What the are you talking about? Well, they'll be able to tell me that when they get here, so [Applause] eyes. [Music] You're going to the hospital either way. So, listen, all you're doing is just extending all this. That's fine. And if you act like anything like you did back there at that hospital, I guarantee you I will throw another charge on for it cuz this is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to carry a grown woman into a freaking car. You don't even know. What? What don't I know? Then talk to me. What don't I know? He's I just You don't even know. Okay, you can keep saying that all you want. That's not a state. He's on probation for two domestic violences and I got proof that he's hit me and everything. You literally just said he didn't hit you. There's no violence. I love my Okay. Well, Here we are now. You literally could have just went back in the house and you went back in and said you're going to get a gun. How do you think that looks for me? And now you're back here acting like you're having this huge I got EMS coming out here. They could be going to something else. It's a serious thing. I don't want to trouble. So this was fake. No, I had Okay. So was all this right here? Was this all real? Do you realize that they could be going to something else, but instead they're coming here? Look, look, look. Oh, look at my scar. They're not pulling your shirt down to look at your scar. I can ask the doctors there and if they want to tell me, they'll tell me. Two holes in my heart. 1987. Two holes in my heart. I'm okay. She's talking to me right now. You're not getting them right now. I want my husband. I want my husband. He doesn't want you right now. So, I don't give a what he wants him. I'm telling you right now, if you act like this when we're at the hospital, you're going to get a you're going to get a disorderly ER. Now, I'm not calling your husband. I don't I asked if you could pull my hair out of my face. No, I'm not. I don't care about the hair in your face right now. I got the EMS coming out here because you just had some convulsion back here. Now you're talking to me normal. She is just pulling on my No. The woman continued making strange statements, insisting on seeing her husband, who had distanced himself from the situation. Meanwhile, the officers remained resolute in their decision. My husband, he's not coming here. You know why? Because you're under arrest and he's not him away from me. As I'm driving there, she starts saying she pull this hair out of my face. Please get in the car. I got to talk to the MT and she starts saying she's she needs to get to the hospital now. She had had this hospital or had a stuff. So I come back here. She's breathing. She's just sitting there. See her look at me and then she tries to fall forward. Comes back up and then she starts asking for her husband again. So I'm assuming this is all just an act might be real. I don't know. She's very intoxicated and she's under arrest for domestic right now and resisting arrest. So played it safe and stopped here. Could have just hit code and went to the hospital and probably been faster. But who's got two domestic violence? Get her in the truck and start checking her out. We'll take her over to her eyes across me. Is that okay with you? How's that going to go with her being in cuffs right now? cuz she's can't resist her. I'm the only one that's ever stripped off. I guess you guys you want to follow me over there and if she starts acting crazy, we'll uh we'll stop cuz I don't think it was it was real cuz she kept opening her eyes and looking at me. I don't know. And we only got two people getting vitals of her. Yeah. Go ahead. Um, let's go over here, please. Come here. Please, please, please. Let that squeeze here. We're going to get off. Okay. We're going to take you to the hospital. You don't want to go to the hospital? No. I'm sorry. The woman was charged with domestic violence. I told you for me. It's uh it's the burning incense. Okay. It's not my car. So, listen to me. But the the issue becomes if I understand maybe it's an inconvenience, but when the police tell you to step out of the car, there's United States case law that says you have to step out. Okay. What we saw, what I saw when I walked up was what looked like plane to view. So I told him in that bag, okay, it looked like a blonde. It was It was my It was I had friends in a car and they left some stuff in my car and I was just taking them back. They stuff you said your first name was what again? Ashley. Ashley. We could have just taken a bad stuff. If you knew that was I we could have said you just said, "Hey, I didn't want to get in trouble." But there's we we have to act a certain way, right? We're all adults. I'm just scared cuz I've been I ain't been in trouble. I've been in prison. For what? And I know it. But um For what? It was It was some dumb stuff. I had to call How old are you now? I'm 31 and I've been out since 2017. Okay. So, like 25ish, 27. Well, no. 23 22. And I'm not going to lie, I had friends in the car. What I'm telling you is when Officer Boyd is done, he will come talk to you. About to run us. a little bit more this way. It look like something like white in there. Yeah, baby. Yeah. inside the red bag. Yep. Yep. That's what I do. Yeah. White stuff in there. White 6964 now. Washington Grand substance inside the Mentor. No, that's a Make sure that is Yeah, that's just the It's like wore off. I'm going put the $2 bill back in. Now, I just got scared because I walked the line since I got out of the straight line. You work? address. You do what? I'm a manager at 71. Which one? My room. Okay. Got three kids. 4792. She don't want to go to jail for nobody else stuff. I don't care. I'll tell whoever. The cops continued their search of the car, uncovering even more items. After being informed of her rights, the woman admitted the substances weren't hers, but claimed she was afraid of getting into trouble. Collins last year. Yeah, this what Russo sold. He said ask her with a bunch. Yeah, I knew I could smell and I'm like, man. And then that cover up smell cuz she said she cleaned out the car. I can see green in there. Yep. Mhm. Let me take a picture from this side. And it's glittery, too. Now we're good. Look at that. That's what's in it, bro. Let me take out a whip glo. All right. I'm about to That's fine. What are you doing today? All right. So, listen. I'mma read you something. All right. I need you to listen. Listen. Listen. Stop telling me what was in the corner. rout. All right. So, listen. Listen. Let me talk to you. All right. So, listen. I'mma read you something. All right. You have the right to remain. So, listen. Ma'am, listen. Okay. Listen. Talk. Let let me read something to you. Okay. All right. So, listen. Just hang tight. All right. So, listen. Listen. Just listen to me. All right. You have a right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer. have him present with you while you're a bad question. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, won't be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You got silly. Listen, listen. You can decide at any time to execute these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand? No. Listen to me. Do you understand your rights that I have explained to you? Do you understand your rights? Yes. Having these rights in mind, do you want to talk to me? I do. Okay. So, Go. You start first. What's What are you wanting? All right. I told you like I told him I was like I don't know exactly what was in the car. I just had picked up the car, but my baby just got in the car. You don't know what was in the car, but you just picked up the car from your baby daddy. So, if we're telling you to step out, here's the issue. We're telling you to step out of the car, right? As you're stepping out, you grab both bags, correct? I was grabbing my food in my in the green bag in my You was grabbing the green bag and your food. You grab the green bag in that black bag or gray bag, whatever color that was. Sir, listen. It's not my bag. That is my baby daddy. Not my baby daddy. I'm not going to lie on him. That is his brother's name and his homeboy. My phone, he call. He said he said Ashley bro left alone in the car. He said Bo left something in the car. Bro said what did he leave in the car? He said don't worry about it. Just take it to him. I said okay cuz he openly on 12th Street. He told you to take it to him cuz he So you was taking it to him? I don't know what was in the woman claimed the items weren't hers and that she didn't want to take the blame. But with everything found in her car, she had no choice but to face the consequences. So if if he's telling you something So if he's telling you something in there that his homeboy left some in the car and take it to him and you asked him what it is and he say don't worry about it. You telling me you did not take a look inside to see what it is that could have possibly been in there? I don't want to do that. I don't want nothing to contradict me. I don't I can't I get that. that you're driving around something that doesn't belong to you as you're claiming that you have no knowledge of. Sir, I don't have no reason to lie. I don't been to prison. I know I I got you, but it just makes no sense why you would grab that bag trying to grab the bag. The bag was in the back seat. I just saw I just did you not see me leaving from over by Speedway. You said the bag was in the back seat. I didn't find that bag. did this. I stopped to when I got the car, I stopped to get gas. He This officer grabbed the bag out of your hand cuz you you grabbed it from off the passenger front seat. Listen, I'm not trying to I'm not trying to talk myself out of nothing. I'll tell y'all whatever y'all want to know because I know, but I'm just telling I don't want to go down to nobody's [ __ ] I don't want to go down. I got three kids. Listen, unfortunately, that that's going to be the plan. All right. You are going to be placed under arrest for the substances that's founded. So if you only claiming only ownership of that green bag inside the green bag there was a joint in there with green leaf substance that's going to be tested as well too. You telling me so it's going to likely be that's what it is. You can't tell me that you don't understand. That's why you was listen no no no no listen to that's why you was getting very defensive when he was pointing the light and when he saw it that's why you started acting the way you acting. He was talking to me. I didn't start I told Did I not tell you when he came to this car I said I panicked because I had just got call said that it was something in the car. Did I not tell you that? Did I not say that? You said there was people in the car. I said he did have people in the car. And that's why I panic. I did panic because it's not mine. But I do want to get into trouble. And if you can just see you can obviously see that I grabbed it and just thrown it in the bag. You grabbed it and just throwed it in the bag. Well, why would you just grab it and scared? Look where we at now. Look at where we at. You grab both of the substances. I was I can't tell you exactly what the other substances were, but I can tell you as of right now for sure. All right. So, listen. as of now. So, listen. And then also inside the middle center console, there's a magazine with rounds in there. And listen, he is registered to license the camera. I stopped by. I got you, but you're in possession of a vehicle. You're still in possession of a vehicle. Please don't tell me I got I know I'm a villain. He got I know. You You got to understand. You got to understand. How can I get in trouble for his stuff in his car? You got to understand, you can't just be driving around a vehicle and stuff like that. Okay? So, listen. Ultimately, you're still going to go to jail. All right? For whatever the control substances test positive for the convicted felon, possession of ammo by a convicted felon. Okay. Whatever y'all want to know. All right. So, that's what we going to do. Okay. We're going to get to the jail so we can get this stuff started. The woman was charged with possession of an illegal substance. Meet Jack, an old man who at his age should have a cheerful mind, but his thoughts turned sinister stalking joggers and exposing himself in a disturbing display. And and I got off my conference call said I got to go. Somebody needs me and he told me what was he asked me if I'd watched cuz some guy was in the woods chasing him and I said okay. It's the only other car in the parking lot. Okay. And I believe he was standing I don't obviously that was a lot so I don't remember exactly but I believe he was standing before next. Yeah. Like I as soon as I walked in they started walking in after me so I knew they like Okay. So both of them were together. Both of them walked. They were like they were like around each other. I'm waiting for um Degan and his trainee are going to take it. That uh car is I guess registered to a dude that got laid lascivious and all sorts of wild stuff down the That one right there.
