were like they just had a shopping cart and were walking. You can't say she stole and it's all in the shopping cart right now until she passes all last points of sale from my understanding. >> Where's your other shoe at? You know I'm looking over there somewhere. I see it. Why did it have to turn into that? >> That's what I want to know. >> You were going to go home with a summon. >> Okay. >> You were going to get a summon for all this. >> That would have been fine. >> But if it's over $1,000, it might be a felony. >> It's not over $1,000. >> How much is in there? >> I don't know. >> It might be. >> It's not. >> It might be. >> It's not. >> What? She had another Oh, that bag. >> Yeah. This had the Timberlands in it. Ton of hats. I'll have to take a look at that one. >> We'll have to go with just what she had on her. Would she have that in her hand? >> Well, they This was on her back. That or that was on her back. This one isn't in hand. So, it's all right. Let's go outside. >> Okay. First of all, that's my backpack. >> Why did that have to happen? >> I don't know. Why did you force it? >> Come on. >> So, you're going to steal and then act like it's my fault. >> No, I'm tripping on you because you're bugging me. >> Okay, you're right. Should I just let you steal and walk out of here with a bunch of stuff? >> Who said I was walking out with it? >> He was in your book bag >> and my wallet is right there. You don't know what was going on. Nice job. >> All right. Wait. Come here real quick. I got to make sure you don't have anything else. Do you have anything else on my phone? >> Yes, I do. >> What do you have? >> A [ __ ] hoodie in my pants. >> Where? in my pants. This girl has a whole hoodie in her pants. She reminds me of two people we watched before. The one that was at the mall that had outfits hidden under her skirt and it was pretty good. I couldn't see too much. And then that the woman that was like, "I didn't do anything." And she was fast talking, but she had the clothes in her bra looking lumpy. Like, we could definitely tell that one. But you mad. They don't know what you was doing yet. But it's a whole hoodie in your pants. Stop it. >> Can I just get a summon? I'm tired. >> No. >> What do you mean? >> What do you mean? What do you mean? >> Why you can't just give me a summon? your chase. >> I don't though. If you check, I promise you it's not. >> I don't know. >> Dicks is pretty expensive. >> I'm telling you, I don't have over $1,000 worth of stuff. You could check. And if you check, can I please get a summon? >> No. >> Why? >> So, she's bad at stealing. Possibly bad at math. >> If you were walking from the very beginning yesterday, >> but you didn't give me a chance to. You instantly started harassing me. Like, I >> You could open your bag because it's full of stuff that you didn't come in with. You could open your bag and have been it. You would have got a summon. I guarantee you if you would have been cooperated with me and tried to run a to do this. My mom just my birthday. I'm just trying to make an ends meet. >> Get get your feet in. >> Please, sir. >> We'll talk about it. Get your feet in. Okay. >> Will you please you talk to me with it? >> We'll talk about it in a second. You got to get your feet in. >> I'll do that. >> But please, sir. I'm just I I'm having a hard time >> interview you and get what you saw. So what happened? >> Uh step back here. >> From what point? >> Uh she was stuffing stuff in her bag. >> Yeah. You know, >> you don't have to go into detail of that. So she was stuffing stuff bag. >> Um uh called Py the first time they came out, but you know, in and out of fitting room, whatever, whatever, whatever. So she finally came out. I called PD again. Her bags were stuffed. She obviously put a bunch of stuff in there, and the response was fantastic. You guys came right out. saw her in the corner, indicated where she was. Um, walked up to her, said, "Hey, you know what's going >> closes door while talking. It's still a square. Take the square." [laughter] Omar, you have I'm so thrilled. BRB said she didn't steal the merch worth $1,000. She capped it at $999. >> Went out today, she got kind of um short right off the right off the cuff. said, "Don't bother me. You know, I'm minding your own business, whatever, whatever." Uh, and then, you know, we found just the Timberlands, the open box of Timberlands. I said, "There's Timberlands in the bag." I opened the bag. She started taking off. Um, knocking into things. Um, >> so she was running away from >> Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Right off. I mean, literally within 30 seconds, just took off. >> Fabian described it. He said that she was like dragging him. Was that >> uh once they were over to the backside of the women's Nike pad? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, she's not a small individual. Like, it was it was uh >> uh her uh with him behind, you know, trying to, hey, please stop, stop, stop. We need to stop, stop, stop. She's just having, get the [ __ ] away. Get the [ __ ] away. Get off me. Um but yeah, she was she she was a big girl, so she was, you know, constantly moving and knocking in the fixtures and stuff along those lines. >> Constantly actively trying to get away pulling pulling her arms away. >> 100% 100%. Uh, he said that they went to the >> Mindy, [laughter] thank you for the super chat, Mindy. Mindy said her and that Michael Jackson dread is irking my soul. [laughter] And somebody, one of y'all said that's how she got caught. Had them long braids, got her caught up and tripping over those sagging pants. >> Did you see that? >> Yeah, it was right there. >> Can you describe like how they went to the ground? Any leg sweeper, tackle in there? >> No. No. None of nothing like that. Uh actually when the other officer came in they finally actually you know what I I don't when I was over there the other officer responded and they were able to get the arms into cuffs and the other bag off and that's when I went to gather the merchandise. I take that back. Never on the ground that I saw. >> So you never sold on the ground? >> No. >> And then after she was in handcuffs nothing else. They just escorted her out to >> Yeah. >> All right. What's going on today? >> All right. Before she starts I don't even know what she about to do. Lie. I don't know. tell the truth finally. I don't know. But um okay, Omar said he was the one that said, "See if she had a bald face, she wouldn't have got caught." Um Oh god, there was something else you threw me off cuz it's so funny. Dang it. If I remember, I'll come back. >> I I cannot hear a thing you're saying. >> I just wanted to make some money so I can pay my rent and get some food. >> What do you mean make some money so you can pay some rent? I was taking clothes. >> Oh, you're taking clothes to pay for rent. >> Okay. Uh, well, I'm not really here for that. I'm here because you and the officer got some sort of tussle. That's what I'm here for. So, can you describe what happened? >> Uh, it was a bunch basically. I I tried to ride, grabbed my arm, I got away. And then um he pulled me by my hair, my shoes came off and he start throwing me up against the wall and stuff. >> You didn't end up on the ground. >> Did he Okay. Did Did she get thrown against the wall or did she fall against Was there a wall? That's my question. I know what I was going to say. It was Traveling GMA's comment. She said, "Has she applied for social services or signed up for Door Dash or something?" Right. You ha you have to it it's very tiring, but you just got to pick up more things. And it's a hard way to go. I don't think it's fair for for people to have to struggle so much, but you will have your freedom and you will be able to keep more of your money than doing it this way. So, this is just not the way to go. And yeah, why she mumbling now? I always start mumbling when you're when you I guess when it sinks in. >> No. >> Never ended up on a girl. >> No. >> Were you injured in any way? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. So, uh you said you started running away. Were you walking away at first? >> Yeah. >> Was he telling you to stop? >> Like come talk to me? Anything like that? >> I would think you said come talk to me and medicated. >> You said you were running away. Why didn't you just stop and talk to him? because it did make sense to me how they automatically accuse me of stealing and I was in the dressing room the whole time trying on clothes. >> Well, you just told me you were stealing. >> I know. Was your backpack trying on clothes, too? Were your pants trying on the hoodie you had in there? >> No, ma'am. Yes, Omar. I mean, even before this administration, I would say way way back, I feel like it's always going to be a struggle because of how things were set up for some people. But I'll tell you, every time what makes me mad is when they get mad at the person as if they didn't do the thing they did, that gets me um it's a couple other things, but this this is and see, I don't know if she for real was trying to pay rent and stuff, too. And I don't feel som but I do get that a lot of people in certain circumstances are sometimes pushed to crime if that makes sense. Like I do I do see it and I do understand it. Again most of the ones we going to watch on body cam I ain't got it for them though. >> So you can't about the >> I'm not worried about that. I just like it just why did they have to think that I was stealing? You know what I'm saying? I'm just wondering what made them call the police as as they're trying on all the clothes. >> Cuz you're walking around with stuffed bags. >> It's kind of an indicator. I mean, you had a you had a thing of Timberland. How do you conceal Timberlands? >> I just put those in the bag before they walked through the door. >> Well, you get what I'm saying. You had a bunch of stuff. All right. So, let me get this straight. They went to talk to you. You started running away. >> No, I walked. >> Oh, you walked at first. >> Yeah. And then you said, well, the first time you said you ran. When did you start running? >> I said I walked first and then I ran. >> Okay. What happened that led you to start running? >> Um, hearing the sounds of the cuffs. >> Hearing the sounds of the cuffs and that's what made you run. Did you hear him telling you anything at any point like stop? >> Uh, I don't remember. So you started to run when you heard the cuffs. He grabbed you by your hair and pushed you into a wall. >> Yeah. >> You But you didn't go to the ground. >> Okay. Uh you say you don't have any injuries? >> I'm sure. >> All right. Once you were on the ground, did they do anything to you other than put you in handcuffs? >> No, sir. >> No. All right. Uh anything else that I didn't ask that you feel is important for me to know about the interaction between you and the officer? >> No. Nothing else you want to tell me? Sure. >> Okay. Do y'all remember? I think she was a stud. I'm going to say stud adjacent just in case that's not how she identified. But y'all remember that one that she was stuffing fullsize liquor bottles in her pants and still tried to run away from the police in the parking lot. And when she fell, the liquor bottles broke cuz they're glass. cut up her legs a little bit, but she was still more worried about um Oh, yeah. She was like, "Don't cut my pants. Those are such and such brand pants." Do y'all remember that one? >> It probably is. >> Oh, and Bam Bam said she didn't see a wall. So, we I think we all missed a wall. Did not. I did not see a wall. >> Okay. What's the total dollar amount? >> Uh $1,19.99. >> Okay. I don't know what that does. That's just the stuff that was in her book bag. >> That's not in the carpet. It's just the stuff in the two bags and the one bag. >> Okay. What about the hoodie? Did you >> I didn't find the hoodie cuz she said >> Oh, it's already over $1,000. I believe I'm looking at $1,557. So without the hoodie, she's already over her felony amount. We have the most interest. We're at like year to date we put in I think we're like 200. >> Yeah. >> I feel like maybe >> this stuff's expensive. >> Yeah, we have our stuff. >> Yeah. So, >> am I getting a summon, sir? >> So, I would have, >> but the problem is you have another resisting arrest warrant. >> What are you talking about? award. >> Yes, you have award. >> Dang, girl. First, okay, Kissa K, thank you for sharing. And you're probably the person I think about when I do the thing that I say I don't like when people do. I try not to group everyone together in one thing just because of how I've seen some people be. But Kissa K shared that she said, "I was homeless for a year, like tent homeless. Made choices I'm not proud of to survive, but I never denied when I was wrong, and I have stepped right ever since. That's why I have no sympathy for them. That makes sense because when you live the life and harder than the life that they're talking about, I get it. It's no room because it's just like, yeah, I I get it. But I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I'm I'm glad you're out of that. But yeah, you're the person I think about and I'm like, I'm not going to say all, but the ones we keep seeing on this body cam for the most part, they ain't got it for me. I ain't got it for them. >> For resisting >> for what? for resisting arrest where >> today >> you said what >> resisting arrest >> for where? >> Hold on a second. >> Cuz I didn't resist arrest on anything. Can you please tell me where it's at? >> Is this your car over here? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm going to throw your bag in there. Do you want your wallet in there, too? >> Do you want your wallet in there, too? >> Yes, sir. I I really don't understand why I have a warrant. My Preo told me I don't have any warts. Why do I have a warrant for it? >> All right. Your bag and your wallet are going in the car over there. >> All right. Yes, but I'm serious. My B told me >> No, I will let me put this in your car first. Okay. >> Okay. Cuz sir, I've been to jail every time they took me. I've never not got away. And I promise you that there should not be any warrant. >> But sir, there should be no warrant for me. >> So they can figure it out once you get there. >> Where? Which one are you taking me to? >> Summit County. >> So I wanted to give you a summon for the fact that you have >> I shouldn't have a warrant. I haven't done anything the last time. She look like she trying to mess with her cuffs, but those are the cuffs that's not they don't have a lot of give. Cuz like why is she facing that way? Are they about to get out? Cuz if not, she like she about to try to mess with those cuffs. I I don't know why she turned that way. >> I got arrested. They took me both to Summit Jail and to Canton. >> You must have missed a court day. >> I missed today. I missed today. And they told me I wouldn't have a a warrant for my arrest until next Friday. Okay, so we went through all this. I shouldn't have any warrants. Why do I have a warrant? A warrant for what? Which he answered all those questions. Then we went back to, well, what was the warrant for? He already asked that. He already answered that question. Then you say, oh yeah, I missed court today, but they told me it wouldn't be a warrant out. It's probably more if she admits to this warrant, it's probably more male. Come on, man. >> And that was for out in Canton. >> In Canton? Yes. >> Okay. >> So, what are they talking about? I don't have no warrants. >> It's coming up that you have a warrant for resisting arrest and you have a traffic warrant. >> Yeah, they already got me for that. They got me for that. Put me in jail as instantly. They sent me off to Canton. >> Says you have a resisting arrest warrant out of Akan. >> That's what I'm talking about. They caught me down here in Akran and then I stayed a night in Akran and then they said they didn't want me. They took me out to Canton. >> Okay. Well, I just tell you it this year. >> What >> was it this year? >> Yeah. >> That's false. The woman was taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest and shoplifting. What do you think she should be sentenced to if she is convicted? >> I don't know. Sentencing like that. Going to let that be. How long? Oh, y'all. Okay, I got a lot more and we're running out of time. Hold on. Hold on. Let me see here. I did want to make sure I got through this one with y'all. So, I'mma skip to this one. And this one was sent to me. I don't remember the name, but I feel like you're in this chat possibly. I know it was a woman. I know that much. And y'all, you sent it to me via Heavy Gance reaction cuz I was like, "Yeah, if you send me something like him, I can um find the video cuz he always links the video so it's easy. These they did not do fraud. Is the reaction to being asked for more information um that they are angry about." All right. So, this says, "They won't give me my money because I'm black. Claim backfires." So, we'll watch it together. Let me know what y'all think on this one. I've watched this one a few times. Let me know what y'all think. >> On June 14th, 2025, officers in Ohio were dispatched to a Chase [music] bank after a routine withdrawal spiraled when a woman began causing a major public disturbance. Dispatch reported the woman began screaming at bank employees and creating a massive scene in the middle of the lobby while attempting to withdraw money from her account. Here's what the officer [music] did next. >> You got your phone. >> Give me my damn money. >> Hey. Hey, calm down. What's going on? >> We're trying to get money out. >> All I want is $5,000. IT'S 2025. I CAN'T EVEN GET $5,000 MY ACCOUNT. >> NO, [screaming] BUT I'M MAD NOW. >> CALM DOWN WITH ME. I don't give a damn about you. >> Okay. All right. LISTEN. >> I DON'T WANT MY MONEY. ALL YOU GOT TO DO. >> OKAY. WHO ARE YOU, SIR? >> Her wife. Her husband. >> Watch out of the way. Watch out of the way. Watch. MOVE OUT OF MY WAY. SERIOUS. >> WE'RE GOING TO STEP OVER HERE. SERIOUS. >> WE'RE GOING TO STEP OVER HERE. We're going to go in cuffs right now until you calm down. Okay. Please, >> sir. Move out of the way. >> Babe. Babe. Just calm down. >> We're going on cuffs right now. Just calm. >> Boy. Adam. >> Adam. >> We're going in cuffs until you call. Just calm. >> Adam. Adam Lincoln. Give me a hand. >> She's got her ID. >> She's not under. >> Oh, yes, sir. >> We're just trying to get our money. >> She's calming down. >> She's got her. >> Get a picture, PLEASE. >> SHE'S GOT ALL I LOVE. >> She's got all her. >> Come on. Let's step over here. >> I'M NOT MOVING. >> JUST COME, PLEASE. >> Are you serious? >> A Saturday morning. >> ALL [screaming] I WANT IS $5,000 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. CASH MONEY. WHAT? Why are you doing this? >> Let's go. >> This is crap. >> She's detained right now. I'm going to sit her in the back of the car to calm down. She's just screaming. >> We don't know. >> Let's go. >> Are you serious? >> Let's go. Not doing this. >> I ain't either. >> Walk. >> You walk. >> Damn. >> You're sitting in the back. You're sitting in the back. >> Get your mom in the back. >> You have anything on you? 31. Can you search it before I set her? >> No. Go ahead and sit. Go ahead and sit. I'm not doing this. Sit down. Sit. Do you want another charge? >> You can charge me whatever you want to. >> Sit in the car. >> At this point, you can charge me whatever you want. >> Do you want Listen, the choice is >> Black trying to bank. >> Sit down. >> Black trying to bank. That's what I am. >> That is nothing. Sit down. >> Black trying to bank. >> Sit. I'm going to give you >> black. >> I'm going to give you one MORE CHANCE HERE. >> TO BANK. I'm going to give you one more chance. All right, sit. >> Get in the damn car. >> Jesus. >> 13 watts worth. We have one detained at this point. >> I don't know. I walked in there and I heard her yell. >> I get up to her. I'm like, "Hey, what's going on?" She turns around and starts getting in my face. She's like, "I don't give off." And starts screaming. I was like, "We're not doing this." So, I cucked her and that's when you walked up. So, that's all I got. I have no idea. I haven't talked to her. Her husband was in there and kept standing in my way. I was like, "Get out of my way." And had to shove him to cuff her and get her out. >> I was just trying to get her out of there. >> Are you serious? >> She done slipped her cuffs. She done slipped the cuffs, y'all. I So, for those that are asking, is she under the influence or something like Janetta just now Blue saying what she drinking? I was wondering the same when I first watched this. And well, I still don't know the answer. I actually don't know the answer, but I was wondering like did she did she have a little something something? Um, with her age, I could imagine there are some things she has experienced because it's real, you know. I I don't know if they were asking for more than they would ask the average customer. I don't know how Chase people bank because needing a pen I don't I don't know about that in like other banks, but Chase seems to want pens and other stuff. So, I don't know, but we'll keep watching. >> What's going on here? >> I have no idea. I'm trying to find out what's wrong with my wife. >> Hey, stop walking away from me. I'm trying to talk. >> I'm trying to find out what's going on with my wife. >> Well, here's the thing with the husband. He he is enabling whatever is happening here. But the he was already inside even after they brought her to the car. Right. So the woman cop walks back into the bank and now he wants to rush out of the bank instead of just talking with her. >> I'm trying to hold on. Hey, >> stop moving. Stop moving. I'm trying to talk to you. >> What happened inside? >> I don't know. I walked in. I was I was sitting in the car. >> I'm waiting. Waiting. I know she went in to get money. >> Okay. >> Okay. She left her phone with all her accounts and stuff information on it, but she gets questioned for all these IDs. >> Okay. >> Okay. We got the money in the account. I'm sitting here wondering why we can't get it. She I >> She's talking to you. Now I need to talk to her. >> Okay. But I walked in. I walked in. See what's taking so long. >> Mhm. >> She's standing there. She's saying she can't get her money. She gave her the two IDs that she wanted. >> Okay. >> But she didn't have her pin them cuz her phone's in the car. Okay. >> And now I'm walking in like, "What's going on?" She said, "They won't give me my money." >> Okay. Yeah. They called us saying that she was Hold on. Let me let me >> I got it. I I'm I'm sure she's hot. >> Okay. >> We've never had issue with nothing like this. >> They I think, you know, we're worried that >> I get it. I know in this day and age, we have to deal with it. >> I've been black all my life and have to have to deal with it. But >> I mean, >> but we're trying to get money honestly out of our own account. They they said that they were the she was trying to get all the money out of the accounts. So they were just concerned about her identity being valid. So whatever she was producing wasn't sufficient for them. So I don't know what she's count. >> Yeah. I don't know what she was producing. >> She got ID. >> Okay. I'm going to go >> like this. It's what we had to get. >> All right. I'm going to go find out. Okay. >> Oh man. >> And the reason she's in cuffs is cuz she's turned around and started screaming. >> Well, she's upset. She's >> Listen, man. I get it. But it's for her. It's for her safety. Yeah, there could be two separate things going on here. The bank may be asking for more than they really had to ask of her. I don't u and I know Omar said it's the amount she was asking for and then the fact they said if that amount is taken out, you'll be closed out altogether. With elderly people being scammed as they are, I'm not trying to make an excuse if this was something that they just wanted to do because they just didn't think she would have that money or could have that amount of money. But there are so many variables that she could be mad about how she perceived be she was being treated, but she wasn't going to be in handcuffs except how she then responded to the officer. She wasn't automatically getting arrested cuz he showed up. It was going to probably be a trespass coming, but you know that's that's probably it. Um there's something Oh, no Angel said, "I'm sure she has experienced traumatic racism. I had an experience at work yesterday. However, this is not the way to act." And see, I almost everyone I watch, first of all, I'm sorry you went through that as recently as yesterday. Let me say that first because it's hard to get people to believe you when you actually are experiencing it. It is very hard and it's a long, long road. And let me Oh, let me tell you this. My lawyer friend did say just in case you ever have to go through a discrimination, whether it's at your job, whether it's age, race, sexual orientation, whatever else, that's that's covered under that blanket. You may not win when you file your EEO complaint, but you still should file it. But the retaliation is where most employees win. Like either monetarily or whatever it is because you're not supposed to be retaliated against for bringing up a concern to EO about how you feel you were treated or how you can prove you were treated. But she said actual discrimination is the hardest to prove, but um the retaliation usually from leadership that follows, that's where you're going to you're probably going to be taken care of. So just put that in there in your head about that. Um, yeah, because it's very, it is hard. A lot of times it's hard to approve when people don't understand microaggressions and other stuff like that already. You got you basically walking them through it and it's still like, ah, you know, I wouldn't see it that way. So, yeah. Um, but her actions with the police officer is why she is being detained in handcuffs. >> And everybody else is that girl ain't going to hurt nobody. She just >> Listen, I don't think she's going to hurt anybody either, right? >> Just mad. >> But she's she's losing her mind. So, that's why she's she's just she's in the back of the car now. I get it. I was going to talk to her, man. I was just trying to see what's going on. You know, >> she's just mad. I know how she is. She just gets mad. >> Can I help you? >> Can I just tell him something that I'm going home? >> No, it's okay. >> Oh, sorry. And I didn't finish the thought before I said that about your situation, Noir Angel. But the other thing I was going to say is I try not to fall prey or victim whatever to um what do they call it? Oh, it's something politics when like some people think everything can be solved just by if you dress a certain way, if you remain soft, if you do all these things because it won't change the people's the people that already have an idea about you, it's not going to change how they think about you. But I still do believe a lot of the situations we keep seeing on body cam can be avoided if you approach the situation differently from how a lot of people we keep seeing approaching the situation. If that makes sense. It's okay. Everybody was scared in there. >> Okay, I get it. >> Okay. >> Oh, she respectability politics. That's what I was trying to think of. >> Asked you to call. >> Okay. >> No, >> I'll wait till you're done with him then. >> She asked to call. Yeah, she said. >> So, what happened? >> So, she wanted to take out 5,000. She had her debit card and her credit card. So, our system kind of has some like security measures in place when it's a large amount. And I asked for either the debit card with PIN, which she said she didn't have, >> or her phone number to send a passcode, >> and she didn't. She said she didn't have it. Sorry y'all. Sorry. I was saying that. See, now she's she told the police a different story. She said at the beginning when they approached her, I gave them my ID. I gave them um my my or I put my pen in and all that stuff. She said that. But now the teller saying she didn't have her ID. Um I asked her could she get something from her phone? She said she couldn't get it from her phone. So that so it was the basic stuff what it sounds like. Um, and if you're already a Chase member, you're going to be used to what they need. So, if she already was just being difficult for the sake of being difficult there, I don't know why she I don't know why people have to make life difficult. I don't know. >> Got to go get it. >> Okay. >> So, this is some places. >> Did she have her ID with her? >> She had her ID. She had her credit card. >> Okay. >> So, she gave you ID and a credit card, but your system has secondary measures because of the large amount. >> Yes. with fraud being really bad. >> So why did she want us called? What did she say? >> Because she wants you to make me give you her money. >> I see. >> So was that all the money in their account? That's what we were told. >> They had more than >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. All right. So Okay, y'all can hear me now, right? Okay. Oh, it could be early dementia. Janetta, I've I've been told a lot of anger. A lot of an dementia shows up as a lot of anger a lot of times. That's what I was told. Um, there's another thing about her. Dang, it was something that the teller said. >> Thanks. >> In the car with his debit card. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, but she was being difficult about it. So, okay. All right. We'll be back then. >> Thanks. >> Nobody's under arrest yet at this point. >> Well, do I understand what you do? The sheriff or I got a uncle. Where's the sheriff? Yeah. Listen, I would have just talked to you guys just like this. Just like this. I'm telling you, she's hot. >> I get it. >> She's upset. >> Yeah, I get it, man. You're a little bit hot, too, man. Just >> I am because my wife, >> we've been together 40ome years. >> I know, man. You guys aren't going to break up after this, right? >> That ain't the point. It's just she's BEEN DETAINED FOR >> because she was losing her mind. >> GET HER MONEY. >> CUZ she was screaming, man. She was I would have just talked to her just like that. >> She's not detained for trying to get her money. also that I remember I think the teller said she not she the woman that's detained called the cops not the bank called the cops on her if she wasn't losing her mind all my face right I'm not trying to fight nobody today I came to work just like you go to work every day man I'm not trying to fight nobody for no reason >> that's disorderly >> yes that was 100% disorderly what was disorderly yelling yes screaming nuisance in public is disorderly yes >> for yelling >> yes >> I'm just telling >> 8:45 she's in the car you want to check on Make sure she's good. >> Is hot, man. Dang. >> What's going on? I I'M JUST KIDDING. >> OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. >> There is NO >> AND THEY MADE A BIG DEAL OUT OF IT CUZ I'M BLACK. >> MA'AM, here's the thing, too. Over a certain amount. Bank tellers do have to ask for other things. They do. I I never saw a pen except for Chase so far. Maybe Region does that, too. I don't know. But they do have extra protocols the higher you go in dollar amounts. >> Hey 13. She slipped her cuffs by the way. >> She slipped them completely. >> She just meant cuz she just wants out. >> Okay. >> I I I don't know what all going on but she just wanted to lose her. So I just >> I'm not I'm not going to recover. >> She's fine back there. She's not doing anything. >> All right. >> So um she had her debit card and her ID on her but I guess they have secondary measures with a large amount like that. that a code has to be sent to the phone. She didn't have it on her and she wasn't going to go get it >> cuz she I got IDs, >> right? So, I'm just explaining how it got to where we're at. >> Right. She's worked in the bank. Yeah. >> Okay. For years. >> Oh, USAA does that, too. They'll be like, "I'm sending you a one-time code. Please read that code back to me." And I ain't even needed $5,000. I need a lot less when I'm doing things. Okay. I am familiar with that. Then I thought that they were saying PIN like she had to remember her current PIN on her debit card or something like that. I've gotten one time codes from USAA all the time. I'm I'm literally on the phone with them and we cannot go further unless I read back to them the code I got. >> Yeah. >> And and and the cop is saying that she didn't feel like going to get her phone to see what the code was and read it back to them. >> Can't believe today we still got to go. >> It's cuz it was $5,000. >> I get it. But she just can't believe it. She That's what this >> I don't know how long she's been out of work the bank. But that's their measures that they have. >> I did it. But >> yeah, >> she's still >> Let me talk to him real quick. Okay. >> Just calm her down, man. >> You want to stay with him? >> Yeah. >> Here, we'll go over to your car. >> I got no problem. >> See if I can talk with her. She's already >> She slipped her cuffs. >> I know. I know. Let me see if I can talk with her. >> You want me to roll the window down? >> I don't care. You can open the door. Will you talk with me? >> What's there to talk about? >> I just want to try and talk through what happened. >> There ain't nothing to talk about. I came in here, asked for $5,000. She asked me for ID, which I gave her to BEFORE I EVEN ASKED FOR THE DAMN MONEY. THEN SHE WANTED ANOTHER ID. I GAVE IT TO HER. >> SHE SLIPPED HER CROPS AGAIN. >> YEAH. >> All right, we're going to have to put these on. Stop. >> Do whatever the want at this point. I'm so tired of this damn [ __ ] >> Listen, >> what's your damn name? >> Amber. >> Amber. Yep. >> Listen, >> why don't you have the parade? Oh, you got to man everything, right? >> What parade? >> Your leader parade. >> I don't have a leader parade. >> Oh, you got plenty of leaders. >> All right, step on up. >> Turn around. >> $5,000. >> Turn around. >> $5,000. >> Where was the police officer for a while? >> I'm behind. I'M I'M LOCKED UP FOR THE MONEY. YOU'RE under arrest at this point. >> I don't give a damn. >> You're under arrest >> at this point. I really don't give a damn. >> Stop resisting, >> Stella. Please. >> All right. >> I know. But yelling across the parking lot ain't going to change anything. >> Stella, >> this is so stupid. >> I had I HAD THEM CALL YOUR BUTT. >> We know. >> I was trying to talk to you about all this, but you won't listen. >> We're talking. >> Huh? >> What else you want to talk about? >> I don't want that. >> I asked for 5,000. >> No, she's already flexible enough. Chanel. I mean, call my brother. >> Stop turning. >> Stop turning around. >> I want to talk to you. >> I'm talking. I came in here talking. All I asked for $5,000 to get on with my >> Yeah, but yelling and being disorderly like this. >> Oh, disorderly. Thank you. I appreciate You don't know what that means or what? >> Oh, no. No, not at all. >> All right, have a seat. >> Not at all. >> Have a seat. >> Not at all. Don't understand. >> None of that. >> Traveling GMO says this doesn't warrant an arrest so far in my opinion. Yeah, this is pure discretion on their end and she got on their nerves enough and so they're leaning on their discretion to go ahead and arrest her because yeah, it it this could this didn't have to be an arrest. Um she's riding their nerves and they decided to go ahead and do it. But yeah, you're right. It wasn't mandatory for the arrest. up. >> Get in. >> Don't understand. Get in the car. I don't understand it. >> You're going to get another chance. >> Break my legs. >> I don't want to break your legs. >> Break. Just Just shoot me. Get me out. Take me out of MY NO. TAKE ME OUT OF mying misery. >> WHY ARE YOU ASKING? >> THIS IS SO STUPID. >> WHY ARE YOU BEHAVING? >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? >> WHY ARE YOU BEHAVING LIKE A >> SATURDAY MORNING? ALL I wanted to DO IS GET ABOUT MY DAY AND NOW I'M BEHIND WITH some damn handcuffs for wanting $5,000 OUT OF A BANK ACCOUNT. >> Do you think YOU WOULD ACCEPT THIS? >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? >> YOU THINK YOU WOULD ACCEPT THIS BEHAVIOR? >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? I WORKED AT a bank. >> Do you think you would accept? >> I WAS A HEAD TELLER. >> I GAVE HER ALL THE IDS SHE REQUESTED. >> It is 2025. I AM BLACK. CAN'T HAVE A DAMN PIECE OF MONEY. AIN'T ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW IT. Are you serious? >> YOU'D LET ME TALK TO YOU. I'M >> I'M NOT MAKING SENSE. Are you NO, HONESTLY, I'M NOT MAKING SENSE. >> I didn't say that. >> I'm black. I come to the bank with ID. I hand her my ID. Ask for $5,000 out of my account. >> Okay. >> She asked for additional piece of it. >> I gave it to her. >> She says she that you didn't give. >> You would need it. >> I gave HER MY CHASE CREDIT CARD. >> ARE YOU GOING TO LET ME TALK? I'm trying to tell you. >> You just told me. She said I didn't give it to you. do it. When I did, I gave her a second. >> I'm trying to finish my sentence. >> Go ahead. >> You're only getting a partial sentence. >> Go ahead. >> So, she says that you gave >> your ID and the Chase card, but that their system requires a PIN number, which you didn't have. Or >> she didn't ask for a pin number. >> Let me finish. >> She did not ask me for a pen. >> Let me finish. >> She never asked me for a pin number. She asked me for my debit card. Do >> you want to hear what's going on? I have it on me. Then she asked for a sale. take you to jail. I did. Please do. >> That's apparently what you want. >> Please do. It don't even make you >> at this point. I'm behind hand I got handcuffs ON ON A SATURDAY MORNING. 61 YEARS going on. >> But why ARE YOU >> AND I GOT HANDCUFFS. I AIN'T NEVER BEEN IN NO HANDCUFFS. >> OVER TRYING TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL. Are you serious? >> NO. >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? >> NOW, here's the thing. Not just her. People on body cam skipped to what they were trying to do. Straight to handcuffs. You're not in handcuffs because you were trying to withdraw money from your account. You're not in handcuffs because they refused to give you the money from your account. You're in you're in handcuffs because of your actions directly towards the officers as soon as they arrived on the scene. A lot of people skip straight past that. Uh the other thing is let's say because again it is real. It does happen so too many times. Y'all saw what happened to Ryan Cougler. Perfect example, public celebrity example. You see what happened to him? It happens. You if you actually want something done and not just to get your anger off at that moment, whether you're right or wrong for or justified in it, you got to report the teller who you believe was treating you away based on your race. Arguing with her, yelling at her gets you nowhere except you get to vent in that very moment. But you have to do formal complaints. You have to do things like that. If you actually believe someone's done that to you and you also want to see it change, a pattern has to be developed. You got to contact whoever. But this is not the way. And then this is this was a civil matter. So calling the police on them wasn't going to do anything anyway. They're not going to u dictate to the bank on how they should have treated you, how they're not following their bank's policy. That's civil. there. The cops are not there. So, she decided to use the cops as her what's what's it called? Like her the manager [clears throat] that's going to make somebody do something just like a lot of other people have done. That's not what they're there for. And if like if the cops show up, usually someone's going to be in handcuffs because that is their recourse. That's what they're there to do if you're not going to leave. Um Kisa K said maybe no handcuffs over withdrawal, but I bet she's been in cuffs before. She slipped them too easily a lot of times, too. Omar said, "Foul a grievance." Yep. Love said, "You know how I feel when she told him to take her to jail, close the door, and drive her to jail. I I can't go back and forth. If you if I try to reason with you, if I was a police officer and you're not listening to how we got to this point, when you tell me arrest me, take me to jail, fine. We're done. Report shall be written. Let's go." Cuz I'm not having a back and forth. >> When you got THE NERVE TO COME IN THERE AND TRY AND BULLARD ME? >> Get in the car. >> Are you serious? >> Come on. Get in the car. We're talking. >> No, we're not. >> Oh, we're not talking there. >> No. Talking about nothing to talk about. There you go. >> We don't have nothing to talk about. >> Hey, listen. >> No, we don't have nothing to talk about. >> If you If you slip your cuffs again, >> it don't matter. >> You're going to be in more uncomfortable handcuffs. >> Okay. Just take me to jail. >> We're planning on it. >> I'm loving it. Loving it. >> What's your name, man? went from I could have talked to her and we could have worked this out to now she's arrested for disorderly obstructing and resisting arrest. Okay. >> What do you need? Don't worry about >> So that's where it went from. Okay. I would have talked to her just like I was talking to you, man. I would have. I promise. >> Okay. But >> when she came at me like that, I'm not I'm not trying to fight her, right? That's why she she didn't look me in the eyes and tell me that, man. Come on. You know damn well. >> She didn't come at me. She was like, "All right, man. I'm not my money." That's what she was after. Were you in Were you in the same bank I was? >> Dude, >> come on now. >> You can say what you want, >> man. I got it on camera. The camera's going to say what? >> You can say what you want. >> I didn't want to arrest her. I didn't want to put her in cuffs. >> She wouldn't turn around. >> I wanted to take her to jail and she said, "Take me to jail." >> She's cuz she's mad. That's why she said it. That's all. >> She's an adult. She's 60. She makes her own decision. >> She's mad, though. >> But she's behaving like a child. >> She's just mad. >> All right, man. I'm done with this conversation. I'm going to transport you again. >> Where Where are you taking county? You can bond her out when she gets there. >> Loving it. >> Only in America. Only in America. >> Let me get your seat belt done real quick. Okay. Your husband. >> Is that your husband? >> I told him where you're going, so he knows. All right. Should we hold on? Disorderly or obstruction? >> I'm sorry. >> Hold on. Disorderly or obstruction? >> What do you think? >> Obstructing. >> Is that M2? The other one's >> I think it was M4. It was M2. >> Obstructed. >> Okay. >> Okay. Sounds good. We'll be on the way. Thanks. >> Obstructed. That's good. That's a great one. >> Great one. Calling the cattle county. Hey, you [laughter] scared the crap out of me. I'm not going to lie. That scared me pretty good. [screaming] >> Yeah, that was pretty good. [laughter] >> So, what's the phone number for the court? >> What's the phone number for the court to contact you at? >> I don't have a phone. >> Did your husband [laughter] have a phone? Nope. >> I'll find a [laughter] >> Hi. How are you doing? >> You tell me. >> Well, if I get you out, are you going to give me an issue or you going to fight with us? >> It was an issue before I even got here, honey. >> Oh, I'm asking you. Are you going to give us an issue? [groaning] >> [ __ ] This is so funny. >> Okay. >> Breathing while black. You haven't >> breathing while black. It's all because I am black that I am here. >> Question. >> I'm black. I'm here. >> Are you going to give me an issue when I take you out? >> There's no issue to give you. >> Okay. >> My life up, you know. >> Are you going to give us issues? >> All right. We're going to give this a shot. Okay. >> Do what you must. >> All right. >> Do what you must. >> All right. Seat belt's coming off. Is it >> okay? Swing your legs out for me, please. >> Okay. $5,000 ID. I gave her the IP and I'm still didn't get my damn $5,000 although I withdraw from they wanted and I'm still behind and got hands on because I want $5,000 of my money that I work for. Are you serious? Baby black. This is ridiculous. 2025 on Trump birthday. Why do I have a you I'm pissed. I'm pissed. You don't think I'm going to be pissed? I'm on $5,000 out of a baby. >> Are you serious? >> Are you mother? The suspect was charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct. She was issued a $100 bond which she later posted. In court, she initially pleaded not guilty to both charges. She later amended her plea to guilty. The judge deferred sentencing and allowed her to complete the pre-trial diversion program. >> Okay, I see a few things there. uh the very low bond they were, you know, the judge, I'm guessing, or whoever decided bond, you know, they were like, "This is this is minor compared because I I almost never see a $100 bond." But also, the fact that she amended her plea to guilty. I think that body cam was shown to somebody then, to the judge or jury, whichever she decided to go go in front of. I feel like they saw her body cam or they were going to be able to see that body cam and it was going to turn not so much in her favor. But yes, grievances, change banks, you those are the things that you you can do. And I know it doesn't make it 100% better, but um I I feel both like Okay, y'all. This is why I don't do a lot of like the more racial things because I know my strengths and more of my strengths are more with like the child predators. Hard hard stuff, but this is not my strong point. But it's my identity is being black. So, you know, it comes up sometimes. To the person that sent this to me, I hope I satisfied with you on how I spoke about this, but she she did not do herself any favors. And then her husband lied because he was right there when that cop came in and and saw exactly how she acted towards that cop, which is where some things come from when I'm like, she's in denial. Like, she is in denial about some stuff, maybe right about other stuff, but when the two combined, they did not combine the greatest way for her. Um, I I don't know. Like I really I'm kind of feeling like has she got her phone and just got that one time code. She have the $5,000 and like somebody said they was about to go to the casino or whatever they was going to do and have fun and they matching colors, matching car color and going about their life. Cuz even when they asked how can how can you be reached? What's your phone number? She's like I don't have a phone. My husband doesn't have a phone. It's it's just a lot going in there. Um yeah noir it's like I'm split. And you know, and here's the other thing. I'm more talking out loud about this in this way versus how I just want to be like getting on my nerves because like Noir Angel said, I don't like the way they title the video because again, it's like everybody gets the rage back at us because of how she acted and then they they start generalizing and also because how it's framed. I don't want to leave my video as if there's not sometimes a reason that someone may act like that, right or wrong. I'm just saying it's possible. So hopefully that's it, Sh. That's exactly what we were at. Give everything they asked to get your money and then switch banks if you feel like they're not asking everybody those things to get their money, but you still should access your money and do what you gonna do. Now you're in jail for what? So yeah, but whoever sent that to me, hopefully I did my best on that one. It's It's hard because I'm like she for me y'all, I'm sorry, but most of it she's really wrong. But I didn't want to just leave it like that because people will, you know, some people will weaponize that and just act like of course she's like that and of course there wasn't anything wrong when there sometimes there is something wrong. So all right. So I, as you can see, I I don't really you're not going to see me do a lot of those. And don't don't send me I'm not saying it's like if someone sent me this already. I'm just saying it is a very small chance if you send me a body cam of someone being targeted or or brutalized because they're black cuz I already told y'all that I have PTSD from that. Like I don't do well with those. So you probably hear me talk about it. Plus I just feel like there are more wellspoken people, people that communicate more clearly. A point whether they use bigger vocabulary words or not. There are some people that just know how to handle that better and get the point across better. Between that stuff affecting me too much and then how I don't feel like I always have the words, I'm probably not going to be the person that goes over those videos. So, if you don't see me going over those and you send them to me, that's why I I say that every now and again cuz I know not everybody's, you know, still here this long into the live stream and everything. But yeah, not cuz I don't think it doesn't exist. I just think there's better people to talk about stuff a lot of times. Okay. All right. Let's let's do this will be our last one. Grandma shows up drunk to pick up grandkids from school. I have not seen that one or this one. So, we'll see what happens. >> You want to do a filter value test? >> Nope. >> Nope. You don't want to do a filter? >> I'll fill it. >> Do you have any alcohol in the car? >> I don't think [music] so. >> You don't think so? >> Monday, March 27th, 2023. NY County, Nevada. What should have been a routine school pickup turns into a police intervention when officers determined that a woman who had just driven to an elementary school was not in a condition to retrieve a child with other children already inside of the vehicle without introducing an immediate and legally relevant risk. I'm Tyler and this is your daily dose of crime. Get your daily dose of crime every single day at 300 p.m. Eastern and we're turning it up two videos per day. Don't miss a single moment and tune in >> couple hours. >> Yeah, let's go. >> Oh, where? Hold on. Wait. >> Wait. Okay. >> What? >> We're going to go. I'm going to do Let's go again. >> Well, we don't know that. Why do you say that? >> What? >> You are? >> Yep. >> You want to do a field test? >> Nope. >> Nope. You don't want to do a field day. >> I'll fill it. >> You fail it? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> All right. [clears throat] >> Deputy Dagler, who you have some some kids? >> Yeah, my grandkids. But Okay. >> You said you'll fail the field soiety test if you don't want to do it. Do you? So, you're refusing to do a field sobriety test. >> Yeah, I can smell it from here. >> We're good. >> Who's going to be able to pick up the kids? Okay, let's find out. >> There. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Should get my grandson. >> Do you have any alcohol in the car? >> I don't think so. >> You don't think so? Who's going to be able to pick up your car? >> Mom. >> Mom. >> Conrad, hold on. Can I breathe? >> Yeah. Take a breath. >> Can I smoke? >> Oh, you just threw out your cigarette. >> Yeah, I can't smoke before. >> No, we're not going to smoke at this point. >> All right, we're we're past that point. Okay, I'm going >> One second. >> Take a breath. >> I know. Sorry. Sorry. >> All right, let's walk over to my car. Okay. >> No. No. One second. Please make soy. Please. Please make sure you're not looking at me. Is >> he What's he wearing? >> Is he the kid over there? Cuz we'll make sure they go inside. Okay. >> Yeah. She got to go inside. No, he can't. >> From the initial exchange, the framing of the case is shaped by the statements of Gerald Dean Conrad, who acknowledges consuming alcohol and declines a field sobriety test after admitting she would not pass it. That admission shifts the encounter from a preventative assessment to a criminal scenario intensified by the presence of minors connected to her driving, elevating the evaluation beyond her personal condition and into the realm of adult legal responsibility. >> What field test? >> Yeah, I can't. I'm outstanding. So, yeah. >> All right, they're inside. All right, let's go in the car. Okay. >> Okay. Do you have an ID somewhere in your car? >> In the purse. >> Do you mind if I go grab it? >> In the >> in the cell 25. >> Subject has stated that they've been drinking there. >> Okay. So, yes, this is one of our few honest drunk drivers. Still doesn't make it great because she was comfortable about to pick up those grandkids and keep on driving and putting them all in danger. Obviously, I don't think this is her first time as well trying to do this. So, she's probably put her grandkids in a lot of danger a lot of times. And they the odds have been in their favor so far. Yep. That's a old name, Gerald Dean. She definitely has the grandmother name. Um, but yeah, one of the few to be honest right off the bat, no point in doing field sobriety test. Um, and yeah, she can hardly breathe, but wants a cigarette is crazy. You're >> refusing field sobriety test. Oh, and quickly let's review because then it'll almost be time to go anyway. So, let's get your squares that y'all called out. Um, put your blank in the car. There was another one. Hold on. Y'all said it. Uh, smell. We had smells alcohol. Taser. Taser. Taser. Cop has arm tattoos. That was one y'all brought up earlier. And you're acting like a child was on there. I was looking for it earlier. So, those you can take. And I think that's it. If I didn't hopefully I didn't miss any. >> What's this? What? Oh, that's a a green tea. >> It's a >> I just take the whole thing. Yeah. I'm just looking for the ID. >> It's not It's not uh legal. >> Where's your ID at? >> If it's not in there, it's right in front. Wait, sir. Look in here. >> It's in your pocket there. >> Yeah, maybe. >> Okay. Noir Angel said, "Also, are you kidding me? Was you?" So, you can take that square. Somebody's close to bingo after that. >> No, >> no, nothing there. Yeah, we're not going to tell it. >> Okay. >> Yeah. You want the keys? Can she have the keys? >> Yeah, they're in there. >> Here. You want to grab that? Uh, I saw the fireball in the corner in the side wall. Can you grab that? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> BRB said, "Also, close this door while talking." That's another square. [clears throat] >> And just to clarify, because I saw it in here too, drunk jazz hands is a free space. You don't they don't have to say it or do it exactly cuz it's kind of interpretive. So that that middle square is always your free space. So that one's automatically one. >> No. >> All right. There's a >> Gary. >> All right. So there's a uh social security card. I'll just run it through that. >> Yeah, you can. >> All right, then have him pull me a triple A if you can. >> Y got it. >> Here, let me call dispatch real fast and then I'll get you this back. >> Hey, I've got a social security number to run. It should be Geraldine Conrad. If you can attach that to our call. >> Okay, I will attach it. >> Copy. That'll be our in custody. Oh, wait. Clear for traffic, please. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Oh, wait. It's Never mind. Hold on. Give me two seconds. Let me just double check. >> All right. Just uh pinch it out over the radio. I've got to get this back to him. >> Okay. You can disregard on it anyways. >> All right. Thanks. >> Thanks. Bye. >> You get right there. >> Yeah. >> Does she even have a license? >> Um having them attach it to the call. I'll enter your charges and all that and just film me. >> Oh, dude, you're the best, >> dude. >> I'm a team worker, bro. >> You're the best. So, we're just going >> south 25. >> Can we pull a case number for 11 and then send him a triple eye on Geraldine? in this group. Um, the gal who you guys arrested, I'm assuming, had my daughter, she's my babysitter. She had my kids in the car with her. >> Okay. >> And I said, "What happened? Why are you drinking during the day?" You know, not to do that and not to drive with the kids. I don't know. >> Was she ever actually on the road with the kids? >> Well, she drove all the way from the hospital toward cuz they live by the hospital on >> Uhhuh. So from all the way to here, that's a good 12 miles. >> So the kids were in the car when that happened. >> My daughter was because she was coming here to pick up my son at 2:15. >> How old is the daughter? >> Three and a half. >> Okay. So that's child is going to get added to that. >> Um >> I'm pissed. I'm not I mean I don't want to press any charges because they're my family, but Mimi needs to learn that she cannot be doing this. Okay. >> Would you like to do a voluntary written statement? >> Yeah, I would. Um, so she was charged with what? DUI at this school. >> Yeah, Mimi got a drinking problem. So, no matter what, um, you going to need a new babysitter. She's not going to be able to respond if there's a fire. If there's any type of emergency, she's not going to respond well. And you have a three and a half year old and whatever age she said her son was. You got you got to find somebody else. Mimi ain't got you. Your kids will are likely to end up hurt. I'll say that. Kissa K says, "Side note, PSA, fireball works well for toothaches. Not endorsing for recreational use." I hear you. And then Wow. See, this is what I'm talking about. Words of affirmation. One of my love languages. Wow. Says she also uses the bingo cards on other videos. It makes it fun. Thank you, Wow. [laughter] >> or something. And now child. >> Yeah, it'll be >> just so I can relate to her um daughter that I'm taking her to. Got it. >> You're all have a good one. >> Are you drunk, too? >> Are you drunk, too? >> No. I promise. >> I swear. >> I'm here all day. >> Okay. >> Cool. >> I actually work at Not Abuse. I'm a domestic violence and advocate. >> Yep. Sure do. >> All right. Um I'm going to get her charges entered and everything. >> I was literally just going to ask if she doing that already. >> Yep. I got witness statements. Apparently, she was driving with kids in the vehicle. So, we're going to add child. Oh, didn't know that. Okay, sweet. >> Uh, did the triple I come back any previous DUIs? >> No, this is first. >> Okay. All right. I'll start getting that entered. >> Hey, can you when you get the names and stuff, I got to add those on the on the deck, too. Can you just shoot them to me? >> Yep. I'll add them all in the involvements. >> Awesome. Appreciate it. >> No worries. >> All right. Bye. to let you know that her granddaughter was in the vehicle as well and >> is uh 12. >> Uh just tell >> that would be two counts. [clears throat] >> So whatever you uh whatever you just told me, put it in the statement and like names, dates of birth, things like that. That will all be super helpful. >> Um I don't know state of birth. I know my kid's date of birth >> or the age is fine. Yeah. With the intervention already underway, officers document objective elements that define the scope of the risk assumed, including the presence of an open alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle. In parallel, a direct witness establishes that Conrad had driven approximately 12 m with at least two minors in the car, including her three-year-old granddaughter, and that her destination was another elementary school, forming a prolonged and deliberate sequence of impaired driving that extends the case beyond an isolated trip. As a result, she was charged with driving under the influence, child endangerment, and possession of an open container of alcohol, carrying a potential sentencing range ranging from 2 to 18 years in prison with a more likely outcome between 4 and 8 years, along with possible consequences related to custody and parental rights. Although the context differs, the pattern remains the same. A private adult decision becomes criminally relevant when a school exposes it as an unacceptable risk to a child, even in the absence of an immediate emergency. >> I need to talk to him. Is that all right? >> Okay. I didn't know it was a twofer, but I'm stopping it at the one we already saw, which was the granny Geraldine that that needs help and treatment and not trusted to drive kids around or go to places where kids are because you can hit a child. Yeah, she was me. She messed it all up, Kissa K. All right, y'all. So, I'mma play our um I guess I got to play two things. I haven't played You going to jail yet today, which I have it queued up and ready. And then I'll play my my new intro outro song. Um so, wow. And I got to add my joy, my peace. And who won last week? It was my joy, my peace, and OMI. I got to add y'all for the one that I just posted. But congratulations. So, we will still use the same bingo card tomorrow, but we'll have a new one next weekend. So, clear your cards for for today. Thank you, BRB. [laughter] All right, y'all. So, let me get y'all.
