not pass that that's why she got arrested for DUI I don't know if she agreed to to provide a bre sample or not I just I was the last one here to do the toe for them and to make sure she gets picked up the mistake is if she's if the other daughter wasn't actually driving she shouldn't have switched seats because then now she's in physical control of the vehicle and once you're in physical control of
