Are we live? All right. So, replay gang gang. You know how this goes. I'm waiting on YouTube to connect because I am actually live. So, I'm waiting on that to do its thing. In the meantime, I do talk while we watch these. I pause interrupt. It's the whole point. It is a reaction. But links to every video is already in the description box, so you can just go straight to that because I know the thumbnails be looking crazy. Um, let me see. Uh, this will just be reaction, no charges analysis on this one cuz I got to I I'll be back on live this evening to go over the Melody Sheree Act. So, yeah, I'm keeping this one kind of a lot of videos, but not a lot of going over the charges in the detailed way that hopefully y'all are used to by now. So, yeah. So, we'll start with this first one. And again, pause, talk, pause, talk. [laughter] All right. So, the first one's called Navy Husband. Charges seen to save drunk wife does not end well. Here we go. Oh, wait. Let me go to the beginning. There we go. >> Are you okay to drive? >> I have to be honest. I was at the um the um >> I am a retired US naval officer. >> You don't touch me. God's evil. On March 14th, 2026, deputies in Florida were dispatched to a two vehicle collision involving a suspected drunk driver. What started as a routine traffic call would take a chaotic turn when officers attempted to question the driver. Here's what the deputies did next. >> Where would you like me to put my car? >> Are you all right? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> You're good? >> Allowed me to put my car in >> into the parking lot. >> Yeah. >> Are you okay? WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. Before you drive, are you okay to drive? >> I have to be honest. I was at the um the um what do you call it? The um and we had two cops out. That's all. >> Do not drive. >> Do not drive. >> Don't drive. Give me your key. >> Okay. >> Roof. Hold on. >> Hold on. Don't move. >> Information. >> I've got a definite signal one. Can I get a zone to me? >> Signal one is the specific code for driving under the influence. When the officer calls it a definite signal one, it means officers have confirmed reasonable suspicion of impairment. Get a zone means asking dispatch to send the road patrol deputy assigned to that specific sector. Bringing in the zone deputy provides backup to take over scene control, field sobriety testing, and official arrest processing. >> Do me a favor. You just stay right there in your car. Sit down. >> No, I'm good. >> I like how direct this officer is being. I like that she's proactive and already took the keys because I see a lot of offic I'm like, you had plenty opportunity to take them keys cuz you don't know who's going to try to drive off. They not listening. The cognitive abilities are already impaired. they might, you know, just feel like they have the right to not listen to you. All kinds of stuff. So, taking the keys immediately. Good call. She couldn't even finish her first sentence. She said we were um and then she kind of skipped to the words two cocktails. I don't know if it was just two, but yeah. So, good call with the officer. >> No, sit down. >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> No, I'm attorney and I'm 71 years old, so it's really hard for me to sit. Okay. So then maybe just lean up against >> Okay. So then get up and maybe lean against your car if you can't sit down. >> You don't know what I've done today. >> All right. Well, if you're 71, you probably shouldn't be drinking and driving. >> I am in so much pain. >> You don't have to sit down. Maybe lean up against your car. Are you with her? >> Okay, good. >> Thank you. >> You might want to just go comfort her. >> No, just stay for right now. I have um a few other deputies. It doesn't matter. >> All right. Do me a favor. >> Just hang out for a second. >> Maybe. Do you need to lean against the car? >> Yeah, I'm good with the car. I'm good with the car. That was >> So, why did you think it was I have to be honest where that was? H >> Why do you think it's a good idea to drive while drinking? It's not a good idea to drive with her again. >> Have you been arrested for a DUI in the past? >> Never. >> Okay. Well, there's a first time for everything. >> Ever. >> Do you want to just go hang out with her? Have her grab her license, her registration, her insurance for me? >> No. Never. Never. Ever. >> Tangle, too. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Do you have um your license in your purse? >> Your license. Is it in your purse? >> Yeah. Let me just see what I can do. >> Okay. >> Okay. While Jerry looks for her documentation, the victims explain to the officer that Jerry struck their stopped car while making a turn. >> I think she's a little a little bit. So, what happened? Where were you? >> Sitting right here >> at the stop sign waiting to turn right >> and she came from >> She was right there >> and I could see she was turning that she's going to hit me. >> Oh, yeah. Shouldn't have happened. >> Oh, it's the back door. Okay. I thought your damage in the front, too. Oh, it's it's really incidental. >> And if you look at her front front, you can see where she >> she's and she she didn't hit us. We were over on her side. >> Do you have your license, your registration, your insurance? Passenger, do you also have a um ID on you or a license, ma'am? >> Yes. >> Thank you. >> I wasn't driving. >> No, I know. But as a passenger in the vehicle, it's it's important for us to include you in the report. that way in case there's anything that comes up later. Plus, the more witnesses right now, the better. >> Kill her husband. I wonder if she to be fair. The women in the car uh that she almost hit or whatever, they sound impaired. I don't think they are, but I'm like, dang, I got to take some heat off this first woman cuz I already know she is cuz that's why we have this video. But I'm like, y'all kind of talk the same. [laughter] She was Lloyd. She must have been on the phone cuz she was saying, "Marth, I need you right now. Where are you? I need you right." >> My husband would kill me. >> Well, she's she didn't stop. >> I know. I see that. Thank you. Oh, you have the same little tab. And then your um I like that. That's convenient. >> Somebody in the store put that on me. You know, I live in Jacksonville and she lives down here. We don't see each other. >> Is this the most fun you've had together in a while? No. on her way home. >> Did you find your registration? >> What the >> um what I had in here was um >> all of this other than that. That's what I have. >> All right. Just give me a sec. Yeah. And um I know that my husband who's probably drives us home, we're like it's two blocks away. >> It doesn't matter. >> When backup arrives, they're immediately confronted by Jerry's husband. >> What's up? >> How many drinks did you say you had? >> Two. >> Okay. This may be husband. >> Who's she called? >> So she was coming around. >> Can they just give us a sense? Ridiculous. >> Sir, are you [ __ ] kidding me? >> Sir, >> I'm sorry. >> Can you stand over there for me, please? >> I'm standing right here. Okay. Can you go right there? >> You're way out of line. >> My wife is not >> I do a favor. Listen, you're in favor of my investigation at this point. Okay. I need you to step over there for me. Okay. >> I will stay right there >> and go over there then, please. Thank you. I don't know if she married younger cuz if not he and his wife aged very differently because I would not have put those two together. But yeah, he about to show his behind cuz that's the title says Navy husband charges scene. She was coming around the corner just came like straight into this car. >> All right. Yeah. Straight into the back of it. I come up and I'm like, "Oh, can we all move into the parking lot?" And she's like, "No." And then she starts stumbling all over the place. I was like, "Are you all right?" And she's like, "No, I just had a couple of drinks." And I'm like, "All right, well, so give me your key. You shouldn't be driving. Don't move your car into the parking lot. >> Stay on there. >> We'll just stay right here." And then I called for you guys. >> All right. I'm going to start doing some paperwork for the driver's change. >> All right. >> Did your water run the tag and everything already? >> Uh, yeah. I already attached the tag and her license. Excuse me, sir. What do you need? >> So, what happened today, ma'am? >> What? >> What happened today? >> Okay. My husband and I decided that we wanted to go and have sushi. We went to >> and cocktails. >> Go and have sushi at Fujian. >> Okay. >> He had a two. He had two um what do you call them? >> He's not the one pulled over for driving impaired right now. What did you have? >> God, I'm bad at those things cuz I'm not good. Um he had two cocktails. >> I had two cocktails. We had a wonderful meal and we started to leave and then this happened and I do I have no idea what happened. It was very >> I'm not going to talk about what you had now. You already told that other officer you had two cocktails which you know two was that default number but now we going to skip over and now he's just saying what your husband had that wasn't in the car with you. >> Sir, how are you? you listen. Put your behind your back. >> Oh, they was quick with him. I I didn't have time to register. He He got arrested. Cuz you know, we see a lot of patience being given to a lot of people we watch on body cam, but this was really quick. >> No idea what happened. It was very >> Sir. Hello. How are you? >> You don't get behind your back. Y >> I think too cuz it was so calm. This is definitely a nononsense thing. It was so calm. It was like sir sir click click click click click. All I heard click click. He look auntie daddy. You got to look. That's how quiet it happened. Hold on. Look at what he did. You got to look. You can't hear cuz they don't say nothing. They like we done talking. Here you go. >> And I do I have no idea what happened. Sir, sir. >> Hello. How are you? >> You all listen. Put your hand behind your back. >> I'm going say it for people that won't be able to see their screen. He got too close. He should have stayed filming however many feet they say. You can record us, but you got to be so far away. Um, he walked up to the sheriff's window or sheriff deputies window and put that phone up there and they said, "Sir, sir." And they was like, "We done." and just started click clicking those uh that wrist jewelry. That's what happened. It was so fast. She does look like she could be his mom or older aunt. It don't look like that's his wife. And I know age age age differences happen, but to each their own. He was warned not to interfere with their investigation. He was warned. He thought he's going to get two, three more warnings, I think. No, that's her husband. Why cows? That is her husband. At least that's what the title says. And I think she even said I was there with my husband at the sushi place. But yeah, that's her husband. >> Why are you >> There she goes. She audibly said it. Why you arresting my husband? >> I don't give a [ __ ] Why are you arresting my husband? >> Let the police officer >> No, no, no, no. I will not step back. >> I will not step back. >> Let the police officer. >> No. Mying husband is arrested for what? >> Do you see him come up to the thing recording? Um Aku Udo said she going to be deep in the library today. Just so y'all know, you are formerly in the bushes. If you don't chat, you are now called as uh you're in the library. Cuz I really like that analogy. It's pretty cute to me. So, that is credit to Akaudo because I've been saying library since she started putting that in the chat. But, thank you so much for the super chat. Yes, please like on your way in and thank you for the trendy membership. I have to see who got it, but congratulations to the person that got it. And all right, we'll keep going. >> What the? >> He wasn't even driving. I was the driver. >> I'm be as nice as I can right now. You have a seat in the vehicle. >> I'm looking injection. No. >> Follow direction. We're going to actually nicely step away from the fuse. >> If in the end you decide that you don't want a crash report for this, >> do anything. >> So, if you decide that you don't want a crash report for this, at least you do get her off the road. The way she says crash, it sounds like crotch to me cuz I had I'm glad she repeated herself, which obviously crotch report won't make sense. But that is that's what sounded like or that's what it sounded like she said at first. Crotch report. >> This does look like it's minor and it can probably >> I know I can show you. >> It's okay. I was going to find your insurance anyways. But what we're going to do is I'm going to see if my partner Yeah. bad. And I think he is too. >> Please go. >> Hey, please go back to your car. Please go back to the car. The police officer is doing his job. I have absolutely no illegal weapons. My ID is in my wallet. My back six. >> I am a retired US naval officer. This is really ridiculous. Let's have a seat, please. Yes, sir. >> Thank you. Um, we're going to see if my partner mandates that there has to be a crash report for this. But right now, all I'm doing is >> I have her key. >> Jesus Christ. Look at >> I have her key, just so you know. >> She's about to take off again. >> Well, that's what I figured she did. >> She wouldn't want to stop to begin with >> riding. Dang. Is it in reverse? >> This is so >> this part I can't >> Who let her back behind the the wheel? I thought um the officer already took the keys which means you shouldn't be able to switch any more gears. So who does she have the keys back? Cuz at the very beginning the officer took the keys. So what's what's going on with this? And why is she back behind the wheel? I guess she can't do anything cuz there's no keys. Hopefully >> believe this. LISTEN, YOU NEED to snatch He snatched her up. Oh my gosh. Y'all got to look at y'all screen. [laughter] He snatched her up. There's not a lot of talking going on. I'll tell you that much. >> I can't believe this. >> Listen. >> Ow. >> You don't touch me. You do not touch me. You do. [screaming] Ow. You do not touch me. You little [ __ ] Let me get into my car. Let me get into my car. Let me get into my car. Ow. Ow. Ow. Why are you hurting me? >> Why are you not listening? Why are you not listening? >> You're just a I'm sorry. This is awful. >> I need to close my door, please. Can I please close my car door? Can I please close my car door? Oh my god. What are you doing to me? Why are you doing this to me? Oh my god. >> Come over here. >> The you know, I want to get my car. What is wrong with you? >> Why do you do this? >> Why do you do this? I'm really wondering. Why the you doing this? I'm in a hurry. really hurting. >> I'm I'm 71 years old. I'm very hurting. Can you please >> You're 71 years old. You're But you're not listening. >> Yeah. [ __ ] you. >> Okay. >> You know what? Yeah. What am I not listening to? You little [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm sorry. I'm sorry. What the is wrong with you? >> You want controller? >> Got it. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> This is insane. >> Listen, I'm going ask you a question. You might conduct a field exercise. >> I can't hear you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Please, please let me get closer to you so I can hear you. >> Put a spit mask on her. She too close. She's too close. She already been acting too crazy. Y'all know I'm very much an advocate for spit mask. So, I don't know if that's a trick or she really can't hear him cuz she been talking and listening just fine. >> Can you hear me? >> Yes, I can. Sir, >> do you mind conducting a field sobriety exercise? >> Do I What? Say that again. >> Field sobriety exercise. >> Yeah, of course. >> You'll do it >> on a Auntie Natty on the scale of uh [ __ ] keeper to Angela Basset is not looking good for her. She's she's definitely going towards that [ __ ] keeper part of the scale cuz a Angela's what? She's 68 69. How how old is Angela Basset? >> Yeah, of course. Absolutely. >> Give us a second. >> Yeah, I don't have any problem with that. >> She right. >> You guys okay? >> Yeah. You know what? I'll never get this fixed. >> I wanted her off the road. >> Who? >> That woman. >> What do you mean? >> I knew she was drunk as soon as she k got out of the car. >> Oh, okay. >> Drunk or high on something. >> What? because she kept say I'm I'm right here where she hit me and she kept saying I ran into her and she was parked she was parked there and she turned >> well >> and I could feel she hit me and then she kept going and I had to run her down. >> Where where did she hit you at? >> Question for you. She's saying it's minor but she can probably work it. >> Does that count as a tack bun that the officer has? Do we count this as attack bun or not quite? U I'll when I hit play, you'll see it again. All right. Yeah, get back to studying. Akaudo, what are you in school for, by the way? Uh Omar said, "No, I I actually think she was going off on everybody, but they did snatch her up, so they getting the most of her wrath right now." I'm with Poetic Justice. I'm like waiting to see if the N word is coming or not. But I I think it's cuz they snatched her up. She's got more for them. But she I feel like she was equal opportunity at first on her anger. Angela is 68 and looks not a day over 50. Thank you, Noir Angel. Yes. Uh I'm 71. She looks 10 years older than me at least. Auntie Natty, I'm I I get it cuz I'm like I'm seeing the 70 year olds and this ain't how they looking out here. It's crazy. As a kid, you think 70 you about to look dead, but that's not how these 70 year olds are looking out here. Um Angela Bass is 68. Okay, >> question for you. She's saying it's minor, but she can probably work it out. But do we need the crash >> for that to stick? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, I'm going to go ahead and do a crash report. Okay. Just give me a sec. I'm going to finish up this paperwork. >> Okay. I'll get you out of here. >> Go ahead and pace my vehicle. >> I can't do this. I have hurt my hand. Can you please help me? >> Can I help you by you not yelling at me? >> No. No, I'm not yelling at you. I'm trying to have a conversation with you and you keep talking over me. Are you going to stop talking over me? >> Can you tell me if I can get this off because my I have hurt my hand and I'm in a lot of pain. >> Okay. What about that, please? >> What about it hurts? >> The left one. >> You see, let me just >> Okay, stop moving. Stop. Stop moving. You don't need to do that. >> She put your palms together. >> Yes. >> Does that still hurt? Does it still hurt? >> Yes, it does still hurt because I have a left hand that I I I slammed when my dog died. >> Okay. >> And um I I'm >> How does that feel? >> Out of it. >> Much better. Thank you very much. >> Okay, go ahead. Keep your phones together for me. >> Okay. Can you lock it for me, please? >> And I'm just hoping that can I please have some water? >> I mean, in a second. You have nothing on. You could pick folks stick me. Nothing like that. >> I need some water really bad. Really, really bad. Go ahead. Have a seat, ma'am. >> That's cuz you lost all the moisture in your mouth when you was saying cu n t and dropping fb bombs. [laughter] You ain't got nothing left in there. Um. Oh yeah. Happy early birthday, Professor Purple Queen, but I'm hoping I'll obviously see you around when your birthday actually comes up. Are you a Sagittarius? But yeah, Professor Purple Queen says she's about to be 71. And this one look like she's in her 80s. So, she's gonna know. And I'm like, because this is like a hard now, in in my when I was 10 years old, maybe 20 years old, I might think, oh yeah, this is what a 70-year-old looks like. This is not what normally 70 year olds look like around what I'm seeing now. Self-study and general ebo studies, the ebo language, and traditional ego spirituality. Okay. Excuse me, okay. Okay. Thank you. Yes, please. They well they can't hype but everybody when you watch this later please hit please hype it. I appreciate it. Thank you Crystal Gal. That hand was working great when she was guzzling down those strings. Her husband should have known when they left the restaurant restaurant she was hammered but he is too right. And again retired what he say retired naval. I don't remember what he said his rank was but I know you can afford a Uber. Why are either of y'all behind the wheel after drinking? Or again, you probably have friends, buddies to drive you home. Why are we driving? >> I don't know how to do that. >> Go ahead and take your left foot. Left foot up there. >> [ __ ] cold. >> Okay, >> this is ridiculous, you guys. What the is wrong with you? >> And please keep in mind, she actually I said almost, but she actually hit those people. So, she's so impaired she's uh rear ending people. So, what are you mad about? You you the whole attention is on you of being impaired because you hit someone's vehicle. What do you think is supposed to happen? >> The opportunity. >> I'm sorry. This is ridicul I can't do it. >> I can't get out there. Can you get me out here and then put it back on me? >> No, ma'am. Take a step with your left leg. >> I can't. I can't take a step with your left leg. >> Oh, now that's a proper tack bun. Tac bun alert right here. Um, what was I gonna say? I'm surprised they didn't cuff her in the front. That's actually like cuz she ain't gonna do much, you know, like this is a front cuffing situation possibly cuz she ain't swinging or nothing. She got she got a little mouth on her but you know a lot of people have a MOUTH ON THEM. >> SHUT THE UP. >> OKAY. BYE. Get in the car. Figure it out now. >> God evil. >> Yes. No, she got it. I can't. >> You ready? >> Stop. >> I'm trying to help you out now. >> I know you're trying to help me, but I'm 71 years old. It's not like I'm a [ __ ] 30year-old. I'm not a [ __ ] I I don't I need to hold on to something. >> We're holding right here, man. Put your >> Yeah, but you're not helping me. >> Okay, lift up and I'll help. >> Can you Okay. Can you do me a favor? Um help me. >> Yeah, I understand. I understand. >> Who's with her? Her husband is in the back of this one. >> Who's Okay. So, everyone's drinking. >> Well, he showed up on foot and charged at that char. >> Okay. And she's a do you want? >> Yeah. >> Good. >> I can't help that. I can't help it. >> Hold on. Excuse me. >> I need these off. >> You're not getting Well, then you are going to vote yourself and I can't do this. Three equal opportunity fbombs is what I'm thinking so far. But they do need to help her. This woman help her get in this car. How How is she supposed to be coordinated enough? She's drunk. She possibly actually has, you know, back pains or whatever pains. Her arm hurts something, you know, and and she's cuffed in the back. Help. Y'all got to help her get her foot in there some kind of way. >> Pick your left. PICK YOUR LEFT. >> WHY am I being arrested? >> I know. I want to know why I'm arrested. Because you are impaired. >> Oh sh the alcohol on you. >> Let me take you to my vehicle. We'll swap. >> Doesn't matter. I was like a week a walk away from my house. >> She's to come out of >> Back away from the car, Jerry. >> Ma'am, back away from the vehicle. >> OW. >> I can't. >> Ow. >> You want to take the other dude out my car? Just keep your hand. Let's take him out of the car. >> Okay. Thank you. You're being calm right now. Just take a step to the side of this vehicle. Thank you. >> Who is she to you? >> Sir, your wife. >> Where do you guys live? >> My in my backpack here. I do not have any weapons on me. >> I don't think you Florida. I'm I'm a US naval officer. >> I don't. >> So, why is she drinking? >> I see. >> Our friend was lost last night. Our dog got hit run over by a car >> last morning. Okay. >> She's in a really bad state. >> Is that an excuse to drive though? What's >> No, ma'am. Explaining why she is drinking. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Were you guys drinking together? >> No, ma'am. We were not. I was >> You sound drunk as heck. You sure you weren't drink? She She told on you. She said you had some drinks. She just couldn't remember the name of the drinks. >> The bedroom. I did not know she had left the house. All I do was got a phone call. >> Okay. >> I do not have even a speeding ticket. You can check my record. >> I bet you don't. Thank you for being as calm as you are right now. I really appreciate that. Thank you. >> I'm going to be releasing these cups. When I release this cup, you grab uh your corner of your pants. Okay. >> So, we all confused cops. Everybody confused on how they're a couple. Okay, not crazy. Auntie Natty, I see your thing on my phone. It won't it didn't come up on here, but Auntie Netty said, "Now trending. Let yourself a struggle. Her mouth too nasty." Auntie Netty ain't here for it today. [laughter] >> And so, how will you inform me about my wife? >> She's going to call you, contact you from the jail. >> First, she'll be going to the hospital. Then, after that, she'll be going to the county jail. >> I speak to her. M really quickly, we'll roll down the window. >> Thank you. >> Just understand this car is being recorded. So, anything you say to her is being recorded. >> I can't believe this. I'm handcuffed. What the Help me? Help me. What the Help me. Help me. Help me. Yeah, I'm >> going to jail. Listen to Listen. We're going They're arresting you for driving and drunk. You're going to go to jail. We're going to call an attorney. We're going to post a bail. >> Can I have some water, please? I'm dying. >> That'll be up to the officers. I can't help you at this point on this. >> That should charge a bomb. >> I'm surprised the husband's coming around to his senses cuz a lot of times when they show up, it don't it doesn't go back. It doesn't deescalate. It just stays at that high, you know, emotional level. So, I'm actually surprised he's like, "Listen to the officers. We're gonna go through the process." And he still And he is that man sound drunk as heck. And he's still making more sense. >> I saw her. >> That's I'm sorry. I mean, I felt it. I mean, >> I don't know why you wouldn't, but >> she was a little lady. >> What? >> I don't know. She's going I don't know what she's going through. So, >> this is your copy. This is everything about her. And then this is um And did you want the other lady's ID number? So you can put her into the witness, too. I mean, do you need >> the passenger of the other? >> No, it's all right. >> All right. >> So, that's all the information. That's the case number. >> In transit to the hospital, Jerry asks why she's being taken there. When the officer explains that she needs a medical evaluation, she sarcastically flaunts her credentials as a PTSD specialist. >> What are you doing at the hospital? Just asking. >> I'm glad I get you checked out. >> Huh? >> Glad to get you checked out, Curtis. >> You got to be kidding me. I'm a page 29 uh specialist with PTSD for 30 years. Oh my god, this is crazy. This is Okay, just make sure I'm not going to kill myself or anybody. Yes. Dangerous. Yeah. I I can't do this with my arms behind me. I can't do that. >> That's the door. >> Yeah. You know what? Um, I'm 71 years old. What the? >> After the arrest, Jerry was charged with DUI with property damage with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or higher and resisting an officer without violence. She was initially held on a $1,500 bond, which she posted across both charges. One month later, she entered a plea of guilty to both counts and the judge adjudicated her guilty. She was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation and 50 hours of community service. Her sentence included mandatory DUI school, a victim impact panel, driver's license restrictions, and an ignition interlock requirement. In July 2026, an affidavit of probation violation was filed, leading to her rearrest. Following her first appearance, she was ordered held in jail without bond pending her probation violation arraignment. First of all, that whole shift uh and the judge or whoever sentenced her, the prosecutor, no nonsense. I This is refreshing. She That's on her for reviolating it. But that was really good on what she was sentenced for. The charges made sense. Her sentencing made sense. She obviously is used to drinking and driving or violating her probation or whatever. She alcohol is in her life. Um but I'm I am impressed with the whole team on this one, which is not always the case. [laughter] Nor said, "Ma'am, not you crying about being too old to be arrested and now you don't want to be checked out of the hospital." Right? You can't have both now. Yeah. Drunk driving, you get victim impact at in some some states and areas. Not every time because Detroit's really good for it. Um well, maybe the state of Michigan, but I think Detroit has like the cornerstone program that other people take uh examples from. So yes, they and and Judge Bryant, Lenise Bryant, she makes them do victim impact statements and stuff like that and u take a victim impact class and all that stuff or not victim impact statement. I need to stop saying it. Take make them take victim impact classes. Yes, those are mandatory in the good places. Everybody needs to um honestly at least do that. It won't help everybody, but they should have to do it. Yeah, we looking at the town drunk at this point. Wow. I need her last name so I can send her a skin. >> [laughter] >> Um, oh, to my Sagittariuses, Sagittari, I apologize now when I start saying Sagittarist. That is mostly directed to Mr. Trending, so y'all are going to catch strays. But I love you. [laughter] Oh, okay. Before we go to the next video, I am my own sponsor. Okay, there is no sponsor of this channel, but me, myself, and I. So, if you would like an allegedly hoodie or sweatshirt, it is live on my site, same as my channel name, trending at some point.com, or I have the officer Uncle Dad shirts, and I just did the test run for the uh t-shirt. I probably just moved my little thing for the t-shirt, which I'm wearing because I had to make sure that it fit right and that it was soft. And I got it approved. We got the unisex shirt approved by Mr. Trending. And I have the women's shirt and I like it. So yeah. Um but yeah, I'm a sponsor. So I'm going to say it cuz I am sponsoring myself. All right, on to the next one. Officers couldn't stop laughing when they arrived. This is one that I think y'all thought was the other we were playing the other day. So now we'll actually get to watch this one. >> What are you doing? On April 1st, 2023, while on patrol, an officer came across a vehicle stopped in the median while slightly obstructing a westbound lane of travel. The officer went to confront the driver, but was clearly unconscious. They had to act quickly before the driver wakes up and tries to drive off, putting innocent people in danger. >> I really don't want to reach over the rest of the day. >> Is it in gear still? >> Yeah. It's like he just jumped up on the curb and said good enough. >> They're all locked. Unlock it. All doors. Can you just break hard break? Hey buddy, it's time to wake up. Got a park here. There are no keys. He keep reach reaching towards the ignition. >> ADT central. >> Can you start us a unit with a cage, please? >> Hello. What are you doing? Right. >> And that's why you take the keys immediately. So, shout out to these officers as well for taking the keys. But, uh, Omar, good point on the last one. Like, the other one could have been pushed to start. So, if you going to take the FOB that don't have the keys that go in ignition, please also shut the car off or they can still drive for a little bit. But this is why again people are dangerous. He's waking up cuz I think they said they found him sleep. Possibly they found him sleep. He's waking up disoriented but still trying to start the car. Put the car in gear. Take those keys. >> What are you doing? >> Trying to find them. Oh, we got Liz. >> What? >> The keys. Where you going with keys? >> Yeah. >> That's awesome. >> Huh? >> That's awesome. >> Yeah. >> You got an ID on you? You got an idea on anybody? >> [ __ ] stay sitting right there for right now. >> I don't have an idea. >> He's still He's still trying to get out of it. Have y'all heard that Tik Tok sound? But come on. Get up out of it. Get up out of it. [laughter] That's what I'm thinking right now when I'm watching this man. But look at how long it's taking. Which like Omar said, I'm like that too when I wake up sometimes. Same Omar. But yeah, this is this is not good when you're behind the wheel. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> I'll take that. You said there was no insurance on it, right? >> Yeah. I like >> I think it's safe to say we're going to need next line as well. >> Like I pull it over. I was too like two text like keep going. >> Okay. >> Dang. Okay. Well, I will say that he I am glad he tried to just stop driving when he realized he really couldn't do it. Unfortunately for him, most of the state laws are if you are where you could control the vehicle and you're impaired is still a DUI. So unfortunately stopping in your car and sleeping it off is not because if you have access to the keys basically um that we've we've seen it the statute before in some states that's not enough. So the charge still can go but I I personally appreciate him pulling over. I will say that >> how much you been drinking that whole bottle. >> No, that came actually came from the floor. Look. >> Oh, you ain't got open containers, sir. >> You know where you are? >> Yeah. that do the carpet. That ain't a club. >> That's right. Like, >> it's not too far. Okay. >> How much have you had to drink? >> Wait, I could have had that bottle. >> Uh-huh. >> Claire, >> I'm a lightweight. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm a lightweight. >> You're a lightweight? >> Mhm. >> And tips it to keep going. Yeah. >> What time did you start drinking? >> When I got there. >> What's that? >> When I got there, it's like >> What? What time did you get there? >> Maybe like 11:00. >> What time you think it is now? >> Okay. >> I think I said the car was. >> Yeah. I probably would have been a little bit smarter. >> Yeah. Yeah. By the way, you didn't hit nobody this time. >> Thank God. It's the curb. >> Do you have a proof insurance for the car that show? >> Hold on. Hold on. I'm like, do I have to take my kudos back? Because I'm thinking he actually did pull over cuz he was tipsy. Did he just fall asleep? And cuz they said, "Thank God you only hit the curb." Or did he just park really badly as he was pulling over to not continue to drink and drive? if he hit the curb in the midst of actually honestly intentionally pulling over, he keeps my kudos. Um because we have seen people that are asleep at red lights just cycling through red, green, red, green, and they they just fell asleep wherever just in the middle of the road in gear like oh lord. But if he if he was actually parked, he keeps my kudos if he was parked and it wasn't like oh he just went unconscious all of a sudden. >> He's got no insurance. We can at least try to work with you with that. Really? >> Yeah. You got you got on like a phone app or something. Says it's got insurance. >> It's a piece of [ __ ] >> Oh, he didn't even mean to have insurance. Was it What do you Okay. Okay. We're going to talk about the insurance real fast. So, the cops said it a few times. The car doesn't have insurance. Why do you not have insurance? And why are you talking about really I just bought this MF? You have to get insurance separately. So, what do you what does it have to do with you buying the car recently and you having insurance? Cuz see, now the meter of you have more sense than others is really going down right now for me. What do you What does that have to do with anything? You just bought the car. Like they were supposed to get insurance for you. >> What's up, dude? Mr. Can you get out, sir? >> No. Can you put that out? Come over here, bud. Come over here. >> Best spot's probably going to be to walk him over to this parking lot. >> Hey, Mr. Look at me. Look at me. How you doing? You doing all right? >> So, hey, listen. We think that you might have had a little too much to drink. Would you be willing to do a series of standardized field sobriety tests to make sure you're okay to drive? >> I don't even record. >> The editor, you know, the editor is dirty for uh zooming in every time. He zoomed in a few times on this. Y'all, if you've seen me before, you already know I'm going to say I don't think you should do the sobriety test. Now, given a sample of your blood, urine, I do think you Well, if you're not impaired, I feel like that one. Okay. But I just feel like most people are gonna fail this test, sober or not, because these tests are weird. And if you have any bad balance, any bad memory. I have horrible memory when I'm not nervous. I have even worse memory when I start getting nervous. So, you're going to think I'm impaired because I don't remember what you told me, but it's just I can't. My brain turned off on me. So, I don't I I would I hope I would stick to my guns and be like, "No, I don't want to do field sobriety test. take the panic of being in cuffs for a short short time and then get a defense attorney because I wasn't impaired, but I also am not about to fail a test and I'm completely sober because I look like I'm impaired. I have never in my 40 years of driving not had insurance. Me neither. That has not happened in my life. Luna Kittymar said, "Now I was drunk one time in my early 20s. Fell asleep in the Jack in the Box drivethru. The cashier had to come knock on my window. That line was wrapped around the building." Omar, [laughter] just ask for the rich drink. No need for Right. Just just skip. Save time is because this ain't gonna matter. You obviously not gonna pass that test. Trying to get two tacos. They say it's a lot of people that go crazy over Jack in the Box tacos. >> Even know whose car that is. Well, you were in the driver scene and you just said you bought it. >> Yeah, they selling the car. I don't know like Would you be willing to do some field sobriety test? Make sure you're okay to drive. >> Oh, no. Cool. >> No. They sold me the car. >> Save one time. >> It's a nice car. Go ahead and put your hands behind back. >> You turn your palms on your praying facing each other. A little bit more comfortable for you. >> And you don't remember what club you were at? Hello. >> Yeah. Carpet. >> You want to uh read and pod that way? >> That way of course Serena doesn't get subpoenaed for >> Come over here. >> Just walk right back here to the back of my car. You got anything on you I need to know about? >> Stop. Stop pulling away from me. >> I'm cool. you. Okay. Well, I need to search you. There's a process we got to go through. Okay. All right. >> Just bear with me. Okay. You got anything on you that's going to poke into your stick? >> Definitely not. >> Okay. That's a really nice watch you got there. >> It's folded in half and stuff. >> I don't really like that. He said it's a really nice watch. I don't know why, but I don't like it. >> Probably ripped. lot of money. We're just going to leave your money in your pocket. Okay. A man, we're going to have a seat. Okay. Go ahead and have a seat. Listen to me. It might be easier if you just put your butt down first, okay? And slide yourself back in the seat. >> Dude, we were He had us dying when we started this. We're like, "How'd you get here?" He's like, "I was too tipsy." So I pulled over like, "What club were you at?" And he pointed at Dalton Carpet. We're like, "No, >> we'll make it a nice easy trip." All right. >> Get you in and out. While searching the car, officers discovered an almost empty bottle of gray goose and an empty can of Bud Light. The suspect was booked for driving under the influence, driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, and two counts of open container violation. On June 5th, 2023, the suspect plead guilty to DUI driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, and one count of open container violation. The remaining open container violation charge was dismissed. He was sentenced to 11 days of confinement, 36 months of probation, ordered to complete 480 hours of community service, ordered to pay a 2,16 fine, $50 in court costs, and $25 in fees. >> Well, guys, I do have to pull my kudos back. This man driving with no insurance and a suspended license before we even get to the impairment part. So, I take it back. I I have no kudos for him. I I can't. Not with that. You're not supposed to be driving cuz you have done something else to not have a license. No. Yeah, me too, Sharon. Ain't no point. Ain't no point. Okay. 60-year-old teacher acts like a toddler during DUI stop. So, let's see what this one's about. >> What registration means? Let it go. This is my paperwork. You are kidnapping me. I'm afraid of you. >> On July 19th, 2026, an officer in Florida watched a driver run a red light and make an illegal U-turn, forcing multiple oncoming cars to swerve out of the way. However, after pulling her over, what started as a routine traffic stop quickly began to escalate. Here's what the officers did next. >> I'm so sorry. I was trying to turn >> this showing expired as of June of this year. >> I beg you pardon. I was trying to turn. I guess I didn't do it wrong. >> Are you drunk? >> No. >> What's wrong? >> Okay, we got another straight to the point officer. Also, I heard something's expired. Don't know if it's license or insurance. I didn't catch that part, but here we go again. >> You not know how to drive? There's a red turn signal. >> A red arrow. done for. >> There is a green light and a red arrow and you're almost hitting people. How much have you had to drink? >> None. >> I'm sorry. >> Where's your driver's license? >> Where? >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm going to visit my family. >> So, where are you trying to get to? >> I'm going back to Pensacola. I'm going to go home to Mississippi tomorrow. >> Where are you staying in Pensacola? >> By the church, the big church. St. Paul's Church. you have registration. >> He got to be rude. He said she turned on a red arrow. So that was a left well left or right turn, but most time it's a left turn, right? And she almost hit people. He got to fuss. He needs to fuss now. If it had have just been we saw you swerve on the line a little bit. I'm like, well, you kind of strong, but no, she almost hit people. Mm- >> I'm not sure what registration means. I mean, I know what registration means, but I'm not sure. It's usually in your glove compartment and it usually has the expiration tag number. It's a small white piece of paper. >> Small white piece of paper. Okay. >> I don't see it off hand. Can I please have a little bit more time to look for? I'm not sure. >> Are you on medication or something or some? >> How much did you have to drink? >> None. >> None. >> Can you please um give me a little bit more tonight? So, registration. >> Well, I'm smelling a little odor of alcohol. You telling you tell me that's not you? >> No, it's not me. >> Fast forward 12 minutes. The officer is running Angela's information when she steps out of her vehicle uninstructed, waving paperwork. >> This is my car insurance. This is USAA and this is my driver's. Maybe this will be helpful. Maybe it will help to have my insurance. >> Okay. I mean, it'll help maybe that to show you have valid insurance, but it ain't going to help that impairment part. >> How much did you have to drink? >> None. >> You haven't had a sip of alcohol all day? >> No, I'm okay. Drink alcohol. >> Just cuz you're okay doesn't mean you are okay. How much did you have to drink? >> None. You're really very accusatory and you're scaring me. I feel like I need to >> Your driving your driving pattern and you running a red light almost causing a wreck and you almost getting t-boned is a problem. >> Well, I was just trying to turn around like at the turn light >> at a red light. >> I'm sorry. You're making me feel very very worried. Is there anywhere I can go like just out of the rain right now? Like, is there something we can >> I'm not comfortable with you driving away from here. >> Can I please go to the bathroom? I don't even I've already called my friend. She works for a lawyer. She's a parillegal. I'm just like so worried right now. I don't know what is going on. >> Okay. You are operating a motor vehicle in an unsafe manner. You are not okay to drive. >> All right. I can leave this car here and just get an >> I wouldn't have been driving in the first place. Again, this she is and >> well, all of them I look at, but this is again I look at this as attempted murder because you they said she almost got t-boned. She almost hit people. People don't always survive these wrecks and the drunk people usually survive. No, you going to get fussed at. We don't care about your anxiety or whatever's going on. You going to have to deal with this and know you can't just leave the car now. You got to go to jail. >> Pass that point. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety task? >> I'm not doing anything right now because I don't understand this. I'm sorry. I just need to go to the bathroom >> and lying about well based on the title cuz I have not watched this. I am blind watching this. Blind reacting. But possibly lying about drinking at all because he's like I got the odor of alcohol. Could that be you? She's the only car out there in open air. He smell alcohol. But if she's saying she don't drink at all at all. If she got something in her system. So now you also lying about drinking. You almost killed people. I'm going to guess she almost made a left turn on a red arrow because she needed to turn around. You're a danger. You're dangerous. You are an almost killer. >> Can I please go to the restroom? >> No. Are you You need to answer my question. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety task? >> No, because I don't I don't understand what that means and I don't know you. >> There's a series of tasks that I need to perform or need you to perform to prove to me whether you're under the influence of alcohol or not. >> I just need to sit down for a minute and like really compose my thoughts. You're making me feel very very worried. >> No, this is this is nothing to be worried about. It is worrisome because you're bigger than I am and I'm afraid of you. >> Okay, I am not threatening you at all. >> You are very threatening. You're scaring me half to death. >> Okay, listen. You are detained for operating a motor vehicle in the manner that you were operating it. Okay? So, we're only here because of you. I want you to understand that part. Do you understand that? >> We're here because of you. >> No, no. We're here because of you cuz you almost hurt somebody >> by your driving. Oh my lord. >> Yes. park. >> I'm just trying to get you off of the roadway. >> I'm off the roadway. >> Luckily, we are now. >> Jazz hands is wild. Uh Ashley said she trying to think of a lie. What she want to do? Yeah, she need to compose herself so she can think of these lies. That's exactly it. She need time to figure out what the heck just happened. She's trying to get that alcohol out of her system by fidgeting and stalling. Didn't we talk about that yesterday? They really think like I can stall long enough to get this alcohol burned off. But now I have an investigation to conduct. >> Oh my gosh. >> For you being under the influence of alcohol. >> Really? >> Yeah. We had two incidents yesterday where people were drunk and driving and hurt somebody. >> Well, I'm not doing any of those things. I just need to park the car, >> go to the restroom, call my friend, and let her know it's going to be a little bit more time before I get there because of this. So, >> okay. I need you to give me a yes or a no. >> Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety test? >> You're scaring me to death. No. I'm afraid of you. I'm afraid of you. I'm afraid of a setup. I'm afraid of you. >> Hey 12, I need another unit. Uh 806 if you're available. >> May I please see my paperwork? >> N uh I'm going to hold on. >> No. Let it go. This is my paperwork. This is my insurance paperwork. Really? What are you doing? Are you crazy? >> Hey, you need to calm down. >> No. You're not going to take stuff out of my head. >> No, ma'am. >> Oh my. >> That on some people's wrists, that click click click of those cuffs is so satisfying. As they update handcuffs, please keep the click click click sound because it is it's ASMR for the people that need to be arrested. [laughter] >> We're not going to play these games. >> Really? >> We're not going to play these games. >> Oh, we're not playing. >> You're not going to You're not going to yank stuff out of my hand. >> No. My lord. I >> 1 to 10. because she tried to pull her paperwork away from the officer and walk off. She's now detained. But instead of complying, she escalates the situation. >> Oh my lord. >> You are causing these problems right now. >> Oh my lord. >> Come on. >> No. Stop. Please stop. >> You're going to stop resisting me at this point. >> Cuz now you are in handcuffs >> because of your actions. >> No. Because of you taking advantage of a lady. >> This has nothing to do with you being a lady. This has everything to do with you operating a motor vehicle in the manner that you were operating it and you acting like you were just acting right there. Okay. So now I want you to sit in the back of my car. >> No, I'm afraid of you. You're scaring me. I'm very afraid of you. >> I have not hurt you. I have not hit you. >> You're hurting me. These handcuffs are hurting me. They are very on too tightly and I'm very afraid of you. You're scaring me. >> You need to have a seat. >> No. No. No. No. No. You're tight. You are kidnapping me. I'm afraid of you. Please stop. Please stop. You're scaring me. >> Sit down. >> I'm very afraid of you. Please stop. >> You are. >> How old are you? >> I'm 60. >> Exactly. You need to start acting like you're 60. >> I am 60. >> No, you are not acting. You are not acting in a mature manner. >> Do you not understand what we are doing right now? You need to sit inside this vehicle. >> Please stop trying to apprehend and force me. >> You are detained and you are going to sit in the back of my car. Please stop trying to manhandle me. If you would please let me go, I would feel less threatened. I'm feeling very threatened right now. >> Please stop threatening me. >> You are resisting me. >> It's because you're scaring me. >> Okay, here go a lady. Lady for lady. Is that going to make you feel better, ma'am? I think she had a tag bun. We shall see. She walked by pretty fast. >> Look who I have here. A female officer. Is she scaring you? >> I'm very scared of him. Would you please please please? >> We're going to take you to her car. >> We're gonna come to my car. >> You're gonna sit in a car. Do you understand that? >> I get it. >> Okay. >> Watch your knees. >> All right. What's up? >> Backup arrives on scene. Officer Hart uses this time to summarize exactly what led to Angela being in handcuffs. She came down this turn lane at like 5 miles an hour. >> The uh green light was on >> obviously with a red arrow >> and she's bumping out >> to U-turn with the red arrow >> right in front of me and then you turns and slowly comes in here after I light her up. She's obviously impaired. >> Yes. >> So I asked her to do a field so bright test. She says no I'm not doing anything. And then she hands me this paper. She steps out of her car, walks back to me, and hands me this. And I take it >> after the fourth time I ask her. She says no. She tries to yank it out of my hands and says, "No, I'm leaving." >> And then tries to leave. >> So then I detain her at that point. >> Okay. >> And then now she's she's sitting where she's sitting. At this point, she has refused. >> Yep. >> So wait for Sarge to get here. Maybe he can talk her since to her. >> Okay. >> But he's on his way. >> Yeah. >> He just said he was talking to old >> ma'am. No, we >> This one of the few times on body cam for me that I've seen them pre-all the sergeant cuz I don't think she said I want to talk to your sergeant. I want a supervisor. So if she didn't, this is Yeah, I don't see this often where they like I'm just going to go ahead and get the sergeant out here. >> Cannot right now. You were being detained right now. When our sergeant gets here, we will talk to you in just a second. Okay. >> All right. This lady, >> she obviously shows me signs of impairment while she's in the vehicle. I get her driver's license. >> I ate at First Watch. It was pretty good. Um, it's a I guess it's like a healthier place, but I did like it. They had some some type of I'mma call it bejeweled bacon. It's that's not what it was, but it was some kind of fancy bacon that that it was like glazed and honey or something was going on. Love the bacon and the they were nice there. I tried one in Texas. >> I asked her for a registration. She can't find it. >> Okay. >> And then she steps out of the car. So, I walk up to her and I meet her right here and she hands me this paper. I grab it and fold it and I'm talking to her about possibly being impaired. I ask her to do her field sobriety test. She says no. She just talked to her friend who's a lawyer and she's not doing anything for me. I ask her another three or four times and she says no each time. By the after the fourth time I tell her, she tried to yank this out of my hand >> and pull away from me. >> So I grab her and detain her. >> Okay. >> So that's where we are at this point. >> So what are you doing DUI? Are you doing DUI? Well, I was going to, but she obviously refused to do stand out. >> Did you tell her what your clues or your your suspicions were? >> So, I told her I smell alcohol. >> Okay. >> And I believe she's impaired. >> Okay. >> So, I did not get to the point of what happens if she refuses. You know what I mean? >> Now, listen closely to what the backup officer says here. Angela attempted to use fear as an excuse for her behavior. A tactic that doesn't work when the officers communicate. >> Yes, she did. I was I was going to say it earlier, but she used all the trigger words. You're bigger than me. I'm scared for my life. Um, I'm a lady. What What did she say? And I'm a lady goes in conjunction with the other ones. Alone, not so much. But there was something else as if she he was like, I don't know how to put it, but basically like as if he was already attacking her and it was because he could do it cuz he was a man or something. But yeah, she was using a lot of trigger words, a lot of them. >> The moment I got here, she was like, I'm terrified of him. I'm terrified of him. He's scaring me. Okay, we ain't coming with me and get back in my car then. >> Yeah, ma'am. I'm starting bank. So, >> wait. Pause before the sergeant talks cuz Yep. Thank you, Ace. That was the other thing I needed to say. I didn't hear them. And maybe they're going to after the sergeant talks to her, but I didn't hear them read the little standardized statement that most police departments seem to have where they tell you the consequences of if you refuse to take the test, like your license may be suspended and all this other stuff. So I'm like, are they gonna read it later or do they not have to say it where they're located? >> Will you come with me and get back in my car then? >> Yeah, ma'am. I'm starting bank. So Officer Hart needs to talk to you. >> Ma'am, please step out of the car. >> Nope. I need you to sit right there. Just listen for me. Okay. >> Can you please let these handcuffs loose? >> We'll adjust those. We'll adjust those. Give me a second. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, listen to Officer Hart for me. >> Okay. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety test? >> Yes. >> I've asked you that before. >> So, yes, you will. >> Yes. >> Okay. Yeah. What's your name, young lady? >> Angie. >> Angie. All right, Miss Angie, are you are you volunteering to do standardized field sobriety test? Let me finish. On your own free will, not being coerced or being forced to do that. >> I definitely feel forced and coerced. >> Okay. So, then we will not do standardized field society test. >> He's very much scaring me to death. >> Okay. We can't have you do it if you feel like you're coerced. He's just going to have to base his uh arrest off of his interaction with you and the totality of circumstances. Okay. So, go ahead and let her know. >> Okay. You want to arrest for DUI? >> I'm scared of you. Okay. Um, >> ask to provide a breath sample. >> Are you willing to provide a sample of your breath to determine its alcohol content? >> I No, I don't even know what that means. >> Even after being placed under arrest, Angela continues to >> You're a teacher and you don't know what that means to for a breath test that people that it's 14y olds out here that knows what that means. What do you mean you don't know what that means? Just lying. Just like she lied and said she she didn't drink any alcohol. play games. >> By figning ignorance to the breath test, she triggers an automatic refusal. >> You still refuse to submit to the test I've requested. >> Yeah, I I don't want to do anything without my attorney here. >> All right. So, here's the deal. >> Angela is placed under arrest and an officer fetches her personal items to take the booking. >> And should I get my purse? >> We'll get We'll grab that for you. >> We'll get that in your phone. >> And everything. >> You got her license? >> Uh, yes. Okay. >> It's an out of state license. You want me to keep it? >> Yep. Oh, yeah. So you make sure >> what does she need out of here? >> Her purse, her phone if you see it. >> You good to go over here, buddy? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. You got to slip. >> Uh, I will not front seat. Not >> I'm going to ask her as this. >> Put not front seat. >> Yes, sir. >> Which one's your purse? >> The black one. >> The black one. >> That one in the car. Does it have a wallet in it? >> It's right here. >> This one? Okay. It's going to be up there. >> Okay. Well, I'm put putting these back in your vehicle. With Angela on her way to jail, the officers complete the required vehicle inventory and hand the car over to a tow truck >> that goes in the vehicle. I mean, there's just a bunch of mission right here. I mean, it's giving hoarder. I don't think she's homeless. So, it's giving hoarder if she's not homeless. >> Damn. I can't even get on. What's up? That's just a bunch of missile sign. >> Hey, uh, are you cool with my hook and breaking around that gas station? >> Yeah, that works, man. >> I'll meet you over there. >> After the arrest, prosecutors formally filed charges against her for driving under the influence, refusal to submit to DUI testing, careless driving, and failure to stop at a steady red light. She was held on a $1,000 bond, which she later posted. She has since entered a written plea of not guilty to the charges. At this time, the case is still ongoing. >> See, now I will say she ain't let them touch anything. So, depending on her defense attorney and how things go, they might not follow through with it cuz all they have is the body cam for her. That's why I'm like, take take the cuffs now. Do not take them tests and let's see how it works out. But also, I don't um condone her drinking and driving though. I don't I don't like that. She really could have killed somebody. Uh said, "Oh, I said I don't think homeless collect pool noodles." Okay. Okay. I missed the pool noodle part. Okay. So, now as we have seen, as Noir had pointed out, all those cops, they didn't have patience. They were done done. This title says, "Cops unlimited patience runs out when she does this." So, let's watch it. >> Officers responded to a gas station for a welfare check [music] after two siblings reported their mom behaving erratically and unable to drive anymore. >> I'm going to be out. We're going to >> Oh, disclaimer. I can't remember if she was actually drunk or if it was a different reason she was acting like this, but I hate that uh the kids had to had to see her like this. We at the gas station. This your mom here? Yeah. Hello, ma'am. Can you turn your car off? >> All right. Can you just pay me the keys while we figure out what's going on here? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'll be right back. Okay. Do you need medical attention? >> No, I'm just >> Okay. You guys want to walk over here and talk to me? >> Uh, she just the street. >> Where's home? >> Home. What's the history like with mom? Does she have mental issues or no? I mean, she drinks a lot. >> She still does. >> Okay. Well, the kids cleared that up. She drinks a lot. So, here we are. >> I don't know. They don't come here often. >> What brought you guys here? >> Mom and my dad and mom got married. My mom is over here. >> So, she lives here. >> Did you guys call dad? You guys live with dad? >> Yeah. >> Did you guys call dad? I called dad. He car. >> Okay. Is dad working? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, mom is the only one that you guys know in this area. >> You guys don't. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm going to put you guys in my car for now. So, you guys stay dry and then I'm going to figure out what to do with mom. Okay. You guys been with mom since when? Today? >> Since Saturday. >> Saturday. >> Saturday. Okay. Did Did she drink today? >> I don't know. No. >> Okay. Does she have anything? Does she have any Did you see her do any or anything? >> All right. You guys want to sit in for a minute? You guys are don't have to stay in there, but I want you guys to be dry and All right. >> All right, man. What's your name? Say it again. Okay. What's going on with you today? Your kids could say that you're a little bit off. Not normal state. Is this your normal state? >> Now, were you drinking today? >> My normal state? >> Yeah. Were you drinking today? >> Yeah. >> You were today. This morning? All right. How much did you have to drink? >> You want to be safe? >> How much did you have to drink today? You want me to be safe? >> What? >> How much did you have to drink today? >> I'm very sick. >> All right. You have ID? >> Yes. >> What time did you have your last drink? Do you know? Do you feel like you need an ambulance? >> No. >> Her slurred speech was indicative of alcohol consumption. But when officers questioned her, the female turned a deaf ear and continued staring at them. >> Step out of your vehicle for me. Your seat belt unhooks on the other side. You have any medical condition? You can leave your bag in there. here. Go on. >> I always appreciate when cops ask if someone has a medical condition because some things show up as if you're drunk, high, impaired, but you're you're you didn't take anything. You just have a mental or medical issue. >> You can leave your bag in here. You can leave your bag in here. You're about to be under arrest in a minute. You can leave your bag in here. >> I'm being arrested. >> You can leave your bag in here. I'm going to give you one more opportunity to leave your bag in there. Go ahead. Go on that side of your car. >> Ma'am, come over here. We got a couple tests we're going to do with you. All right. >> Yeah, sure. >> Huh? You You all right with doing some tests? All right. Come back here. All right. Have you ever done any of this type of testing before? >> No. >> All right. I'm going to demonstrate it. All right. And then I'm going to have you do it. Okay. >> Oh, and the cringe that's coming. I believe she's one of the ones that flirts. So, we got to deal with her acting like this. And she going to flirt. You you all right? Do you have any type of medical conditions? Do you have any type of medical conditions? Can you answer my question? Can you answer my questions? Oh my god. Why are you going to make this difficult? >> Huh? Ma'am, are you going to follow the instructions? Are you going to follow my instructions? If not, you're going to be placed under arrest. >> Hello. >> Lovable. That's her flirting. That's not a death stare. She's trying to flirt. That's her. I'm trying to look deeed. >> All right. Well, I guess we're going to play these games. You need to listen. You need to back off. >> Did you see what she just did? I'mma go back. Here you go. Another flirty move. That's what I'm calling it. Tell me if you see something else. But here we go. >> You need to listen. You need to back off. I'm giving you your space. You're going to give me my space. You understand that? >> All right. You're about to be under arrest. Just stay right there and do not come any closer. All right. Or you're going to be placed under arrest. >> Do you want to go through these instructions and do you want to follow my instructions and do the test to determine whether or not you're impaired? Do you want to do that? Huh? Oh my god. I'mma give a tip. This is this is how can I put this? What from what I've observed, this is the thing. There's no point in flirting if there's not already like a thing happening there. And I'm not saying you should flirt with cops. I'm just saying in general, read the room. You kind of start seeing if there's some leeway coming before you become super really cringy and obvious about stuff. If there's no cracked door for this, you look crazy. You have any metal? They say the only thing she doesn't have any mental, I don't think. Do you take anything today? Unable to get any answers from the female, the officers decided to call up the kid's dad to ask if he had any useful information. >> Hey sir, I'm sorry to bother you. I'm just trying to figure this out. >> No, thank first of all, thank you guys for showing up. Those are my kids that you're with. >> Okay. >> Those kids live with me. >> Uh but I it was her birthday this past weekend, so I let them go see her. >> They stay with me and she's she's got like alcohol problems. I don't know what she's >> but she's clearly on something if they can figure out that she's intoxicated. >> She's not she's really not acting normal. We're just >> if she has known drug and alcohol problems. I just feel like the family court should have already had supervised visitation only because she lit she could have killed those kids. Like she could have because she's allowed to drive have them in her custody unobserved. I don't think I family courts. Let's be a little more strict when people have documented issues because come on now, there's no way she should have them kids by herself. >> Trying to figure out what does she usually take? Do you know? >> From what I'm I don't know cuz I saw I stopped talking to her. But from what they've been telling me, it sounds like it's some form of pills. >> Did you take anything today? Are your kids supposed to go back with your dad today, >> ma'am? >> She's all I know. My eyes complete. >> Yeah. >> What is she saying? >> You're so hot. >> Oh god. >> Oh, dude. She's like she's like licking her lips at me. I'm like, "All right, this is going to be weird. What's going on?" Typically, when somebody asks a a question, it solicits a response from people. What's going on today? I don't think this is going to work. >> Are you taking anything today? Like alcohol, stuff like that. Like what's going on? >> She did tell me that she drank at us >> when I asked her earlier. >> This isn't normal, right? Is this how you normally are? All right, good talk. Yeah, I would probably get her medical attention at this point. You need medical attention? That's a good call because this is not the typical DUIs we normally see. The not talking at all. Um, she does not seem like she's there at all. I'm with Ace on how it's a miracle they even made it to this parking lot. But yeah, let's let's tighten up this uh custody visitation stuff really quickly. Really quickly because the she don't care about putting the kids at risk. Mm- >> Yes. No. Yeah. >> I mean, >> it's not though. I mean, it we can we can get a search warrant and we can get blood very easily based on >> So, the dad told me that she likes to pour vodka in a water bottle. And >> and I think it's that one that's right there on the bottle. >> They don't go in the car. The female made multiple attempts to go back into her vehicle. And when asked about the bottles, she demanded the officers to sniff them with their long noses. >> Don't go in your car. >> Stay out of the car. Stay out of the car. Stay out of the car. Stay out of the car. >> She has multiple water bottles in it. What's in What's in your water bottle? >> Go sniff it. Go sniff it. >> What is it? >> Go sniff the water bottle. What is it? That's water. >> Is it? All the water bottles in there have water. >> Sniff it. >> No, I don't want to go sniffing at your stuff. >> That's what you're supposed to do. >> Did you have anything to drink today? >> No. That's what you're supposed to do. >> You're supposed to sniff your water. Sniff it. >> None of us. None of us big nose. >> Yeah. >> Go sniff. I know. She finally didn't start talking and then and uh insult the officer talking about she got a big nose. I know you didn't. and then go sniff the water. She finally talking and that's the thing she chooses to say. >> Are actually out of calibration and we're not able to sniff the water bottle today. >> Yeah. >> Just none of us have a calibrated nose to be able to sniff that and know what it is. All right. >> What What exactly what exactly is going on today? Because now you're actually responding to me. Like have you taken medications? Have you taken alcohol? Have you been like what is going on? Is this your Is this your normal Okay. I'm I'm sorry to hear that. I >> I just told you. >> Okay. I'm sorry to hear that. >> Listen to me. >> Unfortunately. >> Listen. Listen, honey. >> Don't call me honey. I'm not >> I'll call you honey. >> No, I'm not going to respond to honey. >> I will call you honey. >> All right. >> Guess what? >> What's that? >> Guess what? >> I'm not guessing. We're not gonna play a game. >> She's going back there again. She bit her bottom lip, y'all. more flirting. Um, yeah, that's saying honey sweetie condescendingly. I don't like it >> here. I'm not guessing. >> So, what's going on? Why? Why? Why are you acting like this? Is this how you normally act? >> This is how you normally act. >> Yeah. Okay. We're going to have somebody come out and they're going to talk to you and see try to figure out what's going on with you. All right. >> Thank you. >> We're going to have a mental health professional come out and speak to you. Is that what you need? You need to talk to somebody. >> I do. >> You need You need mental mental health help? >> I need help. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Hey, I'll get here. Let's do this. >> I'm I'm I'm pretty annoyed, so I'm going to leave. >> That's what we needed the other cop to do. You start getting too annoyed, let somebody else take over before you make a bad decision. Um, okay. Okay, I was thinking about Jesus, I lied. But um what was I going to say? Okay, so that was her second attempt flirting with a different police officer cuz that's not the one she did at first cuz the other one he had the arm tats and different hair and he had his uh well, they both had a hat on, I think. But yeah, so second officer attempt to flirt. Insult the woman cop, of course. Why not insult the woman cop? Because we can never just be nice to the woman cop, right? Um I'm not doing this with you, Omar. Yeah, he gonna go sit down there now. Tango, I don't know if you were here. Just so you know, we thought he was calling on Jesus and Allah, but the girl's name was Allah. So when we say that, we just this we're not saying it like like Allah Allah. We just saying it cuz the girl's name was Allah. He's like Jesus Allah. [laughter] >> I think she's probably >> I do. The same officer who she called handsome tries to talk some sense into her, but the female was just too distracted by his beauty and couldn't stop flirting. >> Ma'am, listen. They're going to have somebody come out and talk to you. All right. Listen. We don't want to put you in handcuffs. Just listen. Listen to me. All right. Just listen. I know. But listen to me. Listen. Stop. Listen what I have to say. >> Stop. Just listen. We have somebody coming out to talk to you. All right? We would rather you go see somebody at the hospital or something than than to put you in handcuffs and bring you back. All right. >> And and you're not we're not saying you are. >> Hey, listen to me. We're not saying >> the street. >> Where? >> At the street. >> If you were to let me know so we can get you home. You understand that? >> I can walk. I feel like we saw the stages of peak high drunk to it kind of wearing off enough for her to be like this. I feel like we actually saw the phases of the high wearing off. >> I don't need you to take me home. My beautiful man. >> All right. I I appreciate that. >> Stop. Go back over here, please. Yeah. >> Can we can we put her in the back of your car until we >> The kids are in there. Ikeman, move your car out. >> Wrong. I did it wrong. >> Well, we have somebody to talk to. Until then, >> can I just go home? I didn't do anything wrong. >> Well, no. We don't think you can. You have the ability to drive. >> I I'm right there. I'm right here. >> I don't believe you cuz you're not even telling me where you live. You said it's none of our business. >> Guess what? >> Guess what? >> What? >> Guess what? >> Turn back around and go back by your car. I appreciate it. Come on. Since they do have the resources to have this many cops out here, she needs to be riding with that the the female cop or someone else she hasn't interacted with in this manner. That's dangerous. Hopefully, she will not be getting in his vehicle when she ultimately is arrested or or goes to the hospital. I don't know which one. >> Oh, >> there you go. Stay right there. >> I'm going to stay right there. >> You're going to stay right there. >> Guess what? Guess what? >> What? >> Guess what? Guess what? Guess what? Guess what? >> You got to say what? >> I'm not telling you. >> I'm not telling you. >> Why? >> No, no, no. Stay over here. Stay over here. >> Babies, >> ma'am, >> I can't talk to them. >> No, they don't want to talk to you right now. They're upset with you right now. >> They don't want to talk to you. So, >> whatever. She just >> I wouldn't take it of a knife. Wow. >> The officers were running out of patience, but the female kept running her foul mouth and even tipped the hat off of one of the officers. >> You ugly. >> I was born this way. Sorry. >> You're ugly. >> Sorry. >> I got bad genetics. >> You're very ugly. Thank you. You're welcome. >> You're welcome. She got the most to say about everybody, but you're a parent right now. Your kids are in there watching you under this state. >> Yes, YOU ARE. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE CUSTODY OF YOUR KIDS. >> OKAY. >> You don't know. >> Okay. Whatever it is, it's not It doesn't make you Yeah. Help us understand. >> You know, y'all don't care. You don't know. >> So, you don't know. >> Stop. No. >> Y'all can't hold me. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I'm with that cop. She is an itty parent. That is exactly. You want to talk about superficial looks, opinionated, subjective looks, you are an itty parent. How about that? What you going to say back to that? Nothing. And and then she said, "That's why that's why you can't have custody of your kids." Those are facts. Those are not opinions of how you look. That is a fact. >> Ma'am, >> what? >> I'm free to go at this point. Please. >> I know. I'M FREE TO GO. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. >> You are not. I did not do anything wrong. >> You cannot operate this vehicle. We don't feel safe that you can operate. >> Then take me home. >> Huh? >> And take me home. >> Why don't you just perform the test for this other officer over here? >> I know what that cost. >> What? You >> I know what that cost. >> Okay. >> Yeah. run away the ugly German. I know that car. >> You know what? What cost? >> You know what I mean? You know what I mean? >> No. Please elaborate. >> You You do. >> I do. >> I don't think I do. I don't. >> I don't though. >> If you don't, then you're stupid. >> Oh, man. >> Is there anything else? >> If you don't, then you're stupid. >> Okay. >> Get out of my way. >> Yeah. Yes. Get out of my way. You're wearing a suit. My brother called a uniform. >> One of my brothers saw all of his stuff. So they don't care. >> Your brothers are who troopers. >> Okay. >> What does that have to do with anything? >> I'm an idiot and I'm your idiot. >> I apologize. >> You should I apologize. I apologize for being so ugly and stupid in your presence. I apologize. >> You should get out of my Get out my face. >> I I have a boob. See that in my face? >> That's Yeah, that's Yep. There you go. >> Oh, this must have been where she tipped his hat. I'm going to go back cuz I missed the tip if that's what happened. So, he's like, "All right, that's it." Cuz the the narrator says she ended up tipping uh one of the cops hats. >> You should get out my get out my face. >> I had to do >> that in my face. That's >> Yeah, that's what Yep. There you go. >> Give me your other hand. >> Yeah. >> Oh, she smacked him. She's I think I don't think it's a change of mental stat. I think she's under the influence, but she's just being extremely difficult and her two kids were in the car. I'm female 1420. >> Thank you, sir. >> Watch your head. >> There you go. >> At the jail, the female refused fingerprinting and breathalyzer, continued calling the officers gay, and told them they'd cheat on their wife if they saw her in a bar. >> There we go. To the left, please. Thank you. 18. >> Stand right there. >> Very gay. >> Stand right there. >> Very game. >> Stand there. >> That way. >> Guess what? Guess what? >> Huh. Well, this is interesting. I wonder what the prosecutor would end up doing with that because she does touching the hat count as battery? That's the question in my mind because if they don't want to go straight to battery in case maybe battery wouldn't stick cuz she did the hat and not him that maybe that's why they're saying assault cuz yeah contact is battery but maybe because she did it to the hat they're like let's let's do a salt chart on that one. They showed him earlier naturally being yourself. I think he had a if that's the same one she' been flirting with the whole time with the arm tattoos. There is a part in the more beginning they show his face from the probably the woman his partner's camera POV >> and you okay now what >> ma'am what now what >> am I going to do >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> I'll see you in the bar. >> You're going to cheat on your wife and you're going to be gay. That's how it is. You're going to cheat and your wife and you're going to be gay. >> H. >> Yeah. >> Are you going to let us fingerprint you? >> I'm sorry. >> I said, "Are you going to let us fingerprint you?" >> No. >> No. The 31-year-old female was charged with assault on police, DUI, endangering welfare of children, obstructing the administration of law, refusal to be fingerprinted, and refusal to a breath test. >> Step out of the vehicle, please. We don't have a taser. >> Taser on me, >> man. >> There's a twofer in here. Lovable. We supposed to watch this one, too, or just the mom? I'mma come back. I'll wait for your answer. We were supposed to watch this second lady cuz I got the other ones for sure that I like like this. Who sent this? The most obnoxious drunk Karen arrest in history. So here we go. >> Pay me. >> I would prefer not >> pay me. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. >> Can you roll rescue arresty is unable to breathe. >> We've all heard the saying, no one wants to see how the sausage is vain. And in policing, we have something very similar when it comes to taking a drunk driver off of the street. It's very fulfilling to take them off the streets. But the process of the arrest is very often unpleasant. Sometimes it involves them screaming at the top of their lungs, flopping on the floor, faking a seizure, trying to bite an officer. This is one of those. >> Hello. >> Sorry. >> For what? >> Are you okay? >> Huh? >> All right. We We got a call about your driving that you were having problems staying in the lane. So, and I thought it was weird that you kind of like put your turn signal on and you took a while to figure out where you're going and then when you made the left, you made this really wide turn. You okay? >> Okay. Thank you for saying all that out loud. Shout out to the people that called that were concerned about her driving before she hurt somebody. >> Okay. You sure? Okay. You have your license, registration, proof of insurance? What's the matter? Why you crying? You sure you're okay? Is there anything I can do for you? Is everything Do you have your license, your registration and proof of insurance? 6101. I got your license. I just need your insurance. Of >> course. >> Looks like you were doing some shopping on the mainland. Huh? >> What? What do you want from me? What? What? What do you want from me? >> Like I said, I just wanted to make sure that Hold on. Video stopped moving. Let me reset it. Okay. You are okay to drive and go home. >> So, this is really interesting. There was a call that came in about this vehicle reported to dispatch. The officer observed the vehicle do some things that would lead the officer to believe that the person was not driving in the proper manner. And now we have some observations that through training and experience would lead me to believe this person may likely be drinking. The slur speech, the movements, the eyes, those three things coupled together make a very good case for the officer to continue this investigation towards a possible driving while intoxicated. >> I tell you what, do me a favor. Turn the car off for me. All right, wait right here. Kind of get yourself together a little bit. All right, I'll be right back with you. Just wait here. Okay. All right. It's going to be a few more minutes. I have a little problems with the computer. Okay. You doing a little bit better? >> Why are you following me? >> Well, I didn't really I was following you because we got a call about your driving. People were saying I mean from from the 100 mile mark. We're calling about a red. >> Yes. >> And so when you pulled in here, you made a very I'm not going to do that. >> She turned the car back on. This is really important, especially when a person may be potentially drunk. >> You're not going to do what? >> No. >> Put your car in park. >> No. >> Put your car in park. >> No. >> Car in park now. >> Why? >> Ma'am, put your car in park. >> Why? >> Step out all the way in park. Step out of the car for me cuz you were about to take off on me and you are now lawfully detained. So, please step out of the vehicle. >> Is that Are you kidding me? >> I'm not kidding you. >> Please step out. >> No. No. >> No. >> So, either listen, step out of the car. I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the car. >> Then I want to record everything. >> We're recording, too. >> We'll record everything. >> That's fine. But you need to step out of the car. Step out. >> Record. >> People like this when they say I'm recording. I'm like, okay. So, you're recording how dumb you are from two POVs. We got one body cam. We got your phone to prove the same point. >> No. First you step out of the car, then you record anything. >> Ma'am, >> here. >> No. Well, you're either >> Really? >> Yes. >> Really? >> Yes. >> So, we've given you several lawful orders for you to step out of the car. You're refusing those orders. >> She's telling me to get out of the car right now. >> Yes. >> For what? >> Because I'm conducting a DUI investigation. That's why. >> DUI? >> Yes. >> Seriously? >> Seriously. We're not joking. We've had way too busy of a day to joke with you about this. Okay. >> Okay. Your phone is still attached. >> Yeah. It's going to Oh, >> here. Tell you what. Why don't you stand over here? We'll close the door. >> You know what you don't understand is that >> I just left. >> Uh, you're you're you guys are just really, aren't you? >> Okay. You say so. >> Um, so >> I I I I watch her mouth and see if she call them women. See you in te's because that's that's the go-to and they always Here you go again. Wonder how she'd act towards a male officer. >> You're you're you guys are just really aren't you. >> Okay. >> You say so. >> Um so >> I I I I >> ma'am. >> Okay. So who's talking now? Appears to be a sergeant. I saw the chevrons on the arm and I saw the other officer had one chevron. It said field training officer. So these are not rookies. These are people who have some experience, so it's interesting to see how they deal with this. >> Come over here, please. >> No, no, you don't understand. >> Well, then explain it. >> Explain it. >> I I I've got all the time to hear it. >> Here we are. I have breast cancer. I just had my I just had my third treatment of breast cancer and these people have stopped me. >> Okay. So >> you think that's cool? >> I hate it if she actually is through going through her third treatment of breast cancer. Shouldn't be drinking and driving if that's what you're doing. Still two things at the same time. I I hate it for you if you're going through that and you shouldn't be drinking and driving. >> Well, uh based on the fact that several people called in that they were concerned about your driving and how you almost hit them, >> I I understand. >> Okay. So my next question to you is based on the fact that given that I can smell alcohol on your breath, >> okay, you're swaying while you stand. >> I'm going to ask if you want to consent to some few sobriety exercises. >> Of course I would. But >> okay, >> but u just lost just lost what? >> It just is something with my followers. >> Okay. With that being said, would you be willing to >> Of course. I I can't problem. >> Okay. So, do me a favor. [snorts] I need you to put the phone down. >> No, I can't. They They want to know what's happening. >> Okay. So, understand something that you're not going to be able to do these exercises with your phone in your hand. >> Okay. Like I have breast cancer. I have breast cancer and you and you too like really >> I think that we've all had a person in our lives who has been affected by some form of cancer. Doesn't give the person the right to drive on roads while impaired because there are also some of us who have family members or people that we know very closely or been on the scene where we've seen someone killed by a drunk driver. So that doesn't absolve a person because they have a disease or sickness to be able to drive on the road or absolve them from the responsibility to be a responsible driver. >> So are you going to do these exercises? Yes or no? >> Of course. I'll do anything you want me to. >> Then I need you to put the phone down. >> Okay. Will you hold it? >> I'm not going to hold it for you, ma'am. You can put it on your seat if you want. >> Okay, >> that's fine. And it can stay right there. Okay. >> I'm so sorry. I I don't mean to put you in a a >> Nope. We're going to do some exercises first, ma'am. So, here. Do me a favor. Just do me a favor. >> Yeah. >> They're they're recording within. Okay. So, what? >> Just stand with your feet together, your arms at your side. That's all I need you to do right now. Like arms at your sides. >> There you go. Feet together. Do you feel comfortable doing this in your sho in those shoes? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. So, now what I'm going to do is I'm going to check your eyes. Okay. So, what I want you to do I haven't run her yet. >> I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. >> Listen, don't worry about it. Listen, we we just got to get through this. Okay. So, I've explained in many of my other videos HGN, the horizontal gaze nagmus, referred to as the HGN test, where the officer attempts to have the person have their eyes follow something or pen or finger and to see if there's a smooth pursuit. What happens with the eyes at the 45° and at max deviation to see if there's an involuntary jerk enough, the eyes can follow. You get six points out of six, you have done very poorly on the test. What happens is there are some illnesses that can cause a nice nestagmus. When you're testing for a person drinking and driving, that's the test that's often given. >> Feet together, arms at your sides. Okay. >> Do you have blindness in either eye? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? Okay. Do you wear contact lenses or any corrective lenses? >> Uh contact uh contacts >> or you have them in now? >> No. >> You don't have your contacts in now? >> No. Okay. >> I couldn't afford them. >> Okay. Um, like I said, what I'm going to ask you to do, other than what you've already told us about your your health conditions, are you sick or injured in any other way? >> No. No, ma'am. >> Okay. Do you have any problems standing on one leg or >> No, ma'am. >> Okay. So, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to hold this pen up. What I want you to do is use your right index finger and touch the tip of the pen for me. Okay. >> She totally missed it. >> Now, look at the pen for me. >> I was thinking the same. I'm like, that look like the tip of the pen. >> [laughter] >> Thank you, Sergeant Curtis. Oh my gosh. >> What I'm going to ask you to do is to look at the pen with your eyes and your eyes only. Do you understand? Don't move your head. >> Another thing about the HGN certification for an officer, it's pretty intense. They have usually officers or other people depending on the jurisdiction who are off obviously come in and then you drink and are observed over a period of time and they do HL on you. I participated in that process before and everything is detailed. It's a very comprehensive certification. Come on, guys. Don't do this to me in front of all these people, please. >> Well, like I said, we we don't really have a choice in the matter, okay? If I could do this to somewhere else, I would. But I I can't. We got to do this. >> I can I can just find a place tonight to sleep. >> Unfortunately, at this point in time, I I would get fired if I didn't continue with what I need to do. Okay. Are you Would you be able to walk and turn with those shoes? What are you talking about? >> Okay. So, I'm going to ask you to do a series of exercises called the walk and turn. Okay. >> So, in front of everybody out there like this, this makes you happy. >> It doesn't make me happy at all. >> What do you mean? >> But listen, I'm just concerned that >> What do you mean? >> Okay. Well, Deb, if you would just take a breath, I know that you're upset. I would be upset, too. But >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. >> Or do you have >> Why would I be bare Why would I? No. >> Do you have a pair of flip-flops? >> Why would I be barefoot? >> Okay. You don't have to be barefoot. >> Dear God. >> So, here's something I say is the soul search warrant cuz it's not for me to decide. But is a sergeant in her optimal shape to be in the fight of her life? She has to answer that question for herself cuz in policing, it's not like football any given Sunday. In policing, it's any given shift. There is someone that wants to harm you, potentially kill you. Are you prepared to be in the fight of your life? That's the question. >> Sandals. >> Sergeant Curtis is equal opportunity when he poses that question. He's done it plenty of times on the men, too. So, I know that's not it's not like aimed at this one time, this one woman, but like he said, he not going to call it himself. It's a question the cops have to ask themselves. Can you fight to save? Are you in the shape enough to fight to save your life? That's that's the most neutral question that you can do because then if you are a little larger but you can still do what you got to do. Hey, all the better for you. But same though on small cops like the super petite small ones like what you got under your sleeve that you going to be able to fight to save your life too. Why don't we just call Rick and let's just let's just talk to him and let's just please please >> Well, I don't I don't understand how the sheriff is going to help you out of this situation >> because I've known him for 10 years. >> We have a name drop of the sheriff. Not a good idea. >> And like and like he knows I'm not a [ __ ] >> Well, nobody has called you that. >> Nor do we think that. >> Can't just sit down. Just >> let's go over here. I can't sit down really. >> Well, let's go over here. Deb, please. Let's go over here and let's let's just get this done and over with. >> Well, I want to just record. I just want to record. >> Okay. Well, we're getting to the point off. >> So, are we refusing to do the rest of these exercises? >> No, of course. >> Then let's finish them. Of >> course not. >> Then let's finish. >> I love you guys. Like, I don't want anything. >> I don't want to be in this position either. Okay. >> I don't I also put Please put the phone down. >> I want to record all you guys. We're recording, too. >> She She acts like she don't want to be like She >> I know you did not. >> Listen. All right. We're done. >> You got my license. >> Uh oh. Did you touch her? What' you do? They said I know you did not something. What did she do? >> Record all you guys. >> We're recording too. >> She She act like she don't want to be like she got that. >> I know you did not. >> I think she did. That's That's bad on Leo. I think she touched her. I think she did. Right. the name dropping. Tango said, "Oh, you know the sheriff. Sorry, ma'am. Can I give you a ride to a hotel? We won't even use the police car." Okay. Right. Right. What do you think that's supposed to say? >> Listen. All right. We're done. >> You got my license? >> Yes. >> Oh. Oh, here we go. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> Oh, here we go. >> Nope. Do not up cuz this is not going to end well for you. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, we are not kidding you. >> Give me Give me my phone. Can you let him know what >> Give me my phone. 6101 work code 5. We'll have one in custody. Do you want to take this? I'll take it. Okay. >> No. Are you certified? >> She she she chose that. Like she has got some kind of [ __ ] going on with him. So Oh, >> this officer is going to take the arrest. I think that's what the sergeant was saying. I think she was asking her if she's certified to do the breath test. These are comprehensive. And I'm not 100% sure that was what the exchange was, but I believe that's what it was. >> Are you going to walk with me or are we going to HAVE TO CARRY YOU? >> STOP MY DAMN IT. Can I not turn it off? >> We're going to take care of all that. Is there anything other than your phone that you want? >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE [screaming] HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. [screaming] YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. JESUS. I'm so sorry. I didn't pre-wash this so I didn't know. I just put in there where I'm about to get a headache. Lovable said, "Turn your phone or TV down because she's about to become a screamer." I'm late. I'm so sorry. I didn't know. I did not know. [screaming] >> Are you going to walk? You No, I'm not going TO WALK. YOU >> STOP. TAY ME. Tay me. >> I would prefer not. >> TAY ME. >> STOP. WE'RE GOING TO WALK. >> STOP. >> WALK. WALK. >> Spit mask. Expeditiously. She needs a spit mask. You starting like this. I don't even care if you ain't did it yet. We're preemptively putting that spit mask on you. >> Nope. I don't see them. All right. >> Look what you did with my driver's license. Look what you do WITH MY DRIVER'S LICENSE. >> SO, I know some people are probably pulling out their hair and saying, "Two officers can't get a person inside of a car." And I know that they're going to be people are going to say, "Oh, it's because they're women." And I know that there is a whole thing going around in the country and in the world about women being police officers. Let me talk to you about that. Okay, I'll be very frank. I was on the job for many years on a very big department and I traveled around teaching for quite some time. Women can be police and women can be patrol officers. The standards must be the same. I believe that two officers should be able to take this woman, although she's quite big, and place her into a patrol car. The reason these two officers chose not to, I don't know, and I'm not going to say it's because they could not do it. However, the best practice in my opinion would be to get her in the car immediately because she's essentially refused the field sobriety test and to have her continuing to flop around can only make the situation worse. That's my initial take on this. >> Don't touch me, you pieces of Call Rick Ry. CALL HIM. CALL HIM. >> His name is Ram Z. Ramsey. >> Oh my. You're so stupid. RIP stupid. >> You didn't say that before. >> You're stupid. Call him. >> I don't have to >> call him. >> No reason. >> Call him. >> It's Saturday. >> Call him. >> You can call him from jail since you know him so well. >> It gets way worse than this. >> Hi. This is This is your This is your This IS YOUR LIFE. >> I CAN'T I CAN'T BREATHE. I can't breathe. I'm telling you, I cannot breathe. >> Do you need an ambulance? >> I need an ambulance. 621. Can you roll rescue 20 reference? Our arrest is unable to breathe. >> I've told you before about incarceritis, which is when a person feels they're going to jail and by getting some kind of sickness that they're not going to have to go to jail. We call in policing incarceritis. And that's what this is happening here. >> You're so sick. You're so sick. You're sick. You're sick. >> We have an ambulance coming, so they're going to help you out. Okay. >> [screaming] >> For my people that grew up in church, somebody get a sheet for her. She done fell out. Get a sheet to cover her lap, Y'ALL. [screaming] SO, what we're going to do is we're going to turn you on this side. [screaming] >> [screaming] [crying] >> with no context. This audio sounds crazy. >> That's called the recovery position. That's a common practice for a person who has trouble breathing or if you perform something on a person and they pass out, whatever reason. The recovery position is the best position to have if you have them in custody for them to maintain or gain an airway. [screaming] >> [laughter] >> Is there another unit coming? >> Oh god, please help me. >> From where? >> Oh god, please help me. >> You deserve a bad here. I will help you up. >> Roll on your side. Roll on your side. >> The optics. What if a person just drives by and sees that and the officer is just standing there and they have no idea what occurred previously? I don't know if this is a restaurant or what this place is, but about the people inside that are either coming or going and we've seen some people pass by and they see this going on. It's difficult for the police in this situation to look right if the person is just laying there on the ground. Again, in my opinion, getting the person into the car as quickly as possible once you know you're taking jail is the way to go. They're waiting for another unit so that I guess the three of them can get her into the back of the car. There's something else we have to take into consideration. If this is alcohol, either the BAC or blood alcohol content is going up or it's going down. As time progresses, it's going to eventually go down. So, the evidentiary test is going to reflect that. So the longer that a person delays that evidentary test, because there's a certain amount of time that you have to have it done, sometimes it's better in their favor. [screaming] [screaming] >> Hey, we got another tag bun. We got three for three tag bun on the scene. >> She now needs to be checked by me. We had her seated. She didn't want that. >> So then we put her in. Okay. >> She hurt me. She hit me. She hit me in the face. >> She What's your name? What's your name? >> What's your name? >> SHE'S DOING ALL this and saying all this as if again they're not body cams. You got You got one, two. She initially had two body cams on her. Nobody touched you. This is But that's how they be lying. That's what they do. >> [ __ ] be the [ __ ] the fight. >> ALL RIGHT. SHE HIT ME IN THE FRONT. OKAY. >> Stop it. Talk to me. >> Stop it. >> SHE HIT ME THOUGH. >> I'M GOING TO SIT YOU UP IF you promise that you're not going to act all. >> All right. Okay. Ready? >> I never hurt you. >> All right. Ready? 1 2 3. >> She hurt me. >> These are still cold to the touch. >> I would prefer to not. >> Y'all, the way the cop just tried to pick her up. I feel like she was getting p drugged and picked up by her neck a little bit. I got I got to go back. You have to see this with me. Tell me. Tell me. Okay. Promise that you're not going to act all of course. >> Okay. Ready? >> I never heard you. >> All right. Ready? One, two, three. >> These are still cold to the touch. >> I would prefer to not transport cuz I haven't seen >> No, no, no. I'm transporting. We just need BTO. >> We cannot just help someone get to want the nose off my face. >> Yeah. Yeah. We'll get you some. [laughter] >> Okay. Okay. >> No, I'm sorry. You think that it's not cool. It's not cool for her to DO WHAT SHE DID. OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. [laughter] >> They follow me. They follow me. And they did everything they could to mess me up. >> Wait. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. Watch your head. >> Watch your head. Okay. >> Watch your head, ma'am. >> All right. We're just going to buckle you in. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> She gets worse at jail. >> Deborah. Deborah. >> Y'all, he says she gets worse. It was actually very hard to choose which thing to put on the thumbnail. This was one of my choices for her. Of course, the one you actually see on the thumbnail when she was flopping on the ground was another choice. Uh she was in a chair in one of them. I had so many options on how to put her on a thumbnail. I was going to do this one, but I was like, I don't know if they could tell what this is out of context. That's the only reason I ain't do this one cuz this one was crazy. >> Hey Deborah, look at me. >> I don't know. She was trying TO DO >> SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD HURT ME. SHE TOLD ME I HAVE IT ON I HAVE IT ON CAMERA. >> OKAY. Can you sit up and talk to me real quick, PLEASE? >> YOU THINK I'M GOING TO SET UP, YOU IDIOT? >> Come here. Come on. Come on. [screaming] >> No one wants to transport this person. And very likely a conversation is going on whether she needs to go directly to the hospital because this could be a nightmare for a person in route to the jail. So, if you swing your legs out, I have you. I'm not going to let you fall. That is the last thing we want to happen. Let me fall. >> Well, >> stop. Let go of me. Let go of me. >> Please. We're not going to We're not going to do this again. >> Come on. Sit. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> No. Stop it. >> Did you get another charge? Okay. So, stop. Relax. Get off of me, >> DEBB. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> RELAX, DEB. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> RELAX. >> REALLY? I tried to bite you. >> Well, I saw you. >> Oh, I see. >> We're all in together. >> Okay, Dad. >> They're attempting to do the breath test. >> Can you please open your mouth for me? I just got to make sure you ain't got nothing in there. >> I mean, we can sit here and sit here and sit here. >> I can sit here all night. I don't give a The faster we get this over, the faster goes to the bathroom. >> No. >> Okay. Okay. DON'T REALLY GIVE A >> STOP IT. GET THESE OFF OF ME. Please be fast enough. I'm going to lift the handcuff and you're going to stay like that for another hour. >> Okay. Okay. I'm sorry. I don't speak >> ponytail. Hit it in a bun. >> She messed up our streak. We had tack bun unit as y'all put it. Who said it was a forever trl? But whoever said tack bun unit, we were good. Now this one come in and mess up the streak of the tag bun. This whole unit was sharp. [screaming] >> [screaming] >> If you just came in, nobody did anything to this woman. She is flopping and floundering around. Nobody did anything to her. [clears throat] >> I got to go. >> Okay. >> You want to get the shirt? >> Stop hurting me. STOP HURTING ME. STOP HURTING ME. >> If you see the female officer here, she does not have her firearm inside of her holster. The person on the right is a CO. They would never have a firearm. Once you get past a secure area, the officers have to secure their firearms inside of some type of lock box. It's just an interesting little tidbit of information for people who are not in law enforcement. So, when you see an officer, if you see them inside of some type of facility and they don't have their firearm, they're likely have crossed over into the secure side of A JAIL. >> YOU HURT ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> [screaming] >> I WAS WAITING FOR THAT restraint chair to come out. That restraint chair is golden to keep a person more calm, not flailing around. Nearly every correctional facility has a restraint chair like that. And it really changes attitudes very quickly. And it's not punitive. It's merely to restrict the mobility so they don't hurt themselves or anyone on the staff. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] Get off OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] GET OFF OF ME. GET off of me. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME, BABY. I'm still also advocating for the spit mask. I She needed one since they encountered her and she got out that car, especially when she started flopping on the ground the first time. Where is the spit mask? That's my mother. You get out of the me. You get the off of me down. You calm down. >> So, we saw the battery on the police officer that the officers mentioned as she was going at the officers. We already know that this was a DUI investigation and she's sitting inside of a jail cell when this video was recorded. But this is something important that I'd like to mention. Most of us know people who cannot handle booze. We know people that under the influence of alcohol, they do things that they definitely regret later. This video is for them. This video is also for the person that allows their friend to drive after getting to this condition. You can really make a difference by letting people know that these are the consequences because at some point people have to realize. Like the video, send it to someone who you believe that it will help. Subscribe to the channel and there should be a video on your screen with more content just like this. There was not a video. Sergeant Curtis, you led us astray. Okay. Uh, okay. Yeah, last video. We're on the last one. It's actually the sixth video. Time has flown by. Hey, ladies grandma. What did she drink that day in Mad Dog 2020? Cisco still reserve. Right. Right. Thank you for the trendy membership gift, Lay Grandma. And it went to Kendra. This sounds almost Pacific Islanderish, but I don't know if it is. Kendra Kali, that's how Yeah. But shout out to Kendra. Kendra, congratulations. Thank you, Leia's grandma. Um, we have the last one before we get there. One more time. I am the sponsor of my own channel. So, if you would like an allegedly hoodie or sweatshirt, I got one. I will be making more stuff, but I started there because I'm like, that's my most simple one. um that I can think of because I still haven't done my wrist jewelry shirt because I actually either draw the handcuffs or find handcuffs icon that I can use and I ain't do that yet. But yeah. All right, last one. Entitled woman makes a simple traffic stop 100 times worse. I don't think y'all going to think it's that bad now that we watched Deborah. Deborah took the cake. So, all right, let's get started. >> I suspect that you're driving. Stop talking. >> OH MY GOD. >> STOP TALKING. >> I WANT TO DIE. YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. >> On February 8th, 2022, around 10 p.m., an officer stopped a woman for allegedly driving 71 m hour. But the stop quickly shifted when he noticed signs that made him suspect impairment. Instead of following basic instructions, she turned the entire scene into a performance of fear, accusation, and victimhood. while the officers kept calmly explaining exactly what she needed to do. Before this traffic stop becomes harder than it ever needed to be, hit the like button if you appreciate breakdowns that look past the yelling and focus on what actually matters. >> Good evening. I'm officer Flame Palm Beach Gardens. The reason I pulled over is you going 71 miles an hour. >> You have your license, registration, insurance. >> I'm so sorry, sir. >> Where you ladies come from tonight? >> I got to go to the bathroom so bad it hurt. Oh my god, it hurt. >> That's another one. Can we say bathroom items, too? cuz they always got to go to the bathroom. And I am going to say that all of this I do feel like she was trying to use it as a distraction and manipulation when she's the way she's already starting. I I think she's like deflect deflect. This cop with the stop talking sounds like Shrek and Donkey going to far far away and Shrek too. That's funny. Ace said I don't know that woman that pulled her pants down. Oh yeah, she was the worst. I meant in this session because no forever and ever. No, that's that's Oh, that was disgusting. It was so bad. >> So bad. >> Oops. Wrong thing. I'm sorry. >> All right. Give me one second. Listen, >> if you going to step out me real quick, I want to make sure you're all set to drive. We'll have you on your way home. Okay. >> What do you mean set to drive? >> Make sure you're not under the influence. Okay. right now. So, why would you think I'm an instant? >> Oh, thank you for the super chat, Noir Angel. And this is a lesson. Shout out. Okay, look. See how we can pass lessons around. So, Noir Angel said I had to show my husband that video of the woman stealing the rent money because he tried to pay a security deposit through Zel. I am so glad you got to him cuz that is scammy. Do not pay these people through Zel and cash out for your rent and deposits and stuff. Mm-m. It's too much of a temptation for them. Don't do it. >> Hi. >> Hey. I'm scared. >> He's looking in my purse. >> Cuz I can smell it. I can see it. And >> I see it and smell what? >> Well, your speech is slurred. Your eyes are watery. I can smell coming out of the car. So, if you're going to step out, we'll make sure you're all set and we'll have you on your way home. Okay. >> Verbalizing observations because you can't tell through the camera that that's what he's observing. So, yep. Say it out loud. Okay. >> Literally right now. Calm down. We're going to record it. Be safe. >> We're recording it, too. We got two cameras and the one on the car. >> You can see and smell alcohol on me. >> I already I already told you that. Come on out, man. If you're If you're all right to drive, you'll be on your way home. It'll be no problem. >> Exactly. But what are you trying to get me right now? >> I'm trying to make sure you're all set to drive. That you're not driving under the influence, just like I told you before. >> Okay. Cuz you know, you need somebody to come here. I'm here. >> Don't call anybody to come here right now. I'm calling my my little brother and I have the right to do that. >> Tell them to tell them to keep their distance. >> All right. I'm scared too that you're not getting out of the car. So, go ahead and step out, please. Okay. >> So, I'm turning on the light. My hands are up. I know I'm black. My hands are off. I'm a woman. I'm not I'm not a threat. >> I know I'm a police officer and I don't know why you're acting like that. >> Nobody's hands are on their guns. So, please go ahead and step out. >> My hands are on the wheel. I don't have >> We can see that. Our hands are up, too. Let's go. Please step out, man. Please come on out. >> Come out. I'll come out. >> You're not doing it, though. You're not doing it. >> I'm just afraid. I'm just >> Let's go. Come on out. >> Put this on me. >> You've already got two cameras on you. Go ahead and step. >> Okay. Cuz my brain already brain dumped. Um I know he said what he's observing as he walked up to the window. I don't know if she was swerving or whatever for the actual traffic stop. If someone remembers, put it in the chat to help us. Why did she get pulled over? I cuz I know the smell what she's doing now. He observed. I can't remember why she got actually pulled over. What? What? What was that part? >> Let's go. >> Oh my god. >> Come on. Back over here. >> Where? Where do you want me to go? >> Where my finger's pointing? Do you see my finger? Do you see where it's pointing? >> Oh my god. >> Please go ahead and stand over there. >> Let's go. Right over here. >> Please don't say this is happening. >> Okay. Do you have any medical condition with your eyes not corrected by glasses? >> Any medical condition at all? Oh my god. >> Okay. Are you able to walk a straight line? >> I can walk whenever you want. I'm Because you white. I'm black. I I don't want to kill you. >> So you're racist. So why are you being racist? My husband Why are you being racist? My husband, where are you going? >> My husband is white. >> Stop now. >> Come on over. >> That is not the definition of racism of what she's doing, but she is being ridiculous though. >> Over here. Stop doing that. Stop acting like you're acting like a child. I'm afraid. I don't know what to do. Stop going over here. My hands are up. I have to walk. I promise you I don't have anything. Stop. Oh my god. Um I um You got my license. My license. All you have to do is Oh my god. I Why are you not listening? Why are you not listening? >> I walked a straight line. >> Why are you not stand? All you have to do is stand. >> My hands are off. I don't have no weapons. Please don't choke me or hurt me. Please. >> Go ahead and stand right here for me. Bring your feet together. Hands on your sides. >> Oh my god. I have no weapons. Please. I don't I haven't done anything. I had to go to the party really bad. I listen. Are you listening? Are you listening right now? I >> had to go to the party really bad. >> Are you listening? >> You told right here? >> No. I told you to stand right here. >> I can't do Well, I got to come so close to you. I'm afraid to come close to you. Okay, listen. I'm going to advise you if and call your tailor warnings. Okay. >> Oh my god. >> I suspect that you're driving under >> Yeah. This is all deflection distraction cuz you don't want to actually be evaluated for possibly driving impaired cuz just the speeding ticket you you don't know what the speed limit was, but if she was doing like a 70 and a 60 or 70 and um I don't know cuz I don't know how the rules work, but that that could have just mostly been a ticket. So, it's to me you are trying to distract from the fact that it's something else going on besides you were speeding. >> Stop talking. >> OH MY GOD. >> STOP TALKING. >> I WANT TO DIE. >> YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. >> I WANT TO DIE. >> YOU GET BACK IN THE CAR. YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. You get back in the car. >> Get back in the car. That's my twin sister. >> Get back in the car. We're trying to deal with it. >> Listen. No. Don't tell me to get back in THE CAR. >> I WILL TELL YOU TO GET BACK in the car because you're INTERFERING WITH OUR INVESTIGATION. GET IN the car. >> Talk to me. I don't want to die. >> Why are you acting like a child? Why are you ACTING LIKE A CHILD? >> Stop acting like a child. YOU GET OUT OF THE CAR AGAIN. You're going to jail for resisting obstruction. You understand? >> Acting like a child. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Well, first of all, you were speeding and I believe I want you to stop talking. >> I want to potty so bad. >> Please, my hands, I want you to stop talking. >> My hands are all What do you want me to do? >> To stop talking. What do you want me to stop talking? >> Oh my god. >> Stop talking. Lower your hands. >> Put your hands down. Follow instruction. Lower your hands. >> I'm scared. I have no weapons. I'm defendive. >> Time out. You need to listen right now. Okay. >> You are being advised of your tailor warnings. If you do not cooperate and participate in these exercises, >> you are not going to dispel my concern that you're driving under the influence of alcohol, chemical, or controlled substance. I did not tell you to walk a straight line. >> You told me to walk a straight line. >> No, I asked you if you could walk a straight line. Next. Your your inaction to participate in these exercises will force me to make an arrest based on the totality of the circumstances as I know them to this point and it will be used against you in court. Are you willing to do these exercises? Yes or no? >> I'm so afraid right now. >> Okay. So, I'm going to tell you one more time. Not doing these exercises is going to force me to make an arrest based on the totality of the circumstances and it will be used against you in a court of law. Are you willing to do these exercises? >> Exercises, sir. Just don't kill me. So place your hands down at your sides. >> I'm scared. >> Place your hands down at your sides. >> Why? I want to let you understand because she is under the influence. I'm >> not UNDER THE INFLUENCE. >> PUT YOUR hands down at your side. >> Why do I HAVE TO? I'M AFRAID. I WANT TO THINK I GOT WEAPONS. I DON'T HAVE NO WEAPONS. >> Did anybody say you had A WEAPON? >> OH MY GOD. I'm afraid I'm My hands are up. I have nothing. >> Ma'am, listen to me. Listen to me. >> Ma'am, you accuse me of drinking. I know. >> She didn't accuse you of anything. She said she must be on the influence. Exercise you want me to do. What exercise you want me to do? >> I want you to stand right here. >> I'm afraid to come close. >> I want you to stand. Well, if you don't come close to me, I'm going to come close to you. >> Okay. So, bring your feet together. >> This part Candace Kosha says there's generational generational and societal traumas. And then there's this because sis, this is too much drama, right? I feel like she's performing what other people actually have a PTSD and fear of, but she's performing it. I don't believe she's going through it, and that pisses me off. >> Hands at your sides. Hands at your sides. Hands at your sides. I don't have any weapons. Hands at your sides. Nobody said you have a weapon. >> I have nothing. Nothing. >> You see the top of this pen? >> Oh my god. >> You're not listening. >> Of course, I see the top of the pen. >> Lower your hands to your sides. >> Morel, did you call for help? Oh, your help is here. >> I hope I No, you're not my help. >> You see the top of this pin? >> Oh my god. >> Maybe if you stop being racist for a second and listen. >> I'm not being racist. I'm afraid for my life, dude. >> Why? Because you're being racist. Because you are being racist. >> Why are you behind me, sir? You ready to take me down? >> You're making more. Come on. I don't want to die. I didn't do nothing. I don't want to get hurt. I just want to die tonight. >> You're going to follow this? >> I just don't want to die tonight. Please don't kill me. >> You see the top of this pen? You're going to follow this? Stop talking. I don't want to die. I promise you I didn't do nothing. >> 10:15. You're under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol, chemical control substance. >> I'm under arrest for what? Because you failed. He killed you a couple times. >> I'm so Well, you shouldn't have been. No need. >> I don't even have tears, ma'am. You don't even have tears. >> It's all She's being racist out here. >> Morel, can I ask for the supervisor? Can I have the supervisor? >> Sure, you sure can. I will call the supervisor for you. Graph 13. They have a supervisor. individual is not happy with my police service. >> Maria, come get my drink. Oh, she threw my stuff on THE GROUND. SHE THREW MY STUFF ON THE GROUND. >> What is going on? >> I'm so afraid. >> What did my sister do? What did my sister do? >> I want to be safe. >> You're the safest person in the city. You have police officers with you. >> No, sir. I know. It's too much going on. I don't feel safe. >> Ain't nothing going on. >> Omg, what are you doing? >> Getting disconnected. My god, are you are you taking my wig off? It is zone and then you'll take it off the counter. >> Oh, I'm being arrested. >> You are being arrested because you did not you didn't participate in the exercise, >> sir. I walked a STRAIGHT LINE. >> I DIDN'T tell you to walk the straight line. >> I walked a straight line. >> I didn't tell you to. >> Omg, I got to pee so bad. >> I wonder why you got to pee so bad. >> I was drinking a lot of water. I had sparkling water. >> Okay, you should have done the exercises. It would have had no problem. >> It's sold in, sweetie. to check to make sure you don't have any. It's I feel metal, ma'am. So, I have to make sure you don't hurt my officers. >> Oh, m I'm in cuffs. I'm going to hurt an officer. I'm in cuffs, ma'am. >> I cannot hurt somebody. I am so >> How can you do all that and not have tears? That's what's interesting. >> I I That's interesting that you that you're trying to cry without tears. >> I just don't want to get hurt, dude. >> You acted like a child the whole time. That's why you're >> No, a child. I don't want to get hurt. Morel, look at my wallet. I have my attorney IN THE WALLET. PLEASE CALL MY ATTORNEY right now. >> Well, we're not going to talk to him. >> No, just call the attorney. Please, please don't break that ma'am. >> I didn't. >> I've been taking very much care. >> Thank you, Morel. Please call my attorney right now. >> All right. She right now she's under arrest for suspicion of DUI. >> Why? >> I just want to confirm you just you just took a necklace. >> That's my twin sister. She didn't do >> And here's a bracelet. She didn't do anything. >> Okay. Well, all she had to do >> just go home. >> Ma'am, can I speak? I'm talking I'm talking to you calmly and respectfully. Okay. >> I'm a 45year-old woman. I'm not an idiot and I'm an educator. >> So, don't talk to me like I'm an idiot. >> I'm a 40-y old man. >> I got to I got to go back in their interaction that they're having right now. But this is this is a good take for me. No Angel, this is where I'm at. Norah Angel says she's being performative and the cop also isn't understanding why she is saying what she's saying. Both are wrong in my opinion. This is why I'm with you on both halves cuz the other half when he was like, "You're with the cops. You're the safest you can be." That's not true. That's not true. Read the climate, sir. Not even the climate. This the history and present. That is not true. So, I'm with you, Noir, on on all of that. >> I'm talking. >> Oh, they sounded alike. Are they twins? That makes sense cuz they sure sounded alike. Yeah, it's annoying. Okay, let me see their interaction. And I forgot how this goes. It's probably going to be some of the same. Both are kind of both are wrong in some places on this one. >> Okay. Well, all she had to do >> just go home. >> Ma'am, can I speak? I'm talking I'm talking to you calmly and respectfully. Okay. >> I'm a 45year-old woman. I'm not an idiot. And I'm >> See, okay. See, where did that come from? He said, "I'm talking to you calm, respectfully." He's not just saying it. He has he hasn't gone where he possibly could go yet. So, he's not calling you an idiot. He sees that you're doing this, you're under distress type thing. It's like, hey, you're just the passenger. I'm just trying to tell you what's going on. So what? Well, I know why her guard can be up, but like just listen first just in case. >> Educated. >> So don't talk to me like I'm an idiot. >> I'm a 40-year-old man and I'm talking to you with the same respect that I get from you. >> So please don't talk to me like dumb cuz I may be very very smart. >> I'm trying to explain to you the process on what's happening. Sergeant Leler, for transparency purposes, this discussion is going to occur. >> I honestly would like to know. I would be like, can you tell me the example? Can you show me, don't even just tell me, show me how he should have sounded to you? Cuz that one I'm very curious about on how he should have talked to her versus how he started talking to her. Unless I missed something that I skipped over on accident. >> On body worn camera, sir. >> Okay. I pulled this vehicle over because I observed it traveling 71 miles an hour in the in the outside through lane. Vehicle slow rolled to a stop right here. Upon contact, I made contact with that woman in the driver's seat. Miss identified by Florida driver's license photo. Upon contact, I noticed that she had glossy eyes, slurred speech. I detected the odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage coming off of her breath. gathered her information, went back, conducted my records check, waited for 94 to >> Sorry, but poetic justice, they usually go explain to the passenger what's going on cuz the passenger is either going to get a chance to drive the car away cuz the the sister is getting arrested or they have to get out. The car gets towed and they got to find a ride. So, he has to go talk to her. So, he can't not say anything. I want to know what way she wanted him to say what he said. >> Arrive so I could resume my investigation. Asked her to exit the vehicle. She starts pulling out the phone. She gave me a little bit more of a hard time going back and forth with me about getting out of the vehicle. Finally, she exited the vehicle on her own accord. I tried to ask her if she had any medical conditions which would affect any exercises performed. She started yelling, walking with her hands up, saying that she was scared. I asked if she could walk a straight line. She proceeded to start walking down the white fog line without being told to do so. I then got her to about where she's standing with Officer Riggney over there. She stood like this with her hands up. I kept telling her, "Please lower your hands." She kept saying she doesn't have a weapon. At no point was a weapon drawn on her. At no point was my hand on my gun. At no point was she accused of having a firearm or any kind of weapon that would harm us. She kept saying she was scared. I attempted at least two times to advise her of her tailor warnings to which she kept yelling and talking over me. Then she said she was willing to do whatever that we needed to do, but kept her arms in the air and would not approach me because the HGN has to be conducted within 12 to 18 in away from the person. I held the um stimulus device in front of her face. She would not look at it, would not would not participate. She was instantly placed under arrest and you can hear her over there still hollering. >> She requested for a supervisor. >> Okay, that's where we're at. >> She making an arrest based on your observations and her refusals to >> Yes, sir. She She did not dispel my concern that she was driving under the influence. And I tried to explain that to her. However, she kept talking over. >> Why my sister? >> I'm trying to explain that to you, but you keep 5 minutes away. >> It doesn't matter how far they've arrested people in their driveway before. You shut the door. >> Well, she was speeding and we believe she may be under the influence. I'm going to be honest with you. An attorney is not going to be able to do anything at this point. All right. What's going to happen is she's going to be transported to the Palm Beach County Jail where she'll be released after 8 hours from right now. Okay. All she had to do and if she and if she wasn't intoxicated or impaired, all >> How do you know she was intoxicated? Because of something you believe? >> That's a belief that's not true. >> It's because of whatever Officer Flint saw. He's a DUI officer. reason why I pulled you guys over. >> I'm frustrated with this one because there's a horrible history with police and us. I am frustrated because he's he is answering the question and then it's the same on other body cams. Like they they're asking a question over the answer. So they tell you the actual answer, a logical answer, and you're like, "But they didn't do anything." But they just told you what they did. And it's like belief. It is, you know, it's probable cause. He's he's verbalizing his probable cause. The initial initial stop is cuz she was speeding. Thank you for the reminders that she was going 71. I still don't remember what the I don't know what the speed limit was, but she's pulled off for speeding. Immediately observes possibly impaired driver. Says the reasons why he believes she's possibly impaired. Reads the Taylor warnings cuz I couldn't remember what that was called. I'm going forget after this video, but read the Taylor warnings cuz I think the Taylor warnings come from another um like Supreme Court decision type thing or something. But and then you just choose not to hear and comprehend is frustrating. The interactions can be tense and scary. I'm going to be scared every time I get pulled over cuz I don't know how this is going to go. but not listening to to see what it is. Like it's if you're if it's so traumatic, you lit your brain's not processing it, there's nothing you can do about that. But I this is only my opinion, but I feel like it's being a choice being made right now um to not listen to the the actual short answer of why your sister's being arrested. Like I that bothers me because it's like we're it just bothers me. Um, yeah, I already I I heard that. That's why I said he doesn't understand the definition of racism. And also, it is not true that if you're with the cops, you're the safest you can be. I disagree with all of that. I do. I I I wish for better communication right now in this particular thing. I need better communication. And I mean listening, talking, listening, talking with comprehension in the middle of all that. Hi, I'm sorry supervisor. >> What can I do for you, >> sir? He pulled me over. He accused me of being intoxicated and he can feel smell alcohol or whatever. I had to go to the bathroom really bad and I I was speeding. I never denied that cuz I was trying to go to the ladies room. Okay. But when he pulled me up, he accused me. As soon as he accused me, it made me defensive and I was afraid. And I said, "Sir, I got my hands up. I'm touching the wheel. I'm not doing anything." He said, "Come out and walk a straight line." I walk this STRAIGHT LINE WITH NO PROBLEMS. Then he say, "Okay, I need you to do additional things." >> That wasn't a test. He He did not cuz he didn't even demonstrate a walk and turn test. He did not ask her to walk a straight line in that moment. I don't She might have heard the word straight line and went straight to that. And that's not a whole field sobriety test. And then he's asking you, "Do you want to participate in a whole field sobriety test?" Like, I'mma be quiet. I'mma be quiet, but I have opinions. >> And then he um said, "No, you're not complying. I'm going arrest you." For what? I don't know. I've never been in trouble. You check my thing. I don't want to die tonight. That's all I told him. I got out. I walked this straight line. Now I'm in handcuffs. >> All right. Well, there's a series of tasks that he has to ask you to perform. >> I don't mind. I had my hands up cuz I was afraid to let him know I have no weapons or anything. One of the major things of those tasks is listening to instructions. It's one of the major points of it. >> I'm trying to understand why I'm being detained. >> Well, you're under arrest now. >> Under arrest for what, sir? >> Suspicion of DUI. >> Suspicion of DUI. I don't have any DUI. >> Sir, when I came up, she was yelling. He was trying to give her the instructions. She just kept >> I say, I want to make sure I don't die. I don't get hurt. Please, sir. Please. I will do anything he do. Ma'am, I'm not going to run at all. I don't need it. >> Look, what do you want me to do with this? >> Please don't hurt me. Please hurt me. I'm complying, ma'am. I'm going to go in here. >> Please don't hurt me. >> Turn around. It's better that you put your head. I'm complying. Please don't hurt me. >> Please don't hurt me. I'm compliant. I'm totally compliant. >> I understand. >> For what it's worth, calling an attorney right now is not going to do anything. >> She's getting released in 8 hours regardless. An attorney's not getting broken. >> You do your thing then. Do you me being arrested? I'm 45 years old being arrested for what? >> Driving under the influence. >> I'm not under the influence. Could you Can I GET A DRUG TEST? Can I get an alcohol test or something? >> All that. >> Do the test. It's not going to say I'm under the influence at all. >> That that will be explained to you down there. Officer Flink will explain everything to you. Okay. When I came out, the officer, the driving, the DUI officer was trying to give her instructions and gave her her tailor warnings and kept trying to explain to her, listen, if you don't do this, I have to go on what I have. She refused. She was given the tail. We call them tailor warnings twice. It's basically saying this in summary, we're going to take you on what we have right now if you if you're refusing to do these these tasks to show. And she just she wouldn't listen. She just literally just kept screaming and don't get near me and you don't get near me and I'm afraid and so >> everything we do is standardized. >> Yeah. >> She'll be able to >> No, I'm just asking. >> She'll be able to call you when everything's set. The first part of it, she will be uh given the breathalyzer, which she kept saying she wanted to take. If she wants to take a drug or alcohol, she can she can do that at her own expense for the blood. You couldn't do it right on the spot. We couldn't even get her to to do any like basic tasks. Like she wouldn't do anything. The only thing she kept screaming at us was, "Don't hurt me. You're going to kill me." Like all this stuff. And that's where we're at. She didn't want to participate on the task that needed to be done. >> So, you know, it just you can't just go, "Okay, you don't want to do them, so drive off." >> You guys have anything else for us? >> Appreciate you coming to pick up the car. We didn't want to tow it. >> Gentlemen, thanks for coming. >> There is a moment in this stop where the entire situation becomes clear. The officer is not shouting. No weapon is drawn. Nobody is threatening her. Nobody is reaching into the car. Nobody is dragging her out. The officer is trying to begin a DUI investigation and she is standing there with her hands in the air repeatedly saying she does not want to die. That is the tension at the center of this case. Fear can be real. Police encounters can be intimidating. A traffic stop at night can make anyone nervous, especially when a person believes they are being judged unfairly. But fear does not automatically become proof that the officer is doing something wrong. And in this stop, the biggest problem is not that she is afraid. It is that she uses fear to avoid every instruction. The stop begins with a speeding allegation, 71 mph. The officer asks for her license, registration, and insurance. That is normal. But almost immediately, he also notices things that concern him. Slurred speech, watery eyes, and the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Those observations matter because they change the stop from a simple traffic citation into a possible DUI investigation. That does not mean she is automatically guilty. It means the officer now has to determine whether she is safe to drive. That is the part she never seems to accept. She keeps treating the investigation as an accusation that must be emotionally defeated. She says she had to use the bathroom. She says she is scared. She says her hands are up. She says she does not have a weapon. She says the officer is racist. She says she does not want to die. But none of those statements answer the question the officer is trying to investigate. Are you impaired? This is where DUI investigations are different from ordinary conversation. The officer is not just listening to what she says. He is watching whether she can follow directions, divide her attention, control her body, process instructions, and complete tasks in a structured way. Field sobriety exercises are not just about walking in a straight line. >> Oh, dang. I don't know. Is this her whole video still? Hold on cuz still got a lot here. But Noir, yes. Noir said, "This is why I believe in cops getting additional training as well as cultural sensitivity training. I have more training as a cosmetologist than these cops have for carrying deadly weapons." I agree. I agree with that. Um I love it when a cop who's not of the culture understands the way certain phrasing is because if you don't know anything, you miss the context of phrasing and stuff like that. a lot of times. Um, and that's very important because you'll think someone's saying something to not comply with you, but they're they're actually just speaking how they normally speak and they're ready to do whatever, but you don't understand what it is. And then also, not just that, but obviously you you really should understand the history and the present cuz I keep I that's why I can't even just say history. It's still happening. You need to understand what's going on. You need to understand the numbers, the statistics of it all. You need to understand like it's not it exists. It very much exists. It's frequent and it's scary. So, I'm with you on this though. Um, Candace coaches, you have hyper hearing sometimes like me. I don't know if you have earbuds in right now, but yes, I be hearing everything. That's why I be I be trying to cut out my stuff when I do a recording. I can't do nothing about it live, but yes, lips parting when they take a breath. Yes. Be hearing all of that. Uh, Noir says she didn't say that the cop was racist. He did. Did I miss when she called him racist? I don't think you did miss it. I think the narrator got it wrong. Again, cultural training. I don't think I don't know she said racist. I I don't remember. So, I'm not going to say she didn't say it, but I heard him say it about five times. She refused to look at the pen for the stimulus test. Ace. Oh, I'm sorry. It's raining on your way back, Tango. Yeah. All right. So, uh I'mma let this play because I don't know what the rest of the video is. So, we'll see and then then we'll just finish up if it's just talking. >> They're also about whether the person can listen, wait, follow sequence, and do what is asked without improvising. That is why her behavior becomes evidence against her. She thinks she is proving innocence by saying she is scared, but she is also refusing to do the very things that could help dispel the officer's concern. She talks over the instructions. She moves before being told. She keeps her hands raised after being told to lower them. She answers questions that were not asked. She interrupts the warning. She turns a basic instruction into a debate about race, safety, and fear. And the officer's point is simple. If she will not cooperate with the exercises, he has to make a decision based on what he has already observed. That is not a trick. That is the structure of the process. The Taylor warning is basically the officer telling her in formal terms that refusing or failing to participate will not freeze the investigation. It will leave him with his existing observations. The traffic violation, the odor, the watery eyes, the slurred speech, the behavior, and the inability or refusal to follow instructions. That is a critical lesson because many people misunderstand the [music] roadside moment. They think if they refuse the test, the officer has no evidence. But in reality, refusal or non-compliance can become part of the total picture. It does not erase what the officer already saw. It can make the situation worse because now the officer has both the initial observations and the refusal to cooperate. Her biggest strategic mistake is that she commits fully to a role that nobody on scene is buying. She wants the scene to look like a terrified person surrounded by dangerous officers. But the officers are almost painfully calm. They keep repeating themselves. They tell her no one said she had a weapon. They point out no one has a hand on a gun. They ask her to lower her hands. They try to start the exercise. They call a supervisor when she requests one. The contrast is what makes the performance collapse. If the officers were aggressive, her story would have more room to breathe. But because they stay controlled, her reaction looks less like a response to their conduct and more like an attempt to redirect the entire stop. That is also why the race accusation does not land the way she wants it to. Serious accusations of racial bias should never be dismissed casually. There are real cases where race affects how people are treated and those cases deserve attention. But an accusation has to connect to what is happening in front of us. Here the officer explains the stop. He explains the impairment indicators. He gives instructions. He does not draw a weapon. He does not threaten her. He does not put his hands on her until the arrest decision is made. He even has body camera footage and another officer present. So when she says, "Because you're white and I'm black," it does not function like evidence. It functions like a shield. A shield against listening, a shield against the exercise, a shield against the uncomfortable fact that the officer may have legitimate DUI concerns. That does not mean she has no right to be nervous. It means nervousness cannot replace compliance. If she believed the stop was unfair, the smartest thing she could have done was complete the process, take note of every detail, request the footage later, and challenge the arrest or citation through the proper channels. Instead, she tries to win the case on the roadside by escalating the emotional temperature until the investigation becomes impossible. The twin sister does not help much either. She gets out, argues, asks what is happening, and interferes with the investigation until officers tell her to get back in the car. That creates another layer of unnecessary chaos. But later the family members who arrive behave much more reasonably. They are upset. They ask questions but they actually listen to the explanation. That difference matters. The officers are not asking the family to blindly accept everything. They explain what happened. The DUI officer gives a clear summary to the supervisor. The speed, the initial observations, the attempts to conduct field sobriety exercises, the repeated interruptions, the hands in the air, the refusal to follow instructions, and the final arrest decision based on the totality of the circumstances. That summary is one of the strongest moments for the officer because it is concise and specific. He does not just say she was being difficult. He lists what he observed and what he tried to do. That is exactly how a DUI investigation should be explained. And the supervisor's response to the family is practical. If the officer has cons, >> okay, yeah, I look, I'm I'm in a little bit of everything with y'all on this in the chat. This is what I'm going to say. And I'm limiting my scope to the video I am watching right now of this. I already said and I'm going to say it again. The officer was doing some some wrong things too. Like he he is and I'm with Noir. They need uh training on that side too. I want to say my attitude for her is coming from this is the best analogy I can think of off top of my head right now. But there was this girl on Tik Tok who was capitalizing off of monetarily um social capital-wise everything about her having Tourette's right. Turns out the Tourette's community called out like you do not have Tourette's. That's not even how this works. And they they start pointing out the things of why this is not Tourette's. She does not have Tourette's but she's you know getting everything from it. So once it is found out she does not have Tourette's, she's faking it. She drops off Tik Tok. But guess what? Every person on TikTok with actual Tourette's, they're being told, "You're a scammer. You don't actually have Tourette's. You're they're getting attacked because of the one that actually was performing Tourette's." And that's the best analogy I can give on her. I do in my soul believe she is performing what actual people go through. And that's why I don't have anything for her. I just I don't now I'm not I do my best to not be like try to force that I'm changing anybody else but I do have to try to communicate out loud why I have the opinion I have when I can when I'm able to get my words together because just saying I don't like it it could mean anything. So I'm trying to be very clear on why I don't like this. I don't like what she's doing because it turns around on things that are really happening and it's it's it's used against that. So, I don't like it. Uh, let me see if he skips to charges and outcome. That's a good question cuz I almost cut this off. Let me see. And see, I hate when they do this cuz I can't tell if he's going to say at the end or the middle. Uh, [sighs and gasps] let me speed him up to like 2x to just see if he says it cuz I can't by screenshots I can't tell if he uh gets to that part of the charges and stuff. So, let's see concerns and the driver refuses to complete the exercises. He cannot simply say, "Well, she did not want to cooperate, so everyone go home." That would defeat the entire purpose of a DUI investigation. Officers are not only protecting the driver, they are protecting everyone else on the road. That is the public safety piece she ignores. She keeps fraing the stop as something happening to her. But DUI enforcement exists because impaired driving can kill strangers who had no part in the driver's choices. If an officer se signs of impairment during a speeding stop at night, the officer has to take that seriously. The fact that she's 5 minutes from home does not solve the problem. People get arrested in driveways. People crash a block from home. Distance remain does not erase risk. The I had to go to the bathroom explanation also does not answer the impairment concern. It might explain why she was rushing. It might explain why she was impatient, but it does not explain slurred speech, watery eyes, odor of alcohol, or refusing to cooperate. It is a side issue that she keeps trying to make central. That is a pattern throughout the stop. She keeps moving the focus away from what matters. The officer says impairment. She says bathroom. The officer says lower your hands. She says she has no weapon. The officer says follow the pen. She says she does not want to die. The officer says participate in the exercises. She says the officer is racist. Every response creates more noise, but none of it clears the original concern. And that is why the arrest becomes almost inevitable. Not because she cried, not because she was annoying, not because she accused the officer of racism, but because she refused to meaningfully participate in the process that could have helped determine whether she was safe to drive. There's a difference between emotional distress and obstruction. One can explain behavior. The other can create consequences. The problem here is that she tries to use emotional distress as a total exemption from instructions. That is not how roadside investigation works. The most revealing phrase is when supervisor tell her that one of the major parts of these tasks is listening to instructions. That is exactly the point. The tests are not only physical, they measure attention, comprehension, coordination, and compliance under structured conditions. If someone cannot stop talking long enough to hear the instruction, that itself becomes relevant. She later asks for an alcohol or drug test, but by then the roadside problem has already happened. Testing at the jail may provide more evidence, but it does not undo the refusal and non-compliance on scene, and it does not change why the officer made the arrest decision when he did. That is another useful distinction. The roadside arrest decision and the final case outcome are not the same thing. Officers make an arrest based on probable cause and observations at the time. Courts later decide what can be proven. A breath result may strengthen, weaken, or reshape the case, but the officer does not need the final courtroom answer before taking action on a DUI investigation. Near the end, the outcome gives the situation additional context. The driver was charged with driving under the influence. And >> there we go. Jeez, here we go. I can slow it back down for the charges. All right, courtroom answer before taking action on a DUI investigation. Near the end, the outcome gives the situation additional context. The driver was charged with driving under the influence and resisting or obstructing. And at the jail, she reportedly provided two breath samples that were consistent with illegally driving under the influence. Court records indicated she ultimately plead guilty to one related charge and her driver's license was suspended. That outcome matters because it undercuts the idea that this was only about a dramatic misunderstanding. The case did not end with everyone realizing the officer imagined the entire problem. It ended with legal consequences that followed her beyond the roadside. The lesson is not that every scared person is acting. The lesson is that fear does not automatically make you right. If an officer is calm, giving clear commands, explain. >> Right. They did the charges. So the DUI and I think he said she had a suspended license, too. Oh, I do. That's what I'm saying. This is what's pissing me off about her. That's exactly what I'm saying because I do remember this. the one with the cop that just died in jail because he had stage four five cancer and he was like, "Can I get out?" The uh and he he's the one that killed the lady with the boiling water. Yes. That's why she's pissing me off. Yes. Cuz she's performing in my opinion the real fear that people out here in this world actually have because you don't know if you about to get shot for no reason. Yes. This this is exactly where my pissivity is coming from. I do remember. I know, right? That's a lot of words for a lot. This is a lot. Um, yeah. I'm with Noir though now. Sorry y'all. I got to prepare for my evening live stream or else I would go ahead and put us a more funny one at the end. But I'm standing in my guns on what how on on how I feel just viscerally how I feel about how she was acting. No. No. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. I I'm not going with it. I feel like in this case it was I can use real world things and deflect and manipulate and then that cop he needs training. He needs to understand what racism actually means. All of it. But I'm not I'm not letting her off the hook because I don't she's performing the fear of what we really have out here. So that's my opinion though. All right. So some of y'all I see you this evening if you choose to do so. It will not be body cam. It'll be going over the Melody Sheree act. Um, and the rest I will either see you during the week or if not by next weekend. All right, y'all. But I'll talk to you later. Bye. Yeah, we >> hit play. Grab the [music] couch.
