All right, we're going to get started in a second. Live stream is connecting, so sorry for a little bit of the in between times. And I need to remember to play my my videos, too. Okay, so hopefully Mic check. Mic check. Everything's good. So, this this does have a light trigger warning. It kind of depends on how many times you've been here. And I've played some trigger warning videos because this one on the grand scheme is not not the worst, but it does contain men accused of inappropriate behavior. It's inappropriate asexual behavior, trespassing, voyerism, unwanted conduct, and other behavior. So, all right. So, we're starting with and I'm not doing charges analysis on this one. It's just pure reaction just kind of talking about it. But we're starting with creepy man tries to lock himself and woman in a bank manager's room. So, we'll start there and we'll just I do talk. I'm going to interrupt. All links are in the description box if you just want to watch it, you know, with nobody interrupting. I I understand. Hey, Janetta. All right. So, I'm going to start with this one. >> I said no, you need TO LEAVE. YOU'RE NOT MY COUNTRY. Trust me. >> On August 23rd, 2023, officers responded to a local bank. A creepy man allegedly tried to lock himself in a room with the bank manager. >> Hey there. I'm sorry to interrupt. >> Did he already walk off? >> He did. >> Okay. >> Uh, he already walked off walking towards racetrack. And >> he's actually coming back on the property. Going to be a black male. >> How's it going? >> Come out. >> You doing all right? >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. He's going to be a white male. Just tan. You got some ID on your partner? >> No. >> Okay. What's your name? >> I I just wanted to base for a second. >> What? Show them. Show them. >> What's your birthday? >> True. What's your problem? >> We just got a call that you were inside Kirsten or something rather. >> No, I didn't. I went I was say I was talking to myself. I just went in there and went right out. >> Okay. Are you a customer here? I >> I was trying to be. >> Okay. So, what's going on then? >> I just walked in there for a second cuz I was going to go talk to him. She told me to get out and I left. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. >> Okay. Were you trying to hug on him or anything or >> I just I just told No, sir. I just told you what I I was doing. >> Okay. Well, you have any idea on you at all? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> I just walked and walk back. Okay. >> No, just hang out for a minute. Okay. >> What? What do you mean? >> Just hang out with me for a minute. >> For what? >> I'm waiting for your information to come back. >> Do you have anything that actually says your name on it? No. >> Okay. You stay right here. Do you not stay around here? >> Okay. >> And I say around here sometimes I say around a whole bunch of places. >> Okay. >> 37 Central. Were you clear on that name? >> All right. My people started rolling in. So I just want to reprovide context. This man is accused of trying to like keep the bank manager locked in an office, just being super creepy. And he'd already had been told to leave on other occasions that he had visited this bank. And I'm pretty sure they told him don't come back. The other time they told him to leave. So now the police obviously are here for this particular time and the bank is kind of catching them up. And then of course this police officer is out here with him getting him identified. Stop. >> Do what? >> No, sir. >> No, you're talking. I didn't know if you were talking to me or talking to yourself. >> Are you familiar with uh Homeless Outreach? >> The what? >> Homeless Outreach. >> No, I'm not. I'm I'm okay. I'm okay. >> Okay. Still waiting for a return on his name. Come on. >> All right. Go. >> No. >> Why not? >> Do what? >> Why can't I go? >> Cuz you're not allowed. You're not free to leave. What are you doing? >> I'm just going to entertain you. Okay. >> I want you serious. I know. I know. Copy. Let me see. Let's just walk over here to this car. Okay. >> What are you doing? >> Well, if the information you gave me is correct, you're showing local warrants. Okay. Do you have anything any drugs or weapons on your person? >> No. >> Anything that might hurt or stick me if I search you? >> No. >> Oh. 37th century. Can we get a photo? >> That's going to be him. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> What's that? >> You're Sean? >> Yes. >> Yeah. I was out with you the other day. >> You're bar two years. We don't want to see you here at all. Excuse me. >> Uh, >> yeah. Get her information, >> ma'am. >> Hey, ma'am. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Okay. >> Just hang tight for me, buddy. >> Excuse me. >> Just hang tight for me. You're going to be going in jail for the warrants. Okay. >> I have warrants. >> Yes. >> So unsafe. >> You got local warrants for your arrest. Put the cash back in there right now. And this is like the this will be the fourth time he's coming here. >> Oh wow. >> But the first time he came, he had just a question like, "Oh, what do I need to open an account?" >> Not a big deal. And my license is in my car. So if you don't, you can come with me. >> Okay. >> You want to be up front with me and tell me what this is? >> Nope. Okay. Perfect. >> He was um yelling outside the bank and so my at lunch right now. Yeah. >> He was like, you know, sir, you can't do this here. You need to go. So, he left. >> Then yesterday, >> are you talking to me? >> Yes, sir. >> What is it? >> Why? >> I have no idea what you're doing. You already had the money. >> Why? Why? Why? Why? Why you >> Why you Why you over Why you me over? Why you me over? >> Don't have a class. Why you me over? Watch your mouth. >> Why you me over? >> It's going to be a lid tight. Why you me over? He came back. >> Mhm. >> And he was like, >> "I have a question." He said, "Well, no." I asked him, "How can I help you?" He was like, "Oh, well, I'm looking for women." >> He's looking for what? >> Women. >> Women. >> That's what he came in my office telling me. And then I said, I just looked at him crazy. I said, "I have the worst headache." >> Yeah. >> So, I just looked at him like, "You need to just >> I don't have time for you." >> So, then he sat down and he was like, "Well, I just have a question." I said, "Okay. Uh, what do I need to open an account? I said, well, your license, $25, whatever. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. That's all I needed to know. And he approached me. He was like, "Well, can I give you a hug now?" I said, "No, you need to leave." >> Yeah. >> And you can see my video cuz I had to notify our banks >> um officer >> and she pulled the camera. You can see where I'm telling him like, "You need to go." And then he tried to close the door >> while he was in my office and I said, "No." Yeah. >> You need to leave. Gotcha. Why you me over? >> All right. All right. If you want to jigging the rest of you. >> All right. What? >> What did he say that was? >> I asked him if he wanted to tell me what it was. Looks like that. Dude, that's too much to be. >> Yeah. I know what that is. >> I'm not sure. I don't know. flower. >> I don't know what it is. >> I can go get a test kit. >> Yeah, let's see what it is. Hang on. >> Hey, here. Put it back so I can put the rest of the stuff. I know I'm going to be a broken record and this is just hopes and wishes, but I wish mental health care, evaluation, and then care came with the arrest because it was very inappropriate behavior to I'm going to go with threatening behavior because he tried to lock her in the office asking her for a hug. He does not know her, but I also can recognize there's something else going on as well. So, I just I would, you know, concurrently I w I I wish there were things to help people mentally, but that was that was sexually creepy. Like, it was it wasn't just someone going through something cuz he going through something cuz they said he's homeless. They were trying to offer him some homeless assistance and stuff like that. But, uh, she was I could tell she she had one of those days because when she said, "I have a headache." And it's like she didn't have time to be scared. She was more annoyed. And honestly, uh, his behavior is very dangerous. It's very dangerous. It's not attached to reality all the way, but it's still attached enough to actually, you know, harm somebody. Yeah, I think so. Candace Akudo said, "Yes, wraparound and support services for victims." Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. We need it, Akudo. >> Oh, wow. There's a lot in there, but what it is is the question. >> Yeah, >> I used my cocaine one. Let me see. >> I only have heroin now. I forgot to restock. >> That's crazy. They ran out of test kits. Um, this is in Athens, Clark, Georgia. I won't know the states for all of them. Uh, but I do know this one cuz I keep seeing the markings on the car. So, a lot of times people like to know the location of what we're watching. So, this one's Georgia. I got caught lagging. We just came up from North Avenue and we were heading over to Zach and the car popped up. I was like, "We're going right past that." Dang it. >> Not his car cut off in the roadway. My boy suffering in there. >> Yeah. >> Suffer. >> Well, he's standing there talking to himself or talking to somebody. >> You just want to open it? You just want to open it? >> Yeah. >> I got caught lagging. It's okay. >> Might be sugar. >> Flour. >> Flour. >> I know what it is. Hey bud, it's obvious that this isn't cocaine. Can you just be honest with me? Tell me what it is. >> I don't No, I don't know. >> Okay. Well, it's going to go into evidence for destruction. Okay. >> Current leave me alone. >> Positive. >> No. >> What was it? >> Not cocaine. >> Oh, >> yes. >> I'll get it for you. Appreciate you. My goodness, >> that's too much for me. >> There you go. >> Did I tell you he came in my office trying to hug me? >> Yeah, they our dispatch told us that. >> Oh my god. I was like, she didn't know she knew where, but he went in my office and you can see the video cuz our security officer pulled the video and she could tell where he was like trying to get close to me and he tried to close the door >> in my office. So, I'm kind of glad he I was on this side when he came in just now because he went straight away. He thought I was there. >> Yeah. He said he was coming in here trying to become a customer. Uh, all right. Well, he's going to jail for other stuff, but >> nice. to him and the first time he came he asked questions like what do I need to open an account to the guy that works in that office >> and you know we didn't treat him any different and yesterday when he came and he was like I asked him like any other person how can I help you oh I'm looking for women >> the wrong place [laughter] >> well now if if he comes back y'all can give us a call and he can go to jail for just being here on the property >> I hate that it went that We're trying not to >> scare. >> Well, if he's if he's acting like that, I mean, >> always possibility it could escalate. So, >> I think this is always the best course of action. >> We have some people that are >> I don't know what to say. But, you know, we just treat them the same, you know, with the same respect and we give them the same service. We had one that >> through the phone here. Just crazy. >> Well, I mean, really, regardless of where you work, you're going to have angry customers. fourth time that he's been in the building. >> Well, if he comes back for a fifth, he's going to go to jail. >> Why are you doing it for me? Everything I do from now on, explanation and [ __ ] discussion and my decision. Sean, do you understand? Do it for me. Get John out of my life now. NOW. [screaming] NOW. DO NOT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT. OKAY, I'll get him out of your business. >> I'm sorry. You didn't let me get arrested and go to jail one time without being a mother over you. I [ __ ] you. >> Hey, you're still not doing this for me. Do it for me right now. Please take off so much. I'm >> now I don't know cuz it still has four minutes left. But I just want to say so far as out of his mind as he is, he's not saying the N word. I just want to point that out cuz a lot of people they they blame something on why they said the he ain't said the n word. I just want to say that for now. I don't know if he not he going to say it later but I see that a lot and I just I just always I don't know that always bothers me. So I just I don't know. I had to point that out. >> Thank you so much. I No. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You can't stop the cops one time. >> So how did they go through that? I don't want to tell you. >> Yes. Yo, get out of my life now. And now you're not dead. You're a stupid All you have to do. Okay. >> Ah, okay. Okay. Complete healing, boy. Get that deal. Don't give me that. I'm not around. I'm sorry. I will remember over so bad. I'm sorry. Me over so bad. Do I even have to go get a necklace in the wolf? I'm out this mother. No, I'm not talking to the keeper again. >> You're not do Why are you not doing this? Okay. Okay. >> Stay right there. >> Talk to me. >> Just stay right there. Death. >> Stay right there. >> I'm telling you to stay in that corner. I'm trying to give you some space, >> but you stand right there. >> Death room. Death room. Death room. Death room. Keep pinch. Keep pin all this information. He needs to hear himself now. >> Why did you say anything? Come here. Promise didn't mention that. >> I understand you been locked up. As you can see, we totally different. Now, I'm going to search you, pass you down. >> That's not going to give it, but I'mma do it though. for that. Listen up. Listen, listen. Now, I need you to work with me. Okay? See, let me pat you down. We'll get to everything else as it comes. Okay? So, turn it around in the wall right now. >> Like I said, I'm going to be patting it down. >> Going in your pocket, messing with stuff like slow. There you go. Stay still. Moving. You just had to bring one. Huh? >> All right. Hey, >> where's my bag with my jewelry? Don't worry about that. We'll buy you jewelry. >> Where's my bag with my >> Oh, boy. God, I ain't looking at my >> You want that? >> Yeah. >> Hey, where' you where'd you find Where'd you get my jewelry? Where's my bag of drones? Don't worry about him right now. Where's my bag of drones? >> Safety first. Safety first. The suspect was charged with two counts of criminal trespass. He ultimately plead guilty to both counts. The bond was set. >> See, I think the charges should be specific to also what she described happened when he tried to, you know, come in for the hug locker in the office type things. I think that needs to be on there. But I want to say that this aggression could turn around at any time. And I just again wish that there were services to go along with this cuz if you're just in jail for trespassing, he might get let go the same night. There's nothing happening here. Nobody's protected with this. All right. So, next one we have is when a pervert gets caught in the act. Which one is this one? Let me see. Let me see who was on this one. Oh, yeah. Okay. This one's going to disturb you. This is more where the trigger warning comes from. this. He's nasty and it ain't uh we'll we'll talk about it as we go. Here you go. >> I looked under me and there was this phone with two old ring spots. >> What you just saw was a statement from the 8-year-old victim. According to her mother, they were about [music] to leave the restaurant when their daughter suddenly revealed the disgusting incident that occurred inside the bathroom. What the officers will uncover now is one of the most horrible things that can happen to a kid. Just >> call his mother and let her know what's going on. >> Okay. >> Um, >> you can hang up. >> This is the dad friend and I'm the manager here. All right. Hey, bud. He's asking you to put your phone down, man. >> Just put it down. Put it down. I got you. Got a weapons on you. Keep your hands on the table for now. All right. Got ID. I came to ladies to look for jobs. You see how I'm dressed? You see how my pants? >> Keep your hands on the table. >> I just walked in not getting that long. I was sweating cuz I was walking. I said, "Hey, um, are you hiring here?" She said, "Yes, I'm going to get the hiring manager." I said, "Okay, I'm going to go wipe my face off and come back." That's what I did. I should go wipe my face off and came back. I'm staying here to Will because I know that I didn't do anything. Trying to say, "Hey, I did something." And I showed them all my photos, showed them everything. Right now, it just >> Can you see the phone? >> The phone is over there. >> Oh, yeah. That's exactly what she described. >> I want to ask you some questions to just clarify what transpired. >> Okay. So, right now, you're being detained cuz we're investigating a crime that's alleged. Okay. >> Right. I have to call my mom. >> One second. So, before we can ask you any questions, we have to read your rights. Okay. So, how old are you? >> I'm 24. >> You're 24. Why do you need to call your mom right now? >> I'm calling my mom because I have other places to deal. I went in the bathroom, wiped my face off and I was coming on the plane and I'm coming back out here. I walked back out here. The dude stopped me right there. Um, not him, but the other guy stopped me and said, "Hey, was you in the woman bathroom?" I said, "No." He said, "Okay." My daughter said she seen your book. They just stopped me. I'm not sure about for. >> Okay. And then, >> and where's your backpack? >> Right here. >> Can I see it? Thank you. Okay, I'm just going to put it over here. Okay. >> All right. So, you said you didn't go in the women's bathroom. >> There's a there's a camera right there in the hallway now. >> Perfect. Okay. So, we review the cameras, right? The camera and all that. We're not going to see you enter the women's bathroom. So, we're trying to figure out what's going on, what they're like. So, if I review the video camera right now because they're going to show us the video. I'm not going to see you enter the bathroom. >> You're going to see me look at it, but you're not going to see me enter. >> I'm going to see you look at it. Yes. >> Anything else I'm going to see in that video? >> So, be honest with me. >> No, I did not. You opened the door. I opened the door. No, I did not. I looked at the woman bathroom. I did not open the door. >> So, at no point you enter the women's bathroom. At no point did you videotape anybody in the women's bathroom? >> And you don't have your ID with you. >> So, how are you going to apply for a job and look for jobs? you don't have your ID and they require an ID to get your >> I was going to go there, ask about the information, fill out the application, and when they do the hiring process, I was going to give them my ID. >> During the child's initial interview, she told officers the suspect had a red phone with two gold rings on the back. But what seemed like an easy case soon took an unexpected turn, forcing officers to try a risky investigative tactic. >> How long would you say you're in the in the bathroom? >> All right. Um, it's gonna come out, but let me just make sure we're all oriented. He is accused of using his phone to film little girls and women, whoever was going to enter that women's restroom and record them. And the phone was on the toilet or somewhere somewhere a part of that toilet. I don't know exactly where, but the little girl could identify the phone. And she happens to be the victim. Don't know how many more there were before the little girl. But yeah, he is lying. And you're gonna like the cop lovable when he says that too cuz he's his story is not making sense at all. >> For no longer than 3 minutes >> three. >> Yes. >> I got you. I have to ask. But do you have cameras? >> Um wish I did. >> You never went in the window. I mean I want to make sure it's clear. Yo, I'm I'm looking at video and I'm seeing something over there. Let's step over there. >> You see that men's bathroom there? >> Yeah. >> And you see the women's bathroom over to the left? Look over here. >> Yeah. >> Right there. You said you never went in there. >> I open. >> No. No. This one. I'm asking you a specific question. Did or did you not go into this bathroom? >> I walked in there a little bit, but then I came out. I didn't go all the way in there. >> But you you went in there and came back out. But over there, you said you never went in it. The video shows you going in the door closing. >> Yeah, I went partly in here then I came out and I didn't >> Okay, listen. If I open that door, walk inside, door closes, walk back out. Did I go inside the women's bathroom? >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you did the same thing back. >> The question is, did you go into the women's bathroom? Is that a yes or a no? >> Yes. >> Okay. Why would you say that when we specifically asked you did you go into the women's bathroom and your answer was >> no? >> Okay. Was that correct or incorrect? >> Incorrect. But what? >> So why would you why would you say no? I didn't go in the women's bathroom when you did go in the women. >> Which go? >> I said I didn't go in any store. I didn't go >> wash my hands here. I went in the bathroom. >> Now what you said at first was I looked toward the women's bathroom, but I didn't go in there. That's what he said. Then shout out to the officer, Noir Angel. Yes, you better clarify. I love some good clarification. Like, we not going to talk in circles. Let's get real specific. Let's stop playing around. But no, at first he said, "I looked in that direction." And they're they basically I don't know if y'all saw it, but they got to trick him cuz she thought they did have a camera there. If there's a camera there, it's a dummy camera. There was nothing recording anything. So, when they were like, "They got to try a little tricky investigation." The officer basically did what they're allowed to do. He lied to the dude and said, "When I look at this video or the video shows you going in there to the dude thinks that they actually have seen him go in there, they ain't seen nothing cuz there was no uh camera footage." And so obviously he's telling on himself now. >> He came right back. >> Well, no. Well, you didn't come right back out cuz it wasn't in and out. It wasn't like, "Oh, oh shoot, and I'm back out." Cuz I'm looking at the video and I time for time. You went in, time went out. So, how long were you in there? >> Maybe like 11 10 seconds. I'm not sure. >> Absolutely not. I look at the time when you go in and then I look when you come out. It's more than 11 seconds. I >> I want stuff that I can actually see. Stuff that I can prove. And And so far, the stuff that I can prove, you're lying about. >> I just I was thinking about putting putting my hoodie on to see if I would look better with my hoodie on cuz my hat under my hat and look crazy. You get it? >> You did that in the women's bathroom in the building. >> Yeah. Downstairs. I would like this and that's all I did. >> You haven't been trooper since we've been talking to you at least. >> I have. I came here. I talked to the lady. I went to the bathroom. >> Well, what I'm saying is the reason that you're saying now about going in the women because you caught. I mean, we know you went into the bathroom. Now you giving an excuse of why you went into the bathroom. >> Officer Valentine approached the victim once again to get a more detailed account of the incident. Meanwhile, Sergeant Lundy continued dealing with air, who was slowly realizing he wasn't the smartest person in the conversation. >> So, today >> Oh, and y'all heard his excuses that he was there to apply for a job. Just that's his that's his reason for even being in the building. >> Okay. Who were you with? >> My soccer friends. Like uh a family of four. So, like two families. >> And then do you want to just tell me everything that happened like when you guys got here? I'd say like 5 minutes later a guy came and um like ordered our drinks and then like 10 minutes later we ordered our food and then when I was done eating my food um my dad told me to go wash my hands and use the bathroom before we go back to the fields before I had my soccer game. >> And usually lying don't make sense when it's truthful it flows. I mean it was smooth. All I went up there asked the lady, I said, "Hey, did he go into the uh tell me what happened?" "Oh, he came up to interview." Exactly what you said. Video shows you going doing that. You go up, walking through the to the restaurant, going to the bathroom. You look at the other camera, sees you go into the women's bathroom. But then I stopped. I said, "Well, no. He said he ain't going to bathroom." Okay, he lied about that. Check. And then I like made eye contact with the guy and he walked into the men's and he walked straight out and I walked into the wind, sat on the toilet and then I heard someone enter the restroom and go like stall to my right and then I saw a black backpack and I looked down and I saw a phone and then I kept like watching it like and I tried to cover myself up so it didn't see like my private pets and stuff. Let me see how long he was in the bathroom. He was in there for a while. I'm going to see if he's going to lie about that. I said, "How long you been in the bathroom?" What you say? 11 seconds. Seconds ain't even nowhere close. If I go into the bathroom and I'm in there for I'm just give you an example. 2 3 minutes, right? I know I wasn't in the bathroom for my 11 seconds. Now, if you would have came out say, "Hey, look, I was in there a couple minutes." >> Okay, you need to tell the truth about that. But when you come out talking about 11 seconds, I ain't buying that. >> I made sure that my mom was up before me. so I could like get close to her. She asked me what's wrong and I said I'll tell you when to get to the car and then I said like when we got outside I said it made me feel really uncomfortable and then I told her what happens like but this I was no you are on my brain right now. I was just about to say she is so detailed. She is communicating so well. Her instincts were on point. Um Noir Angel says she's a very astute little girl. She's eight. If you just came in here, this is a eight-year-old little girl. So, what she's saying is she went into the bathroom first. He goes into the stall next to her, puts his backpack down with his phone facing her, basically filming for what disgusting purposes that push you under the jail. Um, but I love how she is so clear and she's just able to make sure like I I need to see what they're gonna charge him with at the end because some of these charges be pissing me off when they like like they don't do the charge that I think you should charge sometimes on some of these body cams. Like they make it real mild and I don't like that. But yeah, she's she's doing really well. Yeah, Akudo said I was going to say the same. Lovable said that's right. Get them officer. I basically just told you. And then they all hopped out of the car and my dad like walked in to the bathroom and um he as he walked out the guy was behind him and he was like there like pointing like that. Um to my mom and then my mom came over and said, "I want to see your phone right now." Cuz I didn't know if it was videotaping, but it was like facing me and I felt like >> When you say facing you, can you just describe what was facing you? Is it this side, this side, or something else? >> So, if you were to video something like >> Amir, seemingly clueless about the severity of his actions, continued to dig his grave deeper. However, Officer Valentine later received news that broke her heart. >> So, I was able to talk to everybody that was involved. Okay. And like I said, I want to get better out just being honest. At no point were you also inside a stall using the bathroom? >> Not at any point did you I put my foot back there on the ground >> on the ground. >> One person was in this car. One person was in that car. [clears throat] Another person was in that spot. It was that was the only open spot I was in. I didn't >> see how you're you're like skipping parts saying, "Well, I didn't do this. I didn't do I'm not asking. I'm asking basic simple questions and you just be honest because you're giving me lies again." Okay. >> You just said that you didn't go inside a stall, but now you're saying you did go in stall because see how none of this makes sense. Your phone is put down and your backpack is put down while you're inside the stall and there's somebody next next to that stall. Is your camera on? >> Amir, are you being honest or is this a lie? Cuz we can't fix lies. >> See how you're saying shouldn't? We should know what's on or not on our phone. Was your phone where the camera lens is showing that? >> Was it leaned up against the toilet? No, we're not leaning up against each other. >> It was lean up on the floor, but it's like this. It's not like that. It's like this, right? >> It could be like this. Kind of like this. Lean up. Or it could be like this. >> Did you do it inside the skull? What did you do inside the skull? >> Vaseline. >> Did you do anything with your Vaseline? >> You didn't put it anywhere else on your body? >> No. >> Are you still on the channel? >> I just need you to walk with me. >> Keep your hands up. Yeah. Yeah. Bring your arms out a little bit. >> No, we're going this way. >> And I hope they get warrants for all devices where his residence is, everything that can take electricity. I hope they get a warrant to search and search for hard copies just in case he went old school. But yeah, search. Oh, I hope they get a warrant for everything because that she's not the first victim. We always know that by the time we see this, they've they not new to this. They true to this by the time we're looking at it. Right. Why ain't you going to men's restroom to use it? Right. Hey, Zach. I wonder how many other See, exactly, Zach. Exactly. I wonder how many other videos are on his phone and in those probably some external hard drives and stuff. >> What's up? I'm being arrested even though that they have no proof of me doing anything. This is going in that bathroom. I don't know. I didn't investigate this one. >> When people say that [snorts] because it's something about when people say, "Can you prove it?" And I know that's that is what prosecution does have to do. Like they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. I get that. But I'm like, "Why is that your first thing if you you just didn't do it? Period. There's nothing to prove. I know you don't have anything because I didn't do it, but like it's like but do you have anything to prove it? It's like you just trying to find out what did they find in my opinion. Yes, he's nasty and disgusting. I hope that baby gets counseling help. Yes. And her parents or she want her mom. So yeah, her parents and whoever else acted quickly. I think and the way she seems to be being raised, I think they're going to have her a counseling appointment the next day. Like I hope it seems like they're going to take care of her. She seems she's she seems very cognitive, very well aware. So, I feel like her parents are doing a good job. So, hopefully they did get her in counseling right away. Um, and I'm just wondering, I don't know how much they're going to say at the end, but I'm wondering about the trial. I'm wondering about um does she still have to go back and tell what he did again in the trial? You know what I mean? Like the the victims always get it the worst. Yeah. Guilty for sure. He was too quick to want to call his mom, too. Mom must get him out a lot. Oh, yeah. If he's been to jail before and his mom's over there enabling it, she needs to look into why he's going to jail. Yep. Guilty as hell. Lovable. Yes. >> Oh, they got something on you. It's clear. >> Yep. You see that? Nothing in there, right? You see that? It's all of you. You see anything in here? >> All right. So, if there is anything in here, after she gets you to the jail, it's going to be yours. So, we searched you. You got nothing else on you, right? >> All right. Have a seat. >> He did have his wallet. >> He lied to me. >> All right, M. You're under arrest. Okay. Video voyerism. It's expectation of privacy. You shouldn't have been in that stall with your phone. Recording. >> I wasn't recording. >> You're getting arrested. >> Um, I'm going to do a search war on your phone. >> Sorry for not muting when I typed. I thought I had hit the mute thing, but I was going to say if he wasn't recording, cuz he said that real quick, then that means he was live streaming. In my opinion, it's like a semantics thing. You were in a restroom you shouldn't have been in. You were you had a device doing something it should not have been doing. Whether the verb is record, stream, capture, whatever you want to say, you did it and it went through that phone. So whatever we discover on your phone, even though there's like deleted items, we can still recover that. I'm >> not trying to get charged. I'm not trying to go to court, have my name over the internet for something I didn't do. >> Oh, you on the internet. I love that for you. I love that for you so much. I hope that I don't know if they put his name on here, but I hope everybody you know and will know has seen this body cam. >> Then people looking at me saying, "Hey, you got >> there's no way for me to release you right here. I just have to book you in. You can make your phone calls when you go in there. Call whoever to bond you out. >> I'm homeless. I don't got nobody to bond me. >> There's a way that I can give you the code. You look through it. They able to leave today without being booked. I'm not trying to get arrested. >> You're already arrested. I think that's where you're confusing. Okay. All right. So, you don't want to give your code. Okay. >> Okay. Should I just turn the phone back on or just see it all? >> Yeah. Turn into >> Okay. Satan and Penny. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> In the future, just for learning purposes, never ever ever leave the film power off. Airplane moves are protected from getting wiped by somebody for all durations of the evidence. The reason why we leave it on is because that like those videos and the wires videos and stuff, those are in a manner which our friends tools can get if the phone stays powered on. Once that phone powers off, that stuff that stuff that we need to kind of grab out of the phone goes away until the person puts their passcode back in. All your web searches, your images, your videos mostly are gone when that happens. So, it's crucial that that does not happen for that reason. Realistically, yes, the evidence is gone. We may be able to still get it, but there's a high chance that if we do get it, it's not for months or years now. >> I feel like crying. Amir was booked and charged with video voyerism by a person 24 years of age or older against a child under 16 years of age. It is considered a secondderee felony with a level six offense severity ranking. If convicted, [music] he could face up to 15 years in prison and be fined up to $10,000. He would also be placed on the sex offender registry and would be ineligible to seal his record. Amir was denied bond. All right. So, mom couldn't just go bond him out because he was denied bond. Yeah, I these are the ones I I'm like, give their full name. Give their full name so maybe we can see what happened as far as sentencing if he's already been to trial now and everything. Um, but that was a specific charge with specific ages. I appreciate that. That's what I'm looking for when we look at these. I needed to be that specific. Hopefully, he is on that list. And um dang, that poor officer, she had to learn a valuable lesson on that one, uh turning that phone off and everything. Uh he was he was great in how he was mentoring her about it. And I could tell she did feel really bad about powering it down because they could lose what they needed. And uh he said it took it takes months and years to get what they would need. Now, you know, it gives them a lot of time to hide things, destroy things. Yeah, it's giving pervert Teresa. It definitely is. All right, here's our next one. This is one of the ones from the thumbnail. Police step in when creep asks random women for threesome. So, it's at Planet Fitness and oh, and if you're seeing ones in the comments, if you're in the replay, gang gang, the ones are for guilty. I I haven't put up my poll, but one is for guilty, two is not guilty, three is not enough information if you were looking at this as a juror. Um, and if you were asked to make a decision, that's what the ones are for. So, I need to put my poll up. So, um, the the context is there for the number one. All right. So, here we go. >> Mr. Steal, your girl here had no idea what he had done wrong after he asked multiple women for a threesome at Planet Fitness. >> What's up, man? Talking over there real quick. We're not around all the way. Can you check the cameras, too? >> Yeah. We'll figure everything I file a complaint against him. Get your shoes. Get out. >> All right. Just grab your shoes. >> All right. So, he's the aggressive reciprocator of I want to file charges cuz you the one being a creep, but now you're about to be held accountable. So, now you want to file charges cuz somebody supposedly did something wrong to you. So, that's his distraction technique. The other one was just lying, lying, lying, and want to talk to his mom. This one's trying to turn it back on somebody else. >> We'll go over here real quick. >> Sure. That's not me. >> Okay. All right. Cool. We We'll head right over by the front desk. I appreciate I'll come talk to you in a second. All right. What What uh what exactly is he? >> Um so I had a female >> I got you. Give me one second. What's that? >> I had a female file a complaint against me cuz I saw I asked them for a three three-way. >> Okay. With file a complaint against the front desk >> like sexual. >> I just asked him if they wanted three-way. That's all I said. >> Like sexual or like >> That's all I said. What does it matter? >> I'm just trying to figure out where you're >> No, that's a that's a valid question. He's asking you, are you asking them about a sexual act? It doesn't. It matters. You need to answer the question. Um, Noir said, "I wonder if the cops asked him to step away from the weights as a safety precaution." That's smart if that's why they did it. The gym says guilty. You're right. They clapping for the police. Yeah, they Oh, I wonder. Is he always a nuisance? Is that his first time coming to this gym? Did somebody finally get tired of him and call the police? Or were these particular ladies like, "Oh, no. I'm not dealing with this." And they called the police this time, but since the whole crowd's clapping, I feel like he's been a nuisance for a while because I don't norally see this when people get arrested except when they, you know, get kicked off the plane sometimes and stuff, all the Planet Fitness lunkheads say guilty to. Right. Right. The fact that people started clapping. Right. >> Or what she thought. >> That's all I said. That's not really >> okay. >> important. >> Okay. >> Um >> that's the whole reason they're there is because you out here soliciting threesomes. It is important. I also wonder in context, do the police still get called? For example, if you're at a bar or a club, is someone now are the odds less likely someone would call the police on you if you ask them that? Because I know people proposition people for threesomes out in this world. I know it happens. Um, it's unwanted attention and that's a weird I feel like it was a cold start on how he did that. Like, but I do wonder though about that. Like, I know people are out here asking for threesomes. I know they are. >> And they said no and I walked away. >> Okay. >> And that's everything's on camera in here. Uh, and then I was over in the other room and I was hitting on the girl on the hipodu machine and she also filed complained against me. Then he asked he tried to remove me physically. Okay. And then did you push anybody? Anything like that? You assault anybody? >> I pushed him back after he pushed me. >> Okay. >> Well, you can check everything's on film. >> Yeah, I got you. >> What's uh You got your ID on you? >> No. >> Yeah. What's your first name? >> I'm not We're investigating. >> Okay. >> There's an investigation. I can't do that right now. I'm going to do that afterwards. >> Yeah. Yeah, for sure. I got to get everybody's names. How do you >> What's your first name? >> John. >> What's your last name? John. >> Thank you so much. >> Anytime. >> My name. >> So, so tell me what can you tell me what happened? >> So, I know you may have told me other officers off shift today. Shouldn't even be here. It's working out. Um, she had some ladies that seen her and knew she worked here. Okay. Came up. They made a complaint about the fellow. Said that he was asking him inappropriate questions, asking if they wanted a threesome. Then spotted again talking to another girl in the corner. other girls asking him to get away, too. >> Okay. >> I wasn't trying to do nothing. I asked the girl, "Hey, do you want me to talk to you?" Cuz he said that she he walked past and called her. >> Okay. >> Cuz he didn't want to cuz she didn't want to do what he asked. >> Mhm. >> So, I was going to go over there. I was going to ask him what's going on if like if he's okay, blah blah. Some people come in there and they're on drugs. Ask him if he was okay. He as soon as I walked up to him and said, "Get the out of my face." I didn't even ask him nothing yet. So, I said, "Well, if you don't want to talk, you can leave the gym, >> right?" Right. I said, "But I'm not going to have other customers, multiple customers, being uncomfortable for one guy." >> Okay. Where's the other Where's your coworker who who he said that to. >> Okay. Did you Did you feel Did you feel sexually harassed when he when he asked you that question? >> What? >> To the girls. >> Did the girls >> They felt like they were sexually harassed. >> Okay. Where Where are the girls? >> They left already. >> Oh, they already left. >> Even after harassing three women and being publicly humiliated for it, the male >> This is a Planet Fitness. It's a It's a gym. That's all it is. Ace Moonshots is Planet Fitness. Um, I wish the girls hadn't the ladies hadn't left. I know I get it. I would I would want to get out of the situation as quickly as possible, but I wish they hadn't left. Uh, hopefully they are able to be contacted in case they need to testify, but so he's a well, he's just he's nasty. He's aggressive. Um, I'm surprised a lot of times these type of guys don't really stand up to men, though. So I am surprised he actually tried to kind of get buck with a dude. >> Continued claiming innocence and refused to leave the gym. >> Just watch the cameras, diffuse the situation at the moment and then take down whoever's information you need. >> At this point, you were refusing to leave. That's what security or whoever that guy is. He's a worker here. Tell me to leave though. So I need your address. I need your name. You don't have your license. I need something. >> I have a membership here. Why would I have to be Why Why would I have to listen to somebody tell me to leave? >> I'm assuming you're going to be trespassed at this point. You're not going to be allowed back. I guess I'll just leave now. >> No, you're not allowed to leave right now. >> What's your address? >> Word. How do you not remember your address? >> Because this is this is being this is too much. >> It's not too much. >> This is too much. >> How? >> Is there an assault charge? >> There could be. >> There isn't, though. So, what am I What am I being for? >> You're not leaving. If you If you walk out of here, you're going to get arrested. I'm telling you for obstruction. For obstruction. So get this off your name charge. So how can I be arrest investig investigative attention >> camera on? >> Good. We have cameras on. >> So you have two options here. You give this gentleman your name. >> Huh? >> You have two options. You either give him your name. We document everything. Or you don't. >> If you can h you can hear you. He done heard every other question. Now she come and say something. Huh? Huh? You you heard her. Thank you for the super chat. Academic tryh hard part two today. Yes, [laughter] I'm I I made it back. I was like, "Oh, we can do this." Especially cuz I was like, "We're not doing charges. We're not We're just I mean, the analysis part. We're just going to watch it, talk our noise, and keep it moving." >> Huh? >> You have two options. You either give him your name, we document everything, or you don't give your name and we arrest you, and we still get when we get inside. >> And we what? >> And we arrest you for obstruction. So, you have two options. >> How can you obstruct me if there's no charge? >> We haven't investigated further yet. It could be a charge. >> Okay. So, find out if there's a charge. >> I need your information. >> No. Either find out if there's a charge, >> sir. You're going to get If you don't come out, I'm telling you, you're going to get it locked up. >> I don't care if I'm if I spend the night. So, you can either find out if there's a charge >> or or that I'm leaving. So, you pick one. You're not paying me for no reason. >> You're being detained. This is what This is what you are being You're being detained. >> You already You already gave me your name and date of birth. Why can't you just give me your address? >> Cuz it's not necessary. >> Can't you just find out if there's a charge first? No, there's no find out. Baby, it's a charge. There's no finding out. You're getting charged. You just now it's just how many charges are we counting up to if you don't want to provide your information. Noir said, "And this is why women like me either want to work out at home or join an all women's gym because if this happened to me, I'm the one that's going to jail." I understand. I understand you, Noir. For real. For real. Cuz you you not Some women are not going to let you leave until you feel something for what you did to them. And yeah, so I hear you. I don't want you in jail. Let's get Let him get his camera on. He's a drama queen. Mhm. He does. Akudo says he really thinks he can outsmart and out talk himself out of this situation. Yeah. Thank you. Living life. Yep. So sexy. He pretended not to hear the female offic. He done heard everything else. He just been answering. He have to take a earbud out the ear or nothing. Did he know the women? He did not know the women. A moonshot. He's just walking up to random people. He did not know them. Yep. Lovable said he doesn't hear them because he doesn't respect women. And being bossy of right as if he's in charge. Some people need to obtain control under uh stress is intriguing. I agree. Akudo Christina said this is the wrong place to pick up a partner or two. We are just trying to get our workout and leave. That's doing too much. When I tell you I I'm not a gym buff, but what I do believe is that the gym is not where most people, especially if they're actually most people are that honestly work out, improve themselves, go home. They don't want to talk to nobody. They don't want you tapping on them. They got to go like this like hold you tapping on them and they like, you know, they don't want to do that. They want to work out. Don't talk to them if they don't already know you and go. Even sometimes sometimes they don't even want to talk to you if they know you cuz they to work out and get this over with and go home. Yeah. Toxic for both sides. This is true. I have seen some things mostly on social media. Thank goodness not in person. He is very arrogant. He you know he's setting off that alarm. Is it because I know you said lunk earlier. Is that what it's called at Planet Fitness? The lunk alarm. You know he is. Why are you at Planet Fitness? Like, leave go away. Go to Gold's gym or something. Um, but yeah, he is the one that grunts. I I I agree with you so much about this. Ace Moonshot said, "I assume the gym is supposed to be a safe space. No shape shaming, no ogling, just passive support and that's it." And you're right. That is what it is. Cuz a lot of people that um they are like the a lot of people that are regulars at a gym, they'll tell people that are just starting out at a gym like, "Hey, we not even worried about you." Nine times out of 10, we not looking at you because we looking at we trying to get ourselves together. It's it's mostly a judgment free zone. There's some people that they don't know how to be a decent human being, but overall it's A JUDGMENT FREE ZONE. JUST go ahead and do your thing. Ain't nobody looking at you cuz we we got our we got to do our own thing. Super sweaty. Oh, yep. Never wipes the machines. He's that person. Yep. Mhm. This works. >> I'm pretty sure that is how it works. >> No. >> No. >> How can there be obstruction if there's no charge? Well, you have to You need a charge to obstruct. >> I'm giving you a lawful order to say what I said. Respond to what I said. >> I'm You're not listening. You keep cutting me off. >> I'm listening. >> Can I speak now? >> Go for it. Say something relevant. >> So, there's altercation here. Okay. >> Correct. >> Of possible assault. Is there is there anything >> you keep asking questions? Hold on. Feel me going? You keep cutting me off. A possible assault. >> So, watch the cameras. >> So, we are doing investigative attention. We have to identify both parties cuz if there was an assault, there could be charges pending. I can't charge someone. I don't know who they are or where they live. >> Okay. So, I'll drop my charges then. >> No, this not you're we No, that's not how that goes. >> Yes, it is how it works. >> No, you're clearly He really feels like he's the complainant right now. I'll drop my charges. You don't have any charges to drop. any charges that are coming are against you. He He's either really in Dulu land or he thinks again like y'all said he's going to out talk himself out of the situation. >> Misinformed. >> The way he's mansplaining the law to an experienced female officer. You can bet he graduated from the Hustlers University. >> No, I think you just don't understand how things work. >> I do. I've been doing this long enough. I do understand. >> No. >> Yeah. So, like I said, you either give us comply, give them your name, birthday, address, the whole nine so we can find your ID and we can possibly identify you and we'll document all this and move on. You're choosing the car route. First of all, >> it's not a joke. Um, Zach said he must have just got his certificate from completion from Andrew Tate University. Mhm. and he can go exactly where Andrew's headed as well. But he definit that's that's pretty accurate. Um academic tryh hard said then there's always the girls wearing almost nothing setting up five cameras yelling at everyone to stop looking at her. There was a girl woman but um the internet they got back at her like they were like no do not you can't come on here trying to embarrass people that looked at you when half the time they didn't even look at you the other time it's like people's eyes are going to go where they go like a lot of things catch your eye whatever gender you are and they ate her up on the internet they were like you you were doing this on purpose to have a confrontation and the person didn't even do anything and you still confronted them and harassed them. Like I she might have got kicked out that gym. They might have canceled her membership because yeah, that's not that's like a that's a different type of predatory to me. Like you're trying to force a confrontation and nobody's bothering you. They don't want anything from you. Yeah, I don't like that either. He just came out of his mouth with say something relevant right Akudo clutching the pearls. He would have known I've tried it with me. And if he did, he would have regretted it real quick. Uh oh. Lovel said, "Hurry up and arrest him. She's done. She's over it. My older brother goes to the gym the last few years. Is pushing 70. He's in and out. I'm not sure he ever spoke to anyone. Most don't. People let him talk this way. He's in his mama's basement. Probably. He's in the basement. Arrogant narcissist. This is obstruction at this point. They need the info to trespass him. And he doesn't understand what obstruction is. He's like, I'm not obstructing a charge. That's not what you're obstructing. You're obstructing their investigation. You're you're they're they're asking you for information that you have to provide mandatorily. You're not providing it. And that is the obstruction. But he's so bent on what he thinks he knows and definitely not going to listen to her tell him anything. Read a book. Don't. First of all, an officer. >> Who's filing charges? >> Possibly us or Plan Fitness. >> Possibly. Possibly. Nobody file charges now. >> Not yet. >> Okay. >> We're figuring out charges. >> I have to speak to both parties. >> Go find a charge then. >> Go speak to them first. >> We're not going to find charges. >> No. Go speak to them first. No, >> I know how this works. >> You're not going to good cop bad cop. Go speak to >> There's no good cop bad cop, sir. You're going to get arrested. >> Okay, that's fine. >> You You want to get arrested? You're So you're telling me you don't want to identify yourself? >> That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying I want you to find a charge first. >> And if everything's on being recorded right now, which you said it is, I should be fine. >> Yeah. This is not how this goes. >> Don't tell me how it goes. >> I am. This is my job. I'm telling you how it goes. >> I'm going need Who were the two guys that walked in in the first place that got him away from the weight? I'mma need this one right here that's on the left. Let's step in and maybe she says, "Don't assist me. I got it." Maybe. But I need this to stop. There's no back and forth. This is not a negotiation. It's time to wrap this up. I don't And maybe she's waiting on Maybe there's a cop back there that's getting the rest of the information cuz I feel like she's on standby. So, she got to sit here and listen to him. I wouldn't talk no more, though. I I would just wait for the results. I've told y'all before, I'm not one to continue stupid conversations. When I realize I'm in a stupid back and forth, I have nothing else to say. It's not going anywhere. You're only trying to raise my blood pressure. Okay. That's fine. I'm telling you, you have a minute. If I come back, you better give a name and address. >> So, what they were saying was I guess he and he said he did this. He said he went up to I guess a female working out here. Asked her if she was interested in having a threesome. Obviously, she felt harassed. And then he went up to another another person and asked him the same question. They felt uncomfortable. He admitted he said it. And then Mike tried to ask him like what his intent was and he was like, "What? Why does that matter? When I came to ask him, >> in order to leave the ladies alone cuz they felt uncomfortable. He told me to get out of his face. >> He didn't even want to talk to me. I didn't even get the chance to ask him a question. >> Oh, do you guys want to trespass in this place? >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. My manager is going to probably get him this report. So, yeah, we'll trespass. No. Nope. I'm going detain him. He's not arrested yet. Fine. Finish your investigation. Detain him. Ain't no calf raises that you get to do while we're doing this. No. Nope. You do not get to feel like you're in charge. Get them earbuds out his ear. Let's get this wrist jewelry on. Put him somewhere he can't do not now workout. No. Noir said he knows the women left the gym already and thinks there's now no evidence when they can arrest him for not identifying himself. That might be where he's getting cocky. That would make sense. Yep. They're Planet Fitness. Omar, he is ridiculous. This guy is objectively ignorant that acts like he is the smartest in the room. Arrogant as possible. M. That is him. Omar, no. Stop picking the sorry ones. No. If they're on this video tonight, Omar, no. Red flags. Horrible. Creepy. Disgusting. >> Did you drive here? >> I walked. >> Where you going now? >> The bathroom. >> No. No. You can't use They don't use facilities here. They don't want you trespass. They don't want you They want you to leave. >> Not yet. >> They want me to leave. >> You're not leaving just yet. >> Adding in. >> Oh, we want to punch him in the face. Oh my god. [laughter] Thank you for the super chat, academic tryh hard. Yes, we call it wrist jewelry over here. And you are a member, so you have access to the little emoji of the handcuffs if you would like to use them. But yes, we call it wrist jewelry. >> Insult to injury. The officers learned that the male didn't even have a Planet Fitness membership all this while. >> They can't find you in the system. You gave me the right name, right? John, they want you. We got to put you in the system. You're not allowed back here. You come back. Okay. So, can we just come back here? >> No. Let's get back right now. So, we need to positive ID. If you're refusing, I said you're arrested for obstruction. Are you refusing? >> I am not doing anything. >> That's it. You're You're arrested. That's it. >> Don't stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> Explain to me how this is How is this le >> Stop tensing your arm. Stop. >> Stop it. >> You're going to resisting charge if you don't. >> Stop tensing your arm. >> You're pissing me off right now, >> sir. Move your arm back now. >> Can we just talk about it? >> No. Now you're going to Now you're going to resisting charge. Going to put your arm back. You need this worse. Stop. >> I got him. I got him. I got him. >> You should get bring to the ground. >> Stop. >> What is wrong with you, man? >> What is wrong with you? >> He is. He, Zach, when you said he's a student and just got his certificate from Andrew Tate University. This dude is really trying to assert dominance. He really, really is. Oh my gosh. Oh god. The delusion of it all. Thank you, Akuo, for gifting a trendy membership. Who got it? Let me see. Hold on. Tate. Oh my god, that's ironic. But Tate A 2025 got the got the membership. That is that is really ironic. But shout out to Tate A. [laughter] You Oh, you say you don't think his name is He said John. Now you're pissing me off. Go down. Stop. >> No. You look like an You guys good? >> Stop. I got him here. Here. Here we go. >> Look, if you don't cop me, I walk. >> I think somebody could give him the Edison medicine. Shout out to Public Friend for that one. Give him Pikachu. We don't even have to go through all this. I feel like this is a valid reason to pull that out and just zap zap real fast. Too late for that, >> dude. Are you kidding me? >> Got me. >> Yep, we're in. >> Yeah. >> All right, bring this arm down. Bring it down. >> Oh, let me do a quick check in general. Um, am I having issues with y'all seeing me visually or is this an isolated incident for poetic justice? Because sometimes, you know, things happen. We don't have really a storm or anything right now, but let me know. Can y'all um see the video? >> All right. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> Oh, yeah. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. Let's go. This cat mouse. >> Yeah. I got my >> 397. >> I was assaulted. >> That's crazy. Someone lock this. >> Yeah, I got it. Jack's lock. Put it in. All right. There's a earring. >> There's an earring that says 40 points on that bolt thing that came off. >> Punk boy was soon taken to the jail where he continued to refuse to provide pedigree information and refused fingerprinting. >> Car keys. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? Car keys. >> You can't go in my What are you doing? Yes, we can. You're arrested. >> Okay. So, you can't just take my >> You're not taking it. car keys. Let's >> see what the car says. >> Honda, which one? >> Oh, why can't they take your things? Are they violating a boundary of yours? Huh? Isn't that funny? We know what it means when it applies to our things and us, but we don't know what it means when it when you need to leave other people alone and and stop approaching them asking them about threesomes. Zach said, "Now they want to blur out his face. It's too [laughter] late." Akudo says, "Sir, absolutely no one. And I mean, no one was assaulting or otherwise approaching you for any reason. You are repellent. [laughter] [gasps] I just don't get it. Why do people demand to stay where they are clearly not wanting? I I don't understand that either. I I don't get it. I hate when you're driving in the sunny outside the sun being a Oh my [laughter] right now. He has boundaries. Poetic justice. trespass me and I say fine bye. I don't want to be where I ain't welcome. >> Is yours? >> What does it matter? You're gonna tow it? >> You don't have to tow the car. You're going to tell me who you are. So, I'm going to run your car. >> You got to go get some AC in the back. Hold on. What hand you want? Right or left? I'll give you >> Why do they have his face blurred now? We saw his face for 90% of this video. That is funny. He Oh, did he have warrants? He probably does have warrants. The way he acting. >> Is it necessary? >> Yes, it's necessary. Dude, you just fought four police officers. >> I DIDN'T GO WATCH THE VIDEO. I DIDN'T FIND NOBODY. >> OKAY. The male was charged with obstruction, hindering apprehension, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and refusal to submit fingerprints. All right, we got a detailed charge list on this one. Yes, if you like this narrator, I'm pretty sure this is police insider in case you're not already subscribed to them. Great channel and the link's already in the description box if you want to hit that and then find other videos of theirs. But they are they are great at narrating. I also like how they do their charges and stuff. love a good setup that makes it easy for us. All right, so his name was John. Well, I guess we'll say John Doe because maybe that wasn't confirmed. Uh, let's see cuz yeah, age wasn't even confirmed. But his crimes obstruction, the one he didn't understand the definition of, hindering apprehension, that's new to me. Resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, disco or disorderly conduct, refusal to submit fingerprints. All right. All right. book him under John Doe and let him stay there until he's identified. I don't know why they blurred that specific cop. It's like they just got blur happy at the end. I did see that they blurred everyone that wasn't a cop or him as a suspect in the beginning, which I was like, dang, that's a lot of that's a lot of uh work for the person that's over there redacting things. [laughter] He said, "H boy." Interesting. Oh, maybe once you're in the jail. Maybe, maybe. Akudo, his name is Mud, right? I Yeah, hindering is new to me. Hindering apprehension. Okay, I had to I wanted to play a video before I forgot. This is one I do want to show. Stand up men who do intervene when another man is being creepy. So, this one's just out for real. Uh, this is from his Tik Tok uh hoene official or Instagram. It's from Instagram. But he did intervene when he saw this dude messing with these women. Like I I think the dude couldn't take no for an answer. But here's We'll watch that real fast and then we'll go to our next creepy video. >> What? Hey, are you going to meet up with us over there? >> Yeah. Sorry, I got to go. >> What's up, buddy? What's up? >> Nice meeting you. Bye. >> Come on. Everyone's ready. >> No, you're good. You're good. Which way are you watching? That way. That way. Oh, have a good one. Of course. All right. Thank you. >> All right. It was short, but his u the caption says, "Pa for all men. Always keep an eye out to protect the women in your vicinity." So, they noticed the woman was being harassed. They pretended to know the woman. So, then the dude would leave her alone. And that's one of those. Oh, they call it okay cuz when we get sexual harassment training that was it might be distract. Dang it. It might be distract but there's like distract, delegate, um direct when you're just like, "Hey, leave them alone." Which I have a I have an example of a direct one that we'll look at later. Um but there's a It all starts with a letter D. You know, you got to keep everything where you can try to remember it. But shout out to them. Just pretend like you know the person. get that woman away from that man. And it was another guy that's on TikTok that he rides a motorcycle and he saw this woman getting harassed like it was a car following her as she walked and he um he rolled up to that car. That car pulled right on off and he made sure she got to where she was going, which which happened to be only one more block away. But yeah, shout out to the the guys that are like that. All right. It does sound like different for resisting arrest, but he got a resisting arrest charge, too. All right. I saw that happen in Japan. She just walked up and a guy played it right. Dude following her was aggressive. Oh, I hate aggressive creeps. Okay. All right. So, let's look at the next body cam. Sorry. Okay. All right. Predator arrested after police find his deleted messages. He doesn't have remorse. He's just not happy he got caught. I can tell. I don't even think he he I don't know if he really thinks he did anything wrong, but I'll let them describe it and we'll talk about it. Here we go. >> On August 30th, 2025, in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, a 17-year-old girl and her parents walked into a police department to report a 28-year-old co-orker who had assaulted her at a local Red Lobster. >> Okay, justice, uh, real quick, cuz you're back here. I just got to fill out this sheet here. Okay. I got your cell phone and I've got your keys. All right. So, while you're back here, those stuff that stuff's just going to be in possession while you're back here kind of thing. Okay. Uh, can you spell your first name for me? >> J U S T R C E. >> Can you spell your last name for me? >> R O B R I T S O N. >> Thank you. All right, man. Uh, I want to talk to you about what happened tonight. Uh, I know we kind of talked about it a little bit at the the house. um cuz I wanted to get your initial just feel for for um what was going to happen and stuff like that, but main concern here is is obviously the Red Lobster stuff. Um you kind of alluded talking to you and that she did something with some other guy that created a problem where he had to leave kind of a deal and stuff like that. Um I'm mainly concerned with the date of August 17th both of you were working. Okay. Um, and during your shift or close to the end of it, I guess some things might have happened um that I kind of want to get your your take on stuff like that. Do you want to run me through maybe what happened on the 17th? Any conversations you would have had with her or anything? >> We didn't have a conversation. But everybody kept asking me if I was like, "Oh, what's going on? What's going on?" And I'm I was really confused like what y'all talking about because you know we had a bunch of parties there so I'mma bust our clean table so I have to rip and run and clean tables. >> I see. >> So I didn't notice but I guess everybody else noticed that me around. >> Okay. >> And like when people ask me what's going on I'm like what y'all talking about? Then I'm like yeah I'm like what y'all talking about? And then they was like look behind you. So I look I'm like I'm like I don't know the [ __ ] I don't know what the [ __ ] you got going. Excuse my language but I'm like I'm like I don't know what the [ __ ] you got going. >> Don't worry about dropping the fbomb. How about you keep your hands to yourself with your 28-year-old ass messing with a 17-year-old or anybody that doesn't want you touching them. >> Sure. >> What's she doing? >> Yeah. >> They like oh she following you. And I'm like I'm like, "Oh, she probably look at me as a big brother then because that's supposed like that's that's how we treat the younger females in the job." Okay. We treat them as little sisters and then was like the older people supposed we treat his family too. Unless you want to talk to them. >> Sure. >> Y'all see how his story starts out? She looks to me like a big brother. Oh, they were saying she was following me. I'm innocent. I didn't do anything. I'm I'm confused why I'm even here right now. That's how we're starting it out. Um, let me see. So, yes, poetic justice came back and backed me up on this. So, the the D's are direct, distract, delegate, delay, document. Um, direct is when you actually just confront the person and call them out for exactly what they're doing. Distract is you do enough to distract the offender so the victim can get out of that situation. delegate. You usually telling a higher up or someone you know can handle situations like this and because you're not comfortable doing it yourself. That is great for people that do not like confrontation but they do want to help. Delegate um delay I'd have to look up against I can't remember what delay would be. I I don't remember how what that tactic is and then document you know reporting and everything. So yeah. So it might not help them in the real moment with the documenting, but it will help them in the long run for sure. So if you're not confrontational, there's ways to help people that are being harassed. Now, it's more for work when it comes to a lot of it, but you you can use some of these outside of work as well. All right. Yes, Auntie N. I'm getting me some bear mace. I do need to get some tools. I really do. I want to show y'all this one girl's this one woman's uh Instagram eventually and she she promotes some type of self-defense type tools because I need some I I need a few things actually. It's going to be shopping time in a little bit. I'm not Omar. I'm not doing this with you. I'm going keep on going. Um living life said it definitely gave he is the problem and doesn't realize it but sometimes people don't have friends for a good reason. Got you. Yes. and not talking about him, but we're talking about somebody she's she's actually seen in real life. But that makes sense. Yeah, cuz he sounds like maybe he could be helped living life. The person that's out in your real world. Um, hey Jordan. Let me see. Yeah, this is this is my thing. Exactly. How are you with your little sisters? Those are the key questions. He does sound like he he stutter stutter. He is stuttering. Um, let me see. Okay, I'll keep going. >> I was I actually haven't known her long. Didn't know her. >> Okay. >> Uh, >> how long you guys been working together? >> I supposed to I've been working there from this month supposed to be two. Yeah. Almost 3 months. >> Three months? >> Yeah. >> Was she there when you got there for work? >> No. >> No, she wasn't. Okay. So, she even less than you probably as far as how So, you guys have only been co-workers for how long would you say? I would I'll say like a month and a half. >> A month and a half. You guys are co-workers. Okay. >> So, you guys only been working for like a month and a half probably together and stuff like that. You're kind of explaining to me that you people were pointing out that she was following you. Um I guess what was your take on that she was following you? >> I didn't you know I didn't see nothing bad about it because I didn't look at her that type of way. >> Okay. So, you know, I'm thinking, oh, maybe she boy like see me as a father. So, she's following me around. >> But then, but then >> did he say maybe she sees me as a father figure? I got to go back. I got to see if I can understand through all this mumbling. >> Or maybe she boy like see me as a father. So, she following me around. [ __ ] But then but then uh I don't know how she ended up with my Snapchat. >> Okay. >> But I guess boom, she got my Snapchat. Then she was trying to talk to me and I told her I didn't want to. >> Because she's 17. >> Okay. >> So you knew she was 17? >> Yes. Okay. >> But like when she first started to work in there, I didn't know. Okay. I ask somebody because the guy she did it to >> I see >> the guy she did it to was uh trying to talk to her. >> Sure. >> So he asked me. So I asked I'm like I don't know. Let me go ask somebody else. Then that's when I came back to him was like bro she 17. >> Okay. >> Then then that's when he like oh [ __ ] she on she on me. Okay. >> But like yeah, we not I didn't I didn't like her on that type of level. >> Sure. >> She would just was somebody to laugh with as I did with all my co-workers. >> Sure. Okay. And did you communicate over Snapchat or any text messages or anything with her? >> From then it was mostly what you doing? What you doing today? Do you work today? >> I see. >> That's what that's really >> just candid chill stuff as far as like just two coorkers talking. Then then she used to ask me, "Oh, what you doing today?" And I just was going around one before I go to work. >> Okay. And do you have any of those messages still on your phone or anything like that? Nothing at all. >> No, cuz I had blocked her on Snapchat after she sent me some messages saying, "What the I'm weird. Why am I always bringing her name up?" And >> and and where did that come from? Why is she calling you weird? Why does a 17-year-old have to call you weird and that you always bringing her name up? Because I I don't think I do not believe that everyone's telling you, "Oh, she always up under you. Oh, I don't I don't believe that at all. I believe he has he has been messing like trying to get her attention or doing little things for a long time. I don't think he cared about her being 17." And I I already know he don't care cuz we're going to get to the part where he actually put his hands on her, too. He don't care about her being 17. And I this is okay. We haven't watched a trial in a while because time. But when I see any cases where a minor is involved and I see adults in the chat in the comments, the actual adult that's the offender, and they say some stupid is like, "Well, these girls are fast or um she was acting like an adult and blah blah blah." But who's the real adult in the situation? Who should be faster in their logic and their morals? The child or the adult? Because even if that child, because children do crush on adults. They do. Teenagers start liking their teachers and everything else. They crush on adults. But you are the actual adult. So you just don't act on it. Why is that so hard to understand? I don't care how fast. She could be Roadrunner. I don't care how fast they are. you're the adult that has the knowledge you should not be doing this. It's not that it's not that hard to understand. You can name every action that that child took to tempt you. Why are you actually giving into a temptation? Let's say that. Why? Why don't do it? You know the law. You know what's right and wrong. Get some help if you actually feel inclined to do something with a child. But no, there is no excuse ever on how you can blame the child. I'm sorry. Like I when I see that in the comments, I'm like I hope the children in your life have another adult to go to if anybody ever violates them. Um, grown man is having any social interactions with minors is weird activity. It's I'm going to say case by case on some of it because that's so broad. But please keep your children safe. That's what I'm going to say. That's what I'm going say because I know obviously not every man that is having an interaction with a child is doing anything nefarious. This is broad, but I I'm definitely with you on I know what you're saying. He is delusional. Ace adults should not be friends with I think you going to say kids. Um, did you hear about what that nurse in California who unlocked six people? Did I hear about her? I don't know if she reached me. I don't know if that one reached me. Adults should not be friends with children. I thought that's what you were saying. Are we sure he's sure he's just an adult? What do you mean lovable? What do you mean they're not that fast? Right. He's slow. Exactly. Poetic addresses. They're not that fast. Exactly. If you know they are under 18, there can be no excuse. Exactly. Yeah. I Okay, I hear you, Akudo. I got you. I mean, better safe than sorry. Always better safe than sorry. All right, let's go. >> Was it? And I was honestly confused because I'm like, I'm not bringing your name up. Would it be cool if uh we looked through your phone? Like if you were here with us and we got your consent, we could look through the phone, confirm there's any messages or no messages or anything on there. >> You'd be cool with that? >> Okay. Uh I got to get a piece of paper just for our records and stuff saying that you're cool with it and then we can look through with you. Okay. Obviously, I'll have to hold on to the phone and we'll go through. But as long as you're sitting there with me and stuff like that, I can see if there's any messages just to corroborate what you're telling me and kind of go from there. Okay, man. >> All right. Can you just type for me for a second? Awesome. Appreciate it. >> No problem. [sighs] Do we have any consent to search forms up here? >> Uh, thank you, man. >> Appreciate it. Okay, Justice. Um, so this is, like I said, just for our paperwork and our purposes. Just saying that you gave consent, obviously. Um, it's going to be stuff you just got to write your name here. Um, and then I'm Officer Kramer. I can fill that stuff in. Okay. We're only concerned about electronic device just cuz it's just your phone. And then I'll just have a signature here. Okay, man. >> Awesome. And then can I just get your signature down here? Awesome. I appreciate it, man. >> All right, man. Do you have a passcode on the phone here? >> Mhm. >> Okay. What's the passcode? >> 106. >> 106. >> Uh 200. >> Awesome. Okay. So, I'm going to go to the messages here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, this Can I I'm just going to scroll up. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, you guys start talking today. That's what that's the messages for that she started sending me today for while she was at work. >> Okay. >> What is this here? >> What she saying right? >> I'm surprised he gave his pin number. >> Akudo, thank you for the super chat. Is it justice is his name? Jail time. Jail time. Jail time. Period. Audo. Like he he got to go. And we're not even done yet with what he's done now. The cop obviously is reading out some messages and everything, but yeah, we're we still got a little way to go. He did not read what he was signing. >> Me today was while she was at work. >> Okay. >> What is this here? What she's saying right there was is that what she saying was on the line telling people that I wasn't trying to I mean so what she was telling people that I was trying to [ __ ] >> people was coming like you trying to [ __ ] with the 17-year-old and I was telling them no I'm not trying to [ __ ] >> his Snapchat >> yeah that then >> are the messages going to be saved or anything that's what I was saying I had >> so other adults are confronting you about trying to have sex with a 17year-old Thank God number one that he's being called out. But you definitely are and were trying to do that in my opinion and shout out to my friend that got me this. But allegedly you were trying to do that. >> I have deleted everything that blocked her. >> Okay. Which one? Oh, you've already blocked her right here. >> So that >> and then hit contacts. >> All contacts here. >> Yeah. And then that was her. I'm not going to be able to see that in anything that you guys had cuz you blocked her, got her out of there. >> What? >> Okay. Any deleted things that I should be aware of. >> What you mean? >> I mean, like I I know that there might be like messages and stuff or screenshots of stuff that you might have deleted. Am I good to go in there and look at that? >> No, you I never screenshotted anything. >> You never screenshot. Am I able to just go in there? >> That was her for doing all the screenshots. >> I see. Can I just go and just double check to make sure? Okay. So, I can go into photos here. Um, you cool if I just run through the the photos and stuff just to make sure, man? Okay. I just I'm not I don't need to unless I see something. I'm gonna just kind of run this like this. Okay. >> She didn't send you anything or anything like that, man. >> No. >> No. No pictures or anything like that? >> No. >> No. You and your girlfriend up here, right? >> No. >> Yeah. >> How long you been together with her? >> Uh, 10 years. Was her birthday in October, May 11. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> It's awesome, man. Obviously, I know you went through the Snapchat and deleted stuff and everything and blocked her and stuff like that. Are you >> I hope that girlfriend saw this body cam. Ain't no way you've invested 10 to 11 years in in in this bag of mumbles. And also, I'm I have questions for the girlfriend cuz how long have you lasted being able to communicate with with him? How is that working out? So, I do have questions for her. He thinks deleted means deleted, right? [laughter] He thinks it means that. Yep. It's saying guilty. >> Complete honestly, man. Like pictures that were sent, any other messages that would have led led you to believe something else was happening or anything like that? >> Um, she sent me pictures, but she deleted them. >> Okay. What kind of pictures did she send you? >> Like of her in underwear and stuff. But >> did the police not ask him two seconds ago, did she ever send you pictures? and he said no. And now she's sent him pictures in her underwear. Apparently he does give deadbeat boyfriend living lifeable. This is what the time I was kind of on on this one cuz I'm like hey 10 to 11 years of this one. I really didn't see them because like you you know like when people send you a picture >> Uhhuh. >> Snapchat or Snapchat it be a certain color. >> Okay. >> But when I clicked it was I didn't see anything cuz she had already deleted it. >> I see. So you you said you like opened up those pictures. You kind of saw those like whatever sub couple seconds on Snapchat kind of deal and then it was and then it was just gone or whatever like that. You didn't save it anywhere with that. Okay. >> You said they were pictures of her in her underwear though. Yeah. >> Okay. Um, >> which is another reason why I bought it. >> Okay. And that's kind of my next thing is I'm saying like you obviously know you I' I've looked at the record. I know what you got going on. I don't want you to be messing around with that kind of stuff, man. Right. >> Yeah. And that's Yeah. And I know my record and that's and that's exactly was why I'm sitting here saying nothing was going on. >> Okay. All right, man. I'll just be right back. Okay. You still can't have a phone with you in >> Oh, child. Okay. Thank you for the correction. Omar said he said he didn't send her pictures. Okay. Thank you for the correction. Zach says, "I was surprised earlier on the last video when they said it can take years to retrieve data from a phone. Never knew it took so long." I wonder if he meant sometimes trying to get the authorization to get to the data because it the way that they say they retrieve data when we're looking at like um I'm always going to look at the YSL trial. That was like one my one of my first like really big trials I saw. But I don't think it took him that long to actually get it once they had permission. So I was thinking he meant to get authorization to possibly even get access to the phone to get that kind of information out of it. Ace said I am not kidding. I think he is delusional for real. I think he is in a fantasy world of his own making. It could be and that makes to a lot of times that makes people more dangerous to me when they can't separate reality from fantasy. So it very much could be living life. I'm still fab flabbergasted that he's been at the job only two or three months and he's already risking unemployment like this, let alone committing felonies, decision making skills, risk assessment, living life. Practice loser. Um, thank you Jordan. I appreciate the the things I can just highlight. I appreciate it. Um, let me see. And please like this the live if you're in here right now and you didn't get a chance to. So he's done this before. It may be because each phone company is different. That could be possibly. I see you Teresa. I see you typing trending but it's not saying anything else. It takes longer when you don't have a code. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Gotcha. >> So I appreciate your cooperation on that. I'm going to go ahead and come over here with us. Okay. All right, man. Sorry. I didn't mean to leave that pen in here. Um, real quick, I'm going to keep it real with you, Justice. You've been super cooperative with me, so I only want to give you the truth and honest stuff. Okay. All right. I did see other messages that are not included in your text messages there. Okay. I know you can delete text messages. Okay. What did you delete? What the [ __ ] Once once somebody at the job told me that she didn't like me, I deleted all messages. >> Okay. >> Then once she started, once she started saying that stuff on Snapchat, that's when I deleted everything. >> Okay. Um, she's kind of the thing. All right. I'm going to kind of get to the the bread and butter of of why I I want to talk to you and what you're going to kind of what you've been arrested for. Okay. Um, so when I talked to she said that there was a night on August 17th that you put your hand by her and then there was slightly after that you had picked her up and gave her a hug from behind and both your hands were on her butt. Okay. Can you elaborate a little bit on there? The [ __ ] [ __ ] never put my hand on her. >> Okay. >> The [ __ ] [ __ ] was I never gave her a hug and picked her up by her, but I never even hugged her before. >> Okay. Um, so the only thing that leads me to believe you're not being completely honest with me is just that the messages I saw on her phone that weren't deleted again from you, from the phone number you confirmed from me, from the same text stream that I just know I just realized I saw on your phone. Okay. They only on your phone it only has today and I know you told me that you deleted the stuff prior to that. Okay. But she has the stuff prior to that. Okay. And I did see a message on there that kind of says um that you believe she wanted to be fingered and then her message after that says that doesn't mean you can come up and touch me whenever you want. And then you're apologizing. How am I supposed to take that one? Look, I honestly f I honestly f was just going along with what she said was because I'm was trying to avoid this right here. >> I know, but but she she does kind of you you mentioned that and in from her statement and then that interchange between the messages and stuff like that leads me to believe that you did end up touching her in that area. I mean, I I get that maybe nothing went inside her, but did you end up touching that area on her? >> No. Okay. Cuz I'm getting I'm getting her side and then I'm just saying that that text messages that she showed me. >> Like I probably bumped into her but I didn't physically intentionally Oh. >> Okay. What about the What about the grabbing behind and and the butts? >> No. >> Okay. >> I I run around our store all day. So >> she probably mistaken me from bumping into her. Right. She was also kind of saying, >> I promise you, no, she did not mistake a bump into her into what that officer just said. And I missed it cuz I was in the chat, but I saw a few of you um Teresa was asking too about his past history with uh issu uh offenses with minors. So, I didn't get to catch what they said about his history with minors, but I'm not surprised if he has a history of violations against minors. Um, yeah, he's he's disgusting, Omar. Yeah, I you caught that, too. Eating on his nails and stuff. Um, there was something else I was about to say, but yeah. No, there's no bumping into and and and all that happened. And it went from I didn't touch her at all. I don't hug her ever to oh I probably bumped into her and she thought but I've never he said I never physically touched her not intentionally. So the degrees of that are changing as he speaks as well. Right. Is that what they call it now? Right. He just admitted he touched her if he bumped into her. That's an admission of G. Right. He's getting closer. He's inching there now. It's now it's um I didn't do it intentionally is now what we're hanging our hat on. >> That this was at closer to closing time. So like maybe people weren't going to be in there and stuff like that. >> There was most definitely people in there. >> Okay. Um >> close to closing time. Definitely waiting until she's more vulnerable, less witnesses. >> And if I went to go to Red Lobster uh during operation hours and got video, like I know videos are running in there 24/7. Am I going to see something? They don't have cameras. >> They don't have cameras. >> Unfortunately, >> cuz his creepy ass looked for cameras. Don't try to He tried to tack on unfortunately at the end, but he was very sure that there are no cameras because when you know you're about to do something, you're probably looking for those cameras and he only been there two to three months and he knows if they do or don't have cameras in what areas. He was very confident in that. >> Um, so here's kind of the other thing. But there's there's multiple people was at my job that can vouch and say was me and her don't talk. >> Okay. Um here's kind of the other thing though. Uh again, the reason why I'm trying to look through phones and I'm trying to get through some of the deleted stuff is cuz I believe multiple items were deleted. Okay. The first message I see from you. Okay. I guess I'll I'll get it out and I'll read it to you. Okay. The first message I see from you, this is again on August 17th at 17:27 p.m. is when this message comes in. Okay. Says, "I'll definitely eat that MF. I'll eat your exactly how you bent over right now. You bad and you look like you taste good." >> What does that mean? Look, Charlie. >> I told I told people was I was going to be trolley. >> Okay. So, this is what I'm talking about, man. >> I don't feel like you're being completely honest. >> No, no. I'm I'm I'm literally was being honest. All that all that day I was telling people was, "Oh, I'm going to start traveling. I'm going to start traveling. Y'all not going to like when I start traveling." >> But why would you do that when you know you got the provisions that you got, man? I was going off too, y'all. [laughter] I was going off. I was muted. Oh my gosh. Okay. What was I trying to say? I said we're going to go from that's my that's my little sister. I see her as a little sister. She sees me as a big brother. She sees me as a father figure to now, oh, I didn't mean those things that I said. I'm just trolling her. I said, oh, I'm about to start trolling and and that that just covers it all. I was I'm just put I'm just being crazy. >> Like that was that was before I knew she was 17. >> Okay. Uh I uh So when you told me that you started communicating with her on Snapchat that you found out that she was that she was 17. Okay. Um, this would indicate to me based on that statement that you were still communicating with her through text messages earlier than what you shown me on your phone. So, you deleted all that stuff and now you're telling trying to tell me that you didn't know she was 17 here. >> I told him because I knew she was 17 after >> What picture are you talking about? >> Huh? >> What are you talking about? About how she bent over? >> Cuz that was was while we was at work. >> Oh, let me explain my face so it's not taken out of context. It's the chat. It's not them cuz I didn't I didn't tuned him out for a second. the chat saying, "I know you were saying something good." And Loa was like, "I just said she going off, but we can't hear it." That's where my laugh is coming from. None of this nastiness that he needs to go into the jail for. I'm not laughing at that. Let me just add that now just in case. >> Was that while you were at work? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you didn't get a picture or anything like that? >> And she was all the way by the host and I was in the back. >> Okay. So, you saw her just bending over and you decided to text her that? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you understand why that is a big problem? >> Yes. >> Okay. That kind of violates multiple rules for you on probation. Okay, here we go again. I was with you for real. For real. I get that. But you >> So, we definitely know at least he has a history with uh sex offenses because he said all this stuff is violating your probation. So, if it was minor or no minor, he is in trouble and on probation for sex offenses. It has to be >> act like you're uh definitely feeling that way. And she's telling you that she doesn't and that you're lying. And then you're saying that or she's saying that you said that you wanted to [ __ ] her. And you're saying I said I wanted to eat you. So now you're admitting basically that you wanted to give her oral sex at this point, right? >> Still try. Okay. That was yesterday. You didn't know she was 17 yesterday? >> I was still traveling. >> But you knew she was 17, >> right? But that's that's trolling. Okay. That's for that's what you do when you troll. >> So >> it's not what you do. And this cop sounds fairly young. He knows what trolling on social media is. You're just committing crimes and trying to label it as trolling. No, you you are a criminal. You're about to get Yep. He's about to get locked up again. >> She says or I'm sorry. You say she told me that you told her you don't like me and I said, "Okay, tell her that I don't like her since she doesn't like me." Guess that's what I told her to say. And same twist your words around. Then you want to uh touch all up on me without any permission. You then reply to that and you say, "You're the one that wanted to be fingered, so I thought you was cool with it." And then she says, "That doesn't mean you just want you just touch me. And then you say, "I'm sorry. I really am. I hope you forgive me and I want to just be friends. I'll accept um I'll accept that. But if you do, don't. That's fine, too. I understand. Uh but I just want you to know how really that I really did like you." And then FA for for you. Is it just for you? Is that what that means? Okay. Um so again, that to me sounds like stuff did happen. Um, and I don't I guess I don't really care for the fact that you're you're trying to to tell me that you're trolling or that that nothing did happen because again to me that sounds like something >> that's me trying to say anything for us to avoid this situation right here. >> I get it. But that doesn't help then in this situation because to me it kind of sounds like based on your apology and when you say you the one that wanted to be fingered so I thought you was cool with it. makes me think that something happened because then she's saying that that doesn't mean you can just [ __ ] me and then I also have a statement from her saying that that happened. I've got a lot of fingers pointing at that basically saying like something happened there. >> And I'm saying I didn't. >> So he's definitely holding a phone. It has to most likely be that guy's phone. But he did add context and he said I'm answering Omar's comment. Uh, but he said you deleted your messages, but they're still on her side of her phone. So, we've seen the messages. We know all the things that it says. It doesn't matter that you deleted them. So, I don't know if he has a great memory what he's looking at on his phone right now, but he knows both sides of the conversation some kind of way. I don't know how much uh this dude did or did not delete, but he has the whole conversations because of the victim. >> Nothing happened. >> Okay. But then you apologize and you say, "I'm sorry, hoping to forgive me." What did you mean by that? >> Again, saying anything to avoid this situation right here. >> Okay. >> Nobody wants to be threatened with the police, so therefore anybody would say anything. >> I see. That was actually um I mean, I guess she's been telling you, you're right. She's been telling you that she was going to call for a couple of these. Sounds like you guys had a lot of arguments going through this. It wasn't just, you know, hey, are you going to be working tonight? No. Okay. I mean, you guys have a lot of conversation here that's not that. So, >> and that [clears throat] and that goes back to what I was telling you was that when she was talking about how I was bringing her name up. >> Yeah. And >> yeah, I see a lot of other work drama and stuff like that. And obviously I'm not super concerned with that, but I'm concerned with the other stuff that did happen. And I guess if you're not if you're not super worried about anything happening, then I mean you're you're very much you're kind of pleading here that she doesn't go to the police. I guess why? Why are you pleading that she doesn't go to the police here? >> Because nobody wants to be in jail. >> Cuz that's trolling, too. Nothing actually happened. You just trolling her, asking her not to go to the police. Yeah, he is manipulating a 17-year-old for sure, Teresa. Yeah, I think I think Yeah, having screenshots would make sense. Ace, that would make sense. He probably had her send them to him for their investigation. Makes sense. So, screenshots and maybe he's reading the other part from his uh his like job cell phone, the cop's job cell phone, like cuz that's where the screenshots may be cuz I'm like he's holding something. He's going off. He is spitting these things off. So, okay. Makes sense. Makes sense. Mad he thinks that would work. I think the police officer still has his phone reading the messages. When the officer left out with the phone, he downloaded it. He Yeah, he has some from the guy, but the filler the filler came from the victim because that guy he deleted a lot of stuff and they haven't had time for like the actual like real tech person to pull stuff back. So, he's reading her side of the messages. We were just trying to figure out what I was trying to figure out where his memory was coming from to know what the side that uh she did not delete what it said. And that makes sense that he's probably reading screenshots from maybe his phone or or like when I say his, I mean the cop's phone because the screenshots are probably sent to his phone. He said that maybe he has a 17-year-old mind. Too bad for him. That's not going to work. I never think I would go to jail when I'm just trolling, right? I don't ever ask. Please don't tell the police. No. No. >> I see. I don't I'm not trying for to get locked up for something for that was blown out of proportion for stuff that really didn't happen for stuff that happened to another coworker ever since I've been out I've been f I've been doing good I had I've had my slip up you know went and did sanctions and stuff but after my last sanction I've been doing good >> I'm going to be honest with you kind of slip up. >> Yeah, that Yeah, that's a slip up. >> This this whole conversation, I mean, all of this is kind of a slip up. Right from that first message that I saw, she's 17, man. I mean, you shouldn't have been blocked and didn't even touch this with those rules that you have. Okay. And I have a I just have a quick question. I mean, did you It kind of says that you have to get approval from your agent to to for where you work and stuff like that. Did your agent approve you to work at Red Lobster? [ __ ] She asked me if I was where I work. I told her Red Lobster and she said okay. >> She didn't ask any more questions. >> No. >> Okay. >> She didn't. >> The fact that he's asking that, I feel like his crime had to do with a minor. Not just a sex offense, but a sex offense against a minor. Because if if he's ask if the cop saying she didn't ask anything beyond you working at Red Lobster. I'm thinking that since he probably has a a previous crime against a minor that the probation officer would probably say, "Are there minors on shifts with you? Do you have access to minor employees?" Because the way he's asked that question, I Yeah. I feel like the cop thinks either you weren't honest with your probation officer, which he's been lying this whole time. Exactly. Lying. He's been lying this whole time. So, he probably never even told his probation officer that's where he got a job at. That makes sense on how he's been only working there two to three months because he just got out. Cuz that slip about I haven't done this since I've been out. That makes sense. Okay. Um and then while his probation isn't even done yet and he's only been on probation for 90 total days. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Celebrate and see what deleted photos are on his phone. What is Celebrate? I saw y'all say that earlier. You know, I'mma Google it. Yeah, please like the video. Those sound like broken bond conditions. It does sound like somebody was uh lying by omission on that one. That's what I was getting. Auntie Natty, I'm getting you can't work around minors. And that So, when that cop said so, they didn't she didn't ask you any other questions or he or she didn't ask you any other questions. Just you told them you work at Red Lobster, they was like cool, cool, cool. No other question. Something's not right. It's just like his other lies. We just don't have as much context. Yeah, I don't think he he told her at all or him at all. I don't think they that he did. Cellbrite is a phone data extraction company. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah. It's confusing when they lie so much. >> Didn't ask did I work with miners? The only thing she asked was about the job was what what was my schedule. >> And so you would you kind of just did a she didn't ask. you weren't going to tell kind of a thing. >> Well, no, because was I when I first started was I didn't know was if there was money that was there or not because everybody was I've ran in I've ran into was older. >> Okay. He There he goes. He lied by omission at minimum. I didn't know there were minors that work there. If there's not going to if a teenager is going to be working at whatever position you can get in a restaurant, fast food, that's normal. And he knows that. That's why he didn't say anything. But we know he just think everybody else dumb. >> Everybody was of age. >> Mhm. But they didn't have an issue with you working at a restaurant at all? >> No. >> Okay. So, here's kind of the deal, man. Um, >> I've got that statement and all you're kind of telling me right now is no, that didn't happen. >> Why would this be made up? >> She did it with the other coworker. >> The other coworker >> did she didn't she was she doing the same thing was with the other buser was at the job. >> Okay. >> And he told them that he didn't want to work there anymore. >> Okay. But why would she then name drop you? >> How old was the buser? Are y'all birds of a feather? Was he also an adult messing with a minor? And then when she didn't want that attention, he had to go before he probably got charges filed against him, too. Like, what was that situation? I'm with Ace. I'm with you on his delusion. And he is he is honestly living there and he's believing some things coming out of his mouth. It is incumbent upon him to ask if there is anything that will break his bond probation conditions. I don't know. It's not good enough. I'm with you, Akudo. I assume mine is at every restaurant, grocery store, retail. Right. Right. And he knows it. He has a record, but has been with his girlfriend 10 years. Definitely. Definitely sounds like whatever he did before happened while they were together or was so bad he's still in trouble on probation. Yep. Yep. which means as there's some level of awareness on her part which is like that's why I have questions because normally a lot of times I'm like oh my god girl run boy run from but I'm like you didn't run and I think I think you know some things so she got to think no Omar no oh my god I didn't Omar I got to stop highlighting his stuff before I really really take it in I oh I hope he doesn't either I hope he doesn't have children. Well, here's the thing, Akudo. He said that he's known her for 10 years. Oh god. Hopefully she's at least eight or 28 like him cuz 10 years ago would make him 18. So hopefully she was close to his age or is close to his age. But it don't matter cuz he's still finding other victims >> because with the same [ __ ] the same stuff what she's doing with him, she's trying to do me. >> And what is she doing with you? I guess what's what's the what's the part that I'm missing here? Because I guess I'm missing something. >> She was so she wanted to be with me. Other people in the job was talking about it. People in the job told her I had a girlfriend and then that's when she blew up and all this start to happen. >> Okay. But then you're texting her stuff about her being pent over and everything like that. Like >> that's probably >> I I don't >> It's not what you believe. He's >> I I just think that that's I just think I'm going to be honest with you, Justice. That's that's a copout answer. I I don't think that's trolling, man. That That's pretty specific for for the rules. You know, you have >> that's pretty specific stuff you're sending her that you cannot be doing. I don't believe you when you say that's trolling cuz I know you know the the weight of what's happening here as far as the rules you have to follow and what you're on parole for. Why would you even mess around like that? because those messages alone probably get you a PO hold. So, when you keep telling me that you're trolling, I just I'm not I'm not taking that, man. And I I'm gonna be honest. The way that you're you're you're presenting the trolling and the way that you're you're dodging around the the fact that, you know, I get that you you're saying that she's making the stuff up and stuff like that, I have pretty I have a pretty clear explanation from her as to what happened. And I'm not getting a reason to not believe her right now. So, help me out here, man. Nobody ever has a reason not to believe a female. >> That's going to happen every time. >> You said relapser has no cameras whatsoever. >> No. >> Okay. What about all the witnesses as far as friends and stuff like that she said were present when this stuff happened to. And they would all tell me that this is all going to be made up. >> Yes. They they all would tell you for that they didn't see me do anything to her. >> They they would also tell >> even the way he words that they didn't see me. I'm hearing I made sure no one witnessed what I did. Not there wasn't anything to see, but I just made sure nobody was around to see what I did. >> You folk that I wasn't talking to her. They would tell you that she wanted to talk to me, but I didn't want to talk to her. >> So, you're kind of giving me like So, >> and that doesn't make sense cuz see, in the beginning, I let it go about the coworker saying he he says the coworker say, "Oh, you know, she be chasing you. She she wants you." Blah, blah, blah. Okay, I let that go until we get to this point because how are the same co-workers that's asking you are you trying to f with a minor and all this other stuff and now they're also encouraging you to say, "Oh, she wants you. She's after you." No, those they're not saying both of these things. He is disgusting forever. TRL, >> but you're saying that you basically have no like no contact during work basically. Like you weren't talking to her? >> No. >> Okay. But see, >> I would I would walk past her for us to do more work. >> Okay. But see, like, were you texting her at work then? >> No. >> But that's what you told me earlier. >> No, I was not. I wasn't texting her at work recently. >> I know, but with those messages, those first messages of her being bent over, you said that that was at work. >> You see how you put that qualifying word at the end? I wasn't texting her recently. We're talking about text messages at whatever time you sent them. And he put in he slipped in that recently. Yes, that was at work. >> Okay. So, that was at work, but then you don't text her at work. >> Other than that, no. >> Okay. And then as far as what she's alleging happened, as far as you you touching her down there and then you uh grabbing her up by her butt and and holding her up kind of a deal that you're saying that that did not happen at all. >> No. >> Okay. And you're telling me that the only reason that this would be bringing to my attention is because she's just trying to get at you for what? But she's mad for us at the fact that she thought cuz I wanted to be with her but and had a girlfriend at the same time. >> Why would she think that you wanted to be with her? >> She wanted to be with me. >> I get that. Why would she think that? >> Probably >> you wanted to be with her. >> Probably because I'm a nice guy and I laugh and joke with everybody at the job. >> Okay. No other messages or any other stuff? What about what happened on Snapchat? >> No. All that was was deleted. Uh, she started arguing. Then P started bringing up the other dude name. The witches was witches. All the messages was that she deleted was him was her telling me was what he told her. And what she said to him about me. >> And who is this other coworker you're talking about? >> Uh, you said he doesn't work there anymore. >> No. >> Okay. >> All right, man. Just take a seat for me and just sit chill for a second. Okay, I'll be right back. Oh yeah, like I used to not feel this way, but sorry to the actual nice guys because when I tell you these type of men have ruined that phrase for you, I do not really want to hear I'm a nice guy. Because the way it's used now is you owe me something cuz I've been so nice to you. Like it's it's creepy. So, so sorry the actual nice guys. Find another phrase because that ain't going to work. It is disgusting when I hear someone say they're a nice guy because it's these that use it the most. Justice was officially charged with three felony counts of possession of child, each carrying a habitual criminality repeater modifier. On March 20th, 2026, justice entered a guilty plea for all three counts. Two months later, a judge sentenced him to 10 years of initial confinement in state prison, followed by 10 years of extended supervision. As part of his extended supervision, justice is mandated to register as a sex offender for life, complete required evaluations, and is prohibited from having any unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18. I wonder if he'll understand the difference between an accidental bump and someone intentionally touching him while he's spending those 10 years in prison because apparently we're having trouble understanding the difference. So hope maybe he'll learn while he's he's over there. All right, justice was served. It was sitting right there. Akuo. Oh my god, that's hilarious. Yes. If you came in later, his name is Justice. Just so you know. 10 years state jail. That's day for day. Yeah. When they said modifier, I'm not I'm I don't really know for sure for sure everything about that, but I know it's not good. I know it's like we waited on you to mess up and you messed up again. It's about to be some additional things happening. Nice guys don't say I'm a nice guy or I'm a good guy to excuse actions. They sure do not. Akaudo nice used to mean something different. Snakes hide behind words that change their meaning. It used to mean foolish, ignorant, etc. Mhm. Okay. Oh, I'm going to show y'all. We talked about Okay. The other guy, what do we call him? He was a distract, right? Wasn't that a distract? the the the guy that actually helped the the woman that was being bothered. Now I have a direct method of he just he should have told that man. She said she's not interested. So, okay, here y'all go with uh this one real fast. It's from Instagram. Okay, here we go. >> Let her walk by herself. >> Let her walk by. [ __ ] talk. >> No, no, I know. Let her walk by herself. She said no, though. Yeah. >> No, she didn't say that. >> She said no like two down the block. Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Fine. >> All right. Walk down right over there. Yeah. >> All right. Okay. >> Yeah. Hey, who go? >> Huh? >> Go over there. >> Super swag. >> That [ __ ] got old. >> Oh, dude. That's all we need. Just a few seconds. It helps so much. But yeah, just wanted to show the ones that's out here doing the work. It's much appreciated. I don't I don't know if he going to learns that. I don't know. We need to remind him about the accident of touching when they lock. That's what I'm saying. Maybe he doesn't understand the difference and they can teach him while he's there. Lovable story was fishy. Okay. Red Lobster. I get it. Poetic justice. I I got it. I got it. [laughter] Yeah, that was New Yorker right there. All right. So, oh, this is our fourth of our fifth video. So, we're still here for a little bit if you are hanging with me. This next one, this is the one from the thumbnail that was about the penis pump. Man realizes he's been caught exposing himself. So, all right, here you go. >> Rolled down his window and he goes, "Excuse me, miss. Can I interest you in this?" I don't know why I looked, but he it was he had it out and it wasn't like >> a routine stop at a car wash and gas station leaves a woman shaken after a stranger's question leads to an unsettling encounter. >> It wasn't just that he like flashed me his it was in like a clear plastic tube. >> Recently it has been happening more. There has been something coming up in me. >> That's the pump. Yeah. Okay. >> Don't reach in there with your bare hands. >> The following is based on official police records released to date. And some of the footage has never been seen before until now. In August 2025, a woman calls 911 to report an incident that occurred just minutes prior at the Cobblestone Auto Spa in Tempi. Officers soon head over to her apartment to take her statement. >> All right. Sir, can you tell me what happened? >> Um, so I had just went through the car wash and I was at the vacuum stall. Mhm. >> Um I was just wiping my car down with a towel and he had already been parked for just a second. He was wiping his car down, I think a minute ago, but then he had got back in his car and I remember thinking for a second like that that was really fast cuz he had just barely parked and I wasn't finished. And so he was sitting in his car. As I was on my passenger side, he had rolled down his window and he goes, "Excuse me, miss. Can I interest you in this?" I don't know why I looked, but then he it was he had it out and it was in like >> Oh, that poor woman. Okay. Or girl, cuz I don't even know. I hope Oh, god. I don't even know if she's a minor. I can't remember. Um, a smooth shot said there's a new viral challenge going on about gooning in Dollar Tree. I had to go Google this cuz I was like, I don't know what gooning means in that context. Okay. Apparently, gooning in Dollar Tree refers to a disturbing online trend and criminal pattern where men target unsuspecting female shoppers with public lwdness, indecent exposure, and sexual assaults. I I didn't know it was a trend, but I did see that poor girl, she does like her Dollar Tree hauls, like where she gets her, you know, does a lot of shopping at Dollar Tree, and she didn't even see it at the time. She she saw it later, but the dude straight up had his penis out, exposing himself to her, like he was following her around the store. She left. He was making her uncomfortable and she was filming cuz she she filmed her Dollar Tree shopping and she didn't know till later. He was just all the Tik Tok saw it basically because it was on the video like, "Oh gosh, I didn't know that's what it was called though." Oh jeez. No, I'm I was dead serious. That man. Yeah. Oh god. You'll hear it again, too. He was sick. Naturally be yourself. Oh wow. Goon equals gratifying yourself. See, I always Goon goon. Okay. Goon for me is like for the um how can I describe this? Like, okay, when Lil Wayne's like, "I'm a goon. I'm a goblin." Like, it's like, "You just a thug." Like, that's your thing, not this. I I didn't know about this version of that word. >> Like a to Yeah, like a pump or something. >> And I don't know who actually said it. It's Lil Wayne's era era era. But it was like this turn a goon into a goblin. I feel like that lyrics right there. I'mma Google that, too. But that's what I'm thinking of when I think of the word goon. or you know like when people got they their entourage with them they like all my all my guys are goons. That's what I think of when I hear that. >> Okay. >> And I just like I just gasped and then I like got back in my car and I don't know why I didn't like yell for somebody else around or like say something but I just I was just in shock and I left and then I called 911. >> Okay. I'm sorry to have make you like or have you think about it but can you describe what it looked like? I don't know how long I guess he had had it in there, but it was like definitely. >> In an interview with a detective a few weeks later, the victim would share a more detailed account of what she claims to have witnessed on the day of her report. It wasn't just that he like flashed me. His It was also like It was in like a clear plastic tube, which I'm assuming is like was it pump cuz it had then a tube coming from the end of it and then like a pump ball thing that he had in his hand like when they do your blood pressure. >> Okay. >> So, it was in that. It wasn't just that, but he had that I guess like in his car ready to go. >> Okay. And was he doing anything else with his sort of manipulating them or anything like that? >> No, I think he might have like like shaken it a little bit like from the base like when I looked in like he moved it a little but it didn't seem like he was like I don't know like off or anything. >> Okay. Um and he said that the the ball that led to the pump was in uh >> in his right hand. >> His right hand. Uh do you know you know what his left hand was doing? >> His left hand was at the base of his >> Okay. So he's like holding it. >> Okay, that makes sense. >> Police soon obtain security footage from the cobblestone car wash. In it, the suspect is seen pulling into the empty vacuum bay to the victim's right while she's wiping her car down. He exits and re-enters his vehicle multiple times before finally sitting in the driver's seat. The victim appears to move toward the suspect's window before backing away abruptly. She then seemingly leaves in a hurry, stopping for a few seconds to take a picture of the suspect's license plate. the suspect then >> smart and wow quick of her because now you know she's not expecting that. So to have her some state of mind to be like let me get the license plate like that takes a lot. So I'm I'm glad she was able to get that cuz that's that's a lot to ask after someone does that to you. >> Exits his vehicle and appears to readjust his shorts before driving away. The victim describes the suspect as a white male of medium build, approximately 35 years old with shoulderlength ginger hair. While she isn't sure about other details regarding his appearance, she is able to recall some key details about his car. >> And what specifically do you remember about the vehicle? >> It was a silver Honda Civic and I remember seeing the stickers on it. He has a sticker on the back that says Chief Stalker. And then he had one on the driver's side and two on the back that say Fight Ready, which is a gym. >> The detective is soon able to locate the car's registered owner and works on putting together a clearer picture of the suspect through a photo lineup. According to police reports, the victim didn't appear to recognize any of the men in the photos. The detective soon learns why after the vehicle's owner returns his call. I understand that this might be a bit of a a weird phone call, but I have a report that came across my desk and it involves your Honda Civic. >> Oh, okay. That actually belonging to my older brother. What's going on, though? I could probably relay a message. >> I'm not allowed to give too much information about it over the phone, but basically they were there was an incident in involving the vehicle. We're just trying to find out who was driving it at the time. Uh just so we can contact them, ask any questions. Nobody's in any trouble or anything like that. Uh what's your brother's name? >> It would be Joshua Curtis. >> And do you have a good phone number for Joshua? >> Um see this is it gets kind of weird too. Um I actually don't. We've actually been trying to locate him for years now as well. These are my half brothers. I had an abusive other side of the family. So he's kind of been struggling with trauma from that for years and years. But yeah, up until co he was living with us in Illinois and then he just kind of up and left one day and went to Arizona. Didn't even tell us. He sent me a picture of welcome to Arizona on the road and we've been there. So, I'm trying to trap a title to him. I figured, you know, >> yeah, >> something might happen eventually. I don't want to be responsible. So, I could probably >> He don't know how much he is spot on. He said he's trying to transfer the title to him cuz if something happens, he don't want to be responsible for it. And he don't even know. The one on the phone don't even know. His face was in a lineup, but you know that's not who she saw. So he didn't get, you know, picked up as the person that was the offender. But that's how his brother had his face in the lineup. He don't even know how accurate he is right now. Get that title out of your name. I'm glad that even though the incident was traumatic, she was able to retain that much detail about him in the car. Noir, I'm telling you because I hope I'm capable if anything happens. I won't say I'm not. I just hope I will be when the moment counts. >> Give him uh this number if it works and just let him know that you guys need a statement or something. >> Yeah, you can if you want. That shouldn't be a problem. >> Following his conversation with the original owner of the car, the detective has the victim come back in for a second photo lineup. This time including a photo of 34year-old Joshua Curtis. Take as much time as you need. Okay. >> And let's see. The one in number three. >> No, number three and six look kind of similar. I think it's six. No, I think his face wasn't that slim. >> Okay. >> According to police reports, the victim identifies Joshua as the man from the car wash in the second photo lineup. In the meantime, Joshua contacts the detective after his brother informed him they were looking for him. I'm >> not allowed to give a lot of information about over phone because of the nature of the investigation, but there was something that happened here in Tempe and based off of some video canvasing we did. We believe that you may have witnessed what happened. If you'd be willing to just let us know if you saw or anything, anything like that. >> Um, I mean, yeah, I'm totally willing. I mean, ideally, I wouldn't like to disrupt my schedule. I don't remember witnessing anything. What was the time? What's the circumstances? Are they happy to offer up any >> info? >> Okay. So, right now they're talking to the actual offender brother. And you see how he's speaking as if, oh, I wouldn't know anything. I'm not sure about this all this other. So, that's how he's speaking right now. As if he's so separated from whatever happened and how he exposed himself. And because, you know, they're not really giving too much over the phone. They just they're they just want to talk right now. >> Few weeks ago. Um, like I said, I I I'm not because of the nature of the investigation, I'm not allowed to give a lot over the phone, but once we talk in person, I can do that. >> Is it like is it legal to like decline? >> I mean, not beneficial to me in some sort of way. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. Um, I mean, you you're just considered a witness. I mean, it's not like you can't like force you to say anything or anything like that. >> While initially reluctant, Joshua eventually agrees to meet with detectives. They make their way over to Joshua's apartment to finally chat with him. Hello. So, what you got? >> Um, you can sit down, make yourself comfortable, wherever, however you want. You guys >> Yeah. So, you guys want to stand or >> um, you can probably sit. Um, cool. So, hang out right there. Yeah. So, so basically the thing that happened I want to try to keep it a little bit vague just to get like the most like neutral recollection of of your of your memory and everything uh before you went to things. So, this would have been on August 2nd around like 8:00 in the morning um over by the area of a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. >> Um I believe that was a Saturday actually. Do you remember where you were at that time in the morning? The only reason that I travel through Tempee is to get to Chandler to clean fridges at a public storage arena >> and any place I'm liable to stop in >> okay >> in Tempe or but I don't have any business in Tempee. I don't know anyone in Tempe. I don't go to Tempe for any social reasons and I don't involve myself in any nefarious activities. >> They haven't even told him what they're asking about yet and he says I don't involve myself in any nefarious activities. Now you see how strongly he's denying everything right now. And we'll see how that that goes. But huh, I don't involve myself in any nefarious activities. All right. I wonder now I'm paying more attention this time. Like I wonder if they're going to say, "Hey, we saw you on camera." And then that's when he says more Arizona. He said nefarious. Omar, too many words. >> Joshua tells detectives that he only drives through the area to reach clients. While he has denied any knowledge of an incident in Tempi thus far, the detective's description of that morning is about to jog Joshua's memory. >> And he saw your car over at the cobblestone. >> He's going to be like, "Oh, oh, that tempy. I thought you were saying temple like >> cobblestone car wash. >> You remember going to the cobblestone car wash?" >> Yeah. So, sometimes I'll stop in there for gas or >> you remember talking to anybody at that gas station or anything like that? >> Okay. We saw somebody else that was involved with um what happened come up to your car and talk to you. It looks like while you were at the car wash, >> pulled into a stall. >> Uh you guys were next to like the vacuum areas. So it looks like probably got a couple of car washes and one involved people talks to you over your car for a little bit. >> Doesn't ring a bell. >> Doesn't ring a bell. Okay. Um, so and we were able to identify a person, talk to them, >> and what they told us was that uh they had seen you in the car uh with a pump on. >> Oh, >> and you're working the pump. >> Got you. >> Oh. Oh, the penis pump joged his memory. Not the fact that they caught your car at the car wash in Tempi. Not No. Can't Can't recall. I can't recall, but oh, penis pump. Oh, that one. That time I was in Tempi. Okay, >> I got you. Now it's more clear. >> That would be the reason that sometimes I would pull in >> would just to sit there and look at people and >> Okay, cool. >> Joshua, now far more forthcoming with information regarding his proclivities, recounts the incident, and shares what he believes triggered this behavior. >> Tell me about everything that happened from start to finish. I pulled in to the parking spot and there was cars on both sides of me and I rolled down the window and I said, "Hey, would you have any interest in this?" And she leaned in and then left. >> And what did that person see when they when she leaned in? >> Okay. Um and then after they left, what happened? >> I left. I left. >> Okay. You said that that's kind of a common thing for you to do like specifically with the bump or just just looking at people or recently it has been happening more. There has been something coming up in me. But in no way, shape or form has anything else other than that happened. >> Okay. Um [snorts] >> do do you think the cops believe him that nothing else has ever happened in that shape or form? which is a crazy choice of words. Um, and then to say that sir, we know for sure this is not his first time. You're bringing apparatuses. No, this not your first time. I wanted to see. Oh my god, Omar. Omar. Oh my god. How long have these feelings been going on? >> Couple months. >> Couple months. [snorts] Is there anything that has triggered it or something like that? Like anything in your past or >> There have been gas station bills that have found those and I started trying them and they drive you >> to certain behaviors and certain tendencies and it's something that I'm analyzing and going over in myself. Trust me, I knew that this was in some way, shape, or form connected to that. >> Yeah. I I figured you knew that's why I kind of got things. So, I apologize for a little bit of misdirection, but you know, >> you don't have to apologize. >> I I appreciate you being honest with us now. >> So, what what do we do? >> Uh well, so a few questions to talk to you about if you don't mind. >> So, your your girlfriend So, she I'm still a little confused. She lived >> We've gotten off the rails. We have gotten off the rails. Oh my gosh. Omar, poetic justice. Ace, y'all gota go time out. I can't. I can't [laughter] today. Lovable, you are safe right now because they are taking the cake. I was saying I wanted the cop see. Okay. Okay. >> Here or not live? She does live here. >> Okay. And you said that there was a significant age gap. >> Yeah. >> How old? >> Okay. We wouldn't even be in a relationship if she didn't need help. >> Okay. Well, she's not like 15 or anything like that. >> She's 20. >> She's 20. Okay. That's the reason I asked because, you know, >> the apartment's in her name. >> Yeah. Just, you know, a as a SVU and trans detective. Those are things that I have to ask about just to make sure. Okay. >> I'm trapped in a situation that I don't want to be in and I'm ready to go back out into the world and I'm [clears throat] kind of undeveloped in that area. And maybe the ways that I try to go about it, I'm in a beginning of a learning process, I think, is the most accurate way that I would describe it. >> What exactly were you doing that morning? >> Well, this one worked by you air out of it. And >> y'all hear him try to use the excuse that he's undeveloped. Did y'all hear that? I don't even want to repeat how we got to that point. I'm not I'm not even going to do it. But did I just want to make sure y'all heard him say I'm undeveloped. >> Then it creates blood flow to it, creating a hardness. Okay. >> A bigness. Okay. >> Was it Was it on your >> Yeah, it was. Okay. >> Where is the pump now? >> In my backpack. >> In that black backp right there. >> Okay. Um we'll grab it here in a little bit. Are there Do you have any other pumps anywhere? >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> Is it okay if Dr. Ktos uh goes and grabs it or do you have you have bods with you? >> I do not. I can grab it for you. So, you need just one minute. Okay. So, you place under arrest. [snorts] Okay. >> Do you have gloves done? >> Yep. >> Okay. It's in the backpack over here. >> Oh, that one. So, not that back, >> right? >> Okay. It's in that one. Okay. Do you have any of those pills still? >> No, sir. I just buy one a day pretty much. >> Okay. All right. Do you know like what brand they are or anything like that? >> What's that? >> Rhino. >> Rhino is what they're called. Okay. And how many how many do you normally take? >> One. >> One. That's it. Okay. Cool. >> The detectives drive Joshua and his pump to the Tempy City Jail. That's the pump. >> That's the pump. Okay. >> Don't reach in there with your bare hands. >> Before taking him in, they ask him one last thing. >> All right, Josh. So, before I go in there real quick again, I just want to really thank you for being cooperative, open and honest with everything. It that says a lot about you that you're actually able to own up to those things, okay? I know it can be pretty tough. Um, nothing about that. >> With that in mind, um, you know, the the girl was pretty shooken up about all of this. It sounds like you're, you know, taking responsibility. Pretty apologetic guy. Is there anything that you would want to say to her or anything like that? >> It won't happen to another. >> Okay. Anything else you'd want to say to her? >> It wasn't right to invade her experience that way or anyone else's experience that way. And that's what I'm in the process of learning and it won't happen. Would you be willing to to write that down so we can give that to her? Okay. >> Joshua takes the detective up on his suggestion and pens a letter to the victim, opening with the statement, "I write this message to you from the shame of a jail cell." He tells her, "There have been others before you," expressing remorse and even gratitude for the victim's choice to take action. According to court documents, Joshua Curtis was charged with indecent exposure and public indecency. He plead guilty to both counts. Joshua was given a 30-day suspended jail sentence and placed on probation until February 2027. He was also prohibited from initiating contact with the victim and barred from returning to the Cobblestone Car Wash. Watch our full videos as they were originally me. Oh, >> okay. That channel, that's also another good channel. Explore with us aka EWU. Good channel. I I could not take it anymore. Once they said rhino pills, I was out. I was done. I could not do [laughter] I don't know. I don't know. We was doing so well. [laughter] I couldn't take it anymore. And then like Omar, okay, Omar, you were unintentional that one time, but then Ace picked up your slack. poet poetic justice does what he does with his puns all the time. I just couldn't take it no more. They just kept stanking. They just kept doing so much and I couldn't take it anymore. Oh, the letter. Oh god, I I'm so I'm still sorry for the victim. But I'mma tell you what, this is my morbid humor coming out right now because I can't and this and then to take you to this last one. Oh god, this is lost the plot. But this the last last video. It's called and you know where this is going. Yeah. The female cop. Did you see her expression? All right. This one is called handson shopper gets a hands on arrest. And I don't think I will make it. [laughter] Here we go. Show me the hurry to Walmart. Got one ready. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. What happened? What happened? Ground now. Listen to me. 2268 in the parking lot. >> Got him. Great. I'm not going to your stomach now. Stay right there. 9226 westbound one detained. It's a black male. We're going to be down by the grocery entrance, dude. >> And you start a supervisor for a taser. >> What is wrong with you? >> Kevin, stop. >> Relax. >> That's something with you. I know you know me. Stand up. Stand up. >> Right there. Can you grab that, sir? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. You got everything? Uh, >> you got the one little thing on the floor. >> It's okay. >> I think I think I got everything. Chill out. Go down to the office. Okay. >> All right. Well, man, I was trying to talk to you and have you leave the store. Why? Because you're jacking off, following those women around, but now you going to jail for what? Resisting arrest, fleeing, >> looting lascivious behavior. He's He's not in there for Omar. He caught it. Zack, he's not in here. He's not stealing, Zach. He's not stealing. The theme of this is creeps being arrested. He wasn't stealing. I don't know if you heard what the officer said. They might repeat it again, so I ain't going to say nothing yet, but that's not what he not in there for shoplifting. I was leaving, sir. >> You want in here? >> Don't start. >> Don't Don't do it, man. Listen, you already going to jail. Okay. >> Just give me a ticket. >> You already went to jail. Don't make us have to dump you in here. All right. >> Can I get some water first, please? >> You get some water, please. >> We're going to go in this sit down. >> My phone fell. >> Okay, we'll get it. Go in here. >> My phone's fell. Please. >> We'll get it. No, you're not. Somebody come picking up my phone. Stop. >> My phones, man. >> You have a favor and uh step out. >> Thank you. >> Have a seat. >> Just take it with you. >> Can I get a piece of water, please? for you. >> Can I get my phone, please? >> Sit down. >> Can I get my phone? >> I need some water. >> We're getting it FOR YOU, BUT CALM DOWN. >> LOOK AT MY FACE, GUYS. >> Please get some water. >> Please get that cup of water right there. >> He's going to get you. >> You can't have what somebody else is. channel. >> Throw up. >> You should have never. >> Hey man, listen. >> Listen. You need to stay. You need to stay seated. I asked him to bring some water. Okay. >> You're making this work. >> Wait. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. All right. Stop. >> YOU STOP. >> I'M NOT FIGHTING WITH YOU. >> I'M NOT FIGHTING. Can I take the string off my Can you get over my neck with the string? >> I saved him for last because of what he was caught doing and how difficult he's being. Right. The taser did not seem to do enough. But yeah, I saved him for last on purpose. Yes, he is wild living life. >> You already out of strikes with me. >> All right, [ __ ] I just want some water. >> We're getting it. >> Can I get that water? right there. I'm about to >> You just let you throw up here, right? >> Do whatever you want to do, bro. >> Oh, yeah. I hope y'all not eating. I can't remember how bad he gets, but if you have a squeamish stomach at all, I would just not eat right now just in case. >> Can I get some water, please? >> They're bringing the water. >> Damn, man. >> Stop pushing me. >> Stop moving. >> I'm not doing nothing. Stay seated. >> You been too flimsy. You You You moving. >> All right. All right. All right. You pushing on the floor. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> Damn, bro. Can I get some water? >> Hey, relax. >> Can I get some water? >> Relax. >> You're not going to get water if you're drinking from this. Just chill out. Sit up. Own up to it. It's done with. >> Okay. Can I get some water? Please sit up. >> Who's bringing the water? >> We told him 10 times he getting water. So, he already know that story. I already came out with just let me know at that [laughter] man. What the >> you can't let me move around. You got breaking my nail >> cuz you already stood up twice. >> What the You're breaking my nail. Everything. Damn. Relax. >> Right to me. Living life. That's all this is. It's just another form of a power play. Trying to trying to just get them to do something that he wants them to do. He don't need water. You weren't You didn't need water before they caught up with you. Why do you need water right now? Why all of a sudden are you nauseous now? Yes, Auntie Natty. I'm telling you, I couldn't put him anywhere else but at the end. Noir automatic spit mask. Zack, I was thinking it. Yep. Just want some form of control cuz all this extra even even how like I wonder if this male officer right here and then the other one that was talking to him earlier, if they were the ones pinning him down, would he be doing all this shoulder movement? Let me sit up. Let me sit up. Or is he doing that because the two women officers were the ones holding him at first? Just all this extra stuff. >> Oh my gosh. Look. >> I'm trying to relax. >> Okay. So, just sit up and relax. >> Don't catch some more, please. >> Damn, miss. Seriously? >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. This is This is where you'll see more of that power play when he Oh, god. when he drinks his water and what he says is it was he not thirsty. This is about control. >> What's your uh last name >> Jefferson? >> First name >> Nathan. >> Is it Nathan or Nathaniel? >> Nathan. Can I get some more water, please? I'm >> We'll get you another one. What's your middle name? >> None. Can I get a >> What's your date of birth? >> Please, can I get some of that water, please? >> Yeah, I'll get you another one. You need to I need to get this. What's your date of birth? >> May 24th. >> 93. >> Your address? >> I don't have one. >> So, where do you live? >> Nowhere. >> Where do you lay your head? >> Nowhere. >> Okay. What's a good phone number for you? >> The one and a half. >> Okay. Well, I'm not a mind reader, so what's your phone number? >> I don't have one. Okay. So then we don't have to worry about the two phones you dropped, right? Cuz they're not yours. >> Okay. >> Well, I do, but [clears throat] >> uh Lacy, >> can you pull up the video of him in the area and start saving that for me? It's 1532. >> Trespass forever. >> 153. >> Can I get some more water, please? >> No more water in that, man. They just bought three water bottles for me. >> Pour it on me. >> I'm not pouring this on you. Do you want to drink it? >> Is the other bottle water bottle for me, bro? I I I probably wouldn't have given him a sip. I don't think I would have gotten this far. Not with what you were caught doing. Not with how you've already been bucking. Mm- This would have to turn into a medical emergency. We'll get you with the ambulance and they can they can administer hydration for you because I'm not doing it. And now we're on our the next bottle. And he's Oh, he's being so weird about it. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. You're fine. Stand up. >> Is your time anyway? No. All right. I need a bathroom. I'm about to piss myself. I'm about to piss. Y'all might be peeing myself. Feet in the corner. Y pee right here by myself. >> You show me that Walmart. >> You shouldn't have to go that bad. You just said that you have to pee. So, you need to wait a minute. Okay. You're going to wait a minute. >> I'll pee. I'm peeing right now. >> It's coming up. >> Mr. Jefferson, the information that he gave me is not it's not accurate cuz I'm not from out here. >> Where you from? >> I wasn't born out here. That's not what he's asking. Where you from? What's your social security number? >> I don't even know that the driver's license. >> I don't have I don't have one. You can't see what I have with me. >> Yeah. No, I agree with y'all. I think that's why it's weirding me out. I do think he's enjoying it. I think it's some kind of weird part of his kink. I do like I I No, I'm I'm I'm on the same page with you on this water drinking thing. and Akudo yours. I laugh because it was coming and you were right. He gonna say I got to pee. Yeah. Um but no, I do think it's it's power trip control and a kink. It's all in there. >> So, how did you get here? >> I'm from New Jersey. >> New Jersey. >> So, do you have a Florida driver license or a New Jersey driver? >> No. Never had a driver license. >> You have a state ID? >> No. No. Okay. So listen, you're going to get booked into the county jail as a John Doe and you'll sit there until they figure out who you are. So you want to store water, bro? >> Yes, I am. >> So if you want this water, >> you want us to keep talking to you and stuff. >> That's another charge, too. >> Then you have to be honest about who you are. >> Oh, it's cuz Yeah. [clears throat] >> bother you. I'm going advise you to give an officer false information additional charge. Okay. >> So, give me your last name again. >> I was giving it to you. >> Okay. Give it to me again. I just gave it to you. >> Okay. So, your last name is Jefferson. >> Jefferson. >> First name is Nathan. >> Nathan. >> Your date of birth? >> 423. >> Okay. So, that's different than what you gave me first. You gave me 524. >> Four. I didn't say five. >> So, 4 23 93. >> And you're born in New Jersey. >> Mhm. And you never had a license or ID in the state of Florida? No. >> How long have you been in Florida? >> Not long. I'm not in the system, bro. I don't get in trouble. >> Okay. I'm just asking. How long have you been in Florida? >> Not long. Okay. >> That is crazy. If he's not in the system because again, not his first time in my opinion. Allegedly. You don't just start chasing women around doing what you're doing. Like I I always to and I know there's always going to be exceptions, but in general to me, people work up to certain things by the time they get caught. And so it is crazy if he does come up with a record and he has nothing on that record. Like if when they find out who he really is and if there's nothing on his record, that's crazy. >> So my custody, I have some questions that I want to ask you. So I want to know about you rights. Sorry. >> So, somebody put my >> Just let me read this first. Okay. >> I'm required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. >> These qu Well, what I'm about to read to you is like pretty basic, but I'm going to have you acknowledge and verbally say yes after each one. Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. Do you understand that? [snorts] >> Stop spitting. >> Can I get a garbage can, please? >> Do you understand that you have the right to remain silent? >> Don't do that again. >> You're inside, bro. That's disgusting. >> I'm sorry. I couldn't even open my mouth. You see my mouth? >> Mr. Jefferson to remain silent and not answer any questions. You understand that? >> You got to say yes. >> Okay. question. I can make noises. Okay. So, the reason I read those to you is because right now you've been arrested for loot and lascivious behavior, which is what I observed you were out there doing in the clothing area of the store, which was masturbating um through your pants. Okay. It's on video, right? And when I came to make contact with you, I was coming to address that. Initially, I was going to talk to you, trespassing from the business of having >> once I tried to talk to you, you took off front end for whatever reason. I'm still not entirely sure. Okay. So, we're kind of beyond the point where I would give you a warning. >> Oh, snap. Before I forget. Hey, Luna, welcome into the chat. We are pretty cool over here. You know, we just be watching stuff and, you know, talking about it and going about our day. So, but yeah, welcome into the chat. Glad you decided to drop in. You know, fill out the vibe. appreciate it. >> Send you anyway. >> Right. >> So, what I want to talk to you about is why you were doing that in the store. Is there any reason? >> No. >> Okay. So, was there a particular person you were looking for? Is this something that's like a habit for you? Okay. Do you acknowledge that you were masturbating in the store? >> No. I thought the What's the definition of masturbating? >> It's just arousing yourself, right? Manipulating your penis. Okay. Okay. Do you acknowledge that when I came to talk to you that you had an erection? >> No. >> Okay. So, the bulge that you had and the growing area of your pants was not your penis erect. >> I didn't have a bulge or I was not erective. Sorry. >> Okay. What would you describe as? >> Not erect, sir. >> Okay. [clears throat] While you were like in the store in their clothing area, do you remember touching yourself? >> I mean, I had stuff in my hand. >> Okay. But do you remember actually touching your body in that area? >> I mean, I switch things from my hand to my underarm and m I wasn't masturbating. >> Okay. So, at no point when you're in the store, do you recall like actually, you know, pleasing yourself in the store or anything like that? >> Really? >> No, sir. I was not. I mean, if someone thought I was unattractive in any way and thought that made them feel comfortable, I remember, but I was not doing anything such as like masturbating and stuff. No, sir. >> Okay. And so when I came to make contact, >> it's interesting that he chose that to say if someone, okay, I'm paraphrasing, but if someone saw me and thought I was unattractive and that's what offended them, it's in it's I don't know. It's something about him saying that like I think he doesn't have victories with women and so this has probably led to that is it's giving incel at minimum. It really really is. So it's in cuz to say that it's something about saying it like that they found me unattractive cuz you know sometimes it's supposed to be a joke not serious but they'll be like you know if you're ugly it's sexual harassment if you're attractive it's flirting. You know they'll say that online and stuff. Um not true. You can be creepy and conventionally attractive, but um it's just interesting. He said, "I'm sorry if they found me unattractive." I don't see my flashlight. >> Serious? >> I'm dead serious. >> So, somebody put your flashlight in my phone? >> Yes. >> None of the outs. None of the letters are out. Uh, no. None of that. So, yeah. >> I can't drink no water. >> Are you going to charge him for giving a fake name? >> Okay. >> Why you trying to give me a fake name? Give me a fake name. Trying to help you out, man. I don't want to have to give you another charge. Hold your head up. You're not doing that. >> Oh, he Oh, he got to have a record. He Look the way he's avoiding that camera. And he And that's weird cuz like who said it earlier, the Walmart cameras are so good, you're already caught. And now he's avoiding the camera for them to take his picture. later. >> You just want to be the rough one. >> What the unnecessary stuff? >> Because I'm thirsty, man. I'mma go back cuz I thought when I I watched this before once and I thought she said she didn't know him or something. I'mma I'mma let it play but I'm going back a little bit to see that interaction again. I'mma let it play and get my context to make sure. >> I'm sorry. >> No, no, don't apologize, sweetie. Okay. I don't think that's his Is that how the a mom would say it back? Don't apologize, sweetie. I'm I'm filing charges against you. That seemed like she's just a lady that says sweetie and he also violated her. Maybe exposed himself to her or, you know, was doing the act in front of her cuz he's disgusting living life. I think [clears throat] that goes into the water thing and the humiliation thing. Yeah. See, I thought she said this isn't her son. Yeah. He's disgusting. He's just creepy. >> Yeah. Your son's name. >> How you doing? Is this Is this your son? >> Huh? >> No, I was at the register. I'm the one that he grabbed and spin around. >> Okay, you're right. I'm sorry. I think because I don't even know if he exposed himself to her. I think she said he bumped into her at some point. Whatever. But no, that's not his mom. She That's not his mom. And she's not filing charge against the police. She's talking about him, the creep. She's filing charges against him. Yeah. That's why it's creepy. Talking about I'm sorry, mommy. I'm sorry. Disgusting. That meant he thought he was in a movie. >> He grabbed the lady and tried to throw her in front of Lean while he was running. >> I thought he was in Grand Theft Auto. >> Let me see. >> I was just so happy didn't run into her cuz you >> Oh, wow. to bother you in the water, man. >> Cuz he was Yeah, I could take him down. Actually, >> you are not >> Mr. Michael supposedly. >> Possibly. >> No, that's him. >> Indecent exposure. exposure of sexual organs before at a 20 >> 24 >> 35. All right, there goes that prior history. Come on. Facial recognition. Yes. Oh, disgusting. Oh, he got a history, which we knew. Either he just didn't get caught or he had a history and that's what he was hiding from cuz we knew this wasn't his first time. That's funny. He said he didn't have >> He doesn't have a He's never been in trouble. >> Been in trouble for doing the same. >> Oh, aggravated battery on a police officer. You like to fight police officers >> and run. >> Aggravated fighter on firefighter. Oh, you like to fight, huh, Michael? >> Resistance. >> Oh, that was recent, too. That was in August. >> Two charges of resistance officer. >> One out of four on three. Run one by name and date of birth. >> All right. So, uh, I'm officer with the West Palm Beach Police Department. Um, I'm investigating a simple battery and then some lud and serious behavior that occurred inside the store. This is going to be in reference to West Palm Beach case number 22-000018572. This was a civilian that helped when they had to bring out Pikachu. Okay. >> And when you say you were watching him, were you watching him on the sales floor or were you using the camera system? >> No, I was watch a camera system. >> Okay. So, his behavior different angles, >> two different angles. His behavior is recorded on the camera system. Is that correct? Yes. >> And you have access to that? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, when you say that I left the office, I left the office because you alerted me to his behavior and you working for the store wanted me to make contact with him and trespass him. Is that correct? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. And so once I made contact with him, um, he took off running, but >> Okay. I ask you to uh check your back. >> Oh, yeah. >> Do you need medics or anything? >> Okay. >> He picked the tightest shorts, too. Oh, with the thinnest material. >> Yeah. to see if those taser probes are in the back. >> Turn that way. I'm good though. I don't got nothing on me. >> He's got to check. He's got to check. Check. >> And you got a history of lying. So, >> it doesn't like any of them contact. >> All right. >> This is uh Lieutenant Colino. She's got some questions for you in reference to what happened today. It's not to get you in any kind of >> No, I don't have no questions. >> But she's doing an administrative investigation about what I did. Okay. So, again, it's not to get you in trouble. She just wants to make sure that I treated you fairly high school and professional. Okay. Thank you. Lieutenant Colino. >> Is this your correct name? Michael. >> According to the booking water, we have you identified as Michael birthday. >> The name you provided originally to the officer. >> Nathan Jefferson. >> What is Nathan Jefferson? I'll be happy to get you some water. >> Please. I hope they're not giving that man no more water. Please. We are done with the water. >> Some water to talk. >> You need another one? One that you had over there. >> We'll get you some water. >> He already had like two bottles. >> I had one and a half. >> Okay. Are you really influenced with any type of drugs or alcohol today? >> No. >> Why are you so thirsty, sir? >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened today? >> Hopefully, it's only >> Okay. I [clears throat] think five for five on this one. They need jail and mental health care. I I need both for all of them that we have watched. And honestly, I feel like that even when we look at some of these traffic stops and some shoplifts, I'm like, man, a lot of people, a lot of people I wish we had access to mental health care because this this is not it. >> What was not professional about what they did today? >> I can't hear you. >> Professional. >> They were not? >> Did they provide you water when you asked for it? >> No, not so you can't. >> Okay. I'm going to knock out a paper. >> Okay. >> Detail officer. What's >> No. St. Mary's. I have no >> push. How much do you weigh, bud? >> No. Look, Ace, I'm I'm with you. He's one step away from grape. I feel like I don't know what exactly he did when he got those other charges, but he seems like he escalates. Look at how aggressive he was with the police. I'm I'm with it. He's one step away. And that now obviously you still can harm someone even after, but yeah, let's let's let's go ahead. I'm definitely down for it for um child predators. I saved a post because it had said one of the states authorizes it and I don't know if they were the first state or they joined some states but I I had saved that next time we watch some child predator type body cams and stuff but yeah let it happen >> I don't know 205 >> 205 how tall are you >> oh up here somewhere Well, I'm not coming. The cops. Cops. Get in the car. >> A living life said play it in slow motion. Hold. We're almost done. This only has 2 minutes and 24 seconds left. So, I'm I'm very much down to play it in slow motion. Hold on. Let me see. Me take it back to when he first started acting up. Hold on. All right. Let me see here. The sound's going to be weird, but I'mma slow it down. All right. Hopefully that's good. Here we go. Stop. >> You got me. >> I got you. I got you. I got you. I got you. I got you. I got I got him. I got him. I got him. I got you. I got you. >> I got you. >> You got the right one. >> I got you. >> You got the right one. >> Michael, you got to stop, man. You're making this worse. >> Yeah. Let's Hold on. Let's Let's stand him up. Michael, you going to stand up? Stand up. Hold me. You going to hold me my feet. You tell me to stand up. >> Let it let his feet go. Y'ALL HURTING MY >> YOU'RE DOING MY WRIST, MAN. >> Get up. >> You're doing IT TO YOURSELF, >> BRO. PUSHING ME ON THE FLOOR. >> MY KNEE IS UNDER a chair. >> Michael, get >> My knee is under the chair. Look at me. >> Then move it for yourself. >> How can I move, bro? You know you can't move back. Move it. Move it. Move it. >> Get it out. Scoot it out, man. Scoot it out. Pushing pulling me. Scoot it out. >> PULL ME OUT, MAN. I'M GETTING A CRAMP. YO, TELL HIM TO OPEN THAT DOOR. OPEN THAT DOOR. >> OH, WHAT THE is this? >> Put on his seat belt. >> Oh my gosh. And a seat belt, bro. Okay. Uh >> he was charged with battery, lewd behavior, resisting arrest with violence, giving a false name, three probation violations, a failure to appear, and he had a warrant. He was sentenced to 73 days in jail. >> And then >> thanks for watching. Be sure to >> just back out there. 73 days and back out there to terrorize again and probably escalate. He's very aggressive. I do again I agree with y'all on all those were his kinks. Like Ace said, even down to getting tased might have been a kink. He might be a true masochist. I know people use that word every now, but yeah, he might be an actual one. Humiliation, wants the pain, wants to be fed, has a mommy thing going on. Yeah. Did you Yeah. The cop had to wipe his hands on his shirt. Yes. Yes, I saw that. Get the gloves. That's definitely You need gloves. Yep. Just 73 days. Yeah. I I would want to slam him as well. She was like, I was gonna slam him. She probably meant when he first started acting up, slam him to the ground cuz she seemed like she had him ready, but And he's putting himself in situations to be hurt. Like they're not even putting him there. My knees under the seat. Okay, get off under the seat. Nobody's putting you under a seat. Is there something worse than one? [laughter] That's fair poetic justice cuz for this one it's needed. I don't have one but man one to infinity. Okay y'all that's the last one of the evening and you know we going to see each other again tomorrow morning for not the creepy stuff. I'm either going to do people getting in trouble at their job or fraud and kind of people getting in trouble at their job. They usually are committing fraud a lot of times, but I might mix it up with just all the ways they that we I have saved up that people have gotten in trouble at their job. So, yeah, that's what that's what I'm leaning towards right now. So, we'll see. Um, might have a late start tomorrow, but I will be here. I had a Oh, wait. You must be typing something else. But yes. Oh, that was that was It didn't even go the way I thought it was going to go when I uh played these for y'all. It it it it got off the rails. We gotta talk to you into a once a month night show, you know. Yes. I got I You won't even have to do that much talking. I got to look at my schedule. But yeah, we got to we got to we got to look look into that. And I also Oh, who asked for it? They wanted one interrogation video a month. So, yeah, we got to look into these things. They drive off and then the cop is stuck in the car with them. I enjoyed y'all. Yes. See you tomorrow. All right. Good night. [laughter]
