Okay, so if you don't like commentary with your body cam videos, the link will be in the the description box. Uh we have two male Karen today. This is a quick lunch break live. The first one, I believe this is her ex, and apparently he held her hostage for like 3 hours at knife point, but where we end up at is his attorney's office, and we'll get there. So, let's start with this one. Totally broken up here. >> Oh, okay. >> Hold on. I hit my own button. That was my own fault. Hold on. How did I do that? Here we go. >> Antique door. >> Sure. >> And then ripped off the handle. >> Yeah. It doesn't work anymore, though. It just keeps turning. Hit the nail. >> What's the deal with this? Is this new? >> Yeah, that he did that, too. >> Where? walk me through. >> Okay. >> Kind of just >> my purse was sitting right here. >> Okay. >> I grabbed it to try and leave and tiny guy over here. That's when he grabbed me. >> Okay. >> I I couldn't even make it to the door. >> And I can't remember if he threw me into this chair. I doubt it. >> I bet it was the one in it here. >> So, the original altercation happens here. You get dragged all the way through here. >> And this is where threw me into this chair. >> Okay. >> And then I had to sit here for 3 hours. >> So, you were right here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And there was stuff on the wall here. Is the knife laying here that he had at one point? >> I saw some over here. >> Is this the knife that he had at some point? >> And then the toenail clippers are over here, too. >> Walk me through the toenail clippers again. And then that little fight like a girl. >> If anything, please call um you have my card if anything comes up and then chances are I will be in contact with you. Okay. >> Um with mom and with you guys if need be, whatever the case is. Okay. >> Okay. Perfect. >> Do you have any other questions for me? >> I don't think so. >> Okay. >> Prior to the victim interview, officers located Ben at his attorney's office seeking legal advice. I was tempted to call the postmaster yesterday. What' you do? >> I finished. Oh jeez. Might be I can't you guys get out of here, please. >> He's already with the mess. He's already with the mess. Cause he about to cause problems at his attorney's office. I don't even want to look at you, okay? You guys suck. This whole town sucks and you guys suck, >> okay? >> You are sucky police and there's way too many of you and you come over to my bar in twos and threes and you arrest me or didn't arrest me, but I get cited by your stupid city attorney. In my bar, I tell a guy to leave for 5 minutes, he doesn't leave. That's misdemeanor. That's trespass. >> We can go. >> Okay, get the out of here. >> We can go ahead. >> Get out. >> No, they got to get out. >> Not here. >> Not here. This is the only safe place for me. People are coming after me like these guys. >> We just want to talk to you, dude. >> I don't want to talk to you. >> Just relax, >> Mark. Tom, I don't want to talk to you. >> Relax. Stop yelling at me. >> Okay. All right. >> We can go talk outside. >> Okay. >> Get lost. I'll talk outside. >> No, I'm not talking to you at all. >> You're of no use to me. >> Dude, you shouldn't even have a job here. >> What do you do? >> Traffic. >> Whatever needs to be done. >> Sure. What needs to be done in Cedar? It's pretty. No, we're not talking outside. I am not talking to you. >> Stop, >> Mark. Tell him I'm not talking to you. >> Get him out of here. >> I want you to tell him. >> Stop. >> I'm not leaving. This is the only safe place for me. >> You guys going to beat me up? You got a gun? >> You want to use a gun? >> Stop talking or I'm kicking you out. >> Okay. >> Instructions on how to be fired by your own attorney. >> Well, then I'm going to go out and I'm going to be totally exposed. Mark, >> stop talking. >> What did I tell you this morning? What did I tell you about my wife this morning? There are people looking for me. >> I heard you. You have to stop talking to me right now. >> I am in danger. Dude, >> you have to stop talking. >> These guys aren't helping me. >> We're trying to help. >> No, you're not trying to help me. You're trying to help you. >> Ben, >> you spend your day in traffic. >> Ben, >> you have to stop. Okay. I'm not >> If I was that receptionist in the back, I'm telling you now. I'm hitting record. I don't know if you gonna be able to see the camera part, but you going to hear the audio. This crazy client that's in the office. [clears throat] So, I don't know if she pretend. She got to be pretending to mind her business. He's doing too much to actually be able to tune him out. >> You have to stop. >> This is the only safe place for me in the world. >> Hold on. >> You have to stop. >> You know what I told you this morning? >> That's a fact. >> That's a fact. Supposition. >> I'm not saying that it's a lie or not true. >> I'm not going anywhere. This is my office and you can't cause a scene in my office. >> I I meant to speak quietly, but he's insistent that I go outside with him. I'm not going outside to get beat up. >> You're not going to get beat up? >> How do you know that? You need to relax. >> These guys are protecting themselves, not us. >> Hold on. >> Get out of here, dude. >> Hold on. >> If you're a human being, get out of here. >> I can't get out here till I make >> Really? Cuz I'm not going to leave here. You're going to stay here forever. >> Stop talking. Okay. >> Oh, he done he done pissed his attorney off. Now the attorney is done with him. He tried to be the calm, calm, professional. Now it's like, I'm looking at you and I swear to God if you mess up my stuff, we're about to have other problems besides these police standing right here. Shut the up. >> Okay. >> If you say one more word, >> you know what I'm saying? >> Out. Out. Out. >> I'm not leaving. >> I don't. It's up to them. I told you to leave. >> You can leave with us and we can talk about what's going on. >> I'm not leaving or you can get arrested for trespassing. >> I'll beat the [ __ ] you, dude. I am not leaving here. I'm >> not I'M STOP. I'll go. I'll go. I'LL GO. I'LL GO. I'LL GO. I'LL GO. STOP IT. I'll go. >> Okay. Okay. I'll go. I'll go. I'll go. I'll go. >> I'll go. Put your hands behind your back. >> I said I'll go. >> Get your hands behind your back. >> I said >> your mouth says it after they manhandled you. They asked you so nicely. Can you step outside? Please step outside. Let's not do this. We just want to talk to you. Now it's laying hands time. We're done. I'll go here. >> My brother died. >> I got We'll take each of us. >> There's 12 of 23 listening to a >> You see the body language? The cop that's holding him down with his hands on top of him. He just did the the universal I don't know why this had to happen move. Did [laughter] y'all see that? or Sarah had no weapons. >> And if you came in late, just know he is accused of holding his ex-girlfriend hostage in her house for 3 hours with a knife. The knife was still left at her house. So, I think there were other cops there questioning him while they were there to go talk to him about some stuff. But yeah, so you know that on top of this thing, he was already committing a crime. the top now. >> I'm leaving. >> Okay. >> Christopher want to come and check you. Okay. >> Why are you arresting me? >> Oh, one for trespassing. No, you leave. You were asked to leave and you didn't leave. >> When people are trespassing my body, you guys move. >> I want you to roll over your butt. >> Dang. They got a It's a tennis shoe laying over there. They did break skin. I saw a little bit of the fluid leaking on his face. Um, he did a lot. They They tried. >> 104. >> Mark, you can't help me here. >> Are you in love's office or where are you exactly? >> My brother died the other day. My best friend and I told him this morning. Those are dangerous people. >> We need to talk right now. You know I'm reasonable. Just don't want to go with me. >> Mike, you got to help me, man. >> I will help you. >> I think he's still trying to talk to the attorney talking about I need you to help me. The attorney dropped the fbomb on you. He told you you got to go. >> You got to help. >> We're going to put >> We're going to put your shoe back on. >> I don't want to go with them. I don't want to be >> I don't trust the state of police. May I do >> 26 or 27? >> May I trust him, but not the treatment I received? >> Why did they get me? >> There's something inherently embarrassing about them having to put his shoe back on and tie it up. I don't know what it is, but it's bad. 26 >> regular one entry. No wants check return for special. >> This is not >> I'm going to go after you in this city. >> Then we're going to stand you up. >> We're going to stand you up. >> How am I going to stand up? I can't >> stand you up. We're going to take you outside by our spot. >> We'll get you up. Don't worry. >> We're going to stand up. >> I got a bad left knee and a bad >> We'll get you up. That's okay. >> You break my knee. We're going to we're going to stand you up. >> I'm not threatening. If you break my knees, I'm not going to be happy. >> I need you to listen to me right now. Okay. >> My left knee, my left ankle is really >> compromised. Okay, we'll get you up. We're going to take you out the wristw walker. We're going to wait for you to come check you out. Okay. >> I I don't need an ambulance. I'm >> You do my nose. I have not your >> I've got a dry nose. Picking you up on three. 1 2 3 >> 3 20° scam me on the floor and me and I have no weapon. I'm not existing. I don't I get it. You hate to hear that you're a traffic coping is not to be taken lightly. >> So he acts like he was not trying to be violent or resistant at all. He said so he's going to try to rest on the fact like we don't have the body cam to watch and he was like so y'all hate to be called traffic cops. You are not bleeding because you called them traffic cops. >> I don't care. Turn your lights on. >> This car coming to me. I don't need an ambulance. I'm fine. >> That's what I don't know. I wasn't here myself. But we need to get these probes out of here. >> You think I cut myself? >> I don't know. >> I couldn't. My arms are on your back. >> I'm just here to make sure. I couldn't cut myself. I got nothing to cut myself. >> I know. I don't have a knife. >> I'm just here to make sure you're in good health. That's my job. >> You guys are all hurting me right now emotionally and physically. >> And I don't think I deserve to be tased to >> I didn't even realize he got tased. Oh, poor baby. He's hurt emotionally and physically. Well, how do you think the woman feels that you held hostage for three hours? They got out of my lawyer's office and I came over here thinking it was a safe. >> We're going to help you here. Okay. >> You're not helping me. Take the cuffs off. Am I going to hurt you guys with no knife, no gun? Nothing. >> Are my words hurting you? >> Like I said, >> are you realizing you guys maybe you're compromising yourselves? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. >> What's your name? >> Ben. I can't. My hands are behind my back and my knee is surgically >> We're going to We're going to help with all that stuff. >> We got you sit down. CAN YOU GO SLOW, YOU [ __ ] >> NO, YOU'RE NOT TAKING ME TO THE [ __ ] hospital. >> We'll get him in there. >> Jesus, dude. I can outrun you 10 times. 68 years old. >> Good luck with your next job. >> Have fun at McDonald's. I don't think you can sweep some [ __ ] >> Take that police hat off. You're not a cop. >> You don't have You are a cop. You have to prove it. I like you. You're a good man. They always pick one that they like and one that they hate. Doing the same job, but he he hate the other man. >> I appreciate that. >> I'm not kidding. I don't want blood pressure. I'm fine. I've never had a heart problem. >> Yeah. >> Well, your heart pressure is really elevated. You could have a heart attack if it continues. >> Dude, if you got tased, would you have a heart problem? >> Get out of here. You're an idiot. >> I'll go tell. >> Yeah, you're welcome. Thank you. >> They just got >> There's going to be a problem. >> They just got your disc repair. had them >> sir. It's a full ER. They're working on >> I don't care what they're doing. >> That's great. Okay. >> So, like that. >> That's good. >> All right. >> Yeah, they were too tight. >> Okay. And then what I'll do is I'll end up They have a double lock system on them. So then they can't tighten up anymore. >> Keep my hands like this. So >> there you go. >> Oh, here. Just open up your hands a little bit. >> I just want you guys to be a little bit sympathetic to me. Yeah. I I mean, if you listen to someone who lies to you and you go get a statement from the guys she's talking about, that's not good. That's a police state. I mean, that's like that's not reasonable. That's like I have no voice in this. >> Well, >> and I'm the guy that's been spending the last 3 hours dinking around. Nothing had to happen like this. >> I'm going to grab >> I got resisting. Be put in jail. >> No, you go to the jail. But if like I said, if you can bond out or like when you get there, >> you can you can call whoever you need to call. And >> I got to call. >> I'm not joking. I got nobody to call. I got one friend in the world and he's working with me. He's a lawyer. >> He was going to drive up to the farm. Maybe they got a he's got some litigation deal. Ben was transported to the Ozaki County Jail and charged with burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, secondderee recklessly endangering safety, false imprisonment, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and resisting an officer. >> Dang, he got everything. But again, if you came in later, he held his ex at knife point for 3 hours in her house. Uh, so in case you're like, where' those other things come from? That's why. All right, this is our last one because it's just a quick lunch break live. Male Karen meets karma after harassing staff at post office. Here we go. >> Your entire company down. Your entire species. >> On February 16th, 2022, officers were dispatched to the United States Postal Service facility in response to a report of a man being unruly with staff and using racial slurs. >> Three workers all said no to servicing me. >> Well, she's going to go inside and talk to them. Can you talk to me about exactly what occurred? >> Wendy, >> press the button or we can't serve you. Okay. >> Can we just calm down a little bit? I'm just trying to figure out what's going on here. >> All right. >> Are you like >> No. Are you sure? Because you didn't pick up on this socially whatsoever. >> Okay. >> You can tell what time he on. He's like, "You not picking up on this code that we supposed to know." You can tell what time he is on with that. Well, you're not picking up on this socially. [laughter] >> What special? When you walked in, what did they say to you? >> I'm done talking to you. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm done talking to you. I already told my story. Press the button or we cannot serve you. >> Okay. Why Why are we going this route? Why are you saying you're not going to talk to me? I'm trying to get >> I call the state cops on you guys. Look at how illegal this is. I'm going to charge all of you in court for this illegal driving. Literally, get the out of my way already. >> Well, you're not. >> Yeah. >> We get called, we got to get respond to an incident. Committing a crime under badge is a felony. Even driving infractions, which are crimes, >> they break the state driving law. >> You're leaving the scene after causing disturbance. We need to figure out what's going on first. >> Great. And these old people love delays >> big time. They got nothing better to do than to sit there and role play police officers and, you know, I'm going to do this and I'm going to do that as long as you obey my instructions. Look at this. Holy Christ. How the is that possible? Well, would you like to go in a parking spot so we can move >> again? You're not picking up on what I'm putting down. Holy Christ. >> I'm saying the magic to allow a Jeep Wrangler in a snow plow to scoop off. >> When we respond to an emergency one of you even wants to talk about that, we talk about old like crazy. >> When we respond to an incident, we can just park our cars wherever we want to. >> No, you can't. Literally, what happens when you lose that court case? Then I charge you next with a felony after I find you guilty. I mean, talk about stupid like crazy. >> Got your ID. >> No, >> he really [clears throat] thinks that he's going to win whatever this is. And it's weird when people say they're going to charge somebody with something. You're not the police. You can't charge anyone with something. You're not a prosecutor. You can't charge anyone with something. You can um Okay, I'mma stop. I I'll let it keep going. I feel like I'm about to talk ahead to what he's going to do that he hasn't done yet. So, let me let me stop. >> I need to see your ID. >> What a nightmare. >> Look at report of discrimination. Those three employees arrested >> for what do they do? I don't I don't understand. >> You don't know what a discrimination is? Is when they don't serve the black people. I'm the black and brown person and they wouldn't serve me. >> For what? Is that what they said? >> Correct. >> Because you're black or brown, we're not going to serve you. >> That's correct. You got a press. >> The scariest people are the ones that create an alternate reality that just flat out lie. They just say things just I don't know. Like I I feel like he honestly expects them to believe him or to just go by his words because they're the same color. Like it's it's he's scary because he totally believes in what he's saying. Not the part about him being black or brown, but about how they're wrong. They should be going to jail. the button. You handicap disabled mother. >> That's what they said. Yes. Verbat. >> Don't care if you're disabled. You still have to press that button. If you cannot press that button, then get the out of my office. >> That's what they said. >> Correct. >> Okay. Well, we have another officer talking to them to get their story. There's I'm sure witnesses in there that can confirm it then, right? >> This is all stock default [ __ ] Does not work in this war zone. >> Stock default? What do you What do you mean by that? >> This is just a routine traffic stop. We're going to get their side of the story. >> Yep. He is white. He was saying that in the sense of y'all give so many liberties. Y'all being the system, I guess, give so many liberties to black and brown. So today I'm black and brown. So So they discriminated against me. What are you going to do? And you're going to hear the inside the post office employees to hear what what did he do in the first place? But that's what he was trying to say. And he was like, you know, he's supposed to stick on code with me and they're supposed to be in trouble, not me. >> Then we'll get your side of the story for the fourth or fifth time. We won't make a report. Maybe we'll write some [ __ ] on a business card and then we're case closed, all washed off. >> I'd like to see these people get arrested for discrimination when they admit he refused to press the button on the keypad. Boom. Clear and easy to federal discrimination like crazy. When the security hugs you people over like crazy, big time. I mean, this is outrageous. Driving the wrong way, preventing my path of travel. Literally, >> you got three people in there discriminating with no problems at all. >> So, can we figure that out first? Can we make >> You're telling me? >> Confirm everyone out ASAP because I'm getting discriminated against everywhere, private and public properties. >> Okay. >> I mean, this [ __ ] is crazy. >> So, wouldn't you want to tell us about the whole incident so we could get it straight so we can get documented so we if there are charges to be filed, they can be done so appropriately. >> Done that. >> Okay. multiple times >> without involving us >> or >> uh you're involved heavily at this point. I mean, you committed how many crimes? >> Right. Several. >> You've committed how many crimes? >> Well, when we don't know what actually occurred from your standpoint, how are we supposed to document that properly? >> You do know though. You do know at this point >> as far as >> Are you still confused? >> No. >> Great. >> Okay. >> You you get this all the time, right? And you you know discrimination at the post office, at private and public businesses. This is like your number one call these days, right? They won't serve me. I don't wear the mask. These are all the same types of calls. They won't serve me. They are the they won't serve me type of calls. Right. I know. Drawing a blanket and a deer in the headlights like crazy. >> Not quite, sir. >> I'm sure. Right. You're the only one in the tri county area that's calling the police on they won't serve me. I'm not yelling. I mean, completely delusional. Crazy. >> Literally. >> I'm being nice to you. I'm treating you with respect. >> You're not even answering my question on the they won't serve you calls. How many of those do you get per day with this [ __ ] Literally. >> You're yelling at me again. >> Delusional. >> I'm trying to talk to you respectfully. >> I'm talking to you respectfully. This is how I talk. How many times do I got to say that to you heads? Literally. >> I'm talking to you respectfully. How many times do I have to say that to you fheads? Ch. He thought he he just knew. He just knew they were going to uh come out here and be on his side. >> This is some [ __ ] beyond recognition. But you're you're calling me names like that and beginning. >> You want a Kleenex? Literally, get the out of here. >> Okay. >> Can I ask you what happened? >> She was just explaining to me. I don't even know what happened. >> Have you talked to an officer yet at all? >> No, I have not. >> What's going on? >> The guy walked in >> to me. He appeared drunk. That's what appeared to me. >> He handed me his package. I'm doing my job. >> Okay. >> I put it on the scale and I weighed it. I read off our hazmat question. The next step that we have to do is going to ask him to reread it and tap no. He looked at me and he told me no. And I said, "Well, you still have to tap no." >> All right, let's make sure we're all on the same page here. Y'all know when you send something off at the post office, if you might have batteries, something you know, uh, acidic, costic, you hit, you have to just acknowledge, I don't have that in this package. in this package that's not there. You hit the little no button on the touch screen where you pay for your package. He is being difficult. I mean, woo, are we surprised? But he's being difficult verbally telling her no, but won't just tap the screen and hit no. And he wants her to tap the screen to hit no. He came in there to start problems for no reason. And then obviously with the rhetoric that comes out of his mouth, he's always a problematic person. Sounds like to me anyway. He said, "I'm not going to do it." I said, "Well, I can't do it either cuz you're the customer." And then he says, "Um, >> it's like an acknowledgement that you had after." >> That's our rules here at the post office. That's what we have to do. He tells me no. I said, "Sir, if you can give me one minute. Let me um talk with the postmaster because I can't do that for you. I don't know what's in your package." So, he stood there and I saw the lead clerk, Laura Justice Stru. I told her what was going on. She came up in front of me and she said the same thing. Sir, if you do not tap the hazmat question, we cannot take your package. And then he says, "Well, I'm not going to tap it. I'm not going to tap it." So, I hands him his package back. He walks away. I greeted my next customer. He walks over to the kiosk to use the kiosk that Lord Justice Struz told him he would have to use. As he walked over there, he get the fussing and cussing real loud. >> Isn't this some [ __ ] They won't take my package. And that little up there, she That's what he That's what he called me. And I just exploded. I mean, because no one calls me out of my name, a racial slur like that. And I was only being nice to him like all of my other customers. >> Never again. >> Okay. >> You think this is funny? No. >> You think this is a big joke? >> No. >> Literally, you see me? >> I'm taking your entire company down. That's the most coherent story we're going to get is what she told us. And obviously I believe her. I mean, look at how he's acting. Look at what he said when that cop walked up and he told him you're not on code. >> Your entire species. You people have no clue. >> Okay. >> Literally. >> Who the Aren't you an actor in the movie? >> No. >> Holy Christ. >> No, I am not. >> What a nightmare. >> Time for >> How many times do you get the they won't serve me type of call? all the time, I bet. Or am I the only person in the county area that calls all over town that they won't serve me? >> So, okay. So, unless she's about to say, it does seem like he's the one that called the police cuz he keeps going back to the the business won't serve me. And this is 2022. So, that would have been around the time you see she still got her mask. They have the little glass plastic things up for distancing and stuff. So he's probably every time he walks into a business and at the time they had the mandatory mask, he doesn't want to do it. They're like, "Hey, we can't serve you." He's he sounds like he's calling the police and now he's asking, "How many times do y'all get calls from people saying, "We can't get served cuz we're not wearing the mask." >> So it's safe to say that your piece was served. >> Yes. [laughter] >> Are you the postmaster? >> I am. >> Are would you want to sign complaints for disorderly conduct? Yes, I will sign whatever you need me to sign cuz I do not want that gentleman stepping foot in this post office ever again. >> Okay, >> you have to press the button on the keypad screen in order to send packages through the post office. >> I can't do that. I told you no to the crops. Uh, I pressed the button. The carburetor malfunctioned. >> At this point, we can't serve Rudy. >> What? But the other customers that went after him had their packages sent with no problem and they all have to answer that same question. So that you know that makes no sense that the screen's not working. He just didn't want to do it because he didn't want to be told to do something. >> You have to be kidding me. I have to send this package out. Literally, I'm off to a private company >> to try there because the public company failed entirely and broke the law at this point. They have to have a third option legally speaking and they don't which is against the [ __ ] law. This turns into a they didn't serve me literally which is a discrimination under the Civil Rights Act. >> And you're saying they refuse to take your cash? I'm just asking. >> If they don't serve you under a protected reason, that would be civil rights. But I know obviously he's not going to learn any of that. He just hears, "Oh, you y'all are soft, so I'm going to be soft and I'm going to say you didn't serve me and try to get the same protection of people that actually need the protection for whatever reason, whether it be a disability, the color of their skin, their religion, blah blah blah. >> Should be a police officer at this point." >> Okay, you're completely >> Well, I I I hopped in halfway in between the conversation when I asked you, did you want to talk about the whole the whole thing that happened from a to >> from start to beginning? start to end. >> You see why I don't pick you though? Because you have major comprehension issues. >> And this is why he gets kicked off the horse in another lawsuit. Because this is outrageous. Every two weeks I have to interact with you. I mean, this is obese beyond recognition. >> Literally, these delays are beyond recognition. I am in the right here and these should be arrested and sent to prison. inside postmaster who's like the manager of it all and then the clerk that was also getting yelled at. They're willing to sign complaints for disorderly. >> Okay. >> He's saying you have comprehensive issues and you can't understand. >> Yeah. >> Wow. >> That's why I don't know how else I'm supposed to help you if I don't know what's going on. >> Take him for the disorderly >> disorderly conduct. >> What about his uh vehicle here? >> We'll park it.
