The woman was charged with OVI, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and obstruction of official business. Now, this drunk woman was raging on the road, acting like she was above the law. When the cops showed up, she wasn't intimidated at all. And instead, she made a bold demand. Behind you back, then I got no way for you to use the restroom out here. On December 13th, 2024, an officer responded to a report of a hit and run involving a woman on a highway in New Mexico. The officer pulled over the vehicle and started asking about the incident. However, the woman's response was unbelievable, as was how it led to the crash. I I was trying to get the puppy off of my lap. Uhhuh. Okay. Why is everybody waving me down and looking at you? Probably because I'm a Michigan driver. Where are you coming from? Michigan. Michigan. [Music] I was trying to burn. They weren't giving me an option. It was like they were kind of like urging me in this sense. Uh-huh. Okay. Where did this crash happen at? Just right down the road. Yeah, because I was trying to merge, but the person wasn't right. Where did you signal? Where were you trying to merge? Right. Okay. So, you're traveling the left lane and you're trying to get into the right lane. Okay. Why? Why' you continue driving there? What do you mean? Like, I mean, the crash happened over there, right? I was trying to get off the road, but the person kept telling me left. It's not the left lane that you're supposed to pull over. Okay. So, you were just trying to get Yes. You were trying to kept telling me go that way. I'm like, I'm trying to make the light. I'm trying to get off the road. Okay, I got you. You have your ID, even where you coming from, man. Um, I'm actually coming from San Bonito. Picking up my vehicle. Trying to go back to Michigan. Trying to go back to Michigan. Okay. Where are you coming from right now? San B. Any alcohol today? No. No. No. I just want to know what that leak is right there. You hit a vehicle. That's what happened. Well, yeah. two vehicles. The person wouldn't let me get off the road. She kept telling me to get on the left lane. Okay. In Michigan, you don't get off the left lane. You get off the right lane. That applies here, too. So, from talking to the witness that called in said, "You were all over the roadway prior to this crash." Sorry, I have a newborn puppy. They're crying. Now, does that apply to what led up to this crash? Well, no. I'm trying to get off I'm trying to get off this plane, but the person wouldn't let me. The woman appeared suspicious about her level of intoxication as she went through a few field sobriety tests to assess her condition. What I want you to do is place your left your right foot in front of your left foot, just like this. And the arms down at your side. No. What's up? Do you want me to walk a straight line? Not right now, though. Not right now. Okay. So, again, just step back a couple feet. There you go. Right there. Again, place your right foot in front of your left foot just like I am. Heel to toe. Okay. Heel to toe. Okay. I just want you to stay in that position for me. Do you understand? I'm going to keep giving you some instructions. I'm going to demonstrate and then I'll let you do it. Okay. But just stay in this position for me. Do you understand? Arrow. Okay. So, for the position that you're in then you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down this line. Okay. Counting out loud, but just watch me. So, again, you're going to count out loud. Keeping your arms down at your side, looking down. You're going to do this. One, two, three. Not only did three, but once you get to your ninth step, you're going to keep your leading foot on the ground and turn around as so. Taking a small series of steps until you turn around. OTC. Got it. Once you turn around, you're going to continue back walking down that line. Count it out loud. One, two. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Three. Again. I only did three, but you're going to do nine. Do you understand? Yes. Couple things before you get started. Once you start, you cannot stop. Repeat. That's how you step. You move the toe. And the arms got to remain down at your side. You got to count out loud. Okay. Okay. 1. 2 4 5 6 7 8 [Applause] Three. 1 2 [Applause] 3. Lost my shoe again. Jesus. Okay. Yay. I gave him another test. Okay. It's called a one leg stand. Just stand with your feet close to the other. Again, arms on at your side. Okay. Okay. So, again, just arms on at your side. What you're going to do next is you're going to raise the foot of your own choice. Okay? You're going to raise this foot about 6 in 6 in off the ground. So, just watch me about 6 in off the ground. Point your toes forward, toes parallel to the ground. Keeping your arms down at your side, looking down at your feet. You're going to count out loud 1,00 1 1,002 1,003 and keep counting till instructed when to stop. Do you understand? Okay. So, this test is going to be timed. Okay. When you're ready, you can begin. One, two, three. Arms out at your side. I'm sorry. Arms out at your side. Okay. Oh, I got the key so [Applause] bad. Can I pee, please? As the woman struggled to follow the instructions, the officer decided to detain her. However, another issue arose when she started making a scene. Behind your back, man. I got no for you to use a restroom right here. Where's that? [Applause] Can I please get right now? I'm going to get your phone. Okay. How? By going into aren't you? Where's your phone at? It's right there in the middle of the concert. Okay. That's all I'm going to grab is just your phone. Okay. Okay. Have a seat for me. But could you please cooperate with me? I am cooperating with you. Okay. So, can I please stand out here while you get my phone? No, I'm not going to do that. Well, then how is that cooperating? I'm trying the best I can to cooperate. Well, I'm not going to teach you. I'm trying the best that I can, too. And I also need to pee. Okay. Where are you? I'm not going to let you use the restroom right here in the public. I got other people right here sitting here. Please. Okay. So, if you can have a seat all the way in, man, if that's not already a distraction. What? What's a distraction? Look, I I'm already going to jail. Can I please use the restroom? Not right here. Not right here. Well, do you want me to get out of your car? I don't know where else for you to go. I have nowhere else for you to go. But I don't know where else to go, but I really, really need the restroom. Okay, I can't help you right now with that. I'm not going to let you sit here and use the restroom. Come on. Have a seat for me. Please, ma'am. Have a seat for me, please. Please go get my phone. I am going to get your phone and tell you have a seat for me. Can I please use the restroom? Not right here. Cuz I can't use it in your car either. That's disrespectful just as much as it was disrespectful for me to get pulled over. Come on. This is Have a seat, man. I am all the way in, please. I I also need the restroom. I understand, bro. I know. Do you want me to restroom in your car? If you do, you do. I I'm not going to have you sit out here. Can I please watch? I'm going to get your phone and tell you have a seat on the way. Let your phone have to see. I really need to pee. I really really really need the key. I don't want to pee in your car. I I I'm not going to let you pee right here, man. Okay. What? You're going to really faster you get or faster. Really? The faster we go. Really? You're going to let me kill myself? Where else you want me to let you go, man? I might not be right. Not respect. Well, I'm not going to let you just pee in the public. That's disrespectful. You got people right there watching you. There were people watching me in the first place. Well, you should have hit a vehicle. Okay. Really? Yeah. That's why they were watching. Maybe I needed to piece off all the way from Yes. Do you see a public restroom from here and there? Yeah, you passed multiple gas stations. Really? Yes, I have a seat for you. You are disrespectful. I'm I'm trying to cooperate with you. No, you're not. [Music] Oh my god. Here I go. Here I go. Thank you. This is great. I have your phone. Okay. Thank you. Who should I call? Thank you. You want me to call anybody for the vehicle? The car, your puppy. Yes, my son. Okay. Does he live in town? The officer then took the woman to the station for a breath test where she faced the consequences of her actions. Maybe smell it. The restroom I already have. Okay. In your car. I want to get you your phone now. You tell on the phone call. Okay. I'm going to complete all my paperwork. I mean, it's going to be a while. It would be for you to say. This is against my rights. We just don't carry extra clothes, man. But how are you supposed to detain somebody if you don't have uniforms? Seriously, I'm [Music] Let's go and read this to you again. You are under arrest for a DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Act requires you to submit to a breast. You were supposed to do this before I was arrested. No, I don't. Are you going to keep interrupting me? Detained. Are you going to keep interrupting me, man? All right. I'm giving you another opportunity. I don't have to. You don't have to, but yeah. Are you going to listen to me? Okay. Again, you do you agree to take our test? Yes. You're going to take a deep breath and blow into this pose. Once you start blowing, you're going to hear a ton. Next up was this guy named Raymond, who had a major attitude, and that ended up being his downfall. Things could have gone a lot smoother with no legal trouble, but he made the situation 10 times worse. No. Please try. Ma'am, ma'am, please. Please, I'm done. On May 28th, 2022 in Georgia, officers responded to a domestic disturbance call involving Raymond and his girlfriend. Upon arrival, the witness provided details about the situation. We don't know the whole situation, whatever. Neighbor got upset because the two of them got into it and he was like, "Oh, I'm going to call the cops." Granted, was he already outside or he came over here? He was already outside. No, he was not. He came over here. Yeah, he did. And that's cool. After Yeah, he I thought he didn't want to talk to us. I don't. You can get the on, bro. I know my rights, bro. Don't do that to me, bro. I swear to Don't Please don't do that, bro. Just making sure I heard you, right? And talk to you. Yeah. Just you? Yeah. Okay. You want to walk or you want them to go, bro? He walk. Yeah. Can y'all go talk to him? No, bro. I'm not. We not doing that. Okay. Get on, man. Okay. Stop, bro. I don't mean this respect. I know my rights. Listen, y'all go talk to him. Go talk to him. If your girl's trying to talk to her, she can't. No. Y'all go talk to him. He's Yeah, she can go the head. No, calm. Just I'm saying though. Like, just calm down. Right now, I'm not going anywhere. So, if you'll let me talk to her, we can this up. We can get we can get on and finish this quicker if I can talk to her without you interrupting. He's coming. He's hostile because of the neighbor and then it's like three cops coming to the door is kind of which I understand intimidating. The nature of the call was that he's y'all are fighting and that he you were trying to leave and that he didn't let you leave. So that's not what happened. If I wanted to leave, I would have left. Yeah. I have the car key to the car. I would Well, and the car the lights are both on so we don't I turned the car off, but the key is inside the house. Bro, so he asked about the front of the car. The front of the car happened when we were driving. We drove from where we were in Orlando. I don't care. Okay. Please get the out of there, sir. I'm sure. Just calm down. Just calm down. Please calm down. That's it. We were driving for Orlando from Orlando. We dropped our family off in Jacksonville and we came here. That's it. The two of us started argling. Yes. He came outside of his house. He offered him a cigarette, talking to him, whatever the case may be. Cool. Then the two of them got into it because he was I started crying because I was overwhelmed with the situation and what was going on. The two of us arguing. We don't argue. Yeah. At all. That's not something that we do. So proceeding to the conversation, the two of them, him and the neighbor got into it. And that's when the neighbor called the cops. He said, "Oh, I'm not going to fight with you. Wah wah wah. I'm going to call the cops." So he called the cops about us arguing. That was it. He didn't see him put his hands on me. He didn't do any of that. Okay. So, I'm confused as to why he's making it something that is really not like, and me personally, I don't feel like this is situation for him to go to jail. I just showed you my fingernails and get the out of Yo, get the You need to stop. You're this close to going to jail. Do you understand me? I'm not no close to going to jail. Yeah, you are. Because you're obstructing my invest. So, go walk off. Stop. Stop. Stop. Please. Raymond's behavior got out of hand and the officer couldn't ignore it. He decided to detain him, but it didn't go easily. Shut up. Ray, please just calm down. Please. 2 seconds. Give me two minutes. You don't know your rights. I'm telling you, sweetheart. Sweet. Sweet. She can't do nothing. What are you talking about? I can talk to investigate. Tell me crime. Take me to jail. Stop. Because you won't let me figure out what's going on. Senior law. Listen, you don't You're literally physically trying to pull her away. Sweetheart. Oh, I'm not sweetheart. It's ma'am, sergeant, or officer. I don't care. Okay. I don't care either. Walk away. Walk away. The law. Okay. All right. What do I do? We're not done. No. No. No. We tried. We tried. We tried. Why are you trying to ma'am? Ma'am, please. No. I'm done. Please. Please. I'm done. We tried. Ma'am, can I please have 2 seconds? We had 2 seconds. We have a couple seconds. We had a couple seconds. I don't want no problem. We can do this one. I don't want to get away. You already done. We got Hey, we can do this easy. I guarantee you it's not going to be that easy, bro. Bro, I don't want no problems, bro. Please. I know my rights. You came in my house in your way. I'm not in the way of anything. You obviously were. I drag your husband. You didn't have to drag me out of anywhere. Ma'am, you did not ask me to move away. I don't want no problem. I I'm here on my girlfriend. Excuse me, ma'am. Did I Did you ask me to move away? I'm just here with my girlfriend. What What's the What's the issue? And if you had just let me talk to her like we've been trying to do since my rights. I obviously I'm literally explaining to you. You could have walked off. I wasn't coming in your house, but you were physically pulling her in after I was in the house for my girlfriend. All right. Come on. Can you Can you We'll check in. Walk walk over the car and we'll check him. I ma'am. Okay. Okay. You're right. You're right. I really don't want no problem. I promise you. Okay. Walk over the car. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right, bro. All right. All right. All right. I tried talking to you, bro. Now you're softening up. No, no, no. Please, okay. And we'll check them out, but we got to walk over the car. Lean up against the car. I don't want no problem with the car. I promise you. Since Raymond's jail time was unavoidable, his girlfriend tried to explain his frustration and be reasonable about his actions with the police. Listen to what I'm saying, though. He's not a physical person. I We don't have physical altercation at all. And that's what we were figuring out. But the fact that he wouldn't let you talk to us. He was upset. Like I said, the whole situation literally happened because him and the the neighbor arguing. The two of them got into it. It wasn't us. Yeah, we were arguing because we were upset with each other. But that's not something that we do. And I'm not going to sit here and lie to you. I've been in an abusive relationship. That's not something that we do. 110%. I would not lie to you. I swear to God, I would not lie to you. And I'm glad. And that's not what he's going to jail for. Cuz you were telling me that nothing physical happened. Yes. So what is he going to jail for? Just obstruction. Cuz we're sitting here trying to figure out. I understand that. But even when you tried to give him a chance to talk to me, as soon as you said that, they came and ran in the house. Like you didn't even like it wasn't even ample time for you to like calm the situation down before they came over. Since we've been here, we've been trying to calm the situation down. I understand that he's upset. He's he's upset. He's highly intoxicated. He's He's Listen, he's already gone through a lot. He just lost his dad. Okay, but this is this is where we're at. He's going to go to jail, at least for now, okay? It's a misdemeanor, but I mean, that's where we're at. Okay, he doesn't go through that here. So, it's just like a whole like misunderstanding. And I feel like them coming to the door, like literally you said something, as soon as you said something, they ran across to the door. And it was just like even them pulling me. He pulled me by my neck. He had me by my wrist and my neck. Yeah. Because you were in our way cuz he's trying to pull me away. I understand that. He gave me a chance to walk away. He literally grabbed me by my neck and my wrist and pushed me to the front gate. Because you were putting your weight. You knew I was trying to put handcuffs on him to arrest you. You stepped You stepped in the house. Yeah. You stepped in the house and I was on my way of moving out. I just asked, "Can we please talk?" That's all I said to you. And I just No, because I need you. When I'm putting handcuffs on someone and I'm trying to arrest them, you cannot get in the way. I understand that. But of obsessive force with grabbing my neck, that's not excessive force. That's him trying to get you out of the way. You know, see that transpire cuz I'm trying to deal with him cuz he's letting you know. There you are. Listen, this is a situation. He's going to go to jail for obstruction. It's a misdemeanor. He can bond out, okay? But the very least, he's probably going to have to sober up in the jail. Usually, they won't let people out if they're as intoxicated as him. Okay? If if all you say that's happened is that, then that's fine. He's not going to go to jail for something. His little brother is in a house watching this. I cannot go through this. The officer placed Raymond in the police cruiser and began doing some paperwork. Still upset about the situation, Raymond got into an argument with the officer, trying to justify his arrest. You want to do this? Come on. Let's do it. Yeah. You You want to do the paperwork? We We We don't have to do this. We don't. We don't, man. If you don't want to, I'm not pressuring you. When the police arrived, they spoke to the neighbor to get the details. Then they approached the woman and her mother who denied any wrongdoing and defended her actions. Already had left though. She was waiting over him. It was about the incident that happened. The lady grabbed him and scratched him in the face. She said somebody was down in her car, but he had just walked out the door. Yeah. And um him her and the lady I guess they were arguing and saying words back and forth all day, you know. Well, him and the lady or the No, the two ladies down there. Yeah. No. That kid came to our property knocking on my mother's door. So, it was your mom who was involved in it. Um, yeah. But where's your mom at? We'll talk to her. She's actually not here. So, that lady yelling right there, is that I want to talk. So, your mom is here? Yeah, she's here. So, you're lying to me, right? I'm not lying. You realize I just got here. Okay. So, what's going on between Well, I was here and that little boy came to my house and put his fist up to me. He went like this. Okay. And I'm not going to let no little boy disrespect me. They scratched my car and I'm supposed to live with it. Okay. Like nothing ever happened. Okay. Anything. That little boy came in my house and he's told me that you're going to be detained right now for Oh my god. No, you're not going to be dictating me. You're not going to touch me. You don't touch me.
