Okay. All right. Getting used to this platform. Let's get started. Okay. Um, first I have to say we are watching body cam footage. This is from different YouTube channels, which means I have to transform the content or else it would just be a straight upload that you can see on the original channel. So, I will have commentary. If you don't like a lot of commentary, the links will be in the description box to just watch the video straight through. I actually don't even like talking this much, but I have to follow YouTube's rules. All right, here we go. Oh, the first one is called Delusional Sovereign Citizen Thinks the Laws Don't Apply to Her. This is NY detective >> 2025. While monitoring traffic, an officer observed a vehicle fail to come to a complete stop at a posted stop sign and initiated a traffic stop. >> Good morning, Officer Lango of the Naples Police Department. The reason I'm stopping you is failure to come to a complete stop at the stop sign. >> Oh, I thought I did. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. Is this your license and registration? >> I no longer use a license. I only have my passport that I use. I'm a state national, so I no longer have to abide by uh the corporate corporation's rules and I have my documentation for that. >> Okay. Those were previous uh citations that were dismissed by Judge Cone. >> Yeah, this doesn't show me anything of why you don't have to have a driver's license. So, >> uh I'm a state national, so uh I'm exempt from the problem or the what you guys do. I'm exempt from the uh >> Usually you have a card on you that states that um that they give you that you're exemplary. >> Yeah, they they haven't sent it to me yet, but I I have filed all the paperwork and it's been 11. >> That's crazy to be delinquent on [laughter] the the stuff that the the state actually needs and you don't even have the proper paperwork from your state national sovereign citizenry. [laughter] Like how you I mean it's it's we need the real stuff, but how you don't even have the paperwork you're claiming that you're a part of? >> It's been in place for when? >> Six years >> and you don't have if it's been in place for six years, you don't have the prior one. >> They they didn't send it to me yet. >> In the whole entire six years, you've never had any >> You know how our federal government works. So >> that don't even make sense. You don't recognize the federal government in that way. Like what? What do you mean? It takes them six years. Six years to give you stuff that you don't to say you don't recognize the government in that way because you're sovereign, right? So that means they don't rule over. Oh man, just lazy. >> What do you provide for documentation wherever you go? You only provide ma'am. >> You should have been at least issued an identification card even if you don't have a driver's license. No, because the identification card again abides by your rules uh leaning uh ownership of my vehicles of myself to you >> and I'm no longer a part of the corporation. So, I'm exempt. So, what what we're doing here is illegal as far as me because I >> Well, well, you're right. What is happening here is illegal. You're driving illegally on the road. So, you got you got that part right before you finish your sentence. [laughter] no longer participate in the extortion of the police department. >> Are you are you stating you're so you're a sovereign citizen? >> I'm at state national. >> State national. >> I'm not sovereign. I'm a state national. I'm a part of the republic of the United States. No longer a part of the corporation. >> Where do you reside at? >> This this what they do now. Ever since what? How long I would say? Okay. If for for those of y'all that like watching sovereign citizen videos, would you say like in the last like two to three years is when you really were able to watch sovereign citizen stuff in the courts and on the road and stuff? Because I feel like once they realized we was catching on to how crazy they sounded and and the name that we knew they'd go by, now they start picking other names. But it's the same thing by a different name. A rose is still a rose by any other name. [laughter] Yeah. I'm not a sovereign. I'm a state. It don't It don't matter. And when we get to the ones that say they Morish nationals, to me, I'm I'm putting you under sovereign citizen, too. >> I reside in Naples, Florida. >> Where exactly? >> Here in Naples. >> I know, but I I need to know so I can issue you um a citation. I need to know your address. >> You don't have to issue me a citation. >> We still have to follow the rules that everybody else follows. >> No, ma'am. I do not. I do not. that that that's why I get always get it excused. >> You don't have any you don't have any documentation on you stating that. So you're not exempt. >> No, I am I am exact. Believe me, you'll get a bond from me that goes directly towards you that finds you for every minute that you're holding me here. There there is no crime that's committed. >> You haven't even gotten your sovereign citizen paperwork in six years. I think they'll be okay. They're not going to get a bond from you. Y'all are too lazy. Well, you are. Some of your people actually carry around their little paperwork and everything. You too lazy to even get the paperwork. >> You can only detain me if there's a crime committed. >> Ma'am, you are legally have to follow. >> There's no injured party injured motor vehicle in Florida. You still have to follow. No, I don't. It's See, you guys are extorting money from us. >> See, the problem is you're violating my fourth amendment. >> No, I'm actually not. >> Yes, you are. I can go through it with you, doll. Okay, >> I have it all stand deployment in the northbound lane. >> Oh, hold on. Kendra came in the building. Kendra, look what I can do. Look. You ready? Watch this. [laughter] Do you see it? I got it to work. I had to call the help desk. So, it stays up there till the next person becomes a member. So, you going to keep seeing your name up there for a while. But, I was able to put the little alert up there. [laughter] >> Sus, do you have a minute? >> Sure. Go right ahead. >> Okay. So, I'm on a traffic stop with um a woman who's stating she's not a sovereign citizen, but she's a citizen. And >> here documentation from the judge. >> Okay. Can you repeat again what you just told me? >> I'm I'm a state travel. I'm I'm a state national. I have the right to travel freely. I'm not encumbered by any of your laws or regulations. >> Stating she >> stating she doesn't have to have a driver's license. She can run the stop sign, do everything, and that she travels through common law. And um >> she said if she if she fails to produce identification or a driver's license, she can >> I did I did produce my my >> she gave me her passport, but she says she doesn't have a driver's license. She doesn't need a driver's license. She doesn't have >> If she doesn't have a If she doesn't have a driver's license, just like anyone else, she can be arrested for not having a driver's license. >> No. No state shall No state shall convert my back. >> It's a god-given right. >> All right. Bye. >> It's a god-given right. You guys are You guys are extorting money from us. It's a god-given right. Murdoch versus Pennsylvania. It's a god-given right where the Supreme law. Yeah. The supervisor, the the cop that's here is entertaining her a lot, which a lot of them they do. They ask a lot of questions. She's not going to be unique to entertaining this mess. But her supervisor been there, done that. I like it. He He was like, "Yeah, yeah, yeah." [laughter] BRB said, "The sovereign travelers are fun. How many times have they tried that? Surely it must work sometime otherwise it could be considered insanity. Right. >> Ma'am, do you have your registration for the vehicle? >> I don't have registration with me. No, I don't have to provide it. I am I am >> You do your driving? >> No, ma'am. I I am common law. I am I It is not a privilege. It's a right. It's a God-given right for me to be able to travel. >> Do you have your registration with you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. So, you have no registration, no driver? >> I have it. I just don't have it on me. I don't have to carry it. >> Okay. >> So, if they cause a wreck, you have no registration. You if you have no registration, I don't know why you keep up with insurance. So, you probably don't have insurance. So, everybody else is put out because of your irresponsibility and you you just want to have I can't even say she want to have her paperwork because again, she said she's been waiting six years to show her paperwork. So, what are we supposed to do around here cuz y'all don't want to follow the rules. So go ahead and call your supervisor >> in the event you know you get into an accident with somebody or something. >> I have insurance. >> Look >> I have insurance and I've also got a bond. >> So I have there's no injured party here. >> Okay. Um Veronica said it is a privilege to drive and it's a right to walk or take a bus. Yes. Red Ann said, "Driving is a privilege, right?" Because when you first got that car before you decided to do all this, guarantee you at some point you have had a license because you know it's a privilege to drive on the road. Stop playing with us. >> It doesn't matter if there's no >> Absolutely it does. That's when a crime is committed. That's the only time you can pull me. >> No ma'am. >> Yes, ma'am. Is an injured party. >> You're offering You're offering the contract is not accepted. >> Stand by. You're all free. >> Tell for now, please. >> That's a good question. How do you have insurance without registration? Either insurance is either about to get cancelled once they realize you don't have a properly registered vehicle or something. Cuz that is a good question. >> What's up? >> She's sovereign. >> Huh? >> She's sovereign. She wants to provide me with a driver's license. Her driver's license is expired in 2025. Um, she uh registration is up to date actually and um so right now she's just giving me all of I was just going to write her for expired driver's license >> and um >> what type of poll is it on the ground there is a city issue >> like mouthing off said She's not comp. >> Um, >> she has an expired driver's license. She can't drive. >> So, um, somebody else is either going to have to come drive her car and it's an arrest or I Right. >> Yeah. >> Come on, ma'am. Say it with your chest. She is wrong. She is She is capital wrong. It's okay. Say it with your chest. It's time to go. >> Get my glove. >> Okay, ma'am. I need to turn your vehicle off for me. >> What's the purpose? >> Cuz your driver's license is actually expired. >> Oh, now she got the phone out recording because out of the two people, she of course is the one that makes sense and the cop doesn't make sense in her mind. So, we got to record this moment. [laughter] >> The state of Florida has turned my my freedom to travel freely into a >> What I need you to do right now is turn your car off for me so we can get this situated. >> What What are we getting situated? >> I'm trying to help you. >> What are you trying to help me with, >> ma'am? >> No, I don't understand. What are you trying to help me with? >> I've explained everything to you. I've I've been very kind and helpful to you. >> I can't go forward without my attorney. >> Okay, that's fine. So call your call your supervisor. >> My partner is here with me right now. >> Call your supervisor. Call your supervisor, please. >> We can do that, too. >> What is your badge number, please? >> Ma'am, I'm trying to help you in the best way that I can. You >> have to disclose your number and I have no problem doing that. >> You have to disclose your badge number right now. According to Shapiro versus Thompson. >> Okay. >> Oh, wait a minute. Are we I can't believe we're quoting case law on why the officer has to supply her badge number, but then you don't want to recognize case law on how you need to have your butt in and have legitimate papers and everything to be able to drive on the road. And when I say that, I mean your actual state issued driver's license has to be current, but you can quote case law for her to provide her badge number. H sounds like you're picking and choosing. >> That's no problem at all. These are these are constitutional laws that have been put in place, ma'am. That's what I follow, the constitution. The state of Florida has taken my right to travel freely in my private vehicle and turn it into a privilege, which is against my constitutional rights. >> I am not I am not contracting with you. >> Okay? >> My contract, hear me out for a second. Okay? >> Just I heard what you had to say. At this point, she has asked you to turn the vehicle off and step out of the vehicle. >> If you listen to me, you are going to step out of the vehicle. >> Why would I do that? >> Because I asked you to. >> Exactly. Lovable scorpion. They want to follow the laws that they like. If the law serves them, all of a sudden, that's their constitutional right. If they don't like the law, now it's I'm not in contract with you. I do not recognize your authority. Blah blah blah. And Red said, "Get out. I need her to Hey, put some authority in your voice. Tell that woman she got to get out the car. She was done. You don't have to wait on your partner to tell her to get out the car. >> You don't have any authority on me. >> I do. >> No, you don't. You both are criminals. >> No. You're going to step out of the vehicle or I'm going to make you get out of the vehicle. >> I'm going to church. >> No. You're going to get out of the vehicle right now. >> Nope. Nope. Stop it. >> Do not do not stop it. >> Do not. Oh my god. >> No. No. Keith. >> No. No. >> Stop. Leave me alone. >> Listen. >> Oh my god. I'm going to church. Stop it. Leave me alone, >> please. >> Oh, now she going to church. [laughter] BRB said, "Yeah, the laws aren't pick and mix." And why Kyle said, "For people like this, the case laws are often wrong." So, like, you mean they're citing them wrong or interpreting them wrong? And she said, "Uh, so cops need to know the laws when talking to these people." I believe it. They'll talk you in circles. I Oh, they are so exhausting. >> Stop. >> Oh my god. Are you crazy? No. You're going to step out of the vehicle right now. >> Oh my god. Wait. Let me turn my vehicle off. >> Do not grab me. No. >> Stop. >> Do not stop it. >> Grab this one. >> I'm going to put I'm going to lock up my car. >> No. >> I'm going to lock up my car. >> No. >> We tried to help. >> Oh my god. Bert. >> Hold on. Get yourself. >> Step out. Step out. >> When she called for Bert, I swear I just thought of Sesame Street. And then I was like, her voice does sound like it could be a Muppet's voice. Let me put my car in. Step out. >> Let me put my car in now. >> Step out. >> Stay right there. Do not move. Yep. >> Nope. >> Please lock my car. >> No, >> I want to lock up my car. >> Okay, I'm going to take care of it in a second. >> Please let me go to church. >> Don't tighten them again. You don't have to tighten them that much. >> There. And they are loose. >> Relax. Ow. You don't have to tighten it, sir. >> Not tight. >> You are. You're tight. >> They have to be clamped on. They're handcuffs. >> Are you the supervisor? >> I am the supervisor. >> Okay. I need you to please get my purse and call my attorney. >> Ma'am, I'm not calling your attorney. I will. We will take care of your property. >> Going to have a seat right now. >> Don't handle me like that. >> You're going to sit down, please. >> Stop it. >> Sit down and put your legs in. Don't tow my car. Call my brother to come down. >> Thank you. >> Please don't tow my car. >> Watch your legs. >> Please don't tow my vehicle. Can I please call my brother? >> No. [laughter] >> Lovable of Scorpion said, "Well, Veronica said, not the tears." Lovable Scorpion said, "They gave that gave you the opportunity to shut your car off, but you didn't want to listen." BRB said now she's sovereign traveling to jail. Play fun games, win fun rides. Yes, because you know that's what they say. I'm not driving, I'm traveling. Red said I said clink clink. >> Why? >> Why? That's theft. >> It's not. >> Sir, you're you're stealing my car if you impound it. >> Sir, can I please secure my vehicle? >> Sir, You had 10 minutes to secure your vehicle with uh the soft voice cop that didn't want to pull you out the car. You had all the time in the world. Heck, she said she just wanted to give you a ticket, but you were being difficult. >> Let me secure my car, please. My purse and everything. How am I supposed to get out of jail? >> It's getting towed. >> What about my personal belongings? >> They're going to be secured in the vehicle. >> Sir, I've got money in that purse. Please don't do that to me. What kind of money do you have? >> I have over $2,000 in that purse. Please. >> Okay. Uh, I can check with the supervisor and ask you if >> Please let me have my purse so I can post bail. >> Please. >> Let me check. >> She would like to bring her purse with her to jail. >> Making sure I see a lot of lighters. So, I just want to make sure here that's not supposed to be in here before we bring it to the jail. >> Uh, while you're doing that, I'm going to type the jail intake. She can have her phone, too. >> I will bring your purse and your uh phone for you. >> Thank you, sir. >> Yep. >> Can you please roll up my windows? >> We will. >> And and I I I can't have the code to towed because it's on a security. >> It's going to get towed. There is not nothing around that. >> What if you up my car? >> It's not going to. >> How do you know that? >> Is that another thing? It seems like sovereign citizens do at least when I see them in court and they're getting evicted, they'll be like they sued um the individual but uh I am a corporation and they like LLC their names or something like [laughter] I feel when she was like it's that car is part of a security and she said something else but I think they be uh changing their names into like a corporation or trust. They call it the trust of blah blah blah. It's like, "No, you're getting evicted. You physically, you got to go >> because we notate any damage on it prior to the tow." >> There is no damage on my car >> and there won't be anyone to get it. >> How do I get it? >> Uh, you'll be advised on where it's going to get towed to. >> How long am I going to be in jail? >> Uh, I can't answer that question. I don't know. >> That's not up to us. Well, we need a magistrate here to tell me that right now. >> Uh, you'll go. >> That sounds so dumb. Boy, the demands of of people that sound like her. Oh my gosh, that sounds so stupid. You going to see the judge when you see the judge and then are you going to recognize the judge's authority? You know, since, you know, we're talking about you're not in a contract with such and such. Will it even matter >> before a judge when you get in? >> Okay. She was charged with failure to obey a police or fire department orders, resisting an officer with violence and battery on specified personnel. Dang, what she do? I didn't even see the battery part or resisting with violence part. And usually they, you know, they they be taking a lot to say with violence. Like you got to most of the ones we're watching, I'm saying they got to bite them. They got to, you know, they they do a lot most times. I didn't even see what she did except, you know, she didn't make it easy to get her out the car. Okay, we got another one. Sovereign citizen finds out it's all a lie. And it's crazy YouTube has to keep putting these disclaimers on there. Someone has sovereign citizen in the thing, so it's probably going to be under my video, too. But it says, "Wikipedia, the sovereign citizen movement is a loose group of anti-government activists, conspiracy theorists, vexacious litigants, tax protesters, and financial scammers found mainly in English-speaking common law countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, and New Zealand." On September 15th, 2022, officers from the Broward County Sheriff's Department in Fort Lauderdale spotted a sedan with very dark tinted windows and an illegal license plate. Initially, the vehicle didn't stop before finally pulling over. Unknown to officers, the driver would claim to be a sovereign citizen and proceed to yell and spout a novel's worth of misinformation and legal sounding snake oil. And that's just the beginning. Let's see how his Tik Tok legal degree serves him. Lower all your windows, please. Lower all your windows. Lower all your windows. This is the Bravo Sheriff's Office. Lower all your windows all the way down. >> 523. Copy 1050. >> What is this? >> Just put at Belo Park. I don't have an exact address on a green Ford. Uh no Florida tag and uh drivers uncooperative. We got a couple here. Lower all your windows. >> I can't see. It's too dark, >> driver. Lower all your windows. Lower all your windows. >> Hold on. >> You have the window. >> Yep. >> We got a shield. >> You have a shield? >> Yeah. No, I don't. And this is the point where I wonder why do you up the ante on how dangerous a police officer could perceive a situation to be. I've heard them say lower your windows from between four to six times. Why weren't those windows lowered on the first time? Cuz now you're upping the anxiety and the be on alert, the adrenaline level, and then decisions get made that may not be made if it had been if it had to start off as a more relaxed environment. Why are you not lower your windows? We're just starting there. Why do you do this? Um, no, this is not one of those. So, you're not going to see anything crazy like that, but I'm just saying that's I just don't understand why you wouldn't lower your windows. Like, it raises the level that they think the danger is. I just I don't get it. Having to repeat those orders. I don't understand. Oh, by the way, >> driver, this is the Broward Sheriff's Office. Please lower all your windows. Lower all your windows. >> His window's cracked. >> It's cracked, but I can't see inside. got a side of it. >> Yep. >> Driver. >> Oh, I wasn't even paying attention. They have a ask nicely counter at the top left. So, so far they've asked five going on six times to lower your window. Okay. Missed the counter at the top. >> Lower all your windows. Lower all your windows. Place your hands out the windows. Put your hands out the window. Both hands. Both hands. KEEP BOTH HANDS OUT THE WINDOW. >> NO, not without his hands. Put your hands out the window so we can approach and talk to you. Put both your hands out the window so you we can come and talk to you. >> Keep your hands out. Keep your hands out. Keep your hands up. >> back back. >> Hey, if you if you can if you can get if you can get front windshield as soon as >> Yeah. I'm going to smash the window. >> I got I got it in my pocket. But someone >> not a good idea. >> PUT YOUR HANDS OUT THE WINDOW. >> THIS IS THE BROWARD SHERIFF'S OFFICE. LISTEN, we just want to talk to you. >> We can't talk like this. Yeah. Do you have guns on you? >> You do or you don't? >> Yeah, we don't know that. Exactly. So, keep your hands out so we can come talk to you. >> We're going to be here all day. We're going to smash your windows if you don't comply. >> Listen, lower your windows and put your hands out the windows for me. >> Why is this still a yelling match? He needs to put for his own safety. He should put his hands out the window so they can see his hands. Like, what what are we arguing about here? Why do they still have to be yelling across the way to you? Why are you trying to yell as if they're going to understand you? It just sounds like, you know, it's a more hostile situation than it has to be. And then lovable Scorpion said, "If something were to happen to the person, the family would be mad at the officers." Yeah. Like don't in this instance I'm talking about this specific body cam instance. Do not leave room for anything to be misunderstood when it's like hey they ask you to put your hands out put your hands out the window like what are you doing lower your because the the windows are probably super blacked out possibly. I don't know because you can still need to lower your windows even if it's not tinted and then you won't put your hands out. They have to see where your hands are. Now, I don't know how this call started and why they suspected he may have a weapon because this they was on high alert getting shields and everything. So, I don't know how this call came about, but if they're looking like they suspect you have a weapon, let's not give them reason to continue to think you have a weapon. >> Lower your windows. >> I understand what you're saying. I need you to comply with my commands. >> Lower all your windows. >> All right. Now, put your hands out the window. PUT YOUR HANDS OUT THE WINDOWS. Both hands. And keep them out the window. Both hands. This is the Broward Sheriff's Office. I will show you yours once I make contact with you. >> Listen, you need to comply with my commands. You're not complying. That's why the gun's out. >> Yes, you do. >> Okay, put your hands out the window. >> It's for your safety and our safety. Just keep your hands out. You make sure you don't have guns. >> Yeah, I don't know that. How do I believe you? Deputies realized that this sovereign citizen has every intent to be as difficult as possible and they began to form a plan to extricate the suspect. So the counter got to number 19 in case you can't see your screen. Um I am on board with when people start saying I blame I blame the no child left behind. [laughter] When I think about people that just make me think that they are just slow and just silly on purpose. On purpose, I'm blaming No Child Left Behind. >> Someone needs to get uh get uh lethal coverage and I'll smash the window and we'll try to yank him out. >> Place your hands out the window. >> Listen, I don't want to mess up your car, but if you don't listen, we're going to have to break all your windows. I don't want to do that. Hey, wait, wait. Lucy can get an eye. Lucy. >> Hey, verify his hands are on the steering wheel. >> All right, that didn't work. You can't see. >> Can you just keep them there for us, please? >> Keep them right there. Just keep them right there. >> We just want to make sure you don't have guns. >> Stop. Don't reach anywhere. I'm not letting you open my >> Oh, we got some writing on the car and it's it's it's with the it's got a K. I think it's got K's where it's supposed to be a C. Article 3 consularor court and then it said their Instagram in case y'all you know you want to see it. Hold on. Let me see here. Go back. Instagram is 111 report on the on the little decal there. >> Just want to make sure you don't have guns. >> Stop. Don't reach anywhere. I'm not letting you open my my conveyance. >> Sovereign citizens often use terms like traveling, conveyance, and foreign national to form a pseudo legal argument that they do not need a license to travel and are somehow not subject to laws requiring a driver's license to operate a vehicle. But he'd soon find out just how far his legal arguments would get him. >> I understand that. >> I'm not letting you open, my commands. Who are you? >> This is the Brower Sheriff's Office. >> Listen, do you have your license with you? Do you have your license with you? I'm a foreign national. >> Are you? >> He was not. >> Okay. Are Are you able? [laughter] >> I'm a foreign national. He was not. [laughter] Oh my gosh. Life life cannot be easy living like this. This seems like a hard life for no reason. I think you know what it is too and this is definitely just from what I've been exposed to with sovereign nationals and stuff and however else they want to sovereign citizens and how else they want to call themselves um they're usually financially um disadvantaged. It's always every time I've seen them so far they have money problems. They're never well like not even well off. They're never just normal 9 to5 or whatever and just, you know, doing okay. It's always behind on something, getting evicted from something, got out of prison for something. It's always something to go along with it. >> Unlock your door for me, please. >> I'm not unlocking my door. >> Is this your information? >> Sovereign citizens will also often times create their own identification, including licenses, birth certificates, and passports. Oh, heck no. I Okay. Um, not him having his own ID. It says sovereign American national identification card, substantive birth rights, um, Appalachian. [laughter] I can't with this font. I cannot. Oh my god. Not autograph. It doesn't say signature. It says autograph. Oh my gosh. Florida territory. Oh, they got his address on here. It say Treehouse Lane on there. Um, it's got his height, weight, eye color, hair color on the lefthand side. Not printed on a Xerox printer with a lot of red ink. Boy, I tell And who gave you that hat? Now, see, this is the stuff you make me wonder. When I start seeing stuff like this, I need to know, did they say, "Okay, here's your online packet. Now, we need you to take your own photo and go find a a red hat that looks like this shape. Or do they send you a hat in your packet and you take the picture? I want to know the whole setup on how you feel like this is yeah, this is legit. This is the right way to go. Some sovereign citizens have even gone so far as to print their own currency. Several details indicate that the suspect is affiliated with the Moorish sovereign citizen movement, which combines aspects of the Moorish Science Temple of America and the broader sovereign citizen movement. Moorish sovereign citizens have been known to engage in a wide range of scams and criminal activity such as selling forged documents, tax fraud, and house squatting. >> And you are being >> Yeah, house squatting. And be the first ones to ask you, "What do you bring to the table? [laughter] Um, Pette said they could be like I think like better financially off, but they don't want to be and especially in relationships. It's just being cheap to me. Sorry. Wow said they uh make their own license plates. Red Ann said never. Oh, yeah. Never content. Yeah, I agree. >> I fear for my life. >> Okay. >> I fear for my life right now. The law is on my conveyance. >> Okay. You're being stopped because your tag is not a valid Florida license plate. >> I'm not working in commerce. I'm a foreign national. I gave you my identification. >> Your name's not in it. >> You know what's crazy? And this is another thing of educating yourself on the actual laws. But there's a such thing as a foreign national. That that's true. But foreign nationals, if they come here, just like if we were foreign nationals in another country, we have to abide by their laws where they're at. So you would still as a foreign national have to abide by the laws that of the land that you're in and that you're you know whatever you're doing. I was going to say earning an income but I don't know I don't know if you earn income or not but you know just living here however you're you know have a residence and all that stuff you have to abide by the laws here. >> I gave you my identification. You want my um information? >> Do you have a license? >> You want my information? Do you have a license issued in any of the 50 states in the United States? >> Something that has your name on it, >> your name on it? >> I just gave you my identification that has my name on it. It has my appellation on it. >> There's no naming here. >> The one I just gave you, man. >> Listen, >> you need to unlock this door. We're going to break this window. >> You need to unlock this door or we're going to break this window. >> Get my information. I'm going to tell you one more time. >> None of that information is correct. >> You're violating international law. >> I'm going to tell you one more time. >> You're violating international law. >> This is the last time I'm going to tell you. >> You're violating. >> Unlock the door. We're going to break the window. >> Break the window. >> You're violating international law. >> Break the window. >> Listen. Unlock the door. This is your last chance. This is your last chance to unlock the door. >> I'm giving you my information. >> I Listen, we need a we need a license or some sort of state ID. I'm not operating in commerce for give you a license. I'm not operating in commerce. >> Okay. Do you have a passport? >> Is for commercial activ? >> I don't I don't have a passport. I have an international identification I just gave you. >> Issued under who? >> Sir, he has the Xerox printed paper that he gave you with all that red ink. That is his valid identification. Sir, >> the 1508 states that that's a lawful identification document. All right. >> He's not listening. >> One more chance. >> I don't want to break your window. Step out. Get out of the car. Step out the car. Out of the car. Out of the car. >> Put your hands behind your back. Your hand. Your other hand. Your other hand. Give us your other hand. >> Was that so hard? Why Why did Why do we have to go through that, bro? >> You could have easy just could have just given us your information and that's it. >> None of this would have happened. >> Take notice of the fake license plate. The reason the suspect was pulled over to begin with, it would be just the tip of the iceberg compared to what the officers would find next. >> Look at this license plate. Oh my gosh. And you think that nobody's going to talk gonna pull you over or find out what's going on. I just I be I I can't wrap my head around that they think it'll actually work. That's where I get stuck at that it'll actually work. You can really argue this. It'll be fine. >> Fact check. Creating a bunch of fake flags does not give you diplomatic immunity. >> Smells like 57 in the car. >> A what? >> Smells like weed in the car. And he's got a he's got a badge thing in there. I don't know what that is. Y I'm waiting to see what what else they find. Okay, they said weeds in the car. Um, that's another cost he added to himself. He was probably going to go to jail, but you didn't have to have a broken window to come back to. Maybe an impounded car as well, but you going to get that because of the fake license plate anyway. The car was getting impounded, but you didn't have to have a broken window on the car. >> You said badge. Yeah, it's bad. >> Where? >> Oh, I didn't realize they meant police badge. Loable Scorpion said they might get him on impersonating a cop since they found a badge in the car. I don't I I don't know why I was I was not thinking police badge when it said fake badge. >> That's a deputy badge. >> Uh yeah, he's a US citizen. I found him. >> He's not still follow. Hey Monday, just go ahead and kill it just in case. >> Yeah, >> the window document merely consisted of a declaration of sovereignty and a bunch of quotes from court cases taken out of context. In summary, it's comparable to a legal argument written by a third grader and not a very bright one at that. >> Where that batch go? >> Still there. Bravo. >> Come on. oil on the finger. Great seal laptop. >> Why does he have so much police stuff in his vehicle? That's weird. Why do you have a fake badge? And yeah, why [clears throat] do you have the laptop thing like police have? Who are you looking up while you're driving? This is so weird. Where did Where did he think he was going to get to go with this? This is such a And then the even the car color stands out so much. This is so I don't get it. I just don't get it. I think people that get disenfranchised, which I [clears throat] mean, how can I put this? I don't know how to put it, but I swear you can almost pick out the people that would be potential sovereign citizens. Like, it's just like there's a certain archetype that they follow. >> The suspect was arrested and a records check revealed that he had outstanding warrants and a suspended Florida driver's license. Once in custody, he threatened to put a lean on the deputies properties and freeze all of their assets. He faces 10 counts with half of them for threatening a public servant, and his bond was set at $1,150. Despite all of the suspects legal ramblings and artistic expressions of national sovereignty, the suspect chose not to test his legal theories before a jury of his peers. Instead, he plead guilty to the charges. He has since been rearrested twice for misdemeanors, indicating that his sense of entitlement and ignorance of actual law has not abaded. So, you didn't even fight for yourself about how they don't rule over you and and and they can't tell you what to do because you're a foreign national. You you plead guilty. Guilty to whose laws? That's interesting. Yeah, the commentator is on point on this one. Let me see what channel this is. Let me see if this one Oh, it's Midwest Safety. Okay. Midwest Safety is not always so um sarcastic, so I'm very surprised it's them, but it's Police Insider. I think is my normal sarcastic one. But yeah, that's Midwest Safety. Okay, >> subscribe to our channel. >> Yeah, they try talking about they try to put a lean on their property or threaten to put a lean on their property is hilarious. I like that comment by the cop. The sovereign travelers still use right US currency as payment, right? Okay, we're going to this one. This is one um I had to get y'all one that wasn't always being pulled over. This one he's in a bank. I think y'all sent this to me too anyway. But he's in a bank and he's about to school these officers on sovereign citiz Well, he he doesn't claim to be a sovereign citizen. He don't like that name, but you know, the language is is the same. >> On August 26th, 2024, officers responded to a bank after a man was attempting to deposit $1.6 million in fraudulent checks. He's in the office now with the manager. He's writes look very fake. Um, his passport, what I saw online, it said it should be year, month, date, but I don't know. She clips and contacted our security and she said to call you guys. >> She's trying to for deposit. >> Open up a new account with those. >> You can step in here if you want if you don't need, but she >> Okay, >> he's in my office now presenting these and this looks to be a fake passport. The date um it says the date supposed to be backwards like the year supposed to be over there. >> Do those feel like real checks or >> No, they they're already pre-made. I ran them through check systems. The name didn't come up on check systems. It just had a score, low, very low credit score, and no reason he should be getting these kind of checks, it seems. >> Well, his saying he's saying that it's in his account. >> Yeah, he's saying it's came from a bank. From him, he's saying >> what bank >> in Missouri. >> I didn't give y'all the title to this. It says police surprise man at the bank after $1.6 million scam backfires. >> Well, even the picture picture has to be white. Oh, right. Yeah. I was trying to get her to help if it was fake or not, but I couldn't figure out. Make sure. >> Where's [music] he? >> He's in the house. >> He's in the back office over there. >> Just keep stalling him for a minute. >> Just keep stalling. Tell me. Is Is there an actual bank? >> I haven't had a chance to look that up. I could have one of the >> Okay. See if that is an actual bank, Manny. Okay. The passport. He doesn't have a license. Gave him this. This doesn't even look right because the picture has to be white. >> So, it's fake passport. He's trying to put in like almost a million and a half. >> From where? >> From He's saying he has an account in St. Louis trying to open up an account here. >> How you guys doing? >> Okay, good. >> Anthony. >> Yeah. >> What do we got going on here today? >> Nothing, right? >> Nothing. >> No. Where'd you get this passport at? Got that passport from the United States government. >> You got some ID, other ID on you. A passport card also. >> Can I show you something? >> Yeah. Read that, please. >> Visions starting to go. >> Yo, I hear you. That's why I have these. >> I'm an internationally protected person. >> Okay. So, he's an he's an international protected person. All right. >> Protected person for what? >> That ID. >> What do you mean a protected person? >> International protected person. >> What the hell is that? >> You solve protected >> from anything from the law. You're saying? >> No. Okay. >> I'm just international protected. >> That's what that idea is. I just >> never heard that. >> He's a sovereign citizen. >> Yeah. >> No, I'm not. >> Yeah, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Says it right there on the back of the car. >> No, I don't. No, I don't. >> I don't need to read it. I've seen >> See, they hate to claim that now. They don't want to be called sovereign anymore. They want to be claimed whatever little title they get from the little kits that they get online. >> No, they don't say I'm a sovereign citizen citizen at all. >> Okay. Same ideology. And I that that account that I'm using >> what your checks are from. >> Yeah. >> Uhuh. >> That account you better check with St. Louis before you make a move on me. >> So >> I got written permission to use that account. >> Um can you reach out to him and see this >> where they found that? >> Yeah. Okay. Sure. >> I got written permission to use that account. If >> I didn't have written permission account, I wouldn't be using it. I've had my passport since 2020. >> Since 2020? >> Yeah. >> So, you don't have a driver's license? >> No. >> Okay. Cuz you can't drive out of here. >> Why not? >> Cuz you don't have a license. >> He said, "Why not? He has no valid driver's license, a fake passport, probably from the same place, you know, that convinced him that he is an internationally protected person. And you know what? No, I'll wait. I ain't going to say I'll wait for that part. But he just sitting back like, "Let me, you know, let me show you some." He got that I'm very comfortable look. Uh I'mma teach y'all. Just keep reading. Like if they read it, all of a sudden everybody's minds will change and like, "Oh, oh, you are internationally protected. Oh, this check isn't fraudulent." Okay. The only thing I couldn't figure out on this one is I feel like he believes that check is legitimate. Like I don't know if he's one of the ones that actually forced the check. I think he thinks it is very legitimate and he actually inherited the check or whatever, you know, from from however. That's the only thing I feel like he is totally convinced this is not a scam and I'm not trying to scam people. I was given this check as part of my rightful inheritance or whatever. >> I don't need a license. >> Yeah, you do. >> So, you're So, you're saying you're a sovereign citizen? >> No, I'm not saying I'm aver Okay, let me explain something to you. You see those signing. The police are here. >> I don't know. Know what? >> Uh oh. That mean he got fake license plates, too. Cuz he asked him, "Did they see his license plates on the back of his car?" And we just saw what one of those fake license plates look like. Now I'm thinking he got fake ones, too. >> Car you have. >> Okay. I'm going tell you what car I got. I ain't scared. I ain't got no reason to be scared. I ain't got nothing. My car is that 2013 Ford Explorer out there. >> Okay. Go call that number then to >> 6675 >> to uh the Ohio uh to the uh United States Department of Transportation. It's got a DOT number on there. That car is under my trust. >> Radio. >> There it goes. The car is under his trust. One of the next little phrases that they like to use. >> That car is that car is under my trust and I'm operating out of my trust. And that car is trust property. And that right there, those checks are written off my trust and I have written permission from the Federal Reserve Bank to use that account. >> No, that's where we're going to check. >> Yeah, you can check all you want. And if you want, I call my girlfriend and tell her she can fax a paper up here. Show them where I sent it to him in June. >> Show what? >> Show them the document that I sent to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. do send to the IRS. >> It doesn't matter what you sent them cuz you could have been con convinced to send anything. It's what they actually recognize. And it's not what your girl can fax over. They're contacting the actual legal databases, whether it's the state database or whatever. It has nothing to do with what you can fax over. I know this doesn't matter to them, but it just it makes just no sense. I just don't get it. >> Permission to use that account. Wait and see. >> [clears throat] >> Okay, so it's just me right now. Why Kyle said trending? You know, he does not think those checks are real. This is a scam that they will try because they make their own money. Dang. I don't know why. I don't know why it was something about him being Oh, I'll tell you why. I thought he thought the checks were real. Cuz they when they asked him, "How much did you pay to get your identification documents?" And they were like, you know, 40, 50 or however much they asked he pay. And he was like, "Oh, no. way much more than that. And they were like, "Dang, they got you for that much." So, it just made me think that he's scammable. And then they convinced him that he he actually had a check. You know what I mean? That's why I don't know. But he also could be the scammer and he's still going to get in trouble cuz he's the one with in possession of a fake check. But for some reason, I just believe that they convinced him that that was a real check. >> Accounts are private. >> Isn't that what I told you? >> You did. Did you ask me where the funds was coming from? >> Yep. That's what I put on here. >> I ain't got nothing to lie about. I ain't got nothing to hide. I ain't no thief. And I ain't doing nothing illegal. >> And [clears throat] it's not the first time I've done it. Just so you know. >> So, you know, if I did it, >> am I right, officer? If I did it twice before. >> Where'd you do it before? >> I did it at Wood Forest Bank and I did it at uh >> I did it at Wood Forest Bank and I did it at PNC Bank. [clears throat] So he just admitted to two other crimes cuz he don't know when to be quiet. >> Hi. >> Yeah, I ain't got to know where you found the >> You got information. >> Got dates for what? >> For when you did >> I got my paperwork at home. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And I don't appreciate y'all call me a sovereign citizen cuz I'm not Don't put no claim to no name. >> Okay. >> He don't like that. He don't like that sovereign citizen label. >> You don't label me. >> I want you sovereign citizens claim the same. >> I want you. No, I'm not a sovereign citizen. You can't put me in the boat with somebody else. Okay. I'm a officer just like you guys. Okay. I know what you do and I know how you do what you do. >> She wants to know if she need if you need more information like the court record. >> Um yeah, if they can give me that number. Yeah, if you can give me that number, that'd be great. >> What this got to do with my old court case down warrant? >> I don't know. The sergeant talking. >> That case been dismissed. >> What was it for? >> What was it for? >> Was it for driving without a license? And you got to car towed? >> No, >> I think it was cuz I think we stopped you before. >> No, it wasn't. >> You got a car. You had a car last time. Yeah. >> Listen. >> No, it wasn't. My case down at the city at the county. My case at the county. >> You used to have You used to have a car. >> I had to do >> Okay. Wherever the case was located, what was it for? Why can't you just answer that question? >> With this car right here, and I had it in the shop, you know, >> and the guy had my car for over a year. Okay. And they brought the case. He went down and followed me and lied on me and said a fake check. Okay, [clears throat] >> there we go. It wasn't just about the car. He said that man lied on him and said he gave him a fake check. So, did that fake check come from the same place that this fake check is coming from? >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And I went down there, spoke to them and spoke to the prosecutor and told them, "You guys never asked me not one damn thing about that case. You went that guy went down and filed a case. Y'all do like y always do. You walk in, you assume. You don't investigate. >> They probably investigated the source of the check. That's why there are routing numbers that are traceable. Banks, institutions, like you just you investigate the check. It's a fraudulent instrument. Remember, I'm ex copy sheriff. And the same time I was working at Tr County Sheriff, I was working at Kyle with Metropolitan Housing Authority full time on the midnight shift. >> No. >> So, you had a decent job and this is what you want to do. You want to be a a criminal. BRB said they should just pay him with his sovereign monopoly money so he can be on his way. Lovable Scorpion says she believes that he knows the checks are fake. Okay, I guess it was just me. I feel like he's so convinced, but I mean, you got to start questioning things. So, and it's so funny. You think I'd be so jaded by now that I think everyone knows that they scamming. But I don't know what it was about him that made me think he's just getting played on that part. On that part only. >> Y'all need to stop assuming. Stop putting labels on people. That's disrespectful. Don't call me something that I don't claim to be. You don't know deadly squat about me besides what's in that computer. That's all you know about me. [clears throat and cough] >> You don't know nothing else about me. >> Oh, we know you can't. You're not allowed to drive. >> No. >> Yeah, I am. >> Yeah. >> I don't need a driver's license. >> No, I don't. >> Now, let me answer a question. That's why you got a car. So, last time >> I'm not arguing with you. Listen, here's what >> Oh. Oh, listen up. He about to learn y'all something. He done sat up. Look at them hands. Look at that hand placement. He was about to teach y'all. >> No, I didn't. No, >> I towed it. >> Listen, you never towed that car. That car never been to >> Not that one. Your other one. >> You towed what car? >> We stopped you before. This a couple years ago now. I remember you. Yeah, I did. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, I did. >> Where do I live? >> I promise you. >> Where do I live? >> I don't know. >> You had these? I don't know. >> You didn't. >> This number is longer than I ever said. Look at that. Look. What is it even supposed to be? >> We don't even know. It's not even you. But I recognize your face. >> Listen, you don't recognize my face. >> Yes, I do. >> No, you don't. No, you don't. Now, let me explain. Don't don't try putting labels on him that he can't remember you when he when he can't remember. >> The the police are in there to play today. They they they they chilling today. He said don't put labels on him cuz he didn't want to be labeled a sovereign citizen. Don't put labels on him that he can't remember you. The police got time today. >> Don't Don't put Don't try putting that on him. >> Listen, I ain't never had my car tote for that. I never had my car to cuz I had a driver's license. >> What's that? >> Do you want me to take this to the other office? Yeah. Give that to >> I never had my car towed cuz I have a driver not what they checking for. I don't know. >> Do you know how long it's been since I haven't had a driver's license? >> 2023. License expired. >> Yeah. Expired and I renew it. >> Yeah. So, you're not allowed to drive then? >> No. Now, let me explain some of you officers. Okay. Before you jump to conclusions, I understand what the high revised code says, >> but what overrides the Ohio revised code? United States Supreme Court court rulings on driver's license override that. Yes, it does. >> You need a driver's license. >> No, >> they're saying you need a driver's license. You have a valid driver's license. >> Well, look, let me tell you something. It don't say I need a driver's license. >> City of War, state of Ohio. >> I don't care nothing about city war, state Ohio. I don't care about >> They know because you don't have a current driver's license. They know [laughter] >> what we go by right now. >> Well, I'm not going by that because I'm going by what federal law says. Federal law overrides and federal says the Ohio the US Supreme Court says I don't have to have car insurance >> and that car >> you don't have insurance either. >> That car is under my Yeah, I got insurance under my trust. >> Now touch it. Touch it. That that vehicle's under a trust and the trust. >> Well, if you pull out of here and we stop you, then we're going to tow it again. And >> listen listen. It seems like it's very expensive to live this life now. Now, do they probably fa pay pay what they're fined? Probably not. But it just seems like it's super expensive because look, now you about to get in trouble for not having insurance cuz you talking about your insurance. They weren't even asking you about insurance. Then you have probably a fake license plate because you done pointed out your car talking about go look at the DOT number on the back of the license plate. Like it's just just problems. We And we still got to deal with this $1.6 million check scam. I respect you officers to the >> Okay, don't threat because that vehicle is under a trust. You better go to your supervisor. You better ask them about a private. >> That is that is a supervisor. >> You better ask him about a trust. You trespass on that trust property. Okay, >> this won't be a problem. >> Okay, >> that's a tongue twister. Trespass on that trust property. Trespass on the trust property. What is that? >> Public. All I'm saying is there's officer fraud. >> Listen, don't try and play me. I'm older than both of y'all. >> What kind of fraud? >> Don't try and play me, bro. Come on now. I would never disrespect officer. Period. >> Sir, you are being played by the people that issued you those documents. And apparently on the going market rate, you've paid way more than what they normally charge. You are getting played, but it's not the officers that are the ones playing you. Never. The rowdy number on that account instead of Federal Reserve Bank. >> Chie, >> the account number on that account. >> Can you call me back at um extension? >> I've noticed this too. A lot of sovereign citizens believe that they're going to they're getting this payout from the Federal Bank. Um I feel like and I didn't know if this was one or not and I um and it's only roughly I've heard about this. So, it was something like your social security number is connected to some kind of money that you can go back to this website and claim and all this other stuff. Now, I'm starting to feel like that's also under that sovereign citizen stuff. But, I always would hear that little thing floating around. It's not like, you know, one of those Facebook type things that they'll float around, but cuz he's like, you know, this this routing number is connected back to the federal trust or whatever. No, it's not. And there's no money for you. There's no inheritance. Unfortunately, the only money most of us will see is what we just sit out there and work for. There's no extra money for most of us. It's just not going to work that way. That's for the less than 1% that there's just money that you inheriting from somebody. You don't it's it doesn't exist. >> Private trust. >> Thanks. >> Starts with a 98. Ma'am, am I right? >> What? I'm excuse >> both of those checks the routing number instead of Federal Reserve Bank. >> Um I'm I don't know. I haven't looked at that just yet. I'll take a look though for you. >> The account number >> Mhm. >> Don't start with a 98 on both of those checks. >> Mhm. >> He got quiet like he proved the point. That doesn't mean anything. It's a fraudulent check. [laughter] >> How do I know that? Cuz it's my private trust. just register with the Internal Revenue Service. >> 4746. >> Want me to go home and get the paperwork for you? My girlfriend fax the paperwork to you. >> 4746. >> Just wait here. >> I'm trying to make a deposit. Call the police for what? [snorts] I ain't doing nothing illegal. What am I doing? I understand that. You go to the bank to make a deposit >> because they're too large deposits, they call the police. [clears throat] It's ridiculous. It don't make no sense. Why can't y'all just treat customers like customers? >> Is it Todd Hunt or Tyler Hunt? will scan the check. If the check scans and it goes through, what that meant? That mean check is good. >> That's what they're they're trying to figure out right now. >> Here's another check that I'm waiting to clear from the IRS. >> Okay. If you have all this money, why you in war? For one point, I'm getting ready to get out of war. >> What are you doing for work? >> I'm retired. >> Oh, >> I'm going to get the hell out of this check right here. >> Where's the trust from? >> Huh? >> Where's the trust from? >> It's from family or what? Yeah, it's from my dad's. From my dad's estate. Part of it. Part of it is from my dad. >> Part of it is from his dad's estate. $1.6 million. Part of that is from his dad's estate. >> Estate and my mom's estate. My mom and dad is deceased. This check right here [clears throat] to the IRS United States Treasury dated 813. $1.25 million. >> Oh, he done said something there. Look them glasses at the tip of the nose. He's serious. He is about his business. It the whole body language says like, "Y'all are dumb. I'm smart. You should be listening to me so I can show you how this goes." >> So, by the hell would I write a million dollar check and I ain't got no money in the account or the check is bad. Come on, guys. >> Y'all know better than that. >> Pictures of checks. >> Got pictures of checks. >> Yeah. >> That doesn't mean anything. You could have just been sitting at home writing them, taking pictures of them. >> Well, guess what? >> You want to go to my house and want me to log into my All right. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I understand what you're saying, but let me show you. >> You only have seven years to get back what, Carol? Something happened to him in 2023 that made him not renew his driver's license. Right. Wow. Right. Just because you put the 98 on the check doesn't mean it's the beginning of a federal routing number. Right. [laughter] Did you just doing this? Go to my house, look at my account, and I'll walk into my IRS account and you see them checks. >> How do you How do we know you're not just doing this? >> Cuz I don't talk [ __ ] >> I don't talk [ __ ] >> I'm 64 going to 65 years old. 65. >> That doesn't mean anything. There are very much uh 65 year old scammers out here. There's 80year-old scammers out here. That doesn't mean your age doesn't mean anything. And you saying that you talk S doesn't or you don't talk S doesn't do anything to back up this $1.6 million check or or whatever. >> I talk the talk. I walk the walk. >> When did all this start? This stuff. >> When did this >> that start? >> I've had that for the last two years. [clears throat] I've had my passport for the last four years. My passport card and my passport book. >> They all got my picture on it. Okay. >> All right. No, I know where you can go online and get them. It's not It's not They're like 20 bucks. They're not that hard. >> 20 bucks for what? For that >> for them to make them. Yeah. No, they're not hard to get. >> 20 bucks. No, I don't. >> I don't know what you paid then. But >> no, you don't know what I paid no damn 20 bucks either. >> Was it more? >> Yeah, a hell of a lot more. >> You got ripped off, man. >> No, I didn't. >> See, look. This is why I was like, he This is what made me think he don't know these checks are fake. He is sitting up there like, "Of course I didn't pay just $20." That would be too cheap. Of course not. That wouldn't be legitimate. I paid a hell of a lot more. And he's just sitting there like, "How dare you?" And no, I didn't get ripped off. No, I didn't. See, one see one thing one thing about it, bro, is [clears throat] to have a full understanding of what's going on. They have a understanding and an understanding. >> But >> you got your side. >> Oh, child. The overstanding and the understanding. I hear that every now and again, too. Right. But listen, you you're giving money to people who are >> shysters who take take your money and give you this ID that does nothing that goes nowhere. >> These people don't >> have I haven't sent that ID in. >> They're just they're just they're taking your money and putting you in a jackpot. That's all they're doing. >> No, listen. I haven't taken >> They believe in this ideology that they have that >> No. >> All right. I'm just trying to >> I haven't sent this idea. I mean it >> to the government yet. Okay. I haven't sent it in to the government. When I send this this ID into the government, they don't put it in the computer. >> Who said that? >> No, I ain't know who said it. I >> That's not how it works. The government creates an ID issued to you. They don't take IDs into a system that you you were issued by some unknown place. Like that's not that's not how it works. And this cop is the only one I've honestly kind of heard like, "Hey, they're scamming you." I don't usually hear the cops explain to them like you kind of getting scammed. They just keep collecting y'all's money and you're just out here down bad. He's the first one that's I feel like he and he had time. If they didn't get interrupted, that cop had more time. He was about to break down state law versus federal law. He had time. >> I haven't done it yet. >> Who told you that? >> Nobody told me anything. >> Where'd you read it? >> I didn't read it. Don't worry. >> How do you know? >> Cuz I know cuz I've sent other ID. >> But who told you? Nobody told me anything. I did it on my own. >> How do you know they enter your ID in >> just like they enter your driver's license? >> Very stuff. >> That's because that doesn't belong to you. That belongs to the state. That ain't even your driver's license. That's why it's entered. >> Now listen. Now you just opened your mouth and you said a very important thing right there. Something you need. Even your place. >> The driver's license don't belong to me. It belong to the state. >> Okay? And I don't belong to the state. The driver's license belongs. >> You want to drive on a on a road? >> No, I'm not. >> You're going to get that license. >> I'm not driving. I'm not driving. I'm traveling. Now read it in the law. Am I allowed to travel? I'm not driving. >> See everything you're saying. See these questions I'm asking you. This is all sovereign citizens. >> No, it's not. Read the law. See, y'all talk that sovereign citizen. >> I'm Carol, I'm reading your chat, but I don't understand. And I'm sorry. I don't understand. I'm trying to follow. I'm trying to track, but I don't I don't know what's I don't know what you're um trying to tell me. Um yeah, they would just have captured his fake ID. Yeah, they would have got into trouble. Hey, he tried to turn that into something. Lovable Scorpion said he's part of the scam and every time he clears his throat, he's about to lie. >> But you won't go read the law. Go read the law. Include the Ohio Revised Code. >> I know. Read it where it says you are. Let me ask y'all this. I'mma ask y'all a question. So before driver's license, the car came out, everybody was walking, right? >> Did they have to have a license at the wall? >> Don't do that. Laws evolve. Laws evolve. There was some very harsh laws that are no longer laws. Thank God. Um laws evolve. So yeah. No, there's no license required at certain points when people was moving on stone wheels and then wooden wheels or whatever. But [laughter] that's not what you're living in now. You got to go by the laws that exist right now. >> I want y'all to get y'all's brain. >> I'm not talking about that bull crap. Use your head more than hat >> before the invention of an automobile. >> He called him dumb again. He has the nerve to call them dumb. He say, "Use your head for more than a hat rack." Also, my mom would would say that to me. I've not heard anyone honestly say that too much outside of this man. And when I was growing up, my mom would say that >> everybody was what? >> Then people were born animals. Am I right? Am I wrong? Then they went from animals to wagons, right? Then they went to cars. Go back and read your history. When automobiles was first created, find out if there was a driver's license. >> We We ain't worried about history. >> No, history. >> We're worried about We're worried about the the present law. >> History. >> The present law. History has to >> the present law. >> And I don't care about >> You have to have to follow law. >> Unfortunately, you do. >> No. No, I don't. >> Everybody does. >> No, I don't. >> In a civilized society. >> Okay. >> I'm civilized, but I don't have law, >> right? >> Cuz the law was the What you don't understand is the law was written against me to you be used against me. It wasn't used to help me. Just like I said with my one case at the county, the city, it went to the city and then moved over to the county. The city prosecuted didn't investigate. They didn't pick up the phone, call me, and ask me no damn questions. And the county did the same damn thing. Okay? So, don't tell me nothing about no law. I know that it works. >> Well, >> they don't do no investigation. You go down there on any kind of case, they're doing like the law always do. They assume. And when you assume, you make a ass of yourself. Now, >> now the assume explanation has come out. Oh my god. You didn't even say it right. You didn't even land the plane on that one. When you assume, you make an ass out of yourself. That's not how it goes. >> That's why the first three letters is ass. >> So, did you assume that when you send this in? >> No, I didn't assume that. I know. Nobody told you. >> No, nobody told me. I know for a fact cuz I've already >> I forgot the cop eight on that question. I got to go back. Hold on one second. >> Assumes. >> So, did you assume that when you send this in? >> No, I didn't assume that. I know it for >> Nobody told you. >> No, nobody told me. I know for a fact because I've already >> Oh, right. >> Yeah. [clears throat] >> So, what is it for? >> See, I can pick my own ID. I don't have to. >> Why do you have to have any ID at all? our system. >> You don't. >> Why do you >> You don't. >> Why'd you pay to get one? >> Because so I would be able to use it for what when I go to like casinos or wherever. >> You going to take that? >> His logic is broken off so fast just by those couple of questions. If you don't have to have an ID, why did you give up your money to get one for what? That boy, the questions, you ask a couple logical questions, it breaks them down real fast. And that he he look he tried to skip over anything that you would normally say for an ID. Talking about for the casinos every >> day. You just don't know about >> they take it every day. [clears throat] >> They're not supposed to. >> If I have a driver's license that's the driver's license other than he good. >> Yeah. >> Now there's a question. Y'all answer that correct? is the United States. >> See, he's the professor. He said he he said he's praising them for answering his question how he feels is the right way to answer it. The hubris is is wild in this room. >> You can even have one from shoot Canada, Puerto Rico, where Okay. All right. Okay. >> I appreciate the answers cuz the answer I appreciate. >> Are you a teacher? >> Are you? >> No. No. Just asking questions. I know the answers, but you guys gave me the right answer. >> I'm I'm going to tell you something about you guys. >> Now, you guys are some of the best officers. >> Oh, really? Are >> because you're being sincerely being honest and I'm being honest and sincere with you. I'm not jacking your leg or none of that crap. Okay? [clears throat] That's a driver's license >> from it's an international driver's license good in 188 countries. >> Well, it'll pop up when we run it. >> I don't know if it'll pop up or not, but I know >> it will. You can run an international license. >> I know it's a I know it's an international driver's license. >> Yeah, we can find out. You said that. >> You know, you don't need an ID. You have ID. >> You don't need to do You don't need to spend money on an ID. Spending money on an ID. You said you don't need one. Why have one? It's just this circular argument. >> It's good to have >> because I think that someone put this in your head and you believe this. >> I'm a grown man. Don't put nothing. I do my own thing. >> I get that. But you're going to get yourself in a jackpot. >> It's good to have a ID because like just like here, can you go in the bank and open an account without ID? >> I want to know what does the cop mean when he says you're going to get yourself put into a jackpot. That's the second time he said that. And I'm wondering is that how like maybe these people that are fooled into turning in their stuff uh for because you know he you know he probably gave up his social security number and stuff to those people that issued him his ID. So I wonder if the jackpot is basically a a way that they're stealing identities to go use your identity on other stuff while you out here you ain't going to check it cuz you talking about you sovereign so you don't apply to those rules anyway. So I'm just wondering what is this jack he said that twice the jackpot thing. I want to know what that is. No, [clears throat] here's the deal. We're going to take him. So, he's got >> multiple things wrong a with his passport, >> the picture, the issuance date and so forth. But we contacted the Federal Reserve and the primary thing right now is the Federal Reserve in St. Louis where he's claiming this money is at doesn't issue personal checks. He's got a personal check here. >> They don't have personal accounts. >> Okay. So, amongst other things, the print on this, there's just they're they're bogus checks. He's trying to cash $1.6 million here. So, she's going to get >> they don't issue personal checks. Okay. Why Kyle said jackpot just means world of trouble. Okay. I thought it was like some I don't know like a part of like a a piece of a a scheme like a step in a scheme when people try to steal your stuff or something. Is it international license because you got it online from someone in another country? [laughter] Right. [gasps] Wow. Said, "Why you at the casino if you don't believe in our currency, bro? Please." What's the risk assessment here? Try to cash a sovereign check. Skip sovereign prison because they aren't real. If the check is accepted, collect real money. You know what's crazy is Yeah. because they'll take the real money. They'll go through the real bank, through the real system to try to get the real money, but everything else leading up to that is fraudulent. It's fake. They're not ruled by that >> other answers here from the Federal Reserve here in a few minutes. But in the meantime, there's enough. We're going to >> take him passing bad checks. Well, >> we're we're just going to hold him on an investigation right now because I don't want any um I don't want him to appear in court or anything and then him set a bond and then he's gone. So, we're just going to book him right now and run an investigation and we'll talk to the prosecutor's office and go from there. But, he's a sovereign citizen. I just want I'm having you say I >> What does that mean? >> I'll explain that to you. The laws don't apply. Those are laws. >> Okay. >> So, >> he's got they got their own set of laws. Gosh. >> Yeah. >> So, stop believing. >> So, stop believing what they trained you. >> So, federally >> and brainwashed you. Meanwhile, back in the classroom, the professor continues to teach the police officer what he doesn't get about the government. >> Believe and go read the law. >> What's your stance on mariju tell me right now what? Hold on because this is going to blow your your case out of the water. >> No, it's not. >> What is the federal stance on marijuana? >> The the Ohio stance and the federal stance is two different sty I'm going to have you go and stand up. you're going to be detained in handcuffs. >> Dang, they signal they signal him. Put the wrist jewelry on. I wanted to hear this. But yep, cuz it was cuz he was about to say, you know how federal, you know, trumps everything else. And then but federal says marijuana is not legal like that from what I understand. Y'all can correct me if I'm wrong, but Ohio, I guess the state that they're in or whatever, says you can. It's okay for the state of Ohio for you to have it in, you know, the the right circumstances and stuff like that. Um, so I wanted him to say that and I wanted to see the look on his face when they when they got to that point of the conversation. >> For what? >> What y'all What y'all handcuffing me for? What did I do? >> Do y'all see my passport book? >> Oh, no. That was three days ago. >> What are y'all arresting me for? >> You got your key on you. >> Can I call my girlfriend? >> So she from from the county. >> That's my ID right there. Where's my passport book? You see? >> Well, we're keep we're keeping that. >> You keeping my passport book for what? >> So, you notice false arrest, right? >> So, you guys are not going to tell me why you arrested me, huh? >> Well, I'm guessing passing bad checks, my friend. >> I ain't passing no damn bad checks. >> I ain't passing no bad checks >> right here. This one. >> I got permission to use that account from from the Federal Reserve Bank and the IRS. That's his >> The suspect was charged with two felony counts of counterfeiting, two felony counts of passing bad checks, and three felony counts of possession of criminal tools. >> Dang, that's a lot of felonies. And then what was the criminal tools? Probably. What do you think? Do you think it was a bad passport and stuff or he has something else that they found on him >> after using fraudulent identification as part of the scheme? >> You now you got felonies. The other stuff might have been just misdemeanors. Now you got felony charges for what? All right, let's see here. This says nononsense officer smashes sovereign citizens window. So it's another window getting smashed. We got a two two smashes in one compilation today. >> Sorry. >> You do not consent. You do not wish to contract with me and you don't answer questions. All right. Turn your vehicle off for me. Can I get 94? I got a sovereign citizen. Turn your vehicle off for me. >> 104. Ma'am, can you turn your vehicle? >> Clocked it fast. Like, let's go. We already know what it is. >> Off for me. All right. Listen to me. I know you don't answer questions, but you're going to listen to what I'm going to say. If you don't open the vehicle door and you step out and you turn the vehicle off, I'm going to break the window and I'm going to take you out of the vehicle and I'm going to take you under arrest. >> Okay? You understand that if you don't comply with what I'm saying, you are going to go under arrest. >> I commit a crime. >> Yeah. 104. Like I said, >> 104. >> All right, one more chance. >> All right, I'm going to have her 10:15. I need 94, but she closed the windows on me. I'm going to break the window. I need to go to one of those break rooms where you can go just smash stuff, you know, to get out like aggression and and just I don't know, release whatever because these window smashings are way too satisfying to me when I see them like yes, break it out. Break it out. They asked they asked you to. You they you warned them so many times. >> I understand that it's a female driver telling me that and I'm going to break the window and take her under arrest. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. >> No. Kidnap me. >> I'm not going to kidnap you. >> Oh, she's no fun. She had the door unlocked. >> Listen to me. >> No. >> Listen to me, ma'am. You're going about You're going about this the wrong way. You're just going to get a citation. You're about to go to jail for resisting. >> You understand? >> So, step out of the vehicle, >> ma'am. I don't want to use force against you. >> I don't want to use force against you. You understand that, right? >> Ma'am. Okay. Turn your vehicle off, ma'am. Open your vehicle door. Oh. Oh. Are we getting it back? We got our chance again. >> Open your vehicle door. >> Step out of the vehicle. I'm breaking the window. Open the vehicle door. You are under arrest. At this point, you have no say. >> Open the vehicle door. >> Open the vehicle door. You under arrest for resisting. >> Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> You are under arrest for resistance. Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. Step out of the vehicle. >> He need the updated window smasher. The one that they just they barely tap and it just goes and it just shatters. But still, you know, I'm sure he need to get that energy out. [laughter] >> Step out of the vehicle. Step out. Step out of the vehicle. Yeah. Break it. >> Step out of the vehicle or you're going to get tased. >> Step out of the vehicle or you're going to get tased. They're kidnapping me. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> They're kidnapping me. >> Step out of the vehicle. I don't want to hurt you. Step out of the vehicle and do what I say. >> They're not kidnapping you. They're kidnapping your trust. >> Step out of the [ __ ] vehicle. Get behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. >> You want to play games now? You're under arrest. You guys are all >> Yeah, that's fine. >> What do you think? >> Simple as hell. You should have just complied. >> You guys are screwed. >> All right, ma'am. >> I'm going to help you. >> This is your last >> I'm going to have you step up. Clear our tent. >> Brand new car. You guys are [ __ ] >> All right. You're under arrest for resisting and whatever else I can see what's left on the vehicle. Um, your vehicle is going to get towed. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to an attorney and have him her present with you before doing questioning. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you on no cause before doing questioning. If you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each other's rights that I explained to you? All right. Got rescue coming to check your cuts and then after that going to jail. >> She has about license. I don't know where it's at, but >> unreal. >> All she was going to get was a citation. >> And that's what's crazy to me now. Um, okay. Sorry. That's what's crazy to me is that a lot of these are citations just like the non-s sovereign citizen traffic stops that we see. It's like we were just going to give you a citation at worst, give you a warning of like what we saw wrong, you know, at best, and then they just turn it into like these felonies and and and just this stupid stuff. And I I don't understand. I don't understand when sovereign citizens do it. I don't understand when people that have everything is actually legitimate, but they just do weird stuff at the traffic stop and they argue about weird stuff and they still were in the wrong for the reason that they were pulled over. And now you have this whole thing. I don't I don't ever want to live life like they live life. >> Got cars and everything in that name. >> Pretty legit. >> All right. >> I got several charges. I got persistent. I got fail to comply with law enforcement plus several citations. >> All right. Yeah. >> Yep. That does. Yep. That's a Range Rover. Was that Kim? Yep. Kim asked. That's a Range Rover. Uh, Wow said, "One thing I will need to find out is how are they buying cars or homes without IDs? Probably somewhere in there there's a scam or if something fraudulent happening." >> Thank you guys. >> Yeah, no worries. >> Yeah, know you're good. >> It it escalated. I didn't want it to escalate that quick, but she didn't give me any choice and I couldn't see inside the car, so I was you. >> Yeah, I know. Like I don't That's the three things that she told me. I'm like, you know, give me your license and whatever. >> All right. >> Where's my wife? Where did you kidnap her? >> For what? >> Stay in the car and leave the traffic stop, please. >> Back up 25 ft, sir. >> We're not We don't have to talk. Just go home. >> What? >> Who is this? [laughter] Was he a passenger the whole time? All I saw was an officer walked back up to this vehicle and there's a shirtless man in the driver's seat. >> Nobody gave you permission to search that vehicle. >> Don't worry about it. >> Get out of the scene. That's fine. Get out of the scene and go home. >> Hey, I'm out of the scene right now, buddy. >> Yep, that's fine. You can record over there across whatever you want. >> I will. >> Just go home. >> I don't have to go home. Don't >> Oh, it's a different vehicle cuz that's definitely not a Range Rover. Okay. So, he came in to argue. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. to do. >> Have a good day. >> All right. >> Just ignore him. >> Just ignore him. >> You want to call him with him though? >> I'll be right here. >> Where's the car going? Is what I'm asking. >> Just ignore. >> He's still doing it. Um, Lovable Scorpion said for this one, the officer said she did have a valid license. Okay, >> I'll let him know. It's going to talent towing. We'll give her a copy of it. >> Where can I pick her up at? >> Sarasota County Jail. >> Which one? >> Sarasota County. 20 2020 Main Street. >> How long do you >> just give it about 6 hours or so? I got a feeling that was her husband cuz he came in hot. I was like, either this car doesn't see that we're there or he's family. Oh, since he's the owner and he's present, we can cease the tag now. >> Hey, your vehicle has a cease tag order. >> Excuse me. >> Your vehicle has a cease tag order from the state. >> So, since you're present and you're the registered owner, I'm taking your tag. Just letting you know. That's what your behind gets. That's what That is exactly what you get. Okay, this is our last one, y'all. Last one. It says, "Sovereign citizen refuses ID. Doesn't end well. >> Show me. >> Can you roll the window down, please? Hey, how are you?" >> All right. >> Hey, I'm Officer Massie. I'm stopping the vehicle for two different reasons. First reason is your license is suspended. Okay. Okay. And secondly, your headlights are not on and it's raining outside. Go ahead. Did you know that your license? >> All right. This time I was paying attention. I wasn't reading the chat. So, her license is suspended and her headlights weren't on in the rain. Mostly I'm going to go with this license not being sus or this license being suspended is the real real main reason cuz it's, you know, I mean, I get it. They're going to name whatever, but that license seems to me to be the primary reason that she's really getting pulled over. suspended. >> Could you call us? >> No, I cannot. >> Charlie King, >> you're more than welcome to call 4351845 and request one, but >> he's not going to come out just for you requesting to talk to him. I'm I'm perfectly capable of of doing my job. Okay. >> Um, do you have any any questions in reference to why you I stopped you? Okay. So, I need three things from me. your license, your registration on the vehicle, and your insurance. >> Business. >> Say again. >> I don't conspire in business. >> All right. Instead of this one being, I don't I'm not in contract with you or whatever the other one said, she said, I don't conspire in business. So, we got a little bit different phrase. Sounds like the same purpose. >> I don't know what that means, ma'am. >> I don't conspire in your business. I do not understand. I don't answer. >> Okay. Do you have a driver's license? >> 212. >> Okay. So, ma'am, this is going to go >> State. So listen, this is going to go one way and one way only. Okay? You are going to identify yourself and if you refuse to, I'm going to remove you from the vehicle and I'm going to place you under arrest. >> I'm not refusing. >> You are >> because I'm not from >> Okay. You're in violation of two Florida state statutes and you have to provide your license or you have to identify yourself. You have not done either of those. >> I identify myself as a state. Sure. Go >> ahead. Sorry me another. Um, so here's the deal. Okay, >> I do not answer. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I see you watch Kyle. And you're right. It's probably most states, probably more more states than not that require your license to be on in the rain. I know it's a safety thing. It's just I I just feel like it's like we might as well tack that on. But I feel like she really got popped for that suspended license. But no, I feel you. There's probably maybe a handful that don't require it. >> I'm 26. I'm just stand by. Um, so here's the deal. Okay. >> I'm going to I'm going to give you one more chance, okay, to provide your identification. >> And if you don't, you're going to jail. >> Yeah. >> Cuz I'm a super I'm I'm super nice, right? If you just provide your ID, you know, you might just get a warning, you know? But when behavior like this this continues, >> I'm more likely to right side. Okay. See how >> Dang. See, that's what I'm saying. You already know she does not have the funds to cover up or to cover whatever is about to happen from the consequences of her own actions. So, you're going to add to it for what? If he's like, he might not even be giving a ticket that comes with the price. He said it could just be a warning. I why choose this life? I don't get it. >> Identify yourself. >> Hands are in my lap and I've identified myself as a state national. I do not do this. >> You're on the roadway in the state of Florida and you're in violation of two state statutes and you have still not identified yourself. That's why I've asked several times. Okay. So, get out of the vehicle. Come on. Get out of the vehicle. Turn away from me. Turn away from me. Turn around. Hands behind your back. Interlock your hands like you're praying. See? Okay. Off topic, but I wonder if she either had weight loss surgery or something cuz her face doesn't match her arm. She has a very small face compared to her arms. Like it's almost like a different person was pulled out of the car. And BRB said, "Yeah, she knows the game and is trying to one up the language. Gotcha. Ma'am, if you feel this [ __ ] tight for me, okay? I'll come back and talk to you. One night, >> take a step to your right, please. >> Take a step to your right, please. I don't want you to get all soaking wet. Is there anyone else in here besides? >> Hey, baby. You okay? Okay, just one second. Okay, I'll walk her back. If you'll just stand with the rest, I think we'll be good with that. >> Ma'am, do you have anything on your person? >> Now, you leaving your child vulnerable in the back. You're not supposed to have Okay. over here. >> I'd like to give you notice. >> Hey, Officer Thompson, swap with me, please. And if you'll search her, >> they're okay. I'm not worried about them. They've been chill the whole time. >> I'd like for you to take notice that I've, you know, let >> Hey, ma'am. How are you? is >> what's the deal with with her? >> I don't know. She was taking me in. >> Do you know her very I mean obviously you're Is she just giving you a ride or what? >> No idea. >> You have to give me a phone. See, I'm not from here. >> Okay, I got you. >> I already know my way. >> What's your relation What's your relation to her? Just a friend or >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um is is the is the child with you or is the child with her? >> Okay. She was trying to help me get my uh phone. >> Sure. >> But I didn't know. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> I can hell. >> It sounds like he's talking to another officer cuz he earlier told the officer, "No, they're good. They're chill." Um and I believe he was talking about the person that was already in the vehicle with her this whole time. That's crazy. [sighs and gasps] This is a This is This situation doesn't make sense to be in. Now you're leaving your car behind with someone that probably also can't drive. And what's going to happen to your child? I don't know for sure, but the woman, she's kind of slow on answering these questions. And I don't know if she's capable of taking care of that child or someone going to come get this child. What's going on with your kid that you decided it makes more sense to be put in police custody and be under arrest than to take care of my kid? I don't understand. >> You know, to get the problem, I got to have my phone. I'm >> Yes, ma'am. Um, >> all my information in the phone. My phone up. >> Does Does that Lilo and Stitchbag belong to her or you? >> Okay. Can we Can Okay, thank you. BRB. I was saying I was thinking this, but I didn't say it, but BRB said, "Passenger is being real vague. She's hiding. Is she hiding something? Bet that's the driver's mother." Okay, I don't know if it's the driver's mother, but I did think she was suspiciously vague on some very easy questions. It was weird to me. And lovable [clears throat] scorpion, I'm with you. If I were on the passenger side of this vehicle and you get pulled over, but you don't have to be arrested, but you cause yourself to be arrested and it's raining and everything, I'm going to be mad cuz why am I in this situation? Where am I supposed to go? What am I supposed to do now? >> Huh? >> Is that Is is that your mom that was driving? >> Yeah, that's your mommy. Is that her backpack? It's ours. >> It's y'all's togethers. Okay. All righty. Thompson, if you'll come back here for me, please. Y'all just [ __ ] tight for me. Okay. There's a kid in the [ __ ] back seat, too. Her her child. 1754150. >> Thank you. >> Hey, so she's coming southbound on pace. No headlights on. It's clearly raining. She should have headlights on. >> Running. >> I couldn't tell. >> Headlights weren't on though. Every other car that was passing her all had their headlights on and it was it was raining pretty good. >> Stop her. She's pulling the hole. >> Not replying to any of my questions. Not answering nothing. I want a supervisor. I'm like, "You're more than welcome to call 4351845 and request one." >> I ask her maybe six, seven times like, "You need to identify yourself." She's refusing saying I don't have to. So, I pull out of the car. >> [snorts] >> She's in the back of my car currently. She's a kid in the back seat. Um, I don't really know what to do about that. She also has a passenger that she >> a warrant or >> I don't know. I have I haven't even got positive on her yet. I ran the plate. It comes back to a female who kind of I mean kind of looks like her. I'm unable to I haven't looked at that yet. >> Okay. >> A license also is not valid for whoever that is. Whoever the vehicle belongs to. >> Black female around her age looks like her. I don't >> I'll try to talk and see what we got. >> Yeah. One second. >> I gave her a few minutes. If not, we'll have to contact DCF to see if they can take custody of the kid in the meantime. She's just got a few minutes to think about it before we decide. >> Don't I get to talk or call someone about my child? >> I I would love to do that for you. >> Not harassment or coercion. >> Is Billy's for your is is >> harassment or >> is your dad's number 418? >> Listening. >> Okay. Well, that chance has ended. We're just gonna do the DCF route then. >> Disagree. [snorts] >> Disagree. Okay. All right. We're gonna get back to it. But no, Lovable of a Scorpion, I am gonna Okay. I I would like to talk about your comment. She said, "Trending, I'm off topic, but I appreciate you doing these videos with all races. It's one channel I tried to watch their reaction videos, but couldn't because they only had black people." I had a couple uh channels that I would watch too because I like watching body cams and I like hearing other people's commentary and it was kind of the same thing. I'm like, "Hey, now you know it's other people getting arrested too." Like it ain't just it's not just us. Like I just need you to mix it up just some. It can't just be one thing. Even the original usually body cam channels, they upload more than one ethnicity. So it's not even like your source is like that. Like what's going on here? But I'll tell you what else. uh made me sure about this. And I'm just since y'all are deep in here right now, I'mma tell you something that I do. And this is it doesn't even matter if you're here and thank you for being a subscriber and you're not black, but I'mma tell you I do this because some of our non-black audience, they say some crazy stuff like they'll be like like, "Okay, um if I happen to show a black person first in my compilation, well, that's usually the first video people watch and they might drop out after that first video, but they'll leave a comment like, um, yeah, these people, of course, they would do that." So I'm like, "Oh, okay." So no, we got to even the board because it's just a type of person. It's not an ethnicity of a person. So I to make sure people last long in here and actually get the full balance. Most times you'll see that I'm not going to put a black person in the front of the compilation. Now, I'm going still talk about everybody cuz it's all it's funny to me, you know, on the topics that are funny, not the child predator ones and stuff like that. But I'm just saying I'm going to make sure that you can't just be in here. Like if you're going to say that, you're going to have to fully say that knowing you're saying an ignorant comment because it's just a type of person. It is not a certain ethnicity that's doing something. So yeah, Red and you or sorry, lovable scorpion, I definitely purposely did it because it is easier to find us a lot of times. And I ain't going to hold you, sometimes it be better TV on some of us, too. But at the same time, I can't have people out here thinking it's just one-sided and it's only us. So, you know, I got to balance it out. And I had to, you know, ask myself, did I care about if um I made somebody uncomfortable? If they, you know, whatever saw the ethnicity cuz, you know, y'all, I'm getting over being a people pleaser and stuff like that, too. So, it's just a whole thing cuz obviously if you don't have people pleaser tendencies, then you ain't got to worry about what I'm worrying about. But I do I'm a recovering people pleaser. And um but at the same time, it's funny because it's like I also, how can I put this? I'm gonna get criticism either way I do it, but I'm like, what part feels like I did my best to make it a little balanced in there? I guess the best way I can put it. So, yeah. So, I appreciate you noticing that. Yeah, we're going to get a mixture in here if I can. Like, every now and again, like the one with the women that uh the one at Taco Bell and then the one right after her was somebody drunk that did a hidden run. It it happened to be two black women, but I don't want it to be that if you look, you only see as if I'm just highlighting us getting arrested. Like, everybody gets arrested. >> And I asked that you call Sergeant and identify me correctly. >> You just spoke to one. >> I ask that you identify me correctly. Identify me correctly. This is kidnapping and it's coercion to threaten me behind this well-being of my daughter. >> Yeah. >> Are you aware of that? Are you upset because you feel that you don't have the correct information? >> I'm entitled to that. >> You're entitled to nothing. >> Excuse me. You saying I don't have rights? >> You do. >> Okay. >> But I don't if I don't want to let you speak to them, I'm not going to. >> Well, you were you were nasty from the beginning so far. >> Oh, was I really? I think I'm actually very nice. >> No, you weren't. >> I found positive on her. >> Oh, she's habitual, too. Oh, that's why she have a warrant. >> Yeah, that's why. >> Toyota. >> And you're a habitual traffic offender, too. So, >> traffic offender. >> Yeah, you're a habitual traffic offender. So, you're going to get a felony for that. >> Hey, she's hidual, too. That's probably why part of it. >> Hey, my proper paperwork. question for you >> is home and Miss Rivers can provide that one. >> Can Miss Rivers take possession of this vehicle as well so we don't have to tow it? I don't I I don't want to have to tow it. >> There's no problem. >> Okay, cool. I appreciate watch. >> Hey, uh she's good with her taking the car in Ry County. Cop starting. >> You're a very nasty young man. >> 21,680. I disagree. But hey, everyone's >> able to have their own opinion. >> What you came up and because you know what you do as a form of business, you mistaken me regular, you know, the idea is you did not provide me to North Carolina >> or answer your question. You know why? >> You know why I decided not to allow you to do any of that? >> Because of your behavior and how you're acting. You don't >> And he's still being nice. The fact that cuz you know, a lot of times it seems like it's at the police's discretion on if they want the car towed or not. And he probably was within every right to say, you know what, tow the car. But instead, he's trying to make sure that's not one more thing she has to worry about. >> You don't deserve anything right now. >> Excuse me. Because of my views. Is that what you said? >> I said your behavior. >> What behavior? I I did not yell. I did not force myself or voice on you or anyone that you were with. I didn't struggle with you. What What do you mean? What was my behavior to your stand? This would have went much much easier if you just provided your information like everyone else does from the beginning. >> That to provide that information is that not doing business with you. So I have to >> No, it's not. It's not doing business with them. Stop it. Um, thank you BRB and thank you uh Pette and maybe Red and I think but thank y'all for uh going back and hitting the like but like like button and putting the reminder for asking people to please hit the like button. I appreciate it. Thank you very much. >> This is the correct way. Is that not true? >> 100% I agree with you. >> What you refuse to do. >> Hold on a minute. I let you know that I did have my proper paperwork on my vessel >> and that I do have it. >> None of those words were said. >> I asked for a sergeant. Yep. >> And the sergeant has a protocol to call as well. >> Oh, really? Does he? Okay. Interesting. >> Yes. He has he has he has the uh overstanding to do business. >> Oh, here we go with the overstanding again. I'll go back a little bit cuz I know I interrupted her sentence, but here we go with the overanding. Um, lovable Scorpion said, "If I were him, I would ignore her and let her talk to herself." Yes. At a certain point, you about to talk to the back of my head. I'm not answering anymore. >> He has he has he has the uh overstanding to do business as should be done. >> Well, >> yeah, just so you know, dar. >> Gotcha. Well, >> I'm just letting you know, I'm I I promise you my paperwork is in the correct order, and I'm not >> sure. Well, it wasn't presented to me like like you're statutoily required to. >> You know, you can you can go back and forth and call for me all day, but it it is a way that you treat people that it it doesn't have to go that way. So, just so you know, you were very rude. >> I appreciate that. Thank you. Oh, >> your ego might be high. But you know better than anyone else. >> I love to hear that stuff though. >> Furthermore, could you put some gloves on? And I would like to stay. >> No, I'm okay. Thank you though. >> No, that's for my safety. Well, for everyone else's safety, they need you to be driving legally down the road. So, what about their safety? Talk about can you put some gloves on? Do you mean a mask? [laughter] It's funny how they got all these demands and it's for everything else, but it's nothing that that uh is for the good of everyone around them. Like, they don't acknowledge anything of the consequences of their actions. Because again, suspended license. If you have a suspended license, I can't believe that you are keeping your insurance and things up to date. Maybe, but it's probably about to lapse if it happens to be up to date again. So, if you hit somebody, they are out of luck because now they have an uninsured driver that's hit them because you don't believe the laws apply to you. The state laws specifically, y'all are Wow is telling me it's more state laws than anything. Um, they do like to hear their rhetoric. They do. They want everybody else to hear. They like to repeat it, don't they? >> You see this uh plastic barrier between us? >> Touched me. >> Okay. >> Touched me. Hacking and coughing since I seen >> hacking and coughing. >> Yes. Yes. >> That's interesting. >> It's really not. I paid good attention. >> Gotcha. >> The cocaine heaven or what? But the idea is >> that's a new one. >> No, it's not. >> You'll be all right. >> You think so? >> 100%. >> People's right to bother you. I just asked, you know, I do a lot of work for >> do people's rights bother me. >> Well, about your life, you know, um going against people's rights, so I just wonder if it bothers you. >> No, those things are very important. >> I know that they're important. I didn't You didn't answer my question. I did. They follow you. >> I answered it. >> Does it bother you? >> No. >> No. That's a question. >> No need to answer the attitude. I just want to know. >> Hey, let me ask you this. Do you also own a white Honda? >> Your daughter said you did. >> Shouldn't listen to Joe. >> She said you put the license plate from that car on the one you just got stopped in. >> I would assume cuz that one's valid. I think my sovereign plate is in the car cuz that's the one I ride with. >> Oh, really? >> Yes. >> That's another good way to go to jail. >> Oh, you think so? >> Yeah. >> You know, you ever wonder how a person can be so habilized and never be done? >> I have no clue what that means. >> Oh, you looked at my thought. Just wonder. >> Oh, cuz >> y'all are in my head. I was waiting for a good stopping point. lovable scorpion put, "Ma'am, you are more concerned about getting your point out than about your child you left behind. I was waiting to make my point about this. Am I getting to you? Are you blah blah blah? Are you Do you like uh violating people's rights? You left your child behind for nothing. >> It says it. I can read. Habitual traffic a violator." >> Says it, but what is the time? You know, typically when you get that manywhere. >> Well, maybe after this one. She was charged with resisting arrest without violence and driving with a suspended or revoked license. On October 30th, she was found guilty of resisting arrest. However, the charge for driving with a suspended license was dropped, resulting in a no file disposition. Ah, sorry y'all. Be watching my um I'm trying to I'm trying to start my VA claim, so I'm trying to understand what's going on with my stuff. [laughter] So, that the guy with the curly hair is for the VA claim stuff. But um they dropped the charge with a suspended license, so she's going to feel like she can keep doing it. Yes, that child threw her mama all under the bus. But kids are they going to be honest. Yeah, she got another car. [laughter] But yeah, they going to tell the truth. They going to tell the truth. What happened to I don't know if she shaved it on purpose cuz I cuz when the bonnet came off, I was looking at that and I'm like maybe maybe it was a fashion choice or maybe it was certain. I don't know. I don't know. But I did notice it though. Okay, that's the last one. We are tentative for a couple things for the rest of this weekend. Tentative tomorrow for body cam because I'm I'm going to go see my cousin. She came into town. So, I'm going to go see her and so I don't know how the time is looking tomorrow. And then I definitely owe y'all to watch some more of the pre-trial for Nia Harris's case, which is Jarvis Butts on trial. So, this weekend, if nothing else, I'm trying to make sure we keep watching the pre-trial of that. And then I will try to see if I can get another body cam compilation in. Uh, if not, I'm I'm off some of next week, so you might just see it at a odd hour, odd time, but just in case, I know kind of have a routine going here. And, um, I think that's I think that's all. So, yeah, just be looking out for our trial watch and stuff like that. And appreciate y'all's time as always. Thank you for your input and listening to my commentary. A [laughter] I got so much random stuff to say. Have a great day, too. All right. Talk to y'all later. Bye.
