that's zero calories which is like you know zero means like what zero to five or something per serving it's not technically zero but it's super low calories um you can cut a lot of calories out if you're trying to do salads and stuff because they even they have served I did not like the serves at all but the salad dressing I like um yeah yeah only if you're trying to cut calories would it be worth it in my opinion well New Jersey Teresa just walked off the set today um I thought they were done with with uh the New Jersey reading a few months ago or not a few months ago but a month or so
