the steering wheel of her car and not responding to anyone the officers approached her vehicle to look into the matter the police found the suspects in a condition that surprised them they tried to talk to the suspects to understand their situation however the suspect's condition made the police suspicious leading them to ask the suspects to undergo tests often the suspect suspects tried to avoid these tests but eventually complied nevertheless the police gained a clear understanding of the suspect's condition according to the law they took the necessary steps against the suspect can you
