I'm moving. You put your hand up on your back. On March 21st, 2025, Key West officers responded to reports of a disturbance outside a local bar, only to find Heather creating chaos and daring them to arrest her like it was some kind of game. All right, I apologize. Let me get ID from you. What are you doing? What are you doing, man? I don't want to go. Don't wear your ID. Wait, wait. I didn't do nothing. I just asked for a cigarette. Not going to do that to me. I will not allow you to do that to me, ma'am. Can do that to the Rick security, but not me. The cops searched Heather's belongings and discovered something surprising. When they questioned her about it, she reacted differently. Now we understand about it. I got one more before now. I was on the supervisor. Yeah. Uh he he did. She was like throwing punches like in the air towards him. She's she's acting insane. So yeah, they said she Oh, Deont. Yeah. Yeah. She's like shadow boxing and punching the walls hiding in the pool. Go. Come on. I want to go home. I'm not going to jail. I swear to God, I'll sue you. I'm going to sue you. After learning about the charges, Heather grew even more unhinged, turning the situation into a storm of accusations. What? Osborne 4360. Osborne. 360. 4360. 4360. Good. I'm suing you. And what's your name, officer? Excuse me. What's your name? Oh, there's no such thing as black Osborne. Goodbye. You whatever. So, what are you going to do? You got camera on? But I want to I want to see the cameraman though. You know why? cuz he's been the most quietest one out of all of them and the most nicest and the most genest one out of all of them out of every single damn one of you haven't said a goamn word and now you're just playing in the video like oh look at me oh god I'm a victim right yeah you're such a victim I'm the victim I'm not a victim no you're not the victim and I'm not the victim either I hope you get arrested someday. What? Good. I hope to God he does. I swear in my life, Mother Mary, mother of God, he gets people. You know what? You want to wear my shoes, brother? Do you? All right, let's have a darn sub for me. Let's go. Come on. Heather was charged with resisting an officer without violence at the time of her arrest. She was also found to be in possession of alcohol. Next, this woman talked like a lawyer, as if she knew it all, but forgot the one rule. If you take anything from a shop, you pay for it. We just had a shoplifting at um at Walgreens, and you fit the description. Uh I'm just going to go get some coffee. Okay. All right. All right. Now, you can be placed under arrest. All right. Let me let me call you. Let me call you right back. So, we're just going to ask you to drop everything. We explained it already. On January 13th, 2025, police responded to a shoplifting report at a Walgreens. A woman matching the suspect's description was found nearby. Excuse me. Could you stop? I'm I don't have a reason. Could you stop? I'm detaining you. Please stop. What? Cuz we just had a shoplifting at um at Walgreens and you fit the description. Uh I'm just going to go get some coffee. Okay. Well, hang out with me for a second. I'm over at uh 12 Park. Were you just in the shop, right? I mean, Walgreens. No, I'm just headed to get some coffee. Where you coming from? From the shop. From over there, but I saw you walking this way. Yeah, I took a roundabout. Okay. So, are you coming from the Walgreens? No, you were not in the Walgreens. No, just headed over. All right. Well, then this should only take a second. Appreciate your cooperation. [Music] I'm going to keep walking. No, you're not. Why? Cuz you're being detained. We had a shop. I'm investigating something. If you walk away, that's obstruction. You're being placed under arrest. I don't think by legally you can actually detain me right now. Okay. I'm sorry you think that, but I I'm well with my right. Also, you're being recorded. [Music] Somebody going to Walgreens. Jess, yes. You want to head to Walgreens or No, I'll go I'll go to Walgreens. Yeah. Just find out what what was taken and if they have a complaint and if this is the individual. What was taken? What was taken? What was taken if they have a complaint and if this is the individual? I'm sure they have cameras. What do you want me to do? I need someone to go to the Walgreens. He's going solo. You want me to go with? He's going. [Music] How is it by law that I can be detained just randomly walking on the street? That's not what happens. That's not what's happening right now. What is happening? You had a a shoplifting around the corner. You fit the description exactly. And so you're being detained so we can figure out the shop. Okay. While the cops verified the issue, she challenged the legality of her detention, behaving as if she knew the law better than they did. [Music] Yeah. But I mean, and if she doesn't admit it, then you have to get the 500. But if he says, "Yeah, I broke it." Then you broke it back. You have his name. I run my telly. If nobody if you can't get for the I mean even if they did in the middle of the bank I mean you still can't book a crack unless you want right yeah that's what I'm saying you can't book him you can short them but uh if if you can't get a price from the city you could also if you unveiling what happened on you said no I don't know what you're talking about I just got into a conversation with the guy at boy about him being a prison breakout from 91 about participating in a homicide suicide at 10:14 and then all of a sudden I'm being stalked by you guys and I'm just curious if that has anything to do with it because I'm tired of whenever I unveil something investigatively then all of a sudden I'm being attacked for whatever routine. No, but I mean you got the footage. Yeah, I I'm just looking at the bigger picture. Employee here stated that he saw her place the items. Should be drinks and snacks and stuff inside of her purse that's on the right side of her body. It's a black bag. Do they want to sign a complaint? That's affirm if uh she was uh told by um employees she's not allowed in the store. All right. So right now you can be placed under arrest, right? Let me let me let me back. So we're just going to ask you to drop everything. We explained it already. Okay. Drinks. Those are things that I've already had. So you're arresting me for what? Stop looking. You also trespassing to a location that I was supposed to be in. I didn't trespass and I wasn't told that I couldn't be in a location. I can't find your name. Anything that's going to hopefully stick me or hurt me? Is there any way that you could make anything on me that's going to poke me? Stick me or hurt me? Uh, probably not. But is there a way that you could make What do you mean? What do you mean probably? Do what? Do you have any needles that are going to poke my officer? I'm not tell I'm saying that there's nothing in depth to poke her. But what I'm saying is that I just got to do this first. [Music] In order to be uh arrested for anything regarding shoplifting, I have to be in the actual shop. Under article 43276, under Harvard law, I would have to actually be in the shop on the premises in order to be considered shoplifting. No, what that is true. As the woman kept criticizing the situation, it raised the question, if she knew everything, how did she end up in such a terrible predicament? that I have a law degree and so I do know what my rights are and you are illegally searching the scene in me in public where technically I don't have to stop. I could have gone about my business. It is actually true. If you don't have a warrant or a subpoena at the time of arrest or at the time of detaining, you cannot enforce the law. Okay. Okay. That's something that you should know at a 4-year university when you actually enforce the law. Did you go to a 4-year university? Yeah. I know you're a Green Bay FBI agent, but did you go to a 4-year university in order to be able to enforce the law? Because I'm pretty confident that you can't actually just search me on the street like that. Okay, we can argue that in court. My head is cold. Is there a reason why you're taking off my glasses and my hat? Because you're under arrest for taking your property. I'm under arrest for taking my property. And yet the person who's doing the illegal search and seizure is a 98 prison breakout and wanted for murder in Mexico and Tijana right now. So she cannot be enforcing the law accent. All right. And neither can your partner technically who did clean up his eyes also going into the FBI. But you definitely are not supposed to be doing anything regarding law. Okay. You're also wanted in Union City. You're also wanted in Texas and San Antonio for a murder. 94, 93, 92. I mean, this case is getting more and more illegal as time goes by. And you're searching my bags in my property for what? Search incident arrest. Search and arrest. Search incident. Yeah. Under article 47328. That's also considered illegal. And also by law, if somebody is found shoplifting at the time of the incident, the individual would just have to be given at this point in order to not actually go to jail. You went to a really bad law school. No, I actually didn't. I went to Harvard and Yale and every other Ivy League. And it is true and it is fact. So, and the Jersey Supreme Court is watching through your camera and verifying that that is actually true that you cannot take me to jail based upon any type of shoplifting. It's considered less than a B minor crime. And you should have known that when you're in the Navy. It's one of the reasons why they turned you down for being a police officer there, isn't it? Officer stinks. [Music] You're going to have a good time licking those. Do you lick stuff often whenever you are people? Lick. No. [Music] like it's also illegal to follow up on a black market bartering where you actually bartered 10.5 million, 11.2 billion, and 3.5 in cash in order to have me arrested today. That's going to cost you a bench. You 7.5 million. You consistent and you know you sniff dog last week. You 3 days ago. So you indeed actually are actually not a it's considered a [ __ ] a hoe and uh you keep spreading HIV and AIDS to your partner who's getting really annoyed with getting sick. with you lying that was there. That was there. Despite the woman's protests about the situation, the officers continued their investigation, unfazed by her objections. It's probably best if we lay my stuff in the bag and taking it out of the bag into a bigger bag. Okay. Yeah. Do you want to go through my uh card? Yeah. I'm going to go through all your property cuz you're placed under arrest and that's my job, right? So, we'll go for It's actually not your job to go through my property. Oh, I forgot. And then whatever. Well, it actually isn't. Arresting officer shouldn't be going through my property. We'll get them for We'll summon them for the criminal mischief. We'll summon them for the only conduct in the post office. And if we get the bank, we summon them for that, too. He also robbed the bank of $2.5 million. So, you should probably get him for that, too. [Music] and put your name on the docket to put you under with him. She got what? 100,000 200,000 from that stand alone. This is a beautiful dirty cop move. Check the little back pocket there. Mhm. There's a I don't know what this is. All right. Egyptian knife. Is John come back over or right up? [Music] What do you want to do? Huh? Put her little I need you to fix your handcuffs. They're improper on my [Music] We are going to fix them. Just stand next to the car. Give me a second. What's bothering you? This one. This one. download that. Okay. Okay. Have a seat. Watch your foot. Watch your foot. Afterward, the officers took the woman to a place where her grasp of the law could no longer shield her. [Music] Moon day is supposed to be a lot of secrets unveiled, especially with a full moon on. Need help? No. You do, sweetheart. Oh, I already figured on the black light of what my mother looking photos will look like. Again, it's illegal. I get my fingerprints fraud. Connecticut extremely fraudulent. You want to keep it up cuz it's morning time. You know, I like morning Mondays. Hi. Go. No. Just stand her face. Mhm. No. She had you last week. Bidded 10,000 initially for that one. She doesn't really care about the money. The one holding me. I care about the money. He just enjoys the nature as well. Come on into the right place that wall. I'm going to take the cuffs off. When I take it off, you're going to put that hand on the wall. Okay. [Applause] Mhm. Put the hand on the wall. Put that hand on the wall. Do a favor. Take your jacket off. We're giving everything back to you. [Music] Handcuff says to believe that he destroyed the property, [Music] right? Have a seat. Can you give my jacket back? Yeah, I'll give you jacket back as soon as I'm done checking it. Soon as I'm done checking it. What's you have a necklace on? Heat. Heat. Why are you doing my [Music] record? The suspect was charged with shoplifting. She also had an outstanding warrant out of Hoboken for criminal trespassing. Now, this drunken man, James, who treated the airport like his bedroom, had no idea his trip would take off into trouble instead of the skies. We're going to have a seat over here in the south. Put it down. We got to figure out where all your stuff is. Dude, my shoes never came off. Obviously went through the proper procedure, sir. Last time. I'm telling you, you because of what? Yes. This kind of Where's your ID? On February 21st, 2024, police were called about a man sleeping on the floor at the airport. What's that? What are you on? A normal person doesn't sit on the ground and try to nod off like that with no shoes on. What are you on? I don't have anything. Have you been drinking or something? J, let me see your boarding. Passen your ID. I'm down here with somebody audio for a second. [Applause] How'd you get in here? Went through there. Yeah. I don't know. You were sitting on the floor nodding off. Nodding off? My life. All right. while I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with you in case you need an ambulance. What's that? Right now it's 10 after 8. Okay. I can call you out. What's that? No, it wasn't. You were sitting there by yourself. I'm okay. I'm just sitting here just no [ __ ] going on. Exactly. That's why I'm here. I'm trying to figure out what's going on. What's your name? James. James what? To it. Julik. Julik. What airline you flying. Oh my god. You're okay. United. Where's United at from here? Yeah. I just heard RV called yourself. I was wondering what one, you're going the wrong way for United. Two, you're barefoot. Three, you don't have no ID on you. I'm trying to figure out how you got in here. Barefoot, dude. What? He's not barefoot. You're barefoot. You ain't got no shoes on, dude. I'm trying to figure out if you're all right. I respect that. But I need to know I need to know who you are, where you're coming from, and where you're going. [ __ ] So, you came through what checkpoint? Do you remember? Yeah. Over there. All right. Let's walk back that way. Make sure you didn't leave all your crap over there. It was right there with you. Okay. All right. Before you sat down over there, was the last place you remember being? No, I sat down there waiting. That's it. Waiting for what? There's like a bunch of people going through us and that makes sense. say people walking down my leg that way. [ __ ] [Applause] We're going to have a seat over here in a sound. Put it down. We got to figure out where all your stuff is. Dude, my shoes never came off. In that moment, James intense response revealed his true nature, making the situation even more unfavorable for him. Sit down. Sit down. All right, we'll put you down for what? All right, let's go. Get out of here. Seriously, stop it. Rest me for what? What are you going to rest me for? Where's your stuff? I'm going to need a perimeter car. I don't know. You guys arrest me cuz I don't want my stuff. We're trying to figure out how you got in here. Probably cuz I have a burning pants. No, I knew you don't. Dude, seriously. This is some Wow, dude. Are you serious? You take that or something, dude? Have a seat. So now, are youing serious? No. Are you [ __ ] serious? Yes, I am. You're going to jail. You told you quit swimming in the airport. You wouldn't You said once and you catch one time. One, dude. Say it. That's all I have to say. One time. Bet. It's a kind of you are. You don't understand where else come from, dude. Seriously, I worked until 10:00 at last night. Okay. Everyone packing. What the are you being an animal for like this? Unless you have a power trip. I don't see it. How did you get in here? Nothing wrong. How did you get in here? Obviously went through the proper procedure, sir. Last time. I'm telling you, you have because of what? This conduct. Where's your ID? Obviously, I don't have it. Okay. Wow. You have no empathy. None heard. We brought you up here to try to find your stuff. No, you brought me up here to rest my ass. Dude, you give me a chance, dude. Give me a chance. Go ahead. Wow. Did you have a medical? Is this all part of it or what? Yeah, it was part of the medical. But did you refuse any medical? Did you want art? I never refused to think. We asked if you wanted. No, I did not refuse medical. Not on a second, James. I'm all about medical. I refuse that. Stop it, dude. This is Where's your ID at, man? Obviously, my shoes are gone. I don't know where those are. I probably with those. Do you guys have any uh leftover bags or something? Nobody came through the property. Apparently, it was supposed to be for additional screening and left the area. I know we need to check it all out. Okay. I actually proof. There's proof. The officers tried to calm James down, but his attempts to gain sympathy only triggered red flags. No, big guy. This is a big guy. He's making a point. Good for you. Okay, let's go. Come on, man. Why, dude? Make it better. You make it better. Make it better. Best we can do. Nobody check though. They already check. They already checked me. Why was I in there? I had an ID. I had an ID. Can you explain to me? Have a seat. Are you going to shut me in there? Have a seat. Can you shut me in there? I'm asking you a question. I did nothing wrong. We got to fix everything. Nothing wrong. Do nothing. You want to arrest me for what? I'll be back out here. I talk to your information. But why? You want to be entertained? You might be able to survive. I'm going to see my kids, dude. James continued to erupt over the situation, questioning the reason for his detention as if he had forgotten what he had done. Like I was like I was saying like I was saying when I first when I first approached you asked me and I'm trying to explain it to you. I'm going to give you one more chance to listen. If you don't want to listen, I'm going to walk away. So you're okay with Okay. I first saw you. You were nodding off. You had no shoes on. You had nothing. No baggage or nothing. We found out later on that you walked away from TSA after they told you they were going to inspect your baggages and you walked away. Believe. Believe. No. Believe what you want to believe. Wait, how does that make me a criminal? Believe what you want to believe, bro. James was charged with disorderly conduct. Next, this enraged woman thought it was illegal for police to read her plate until a routine traffic stop taught her a lesson she didn't expect. We're going to step out of the vehicle. May I please get my May I put your hands on your On December 24th, 2024, Sarasota police conducted a traffic stop after noticing a woman driving with an expired tag. The officers explained the stop, but the woman wasn't convinced. Meanwhile, her bizarre behavior instantly caught their attention. I don't know. I'm trying to figure it out myself. What are you trying to figure out? Why you're stopping me? What have I done? So, your registration comes back to be criminally expired. Okay. Do you have your driver's license and registration on you? I do, but I would like to know what it is that you stopped me for before you even ran my tags. What have I done? So, I did a routine run on your tag. It follows me nose to nose in my mirror. And your tag is like criminally expired. So based off your unusual behavior, I did a routine check of your tag which came back again crimally expired. So do you have your driver's license and registration? I do. But my problem is that I like to know what it is that I did wrong because I You're driving a vehicle with a crimally expired tag. But you would have to know that like you would have to run that. He said that you're on my list, but he wasn't going to talk to her. See what's going on, but she just went out. Okay. like instantly just snapped out and I'm like, "Hold on, wait a minute.
