Look, I don't want to go to jail, brother. >> I don't want to go to jail. Focus. Just because I got to ask you questions. All right. So, I don't want to read them. I know. >> We got to leave. All right. >> Hey, brother. >> Hey, just wait for >> Hey, brother. I >> I will never come back to the school again. I promise you. Take off my glasses. I want to I want to show respect. >> All right. I want us to look in your eye. No. No one cares. You're about to say nonsense. Just now you don't have shades on while you say the nonsense. No one cares. >> You make any statement that you have following constitutional rights. You understand? >> Yes. >> You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. You understand? Any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. You understand? >> I guess >> you have the right to the presence of representation of a lawyer of your your choice before you make any statement and during everything, man. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, you're entitled to the presence of representation of a court for appointed lawyer before you make any statement during any question. >> If at any time during the interview, I need you to pay attention. >> Okay, brother. >> If at any time during the interview not wish to answer any questions, you're privileged to remain silent. Look, >> I need divided. Stop. >> You guys are You guys are in custody right now. We're >> We don't need any of that. I I want I want to I want to I want to put them on on something. >> We're gonna get >> I got you, brother. I got you. I'mma teach you something. I'mma teach you. >> So, he thinks he's the smart one in this situation. I'm going to teach you something. I promise you, you will learn the lessons. >> Where's your ID? Is it in the bag? >> No, I don't got my ID on. You don't got your ID? >> I don't got ID on me. >> Please raise your right hand. Do you swear affirm the statement you're about to give? Will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Yes, sir. >> All right. Perfect. All right. >> So, when they came in, they hit us previously uh last week. They came in, they took some items and they left the store. So, we identified them, recognize them from the subject. I've been targeting several of the targets in the area. >> Okay. >> So, they came in, they went straight to the electronic area. So, they have the key >> that the device that could open up the merchandise protection, they have it. So, that's why they're able to open up uh when they went to the external hard drive section. So you're saying a key like a specialized device >> S2 key we call it S2 key. So he opens up like the merchandise for like a keeper. So that's why the some of the items were in keeper they had spider in there. >> So they open them up. So they had several Nintendo Switch controllers and external hard drive. So once they make the selection they conceal everything inside of a bag that you have like a satchel bag. >> Yep. There goes those Switch controllers. I I think I saw external hard drive [clears throat] after concealment. So we watch them head towards the front. They pass off point of sale. They didn't pay for any merchandise and they exited the store. So that's when we basically pointed to them that it was in the merchandise. >> All right. Now when you said you saw them, did you see on video or did you watch them in person? >> One of us was on the camera and one of us was on the cell phone. >> Which one was on the floor? >> I was. >> You were. So you maintain visual of them the whole time? >> The whole time when they pass on sale exit was on the camera too. >> And did you see them uh um being uh I guess met with by police officers on scene? >> Yes. >> Okay. Right behind us. >> And they were the same people that uh you observed in the store. The same people we observed make the selection, open up the cases and took the merchandise and concealed. >> They concealed them in in how >> a sash bag like a Okay. >> Like a satchel bag. >> Yeah, like a single strap bag. Not quite a backpack, but >> Okay. Um, and so they never stopped to try and pay for the stuff. >> Never stopped. So they like they walk right in the middle of the reg. >> All right. >> I know you probably heard what I just read, but I have to read them to you as well. So, I need you to focus on what I'm telling you. Okay? >> You're not under arrest. We have to ask you questions. That's what Miranda rights are for. I have to advise you because that that is procedure for the state. If I don't advise you of your rights, then you can say, "I didn't tell you your rights and you didn't know that you had any rights." So, I just have to get these out of the way before I can talk to you guys. Okay. >> All right. What is your name? >> Genesis. >> Genesis. Okay. So, I'm required to warn you before you make >> That is a cool name to have for your names to be Genesis. That part is cool. Now, I don't know why she following this dummy. I call her an accomplice dummy cuz the dummy following the dummy. Blind leading the blind. But I do like the name. >> Any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. Do you understand? >> You have the right to remain and not answer any questions. You understand? >> Where you guys come from? >> Um, we live in Lakewood. We got a halfway house, bro. >> Okay. Well, what what which one is your car? >> Um, that's for her to do. That's her car. That's her car. >> What does she drive? What you got? What car did you guys come in? That >> If you don't want to tell me, we're going to get it from the camera. So, make it easier. >> Why, bro? That's it. That's it, man. I don't want There's nothing. >> We good, bro. I just don't want no trouble, bro. >> I know. >> You don't want trouble, but you was in there boldly shoplifting. Boldly shoplifting. And they going to tell them, "Let me teach you something." [laughter] >> All right. These are kind of Yo, this is real tight, man. >> All right, we'll get we'll get them fixed, but you know, understand that right now we're conducting investigation. >> No, no, no. >> Stand over here. No, I already told you no. Any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. >> You have the right to the presence and representation of a lawyer of your choice before you make any statement and during any questioning. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, you're entitled to the final. >> I appreciate the respect. If you don't want no problems, relax. We're here now. It is what it is. You decided to do something today. There's no control over that. All right? You did what you did. We're here. Okay? >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, you're entitled to the presence of representation of a appointed lawyer before you make any statement and during any question. >> If at any time during the interview do not wish to answer any questions, you're privileged to remain silent. >> But listen, I want to tell you this. I want to tell you this. >> Any statement can be >> the stuff that I took. I if they if they if they press if they decide not to press charges and ban me from all targets, they can take my picture, whatever. I I'll tell them how I took it. >> That's what they depend on. Don't press charges. Ban me. Trespass me. I just won't come back. And then And then he again, he thinks he's so smart. I'll tell you how I took it. They they already know how he took it. I believe they don't need you. Like, you know, you might one time they might not know, but after people do stuff so many times, they kind of figure out your process. There's no win in this. There's no that's not going to get you out of anything >> cuz there's there's no other people that's taking it the way I'm taking it. >> Okay. >> We'll figure out I'm telling you right now the way I'm taking it. They're not taking it the way nobody else is taking what is >> they're going to press charges. But I want to tell them she she's just with me, bro. She's my girlfriend. She just tagging along. Listen, she >> is there anybody else that was with me? >> No. No. >> I put them on the beat on everything, bro. How the I'm taking nobody else is taking, bro. The way I'm taking it. >> How long you been out in Lake Worth? I've been here two months, bro. I'm I'm in a halfway house. >> How about But where you originally from? >> I just moved out here from from Philadelphia. >> From Philly? >> Yeah. >> And like we're struggling, bro. And it's just You know what I mean? We're struggling >> like that. >> What was this going to be for? >> We never pay for our rent for the next 250 each. >> Do you have keys on? >> No, I don't. It's 250. It's 250 each in rent. And we get the halfway house, bro. This is how we This is how we eat, bro. This is >> Where do you guys live? I live in the street. in Lake. Um, hey, I I want to I want to I want to ask him. I know. >> If you're going to be a thief, be a humble thief. You can't be out here stealing. And then he says for your rent, which I I believe some of it. I also feel like there are some substance issues that were going to be supported as well. You know, that's just the fidgeting and some other stuff going on. Um, but be a humble thief. You can't be telling me, "Well, let me teach you something." Like, that means you was going to make this a profession. You not trying to find a way out of your situation or nothing. >> And that and I'm open and the family, bro, I'll never come to Target again. >> All right. And you can >> First things first, we got to get your name at least. We got to get all that sorted out. All right. All right. >> I would never come here again. I would never come I would never catch Delray again, bro. >> All right. Just give us a second, bro. too. >> You have a Philadelphia license? >> Yes. I have a phone ID. >> Okay. >> Did you see where they put that key by any chance? >> See, but they had a key. >> Hey, bro. >> Hey, bro. That's how that's how I'm doing it, bro. >> That's exactly how that's exactly how. I'll never come here again. >> What you do? You mess mess around with the magnets. Yeah, I'll never do it again, bro. >> That was the master plan reveal. They already found the device and he's like, "Yeah, that's how I'm doing it." Yeah, they know that's how you're doing it. You're not the first. >> Hey, baby. >> Did you guys drive? >> Where's your car? >> White Civic, right? >> Yeah. No, it's a white Honda quarter. >> It's down this way. >> No, it's next to the the shopping cart right there. >> Right this way. >> Hey, can they take a picture of me here at Target and ban me from here, bro? >> It's not up to us. Relax. >> It's not up to them. It's up to him right there. >> Hey, brother. >> Hey, listen. Just give us a moment, man. Just And I get that you're freaking out right now, but relax. All right. It is what it is. We're here. >> I know, brother. I know. >> All right. So if they they can ban me, bro. >> I understand that, but we just >> Hey, let me ask you a question. If they >> Is it up to them? >> It is up to them. Like I said, >> can I ask you can I ask you an honest question? What's the chances of me >> not coming back here? >> I don't know. I like I said, I don't know to be very honest with you. I'm being upfront with you. I don't know. It's up to them. >> Bro, you can not It's not going to be >> No, it's not like that. It doesn't work like that. You're the victim here. Obviously, you guys did what you did. All right. >> It is what it is. >> We got to see how much was taken from the business cuz it could be deemed either a misdemeanor or if it's enough, it could be deemed as a as a felony. >> So, again, like I said, relax. >> Yeah. Now, this is a one of the few times that had you gotten any kind of paying job, you would have been able to pay your $250 rent. If it's a halfway house, that's fine. No judgment on that. But that definitely is reachable and doable to just get a normal job and just pay the rent. >> We're here now cuz we don't want to make it more than what it is. Just, you know, >> this is definitely What What's the 500? >> No, 750. >> Oh, yeah. It's not It's not >> It's just a >> He um He admitted already. He's like, "This is what I use." >> He spontaneously. >> He had He's like, "I have everything in my bag." >> Yeah. It's no more than 750 there, man. I promise you. >> I promise you. >> Okay. And they'll take your word for it. No. No one. Look, first of all, you thought the limit was 500. Now it's 7:50. You was He is really bad at this. Like really really bad at this. Like what did he think was going to happen? And stop trying to talk to the employee. They don't want to talk to you. >> Hey. >> Yeah. That's something crime. >> It's a big crime to have this. >> It's a magnet. >> It's a magnet. >> It's a magnet. >> It's the way that you >> But you used it to bypass the security device. I know. I'm pretty sure that's Hey, brother. I beg you to this. >> Hey. Hey, take a take a picture of me, man. Bam me, please. You can ban me right now. Bam me. She's good, man. She's good, man. >> How much How much is the total, bro? Hey, bro. I apologize, man. Hey, I'm just I'm just trying to spot. Congratulations, you're going to jail. Congratulations, you are banned and trespassed. And congratulations, they will take your picture. All of that's going to happen. You're going to get all the things. Come back. >> All right. So, what's going to happen? Like, can you can you help me, bro? Can you please help me? Brother and brother. Like, can you please help me, bro? I'm just >> Hey, can I ask you a question, bro? Can you split them out of soy? We are both here. >> That's That's >> Those are meal worms. >> Those are my worms for my spider. >> She wasn't doing anything. It's not like I But >> you got to understand when it's felony, you have no discretion. >> It's a misdemeanor, bro. >> It's not a misdemeanor. >> It's not a misdemeanor. >> Dude, you stole $1,000 worth of stuff. It's not a misdemeanor. It's felony. >> That's felony. There's a key in my >> I can imagine the car ride there in their white Honda or whatever he said they was in. Babe, I got this down. We just going to come in here. Look, it's going to be a misdemeanor. They can't do anything to us. At most, they'll just ban us and then I'll make a deal with them and tell them how we did it. If they kind of still play hard ball with us, but we got this. We're just going to stay under the amount. Nothing can happen. It's a misdemeanor. It's just a traffic ticket at best. No, we're good. We're good, babe. I got you. I can just imagine this talk in the car on the way to do this and and I I look she is a whole grown woman so it's blame on her too. You decided to participate in the stealing you got to deal with the consequences in my car sometimes >> my car key I just keep it just in case cuz we'll be getting locked out of the car. But but all right. So the chair that I grabbed was 150. >> 150. I grabbed four of them. >> 150. >> What was 150? >> The SD chair. >> We're not going to debate this hard. >> It's worth 179. >> On sale right now.$1 179. >> That's not going on a sale price because they're having a sale. >> All right. But right on regular price, it's only$179 >> right now. How many did you have? I only had two and then two Xbox ones and one and and two Nintendo things. That's not no $1,000, bro. >> That's That's not $1,000. You have three of them at 150 a piece is $4.49. Three of these Western Digitals. You have another Western Digital. That's a different one. Then you have a SanDisk. Then you have Nintendo accessory, Nintendo accessory, $80 a piece. You had three $150 hard drives plus another 135 plus 189. That all adds up. >> Yeah. So, listen. It is what it is at this point. Like I said, we're here now. It is what it is. All right. Let's go forward with it. Can I take half of it? >> No, it's not. >> Yes, you're accessory to the car. You're a codefendant. Yes. Please, >> child. Now they trying to divide the total by two. No, it's the total value of the crime and then you both get charged for that total value. They tried to divide it by two. I told you felony math 101. >> All right. >> Like just wipe it, bro. Just wipe it. >> Yeah. Here you go, >> baby. I got them sending me 14. >> He's got 1035 out of Pennsylvania. >> Yeah, that is not expeditable. >> I know. >> I don't got I don't got nothing else. >> Well, but I'm saying I don't got nothing else in Florida. >> Well, yeah. Well, I mean, you stole you stole a bunch of, >> you know, you got caught and you got devices to get past all their security devices. So, it's like two felonies and you know, it's like and then you're like trying to negotiate and barter and everything. [laughter] >> Oh, he has two felonies because I forgot about the device being a felony. You You came in thinking get a misdemeanor. Even if he had have stole under the amount, he [clears throat] would have had the felony from the device used. Crazy, crazy, crazy. >> Relax, man. Hey, it's your first time ever in trouble, babe. You going You getting out in two days, man. Relax. >> Behind you. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I can't move. What do you mean? Take that. >> I can't leave him. I can't get in the car. It's going to go over. >> Yeah, that's preset. >> All right. >> See, you guys got the luxury bigger SUV for us. The other ones are a lot smaller. All right. Hey, buzz man. >> Yeah. >> Can I ask you a question? >> Yeah, sure. >> It's your first time in trouble. What do you think they going to do to her? >> I don't know. She's going to have to bond out and see the judge. >> Hey, anything possible. Put me right next to you so I can talk to her. As long as we need to talk about some stuff, but get picked up the car if you can, brother. I appreciate it. >> We can't do that. There's females and males. They They're separate. >> But like we the same block, I can talk to her, right? >> He's still treating it like he going to the hills and he got demands. I want my room beside her. This He really has audacity. Just dumb and a lot of audacity. >> In the same hallway, right? >> No. >> Hey, can you write down the phone number for me? >> Hold on. We Let's get in there. Come on. You >> know, I mean, Florida. >> Listen, not for nothing, but I'm not like your waiter, you know? >> I know. I know. I mean, >> I mean, you're being you're being overly demanding. >> I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. And and I can assure you this isn't what I want to do. This is the end of my shift. I'm supposed to be going home. I'm going to be stuck with you guys for the next several hours. >> So you're going to be one of trash is up >> possibly. >> So So you you can expect me to be not in the best of moods. >> Oh man, this is overtime money. >> Dude, I've been working here over 20 years. I'm a veteran and I've just finished a 12-hour shift. Alpha 32. Oh y'all on that man that officer's last nerve. [laughter and clears throat] He ain't got time. He tired. >> 97 the Sally Port 65 ending nobody. No problems. You don't want to ask for paper out. >> I love you, too. >> Ew, ew, ew. Yeah. >> She had nothing on her possession. >> What is he talking about? >> They got on video of her handing you stuff and you tucking it away and taking the stuff out of the boxes. So, you came in together. You left together and you collected stuff together. >> That's all. And now everything's on video these days. >> High definition. And Target has as good a cameras than anybody. >> Yeah, I know. that his favorite statement is, "Yeah, I know." And he don't know nothing. Don't know nothing. You He was blatantly stealing where cameras could see him. And then he had somebody with eyes on him the whole time. Just not discreet at all. You don't know anything. I guess that's his go-to statement. It's very frustrating for people that talk and they just the person's trying to tell you something and you're not actually listening and you overtalk them or interrupt the sentence with the yeah I knows or I know that or I get that but they don't get that. Gh. >> Tell me that. >> Apparently they said they they got you other targets so you can be sure. You know a lot of times Target takes cases straight to the state too cuz they got their own little like legal department for this stuff. Yeah, just drop them right there for me. Seat inside. Okay, have a seat for me. >> Oh, we're not getting charges. I only hung out for charges. I did not want to sit there and listen to their nonsense. Oh my god. Okay. Well, obviously the two felony charges are what they started with. So, I guess it's what they got with the device and then the amount over $750. This one I feel like it's another substance issue on this one, but it's shoplifting suspect makes it much worse. And it says brain injury question mark. I didn't watch this till the end, but it looked interesting enough to bring it to y'all. So, we'll watch it to the end together. Stop in the shade. Both of you stop. I'm recording. Sit down right there. You're not free to go. You take off running front and we're going to have an issue. Sit down. Stop. Sit down. I'm Sit down or I'm going to put you down. >> If I get my Can I get my dog into the truck? >> Here's what's going to happen. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Sit down. >> Look, there's my purse. >> Sit down, sir, or we're going to have an issue. >> Okay. He's going to run away. >> Did you hear my purse? >> Sit down and we'll handle the dog. >> There's my purse. >> Do you understand? You're You're being detained right now. >> Yes, I understand. >> You know why? They think you stole stuff from Walmart. >> I know. >> Okay. I think so. There's my purse. >> It's fine. Please. >> Don't resist, dude. I'm not resisting, man. >> You guys are giving me >> I got a broken collar bone, bud. Please don't don't click my arm. Please don't m I got a broken collar. >> I got a broken collar bone. >> Please, please. >> We got a runner [laughter] behind your back now. >> Please don't let my dog have my dog. Please, >> sir. >> Please. Please don't let nothing my dog. >> You're going to have an issue with me. >> I can't resist. Second look at my sit down now. Nobody >> taser. Taser. Taser. He This cop is not playing. He got to deal with two crazies. He is not playing. It's time to incapacitate somebody. I get it. I get it. You already got the courtesy of being cuffed in the front and you can't sit down. Come on, dude. >> [screaming] >> Step it up. I have one tape. [screaming] >> Fighting. Rescue me from the head. >> I'm fine. Can I just >> I told you to sit down numerous times. >> Can I just roll over your stomach, please? >> Can I just I'm sorry. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm sorry. I should have called my son to come get my dog. >> We will take care of your dog. Oh my dog. Nobody was doing anything, man. Nobody was trying to resist. Nobody was running from you. Nobody was resisting my car. >> I'm trying to tell you, man. I don't >> I was nothing but nice to you people. Stand up. >> I know. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> My legs are numb from you. Shocking out of here. >> Get my sit. >> Can you watch? I got to go check on this. Why you busting my in the head? I'm bleeding. Like >> we got rescue coming. >> He's a He's a boxer. >> Like why? I didn't even take nothing. >> What's up, P? >> Stand up. >> I My legs are down, dude. I can't stand up. Like, he just shocked the out of me. I lay on the ground and he's still just shocking the >> It goes 5 seconds. You can't stop it. >> My thing going. You got any needles or anything on you? >> I had no need. Okay. He just shocked out of me. >> What year were you born, >> Ken? >> Lean this way. >> My stomach. I have a >> You can roll to your side. Whoa. Is that what they pulled out of that person's truck? Well, like I told you, I stopped once he got tagged, so I didn't see anything beyond this. Did Did y'all see this on your screen? Wow. Wow. Wow. >> Yeah, I thought it was at first. It says DPMS on it. Can you stay? Make sure this dog didn't hop out. >> What's your name? >> Hi, Amy. >> Amy, what? >> You got anything on you? Shouldn't have >> I don't have nothing. >> Do you have any pockets? >> 17. I just want to confirm we do have rescue coming. >> Oh man, my head. >> They're coming. Pin. >> Oh, man. Look at the back of my head. I'm just telling her to look at the back of my head. >> Guys, I'm >> Your dog's fine. Your dog's not leaving. >> What? >> You look at the back of my head. >> Yeah, it's bleeding, dude. >> We have rescue coming. You're going to go to the hospital and get stitches or staples or whatever they give you. >> How many times You know what would have solved all that, gentlemen? Sir, ma'am. >> Yeah. >> What? What would have solved all that? >> I just wanted to check my dog >> if you sat down when I told you to sit down. Correct. >> I was just worried about it. >> What' I tell you? Didn't I tell you we'd have somebody check on your dog? >> I'm sorry. >> And we cannot follow instructions. Can we not? >> I'm sorry. I told you you were being detained and not free to go. I was even polite enough to put those handcuffs in front of you. Was I not, sir? Because of your shoulder injury. >> But though, nobody was. >> Sir, you started walking away. Then you came up on me hot because I tried to put her in handcuffs cuz she started walking away. >> All I was doing was talking to you. I wasn't hot. I wasn't aggressive. All I said is >> you said, "Don't put her in handcuff." >> I said, "Please tell her don't throw her on her stomach. She hasn't." >> She kept pulling away. >> I I just wanted to check on him. >> Did I not tell you before that? Did I not tell you? >> He's the only I love dogs. I'm gonna check on your dog, but you guys wouldn't get with the program. If you guys would have got with the program, we'd have been sitting there. Somebody was coming to check on your dog. >> I know. I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> Can we go back to zero? Can we start over where we were here, please? And thank you. Holy guacamole. All right. We got somebody at Walmart. >> I asked for somebody to go over there. I don't know if they got there. >> These people make you forget about a Walmart theft. >> Yeah. Or not. >> All right. You're Amy, right? >> Yeah. >> Amy, what's your last name? Just so you know, somebody's with your dog right now. >> Okay. Thank you. Thank you. >> Yep. >> My guy is ready. >> Can you take Mr. Hal over to Walmart? I guess it started off as a retail theft and see exactly what they take and all that. And nobody's been over to Walmart yet. >> Of course not. >> Uh my partner is going to search you. You're in custody right now for resisting. I'm not saying you're necessarily going to jail. They didn't have to spray you or tase you or anything like that. I might be able to because of the dog thing. I might be able to release you cuz I don't really want to call animal control for your dog. >> Right. >> Please, I I've got kids, right? >> What about the weapon that was in the car? Is somebody going to get asked questions about that? What state are we in? >> I'm in school. >> So, here's the deal. I'm going to read you this. You probably heard this before. It's your marine warning. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You decide any time to exercise these rights, not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of those rights if I explain to you? Yes. >> Having those rights to mind, do you wish to talk to me? >> Ask me questions. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, you saw me pull up. I told you guys to stop and sit down, right? >> Then I told you you're not free to go. I told you to sit down. How many times you think I told you to sit down? >> I am. So, so much was going on. I got >> You're right. So much was going on. So, so much was going on, right? I had to deal with two of you guys, right? He's a fit young man, >> right? You started walking away. He never sat down all the way. He He was like walking away like in a rapid manner, right? >> I was on the ground. I I was afraid that he was going to attack me while I'm trying to cuff you. >> I get it. I get it. >> So, I tased him, right? I mean, I was I was trying to be nothing but nice. Was I mothering you guys? No. >> Was I beyond but cool? >> No. I mean, you weren't. That's >> Come on. My kid. >> What happened over at Walmart where these guys would think you would steal? >> I I don't know. I have a retail theft. I'm in the past, >> right? But I don't care about your past. I care about Red. >> No, >> you weren't stealing. No. Nobody would get thrown on their stomach if everybody listened to commands. >> Your head wouldn't be hurting. She Nobody would be in hand. >> I can Can you do that? >> Can you stop flopping? >> I can't help it, dude. My head is dropping so bad. No, you got to loosen that bud. Like, can you see that? God damn. I got bony wrist, man. That's right. >> Is that truck yours? >> Yeah. Yep. >> Can we search the truck? >> Yeah. I I don't care. >> Okay. >> Um Yeah. He's at his insulin there. >> Yeah. Yeah. That's fine. >> What up? >> Where did he get? >> Uh front. >> Front. >> Front. Yeah. >> Came backwards. >> Yeah, he came backwards. He locked up and came straight back. >> Okay. Right here. >> Yeah. I mean, I felt I had to cuz he was coming right at >> Yeah. I mean, I hate doing somebody in the front, but I had to. Okay. Yeah. He was straight back. He locked up or anything? >> No, he rol he was up pretty quick. I mean, not up off, but he didn't get knocked out. >> All right. >> What kind of dog is it? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Oh, you ain't got to worry about a boxer, bro. >> Please, can I help you with him? >> I'm going to search you first before you help him with that. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> We'll go backtrack where she was. Where was she walking? We'll see if >> she was coming across the lot. Like I saw them right here when I pulled up. They were on the pavement kind of. >> Okay, now that we've reached most of the climax, I am trying to see if they actually got caught for the stealing from Walmart cuz I think they were saying, you know, that lady was still trying to say we didn't steal. So, I'm going to go up some. >> There's there's a Jabra that we haven't found. And then Burberry. >> What about the >> the needles have insulin and >> Yeah, but with them. >> Alcohol >> sealed, >> right? But is it? >> I don't know. I don't know that they would have been able to get it, but they haven't made mention of the crown yet. >> All right, I'm going to follow you. >> Crown Royal. We got a sealed box here. A box of Crown Royal. So, here's the deal. >> I'm going to forward charges for resisting. >> Okay. >> Okay. Cuz I'm going to be honest. I think if you would have stayed sat down. >> No. >> Then Kenny wouldn't have been tased cuz Kenny wouldn't have think thought he could run away and then Kenny wouldn't have seen me trying to put you on the ground. Yeah. >> Right. And then ran at me and then me think that I'm going to get overpowered or have to fight two people. >> I guess in my eyes I was thinking I'm not going nowhere. I'm not going to outrun yet. I guess that's what I was thinking. You know what I mean? I just wanted to make sure he's okay. But I told you. >> But you told me. I know. I didn't treat you on Med. >> I know you did. >> I just gave you direct orders and I explained why. >> I know, >> right? >> I know. And that's the first I've ever done anything like that. Anything. >> So, I'm going to go Actually, Officer Brace, did you find anything, Benny? No. Okay. I was going to say all >> So, Officer Mah is going to cut you loose. >> Okay. >> Was that your decision? >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. >> Well, I'm not going to call animal control for Ruckus. Ruckus didn't do nothing but be a good boy. That's the only good boy out of him and Kenny. >> He is. Come here, buddy. Yes. Your bottles right here. All right. >> You found more stuff. >> Well, I don't know. Just It was over there in the trash can. >> No trash can. >> But there's no >> Okay, I'm going to go inside and see how hard it is for me to get video. >> Okay, so what was going on over here then? It was just >> I don't know. I'm in the store. I said, "Okay, go ahead and go out and check on Rucky Boy." Because I knew it was kind of getting warm and that's my baby. And I said, "Okay, I'll meet you out in the truck." I was grabbing some Gatorade, blah blah blah. And then I had this lady come up to me in Walmart, open your purse. I'm like, okay. I'm like, uh, where's items you just took? I open my purse. I'm like, what are you talking about? What items? Here's my purse. Well, your husband just took off and we got your plate number. And I'm like, what? So, I start walking out like, what's going on? I see the truck is gone or parked. I'm like, what the? So, I'm walking across the parking lot and I get by the gas station and I see him walking on the other side of this bay. >> Uhhuh. >> And I can tell it's him cuz the bald head shining >> and I said, "What are you doing? What happened?" He didn't even get two seconds and he pulled up >> and then I was crying and worried about him and I said, "Where's Rucky?" He said, "The truck's over there." And >> so when he was arresting you, then then Ken started coming back at me. >> Yeah. Yeah. Cuz he's like, "Don't throw it down cuz I have a a hernia. I had to get surgery on it." >> But I've never done that in my life, sir. I've never had raised my voice that anything to the cop. And it's just all happening so fast. >> I'm going to get out of here though. I need to protect my daughter. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. Okay. All right. Yep. No problem. >> All right. >> That's crazy to get all that and apparently they didn't shoplift. They were suspected of shoplift and now he can't walk straight right now cuz that taser It's crazy too how sometimes a taser will affect people and others people they just take it. They're acting like they got bit by an ant or something and not even that. They don't even react sometimes. He is he is damn bad. I appreciate that. >> Yeah, >> I know. Yeah. >> Now, certain situations can always be avoided. Hey, everyone. >> Okay. I'll have the link if you want to hear his uh speech about that one, but since it wasn't one of the more serious ones, I'm going to keep going. Okay, so we have shoplifter forces cops to drag her from the mall. You've probably seen this one because it came out a while ago, but I hadn't watched it with y'all. So, here we go. >> 6, 2022. Officers responded to a retailer requesting a disruptive customer be removed from the store. >> Danny is the I think he's like the head of their security. He's a G4S security guy. He's around on a Segway. What's going on? >> Several times. >> Okay. Has she stole anything? >> No. >> Excuse me, ma'am. >> The big problem is they want you to leave. They've asked you to leave. This is a private business. They can ask anybody to leave that they want to leave. >> I can't come back. >> Uh, well, they do want to trespass you, I believe. But, um, the most important thing is if a business owner asks you to leave, you're supposed to leave the premises. You can actually be arrested. He actually told me that he wasn't the owner and that he was just the manager. >> Well, the manager said, >> "Okay, so right now she's a trespass, not a shoplifter." >> She did. She had asked you to leave as well. Bottom line is though, if a business asked you to leave, you have to leave. It's a private business. They can do that. Someone can do it at their house, too. >> If someone's if you're at someone's house and they say, "Hey, Jasmine, we want you to leave." And you say, "No." >> They said they didn't want me to leave. They said they wanted me to stop trying on their [ __ ] >> Okay. May have been a miscommunication. What she told me was that they asked you to leave and you got nasty and were swearing and just making a fuzz. >> You said you just said you said suck my dick and I was like well I don't we don't need to repeat that anymore say that to you. >> It's crazy if she's arguing and also has stolen items from other stores on her right now. That would be crazy. >> Demi Moore said it and GI Jane worked for her. >> Huh? >> Sorry. A little bit before your time. Um, are you a manager? >> Yes. >> Okay. Just tell her she's not welcome back and we're good. >> You are trespassed. You're not welcome in the office. >> Okay. >> And how long are you >> Jasmine? Hold on. Listen for a second. Have you ever been trespassed anywhere before? >> No. >> Okay. So, the way this works is if you come back for any reason within the next year. That's as long as it can be valid for. >> Just a year. >> This next year, listen carefully. If you come back for any reason, you can go to jail. Okay? So, just you can go anywhere else in the mall. That depends on the judge. You'll go to jail. you get booked and you'll have a trial and the judge will determine if you what your sentence is. But you need to leave right now. Otherwise, I'll take you to jail today. >> I mean, I'm going to leave right now, but I'm going to come back in here regardless because >> if you do, they're going to tell us >> take me to jail. Yeah, but I'm not going to be in jail for long and then they're just going to let me come. >> So, Jasmine, I need you to leave right now or you're going to go to jail today? >> All right. >> You got your ID card by chance? >> Yeah. Uh, no. Go grab that. >> Yeah, that'd be easier. >> Oh my god. >> The state of Florida prefers in cases like this that we issue [music] what's called a trespass warning. That's basically a civil >> not shocking. >> Was that their Was that their uh >> the security thing got tripped? Did Jasmine beep on the way out? >> [laughter] >> Do you want to follow up on that? >> Well, she's trespassing, so if she comes, call us. >> She beat whenever she walked out. >> Just let it go. >> I kind of figured something out, but >> you want to follow up on it or no? >> Um, I mean, I don't know if we could check her back then. Yeah. >> Well, we have we have reasonable suspicion at this point >> that we 778. Thank you. >> Hey, Jasmine. Sorry. So, when your bag went when you went through the security checkpoint, your bag went off. Okay. I'm going to need to check your bag and make sure you didn't steal any merchandise. This is the shirt that >> No, Jasmine, they're going to want you to hand the bag over and so they can go through it. Not so you can selectively pick out from the bag what you want to pick out. [laughter] >> So, these are my pants. My sweatpants. >> Okay, hold on. I need you to put this down for me. I don't want you >> I was going to type my response, but I think she had already stolen. They hadn't caught her stealing, but they wanted her trespass because the interaction they were already having with her and she kept trying on stuff. Trying on stuff, trying on stuff. I think it was she had already stolen as she was arguing with that cop. She had stolen stuff in her bag. That's what I think. >> Reaching in there anymore. Stop right now. >> Get off my bag. >> Let go. Let go. Jasmine, >> get off my bag, bro. >> Jasmine, you need to let go. >> My bagel. >> Get off my bag. >> Relax. Let go of the bag. I'm going to search you. Stop touching me and get the off my >> If you don't relax. >> Hey, hey, hey. >> You're going to end up getting an additional charge if you don't stop it. Stop right now. >> Stop. >> Don't you dare. >> Don't you bite him. >> What's crazy is it sounds like if she had let them check the bag, she was probably going to get citation. But it didn't sound like for sure they were going to arrest her yet for the shoplifting. She just makes horrible decisions. She already said she was going to come back just to get arrested anyway. So I don't know why she's fighting this if you're like, I'll come back and I'll just go to jail. So you just go to jail now. 147. >> Not right now. In a minute. In a minute. >> I'm going to jail. >> Stop. Call him. Call my dad. I'm going to jail. >> You're going to stand up and I'm going to have this officer search you. Do you have anything on you going to get you in trouble or get her hurt? Stop. Stop fussing with the cuffs. >> Stop fussing with the cuffs. It's not going to make him go away at this kangaroo that rainy. >> Why is you in my vagina ready? >> Let me stand her up. >> I got that pocket. >> Stand up for me. Stand up. I'm trying. Stand up. Stand up. All right. But those are my polo pants that I bought. >> Okay, we're going to sort that all out. >> You need another 177. >> All right, I'll hold on. You want to search or you want to hold on while I search the bag? >> Yeah, >> you got her. >> Yeah, she's good. >> 177. >> I don't know if that's theirs. >> Okay. >> Do me a favor. Go grab that manager. Bring him over here. >> 177 has a swing. Those are polo pants. We'll do >> tag. >> Jasmine, I promise they don't need you to take inventory. They got it. [laughter] >> Xray Lima 6:30. >> You were planning on what? >> Going somewhere tomorrow so I can put those on. >> 1034 comes back to a silver Chevy to Darlene Jones. See how it fires 923. 110. >> Yeah. You can't tell anybody coming to me. You're having problems with it. >> Are either of these yours? >> Yeah. This is ours. >> Okay. >> I'm not crashing. >> No. No, ma'am. No, ma'am. No, ma'am. >> Make them a little tighter on her. She's got little wrist. She's trying to take them off. >> Let's just stop. Stop. >> [ __ ] what the >> You need to stop. >> Stop resisting arrest or I'm going to charge you. >> All right, that's battery. >> That's touching me. >> Stop. >> You are under arrest for shoplifting. >> We will worry about that later. Stop resisting. >> Stop trying to scratch me. Stop trying to scratch me. >> Stop. >> Then stop. Stop you doing all that [ __ ] >> Stop. You have to calm down. I'm going to tighten the cuffs >> to keep you from escaping. >> Then calm down. >> Yeah. >> There you go. >> She scratching. >> What about that other shard in there asking 15? You just got yourself a felony charge. Uh, Jasmine got on. >> Let's go take her to your car. >> Okay. [music] >> And we'll come back and deal with this. >> All right. >> Come on. >> Stand up for me. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Where's my bag at? Right. Can you give that to that lady right there? >> Nope. >> Stand here for me. Okay. >> How are you still being difficult and have demands? How do you have demands? Like, and then why are you adding charges? This was going to be trespass. Had she not stolen, it was only going to be trespass, but I I thought she had already stolen. So now we got shoplifting and trespass. Then you want to go ahead and do battery on a Leo. You scratching them up. You doing all this stuff. Then they can probably get you for trying to get out of your handcuffs. That's girl. What? I wonder what she's doing now. This was this is three going on four years ago. I I do kind of wonder like I wonder if Jasmine's in school right now or something and she changed her life around. I want my bag. >> It will come with He's going to stand here. >> Okay. All right. >> Come on. He's going to stand here with your bag. Your bag's going to come with us to walk. >> No, >> you are not getting away. Stop it. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. Jasmine, >> you are going to jail today. It is happening. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. with any >> stop walk. You just broke my train, bro. You would walk. >> This wouldn't happen. >> Get out of here. >> Walk. >> Stand up. >> Come on, Jasmine. Stand up. Act like an adult. Hold >> on. Another officer will drag her. Don't offer 39. >> You're not getting the cuffs off. >> Stop it. >> Can you send us one more unit, please? >> Stop. How about I give y'all all the money that y'all need for them outfits that was only 20 bucks? >> Y'all, they always go there. I got the money. I could I can pay for this. Why didn't you just pay for it? Why did you just pay for it? Why do you have to do all this other stuff then? >> Time for that has passed. >> Be around. >> You want to get up and walk? 41. >> Stop. What are you doing? You like >> Stop kicking me. >> I'm not kicking you. >> Get out. You can't get out. Stop. >> This is not a game, Jasmine. I'm >> going to roll it over on her stomach. You going to kill me like how y'all did, George. >> No one's going to do anything. >> No one's going to hurt you. >> Cooperate. >> Everything that's happening to you is is on you. >> Stop. >> There's gum in my hair. Can you take it out? >> No, I'm not worried about that right now. >> I was unable to call. >> So, when do I get out? Today. Well, you're going to have a very high bond. So, it'll depend on how much money you have, >> which was only $40 stolen. >> You battered a law enforcement officer. You resisted arrest. >> I didn't battery. >> Okay. Talk to your lawyer about that. >> I don't have a lawyer. Call my dad though to let him know that he's been >> I'll call him when you're at the jail. >> No, call him now cuz he's the one that dropped me off. >> No. >> You want us to call him? >> The demands. And well, who put this? Where is it at? Kim said, "I bet Dad gave her money to go shopping and she chose to steal." Kim, you seem real close to what happened. >> Yes. Can you call him? >> I will call him if you get up and walk. >> Listen to me. You get up and walk, I will call him. >> Okay. >> You going to get up and walk? >> His number is 8505. >> Hold on. I'm not going to call that when we get to the car. >> Until we in the car. Once we're in the car, I will call him. >> Stand up for us. Put your hands behind your back where they belong. >> I will get your back. Do you want me to call your dad or not? If you give us a problem, I'm not calling your dad. >> Oh my days. >> I will as soon as you get in the car. >> We will call you. Call him as soon as you get to the car. >> Y'all pulling me the wrong way. >> You're the person. >> Jasmine has turned into a contortionist and everything. >> Got to go that way. >> Your hands under your legs. Now stand up. I'm going to roll you over. It's easier if you do it from your side. >> Stand up. >> There you go. All right. No. No. >> You going to walk? >> Come on. >> She keeps trying to get out of the cuffs. >> Stop. >> You going to walk this time? >> Y'all got my titties and everything. >> That's on you, Jess. >> Stop. That [ __ ] hurt. Stop. >> You're making it too. >> Walk. >> Turn her this way and drag her. >> Stop trying to twist it. >> Oh, you cut. >> That's from you. >> That's from you, [ __ ] >> I got her. >> She's going to fall though. We're going to have to grab her feet probably. matter, guys. >> I'm telling you, it's much easier. >> All right, that's fine. She's not. >> It's much easier. >> My dad is in the mall. You can go sit here right now. >> Go this way to her back towards us, guys. >> Now, no. Turn the sirens. Turn this. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Come on. All right. That'll work. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> Yeah. >> Come on. Here we go. Hold on. I had to try to pause it. Look at how they had to carry her out of this mall cuz she won't use her two good legs. All this nonsense from shoplifting. It is insane. Bonnie, right? Are you not embarrassed? What? [laughter] I want to cover her one more time. She keeps slipping these cuffs. Put your hands up. >> Make sure the keyways are on the bottom. Am I bleeding? >> No. >> No. >> I am. >> Cuz you keep cuffing them around. You're too tight. >> So I can get out by my dad. >> We're not going to talk about that right now. Just get in the car. All right. Is >> that from her nails? >> Yeah. Nasty ass nails. >> No. Hey. Hey. Hey. >> Hey there. We want to trespass all too as well. >> He didn't cooperate, Jazz. then we'll call him in a >> I feel like it's a bit of an insult for this guy to come out on his little little motorized thing when they just had to manhandle and carry that woman. They out of breath and everything and here he come. [clears throat] I feel like this is just a bit of a like why would you do this right now? Why why did you come out in this? [laughter] >> He didn't cooperate. Jasmine, we'll call him in a bit. Gentlemen, sorry about that. Tell me where the air is. >> I legitimately wanted to help you, but I'm like, I don't want to get anybody in trouble by myself. >> No, no, we had two officers and she wasn't really It was more about keeping her safe than her hurting us. >> Although, she did scratch me. >> So, this isn't yours? >> No. You want to check and see if they're >> $1348 was the value. You have got to be kidding me. But she has felonies now. They probably got her for resisting with violence. She drew blood on the one officer, scratching them up, kicked them. They if they didn't resist without violence then I don't understand. I don't understand people. This woman says she was playing a stealing game at Walmart. Um, and she also apparently was busted with a large stash of pharmaceuticals. So, here we go. >> It's really fun. >> Oh, going to jail is funny. Okay, >> we got Crystal. >> We got White Crystal's bubble pipe and a safe. You have the right to remain silent. >> Okay. Blah blah blah blah blah. It's after 5:00 p.m. in Flaggler County, Florida, where one suspected shoplifter is about to find herself with some serious charges. >> What's up? >> Okay. Is this your car over here? >> No. >> All right. Would you come over here with me? >> Where? >> Over in this way. >> For what? >> So, we're doing an investigation right now. Apparently, somebody walked out with a >> car in a random car. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that was me. >> Okay. Would you come over by the car with us? >> Whose car is it? >> What do you mean >> Whose car is it? >> I don't know. Me neither. Okay. All right. So, we're >> I feel like we're going to be watching a woman that thinks she's 13 years old. A bad decision-making 13-year-old cuz not all 13-year-olds would act like this. This is a grown woman. >> All your stuff you took out of the store and >> I just put I put it in a random car that was open. >> In a random car that was open for what? >> What do you mean for what? >> Because y'all come y'all was coming. >> Okay. So, you just put all the stuff in a random car. You didn't know? >> Yeah. It's a game I was playing. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> What for? >> Um, just for the hell of it. >> Okay. You got any ID on you? >> No. >> All right. >> I left it in the car. >> Which car? >> We're in a car. I don't know what car it was. >> What color was it? >> Um, silver. >> Silver, >> right? Something like that. >> So, you left your ID in some random car? >> Yeah. My whole bag. Oh, my >> All right, makes sense. >> What kind of bag do you have? >> Police identified the woman seen here as 30-year-old Amber McCann, who told deputies that >> Oh, hold on. What happened to Amber in that previous mug shot? Hold on. Hold on. Look at this mug shot, y'all. I'm I'mma try to pause it when it comes to it. >> Yeah. My whole bag. All my >> All right. Makes sense. >> What kind of bag do you have? >> Police identify the woman seen here as 30-year-old. >> Baby, [laughter] what happened? You know what? Let me stop cuz if it was a DV thing and I don't know cuz I'm thinking she fought during an arrest or something, but it could be something else. But baby, that is Woo. Amber McCann, who told deputies that, get this, she was playing a game by stashing stolen merchandise in a random car. >> I think it's a Michael car. Can you please not stand behind me cuz you making me nervous. >> I was here the whole time. >> Were you? >> No. >> Yeah, he's in the car. >> Well, I'll be damned. >> What was your question? >> What kind of purse did you have? >> It's a Michael Kors purse. Can you go get it for me? >> What kind of vehicle were you driving? >> It's like gray or silver or something. >> What kind of make, model? >> Um, I don't know. You have no idea what kind of car you were. >> No, because y'all were coming and I just ran up to the car and put It's a game that we play. It's called 21. It's basically you go and steal all that you can steal and then you get out without getting caught. Well, I did it one other time than this time, but I got caught this time. So, now I got to figure out where my purse is and where my merchandise is because now I got to give all my merchandise back to Walmart. >> Well, it's not really a game. >> It is a gameft to you. That's theft. >> It's fun, too. It's really fun. >> Oh, going to jail is fun. Okay. >> Well, I suppose. Am I going to jail? Well, we'll see how much stuff you took. >> There's a lot of >> So, where's my car at? >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> It's Amber. >> Okay. >> And I don't find it funny. I'm just very vulnerable. >> Okay. Did you Is the car yours or are you renting it? >> I don't know whose car it was. >> It's just a random person. >> It's just a random car. Yeah. Like if you walk up to this car. >> Okay. How about you? >> You feel me? It's open. It's going to be closed. You never know. You just got to try it out. >> Hey, go ahead and put your hands behind your back for me. >> Do you want that? >> Put the back up. What's wrong, y'all? >> Broken. >> My pinky is, so I'll be careful. >> Oh, wait a second. >> All right, we'll get that. We'll get that. >> We'll get Stop. >> Do you have any leg jackers? >> Uh, I have a Hobble. >> Hey, I have a Hobble. >> No, >> you do. >> Actually, flex. >> I was just trying to grab my phone. >> You have We can do flex. >> Yeah. >> Y'all going to put me shackles? Are you serious? >> Well, you have a cast on your arm. >> Exactly. And I got scraped up knees, too. >> No one said they're going on your feet. >> So, what are y'all putting shackles on me for? You got a cast on your arm. >> Oh, it's too big for a regular handcuff. >> Oh, okay. Look at that. Flex cuffs. >> Stick these back here. >> Looks like it's game over for our shoplifting sus. >> Okay, I'm going to fast forward through the narration. Um, we'll keep going. It'll be in the description box if you want to hear what they had to say. >> Um, >> like on you, in you, anything like that? Do you have anything that say you do go to jail that if you go into the jail and they find it on you later or anything like that? No. A tampon that needs to be changed. You just ask me that question. >> Well, you keep that. >> Ask the same question. >> While Amber is detained is about >> fell out. Look at there. Police find more than $1,000 worth of stolen property, including beauty items, homegoods, dog food, and more. Deputies work together to quickly return the lifted merchandise to the store. Moments later, deputies pop open the trunk of the car when, let's just say, that shoplifting charge becomes the least of our suspect's worries. We got white crystals, bubble pipe, and a safe. >> You see, >> the text came up and said narcotics jackpot. >> That's what this has white crystal in it. like small small amount. But there's white crystal in it. >> I don't know. >> Well, don't break it. >> Deputies discover suspected drugs, paraphernelia, and a large safe. >> Oh, >> a large safe is crazy. I expected that all this stuff that Amber got on her. The safe is a little unexpected. >> One officer then uncovers a second safe disguised as a book. >> Couple patches. >> What is that? >> Yeah. Uh it's her name. What's the date on? >> Oh, so that's hers. I mean, we got weed in the front. We got probably meth in the back. >> This is good, though. She >> It's got her name on here. So, I mean, whatever's in the back, I would attribute to her as well. >> Nope. >> Yeah. >> I don't know if we're going to get into that. What's in this? >> Pieces. >> There's two of them. >> There's a I don't know if I'm on the ditch. Yeah, I shouldn't say that. very inappropriate of me. >> Inside the trunk, deputies uncover multiple prescription medications listed in Amber's name, as well as other prescriptions listed in a man's name and suspected methamphetamine. But that's all before deputies try cracking into that large safe. >> What's in here? >> Suboxin. >> Nothing in there that's like legit. No, >> I just want to know what's like without pulling the safe out. I don't know if >> you can pull the safe out. >> He step. >> What's that? >> Ready? >> No. Nope. That's good. There's nothing in this. I'm going >> to make a quick pull. >> With that safe locked up tight, >> you don't know what's in it or whose it is? >> No. >> Okay. He doesn't even Hey, he doesn't even have a safe. >> Well, there's a safe in the trunk. So, >> that's It can't be his. What's all that stuff on the top of the thing? >> What? >> What's all that stuff? >> Stuff that was in the trunk. >> Whose safe? That's not his safe. He doesn't even own a safe. >> Did you have anything in the back of the car in the in the trunk? >> I had my purse and the I stole. >> Okay. >> But he doesn't even own a safe. >> So, you definitely saw the safe when you put your purse back there. That's both of y'all safe in my opinion. is everybody's safe that's in their car. >> Okay, there's a giant safe back there. >> All right, >> with no other choice, deputies break into the safe with the use of breaching tools. Let's see what's inside. >> All right, signal zero right out the gate. >> And there's a baggie underneath it. >> Got it. And there's marijuana resident. >> You got a firearm. I know somebody's a convicted felon around here. You got a firearm? You got all these substances and you want to draw attention to yourself by stealing out of the store. And obviously we know it wasn't a game cuz she she put it in the car that she actually was going to drive off in. But she tried to say she put it in a random car. I'm like, you put your ID in a random car, not just the stuff you stole. Stop playing. But you did all this. So now they see all this. So it went from shoplifting to you got a you have everything back here. Why would you do this? Why? >> Deputies immediately find a firearm concealed in the safe. But that's not all. >> What is this? >> Is that a light safe? That's a That's a >> No, >> I'm rolling. >> Okay. >> All right. Fun box. Oh, we got white powder, everybody. >> All right. We'll keep it away from our face. What do >> you mean? So, you want to inhale it? Turn on. >> This is one of those boxes that Sergeant Wer found behind the license plate on top. >> Yep. Uh >> kind of. >> Yep. >> Yeah. It uh hide a key. >> If I was a bet woman, it was a ruse of vinyl. >> Uh we're going to have to do pill ID just to verify. Yeah. I mean they look >> they look like what the bottle is. >> Marijuana residue. >> Is that Marana? >> We also got white powder. >> Um but we got white powder. I got some of the >> more powder. >> I got >> Deputies uncover another lock box inside that safe. >> Hey everybody, we're going to get you right back to that box. Why? >> There's baggies like this. >> Makes sense. >> We got more pills. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Here, we'll flip it up. Yeah, >> it's a negative on that. >> All right, let's see them either talk back. Yeah, let's get back to Amber. Let's see here. >> Either. >> Okay, >> so I would be really in trouble with him. But that's that's the thing. >> What kind of car is it? >> I don't remember cuz it's a rental. I just got the rental car. What color? >> I thought you said it was someone random this morning. >> Yeah, I know. I lied to you. >> Her her boyfriend rented the car. >> Yeah, he rented the car. >> Um, hold on one second. real quick before we go any further. Okay, >> she's just going to read the right to remain silent. >> Okay. Blah blah blah blah blah. >> Well, we we still have to read it before we can talk to you. >> It's like music to my ears. >> Anything you say can and will be used against you in court law, you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, will be upon you to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You decide any time to exercise these rights, not answer any questions or make any statements. You understand these rights as I've explained them to you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You said Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Cool. So anyway, that's done. Um, like I was saying, yeah, that's my >> another dummy that believes they sound really smart when they talk. >> Boyfriend's car. He ran in the car and he was shopping and I had found all this that I wanted because they told me to play 21 and my boyfriend's older than me so he doesn't play that. And I started playing the game. This is my first time playing the game and I put this in the back of the car and I saw you guys coming so I walked off. My boyfriend knows nothing about it. I don't even know where the [ __ ] he's at. >> So he's here with you now? >> Yeah. If I can call him, can I call him? >> The boyfriend she's talking about never makes an appearance during this incident. And it isn't long until another investigator approaches Amber with one important question. >> So, I just want to ask you a quick question, okay? And you can decide how to answer it however you want. Okay? There's >> pretty decent amount of crystal meth and other narcotics in the car. Okay? >> I'll tell the other officer. I don't know anything about it. >> Okay. Well, I was just giving you an opportunity. We do have narcotics detectors that can talk to you. We might be able to better your situation with the state if if you want to talk to them. >> I don't know anything about it. >> Okay. Thank you. Deputies cracked open that last lock box and finished their search, uncovering about 62 gram of methamphetamine, 11 grams of marijuana, multiple pipes, a scale, mint silver bars and rounds, copper bars, platinum bars, a gold fossil watch, and multiple prescription medications according to the arrest. Okay, for those of us that don't know, what are the silver and copper bars used for? And the platinum bars, what are they used for? I feel like they're used in some way to do some kind of substance, but does anybody know what the heck report? All this alongside a laundry list of stolen goods. We join Amber in the back of the patrol car. my demon. Okay. So, he told me to play a game uh called 21 and I played it and then I got caught. >> All right. We're skipping to Amber's charges. I don't want to keep hearing the repeated lies. So, here we go. >> I got to get you stupid. You're noting hard and that's not your [ __ ] purpose to be an officer. Amber McCann is facing multiple charges, including trafficking of methamphetamine, drug possession, grand theft, and possession of a controlled substance. >> All right. Yep. They all make sense to me. We don't even have y'all. Oh, grand theft. I say they don't even have the shop, but it's the grand theft cuz that was a long receipt. All right. This one, y'all. This This is just to me it's just for laughs. She tried to blame her mom for a toilet paper heist. Here we go. Yeah. >> What were you over there getting? >> I was buying. >> Where they at? >> I don't know. [ __ ] But I can get some You want me to go? >> Huh? >> You want me to go? >> No, I'll have to go. Yeah. >> So, if you want to stay 102 over here. >> All right. Bet. >> Um, take this cuz I got to keep working. >> Yeah, I got I already put I already put it. I was going to take it. >> All right. My order. >> Order what? >> Get paper towels and stuff right there with the customer service he got. So her whole thing is I'mma blame my mom that she did an Insta cart and I went to pick it up and now they trying to say I'm stealing [laughter] on that junk. >> Listen, I'm just going to read you something that's saying that you are >> I understand listen to I'm just going to read you something. I'm going to read you something. Okay. I'm going read your constitutional rights to you. Okay. All right. I'm required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent, not answer any questions. >> I got to go to jail. >> Listen to the Listen to me. >> Listen, I'm just reading your race. >> Any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. Now, do you understand these verses I just read to you? >> Okay. With those rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me? >> Huh? >> Do you wish to speak to me about anything? Speak to you? >> Yeah. About referencing if I ask you a question. >> I thought that I I ain't got no license outside. I ain't going to lie about that though. >> Okay. Okay. I understand that. That's That's a traffic infraction. I'm saying like anything else referencing to our investigation right now. If I ask you a question, you say >> like the rights like Okay, that's what I'm saying. You don't understand the rights I read to you. >> That's what I'm saying. Anything about what transpired, whatever the case is. Yeah. >> If like I said, you want this new rights. >> So, do you wish to speak to me? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, question answer you. Well, you had the Home Depot. >> Yeah, I was there, but I picking up the stuff. >> Well, she was picking up >> the paper towels in the neck cuz my mom ordered. >> She ordered them online. >> She got them. Yeah, but she got her phone. >> Okay. What's the documentation showing such that she ordered? >> Oh, she got it in her phone though. I swear to God, I'm going to go to the house. I'm going to go to the house. Listen, I'm going to go to the house. Go get her phone, bro. I call you. Let me let me talk. >> Go to the house and go pee her phone. >> You let me talk. >> In these day and age when it come technology is some Let me finish. >> I know >> if somebody purchase something online that could even my mom's 70 74 years old. I ain't lying. >> She have a smart she have a smartphone. >> She got an iPhone too and she to work. But I'm going to go get her phone though. I swear to God. >> I promise you. I ain't lying. I'm going to go get her phone. >> Well, it's not about you lying. I'm not saying she was lying. >> The hell I got money, bro. The hell I could have paid. I'll pay for my stuff. So what happened to the stuff that what happened to her? >> I'm going to go get her phone to go back up. You >> talking about the merchandise? What happened to her? >> The man took it, bro. You talking about I didn't pay for it, but I'm going to go get her phone to show the confirmation. >> Let me ask a question. Let me ask a question. Did you go to the the registers or anything like that? >> How much sense does that make? You would have a copy of the confirmation screenshot or whatever on your own phone. You would not come with no proof and you actually plan to be, you know, it was an honest thing. You would come with something to show I'm picking this up because of this. This is this is the receipt. You just lying [laughter] customer service. >> Oh, you want to catch the service? >> It was right basket right there like already cuz you can see your bungee your order already online. >> So you went So you went to the customer service. You had a confirmation of the order and then basically >> I said I got a pickup and then the boy I know the boy count a little bit and then I had a pickup and then he gave me the bag and I left. He just that that >> I'm not >> I'm not saying you're lying, but I'm just I'm just saying that does that make >> I got the comfort mate. I guess the boy just I don't know the little boy in the in the store with the little dread things. You feel me? I don't know. But I know the thing basket was already ready. >> I don't I don't >> and I seen him with basket. >> I don't know. I don't know him. I don't know. So I don't know like that but I know him. Well, let me ask you another question and stuff like that, right? >> So, you um you said you went you went there and stuff like that. >> Yeah. >> Did Did your mom tell you a confirmation number for >> I was going to go get her phone, bro, cuz she want answer. >> I'm saying you going to go get a phone. >> I was going to get her phone and show her the confirmation number on her phone. She don't know how to screenshot. >> What exactly? She she precious. >> She got some paper towels and tissue. >> How much of it? >> Like like a >> normally people normally I'm just pause. Let me just let me finish. Normally people do not >> Let me finish. If they're not computer savvy and you just say or technology savvy >> why she let me finish. >> They would not purchase something online >> because I showed her like it's cheaper though. >> But here's the thing. You you you basically kind of you basically told me something that's doesn't make sense. I'm I like I like working in logic, right? I'm a logical person. >> You saying that she doesn't know how to use a smartphone. >> Not like >> Okay. Then how she order it? >> She know how to order pay her bills and stuff like that. But as of screenshot, she don't know how to do. >> That's easy. That's the easiest thing to do. >> She don't know how to do. Like I could tell her to press these two buttons, Mom, and she'll press it. But >> you could have call and tell her to do that. >> She answering the phone, bro. That's what I'm saying. She >> You sweating like it was like yesterday's business. Oh, the cop getting on y'all nerves, too. [laughter] Are y'all mad for him entertaining her? They might be trying to get information from the store and so they kind of like holding her over. I don't know. But I told y'all we keep We get a lot of cops. They do. They overexplain. They overindulge. I told y'all. >> I'm outside. >> It's hot. >> You inside a car. >> It's hot. I know. And it's >> Your car was in AC. >> You ain't You out in the outside. I'm out in a >> Yeah, but you was driving. But you sweating like it was yesterday's business. >> It's hot. It's hot. It's hot. It's hot. >> I'm just I'm just >> I open the door now. >> I mean, I I understand you're saying that, but just from writing some tickets. >> I ain't stop you. >> These people, bro. >> Well, I'm traffic tickets. >> Yeah, but I didn't stop you. So, you saying that you have money? >> Yeah. How much how much confirmation number when I come back and get the confirmation and when I come back get the phone >> and get the confirmation number >> and and I can sue them between me and you >> you can do whatever you want. >> I'm just saying though it's like you know it's it's not me to tell give you I can't give you legal advice. I'm not a lawyer. >> But you know you >> I'm not an attorney but I'm not attorney. You know >> I'm going I'll give you the same answer I give everybody when it comes to legal advice and stuff like that. That's not my job to do. But you >> I enforce the law, you know, law enforcement. I enforce it. >> I enforce it. I know the law. But in reference to >> you in reference to me getting to give you legal advice to sue somebody. That's not my job. I can't do that. But you can do whatever you feel reasonable to you. You could sue somebody for just walking on looking at you crazy. >> No. >> If you want to. You feel like a person. Yeah. >> Okay. I hope he buying time. [laughter] He is taking a long time. Y'all say y'all are done. >> Everything. If it's a civil matter, somebody say it's a civil matter. That's civil. You want to see somebody for a civil matter, you could do it. It's up to you. >> You have that right. You know, her uh her license is not good. Yeah. Know. >> I told I was honest with you, though. >> Why you driving, >> man? Cuz mom like I have to like >> So you're stealing and you don't have a good license. Why they always combo breaker the thing? They always have to do more than one thing at a time. You can't even be driving legally. >> Man, I I ain't going to lie. Cuz I know how to drive this. I don't know. I >> Cuz you know how to drive doesn't mean that >> I shouldn't be driving yet. >> You should just go get your driver's license. >> I know. But I'm on a payment plan though. >> You got the receipt for today? No, it's in my mama phone though. I'mma come back up. Well, that's what she told. Come back up here. >> All right. You don't have to explain to Let me explain to him cuz make it more cuz the sense you're trying to make it didn't make sense. Yes, it >> I I gather. So, she's saying that her mom ordered on her phone on her iPhone ordered the the actual toilet paper or tiss whatever paper. >> And then she she went to go pick it up. She said she know one of the gentlemen uh the guys over there. She went to customer service. She got that. >> They already had the basket ready. >> They had the basket ready. That's what she said. and she had the basket ready and then she just basically left with the items and then they said the guy took it from her. She say she uh she's going to show him the confirmation but the mom have it on her phone. I said, "Well, why come the mom didn't screenshot?" >> Yeah. >> Then I would call her >> or before you left her home since she's not she's not techsavvy. You should have screenshot it or take a picture of it and come to that's what >> I should have screenshot. That's what I'm saying. >> A package of toilet paper. >> No, it was like three. She >> 30 three. You said three. And the bundle, the big bundle, I think, right? Like a bundle. >> Um, and stuff like that. >> Okay. Of toilet paper. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, I told her like, you know, lo, it doesn't make logical sense. You know, logical person would have just took a picture like that. >> I forgot all about that. >> So, >> I should have had took a screenshot. She was in my car. >> The artist is being a smart thing. >> How long's your license been uh invalid? >> A little a little bit. A little bit. >> Yeah. You can see though, right? Well, you trying to I'm working on I work on but they take it out my um every month though I get a SSI for my son though. Every month they take out like $75. >> So how much it's it's probably like I don't know like little mini but I mean it's a little it's a little >> what more than 500 600 700 >> it's in a th000 me >> stacks. Not stacks like but it's going down. It was at five. It was at six. I got it down to like three though. What did you What What were you >> Oh, the first I had my life services off. >> I swear I don't want to hear her DMV history. Oh, right. Shut. I want to hear her DMV history. Let's keep it moving. But I Okay, they're probably looking at the tapes. Makes sense. >> 17 years old. That that red light on 21st Street in Australia. They used to have a flash. >> It used to They took it off though. That that messed up my license. Like >> taking a red light. >> No, I didn't a lot though. But they sell a lot. >> Red light. Yeah. Yeah, a lot of people had issues with that. You know, like red light, yellow light, you know, we as a police department, we don't govern those lights, right? >> So, >> but I ain't been in no trouble with them. I just had a little tip for like about five or six months. >> Just letting you know, no matter how this go, you only find a ride. You can't ride. But I just >> Hey, pause. If y'all can follow me, please. >> We don't do that. We do not do that. Especially listen, you're going to have to park this vehicle. >> Well, I'm I would I I will give you that opportunity. >> Okay. With that sentence, he confirmed they are waiting for something, which is probably like Pette said, reviewing the the recordings and everything. How did she think she was going to drive off when they found out she had a bad license? What? Let's just say like they were letting you go and giving you a ticket for shoplifting. You thought they was going to point out you had a bad license but yet still let you drive the car straight to jail [laughter] >> to park it somewhere >> and probably nearby >> address where I'm at though. >> Be real. Be real. You stay in River, right? >> Yeah. >> No, I stay in West Palm. >> West Palm. Well, close. You know this. Don't say you don't know this area. >> Yeah, but nobody know. >> Listen, that's >> Well, he writing me some business. Well, you can't drive. >> What I'm saying? I'm getting too I didn't stop you. I think you more likely It looks like you might get a citation or two. >> You ever been in prison before? >> No. >> I'm asking a question. >> I don't know. >> Question people. A lot of crazy people. It look like I've been to prison. >> Ask you a question. >> I'm just asking you a question. >> Your your mentality and then driving on a bad license makes me feel like you've been to jail or prison. You just looking at you know no one you know nobody knows. But your mentality says prison mentality to me. >> You know >> you say you've been through it. >> No m. But I ain't >> nothing else. >> Huh? No, I ain't never. >> No. >> Say what? >> To the big house. To the slam. >> To the big house. >> To the slam mountain. >> Been to the big high. Got to go to the big house. All right. Do me a favor. Look straight forward. Oh, we got a What do they call it? A look. I'm about to call it a lookie. It's called some kind of look. [laughter] I can't remember what it's called. I'm call it a lookie cuz that's what's in my brain. They about to identify this face. >> Yeah. Yeah. Put your hand down. >> She knew they was trying to look at her face, trying to cover her face with her hand and her arm. She knew that they was going to identify her. 48. >> What? >> All right. So, you step out for me. All right. You put your phone on top of your face. >> I'm going to take him to jail. >> Just turn around. Turn around. I just I read your right. Turn around. >> I'm going to go to jail. >> Listen, just turn around. Make it this easy and fast. All right. I'm place you on a rest for a second. >> All right. Put your hands together like like you praying. >> Huh? >> No. Just relax. >> You sweating like it was yesterday. It's bad news, mama. >> I know, but you sweating too much. It's like >> Yeah. You got small. You got you got >> right. It's for facial identification, but they have a name for it and it's has something I thought with the word look in there. Like they they have this I won't call it a standardized name, but I've seen a few states that they call the same thing. And it's specifically when they put the witness in a police vehicle and they say, "I can't influence you. I can't say this is or isn't the person, but you have to let me know if this was the one you saw doing the crime or blah blah blah." And they call I thought they called a look something. She's so sweaty. This is uh keys. It's your phone. >> Yes. >> All right. All right. So, see, since you hide, what I'm going to do is I'm going to put you in the back of my car. But >> can you go to jail? >> I got you. But I I can't. That's not my car. >> My son. Oh, I got >> I hate it. Let's keep going. >> I didn't know what the school go for it though. I swear to God if they >> You had the opportunity to do it, but you didn't do it. >> I did. Palm Beach Gardens. Um, so when you call your son, you gonna be like, "I'm sorry. Mama can't pick you up cuz I was stealing toilet paper that I could have paid for." >> So it's paid for. >> Oh, and I blamed your grandmother for it. >> You >> if you show proof of that, that's when you have your day in court. >> I know, but >> you would have your day in court in reference to that. >> Well, can I please not go to jail, officer, please? >> Can I talk? >> Sit sit down. Slide. There you go. Relax. Hold on. >> Call your mom for what? >> I mean It's not It's not my car. >> She don't have no um >> I got >> She did Dean. She was like, "No, I know that dude at the store and he got he got he she said he know the one that got dreads and he was like, "I don't the cop was like, I don't know which one you talking about." But yeah, she threw two people under the bus. Her mama and the dude at the store with Dreadlock that supposedly gave it to her, gave her the groceries without her having to do anything else. Don't know if they eat on it together, but the way she throwing her mama under the bus, he's probably innocent. >> It's too late to call your mom right now. >> Oh, so you told me you you told me >> I'm I'm going to let you call your mom. Listen, >> I need to call her to I promise you I would still You still He's going to jail. What? >> Why? >> Because of you stole. >> I did not steal. Officer, I'm not even listening to you. >> I am listening to you. >> Take you, man. >> Okay. >> So, so hang on. Hold on. Hold on. Pause. Can you Can you stop by? Listen. Crocodile tails don't work on me. So, you going to listen? >> Are you going to listen? Listen to what he says. Not listening. >> I need you to listen for a second. Okay. You got property bag? >> You got bag? You had the actual bag? Yeah, I don't have no more. >> She was charged with theft and sentenced to 10 days in jail. >> Straightforward to the point. I appreciate it, Body Cam Pro. Wow. You She was throwing her mama under that bus so hard. All right. This is Oh. Oh, okay. Yes. This is I got every ailment and you should feel sorry for me because you know what? I'll just let y'all watch it. But it says Walmart shoplifter gets shut down by the best nononsense cop ever. This is police release. >> We're doing Nicole. You're going to the hospital and then you're going to go to jail because I think this is a show. I think you're lying to me. >> On April 20th, 2025, officers were dispatched to Walmart in response to a reported shoplifting incident. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Hi. Hi, my name is Corporal Tilford. What are we doing here today? >> I was purchasing a few things and um I I guess I scanned the wrong items. >> A few of the wrong items. >> Okay. My job here is just to >> star. Do you have a Oh, they're they're one of some of them are training, so they're just watching. Um are you Was your fingers okay? >> No, I I have a I have like my hurting lately and I might I need to like I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. >> Yeah, cuz they're really swollen. >> I I know. Look how red my hands are, too. >> Sure enough. Um, do and you don't have any physical ID on you? No, >> that's what my job here. My job here is just to identify you and then that's it. It's good enough. Um, I >> This is probably going to be one of my favorite cops in this compilation. I have another one coming for you. He sounds like Uncle Dad older brother. You'll hear him. You'll see him. But right now, one of my favorite cops in this compilation. [laughter] >> Use a fingerprint scanner. Um, it's it's painless. Uh, do you are you diabetic or anything? Have anything wrong with your fingers? >> Um, I am diabetic. >> Okay. Do you poke which which finger do you poke? Oh, I I don't hope so. >> Oh, good enough. Okay. Um, so, um, I'll show you on this and basically I'm just going to check your ID. Um, I'm going to identify you. They're going to probably issue a trespass. Anything Anything related to prosecution or any type of criminal, they'll probably handle um because it's we weren't involved in that. Does that make sense? Um, I mean, we could try to get your name. Could you write down her name? What's What's We're We're going to write down the name that I'm just going to ask you your name basically before we start. >> What is it? >> Briana. >> All right. First step, how easily will they be able to identify her? Oh, yeah. I called her I called her April, but I think that's not her name. That was the month I think she was found in. I don't know. But here we go. We're trying to identify her. >> Brianna, how do I spell that, Brianna? >> E R I O N. >> And what's your date of birth? >> 81391. >> 81391. >> Mhm. >> Okay. 911. >> Yes, sir. >> And uh what what state is your ID out of? >> Um I actually don't have an ID. >> Do you have you ever gotten any ID ever? >> No. >> How do how would you >> I just I don't I don't leave my house much. >> That's probably why we don't have an ID. So, so I'll show you how this works and we'll try to your fingers here. It's kind of a cool little technology. Welcome to the future. Can I see your right finger? >> I feel like I'm going to Sure. I feel like I'm >> Oh. Oh, we about to go down cuz they were like, "You know what, April? We don't need your ID. We got fingerprint now." April said she about to fall out. >> Do you need medical? Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Do you want medical attention? >> Yes, please. >> Yeah. Could you call fire for an email? You want to sit? You want to sit back? >> So tell for >> I'm just here. Can you breathe for me? Got some water. >> Okay. Is this something normal for you? >> No. It's been getting worse. >> How old are you? >> I'm 33. >> 33. Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to have medics come out and take a look at you. Okay. Do you want to sit down on the ground? >> Do you want to sit on the ground or do you want to sit back on this? You want to lay down? You want to lay down on your side over here? I'm just preventing you from falling down. >> What do you want to do? >> Or does it hurt? >> My purse, man. >> Just breathe. >> Yeah, just breathe. You want to sit down on the ground? Let's go ahead and escort her to the ground and sit back over here. Okay. >> Hey, man. Let's take your purse off just to make me more comfortable. Okay. >> There we go. >> Yeah, we're good for >> I'm not going to take it from you. I'm not going to look through it. Let's just go ahead and move it over here. Okay. >> Okay. >> I don't care about your purse. I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to sit with you, but I'm still going to check I'm just still going to check your fingers, which makes me feel like we have a warrant. >> Do you have seizures? We're just going to hold you here. >> Just don't I'm just going to sit here with you until medic here. Do you have a warrant? >> No. >> No. Or anything like that? Okay. But I'm I still have to ID you. So, we're going to sit here with you until medics get here. Okay. You want to go on your side? Can you go on your I'm going to put you on your side. I'm going to put you on your side. I'm going to put you in the recovery position, ma'am. Okay. >> Go ahead and turn sideways. I need to see your hands. >> Relax. Relax. Take a breath. Take a breath. >> This is the recovery position. So, you can breathe. Okay. You got to keep your lungs open. >> You're making me really nervous that you're not letting me have your fingers, which makes me >> which makes me think that you have a warrant and you're preventing this from happening. >> So, I need to see your ID. >> I need to fingerprint you. >> No, it's not. I need to fingerprint. This is starting to be resistance and not a medical emergency. Okay. >> It's the fact that I wanted to print you. The fact that I wanted to print you and this happened. I'm a little nervous that you're preventing me from not IDing you. So, guess what? You can lay here fine. I'll just need to see your finger. Medics are going to need to know your medical history. Can I see your finger? >> Then we'll go to the other side. >> Corporal Tilber, clear no record. >> I'm going to get your ID. Okay. I need They need to know who you are. No, it's not. Would you I'm getting medical attention, >> but they need to know who you are. >> Well, then I'll just wait until they're I'll just wait till you're on and granny. I'll take it then. >> Can I take a look at your fingerprints >> while you're here? >> I need to know who you are. >> Okay. Can I >> touching me? >> I need to see your fingerprint. Okay. >> Can I just take I need to know who you are from medical. >> I'm literally laying on the ground >> and you're But you literally started that the moment I talked about our >> Oh my god. Just don't. >> You don't have to resist. Just stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. [laughter] I need to know who you are. >> Can I please see your finger? Why are you preventing me from doing this? Fine. We'll just ID her when she trapped you. >> Why are you preventing me from IDing you? >> Which what what's the name she gave? >> Uh >> Rihanna. >> Rihanna, why are you preventing me from IDing you? Why are you stopping me from drinking your fingerprints? [laughter] >> Okay. Well, you're okay now. So, we're just going to sit here and wait for you. >> Prevent her from doing it. We're still going to get it when she's on here. Good already. >> I mean, it's either a completely absolutely or I'm really surprised that the moment we started doing ID, this is happening. And you're preventing me from looking at your fingerprints. So after after >> we'll follow her down to the hospital. We'll ID her down to the hospital. >> Hey ma'am, since you since you're having trouble with your hands, do you mind if I pull your ID out of your wallet? >> No. >> Oh, okay. Well, I'm going to follow you to the hospital and I'll fingerprint you down there. Okay. [laughter] >> I just don't This right here is because of seizure resistance. It's on purpose resistance. At this point, >> yeah, I've never seen a seizure like that. >> My family has epilepsy and my family has seizures and you'll be okay. So, we're just Like I was like, let me just let this performance keep going as long as I can. But this is why this is one of the reasons this cop is my favorite. Every response is hilarious to me. He My family has seizures. And guess what? You'll be okay. He Nobody is panicking at this. The girl is pretending. She just don't want to ID herself. Now, she might have a condition with her hands, but it did not cause her to fall out like this. >> Stop. You're just going to ride it out and we're going to prevent you from slamming your head on the ground. Okay. >> Well, the main thing is not to swallow your tongue and to be exactly where you're at. Are you overdosing on drugs? No. >> Do you need naran? >> No. >> Got some in my pouch. >> Can I to help you with medical? The fire department is going to need to know who you are. >> Can I verify with your fingerprints >> or your ID? >> Or your Can I take a look at your ID? >> Rihanna, why can't I find out who you are? We're going to I'm about 80% sure this is real, but about 20% believing that you're making a show. >> If uh if breathing changes or anything like that, we'll do see. >> And see, this is what you should do. For those that were there when we watched the one where the cops didn't call the emergency responders um in enough time, like the EMS type people in enough time for that one guy. This is what you do. You call EMS. You get them in a position that's the safest for them, and then it's like, "All right, we're just going to wait to see what happened." But they they did what they're supposed to do. You don't have to baby them in the sense of like I'm going to pretend like I believe you, but you have to take the actions in case it's an actual emergency. >> But for now, there's nothing you can do at this point for a seizure to prevent her from slamming into anything. >> The fact that she's so resistance on her fingers, which is weird, but I'm not going to force. I am not able to force cuz it's not going to set any. >> This was just a courtesy for them. >> So, they'll go with the information that we have. If we can't identify, we can identify. >> Hello. Um, I've never seen a seizure like this. She's refusing to give us her ID or fingerprint her. We're dealing with that, but at the same time, obviously, we're gonna we're going to treat this like a It could be real. We We just don't know. >> Brianna, what's going on? >> You got to talk to us. >> I just don't know. Obviously, you take priority over me at this point. I'll do everything I can with identifying her, but I just I'm about 80% believing that this is real and about 20% not. Because how we're in the process of you seizing and causing this kind of pain to prevent me from grabbing your hand. >> Seize and No, it's not. >> You would just be seizing and you would let I would be able to at least grab a finger. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You're seizing. You lose control of your body. >> So she's not seizing otherwise she would have lose control. >> Correct. >> Yeah. And I would have made it. So but she's very strong and holding her arm against me where two of my arms can't even do it. >> Nicole, you're Nicole. >> Hey Nicole. talking about her name. Brianna, Briana, whatever. Hey, Nicole. >> All right, Nicole. The fact that I'm going to ID you is I'm going to ID you through this. Okay, it's important. >> Look at Nicole in the top left corner now. She was seizing this whole time. They identify her. She got she got enough control of her body to be like, you can't legally go through my bag. You giving them everything they need to work for or work with. >> And then we do it. Okay. I believe that you're doing this because you don't want me to know who you are. I'm going to find out who you are. >> Can't do that. >> Okay, I'll take a picture and put it back. >> That's fine. I'll put it back. But I'm still going to ID you. I believe this has everything to do with you not wanting me to know who you are, Nicole. You also gave me a fake name. So, if I find that you don't go to the hospital, I'm going to take you to jail for lying to me. So, either you give me a real name or we're going to go to jail. Looks like you at the players club at at the the Muckle Shoot. So, she's Nicole. >> Well, you just You're not a Briana at all. Nicole, if you're having a medical emergency, you shouldn't be worried about me. Oh my god. >> Nicole, I'm here to identify who you are cuz now I believe that you're lying to me. So now I'm investigating obstruction. >> Hey, if you're having a medical then let me print you and let's take care of this. Can I print you real fast and fix this? Let me print you and we'll call it a good. >> But if you're having a medical emergency, you shouldn't be worried about me at all. >> Well, Nicole, I already have probable cause for your arrest cuz you just gave me a false name. So if you want to go that route, we can go that route. $7,500 warrant. >> Ah, now we know why. >> One more guy down here. One more person, please. Okay, go help them real fast. >> Hey, Nicole, you have a $7,500 warrant. >> And now we know why this is happening. But now you're going now you're going strapped down because now we're forcing you to go to the hospital. >> Don't worry about it, Nicole. I don't need your fingers anymore. I identify who you were. How's it going, Mr. Ba? >> Briana was the fake name. [laughter] Briana was the fake name. She gave verbally. They went through her stuff and found in the cold name. And there we go. It's because of a warrant. They're [laughter] right. They're going to identify you by going through your soon as I tried to fingerprint her, she had a seizure. And then we found out she has a $7,500 warrant. Well, well, well. But now I'm divi. Now I'm deciding if she's playing this game and causing this level of uh um of level of resistance on this, I'm thinking of charging her for false statement. So this is what we're doing, Nicole. You're going to the hospital and then you're going to go to jail >> because I think this is the show. I think you're lying to me and I think that uh that you did this because you didn't want me to know you were in a call. >> Okay, Nicole, we're going to do this as an involuntary committ. >> Um but I'm also going to charge you for giving me a false name cuz you lied to me. Okay. So when we get over here, I'm going to still pick up in your bank. >> Nicole, I'm going to be straight with you. Nicole, I'm going to be straight with you. Look at me. Nice. I promise you I will take you to jail unless you stop. I promise you I work until 7:00 a.m. and I will wait for you at the St. Francis. You need to stop and you need to tell us what's going on. >> You have a look on my body. >> Okay. Why did you lie to me about your name? >> Yes, you did. You said your name is Brianna and your name is Nicole. >> Oh my god. >> Medical medic doesn't doesn't really have a diagnosis for you. >> Open your eyes. Open your eyes. Okay, that's fine. And and we'll follow you there. Open your eyes so you can look at. There you are. [crying] That's you, right? >> That's not you. >> Hold on. Let me go back. I blocked it. Hold on. Hold on. He said, "I work till 7:00 a.m. Nicole and I will wait for you. [laughter] One of my favorite cops in this compilation >> diagnosis for you." >> Open your eyes. Open your eyes. >> Okay, that's fine. and and we'll follow you there. Open your eyes so you can look at There you are. That's you, right? >> That's not you. >> No, that absolutely is you, Nicole. You So, okay. Very good. All right. Well, guess what? We don't need your fingerprints anyway. >> So, now we know who you are, but I'm going to follow you to the hospital cuz now I'm opening an obstructing investigation and providing a false name investigation. I don't I don't play games and and I believe this is a game. >> Why would I play games? Because if you hiring a medical emergency, you wouldn't be worried about your fingerprint. You gave me a false name. She's all yours. We'll follow you there. Yep. We're not leaving until she goes to jail tonight. >> Good job, Nicole. You really worked for this one. >> The officer. >> Good job, Nicole. >> Oh, he is the reason. He is the type that makes me watch body cams. [laughter] >> Kept his promise. >> We're foring charges on you. >> We're okay. Because that was ridiculous. still with him. >> Okay. So, also he he's got to read you your rights and we're going to talk about your warrants and and how you lie to us about your name, >> but but dang girl. Don't look what drugs did. >> Shut up. You're rude. You're >> Hey, Nicole, listen up. I'm officer Carrian. All right. >> You're rude. You >> Nicole, listen. >> That was rude. That was rude. >> Hey, look. You're talking to me now, right? >> But it was rude. >> You're talking to me right now, right? Uh you're you're on body cam right now. Okay. I'm going to read your rights. We have probable cause for you obstructing justice and giving a false statement to police. Okay. >> The woman was charged with shoplifting, providing false information to an officer, and obstruction, and was booked on a hit and- run warrant. >> Oh, a hit and run warrant. Oh, wow. Nicole, you was out there, Chad. One of my favorite ones. That was a good one. That was a good one. [laughter] This one says, "When shoplifting doesn't go as planned." And I think this is where, okay, she was big and bad in the beginning and the cop really wasn't giving her too much time. Just like, "Hey, I just need to identify you. Give you a little citation. You trespass you out." But it don't go that simple. I think that's this one. We'll see if this is the one I'm thinking of. Watch Cop Kim is the channel for this one. Here we go. >> January 7th, 2025, a woman with a long history of theft at Walmart decided to risk it all once more. But this time, her luck ran out the moment she reached the exit. >> How you doing? >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. We just We just got to talk about it real quick. No big spot. >> Simple as that. Come on. Cuz otherwise it's going to go worse and it's going to be an additional charge. >> For what? >> This right here. I ain't going I ain't going to. >> I know. But the it happens. We going to talk about it. That's it. Otherwise, it's going to be an additional charge. That's right. You're literally just going to get a ticket. We can avoid all this. Otherwise, you gonna have to come down there with me. >> Okay. >> So, she got places to go or Yeah. places to go. She got things to do and they the cops are wasting her time. [laughter] Okay. You know, >> let's just We good. We good. We just going to take care of this. >> This [ __ ] come to my store. >> We good. Work at the cashier. Work at the cashier. >> It's cool. It's cool. Go home. >> I told y'all I'm looking for the humble thieves. The humble ones. They probably don't make good body cam reactions cuz they they humble and they just like, "Yeah, I did it. I got called." All right, let me accept my consequences. But I be looking for the humble ones sometimes because these the audacity and you cutting up. The cops like, "Look, we just want to write you a ticket." It's never that simple. We going to go over here right into the office. Simple as that. Simple what? >> We going to have to find something right up in here. Y How about >> the the more cooperative everybody is, the easier. >> Don't tell me what the [ __ ] is the easier. >> All right. You see how she talking to him? Don't tell me what to f and do. You understand that, right? We can get this over with real quick. Go ahead. >> All right. You have some anything with your name on it? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. Well, you got to produce that. Otherwise, we going to have >> My name has more. >> We going to have to go to the station either way. If you do not if you can't show me nothing with your name. >> I'm trying to avoid it. I don't have any I don't have my ID card tomorrow. >> No, I don't how you get here. >> I ride. My name is I forgot 1996. >> I'm trying. Look, I'm trying to help you out. >> I'm not I'm sorry. Don't even know if that's what your parole was for or not. You might have lost track of some court dates in there. >> The [ __ ] day before Christmas because of this. >> Yeah. [laughter] [crying] [screaming] >> This is way too much. >> I just want to check our waist real quick. You can't do it. [screaming] >> Come on. Can you help us out, miss? Come on. >> I got you. [screaming] There you go. [screaming] >> All right. I'm going to go through cuz a lot of can't even see what's going on. A lot of screaming. A lot of screaming. I'll spare y'all the screaming. We'll keep it. Let's see. I feel like she's Hold on. Oh, she's still screaming. I don't know if charges were said. We'll see. I got the last part. >> My other bag. >> All right, you can pull it back. I got her arm. for someone who's stolen from the same Walmart over and over. >> All right, they don't name charges. Okay, next one up. This is one y'all sent me. Mother and pregnant daughter arrested after using Kool-Aid packets to steal from Walmart of family bonding where mothers and daughters share unforgettable moments like [music] walks on the beach or even picnics. Well, in this case, officers were called to an active [music] shoplifting scene where a mother and daughter were seen on Walmart CCTV engaging in what's known as skip scanning. Skip scanning is when a thief goes through the selfch checkout lane and only scans the items they want to pay for, stealing [music] the rest of the items in their cart. When the officer arrived, he noticed the mother and daughter only paying for the items they scanned and not the items they stole. He waited patiently before they left the store to catch them red-handed. Yes. >> What? You're ringing stuff on these Kool-Aid packets and then you ran >> to look like you don't know what somebody talking about when you definitely did the thing [laughter] is wild. And I I like what Yeah. I mean, well, they have to wait till at least this point. I thought I thought it was going to wait till they left the actual store, too. But yeah, you come on, man. Kool-Aid package. You know what you did. You just didn't think they saw you. Hang up a tank top for the shirt. I'm going to hang on to your purse for you. >> No, you're not going to touch my purse and you can keep that. >> You're not cooperative. You're under arrest. You are under arrest. >> You can keep that is not a technique that's going to work once you pass all points of sale. When they catch you stealing something, you can keep that does not keep you from from at least getting a ticket cuz not everybody gets arrested. I can pay for it now. Does not work sometimes. Okay. one out of 50 or one out of a 100 chances I see where the the store person is like okay they can pay for it or whatever but it's usually not going to work. It's not working. You are caught. It's now time to deal with consequences. >> How did you walk out the door? >> How did you walk out that door? >> Do not move. You are under arrest. You are under arrest. Do not move. >> Oh dang, girl. Um yeah, cameras at Walmart impress law enforcement. The cameras at Walmart do not play. They are picking up on things that I don't think law enforcement has a contract for like that type of technology unless they are like FBI level type stuff. The camera, you cannot fool the cameras at Walmart. They just didn't want to catch you yet if they don't catch you. >> Yes. >> Okay. Here. I'll take it. >> Just follow. Go with them. >> Go with them. I need you to come here. Place your hands behind your back. I'm not going to jail. >> I didn't say you're going to jail. I said you're under arrest. >> No, that's >> Sir, you cannot touch me. >> I can't. >> You are under arrest. >> I did not go nowhere. I did not even go nowhere. What is wrong with you? >> If you're going to be a thief, you also need to understand the difference. The difference between you exiting the store and you passing all points of sale. >> Get your hands off of me. >> Okay. Get your hands off of me. >> Okay. You're hurting me off of her. >> You're hurting me. >> You need to back up because she's pregnant. >> She didn't leave. >> I didn't even go nowhere. >> She didn't leave the door. So therefore, you can't grab on her. >> Okay. Okay. Can you let me go? >> Let go. >> No, I cannot. I can under arrest. >> She's not under arrest. She didn't leave. >> I didn't even go nowhere. >> Watch out. Get off her. >> Okay. Get Can you just let me go? >> I cannot. >> Okay, I will do what you >> This is my daughter. Can you stop, please? >> I need her to leave me alone. >> Okay, stop. Move. >> Harra, stop. Okay, she's pregnant. Please let me go and I I will calm down. >> Stop. Why are you squeezing my arm? >> Get her phone and record this. >> No, he can't do nothing. He didn't You just walk out the door. >> Okay. >> What are you doing? I'm not even doing nothing. >> Get off of her. She did go out the door. So, >> I'm not even doing nothing. >> Let her go. >> I'm not even doing them. So, you have to let her go. >> She is pregnant. >> Okay, real simple. You guys are under arrest. You are not in charge for theft. >> Put your hands in front of you. You're going to safely handcuff. >> Okay. Can you Okay. >> It's not up for debate. >> It's not up for debate. >> Get the >> I don't know if she's about to be on the ground now, but the fact that she wasn't on the ground yet is the officer being gentle, trying not to take you to the ground because obviously the easier thing is to put you off your balance and take you to the ground. Don't. You're under arrest. Y'all were stealing. If anything else, depending on what they saw the daughter do, daughter might be detained while they investigate, but the mom was stealing. It said both of y'all in the title. So, I guess both of y'all got caught stealing. But this is not the answer. They will try to not hurt you and the child. Do not fight during an arrest. That's I don't even It's It's shoplifting. It's just shoplifting. Calm down. >> Get the [ __ ] out. >> Then stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Funny. I'm offering to handcuff. Do not interfere with me. >> Offer me. >> I'm trying to not hurt you. You are under arrest. You are not in charge of this. >> Move. >> Why doesn't the pregnant mother think about the fact that she's pregnant? You're yelling out she's pregnant. She definitely knows she's pregnant. He's like, he actually tried to say, "I'll cuff you in the front." Even while she's fighting, he tried to say that the you consequences of your own actions are happening right now. >> Get the [ __ ] off, [ __ ] >> Get the [ __ ] off. What? Okay. >> No, I'm trying to get up. >> Well, you got to stop fighting. Okay. >> All right. Stand up. Stand up for me. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Put your hands on your back. >> Get the [ __ ] off. >> Get off of me. I didn't do nothing. >> You're under arrest. Let's go. Move. Get off of me. I didn't do nothing. Get the off. >> You didn't have to do that. Now, see, this is where I need people to understand from the beginning what's going on because they needed to put their hands behind their back and just take the detainment, the arrest. She was very much fighting that officer. She was fight I did anybody see her not fighting the officer? >> You fight her a man. You ain't have to do that. >> Everything and I recorded it. Why keep on? >> Okay. >> You want to pull this leg in? >> Yes. Can I just want to make sure my daughter is all right? >> Well, your daughter's out there. She's walking out. >> Okay. >> Just Okay. >> I mean, you shouldn't have did all that. She was pregnant. >> Okay. She's still resisting. >> No, she's not resisting. She was just saying, >> "Put your leg up. That's the cart. >> I think you can leave. >> Yeah. 524. >> Thank you. underrest. Do >> you understand your rights? >> You understand your rights? >> Yes, you are under arrest for theft. Okay. It doesn't matter if you haven't left the store. Once you pass the last point of sale, >> I didn't pass nothing. Well, they have >> I'm so sorry. I am going to say this. This This woman, just her specifically, is too dumb to realize what a point of sale is because they said, "You passed the last point of sale, which would be registers, areas to pay for your items." And she said, "I didn't pass anything." You got to go sit down just so you can think. Let alone cuz you out here stealing. Once you conceal an item is that whether you are in store or not. >> All right. We're not having court out here. Just go. >> Okay. >> Have a seat. >> The text on the bottom of the screen says suspect has warrants. H. Okay. This is my pass. I know what's going on. You just want me to ask what's going on. That's all. >> They didn't want to be detained the feeling. They rejected arrest. >> They were stealing. >> Okay. Let me ask you this. I don't I don't feeling approached by it, started the scene. Didn't want to be placed under arrest for it. And that's where we're at now. >> Let me just say local. >> How about you say what? >> They're placed under arrest. They were stealing. They didn't want to be uh detained for the uh theft. They resisted arrest. Now they both want to find Honestly, Officer Ortega was more polite than he had to be cuz they were not parties to the issue, to the crime and all that other stuff. He didn't have to answer one question. So, he was being polite to identify himself and say what they were arrested for cuz a lot of them be like, I don't I'm not talking to you. I got things to do. >> What's your name, young lady? >> My name is See my ID. I watched you look through the purse. There's nothing in there. I didn't steal nothing. You can see me walk out with that. >> Okay. So, you're under arrest right now. You have the right to remain silent. Any state say can be used against you in court. You have the right to attorney. If you're not a foreign attorney, the courts will point one to you. You have the right to stop answering questions at any time. You should talk to an attorney. You also have the right to stop answering questions at any time. You understand what your rights are? Okay. Never happens that way for us, unfortunately. >> What are you doing here? Pick up their groceries if they want. Oh no. Come on, man. >> You need some help? >> Yeah. >> All right. It's going to be a little easier if you can lean back a little bit and get the other leg out. >> Okay. >> There you go. All right. Now we can scoot forward. >> Now you can press against the frame. There you go. Scoot yourself. >> I can't. I honestly can't. Hold on. >> Oh, shoot. >> All right. We do this. >> Try to take me out like that. You >> ready? Yeah. Watch your head. Watch your head. Watch your head. Watch your head. There you go. Scooch. Scooch. Scooch. Scooch. Scooch. There you go. There you go. >> Can I tell you something? >> What's up? >> I would have even though I was as mad as I was, I would have never took care of that warrant. >> I believe it >> because I never I actually forgot about it. And he said, >> "If you don't get bond posted tonight, you'll see a judge in the morning." >> You okay? >> Where's your purse? >> Stop playing with me. I'm going to get your purse and stuff. Um, he said my phone is on the >> Yep. I'll get it all. >> Watch your foot, please. >> Hey, real quick, while I got both of you here, I want to say this now so I don't forget later. Okay? Now, understand that what I'm about to say, I tell every person that I take to the county jail. It is not a personal thing. It is not an accusation. It is a statement. Okay? If you have anything on you, any drugs, any paraphernalia, or any weapons, right? Now is your time. >> Ladder doesn't count paraphernalia. >> Right. Including marijuana. You got >> Oh, no. I don't. >> I'm again, >> I'm not making a judgment. I'm making a statement. Right. >> That >> I think I got >> Once we get to the county jail, it doesn't matter what it is, right? Your lighter is not in relevant. >> Okay. Do you want to put my keys in my >> uh I'll check here in just a second. >> Okay. But if you have any, you know, pipes, any papers, anything like that, any drugs, once we get in the kind of deal, it doesn't matter what it is, it becomes a felony free for conveyance. So, right now, we can deal with it, you know, on possibly like a lower misdemeanor level, depending on what it is. All right? But again, it's not a judgment. It's a statement that I make to every person I take to the county jail. So, when we get in there, they're like, "Oh, you know, I had dope stuffed up in me. I didn't know." You did know because I I gave you the opportunity. I have made the statement. Cruiser camera's recording. My body camera's recording. Right. >> There's no denying that >> that you were that people were given this warning. >> Are you worried about something? >> What's about being in the back of the car? >> Both the mother and daughter were taken into custody. Their skip scanning theft revealed that they were scanning Kool-Aid packets instead of the actual items totaling just over $500. Hopefully this was a lesson learned and it's not a good idea to steal with your pregnant daughter by your side. Anyway, hit >> the daughter's mad she's being held accountable and I think she did think being pregnant was a get out of jail free card. I do think she honestly believe that. [laughter] All right. Yeah. Free and quiet, Pette. All right. Next one. This woman believes it's not a crime if it's under $750. She's also belonging to the class of felony math 101. It says entitled shoplifter shocking excuse. I don't remember this one, but I know I've watched it before at some point. Here we go. >> Come here. >> Oh, sorry. >> Come here. Put yourself down. >> Okay. >> Put yourself down. >> What? >> He told me to go charge my phone and show you the online order. >> Okay. Hey, we're going to go this way. Can I grab my purse real quick? >> Where's your purse at? >> Right there. >> Well, it's coming with us. >> Okay. Take a seat. >> So, the reason we have you in here today is this OC. >> Is this an OC? >> What's that? >> Organized retail crime? >> I don't know what that means. >> Are you boosting for anyone? >> Oh, no. No. I just I just I just got my first apartment. And >> what's your middle name? >> It's my my dad initial M. >> Okay. >> I know I know you're an officer and I know you can extend courtesy and I know I made a mistake, but please please also count me. I I'll go to court. I'll do community service. I'll pay the friends. I know. >> It's the same spill, different font. I'm under a certain amount. Just let the Can they just trespass me? Can I just get a fine? Can I just get my ticket? Don't take me to jail. I'll go to court. >> [ __ ] up. If you guys need to put me on a on a payment plan that I need to come here and pay everything, I'll do whatever. Just please don't send me to county. I've never been to jail and I just can't. Shut up. And she said, if y'all didn't I don't know if y'all caught it, but she said I got a new apartment. I think she was shoplifting for her new apartment. I think I don't know for sure. >> I can't do that to my parents. I don't want to tell them. >> Made me embarrassed. >> Well, you should have saw your parents before you started. >> I messed up. I know my once an NYPD officer. So, if you can extend any courtesy for me and just not taking me to jail, I'll deal with every other consequence that I have. >> Question. Have you done this before? >> Um, I did it once. Yeah. I think Target. >> Were you arrested for it? >> No. >> And another Walmart? >> No. >> But she will learn this time, right? She did it again the third time >> at Walmart. I never got arrested for it. And it was not above like $300 >> a month ago. >> Yeah. I don't know what she thinks she sounds like to those cops, but you sound like the lighter consequence wasn't enough. So, I just kept doing it and I I will just keep them uh below this certain amount. And to me, y'all have set the precedence that I'll get to go home each time. >> Actually, at Walmart, they took me county cuz it was there, but that was that's not Oklahoma City County. And I got a lawyer and I'm I'm doing everything I can. I This is my first time living by myself. Right. I don't know if you can see this, but I had fort November 5th and the >> What was it? Fort >> the Walmart situation and he dropped it to just disorderly conduct. If I don't know if you can see that. >> Yeah, we'll be able to find it. So, basically the deal is if you have a conviction for Larsy within 10 years, you're going to go to jail. Okay. >> Like I have to go to jail. As far as it's more than $900, I have to go to jail. I will You can >> If you don't have a conviction, then you're not going to do that. But >> um I don't I don't think I don't have a con. I don't think I have a conviction. >> Well, then you're not you're probably not going to >> But if I do have a conviction, can you take me on me? >> No. >> How will you know if I have a conviction or not? >> We're looking up, >> right? And there's no there's no courtesy you can extend for me to not >> Absolutely not. You're stealing. >> I know. I know. People make dumb mistakes. >> Well, there's consequences when we make bad decisions, right? >> And I'll make up for them in any other way. Just I don't want to go to I don't want to get raped. I don't want to go to jail. I don't want to get raped. >> Did this work on the other [clears throat] two when you started saying you didn't want to be rworded? Anyway, >> do you have a total yet? >> That's the last case from a month ago. >> Did it say the amount on that one? >> This one was 31576. >> Sorry, I'm talking. I'm just staying [ __ ] >> So, conviction means that the judge said like I'm charged with this fine, right? >> Well, it's not a fine. >> I'm charged with the crime, right? Charge. >> Okay, that's not happen. No, >> he's looking it up right now. So if if we do >> and then if I don't have a conviction, I'll just get a ticket and have to go to court. >> Maybe >> if you can any kindness any please don't put me to jail. >> Well, it's not a matter of kindness, right? >> I know it's a I I made a mistake. I know I messed up. >> You've done multiple mistakes. >> I know. I know. And I'm working on it and if you not working because you did it again, right? >> I'm sorry. >> I can't I can't even believe that that you would a month ago get arrested for doing this and then come right back and do it again. >> I know. is when when you when you don't have money and you're trying to make ends meet, you just you don't know what to do. >> Okay. I know a lot of people that don't have money that make ends meet without ceiling. >> I know. I know. And >> eat her up, officer. Exactly. She has a pattern. We're done with it. And yes, a lot of people struggle and all those people are not out here stealing. And then again, she just shopping. She's shopping for her new place. And if my phone turns back on, like my lawyer made me make an appointment with my therapist to discuss it with them to like I can show you all of that and like I'm a good person. I'm an >> Not an appointment with the therapist to discuss your stealing. Oh, I think they've tried every way they can. I think it's jail time. >> I can show you that. Like this is just my first time living alone and I [ __ ] up, bro. I know I [ __ ] up. I'm I'm being stupid. You can do anything. Just don't take me to jail, please. You can give me a fine. I'll do community service. I'll do anything. >> So, you are going to be trespassed from all Walmarts. You guys did it literally a month ago. >> Is that forever? >> Um, it's for 2 years, but so let's say you're on Sam's Club and they they can pull you up. >> Uh, it's technically Walmart property. So it's all Walmart, Sam's Club, Walmart gas station, mer gas station, anything incorporated. >> So um next month I should be getting a pharmacy job. If you guys give me the total amount of what I've stolen and I come and pay all the amount back could you slip that? >> That's not my decision and that's not even like >> is that something that I could do though? Um, you'd have to contact our home office people and then they'll be >> So, could you give me a price of everything from both Walmart so that I can know so that maybe >> she trying to get an itemized list cuz she still think they're negotiating for her to pay it back. You might have to also pay restitution, but you got some other things that they might have you pay as well, like with your time sitting in behind those bars. >> Hopefully, I have the funds and I can, you know, fix what I what I make. I have to wait till he gets >> okay >> all that. >> So, I'm sorry. I'm I'm I'm sorry. I'm talking a lot. I'm just anxious. So, it's your discretion and taking me to jail and all that. >> I mean, up to a certain point, if you have a conviction now. >> Okay. So, if I haven't have a conviction, you won't take me? >> Not necessarily. We'll see. >> Okay. Okay. Is there anything I can do to make this issue for better for Walmart? Like do community service like pay slowly pay it back? Like, >> is there anything I can do? Cuz I know I [ __ ] up. I was stupid. I [ __ ] up. I was I don't I don't want this to be my life. Like I said, I would not want to be a pharmacist. Like I want to have a life. I just made a stupid decision. I'm just stupid. I'm a good person. Like I do a lot. I do community service. I help people. I just made a terrible mistake today. >> The stupid part. I can get behind on that. The I'm just stupid part. Yes, I agree. >> But this is awful. I am. It's my first time moving out and I just I just I just wanted everything and I'm stupid and I'm sorry. I don't know if you know the answer to this. If I do go to jail, do you know how long I have to be there for? >> I don't know. >> How much was it? >> 750. >> Okay. It wasn't a,000. >> What was it? >> 750. >> $7.50. >> Oh, no. 750. 750. >> Okay. So, it wasn't a,000. Okay. >> So, the the 750 is the total amount that she took. Is that right? So, you mean you're going to take me to jail? >> 750 is not looking good. >> It's not 1,000. So, please >> I'm just telling you're pretty That's pretty close to I know. I know. >> It wasn't like in and the stuff about you being broken that >> No, I know. I know. I know. >> You're You're taking rugs and >> I know I'm just taking house stuff like a vacuum, a mop like, >> you know, and I know 750 is not, you know, it's not it's not a,000. So, if you can just give me that cuz it's not a,000. Please just extend any kind of courtesy you can't afford. >> It's not about courtesy. >> Instead of people that are working hard to earn their income and then spending their money on a budget, she's literally shoplifting on a budget of if I keep it under this amount, I won't get this punishment. >> I know, but you said a,000. It's >> said a,000 is a felony. We arrest people a lot of times for stuff that's not a felony. >> Okay. No. >> Here's the deal. Sorry it took me so long. It took me a while to find you in the system. >> Okay. >> It sounds like whenever you do that, you're just trying to change your name so that we don't >> Oh, no. No. That's why I gave you my address and I could give you my social security right now. >> No, no, I found you. I >> That's not my point. My point is >> No, I gave you both. I tried to give you and I also gave him both names, Ed, as well. Yeah, just cuz I'm >> You got to stop it literally almost. >> Okay. Well, how did she spell her name to this one? Okay. Yeah, that's her name in the system. Well, that's not the name she gave me initially. >> Okay, so the deal. Um, >> are you giving me false info? >> No, I didn't give you false. >> That could be an additional charge. Okay. >> Wait, but I gave you I gave you the correct spelling of both names, though. >> Bottom line is $691 worth of stuff. You're going to counting. Okay. >> Okay. No, you've done this multiple times. You obvious you just got arrested for it a month ago and you just did it again which shows us that you have absolutely no contrition for what you did. >> I know >> you weren't stealing essential items. >> Vacuum a broom. >> We're not talking about it. >> You're going to jail. Okay. >> But can I say something? My >> I really wish you wouldn't say anything else. The can I say somethings are ridiculous. Thank you that y'all see. Obviously she has no remorse. I don't care if she did 6 months ago. She has no remorse. She should be going. So, I'm glad she's going. >> My lawyer My lawyer told me that if it's not if it's below $900 that I don't have to go to jail. >> Your lawyer doesn't make decision to go to jail. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I don't I don't mean to offend you or anything, but please officer I I I I know you want I know you want to take me to county. I know you do. But please, >> why would I want to do that? >> Because you're doing your job. But I and I respect that and I respect that. But I also know I also know if I don't know like how this like if there's someone ringed above you or anything. If he was able to give me a chance, he would give me a chance. So can you give me can you give me that chance? >> So basically what's going to happen is they said that they're going to allow you to keep your car here in the parking lot. So we're not going to impound it. >> Okay. >> But you're going to have to have some when you ever you get out or get your phone call, you're going to have to have someone pick up your car other than you cuz you can't come back here cuz you're suspect. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, we're going to refund the items that you paid for. So, they're going to take care of that. >> Is Can I keep the items or No, >> I mean, you're going to jail. You're not going to be allowed to have them there. >> Can I just like put put them in my car key cuz I'll take my car key with me. >> When you take a switch, what do you actually pay for? >> Yeah. So, I I think they're cutting you a break by refund. >> Okay. Can I Can I say one thing without you hating me? I know you already hate me right now. >> I don't hate you. >> If you have Yeah, you might have kids. You might not have kids. She's doing that same thing that gets on my nerves that the other ones did. The person's still talking and she interrupts with, "I know, but I understand, but I get it. But you don't you're not even listening to the full thing that's happening. >> No, but if if you could just extend the courtesy for me if your kids made a mistake, please don't do this to me." >> I appreciate it. >> It'll break my parents heart. Officer, please. Please give me a chance. Please. Um, >> yeah, we should be good to go. >> Officer, please. Please. >> You You did this. >> I know. I know. I did this right now. >> Blaming us. >> I know. I know. I'm not blaming you guys. I just My aunt's an NYPD officer and she tells me she sends courtesy to people all the >> We We dropping everything. Sorry. Uh, for Can you not do this cuz it'll break my parents' heart. My aunt's a NYPD officer. We just dropping everything. It's not working. the time because >> okay I I would really appreciate if you stop said courtesy because it's not a courtesy you just stole $600 worth of >> finance I know and you made a mistake and I'm aware of it and I want you to know I'm aware of it and I and I will whatever you want me to do I will show you changes actively I will I will do it please >> you should be good to go here then um you guys need anything else >> I appreciate you guys you guys take care and stand up for me >> officer please stand Thank you. >> You know where the car is. I just don't want my my parents or my family members to see me. Please, officer. I'll do anything. I'll do hours of community service. I'll change an >> option. You don't you don't have the authority to do that. If you have the authority, please just help me. And I'm sorry I'm being annoying, but please just don't send me to county. Please, officer. I'll do anything. I'll do anything. I'll do community service hours every day. I'll do anything. >> Go ahead and take a seat. Okay. >> I'll do anything. Officer, please. Officer. >> Officer P. Please >> get in the car. Okay. >> I'm going to count the door. You're going to county. Get inside the car. I'm closing the door. Get in. >> There's no way you take me to county. >> No. >> Okay. We've been watching her, but she's like walking around the corner and stuff like stuffing in their pants. >> I'm sorry.
