All right. Hey y'all. Give me a chance for YouTube to come in. Okay. All these warnings. All right. Mic check. Can y'all hear me? Hopefully you can. Okay. We're starting with u the one about the mom got in. She Okay. Getting in trouble for dancing was not the main thing, but it was a great headline. The the original title for the YouTube video was how does he say it? I'll just read it. Judge gives mother 40 years after twerking as baby fought for life. That's how they titled it. That is how you get me to click on something. So, we're going to look at this quick 50sec news clip and then we're going to look at her when she's about to be sentenced. So, >> mother has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for the death of her infant son. Judge John Stevens handed down the sentence today in Jefferson County Criminal District Court. Konisha Hawkins pleaded guilty to injury to a child by failing to get medical help for five-month-old Jacan Shaw. The baby died in October of 2022 after spending a month on life support in a Galveistston hospital. I can't say enough about >> Okay, since they're about to play the part we're watching, we'll go to that. But it's about her not seeking care for the baby when other people pointed out I think something's wrong with the baby. There's also a mystery of who did what to the baby. Like, who was it? But I'm going to let y'all watch that part. But yeah. All right, here we go. If they ever felt like he needed immediate medical attention, they would have took them took him his themselves. They got or jail and Tylenol because they felt the same thing that I thought. I never lied to Detective King. I did not at the time going through the process. I was numb to my child was in the hospital. I don't know. That's all the shock. I'm numb. It's not I'm not even in my body. I'm not even here. I don't think this is really my life. >> Indicating repeated. Okay. So from there, the detective apparently from his report to the judge or who or the prosecutor, they feel like she did not show enough emotion when she finds out about her baby and the baby's condition. Now, that in itself does not make somebody guilty. As they keep going, I think my feelings changed because at first I'm like, okay, well, people can be in shock. They don't have to be they don't have to have the same emotions we we expect them to have. Like they might literally be numb. So yeah, this was this was interesting. But the more they talked, the more I was like, "Ah!" >> episodes of extremely violent shaking over time. >> One of the worst cases I've ever seen, judge. >> Wow. That's happening. There's a video of her out twerking at a bar one night while her baby's still on life support. Now, y'all worked diligently on this case over many, many months, didn't you? This is the only thing we've worked on for myself and my partner because Sergeant Keane, this is the only case we worked on for about three and a half three and a half months. >> And there's a reason for that because of the the first of all that this was such a young child. >> Absolutely. And uh it it was uh of course such a young child and and um she tried to lay blame to so many different people to cover her tracks that we had to clear that. >> So you had to go through and rule out every other every story that she gave. Is that correct? >> Every story she gave she tried to say judge that all her aunts had done this to this baby instead of hers. >> You've dealt with a lot. How does this one rank? >> This is one of the worst cases I've ever seen. Judge, >> you can go uh begin and end. >> Judge, when you when you when you read this precinence report along, >> all right, before we start, just so y'all know, all that was a preview because at first that order confused me. So, just know everything we just heard so far was a preview of what we're about to hear interlaced in throughout this this part of her sentencing >> long because there's a lot of facts to this. There was a lot that went on and a lot of things that this defendant could have prevented. And I'm going to stick with the the not taking the baby to the doctor. According to the doctors when it got to UTMBB that there's there's no way this baby was fine even just hours before the baby stopped was dying and was dying because the mother who lied to her relatives who said try to take her to the doctor. She told her boyfriend or her friend or neighbor upstairs that she had taken him to the doctor when she hadn't. We had all the doctors check and she cancelceled the appointments for the baby. She did everything not to take care of this baby. And that's that's what a mother's supposed to do. And that's why in this in this particular instance, it's it's just a shame because this baby was only 6 months old. Seven when I think Jaden died, but Jaden was only a little over 5 months old, almost 6 months old whenever this happened. And then 7 months old when the baby died. And it and it's and it's sad because Jacaden depended totally on the care that was given by her mom by his mom and shouldn't have shouldn't have had anything happened to him. They there's no no record of anything going on specifically in the mom's life except at that time that weekend when that baby was injured. It was or it was around that time that she was injured. he was injured was her birthday and she wanted to go out and spend a couple of days for her birthday. So, she the defendant went out and had a great time. baby was throwing up, having issues, and she did not take it to the doctor when she should have. And and and Jaden stayed in the hospital. Even after the baby, Jacen is in the hospital. And mom could do what's merciful and take Jaden off the life support, she refused. And they had to actually take action to get the father to to be able to take this child off the life support because it had been it had been deceased for weeks and was just laying there. While that's happening, there's a video of her out twerking at a bar one night while her baby's still on life support. And then >> this isn't the only thing that I think got her the full 40, but I definitely think the judge went to the maximum when he starts hearing the prosecutor reporting that um she's out dancing while they're trying to reach the hospital is trying to reach her. They can't reach her. So, they got to find the biological dad to see if he can make a decision on taking the baby off life support. Um, and as the prosecutor said, and I'm sure he had to get that from the medical people, that the baby actually had been gone for weeks. He wasn't even honestly alive for those weeks he was on there. Um, I can understand not wanting to let your baby go and not being able to make that decision uh quickly, but I it hurt her that during those weeks she still went to the bar and was twerking at the bar. It It did It just hurt her. U It hurt her case. I'm saying then what they've mentioned so far because I'm trying not to jump ahead. They they had to investigate everybody because at first I was wondering this. So I was wondering did they investigate other people the baby had been with but cuz I cuz I've already watched the head but this part I caught better this time around. When the prosecutor introduces it, he says she blamed everybody else at first when it was being investigated. She tried to blame her aunt. Um they haven't said it yet, but she tried to blame some kids that were babysitting the baby. Um, and they're I think they're going to talk about the timeline of the injuries, too. But so they so because I was like, "Did y'all investigate the other people that she said may have harmed her child?" But they did. He just addressed that. They definitely did. That's why it took so long. So it's not like they just were like, "Nope, you're the mom, so I'm just going to blame you." They did look at the other people. Okay, lovable. No problem. I don't know what's wrong with people forever, TRL. And it's it's going to get worse before it gets better on when the prosecutor keeps going. It it makes me think about her as an overall person the more he starts describing some other traits that she showed even outside of being a mom and she had other children. So wait till they say about what they talk about with the other children too. >> Then when she gets arrested and thrown in jail instead of showing the remorse and acting like the nice person that she is, you've seen the jail records. You've seen you've seen the the the comments about the disciplinaries that she's had over the last few months in jail where she just keeps acting up. She's not a good person. She's not a person that that goes in and does what she's supposed to do and follows the rules and just just takes care of business to show respect for what is going on in the gravity of the situation. It's all about her. judge. This whole thing, every time you I read this and I've read the offense reports, I've gone through everything. I've listened to her statements over and over and all I hear is it's all about her, not about Jaden, but about her. Thank goodness her other children have been taken away and she's not going to have those. And I think that I wish we'd have taken Jaten away, but we didn't know until it was too late. But ask this court to give her the 40 years. I think it's a fair offer. I don't think there's anything less that could be fair in this situation. >> Go to maybe the lower end of the range. And uh Penicia, you want to tell the judge anything? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> The statement Detective Kaufman just made was absolutely not true. And my family is here in the court today to attest that >> to what to >> that they did not urge me. They thought the same thing that I thought that he was teething. We did not know that he was hurt. >> He was teething. >> He was only thing that was wrong with him that he was showing signs of was irritableness. Irritableness. That was it. She's very convicted in saying that. And again, when I watched it the first time, I was like, are they getting on her for not understanding the signs? And she just thought he was teething. But as they're going to say, her family was concerned enough to say, "Hey, take him to the hospital." And she instead of saying, "I don't think it's that serious." lies to them and tells them that she did take him to the hospital to get checked out. So that's horrible right there. Then um with her saying he didn't show any signs except like having trouble teething. Wait till they name the actual signs of the baby and what was going on with the baby because I'm like, "Oh, you just I'mma let y'all watch it." He did not show signs that he had an internal injury that could cause him to death. That's that is absolutely not true. My family has 100% supported me. They never went against me on that ever. They did the same thing 3 days prior to my birthday, which was September 22nd. He went with them. He went with them on actually September. My birthday was September 22nd. That was a Thursday. He went with them on September 23rd on a Friday. He was there from September 23rd to September 25th. They had him in their care. If they ever felt like he needed immediate medical attention, they would have took them took him his themselves. >> Okay, this is I went back and forth cuz I do understand that if they had if her family had concerns while the baby was in their care that they also have, you know, an obligation to make sure the baby's okay, take them to the hospital. But the way the timeline is inferred is that they brought the concerns to her and she did have enough time to um get the baby to the hospital, but she just again did not do it and lied and said she did. So now you're eliminating the the um possibility that someone else can insist like, "Oh, you didn't take them. You should really take them or just let me take them." Now they can't say that if you have lied and said, "I took the baby to the hospital." They got or gel and Tylenol because they thought the same thing that I thought. I never lied to detective King. I did not at the time going through the process. I was numb to my child is in the hospital. I don't know. That's all the shock. I'm numb. I It's not I'm not even in my body. I'm not even here. I don't think this is really my life. So yes, some details I forgot to tell him. Like I left him with someone for 2 hours. But I always told him I told the question he asked me was, "Did my children handle it?" My children at the time were five and two years old. My children never handled JK. The children upstairs, the teenager and the eight, seven, and six year old did. >> Oh, so it's somebody else's fault. Children, >> no blame anybody. It's my fault for allowing them to even take >> the ones that caused the injuries. >> Let me speak. She can't take down everything when two people are sticking one time to ask you questions on this so that we can kind of have a dialogue. >> Are you saying someone else caused the injuries, not you? >> That was important because again, like I said at the beginning, I didn't catch that. The prosecution said this took longer because we did investigate everyone she blamed. >> My choice of allowing someone to handle. >> I'm asking just yes or no. Are you saying someone else caused these injuries, not >> physically? Yes, sir. >> Who? [clears throat] >> A child. >> Which child? >> Which child? >> Upstairs neighbors. And I told them that they could go play back the video to see them him taking him upstairs and them bringing him back down and telling you them harm the child. >> I wasn't in the house. >> Did you see them harm the child? >> No, sir. I wasn't in the house. They came back and told me that they dropped the child >> about 15 minutes. 15 minutes. >> Okay, keep going. >> I take responsibility for not getting my child to the hospital. I take if I well I think they've already found out that she's lying or for them they're they have come to the conclusion that she's lying. So I do wonder when did she first bring up that the kids the neighborhood neighbor kids from upstairs said they dropped the baby? Was this after was this before you decided not to take them to the hospital or after when it was too late if they even told her something like that? Um I just wonder her timeline too. And I know see she I think she has defense attorney right there cuz he's going to ask her again. Do you want to say anything else at the end? So obviously he it would be his job to have already covered this at this point. We're now at what is the the punishment for what they've already decided? >> Full responsibility for making me out to be this monster. I hurt my child. I didn't care. That's a lie. That's a lie. And of course, I'm a mother. I'm losing my child. I don't want to take him off life support. I couldn't make that decision. I could not make that decision. I could I didn't want to let them go. I I did. >> So what did So what about that? What >> that's what they said. I I didn't I made the selfish decision of not not taking my life. That's that was the statement. That's not true. I just could not let my child go because I was >> Is that why you didn't bring the child to help to medical? >> He was hurt. >> Is that what you're saying? That was why you hesitated in bringing the child for uh medical help? >> Yes, I didn't know. >> Okay. I didn't understand what you were trying to say. >> Didn't know. I didn't know he was hurt. I did not know. >> Okay. >> What else? >> I've been a single mother since I became a lot of single mothers are out there. >> I've been a single mother. I've never had an incident where any of my children have been hurt or anything like that. Just happened to. I blame myself every day for um the things I didn't know about other places. I'm not a monster. I'm not a monster. I don't >> Let me ask you, how old was the child when this happened? >> Was 7 months old. >> Five months. >> Yes. >> Yeah. There's some parts here in this report that say 7 months. >> That's when the baby died. I don't know. >> 6 months. He was in the hospital for a couple of months. >> He was in the hospital. >> So she So cuz um at the beginning the judge of the prosecution said the actual injury occurred to the baby when they were five going on six months years or years Lord five to six months old. And as they said it took weeks before the baby was finally able to be taken off of life support. And I think again that happened when they reached the biological dad to make the decision. Um again I feel like a lot of this hinges on lying about her lying about the fact that she did never took the baby to the hospital or lying about the fact that she did but she did not take the baby to the hospital when other family members multiple family members brought it a concern to her and then um once the baby's in the hospital they assess the injuries. They're basically saying your baby's not here. the baby's it's there's just a body here that's on life support and she won't make a decision but yet uh court of public opinion you're out dancing but not thinking of your baby's like I don't know how to I can't say comfort cuz the baby's no longer here but you're not thinking about I guess the well-being of what's going on and court of public opinion is really harsh and then y'all said, "This judge is already tough as it is." Maybe had she not lied and sought immediate medical attention, they probably would have been like, "Okay, the baby was in someone else's care for a little while, the mother notices something's wrong. Her family knows that something's wrong. So, she takes her baby to the hospital. There still would have not been anything she could have done maybe at that point beyond getting the baby to the hospital, but not giving the baby a chance to be to have the injuries treated. I I really think that's what hurt her the most. And then this is just enhancing her the her poor character in their eyes on the other stuff being at the bar. They're going to go back and touch on how she acted while she was in jail and stuff like that. >> So, okay, go ahead. >> I'm just not a monster. And my jail behavior is me defending this because people are going along with what's been put on the news. So, I'm defending this. I'm not I'm just I'm not with a Trump making out to speak. I've never been in trouble. My kids have never been. Like I said, I have amazing family. I've had the support. Not a problem. I'm not a problem. I take full responsibility for the misjudgment and stay by not taking. >> All right. Anything else you'd like to add? What's that? >> This report. >> Okay. Here's the recent report which has been presented and it's part of the record which uh was introduced and made it part of the record without objection. We're just going to refer to a couple of these and what we're dealing with is medical science here. This isn't a soft science. This is a hard science, medical science. So, this states that the detectives interviewed you at the hospital where you provided information uh and initial uh where you provided no information about any recent injury or significant illness. initial medical assessments indicated a severe blood infection, which I guess that's what you had told the authorities that there was a blood infection or something. >> No, that's what they found. >> Well, they this states that the bassinet's padding was heavily soaked with liquid for exceeding what would be expected from a single infant's urination. and a preliminary forensic assessment was made over the following days >> [clears throat] >> uh at John Cely Children's Hospital which diagnosed the child with severe abusive head trauma. Dr. Patricia Beachch, pediatric uh pediatrician and forensic child abuse specialist there documented bilateral widespread retinal hemorrhages in all G layers of the child's eyes with bilateral retinal detachment and subdural brain hemorrhages. intraraanial hemorrhage with traumatic ensilophathy and very significant injuries overall to the child. The doctor noted that the symptoms were compatible with head trauma because of the diagnosis of severe brain injury, became clinically brain dead with no hope of recovering and was rendered blind by the extensive eye damage. He also experienced m the worst case of detached retina ever seen along with more than one area of bleeding on the brain. >> All right. So what I don't know and I just like to know if y'all possibly know in general without her having medical background if you are just looking in your fivemonth-old baby's eyes because you're looking at that's your baby. Of course, you're looking at them, checking on them, and all this other stuff. Can you tell that? Especially if it's the worst case of Oh, what did it say? Worst case of uh retinal detachment. Don't do you think you could probably see something beyond or see something in plain view like it's not necessarily going to take you need medical equipment to tell that? Because that's what it's giving me. The way he's reading it out is as if you can just a reasonable person can look at their baby and be like there is something very wrong with my baby's eyes. Um because her defense is I thought he was just teething really bad or he or she was just teething really bad. So I I don't want to look it up because if it is gruesome I don't want to accidentally put that up on the screen. But I do want to know still some kind of way what does retinal detachment look like to a plain person looking at it? The doctor later explained to investigators that Jacan suffered severe sepsis caused by intestinal bacteria leakage which stemmed from brain injury that impaired the organ to function properly. She demonstrated that the injuries resulted from violent shaking which lasted 60 to 90 seconds and place the most severe recent traumatic event between uh September 20th and the 22nd, which was just a few days before the child's death. Dr. Beachch confirmed that the CPR performed by the officers could not have caused any of the injuries and suggested that early medical intervention could have improved the outcome. >> That's what got her to that right there. Early medical intervention could have improved this baby's outcome. So her her lack of action conclusively by the medical people is saying your baby is gone because you didn't even seek medical attention when you should have. >> Skeletal survey performed later revealed numerous fractures to various stages of healing. These are old injuries of healing across multiple ribs, indicating repeated episodes of extremely violent shaking over >> I missed that the first time he he brought up old injuries the baby had too. So that was the most recent one. Oh yeah. See that? That's how it's piling up on her because who's shaking the baby so much? The baby keeps having um rib injuries and things like that. This isn't just the time that you say you left it with the upstairs neighbors kids and they had the baby for 15 20 minutes and you think that's where all this happened, but yet the baby has a history of injuries healing. Nah. Yeah, I see how I see I see more and more when I rewatch stuff that's not catch more. I see why she's in the position she's in. >> Fractures to various stages of healing. These are old injuries of healing across multiple ribs, indicating repeated episodes of extremely violent shaking over time that she had sought medical care. Statements later disproven by phone records, text messages, medical office confirmations, and witness accounts. Um that is included in paragraph three or the first of the second full paragraph in page two of the presenters report. So, three three of the defendants's aunts who cared for the child each provided consistent accounts of uh the child's system uh symptoms. They repeatedly urged the defendant to address them medically. And the defendant repeatedly minimized or denied these symptoms and claimed that she had indeed sought medical care, which was uh a statement later disproven by phone records, text message, and medical office confirmations as long as as well as other witness accounts. Picking back up, the defendant's behavior on the evening before Jacan was removed from life support and died was captured in a short video obtained by the investigators. The video showed the defendant dancing at a nightclub. When confronted with the footage during an interview, she confirmed it was her who was dancing and responded that what's your point? when informed that the video was taken on the night immediately preceding the planned removal of her critically ill ill infant son from life support. The investigator states that such behavior stands in stark contrast to the image of a grieving mother who had otherwise that she had otherwise presented to investigators and medical staff. And it certainly contradicts the way you're talking about what happened to me. That was true. You were dancing the night away but before the child. >> I do not think that was the night before he was taken off. >> I'm sorry. That's what they say. >> I don't remember. It was >> You don't Now you don't recall? I'm >> saying I don't remember when it happened. >> I think things like that would be probably blazed into your memory, wouldn't it? I mean, isn't this important? Oh, >> so the percentage report in the probation office states in summary that the incident reports document a lengthy and consistent pattern of disruptive, aggressive, and non-compliant behavior by the defendant throughout her incarceration from February 23 through May. >> We're going to go back over her um actions while she was incarcerated. Um, but Katrice said, "I had a detached retina. No one can tell just by looking at someone. I knew it was detached because you began to see black shadows like a black curtain covering your eyes." Okay. Thank you. Thank you, Katrice, for context. ation office states in summary that the incident reports document a lengthy and consistent pattern of disruptive, aggressive, and non-compliant behavior by the defendant throughout her incarceration from February 23 through May of 26 at the Jefferson County Correctional Facility. The defendant repeatedly refuses to follow oral and and written directives, argues with staff, creates excessive noise, openly disregards institutional rules. Her conduct frequently escalates into verbal confrontations with both the officers and other inmates, and on many interactions include hostile, profane language and personal insults directed to the staff. The reports describe multiple instances in which you instigated or actively participated in physical altercations. These include fights involving the throwing of objects, striking other inmates with closed fists, stomping or attempting to advance toward others despite officers attempts to restrain you, and in several instances spitting on other inmates. Several fights required staff intervention through physical restraint, sprayed deployment, and on one occasion the use of a taser when all other measure measures failed for you to gain compliance with the rules. You are also frequently involved in group disturbances either as an instigator or an active participant contributing to heightened tensions and unsafe conditions within the dorms and recreation yards at the jail. In addition to aggression, you regularly violate procedures and security rules, including entering unauthorized areas, refusing to rack up. Go to bed. >> Okay. And see, some of this I wrote off as it's easy for inmates to get in trouble. They can be written up really easily. So, I was like, "Okay, I'll write that off. I I'll that we don't know which way." But but then the stuff about being found in unauthorized areas, uh, spitting, it was against the inmates and the staff. Um, continuing, how can I put it? It was a totality of everything instead of it just being the fact that she was troubled while she was incarcerated because I do know cos can just write you up and you end up looking like trouble. But I was like ah it's a it's a lot being attached to you right now and and some of and I and then now that I see that the baby had older injuries, I'm like does she she does she have anger issues in general? That's what I started thinking too. But that was a that was a lot that the baby never had a chance. And I thought they're gonna mention something else about those other two children that made me raise my eyebrows, too. So, I'm waiting to see. Yeah, Jacqueline. He maxed out. He maxed out on her. Hold on, my pauses. >> During required times, returning to the dorm without permission, engaging in unauthorized communication with inmates in other areas, and failing to wear your uniform properly. There were repeated disciplinary actions for possessing or creating contraband such as extra bedding, hidden razor, tattooing implements, ink containers, and a self-inflicted piercing. How long was she in there? Okay, see the razor? I'm almost like maybe she had to defend herself. But you just out here willy-nilly got a whole tattoo kit, jail style tattoo kit. You know what I mean? like she was she was kind of leisure and comfortable in there if you got a tattoo kit like you you're settling in. >> Reports also note instances of hygiene violations, unauthorized use of equipment, and attempts to evade or undermine officer authority by influencing other inmates or encouraging non-compliance and mold the dorm population. Many officers report that your behavior often disrupts institutional operations, including medical pass, child, headc counts, and normal dorm function. Your conduct is repeatedly described as inciting other inmates, cons creating hostile or unsafe environments and contributing to escalating conflicts. And several reports portray you as openly dismissive with consequences and frequently stating that you did not care about receiving write-ups or restrictions. In later reports, officers have expressed concern that you demonstrate no sign of rehabilitation. continued endangerment to others and attempting to intimidate the staff and some other officers, describing your behavior as hateful, threatening, or intentionally defiant. All right. Well, those are going to get you gold stars. Anything to ask to uh add by any of the parties? >> Oh yes. >> Anything miss Hawkins you would like to add? You get to speak last. >> If nothing further the court is uh going to follow this agreement of a uh cap of 40 years confinement. So within that uh we are looking at no less than five 40 no more than 40 years uh confinement uh in prison and the uh how did we ever decide on the deferred or unadjudicated probation? >> Believe she's eligible >> she's eligible for that. Uh but regular probation is not an eligibility. >> Correct. >> Okay. The defendant uh has pleaded guilty voluntarily to this firstderee to take the child to a medical treatment facility or to a medical profession professional. After it, it was obviously apparent that the the child required immediate medical, not only a legal duty, but a spiritual duty to take care of uh children, especially children as young as 5 months of age. This court has read into the record innumerable circumstances where you have absolutely failed and neglected your responsibility given by our creator and our law. I now find you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and you were hereby sentenced to confinement in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to serve a term of 40 years confinement the death of a child. What is the the cost? What is the right punishment? A child's loss is maybe the greatest loss that humans deal with on this planet. And I can't say enough about [snorts] the special treatment that must be given to children from our creator. And you totally failed and not only failed but attempted to blame others for your irresponsibility. I just wish we could have somehow before this happened convinced you of the importance and the responsibility that you had to your child and how that was vital to the child's existence. This is the order of the court and we are in recess. Thank you. Sorry y'all. I'm on mute. My bad. Thank you, Lord. I was just saying that after everything they listed, I see how she got a lot of time. I don't know what would be right either, like if it should have been less time or not, but I see how he got there. I do see how he got there. So hopefully the delay is gone and y'all can see I got myself off of mute. My bad. My bad. Okay, now we're about to look at Leah Gordon's channel, and she's she I never even knew about this, but she her title says Atlanta radio host Big Tigger's wife linked to seven to daughter's seven-year disappearance. The daughter's name is Aaliyah Brown. I have to clarify the fact that um I got to clarify the fact that the daughter in question is only Tigger's wife's not his and Tigger's daughter or Tigers and her daughter. It's just her daughter from a previous relationship. That's the first thing I had to get clarified for myself. But obviously it's linked to him because you know of her because of him. So that's why his name is kind of involved in this. He was not involved at all in this child's life when this happened. She was not with him at the time. There was a whole another relationship in between uh the relationship she had with the child's biological father to another person she had a kid with that she apparently also named Aaliyah Brown. And then she is now married uh to Tigger who is a rapper, former rapper, radio host. You'll see when we play it. Okay. Teresa said, "Well, Carmemella got 35, and I thought his was self-defense, so I guess 40 is good for her because this was an innocent baby." Innocent baby. Oh, the thing I thought they were going to say about the kids, and I don't know if I just missed it, but um I thought they said the other two kids had been removed from the home, adding to her history of not being the best parent. But I didn't I didn't hear it again to catch it, so I don't know for sure. All right, so we're going to watch this Lordon, you know, she does her thing. Then we're also going to listen to her interview the dad after we watch this if we should have time. I have time. So hopefully y'all have time. All right, so we'll go ahead and get started. >> Baltimore County police are searching for a missing 10-year-old girl. Alia Brown has been missing since May 25th. She was last seen at her home. Baltimore County police say this has been an active investigation since 10-year-old Aaliyah Brown went missing, but they say they have now reached a point in their investigation where they're asking the public for any information leading to her. >> Okay. Are we still here together? Cuz the video wants to spin on me. Hold on. Am I still here with y'all right now? Let me hit refresh. Baltimore County police are searching for a missing 10-year-old girl. Alia Brown has been missing since May 25th. She was last seen at her home. >> Baltimore County police say this has been an active investigation since 10-year-old Aaliyah Brown went missing, but they say they have now reached a point in their investigation where they're asking the public for any information leading to her whereabouts. Someone inside the home on Aaron Russell Court called police saying the child vanished around 1:00 a.m. >> We don't have any evidence right now that showed that this was some type of stranger abduction. The interesting thing about this situation is that uh this was uh the same young lady who was left inside of a car by her mother about 6 years ago while the mother was inside of a casino >> a few days ago. So, Alicia Brown is uh Big Tiger's wife, but she also had posted a video um to her Instagram with a bruised face. And the caption said, "Ask my husband what happened uh to my face." Um [laughter] these allegations and accusations that have been circulating about me are false. >> Remember Alicia Brown? She was the same lady that left a kid in a car for 8 hours um to go. 45 spoke with the child's mother, Alicia Brown, who says despite speculation on social media, 10-year-old Aaliyah is not currently with her. The mother says Aaliyah lives in a foster home and was lost three times before. >> Investigating to see if there's a connection here. Uh right now, we can't confirm. We don't know the whereabouts of Aaliyah. So, we can't confirm what we have right now at this point. We want to find out. Did she leave on her own or did someone help her or did someone provoke her to leave? Brown was a 10-year-old girl living in Maryland at the time of her disappearance. Today, she is 17. She was growing up in what appeared to be a quiet residential neighborhood and likely spent her days, like many children her age, balancing school routines, and the early stages of adolescence. During her youth, she experienced neglect leading to significant challenges in her life. She was a child caught between two worlds, navigating everyday childhood experiences while also living under the strain of an ongoing custody battle between her parents. Aaliyah is the daughter of Daryl Williams and Alicia Brown. According to reports, Daryl lives in Maryland and is described as chill, laidback, and hardworking. D girl was interviewed >> and when y'all get to hear his interview, he still sounds chill. Not in an uncaring way. It was like I know I don't it's not like I have evidence that she did something or he did, but I'm telling you when you start hearing him answer questions, I'm like he just wanted his daughter. That's what it that's what it seems like to me. And this is just me giving my opinion anyway. But all the things he's had to go through and as he has to describe it, he does he still doesn't sound hateful towards anyone even though he talks about a lot of things that he suspects his ex did and all this other stuff and how he uh went broke trying to get through the family court system and stuff. He still he does not sound bitter to me. He doesn't he doesn't sound vindictive to me. He just sounds like he wants to know where his daughter is. Oh, and also she has his face if I didn't say that. I meant to say that in the beginning, too. on the Nina and Joe afternoon show live in Washington where he shared a little insight into their relationship in its early stages. >> Met Alicia in 2009, how this how our beginning started. Uh we dated for a year, it didn't work out. And in that year, she sent me to jail, which was kind of my primary reason for not having this work out. And um from the time I from the time that she was pregnant, had the baby and we tried or we both tried to raise her, he did not really want me involved in Aaliyah's life. So it had always been a struggle to be consistently uh involved in in Aaliyah's life without the court's help. Uh I've always went to jail, ironically, for the same charge, and it was for assault. He we got in an argument. Uh we supposed to went out one night back in I don't know 2013 I believe or no I'm sorry 2009 2010 maybe. We supposed to have went out and we got in an argument. So I plan I turned my car around and I was going to take her back home and she took the keys out the car and we almost crashed. When I got the keys back to the car, started hitting me with everything that was in vicinity of her reach in my car. I used to have like um I I used to have a bunch of stuff in my car. So, she was just hurling objects. When by the time we got through park and the police arrive and everything, they arrest her because they look at my face. They look at all the marks on me and they arrest her that night. But because she was pregnant, he says she was miscarried. he was miscarrying and they took her to the hospital and then they released her. A day later, I got arrested. I had a warrant for my name saying that I brutally assaulted this woman and it was completely false. >> So, who is Alicia Brown? Alicia Brown is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, and has built a strong academic and professional background. She attended Phillips Academy in Massachusetts, where she studied rigorous academics and learned Russian. She later earned a degree in criminal justice from the University of Maryland, College Park and a master's [clears throat] in political science from American University in Washington DC. Her background led her into federal technology consulting and cyber security. Before that, she served four years in the Army National Guard training as a Russian linguist. She has said her early goal was to combine her military and language skills with highle policy work. Brown later co-wrote a cloud handbook for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. After working in the Baltimore City Mayor's Office, she transitioned fully into IT compliance and cyber security, advancing her career at Oracle. She eventually founded TMG Consulting Service and worked as a cyber security contractor for agencies including the Department of Defense, the Veterans Health Administration, and NIST. She has also worked as a personnel security specialist for the cyber security and infrastructure security agency. She became highly regarded in the tech sector and gained recognition for advancing initiatives supporting minority women in technology. She also previously served as the state president for the Maryland chapter of Blacks in Technology. She and when I first listened to it, I'm like, she has a great resume, but she is very disturbing as a parent. Like, that's the thing. I'm like, a lot of people have a lot of things publicly that they're great at and they look really good. But I'm like, you got to apply the same thing as um like just because somebody's really good in the public doesn't mean that they are bad at other things behind closed doors. Cuz I was getting a little wild at first. I'm like, dang. and and it's still good she did that, but man, her her other side, it's her other side from what Leah put together disturbs the mess out of me. While Alicia was earning recognition for her intelligence and career success, Aaliyah went missing at just 10 years old after a bitter custody battle between Alicia and Derell. He had been seeking custody since their daughter was four, citing concerns of neglect. One major incident drew public attention on December 31st, 2013 when Alicia left her four-year-old daughter alone in a freezing car for 8 hours while she gambled at a casino. She was initially charged with felony child abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Child protective services intervene immediately and placed Aaliyah in her grandmother's custody while Alicia was jailed. In >> 2014, Alicia accepted a plea deal and pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment. She was sentenced to 3 years with all but 5 days suspended, followed by 3 years of supervised probation, mandatory counseling, and a ban from entering casinos. However, she still had custody of her daughter. After the incident, Durl intensified his custody efforts. Although he first filed when Aaliyah was four, he did not get a court date until she was seven. Um, when I got the call, I jumped in my car and I ran and I went immediately to their family's house. I don't think it was the grandmother's home, but it was like her sister, her uh the aunt. And, you know, they were real friendly, welcomed me in because that's where Aaliyah had been. Well, they they went and picked her up from the casino once uh everything kind of came out. So I went and I went and put eyes and hands on my daughter as soon as I got the call um after it happened. My custody wasn't immediately uh transferred or changed was because in Maryland they will they will do they will do their very best to keep mom and child whether it be mom daughter or mom son. They do not want to separate the mother from the children. So, you can leave a child in the car for eight hours and that that that's not that's not good enough or not damaging enough in the state's eyes. They created a safety plan instead of removing my child from her care like they should had and transfer custody or at least out of from at least get the child out of the home for the time being and and do the investigation. None of that happened. They never separated from her even getting in trouble or or being arrested. When she came home, she saw her daughter. >> The case lasted nearly a year and a half and involved ongoing conflict. >> And y'all know when we watch those body cams and we see the mom's, usually the mom's uh in the casino, baby's child's unattended in the car. She had her child in the car for a whole work shift, eight hours. And y'all know how we are. So I'm just like, okay. So, it doesn't sound like you care about your child. It sounds like you have a control thing with your child because anyone I care about whether it's a child or my pet, I'm not going in the casino and leaving leaving them in the car for eight hours. Like, I'm not even going to go stop in a casino. Like, they're gonna they're going to be cared for with either a babysitter safe somewhere and then I go do something recreational casino or whatever. Like, but I would not leave any or one I care about in a car so I can go to the casino. >> I'm to have I guess you know visitation or if it he if he's with me, he would send her with like three phones, a iPad and and call every one of them. Anytime I would have my or spend time with my daughter, he would make sure to tell her she's in like Disneyland or something to make my daughter jealous of not being with her versus me. She She even had my daughter repeat stuff that was like completely false. I had drugs in my house. I have stacks of money laying in the corner. She even she even went on the court record and said that I have $100,000 cash in the corner staff in my house and I'm still looking for that. >> Wasn't there some um allegations about um as well? >> Yeah, that came at the end or that came toward her losing the custody battle. It was like her last draw, the last you know spring pull. And again, it's an easy thing to do because the department does not decipher. They assume truth until it until it's proven, you know, disproven. And she said that I was my child and they took her. The department took her from me to do an investigation. >> In the end, a Maryland judge revoked Alicia's custody and granted full legal and physical custody to Daryl Williams. But because >> and as he pointed out, he said that's one of the hardest places to get a favorable judgment for the dad to get primary custody. Like they're going to favor the mom. So, you know how bad the findings had to be for them to um give him full custody and just to make sure everything staying tied together. When that order came, it seems like that's when Aaliyah went missing. Like the mom now learns she will not have full custody of the daughter and now the daughter goes missing from the foster home. >> [snorts] >> The station allegations were so severe, Aaliyah was reportedly living in a foster home at that time. But not even days after the verdict, Daryl said his daughter was gone. The >> day that she vanished was actually that morning and it was the day before they were going to pretty much quash the case. Uh they being DSS by this time they took all communication away. mom wasn't recommen they for the time being they said no no no more communication now she's in foster care it's like ridiculous and uh before that was about to be over she vanished that's why everyone seeing the Aaron Russell court that's not an address that she lives that was the the the where she was staying the person and I had met the fost the parent and all of that because in between time I was still going to go and visit >> she was last seen at a home on the 300 block of Aaron Russell Court. Around the same time, a white SUV was reported idling nearby. Someone inside the home called police stating the child disappeared around 1:00 a.m. >> Baltimore County police are searching for a missing 10-year-old girl. Alia Brown has been missing since May 25th. She was last seen at her home in the 300 block of Aaron Russell Court. Police say that a white SUV was seen in the area at the time. Anyone with any information about where she could be should contact police. Within a week, Baltimore County police said they had no reason to believe Aaliyah was taken by a stranger. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children classified the case as a parental or family abduction. >> We don't have any evidence right now that showed that this was some type of stranger abduction. Uh but we do have information there was a white SUV that was seen in the area just before she was reported missing. Right now, we are following up several leads. We're hoping that the public can come forward and give us some additional information. U the most interesting thing about this situation is that uh this was uh the same young lady who was left inside of a car by her mother about 6 years ago while the mother was inside of a casino in Andle County. Investigating to see if there's a connection here. Uh right now we can't confirm. We don't know the whereabouts of Aaliyah. So we can't confirm what we have right now at this point. We want to find out. Did she leave on her own or did someone help her or did someone provoke her to leave? >> On May 31st, 2019, Daryl's then girlfriend, Britney Morgan, shared information online stating that Alicia drove two white vehicles, a BMW X5 and a 2015 Mercedes G Wagon. She also claimed Alicia was unstable and willing to take extreme measures to regain custody. According to her, there was an active protective order preventing Alicia from contacting her daughter. At the time, many believed Aaliyah was with Alicia. However, when contacted by Fox 45, Alicia denied having her daughter. Fox 45 spoke with the child's mother, Alicia Brown, who says despite speculation on social media, 10-year-old Aaliyah is not currently with her. The mother says Aaliyah lives in a foster home and was lost three times before. Police can't confirm those allegations or whether or not the mom is a person of interest. >> While Alicia has a prior incident involving child neglect, she has not been charged or arrested for kidnapping due to a lack of direct actionable physical evidence linking her to Aaliyah's disappearance. Because Aaliyah is legally classified as a missing person rather than a confirmed victim of a crime, police cannot make an arrest without a warrant supported by probable cause. Then two months after her daughter was reported missing. >> Okay, hold on. So Leia's grandma said why was she living in foster care? It was during the time from the way her dad describes it, custody battle. Very bad custody battle. During the custody battle, the mom tried Alicia tried to say that the dad was imlessing his daughter. They investigated that is not what was going on, but she was removed from both homes at the time, I guess, because that's what the court thought was best to do, put her in foster care while they figure out this contentious custody battle. Now, I don't know why she couldn't have stayed with other family instead of going into foster care. But the way he's describing it, it was because of that horrible custody battle that she was in foster care. >> Sorry. And then y'all are saying Teresa said it and Frank said it that she was in the news all the time and Teresa said she hadn't seen anything lately. I is it because y'all are local to the area? Cuz I I did not hear anything about this until the way it was framed that this is now currently Big Tiger's wife and her daughter's been missing for seven years. >> Decided to return to court to file a lawsuit. [music] On July 3rd, 2019, Alicia filed a lawsuit against Baltimore County court officials and Dur Williams. She argued that her juvenile records were improperly used in court and that recorded phone calls were obtained without her consent, causing personal and professional harm. She sought to block the use of those records and she requested millions in damages. The case was dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction, meaning the federal court did not have the authority to hear it. Over the years, the case has faced significant jurisdictional challenges. However, that has not stopped Derell from actively searching for his daughter. He remains firm in his belief that Alicia knows exactly where their daughter is and continues to seek answers. >> I've had two private investigators. One that worked pro bono for me for a couple months and then the other I paid until I couldn't pay anymore. So, as you all know, that's a great idea, but that's the worst worst plan for me because the moment that this woman sees me, she's going to allege I did something and try to call the police. That blows up my entire plan there. But, um, PIs are not free. And I went broke, and I do mean broke, for my family lawyer to to to be involved consistently in my daughter's life. So, I didn't have any more money to pay for. And that's kind of part of the plan that you want. You bleed your pockets first and you can't win a war with no money. >> Alicia, however, has said very little publicly since her interview with local news. Despite the case, Alicia has continued to build her career in tech, becoming known for supporting minority women. In 2022, she won a high-profile employment lawsuit in Washington, DC, which brought attention to workplace misconduct. She later founded the Cyber Bay Initiative in 2023. >> Hey y'all. So, I am here in LA. I am gonna be going to the awards on Monday. But before then, [laughter] I'mma be outside just a tad little bit. So hang with me. Come see what we doing. Y'all help me pick a dress. Like for real. Mama gained a lot of weight. Mama need to lose this weight. But I'm so self-conscious about my body right now. So you guys help me out. Bye. >> Before her recent public relationship, she previously had a child with another man. And it has been alleged she named that child Aaliyah, like her first. >> I'm not going to say his name. I'll just call him Jr. >> This is where I was like mental instability. The other part was emotional manipulation with her daughter. If she is telling her daughter, you know, oh, are you with your dad? I'm actually in Disney right now. Like, oh no, wish you could have been here. Emotional manipulation. But now when you have a second girl, you name her the same name as your first daughter, which y'all I do suspect she knows exactly where her first daughter is. I do. I feel like that whole white SUV thing, her connections on how, you know, she's cyber security. She's um she was what was she doing? She was doing Russian linguistic. She was doing all this stuff. I just feel like just to be spiteful, she would plan to just make sure he doesn't see his daughter, but she knows her daughter's alive. And also, when you hear his interview, I it does sound like the the son rises and sets uh with the mom and the daughter's eyes. So, it's not it's not farfetched. The daughter just be like, "Okay, you said don't say anything to anybody. I won't say anything to anybody. I love you, mommy. I'll do what you say." So that's why I'm like it's not like she was the daughter necessarily was taken under duress. The daughter in my opinion was taken illegally but not under duress cuz she's very much like um you know mommy's girl is what how it was described and because she kept him separated from her for some of her developmental time between like the ages of three and then when she turned seven cuz seven was when he actually was granted full custody but she took her before he could actually you know have the full custody um or allegedly took her. I don't know. Um, so the daughter didn't always get to bond with her dad as much anyway just off of that. So you already have the parent you bonded with. She was only seven at the time this happened and yeah, I just believe there's a lot of influence going on. But I do believe she knows where her daughter is and she knows her daughter's alive and she was just smart enough where the police don't have enough to actually charge her for doing something. That's that's the other the the the child before Kigers is a is a young girl and ironically her name is Aaliyah Brown as well but she goes by well could only guess that because when you're searching for a missing child you would hope that this baby comes up that's you know alive and well and no one's looking for. So it throws off your search records. It throws off school records. It throws off identification purposes >> in >> and that's another thing that to me is her mo with her background is convolute the digital trail. Not I love my daughter so much I just want to have another daughter named in her honor. No make that trail gray. So like the dad said what he thinks is what I think. You search for his missing daughter's name, but now it comes up as the daughter she had with another man, and that baby's fine. So, it's it's just gonna mix up everything now. >> 24. It was publicly reported that she was in a commitment with Darien Big Tigger Morgan, a well-known television and radio personality best recognized for hosting BET's Rap City before becoming a longtime radio host in Atlanta. In March 2025, the couple welcomed their first child together, a son. [singing] >> Between me and you, I feel chemistry. [singing] I won't let no one come and [music] take your place. Cuz the love you give, you can't be replaced. [music] That's why [music] you want to share. >> When the announcement was made, Durl expressed disbelief, questioning how Alicia was able to build a prominent career and new family while still being publicly tied to a missing child case. He stated that both he and others had attempted to inform Tiger about the situation. According to Daryl, he is aware but has chosen not to get involved. By June 2026, Tiger had also come under public scrutiny following serious allegations made by Alicia on social media. She posted emotional videos and images showing visible facial injuries and suggested their relationship was ending due to an alleged affair between him and his radio co-host Franchesca Amiker. All right, just so y'all know what it says on the screen is it does say trigger warning. The images and audio you are about to see and hear may be disturbing. Please skip to minute 35 to continue with the story, but I do need this to stay included. They're going to keep her slightly blurred. You'll see the injuries, but she won't be HD. So, just so you know, you can look away from the screen while you hear her crying if you don't want to see it at all. But it this has to stay because I think this is also one of the reasons Ticker does not want to get involved. Not only is because she's still his current wife from the time of Leah making this video. Then also um she's about to have allegations of abuse from him, I believe. And um the way that the man in between her ex that she had the first Aaliyah daughter with and then to Tigga, the the one that was in between that, you'll hear on the interview of the the dad that we've been listening to, that man is scared of her. He she either did or almost caused that man to lose his job. So Tigga supposedly was caught possibly cheating with his co-host. Then you got a a person saying you you laid hands on them with the video of her injuries and then you know it's just a lot. So I do think there's a lot of reasons why he would not be involved and then he he didn't know her at the time that this happened. So I just think there's a lot of reasons why he wouldn't he just wouldn't even respond to anybody about her daughter, her first daughter. [laughter] >> [laughter] [snorts] >> The posts were later removed and she returned online shortly after appearing unharmed and stating everything was fine. >> Was upstairs in her room. Well, she was sleeping in her room, but we all know that is not happening. And big suns up is upstairs in his room. Of course, he doesn't go anywhere else. Somebody asked me, "Do I have freckles?" I do. They just be randomly popping up, but yes, I do. >> This is not the first time Tiger has faced controversy surrounding his public image, both professionally and personally. Between 2023 and 2026, changes to his radio show drew attention after co-host Miss Pat. >> All right, the link is in the description box because I'm skipping all this. This is workplace drama that has nothing to do with this missing little girl. But for me, for just wanting to see everything, I still watch the whole video, but for our time sake, I'm skipping about Miss Pat saying he was jealous and he kicking all the co-hosts off. It just didn't tie back to Aaliyah for me. So, I'm going to um Oh, because the section's called Who is Big Tiger? So, that's why there's also an allegation in there from uh Karen Stefan Super Head about him in here. Skipping over all that cuz just it didn't u it just didn't have enough to do for me to stay here with it. Plus, I'm not trying to play her whole video for the sake of playing her whole video. I'm actually trying to make sure I'm using it responsibly. So, we're gonna skip on over to uh him speaking out about the affair part and I don't really think he says anything else and then we're going to watch the dad's interview or listen to the dad's interview. >> Public discussion and speculation regarding my personal life. Uh I understand this can happen being a public person. Uh, I've been doing radio now 32 years and television for 29. Uh, I appreciate first and foremost the support concern that so many people have shown. I want to say categorically categorically these allegations and accusations that have been circulating about me are false. >> And when he says about me, he's talking about the affair, not about this little girl. >> Untrue. not happening didn't happen. Additionally, it's important to clarify that Francesca and I have never been anything more than friends and respected colleagues. I'd like to apologize to you, Francesca, for the impact of these last few days or this last week. Um, I hope you accept my apology. Um, out of respect for everyone involved, I I ask for grace, privacy, and restraint as my family navigates this difficult moment. Uh, for more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of serving this and many communities through music, entertainment, and connection. Uh, I remain grateful for the trust so many of you have placed in me throughout their journey, and I intend to continue. >> All right. All right. All right. Let's skip to the end of her narration because it's just one big DJ envy type I'm sorry type thing. Um, also there's a part I actually I probably skipped because it was too much in there with rumors about Big T that had nothing to do with this little girl, but they said that Alicia eventually took that video down of her um with her injuries. And when she did post again, it was help me pick out an outfit. I have to lose some weight. I get this dress, which not saying she was never abused, but I'm just saying that's where she bounced back to after that whole thing because I didn't want to I had to close that loop for y'all and I apologize. So, yeah. So, she she took it down. Nothing else has been said about it publicly to Leah Gordon's knowledge cuz we're watching her >> at the center of it all. As of June 2026, Aaliyah has been missing for over 7 years. Her case remains open and unresolved with the Baltimore County Police Department. Her father continues to advocate for his daughter's return and has publicly stated his belief that Alicia knows where she is. >> Want her to know Aaliyah, I want you to know that if there's one thing that has never stopped is me loving you. I love you now. I love you then. And I'm going to love you until the end of my own time. I have not gone anywhere. I'm going to always be your dad and I am here for you. at anytime you want to call me, send me a picture, or anything. I promise it'll just be between you and me. And I miss you. I cannot wait to see you again. I need to see you again. And I can't get back some of those moments in your life that I missed. And whatever the reason, I'm still sorry that I wasn't there. But I am here and I'm not going anywhere. So, I want you to know whenever you're ready, whenever you want to, please reach out to me or anybody in the family, we are here for you and we miss you. >> Anyone with information, >> all right, Leia Gordon ended up getting an exclusive interview with him. So, that's what we're about to listen to next. But, as you can see now, when I saw the title, I'm like, "Oh, no. This little girl might be gone." But no, I do believe just like I can hear it in her dad's voice. He believes she's alive, but she's not gonna say anything because her mom has, you know, probably done more emotional manipulation type stuff, but her mom, I think, knows where she is and she is alive and well. And I agree with y'all that said she probably changed uh Aaliyah's name to something else to make it even harder to find her. I believe all of that. Okay, so now we're going to the interview that Leia Gordon did with the dad and he does answer some more questions and it fills in some more blanks. Hopefully it does for y'all as well because it did for me. if it'll play. She was into a lot of activity activities. Um, cheerleading, dance, primarily dance. She was in ballet. Uh, she did soccer. She was pretty much just a a vibrant young child. What was your favorite memory at that time with her? >> Uh, my favorite memory at that time was when we went to the carnival. Um, it was probably I think she might have been about five or six at that time, but we went to the carnival and we just had pretty much endless fun. It was probably the one of the best times we had together. >> What kind of father were you trying to be? >> I mean, I was trying to be the best father to my daughter. Uh, a protector, a provider. >> Uh, her biggest fan. So I would have been supportive in anything that she was, you know, trying to do. I went to the activities that I didn't know about. So I was just trying to support, protect, and encourage her to be, you know, a successful adult and go on from there. >> How would you describe your relationship before the custody battle intensified? >> I would say it was a little rocky because she was so she was so stressed out at during that time. I feel like because she didn't have any type of security in a sense. Every day there was something new happening as far as where she needed to go. Well, almost every day or every week she had a new location of where she needed to go, the things that had been going on in court, the the things that her mom had been doing in between the the court proceedings and trying to just keep showing up and just always popping up wherever she was. It was really confusing her. So, I think she was very, I'm going say a bit on edge or hesitant when it came to just showing her emotions or feelings toward me. >> And I saw in the documents that the judge said her mother was a heavy influence on her before Aaliyah was even born. What was your relationship like with Alicia? >> Before she was born, it wasn't it wasn't that long. So, it was I mean, we we met we got along until we didn't. And when we didn't get along or when we got when we got into an argument or a disagreement, I've quickly learned the the the methods and routes that she's willing to take to get some get back or retaliation. And I can't deal with a person like that even whether it be my own child's mom or or anyone. I I can't associate myself with that. >> Looking back now, do you think the custody fight began because the romantic relationship ended? >> Absolutely not. The court case began not even because of the casino incident. The court case began because I was always having trouble having consistent time and just spending time with my daughter. There was no other way I was going to get over this hill without the court's help. I could have did gloves off and just do it the unconventional way, but that would not have solved anything in this type of situation. >> Of course, we all heard about the tragic story. Why do you think the judge changed her three-year sentence to, I believe, five days after the casino incident? >> Well, I expressed my disgust, utter disgust, but it fell on deaf ears, and the judge made that decision and had some type of um modification in place after the probation period, so it wouldn't be counted against or go against her record. But they gave her a slip on the wrist, and that's just kind of the best way to put it. >> Do you think she's connected by any way with anyone? I know she worked at the Baltimore mayor's office because I I just don't understand how could this happen time and time again. Was this brought up in the court? >> The casino incident is definitely a pillar in the case as to to show her behavior when it came to our daughter. >> So yes, it was all talked about through and throughout the case as well as the custody evaluation from the court social worker. They always highlighted that even though it had been three years removed or at least a couple years removed at that point, the problem that they had was that she never acknowledged her the the uh totality of the incident. She never acknowledged just how severe of a thing this was and how damaging this could be to a child. She just brushed it off as if, you know, it was a small isolated kind of incident. So, you don't think there was ever a time that you and Alicia could co-parent successfully? >> Yeah. Whenever I did whatever she wanted me to do, and that that kind of doesn't work. She the control factor is not some the control factor that she kind of possesses is not something that anybody can really follow. So, we did try to co-parent. We were doing it. I don't know. Some some sometimes it would last as good as four months. We're fine. Then we get in an argument or disagreement about something and now I can't see my daughter anymore. So I'm back at square one. Our disagreements was, "Hey, do you think I could take her to the movies?" "Yeah, you can take her on this date." And I'll be like, "Well, can I take her on the movies on Saturday?" She's like, "You can take her on Sunday." I'm asking about Saturday because I'm not able to take her Sundays. Things like that. When I when I'm not able to do something or or uh provide in a sense, then it's okay. Well, you see why I don't father with your father or you see what your father does. He just doesn't care about you. >> About how long did the custody battle last? >> This is what people need to kind of capitulate. When she left my daughter in the car, she was four. I filed for custody twice before that. And the reason why I couldn't get in court is because I could never find an address to serve her. So when the casino incident happened, I filed again. We got her served. And there's a there's a process before you have to go through before you even get a court date. and they want you to do like um any pretty much the the alternatives to actually having a trial because that really cost the most money. They want you to try to figure this out before that point. >> That took three years. I didn't get a court date until three years later when she was seven. And then when I finally got into court to have a court date, it took 18 months of trial and proceedings and petitions and me asking for contempt and me just pretty much reporting all the things that had been happening to the judge totality. It was a five and a half year process >> and throughout the case there were just serious allegations made towards you. The findings were unsupported. Like how did you react to those allegations when they were first made? >> I react to how anyone would act that that never been accused of something like that. I was in I was furious, but I was more than helpful and wanting to be helpful to help them uh disprove whatever the allegations were, but I was upset and my career, my job was affected. I mean, I I I lost things because of those allegations. So, I was I was very upset. >> Did you feel that the law enforcement and the courts investigated fairly? >> I think that the process was done fairly. I just think it was done at a snail's pace versus if that were me doing some of those things that you read, >> I would not even it wouldn't have gone that it wouldn't have gone on that long. If I would have left my daughter in the car at four years old, I wouldn't have custody to this day. And it's as simple as that. And as far as their investigation, the police, they're doing everything they're supposed to because there's more garnered attention now. But when this happened, they dropped the ball as well. There was no Amber Alert that went out. There was no posting of her being missing until a week a until about a week of her uh being missing. That's when the first have you seen this child photo went out. Not when it happened. >> It's just it's disturbing to hear. >> What's most disturbing is that they're in the same building as the as department of social services. They have the child division in the same building. So they are very familiar with the same case, the same person. And still that's what happened. >> Is this when she entered foster care? >> Yes. Toward the end of the investigation when that was concluding, she was to leave. She was in foster care for maybe three to four days and she was um she was scheduled to to leave and move out and you know return back to her parent which was me. >> So she was only in foster care for three days before that. >> Okay. Um I wanted to say something about this. I don't Okay. I just wanted to say I it has to be so frustrating for the now for parents that are actually on both sides equally trying to co-parent things will go smoother. It's just like um if you did do a prenup it'll probably go smoother than you're not doing one. I know people will still contest it. Look at Todd, you know, but I do think stuff will go smoother when people are actually trying to make it go smoother. So this I'm taking those parents out. But when you have one half of the parenting couple that just wants to make things hard for no reason, drag it out for no reason, um, villainize you for no reason, whichever half that is, I wish the courts were more savvy and quick about recognizing the legal manipulation that the person's trying to use now because I think 3 years is way too long to even get a court date. So from when she was four years old, he didn't even get a court date until she was seven. Then like he said, it took 18 months to go through the process. I know Cors are backed up, but I'm saying when they're in there and reviewing some of those things, they've to me got to pick out some things way better than this to be like, okay, this is having that pattern of we're just dragging it out to drag it out. This parents being unreasonable. You know what I mean? I wish that could be picked up faster and actually something done about it. some repercussions for the parent that is making it difficult on purpose when it is so clear they're doing it on purpose because that would discourage the difficult parent from being and when I say difficult I don't mean like they actually have some concerns about the conditions of the other parents home and stuff like that so that's why things will take longer to agree on. I mean, they're just for the sake of being an ass and manipulating the other person, whether it's the control over that person's time, control over that person's emotions, um, knowing that person loves their child or children. So, they're just whatever they can grab, they're going to do that. I wish the courts could recognize that faster and get it moving. >> She was still with Alicia, or was she with Alicia's mother? >> She might have been she might have been in foster care a little longer than that. At one point during the uh the custody case, it gotten so bad that they restricted access from her mom completely. No more contact. You cannot visit for the time being. And um so she wasn't even supposed to have contact or be around her at all. And when it was bedtime at the house, that's when you know the things transpired. And a white SUV was seen standing idle in the neighborhood, a neighborhood that are single family home. So, you would know if this person doesn't belong here. >> What do you know about the foster home or the foster family? >> I know mom lived 5 minutes away from the actual foster house. What I know about the family, they were uh it's not not much of a family. It was a a foster mom and she, you know, you know, she was very friendly. I spoke to her often because I would, you know, I would check in on my daughter to make sure she's okay. And um I never had no issues out of her. I will say that she did call me once to complain about her her mother. Like, she's calling so much. She keeps coming by the house. Is there is there something you can do about that? And I'm like, I don't have anything to do with that. And you know, you might want to tell the the case worker what's what's going on. >> So, she disappeared from the foster home, correct? After the verdict that Aaliyah was to go back into your custody full-time. >> Yes. So I was awarded custody first and then the allegation came out. So then they took her back out of my home and then did the investigation. Once that was over because I already had a custody custody established, she was supposed to be returned back to the custodial parents home which was me. >> Thank you for clarifying that. >> And that translates to me the mom thought she was going to win primary custody. The area seems like he said seems to favor the the mom to get primary custody. So, she pulled um the ace out of her sleeve of, well, let me say he's doing things to our daughter after the ruling comes out. Oh, he gets primary custody. Not only that, I think they said for a little while they cut off communication between the uh their daughter and the mom. There's a lot going on here. So, I definitely like why wouldn't you be suspicious that they've been in court for 18 months and the mom does not bring up this allegation until you rule she uh the dad gets primary custody or soul custody I think not even just primary I think it was soul custody. >> So, let's talk about the days leading up and like how was she behaving because it seemed like a lot was going on. What seemed unusual with Aaliyah? >> So, during that threeear span they did what's called a custody evaluation. there's a court appointed social worker that pretty much gets all the information from both parents and they they interview Aaliyah and then they analyze the the evidence to either support, refute or uh you know provide background to whatever your claims are. So my what I told the social worker was that same thing I've been saying. I don't have regular access. It's usually hit hit or miss and I have a hard time trying to form a bond because her mom keeps trying to destroy it no matter what I try to do or I don't get consistent time. So when she goes back home, she goes right back to being deprogrammed or whatever the word >> and then the next time I see my child, I, you know, start it over again. And usually it doesn't take long to get her out of that phase, but it always happens every time it's time to go back home. and um how was how was she behaving? Honestly, when we would when I would go to these visitation centers, when I would go to um to see her, we would be t we would talk just fine. Like there would be no no issues and um back to the custody evaluation once the social worker uh made her suggestion or her uh it's not a ruling but her recommendation. when she made her recommendation, she she said that Alicia should not have custody of this child and she should have visit she's have supervised visits for the time being to allow this child to have some type of mental uh health treatment, counseling, a lot of intensive therapy. And when that ruling or when that recommendation came out, she told Aaliyah. And from that point, when we got back to the visitation center, she just stopped talking to me. >> And see that right there? how how the mom got the daughter to not the daughter already couldn't get a good quality connection with her dad then the mom gets her to not really talk to her dad and like he said I I I do think that so when the daughter would see him I think that was the deprogramming and when she would go back with her mom that was the mom reprogramming her but I that's why I think that the daughter is alive is hidden she be she'd be 14 right now cuz she was seven when she went missing and they said it's been seven years. So, she'd be 14 right now. And she's probably just voluntarily keeping her head down. Mommy said, "This is my new name, so that's my name. I don't go by the other name anymore. I don't say anything to anybody." You know what I mean? That's why I feel like it's easier to keep her hidden because she already had the the little girl think about her dad a certain way and things like that. >> See, and then this is all documented because they have to, you know, jot down the notes. They they recognized that this did not happen until this date and that was the day after the recommendation came out. >> And Auntie Natty said trending a lot of these babies are being unal alive when the fathers try to get custody. That is crazy to me. Auntie Natty like you still get to see your child. Like why do people take everything to the extreme where there's no turning back now? Nobody gets to see the child. Like come on. Like what is that? That is crazy. How far along was that before she went missing? >> That was at least I'm g say a year and a half, two years before. >> When was the last conversation you had with her? >> 27, 2019 is the last time I saw my daughter. Last time I gave my daughter a hug was March 27th, 2019. Her birthday is April 3rd. So, I had a party set up for her. I was trying to do stuff, you know, like just to try to lighten the load, make things easier. And her birthday was coming up. So, had a party planned for her. this was kind of be the moment where we at least start on a new foot and she just never made it. She she quote unquote vanished. >> So when you got that phone call that your daughter was missing, who called you? >> No one called me. My mother came to my house and um told me. No one called me on the phone. No one from their family wanted to tell me because they knew I would be I would have a reaction to it. So when I got over to their house, they were so friendly and trying to make it seem like, oh, this is just a small incident, small accident, like this was just supposed to be blown over and, you know, things happened. But her family never told me, not one. >> And the white car, Alicia had two white cars at that time, didn't she? >> Yeah, she had two white SUVs. and authorities didn't think anything into searching the vehicles or >> they said that because they cannot or they can ID the tag or they can't no one can ID that mom was in the car or they saw actually Aaliyah get in the car. They said we cannot list her as a suspect or we don't have enough probable cause. The white SUV is not enough alone >> that I mean it's something it's a pull the thread. Come on people, pull the thread. It's something to start doing something. Maybe not go straight to charges, but we got to look into something. She got a burner phone. She got something going on. And see, that's the thing. Her area of expertise is in cyber security and cyber stuff to the point where she's getting accolades for how good she is at it. It's that you you going to need you going to need something a little bit more than the local police department because she's smart. I'll give her that. Forever. TRL said, "I'm in a custody battle for my stepson all because I need something in writing that says what we've been doing, which is him with me full-time for the last two years, is sad what he says when he comes back." So, are you saying that when he spends time with his mom, his biological mom, that he comes back changed again? Is that what you're saying? Forever TRL because I unfortunately I've seen it personally. Um, it's very hard to be a loving steparent. Like the step the steparent that would basically adopt their stepchild. It's hard to be in that position when the other biological parent wants to make it hard when you're just trying to also be an additional love to that child. You know what I mean? Like I I don't know how stepparents do it. I really don't. But says, "So wait a minute. I can barely find the words to type. How is this situation not being investigated to the fullest extent?" I don't know what's holding them back. I don't know. I just I feel like we need to look a little bit deeper into this mom. Even if you can't charge her, but they do sus you could tell the dude that did the press conference, you can tell he wholly suspects the mom. So, something's tying his hands behind his back because he said, "We fully believe she was not taken against her will, that this was a uh familial kidnapping." If he didn't say parental, because then that's too specific if you say that. Um because you could tell they're like we they fully believe she is alive. She's just being hidden by family aka the mom. So I don't know. I don't know what they would have to do. But I'm like can he and he said it's still an open case. I think forever tier said I can't even imagine being this dad. It's so incredibly sad and the court system is so tough. It is. And you know, the way we follow uh Melody and Martell through the court, it's it's it's draining and we're not even going through it. Now, you are forever TRL, but most of us are not going through it. We're just on the sidelines. I'm like, this is tiring and it's ridiculous. That's what I was thinking of primarily when I was even talking about how do the courts not recognize someone being legally manipulative? Like, they're trying to abuse the court system. They're not doing anything to actually help for the benefit of their children. How do you not see that after so many months? Yeah, there was a press conference. Um, she clipped it in the first video, Anitra. So, if you want to go back and look at that later, you'll see the u the guy doing a press conference. She just clipped some of his things he was saying in. But, yeah, they did have one forever. Terrell said, "So, I was with his dad and raised him since he was one. His birthother understood before she passed my relationship with him and helped him, okay, helped with signing papers. My son and I moved out in 2024. Oh, so is this because the biological dad is making it hard for you? Is that what that is? Wow. Wow. Wow. >> And of itself to be an probable cause is their explanation to me. >> Cuz I did read in the documents that the judge said that Aaliyah had like this deep bond with her mom. Do you believe that she just had a feeling like I can't leave my mom or my mom would be upset? She definitely had the feeling of if I love if I show I love my dad, I my mom's going to be pissed. I don't want my mom mad at me. And anything that anything that kind of went to referring to dad was like a punishment. So it's like you better stop doing this or I'mma send you to your father house like that's a bad thing or something. And what she doesn't know is that's what I've been waiting for for her to say for for you know all day. Please bring me my daughter. I would love to. But you know it never the communic it never gets communicated that way. It's always in a negative light. I'm always painted like I'm some type of super villain or predator. >> Do you think she left her with someone from her past, army, Russia, anywhere? Her background is so intense. >> I mean, I'm glad that that part came out about her background in the sense of now maybe the world can see that just how resourceful she can be. I'm not pointing I'm not diverting all eyes onto her, but please now know that based on what you know about her, she is very resourceful and I don't believe she left her with anyone. and whoever is [clears throat] wherever she is definitely knows her or is is in relation to her. >> How difficult was it to watch Alicia just continue building her life while Leah was missing? Did she ever help with searching? >> She's never to this day spoken publicly about this child being missing. That's one. And how did it feel? I on the other hand lost everything. uh if I'm going to jail several different thousand times and you know losing my job, losing my car, my house because I got fired from my job to watch and not have my child with me to watch somebody keep flourishing through their career. I mean it it it was it was tough to watch but at the same time I was so focused on trying to rebuild and and and get some type of uh foundation on my own that I really didn't have time to to soak in my own depression. I had to keep life kept going. So I had to get another job. I had to find out how, you know, find somewhere to live and things and I just had to keep rebuilding more than I had to focus on whatever he was on. >> I have to say, see, he sounds like an emotionally intelligent man. That's what I was the phrase I was trying to think of when I kept trying to say he doesn't sound bitter, but he is going through a lot still. Has gone and is going through a lot. Financially struggling. Literally, you're you don't have access to your child, but you know in your heart they're alive. And you're looking at the person that removed your child from you. That's a lot. And you're still trying to make sure you don't you the child knows you don't blame her. It's nothing with her. Um you still welcome her whenever you get to see her again. All these things. And this man, I have to say he's emotionally intelligent. I hope he has access to counseling because he's going to need a healthy outlet. But it sounds I don't know if that's just his foundation or if he already is getting help. But I don't normally hear people that go through these types of tragedies and this type of um just trauma and stuff and they they sound like this and they're still in it, still going through it. >> I saw you reached out to the FBI. You had two private detectives. What did they find? >> My PIs were following her for a period of time and they followed her all the way to North Carolina. This is how I learned about the other guy involved in his child >> and from Maryland to North Carolina. I'm pretty sure you can imagine that bill the travel the hours put in and every day like this wasn't something from just one day this she was tailing her from Sunday to Sunday. It it just be it became too expensive and I couldn't pay for it anymore. I couldn't afford it. What they're saying and what they know is that you know um this is where the this is where these children are going to school. This is where she's housed and I was just pretty much okay. I have a location for her now, you know, keep building on my search. But she would just keep moving different states. Utah, California, Canada, now Arkansas, and now uh now Atlanta. >> Were you aware about the daughter's name? And is it spelled the same way? >> I believe it's spelled as well. And you said, "How did I find out?" >> If you came in late, this is a point you definitely need to be aware of. when she's when Leah is asking about the daughter's name. So, the daughter that's missing is obviously who this dad has been talking about. The mom of the daughter that's missing went into another relationship before she got in relationship with Big Tiger and um had another daughter that she named exactly the name of her daughter that is currently missing. and he believes and I agree and I feel like a lot of us agree she did that to muddy up the digital waters. So you search for the name of the missing girl but you keep coming up with the baby that the child that's here present going to school all that stuff. So you need to know that to understand why that she's asking about what do you think the daughter's name was spelled the same and all that talking about another daughter that that mom Alicia named after her first daughter that I really have the opinion that she knows exactly where her first daughter is father I think he well I'm pretty sure he was under the impression the name was so or but he just referred to her as the baby so I don't even know if he knew what her name you know was actually or not, but I spoke to her father. >> What do you believe the significance is to name her second daughter with the same name as her first child? >> I think the significance of that, it just shows you the extent that a person will go to keep a lie going. You sacrificed one of your unborn child or children that has that's defenseless and named her the same name as my child to cover up whatever you did with my daughter. And what was the conversation like with her father? >> Informative. He I'm just going to be as frank as I can. He was petrified of this woman after his experience. He had a lot He was uh very established in his career and that came up in jeopardy. She made a claim of I think assault or abuse of some sort of claim and >> Okay. And I don't know if that man he's talking about now was or was not abusive. I don't know if Tigger is or is not abusive, but I do want to show y'all the pattern of her bringing up abuse. Um, actually, for all three, she's three for three because she would say that the one that's talking now was assaulting her. Then you have the second guy that's scared to come out or say anything even though he might not know anything about the whereabouts of the first guy's daughter with Alicia. But I'm just saying he's very scared to talk to that man because right now she still could risk his career and stuff like that. So he's describing her relationship with that second guy um and how there's abuse claims, there's going to be some the job in jeopardy and stuff like that. And then if you were here earlier, you saw the video of her, I believe, implying uh Tigga had assaulted her and stuff like that, too. >> And you know, his his job came under scrutiny. I'm not sure if he was terminated or not, but he did not want any involvement because he said, "I don't I I can't go to jail. I can't lose what I have behind this woman." So, he was trying to just stay far far away from her as possible. I just don't have that story. Now, that brings me on to the third man in this. You did reach out to Ticker and he also said he didn't want to be involved, but did he ever have any type of conversation with you? >> He has never had any conversation with me. No, >> but he's full aware of everything that's going on and that she has a missing child. >> Well, if he wasn't then, he for sure is now. And I don't know how he wouldn't have been then, but that's, you know, another story for another time. But he absolutely should know now. What do you honestly feel like >> before she gets to her next question, I just want to clarify again because I don't know where everybody's coming in and what everybody's interpreting. But for me, the only reason Tiger's name has come up in this is because that's who Alicia is currently married to. But this was years before she was with him that this happened about her daughter going missing. So, I don't believe he has any involvement, knowledge, anything like that about her missing daughter. He's just connected just like when the whole Cheryl Strawberry stuff came out. Steve Harvey's name got brought up, but it really was about Shirley Strawberry and Neesto. You know what I mean? So that's I just want to make sure that's clear. Like there's no involvement for Tig except he's the bigger name that happened that day that your daughter went missing. >> I feel like what was reported was exactly that happened. It's not the first time like my daughter ran away or was got got out of the house and you know like without permission. So she knew how to leave a house. I I just feel like she wouldn't have left if she didn't have somewhere to go or somebody to pick her up. That's that's just not my daughter. And >> so when she did run away, she was running to someone that she knew. >> I'll tell you a story about the first runaway. This was when c when I was uh when we were going through the the custody uh trial and everything when I was granted some some access to her while the trust by the trial was still going on. One of the first nights that I had her at my house um for you know overnight I was supposed to take her to school the next morning she her mom sent her with a Apple Watch and like three phones and when the when when it was time to go to bed I had no way to protect myself in the sense of mom keeps saying I do stuff. I don't know. I'm I'm in here by myself with my daughter and I don't have no nothing to say or to, you know, like safeguard me from anything that might be said. So, I bought a camera system and I put it in her room to turn it on when she went to sleep. So, when she went to sleep, she got a call on her Apple Watch. Then she got a call on the phone. I gave her the phone just to, you know, give her make her feel comfortable when she went to bed. Somebody called on the phone and then at that point they was giving her instructions because she started putting on clothes. She started going through my my um my closets to find like socks and stuff and then someone was at the window all on record. Somebody was at my window and they helped her out the window. Turns out it was her mom because she she ordered a Uber from my house to her grandmother's house under her account. This is why I say it was Sage. This is why I say yes, she left my left my window, but she did not just run away. She was called and and basically instructed out of out of my window. So, she was just really heavily under her mother's influence. >> She at that time would do anything her mother told her, even if it was to my own detriment. I just think she don't want to let in her mind, I just don't think she want to let her mom down. And, you know, showing affection for a someone that mom doesn't like was just off the table in that >> and [clears throat] that's number one emotional manipulation of a child of split parents. They uh the unstable parent can't stand the child show having affection for the other parent. They cannot stand it. You are the to them the child is betraying them because a child has the nerve to have love and affection for their other parent as well >> in her mind. So if mom don't like you or mom don't like dad, you don't like dad. >> What has Alicia's mother said? because she is someone that I mean she's a home that Aaliyah would go to a lot. Was she helpful in her disappearance? >> I'll put it this way. Alicia's mother has never said anything either. I'm going try to watch my words. Um but her along with Alicia made this entire process, the trial and everything so much harder than it actually needed to be. It caused so many problems. And she lied and said that I hit her with a shovel and tried to have me arrested. Do does Alicia have any siblings? Like, does Aaliyah have an auntie, uncle? Anybody else she can go to? >> She had an uncle, her younger Alicia's younger brother, but he passed away recently. I don't know about any other family that might still be in contact. My guess is that they they don't have any contact with their uh actual maternal side of the family >> because no one's saying anything. If I were lying, then why is it the family coming out and saying something? >> So, what did the authorities tell you about the investigation? What did they find out? I can't share everything that I know, but there especially in the last seven days, there is a massive amount of information that I've learned. And what they do what they do know is that she is not with the stranger. Um, and they don't believe that she was just abducted or randomly picked up by somebody on the side of the road. >> I wonder if he knows her pseudonym. she's going under. Like, does she know the other name her mom had her name changed to? I wonder like how much does he know? And I hope he I hope he gets closer to actually finding her and being reunited with her. But it's going to be hard because again, the little girl probably is not, you know, faulting her mom for anything. This is just the new life that she's been taught that that's that's how she's going to live under this new name, this new school, whatever it is. I know I'm being a bit vague there, but it's because I don't want to jeopardize their investigation, but I assure you that there's been some some some shocking developments in the last seven days that I've learned. >> What can we do? How can we help you? I'm gathering a lot of facts and I know I'm not I'm not going to say I feel like I'm close or I feel like I'm I'm breaking ground, but the only thing that you would do is the same thing that you've been doing as far as telling them who to call because the tips that the tips is what I'm is what I'm gathering most of this information from and but they're just not identifying theelves. He's anonymous, but a lot of the information that they're sharing is confirmed and true >> and it's coming from Atlanta. And I was just about to ask you, do you think Aaliyah is here? >> I don't want to say that out loud where I think she is, but I think she is on the East Coast for sure. I feel like this is all this is all really ultimately unnecessary and this is why I just don't understand a lot a lot about it. Like there was no there there was nothing I would have stopped my daughter from doing. Like I would have if if if she wanted to go around the world, I would have let her like uh you didn't have to take my child. Whoever air quote >> if you could say something to Aaliyah right now, what would you say? >> I would tell her, Aaliyah, I just want to be your dad again. I want to get to know who you are, the young woman you become. I've missed seven years. And those seven years is how you developed into the person that you are. And I wish I could have been there to every step of the way. I would have been there if I could. and I just miss you so much. I can't say how much I love you. There's not enough words or I don't have enough time to express how I what how I have been without you, but just know that I miss you so much and I just want to see my daughter again. >> And as far as the authorities, they're doing their thing now. >> They they kind of on it now. It's getting, you know, so much attention. So, they're more they're they're more contacting me than they ever have. I mean, be perfectly honest. I got more. >> I don't know who initiated this spark again, but I do feel like remember when that girl that not she I don't think she was a nurse, but remember when she went missing, but she really apparently just went to see her boyfriend, but the whole man hunt was out, so she tried to say she saw a little white baby on the side of the road and and then think she got abducted and all this stuff. I think that story blew up because of Leia Gordon. I feel like it it would have stayed local, but I I I'm pretty sure when Leia picked it up, that one blew up. I wonder how did this one come back with a lot of attention. Um, was it Leia again? Was it someone else? But I do feel like there's more attention given when Leia usually picks up a story >> calls from the from the law enforcement the last week than I've had in the last six years. >> Do you think she's in danger being that a lot of eyes are on this? >> I think she's okay. I just don't know where she's at, >> right? I don't think she's in any immediate danger because I don't believe she's with a stranger. She's not with somebody that just, you know, doesn't know her. She's with somebody who is, I believe, related to her. So, >> please make sure you get that GoFundMe because I don't want anybody to take advantage of you during this time. >> Yeah, I'll actually go on the website uh when we end this interview. I I didn't know. I was thinking about it, but you know, I just didn't want to I didn't want to do stuff too soon before I had enough details and info that I needed. I don't have legal representation. I do want to send uh a big thank you that I keep forgetting to do. I'm sorry, Deborah. My lawyer, Deborah Cruz, was the best attorney and is one of the best attorneys that will fight tooth and nail if she believes in you. And a lot of times I couldn't pay her and she still worked for me. So, I greatly appreciate you, Deborah. And if you're looking for a family attorney that's going to go to bed for you, Deborah Cruz is who you should go to. >> I really hope you all receive answers. I know I got comments on the video I did last night and I seen some of your family up there and it just it's really heartbreaking. >> Yeah. I mean, everyone's vested. Everyone in my family's vested from the time she left. It's this isn't a game to us. This isn't a game to me. Like I don't know what kind of sick joke somebody's playing, but you know, lives have been affected tremendously and forever. >> He's one of the few people I'mma let the tip line show if she still shows it on her interview. I don't know if she does on this one or not, but let me put it on mute so if it comes up I don't have a sound plan. But he's one of the few people where I'm like, "Okay, if they have a GoFundMe, I get it and I support it." I don't I'm not really the one that'll be posting people's GoFundMes over here. Like I'll be like, "Hey, here's their name. If you want to go find it, cool." Because it's too many scams. But But the way I have been taken through this one, I'm like, if he says he put up the GoFundMe and that's his specific GoFundMe, I get it. I get it. I hope he reunites with his daughter. It definitely sounds like they are very close. He, like he said, he's trying not to say too much cuz he don't want to mess up the investigation that's going on. Um, obviously it seems like he can get the FBI involved now because they've been crossing state lines. Excuse me. So, I'm glad about that. And it's not just the local police anymore, which again, the local police, although he said they acted slowly, they also didn't close the case. So, I'll give him that. Um, but yeah, I just hope he gets a breakthrough. You And I didn't want Frank, I cannot do Tuby. I can't do Tubie. But I did see the cover or the thumbnail for her story on Tuby. I sure did. I can't do it. Um except if I ever go watch it, I might watch a Kev on stage something on Tuby because it's not Tuby looking that Tuby just keeps picking up his his stuff he already creates, you know? I could do that. But the actual Tuby stuff, I I ain't got it. But no, I do remember that though. But yeah. Um Jacqueline said the ticket situation along with internet folks brought back attention to this missing child. Oh, so was it that the affair just came out with Tigga and that's everything else started rolling back? Is that the situation? The whole thing about him possibly having an affair with Francesca, his co-host? Yeah. Yeah, she could be charged for hiding the child. They just didn't have enough yet to charge her. But after what those investigators might start coming up and he says she's with a family member. It's not going to be his family member. So, who other family members is it going to be? is going to be the Alicia's side of the family. So things might be closing in on her. Um hopefully he didn't say too much cuz I don't want her to be tipped off. I don't want her to be tipped off because she is smart. It's been seven years. Yeah. So I just hope he he does get to find his daughter and hopefully his daughter gets they just go to some type of counseling to help his daughter process the fact that it is okay to have affection for your dad and still love your mom. one doesn't get less than the other, it it that's not healthy for an adult to make a child feel that way, you know. But yeah. All right. Forever TRL said, "Everything done in the dark will always be brought to the light." Yep. All right. So, y'all, thank you very much for hanging in even for the interview because I feel like the interview provided so much more context. And shout out to Leia Gardon. I respect her channel so much. Leardon and Black Girl Unlos are my go-tos when I am looking at true crime. Mostly done against black women, but as you see, this one is not like that. The dad is not a villain. The mom is the villain in this one. But I do just respect how they put their stories together. So yeah, shout out to both of them. Okay. The affair sparked the missing child. Okay. Okay. Making sense. Making sense. All right, y'all. So I will see you tomorrow morning. Body cam in the morning. trying to do a membersonly live tomorrow evening because I don't have to work Monday. So, be looking out for an alert for that. I got to pick out some some body cams for the membersonly side. Maybe court, too, if there's something interesting. But, yeah. Yeah, we got to have we got to have our members only. Keep getting uh I keep getting donated members and I got to give y'all something. Plus, my members that have been here and we just haven't had enough of us to gather again. So, yeah. Thank you, Frank. Thank you forever TRL. Thank you, Jacqueline. All right, I'll see y'all tomorrow. Bye bye. Lovable.
