All right, welcome in. Welcome in. If you don't like commentary, please, the links are in the description. You can go straight to the body cam videos. But I think I'm about to get y'all through half your workday, some of your commute. And if you have an Apple Watch or a Fitbit, go ahead and measure your pulse [laughter] and let's see if it goes up during some of these body cams because I have a lot for y'all. Um, if my mic happens to go out, I'm going to restart my computer. So, don't leave. I'm restarting. Hopefully, I can connect back to the same live. But, all right. Let's start with this first one. It says, "When you ask for a supervisor, but get a K9 instead." And this is Code Blue Cam. Upon approach of his vehicle, Matthew was immediately argumentative. He claimed he had previous bad encounters with law enforcement and refused to roll down his window. >> Good. How are you? >> Your vehicle sounded really loud when it went by. >> I have no idea. >> Okay. I told you what it was. >> Any reason that you can't just talk to me? >> I'm not going to open your door cuz I'm telling you when you went driving by it sounded like your vehicle was rattling and it was loud. Can you just talk with me and I can get you on your way? >> What's What's the issue? >> And I'm telling you because your vehicle was rattling. It sounded like there was a defective exhaust system. >> Okay. I can hear it literally rattling right now. >> Where did your ID fall? Can you grab it, please? >> As he retrieved his license, he dropped it. But while picking it up, he accidentally released the brake, causing the vehicle to roll forward. Vehicle's moving. 33 42 to 57. Can you hear the roll down the windows? >> Just Just same last name, first name, Matthew. Common spelling. Can I just talk? Can you just Can you just crack the window a little bit? >> Have Have you had exhaust issues? >> No. >> Okay. Well, I just happened to notice when I was driving by. You went driving by and your vehicle was loud. Well, there's some type of rattling it sounds like over in here. And then there's obviously your engine. Can I just ask why you don't want to roll the window down? I'm sorry. I can't hear you. You have a copy of your insurance. Deputy proc now number 3342. I'm recording you as well, sir. >> Just one second. Okay. So, I stopped him for exhaust. I was just passing like south main. Uh vehicle was loud and rattly. Just won't roll down the window and talk but provides 27 everything else just said he has had bad runins with law enforcement. So tomorrow >> they always want the name and badge number but they never want to identify themselves. >> I don't know what else is going on cuz he's not playing ball. >> K9 Rico was subsequently deployed for a free air sniff yielding a positive alert. Here you go. Go soup. Go s >> Hey, how far do you want me to push this guy that's just not rolling down the window? I know what that is. >> Go. Check right here. Okay. So, just want to cover this because we haven't talked about free air sniffs before, but basically they police need probable cause to search a car or do things like that. So, right now they're doing a free air sniff to establish their proh probable cause with their K9 named Rico to see if he alerts to anything. And um now there could be other reasons. uh if you seem intoxicated, they might go ahead and be able to search your car, but for them, they're doing the free air sniff. So, they haven't asked him to get out the vehicle and open the car. They're just doing it where he's just around the area of the car and the dog might alert to something. >> Dispatch advised that he was currently on probation with conditions to maintain absolute sobriety and not to possess controlled substances. positive. So, I don't know how this is going to go, but just so you're aware. >> 3357 positive can alert. >> Is there anything illegal in the vehicle? >> Okay, I understand that. But I have we have to do our job, sir. >> Due to Matthew's hostile behavior, they decided to place a rat trap tire deflation device under his rear tire. >> Do you truly Is there anything illegal? >> Okay. Well, then you step out of the vehicle for me. Look, I don't want to break a window and force you out or anything, sir. >> What's his first name? >> Matthew, right? >> Yeah, it's Matthew. >> Hello, Matthew. Deputy master, do you mind stepping out and talking to us? >> Exhaust is rattling. >> Well, you're going to have to step out at some point. Okay. We're giving you a lawful order to step out. Otherwise, you're going to be placed. Okay. Okay. Here's the deal. So, the dog alerted to the car. So, we're going to search the vehicle. Okay. Sir, listen for 2 seconds. Okay. So, the dog alerted to the car. If there's nothing in the car >> 3325, can we have either Columbus or Ferhead out here? >> And if there's nothing in there, you'll be on your way, but if you refuse to get out of the car, we're just going to place you under arrest and you're going to go to jail whether or not there's anything in the car. Okay? So, we're giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle. Okay? You're going to end up going to jail if you're not going to cooperate. Okay, Matthew. Then, step out. Your window is going to get smashed and you're going to be pulled out of the car and you're going to go to jail. Get out of the car. >> We have one on the back right there. >> Matthew. Matthew, your window is going to get broken and we are going to pull you out. I'm not asking you again. This is a lawful order. Get out of the car. Otherwise, you're getting placed under arrest. Last option. Not giving you any more options. You're going to go straight to jail and your car is getting towed. So, step out of the vehicle. The police will literally give a script of how this is going to go down and they'll be like, "You don't want it to go down this way." And people still be like, "I'm not getting out. I know my rights." And then it goes exactly how the police say. And it's like, "I'm suing." [laughter] >> Okay. Well, step out of the car. We've given you plenty of chances. Okay. >> The supervisor's monitoring the situation. >> I want to help you. >> Matthew, we're just asking for your cooperation. Well, you're you're not entitled to that right now. Okay, we're >> Matthew, can I >> to step out of the car? >> Can I explain something quick? It's going to get searched. Okay. If there's nothing in here, you literally get released and you go on your way with a warning and then we just all go our separate ways. If you don't get out, then you're going to have to go to jail for obstructing. >> Inside his vehicle, the deputy noticed lighters and odor eliminator spray commonly used to disguise the odors of illegal substances or intoxicants. Additionally, in the back seat were plastic packages on the floor labeled as marijuana. >> Trad, I got 961 in plain. >> He's so dumb. [laughter] He's so dumb. Not the packages labeled as marijuana in plain view. >> View, too. So, back seat floor. They both have marijuana labels on them. >> Just Okay. >> Can you hear the exhaust rattling in the back? >> Oh, yeah. I can hear it from here. When deputies attempted to open his door, Matthew fled for his life. However, the trap under his tire punctured it. >> All right, Matthew. Window punch. Last option. Step out of the car. Okay. >> I already tried them. >> Speak to you. Supervisor. >> 3357. Vehicle taking off. 1080. Vehicle taking off. 1080. 3357 1080 eastbound 6 update received >> successful spike on back for a turn continuing on eastbound turning west on high >> continuing east inbound on 16 turning on >> traffic is light road >> speeds are at about 70 if we can get someone ahead to highway 22 two areas. See if we get spikes in that one. >> Continuing on Highway 60 West 95 >> 3357 coming up to Shaper Road. Speed on 110. >> Coming up to Shaper Road. Speed is 110. >> South on Shaper Road. >> Shaper Road. >> Update received. >> Looks like the rear passenger tire starting to go flat. update. >> Initially, traffic is light. No other vehicle traffic. Still driving. >> Continuing south from K. Almost lost control due to the deflated tire on the back. >> Females on 337. Go again. >> Vehicle dead. >> So, he's not going to make it far. First of all, you already had a car where your muffler was rattling. That's already not going to be the best. Then they had they knew he was going to be stupid. So they had spikes already ready for his tires. So he not even riding on full uh four full tires. He's not making it far. [laughter] I don't know why you why would you do this? >> Just lose the back rear tire completely. >> After you pass New York center, you'll be hitting Prairie Road. You're going to take a very sharp left curve. New caution. >> Still southbound. Speeds are at 80 coming up to York Center Road. 80 mph coming up to your center. Then again, the next road is going to be on Prairie Road and you're going to take a sharp left. >> Eventually, he was unaware of an upcoming 90° curve and crashed it into the ditch. >> Going up to 10357. >> He then immediately fled on foot, allowing K9 Rico to go full throttle. 357 foot. >> Oh, y'all see R. I don't know if y'all could catch it, but it's in the left hand side. Rico was excited to get him. Rico was like, "Yes, I don't just have to do a free air sniff. I get to chase somebody." >> Allowing K9 Rico to go full throttle. 357 footmail. >> STOP RUNNING. I'M GOING TO RELEASE. GET ON THE GROUND. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. STELLIN. STELL. GET ON THE GROUND. STELLIN. STALIN. STOP FIGHTING. LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. [screaming] >> LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. HE'S GOT A KNIFE. HE'S got a knife. >> LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. >> I GOT MY HANDS. >> PUT YOUR ARMS OUT LIKE AN AIRPLANE. PUT YOUR ARMS OUT LIKE AN AIRPLANE. LAY ON YOUR STOMACH. Do it now. >> He just hold Rico down. Down. Rico still got that jacket. Rico's not ready to go. >> In your stomach. I'm not taking the dog off. Put your hands behind your back. >> Get the dog off. I can't. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> We're not taking the dog off until you put your hands behind your back. >> I'm done. >> I'm done. Please get the dog off me. >> Good boy. RO >> I got two on you, sir. Just >> I got to get just cooperate with me a little bit here. >> 3357. We're at 1095. >> Cooperating. Cooperating. I'm not fighting you. >> I know, but >> I'm going to get him secured. pedal. Sir, what is all hurting besides the canine bite? Are you okay besides the dog bite? Whoa. >> What is hurting? >> My legs. >> Okay. What happened to your legs? Roll over to your right side. >> You able to sit up. >> Come on, boy. >> Where's my glasses? >> Where are your glasses? I don't know where your glasses are, sir. Did you lose them? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> With the dog. >> You lost them with the dog. Okay. >> Right there. Right there. >> Where? >> I don't know. >> I don't see them. I'm looking for them and I don't see them, sir. Okay. >> My is killing me, man. You want to sit up and start walking back to the squad cars? >> That'd be fine with me. >> Not Dr. Pink. >> I got to try and help you up somehow. >> Rico was like, "For months and months and months, I have only been able to do these free air sniffs, but finally they said, "Go get them, Rico." Rico was ready. Um, let me know too. I got this thing. They call it a dead cat thing, but it's basically a fuzzy muffler for the microphone. Let me know for those of you that have been around for the body cams if you notice a difference. Hopefully there's a bit of a quality difference in, you know, not so much echo, but it's said I have to put soft stuff in the room to kind of reduce more echo, but I'm trying. It's little by little. Okay. [laughter] >> Did you search his pants? >> I haven't done anything yet. >> What do you got in your pants? >> I don't know. Looked like he was throwing stuff as he was moving. So, we'll have to go back and check. >> Be honest, man. This all would have been taken care of with just a ticket. Let me look at my glasses real quick. Seriously, I >> We'll come back and look for them. Can't see with them. Can Can we just look for a minute? >> Honestly, I don't even recall what they look like. >> We need to get our squads out of the road. So, we'll come look for them in a minute. This is your >> Give me a second to look. >> No. Come on. >> There's this pocket >> on the outside. >> No, on the outside. The outside of the code. >> Nothing else on you, sir. No weapons? >> No. No weapons? >> No other narcotics of any sort. >> No. What's going to happen to my car? It's going to get towed. >> My wife's car. >> EMS is on the way to check it out. >> Have a seat. Watch your head. Right arm. Right. Left. >> Left arm. Left arm. >> Left arm. >> We'll hold off on the seat belt. >> So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. >> I'm just talking. >> Anything you say can be used against you in court. You understand those rights? >> Yeah. >> You want to answer some questions I have? >> We'll see. Maybe. >> Is that a You'll answer them if you feel like it. Otherwise, you're not going to. >> Yep. >> Okay. Why'd you run? >> I was scared. >> Scared of what? >> Scared of you guys. >> I was nothing but >> every time I get pulled over, I get >> Dude, I was nothing but nice and cold. Every time I get pulled over, you guys, last time I was pulled over, I was given nine felonies, 12 misdemeanor, and I got off on all of them except for two, which was [ __ ] because I didn't do anything. Last time I got arrested, they charged me with a DUI. I beat the breathalyzer, I beat the road test, and I beat the blood test. They didn't drop the charges for 2 and 1/2 years. >> Okay. So, moral of the story is just based on your past, you were scared, and that's why you decided to run. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What drugs are in the vehicle? >> Just weed. >> How much? >> I don't know. You got most of it. >> Okay. >> Good. Yeah, we're good. Wouldn't roll his windows down on a traffic stop and told him we were going to break the window if he didn't roll it down and get out because we already had PC to search the car for a positive K9 alert and he just took off. >> Any other drugs? >> No. >> Okay. When's the last time you smoked weed? >> I don't know, 10 minutes before you guys pulled me over. >> Do you feel high right now? >> No. >> Do you feel like that using drugs maybe impaired your decision-m right there? >> Probably. >> Probably did. I appreciate your honesty. >> We already had spikes under the tires, so he lost his rear tire right away, but was still doing over 90. He took off running through this field. We found some drug para >> in a little bit. You going to be willing to do field sobriety testing? >> Sure. But now with these handcuffs on, I can't even walk with these handcuffs on, man. >> No. No. I completely understand that. Probably not going to do much of the other tests. >> My arm is killing the out of me, man. >> Sit back. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> I know. I'm just going to close the door again. >> Uh yeah, they know you're not going anywhere. They have Rico. Rico will get you again. Rico is ready. He's like, [laughter] "Yes." in the field. We're going to have to walk it again and see if he threw anything else. But all right, EMS is on the way for a dog bite. He just what? >> Smoked 10 minutes before I stopped him. And that's why the story is he has been >> Is that what was in his hand? >> The flashlight. Yeah. >> All saw was a metal thing and the way he was holding it looked like a handle. >> He probably did that for that interpretation. Deputies searched his vehicle and discovered several drug paraphernalia along with large bags of marijuana totaling to 3 and 12 lbs. The trunk. He's got all sorts of marijuana products in the trunk like >> Nobody's hurting you. We're not touching you. >> He hurting me when you push me up into the car. [laughter] >> He He gone. He out of it. 3 and 12 lb. I was, okay, before I knew the weight, I was like, oh, he must have got it from a dispensary because it's labeled. But I'm like, were you selling it? Cuz three and a half pounds is really expensive to buy from a dispensary. So now I'm like, were you the dealer and the user? >> Okay. Well, we don't want you to fall out and hit your head. Did you eat a bunch of stuff before you bailed? No. >> Can you stick your tongue out for me? Open your mouth under your tongue. Can you open your eyes and look at me for a second? Can you open your eyes for me? >> So he said he's going to pass out. He has a dog bite to his left arm. He's been using some type of drugs as well. We're not 100% sure on what, but All right, Matthew, I'm going to have you hop out. We're going to walk over to the cot. Okay, one step at a time. Take it easy. >> I'm just being honest. Don't put the dog on me. I'm not doing anything. >> He's locked up. >> Yep. We're almost to the back. >> Almost there. >> You're fine. You're good. >> Matt, stand back up. >> Come on. You can do it. >> You going to be cooperative if we take the cuffs off? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. >> Yep. I'm taking it off. Keep your hand down by your side. Okay. >> Yeah. Go ahead and put that hand down by your side. All right. Go ahead and turn around and have a seat on the cod. Actually, we're going to slip. >> Oh. Oh, man. It's so tight. I can't. >> We're going to slip your jacket off while >> It's hurting my arm. It's hurting my hand. >> Yeah. >> No, this hand is too tight. I can't. It hurting my hand. >> It hurting [crying] my inside my >> Okay, Matt, relax. You just stay standing. Just keep breathing. You're fine. I'm not running if you can't tell. I'm not moving. >> You didn't say you were. You're okay. >> The dog at me. >> Can I sit out? >> Yep. >> Hey, stay up. >> He had to pull the thing out. I'm not doing anything. >> All right, Matt, we got to put this on. Okay, >> fine. Don't put it so tight. >> It's not tight. I can fit my finger through there. >> Last time. >> You only hurt me on purpose, >> Matt. Nobody's hurting you on purpose. Okay. >> Yes, you are. Nobody wants to hurt you. >> Yeah, you do. You guys want to hurt me on purpose. >> What you did was dangerous and we're just doing our jobs. Okay. >> Pulled me over for no reason. You had no reason for to stop. >> Okay, that's for court. Okay, >> you guys are good. I'm a >> We're good. Thank you for helping. >> She could have been a part of it. >> Yeah, I figured that he was going to end up losing it going around these curves. Matthew was charged [music] with felony counts of vehicle fleeing eluding an officer, possession with intent, [music] THC, misdemeanor counts of resisting obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also given multiple citations totaling over $1,300, including owi, first offense. >> Ultimately, he was given a cash bond set at $1,000. >> A bunch of stuff before you Okay, Matt. I think Matt be earning his charges. [laughter] I mean, he fled from the police. So, okay. CeCe unknowingly predicted our next video cuz CeCe was like, "Oh, I thought they were about to say they found a body in the trunk." Well, this next one I have for you, Midwest Safety. Cops discovered dead body in man's semi-truck. It is sad. It is sad, but it is the reason I'm showing it to y'all in this one cuz it was a traffic stop that started out for someone that seemed that they were intoxicated. Um, and then it turns into unfortunately this, but he tries to kind of run from them, but he's running from them in a parking lot, like running with his semi-truck in a parking lot. It's It's a little bit wild. So, brace yourself because again, the title is they do find a dead body in the semi-truck. And it is it is that. But I'm I'm putting it in here because I have I'm sorry it had to go in this one, but I do want to warn you. This one will be over in about 15 20 minutes if you want to come back. All right, here we go. >> GET OUT OF THE TRUCK NOW. THERE'S A BODY IN HERE. START EMS. >> ON September 24th, 2023 at around 2 a.m. officers with the Frederick County Sheriff's Office in Maryland responded to a welfare check outside a Costco distribution center. The caller reported that a semi-truck driver appeared intoxicated and had shattered his own window. What officers didn't know was that this would lead to a shocking and disturbing discovery. >> What's going on, big man? How you doing? We're not coming in there. You all right? I'm I'm a-hole. How are you today? You Hey, you're having a bad day. It's all good. We all have them. So, listen to me. Here's what we need to do. They got to run their business, right? We don't want to lock you up. We just want to make sure you're okay. We're not taking you to jail, none of that stuff. So, do me a favor. Can you just let us know for our safety that you don't have anything in that other hand over there? Can you show me? Just so we feel safe, please. Is there somebody in there with you? Huh? >> You don't have any guns, right? >> Okay. So, so can you just let me see in that hand, please? Do you have a knife? So, you're clear. So, let me ask you something. Are you having a medical emergency right now? Do you want me to call you an ambulance here? >> You don't. But you need to do me a favor. Will you cut your truck off for me? We're not arresting you. I'm calm. But you can you cut your truck off cuz I don't want it to roll anywhere. I don't want it to hurt anybody. If you pass out and then roll out my nose, get knocked out. Calm down. Hey. Hey, come on. Please don't do that. Let off that. Let put the truck off. Put the truck in. Truck. We got guys back there. I don't want you to run over one of our guys. >> I know you don't want to hurt anybody, but we don't want you to hurt yourself, bud. It' be nice if we can just work something out. We're just putting stuff down. Hey, don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. Just cut the truck off. >> And here he go. Now, where is he going to go? I don't know. He's probably desperate cuz again, he knows what he has in the trunk or in the truck. So, but you're not you're not going anywhere. Well, now you got a whole bunch of flat tires. >> Okay. Well, don't do that. >> Oh, yeah. They also knew he might get crazy. And they put spikes near his tires. But those trucks have a lot of tires, so he's still going to be rolling for a little bit. >> We don't want you to do that. You're just making this a completely dangerous situation. We're We're telling you to cut the truck off. Come out and talk. >> Yes. I want to talk about why you just drove over and flattened all the tires on your truck. >> Put that in there. I'll put it in. >> Hey, let me get in there. All his tires are pretty much hit with them. So, it's just a matter of time till he runs out. >> There ain't nowhere for him to go. >> Oh, >> unless he goes across the median. >> You think it's on PCP? >> Mhm. PCP. There's some sigs in there laying everywhere. Bad or meth? It's one of the ones. One or the other. Perfect. >> Well, his front tires are full. >> This is going to get dangerous, dude. We're just going to have to stop it. >> Tire, can I talk to you for a second? Look, there's a lot of innocent people around here. We don't want anyone to get hurt. Especially not you. Just talk to me for a second. Okay. You're not We're not doing nothing. Please don't move. WE'RE NOT PLEASE TEAR IT. >> What do we even do with this? >> I mean, honestly, at the at the end of the day, somebody's going to have to make a decision and put an end to it. >> Hey, I Hey, I can't get the door open. We can bust a window and take and and do it. It's about the only thing we can do. >> Yeah, let's just open, >> right? Hey, do we have any more stop sticks to get the fronts? Anybody else got stop? >> This is where I'm like, it's super dangerous for the cops because they getting real close to put those spikes under the tires. And uh you'll see you'll see they I'm like, oo y'all. Okay. You know, everybody cannot do this job. You You tore your whole front end off, bud. We just want you to cut the truck off. Back up. >> Terry, calm down. >> Is your medic >> you have diabetes? >> Who said that? >> I said, "What are you reaching for?" Okay, it's hard. >> No, I'm good. I I have my own water. Well, your truck's leaking fluids everywhere. It's look it's leaking. No. Stop. Stop. Don't do that. >> So, the plan is we're going to try and chop this thing up, try to immobilize it, and then we'll break out that windshield. Once we get back there, we can OC him, try to get >> Nobody's trying to pull you down. >> Hey, that'll get you locked up, bud. We're not trying to do that. All you have to do is cut the truck off. I will get I will feed you. I will get you cleaned up clothes. Whatever you need. You got a good hit right there. >> HEY, STOP. STOP. STOP. >> Cuz you're tearing up. Stop. >> It doesn't matter. You're tearing. Look at you're tearing up. We're going to have to arrest you if you don't stop. CUT THE TRUCK OFF AND GET OUT OF THE TRUCK. It's over. Hey, >> GET OUT OF THE TRUCK. >> GET OUT OF THE TRUCK NOW. YOU EITHER CUT THE TRUCK OFF or you're going TO JAIL. I MADE MYSELF CLEAR. We're done. Please. I'm asking you nicely. Cut the truck. WATCH OUT. YOU'RE GOING to hurt one of our deputies. HEY, STOP. STOP. STOP. >> You're going to hurt someone, man. Stop. All over now, buddy. Stop. Stop. Stop. They're going to They're going to put a smoke bomb in there. I'm telling you, they're going to they're going to spray you and it's going to burn. I get out of there. Talking is over. Get out of the truck. Cut it off. I'm telling you, it's about to be a bad day. Cut it off. >> I will say they have waited a while to escalate this beyond spikes. This man, like that bald officer, like I'm like, you could have got hit already by this truck. He could have been ramming these police cars. He hasn't yet, but I'm just saying the potential is definitely there. He's trying to run from them. And they are they are um slowly escalating this Please, I told you bad stuff's about to happen if you don't cut the truck off. Cut it off, Mr. Please cut it off. Watch out. I've got the window open. Windows open. Windows open. Side window. He's going to run out of room back here, bud. My plan is when he stops, we're going to spray him or gas him. OC, STOP THE TRUCK NOW. STOP THE TRUCK AND CUT IT OFF. >> If I sound like I'm saying something obvious, I'm narrating for people that aren't looking at their screens as well, but the ball cop has just hopped on to the side of the truck, holding on and about to spray them. I think it's with Mace right now. Too much for me cuz we still don't know if I think his name Terry. We don't know what what Terry uh has in there that could have reached out to cut that cop, shoot that cop, all these things. I'm like, they risking themselves for sure cuz they don't know like what's going on. Darlene Terry has a body in that truck. They were the cops came because they were it was just an intoxicated driver reported, but they don't know he's acting like this cuz he has a body in that truck. Cut it off. YOU'RE GOING TO GET IT AGAIN. STOP. >> You got the whole pan. He's good. Go. He's good. Go. >> HEY, GET OUT OF THE TRUCK. CAR, STOP THE TRUCK. WATCH the cross. Stop the truck. Watch out. Watch out. >> Okay, another cop about to put his body in danger cuz he's trying to lay down these spike strips again. Yeah. Imagine him driving on the highway and at one point he was on that highway cuz this has been a while. This has been a while. Okay. You're welcome, Kim. We're trying to help you. Stop. Stop. Okay, sorry y'all. So, the other cop, it wasn't even strips. He had to actually puncture the tires with something he was hitting the tire with to puncture it over and over. Then you got another cop hanging on the passenger side. I think this is where they finally breached the truck, like really get in there. But he's hanging off the truck as well now. >> Get out of the truck. >> TASER. TASER. TASER. GET OUT OF THE TRUCK. STOP IT. CUT THE TRUCK UP. >> HEY, GET OUT. >> HEY, GET OUT. >> LET THE TRUCK. STOP THE TRUCK. STOP. HEY, there's a dead body IN HERE. GET OUT OF THE [ __ ] TRUCK. GET OUT OF THE TRUCK [screaming] NOW. THERE'S A BODY IN HERE. START EMS. >> What's up there? THERE'S A BODY IN HERE. START EMS. >> THEY'RE COMING IN. THEY'RE coming in. >> Ma'am, are you okay? >> Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, >> MA'AM, ARE YOU OKAY? LET'S GET HER OUT, >> GUYS. >> MA'AM. >> MA'AM, >> she's stuck. >> Get him off. Get him in recovery. >> She's P4. P4. >> She's mortis. She's dead. >> She's dead. >> Let's get him away from the door so they can do his ass. Put him on his ass. One. >> You need to sit down the curb. >> Sit down now. >> Sit down. SIT DOWN. >> SIT DOWN. >> SIT DOWN. >> Don't move. >> He's not even wearing pants. He was out of it. I mean, obviously after what he did, plus he probably already uses substances had he not done what he did. But yeah, he was desperate. Those every one of those cops I they might have not made it because he had nothing to lose. Like Sharon said, >> you good? >> Yeah. >> Sanitizer? >> Yeah. You got any? >> Yeah. >> Anyone injured? >> I just got cuts on my hands, but I'm good. >> Have a nice look at you. >> Huh? >> Have a nice look at you. >> Please help me. >> What hurts on you? >> Please help. >> Yeah, they're going to hurt a little bit. >> Hey, do you have a rag real quick before I put that on there? Like That was so >> There you go. >> Is the EMS over there? Do they have a rag? >> They're confirming this one first. >> Okay. Thanks, bro. >> Yeah, just keep going. >> All right. >> Please move on, please. >> Sir, you have the right to remain silent. >> Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford attorney, one will be pointed to you by the state of Maryland. The driver of the semi-truck was identified as 46-year-old Matthew Sydney Watley. The victim found dead inside the cab was 46-year-old Candace Thompson. Although the incident unfolded in Maryland, both were from Sickerville, New Jersey, and known to be domestic partners. According to investigators, their relationship had a documented history of [music] domestic violence in Winslow Township. Thompson had suffered two large gashes to her back, and officers recovered a claw hammer and two folding knives from the driver's side door. Watley was indicted on one count of first-degree murder and one count of seconddegree murder. [music] Ultimately, Watley would later plead guilty to seconddegree murder and in October 2025 was sentenced to 40 years in prison, the maximum penalty under Maryland law. This is a call when you walk up thinking it's just a welfare check and then reality grabs you by the collar and says, "Brace yourself because this call is about to get really dark." That's policing the moment you realize the call you planned for is not the call you walked into. There's a certain coldness in the air during the midnight shift that I know far too well. It's that feeling when your instincts start whispering before anyone even opens their mouth. The deputy was calm and playing it cool, but if you were paying attention, you can tell something just wasn't right. When a man refuses the simple things like water, a conversation, or even stepping out of a truck, it's never about the moment, it's about what he's hiding. Every cop has seen that look before that the suspect had. That silent something's wrong tension. The kind that makes the hairs on your arm actually stand up. And it's not fear, it's recognition. Then comes the discovery, the kind that doesn't need words because it changes everything in the moment. And that's the kind of moment in policing when the noise around you just stops because your brain takes about half a second to catch up to what your eyes are seeing. Because it's one thing to expect a fight, a chase, or a drunk driver. It's another thing entirely to realize you've just walked into someone's final chapter. And these are the calls that change cops forever. You [music] hold the scene and you write your reports, but that image stays etched in your mind even after retirement. My heart broke for this woman because this was a tragic ending. However, what's haunting to me is how much gets missed out there simply because people assume the first glance tells the [music] whole story. >> And that is so true. That is so true. I try not to, but I I get blinded by what I usually am used to seeing. But that is so true. That's why they have to be on alert. And I do understand why cops get tense right away because you don't know the history of what they've seen. I'm not making an excuse for all of them. I'm saying I understand procedural actions that I see that are a regular thing. That's what I'm saying. All right. So, yeah, that's an unfortunate way that her family's gonna have to find out. They probably would like, you know, where was she this whole time? But they also unfortunately probably suspected him since they had a history of documented DV anyway. Um I wonder if there if her family had even reported him like since we haven't seen her, this is who you need to look at first. But they weren't even there for that. They were there because again he was reported as someone that looked intoxicated and was behind a semi, the wheel of a semi. So yeah. All right. So that is the only one that I think is like a fatal type of one, but um I it had to go here. Okay, so this one different reason. Girl acts crazy, but it's nothing to do with anyone that has uh died or anything, but this one says 22-year-old goes ballistic after ID request from cop. This is body cam watch. How you doing, man? Also Rodriguez with your line police department. >> Your vehicle. >> You got my license registry. >> Oh, I remember this guy. Okay. You got to stop at stop signs. Okay. >> What stop sign? >> Okay. I'll just write >> now. I'm going to take it to court. >> That's fine. That's your uh that's your right to do so. Okay. Look, it seems like >> you got a license on you, >> ma'am. >> No, ma'am. No, sir. I'm a minor. >> How old are you? >> 19. >> I'm 18. >> So, you're not a minor. You're an adult. >> No, but I don't want to talk to nobody. >> Okay. We're not wearing a seatelt, so I need your ID. >> So, so we do see that we're already stuck on stupid. She called herself a minor. She's not a minor. So, this is going to be dumb. I believe this is the one that is the reason why we're watching this. Um, I don't think there's another girl in the car besides her, but yeah, we're already stuck on stupid. >> Okay, it's still illegal. So, you could have sat in the back. I need your ID. >> I need your ID. It's plain and simple. You have to be wearing a seat belt in the front seat. >> How can I? >> You can write me that citation. >> Well, she would be getting a citation. >> N you can write me that goes to the passenger. >> I don't know. I don't know nothing safety issue. You could have sat in the back if the seat belt's broken. >> I don't even know. >> Okay. I don't Well, >> okay. Unfortunately, you could have switched to the back. So, I need your ID. >> I need I need I need your ID. >> Are we going to keep going back and forth or I have to take you to jail for resisting? It's It's that simple. >> I'm giving you a lawful command for you to give me your ID. >> Okay, good question, CeCe. And please believe if I'm answering these questions, it's based on what cops have said at other traffic stops, not because this is my line of work, which you know, but I'm saying that in case anybody new [clears throat] encounters me. Um, so Cece asked, "A passenger doesn't have to provide ID, do they?" They if they are asked to provide ID, they need to provide it because they can go to jail for obstruction because they are part of the detainment of a traffic stop. That's how I've heard cops explain it before on traffic stop. So that's I'm paring what I've heard, but that's what I've heard. >> That's not even my >> It doesn't matter. You're not wearing your seatelt in the front seat. >> Write me the citation. >> Ma'am, you're my go to her. You're making this a lot harder than >> She's not driving. You pull me over. >> I don't have nothing to do with this. Y'all making me very >> I'm okay with that. >> Ma'am, I need you to identify yourself. Okay, >> sir. Okay, I'll explain it to both of you guys at the same time. Okay. >> She's not wearing a seat. >> Are you going to let me explain or you keep talking over >> You're going to step out of the car? >> Write me down. I don't have to get out the car. >> Yep. You're being difficult. >> I gave you my license registration. >> So, I'm I'm I'm educating you. Okay. >> Okay. >> The least you can do is give me your ID because it's required. >> Where is the case long? >> Who did I versus men? >> All right. There you go. So, some a lot of these police officers lately are quick to to cite case law and he said Pennsylvania versus MIM. So, I'm sure I'm sure that was a Supreme Court ruling that the officers can identify everyone in a vehicle during a traffic stop or whatever it's for, they can identify people. Um, it might be outside of a traffic stop, too. But, Pennsylvania versus Mims, in case y'all want to look that up. I actually might look it up for future ones, too. But there you go. >> It's very cut and clear. If you're in the front seat, you're not wearing a seat belt, you can go, you get a ticket, and you're required to identify yourself. I'm going to get a ticket for either if I identify myself going to get a ticket. >> No, it's a ticketable offense, but use our discretion to give you a ticket or not. But you have to identify yourself. >> Okay? Because if we're going to write a ticket for somebody, >> are you >> right? We have to know who they are. What's that? >> As with how things don't hit my shoe, >> probably going to get a ticket. >> I need your >> Okay. Sorry. The case law is referring to not Oh, okay. Okay. Here we go. It did say it. Okay. The Supreme Court ruling in Pennsylvania versus Mims, this was from 1977, held that police can order a driver out of a lawfully stopped vehicle for any reason without needing further suspicion. This is because the initial traffic stop is already a seizure and the order to exit is a minimal addition intrusion justified by officer safety concerns like risk of ambushes. Okay. And then it says the extension uh went in went to passengers in Maryland versus Wilson in 1997. And I'm sure if you already ask somebody to exit the car, you can also ask them to identify themselves. But if they bring up the actual case law of why everyone has to identify themselves, we'll look that up, too. >> Both hands on the steering wheel. You're I'm going to have you step out. Both of you are stepping out of this car. You first. You hear me? Nope. You're not doing whatever you want. >> I'm a free man. >> I'm a free man. I don't rec >> Oh my god. Can you call my mom, please? >> No, I'm not calling right now. >> I don't know what's going on. I'm getting I'm in fear for my life right now. >> Put your hands on the dashboard. >> I'm in fear for my life. >> Put your hands on the dashboard. >> Ma'am, put your hands on the dashboard. >> Keep your clothes on, ma'am. Stop doing that. >> Stop. Stop. What? >> If you're not looking at your screen, she just took her top off and started crying, doing some weird stuff. I don't know why she did that, but now she's bare. They're blurred out, of course, cuz I wouldn't play this if they don't blur her out. But yeah, she just took her top off and started crying. >> What are you doing? Put your clothes on. >> Put your clothes on, >> ma'am. You're going to get pulled out and we're going to put your clothes on you. >> Stop doing that. >> Stop doing that. Stop doing that. Put your clothes on, ma'am. Put [laughter] your clothes [screaming] on. >> No way. No. >> Stop. Stop. >> Call my mommy. Throw my mama. Call my mama. >> What are you doing right now? What [screaming] are you doing? Come on. Put your clothes on. >> Cover up. [screaming] >> I want my mommy. I want my mama. >> Could y'all stop him? Y'all put him under y'all arrested him for nothing. We didn't do nothing. >> Put the bra on. >> We didn't do nothing. >> Put your arm on. We didn't do nothing. We didn't do nothing. WE DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> You put your arm to your sleeve. >> We didn't do nothing. [screaming] >> Okay. Okay. Let's do this. >> Let's put your jacket on. >> The car. We didn't even do nothing. >> Put your zipper on. >> That was hot. >> We're going to cover you up because you felt the need to take off your clothes for no reason. hot and y'all trying to pull outside THE CAR. I BET WAS GOING TO TAKE OFF MY SHIRT AND Y'ALL put >> Now you're going to be covered up. >> Nothing. >> You're going to be covered up and you're going to be detained. That's it. >> For what though? >> Because you're failing to identify yourself. >> I gave him my ID. He has my ID. >> Does he have it? >> Okay, then we will >> Why am I getting pulled out of the car? He has my stuff. >> You're just detained. We get to traffic stop. >> Why though? >> Stand there. And that's crazy because if you don't have a warrant and you just gave your ID, they straighten it out. She did identify herself. You you'd be good. But it's weird because now you have indecent exposure if they want to go that route. Like what is this for >> in Florida? We could ask any occupant of the vehicle to step on us. [screaming] Why are you screaming? >> Where are you going? >> Yeah. Uh, drive the door. >> It's so hot. I hate BEING OUTSIDE LIKE THIS. >> You're doing the most right now. >> I hate being outside like this. Stop for no reason. I don't see any such. >> I don't like it. Exactly. So, >> you failed to identify yourself. You failed to identify yourself. >> I was standing at the window. You failed to identify. >> I don't want to talk. You need to identify yourself because you're not wearing a seat belt. >> You're not wearing a seat belt. >> I never heard that though. I never heard that. I identify myself. >> Then we we are the law enforcement. >> Here's the thing. Ignorance of the law is not a defense. >> [laughter] >> So just because there's a lot of laws we've never heard about, but it is not a defense to then break that law, especially when you're told, "Hey, you do have to follow this law for order. You do have to identify yourself." Then let's say that the cop did make up a law. Identify yourself. Fight it in court if they did make it up. But you can't just be like, "I'm not doing it cuz I've never heard of this." >> Officers, we we educate people on that. We don't give tickets and arrest people for no reason. like talking to the police though. I don't like talking to >> then. All you got to do is listen. >> Not me. I'm not the person. >> All you got to do is listen. >> Like I don't like anything to everybody. >> That has nothing to do with it. >> This is ridiculous. >> That has nothing to do with it. >> You're throwing out excuses for no reason. That has nothing to do with it. >> You just could have gave us your name at the beginning. We would have left you in the car. You would have stayed in the car. You probably would have got a ticket or anything. >> Everybody was going to take him out the car. And then after y after I already gave him my ID, when y'all was going to take him out of the car, then y'all SAID, "TAKE ME OUT THE CAR." Because he wasn't cooperating. >> I cooperated. >> No, we I stood at the door with my partner for four at least three or four minutes and I gave you multiple >> when HE WASN'T COOPERATING. YOU ALREADY GOING TO TAKE ME OUT OF THE CAR AND I WAS COOPERATING WITH YOU AT when I gave you my ID because you had >> No, that's not the sequence of events. She did finally give her ID, but he had already asked that dude to get out the car. They'd already asked her to get out the car. She tried to identify herself as a minor and instantly then told the truth that she wasn't a minor. No, you did finally give your ID, but all the other stuff already had happened first. >> Before Exactly. Too late cuz you already cooperated. >> You did this to yourself. >> Exactly. We always do it to oursel. We know if y'all kill me, I DID IT TO MYSELF, TOO. RIGHT. >> IF I PASS OUT BECAUSE I'M I'M HOT out here. >> You're minimizing the death of others that didn't deserve it. And I never can get behind people that do that. >> I have asthma AND I HAVE BAD ANXIETY. IF I PASS OUT, IT'S MY FAULT, TOO, RIGHT? >> I have asthma as well. >> Like, what the Leave me alone. Y'all stay messing with everybody life. >> Can I call my mama, please? >> Not at this moment. >> But can you call my mom? >> Not at this moment. >> This is ridiculous. I don't like being stopped for no reason. Y'all stop THIS CAR 50 TIMES AT ONE MONTH. >> Why do y'all want it? >> Write it right. Write something. >> You can't see nothing. I'm familiar with a plane view doctor but >> and I'm glad I never been in it. This my I swear to God I'VE BEEN IN IT TWICE. >> BRO, this is ridiculous. Y sat. >> Damn. I have REALLY BAD SIGHTING. I GOT ME OUT HERE IN THE HOT SUN. I'M BURNING UP. I'm telling you I don't consent to any search of the seasons. >> I'm just letting you know. >> Huh? >> Does he run or not? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Judge one. >> Does it count as the base? >> Stand up. We're going to get you out of the heat. >> It does count total base. Judge one total base. Where am I going? >> We're going to walk this far. Where am I going? >> I'll explain it to you when we sit inside the car cuz they're hot, right? You want to get your AC? >> Yeah. So, >> you're like friend or brother? >> Friendship has little chick. >> Uh, no. >> Cuz we still need her. >> Um, so here's the deal. Okay. Um, you're going to get arrested for resisting without violence. Okay. I gave you multiple pans for you to give me your ID and you didn't give me your ID. >> I gave you my ID, sir. I have I sat there. >> I sat there multiple times gave you commands. >> And what else? And what else? What am I getting ready for again? >> Resisting without violence. I just told you please. I can't. Please. I did not pull away from you though. I didn't do I didn't do anything. >> It doesn't need to be. Translation, your behavior got you arrested because he could have also chose to not arrest her because they said, "Okay, we're [clears throat] detaining you." They didn't automatically say you're under arrest. But her behavior, he decided to change it to an arrest in my opinion. >> Yeah, it is. >> But I gave you my stuff. >> It took way too long. >> But I gave it to you within what? 5 minutes. >> Trying to cut y'all into it. right before we >> Oh my god. Is he going to jail? >> I don't know. >> Like because he he did his stuff on st and y'all stopped him. >> Bro, she undress him. >> Undress him. >> She was topless, bro. We have to put the jacket on her. >> My supervisor's here. She's going to search real quick. Okay. >> Can I talk to you, please? >> Yes, ma'am. He's arrested me for not giving him my my my ID, but it it didn't take longer than five minutes. They stopped him for not stopping at the stop sign. I'm confused. I'm really confused about it. The police been in my life all my life. So, I'm really having anxiety right now. He been asking me for my ID. I'm like, well, why is you asking me for my ID? Y'all stopped him. You know what I'm saying? Trying to get a an answer. He was not giving it to me. So, eventually when they started being aggressive on him, pull him out the car, about to pull HIM OUT THE CAR, I gave it to him cuz I was scared. He said he arrested me for resisting arrest without with without with violence or without >> without violence. >> Without violence. But how? >> Okay, I'll explain to you in a second. Do you have anything on? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> Roger, can you please call my mama because I don't understand this. >> Well, I'll explain it to you. Okay. >> It is very interesting. Now, Rodri, he just don't like police, but Rodri technically they ain't he ain't did nothing wrong yet. He he still gave up his ID. He he argued a little bit about getting out the car, but he Rodri is chilling for the most part. He just got the attitude of I don't like cops. And you know, that's not that's nobody. You know, he can do that. He can have that attitude. She's over there yelling for Rodri. Rodri don't really seem to be giving her much time, which is interesting to me out of all this. The other part, I already knew he'd probably be this way. That's whatever. But it's like he's not even trying to like explain why she act like that really in my opinion. He's not even paying her attention when she calls his name. And that is what is very interesting to me besides the fact of why she took her her bra off and everything because they asked her to get out the car. That was crazy. >> I'm going to call you plenty of times for nothing. But seriously, things this is nothing. >> I'll talk to you in a second. Okay. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> I didn't do anything. Please tell them before they take me. I don't want to go to jail. that >> tango for this. >> Yes, >> definitely. >> He has it right now. I >> think she's 22. >> Give me a second and then I'll talk to you. >> Just watch your feet. Okay. >> Good. Turn around for me, sir. >> Just stay facing that way until I get both the handcuffs off. All right. Appreciate you. >> Yeah. Where's your phone at? >> She uh leaves her purse and her phone. >> Okay. >> Her phone is right here. >> Yes. Her purse. >> Okay. Sir, she needs her purse and her phone. I'm grabbing it. And she cannot have this. So I'm leaving the pepper spray in your car, sir. >> She has weed in her purse. >> She said she wanted in her purse. >> We said 95. >> You got them. You got your business card. >> I got you. So you got the ticket. These are two business cards. >> You're not free to leave. Oh, you said I'm not free to leave. You are not free to leave. >> Yeah, we in the purse. So, I need me. >> So, if she had weed on first, your search >> only limits to the purse. >> It doesn't limits to the car. >> Dang. He probably shouldn't have said nothing. They might not even have opened her purse until later. So, okay. What's happening right now is they took the cuffs off of him. They weren't arresting him. They were detaining him. They did do a plain view search at first where they didn't open his car at all and they were looking through the windows. Then because she's going to jail, they're getting her uh purse and belongings and all that. I think he's the one that said, "Hey, she got weed in her purse." Well, the weed that was in her purse was in your car. Now they have probable cause to search the whole car. That's again just from me watching body cams how I usually see it goes. >> That is That is untrue. >> That is uh What is your first sir? Okay. Anybody know? >> What's his Leo? What's his first name? >> First name. I'm trying to give you back your your stuff in this. >> Do you want your visa? >> You give them to me. >> See, I was trying to help you out, bro. >> It don't matter. I'm not helping me out. >> If I give you your card, I mean, I can put it back in the car. >> You can't. It don't even matter. >> Cuz right now, you searching my car and I said I don't consider you search. You don't need to. >> Yes, you do. No, you definitely do. No, you don't. But it's all here. >> Get all your names in basketball. Fine. Everything you said so far is wrong. And I continue to correct you. >> She wanted her purse. >> You can limit your search to the purse only. >> Do you not understand me? >> I said you could limit your search to the person only. That's not my purse. >> We understand. >> I don't smoke or drink. You smell no weed coming from the park. >> We understand that that uh >> So you also you also agree. >> You got the person. You open the purse. >> So you can limit your shirts to the purse. >> I I'll take that one. >> You're wrong. >> Yes, I am right. >> Go to school. >> We're not going to waste our job. >> I don't have I don't have to go to law school to know. >> We're not going to risk our job for a bad. I promise you. >> But it's fine. I'm going to get all your names. >> I gave you mine and I gave you hers. I think everybody is getting mine. >> Oh, >> but that doesn't limit the >> already stated I don't consent. >> Yeah, doesn't matter. worse in the car. Was it not? >> Was the horse in or out of that car? >> Did you smell weed coming from the car? Right. Listen, >> doctor, right? >> You said it was weed in there. It's too late. And they didn't have to even smell it. I think they were done until you said there's some in her purse. They didn't have to smell it. You said it was in there. >> Looked in the car. Did you see weed? No. >> We found weed. >> Did you smell weed? No. >> You found weed. I don't even >> plain view doctrine. >> You found a weed inside the purse, right? >> Inside the car. >> Inside the purse, right? >> Inside the car. >> Inside the purse. >> Inside. >> Inside the purse. >> You can keep doing all this situation. You can still search this car. >> So, you can keep doing all that talking. >> That's fine. Like I said, >> go to the Did I get your business? Yes, absolutely. You got I got my name, my badge, everything on there. >> Go to the police department. Go to the Tallahassee Court, federal court, wherever you need to go. Just go ahead and do it. >> Yeah. It's no point of holding pork on the side of oil, right? It's no point. >> You're right. >> It's not. >> That is actually a great steak. >> So, I see the body camera still rolling. Is your rolling? >> You You see it? Get that. >> You have no authority over Stay here. Stay there. >> You should light up. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, you searching the car, right? Search my trunk, it's a locked apartment. You search my >> It's locked, too. Cuz you need >> the car is the car is the car. It's just like had the had he said there's a a a gun in her purse or just what? It's too late. A open container. It's too late. It was in the car. It doesn't matter what part of the car you identified that >> my key line. You need a search war though to search compartment that's locked, right? Can you show me that search war? >> So you guys can't show me, >> right? So you can't show me the certain >> not answering you is not saying you're right. Just like we're not going to >> That's all it is. >> I understand that. >> It's just me putting you guys on notice. Go for it, man. >> I promise we got you. Well, just know that if there is a violation, yes, you absolutely do have to do it. Just for future reference, okay, this is probably a really stupid arrest, but I'm going to check your your cuffs, make sure that they're not tight, and then we'll go from there. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah, we can get them. >> Yeah, that's what I'm trying to do. Are you good with the car? >> Mike, are you good with him? >> Yes. His keys are in the center. >> All right, you are free to go. You have any questions for me? >> I mean, I get y'all. >> Everything's my information. My information is in the ticket. You have everything on me. Your keys are in the center console. So, you're free to go. You want clean up? >> Well, that extra charge came at the end. says she was charged with resisting without violence and possession of cannabis. So, all right. I I am concerned with his lack of concern for what's happening [laughter] with her. [gasps] Dang. Do they not know each other that well? Cuz wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. All right. We have a lift driver. Lift driver's traffic stop ends in a fiery crash. I [sighs] think she tried to flee from police. I can't remember. But yeah, she made a crazy decision that somebody could have passed away. They did not. Nobody passed away. But what she did, it was a lucky It was lucky that she didn't get hurt and nobody got hurt. >> Hey, how you doing tonight? >> Good. How are you? >> Simple. Hey, I'm deputy at the sheriff's office. Hey, reason I'm stopping you. Okay, first off, all right. When you were stopped over there at the red light after coming over the Bridge of Lions, okay, you were stopped way past the stop bar and your car was completely in the crosswalk. >> Okay. >> Okay. You can't be parking in the middle of the crosswalk cuz if people are trying to cross, obviously they can't walk through your car, right? >> That makes sense. >> Okay. As you were coming down Cathedral over there. Okay. Do you remember when you started drifting over to the left >> and you almost hit that parked car? >> Yes. >> Okay. And then as you turned here, all right, you turned here very quick onto this road which is King Street. Okay. Right. So that's why I stopped you. One, you were parked in the crosswalk up there. Two, you drifted over and almost smashed into that parked car. >> I did not almost smash into the parked car. I'm a lift. I'm trying to get to my customers. >> Okay. Do you remember? But you remember almost hitting it? >> No, I didn't almost hit it. >> Well, you just told me that you did. >> I did not. I said I moved over to the lane and all of a sudden I was in the lane where I was trying to move over. There's a a parked car that's in the middle of the the white line in the lane. >> Right. Right. But you started drifting over. Almost hit it and you swerved over to the right. >> That's not what happened. >> Okay. Well, listen. I'm just telling you what I saw. Okay. >> Okay. And also >> parked in the crosswalk. Okay. Do you have your driver's license, your registration insurance? >> I sure do. Can you give this? >> What's that? >> I said, "Can you bear with me?" >> I didn't even say anything. >> It's the light. >> It's just my light. >> I know, but it's a little invasive. >> It's It's not invasive. >> Is >> Is she giving intoxicated to y'all? I'm asking because it doesn't say in the title and I can't remember. She does make bad decisions either way. What are you saying? She's taking off. She's heading towards She's right on St. George. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TAGED. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. >> PLEASE. >> GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON YOUR STOMACH. >> GET ON your >> Now, why do they do that? They make the worst decision. First of all, you're most likely not going to get away when you drive off. Most likely not. Then you decided to be big, bad, and bold. Now it's tears time cuz you got [laughter] caught and you wrecked >> YOUR STOMACH NOW. >> GET ON YOUR STOMACH. >> I have a 2year-old. Please, I have a >> You're going to get tased if you move. >> Never go out. Please 2y old. I have a 2-year-old. >> St. John's, I'm working on getting her secured. I can't give you an address. If you can keep fire rescue coming, just check the vehicle and check my subject. Um, I see your comments, Ebony, like saying other instance would be the powpow. And yes, some of those cops do. We uh just got through watching one where I think it would have been justified with a little bit more uh aggression than a taser, but they used a taser and they were putting their bodies in harm's way. Um, so unfortunately it's it it depends on what kind of cop you're encountering. And I just wish that when you encounter cops that knew they could have reached for the taser and did something else that those punishments were harsher because then you wouldn't have so many that feel free to uh do it when the when the taser would have been just fine. But we do watch we've seen some where I'm like uh yeah, they made this into a deadly situation and they got real lucky. Um, and they were not of the the paler hue. >> So, this is house 298. We have posts, >> paneling, vehicle headlight, Toyota So, here's her hub cap. >> Okay, because we are in for a long watch, I'm going to skip to where Oh, no. Y'all need to see this wreck. Never mind. I'll keep I'll let it keep playing. Look at the wreck. All the damage and debris. >> Yeah, the debris actually hit this truck. >> She's not her. >> Yeah, she's drunk, dude. I love that you guys got dressed up. >> It brings me joy. >> That ain't going to fit. >> Oh, sorry. >> Oh my god. >> And that's some final destination right there. >> Wow. Good morning. Hey, tell me what's wrong with that picture. >> Yeah, she's she's getting on the plane tomorrow and that's uh >> Oh my. >> That'll be the end. >> Look at that. That's Final Destination. >> Yeah, >> dude. That would have hurt a passenger. >> Have you seen that movie? >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. >> I was going to film. >> Someone's body would have gotten speared by that long I don't know if that's wood or what that is, but yeah, if she had a passenger, they wouldn't have made it. They would have been impaled. >> Really old. >> Well, older. It's >> a baby. >> It's a baby. Do you need her to info anything? >> Uh, no. >> So, we can get all that for you. Do you need her for anything else? >> As far as she's not complaining about, >> they're going to head out unless you need them. Okay. How's your knee feel? >> I'm skipping ahead because they're going to say, she's going to keep saying how much of a good person she is. What happens now, I would never do this. blah blah blah. So, we're going to her charges. >> 10975. >> She was charged with fleeing and eluding, DUI with property damage, resisting an officer without violence, and DUI refusal. >> All right, there's And y'all said it, too. She definitely seemed intoxicated to me. That's what I was asking if if she seemed intoxicated to y'all. Okay, we're going through these. Next one up, [laughter] I had to put this one in here cuz that cop was ready to also come with the mess. Since you want to talk mess, I can talk mess, too. So, it says, "Jenz driver mocks police and instantly regrets it." So, here we go. >> Driving your mama [laughter] car around. My man ain't got no car. I'm talking about you got money. Can you get my other slide? >> Cross your legs. >> Cross your legs and I'll get your slide. Okay. >> I commit a crime at all. Damn. I said something out the window, [ __ ] Y'all know y'all can't do no traffic stop. Y I have a traffic violation. The you mean, [ __ ] >> So, your violation is you not wearing your seat. >> All right. Well, the seat belt don't work in the car. So, give me my ticket and let me go. Take my ticket out. It's in It's in the glove department, my boy. You want to get so tough, [ __ ] Self. You look soft. You don't want to talk noise. And then you got cops that will they're willing to talk noise back. And they got some pretty good jokes in there, too. I still don't know what he got arrested for. Hopefully, they'll name his charge at the end. But this is what I I put this in here for us cuz the cops getting back with him. And I love it. I'm right now. >> What you got? >> What you got? $22 in there. >> I think we done touched a we done touched a a spot. >> [laughter] >> You don't want to go bad for bad for me. >> Even Even if they revoke my bond [ __ ] I ain't >> You can't pay it. >> What? >> You can't [laughter] pay it. Okay. >> We got our criminal. Why you keep stuttering? >> I don't think nobody know how you get down. >> Say my name. >> What they call you? >> Go find out. I ain't going to say. >> Go, go, go. We need to take it I kind of show you got show your ass you a home. You a [ __ ] You You're a [ __ ] >> I am. You're right. You back up. >> What's the other side? >> Shut up. >> See, you can't use all these little key phrases with cops that know. They've been around. They know. Like, you can't do this with them. All these little buzzwords you throwing out, they know what they mean and they know you not about nothing. So this is just a pure comedy show right now. That's all this is. >> He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. However, the charges were ultimately dismissed after the court found the defendant incompetent to proceed with prosecution. [music] >> Dang. They found him incompetent. Golly, what what is going on with his mental health then? Because that's crazy. So disorderly conduct. That's what they got him on. Okay. All right. [laughter] Okay, so we're going to the next one. We have messy car leads to jail. Very simple title. Wet floor body cams. Here we go. >> I've had many tickets and I I become a better driver. He says I didn't stop at the stop sign completely, but I I was pretty sure I did. >> Down. >> What? Why do you keep moving it? What did I What did I tell you? I just said just stay still. >> I'm sweaty. I think it's moving on. >> Just like you're praying. Just hold your hands. cuz I literally saw you move it down like you're praying. Stop moving your wrists around. >> How old is your son? >> He'll be poor on my sentencing date. >> Gotcha. >> So, you said uh you said Eastston, he's with he's with a foster family. You were saying >> about my son with you because then when you take me to jail, I'll find it very distressful that you don't care. >> Okay. I was just trying I was just trying to talk about trying to keep >> I understand. It's not going to work. It's going to get me more. >> Do you want me to just keep quiet or do you want to talk about something else? >> We don't have to talk at all. Yeah, >> I left the scene in accident. So >> Oh, sentencing is in 5 days. >> I got you. >> On December 5th, 2024, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration. Upon approaching the car, they noticed it was extremely cluttered. When the officer asked for paperwork, the driver took a long time scrambling through the mess to find it. All right. So, self-inflicted consequences, driving with expired registration, and you have court coming up in five days, either about your custody, something to do with your child, something you already don't want to be back in court, and I I think she might be a repeat offender on some things. These are the consequences of your actions. I'm going to follow this up. Roll down all four of your windows. Roll down your back windows. My car is messy. I'm sorry. >> The reason why I stopped you is you didn't come to complete stop down at the other stop sign, but when I ran your tag, it's showing that you don't have valid license. >> Yes, sir. I'm sorry. Um, >> your license. >> Okay. So, you don't have a valid driver's license. You have expired registration and you're not completely stopping at the traffic signs, >> girl. >> Suspend it for about a year on the show. >> Um, I'm actually I just I drive when absolutely needed. Um, I'm going to be selling my car because my license is going to be revoked for 3 years. >> Your car is not that junky and you only drive when you absolutely need to. That car would not have all that stuff in there. I I'm very sorry. I I did know it. >> Do you have license right? >> Um I don't have my license, but I have um I'm sorry. I haven't pulled it out in a while. >> Can you roll down your passion window for me as well? >> Can you open that up again? Do you have a registration or anything for your vehicle? >> Um, I'm trying to find it. >> Maybe in that binder back there. Oh, here's my title. Yeah, I just printed it off because I'm going to be giving it Yeah, I'm sorry. Just making sure. Oh, and there's my application. Okay. And then what else do you need from me? The registration. >> The registration. >> Okay. >> Um, here you go. Yeah. Insurance. >> Um, my insurance is on my My phone got stolen. >> That's the phone you're saying got stolen? >> Yeah. Um, I have a police report on it actually. But this is the phone that my friend was taking. >> So, you're saying you don't have a copy of your insurance? >> Um, no, I don't at this time. And it's usually on my other phone on my um app. >> And is it the registration a smaller piece of paper? >> That is correct. >> Would you mind? Let's just say you don't have it. If you have to get up in your seat, put your knees in your seat to climb to the back, you don't have the documents cuz that's not where you going to normally keep documents. I mean, it is registered to me. I have no idea the last time I even used my registration. >> I understand that, but you still have to provide these copies when you're stopped by law enforce. >> No, sir. Take all of the While still searching for the registration and paperwork the police requested, the woman began pulling out random items from her glove compartment, including a toy, balloons, and even firecrackers. That is the deepest glove box compartment I have ever seen. >> Yeah. >> And firecrackers. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Um, think I don't >> I can't even remember the last time I had babies. This is crazy. It's not in here. If you have the audacity to drive on an expired registration, suspended license for over a year, you you got to follow every traffic stop or not not stop, every traffic signal. You have to be so on point. And even then, it really doesn't matter cuz now they have these scanners that's just going to say, "Oh, this person has expired registration." So, the you kind of just can't be driving or you got to accept the consequences if you're going to drive anyway because they're going to catch you. >> Um, yeah, it's not it wouldn't be anywhere else. So, maybe you can look that up. I'm not sure. >> What's that? I'm trying to figure out what you're referring to. >> The registration. >> Okay. So, you don't have a copy of it either? >> Yeah. I'm not seeing that yet. All right. Just hold my partner. All right. >> Okay. Thank you. >> While the first officer returned to the patrol car to review the paperwork, the woman began talking with the second officer. During their conversation, he discovered she already had an upcoming court case for multiple traffic violations, including a hit and run. >> Oh, you hitting and running out here? I [snorts] told you I thought she was a repeat violator, though. Repeat offender. I told y'all I thought that. And she just out here. Yeah, she was chilling and driving. She ain't had no where she need to be right now. >> Is that uh chicken place any good? I've never eaten there. >> Oh, I I eat it all the time. >> Yeah, it's okay here. It's pretty good. >> There are biscuits. >> I'm just kind of afraid to get food from a gas station. >> See th these movements. I feel like she's tweaking a little bit. And there's also possibly some substance issues with her. I really do. Um, I know some people can be small and they don't have a substance issue. Um, but coupled with her actions, I just feel like there's a substance issue in here. >> And technically, it's a gas station. >> Um, you know, I've never gotten sick out of it, but or sick out of it, but I don't like 7-Eleven hot food. I like their pizza. That's about it. But this chicken, it's like its own restaurant in the gas station, >> right? Yeah. I've never actually been inside of it either. >> The biscuits are Oh. something. >> Were you hanging out at your friend's house or you hanging out somewhere else? >> I was hanging out over there. >> Oh, okay. >> She needed a ride. >> Oh, Jesus Christ. He's Barlo. >> After conducting their investigation, officers discovered the woman had multiple driver's license suspensions and noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. They decided to place her under arrest. She began hysterically begging them not to, which led to a search of the vehicle. During the search, officers found a pipe, drug paraphernalia, and a device suspected of being used for fraud. >> There it goes. Drug paraphernalia. There it goes. >> Mariju? >> Yes, thank you. I'm not on you. >> You're not on you. Do you smoke on car? >> I don't. No, I haven't. [music] >> I haven't been driving very much. >> Okay. >> So, you don't smoke or? You haven't been driving very much yet? You're still operating? Yes. The license is been suspended multiple times. You're well where you should be. All right. So, because of that, I'm going to take you to jail for today. >> Sir, can I explain something to you? Did you see that I'm out on I [laughter] I don't want to hear it. You've made choices. You knew you had court coming up. I think she probably has some custody issues. You knew your license was suspended. Everything. Yeah. She got a picture of the kid in her dashboard. I see a little photo. If I move my little icon, there's a photo, I think, of a kid on the dashboard. You made these choices. Now, let's get ready to blame everybody else for the choices that you made. >> Free trial pawn. >> Okay, but I only have a few more days. It's my second thing is 5 days. >> And step out of your >> You don't have anything on you, do you? >> No. I'm sorry. >> If we could please I >> and then just having the drug paraphernalia alone in the car. Um you you didn't deserve custody back. You still got a habit you need to beat apparently. So So either way, it wasn't time for you just yet to get custody back of that child. I'm supposed to be selling my car. I was supposed to be selling my car. >> No, he's not going to search you. We have to flip our face. >> We're just letting you know you are going to jail. So, if anything else additionally is on you or in you, then it's a separate guy. >> He can't this is this is out of his control at this point. >> Yeah, I got it. I'm okay. Please only have a few more signs to see. I'm so sorry. I >> What you're seeing is a clip showing police officers meticulously searching through the cluttered car. They move quickly yet carefully, sifting through piles of items. Amid the chaos, they catch sight of hidden objects. After some intense scrambling, they uncover drug paraphernalia, items that serve as crucial evidence in their investigation. We we can't do that right now. Okay. >> I have my I'm my own son's only parody with the foster family and I was supposed to see him more extra time this week. It's his birthday >> when my son is. >> Yeah, I gotcha. Yeah. If you're if you guys are good then >> give me Yeah. >> Do you want these? These might be bigger. >> A medium. Maybe >> you can take the car forever. It's just I >> Listen, what's what's what's done is done now. Okay. So, we're just going to we're just going to move forward from here. Okay. Just try to try to relax. >> Did these get tighter? >> They shouldn't have. They should be a double lock. Just try to >> This is probably the worst thing that could have happened to me. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Calm down. Calm down. All right. >> Just Just breathe in and breathe out. All right. Don't Don't Yeah. Just a little bit. Just try to try to calm down. That's why I open the window for you. Get some fresh air. So, you said uh you said Eastston, he's with he's with a foster family. You were saying >> about my son with you because then when you take me to jail, I'll find it very disrespectful that you don't care. >> Okay. I was just trying I was just trying to talk about trying to keep >> I understand. It's not going to work if you get me one. >> Do you want me to just keep quiet or you want to talk about something else? >> We don't talk at all. Like >> Okay. >> Is there any way you can turn a deal on it? >> Well, that's right. Here, let me put down the other window so you get a breeze through it. But AC doesn't really go through the backside. All right. So, here, let me do this. How's that? Here we go. Like I said, just no yelling out the window or anything. And all right, that's fine. [ __ ] so much. I've been trying to just maneuver nothing. Nope, John. I take I give people rides for money >> like Uber. Help me. Cash Uber. Yes, cash. >> Like a like a Uber or lift. >> Ow. What's this? Really is. Do you see it hurting my wrist? >> Push it down. >> What? Why do you keep moving it? >> What? >> Girl, what is wrong with you? As skinny as her wrists are, I already know the cuffs ain't on tight. So, she's definitely doing whatever to herself. That is not the cuffs. Them I don't even think those cuffs will go tight enough. Like, they'd have to be overlapping themselves to be hurting her wrist. >> What did I What did I tell you? I just said just stay still. >> I'm sweating. I think it's moving on. >> Just like you're praying. Just hold your hands. I literally saw you move it down like you're praying. Stop moving your wrist around. >> Okay. >> All right. >> It just hurts. >> Just like this. Well, you can you you're literally doing like a 360 with your wrist in the >> handcuff. I don't even know how it's supposed to be play. >> Just stop moving it. That's all you have to do. >> But even when I I'm moving it on top of my >> I'm trying to tell you what to do to help you to help your wrist. Hold it like you're praying like this. All right. >> Just hold just hold them like that. >> That's all you have to do. and stop moving. >> Okay, >> that's all you have to do. >> Oh my god. Please don't. >> Like I said, if you're going to start yelling out the window, I'm going to put the windows up, sir. >> Okay. Putting my hands and clothes on out there. There's real criminals out here and I'm driving where I'm not. >> All right. So, she's going to keep crying for Sorry. She's going to keep crying for a little while on how it's everybody else's fault. She's the victim. Nobody else cares. but nobody asked her to make the decisions that she made. And we'll see if there's charges at the end or not. So, I'm trying not to go too far, but I don't see any writing about charges. So, we'll get her out the car at the police station and see what happens. Hold on. I'm just double checking. I don't see any text on the screen. Okay. >> She was charged with drug possession and driving on suspended license. >> License suspended. All right, that's it. I guess >> there you go. [laughter] Those are your choices. All right, this one, y'all. This is me pulling from the vault of one of the videos that made me like, "Oh my god, I think I like watching body cams." So, this says, "Simple traffic stop turns very ugly." This is a classic for me cuz it's a little bit older. Here we go. This is cuz I didn't know how people acted at traffic. I was like, "There's no way. Why are you acting like this? This is my first impression. >> On January 9th, 2022, police officer observed a vehicle crossing over a median in Oel, Georgia. The officer promptly initiated a traffic stop to address the situation. Upon approaching the driver, the officer inquired about the incident, to which the driver initially denied having hit the median. She claimed to have merely executed a left turn. However, within moments, she admitted to having struck the median. >> How you doing? >> I'm well. How are you? >> Good. Why did you just run off the roadway just now? >> I actually Well, I >> You did. I saw you in your whole car. >> Well, I missed over I actually crossed over the roadway. >> Huh? >> I crossed over the road. >> You didn't cross over the roadway. You the fire department right there. I saw everything. You're coming out of the middle school. I don't know why. >> No, I wasn't coming out of middle school. >> You came straight across. >> No, I actually was just riding on the road. >> Huh? >> I was just riding straight on the road. I >> That's what I'm saying. You came straight from back there, which is a middle school. >> I was just back on that road right there. And I didn't cross over a roadway. I just >> This one right here. >> I didn't see the middle the middle part of the road. >> So, I'm coming down this way, right? And you come straight across, which means you came from a middle school. There's nothing over there for you to come straight. >> Middle school. I was on the street. >> So, you took a left. >> Yes, I just turned left. I promise you I >> Where are you coming from? I'm actually coming from where I'm coming from is actually my cousin's house. I'm actually just trying to get back to the house because of >> Tonight has been a crazy night. >> Okay. Have you had any alcohol or anything that would impair you to run off the roadway? >> No, I didn't run off the roadway at all. Have you had any alcohol? You don't agree that you ran off the roadway. Have you had any alcohol? >> Then how did your car go over immediately? How did How did your car go from here to up here to back down when this roadway is nothing but pavement? >> Because I turned left. >> Okay. No, that's that's not making any sense. Okay. You hit something to make your car go up, down. >> Yeah, I hit the median. That's what I just said and you said no. >> Yeah. No. >> Do you see where I'm confused at? >> I say you hit the median, you say no. You say you hit the median, you say yes. >> You had nothing to drink. >> No, I didn't. >> So if you blow into a breathalyzer, you will blow clean. >> 00. The fact that you're thinking is telling me no. >> There's no reason for me to blow into a breathalyzer. >> Yes, there is. You just hit a median. >> No, I just turned. >> Huh? I just turned. >> Okay. And people who are intoxicated turn wide and not the correct way. >> No. >> Or impaired. >> So, but you're you're you're dancing around my question and not answering it. >> I'm not. Wait a minute. >> So, yes or no. Would you blow 0000? >> I'm not. And there was no reason for me to have to blow any. >> Would you blow a 0000? Which you would if you haven't had any alcohol. There's no reason. You ran over a whole concrete medium. [laughter] I love how we're not answering these direct questions >> because I did not like what I just did. I was just driving. >> You just admitted you just admitted to hitting a median. So now I'm asking if you're impaired in the effect of alcohol or any kind of narcotics or substances. So I cannot make you blow into a tube that would prove narcotics. one saying, "If you blew into a breathalyzer, would you blow triple0ero?" It's a yes or no. Have you had alcohol? Yes or no? >> Ma'am. Ma'am or sir? >> It's ma'am. You're correct. >> Okay. You approached me aggressively. However, what I'm trying to do right now is have a conversation with you. >> I understand. But >> but you approached me very aggressively >> because you hit a median, >> ma'am. which is not normal behavior. >> Ma'am, the way that I just turned my car. >> Uhhuh. >> I hit that median only because I did not see that middle part of that. I just turned. >> There's Okay. You didn't hit the median in the middle. You hit the median on the right side of the road. Meaning your car went off the roadway. >> No, my car did not go off any roadway. >> It just turned. It was revealed that the vehicle lacked insurance, prompting the officer to ask the driver to step out of the vehicle. >> Do you have insurance, >> girl? So, you possibly may be impaired. You have ran over the median and you don't have insurance. You don't have There's nothing to be um Oh my gosh, what is the word? Indignant about right now. You again, why do people do this? Where is your insurance on the vehicle? My computer's saying you don't. >> It does not. I'm just trying to get my >> All right. Please step out of the vehicle. >> Oh, please do not do that. Can I please >> I need you I need you to step out of the vehicle. Please >> listen to me very carefully. >> Hey, I need you to step out so that I don't have to force you out. >> You don't tell me what to do. Do you understand that? Step out of the vehicle. >> Please don't do that. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Please do not hold my flashlight. >> Just relax. COME ON OUT HERE. TALK. GRABBING ME RIGHT NOW. >> I UNDERSTAND cuz I've told you to get out. >> But by law, Of course, >> you open my No, I'm already relaxed. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I do not feel comfortable with you grabbing me right now. >> That's That's That's step out of the vehicle. >> Can you please not do this to me, Ryan? >> I am asking you to step out of the vehicle and you didn't. >> No, you you No. What you're doing is being very aggressive. >> I am not being aggressive. If I was aggressive, you would you would already be out of the vehicle. >> Listen, we're being very patient with you. She just >> sweetheart, you're going to get my 911 dispatch center. I need you to step out. >> Excuse me, >> ma'am. Listen to me. >> I have an officer with her hand. >> She's talking to me on the radio. Now, get out of the vehicle before about being >> Why am I being detained? >> You're being >> She's being 27. I'm trying to get her out of vehicle. Please. What? You just approached me. >> Can you get out of the vehicle? >> No. I was I was fine, but you were aggressive when you approached me. >> Look at me. Look at me. Listen to me. >> I'm fine. >> I'm scared right now because you just grab your hand off of No, that's not happening. >> It should. >> It's not going to >> cuz at this moment >> at this moment you're under arrest. But >> end of story. >> You have to help me understand why I'm under >> you're under arrest for failure to maintain lane driving with no insurance and knowing. >> Okay. >> Those are valid reasons, ma'am. To be under arrest. You got to you got to let this go. You got to sit this out. >> I know I don't have insurance. >> Okay. That's an arrestable offense and you're under arrest. >> And that's fine. But you but you >> step out of the vehicle. >> You said >> I'm going to give you one more chance and then you can either be forcefully taken out or I will tase you. >> Why are you trying to fight me? I'm not trying to fight about >> I have asked you so many times a person step out. All you got to do is put >> We're not contacting anybody. I've asked you to step out and you're stepping out and that's >> step out of the vehicle. >> Can you not grab my phone? >> We're getting out. >> I'm getting out the car. Please do not do that. >> I have asked you so many times. >> PLEASE. I'M I'M ABOUT TO GET OUT OF THE CAR, but you're doing too much. >> Everything is on body. >> You're doing too much. >> I'm not I've asked so many times. >> Please not fight me. Stand up, >> sweetheart. I mean, YOU TAKE MY YOU OPEN MY DOOR AND GRAB MY ARM >> BECAUSE YOU'RE under arrest and I have the right to do that. >> I have the right to OPEN YOUR DOOR. BUT YOU DON'T HAVE A RIGHT TO GRAB MY ARM. NO, you do not. >> Then you can fight it in court. Step out. >> On the count of three, get out. >> Turn around and face away from me. >> And put your hands behind your back, please. >> Relax. See, that's all you had to do. Nobody's getting hurt. You're fine. I'm just listen. See? >> No. She is very very >> sweetheart. This is not aggressive. Okay. Officer, >> this is my sergeant walking up right now. >> Okay, look. >> Can you call officer? >> Where does he work? >> Where does Where does Officer Clampton work? >> Ma'am, why did you do that? >> You just said to call him, so I need to know where he works to call him. >> Oh, classic name dropping. And they were willing to call the bluff on this one. So, yeah, where they work at so they can call them. Wow. Yeah, just um chill out. If you already know you're in the wrong, you don't have the right documentation. You're possibly driving under the influence and you definitely admitted you ran over a median. You're not in the right in this. [clears throat] Like, what are you doing? You and then to not listen to any of the lawful orders and tell them they wrong. It's crazy. >> Okay, walk on this way. Come on, just let let my arm go. >> Okay, relax. >> Let my arm go. I said relax if you let my arm go. Come on. Come on. >> You are doing too much. >> I didn't understand. >> I need her number right now. >> It's going to be on all your information and citations. >> Just relax. Relax. Relax. It's going to be okay. I don't want you following. >> Um I guess right here. Have a seat right there and just chill out a minute. Okay. >> I have a disarm in my hand. >> Okay. I'll get it for you. Okay. Just sit down and chill out just a minute. Okay. We'll talk to you. Watch your feet. Okay. Okay. >> The driver was arrested and placed into a police vehicle. While in custody, she began loudly. >> We were very patient with her. We didn't illegal arrest. >> I wasn't even yelling, dude. So, what are you charging? >> I'm like, are you going to blow triple0? Yes or no? >> Oh, she has all kinds of That's fresh. >> Let's call We'll call cops, see if they got anything in theirs. passport. >> I got it right here. >> Okay, >> here you go. Do you need it here? >> Yeah. Let me search the vehicle >> cuz this might help. >> I'm really glad. Like I almost sprayed her. I got my pepper spray out. The sprayer and then she got out. >> Yeah. >> I didn't pat her down or anything, did you? >> I No, but we'll we'll do it before we go. I just wanted to get her in the car. And I >> can't tell what this is. This is brush. >> Okay. This yellow and green paint transfer has scrapes off your fingernail. >> Dude, what is that? What's on the green >> car >> or blue or whatever the hell it is? >> Maybe she Well, maybe that's two separate wrecks. >> Yeah, >> 106. >> Hey, what? We have all this paint stuff on your car. Did you hit anything? Like you have a lot of paint transfers. Are you okay? Are you okay? >> I'm great. Okay. >> Your officer pulled me over because I ran over the median. >> Okay. >> I'm not at I'm not drunk. I haven't been drinking. And y'all are searching my vehicle illegally. >> Okay. >> So, you have picked up everything out of my car and she is searching my bag illegally. >> Okay. >> Illegally. >> Well, not now. What the problem is is now and she is going through my purse. There is nothing that she's going to find. This is illegal and this is a problem at this moment. I need to call my attorney. >> Okay. Well, we'll let you call your attorney cuz you are under arrest. >> Yo, no. >> You are under she's arrested you. I DON'T KNOW WHY SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHY SHE ARRESTED YOU. >> I said I don't know what all >> you guys know this is wrong, right? >> So, listen. Um, did you hit anything that you KNOW OF? >> MY CAR HAS BEEN DAMAGED BEFORE THEY GOT >> THAT'S WHAT I'M ASKING. BEFORE MY BEFORE I EVEN CROSSED OVER THAT MEDIA AND I DID NOT SEE that meeting. >> Have you anything tonight in another jurisdiction or anything? Pardon me. >> Have you ran in ANY WRECK? >> NO, MY CAR IS WHAT WAS RIGHT PRIOR to y'all arresting me. >> Okay. I'm just asking. >> I have police reports and everything. >> Okay. Which what do you know what you hit before when you got in a wreck before? >> Yeah, my car was never hit anything before. I It just ran over the medium because I didn't see it. >> Okay. What about the sides? You have some blue and yellow. >> Oh my goodness. I have a police report from Atlanta. APD. >> She's She said you've done it illegally and we detained her and all this. >> Why you >> I just want to make sure she didn't hit anything over there. >> I never hit anything over here. Period. >> Okay. Well, we'll just check. >> I just crossed over at the median and she pulled me over. >> Okay. >> And the devil is a liar. And you all Oh, the devil is a liar. >> Okay. All right. >> And you're going to allow this to happen as your as her sergeant? You said >> the other officer here. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, I'm her backup. >> Okay. I need to make sure that y'all get out of my card. I never gave anyone permission to stop. >> Well, now it's being inventoried because you're under arrest. It's being towed. We're in >> But I'm being arrested because she said that I crossed over a median. I did hit the median. However, [clears throat] I was pulled over. What I should have been pulled over for was no insurance. Correct. >> Yes. >> I don't know. Do you not have insurance? I just got here. Do you not have insurance either? >> Your officer detained me for no reason. >> Okay, >> this is bad. Oh my, >> this is crazy. I do think she's impaired. She just doesn't slur her words because the comprehension level is at zero. And I'd rather believe you're impaired than this is just how you are sober. [laughter] Um the she named your charges a few times. She named first why you were detained before you were arrested, then why you were being arrested. She listed it over and over and over. If you're going to sit there and say they never told me, I have to believe there's something going on with you because they definitely keep clearly stating why you're in the back of this police car. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> Yes, I have. And I know the law >> for what? Was you arrested before before? You're not a felon, though, right? >> Okay. All right. Well, we'll let you call somebody in just a second. >> Yeah. This is bad, though. >> I understand. What just happened is very bad. I know I know you're fresh and your sergeant who just pulled off. >> Oh, do you want do you want your purse to go with you or do you want to leave it in the car? >> I want my phone. I want both of my phones and >> phones and purses. >> Phones and purses. >> Yep. Okay. She's going to get them for you. >> Oh, and y'all just search more Do you have more than one purse? Y'all search my purse illegally? You search my purse illegally? >> Do you have more than one? >> And my phone that is in my car. >> Do you want just that one and two phones? The devil is a liar. >> Okay. Well, we'll we'll handle that later. But >> the devil is a liar. >> How can we help you tonight? >> The devil is a liar, but so are you. Also, she keeps telling herself at the same time, then she'll start lying again. >> These can get this bag and two phones. Is that all you want? >> I want y'all to explain to me why you just arrested me. >> Well, she's going to explain why she arrest you here in a minute. >> Okay. But right now, we have to get >> I got to know if you have another bag that you want to take with you. No, I want y'all to explain to me why y'all arrested me. That's my purse and my um >> Okay. >> The bags that's in the back. She can she can stop searching my vehicle though. Okay. >> Illegally. >> Okay. >> Y'all know y'all in trouble, right? >> Okay. >> Okay. This is bad. >> Like I said, I just want to make sure we got your bags for you. >> Ooh, this is bad. So, this is so bad for y'all. >> Okay, we're getting those two phones in the bag. Anything else you need? >> Is there anything else you need? >> My phones. >> Okay, we'll get both phones in that one bag. Is there anything else? my phone that is actually >> okay >> on my dash. I think she grabbed both of my phone. >> A phone on her dash. >> I have two phones. >> We'll get both those phones in this one bag. Is there anything else you want us to get you? >> Okay. All right. >> An explanation. >> Okay. We'll get all that to you, too. Okay. >> I need to see y'all's um the sergeant. I need him to come back and I'll take you to talk to the next person in charge. >> Okay. We'll let you talk to him, too. No. Before y'all take me to the precinct, I need to talk to >> Well, they won't come out here. Okay. We'll take you to them. >> Mhm. The devil is the >> Hello. Hey, I'm going to be the jailer tonight. I'm going to be the one booking you in. I'm just going to explain everything to you. I know you're upset right now, so that's why I'm coming at you. I'm going explain everything. >> I'm sorry. You don't You don't know what's going on. You just walked in. You have no idea what just happened to me. And what's unfortunate is No, baby. We don't have nothing to talk about because I'm I'm already in cuz what they just did was very illegal to me and it's fine because it's about >> they always say I don't want to talk to talk about then they go on to talk and talk and talk >> about to be real big about it. >> Okay. Can I explain something to you though? >> What do you want to explain? >> Okay. >> Who are you? >> I am Officer Le Fevers. >> Okay. Officer >> Levers. >> Okay. I want everybody badge number because the moment that y'all give me an option, I'm Oh, this is about to be real big on the news because that lady man, whatever she wants to call herself. Oh, it's about to be a big problem. >> Okay. >> No, ain't no Okay, y'all just tried ME AND IT'S A problem because she pulled me over because I ran over the medium when I turned my car. So the problem is is that when the only >> I do think she's like impaired. Again, I'm going here again. It's not a medium, it's a median. And she said it correctly earlier. I just feel like her brain isn't all the way present because of whatever she was drinking on. >> Thing that I should be in in trouble for is the fact that my car has no insurance and no registration. The problem is is that y'all just illegally searched my vehicle. She went through my bag and everything. She found a pen about whatever. However, that y'all this about to BE A BIG DEAL. OUR STILL AIN'T THAT BIG FOR Y'ALL TO EVEN WORRY ABOUT THAT. You said, >> "Well, MJ, was this ever a big deal?" I wish I knew what year this happened. I know it's at least 2022, 2023 that this happened. Did she make the headlines in your in your area? Because she said it's going to be a big deal. It's making news. >> You the jailer right now, BABY. IT'S A BIG DEAL. I need to talk. >> The pen is >> I don't That pen is not mine. >> Okay. Well, it's in your possession, unfortunately. >> And y'all illegally pulled me over and arrested me. >> Okay. Here, I'm going to go. >> So, at the end of the day >> Okay. Well, right now, here's where we stand, though. Okay. Cuz >> what do you want? What? Where are you coming to say to me? >> You're under arrest. I'm going to take you back to the PD. Okay. >> I need to talk to somebody. She snatched me out that car >> illegally and put her hands on me. >> All right. No, ma'am. She did not do anything. >> She did. [laughter] Oh, she did. Cuz she opened my door and she put her hands on me and she illegally searched my vehicle. >> She did do something illegal. >> Okay. Well, at this point, >> she searched my vehicle. >> Nothing changes you being under arrest. Okay. >> At this point. >> Okay. Is my sound low? Uh, let me check. Uh, hopefully it's not. I see my little bubble still going strong. Is everything okay or is the sound starting to get a little crazy? >> The driver faces multiple charges including driving without insurance and registration, suspended registration, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and obstruction of Leo. >> I'm going to I'm going >> All right, we're going to the next one since we saw her charges. Yeah, that this one is super short. Okay. Well, first of all, again, like they said, sophisticated drunk [laughter] cuz she wasn't slurring, but that woman had some sips. Okay, this one says, "What happens when you're you've never heard the word no?" This is a rest cam. This is only 4 minutes and 56 seconds. This is one of the times the cop does not have patience for anything. So, here we go. [screaming] >> If you like arrest content, be sure to subscribe so you miss out on future videos. Dear Officer Von O'Keefe, I am writing this letter to express my sincerest apologies for my behavior during the incident on August 25th, 2024 at approximately 11:00 a.m. at Tavern, Florida. I understand that my actions, specifically resisting officer and battery on officer, were unacceptable and caused distress. I take full responsibility for my behavior and deeply regret the inconvenience and harm I caused. I understand that officers have a difficult job and I regret any disrespect or burden I placed on you while you were simply performing your duty. My behavior was not a reflection of my character and I sincerely hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. Moving forward, I am committed to improving my behavior and handling similar situations with more composure and respect for authority. I am prepared to take steps to learn from this experience and ensure that it does not happen again. Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope you can accept my sincere apology. A older mature adult either helped her write this or chat GPT did or an attorney did. I'm telling that right now. I'm just going to get ahead of you because I don't lie. You are under arrest for felony fleeing and looting, resisting arrest, obstructing official business. >> I have you on camera parking the car and getting out of it. Okay? You know you did it, but we're going to get to that in a second. You have the right to remain silent. Anything that you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney before or during any questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided to you for free. Do you understand those rights? >> Mhm. >> All right. Understanding those rights, you want to answer some questions for me. >> Why' you run? >> You said what? >> Why'd you run? I ran from you >> because I don't like dealing with police. That's why I ran. >> I'm backing up. You were driving that Jaguar on a 160 or Kinsman and MLK. You had just passed Kingsbury. You were pulling up around me, passing me at 55 miles an hour. I got behind you, lit you up at MLK and you took off. I watched you drive left or center passing all those cars below that red light. You are so lucky you're alive right now. I can't believe you did that. That's why you're under arrest. I have you on camera. I could see you with my eyes driving that car. I knew it was you. All right. You almost had me going for a second. All right. And then I have you on camera parking the car right here, getting out of it, and walking towards your store at 1:21. >> All right. So, I know you weren't. >> I I just want to know why. What was going through your mind? What did you think was going to happen if I stopped you? >> I ran from you because I do not want to go back to jail. >> Why did you think you were going to >> I'm getting my life together. That is the whole her life is never going to be together. Her logic is I ran from the initial traffic stop. I ran from the traffic stop because I didn't want to go to jail. Like they weren't going to find you. And now you have fleeing and eluding. Then you're lying. So you're probably going to get obstructing or something. Okay. You had a suspended license. Sometimes they take you to jail, sometimes they don't. But you can't be getting your life together making all these crazy decisions. There's no way. >> I swear to God. That's why I ran from you. I don't want to go through this. >> But you realize, let me >> What are you talking about? >> You know what? It's not really point. I'm just going to tell you this for the future. All right. I would have stopped you, found out you didn't have a driver's license. We would have had somebody with a valid driver's license come drive the car for you. That would have been the end of it. You would have got a ticket in a court date. Yeah. But you wouldn't be going to Why would you go to jail? I don't understand what your mind where where was your mind. >> I'm just looking for an answer why you didn't stop when I lit you up. Lights and sirens. >> First of all, sir, if I knew you was going to do all this, I would have never gave you the address of my job ever. You would never find me, right? You would you would have secret indicted me whatever you was going to do through the mail, right? >> No, I was going to come find that car. then you would have still been in the same spot. This is crazy. The logic is crazy. He just they just would have issued a warrant for your arrest and you would have gone to jail cuz next time you got stopped or however they found you, you'd have a warrant to be arrested. Whereas he was saying you could have just gotten a court date. If you show up to court, then you've done your part and that's it. >> I was on my way down here already. I had a feeling that that's the direction we I was following it on camera. It's this direction. So, we would have ended up here most likely. I would have watched you walk. >> Look at you start this. You a rookie. Why you woman? >> He's not a rookie. >> This dude got officer up here. >> Why you got the wrong one? >> He's a traffic car. >> Because it's my job to keep people doing dumb stuff on the road with yesterday. 4072. >> But let me tell you why people run from y'all. >> So you did run from him from the traffic stop? >> Oh, you didn't run from the traffic stop? >> I ran from him when I seen you behind. >> You ever kill anybody? >> Huh? >> You ever kill anybody? So, when can I bind out? What time is it? >> It's 2:12. >> So, my mother can bind me out right now, right? I I don't you ain't to county yet. >> But we are gonna have EMS check you out before we go to county. >> We gonna have EMS check you out before you go to county though. >> So we got to still sit here. >> Yeah, we don't EMS to check you out. >> Okay. I'm wait I'm I'm waiting to get your ticket. >> Okay. >> Oh, I can tell what's going on. >> Huh? >> What's the wait for? >> What's the wait for? Well, he's giving you a ticket. So, I have to wait for that ticket. >> So, y'all only can make calls when the ticket comes. >> No, I didn't say that. I said I'm waiting until >> Why? >> Why? >> That's just what I choose to do. Just wait. There's no rush. We not leaving yet. >> Oh, it is arrest for me if I want my money up. What you trying to call her when y'all pulling off? >> I'm confused. Why are we still sitting here? >> Cuz we have to wait for your ticket. Then you're going to the hospital. Then you're going to jail. No. >> No. We have to wait. No. >> You have to wait for your ticket. >> So, okay. You declining my rights. >> Look, we offered you. >> I'm not declining your rights. >> Talking to you. >> I'm not. >> Well, I'm I'm talking to you now. >> I don't give a I'm not talking to you. >> You want to go to the hospital? >> I want to go to the hospital. >> We're going to take you to the hospital. >> Take me. So, let's you just hand all this to them. >> I'm going to put in the booker for you and you guys will be good to handle how you need to handle something. >> Appreciate you. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Appreciate you. You uh >> Yep. No metro since it's right there by the jail. >> Okay. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, fire prior deputy sheriff patrol sergeant. >> All right. Wow. Wow. Wow. She was a pain in the behind. Oh, okay. I think this is another All of them have been pains in the behind, but here's another one. Cocky driver crashes into security and thinks he makes the rules. All right. So, security was patrolling their area and this driver was mad that the security guy was kind of following him and he he did enough to put a little damage on the security's car and he has a little damage on his car. Um, he did it on purpose and yeah, you can see the fallout from that. >> Going to say the story again cuz I'm I'm a real gangster for real and I don't like repeating stuff for real and I'm being honest. What is >> Stop tensing up. You're going to get tased if you tense up. >> Man, that's how George Floyd died. >> On March 27th, 2023, police responded to an apartment complex after a crash was reported. Security told officers that while they were patrolling the property, a black Nissan had been driving around before crashing into a security vehicle. >> Morning. >> Looks like a signal four. between uh >> resident over there who's yelling at them and then this security car >> um >> but um >> kill these [ __ ] I'm going kill these lights. >> I'm on these guys. I can't see [ __ ] >> Yeah. Um it's like a SWAT call out for a crash they have. So um I don't know. >> Swap call out for >> for themselves. Yeah. Everybody >> find these guys. Tell them to hit their lights. >> They just walk over here. >> All right. Tell them to kill their lights. They don't need >> my man. Yo, can y'all kill these lights? Can you just kill the lights? >> So, they tell you how it happened or No. >> So, he's the signal for one of the vehicles. Um, he was telling him about it. I didn't catch the whole thing. >> All right. Let me see if they kill these lights or not. >> What's your name, man? >> Rodney. >> Brad. >> Rodney. >> Rodney. >> What's going on, Rod? >> Um, he goes every morning. Um, he goes the wrong way around the roundabout. Um, never seen him before. I decide to follow him to make sure he was supposed to be here. So he comes back this way. He gets out of his car. Why you follow him? >> Okay. So we have another person that went against traffic cuz they go around the roundabout in the wrong direction. So that was his reason for like, all right, I'm I'mma see what he's about. Fine, >> man. I'm just doing my job. That's it. Just making sure you supposed to be here. I got to keep everybody's stuff, you know, safe. Um he started in hostile. yelling, cussing, "Don't [ __ ] follow me." blah blah blah. And I'm like, "Hey, this just part of my job." Okay. Uh, after he started getting hostile, I decided to get his tag. Get his tag because I got a right to sit in my cat if people was getting hostile. So, I decided to get his tag. He got upset about that. Then he started throwing threats. Hey, we can shoot. We can do all of this. I mean, >> what you got to do about how you feel? >> I still got to be here to do my job. Okay. and he was hollering about how he ain't from here and hiding and everybody. >> Was there an accident or anything like that? >> Yeah. So, I decided to pull off because he decided to back out of his parking spot. So, I back off and I pulled off to go this way because I figured I was in front of him. So, I figured he was just going to AD line it out. Um, he followed me because I was going to make this left. He decided to make this left as well, but he gassed up to the right side of the car. So, I slam on my brakes. The car rocked at that point. he decides to open, you know, because he's at this stupid little angle, he tries to open the door. And at that point, once he opens the door, I pull off and then I go around and he comes around this way. So, I back up again, you know, to give him his room, let him know, hey, do what you got to do. Once I back up again, he pulls off. I continue to follow him. He decides to come around this building. And at that point, well, he didn't go around this building. He went all the way around. Like I said, I thought at that point he went up this line, the second line over there to go out. Didn't go out. He decided to go towards this little oneway next to the uh the lake. At that point, at that point, I stopped right here in front of 78 and I leave him alone because I know I can see him. You You didn't ask about that, but I'm trying to honestly just answer any questions that you could ask me up front. Okay? So, you working with me, I'm working with you. I literally I I talked to her. I'm not drunk. I'm I'm very coherent. I was in the back seat. I was not behind the wheel. I got behind the wheel because I got out because literally >> Okay. And now he's walking over here. Like, so who do I talk to at this point? >> So his car, he's being arrested for reckless driving. >> One of them, one of the females was hanging outside the sunroof when they drove by him. >> Gotcha. So that's why reason why he stopped him and I don't know what the hell is going on with the school we got in the back of our car right now >> about to bust our window out. >> Yeah. >> I think she was uh >> I was say we could take her shoes off. She go ahead and kick it down. >> Any one of you guys have a valid driver's license? >> We I think that we all actually have valid driver's license. >> Okay. >> You have one? >> I have a valid driver's license. >> All right. You want to give it to me? my DC. I can get it. Get >> you can give it to me. >> How much you had to drink that night? >> Actually, I had one drink and one shot and it was at Feathers. >> And what time was that? >> I think I got my bill at like 9:54 cuz they close at 10:00. >> And that was the last time you drank something? >> That was the last time I drank something. Here you go. Ma'am, take a seat. Take a seat. Take a seat. I'm not playing with you. Take a seat. >> Oh my god. I mean, I don't care. I don't care about none of that. Take a seat. >> Wow. That's crazy. I be able to have a good time and go out. I wasn't driving. I wouldn't do nothing. All she has to do Exactly, Jamie. Just All she has to do is just Hey, chill out until they get this figured out cuz you're not in trouble. You were You are a passenger. You can be drunk. You cool, but sit down until it's time to leave. Like, stop trying to do all this extra stuff. Just be still. That's all. >> I wasn't a driver today. Like, I'm not trying to, you know, illegal ass [ __ ] right? I'm not trying to evade, but I'm going around here. >> Ma'am, we just talked about it. Listen, if if you keep standing up, we're going to have a problem. Sit down. Sit down. >> Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. >> Sit down. Not cool. >> Not cool at all. >> I did what was supposed to be done. Like I'm not driving the bike and I'm still being forced. Like this is not cool at all. >> So what happened? You called an Uber. >> Yes. I got >> And y'all got in the Uber? >> Yes. And y'all ped for Uber? Okay. What happened? Why? >> That's it. >> That's it. >> You know the Uber drivers? >> I don't know about the Uber driver. >> Are you going to Are you going to release it? Release the car to a sober person. >> All right. So, Mr. Smith, >> you want me to release the car to to one of your compatriots over there? One of the mh. Yes. You say >> you said yes. >> Okay. >> Hey, question for you. All right. And you can be honest with me. Don't matter to me. Uh because your friend that's in the back seat is willing to release the car to someone that can actually physically drive the car away. All right. She cannot because she's intoxicated. I can already tell that. All right. So, all right. Are you a dog skating? >> No, no, no. Just Just listen to what he's saying. Just Okay. Okay. I get it. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. Just listen to what he's saying. >> Are you capable of driving? >> I'm I'm 100% capable of driving. >> And if you don't want to, it don't matter to me. Makes no difference to me. >> It's It's either I blow into a butter or I give you What? What was the other sample? >> What was the other one? >> I was going to say I check your eyes. >> Oh, yeah. Can I do an eye check? >> Yeah, that's fine. All right, come on over here real quick. >> The only reason I'm not taking the bus life because I I'm I'm I'm >> just trying to find out if you're able to drive the car. If not, it don't matter to me. Like I said, I'm not primary officer. That's the primary officer. We'll just go ahead and get a tow truck out here and just don't have to worry about it. Okay. >> So, >> no, don't tell me to come out. Oh, well, [clears throat] I'mma scoot you forward some. Let's see. I don't know if he's about to do his DUI test. Look like Yeah, he's doing his DUI test to see if he can drive. >> I can feel myself moving my head. I'm sorry. >> Yeah, we're not going to let you drive that car, man. What's your name? >> Beautiful. >> Beautiful. >> Girl, stop it right now. [laughter] >> What's your last name? >> Beautiful. Beautiful. Why you Why you pulling my brother? Why you What you What you doing to my brother? I'm I'm not about to answer no questions for you cuz y'all was wrong and what y'all did was wrong. It wasn't you. I know it wasn't you. My anger is not towards you. My anger is not towards you. My anger is not towards you. It was towards those offensive officers that reprimanded how they did. >> How they did that 85. I was in the back seat. >> Back seat. >> Like damn near five minutes later, we're on the way home. They pulled us off, but they yanked me out the back seat. I don't play them type games, bro. I'm from up north. I'M FROM THAT DOWN. I'M not from down south. I'm not from down south. I know HOW THE LAW WORK UP NORTH. I'm from DC. Washington DC. >> That doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. >> [laughter] >> you. I I I feel like right now some people from DC would rather you not represent them. It doesn't matter. >> Said I KNOW HOW THE LAW WORK. >> I'M FROM JERSEY. Why you upset? Why you talking to me? BECAUSE I'M UPSET. TALK to me. >> BECAUSE A BLACK OFFICER >> MHM. >> UNNECESSARILY REPRIMANDED ME. THAT'S WHY I'M UPSET. >> OKAY. >> SO, get me up. >> Well, we're going to grab her and put her over here. >> All right. >> All right. So, we're going to get this girl out. All right. I'm going to have you search her. All right. Ask her if she's got any ID and everything. Um cuz she might be a handful when we try and put her over here. You ready? >> Huh? >> You ready? >> Let's get it. >> I don't want you to touch me. I WILL WALK OUT BY MYSELF. DO NOT PUT YOUR ARMS ON ME AT ALL. >> Stand out. Get out of here. >> CUZ YOU ARE AGGRESSIVE. BACK UP. >> I'm getting OUT AND YOU CAN BACK UP. YOU PUTTING YOUR ARMS ON ME. LOOK AT HIM. LOOK AT HIM. LOOK AT HIM. OH, out of your face. >> NO, I'M NOT. I'M NOT, BRO. PUT >> YOUR HANDS DOWN. PUT YOUR HANDS DOWN. >> I'm okay. I am okay. LOOK AT ME. I'M OKAY. >> I'm okay. >> You know, just stop. >> Just Okay, I'm Listen. Okay, >> just >> Her name is Jasmine. We've been yelling it multiple times. You've heard it. >> What's her last name? >> Jazz. Just please just stop. Hold on. Hold on. No. No. No. Please. Please. Go right there. Go right there and please talk to her. Please talk to her. Go right there. Right there. >> If you can fire her, you can go. You just don't interrupt the officers. But if you can't fire, go and quiet. >> I don't I don't trust you. >> We can't you down. I'm tired of talking about this. Go sit down. >> GO SIT DOWN. >> SIT DOWN. SIT DOWN. >> If I'm going to TALK TO YOU AGAIN ABOUT THIS, you will be in cuff. You understand? If I have to talk to you about this again, you will be getting caught. >> Yeah, I GOT MY ARMS OUT. [ __ ] YOU AIN'T EVEN KNOW THAT. I'LL POP YOU ON YOUR [ __ ] BALD ASS CLAN ASS [ __ ] >> You bought my [ __ ] BUT MY WAS OUT THIS WHOLE TIME. I COULD HAVE POPPED ALL OF Y'ALL IN YOUR MOTHER FACES. >> SO, you you want a felony charge, huh? >> But she know the law. >> Okay. [laughter] looking at you. Okay. >> I'm looking at you. OKAY. >> I'M BEING CALM. WHEN I GOT OFF THE CAR, HE WAS BEING AGGRESSIVE. >> LOOK, OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. LOOK. I need you. No. No. Stop. Please. Please. Please. I pro. Okay. Please. >> Thank you. Please stop. Please stop. Please stop. Please stop. You know, you know I I'm your brother. Okay. I've had you all these years. Please stop. Just please stop. Okay. Please stop. I got you. I got you. So, okay. Okay. I know. Okay. Please just stop. Please. Okay. >> Please, please, please. Okay, please. Please, please, Jasma, I can't I can't go against them. Okay, please just stop. >> I I will come and get you KIDNAPPED ASS [ __ ] STOP. LISTEN, MAN. STOP. STOP. >> I'm talking to you. STOP. >> STOP DOING IT. >> My lord. >> Shut up. Shut up. Whatever with the we >> Now, you said if they let you near your sister, you can calm her down. So, okay. I'm waiting to see if this works. You you you're doing all your methods. Let's see >> do after this. Stop. We will do it. Okay. Stop crying. >> I got you. >> What? What? Y'all y'all taking her? >> What? >> Oh, that officer's going to take her. >> Yeah, she's interested. >> Okay, just be quiet. Just be quiet, please. Just be quiet. There there's nothing that we can do in this. >> No, not after she started fighting with that officer. She was realized that before she started FIGHTING WITH >> THAT WAS >> OKAY. STOP. STOP TALKING. STOP TALKING. OKAY. LOOK, I'M actually being charged with one question. One question. One more question. >> She's being charged with obstruction >> based on the fact that what she did with that officer. >> Okay. OKAY. >> STOP TALKING. STOP. STOP. Listen to stop. Okay. With obstruction. She literally had her arms behind her back. What did she do with her? >> She was fighting with him. He could not even get her She could not even get He could not even get her other arm into a handcuff until we showed up. So, yes, she was fighting with him. Everything's been on video. Okay. So, she is going to jail for an obstruction charge. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. I wasn't here before until I showed up and you guys are all sitting down here. >> Okay. So, who was actually here when this happened? >> That officer. That >> just that one. Just that one. >> He's the one >> who had the other guy that came and he was fighting with her when we pulled up. >> Okay. All right. Okay. >> When you fight with an officer, you go to jail. >> I get it. I get it. I get it. I get it. My sister is just mad. >> Okay. I understand. She's mad. She's irritated. She's drunk. >> Okay. I understand that. >> No way that I can just leave them both together. >> Yeah. They're riding in the same car together. Going to the same place together. >> Hey, other side. cuz that guy's in there. But wait until she gets over here before you open the door. >> Run the CAMERAS BACK FIRST. PLEASE RUN THE CAMERAS BACK FIRST. I'M NOT GOING NOWHERE TILL I RUN THE CAMERAS BACK FIRST. Run the CAMERAS BACK FIRST. RUN THE CAMERAS BACK FIRST BECAUSE Y'ALL KNOW Y'ALL WAS DAMN WRONG ON ME. Run the cameras back. >> Cole take it. >> But Cole got somebody else in there. He got the melon. >> Yeah, that boy together. >> Oh, you want to put them in? >> All right, cool. No. Run the cameras back, bro. That's not an option. Running the cameras. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? JASMINE, STOP. >> OKAY, just stop and just go, people. Just stop. Stop. >> OKAY. OKAY. I'M NOT EVEN TRYING TO DO THAT WITH YOU. >> Over here. >> Over here. >> STOP. STOP. DANG, I WAS IN THE CHAT. WHAT questions did he ask? Dang it. What questions did he ask? [laughter] Cuz I saw Dean said, "Take the brother to jail for asking those dumb questions." I see he didn't calm her down. I see she was he she over here kicking these vehicles. >> The reason why she's going to jail. And I'll um since this video is going to end, I'll also give a verbal response to the question that Aquarius asked because I'm sure others are wondering, but I yeah, I'll give a verbal response. We're almost done with the video so I don't interrupt the video. >> I'm going TO SUE Y'ALL SO BAD, BRO. I'm sue y'all so bad, bro. I'm to sue y'all so bad. Put my [ __ ] in the car. >> She had one, but now she's going to uh Fton County. >> We're taking an officer. >> What do you want to car? I know you're going to, but can I get the key to the car? >> You cannot have the keys to the car. >> Can I get my purse? >> You guys get your property out of the car. That's not a problem. Yeah, it's got it's got to go with the tow truck. Okay, >> that's all. >> Can I get my purse? >> You get whatever. >> I have no idea where our purchase car is. >> It's in Danny's car. >> It's going to be in that car right over there. >> It's in Danny's car. >> Don't forget her. KNOW WHAT RECORDING [ __ ] RECORDING [ __ ] ARRESTED ME YOU HEAD ASS MOTHER [ __ ] >> YOU [ __ ] >> NO THIS MOTHER [ __ ] THIS ASS MOTHER STOP. >> STOP. MHM. >> The operator of the vehicle was charged with reckless endangerment and transported to the Atlanta City Jail. The woman was transported to the hospital for evaluation due to her continued resistance during the arrest where she remained combative. After being medically cleared, she was released back into police custody and transported to the Fulton County Jail, where she was formally booked on felony obstruction and two counts of simple battery against an officer. What do you think? Did the officer handle the situation? >> Child, that's why she Yeah. Ended up in Fton County and that place is it's bad. Bad. It's somebody that you know it's somebody that died there from being eaten up from bed bugs. Eating up from bed bugs. No. No. Fton County is nothing to play with. You think you big and bad. You don't want to go. It's grown men that don't want to be there. Woody said he would snitch on anybody and make up lies just to make sure he didn't have to stay there no more. Like Fton County ain't nothing to play with. Okay. All right. So, um usually, and honestly, this might be cuz I've been trying to do one of my next um lives where it's just more personal with just me talking to the camera and stuff and I'll be trying to think about topics to talk about. And so, I may or may not have kind of talked about it before, but I'll I'll I'll answer you, Aquarius. I don't have a problem answering you. I had to ask what do you mean at first cuz it did like the way the question was I was like dang it seemed like basically why are you degrading this now [laughter] your or why is your channel gone down and why are you doing this content versus what you found me for like you said because you said I start off strong meaning in contrast I've gone to a a not a a weaker type of content. That's what it seemed like. I'm not saying that's what you said but that's what the question seemed like. So um and I'm very open about this. I'm very you know um like so I don't take offense but I was like I don't want to answer in a way and that's not how she was asking that question. But basically law the passion for the lawsuits didn't go away. I just varied my content because YouTube is still punishing me for trying to pigeon hole me into only love and marriage Huntsville content because my lawsuits as a whole don't get pushed to you. Like it didn't even notify you that I did Candy and Todd or I'm or I did Megan the Stallion or whoever else I did. It won't notify you because it wasn't a Love and Marriage Huntsville lawsuit. So, I have to fight the algorithm to teach it. You're not going to pigeon hole me and I'm going to do all kinds of content I like, which I kind of slack on doing my art stuff, too. And I got to figure out, you know, is that just We'll see how that works its way back in. But I've always liked this stuff. Um, I just am trying to figure out how to cater or or categorize it. So, I do playlist now. So, the body cams, it'll show up in its own playlist. Court court reactions sometimes show up in its own playlist. And then I have my lawsuits. But I do I'm trying to channel my lawsuits to my second channel legal at some point. But if it's more pop cultury like Meg the Stallion, Candy and Todd, I keep it over here. I actually kind of dual stream from both channels to do those because it kind of fits both of them. But I'm like, I started that legal at some point channel for a reason. Um, yeah. But see, that's the thing that quality, I guess I'm going to have to say quality over quantity. And I don't mean quality of people, but quality of my content over quantity. And it is so easy right now. All I have to do is go fuss, rant, or whatever, and I can get those hundreds of people back and go find, you know, something to talk about, and I can get them back. I'm making a conscious choice that it is not about the numbers and it is about me feeling satisfied with what I got on the live to do or uploaded a video to do and I get off. And I left a lot of that topic alone when Mel left. Oh yeah, nobody does. Nobody does. In fact, I made a video that was saying like um I'm okay that I I average like 300 views right now on a video and I'm okay with that because I know what I did. I made a conscious choice to vary my content. And while YouTube still wants to pigeon hole me to love and marriage homesville only, I have to be content with that's not what I want to do though. That's not where I am. Melody pivoted. I have pivoted. I was pre- pivoting and I heard she was kind of a confirmation for me about it. Um, and speaking of Jay Taylor, uh, y'all will be the first to know, but my box came in with his fragrances and stuff. So, I will be trying to get a live done this weekend. um of smelling his room sprays or whatever he put in the box. I'm I'm I'm going to do that. So, I but again, because it's not necessarily going to have a love and marriage hunt tag, don't know if you'll get notified about it, but I'm going strong. My interests haven't changed, but what I present out and the variety I present out has changed. And even when I was doing Love and Marriage Homesville, I did the content, but YouTube wouldn't tell you then either. And I was like, "Okay, I'm going to do what makes me, you know, feel satisfied that I followed every interest I have, every passion I have." So, yeah. So, it's going to be like that. I It might be four or five years before I get back to hundreds of people being on the stream at one time, but that is a shaky ground to base my self-esteem and things off of and to to chase the numbers versus doing what I'm interested in and everything. So, that's that's what it is. So, yeah. and you won't get updates for a while. You have to start interacting again if you want to. And if you don't, I get it. Like I again, I made a conscious decision on uh varying my content. But um yeah, I can't chase the numbers. I'll forever be feeling insecure about something because the you know, will it will the numbers happen this time? Will they happen this time? Um I it'll just be a mind if for no reason when I'm very like I'm so h I wake up my my brain is clear. If I cover it, I cover it. There's no pressure to cover anything. And that's just where I am. Like I I I um as Miss Lady once said when she came to my painting sale, she was like, "I see you." She was like, "You just change. You don't say much about it, but we'll see you and you change up your stuff." So yeah. So like visit back if you want to see losses cuz they are still there. And like I did the Oh my god. Let me tell you, I now I didn't do it dramatically because I read it uh kind of uh plainly, but Twitter sued a former engineer of theirs for stealing 6 million lines of code. I read that on legal at some point. Um but yeah, I'm very much still into my lawsuits. Class actions, defamations, divorces. I still like all my things. So yeah, so you just catching me on my mornings of body cams and stuff like that. But yeah, I know YouTube ain't going to send you nothing. YouTube has made their stance and I am going to just be consistent until it figures out. Don't pigeon hole me. That's not where I am. Um, but yeah. So, but you're not the only one with that question on what happened. I'm still here and I'm still, you know, I did not do a 180. I just kind of uh branched out to my other interest as well. And so, we'll see where it is [laughter] as the time goes. And I have to I have to stick with it as it fights with me. But, yeah. Um, but I appreci Look, the question is the question because you're not the only one with the question and I don't broadcast. That's one thing I learned. The love and marriage Huntsville sector taught me so much. It taught me that's where it really did teach me move in silence. It really did. So, I I move in semi silence. Like I'll kind of tell my members some more personal things that's happening or plans that I have, but I rarely just say it to everybody because there's some bad actors in in the sense of people that don't they they don't mean you well. And people can be in your members and not mean you well, but it's way less of them. And so I just do it and then we see how it goes. And I appreciate the encouragement. Thank you for still being here. You are still subscribed, you know, so I appreciate that. Um but yeah, I I knew what it was when I when I um started doing it. But when I came on on when I created trending at some point, it was created I made in fact I think I told y'all this in the beginning too. I said I chose my channel name because then I'm never beholden to one thing. It is going to be whatever at that time is holding my interest. And that's why I chose that channel name. It was very very intentional. Yeah. And um I will say right now if you actually do want to get notifications, you have to start hitting like again and you have to um comment and interact. The notifications bell, YouTube don't care about that bell half the time. It's a couple. It'll still keep you in there, but for the most part, you could have your bell hit on like say you're subscribed to 60 people. YouTube's only going to tell you about I'll say 10% of those people and it won't even notify you although you have the bell hit for the other people you're subscribed to. It it pick it goes more off of what are you actually interacting with and it'll put that in your suggested or it'll notify you. It's it's I've noticed what YouTube does. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah, it feels good. And I think um I wouldn't even have been in this good of a place a few months ago to be able to maturely receive the question that's honestly being asked and then to answer it back in a way that's not anything but what I you know what I'm feeling and and not let my insecurity kind of speak for me and stuff like that. Um yeah, Sharon, but you you the body cam started coming out and it hung on to you. It's a couple of y'all honestly the ones in the chat probably that it hung on to y'all. >> [laughter] >> It it notifies y'all and I appreciate that and I appreciate the ones fighting for those notifications. Um, I've been here since the beginning. I'm glad you dropped the journey and I know T is expecting. Wait, T is expecting like T is in Oh. Oh, I ain't going to say nothing cuz I don't know I don't know where that came from. So, I'll leave it alone. I I'll leave it alone because I I hadn't seen the public part. But, um, yeah, some things have changed. you're pro you're not well I'll leave that be because I've let it be so long I don't want it to build up something crazy but um I've really been enjoying my YouTube friends in the background a lot to then that way no one can they can't just go around trying to create stuff between us that didn't actually exist. So I publicly still support my YouTube people but I I really have enjoyed the quality relationship I've had with them in the background. Um, it's it got so toxic. It got so bad. Oh, she Okay. Okay. Look, you know how then if you've been with me in the beginning, you know how cautious I am. So, I got to go see. [laughter] Hold on. Let me Well, I go see on my own time. I'll go look. I'll go look. [laughter] But you know, you know my cautious nature. So, you already know me. Aquarius. Um, yes, Deans. I Yeah, you, Bonnie, CeCe, Sweet Tea, um, BRB. I've gotten some new people that have nothing to do with the Love and Marriage Huntsville world. And Melody still stops through sometimes. I won't have a Love and Marriage Huntsville tag and she'll stop through. My peeps, you know, they'll stop through. But yeah, YouTube just ain't going to be pushing stuff out like that. But I I don't want what it turned into. And it's not the only sector that gets like that, but it's the one I was close to. And I don't want [clears throat] I don't want that. I just don't. It's not for me. It's not my personality. There's money to be made off of a lot of conflict, but that's just not I can't maintain that. And um and there's views to be gotten and I don't want it. I don't want it. It's not for me. I I like this. We just Yeah, we just come together, react to some things or go back, you know, still do the lawsuits and stuff. But um yeah, so hopefully if anybody else had that question that's kind of been chilling on the question that that'll answer their question as well about um I did switch up my content on purpose and I got to retach YouTube. Don't pitch and hold me. [laughter] But yeah. All right, y'all. I hope you have a great rest of your Friday. We'll have more stuff coming out. I'll figure out when I'm going to do Jay's stuff, but I'll also put in my community tab to uh hopefully try to alert y'all that I'll be going live to open my box and see what I got in my box of goodies. But all right, y'all have a great rest of your Friday. Bye.
