All right. Good morning, my early birds. Okay, so if you have not watched my channel before, I do have commentary. I have reactions, so you're going to hear my voice. If you just want to watch the raw video, the links will be in the description after the live. So, the first one we're watching is traffic stop takes a bizarre turn. And all of these are related to people that seem to make a traffic stop worse than it had to be. >> I think I left my ID at work. Dad, you just snatched it out my hand. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Drink? >> Yes. >> If I just told you I'm coming from work, I didn't have anything to drink. Do you take any drugs or medications? >> Sir, if you giving me a ticket or not, >> so I need you to go ahead and step out of your vehicle, ma'am. >> I'm not. >> Then I'm going to break your window and remove you. >> Why are you doing all of this? No. Let me call your mother. >> Excuse me. >> I'm going to slap you in the face. >> Give the officer your >> I'm going to go ahead and get these keys out so I can open the door without >> sexual harassment. [screaming] Sexual harassment. Sexual harassment. [screaming] >> Sexual harassment. >> On March the 3rd, 2025, officers of the Great Central Adam shift performed a car stop in the area of Eastern and Central Avenue. The kind driver, for reasons that she could not comprehend, ended up in handcuffs and on the way to the Great Central Booking intake facility in Baltimore City. This woman just went right through a red light. One David Henry 3286 on a white Jeep. She's smoking something. Whatever that is. Traffic stop location 1406 Avenue. >> She's a registered owner. She's suspended. Good morning, ma'am. >> I didn't see it. >> Okay. My name is Lieutenant Smith. We're being audio and video recorded. Why didn't you see the red light? >> I I didn't see it. I thought it was the the other one. I'm supposed to I'm supposed to have glasses, but I didn't get them yet. >> All right. Do you have your license and registration? Where you coming from, man? >> Thank you. >> I think I left my ID at work. >> Dang, you just snatched it out my hand. >> Well, >> I don't have the ID, so that's that's me, though. >> Okay. Where you coming from, ma'am? >> I just told you work. >> But you really just snatched it out my hand. Like, that was real ignorance. Nobody snatched in. >> You did. You did, officer. You did. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Drink? >> Yes. >> If I just told you I'm coming from work, >> I didn't have anything to drink. >> Do you take any drugs or medications? >> Sir, have you given me a ticket or not? >> Okay. All right. Not a problem. >> I am not drunk. >> You're accusing me of something that I'm not doing. >> Okay. Woo, baby. Okay, we're starting out hot early in the Sunday morning. Hey, my early birds. [laughter] Okay. All right. So, he said she ran a red light, right, for the initial stop. Now, she doesn't have her actual driver's license on her, but she is identifying herself, but it's like, all right, you you know, you got you supposed to have your driver's license. Not not horrible if you actually have a valid driver's license. Um, don't know if he said the other thing he suspects yet. So, I'll try not to jump ahead. I've been practicing not jumping too far ahead of video if I've seen it before. So, I just go ahead and keep going. Our vehicle is being towed. >> Yes, ma'am. Have a unit 101 me on my traffic stop, please. Okay, I need to say 11.6. >> Oh, yes. Not having her corrective vision, her lenses, contact lenses or glasses because yes, like I know people play it as a minor thing, but you can endanger other people if you can't see properly. And she already ran a red light, so that means she could have hit somebody. Somebody could have teamed her. She could have hit a pedestrian and had the right away. So, yes, that also. And she says she knows she needs them. It it's it's bad. Don't drive if you can't see. >> Her behavior is bizarre and erratic, and there's no reason. Nothing she's saying makes sense. She's confusing the one light with the other light. [music] 909. Whichever unit's coming down Eastern in front of me. Now, when you pull in, just block her in cuz the vehicle's going to be towed. >> All right. So yeah, I was waiting to see if she was one of them cuz a lot of them today have something suspended on their car. Um, so Dean said, "Didn't he say her license was suspended?" Probably then I just missed it, but he probably said that. Okay, Jacqueline came in backing it up. Suspended license. How do you have this much attitude and you don't even own a valid license? [laughter] Why do people do this? Like I have seen so many times how your actions do dictate a lot of traffic stops. Like a lot of them are like, "I just wanted to let you go with a warning." Or some states, they don't even arrest for suspended license only. Some states do. Um you're taking your chances, but the people that are in states that don't arrest you for having a suspended license still get arrested for their other actions that follow as if they're in the right. And it's like you're already driving illegally. Like what leg do you have to stand on? >> Yep. You don't need to hit her hard. Just make sure she can't leave. She's very agitated. Oh, and he did ask her, "Have you been drinking?" So, there's a suspicion of alcohol involved. And her answer was, "I said I was coming from work. So, does that look like I've been drinking?" That's not an answer. Either you consumed alcohol or you didn't. So, your license is suspended. >> I'm not getting out. >> Your license is suspended and you ran a red light. And based on your behavior, not only your driving behavior, but the way you're interacting with me. I have a reasonable articulable suspicion that you're under the influence either of drugs or alcohol. I'm >> not under the influence, sir. >> So, I need you to go ahead and step out of your vehicle. Ma'am, >> I'm not. >> Then, I'm going to break your window and remove you. You have to give me a test. Where's the test at? >> We have to do it on the sidewalk. Step out. >> Please step out of the vehicle. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Shut my door and don't touch me. >> Do not touch me. >> Step over here to the side. >> Don't touch me. Do not touch me. Okay, >> go ahead and put those things in your pocket cuz your hands need to be free. >> My hands is free. >> Come over here in front of me, ma'am. >> Come over here in front of me, ma'am. >> Uhuh. I'm not coming close to you. What do you want me to do? >> What is it that you want me to do? >> A series of standardized field sobriety test. Okay, >> don't touch me. >> Well, you can't walk off. >> Okay, don't >> put your hands on your How am I under arrest? >> I am Stop. How am I under arrest? Ma'am, stop. >> How am I under arrest? >> Okay, I'm going to my car. >> Okay, >> stop it. >> Okay, let me go. I just >> I'm asking you a simple question. >> Don't touch. Give me your hand. >> Okay. Give me your hand. >> Why are you doing all of this? No. Let me call you. >> Excuse me. >> I'm going to spray you in the face. >> Give the officer your hands. >> You're engaging active resistance. I will pepper spray you. >> Your hands. >> Do not fight. >> Okay, I'm going. I am. >> Do you want to be safe? You made this much more difficult than it needed to be. >> Okay, let me go. Let me call my mom. >> No, >> you were an adult. >> What? >> Hold on, Herb. I got it. So, completely and totally unnecessary. So, now that we are done with this foolishness, >> are you willing to try and attempt some of these tests or not? >> I can't even believe you're doing this. >> Just please make sure you give me all every information. Every information cuz I'm going to sue your >> I am going to your >> Come on. >> What do you think you can sue them for? Now, I have seen some where I kind of I guess I misjudged it because I've seen some where the settlement came back and they got their money. But I just be wondering like this just seems like fruit of a poison tree because a lot of this to me starts how you started, not how it had to be. So, I don't know. But everybody be like, I'mma sue. I'mma sue. I guess cuz they sometimes see people win the ones that they deserve it. I'm not talking about them. But I'm just saying this one I couldn't understand how you would think you could sue. Stand the test >> cuz I want you to for you falsely accusing me. I am going to sue your ch Smith. >> Stand in front of me with your feet together. >> Mhm. >> You wear glasses or contacts? >> Don't worry about it. >> Do you? >> I don't know. >> Are you pulled on her? >> Nope. >> Got to show you tried to run from the swans. >> No, I didn't. >> No, I didn't. >> Are you going to do the test or not? >> What does she test? Exactly what I told following drives over [snorts] you can do it or not. >> I'm doing it. What do you want me to do? >> What about my instructions? Don't you understand? >> I did it. What do you want me to do? >> Keep your eyes on the tip of the pen and follow the tip of the pen with your [snorts] eyes open. And don't move your head. The only one who's behaving disgustingly here is you. Continue. >> All right. You're clearly not going to do it. >> I'm doing it. >> All right. Here's what I'm going to have you do next, ma'am. Stay in that position. I'm going explain this test to you before I attempt to administer. I need you to listen to my directions and follow my instructions when I tell you to and not before. Staying exactly as you are. You're going to lean your head back slightly like I am. Close your eyes. Your head back and your eyes closed. You're going to estimate the passage of 30 seconds. When you believe 30 seconds passed, you're going to raise your head straight up, open your eyes, and say the word stop. >> You know what's crazy? since her license is already suspended and the the the punishment is that you possibly would get a suspended license if you refuse to take the test. She'd be better off just not even attempting to take these tests. It's a waste of time. This is a pure waste of time. There's no there's no motivation for someone with a suspended license in my opinion to take this test. And then you can see she's not really going to pay attention to the instructions too much. So, it's not like even if she's purely sober, she would pass cuz she's not she doesn't listen to all the instructions. Um, at least I think it's so many that don't and she hasn't been listening so far. I might be assuming right now, but I feel like I remember she doesn't even listen to the instructions. But what's the motivation for taking these tests? >> Understand? >> Are you ready to begin? >> I'm ready. >> Begin. Yeah, there's no way she was listening. I think they already told her to tilt her head back and they said, "Let us know when you're ready to begin." Right. And she I thought she was supposed to tilt her head back. We'll see. >> Stop. >> How much time do you believe pass? 29. >> All right. How much cannabis have you had today? >> I haven't had any today. >> Okay. When's the last time you use cannabis or cannabis products? >> Why does that matter? I'm over the age. >> Okay. Because like alcohol, you could be under the influence right at this second. I'm at work. I just told you that. >> How long ago did you use cannabis? >> I'm at work. >> You're not at work now. >> I I'm on a break. I'm at work. >> How long ago? >> You're falsely accusing me of doing something. >> How long ago? >> I have not had any today. >> Well, so right now >> I have not had any today. >> The time is 2:49 in the morning. When did you last use it? >> Ma'am, >> I just said I didn't have any today. >> She is really trying to play with her words. How many hours ago did you do it? And no one said you're underage for consuming it. It's that you're behind the wheel. you m you seem to have a delayed reaction because you're not uh you're going through red lights. You there's a reason that you're you can't it's under the influence not only under the influence of alcohol. >> I'm at work. I started my shift at 11 p.m. and I don't get off until 7 a.m. >> So when is the last I have not had it today. Today is a new day. I've been at work. Sir, I just told you that. You're falsely accusing me of something. >> When is the last time you used cannabis or cannabis products? >> Not today. Not March the 3, 2025. I know exactly what today is. I have not used anything today. >> When is the last time you used it? >> Oo, that Baltimore coming out now. It's definitely coming out. I do like the way that they say their their ooh sound. [laughter] When is the last time you used >> I have not used cannabis March the 3, 2025. >> So you used it on March the 2nd? >> I did. >> At what time? >> It doesn't matter. >> Well, it does actually. How much did you take and when did you take it? >> Is it not Is it Is it not legal in Maryland? >> It is not legal for you to drive under the influence of CDS. >> I said I'm not under the influence. So, I just told you I haven't had any. March the 3rd, 2025. >> Do you want to do any of the other tests that I have for you or not? >> What What is that us to do? >> So, her logic is it's like Cinderella. When the clock strikes 12, all the magic goes away. So, everything in her body cleans itself and it's all clear because the it's a new part of the night. >> Of tests. No. >> Okay. So, right now you're under arrest for running a red light, for driving on a suspended license, for driving under the influence of drugs. >> Okay. Your vehicle is false. >> Your vehicle is going to be impounded. >> That is false. >> Ma'am, you went through that red light like it wasn't even there. Your behavior. >> I did not see it. I just told you I didn't see it. I'm on break. >> The reason that you didn't see it is because you're high. >> I'm not. That's why you didn't see it. Okay. Your behavior is bizarre and unusual. You have a distorted sense of time and space. You have profound eyelid tremors. Okay. You have bloodshot eyes. You've clearly ingested >> work. >> I am at work, sir. I just told you I'm Where is your work here on Eastern Avenue? >> I am at the nursing home down the street. >> Okay. >> I'm going to get a coffee and everything. Like why are you doing this? >> Why? >> You did it to yourself. >> How? >> See about having a female unit come to search. >> Why are you going to my vehicle? >> Jamie says she's high as groceries. [laughter] Oh god. Um, let's see. Okay, I'll keep going. >> So, you have the right to remain silent. If you give up that right, anything you say right against you for the law is the right to consult with an attorney prior to answering any questions that are no or any questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, board will be appointed to represent you for free. What are we going to find in the car or on your person when we search them? >> You know I don't. Can I put my jacket on? >> All right. Where are her keys at? Did she put them back in her pocket? >> Um I'm not sure what she did with them, too. to you. I'm Can you >> If you haven't had your coffee yet, she she's about to be your shot of caffeine cuz it hasn't died down. >> Sir, please don't touch me. You are male. Do not touch me. >> Hold her in place. Molto, grab her other arm. >> Do not touch me. >> Stand still. Now, I'm going to go ahead and get these keys out so I can open the door without >> sexual harassment. [screaming] Sexual harassment. Sexual harassment. [screaming] >> Sexual harassment. Sexual harassment. [screaming] Sexual harassment. Arrest harassment. >> This is crazy. Like I'm getting really arrested and I'm supposed to be at work. It's nothing in my vehicle. this. I'm falsely being accused. I need to see what they doing. >> Ma'am, stay right here. >> I want to see what they doing. Going through my belongings. I can at least stand right there. >> You don't need to stand right there, man. >> It's nothing. You're falsely accusing me when y'all need to be out here looking for real people. Like, this is ridiculous. because I paid the suspension. >> So, would you like to see that? >> Your suspension isn't payable. >> All right. >> It is. I paid it online. It was a ticket that I had. >> Okay. And according to the court, you didn't. So, you're suspended. >> So, do you have any medical issues like diabetes, epilepsy, or anything else? >> What are you? >> That's them trying to check one more time to see if her erratic behavior is due to something medical. I learned through watching body cams that a diabetic could definitely present as if they were under the influence of alcohol or some substance, but that's just a uh, you know, I'll say a symptom of the condition or whatever, but giving you one more chance. Do you have anything medical that can explain why you're acting like this >> talking about? >> Do you have any medical conditions? >> I'm not answering that. I don't know what you're talking about. I'm not answering anything like that. >> Okay. Other than cannabis, have you taken any other drugs in the last 24 hours? >> I told you I didn't. >> Okay. >> How you doing, man? My name is audio video recorder. I'm going to search you to make sure you don't have any weapons or anything on you. >> Baby, this this officer came in on business. I I didn't even see her in her. She came on the scene talking and searching. She got down to business. It's not even a lean on the car yet or nothing. Just searching. [laughter] >> Okay. You have told you I was at work. >> What's in the front of her smile? What are those? >> Uh, condoms >> and panty liners and keys. >> And her keys and her earplugs. >> Okay. You look, you know, in your scrubs. You got condoms. I'm not saying you wouldn't have them in your purse and stuff, but it's such an immediate need. It's in your scrubs. What is happening in your life? Not my business. >> [laughter] >> those. Make sure you go through her jacket. >> So, I can't call my mom or anybody. >> No, you cannot. [snorts] >> I need I was at work. >> Like my belongings and stuff is still at work. >> Please [snorts] tell me you didn't get them from uh Massy's. >> That's disgusting. All right, I'mma skip ahead cuz they talk about uh it's a place some like some don't. Too greasy. Tears up their stomachs. [laughter] I think even the comments was like Maxis getting advertisement or don't go to Maxis and stuff. Okay, let me see if we can get back to her. >> Food and some discounted detergent or some special white powder from some of our local street vendors. >> DUI. >> Yes, ma'am. You're clearly under the influence of CDS. Why am I being charged with a DUI if I haven't even tooken any testing? >> Ma'am, >> and I'm not under the influence. >> Okay, so >> that's falsely accusing me. >> Ma'am, if you want to have a trial, you're welcome to that. All right. What I'm letting you know is that there's more than enough probable cause to believe that you're under the influence of cannabis and unable to drive safely as a result. Your license is suspended, >> but you didn't give me any test. So ma'am, I attempted to give you the horizontal gaze nest and the stagnus test, but you wouldn't follow my directions. I did. I administered the modified Romberg balance test to you. Modified Romberg balance test gave me substantial indicators of impairment. Your ability to estimate the passage of time was off. You had eyelid tremor. >> Time was off. >> Okay. All of this is going to be explained in the charging documents. Okay. And you and your attorney are going to have access to it. And like I said, if you want to have a trial, we can absolutely have a trial. Okay. But you're being charged with DUI. You're being charged with driving on a suspended license. You're being charged with obstructing and hindering. And you're being charged with running a red light. >> Okay. So, >> all I mean, she was going to get some of them, but she didn't have to have all those charges, but she made her decision. Okay. This one is the one you saw in the thumbnail. The traffic stop that broke a military wife. Oh, yeah. Jacqueline, I forgot forgot to acknowledge the scrubs things out loud. But Jacqueline said, "Wait a minute. This is scary because she's probably working high as a kite in a hostel." Probably. Yep. Cuz she said she didn't consume it today, but her shift started the previous day and she could have done it right before her shift on a break of her shift. Yeah. Not Not good. >> 27th, 2025, an officer pulled over a vehicle for cutting through a parking lot to avoid a stoplight. Hello, Officer P MKPD. Reason, >> okay, I'm saying it out loud so I remember, too. The original reason for the stop is she cut through a parking lot to avoid a red light. I I feel like a lot of us have done this. Not a lot of us. I have done this when I'm used to a neighborhood. I'mma cut through a parking lot sometimes, depending on, you know, I usually try to get to places early so I'm not too much in a rush, but to actually act like I've never done it, I'd be lying. Um, so I think you just kind of have to take that ticket or warning and keep it moving. I pulled you over is because you're cutting through this. >> Good morning. So is everybody else. There's one right behind you. There was one right here that just turned, but you got me. So, good morning. >> All right. Well, actually, I've been sitting here the whole time doing traffic crash. >> Okay. Well, literally right behind you, but yeah. And then there's one that just cut right in front of me, too. So, that's okay. >> It's okay. You got me. >> You know what? I don't know what you're talking about. >> Of course. Okay. >> Because I've been sitting here the whole time. >> Okay, that's fine. >> All right. And there's no need to argue. >> Yes. Good morning. Okay. >> Do you have your registration insurance? >> That's um >> And if you happen to be talking about the Jeep in the Hyanda, >> that was a traffic crash that I was taking care of. >> No, it wasn't that. It was another car right behind us. >> Oh, I'm not going to argue with you. >> I'm not arguing. >> That's what I have on me right now. I'm sorry. It would be 429 for the US defense or US. >> Okay. >> And that's where that baby sometimes it is nothing worse than the spouse of the actual military person. The military person could not this one though. I don't know about him. But you know they they they could just be humble. They cool. But the spouses of a military person are so frustrating. And then don't let them be a officer's wife. They're worse. They're even worse. Um Oh, we'll keep going. >> I'm going to tell you right now, you should know better then. >> I know. We just moved here. So, I just came straight from the base of all. >> I know that's not an excuse, but that's what I have right now on me. And I just switched my bag, so that's why. >> Okay. Not having a driver's license makes me believe that you don't have a valid driver's license. >> Yes. Okay. I I mean, literally, that's what I have. Like, you can I don't need to show you. I'm just letting you know. >> I mean, there's no need to be a smart mouth because I'm going to tell you what, that's going to talk your way into a ticket. Okay, >> that was a firm warning. No need to be a smart mouth. You It's about to get worse. And Jamie, I giggled cuz Jamie said, "Well, the cop can't get them all sassy pants." And sassy pants made me laugh. >> Letting you know that's what >> Yeah, but there's no reason to be smart with me. I'm not trying >> because right now you're looking at two tickets. >> Okay. Well, I'm not trying to. >> You're making it feel like I'm purposely not giving you my driver's license and I don't. >> No, I didn't say that. I'm telling you you should know better because your husband works for >> I understand, but you're making me arguing with me. What's your address, please? All right. What's your insurance provider? >> USA $20. All right. Do you want to go ahead? >> I'm going back just to read the text they put on the screen. It says, "The officer could not find a record showing the driver had a valid driver's license. >> All right. Do you want to go ahead turn the vehicle off and step outside for me, please?" >> Can I ask why? >> Well, right now you don't have a driver's license. All right. And I need to Why don't you step out here? That's why. All right. Stay bumped off. >> But I would like to know why I have to step out just cuz I don't have a license. >> Because I'm going to read you your rights and I'm going to talk to you. I'm not going to ask you again. >> Okay. Step. >> Most of the time. I think it's because it's like I don't need you trying to drive off once I give you the bad news or I want to ask you questions. So, I need you to get out from behind that wheel. That's usually why I think that they're like step out. Even if it's not to arrest you, it's just to talk to you. It's because people they just put that car in drive and start trying to drive off. >> Out of the vehicle. >> That's all I want to tell. >> All so you're arresting me. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> No, I want to know. You're arresting me. >> I'm not going to ask you again. >> I just need to know if you're Excuse you. Excuse you. Excuse you. >> Absolutely not. >> Excuse you. Oh my god. I guess out of the vehicle. >> How dare you? Oh my god. Stop. Oh my god. Stop. [screaming] Oh my god. Help me. [screaming] Help me. Help me. I need help. [crying] >> Don't touch me. Please. Please don't touch me. >> Please don't touch me. I will get help. Don't touch me. >> Put the phone down. Step out now. >> If this other officer gets here, we're both grabbing you and pulling you out. >> She literally forced the door open. I'm going to be there. >> She open on me. I >> You're going to pick yourself up a resisting if you don't do as I say now. >> You There is no exceptions. >> You ripped me out of my car. >> All right. You got yourself a resisting. You are going to go to jail. I'm done. Out. [crying] Your husband can come pick up this car. I need you out now. [crying] >> I've asked her to step out of the vehicle multiple times. I can't get her out of the vehicle. She has no driver's license. >> I want to read her rights back here. because I have a feeling that she's never been issued one based on what Talletide is telling me, but who knows? All right. I haven't even read her lights. >> The 1101. >> Hi, ma'am. You need to step. >> All right. Love that he comes back out to back her up. More nononsense. Let's just look. They telling you what it is. And yet, you haven't even been ripped out the car yet. You're still very firmly planted in that seat. She opens your door. You're not really ripped out the car. >> Other car. All right. Step out of the car, ma'am. >> The show's over. >> Step out of the car. >> Cuz you're crying doesn't mean you can't walk. I don't know why, but that reminds me. And I even seen the whole movie, but I just know about the thing where Tom Hanks goes, "There's no crying in baseball." And then if you're just cuz you're crying, you can walk. It's hilarious. >> You do what the police say. They won't touch you. >> Okay. >> Oh yeah. Y'all going to get to see the husband. The husband, he's going to come on the scene and um they deserve each other. [laughter] by my car. >> But still, with that being said, there were some things even though they were the way the delivery was, you know, you you kind of it is what it is. Some things I I I feel like he technically could have been right about up to an extent, but I think they went to an egregious amount of what he was trying to prove his point on. I feel like his time frame might went a little too far, but I don't know for sure. So, y'all will see him, but he will come on the scene. Put your hands behind your back now. You have the right to remain silent. Any things that you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to your lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions and you have them with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any question if you wish. If you decide to answer questions without a lawyer present, you'll still have the right to stop answering at any time. You also have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to your lawyer. Do you understand your rights? With that in mind, do you wish to speak to me? >> I'm not going to deal with this smartass talk anymore. >> Yes or no question? You already ran her? >> Yeah. >> No license, >> nothing. Never issued. >> Play the game later. >> See, this is the real her. You're not terrified. You're not distraught with that tilt of the head when she said when she finished reading her her rights. This is the real her. You know what you're doing. You're in full control of what you're doing. You want to use your crying when when you can, but you're good. You just don't understand the audacity of someone touching you or not letting you get away with something or why didn't you pull over somebody else? >> I'm not going to deal with this smartass talk anymore. >> Yes or no question. >> You already ran her. >> Yeah. >> No license, >> nothing. >> Never issue. Play the game later. >> All right. >> Doesn't want to talk. It's fine. lovable scorpion says she is just too dramatic for me. We would have been gone before he got there. I'm telling you when I tell you it's every time you hear me get on the radio. I'm saying taser deployed. Taser deployed. Taser taser taser cuz I'm not dealing with this. If I can't get you to comply with your own body, you're about to feel Pikachu. That's what's happening. Okay? And they going to be like, "Hey, you know what? Maybe being on the force isn't for you. Maybe it's not cuz I'm pulling out this taser. You gave it to me. She's resisting. Why can't I use it? [laughter] Congratulations. That's fine. >> Oh, am I asking Am I answering your questions? I'm sorry. >> Am I literally No, >> we don't have time. >> We're done. >> I will be Candy from Real Housewives of Atlanta at that infamous sleepover. I will drag you. I will be dragging so many people, y'all. I'm so sorry, but that's I'm not a police officer. I I know my limits. [laughter] >> Do you have anything on you that's going to poke and harm me in any way? >> Before don't tell. >> Okay. Dr. Omar Ford says, "I have a question. Why don't the police read the rights before asking for ID and insurance and registration? Because what if I don't want to give you that information without a lawyer? You will be arrested. They don't need to read you your rights to identify you and to get that information. They only are they need to read you your rights if they're about to have you in custody or they put you in custody. This is what I've been taught. If they put you in custody, they need to read you your rights before they ask you any more questions or if they plan on like No, I I can't even say if they plan on knowing they're going to ask you incriminating questions. Some of them choose to read it early when you're just detained but not in cuffs. But they can choose. But they just have to understand nothing you say can be used until they read those rights. But reading you your rights and getting your identification and your insurance, you just going to go to jail because you already obstructed. [laughter] You have to give that to them without a lawyer. >> Agent 375. >> What's going on? How you doing? >> Good. Yeah. Good. I never had to leave. >> I don't know. >> Cuz she hadn't pulled over when I came by here. Literally 15 minutes left in the car. I was like, "What the hell?" >> Well, she was screaming and screaming. I couldn't hear over the radio. I heard a lot lot of radio traffic. So, I got pulled and I can't hear what's going on. I looked at you. I'm like, "Yo, I need help. I got to get this trip out." >> I had no idea. I heard you yell something and I thought they were phoning me out. I was like, "Yeah, take it." 14, step four. Uh, and I was like, >> I didn't hear my number, but I like I said, I couldn't hear [ __ ] >> Yeah. I mean, she had attitude me from the start. She handed me this defensive uh >> It's a DoD >> military Yeah. ID. I said, "Where's your driver's license?" I just use that. Said, "No, you need a valid driver's license." Oh, well, I switch purses out and stuff. I use this all the time. >> I said, "No, that's not valid." >> Ran out of New York then, right? >> Uh uh Virginia. I ran around it. >> You didn't? >> Yeah. Um as well, and uh couldn't find her either. >> I see that. >> I mean, it's a shame because I really, you know, somebody that's >> Well, yeah. She doesn't want to she doesn't want to >> It shows what Florida says. She's never been issued a driver's license, >> so she knows she shouldn't be driving if that's the case. um doesn't show suspend it. All I wanted to do was talk to her and see if maybe I mean with this new system, who knows? >> It is what it is. If she doesn't want to talk and tell you what state she has a driver's license out of without giving it to you, >> I'll try to talk to her to see what state she has. >> What's her name? >> Uh Danielle. >> Danielle. >> So, >> I mean, at the same time, I can clock on resisting because I was trying to pull that her out. She's strong. Hello. >> Lovable Scorpion said, "I was watching a former police officer's reaction video and he said that they can actually take you all the way to jail before reading you your rights." Yeah, if they don't plan on asking you questions. Um, especially ones that they are actually, you know, actively using in their investigation. They Yeah, I could see that. I feel like I've seen it before. Like, um, there's some of them that say like, "How am I already going?" But you you never asked me questions. You didn't read my rights. Like, we don't have to. We don't have any questions for you right now. >> Hi, Daniel. I'm officer Gavar Pro Police Department. What license do you are you driving out of? Do you have a license at all? >> I do. I It's Texas. >> Texas? >> Yeah. I can give you my social. I don't know why she didn't ask me for that. >> Cuz the So, what she's saying that she asked you and you gave her a extremely hard time. >> No, she asked me if I had a driver's license and she made me feel like I was lying to her. I literally showed her my bag. I just switched it. People forget [ __ ] I literally don't have it on me. >> You know how we watched that girl at the Audi dealership and I said up until the point she was arrested, I feel like she didn't really help herself. Although it came to come to find out she was the one with her identity stolen. It's the same for this woman. It's the same thing. You know where your license is issued out of. Why didn't you just tell the officer that information? You are making this harder for yourself. And that's that's on you. And that's how that's what I was trying to convey when we watched the girl at the Audi dealership. I feel like there was so many avenues to help herself and she chose not to take them. Oh, you don't see it on you don't see my social on the paper or all fine fine be like that. But this is where you end up >> out of Texas. >> Yeah. >> So, I would have I didn't really want her to have a head injury. I could have tried to pull her feet out and I grabbed him. I thought twice because I just I didn't have somebody else and I didn't want to risk that. >> Yeah. >> So, the reason why you're detained is because you gave her extremely hard time. Okay. I wasn't resisting. I literally asked her if she was asked if she said, "Get out of your car so I can read your rights." I said, "Wait a minute." It clicked. And I said, "Well, >> why are you like She didn't say that before." She said that the second time. >> And then I said, "Well, wait. Are you arresting me?" And then she said, "I'm reading your rights. Get out of the car." And then I said, "What?" And she literally went into my car and forced herself in and started yanking me out. >> I just wanted to know why she was doing what she was doing. That's all I was asking her. And she got frustrated and upset and went into my car and yanked me out >> in the hole of I'm crying and I can't get out of my car. I not have time for that. Not at all. Get out of the car. You can cry all you want. Out of the car. >> We're going to double check Texas as you said, right? You have a license on? Yes. And my husband is on his way. He drives a motorcycle, so I don't know about my car, but >> Okay. You guys live here in Cape or >> Mhm. >> Okay. All right. So, just hang tight for me. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You want to run her out of Texas? She said she has a valid >> Why couldn't you Why couldn't you give the the first cop that had you pulled over that information? It was all Why didn't you pull everybody else over all that other stuff? Why did Why didn't you tell her the same way? You were spilling all kinds of details to that cop. Why didn't you tell the first officer all that? >> Out of Texas. >> 112. >> So people cut through here. I see. >> Bank parking lot. This one >> pull out of the bank lot and then pull them over into here. >> They're usually coming here. But this >> So what's the violation? Oh, drive it off the road. 16074 in Central to avoid a traffic profession stop sign on the red light. Good to know. >> She stated that statue quickly. Dr. Omar said the female officer was a little aggressive by the time she got to the back of that vehicle and the other officers were also looking at her and she still didn't want to say anything. I don't have anything after that. And also, this is this is the thing. You fine. You make choices. You are a human with free will. And since that officer, you didn't feel like she approached you the best and you chose to sit like that, you got to sit in the back of the car cuz you're still not doing what you have to do, which is either failure to identify or obstructing or whatever they going to say. She identified, so maybe more obstructing or whatever. But you have free will, so they hey, you do what you do, but that's why you're in the back of that car. >> Trying to get here. Everyone's an idiot today. >> I'll put that in the notes as well. Well, either way, >> Joe. >> Yeah. Yeah, >> I know. And she's like, I always show everybody this. >> What is that? >> This is not a driver's license. >> ID. >> Why does she not have a driver's license? >> Cuz she doesn't have one. >> But like, why not though? Cuz >> it's expired 3 years ago. >> Yeah. >> No, but I'm saying like why why would you not just go get your license? Like it doesn't >> cuz she's somebody special. >> And that's the attitude she had. She >> She goes to me. >> I told her I said, "You should know better." And she's like cuz she was cut through here and she's like you know >> let me let her know that. >> So your license has expired since 2022. Do you have any other license in any other state? >> No. No. >> So technically you don't have a license theoretically. >> Massachusetts. I mean that's probably >> How long have you been living in Florida? >> Um since I have ankal since May of this year of last year. >> No, no, no. This past year. >> So 2024 May. >> Okay. >> Then where were you before? Texas or Massachusetts? >> No, Virginia. >> Virginia. Do you have a Virginia license? >> Um, I don't think so. >> So, >> you know, you do or you don't. You have to go get one. So, you know, if you do or you don't. You're being This is where the husband's almost here and there is a loophole for active duty on some things. Um, so I get both sides, but I feel like after a certain point, especially if you're going to be one that's going to be combative with police officers, you should definitely go ahead and have a current one in the state you're in. That's my opinion. Y'all will hear the loophole cuz they're going to argue the loophole um in a second when the husband gets here. >> Texas. >> I I might have mass, but for now it's just Texas. >> Yeah. So, the Texas one expired in 2022. >> Okay. Well, I didn't know that. I didn't know that. >> Um, where I'm sorry, what? >> Where were you at the 2022? >> Oh god. Uh, >> Hawaii. >> Hawaii. >> Okay. Do you have a Hawaii license or no? No, you never took that out. >> I reached it. Unlocked the vehicle. >> Here come husband. Um, he must be an officer. They move around too frequently for enlisted. It's rare that enlisted moves that much in that in that little bit of years. >> Hold up. This is probably the boyfriend. I'm guessing so. >> Just hang tight. I think your husband's here. >> Morning. >> How can we help you? >> He thought pulling up on that motorcycle was going to do something. First of all, you got to be dressed to impress. Okay. Hey, if I'm if you going to be on the motorcycle, where is the fit to go with the motorcycle? Also, it wouldn't have helped him, but I'm just saying. At least try be on theme, but not come up here pajama pants and your Superman hoodie. No, sir. All right, here you go. >> How can we help you? >> I was just wondering what the pause for the stop was. >> She cut through a lane. >> Okay. >> Little parking lot. >> Okay. And then the the cause for pulling her out of her vehicle >> because I asked her to step out of the vehicle and she refused. >> For what purpose? >> Well, she's going to jail right now because she has no driver's license. >> Actually, she does have a driver's license. >> From where? >> Okay. >> Huh? >> From where? >> From Texas. >> It's expired by more than two years. >> And as a military service member, that's also passed on to the spouse. I already have it pulled up on my phone. It's on my bike. It's still valid. You can't use it as an ID, but it's a valid license. So, but you've been living in Florida since uh May of last year, correct? >> That's correct. >> So, you can't have a Texas license if you're living in Florida. >> That's not true. As I'm an active duty military, yes, we can. >> Okay. >> You can't have an expired driver's license by over 6 months. It's a criminal offense. It doesn't matter if you're in the military. I'm in the military, too. >> Then you should know. >> It doesn't matter. You can have a a license out of another state. That is true. But you still have to have a valid license. >> It is valid. >> Are is she deployed right now? No, she's not. That's the only excuse to not >> keep your license for Newton. >> Do it right now. Then I I can tell you that you still have to have a valid license. >> Okay. So, this is them arguing about this loophole because the the argument is not that there's more of a buffer for the active duty member and the spouse. The argument is that how long is that buffer, I think. And I don't know if what he's about to pull out says how long you can or if because if it doesn't say indefinitely, you're leaving room for uh interpretation for the local laws in my opinion. Unless you give a give a specific time frame say indefinitely, then they might go what's within reason in their judgment. Um let's see here. Yeah, loveable scorpion say I'm not talking about you trendy, but some military people act like they are above the law. My husband is one of them. Does he act like that? I we I probably still have something like someone's like, "Of course you would do that cuz you're military." It's probably something I don't notice because it's natural to me. But I try not to be that way, but I feel like it's something cuz some stuff, you know, they it be ingrained in you sometimes. So, I ain't going to say I don't do anything. I don't know for sure. [laughter] >> They can have a license out of a different state, but they still have to have a valid license. >> Yeah. To be able to drive. If you are a military duty member, spouse, or dependent, and are stationed outside the state of Texas, not outside the state of the United States, the expiration date of your Texas ID is automatically extended unless your driver's license has been suspended, canled, or wrote, which it has not. >> Where are you guys stationed at? >> Uh, South Wal and >> Oh, you like a recruiter or something >> on temporarily. >> Okay. I was like I was trying to figure out why there would be a station there. I've never heard of that. What What statute is that? >> That is >> Yeah, but we're looking at 2022. This is two years. >> Three >> three years. Yeah. What are we thinking >> that? And that's fine cuz it doesn't have a time >> because you've only been Yeah, I don't think so. >> It's uh DL16P out of state packet 10 tech 24. >> Can I see that? the highlighted one. >> And this is why she already knew she didn't have a Virginia license. One, because you didn't actively go get one. Two, you didn't plan on it because y'all are going with what Texas says you can do as a military member. Um, but yeah, so again, like I said, I'm not arguing for or against the loophole. I'm just letting y'all know they arguing about the wording. >> Sorry, adrenaline's got me going. That's why I'm a little shaky. >> It's It's understandable. The problem is when she was asked to step out of the vehicle, >> she got a resisting charge, too. Why was she asked to step out? >> You have to have a reason other than officer safety. If we're requesting you to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle. If you do not >> feel like you're unsafe >> because right now, she didn't have a driver's license. She did not have a valid driver's license. >> Go to jail. We need to interview her to determine whether or not she has a valid driver's license. >> Okay. But we asked her to step out of the vehicle and she refused to comply. She does. >> Unless you have a >> I'm done. You know what? I'm taking it. >> What do you want to do with the vehicle? You want to tow it? >> I'm going to drive. >> You want to take it? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to park my vehicle in a secure parking lot. All right. >> And then I'm going to take my vehicle. That's all right. >> All right, man. >> Sounds good. >> Good, man. >> All right. Thanks, guys. >> Absolutely. >> Ask um >> what? Ask Christian about that. >> I I'll look it up. I mean, either way, she refused to get out of the vehicle. What? >> Yeah. You got resisting all the way. >> I mean, it can act as an ID, but it can't act as a >> Okay. The text came up on the screen. It says she was charged with resisting without violence and cited for driving with an expired driver's license greater than 6 months. >> Driver's license. That's what it comes down to. And the fact that it's like you, >> sorry, I'm trying to read the text that is up here. It says, "As part of a pre-trial diversion agreement, she admitted to committing the offenses and agreed to obtain a valid driver's license." >> Said 3 years now. There's plenty of time to renew that. So, all right. >> The state attorney's office subsequently dismissed the charges. >> I just love if you need anything. >> I will. Thanks, guys. All right. So, the civil, not civil, but the local law said she had ex she went way beyond a reasonable time to have her driver's license like that. So, she had to go get a valid one. They did not say, "Okay, what Texas said goes on that one is forever and ever and ever." 3 years is a lot. I don't know what's reasonable. I don't know. Had she been 7 months, they would have just been like, "Okay, it's only been expired 7 months. That's not too bad. Dropped that charge without her having to get a valid driver's license. I don't know. Yeah, they spent a lot of time on that stop. They did. Okay, here's your next batch of caffeine. So, I don't know where your volume is, but it says rebellious woman turns simple traffic ticket into dangerous police chase. Right. And that's why folks act like that. Again, if that woman woman was of color, the state would have dropped wouldn't have dropped. They would still sometimes. That's why I never say I never assume the charges stuck because the times that the channels will give us updates, the amount of times that those charges are dropped. Now, now comparatively, it doesn't compare. Um, so let me be quiet. It doesn't compare. I'm just going to keep on going to my little video. [laughter] Here we go. >> Someone take police on a high-speed chase instead of just accepting a simple traffic ticket. My bad. >> Hello. >> Take that flashlight off of me. >> No. My name is Officer Smith. A police department. Reason for the stop. One, you were flying down running ODM. You had a marked lanes violation at Vernon Odum and Malison and then you made an improper turn when you turned on the roads here. You turned to the middle lane. You didn't turn to the inside lane. >> Man, get my license. And here, get my ticket cuz you not about to get on my nerves. Give me my ticket, please. Thank you. >> We ask everybody this with the new fireballs. Any firearms in the vehicle or on you? >> Ticket. >> You have to answer that. >> I do not have to answer nothing. >> Yes, you do. >> Give me arrested. >> Give me. >> You have to answer that. Is there any firearms in the vehicle? >> No, it's not. >> Okay. So why are we at this level already? He named about two, three infractions. Why are we at this level? And why why do we do this? Now actually I think he's about to use his discretion and this is where it comes in again on how some how you are can dictate if someone's not just purely prejudice or whatever. How you act can dictate how a stop goes. I think that um there was some actions he's going to take based on her acting like this that he wouldn't have taken had she not acted like this. For instance, like uh I don't remember if he was like going to just go ahead and tow the vehicle now because she wanted to be like that, but you know what I mean. The stuff at officer's discretion and if they are a fair officer, you can dictate how it goes by just not being like that. >> Me my ticket, please. And have a good night. >> I will. And I will. Don't you worry. >> Okay. Hey, you don't got nothing to search for. Ain't nothing in here. >> This is not a search. >> Give me my ticket, please. >> You can wait a second. >> No, I cannot. I got somewhere to go. >> Give me my ticket. Like I said, cuz that's all you got to do. >> How long have you been a police officer for? >> How long have you been what? >> Years. >> Yeah, you can never have been cuz you know I'm not my right. So I said give me my ticket. That's why they ask me to get out. >> Okay. What What law school did you go to? >> Run that ticket and give me my ticket and have a good night. >> This is tripping. >> Just run that ticket and have a good night. [music] >> Can you turn the radio down, ma'am? I definitely know I'm probably going to get a copyright hit and I'mma try to clip it out as soon as it hits me. But she is going to get me a copyright on this one. >> Hey. Hey, that radio is too loud. >> Nothing else. You could go back there with >> I need to be able to hear behind me for traffic. >> Absolutely I do. >> Bye. >> I need >> Don't be my car. >> That's a >> Don't be my car. >> I need to be right here. It's going to be It's a safety issue if I can't hear music. >> Back the up. Also, you can't be playing music that loud out of your view. >> Man, you can't tell me what the I can't play. >> I'm not saying you can't play that music. >> It can't be that loud. >> Kiss my ass. >> That's absolutely too loud. >> Kiss my ass to get my ticket. That's all you need to worry about. >> You can stay up there, but don't worry about the radio. [music] >> I don't know why y'all keep talking to me. This message is brought to you by >> Y wasn't even on. So kiss my ass. Y'all just turned off. I'm glad I'm out of here again. >> I get this case thrown out. Y'all just doing some weird ass [ __ ] Y got nothing else to do on somebody else. Hurry up. It don't take that long. [music] Friday. [music] I don't quit on you. >> What's up with your partner? It don't take that long. >> Uh, sometimes it can. >> No, it don't. Cuz I got pulled over by the store and it never take this long. So see what your partner doing. >> It don't take that long to write me a mother. >> Would you don't take that long to write my mother? >> So does >> see like why is all the extra stuff like what is all this? It it takes a little bit to write up the ticket. What? What's going on? Why? Why all the extra? Just I don't even I don't know if at this point she might have a suspended license. That last lady didn't. She not have a suspended license, but she probably I think she does. A lot of people in my list have a suspended license or a suspended tag or whatever. Why are you making this worse? And then you already actually did break some traffic laws. Why are you making this worse? What is talking like that doing for you? more traffic >> than Akan does. >> Acron got [ __ ] >> Go see what's up with my ticket. >> Yeah. So, typically so does more traffic than we do. So, they're probably more experienced when it comes to traffic. >> Get your sto ass back. >> I'm just telling you how it is. >> No, you just sound like you just got in the division. >> No, that's a weak ass mother. Anyways, I'm glad I'm deep in this mother weak ass city. >> Where you going? None of your business. >> Fair conversation with me. >> That's fine. >> Don't pull me over for no bunch of cars flying down the mother. >> It was a Mark Lane violation. >> Mark Lane's my ass. Guess what? This case will be thrown out. Go hurry up and write my ticket. >> Okay. >> [music] >> You got to get out of the vehicle. >> All right. If you're able to watch your screen, this will be the time to be looking at your screen. >> I will once you get out of the vehicle. >> No, I don't have to. Give me my license. >> Cuz we're towing the vehicle. The plates aren't charged. >> No. Curry. Signal five taking off and stop. >> Stand by. >> She turned eastbound on Thornton. We're trying to catch up to her. >> This is somebody that has horrible, horrible judgment, horrible common sense. They have gotten away with a lot in my opinion because like she said, I'll get it thrown out and the way she drives, I feel like she's definitely got some tickets thrown out before. Um, now they still have possession of your license. They've already recorded it when they were doing the tickets and recorded it for a tow. So, even if they didn't find you on this chase, they would still be able to locate you based on your license and the car. What is the purpose of doing this? Speeds are 45. Still catching up to right now. We had Mark Lane violations and then also tire plate. She took off once we said we're going to tow the vehicle. [screaming] We're still trying to catch up to her. Speeds are going to be 40. Looks like she's about to try down the highway here. 76 West. >> Carrie, we just got on the highway. We're going to get off the next exit. We're no longer pursuing. >> I had a feeling she was going to do that. Hi. >> And she is an example of when an officer says, "Can you step out so I can talk to you?" This is one of those examples on why they just say, "I just step out the car because some of y'all be pulling off like this. >> Shut your ass up. Don't even come over here. >> You're going to get your ticket. Your car's going to get to >> I don't give a [ __ ] Don't do that." >> Oh, I will. What she said? >> Oh, yeah. It's great. >> Yeah, we're Everything's good. >> Just uh don't follow her steps and run from the police. That's This is what happens. Don't run from the police. >> On traffic stops. A simple traffic stop. Don't do that. We will be transporting our 13. >> Do you want me to get the teleport started? >> I think he's about to start that. We are going to be able to get Well, we can start searching. >> Got it. >> I wonder where the keys are. >> Hey Sula, you got the keys? >> No, they might be on the front porch cuz she was inside. I didn't >> That's a bottle she had >> right here. Oh, nice. >> I think you're right about her being sick before. >> I don't know. Mark Lane. She crossed over the lane and her license plates expired back. I need I know but she can't. >> So she got pulled over and then decided to fight us when we got here at her house. So he's going to jail tonight. Try to fight us. right here that pulled me over here. >> Yep, I did. >> If this is your family, whether it's your mom for him, it's I think this is his mom or it's your daughter. For the older woman that's over here, you know how she act. This does not sound like this is a rare occurrence at all. You know why they're there. Maybe you didn't think she'd actually drive away from police, but you know how she is. >> Nope. >> She's under arrest. She is not being cooperative. So, no one's talking to her. You guys can sit in your truck and wait. If she calls down, I'll let you talk to her. But right now, nobody's talking to her. >> Why is the camera? >> Anytime we get a use of force with somebody, the ambulance comes. >> Why do you go to the car? >> Because it's getting towed. >> It's getting towed. >> That's why she ran from the traffic stop. The police were fired. No, >> because the plates were expired and then she ran from us. We got into a chase with her and then she came back here. >> Okay, so she's an expired plates one. I don't know if they say anything about her license for this one cuz some of these suspended license. She's an expired plates and then of course she got stopped for the actual I don't know if she crossed over the traffic lines or whatever she did at first to get the initial stop, but here we are. >> Is expired by more than a month. >> I literally have her license right here from our traffic stop. >> They're the ones that arrest her. They came back here >> and she ran from us. So, it's also being seized for that. So, like I said, if she calms down, I'll let you guys talk to her. But right now, you guys wouldn't mind just sitting in your truck and waiting for her. Okay. Or in the house. I mean, it's her house if you want to sit. >> I believe that was in here. The keys were in there. Yeah, the phone. The I saw a phone in there. >> Yeah, we only her purse that was with her. That was the only thing we grabbed. If it's in the purse, I'm sure she'll want me to give the purse to you guys. So, I'll ask her in a second. >> Was it this one? >> Yeah. So, like it wouldn't open. So, I kicked I think that's my footprint right here. I like kicked it to pop the lock open. >> Okay. >> And then it finally popped cuz it was locked. >> Oh, she made it past the door. Dang. So, yeah, they they didn't they weren't just on her behind then too too much. Um cuz she don't seem like a runner. No, she she just does not. But um she made it past that porch door. Okay. >> First, >> so she was sitting here. >> Yeah. She was standing there walked towards the wedding door and I grabbed her to put her arms behind her back. She pulled so I did a take down. We landed on this couch thing right here. >> 23. >> Oh, sit in here. >> Hi, I'm Sergeant Smith. I'm the on duty sergeant tonight. >> Can you listen to these? >> Yeah, I can check them real quick. >> And they keep saying this. She's not the only one. People keep saying, "Can you un loosen the cuffs?" But they mean untighten or like you know just loosen without the un part. And I'm like I know that the cops know what you mean but it is not un loosen. You're asking them to tighten them if you say that. >> Cops right here. >> What? >> Because first of all he told me >> ma'am I'm here to get your side of the story. I'm here. >> I'm not here for anything but the uh traffic stop. >> I'm still going to jail. >> Yes ma'am you are. >> Okay. So why don't you need my side of the story first? >> Cuz I like to get your side of the story. You believe your sergeant usually believe your police before you believe a citizen. >> I have to do an investigation and I get I like to get your side of the story cuz your side counts. >> Do it really. >> It does. >> I don't think so. >> You say that I was swerving down Voda where technically I wasn't because I just came down Viota right there on Superior. They was nowhere in sight. So they must have came down their right. >> Okay. because they wasn't even behind me. And I know that for a fact cuz I always check my perimeter about you little people. What's that street called? >> Thornon. >> Thanon. >> That's when they turn their little titans on. >> Then he I gave him my ID. I said, "Just give me my ticket cuz that's what you could get. Just give me my ticket." Cuz when >> this is about to sound more shady than I mean it mean it to sound. It's just it's an observation. She seemed younger when she was in the car getting pulled over. Now I see the age in her forehead lines and then of course seeing her son. I'm like, you too old for this. >> I just checked Georgia's list. >> My license is still valid. So I don't know what it shows canled over here, >> but my license is valid. >> Yeah. Okay. >> And he said he was towing my car. No, they're not. Because my license is valid. All you had to do is give me my ticket cuz you didn't even He first of all didn't say why he was towing my car. He said get out your car is being towed. >> Okay. >> For what? >> You want me to answer that? >> Yeah. >> Well, your license plates expired. So that's a reason we can tow it. >> Additionally, they'd have to verify they have to verify your license through Georgia. We have to run that through the radio. But my understanding is we didn't even get that opportunity cuz >> because they never did. They already came and said they was toying my car. >> Okay. So what happened? >> So they never did. What happened after they said they were What happened after that? >> I pulled off. >> So you just left the traffic stop? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you feel that you were free to leave? >> No, because what you towing my car for? >> Okay. >> That's still what you towing my car for. >> Okay. >> I just had got a citation last week. They have to give me the reason of why they towing my car. >> She didn't even hear the question. She she defin she seems like she's also under the influence, but I feel like this is how she she's close to where she would act sober. Um he said, "Do you feel like you were free to leave the traffic stop?" And she said no and then went into the towing part. So, you know, you what it's, you know, you broke the law, but then to say no and then go into towing is crazy. So, you know, you weren't free to leave and you did it. They're going to tow your car anyway. They know you. They know where you are. They still had your driver's license in their hand. >> Sounds like they may not have had opportunity. >> They automatically said they toying my car. They didn't say, "Ma'am, well, it looks like your license is being sus or suspended or anything like that." >> And then if you just got a citation for it recently, you already had knowledge of it. Plus, we're supposed to keep up with our stuff even if we don't have a previous citation, but you were giving a break given a break. You didn't take advantage of that break and get your tags caught up. So, here you are. That's on you. automatically said, "Grang your car." >> What What happened here? It sounds like the officer had to use a little bit of force to put you in handcuffs. >> I was on the front porch. Okay. >> He broke it. He kicked that door in. >> Yeah. Okay. >> He broke >> home is not home base. Your front porch is not home base. You're not immune because you made it home. >> What he said he kicked that door in cuz I said, "No, leave me alone." >> Right. >> That's exactly what I said. >> So, what what happened? >> I'm not going to lie. I don't >> What happened between the door getting kicked and you being put in handcuffs? >> I didn't put Well, these two weak officers that you have right here say that I pinched them or whatever. Not, but first of all, they don't need to manhandle me. I'm only 411. Both of them don't need to handle me like they did. >> Okay. Do you have any questions that I could answer? >> Why? What you going to answer for me, sir? >> Any questions that you have? That's what I would like to answer. Because right now I'm here and on scene and in a little while you'll be on your way to county. >> I'll sleep there. >> So >> court be a Monday. >> The woman was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and fleeing and eluding. Drop your opin. >> Why? Why are you good with sleeping and waiting till Monday for court? Why? Why do you have to be in jail? I don't understand. But that's why these are the ones we're playing. I don't understand people. [laughter] Jamie. Okay, here's the next one. How refusing to pay a ticket turned into a felony. >> Conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle with an illegally covered license plate and discover much more. >> Hello. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. My name's Deputy Mendes Page County Sheriff's Office. The reason I pulled you is for two reasons. Are you mark? >> Yeah. >> Okay. License is suspended. Okay. Number two, the tag cover around you surrounding your tag. That's the second reason. >> What do you mean? >> Your license is suspended. >> How is it suspended? >> I don't know. I need your license, registration, insurance, please. >> Okay, here we go. And I don't know if he means license or he meant tags or license plate. We'll figure that out for sure. But either way, suspended has been brought into this body cam as well. I tell there's a lot of suspended going on. >> I have to check that out. You're the registered owner, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I got to grab. >> All right. Just hang tight. Okay. All right, sir. Do me a favor. Step out of the vehicle for me. >> You can leave all your stuff, dude. Come back here. >> All right. So, listen up. So, your license suspended because of your insurance. >> My insurance is valid. there. You know, there there was less than 24 hours. My my insurance is valid. I paid my insurance card. I paid my insurance bill. >> Okay. I'm just letting you know on on the system is showing suspended since July because of last year because of no insurance. Okay. Now, if you have insurance, >> okay, so suspended because of no insurance previously. Yeah. He's going to clarify later, but um apparently in this state, you can't have stickers on your license plate. And that's why they're saying license plate is illegally covered. >> Now, I don't know, but they they suspended in July. Okay. So, with that being said, I'm not taking you to jail. I'm just giving you a a court date, a criminal citation. Okay? All right. So, you get a citation for license be suspended. Have your license while being suspended, the registration insurance. Okay? Now, I'm going to explain to you. You're going to have a court date. Fix all that. Get your license reinstated. Get your insurance. Get your registration. bring it to court. And if you get all that and bring it to court, most likely the judge will throw it out. Most likely. Can I tell you they will? But it's a possibility. >> Okay. Before we get to his response, did y'all hear the police say most likely the judge will throw it out? That's the solution I would go with in this man's case, especially when he explains that he doesn't believe it actually should be suspended in the first place. Still, that's that's take it to court. take your documents that are dated back to where this actually should have not been suspended still or whatever you have, but you can't have court on the side of the road. But he did not I feel like he didn't hear him or he doesn't care that the police officer said they most likely will throw it out if you have your stuff together. And that's if you tried to fix it today, the judge might still throw it out. >> You come with everything all good. Okay. So, with that being said, I just need you to sign here with your sign a minute ago. your sign say you're going to show up to court your court dates I have them right here I'll explain to you once you sign over here okay with and also with that being said the state of Florida has a deceased tag order on your tag so I'm going to be taking your tag with you okay >> what do you mean >> I'm I'm legit I'm legit I have a license registration and insurance I am completely legit >> explaining to you I'm not saying that you're lying but I'm letting you know that the system in the state of Florida is showing you suspended >> well can can we go over the system together cuz I was just trying to check that. >> There's nothing I could do to help you with this, sir. So, I just need you. >> No, the cops are not going to want to go over it together with you. I'm so sorry. Even if they're wrong, they're not going to want to go over with you at the traffic stop. Unless you just find this overly friendly Mayberry type cop, that's not really going to happen. It's it's too late. They've made their judgment. It's it's it is what it is. For those that uh know about Florida, they y'all are saying you can't have a clear cover on your license plate. You can't have a decorative frame on your license plate. Goodness gracious. >> Signing right here. >> Look, dude. I can't I can't have you take my tag. What are you talking about right now? >> You can't drive, sir. >> Hell, >> you can't drive. All right. >> Call Call No. I need you to call your man your your officer right now. Your your manager right now. I need you to call your manager cuz I am legal. Everything is legal with you. >> I'm going to ask you. I'm going to You want a supervisor? Is that what you want? >> Yeah. I'm going to ask you before I call a supervisor. Are you going to sign the citations? >> Why should I sign the citations? >> I'm letting you know if you don't sign the citations, you're going to jail. >> So, are you going to sign before I call myself? That way I can let them know two things at one time. You want to? >> Yeah, but you're you're lying to me right now. Or no, you may not be lying to me, officer. What what you're receiving is information that may be not legit. I could call my insurance company right now and let you know that I have insurance. >> I'm not saying that you don't have insurance, but they suspended. There might have been a time that you didn't have and it suspended. I don't know. I don't work for the DMV. I don't work for the insurance. I don't work for Tallahassee. I'm letting you know in the state of Florida system that I have, you are suspended since July. Okay. Now, >> he has a suspended license, wow, and he has some type of stickers on his license plate, which counts as covering on a license plate. Um, but they were just in the chat saying other reasons that were you also can't have on your license plate. It can't be a clear cover. It can't be a decorative frame. But the officer, I think he's about to clarify, he's coming up on clarifying. I'm pretty sure he says stickers cuz I just watched this one yesterday. So, the for him, the covering is that he has stickers on his license plate. like other than, you know, the little registration type sticker. >> [ __ ] Because then they would have they I would have got something in the mail stating that I had no car insurance. Okay. >> My car insurance people would not insure me if I was suspended. They have been insuring me all this time. They contact DMV. The insurance company contacts DMV when a person is suspended from their license. That means that they're they're nonvalid or they are suspended. They contact they never contacted DMV. Uh >> okay. I I understand what you're telling me, sir, but I'm letting you know that on the system you're suspended. So what I what I need from you what >> and you check the another system? >> No, the system we only have one system we go by. Okay. >> The system may be broken, but you can't fix it on the side of the road at your traffic stop. That's what I feel like people fail to realize. It might be something that's not against you anymore, but you can't fix it here. >> So, with that being said, I need you to sign here. Okay? That's just saying that you're going to show up to court. I need your fingerprint. I'm going to take that tag with me. I need to call somebody to come pick the vehicle and you up cuz you cannot drive. Sir, >> just hold up. >> Steven needs time for it to click. It's not clicking for Stephen right now. [laughter] He needs time. He's trying to process it cuz he want to keep arguing. Jamie said you got to file a SR22, sir. [laughter] >> Okay, which I'm telling you that I'm legal. Okay, so my driver's license is legal. My tag is legal. Why were you saying that my tag's not legal? >> I never said it's not legal. >> You said the thing around the tag is not is not >> Okay. What I said that's a traffic infraction. Okay. You cannot have anything around the tag touching any letters or numbers. You see where it's touching the sunshine state that my Florida, you cannot have it touching any numbers or letters. Okay. >> I'm going to go back cuz this is the part I was waiting for him to clarify about the covering on the license plate. So, I'm going to go back so we all can get it cuz I zoned out. have anything around. >> You're saying that my tag's not legal. Okay. All right. I'm not giving you a citation for that. I'm just telling you that's one of the reasons I pulled you over, sir. >> Okay. I'm not giving you, but I do have a cease tag order from the state of Florida. Take your tag. So, I will be taking your tag. >> Well, where? Show me where you have that. Show me. >> It's on my system, sir. >> Can I see it? >> No, sir. >> Why? >> Because I'm not required to show you that. >> Okay. I'm treating you with the most up respect. All I'm asking you is to sign this. Give me a thumb print. I'm going to take your tag and then we're going to You're going to have to call somebody to come pick you and the vehicle up. Still no felony right now cuz he's working his way to earning his felony. No felony right now. He said I could have somebody pick you in the car up. That's not the worst outcome. You know, it's inconvenient, but it's not the worst. >> Sir, we're not going to stand here all day. >> Can I go show you my insurance >> right now? No, that's not going to matter. >> I'm telling you. >> Well, I want your supervisor then cuz what you're doing to me is illegal, bro. you're going against my rights as a United States American citizen. Hold on. You are because you are you threaten to [ __ ] take me uh away and and arrest me. That was number one. Number two, you're saying that I'm not I am not legit on the road and I'm telling you that I am. So that's two things that two infractions that you're going against me against my rights as United States. My question to you, I want your supervisor here so I could explain these things. >> I will call the supervisor. Okay. Are you going to sign citations? >> Traffic 13 and traffic 14, >> sir. Come here. >> Oh, that sucks. Okay, two of y'all put in there about the dealerships are giving I think somebody said it earlier, too, but the dealerships give out frames when you buy a car and it's illegal in the states for you to have it. So, they kind of setting you up. Like, that sucks. Zach said he had seen in the news a lot about Florida. So, that's how he learned. Yeah, they got to stop giving out. And in Texas, Dr. Omar said in Texas, they give them out. They need to stop giving him out. He is too old to be like, "Bro, [laughter] >> listen. Sir, sir, sir, come here. Give me my keys." >> No. Put your hand behind your back. >> No. Listen. Don't Don't stop. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> No. You're not going to arrest me, bro. >> Put your hand behind. I'm not illegal. I'm not illegal. >> Don't stop. >> All right. Calm down. Calm down. Calm down, bro. Just calm down. Get your hand behind trespassing. >> You're trespassing. >> Get your hand behind your back. >> Give me your hand. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back, >> dude. You You could go to You could You You could get in trouble for this. >> You could go to in trouble for this. >> Give me your hand. >> Do you realize this? >> Give me your hand. Do you realize >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You could get in trouble for this. >> Give me, >> officer. You could get in trouble. >> Give me your You could get in trouble for this. Give me your hand now. >> Where is the taser? That's all I think about when they have to fight with Where is the taser? Where is Pikachu? >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You could get in trouble. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I'm legal, bro. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> [ __ ] Put your hand behind your back. >> Lift your hand. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Let go of your hand. >> Let go of your hand. I am in my pocket in front. Got it. Roll over. Stand up. Can you get my glasses, please? My glasses flew off my head. Can you please sit inside? >> All right. All right. >> Hold on. Hold on. Stay inside. Mark was charged with resisting an officer with violence, battery on specified personnel, and driving while license suspended. Revoked. Just could have gone to court. Wow. Said, "Now you can show you legal in court for real." [laughter] Extra charges for for what? Zach said, "Officer, you can get in trouble." What is he going to do? Make a citizen's arrest? [laughter] All right. Next one. Okay, we have she tried the full playbook. Flirt, lie, resist, and then scream. Well, here you go. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> This is my car. I'm just ask I asked my friend to drive well. >> Okay. I'm officer Brown, Cook Beach Police Department. So, the registration is expired. >> I know. I actually didn't So, I'm from New York. I live here now, but in New York, they do the registration totally different. And I thought that they do it every year, but apparently I just learned this like a few days ago >> on your birthday. >> Yeah, exactly. And my birthday just passed. April 25th, so I just figured that out. >> Okay. Um, since you're actually the one driving, I need your license. >> I will be honest with you, I have nothing on me. I literally have just my cash. I just got robbed. >> Yeah. >> I have nothing at all. >> I have nothing at all. >> Okay. >> And I can prove it to you. >> No, you're fine. >> I have like >> nothing. You get my license. >> I don't. Okay. >> Yeah. Um Okay. What's your first name? >> My first name. >> Spell it for me. >> T A T I A N A. >> Okay. And then last name >> Brown. >> Oh. Okay. And birthday >> 1142. >> Oh, you're older though. >> What? I'm older than you? >> Yeah. By >> 3 years old. [laughter] >> All right. Um, >> should I just like not be driving cuz I don't have my information? >> No, you're fine. As long as it's good, you're fine. Uh, what state are you from? Florida. >> Oh, Florida. Okay. All right. All right. Give me like few minutes. Obviously, I'm not going to write you a ticket cuz it's not your car. >> So, I'm just getting >> I mean, can she just like drive? I was just doing it for a moment. >> As long as you're fine, you can drive. I mean, people stuff happens all the time. Where'd you get robbed at, though? >> Ah, she tried to think about it. I don't think I don't know if she got robbed. [laughter] You didn't get robbed. She had to do that thing to give herself time to think cuz she didn't think he was going to follow up on the location of where did you get robbed. >> No, >> as long as you're fine. You can drive. I mean, people stuff happens all the time. Where'd you get robbed at, though? >> Orlando. >> Literally, I have cash on me. I'm so annoyed at all. My cards, my medical marijuana. I do like everything. >> Um, so >> that sucks. >> All right. Well, give me like I don't know 5 minutes and then I'll have you on your way. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> Yeah. Uh, what's your middle name? What's your middle name? >> No. >> No. All right. Spell your first name again just so I have it spelled right. >> T A T I A. >> It's rare that once the cop has to come back and verify spelling that they were telling the truth. Every now and again they could and they just spelled it too fast or they you know the cop missed a letter. But most times once they come back and say can you spell it again? It's like ah did you give a fake name? >> Oh two hands. That's what I miss. You said you have a Florida license. Okay. 114 of 1992. All right. I was spelling it wrong. That's why I was being dumb. All right. My bad. Give me a second. I'll be right back. >> Well, I mean, I'm not getting ticketed. Can we just >> Yeah, but I still have to put the information into the computer for the traffic stop. That's all. >> Am I okay to get out of the car? Should we get out the cell? >> Huh? >> Can we get out of the car? There's something in the truck. It's just Hold on a second. >> I know. Just hold on a second. >> And she doesn't have a middle or you don't have it. >> She said she doesn't have a middle. >> But I also don't believe she's telling the truth either. >> Yeah, because I'm showing so far. >> No, see Dr. Omar. Now, this this is me having the advantage of already watching this one. He he spelled it how she spelled it the first time. She's lying. So now he is doing the whole, "Okay, I'll put it off on me this first time that I spelled it wrong." No, she she spelled it the way he put it in the first time, but she's lying. So then she gives him a different spelling the next time and he's like, "Oh, okay." You know, oh, silly me. Spelled it wrong. He he's already the the red flags are up for the police officer >> of Ohio, but her birth date is showing 114 and 93 so far. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, be honest cuz I'm trying to be nice here. Do you have a Do you actually have a license? >> Okay, I will be honest. >> Obviously, you have a license, >> huh? >> I have a license. >> Okay. >> And I'm fine. I just got nervous cuz the stuff's the low and I didn't know what to do. situation. >> Wait, what? >> Yeah, the cat looks like I just got nervous. >> That has nothing to do with you, though. >> I don't know what to do. That's why I'm like picking up. >> So, you give me a completely different person's name. >> I'm sorry. >> I don't want to make things complicated. >> Okay. Spell the correct name. >> H Y A. >> All right. You should just told me that from the beginning so I could have had you guys on your way a lot faster. >> I was just nervous. Oh, >> I don't know what to do. >> That looks It makes it look bad. >> Am I in trouble now? >> Well, >> what happened now? >> I mean, I'm getting my I'm getting my tax fix. I just found out that about >> Well, she was never getting a ticket for that. >> I wasn't supposed to be driving cuz she was feeling nauseous. I >> I I get you. Just give me a second. That you would have been gone a lot quicker giving me the real name. All right. Come here for a second. I got to show you something. >> What? Just >> come here. >> Come here so I can show you what I got to show you. a photo. >> All right, turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Don't Don't >> stay in the car. Stay in the car. Don't move. >> Don't move. >> I'm tired of you lying. >> That's not who you are. >> Excuse me. >> That's not who you are. >> What is going on? Why is it happening? >> Why are you interrupting me? >> Wait, stop moving. Okay. That's not your name. >> Why are you What do you mean? Ow. Ow. Ow. Wait. Why are you handcuffing gay? >> Because you're lying to me. >> I'm not lying. >> Yes, she is. >> Her. Stop. >> Because she lied to me about her name twice. >> I just looked up that photo and that's not you at all. >> No, it's not. >> And unless they're strangers, the passenger knows she was lying about her name. Cuz y'all in the car together, you would think y'all know each other's name. So, did y'all just meet today and hop in the car together? No, it's not. I need to call my mom. Sir, call my mom. No. Call my mom. I know. >> Yeah. Yeah. That's not you. >> It is her. >> Let's go. >> Call her mom right now. >> No. No. No. No. >> You're on a walk. >> I'm not lying. >> No. You're confused. You're No, seriously. >> I'm not confused. >> I'm not lying. I lied to you. I >> stay in the car. >> In the car. >> I admit to you. >> You're lying. >> Okay, >> let's go. around. Please. >> No. You You lied to me too much. >> No. There's one time I was nervous. Please, can I stop? >> Can you call my mom? Please. >> I'm not calling nobody. Get in the car. >> This is This is not good. Wait. Please >> get in the car. >> What? Why are you saying I'm lying now? >> Because you are. I can have the driver's license photo. That's not you. >> The driver's license. >> That's not you. Get in the car. >> That is me. My name is Aia and you're doing >> What's your middle name? >> Sure it is. Get in the car. >> Excuse me. I don't see what you're talking about. I need help. >> The problem is once you start lying, no one's going to believe when you possibly could be telling the truth cuz I think she at least gave two different identities, [laughter] you know. So, no, no one's going to believe you once you've already lied. >> Stop. You're pushing me. Stop. Stop pushing me. >> Stop pushing me. >> Get in the car. >> 82, step it up now. >> Okay. I don't want this. Get in the car. I'm going to get in the car. >> Get in the car. Okay. I'm getting in the car. Okay, >> get in. >> I'm getting in. >> I'm getting in. >> Mike, can you get my phone, please? >> Close. Move your legs. >> Oh, yeah. For those that adjusted your volume, Dr. Omar, you're one of them. Uh, remember the title says she eventually starts screaming. And I know you probably adjusted your volume to hear what she was saying in that car. So, the title says she starts screaming. I don't know how loud. I don't remember. But just here's your warning. At some point, she'll scream. >> So, I pulled the driver out cuz she's been lying to me about her name. I'm 1042 Central. And so, I told her to come back with me. And then she started pulling away and I'm like, "No." And I told her to get in the car and she didn't want to. And then she's in the back. There's a passenger in the car. You can switch. >> Hey, how are you? >> Good. Good. >> So, what's her room name? >> It's a Theo. I mean, I don't know. I don't understand why the problem is >> that's not what that's showing up on the driver's license. >> Not her at all. Completely different person. >> I mean, that's I mean, I can call her mom. I have her mom. >> Do you need anything else? I mean, what's going >> I don't know yet what's her driver? No, you can hang tight. You can hang tie that right there. >> Okay. >> So, I saw the car. It's not her car. It's this lady's car. >> Tag expired. >> Yeah. >> So, she's got this lady driving. >> Expired tags. I know we saw that at the beginning, but I just uh picked up on it. I know she said it was something about it expires on your birthday versus the year or whatever, but another one with the tags. >> And she gives me a name and a date of birth. So, she has a Florida license and I look it up and there's no record found. I called dispatch on the phone. She ran through all 50 states and she got a similar to the name but nothing else. So, I go back up and ask her and then she's like, "Well, I was scared so I lied to you." >> Uh, listen. >> So, this is her car. Yeah. >> Did you afford it? She just moved, she said. >> So, >> she just moved. >> Yeah. But I want >> tag already expired and she just moved here. >> I didn't see when it was issued or whatever, but come here. So, I want you to look at the photo. All right. Now I'm going to open the passenger door and I want you to tell me who thinks that's the same person or if you can see from that look like the same person to you. >> No. >> What's your real name? You don't know your real name? I mean, you can get us to go to jail under Jane Doe and they'll figure it out that way. >> I don't even know why this is happening right now because you're lying. >> I admitted to what I said and >> that's not your real name. >> Okay, you can just go to jail. >> You're going to take me regardless cuz you don't believe me. >> No, I was going to take you once you lied to me the second time. The first time I was going to just let it slide, but now the second time you're still lying. I'm not letting that slide. >> And now I can tack on two charges of false ID to law enforcement. Okay. >> You probably don't have a license, so I'm going to add that on to driving without a license cuz I can't identify who you are and all this other stuff. Huh? >> I'm sorry, officer. This is just a really horrible situation. >> It is. >> Whatever. Uh they need to fingerprint her. I wonder if they have a mobile uh fingerprint scanner. Fingerprint her. I want to know who she is. Does she have warrants? >> So, if you want to tell me your real name, but if not, then that's fine. We can play these games. >> Well, you're not going home. So, keep lying if that's what you get. What? They're taking me to jail and I don't know. >> Honestly, that is not my concern at this point. >> I don't >> That's not my fault. You shouldn't have lied. >> Nope. >> I'm sorry. >> Does she have any of property in here? >> Um like some of her clothes and stuff and her bag. >> No wallet. No, nothing. >> No, her No, she has no wallet. >> No purse. >> No, she has cash. She has no She does not have her ID or her cards. That's not That's the truth. She has cash. >> Okay. So, what's her real name? >> Her name's Athia. She does I do not I mean she has her cash. She doesn't I have her wallet. I mean I have her bag. She has no cards, no nothing in there. She doesn't like >> No ID cards. >> Yeah. We went out last night in Orlando. She didn't have an ID when we went out. Like she was like >> that's her bag right there. >> This is my bag. >> Where's her bag? >> Her bag is right here. She doesn't have She doesn't have ID. She lucky. I'll show you. She doesn't have She has cash in here. That's it. Cash and her and her stuff. That's it. We went out and lend to Orlando last night and like I know she has no ID on her because we went out and she couldn't show the ID to the security people so she was like having to you know deliver it anyway cuz I'm 38 so I'm old. >> Okay. >> But but you know what I mean? So like there was no ID to show. >> How long How long have you known her? >> Um like a year. I'm from New York but I moved here two years ago. >> Okay. >> Yeah. If she has no ID to show, what was the expired ID that she gave the officer? What are you talking about? Cuz didn't he show the other off his partner or whoever that pulled up ID that was expired and the officer was like, "How is your license expired?" And you say you just moved here. >> I mean, I know I have my >> They need to identify this passenger and make sure she don't have something going on because it's it's it's really sketchy. And that's why my tags expired as well because I didn't in New York it's totally different with the registration. Um you have the registration like on the window in New York. So here and I just got New York I just got these claims recently. >> Like how recent did you get them? >> Um >> cuz they're they're already they're already expired. >> No, I know cuz it was my I do it by your birthday. I just found that out. My birthday is April 25th. So I just found that out cuz in New York it's like I think it registration's every year, not by your birthday. And it I haven't even had this car a year yet. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I've had this car since September. So like when I I was actually pulled over the other day, not because of this and I had I was like super confused on it. How would I have a registration expired I just got? Yeah. It made no sense to me, you know. So I tried they said I could pay for the tax online but I can't do that because I need to have Florida actual license. >> And here you have to make an appointment for that where in New York it's just like totally different. So that's why I haven't done it yet. >> So I was planning on doing that, but she's already >> So you just met her? >> No, I've known her for like a year. >> Okay. >> I don't know how long. >> So you've known her for a year, but you don't bat an eye that she's giving a fake name cuz one of the two would be a fake name, but you don't bat an eye. Yeah. Handcuffs for her, too. It's giving con artist. Yep. >> Where she from? >> I'm not sure exactly. Where does she live now though? >> Um, she's I'm not really sure. I don't really know. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um, >> you've known her for a year. She's driving your vehicle, but you don't know where she lives. >> I don't want to I don't want to say cuz I don't know exactly. So, I don't want to tell you, you know. >> So, she had no ID the whole time you've been with her. >> No. Like like I said, we were out last night. >> Okay. who it was and >> so she told him that she was robbed last night. >> Yeah. Yeah. She didn't have an ID out. >> Yeah. So, she was robbed. How does she have all that money? >> I don't know. I mean I mean I know for me when I go out like here's my wallet. I don't bring my cash on me when I go out. I bring a different bag and I bring like $40 for that reason. You know what I mean? Because I've been robbed. So unfortunately >> Okay. All right. Hang tight. >> Show the rob. If she was robbed, they would take all her money. She has a lot of lot of cash. If this person is who you telling me is you, you would have been given a warning and I would have sent you guys on your way. We're well beyond that. I don't take being lied to lightly. Sorry. Please is any [clears throat] please just forgive me in your heart. I just want to move from this. I don't want to be this person. Can you please can we please move on from this? Please, God. Mr. >> She sound like they they a couple. I don't want to be this person. Can we move on from this? You need to go see a therapist. [laughter] What do you need him to move on from? He's doing his job. Lovable Scorpion said he don't even care. The black officer doesn't even care anymore. >> Mr. Brown, please. [snorts] I disrespect you. I lied. But I just don't want to do this. Can we please move forward from this and not in this way? You can give me a ticket. Give me anything, but I don't want to go to jail. Please, Officer Brown, please. Can you hear me? >> I was treating you like a person when I was up there. And when you came back, I promised you I wanted to tell you before anything. I knew you were in this car looking things up and I was just like, "Oh my god, I have to get out and say something." >> Your friend sat there knowing you were lying. >> It's I know. I put her in a bad position as well. >> Yes. [snorts] And that's why I'm getting her car towed. >> What? >> Yeah. Her license is suspended. So >> it is. >> Yep. >> Please, can I just have my mom come pick me up? She can pick you up from the jail. >> No, no, no. >> Yes. >> There is nothing that you can say that's going to make me change my mind. >> Well, how much do I have to pay to get out of jail? >> I will tell you that in a minute. >> All right, step out. He's got to do the fingerprint thing. >> Just going to try and verify. >> Uhoh, fingerprint. Yay. I was hoping we did get this. Let's go. >> Who you If you are who you say you are. Do do a fingerprint for me. >> Okay. If you can just step out. Yeah. >> I just have to reach around. I have to get a right index and a left index. Why do >> I have to do this? I don't understand. >> We're just trying to verify who you are. >> Yes. >> Sir, I you verified so many different times. >> I did verify that. I told you I like I explained >> I want to call my mom. >> It's okay. No, no. Just >> I want to call you don't have the right to >> You can't refuse this. >> What right do I have? >> Not the right to counsel or to call your mom. We're just trying to verify your that you are who you say you are. >> Yes. So, you need to get out. >> I don't want to do that. >> Just go ahead and step out. >> You have to. I will grab you and make you get out. >> I'm saying you don't want to, but we need to verify your identification. >> So, if you want some leeway here, you need to follow what I'm saying. >> What has she gotten into? What did you do that you can't give your fingerprint and you can't tell the truth about who you are? Yeah, Ashley, they can fingerprint you in the field and they be fighting it. the ones that they have to um get the fingerprint out for, they usually are fighting it. I've seen a few. Every time that thing came out, I didn't see anybody take it willingly. >> Information is right. >> How old are you? >> 22. >> Most 18year-old social. >> I don't want to do it. >> I Well, you have no choice. >> Why don't I have a choice? >> Stop it. Why are you crying? Please, please stop. Please stop. >> Stop. >> Only take a moment. >> Stop. >> Stop it. >> Stop. >> I don't feel comfortable. Please stop. >> Well, then just relax. >> No, cuz you're holding me tight and I don't know why. And I've already spoken to you. >> Please let go of me. >> Please let go of me. Stop forcing me. Stop forcing me. Stop forcing me. Stop. No. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. >> I need you to relax. >> No. No. I'm going to have No. >> You're going to get booked under Jane Doe. >> Okay. And you're going to stay in jail for five extra days. >> Why? >> Because that's how the system works. >> Leave me alone. Please stop. Please stop. What are you doing to me? Don't protect my Stop it. Stop it. Stop. Leave me alone. Get out of me and stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Get out of me. No. >> If you just came in, they're just fingerprinting her. That's all they're doing. They're putting her They're trying to get her fingerprint on a scanner. Let me go. Stop. I said no. >> I don't want to. Stop. Leave me alone. Get off of me. Get off of me. Why am I Leave me alone. Get off of me. >> Get off of me. No. >> Listen, I understand they're intoxicated right now. >> Why am I intoxicated? >> I smell the alcohol in your breath. >> I'm not intoxicated. >> Okay, then relax your hand. >> You've already kicked me. You already got a job felony charged for battery on a law enforcement officer. Yes, you absolutely did. >> Relax your hand right now. >> Stop. You're me. Stop hurting me. Stop it. You're hurting me. Stop. >> Relax. >> Let go of me. >> Let go of me. Let go of me. Let go of me. >> Let go of me. Let go of me. Let go of me. >> Let go of me. >> You're making this way. >> You're hurting me so bad. >> You're hurting me so bad. Let me go. >> The jail's going to do this, too. So, either do it now or do it at the jail. >> Let go of me. I did not pick you. I call my mom. >> What's your mom going to say? >> You let me take your fingerprint. >> Get out of me. Stop. >> Stop. Why me? >> Because you're going to have to do this after. I'm just going to not kick me again. That's >> I'm not kicking you. I love hurting me so much. [screaming] >> Let me go. >> Would you get up? Child, what did you do? I'm a lovable scorpion. Just let her have them extra five days in jail. >> You fell to the ground. >> Y >> get up. >> Get off the ground. >> Get up. Get up. Or I will pepper spray you at this point. >> Get up. Get up. >> It's off order, man. Oh yeah, I forgot about the pepper spray cuz I already told you I'm Pikachu. We're We're I'm Taser deployed. Taser deployed. Got the pepper spray, too. I'm spraying. I'm not dealing with this [laughter] >> now. Get back in the car. >> No. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> You guys are horrible people. And she's I would say she's lucky cuz they're strong enough to unbend her finger. I think they're just trying not to break her finger because between all of them, they could get it. I don't know if they did or didn't already get the fingerprint or not, but it's like we're going to stop before we hurt you if they didn't get it. Because that finger I we'll see if they got her fingerprint. But yeah, uh if they could have gotten it either way. is I'm feeling >> How can you do that to people? >> You were still lying about your name. [snorts] >> The felony charge. >> You have to lie to a police officer. There you go. meant to kick. >> I didn't kick anyone and you guys know it. You guys know I did not kick you. >> You guys know I did not kick you and you know that's the fact I did not. I would love to see it. I did not. >> Why? I'm already in handcuffs. >> Resisting. >> Resisting what? I said I don't want to do something. >> You guys, you know what you did is wrong just now. >> [snorts] >> She was charged with battery, providing false identification to law enforcement, resisting arrest, and driving with a revoked license. So, she didn't have warrants. What was the reason? [laughter] Why would you do all this? Oh my gosh. Again, I'm just going to keep ending it with I don't understand people. Okay, this one. Okay, y'all. You might feel a certain way when it starts. Let this one play out. Um cuz Okay, let me say this. At the beginning, it does seem like maybe the cops were just looking for anything a little bit. I let these things play in the background, so I'm not always on point with everything. But this is titled Everything Escalated When They Were Asked about Weapons. So, here you go. >> Can I see the cop? >> Right. Hold on, bro. Don't even talk. It don't even matter. >> I'm talking to you. >> It don't matter to you. Run my license, please. Run my insurance. Run my license on my >> What the [ __ ] >> Don't make no >> You're making a fact. >> No, listen. This is a fact. You only supposed to talk to the driver. >> You're very mistake. I don't know if you're not from Ohio, but you're mistaken. Okay. If you're making it something a lot more than it has to be. He does have to identify. >> It is what it is, man. >> Y'all tripping, man. For real. Run my license and insurance. And what's up? What y'all want? Give me a ticket for that. I'll pay. What's up? What's up? What's What else? >> If that's the case, we'll get to that. >> Okay. Huh? >> No. No. I'm good. I saw your insurance. >> Where my license? >> I'm holding it right now. >> For what? >> I can't do that. >> Because he's getting his ID card. >> Dang. >> We got to ask everybody. We have gun laws on the highway. Ask everybody gun law. >> You want to run it down some more? What? What? What? What's up? What's up? I roll all my windows down. >> I know you did. I >> ain't nothing in here. What's up? >> What's up, >> bro? >> Where you coming from? >> I'm trying to go to the [ __ ] flag post. >> Where are you coming from? I'm coming from off of East A. >> Where were you at? >> What you mean? Where I at? >> Like, were you at an establishment at some house? >> My cousin. >> I'm not from here. What's up? What you want to do, man? What's up? >> Now, this sounds like a man that has all his stuff together, right? He's going to have a valid license, valid insurance, valid registration, and he's not going to have anything crazy in the car. He sound like someone that is inconvenienced because why why would you be bothering him? He is very, you know, very uh I'll say amped up on the fact that why are you bothering him? Cuz there's nothing wrong with anything he's doing. That was my that was when I first watched. I was like, dang, why are they bothering him? And I and even the title said everything escalated when they were asked about weapons. I was like, "Oh, they're offended because you're asking about weapons because why do you think they have weapons in the car?" Right. >> It's all being handled. It's all being handled. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Were you drinking a little tonight, my man? >> No. >> I'm talking to your passenger. >> You want to drink? Make sure you get home here. It don't matter. You don't need question. We got the cop, >> right? Hold on, bro. Don't even talk. It don't even matter. >> I'm talking to >> It don't matter to you. Where my license plates? Where my insurance? Where my license on my >> What the [ __ ] Like, [ __ ] don't make no sense, man. Y'all crazy as [ __ ] man. >> I got license and insurance, man. >> Take >> hurry up, please. Can I see the cup? >> No. >> Why not? >> You ain't pull me over for that. You You pull me over for running is your line. Whatever you say. >> You realize you pull me over. That's what you supposed to pull me over for. Right or wrong. >> That's what I pulled you over for. >> You know most traffic stops turn into something more though, right? >> No, it can't. >> Sometimes. >> It's never happens all the time, man. >> It's not inaccurate. >> Not tonight. I put my park. When you turn it off, >> I'm turn my car off. You're doing the most right now, man. You don't have to do all that. >> My car is off. >> You can turn it right back on. I ain't got no problem with it. >> My car is off. >> Okay. >> The [ __ ] Y'all tripping. >> You been drinking tonight? >> No. Y'all just don't like that y'all pull me over cuz you said I hit this line. Okay. >> You crossed it. Yeah. >> And give me a ticket. How much? >> I I can't give you a ticket if I'm standing here talking to you. >> Okay. Go run my Go run my license. Go run my insurance. >> Okay. Were you drinking today? >> No. Okay. >> Big fast. What you want me to get out? >> No, I'm good. >> Why are you offering me all this? >> Okay. He said he wasn't drinking. It could be nothing on the drinking one, right? But there is a red solo cup and we know usually what's in a red solo cup. Um he unless they get a re uh how can I say this? Right now the officer is only asking he's not ordering or he's not feel saying anything on why he has a lawful right to search the car, but to sniff the cup. If you don't have anything in there, that would be great, you know, because then it's like it's no alcohol in there. Um, him eating a piece of gum made me raise a eyebrow because he opened the gum up while he was being asked about alcohol and stuff like that. So, that's that's what I saw so far. And I think he keeps asking the passenger, "Is this your cup?" Because it's still not right to have a open container, but maybe if the passenger claims the cup, then the driver is not the one necessarily drinking alcohol. That's I don't I'm not sure. No, because I don't like >> Can I see the cup? >> I said no from the first time. Why you asking the second time? >> I'm just curious. Maybe your mind has changed. >> Never. >> Never. My car is off. So now what's next? >> You can turn it on. This next line >> right now. We just hang out. >> The police, man. Hey, like a [ __ ] ain't got licenses, shorts, man. What's wrong with you, man? Like a [ __ ] I saw, man. They tripping, man. I'm a basic [ __ ] Matter of fact, hold on. Let me just show you. Officer, since you want to pull somebody over, like I really got a job, all that. I work all that. Like, let me show you something. Wrong person. Let you know this my ADP. What else you want to see? What else you want to see on my ADP? >> I never asked to see. >> Okay. I'm just letting you know I'm a working citizen. Okay. Because you >> I never doubted that you weren't. I mean, >> it don't matter. You pulled me over cuz you said I hit this line. >> Why you so That's weird as [ __ ] Like you only pull me over because my car. My car. That's the only reason why. >> Because your car? >> Yes. >> What do you mean? Because your car? >> Yes. I know you pulled me over because it's my car. >> Because Because of this car? >> Yes. >> What do you mean? >> I really don't follow. If you can explain it to me, man. >> Okay. >> Anyway, you still got my ID. >> I know. My partner does. >> You need my insurance? >> I have no warrants. >> I'm good. >> I'm very happy to hear that. >> Hey, look. Hold on. Hold on. >> Can you not return? >> No, I'm just showing you. I'm paying child support. All that. It's my real name. This is me. Like, it ain't fake. >> This is where it got super deflecting to me. Why are you showing that man you pay child support? What does that have to do with anything? [laughter] >> You got no time for like y'all extra >> for nothing. Find somebody else to play with or do something to. Y'all on the wrong people. >> Hey Mr. Wood, I'm going to have you step out real quick for me. Okay. When you step out, just face towards the car. >> Why y'all making them step out? >> Well, I'll explain in a second. Separate your feet. Put your hands up here for me. >> I don't know. He said he'll explain in a second. >> Go ahead and put your hands behind your back for me. >> What? What the [ __ ] >> So, you're being detained right now >> for what? >> For having an open container in a moving vehicle. >> I ain't got no open container. >> So, I'll explain in a sec. Don't Don't move around here. I got him. Stay with the other guy. >> You got him. >> Walk back this way with me. >> What am I doing, though? What is he doing? So, I I explained you have a cup. I can smell alcoholic beverage on you. >> I don't got nothing to do with nothing. >> You weren't able to explain to me what you're what you got in the cup. >> I don't got nothing to do with nothing. >> Okay. All right. Separate your feet for me again. >> There's no weapons on you. Nothing. Just going to double check your pockets. >> So, you understand that? >> Yeah. >> You understand that? >> Yeah. Understand what? >> Why he was asked to exit the vehicle, the open container? >> Yeah, that's >> I know you were just asking a second ago, son. Yeah, cuz I ain't understand like damn why my car talk to me cuz I'm the driver. >> Y'all can tell me some more about how I got to do my job and what's right and what's wrong. >> Where does it say that I can't talk to passengers of the car? >> That's a fact. >> It's a fact. >> Where is that? Where's that? >> Let me tell you this. Right or wrong? >> I think you're wrong. >> No, I'm right. >> No, no, you're wrong. I want to use that line at some point just to be like, "Please, can you tell me more about how to do my job? I like that." But here's the thing. The traffic infraction gets you pulled over. Then they start seeing stuff to where they can search the car. So, open container. I don't know if that's how they're going to end up searching the car or not, but I know obviously odor of marijuana gives them the right to search a car. We'll see on the open container or not, but they're just going to look for probable cause. You shouldn't give them any. But again, I can't wait for y'all to see how this one unfolds. It was interesting. >> Anyway, >> tell me some more about how I got to do my job. Okay. >> What's going on? >> All right. We're going to have you step out. Why don't you put your phones on the dash >> or in your pockets? I just don't want them to get damaged. But we're going to have you get out of the car. Okay. So, either on the dash or in your pockets, however you want to do it. >> Why I got to step out? You want me to call my lawyer? >> You can call your lawyer once you get out of the car. >> Hey, hold on, bro. >> No. >> We're going to ask you one more time. or you're gonna get arrested for obstruction. >> But I might Can I call my lawyer though? >> Put your hands right on top. >> No weapons on you or nothing. >> Cool. If I go in your pockets, boss. >> No. >> Can you separate your feet for me? >> Right here. You want me to sit out? >> Yeah, you can sit on the sidewalk if you want. >> Yeah. >> Whatever's more comfortable for you. >> And I don't give consent to search [ __ ] or nothing. >> So, here here's the thing. Like my partner was saying, right now we have to investigate an open alcoholic container in a moving vehicle. >> I can smell alcoholic beverage on your friend that's clearly from my training experience a red solo cup. It's got alcohol in it. We have to search the rest of the vehicle to make sure there's no more open containers in the car. >> No, you don't. >> So we do. It's it's a law. We have probable cause to search the rest of the vehicle due to that. >> There's the key word. So the open container was enough for probable cause. So there it goes. So now your car is getting searched. >> Why don't we? >> Listen. It's a fact. >> What's the fact? >> Hey, listen. Don't go in my car cuz I will call my mother. >> You can call your mom. >> My rights. Okay. >> Hey, listen. It's a fact. >> All right. What's the fact? >> I'm sitting down. >> What's the fact? >> You can't listen. >> It was not no liquor. Y'all ain't seen no liquor. >> Then what is it >> at all? Y'all a smell no liquor at all. >> Well, we did. >> No, y'all didn't. I smelled it as soon as I pulled him out of the car. >> No, y'all didn't. >> When you put the gum in your mouth, I smelled it even before night. >> Man, listen. Man, y'all ain't smell no liquor, bro. >> Well, we did. Like I explained. >> You want to smell the cup, >> man? You never smell no cup. >> What's in the cup then? >> Listen. Listen. >> What is in the cup if it's not alcoh is making [ __ ] up? Y'all making [ __ ] up. You can try. But listen though, hold on. Hold on. Let me call my lawyer before you search my car because Hey, listen. >> That's not going to change anything. I've already explained to you you have probable cause to search the rest of the vehicle to make sure there's no other open containers. >> Listen, hold on. >> No, stop walking away. I'm about to put you in cuffs in the back of our car. Sit down. >> All right. You're not listening. >> There we go. I think he said 13. And from my context, well, y'all will see. I don't want to ruin it for you. >> Put your hands behind your back. just for this or is there something? >> Okay. >> Hello. >> Hold on. We're going to get a different car. >> Yeah, >> man. These people on some weird ass [ __ ] man. Why? >> Because 12. >> I got license. Y'all arrest me for what? >> Okay. Well, there's a gun in the car. We were searching. It was the open container and we found a gun. >> No, it wasn't open container. How's the open container if it's a cup? Make that make sense. Y'all lying. That's that makes me sad on the level of intelligence. They said there's an open container and you said it's not an open container. It's a cup. That saddens me that we don't understand the definition of open. Not we. He doesn't understand the definition of open container. >> Open container is a bottle, not a cup. >> So, we're going to wait until a cruiser gets here so you can sit. I'm going to read you some rights and then we'll explain everything. Okay. >> Normally seat >> here, actually. Yeah. Just sit on the ground. >> I got [ __ ] I got cuffs on. What the [ __ ] is >> here? I'm I'm going to read you something real quick. All right. >> Y'all wrong. >> Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Understand everything I just read you. Do you understand everything I read you, >> my man? Listen. Yes or no? Do you understand what I just said to you? >> 0 23 car 9 23. >> So, you >> Yes or no? Do you understand what I just read you? >> I see. >> Huh? >> Where you at? >> What? >> Where my pass at? >> Okay. The text on the screen by the original uploader um says, "This is where everything takes a turn. Listen closely." So, I'll turn caption on. All right. Here we go. >> He's in the back of our car. Do you understand everything I just said to you >> right now? >> What? >> Listen to me. >> What? >> Listen, man. Listen to me. >> I I >> Before you say anything else, did you understand everything I read to you? >> No. Listen to me. >> What? >> Huh? >> What? >> 1344. 1398 to 1344. >> Okay. He can't hear you. The windows are closed. He's back there. What's up? >> 1344. >> What? >> What do I want? >> Call me, please. >> Is it okay if I ask you some questions? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Whose gun is that? Okay. Well, whose is it? >> I got something for you. That's all I can say. >> What does that mean? >> What you mean? >> Well, you keep saying I got something for you. Is that a threat? Do you have information for me? Like, what do you mean >> information? >> Okay. What's the information? He can't hear you if that's what you're scared of. >> Yes. The windows are closed. >> He can't hear anything you're saying. >> I'm calling you right now. What you need? >> Huh? I >> I just need the truth. Whose gun is that? It's not yours. Is it his gun? >> I can't see, man. >> Well, you can. >> That's why I'm saying that >> cuz there's only two there's only two people in the car. So, there's only two options for whose gun it could be. So, is it yours or is it his? >> Is it his gun? Where'd you pick him up from? >> Like what? What road? >> All right. Copy that. >> Like at a house. Is it his house? Girl's house? >> Girls house. >> Girls house. Okay, >> man. Listen, that patty wagon off. I got some parking period. Okay. Would it make you feel more com? We have another car that's coming. I'll have you sit back there. You'll be farther away from him. Would that make you feel better? >> Yeah, but call the patty wagon off. I got you tonight. >> What? Okay. Well, we don't know who's going to jail yet, so I'm not calling the patty wagon. So, I know. >> Okay. Let me know if y'all are following what has happened so far. Um, his bravado in the beginning is such a contrast to what is happening now. And they haven't finished searching the vehicle either. >> How far away do you need to go before you're comfortable talking to me? Like how far down the road? >> I can't get by now. >> Okay. If we go on the front side of your car, is that better? Is that far enough away? Like we go to the hood of your car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. I hope you I hope you stand up. >> Let's walk on the sidewalk so you don't get hit for sure. >> And then I'll have you just want me to come with >> Huh? >> No, I got it. I'm just I'll have you sit lean up against the hood right here. >> All right. >> You You can sit on your butt. >> No, stay like Okay. All right. So what what's going on? What info do you have for me? >> What you mean? >> I can call somebody and have whatever. >> What do you What do you mean? Are you trying to work with like >> the first question I need answered? Whose gun is that? >> It's not mine. >> Is it his gun? >> I can't say help. >> What do you mean help? >> Like listen, I'm not trying to get anybody to say anything. I just want the truth. >> So there's a gun. Someone owns it. I want to know whose gun it is. >> All right. >> Cuz then it's going to look bad. >> Yeah. I'm going to have you walk back. We got another car here. >> So, you ain't going to help me? >> No, I'm trying to help you. I'm trying to work with you. I'm just confused. I'm going to have you sit back here, though, so that way you're farther from your friend, >> right? >> And that way you can actually sit down. He can't see you. He can't hear you. >> Go ahead. >> All right. Take a seat for me. How long have you known him? >> Not that long. >> Not that long. Okay. Another one. Okay. So now my partner's telling me there's a second gun in the car. So just be real with me. Is that your gun? Like I said, >> the way this man was acting in the beginning. Now they have found two guns in the car and he's like, I'm clean. Ain't nothing here. What you want? My license, my registration, my insurance. I'm I got this right. He might be an undercover snitch. He not an undercover agent. He is not an undercover agent. [laughter] But I see how I may have may have framed it that he might be playing a character. I don't think he's an undercover agent, but he was so like, "Why are y'all either even bothering me?" Doesn't know the definition of open container. And [laughter] now they and and wait to see what type of gun the second gun is. >> Man, if you're not weapons under disability, I will send you home with some paperwork. Who? So, who actually owns those guns? I said like >> so >> I don't care about what you got going on. I'm talking about me. >> I can't. >> Mhm. >> I can swear to God. You can give me my phone right now. >> So the thing is we have two different guns now. >> Yeah. >> And I'm trying to figure out whose they are and you just keep saying they're not yours. >> No, it's not. >> So then whose guns are they? You kind of have to if if you want to help yourself, you have to give me you have to tell me whose gun they are. You can't just say they're not mine. >> All right. Listen. If I tell you that, then guess what? What? >> Guess what? >> What? >> Yeah, I know. Right. At the end of the day, let me tell you this. >> I don't have to tell them that you told me. >> But paperwork will. So that's why I'm like, man, [ __ ] that. I can help. >> Well, how do you want to help? >> I can call somebody and have them come bring something. >> What do you mean bring something? Like I I don't get what you're getting at. You have to explain it to me. >> All right. What you want me to have him bring? Some dope. >> I don't want it. I don't want people to bring dope here. like are you? >> Okay, this is what gave me he's not good at this. Okay, so I don't think he's a professional one, a professional informant or snitch or whatever. I think in this situation since he got caught up that uh he's trying to find his way out in this one and maybe he's done it before, but I don't think he does it well because when he was like, "Do you want me to have somebody bring you stuff?" That don't even make sense to me. Like why would you ask that? They usually want contacts, names, routes, but they don't want you to have the person bring something to a stop. So, [laughter] that's what gave me He is he is uh panicking in this moment and snitching, but I don't know if he um is one of their like official type informant type people >> talking about like info like who's selling around here. >> Well, we can try. >> [ __ ] info. I would break it. >> All right. >> Why would you want them to do that? Then they would get in trouble for having it. You head back. >> So then there would be another person in trouble. >> All right. I don't want to get in trouble. >> All right. Give me a second. >> You sure? >> We We asked everybody in the car if there were guns. We've now found two guns in the car. >> So whose guns are those? >> I don't know. >> So one of them is below your feet. >> And your boy is saying [clears throat] they're not his. >> All right. The driver, my boy. >> I know. But one of them was directly under your feet. So that's >> I don't know nothing about that. >> You don't know nothing about >> Huh? >> I got a ride. >> You got a ride? How How long you been in the car with him? >> Five. Where do Where'd he pick you up from? >> Right up the street. >> Where's Right up the street? >> Right up the street. >> Like what's the address? >> Right up the street. >> He was saying on Wildwood, >> huh? >> On Wildwood? >> Yeah. Right up the street. >> Is that where your girl lives? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where are you guys going? >> Going to the drivethru >> to get what? What? What were you trying to get at the drive? >> So, I agree. Uh, so Jacine said he's been watching too many cop shows and lovable scorpion says the officer is acting like he is slow. Also, he is in my opinion. I feel like he wants him to say something in plain language that he can actually use and so he keeps acting like he don't understand them stand. He doesn't understand him or his purpose when he totally understands him and his purpose, but he's not giving up good details in my opinion. So he I feel like the officer is playing dumb to get him to uh tell him better information on somebody. He's not I don't think he's trying to Well, I don't know if he's also trying to bribe him, but mostly he's trying to inform him. He's trying to make sure he don't go to jail by giving up details he thinks are more crucial than the crime of them finding him in the car with those guns. >> Man, listen, man. I don't I'm a passenger, >> okay? >> I got to ride. Okay, >> that's it. >> I don't know nothing else. >> Have a 39. >> That's all I got to tell you. >> Okay, so here's the thing, man. >> I don't know nothing else to tell you. >> We're We're going to test them both for DNA. >> All right, cool. Do that. >> So, if you work with us now, like I was telling your friend, >> I'm not working with you at all. I don't know what to work with you. >> Well, let me explain. >> Nothing for me to work with you about. >> Listen, as long as you guys aren't weapons under disability, we send most people home with a summon. I don't like sending people. I'm telling you now, I have no clue >> what's going on. >> Okay. Well, but the problem >> the problem we're at is there's two guns and they're under each seat. So, like no people be honest with me. Do people generally carry two guns on them? >> Where you at? You know where you at, right? >> I'm in Akan, >> right? >> What you going to need two guns for? You going to either shoot through the first or you going to get shot? >> You in agon, right? >> I don't even got two guns on me. know what be going on in a >> Why are you asking me that? >> So, who's gone? >> Crazy, bro. I just told you I got to ride. >> Okay, watch your knees. >> All right. 20. >> Yes. >> It's over with. >> I'm on my way. Where you at? What are they saying, >> man? They found two guns in the car. Who was in the car with you? >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Hello, >> babe. I'm sorry. >> Like, what the [ __ ] Damn, man. >> I'm sorry, babe. >> So, what they saying? Like, where the [ __ ] is the car? What's going on? I'm on >> I want to know what does she find attractive in him in the first place to be in this point of the way she's screaming the little bit he had to say he didn't have to say a lot you know um for her to stress out a lot and I I just wonder what is worth it to have someone like this bringing this kind of stress in your life is it her car I don't understand cuz she sound like she is at her wits end. He's mostly snitching in my opinion. walk house. Not I'm not saying he didn't try to bribe, but all his wording to me led to him trying to to to snitch, not bribes. >> Told G, man. We got pulled over, man. They f both of the guns, bro. >> Get the [ __ ] out of here, >> man. On my soul, [ __ ] We on Hawkins right now, [ __ ] I'm in back seat right now. >> Oh my [ __ ] god. >> I'mma call you back. >> Yeah. I'm trying to talk to my girl, bro. Hello. Yeah. >> Yeah. Babe, I'm sorry. It's over with, man. >> Why would you have to go through this [ __ ] >> 89. >> I'm going to have a 39 and Rose. >> We ain't saying [ __ ] yet. >> David, >> man, the [ __ ] who? >> I know, bro. Sorry, man. Damn. My [ __ ] baby. [ __ ] you mean sorry? Damn. My baby already died. Now you got to tell what the [ __ ] >> I'm sorry. >> Oh, that's why she at her wing cuz someone actually already passed away. [sighs] It ain't worth it. Let him go. >> Damn, man. >> I'm sorry, baby. >> It's not about that no more. Damn, man. What the [ __ ] I love you. >> One under the driver's seat, one under the front passenger seat. The way it stands, I'm just going to be real with you. You're each going to get charged with a gun unless someone can tell me whose guns they are. Cuz if you both say it's just not mine, well, it doesn't make a lot of sense that one gun is under your seat, one gun's under his. But so that's that's where we're at now. Would you be willing to work? So >> the reason I asked that, the gun that was >> I know. Listen, one of the guns found it looks like it's a ghost gun. So, it's white. It looks like it was made with like a 3D printer. >> That That's kind of unique. >> And I have some detectives who'd be pretty interested in hearing about that. >> I can't promise tonight. >> Unless again, like, do you have any violent felonies on your record? You do? Okay. So, you're not allowed to be around guns. Listen, man. So, I'm just going to be 100% honest with you. If you're willing to talk, >> I I have a detective. I can call him now. He may want to come out and talk to you now. He may not. If not, as long as you're willing to work with him, I will give you a summon. You can go home tonight. We still got to tow the car. Your buddy's going to go to jail. >> We got to the car. >> Any car district 117 South Arlington 37 is not verified. Um, we can if we're able to summon you, we will cancel the toe. >> Okay. >> All right. So, just making sure we're all on the same page. The reason that they for now are letting him go because they want to know who is manufacturing these ghost guns. It sucks though because anybody with a 3D printer and the schematics can manufacture those. So, it sucks because even if they catch this one, they ain't going to catch everybody. But they want to know for them who is getting y'all these ghost guns cuz ghost guns uh they're they're labeled that cuz they're they're not traceable. There's no serial numbers. There's no, you know, like it's it's not it's not like the traditional weapons and stuff like that. It is literally printed from a 3D printer and it can still fire like a gun. So that's that they're untraceable basically. So that's what that's why I believe they were called ghost guns. But yeah, so they want that information. That is what became important to them. Had it been two regular guns, they probably didn't want nothing from him. But they wanted to know how is he getting those ghost guns. >> But you would be willing to talk about where where did you get that gun? >> Do you know where he got it? >> Cuz here's the thing. I I I know we've talked about you bringing people here with dope. I need to know about these guns. I don't need to know about other people's guns right now. Eventually, yes. But right now, I need to know about these two guns. So, are you able to help me with whose guns these are? I'll be able to help you with the ghost gun and I'll be able to help you with >> Okay. Tell me about the ghost gun. Who's is that? >> All right. These people from Cleveland, man. I can call him right now. You got my phone. >> You got his Do you know his info off the top of your head? >> Oh, give me my phone. >> I got my phone with you. >> You were on the phone with him? >> Yes. >> What were you saying to him? >> No. Remember I was on the phone, man. >> Yeah, it was the dude I saw you on FaceTime. That That was dude who's making them >> I was supposed to. >> You were supposed to what? I supposed to man. >> You were going to meet him. >> What for? >> Cuz he was talking about some couple. He was trying to show me some pounds. >> He was trying to show you some more. >> Okay. >> What? What's his name? Or what? Even if it's just a nickname, what does he go by? >> Huh? >> Big Chuck. >> Ed here. If I got you your phone, would that help? >> Yes. >> Um, is his phone sitting up there by chance up in the dash? It says Big Chuck. >> Okay. What's Big Chuck's number? Okay. Where does Big Chuck work out of? Like, does he sell out of his house or where's he >> where where's he live at? >> House. >> He's on house arrest. >> Yeah. >> Where where were you supposed to meet him at today? >> Supposed to go No. Listen, I have to go out there. They like, "No, [ __ ] that. Just meet me on Father's Day. I might have a cookout on Sunday." So, just pull up. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Where were you supposed to pull up at? >> He going to send me out. >> Oh, he hasn't sent it to you yet. What you want me to do? >> So, what's going on? >> He's getting a summon and then I'm figuring out >> Meanwhile, the passenger knows what time it is. Like, how am I the passenger and I'm going to jail, but the driver is walking for now. >> Your stuff right now. Um, do you have any felony convictions? Yeah, I got felony convictions, but >> can you get a set? Are you able to look at >> Just keep it on there with me? >> No, I know. I mean, you're getting charged, man. Um, >> for what? >> Weapons while insight might be weapons under based on your felony conviction. >> Are you serious? >> Yeah, man. I'm You told me to keep your 100 with you, >> man. He getting off. >> The circumstances are not the same. >> [laughter] >> He's not getting off like he's not still getting char >> but y'all about to let him go and drive off. >> Sometimes we have the ability to get summon. >> I'm not lying to you, man. He's >> You ain't got to worry about a worry about none of that. >> Told me all I need to know. I'm getting charged and I'm the passenger. >> The [ __ ] [ __ ] This ain't even my car. >> You got a gun under your seat, >> [ __ ] I ain't got nothing. Nothing. >> Not my car. Not nothing. I'm just a passenger. >> Okay. >> Yeah, right. Okay. [ __ ] you mean? >> Took photos of it. >> Yeah, you can take photos of it. I'm the passenger. You don't know what happened. >> That's why you drink from that cup. I know. >> You ain't seen me drink from nothing. You seen the cup in my hand. >> You seen the cup in my hand? The [ __ ] That ain't no open container. [ __ ] is you talking about? [ __ ] make no sense. [snorts] >> [ __ ] is you talking about? >> It's literally right here. I got it right here. >> The [ __ ] if you got it right there or not, [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you talking about, [ __ ] >> I ain't see nothing, [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you mean, [ __ ] I ain't no container. >> I got a cup in my hand, [ __ ] I ain't the driver, none of that. You telling me, [ __ ] cuz it's some [ __ ] in the car. I'm getting charged with it. But he getting off. He could pull off. >> He's not getting off, man. >> You just say he going to pull off. That mean he told y'all some [ __ ] Exactly. [ __ ] you talking about? I'm glad you told me that. [ __ ] tweaking. >> I'mma be that. But the same [ __ ] that got the same charges as me is getting off. >> Nobody's getting off of anything. >> You just said he about to pull off. You about to let him pull off. You about to let him pull off. >> Y'all about to let him pull off. >> So y'all about to let him pull off and I'm I'm the passenger. >> Man, boy, y'all going to have another man. >> I ain't going to hold you. If I did know that man's full name that that did tell, I would want to check and see if he is still alive. Now, this I wanted to see when this body cam was uploaded. It was uploaded two days ago. The It actually occurred in 2024 and it was upload uploaded two days ago and that man just said it's about to be another homicide. That's what he just said. I want to know is the other man still alive cuz I'm like cuz wow, you right. He he's he's doing it on body cam. >> He [ __ ] up. So I'm getting charged for some [ __ ] I don't got nothing to do with. Man, he about to feel better. You guys are both getting charges. >> Yeah, [ __ ] You letting him pull off. >> He get to pull off and I go to jail. >> Uh-huh. [snorts] >> He was He [clears throat] was cooperative with us. >> Yeah, I bet. I bet. >> You bet. For that. >> Yeah, I bet. We going to figure it out though. >> I'm going to figure it out. >> No, we going to figure it out. >> Figure what out? >> You will find out. >> That doesn't sound >> job. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah, exactly. I'll I'll explain to him in a second. >> Okay. >> Ken explain to me, [ __ ] that [ __ ] telling [ __ ] telling. He putting some [ __ ] on me. I don't got nothing to do. >> [ __ ] I'm the passenger. >> I'm the passenger. >> Okay. >> I'm a passenger in a vehicle that I don't own. >> To explain why there was a gun under your seat. >> That's a pretty simple, >> man. It ain't simple at all. >> How's it not simple? I generally knew a gun sit in my Yeah. All right. I don't know about you, but >> Yeah, you right. You don't know [ __ ] >> You don't know [ __ ] right? >> You don't know [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you talking about, [ __ ] I just got in the car. >> I just got in the car. How the [ __ ] I'm supposed to know anything? >> I got in the car for 2.2 seconds. What you talking about? >> You ain't making no sense. >> Behind you for more than 2.2 seconds. >> No, you wasn't. >> No, you wasn't lying, bro. Stop lying. >> Stop lying. >> So, all y'all do is lie. >> That's not true. The [ __ ] you talking about? Lying, bro. >> What? I lie about >> [ __ ] everything you're talking about. >> Well, that's name one thing and then I'll I'll corroborate whether >> I just [ __ ] told you, [ __ ] [ __ ] you mean? >> What? You just said everything. Well, that's not true. Name one thing. >> [ __ ] out of here. That mean the [ __ ] told you some [ __ ] that I don't got nothing to do with >> cuz I ain't tell you nothing, so I'm going to jail. A [ __ ] told you something, now they ain't going to jail. >> That's between you and him. I ain't between me and nobody. That's between them and God. They got to take that up with God. Y'all have more work to do. Y'all be all right. >> What you threatening? >> See, he did it again. Y'all going to have more work to do. Oh, Jesus. That man is not safe. The one that was a driver. He is not safe. >> Threaten yourself. Figure it out yourself. >> That's what I'm trying to ask you questions. >> I ain't told you nothing. I don't know what you talking about. >> Okay. >> I don't threaten nobody. I don't do that. >> Kind of sound like you just did. That's why I was asking. >> Say what you want to say. You making it look good, my boy. You making it look good, though. I ain't going to lie to you, though. >> You making it look real good. I don't know what you got going on. >> You making it look real good though with all these lines and [ __ ] >> You making it look good with all these lines and [ __ ] >> It's all good though. enough. >> Yes, Jacqueline. Thank you. Yes, yes, yes. That is my point. The exposure of the red cup led to all of this. He had a traffic stop for touching a line or whatever they pulled him over for. Then you have the open container, which is the red cup in the center console. You have given them probable cause to search your car, and you're acting really weird. Um, yeah. And then even if this still I feel like we still would have got here once they didn't even have an open container cuz they were saying we could smell the alcohol coming from both of y'all. He was well one of them the cops said when we got the passenger out I can smell the alcohol on the passenger. The cop on the driver's side said I can smell the alcohol on the driver and he when he chewed that gum I was suspicious. So, they were going to tow the car even if they didn't see a open container, which means they could inventory the car, aka search the car, cuz if you inventory, you can you can look and touch a lot of stuff on an inventory. I'm air quoting inventory. So, they were going to find those one way or the other. But yes, the exposure of the red cup led to this moment. That is crazy. Be serious. >> Hey, >> be serious, bro. >> Oh, I I like uh who is this? Hold on. Who channel is this? I'll have all the links in the description box so y'all can um see the the footage with no interruptions. Coffee Cam Patrol. I thought I was subscribed to them. Okay, Coffee Cam Patrol. I like they putting the captions up here with this, but it says he shows his charges to his friend to prove that he didn't snitch. He's already clocked you. He said, "We got identical charges, but he driving away." No, no, no, no. Yeah, cuz he got a summon uh the one that's the driver that's going to get to drive away versus the other one having to go to jail. He already know you said something. >> I'm in your car. >> Hey, that's D. Yeah, that ain't what they saying. That's a limit. >> Why? >> Why? So why am I going to jail for you? >> Well, I kind of explained that already. >> You didn't. >> I did. >> Oh, you ain't said. >> Like I said, there was two different guns. Neither of you were saying whose they are. Neither of you are allowed to even be near a gun. It's conveniently beneath your feet and your feet. It's kind of a problem. Most people notice when there's a gun sitting under jail. >> Mhm. >> I don't I don't understand what's not clicking for you. I don't understand what's for you. I >> I've explained it like three or four times. >> Talking about you ain't making no sense. >> Okay. Do you got anything else you need to say? Cuz you're you're free to get out of here. >> I don't give a [ __ ] about none of that. I know what's going on. >> [ __ ] you talking about. >> No, [ __ ] >> Telling [ __ ] Oh, [ __ ] The cops, [ __ ] The cop just like you. >> [ __ ] you acting like you telling me something special. >> [ __ ] >> I explained to you exactly. >> Get the [ __ ] out of here. talking. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> Suck my dick. >> [ __ ] what y'all talking about? >> Just let a [ __ ] go and I ain't in my car. I'm not in the car. >> This is actually more reason. I don't care if that driver is the father of that woman's uh child that was um in the uh that was on the phone with him. She needs to let him go cuz now he is for sure putting her house in danger because he is gonna let whoever he needs to know that dude was snitching and he keeps basically saying that dude's not going to be alive for much longer. He does not need to be leading anybody to that woman's front door. Let him go. Do not be with dudes in that lifestyle or this is what everybody gets and it sucks. >> You just told me he told. >> You just told me he told. That's all you told. >> Say anything. >> Yeah. All right. You don't got to sit. >> All I told you is exactly why you're both getting charged with a gun beneath both of your feet. >> But I'm going to jail and he getting let go. >> Yeah. So, >> make it make sense, though. I'm the passenger. >> So, as officers, we have discretion. >> I'm the passenger. >> There's still a gun beneath your feet. >> I'm the passenger. I have nothing to do with nothing. I'm the passenger. >> How the [ __ ] am I going to jail the passenger? You've >> already explained that to >> No, you didn't. You didn't. >> You just let a [ __ ] that tell you some [ __ ] and then you took me to jail. >> Serious, bro. You [ __ ] serious. >> I just let a [ __ ] tell y'all some [ __ ] and took me to jail. >> [ __ ] you mean, bro? Come on, bro. [ __ ] the police. >> You don't have to say anything to us, man. >> I don't got to say [ __ ] to none of y'all. Y'all just told me he told. >> I didn't say anything. >> You ain't got to tell me. [ __ ] me. you letting go. I ain't going to be polite to >> You know what, Jamie? I agree. The dude should have been smarter and ate a tophi or whatever and the cop take them both to the station. So, it's not obvious. I I do agree with that. But that guy wanted to walk so bad right then. No, the police weren't making sense. The police weren't making sense. Um, the guy going to jail did have a felony, but I feel like the driver also said he had a violent conviction or something too and he wasn't supposed to be around guns either. But because he could lead them back to the ghost gun, they still let him go. Like they they were neck and neck. The only thing that he got let go for is because he was going to try to tell them more about those ghost guns. But I think the driver also had convictions, too. And he even asked them, "Are they violent convictions?" And I and I believe the driver said yes. So he's only out in my opinion on how I saw it. He's only out and driving back home because excuse me because he would tell about the ghost gun. But yeah, or pull Yes, they've done that too, Jamie. Pull off with the passenger first. Keep the other dude in cuffs in the in the vehicle. Man, this is not good. Not good at all. >> [ __ ] never [ __ ] >> You're not obligated. >> Never. I would never be polite with y'all. >> And you let the driver go. That mean that driver just told you some [ __ ] >> He might have, he might not have. >> Man, you know he told you something. You know, I ain't about to let that man go for no reason, man. >> Wait, I didn't let him go. He still got charged, >> man. He' let that man go. >> He got summoned. >> I can't believe y'all taking me to jail. Y'all just let the driver go. He just told Tell me what he told y'all. Just tell me what he told you. Don't take my money and [ __ ] >> No, your money's going >> light. Come on. Come on. >> No. No. I'm going put it once. >> I'm put in a plastic bag. Put in a plastic bag. >> Come on, man. >> I'm going to put it in the plastic bag, Doc. So, you get all your stuff. >> Watch your hands. Watch your head. Watch your hand. Watch your little man shinobi looking at little Barbosa. Looking at Hold Hold the thing, man. Dr. Omar, I think you giving the driver too much credit. I do. Now, the passenger is threatening him now cuz he snitched, but I think you're giving the driver's intention in the beginning too much credit. That's my opinion, though. He didn't have no, in my opinion, he did not have a plan. He just was, it was just marbles up there to me. But, um, dang. I do wonder if that man is honestly still alive cuz I don't know. Um, but as y'all can see, just making sure it's clear, they still both have charges. They I think they cops even said identical charges, but they let the driver show up on a summon to court versus having to go get processed through the jail and all that first. So that's the that's the difference, but both of them still left with charges. Yeah, that's against that's the chance you gamble when playing with the legal stuff. Jamie Jaclyn said if it goes to trial, the driver will have to testify against him. Lose lose for the driver. Right. Right, Mary? I'm telling you. And then with this posting, let's say nobody has seen the stuff yet. Right now it's out and somebody from Akan or someone from Ohio might see this and know and be like, "Huh?" Or they could have actually shoot the way Ohio, Florida them released the footage. The smart ones might have just did a normal request for u the body cam footage or something. I just think they already knew and they didn't they don't need much proof about it. Um I guess that's okay. I read that. Let's see. And as said, but why would the driver call his girl and the guy if he was setting him up? Right. Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. I don't think he was trying to set them up. I think he panicked once he realized he not going to get all he I I don't know why he did all that. I do agree with y'all that he was trying to act hard in front of the passenger, but that was horrible. It just made it worse. And once he made it worse and they did make them get out the car, he panicked and was like, I can tell stuff like I I know stuff. But I think he was just in that life as much as the other guy until he gets caught. And then it's like, well, I'm I'mma start telling. Yeah. the passenger either way has to understand he would still get the the gun charge um because he's near a weapon unfortunately. That's why you got to mind the company you keep like y'all said. Um but he does obviously he's mad that both of them not going to jail. But yeah, you two a a gun under each seat is not looking good for the passenger. Even if it's not your car, it's not looking good for you. Now, a lawyer might be able to help you, but it's not looking good for you on the stop. INZ, I'm telling you, I need them to leave him alone. Anz said, "I hope he got his family together that night and moved out." Yeah, he put them in danger. And it's that sucks for people. I don't know if she was part of that life, too, or not. But the way she knew cuz she didn't cuz he was already in police custody. So, I the way she was like, "Now, now you about to die, too." I don't think she meant by the police when she said that. She said, "My baby already died. and now you about to die too. I don't think she meant by the police's hands when she said that. While Kyle said a good attorney can get the passenger off. I don't either, Ashley, but that's why I'm so like I don't like riding with a lot of people and stuff. Um, but also you don't have a felony conviction either. So the the passenger got more in trouble about being around that weapon cuz he has a felony conviction and can't be around guns. So, you're you're more okay than if you know you had a felony conviction. I think the passenger had the ghost one under his seat cuz it seemed like the guy the cop said 13 when he was on the driver's side and then later on search search and then I think he went to the passenger side and found the ghost gun. All right, going to the next one. We have saying yes put her life at risk instantly. This was just a crazy one. So, I put it in here and I'll just let y'all see it unfold if you haven't seen this one before. >> This is what happens when you do a favor for the wrong person. >> How y'all doing? >> Hey. Okay. >> All right. Hey, Tyson. >> Did y'all have an incident? >> No. No. We had no incident. >> All right. That's why I'm out with you. Okay. We're trying to figure out what's going on. >> You know, we had no incident. >> I don't know that. I We got a call and that's why I'm out with you. >> Not on this call. We just left my house. Don't be >> Okay. Why is she following you? >> No. Nobody following me. Come on, man. >> She following me. >> Oh, no. >> You have the house. Okay. Well, that's why we're here. No, not >> in that car. >> I didn't say you did anything. Okay. >> Well, just hang tight. I'm trying to sort out. >> I'm sorry. I hear you. >> Just hang tight cuz we're trying to sort it out. >> Okay. All I know I just I was going home. >> Okay. I'm not saying >> I stay I stay up. I'm going home when I just see him standing outside >> cuz we're trying to figure out what's going on. >> Then take him somewhere to wash your clothes. >> Exactly. >> Okay. My clothes. >> No. Well, when we get done then you can then you may be able to wash a >> talking to >> I mean I don't even know what going on. >> Yeah. I'm just That's why I stopped. You know what I'm saying? Okay. >> Okay. >> Where where did you where did you pick him up at? >> I was I stay on Sart. So I had pulled on my rope and I saw him standing down. He flattened me down and he said, "Well, can you take me somewhere to wash my clothes?" And that was it. >> Okay. Very much. Just hang. >> So, I don't know. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Appreciate it. >> Thank you. >> Okay. Well, I We're not done talking. >> Okay. I didn't accuse you of doing anything. >> I'm talking to you. Okay. I didn't say you did. I just said, "Well, I told you I'm straight." >> Okay. You can tell me whatever, but we got a call. So that's what you're investigated out, >> man. I don't even know what going on. >> That's fine. It has nothing to do with you. >> And I'm not I don't mean I'm not saying that we agree. Okay. That's the only reason we're stopping her is cuz you're with her. >> Okay. It ain't did nothing. >> I didn't say you did. >> So I ain't getting out no car. No. You got no warrant. I ain't >> I don't need a warrant. We got a call. >> Yes, we did. Yes, we did. Okay, know what going on? >> Well, I ain't going down. >> Okay, and I ain't got to know. You keep saying about the incident. I told you what? I'm telling you. So, what you going to do? Walk away from the >> Okay. Well, I ain't I don't know where he all from. >> Let me get one of y'all. >> I'm telling you, you might as well stop. What? Ain't nothing but my money. So, you might want to stop. And I ain't no shirt that >> cuz I ain't did nothing. Cuz I know this some bull to >> I ain't going nowhere cuz I >> Okay. Well, I ain't going nowhere. I ain't going nowhere. So I don't care about what they said. >> You knew something going on type. >> I didn't quit saying this one. >> Ain't nothing going on. No. No. You can stop cuz they ain't getting no car. No. No. M. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Okay. No. For what? No. I probably >> investigating. Okay. >> Step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Stop. Listen. No. Stop. Get out of the car. Stop playing now. No. >> Get out of the car. We're going to talk. >> I promise. No. Yes. >> Listen. I >> get out of the car. >> I ain't going in there cuz I ain't did that to >> Okay, get out of the car. >> No, I ain't did that. I probably Somebody come. I bet somebody >> No. Hell no. To you crazy. >> I'm not going nowhere. Hey. Hey. Hey. Get out. Get out of the car. You will get the car. No, I'm not. I'll take you. I'll grab him. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. [screaming] Get out of the car. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. [screaming] >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Don't take me. Come on. Don't hit me. They're trying to hurt me. They trying to hurt me. They're trying to hurt me. They're trying to hurt me. >> Tyson, come on. Stop. >> Oh my god. >> Why they trying to hurt me? >> Stop. >> Stop. Trying to hurt me. >> You're grabbing my leg. >> Oh my god. [screaming] >> Hey, put a handle. Stop. Stop. Tyson, >> stop Tyson. I can't. >> Let me go. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Please. Come on. >> Let him go. There you go. Let him go. >> Oh [ __ ] Let go. >> They finally pepper sprayed him. So, they pulled it out. But yeah, he had a good grip on her. So, they trying to get him out. He holding on to that that woman. I'mma let her explain how she came to get him let him in the car. I'm trying not I'm trying not to jump ahead too much, but I don't know what did he think this was going to accomplish. Don't know. She's not pulling off on the police. Um, you're in a vehicle. They're going to get you out. You just delayed it by like 2 minutes or something. >> Handcuff handcuffs running but not good. We got a rat. >> No, you did. There was no need for all that. >> Come on now. Come on. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. We'll get some water and wash your eyes out. >> But you're not going can't get up and do anything when you're fighting with everybody. >> Maybe. Come on, man. >> Come on, man. Why? Please, please, >> can we get the wrap here? Let's uh [clears throat] >> quit trying to kick and fight. >> Quit trying to kick and fight. Got him on the side. I just got his arms in the handcuffs. >> Hey y'all, please don't tell me. Please. I can't see [ __ ] Man, please. >> Somebody go ahead and radio for uh >> No. No. Don't let me let me up. Just st me up. Please step me up, man. >> Can you stab me up? >> Can you stare me up? >> Please. Right here. Grab it. >> Can y'all step me up there? >> Not yet. Not yet. >> Please. >> Oh, okay. >> God damn it. >> Traffic. >> Oh, man. >> Y. Hey y'all. Hey. Hey y'all. Nobody's listening. He's wet. >> I don't have one. >> Well, Valley's got one right here. >> We need to be more prepared, guys. Everybody should know where their equipment is. >> Not you, bro. >> Can I please wipe my face? >> Sit still. >> If it wipe it, it's going to burn more. Going to get some water in just a second. But I can't let go of you. You still trying to kick and fight. >> Why y'all doing it to me, man? >> Why y'all doing this? >> Stop kicking. Stop kicking. Can y'all stop kicking? Stop kicking. Okay. Please stay here. Please. Y'all stay here. Stop kicking. Nope. Can y'all please step? Nope. You acting fool, man. >> To what? >> I can't believe it. >> Stop. >> Stop kicking. >> Stop. >> Sit still. >> Sit still. >> Okay, real quick. So, good questions in the chat. I'm trying to let it unfold. So, Mary, they are going to answer the question of did she know him? Uh, don't know about his mental state, but I be thinking everybody need mental health care. So, you know, it is what it is on that one. Man, what about you for real? >> Y'all get him. I got a bottle of water. I go punch the top and squirt his face with >> another one. I just >> I can't open if you need that. >> Okay. >> You need it? >> We might. I'll grab it. Please go. Who right now? Hey, >> let me find out who's got the rap. >> I don't know, but there's one. >> Come here, man. >> Yes. >> All right, let's work together. >> I got the limits. >> Y'all got that. Hey, look how they got me. >> Y >> and then there's no telling. Okay. So, let me I can say this part cuz they kind of already told him. There's no telling what he did cuz cuz they're [clears throat] stopping him because of a previous call they got. They stopped her car cuz he was in her car, but they just wanted him. So, I'm like, what did you do? And how bad was it that you are acting like this and you knew it was probably going to be whatever you did, you going to get arrested for it? Wait a minute. >> Stop acting like this. >> Pull me out, man. >> We're trying to. >> I can't. But you want to act a fool. >> All right. We're going to need Stop. >> Stop kicking. >> Okay. Hold on. >> No. >> You got to give us some water first. You're too high. Please. Please. Hey. Take some water, please. >> We're trying. >> No. I'll do that. >> You did it to yourself. >> I'll do that. >> I got water in here. >> I need water. >> Cold. >> I need water. >> And I'll grab water. >> Oh, you can use the cold. Let me slide. >> It's up all the way. >> Okay. Here. Here's water. >> Here. >> All right. He's got a big bottle. >> All right. Stay still. >> Okay. >> Stay still. I'm trying to give you some water. I'm trying to give you some water. >> I I need y'all to hold him so I can pour this water. >> Hold on. >> Hold on. Please. >> We're trying to give you some water to wash it off. Do you want water or no? >> Stop. >> Now he did all this to ask for water. They trying to pour water. What are you doing? [laughter] Why would you not sit just too much? Just this gives me whatever they said you did. Why are you doing all this? Shouldn't didn't even need to be pepper- sprrayed if he just would have got out the car, too. you. All this is his fault. >> God, use your Give me the >> Oh, we got some inner interpersonal uh inner work type uh conflict going on here. Everybody's not on the same page today. Got four cops doing >> sir. >> Don't leave me, sir. >> Somebody's got to sit down. Get wipe my face. >> Sit with him. Wipe >> your face. >> Somebody's got to sit with him. We're going to have to wrap him. >> Do you want to have to sit with me? >> He's going to be >> Yes. Go get him. >> He's in my car. Whose car can I borrow? >> Give me the car. >> No, I'll go get it. >> Yeah. >> So, what happened exactly? So you offering him a run or >> so I had turned on my road to go home. >> Okay. Which is >> I stay on Sartine. Got it. >> Sart Drive. So I seen him standing at uh at the top of the road at you know in the somebody driving. Okay. >> And he flattened me down and he was like let me get a ride to the east side. I said okay. I said where you going? He said to one of these stores. I said which one you want to go to the apple store you want to go to? >> He said probably east side. Then we got on. He said man just take me to go wash my clothes. North Avenue. I said okay. And that was it. >> And then what happened? That's it. He got in the car. I mean, I told him he said he wanted to go wash your clothes and I was taking him to North Avenue to wash your clothes and that's it. Then the car he got behind me and I stop like what they thought before. >> Yeah, she was just picking it out. Didn't know what was going on. >> The victim's down here. >> Okay, so the vict There is a victim. It's a female victim. I don't think we're gonna see I don't think on here we'll see them talk to the female victim, but remember they were getting him because he had already done something on a different call. They were called to go get him. Um, so we're still listening to what she has to say. But I'm like, let me let me let her finish cuz it's a rewatch. Let me let her finish. >> Oh. Uh, no. >> He was trying to get away from police. >> So >> he grabbed her and wouldn't let her go. Was like pulling away. >> Yeah, cuz when we he was trying to get him out of the car. So he grabbed me then he was like, "Don't let I don't even know what going on." So he reached over and grabbed you while he >> Oh, the officer had to catch a stray on that pepper spray cuz he tried to rinse his own eyes out too. They had to take one for the team. >> They would know why they were trying to pull him out. So he grabbed your head. >> Then I was my my thing. >> What you think? >> I don't know. I think he was on >> Well, I mean I don't know for sure, but I do look like he might have been acting different. >> He He act the same, but it just like he might have been amped up a little bit, you know? I guess um you know cuz it's hot outside so I like and I told him I said it's too hot for you walking out here >> just like that and that was it. And so I ain't you know >> thinking that's enough of it you know cuz I've been knowing this in high school. >> Right. Right. Right. >> You know >> what's your phone number? >> I give him a ride all the time. >> All right. There you go. She's known him since high school. She gives him a ride all the time. [sighs] I'll give you a bottle of water at best. And that's that's questionable because I gotta get in proximity enough to give you some ice cold water. So, I don't know. Um, I feel like this isn't the first time he's acted out and I feel like she put herself at risk for no reason. Just cuz you know somebody from high school don't mean you know them. Okay. You don't know them. Just cuz you know them from high school. How are they living their lives now? Yeah. Next time, let him walk. Right. Lovable Scorpion. But she pulled over and was like, "It's too hot to walk outside." No. Uh-uh. He He was making it the other days of the year. He can He can make it this day. No. Cuz you don't know him. You know, of him in in my opinion. But I feel like this was a real good life lesson. So, she probably won't be doing it anymore hopefully. >> When I see him walking, >> I got >> That's all the air you get. You're not coming out. Not sure why he's acting so much like this, >> right? I don't either. So then I was like, did he like keep going? I'm not going to keep going. The police behind me. You crazy. >> Yeah. >> So did >> Okay. So he stop he was stopping you to get to talk to him. >> Yeah. >> I gota >> Yeah. >> And then and then when he came up came up on the passenger side. >> Yeah. He he came up to my side first. >> Okay. >> And then he went over came up to this side. I guess when everybody else he came up on this side. >> Did you ask him to get out or anything? Um, I can't remember. It happened so fast. >> Yeah, I'm sure it did. I know it. It's not every day this happens, right? >> Right. I'm like, I'm just being a ride. So, um, cuz from the police, I was the first. He's like, you're not in trouble. I like cuz I ain't even kidn Don't let them take me. >> I said, I ain't got nothing to do with this cuz I don't even know what going on. >> Right. >> And so then he said, >> you have any marks on you or anything? >> Uh, no. >> Is he grabbing your arm? Is that what? >> Yeah. He just grabbed me right here. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And he he grabbed me by my shirt right here. >> Okay. >> Was trying to like take me and I'm like, "Well, I don't know what's going on. I can't I ain't got nothing to do." >> And so then they kept trying to pull him in. So by that time he was all up on me and I was screaming. I'm like, "Oh my god." And so then um my head was up against the um the side of the door right here and he I kept trying to push up against me. So my head got >> on the door. Yeah. So I Yeah. So I couldn't Yeah. So I couldn't. >> So you were trying to get away from him >> cuz I'm like the man was like he said to take off your seat belt. I said, "Well, I can't get it." And so then >> cuz he was holding it. >> Yeah. Then he was No, cuz he was all of his body was up against >> So he was leaning in. >> Yeah, he was leaning into me. I got you. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He was leaning in for me. >> Okay. Are you wanting to press charges or anything? Any kind of like simple battery? >> No one is coming for you. Stop yelling. >> No, >> no one is helping you. Well, let me talk to the sergeant here and we'll probably get you on your way here in just a second. Okay. Unless he wants to talk to you some more. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> You will. >> Sorry about all this. >> I know, right? >> You ready? >> Yeah. >> On you. >> Hold on. What are you doing? What yall doing, man? >> Why? >> Because you keep hold. >> Okay. They they went full helmet cuz I didn't get I didn't get to sing my song, but they this my little song if y'all new to me seeing it. I ain't seen nobody get hobbled in a while. But [laughter] hobble, baby. Hobble, baby. Hobble, baby. Hobble. So, we had the Hobble come out on this one. And the helmet, which he needed cuz it was weird. He was doing the most. And they can't have him hurting himself on their watch once they're once he's in their custody. They not trying to have nobody injured. >> Got it. Come here. >> He's good. >> No, we don't. I wanted to ask you to cooperate. You had cooperated one time. >> I know that ain't you anyway, baby. I know. >> I can get it on this side. >> Y'all did a good job, man. Good job. Please. Please don't, man. >> Maybe. >> Please, >> I can do this. >> Please don't let him kill me. >> Nobody's killing you. >> You're not cooperating. If you had done all this, you wouldn't have >> put something to jail. Don't get hurt. >> No, man. Just kidding. Nobody pay. You got to play >> good. Why y'all doing it, man? >> Yes, I am, man. >> The man was charged with criminal trespass, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and simple battery. >> I wonder if the criminal trespass came from the first victim. I I do want to know cuz someone has said it. I thought they were going to say how. I don't know how they found him in her car. Uh, I don't know if they were close enough to see him get in her car because I don't know how they knew where he was once he was inside her car. Um, he Yes, it's giving issues with control substances. Jamie, I it is giving that to me as well. Uh, so who said this is the same cop that was fussing when the uh they he told him get their they didn't understand where their equipment was. What body cam was that? Like what was the scenario? cuz I'm trying to recall him cuz that means he's memorable cuz he was fussing. Oh, okay. Oh, I remember. Oh, okay. This isn't I don't know if this is a traffic stop, but I had to find somewhere to put her because it just seemed like she was doing a lot. So, this says woman tries outsmarting cop and fails miserably. >> Is it this car? Correct. >> Okay. Just make sure got the plate. Just got to get the plate off your car. How can I help you? >> I'm just going to get the plate off the car. >> And I'm saying, why do you need to do that? >> What's the problem? >> Why do you need to do that? >> Are you about to drive away? >> Yeah, I am. >> Okay, go ahead. >> Go ahead. This is not like a game. You're recording. >> You don't need my license plate. >> Why? >> Why do you need my license plate? >> Are you saying like you're not a valid driver? >> I am a valid driver. >> Okay. But why do you >> Okay, I think this property has called on her before because they somebody let her use a spot one time, but she keeps I think using this spot and it's a towable spot and she's overstayed her welcome on the one time they let her use this spot. That's what my memor is telling me. So, we'll see if if anything makes sense when we watch it. >> My license >> again. Tell me why do you need to copy my VIN number and license plate? >> What? >> And what is your name, ma'am? >> It's right here. >> Okay, you're not asking the person question. Why do you need to copy someone's VIN number and license plate? >> Can you please tell me that? >> Can you please tell me that, ma'am? >> You guys, I'm recording her. She doesn't want to tell me why she want to copy my license plate or anything like that. So, can I please have your name and why you copy my information? I do have the right to know that. >> I already have it. Thanks. Have a good day. >> That's freedom of speech. >> If you want to talk like that on camera, that's fine. You're just showing yourself true colors. >> But you didn't tell me why you copy my information. >> Please don't touch me. >> This is my car. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm not touching you. >> Don't touch me. >> As you guys see, guys, I'm touching myself and not her. >> Excuse me. Don't touch me. You're touching me. You're touching me. >> You guys, as you see, it's a video. She's touching me. Look, >> this is already too much. I feel like lovable scorpion and I would have already arrested her for being way too close to our space. This reflection alone is showing she is doing way too much. Why are you this close to me? Mm- We wouldn't even have to go through 14 more minutes of this video. It's done. You're going in handcuffs. [laughter] >> Can I please I'm trying to open my car door? >> I'm trying to open my car truck. >> Can I please open my car truck without you by my car? >> Thank you. >> I'm trying to get away. >> I'm not touching you. Don't touch me. You guys see this? Stop touching me. Do you guys see this? Stop touching me. >> Get away from me. >> I'm by my car. >> Get away from me. >> I'm by my car. Stop touching me. I am by my car. Stop touching me, ma'am. >> Get away from me. >> I'm not by you. I'm not touching you. >> I need help. >> I'm not touching you. I'm not touching her. >> Detained. Let go. You're being detained. >> I'm not You're not touching me. >> You're being detained. You're not cooperating. You're being detained. >> Can you stop touching me? I didn't touch you, honey. I didn't touch nothing. >> Turn around. I did not touch. You're not listening. I did not touch you. So I not have a Stop. >> You're not listening. >> You guys can record this. Do you see this? Thank you so much for recording me. Stop. >> You're not listening. You're not listening. Stop resisting. >> Stop. >> You're not listening. >> Can you please help me resist my mom? I'm not touching her. >> I'm not here for you. >> You're not listening. >> I'm not touching her. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not touching you. I'm not. Stop touching me, please. 29 times a chance. Stop touching me. Can you not stop touching me? >> Why did he not touch? Why are you touching me? He's a man. Touch me. Stop touch me. >> Resisting you. Why are [screaming] you touching me? >> Stop resisting. >> He's touching me. >> Stop touching me. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop touching me. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Put your hands behind your back. No. >> Okay. >> On your hand. >> Not my back. >> Stop resisting now. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> You don't touch. >> This just seems like this seems like such dumb behavior. What is the point? Okay. Again, y'all. And Dr. Omar said they remember the video and they think that's the same thing that's going on, too. This is about her car possibly being towed if she keeps parking in that same spot. It is This is Why did Why are you doing all this? Like I don't understand people. I go back to the same phrase and then Yeah. What are you recording? This is Now when people start in the middle of recording, I think they do that to try to make it look like all of a sudden the police is just aggressive to me and I never did anything. Um because if you recorded while you were just Well, she might have started recording while she was just trying to get her license plate, whatever. So, she might have started hers early. But I don't understand what point you're trying to prove. Now you're on the ground in handcuffs. Why? Stop parking in that parking spot. If it's what I remember correctly, just don't park in that spot. That's not a parking spot. I think that's the issue. >> A law enforcement officer. >> She She got recorded. You go to go to jail. Okay, >> let go of your hand. >> She has her all recorded. You're going to be so screwed. >> Thank you so much. >> News flash. You're being recorded this entire time. >> Okay, >> I'm not resisting. Can I please get up now? No, you cannot touch my car door. >> Baby's in that car. >> No, it's not. My mom has them. >> Let me put him in the other. >> Can I please get up, please? >> No, you will stay right here until my partner comes. I have asthma, so I have to get up. I have asthma. Thank you. Can I get up inside the asthma? I can't breathe. Can I please I have to lift my arms up. >> You could keep your hands behind your back. My hands behind my back. Can you show her the video, please? >> Can you look at that video? >> I've never said nothing. No, please show her the video. >> I'm going to help you up by pulling this down a little bit here. Okay. >> She allowed him to touch me. >> Okay. Cuz I told you multiple times. >> Can you Can you I don't want her to touch me cuz she's doing something wrong. I need >> Let me go resist. Let me go. I want her to touch me. >> Stop touch. Tell her stop touch me. I want you to touch me. >> I will stop. >> So just stand right here for me. >> Listen. Let me go. Stop. >> Don't squeeze me. >> Stop. Stop. You guys see this? >> Stop squeezing me. Stop. >> Take a breath for me. Stop it. >> Stop. >> Let go of me. I'm not even >> Let go of me. Let go. Let go. Calm down. >> Let me get my hand now. He's also let me go. Can you hang out with me? >> You said she let me go. >> I'll take her. >> Thank you. Let me go now. Dumb [ __ ] I'll take her. >> She said she let me go. >> No, you're not going. >> Tell me, please. >> I'm going to walk you over to her. >> Can you tell Let me go, please. I'm asking. Keep telling me go. Thank you, dumb. >> Okay. Walk with me. >> We're going to go inside. >> Why are you trying to follow me? >> Walk with me. >> Walk with me. >> Get out my face. >> Walk with me. Go. >> Walk with me. >> That's me. Oh god. I just caught it right before she does it. This is disgusting. They just put up an arrow that says she's getting ready to spit. a look away in case she actually spits. I appreciate their warning. I just happened to pause it, but Dean, I'm with you. She wasn't worried about her asthma when she was running around the car. Right, right, right, right. She got a pooch. I don't know if she pregnant. She's She got the little pooch going on. Looks like my food babies that I'll have in my It amazes me how many how how so many people have anger issues. Mhm. him. The lovable Scorpion said again, "It's taking too long to take her to jail." Liddon said, "This is one of this is this is uh maybe one of the reasons why cops fighting pedestrians are high." Yeah, I could see this one. Yep. Mhm. >> Come with me. >> Go ahead. We're going to walk up to the car. I'm going to start right here. >> I'm cool. Can I get these off now, please? >> Not right now, cuz I don't know what's going on. I can't show you the whole video. >> Excuse me, ma'am. Did she touch me first? She threw me on the ground first. I didn't even touch her. >> So, here's what's going to happen. I'm going to walk you to the squad. >> I am walk you to the squad card. >> I'm suing you. Hey. Hey. >> Listen to her, please. I need you to walk with me. We're going to walk. >> Suing her for what? What lawsuit? I try not to go too strong on these sometimes when I see people saying they suing cuz again, I have been wrong. [laughter] So, I try. But I I just I do wonder. I can't help but wonder. So, for what? >> To the squad car up here. >> No. Why am I walking to the squad car? >> Because you are currently detained. >> For what? >> For touching me. >> I never She said she said she said I detained for touch. Did I touch her? >> Walk. >> Did I touch her? >> Walk. Thank you. I didn't touch her. >> Okay. >> Stop touching me. >> Listen to the off. >> Stop touching us. >> We don't need to make this worse, right? So, let's just walk. >> Can you detain me, please? >> Ash, I need my phone. >> We'll get We'll get back. I need my phone back there. Just walk with me. Stop touching me. >> You need to cooperate. Then >> I make you guys my phone. That's it. >> I'm wondering with y'all now. Is she that strong? Why is she Why are y'all letting her push you around so much? Get control and get her in a vehicle. >> She said you need to walk. >> Can you tell her stop touching me? >> I'll have this other officer grab on your arm. >> I don't want her to touch me. >> Okay, here we go. Where we going? We're going to walk over here. Okay. >> Thank you so much. >> What's your name? >> Regina. Regina. Okay. I need to be released on these handcuffs now. >> Okay. Well, right now until I know what's going on, I'm not releasing. >> Can she please remove, please? I want her away from me. >> Right now, we're going to face. >> Okay, that's fine. But can you tell her please let me stop coming? Okay, she's walking away. Okay, thank you. >> But she's not walking away. Can you tell her move, please? >> Listen, you need to just relax. >> I am, but she touched me for no reason. How did you guys feel? >> Okay, just face that way. I'm going to search you. Okay. >> I don't have nothing. I don't have to search me. >> Okay. >> You don't got nothing on you? Oh, I'm out of pockets. >> Okay. All right. I'm just going to pat you down. Okay. You >> okay? >> Yeah. Struggling with her for a little bit. They're still basically struggling with her. >> I see you're upset. >> Why are you patting me down if I didn't do nothing wrong? >> Regina, here's the deal. You're in handcuffs. I got to make sure you don't have any weapons on you. >> They all just told you guys I didn't touch her. >> I just got here. Okay. Here's the deal. Here's the thing. >> That's not fair. >> Here's the deal. That's not wrong. >> Here's the deal. She allowed the other man to touch me. >> Listen, I can't look at the video until I have you calm down. Okay? I want to look at the video. >> I didn't get arrested. I didn't do anything wrong. >> You We're going to have you sit in the squad cover and then we're going to investigate what happened. >> I'm not sitting that SWAT car. I'm already out of breath. I try to need my handler. >> You're out of breath from fighting with people. That's normal exertion. Asthma seems to have left the room. Is asthma in the room with us anymore? Cuz I'm with uh Dr. Omar now the asthma's disappeared again. But you're the one doing all this this extra and you could just chill. tackled me without my halft. >> Okay. Well, you sit right here on the curb. >> I will sit down or stand up, but I'm I'm not going to go anywhere. >> Sit down. You're going to sit down. >> I can't have to breathe. Sorry. >> You're going to sit down. >> Stand right here. I promise I won't go anywhere. I promise I won't. >> All I was trying to do is get the plate. She would not move out of the way. And I went over to try to get the vin. She's like this. And I said, "Get away, please." Okay. >> She has to go in the vehicle and the window can be rolled down. I'm If you are claustrophobic, don't provoke a reason for you to be detained or arrested. Then >> and then she wouldn't. So I'd try to detain her, get her away from me. It's turned into this whole thing. And when I'm trying to put her in cuff, she's like digging into me, digging into me. She wouldn't stop. >> Can I tell you guys what happened? They were trying to u take my car down. Long story short, right? >> Hold on. You got cuffs on you. I'm just going to read you your rights, okay? Because I don't want you to say anything that it, you know, could possibly incriminate you. So, I just want to make sure we're doing this the right way. >> I got video. >> Okay, that's cool. >> And they got video. >> She's going to read you your rights. Okay, you have the rights. Remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in court of law. Do you understand these rights? >> Yes, I do. She's going to get sued. >> Okay. >> They were trying to tow my truck. My complex gave me permission to park my car there. He said it was okay. >> The guy in the blue shirt. >> So, who is he? >> He's the apartment people. So, um long story short, the lady came. She was trying to record my VIN number and license plate. I would ask her like, "Ma'am, can you tell me why that you want this information?" >> And who's who's her? Who's the lady? >> The other police officer. I don't know her name. She never even told me her name on the scene. >> Okay. >> She hopped on the scene, didn't tell me the name. Why she wanted my information? I said, "Ma'am, I do have the right to know. Why are you taking my >> Where was your car?" >> Right back there. >> It's that white one. >> Mhm. Okay. >> I said, "I do have the right to know. Why you taking my information now?" She will not tell me. It's okay. You're not going to copy my information then. You're not going to tell me why I do have the right to know. You know what I'm saying? She will not tell me. She was asked nine. So I'm like blocking right in front of the so she couldn't take my license plate down. So she's pushing me. >> Okay, >> I'm lifting my hands. I'm not touching. I'm not touching. So then she decides to say, "Stop resisting." Then she allowed that man to put his hands on me. You know the police officer. She allowed that man to slam me down, throw me on the ground with some more stuff. >> Okay. >> So I want to press charges against >> So this was all on video. >> All on video. They have all on video. I like to press charges on him and their company. >> So So this tow company was here already? >> Yeah, they were here already. >> Okay. Hi. Can you start with telling me kind of what like >> Yeah. So, I woke up this morning to see the gentleman and her kind of arguing about her to about her vehicle. She lives here. She um was telling them essentially I live here. You can't tow my stuff. Property manager comes out to let them know that she lives here. Can't tow her stuff. I don't know. Then the cops showed up and then they're trying to get her vehicle number at the top and her license plate and she was letting them know, I don't want you to have my vehicle number and my license plate. and the cop and her kind of going around the car like a merrygoround. And then this is where it got intense. She just came straight through and was being pretty aggressive. I get the situation was escalated and there was a lot going on and then the guys came over and helped throw her on the ground. Nine officers tow trucking. >> Could you hear anything being said? >> Oh yes, I can. She might cons tow truck guy that helped throw her on the ground possibly cuz he is not a law enforcement. I get it. But um I'll let it keep playing. I'm still waiting on them. I'm waiting to see the point where I thought I saw where she wasn't supposed to park there anymore. >> Hear my speaker's pretty low, but she kept saying, "Don't touch me. Don't touch me." >> Now that I have >> So, we're going to watch all the video, get everything figured out. Okay. So, who called the tow truck? >> I I don't know, ma'am. Bring my phone over here, please. >> No, you're not going to be able to use the phone. You're not going to be able to use >> FaceTime FaceTime Daddy. And you can put the phone in my face. I can't >> No. No, you can't. You're detained right now. >> When we're all done with this, then you can call whoever you want. You're not talking to anybody right now. >> I can talk you. I have the right to talk to anybody. >> We're going to put her in the SWAT in the squad. >> Yep. You're being detained right now. Okay. So, you can't talk to anybody. >> Just going to sit right here. We'll get the AC going. Okay. >> We're just going to have you sit in the car right now. >> Good. They just trying to detain me. Hold on. >> You are detained. You're in handcuffs. They trying. You don't got to be smart. You But I'm just saying you don't got to be. All right. Have a seat. Okay. >> You're not able to talk to anybody right now. >> Just put your feet in. We'll get the air going. Okay. >> I can't talk to my daughter. >> Not right now. >> No, that he can talk to you. That's my dad. My dad has the right to talk to you. >> No, he doesn't. >> I will talk to you in a minute, sir. Okay. Thank you. Appreciate it. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Again, I'm not detained. I'm not detained. You are detained. Okay. >> You're detained until we figure this investigation. >> How long is it going to take? >> As soon as I'm done talking to you, I can go talk to them. Okay. All right, we're still trying to figure this out. It sounds like there was a dispute over there was a tow or something. Her vehicle was getting towed. Officer responded out. Physical interaction happened between her and the officer. I'm still trying to sort it all out. Okay. >> Okay. Um >> the outfit is confusing me. Is it hot or is it cold outside? Cuz she wrapped herself up like it's cold outside and it seemed like everybody else is really really hot. I'm keeping I want you guys to I'll let you talk to her once I can figure out what's going on and what's happening, but right now she just she's in handcuffs. She's detained. There was a physical fight. I understand. I understand. >> So, what do you guys got? >> Talked to blue shirt manager. He said that she was able to use that spot from a different employee months ago for loading and unloading kids. Okay. >> Not an actual parking spot. Apparently, she's using it as an actual parking spot. >> But so, long story short, Britney's investigating. >> Tries to get plate information. You go to the detainer because she won't let you do your investigation and the fight's on. >> Yep. She was physically blocking me. She was like, >> "You're investigating a parking violation." And we were requested here by man by the tow company was called by management >> after figuring out >> Okay, two things on this one. So, um Candace Coaches says, "Being an a-hole, saying someone else didn't have to be one is diabolical." Yes, that is. Um her daddy does look young. Loable Scorpion said, "How is she telling them how to do their job?" And Dean said, "But there have been situations where civilians have helped the cops restrain a suspect." Yes. I was just saying she might have some legal room to stand on to try to sue um that part. I was just saying the rest it went to me how it was going to go. But I don't I'm not I don't know if they if the ruling would be they were wrong for doing it cuz I I have seen um civilians help restrain peop help the officers restrain people before. There's a female officer. Unfortunately, she got punched in the face by this dude outside the bank. I have that one. Just don't know which compilation I'mma put it in. Um, and a civilian helped her restrain the guy while her part actually I think he helped her and her partner restrain the guy. So, I've seen it. I'm just saying she might have something. I'm not I'm not saying she win, but she maybe could possibly press charges or sue. That's all I'm saying. But yeah, I'm with you on that, Dean. I've seen it, too. at what happened. The sergeant now explains the situation to the suspect's father. >> So, the officer gets out here, that's getting figured out. The officer then goes to look at the vehicle information to investigate whatever parking thing that occurred. Your daughter was blocking the officer from getting the vehicle's VIN number or plate. So, she was impeding the investigation. >> Absolutely. >> So, during that, the officer asked your daughter to move away from the vehicle so she could do what she needed to do. At that point, your daughter does not go with that. The officer then tells her she's gonna get detained and put in handcuffs if she does if she keeps acting the way she is. That doesn't go over well. And then the officer goes to put her in handcuffs and then your daughter and the officer then get into a physical altercation. >> So what? >> She's being charged with resisting arrest. >> Okay. >> All right. So she's going where? >> To the jail. Dayton County Jail. >> Okay. >> She see a judge Monday. >> Oh. So we can't let her out today. >> Not today because she's got the officer's got claw marks into her arm. officer rifle. I'm >> being real straight with you. >> I I don't like this any more than you do cuz this is over something ridiculously stupid. I can't I can't have her putting hands on an officer. >> Absolutely. >> So, I get it. I don't like this any more than you do. And I'm a dad, too. And I know last thing I want to see, but I can't I can't have that behavior. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. I'll talk to her and let her know that, you know, your actions, you know, no matter whether you were right or wrong, you can't do that. >> That's it's not the time or place to have an argument. >> It's not like >> it's not not over something like that. >> Right. If there's anything I can do, >> you're a good officer, man. I going to fight like you, brother. >> Appreciate it. >> Keep wearing the blue and protecting us. >> Thank you. >> To all the cops out there, you ever walk into a scene and realize the real problem isn't the call, it's the culture. You're standing there dealing with a simple parking issue, nothing dramatic, and somehow it turns into a full-blown dramatic scene. So, you have to ask yourself, when did being civilized start feeling optional? And when did acting like an adult turn into something people treat like oppression? Because this wasn't about danger or injustice. This wasn't even about the officer. This was about someone who couldn't hear the word no. And in 2025, I believe that mindset shows up on calls more than domestic disputes and traffic crashes combined. We watch a grown adult cover her VIN number like she's trying to hide evidence in broad daylight, as if the truth stops existing the moment her hand touches the glass. That's when I got a Philly flashback. Not because this was a vile situation, but because she was petty, loud, and impossible to reason with. And this is the stuff that drains cops more than the dangerous calls ever will. Then we get the tow truck guy jumping in to help control her. But there's also risk involved because every helpful hand can become a witness, a headline, or a possible defendant later. The tow truck guy wrapped his arms around someone he didn't know trying to keep her from hurting the officer. And the sad part, he'll probably have to justify his actions longer than the woman who caused the whole scene. Then we hear the part that tells the whole story, her father showing up. He was calm, respectful, and he listened to the sergeant, not performing for the camera. Two generations, same family, but worlds apart in how they deal with conflict. And it makes you wonder how the gap got so wide so fast. This suspect, Regina, was charged with resisting obstructing a peace officer. She is innocent unless proven guilty in a >> That's it. That's all her charges. Yeah, obviously his comments at the end agree with what a lot of y'all are saying. He knows his daughter's out of control. He was very calm. Um, they even addressed the part about the risk that a civilian takes if they if they do end up getting involved. So, they can become a defendant or like somebody said, "Dr. Omar, I've seen where a civilian helped the officer but was shot and they ended up dying." So, it seemed like the risk is on the civilian trying to step in. Okay. Um, this one is jailhouse lawyer thinks he understands traffic laws, ends up cuffed. >> What's up? >> Hey, officer. >> How are you? >> All right. How are you? >> Where's your other hand at? All right. You have a driver's license on you? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm deputy chemist office. The reason I stopped you is why you driving like that? >> I'm trying to get some Taco Bell before it closes, honestly. >> Huh? >> I said I'm trying to get to Taco Bell before it closes. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? Can I tell you've had a lot? >> Huh? >> No, sir. >> No, you haven't had any? >> No, sir. >> Okay. License register. Why'd you roll your window up? >> Huh? >> Why'd you roll your window up a little bit when I came up to the side of the car? >> Cuz that's how I always have a window. >> Oh, well, your window was all the way down. That's why I was asking. >> Officer, pull up, please. I'm just asking a question. That's all. I was just asking >> responding to your question. >> Okay. >> Right. >> So, you were in and out of traffic. You were in and out of the lane. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Right. >> Why do you keep rolling your window up? >> Well, you know what? If you need to talk to me, you can talk to me attorney. >> I can talk to your attorney. >> Yep. Here you go. Here's my license. Here's my registration. I have my um handing me. >> You have your I have your what? I can't hear you. Your window's up and I can't hear you. >> I said unless you're detaining me here. >> Well, you are you are detained. This is a traffic stop. >> Okay. So, my license, my registration, >> and my insurance I will get for you. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Well, I already have your insurance. I got that. So, the issue at hand is that number one, you're doing 55 and a 45. Okay. You're doing 10 mph speed limit. Okay. Failure to failure to maintain lane. Okay. You were all over the roadway, which is all captured on dash cam. Okay. So, that's why I'm asking now. Now, I had the under the suspicion that you're under the influence of alcohol. [clears throat] >> Mm. Okay. I missed some of it. Sorry, y'all. But I did see he was speeding and he couldn't maintain his lane. Let me know what other things I missed. Oh, he smells alcohol now. Let me know. I missed another thing that he did on how he got pulled over. And I see y'all putting Taco Bell in there. I got a ticket going to Taco Bell before. Taco Bell. Isn't that good for me to get a ticket? Don't make it bigger than it has to be. Right, Mary? I'm not. But okay. >> Okay. Well, and your license is suspended and there's a cease tag order on the car. >> My license? >> Yes, sir. >> That is incorrect. >> Okay. Well, there's a couple different ways we can go about this. We can go about this. >> I'm not I I >> Well, you keep rolling the window up on me. Okay. You keep rolling the window up on me, and there's no reason to. I haven't given you a reason to roll the window up on me. >> Thank you. Okay. >> I've addressed you very politely, actually, and then you keep saying, "Well, you can talk to my attorney." There's nothing to talk to your attorney about. >> No, there's not. Okay. And that's what I'm trying to tell you. >> Sure. >> There's a couple different ways we can go about this. Okay. And thank you for cooperating rolling the window down. Understand. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> I have not had anything to drink. >> You haven't had anything to drink like that? Okay. >> All right. What about registration? You have that? >> Um, I'm getting it for you. >> Huh? >> I am getting it for you. >> Okay. Thank you, sir. >> Yes, sir. And um honestly my registration um >> I'm not sure which paperwork it is cuz I just am recently incarcerated. I was recently incarcerated 5 months ago and I'm not sure about the registration. That should be it. >> Okay. So, the registration's good, but your insurance is effective uh 2020. >> So, the insurance I have another one. I have uh another one that's actually too dated. >> I can show you that. It's uh >> what? >> My phone. Um not I uh it's obviously at my house. I left I came to get Taco Bell. I apologize. >> Okay. >> Is this your correct address? Newport Richie. Um, that's my brother's address. I live at uh uh Newishell. >> Newell >> and Port Charlie. >> Okay. Well, your phone's not at your house. >> Probably because of your driving behavior. Your phone's on the ground right there in front of you by your foot. >> So, that's probably where my phone is. >> That's That's it. >> Yeah. You're giving impaired talking about I left my phone at the house and the cop can clearly see your phone. You You forgot you brought it with you. Yeah. He's just uh he's digging his own little hole here. >> Is where your phone is cuz I can see it right there. Anything in the vehicle that I need to be aware of? Guns, knives, zucas, hand grenades, IDs, dead body parts, copious amounts of Halloween candy, a whole bunch of construction equipment, anything like that that I need to be worried about. Stolen boat motors, anything. >> A whole bunch of construction equipment or copious amounts of Halloween candy was new to me on this one. I've not usually heard the police ask about that. Is there anything I need to know about? But the candy I get because they be hiding like ecstasy and all kinds of stuff in candy. >> I don't know. >> That's cute. No, sir. >> That's cute. Okay. Well, that's much spiel that I give and I give that to everybody. Okay. And you said you're coming from your house, right? To get Taco Bell. >> I am. >> And you haven't had anything to drink tonight? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Would you mind doing me a favor and just step out of the vehicle for me? >> I will. >> All right. You will not step out of the vehicle. >> Okay. Why not? >> Because this is a um inconvenience of my time. >> This is an inconvenience of your time. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So once again, we're going to go back to the talk, okay, that I gave you earlier when you tried to roll the window up on me. >> Okay? I'm going to have to ask you to step out of the vehicle, okay? Cuz like I told you, your license is suspended. There's no insurance on the vehicle. I'm going to get you a warning for all the other things that I said earlier. Like >> that man said he not stepping out cuz he inconvenienced him. I can't wait for y'all to see the ending of his of this video to see see how he is at the end. He said, "I'm not getting out. speed and a lane departure. Okay, we're only making it harder by you. >> So, put the vehicle I haven't said you're trying to fight with me, but you're being very hesitant. Okay, and I don't understand why. >> Okay, do me a favor. There's no weapons in the car, right? >> Okay. Step on out for me. All right. >> Thank you, sir. >> Oh, added to the tally. Mary said the license is suspended. Got another suspended. Hey, Grandma. Go ahead and stand right over there. >> Let me see your phone real quick. >> Um, no. >> No. Let me see your phone. >> You cannot see my phone. >> Okay. >> You're not going to see my phone. >> You don't need to be on the phone while we're doing >> No, I do. Actually, >> no, you don't. >> No, I do. >> Hang the phone up. >> Hang the phone up. I do. No, I'm calling my friend right now. Hang the phone up. >> He's my attorney. >> Okay. Hang the phone up. No, you're gonna stop right now. >> I'm I'm asking you to hang the phone. >> Handcuff me for what? >> I'm not resisting. I'm asking you to hang the phone up. >> You're not going to handcuff me because I'm I'm I'm relaxed. >> Listen, >> I'm relaxed. I'm letting you >> go ahead. Search my vehicle. >> We're not We're not >> Just relax. >> I'm asking you to hang the phone up. >> Thank you for calling Gable Home Inspections. >> That doesn't sound like Scott Weinberg. >> Hey, sir. Call Scott W. >> I'm asking you to hang the phone. >> Are you calling 911? >> No, he's calling Scott Weinberg. I'm I'm calling my attorney because um right now you are violating my rights. I don't give consent to search my vehicle or me. >> Nobody's searching your car. >> No, you are. >> No, nobody took my keys out. >> Yeah, you have. >> He's just turning it off. So, he's not wasting your gas. >> Oh, that's great. Thank you. >> Okay. So, he's just turning your car off, right? >> He's not searching it. >> Okay. >> So, there's case law saying that you don't need to be on the phone unless you're calling 911. We are here. We are here dealing with you. >> We are here dealing with you, >> of course. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, I'm asking you to put the phone down. >> Sure. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'm not going to put my phone down. >> Insurance is >> because >> Dean said he going to be having a bologn sandwich instead at Taco Bell tonight. Facts. Sharon said, "I love when they say what they're not going to do." [laughter] I do too. It's great entertainment. Love it. >> I'm not in the wrong. This is not a routine traffic stop. >> I'm um actually at a restaurant providing myself with food. Mhm. >> And you pulled me over. >> I didn't pull you. >> And we have 1 2 3 four. We have four Charlotte County officers. >> He's he's my trainer. >> So, okay. >> He's he's my trainer. >> Dr. [clears throat] Omar said the way law enforcement is acting these days, I'm doing everything they asked me to do. Not going to get me caught up. Dr. Omar, they could say we about to play a game of Simon says. I'm playing a game of Simon says. Like, [laughter] I don't want no smoke. I want to go home. >> Okay. So, >> that's good. So, >> we're supposed to be one one deputy. >> Yes, sir. >> So, just imagine it's just one. >> Sure. >> Um, >> if you're detaining me, if not, please. >> Well, it's a traffic stop. So, yeah. Regardless, you're detaining. >> So, uh, you have 24 hours. If not, I'd like to go. >> 24 hours for what? >> Uh, to detain me. If not, I'd like to leave. >> Okay. Well, I'm I'm getting to the next >> If not, I can I'm getting I'm getting I'm getting to the next part. Okay. So, um, this deputy pulled you over, >> right? >> Okay. >> And so, how does she know my license suspended? He has never seen my license yet. >> I ran your tag. >> Okay. >> Oh, that's cute. >> He He ran. >> How do you know I'm that person driving the car? >> Exactly. >> Right. >> You're not You're not You're not letting them answer, >> right? >> Let him answer. I'm able to run your tag. Okay. I ran your tag. >> Okay. There's four body cams here. >> Your iPhone camera. Okay. As soon as you produce me with your ID, I knew that was you. >> Okay. >> I can tell that's you. >> Right. >> Right. >> I'm Joel. Yeah. >> Suspended to you. You have no insurance on the vehicle. >> That's incorrect. >> No, it's not. That's correct. >> No, I have insurance on my vehicle and I am Joel >> Cot on your vehicle. Anything else? >> That's incorrect. I do have insurance on my vehicle. >> I have insurance on general. All right. >> Um, so that's incorrect. I don't know if it's recent or not with you, but I just recently yesterday >> um a $35. >> It'll be a signal one device. >> Yeah. Did you guys? >> Yeah, I literally paid $35 yesterday for my general insurance. >> So So listen, I I apologize. Okay, we got off to a wrong start here. What is your first name? >> My name is Joel. >> Joel. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Joel. So this deputy pulled you over. Okay. >> Okay. >> What What did he say he pulled you over for? >> He pulled me over for um uh excessive speed and uh and then I think he said inverted lane changing. >> Okay. and suspicion of alcohol. Now, once he got you pulled over and you roll that window down, um, if you just paid $300 something dollars for general insurance, which I'm thinking it's that commercial with a little general cartoon that they play, you might still be in the system and you don't have everything together and that's why you have a seized tag order cuz you probably just paid the insurance and was already, you know, too far gone. So, you got to get that straightened out. Why are you making this worse? [laughter] Get it get it straightened out. Like I feel if it seems like he waited so late. Yes, you finally paid it, but you everything doesn't work that fast in any government system that I've ever witnessed. >> Um, what kind of lane changing? >> He said invertive, which means uh multidirectional. I That's what he told me. I'm not sure officer. Okay. All right. I I'll I'll get the the clear details from him here in just cuz this is not a routine traffic stop. I mean, I'm I'm being uh detained by one, two, three, four officers of Charlotte County. >> No, again, this is this is my training. Okay. >> Sure. So, um >> and and I'm I'm I'm I I listen, I I I uh I would love to help you. Like, that's awesome that you're training. I respect you. >> So, I I want I >> I want that to happen. >> Just listen for a second. Okay. So, this deputy pulled you over for for some some violations, traffic violations that he did. Okay. >> Um, >> now, are you sick or injured? >> Am I what? >> Sick or injured? >> No, sir. >> No. Okay. >> Um, so while I'm speaking with you here, okay, I can smell the the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming off your breath. >> Well, I can smell the odor of um marijuana off you. >> Let me, >> boy. He trying it. He is trying it. You have lost this round. Okay. >> [laughter] >> Let me finish speaking. >> Let me finish speaking. Okay. >> So, this deputy could smell the odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle as as he was asking you. >> Sure. >> He he said that you you said you haven't had anything to drink tonight. Okay. >> Understandably. >> Of course. >> I I understand that. Okay. So, >> basically, >> have you smoked anything tonight? >> Okay. Let me finish. >> I smell marijuana. >> Let me finish Let me finish speaking. >> I was just wondering cuz I really do smell strong odor of marijuana. >> He really thinks this is going to work. this he he thinks this is going to be successful angle to go with and somehow he's gonna be let back into his vehicle and drive on off into the sunset or whatever to get his Taco Bell which I keep laughing every time y'all keep putting Taco Bell in the chat. It's making me laugh cuz it's like that's his sole focus is Taco Bell >> on you. >> Let me finish speaking. >> Do you smoke marijuana? >> Let me finish speaking. >> I mean I don't care. I don't wonder do you have a guard? >> Can I finish speaking please? >> I don't care if you smoke marijuana. >> Do you smoke marijuana? Can I finish speaking, please? >> Of course, officer. >> Okay. >> More teeth. >> Yep. >> Yes, sir. >> So, let me finish speaking, please. >> Of course. >> So, >> based on his observations, >> my observations of you standing here. Okay. >> I can smell the odor of alcoholic beverage coming off your breath. You're slaring your speech. >> Okay. >> Am I Am I sluring my speech? >> You are. So, >> that's my That's your question. >> Yes. So, with that being said, okay, with that, >> but it's not like it's I couldn't be like I'm really hungry and I'm at Taco Bell in the parking lot of Taco Bell. >> Can I finish speaking? >> It could not be that, right? It's like I'm slurring because I'm under the influence of alcohol. >> Can I finish speaking? Can I finish? That's what it is. >> Can I finish? >> Is that what it is? Officer, >> can I finish speaking? >> Is that what it is? >> Can I please finish? >> Can I finish speaking? >> Of course. Go ahead. >> Okay. >> Please. >> So, with that being said, >> right, >> would you be willing to participate in standardized field test to dispel my No, you know, cuz that that is a inconvenience right now. That is honestly an inconvenience of my time. >> Okay. >> I'm here at Taco Bell and this is very this is defamation of character. You are actually really embarrassing me right now. I'm trying to actually order food for me and my family and you are actually embarrassing me right now. So, of course, I'm not going to cooperate. >> Okay. >> That's absurd. >> Okay. So, >> thank you. >> Are are you diabetic? >> Am I diabetic? Of course I am. >> You are? >> Yes. I'm insulin dependent. >> Oh, you are? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So, are the MS come out and and check? >> Yes. So, when if if you were to Yeah, of course. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> All right. Um >> Yeah. >> Okay, I got you. So, uh can you just have the MS come check him? >> All right. Um >> yeah, I don't >> I would just like to let you know I'm trying to get my Taco Bell and go home. And we have Exactly. What time is it right now? I'm going to tell you. It's 12:59. We have exactly 15 minutes from the time. Actually, you pulled me over 10 minutes ago. >> No. So, we've moved into something different >> time. >> No, Joel, listen to me. We've moved into something. >> So, now now we're doing an investigation. >> Of course we are. Of course we are. >> It's It's going to take a little bit more time. Okay. >> Right. Of course it is. >> Okay. >> So, what is this investigation going to take? >> It it Say it again. >> What is this investigation going to take? >> What is it going to take? >> Yes. Well, I have EMS coming to check you to make sure you're okay. >> Of course. Right. Well, I'm >> I'm okay. >> Okay. >> I don't need EMS. >> You don't. >> Don't. Okay. So, right now, >> okay. >> Thank you, Mis. >> All right. So, um, is there anything? >> H, I got to pause for a second. Y'all see the little alert popped up? It said [laughter] it's the little thing. I might I'mma move it. But look, this is Thank you, Leia's grandma. Um, it says, "Trin, I got on the ship listening to you and I get off the ship and you're the first person I see. Thanks for always entertaining." Thank you. I appreciate it. I love this. This I enjoy this. I wish I You know, there's so many things y'all know. I be want to do everything, but I do. I I look forward to these. So, I I'm happy that the streaming platforms working well. We can watch these. The sound's going good. I'm so happy because I do enjoy these. [laughter] And I looked up, I said, I'm about to be on my fourth hour with y'all and I'm not done. I still have more videos. So after this one, we on borrow time cuz I don't know how long I can be. But I do enjoy these a lot [laughter] >> I can say or do to have you participate in standardized fields test. >> No. >> No. Okay. You do understand that if you don't participate in standardized fields test, I'm going to have to make my arrest decision based on it. >> Of course. You understand that? >> Sure. >> Okay. >> So, do you want EMS to come check you out? >> I would I I would like that. Yes, >> you would. Okay. Cuz you you just told me you didn't want EMS. >> Well, you know what? I I think I would like EMS to come check me out because I don't feel like this is a traffic routine stop. And you have one, two, you have one, two, three, four officers at the scene of a regular, I guess, routine traffic stop at whatever it is. What time it is? Um, >> he couldn't even count to four. Can we count that as a informal sobriety test? He struggled to get to number four. >> It's 1:00 in the morning. So, we have four officers at the scene of a routine traffic stop at 1:00 in the morning because they think that I am intoxicated. So, they are driving and want me to do a field sobriety and have a paramedic come and test me. >> We You just said that you wanted EMS to come check you out. >> No. Offer some wares. You said that. Is that not what he just said? >> I can cancel him if you don't want him to come. >> Warning for failure to maintain lane. Okay. >> And speeding. >> He's coming to be a diabetic. >> Oh, he's a diabetic now. >> Yeah. So >> now, um, no, officer. Um, I will take my warning and go if you would like, please. >> No, we moved into something different like I said. >> Well, Mortise, you don't have to do that. We can just I'll take >> That's not how it works. That's That's not how it works. >> No, it's not. >> Okay. So, why is that not how it works? >> Because now it's a criminal investigation. >> It's a criminal Why is the On what grounds? >> What do What do you mean under what? >> Under what grounds is a criminal investigation now? >> I kind of just explained all of that to you. >> I'm sorry. I didn't hear that because obviously you did not explain that. So, I would like to know why from a routine traffic stop it is now a criminal investigation. um from a routine traffic stop. Can you please explain that? So, first off, >> first Daisy Daisy's picking up on it. Hey, Daisy. Daisy said his attitude changed real quick. Oh, it's Yes, you you're seeing the micro changes right now. [laughter] Yeah, reality is starting to sink in a little bit. Little bit. >> So, first I want to deem you're claiming to be a diabetic. So, first I want to deem that your blood sugar is okay. No, I'm saying that my blood sugar is is probably on the diabetic scale. I'm not considered technically >> I've never been checked out as a diabetic, but I feel like my blood sugar >> uh I've You're not a diabetic. I've never been checked out as a diabetic. He feeling faint cuz he want that Taco Bell. So he's like, I'm a diabetic. Oh my god. >> [snorts] >> Oh no. [laughter] Oh, Mary, I got your cash app. Thank you. That's going to go to the next lawsuit I pull cuz the quarterly things are coming up where if you pull so many documents, you got to pay for it anyway. So, thank you, Mary. You and um Leia's grandma. I definitely appreciate it. And she said, "I enjoy your channel. Keep up the good work." Thank you. >> Is a little bit high. >> Um but I don't want to say that I'm not or I am. I don't know. I've never been checked out by the actual paramedics. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, don't put words in my mouth. >> I thought you said you were insulin dependent. >> You did. >> I never said that. >> You did tell me that. >> If I said I was insulin dependent, I would have told you. I have actually on recording here. Thank you, though, Martis. Um, so, Officer, Officer Mortise. Um, what is also the reason why you pulled me over? >> I didn't pull you over as I already told you several times. >> Oh, you didn't? So, I was just ordering tacos and you just uh turned on your lights. >> I did not pull you over is what I'm saying. This deputy pulled you over. >> Yes, sir. >> I already explained it to you earlier. You don't need to know again. >> Officer Kimble, what is the reason why? >> Yeah, he definitely said not just he was diabetic. He did use the phrase he was insulin dependent. >> What? What was the reason that you pulled me over to you earlier? >> Could you please um I would love to know why you pulled me over. Oh, well, you would love to know that you should have listened earlier when I explained it to you and I told you I would get you two warnings. What did I tell you I get you a warning for? >> I'm sorry, Kimble. You didn't never told me that. >> Yes, I did. >> Yes, I did. >> Well, could you specify now that you are on recording? >> Well, you've been on recording the whole time. So, >> correct. So, tell me why you pulled me over. >> I already explained it to you earlier. >> Is there any relation? >> I don't know. But I told him I was going to give him two warnings and that was it. So I actually why I pulled him. >> Go ahead and search my vehicle. Search me. >> That's not what we intended on doing. >> Of course you know. So >> I don't know why I don't know why we have to have this conversation. I am not harming you. I'm not harming someone else. >> Please do what you need to do. >> So you understand how traffic surf, right? You keep saying the word routine traffic stop. No. Number one, no traffic stop is ever routine. Okay. Of course it's not. You're You're targeted. >> I'm targeted. >> No, I'm targeted. >> Oh, >> because of my criminal record. >> I don't even know you. This is the first time I've Yeah. When you pull up my [ __ ] plates, you do know me. >> This is the first time. >> That's [ __ ] >> Have I ever spoke to you before? >> No. You know I did six years in Department of Corrections. >> I don't know you. >> I don't Listen, that's now. >> All right. >> So, anyways, now that now that we've got that off our chest. >> Oh, yeah. Now that we got that cuz that was never there. All right. >> This is the first time I mentioned that. Right. So, the um NCAA when they pull up my name and they pull up my plate, they can't see my record and they can't see um what's going on, right? Can you not see what when you pull when you pull up my plate, what do you see? >> Give me just a second. >> Are you ready for me to answer your question now? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, the re, like I told you earlier, the reason I stopped you was two things. Number one, your speed, 55 and a 45, like I explained to you. Number two, your failure to drive in a single lane. Okay, you were all over the place like I explained to you up at the window when you tried to roll the window up. Number three, when I ran your tag shows you have no insurance on your vehicle, you have a cease tag on the vehicle and your license is suspended. Anything else? >> That's incorrect. >> No, it's not. >> So, anyways, hang on. You asked me what I did. Okay, that's that correct. Right. >> This guy right here, he's going to take your blood sugar. Okay. We're going to figure out what we got. Then we're going to go from there. This is a paramedic. Okay. >> Right. >> So, why don't you answer his questions real quick and then we'll go from there. >> Okay. If you're a member, I did create wrist jewelry emojis, the little handcuff emojis, so you can use those, too. But yes, we're all ready for the wrist jewelry to come out. It's been We passed the time. It's been time. >> My name. >> Hey, how you doing, L? >> How you doing? How you >> good? I'm good. What's going on today? >> All right. Well, you I don't need your help. I'm here with obviously a routine traffic stop and now we have an ambulance here. So, um we have three officers and an ambulance and they obviously want to do some kind of blood work. So, what's really going on? Um, we have targeting and we have profiling and we have um everything else that's going on. So, I'll tell you what. You know what? >> Do you have to check the blood? >> No, I I do. >> Y >> Yes, I do. >> Yep. And uh uh you can tow my car and you can detain me because this is not a routine traffic stop. >> I'm just here I'm just here to make sure that you're okay. >> Thank you, Lou. I appreciate that. That's so >> I heard that it was mentioned that you are diabetic. Warren diabetic. Are you diabetic? >> Right. Yeah. No, you know what? I guess what? I'm sorry. I wasn't missing their business. So, thank you though. I I do appreciate your cooper. And um these officers tonight have uh you look you got Look, I'm not going to lie, you're s county right now. But don't [ __ ] play me like I'm a [ __ ] fool cuz I just did six years and I know for a fact I am in my ruts, okay? I have not been swerving. I have not been driving stupid. My license and my plate right here is not expired. And I am in the rut. So, your routine traffic stop is [ __ ] >> Okay. All right. >> Like we explained earlier, answer these guys' question. Do you need them to sign anything? >> I'm I'm going just uh You mind if I get you to sign that you don't want to check you out and everything? >> Right. >> That's fine. We'll sign for him. But we got >> Hey, sir. Call Scott Weinberg. Oh, again we're calling Scott again. >> What's your first? >> I got it right here. >> That's fine. >> Go ahead and put your hands. >> No, don't. Don't. >> There's no reason. >> 213 central one detained. All right. So, Joel, uh, at this time >> and driving on a suspended. >> So, why don't you? >> Uh, because he just refused. >> I did not. >> You did my seat. >> I didn't refuse. >> I did not move. >> Move his car out of the way. >> Hey, Noir Angel. Noir Angel said, "Hey, Trenton. I just have to tell you that I'm so glad that I can watch these with a community that isn't stereotyping us. There are a lot of body cams I don't watch because the comments are racist. Let me tell you what, they made their way over here sometimes and I be biting the bullet on some of them, block some. Um, it's it's weird as a YouTuber sometimes. But I will tell you this, one thing I did learn is they don't stay long [laughter] when they see if if they are racist. Now, if they are just someone that is not our ethnicity, but they know everybody acts a fool, then they in here. Like, you know, we got our people that's in here that's not our ethnicity. But if they are racist, they don't stay long when they start seeing their own people in here doing the same thing. So, I was like, "Oh, okay. I I got this." Cuz I I'm I'm learning. It don't It doesn't It's not foolproof, but I see. So, I'm like, "Okay, [laughter] you you know, you have to see your people, too. It ain't going to be just us. Come on. Don't you guys help me? Come on. Seriously, >> dude. You had your You had your opportunity to cooperate and you didn't. Okay. >> Where were I? >> I'm trying to help you out. >> I don't do [ __ ] [ __ ] >> We've been respectful with you. Okay. >> You have all >> So, here you go. >> Well, I have to now. >> I know you. >> I don't know if you're having a bad day. All right. If you're having Listen, listen. >> A real [ __ ] bad day, obviously. >> Listen, dude. Listen. >> [ __ ] We've been nothing but polite to you. >> I know you have, officer. >> Listen, we don't take anything personal, okay? But you're continuously escalating and we're not going to put you number one in that position and we're not going to put our guys in that position. >> I understand. >> Okay. That's why you went into handcuffs. >> Understood. >> Okay. You kept escalating. We're not going to keep escalating. >> I know. I know. >> Just take some deep breaths. Okay. >> All right. >> I'm trying to count back to prison. There you go. Are you on probation? >> I don't know. I did. >> You got out of prison in 2014, didn't you? >> I got out of prison [ __ ] 4 months ago, man, when my wife died. All right. >> Okay. >> What were you in prison for? I don't know what you were in prison for. >> Cuz I sold [ __ ] drugs in this county. I don't do it no more. All right, man. I [ __ ] >> Girl, he crying. Daisy, he crying. I thought it came sooner in the video, but yeah, he crying now. All that extra is gone. Now we crying. Well, I >> I'm a [ __ ] project manager and I [ __ ] obey law. All right. Like, come on, man. Come the [ __ ] slack. I'm not out here [ __ ] slinging your [ __ ] stupid [ __ ] man. I ain't killing people. >> I didn't say you were, man. >> No one said you were, Joel. >> Joel, have you ever been arrested with DUI before? >> Never. >> Okay, this is a misman. >> I know, but still. You know what? You miss me right now when I got out 5 months ago from [ __ ] 3 years. >> You're Mr. Me. >> Spread your feet, Joe. >> [ __ ] man. I don't know what you what you score out to. Okay. I I don't know. I don't >> I do know what I score to. You know what? And I didn't It's just [ __ ] >> Just have him just do the signature. >> Yeah. >> You guys are going to lose the court. You're just making me look bad for no reason. And as soon as I come out, no one's making. Come on, man. I don't do this. I'm not >> see. We can search him. >> All right. You got anything on you? >> No, sir. Listen, this is what I want you to do. All right, Joel, >> when you sit in the back of this car, >> okay, just take a deep breath. All right, it's done. It's over with. All right, you're going to have you're going to have your time in court. >> Okay, you're it's done and over with. >> All right, just take it what it is for right now. Okay, like I said, you're going to have your time in court. Is there anything in your car that you need? Medication, anything like that? >> No. I noticed there's a baby seat in there. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Is there a kid at home that I need to try? >> Go ahead and [ __ ] me with DCF. >> No, I'm not going to >> I got two kids that I provide for. If that's what you're wanting for, they're at my naughties. They're at their naughties. They're at my grandmothers. >> I just want to make sure they're taken care of. That's >> They're great. They're They get You know what? When you rest me, it's going to make even worse. So, go ahead. >> No, it's it's not going to make anything worse. I just want to make sure that they're not home. You didn't leave them at home by accident. >> You know what? Cuz I'm not even intoxicated. And when you put me >> Well, then you can you'll have your you'll have you can do you can do a breathalyzer down at the jail. >> Oh, you know I will. And I'm going to have to >> now I'm going to have to spend money now because >> you guys I'm reach across and grab a seat belt. >> I'm listening to you though. >> Go ahead. No, you're good. Go ahead. Reach across. Grab the seat. >> Kind of a big dude, man. I'm trying to do this the best I can. >> Go ahead. Do what you need. Yeah. >> Can at least Can I Can you let me park my car in the space at least so that my I can have someone come? >> So, they supposed to let you get out of the cuffs to park your car or you asking them to park your car? No. Mm- Either way. No. No. I know they probably going to do the favor for him, but no more favors. >> Get it? >> Unfortunately, we can't, man. >> So, you're going to make me pay the [ __ ] $1,000 towing fee? >> It's not going to be,000 bucks. >> Sure it will. It'll be 500 to get it and then 500 on the impound. Please let me just park it in the space, >> please. >> Here's the issue. Okay, >> you can Can you do it? I'll give you my keys. >> I I understand. Here's the issue, though. There, like this deputy was saying, there is a cease tag order. Okay, cease tag order on your vehicle means we have to remove the tag. Okay, so that vehicle can't be driven on the roadway. >> All right, so even if we parked it here and left it here, now we're kind of reliable for whatever. >> My brother, my brother will pay it right now. I I understand what you're saying, man. It It's your vehicle. It would have to be released to you, but we can't do that at this time. >> All right. >> All right. Watch your knee. I got to close this door. Okay. Okay. So, they just ended. I was waiting on the charges, but I guess we're going DUI and then the traffic infractions we got. I don't know, y'all. [laughter] I can tell you right now, the reason I'm still on here is because I have tomorrow off because I know I should be cutting myself off right now. I didn't realize how long it was going to take and I did the math. So, yeah, we're still here. [laughter] We're still here. Um, Uber driver picks up cop during a foot chase. So, here you go. What's going on, man? My name's EP. Get your driver's license on you. I'm >> not on my name. Maris, >> what's up? >> Mar. M A R Q U I S. >> Okay. >> Any reason you don't got your license on you? >> Just down the street from the house. He nervous as hell. >> All right. No, I got you. You got ID on you, bro? I just I could just smell it in the area. All right, I'll be right back. Okay. >> License not valid. >> What's up, bro? How you doing? >> Driver's suspended. He's nervous. Car just smells like weed. So, >> the passenger's been talking for the driver, though. So, >> okay. >> I'm just trying to figure out if the driver knew or not. >> I'll hang out up here with them so I can see what's going on. >> Do I have anything to do with this? I'm I'm not the driver. >> You're in the car? >> Yes, sir. >> Just keep your hands where I can see him, though. >> I don't know why he I don't know what's going on. >> Can you Can you ask him the reason I'm getting pulled over? >> I'm just here to back him up. I have no idea. This isn't my This isn't my traffic stop. >> I'm trying to figure out why I got a flashlight in my face. >> I don't know you. >> Shut up, please. >> It's not in your face. >> I'm sorry, sir. >> No, my flashlight isn't in your face. I'm just watching hands. Hands kill people, man. Not saying you do, but I'll just keep [laughter] it outside. >> No, you're good. You can keep your hands inside. >> I don't want no issue. You know what I'm saying? >> Oh, I'm not I'm not like that, man. I'm just I'm just cautious. Yes, sir. >> With everyone, that's all. Hey, Maris. Can you just hop out of the car for me? Come talk to me back here. You >> step back here. >> You have anything on you you're not supposed to have? Yes, sir. >> All right. Do you mind putting your hands up on the bumper here? >> Okay. If you're able to look at your screen just to see how this unfolds to the point where there there's a Uber driver that's even needed for this. This is I believe where it starts to change. If you can look at your screen. >> What are you gonna do, >> man? I'm just here to back him up. You sure? You can sit back. You're good. >> You know your license is suspended for uh a ticket you didn't pay. I think it's a red light ticket. >> You sure you didn't know that? Cuz why else would you not have your license? >> Uh I just got out of jail for something else. >> All right. >> I didn't have anything to do. >> I'm out trying to grab your drunk and start looking right here. Um is there any weed left in there? >> No, you can try. Um, who's the girl in the back? >> Uh, TJ. >> She have a license, you know. >> Oh, >> cuz if you just hang out right here, I'll get I'll talk to her. But if she >> does she got a license? >> What she need a license for? >> I don't know. Maybe he doesn't have one. >> Those two have nothing. >> You can stay. >> Michael, you want to hop out of the car for me real quick? >> So, he doesn't have a Stay over there, boss. Please. >> Yeah. Stay back here right in front of the car. >> Um, he's suspended. The car smells like weed. I'm just going to do a search and make sure there's nothing in here. >> We have weed right here, sir. >> Okay, no problem. It's still illegal. I'm just going to make sure there's nothing else. No problem. Right, >> bro. Just leave it right there. You don't even Yeah, just leave it there. Leave it there. >> Okay, I'm pausing it just in case. Okay, so passenger gets out, throws the bag to the driver that was already out. Okay, so here you go. >> Anyone running? Go get him, bro. Go get him. Run, bro. >> Got a black male running east road. Stop fighting, bro. >> Bro, it's a zipper weed, bro. It's a zipper weed on, >> bro. Keep running. >> Tango 3, give me the count, please. I'm fighting with a guy actively running eastbound chasing after a black male, all black. Stop. I'll shoot you. >> Okay. Uber pulling up, they said. And uh I don't want to I don't want to even say I don't I'm You'll see Gwen. I don't want to give anything away. >> Put your head behind your back right now. >> I don't know. It's behind your back. >> It's not that scary, bro. You good? y'all. Okay, we can talk about it now cuz you saw it in the preview, but I wanted to make sure everybody got to see it when we were playing it. He has Mario Kart in the Uber with the Mario Kart, the Mario symbols above the screen. Then this is a random Uber driver. No, he did not order a Uber. This is a random Uber driver. He is about to take this cop to get him where he [laughter] needs to go. And I love it. And then lovable Scorpion says she was playing Mario Kart when she saw this video. >> Stop. >> Stop. Get down. Get down. Get down. >> It's my bag. It's my bag. SU5 1012 EMA unit down here we bro >> tangle three I'm taking one into custody >> just east of the traffic stop taser deployed deployed >> what do you have on you >> nothing we just got out of the biggest >> just relax >> put the phone down lay down on your stomach can you please >> lay down on your stomach >> [snorts] >> Bro, check me, bro. I have no >> stand up, >> bro. My wrist, bro. My wrist, bro. This way. >> Come on, bro. Come on. Come on, bro. I can't do it for him, bro. >> Yes, sir. Thank you. >> Get his info [laughter] when the other car gets you. >> Let's get security. >> All right. >> Hey, we're going to custom right now. >> Put your hands on your back. >> Bob getting bled. What's up with these clowns, >> y'all? What is Cuz what is a zip of weed? You kept saying it's just a zip of weed. It's a zip. What is a zip of weed? I'm with y'all. I don't know what that means. She gets on my nerves. I I'mma let y'all hear, but she get on my nerves. Just I don't know. You'll see. >> On you right there by my boat. Hey, check that bag. He threw the bag at the passenger as he was running. I don't know if he dumped anything on the road. >> We have weed on us. Mom, there's weed on us. >> Yeah, I'm tired. >> Hey, toss that back. >> Yes. Sharon said that Uber driver has been waiting for something like this all his life. Yes, he has. He was too ready to step up to the plate. I want to know his profile. This had to go viral. So, I might have to see if uh he went on TikTok or something cuz I need to know his personality. He was ready. Candace says a zip is an ounce >> to him. >> Toss that bag. Where? >> The other guy [snorts] tossed him the bag and he ran with it. Who are these guys? >> You're in the car with them. >> What? I don't know. >> Okay. >> You want to go to jail, too, for whatever they got >> because you're the only one being cooperative. But if you're in the car with a bunch of [ __ ] that's in that bag, I'm going to take you to jail, too. >> In the bag. >> I understand that. But if you don't tell me what's going on right now, you're you're going to be the guy. >> Listen, let me talk now. I'll let you talk. How can I going? I don't know what's going on. Do >> you have an ID? >> My purse. >> I will grab it. Just wait. >> Yo, I have my weak card. I'm getting down, dude. Shut the up. >> All right, bro. >> M I'm cool. I'm cool. >> Sit up on your butt and you're going to stand up. Okay. >> Where's your car at? >> They just took me out of my car >> way back there. >> I asked where did I get arrested for? I mean, what am I getting pulled over for? They didn't >> Oh, I got it. Did he have something under the shirt? >> No. No. You There's a probe that hit him. >> Felt like it hit something underneath the shirt. Like he was wearing a thicker shirt underneath there. I guess not. >> So secure those. >> What's that? >> All right, miss. But look, you understand how this looks? >> I do. Okay. I see it. >> Do you have anything in here? You got a scale. Is that all you got? >> Okay. >> She has a scale in her purse along with they're going to say later that there's a history of distribution I think between the passenger and the driver. And she has a scale in her purse. This one times though she's not going to I don't think she's going to take the ride with him. >> It's not yours. But this is your bag. No problem. Just hang tight. Look, you understand? You lost, right? You're done. >> What you mean we're done? >> Like, you lost. Like, there's no more running, no more fighting. I swear to God, bro. We just par, bro. We don't know what's going on. We literally got out, bro. >> We're not trying to deal with this no more with this petty [ __ ] bro. That's it, bro. Just talk to me, bro. I'm scared. >> Just don't move. Can you Let me wait for them to come back and then we'll figure it out. >> We not Bro, Taser. Zantaser. Zantaser. [screaming] Taser. Can I talk to my baby? >> That's your baby mama? She says she don't know you, bro. Just wait, dude. >> I'm not saying you're a [clears throat] bad human, but listen. You fought with me. You tried running from me, so you're going to wait for me now. No one's going to hurt you. Just relax. >> Tired. Sorry. You all right? I'm tired. >> No, just my lungs. >> I was like, should I go get him or should I help? >> No, I I had him. I had the guy, dude. Yeah. >> Who's this? Your mom. >> His mom. >> Can we help you, miss? >> I'm not. >> Okay. Listen, >> I can't listen real quick. I will speak with you, but I there's a lot that just happened to me. >> Oh, I I was on the phone. I know. And I was trying to figure out why. Listen, can I say something? I'm not I'm not here to argue with you. Go ahead. Yeah. Y'all are doing your job. My boys, no lie to you. Look them up. It just went through. They are terrified of the [ __ ] police right now about some that just happened. >> And I will speak with you. Just let me get some intel first. >> Can I Does she have to wait with you? Can she get in the car? >> Yes. No, they're all detained. Just give me 10 minutes. I will speak with you. Stay in the car. >> I'm not arguing with you right now. >> The mother is referring to another previous incident where the two brothers were charged with sale, manufacturing, or delivery of marijuana that resulted in them being on probation. The question officers have now is whether they simply are in possession of marijuana driving under its influence or if they're intending to sell it again. >> Was there anything in there? >> Just a bunch of weed. >> Can Andy check like the median? He threw the bag at the driver. Driver ran in the median and then cut across. That's where he went first with the bag. Good, bro. >> Oh man. >> My car over there. >> I haven't done that in like 15 years, dude. >> Hey, man. So, what was your name? >> Ke. All right, Kiana. So, right now I stopped Maris cuz he's the owner of the car. He was showing suspended. Um, car smells like weed. When I went to go, >> so I'm not saying you should get into this trade, right? But I am saying if you are in this trade, why is everything not current on your vehicle and with your license? Cuz you got pulled over for was it license suspended? I always forget as soon as I say it's either license suspended, expired plates or something. Why is that not up to date? I don't understand. If you are taking this risk and you're so scared that you're going to get caught again, why are you out here driving and you have suspended anything out here? It's it to me you want to get caught. And so there you go. >> Search the car. Mel threw the bag at Maris and Maris ran. So both guys are looking at obstruction. There'sund and something grams of weed in the bag that he threw. So we're just looking at weed and running for right now. >> He's not dealing. I'm not saying they're dealing, but they're just holding it. >> But I'm not What's the female's name? >> I'm not looking at any charges for her right now. So, if in about 10 minutes, I'm going to let her go. >> So, Maris, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. Can you also tell me what I was getting pulled over for in the first place? >> Cuz the registered owner, which is you, is showing suspended. That's why. You have the right to remain silent. You understand all of your rights. Having your rights in mind, would you like to answer my questions? >> All right. All right. So, you're being charged with driving with a suspended license, resisting, and um felling marijuana. All right. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand all of your rights? >> Yes, sir. >> Having your rights in mind, would you like to speak with me? >> What would it do for me? >> Nothing. I mean, I want to ask you some questions about what's going on. >> Yes, sir. >> So, having your rights in mind, would you like to speak with me? I'm saying can they get me to walk away like or like could light lighten my sentence >> with with >> I don't I don't sentence people so I I don't know. >> Can you not put me on like Bro, I did not know that. Bro, if I know I would have laid my eyes down, bro, and let you slam it. I swear to God, bro. >> Having your right to mind until you speak with me. I'll tell you what you're charged with, but I'm I'm trying to ask you a question. >> You let me know. >> So, what's going on here today? Why Why are we here? >> We literally He literally just pumped his tire up, went on about this business, and then this happened. We run into this. >> So, immediately before you, you guys are filling up a tire. >> Filling filling up tires. So when I when I get you out of the car to search you, what happened there? Why'd you throw the bag? >> That part. I didn't want my brother in trouble. He literally just got out last week. We literally, if you look our name up, we literally just got out the trouble last week, bro. >> So how So let me ask you a question. >> Yes, sir. >> Throwing him a bag that has weed in it and telling him to run from the police. You think it's going to get him in less trouble than if I just found it on my own? >> Listen, I Hang on. Yes or no? >> We're dumb, bro. It's just a dumb decision. It's out of out of terror, bro. We're scared, bro. You could just You heard it in his voice. >> Okay, I understand. scared. I mean, but law people aren't scared. >> Can we get like at least without for We didn't try We didn't try to do nothing, bro. No felony. Like, please, bro. Like, it's all >> Well, the weed's a felony. So, like it's 115 g of weed. >> 115? >> Yes. >> How is it 115? >> Cuz I just weighed it. >> You put it with the bag, >> correct? >> Yes, sir. It's not supposed to be with the bag. The bag. >> It can't be over 20. So, I bet you the bag is not 80 g. During this interaction, the both of you had possession of it. So, the both of you are going to charge for it. >> Oh, come on, bro. Please. I can't get charged with that. I'm going to go, bro. I'm on probation, bro. I'm done. Keep keep >> That's your fault. And how you going to tell them they can't weigh it together? It was found in the crime scene, which would be the car. [laughter] You can't You can't tell them they can't weigh it together. Oh my gosh. The argument is so weak. It's like, just be quiet. Just sit back. Be quiet. Wait for your public defender or whoever cuz you're done. >> I'm not No, I'm screwed. Please, bro. Bro, please if you can do like just give me the the the out. Please. >> Without what? >> Cuz what you're looking at right now is resisting an officer. >> Can I get the resistance only? Bro, please. >> Resisting felony weed and you're tampering with evidence cuz you're throwing weed away from >> I'm sorry. I'm I did not want my brother to go back to jail, bro. I don't want my brother to go to jail. That's only I did the dumb I did, sir. I'm >> Well, you made it worse. >> I understand that, but I did not know this. If you could lie in that, sir, I'm I'm going to be li I'm going to be in jail for 5 years over this. >> I'm sorry. I didn't make that decision. >> I have Look at the baby, sir. All right, man. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. At least get a hug. I'm not even going to feel her in a minute. Please. I'm sorry. I'm not doing nothing else, bro. This all I ask for, bro. Please, bro. Please, bro. Please. >> She want to say goodbye to you? >> Please. Yes, she does. Please. I got a kiss or something, bro. I'm about to go to jail. >> Say goodbye. Come here. >> Please, bro. Please, bro. Please, bro. Please, bro. Please, bro. Please. >> Bro, say goodbye. >> Oh, yes. The um the editor, they said I would add a bro counter, but my a counter doesn't go to gazillion cuz he keeps saying bro. Um, I'mma tell you now. I'm G. I'm gonna when he's trying to kiss her, it disgusts me. That's what I'm trying to get out of my mouth. It disgusts me. [laughter] Ah, I hate it. So, if you don't I don't think you hear the kissing sounds for people that don't like to hear that, but it's just >> Bro, this is Bro, you know this up, bro. You know this up, bro. Kiss me, bro. Kiss me, bro. Kiss me, bro. Kiss me up, bro. What the Bro, this not fair, bro. So, we would have let you, what would what would have happened? I probably for next time we don't know what's going on, bro. >> If nothing happened, I probably just would have arrested you for just weed and that's it. >> All right. Thank you. >> I'm sorry, bro. I'm sorry, bro. >> A Facebook post from the sheriff's office about this incident says, "What started as a traffic stop turned intense foot chase got a serious power up when the most legendary ride share driver in history rolled up and told the deputy, "Let's a go." Complete with Mario Kart in the back seat because apparently this driver stays ready for any kind of race. Mama Mia, what a save. Thanks again for the lift. Mares was char >> I thought that was so cute. The way that they wrote that tweet out. That was so cute. >> Charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and resisting obstructing without violence. His brother Mike was charged with two felony counts of probation violation, felony tampering with evidence, felony possession of a controlled substance, and resisting obstructing without violence. They are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> Dangerous people don't always come out swinging. Sometimes it come out acting over compliant with a soft voice like everything's fine until the second they think that you're not >> Oh no, that was his girlfriend. He you know how some dudes call they they girls mama. His mama showed up. Mama was still in the car. That was his girlfriend that kissed him up. I know he kept saying mama, but it wasn't it wasn't the mama. [laughter] >> I watched it was actually in the passenger's eyes. Their look that said whatever's in this car matters more than what happens next. That's a feeling that most cops know far too well. Now, the second the driver stepped away with the officer, the passenger isn't deciding whether to run. He already decided before the tires even stopped rolling. The line between luteine and foot pursuit is awareness. And these officers were extremely on point because training always teaches you to watch hands, but experience teaches you to watch intent. Now, the best part about this video was the driver because he chose courage over comfort and actually help catch one of these guys. That's what I call a community showing up to help police keep the community safe. To me, that's what policing at its best looks like. Prepared officers, trained instincts, and citizens who refuse to just stand by. He be talking so fast to me. [laughter] But I like it. I love his uh I do. I love his input. Okay. What is this one? Hold on. Let me see. What is this? I might have to save him from for another day cuz his ain't even that good. I'm save for another day. Uh okay. This is our last video. Last video. And I will ask because I don't know how I feel about this one totally. But I do want y'all to look out for when they pull cuz she refuses to exit the vehicle. Do you think her weight brought her down on the ground like that or that they just had to use their strength to get her out or do you think that they used more force than they needed to and slammed her on the ground versus her body weight acting against her? That's my question on this one. But either way, last one. How to escalate a traffic stop. Entitled woman refuses to exit vehicle does not end well. And she also sounds like Megan from Key and Pill to me. >> 7th 2025. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for exceeding the posted speed limit. >> Officer Hash Bon and police. I got a body camera around. Result overs. For one, you didn't use a turn signal when you're coming out of Cadillac tax. And you're going 48 on Main Street here. Is there any reason you're going so fast? >> Didn't hear anything you just said because >> All right. All right, I pulled you over because you didn't use a turn signal coming out of Cadillac Jacks and you're going 48 on Main Street here. Do you know the speed limit here? >> I do. I live here. I have to pee. I'm going down the street to my friend's house and I was in Cadillac. They didn't want to let me go to the bathroom. >> I can't hear you. Say a little bit louder. >> I said I understand what you're saying. She said I was going over the speed limit, leaving Cadillac Jacks or whatever, and I wasn't trying to. I'm going to my friend's house. I have to use the bathroom. >> Okay. >> Um, they weren't trying to let anyone use the bathroom after, you know, 2:00 and they shut it down. Um, and my friend lived off of like Four Seasons very closely. >> Okay. >> I was trying to get out of the parking lot, so that was that's my only excuse. The only excuse. >> Okay. >> I just have to pee and I just when I go to the bathroom, I get to my friend's house. >> Okay. Do you have your license? Yeah. >> Just insurance? >> Um, my insurance is on my phone. >> That's fine. How many drinks would you say you've had tonight? I haven't really been drinking. I really just have to pee honestly and I'm not trying to pee on myself. I peed on myself in the car and it's not pleasant. Trying to get that out. >> I got you. I can kind of smell it on you though. So, just you want to be honest and just tell me how much you've had. >> Not sure. >> What's that? I can't hear you. Sorry. >> I won't say anything. Hold on. All right, go ahead and hang out here. I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> All right, Miss Bass, I need to just make sure that you're good to drive. So, I'd like to run you through a few tests. If you're good to drive, we'll get you out of here. Okay. >> Get out the car. And >> you are going to get out of the car. If you don't get out of the car, I'm going to take you out of the car and you're going to get >> Okay. See, this is Okay. This is where I feel like you get the warning of just step out the car because then they say, "I'm going to take you out the car." They'll say, "I'm going to yank you out the car. I'll pull you out the car. I'll drag you out the car." It's a lot of ways they say it and they mean it when they say it. So, I do think you should step out the car when they ask you so you don't get to that point. >> Resisting charge and you'll go to jail for that. >> As of right now, you're not going to jail. >> What's that? >> I haven't done anything wrong. I just want to go to the bathroom. Can we go to Hooks and I can pee and I can do your check? I just really have to go to the bathroom. Like I I've already peed on myself a little bit. >> Okay, I'll tell you what. If you want to hop in the back of my car, I'll take you to the police department. You can go to the bathroom there. I can run you through the test here. We can come back here. >> I'm going to have you step out of the car so I can run you through these tests. Otherwise, I'm going to take you out of the car and you're going to go to jail for resistance. >> Well, that's I guess my right. >> So, are you going to get out of the car or am I going to have to take you out? Why do I have to get out of the car? >> Because I'm telling you to. Pennsylvania versus Mims allows me to order you out of the car. >> What am I getting out of the car? >> Pennsylvania versus Mims allows me to take you out of the car. >> Illinois. >> Doesn't matter. It's a Supreme Court case. >> I wasn't skiing. >> Are you going to get out of the car or not? >> Wrong. I'm not going to get out of the car. >> This is your last chance. I'm going to have you get out of the car. If you don't, I'm going to take you pulled over. They're trying to take me to They're trying to take me to jail. He's trying to open my [clears throat] cart. Don't No, cuz I can really have my window pulled up. And now you're now you're using excessive force. >> Go ahead and step out of >> using excessive force trying to pull me out the car. >> My fault. >> Like get off of me. >> No. Get off of me. Get the off of me. if I have >> one thing I have noticed I I don't know why this is the time I'm deciding to pause on it but when they pull people out of the car every officer in every body cam state that I've kind of seen they pull their arm the same way cuz I think it's like a uncomfortable position for the arm to be in. So it makes you follow your body your it makes your body follow the arm for most people. Some don't care. They just they just still sit there. So, I feel like some of it is they kind of get out cuz that's that's not a nice uh position for your arm. So, I understand it cuz I was thinking like they always do a straight arm pull like this against the car every time I see this >> that's on y'all and I'm get the off. They're hurting me. They're hurting me. They're hurting me. >> They're hurting me. They're hurting me. I haven't done anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. That's crazy. And I'm going to have a bruise on my face and my knees and my chest and my arm. >> Help me. Tell the mirror to look at my location. >> Sit on your side. Sit on your side. >> No, you get too much. No, you got to stand up. I should not be out the car right now. >> Stand up. >> I should not be out the car. You dragged me out the [ __ ] car. >> My knees are [ __ ] scraped. >> Stand up. >> My forehead is [ __ ] scraped. >> Stand up. >> My forehead is [ __ ] scraped. >> Let's go. Get up. >> My knees are [ __ ] scraped. For what? >> Come on. For what? >> Come on. Stand up. >> For what? >> For white [ __ ] privilege. Like for real. I'm not standing up. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. I'm still trying to tell. >> That's another charge resisting police officer. They're not standing up when we tell you. >> What do you mean resisting? >> Yes. >> You haven't told me what I've been arrested for. >> He just told you like four times. >> No, you didn't tell me four times. You just got here. He was here. You just got >> standing here the whole time. >> Be [ __ ] for real. >> I am for real. >> I know my right. >> Okay. I don't know if you >> Hello. >> I'm by Hut. I'm by Hut. >> All right. I'm coming over there. He's more than welcome to, but you won't be here. >> He's very more than welcome to. >> Okay, I don't need your help. Get off of me. I don't need your help. I can stand up myself. Please get off of me. >> Both of you, please let my hand go ahead and get another charge. I don't need your help standing up. Please let me go. Stand up. >> Can you both let me go? I will stand up on my own. Stand up. >> I can stand up on my own. >> That's a third charge. Stand up. >> What do you mean? I can't stand up on my own and you're both still holding me against my rights. I can't stand up. Let me go. >> You're under arrest. >> How? For what? >> Resisting. >> What am I? I can I can't stand up on my own. And you won't let my let my arms go. You guys are holding me against my will. I can stand up on my own. >> I can very much stand up on my own, but you both still have your hands on me. >> Let Let me go. Thank you. Thank you. I can do that. All right, perfect. >> I think they let her get her way on to stop touching her because you know most times they're not going to stop touching you just because you're like, "Let me do it on my own. Stop touching me." I think they ra they weighed the pros and cons. And the pro was let her have her way so she can stand herself up because this is going to be very hard if we try to force her up and she just keeps her weight down. That's the only reason I think they let her have her way on this one. It just is. It was going to be a lot. >> Thank you. I very much can. >> All right. >> Can you move? >> You're in my way. >> I'm not going to move. You can stand up. >> No. Move over there so I can stand up. >> What do you mean? Can I stop? >> This is tiring. Stand up. >> No, you're tiring. This white [ __ ] privilege. Exactly. I sit up on my own. Let me go. Let me go. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Told you three times already. >> What? What was the first, third, second, or second time? Resisting. How? How? Let me go. Get off of me. Get off of me. >> Sit down in the car. >> No. For what? >> Yes. You're under arrest. >> Okay. Sitting. >> Put your feet in. >> What am I being arrested for? >> I told you three times. Put your feet. >> What am I being arrested for, Freeman? >> Put your feet in or you're going to be >> What am I being arrested for? >> Resisting a peace offices resisting a peace offic. >> How am I resisting and I've been compliant? You pulled me out of my car. >> Is your name Ashley? >> No, it's not. >> What is your name? >> Ashley. >> Did y'all get to see both officers? Because I think both officers are white, but I've never seen a white officer with the last name of Freeman. Because from my understanding, the history of that name is, you know, a slave that, you know, was either usually well, usually, you know, cuz they ran or whatever and they took on the last name free Freeman or they bought their freedom and stuff like that. But I've never seen a white man with the last name Freeman. So, did y'all get to see if both cops were white or not? Because that would be crazy if a white man has a last name Freeman. Cuz I I know the direct line that I've ever seen with that last name. >> It's not my name. >> You don't even know my name. >> What is your name? >> You tell me. You pulled up here like, you know, >> as >> you don't even know my name. You're just >> Here's here's the option. >> And dragging me for what? Here comes charge number four. >> Charge number four. Two or three. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Put your feet in the car or we're going to assist you into the car. >> I pulled over. >> Put your feet in the car or we're going to assist. >> No one told me anything. I gave my license. No one told me anything or we're going to assist you into the car. >> Of course you are. >> Okay. Put your feet in the car, please. >> For what? >> You're going to jail. >> For what? >> Resisting a peace officer. >> I'm not resisting. I haven't resisted anything. >> There's charge number four. Charge number four. I'm taking y'all to court. >> Go ahead. That's fine. I will. >> We get overtime for it. Get in the car. >> I know. >> Okay. He's going to help you in the car if you don't need >> I don't need help. >> Like I didn't need help out the car. >> This is your last warning. Get in the car. >> I don't I haven't done anything wrong. And don't touch me. I don't want to be touched. >> I don't need help doing anything. >> I don't need help doing anything. I'm trying to understand. You keep saying resisting arrest. No one told me what I was being arrested for. You're talking about resisting. >> You're You're manhandling me. You're manhandling me and it's against my right. >> All right. So, I'm going to explain this to you. Are you willing to listen to it or not? >> Nothing to me. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Are you going to listen to me? >> Can we talk like adults, please? >> Adults? You manhandle me out of my car for no reason. Do you want to know why that happened? >> It doesn't matter why it happened. I didn't do anything wrong. >> It does matter. >> So, what did you man for? Cuz somebody >> When I asked you four or five times to get out of the car, I explained to you the >> You didn't ask me for Let's simmer down for a second so I can talk to you. >> You did not. >> So, there's a court case. I didn't ask. >> Is your camera recording? Yep. >> You did not ask me four or five times to get out of anything. First of all, >> what you can do is you can foil this body camera and see how wrong you are. >> Stop cutting me off. You never asked me to get out of my car. I'm going to have you step out of the car. >> You did. Your friend pulled up and you guys dragged me out of my car and have stripes on my knees and my forehead because of that and I'm suing. >> You're born in 95, right? So, you're not a child anymore. You can listen. You understand that? >> What are you looking for, officer? >> Your car is going to shut up. I don't give a What are you looking for? >> Are you going to shut up? >> What were you looking What were you looking for in my car? What did you stop me for? I'm suing. I have nothing to do whatever you and your department is looking for. >> I'm a department >> a single mother >> of a son. >> Where is your child at? >> Don't worry about where my son's at. That's not your business. >> If he's at home alone, it is our business. >> It's not your business. >> Does he have somebody taking care of him? >> It's not your business where my son is at. >> Does your son have someone taking care of you? >> It's not your business where my son is at. Again, how you're talking is how I know you have nothing to do with any >> Okay, girl. Bye. Jacqueline said they don't want to be touched but do everything for the cops to lay hands on them. Right. Right. [laughter] You so much is brought uh on themselves by their own actions. I believe she's drunk while Kyle. Yeah. And that was one of the things they suspected when they pulled her over that she's probably cuz they were asking her do you want to do field sobriety test? She didn't. And they were like okay well we do still need you to step outside the car. And then we that's how we got to the point we're kind of at now. She didn't want to get out the car. >> So I'm suing. You had no reason to pull me over again. You have no reason. You have nothing to go on and I'm suing the out of BPD. I don't even live in Bloomington. So again, do what you want to do. I refuse all tests. >> Okay. >> I refuse it. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Well, we're going to go to the hospital then. >> We're not. And I refuse them tests. >> Are you driving? >> I know my rights. I work I work in healthcare. I refuse. >> Well, I don't know for how much longer with this. >> What do you mean how much longer? I didn't charge. It doesn't look that great. >> I've done nothing wrong. I What? >> And that's the other thing. you're in healthcare. Unless she's, you know, in the the not where she has to risk losing a license type healthcare. Yeah. You get in trouble for this. You're risking your license. And he the cop knows it. Apparently, you don't know it. So, I don't know if you loosely work in healthcare. So, that's why you're not worried about it cuz you definitely should know. This is how you can lose a license if you're in like nursing or other medical parts of the medical field. So, I don't know why you would do it. It doesn't make sense to me. >> So, we're going to go to the hospital. charges. >> If you if you refuse >> false boss charges, >> are you going to listen? >> That is my >> false charges. Put me over. >> Dr. Omar says she works customer service. [laughter] You know what? The way she's acting, she she you know, I'mma have to say I agree. It's something like that. How do the >> How does that make any sense? >> I don't know. How? How? >> I'm behind you and I said, "Well, how do I know you are? Why you always got to make a bunch of There's no reason to do that. >> Why did you drag me out my car?" >> Because you didn't listen. >> No, you you you asked me one time and then your homeboy came and dragged me out the car with you again. I'm suing. I have no You had no reason to pull me over. >> Once this female gets here, she's going to search I being pulled over for like You could You could search the car. Ain't [ __ ] in my [ __ ] >> All right, Miss Bass, go ahead and hop out for me. When you do, turn around and face the car for me. >> For what? >> Cuz I said so. >> You're not God. I haven't done anything wrong. You haven't told me what I'm being arrested for >> 10 times now. >> What do you mean? My hands are on my >> See, even this she has to be difficult in the female cop is trying to search her. She can't just face the car. Like, it's just Why are you being this difficult? It is a waste of time to keep talking to her. Like I feel like some of the cops must like the entertainment because you know you're not getting anywhere with with people that act like this. >> I can't even with your eyes. >> I know I'm fooling the no one's telling that I'm being >> so I take you in here run you through these tests. >> I'm not doing any tests. I refuse. >> That's fine. You can do that. I know. >> You're still going to take you over there to do it, though. >> I'm not doing it. >> That's fine. All right. >> I'm telling you. >> We're still going to attempt it. >> I can walk. >> I can walk on my own. >> You're in handcuffs. >> I can walk and I handcuff. >> I can walk on my own. What is the problem? I can walk on my own. Lead me the way. I don't need help. I can >> I can always tell when a cop doesn't like somebody when they don't put their clothes back down. Like adjust their clothes. cuz right they might do it later but right now she still has her shirt bunched up from the search or whatever and that's just like one of those micro signs I'm like oh they don't like you at all they not giving you any any uh small courtesies or anything >> walk on my own I can walk on my own I do not want to be touched >> it doesn't matter >> I am telling you I do not want to be touched you really have no lawyerly reason to arrest me that's He let go. Let the go. >> I'm just annoyed. >> No, please let the go. All right.
