[Applause]
the mom just called in she's asking if
she can come pick up the
car all right your mom's your mom's
going to pick you up okay no she's not
going to okay 68
radio back on station with that female
ending is 41517 41517 you have to go go
into my house I don't have no car I have
no keys I just go
in all right swing your legs
out come on down
careful we come right up here
okay now we're going to take a left
and we're going to come right around
this table over here and we're going to
have a
seat here I'm going to drag this back
here you
can have a
seat so we just got to wait a few
minutes here okay and then I'll enter
your information in here uh what I'm
going to do you see this is
sealed okay this is basically like the
mouth piece right it's going to go into
here once I enter the information and
stuff I'm going to have you stand up and
I'm going to tell you okay you need to
take a deep breath in and as deep of a
breath as you can in you're going to
hold it you're going to seal your lips
around the Ed of this and you're going
to blow one consistent breath into the
machine okay now you're going to hear a
solid tone that means you're giving a
good breath if you're hearing beeping
that means you're not breathing you're
sucking
you know I mean you're not doing
something right okay I know I just got
to explain this to you um you're going
to breathe all the air out of your body
until you feel like you're going to pass
out like it's going to be everything you
got word
okay
word not arrest for Obi operating
vehicle under the influence of alcohol
drug or combination of them if you
refuse to take any chemical test
required by law your high driving
privileges will be suspended immediately
and you'll have to pay a fee to have the
Privileges reinstated uh we can skip
that next paragraph because you are not
under arrest for or having physical
control if you do take a chemical test
you can have an independent chemical
test taken at your own
expense uh now we can skip the rest of
this stuff because this is mostly CDL
things and we're going to go all the way
down here to notice of suspension okay
where uh all the way down here to the
bottom the notice of suspension okay
independent of any penalties or
sanctions imposed upon you pursuant to
any other section of the revised code or
Municipal ordinance driver's license or
commercial driver's license permit or
non-resident operating privilege will be
suspended the suspension would take
effect immediately this suspension will
last at least until your initial
appearance on the charge which will be
held within 5 days after the date of
this arrest or the issuance of the
citation to you you may appeal the
suspension at the initial appearance for
the court that hears the charges against
you that resulted from the arrest or
during the period of time ending 30 days
after that initial appearance what that
means is if you test over when we when I
offer you this test then your license
would get suspended being only 20 years
old uh instead of a 08 it's a
02 um so the length of suspension I'll
just explain that to you real quick here
uh if you refuse huh don't even I I do
well by law I have to explain this to
you so if you refuse this test with no
prior OVI I'm assuming you don't have
any prior Ovis correct no I don't with
no priors your license would be
automatically suspended for a year
automatically if you take the test and
you test over with no priors it would be
90 days not a year okay so that's up to
you whether you want to take it or not
I'll take it um okay we just got to wait
another couple minutes here and then
we'll if you want to keep hold on to
that and read over it you
can otherwise we just got a few more
minutes so we got to
wait all right remember how I told you
to do the test
Emma you're going to take a deep breath
in you're going to blow into this tube
here y okay we're going to start here in
just a second so if you want to run
stand up you want to sit you can sit if
you want you can sit if you want care
sure around that
side
[Music]
what all right you ready
mhm all right take take this you can
hold it take a deep breath in as much
breath as you can put your lips around
it and
blow put your lips around it and
blow there you go blow blow blow blow
blow BL keep going keep going keep going
keep keep going keep going keep going
keep going keep going keep going keep
going keep going keep going invalid s
all right
you can you take that take that off
right there just take the two the tip
off
[Music]
there again all right let going give you
another opportunity to take it
okay when I say you're going to stand up
don't touch anything don't touch it
don't touch the
thing when I say you're you're going to
take the tube okay you're going to hold
it you're take look you're going to take
a deep breath in like that you're girl
you're going to se your lips around it
and you're going to
blow yep got it you weren't you weren't
BL your lips weren't I wasn't ready
before you know first
[Applause]
time nope hold on hold on just leave it
there I'm just holding it
hold on hold
on okay deep breath in seal your lips
around
it deep breath
in you're not breathing you got to blow
you got take a deep breath in and blow
into
it there you go blow blow blow blow blow
blow blow blow blow keep going keep
going keep going keep going keep going
keep going keep going keep going keep
going keep going keep going it's going
to be like all the air in your body all
there you go you take that
[Music]

se you will 251 Emma
that is that is definitely past the
legal limit we're put you back in cuffs
